in Langley concerning mister Morris and that because of the
information provided, he could not be a witness at all

charge Hunter with violating Farah violations or sex trafficking that
we know he also was involved in. Why because those
charges would have opened up his dad to serious scrutiny.
So they found the two things they could go after

him that would have no connection to the Biden crime family,
to the President of the United States of America, to
this administration. So understand this is all being done on purpose.

Hunter's gun related trial is set to begin June the third,
so look at the calendar. We're just a couple weeks away.
In Delaware, Hunter refused to accept a plea deal laid
out by prosecutors in July after the negotiations fell apart
upon judicial scrutiny, as people said, this deal is absurd,

it's giving immunity for everything he's ever done the past,
and the judge said this has.

And no, they thought they were going to get away
with all this and then he would never be able
to charge with any crimes. It would come out after that.
That has changed now. The plea deal afforded Hunter the
ability to plead guilty for not paying taxes on more
than one point five million in income in seventeen and eighteen,
receiving probation rather than jail time. In addition, the special

counsel David Weiss included a separate diversion agreement that gave
Hunter immunity from potential and future tax charges, including a
provision to essentially wipe a felony gun violation from his record. Altogether,
that all fell apart in court. Think goodness, it did.

not be a witness because he's one of our guys,
and and apparently there was nothing the IRS could do
about this when they were going after the tax issues

they are preparing to sue the company for what they
describe as conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame mister Biden

the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness,
and the unlawful publication of hacked.

And this of course stems from the fact that, of
course Hunter Biden has been in the news quite a
bit over the past a couple of years because of
his legal issues, and then of course the broad impeachment

file a lawsuit. This is something that his legal team
has warned Fox was coming at some point, so they

backdrop of Fox of course settling that massive lawsuit with

diary about showers with dad as well as fear she

least eight women of unwanted touching or worse. Here is
former Senate staffer Tara Reid, largely dismissed by the media

that the CIA was protecting the Biden crime family.

what Sean Davis, the CEO of the Federalists, said on
X which means the CIA has been protecting Hunter quote
the whole time. Shepley detailed the emails in a sworn

affid David. During a recurring Prosecution Team conference call in
and around late August of twenty twenty one, the Assistant
United States Attorney Leslie Wolfe told the team that she
andg DOJ Tax attorney Jack Morgan had recently returned from
the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, where they had been

summoned to discuss Kevin Morris, the sugar daddy of Hunter Biden,
who I think has given him now more than five
million in total. Ausa Wolf stated that they were provided
a classified briefing in relation to mister Morris and as
a result, we could no longer pursue.

Him as a witness.

Investigators probed Ausa but since her briefing was classified at Langley,
she was apparently sanitizing the information that she was giving
over the phone right because it had to be an
unclassified form of information to share over an open phone line.
She did not elaborate with more information. She reiterated more

than once that they were summoned to the CIA headquarters
in Langley concerning mister Morris and that because of the
information provided, he could not be a witness at all
for the investigation period. Now, Ausa Wolf proudly reference a
CIA mug and stated that she purchased some CIA swag

This isn't a joke at the gift shop while she
was at Langley. So she walked in, eyes wide open,
so excited.

It's unclear how the CIA became aware that mister Morris
was a potential witness in the Hunter Byden investigation and
why agents we're not told about the meeting in advance
or invited to participate.

Way, a deviation of normal investigative processes for prosecutors to
exclude investigators from substantive meetings such as the one that
they had at Langley.

The affidavit also says that Morris is a key individual
in the Biden family orbit, so they're admitting that without him,
we don't know what would have happened to Hunter Biden
because he needed the millions of dollars. We also know
that he donated President Joe Biden's twenty twenty presidential campaign,
and we know for a fact that he helped Hunter
enter the art business. Yeah, this is the same guy

that helped him do the art business. This guy's a
very talented lawyer who understands the law and understood that
art would be a great way to funnel money to
the Biden crime family and to take care of Hunter Biden.
He apparently has also right bought some of this art,
which is another part of the corruption. We also know
that Morris took control of Hunter's ten percent steak that

we promised was sold off.

It actually wasn't.

Morris took control of Hunters ten percent steak in the
Chinese State back fund BHR Partners. BHR Partners has about
three billion currently invested around the.

World, is what its website sets now.

Morris allegedly quit shelling out millions to Hunter and his
legal defense in May. That's what we've been told since
meeting in twenty nineteen.

They'd never made.

Each other before that. From what we understand, Morris has
not only paid off Hunter's IRS debts, but he's also
reportedly lent him a total of four point nine million
for housing, car payments, and legal fees, and he's bought
some of his art. In twenty twenty three, the DOJ
indicted Hunter for alleged gun and tax violations. We've talked
(09:02):
about that extensively on the show. But it did not
charge Hunter with violating Farah violations or sex trafficking that
we know he also was involved in. Why because those
charges would have opened up his dad to serious scrutiny.
So they found the two things they could go after
(09:23):
him that would have no connection to the Biden crime family,
to the President of the United States of America, to
this administration. So understand this is all being done on purpose.

Now.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Hunter's gun related trial is set to begin June the third,
so look at the calendar. We're just a couple weeks away.
In Delaware, Hunter refused to accept a plea deal laid
out by prosecutors in July after the negotiations fell apart
upon judicial scrutiny, as people said, this deal is absurd,

it's giving immunity for everything he's ever done the past,
and the judge said this has.

Gone too far.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
And no, they thought they were going to get away
with all this and then he would never be able
to charge with any crimes. It would come out after that.
That has changed now. The plea deal afforded Hunter the
ability to plead guilty for not paying taxes on more
than one point five million in income in seventeen and eighteen,
receiving probation rather than jail time. In addition, the special
(10:23):
counsel David Weiss included a separate diversion agreement that gave
Hunter immunity from potential and future tax charges, including a
provision to essentially wipe a felony gun violation from his record. Altogether,
that all fell apart in court. Think goodness, it did.
(10:46):
So you got the CIA that was using Kevin Morris
as an asset, is what they're claiming, saying it could
not be a witness because he's one of our guys,
and and apparently there was nothing the IRS could do
about this when they were going after the tax issues
with Hunter Biden another example of the deep state saying

you can't go there. You also have to remember remember
when they were going to go and raid one of
the Biden properties and they were going to sit down
and interview Hunter Biden, and what happened. The deep state
came in and said, you guys, stand down, chill out
for a minute. We'll get back to you. They were
never allowed to go in and get what they needed,

number one. That's a big problem. And then to make
things worse, they never allowed for the interview to happen
against with Hunter Biden.

So that's problem number two.

So you put those two things together, it is significant,
like this isn't a little thing, this is a really
big thing. And then now we find out that basically
every step of the way, when investigators were getting close
on any one of these issues, what they would end
up doing is saying no, no, no, no, no, no, no,

no no, you can't do that. You can't interrogate, you
can't arrest, you can't sit down with you can't execute
a search warrant.

You can't do any of it.

You're not allowed to do any of it because we
said so so.

But that witness that you desperately need to prove your case, Yeah,

it's completely believable. What is even more shocking is how
now the media is trying to go on offense on
Hunter Biden.

MSNBC where they're like, all right, well, Hunter Biden's had enough.
Hunter Biden's going on offense, right, Hunter Biden is gonna

BAC News has learned that Hunter Biden is planning to
sue Fox News. According to a letter from his lawyers,
the lawsuit is imminent. NBC's Ryan Nobles joins me, Now, Ryan,
what more.

Can you tell us? Yeah, that's right, Chris.
Speaker 5 (13:28):
This is a letter obtained by NBC Sarah Fitzpatrick that
comes from the new attorney that Hunter Biden has entered
into a contract with, and that's a famed entertainment lawyer,
Mark Garrigos. And in this letter, he sends a warning
to the Fox News Corporation in Fox News Digital that
they are preparing to sue the company for what they
describe as conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame mister Biden

and paint him in a false light, as well as
the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness,
and the unlawful publication of hacked.

Intimate images of him.
Speaker 5 (14:05):
And this of course stems from the fact that, of
course Hunter Biden has been in the news quite a
bit over the past a couple of years because of
his legal issues, and then of course the broad impeachment
in Quarry that's taking place by the House of Representatives.

Essentially, what Garags.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
Is arguing in this letter, it's actually a member of
his legal team is arguing in this letter, is that
Fox is unfairly and libelously attacking Hunter Biden when there
are no merits to many of the claims that they've
been making about him. Now, this of course comes at
the same time that Hunter Biden is facing legal issues
of his own.

He is on the verge of facing.
Speaker 5 (14:43):
Two different criminal trials, one in Delaware on a gun charge,
another separate criminal trial in California that's related to tax issues.
Both of those trials came as a result of a
plea deal with a federal government that fell apart. So
this is Hunter Biden going on the offensive. Of course,

he is a favorite topic of Fox News.

Often brought up over and over again.
Speaker 5 (15:09):
And what is detailed in this letter is how they
used many of the images that came from that so
called a laptop that was discovered in the midst of
the twenty twenty campaign that had a number of compromising
and questionable and somewhat lewd images of Hunter Biden that
have been used over and over again on Fox News.
The argument here is that they were obtained illegally, they

should not have been used in a form such as this,
and also they're his property and they're arguing that Fox
News was using them inappropriately. So we'll have to see
where this comes. Again, this isn't the actual filing of
a lawsuit yet, Chris. This is just a threat to
file a lawsuit. This is something that his legal team
has warned Fox was coming at some point, so they
(15:53):
are now letting them know definitively that the this lawsuit.

And Chris, we should also point out this against the
backdrop of Fox of course settling that massive lawsuit with
the dominion voting company who accused them of libel building
them during the aftermath of the twenty twenty election. So
this is Hunter Biden essentially taking that same course of
action that Dominion did to try and rectify what he

believes is a wrong that was done against him by
the broadcasting company.

I love this right, they're like Big News.

Hunter Biden's lawyers end and sue, but they're planning to sue,
and they're putting Fox News on notice, and then we're
going to remind you about Fox News host that said
things about Dominion. So yeah, Fox News must be wrong
here and Hunter Biden must be right. Now here's the
kicker everything I just told you. I want you to
just put on pause in your head because there's another

story that has just broken that no one else is
covering either. Joe Biden's daughter Ashley has finally admitted her
diary about showers with dad as well as fear she
was molested, is real. So the question is that Marine
Callahan is demanding in her article in the Daily Mail,

is what is.

The truth Joe?
Speaker 1 (17:13):
So now we know for certain the diary like the
laptop Hunter's laptop is real. Remember early on they were like, oh,
this may not even be her diary that we got
that was Ashley's dillary. Oh, it may not even be real,
right save with the laptop. Oh, we don't know if
it's real. Well, we know it's real. And the reason
why they didn't want you to believe it was real
early on is because the contents are extremely concerning and alarming.

Why is the media not all over this now that
it has been confirmed that it is in fact real.
Well in twenty nineteen, Ashley Biden, the then thirty seven
year old daughter President Joe Biden and his wife Jill,
wrote in her journal about showering with her father at
an inappropriate age, as well as her fears that as a.

Child she was sexually abused.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
Now again, this is coming from Marine Callahan from the
Daily Mail. The only person that's put this out there,
explosive stuff, she writes, not that you would have heard
about it thanks to the near well complete year long
media blackout on this story, just like they did early
on with the Hunter Biden laptop.

After undergoing treatment.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
And rehab, Ashley, by the way, moved to a halfway
house in Florida, where she left the diary under a mattress.
The diary, which also contained details of her drug use
was then found in twenty twenty by a Florida woman
who quote unquote stole it, leaked its contents online, and
sold it for forty grand. All that time, the Biden
(18:45):
campaign let the left wing media of its own well volition,
cast aspirations on the diaries authenticity or dismissed it as
right wing propaganda or plants of dubious you know, you know,
a absurd things, just like the Russia hoax, right, just
like they did same playbook with.

Turns out both are all too real, The writer writes
for the first time, Ashley now herself has now confirmed
in a court document made public that the diary is
indeed authentic. Its contents demand attention, concern, and hard questions
for this white house hyper sexualized at a young age.

Ashley writes in a July twenty nineteen entry, what is
this doe to question mark?

Was I molested? I think so?
Speaker 1 (19:41):
She wrote, note the period instead of a question mark.
One wonders if there wasn't really a doubt in Ashley's
mind because I was I molested?

Period? I think so?

She continues by writing this and her diary I can't
remember specifics, but I do you remember trauma? I remember
somewhat being sexualized with her first cousin, Caroline. I remember
having sex with friends at a young age. Showers with
my dad probably not appropriate, being turned on when I

was supposed when I wasn't supposed to be Showers with
my dad, she writes, Showers with her dad. Ashley also
wrote in the same diary that she was in treatment
for sexual trauma. Let's pause here. The author writes to
state the obvious. If this were the diary entry of
a Trump daughter, the media would be at deafcom one.

This would be front page news, the sole focus of
special Rachel Maddow, you know, Losing her Mind on MSNBC
and cn in primetime investigations would be all about this.
There would be a drum beat of every Sunday show
and off ed from now.

The left wing press demanding answers of Donald Trump. A judge,
Donald Trump as everything from a racist to a rapist,
and never failed to regurgitate accusations, no matter how old
or inconsistent, has conveniently ignored similar allegations against Joe Biden.

More on those later. Marine continues to write, she then says.
Last month, The New York Times reported that the woman
who stole Ashley's diary was sentenced to time hard time
in prison. Did the Times cover what was actually in
the diary question mark, not one bit, not even a
(21:39):
hint of its contents. Instead, they led with the thief's
brazen scheme to steal the diary of President Biden's daughter
and sell it to a right wing group and hope
of disrupting the twenty twenty election. Linked within this story
was a letter written by Ashley, who, in fairness, has
never asserved the diary was a fake, unlike Hunter and

his laptop. Her letter, dated April eighth and addressed to
the trial judge, confirms the diaries legitimacy, saying this my
personal private journal, she writes, with stolen and sold for profit,
I will forever have to deal with the fact that
my personal journal can be viewed online. The theft is

indeed terrible, but so too is what Ashley's diary entries
might imply. In one passage, she writes, in her childhood
hyper sexualization extended to beating her blank due to overhearing
parents having sex.

That's in her diary folks, and yet.

The New York Times, as with nearly all things negative
to Biden, insists there's nothing to see here and that
they're covering Biden as critically as Trump. Sure In an
interview earlier this month, executive editor Joe Con claimed that
his paper is not and will not be an instrument
of the Biden campaign. Con is either delusional, shameless, or

cowed by the wokery infesting his newsroom. Try googling Ashley
Biden's diary. You'll find scant media coverage, and what you
do find will be about the theft, not about what's
written in the diary itself, you know, the actual news.

And trying to determine the root causes of her sex addiction,
actually listed the following in her diary.

My mother not emotionally available, my father was message I
could get love from men, quote I'm not your mother,
blanket being taken away, not letting myself go to bathroom,
being wiped until too late in the game. While this

list itself isn't necessarily the most well strange passage, I
guess the best way to say it from the diary. Collectively,
this all raises serious questions for doctor Jill and Grandpa
Joe with his repeated hair sniffing and shoulder rubbing of
women and young girls. The author continues to write in

The Daily Mail Joe with the multiple allegations by at
least eight women of unwanted touching or worse. Here is
former Senate staffer Tara Reid, largely dismissed by the media
during the twenty twenty election cycle, in March of that year,
saying this quote. I remember he just had me up
against the wall, and the wall was cold. It happened
(24:34):
all at once. His hands were on me and underneath
my clothes. He went down my skirt but then up
inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers. When
he got finished doing what he was doing, I pulled
back and he said, come on, man, I heard you
like me. Reid continues. For me, it was like everything

everything shattered in that moment.

I looked up to him.

He was this champion of women's rights. In my eyes,
That's what they used to say about the late Democratic
Senator Ted Kennedy. Iffy with women in his personal life,
but great and legislating for them.

The author goes on to say even more about this,
but what I go back to, is why is it
that there's no one here in the media willing to
write the story that a the journals real and be
what's in the journal. It's a very simple question. You

look at what was just said there, You look at
the journal, and Marie Callahan is saying in the Daily Mail,
this should be a massive story. And by the way,
it should be a massive story. But the media is
going to bury it. Everything that his own daughter wrote,
(25:58):
they are going to bury it. They're going to make
sure that no one is asked about this on the
campaign or at the White House press briefing. Why would
you ever answer any of these questions? Is the and
why would you ever talk about it? We just move
on and we act like it's not real. We act
(26:21):
like it never happened. We act like it's not a thing.
That is what they will do to protect this present
at all costs, moving in to this major election cycle now.
As uncomfortable as much of that was that I just
read to you, it's important because I promise you if
it was a Republican it would be game over.

If this was Donald Trump's child that wrote this in
a but a diary there would be a full blown
federal investigation. There would be local and state investigations that
would be opened. They would have made made sure that
somebody had to testify about this, saying that no one
is above the law.
