Speaker 1 (00:01):
The House GOP is now claiming Hunter Biden lied not once,
not twice, but lied three times under oath during his
congressional deposition. The House Ways and Means commit Chairman Jason
Smith says he has indisputable evidence that the first son,

(00:23):
Hunter Biden lied clearly to Congress. Now, this is the
first Hunter Biden criminal proceeding, which is helding their pre
trial hearings Tuesday.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
This is a big deal.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
It is another big trial as one is ending with
Trump in New York. This one is beginning. And what
does that mean? I want you to listen to this
from Fox.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Well, We're nearing the start date for another historic trial,
the first criminal proceeding against the sun of a sitting president.
This morning, a federal judge heard arguments during a pre
hearing on gun charges against Hunter Biden. Of course, not
a David Spott reports tonight from Wilmington, Delaware. About that.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Good even David Bret. Good evening to you.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
Hunter Biden will head to trial the week of June third,
here in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. Today, in a
tense court hearing behind me that lasted about two hours,
Federal Judge Mary Ellen Noriika ignored and basically denied the
attempts by Hunter Biden's team to try to postpone this
even more. She said this is not a complicated case.

(01:32):
Hunter was not in court today, but his attorney Abby Lowell,
first requested to begin the trial in September, then suggested July. Ultimately,
Judge Narika was not having his arguments about not being ready,
telling him quote, I'm not taking anything away, mister Lowell,
you haven't done what you need to do now. The
president's son is facing three charges of lying on a

(01:53):
federal firearm form in twenty eighteen when he said he
was not addicted to drugs. He owned a gun for
eleven days. Bo Biden's wouldow Halle Biden reportedly threw out
the gun in a trash gand behind a local supermarket.
In twenty eighteen, Special Council David Weiss brought three charges
against Hunter Biden. He pleaded not guilty to all three.
Abby Lowell also told a judge in another tax case

(02:14):
involving Hunter in California, that's taking his time, meaning two
cases in about a month.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
He wants it to lay there.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
The trials is scheduled to begin in June twentieth, but
could be pushed back as we wait in appeals court
rule it. As of today, Brett Hunter Biden could see
two verdicts under his belt before his dad takes the
stage at the Democratic National Convention in August.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Right, now, what does this mean moving forward? I want
to get into that and how this could possibly affect
the President of the United States of America with what's
been going on with him, and I'm going to have
that for you coming up in just a second. But
first I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. If
you have a cell phone, you may not realize that

(02:58):
when you're paying your bill every single month, you've got
a real problem on your hands. They're taking your money
when you pay that bill, and they're giving part of
it back to hardcore liberal causes, including Planned Parenthood.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Big Mobile gets big donations to democratic causes, candidates and organizations,
and many of them give to plan Parenthood. Now, if
you're like me and you say I am not going
to allow my money to fight against my values any longer,
then switch to Patriot Mobile.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Now.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
The number one reason why if you.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Don't switch, I think it's going to be really time
consuming they got to go to a store and it's
going to take hours. Technology in twenty twenty four, that's
not the case. You can switch just by making a
phone call, and it's easy.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
You keep your same cell phone number.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
You can keep your same cell phone or upgrade to
a new one if you want to. The second reason
why people usually don't switch is because they think they're
gonna get bad service. Well, guess what, You're gonna be
using the same exact towers you're using right now. What
does that mean The days of worrying about spotty service
are also over. You can have the same quality you

(04:08):
have right now without funding the left. And that is
exactly why I want you to check out Patriot Mobile.
Make the switch by calling them today. And they take
about five percent of your bill every month, that's the
best part, and they give it back to conservative causes
that support our First and our Second Amendment rights, the
rights of unborn children, and they do an awful lot

(04:30):
to help our wounded warriors and our military veterans. So
if you want to make a difference with every phone
call you make, switch to Patriot Mobile.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Nine seven to two. Patriot is the number.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
It's nine seven to two Patriot nine seven to two
Patriot or Patriot mobile dot.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Com slash Ben.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
That's Patriot mobile dot com slash Ben or nine seven
to two Patriot. All right, let's talk about what this
means with the lies that are coming out from Biden
and the House deciding to move forward. This is going
to be very significant because it could open him up
to lying under oath, which would be obviously perjury. Now,

(05:10):
the other question is Hunter Biden's gun charges. Former Acting
Attorney General Matthew would Occur had this to say about
the gun charges, the tax charges, and what this means
moving forward.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Take a listen.

Speaker 5 (05:27):
Then there's Hunter Biden and his trial on gun charges
in Delaware set to begin June third. Special counsel David
Weiss says his laptop.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Will be used.

Speaker 5 (05:36):
Quote, the defendant's laptop is real. It'll be introduced as
a trial exhibit, and it contains significant evidence of the
defendant's guilt.

Speaker 6 (05:45):
What's the impact, Well, I mean, first of all, the
political impact is on the fifty one intelligence professionals that
told us this was rushing disinformation. But for the case,
it's going to demonstrate some embarrassing information. The Biden family
and Hunter Biden's long standing addiction to crack cocaine. But
if you're the prosecution, that is a key element. You

(06:07):
have to demonstrate that he falsely filled out the application
to purchase a gun. And you know, part of that
is that he said he was not a drug user,
and it will show around that time that he was
actively using crack cocaine. And I think that is you know,
as a former US attorney who did a lot of
these cases, this is going to be a key piece
of evidence. It's demonstrating that he was a drug user

(06:28):
and should have never had a gun and was illegally
possessing one.

Speaker 5 (06:32):
Do you expect that he's in serious trouble or do
you think this will turn out to be a slap
on the wrist.

Speaker 6 (06:38):
Well, Mike, he's in a lot more trouble than what
they tried to plead him in Delaware, you know, to
essentially probation with a misdemeanor tax charger. You know, he
has these three felony gun charges and he's also got
felony tax charges out in California. The trial is going
to come up later in the summer, so I mean
this is this is going to be significant time and

(06:58):
the gun charges. If convicted, will the sentence will be
considered for the tax charges, and you know, I think
it's you know, it will compound to some serious prison time, potentially.

Speaker 5 (07:08):
As a former acting Attorney general, somebody representing the more
conservative viewpoint than the current administration. Does it encourage you
that these cases are going to trial against the First
family's son.

Speaker 6 (07:22):
I don't think you take any encouragement or enjoyment about
seeing someone prosecuted. I think at the end of the day,
if you stand for the rule of law and you
stand for doing justice, then you know justice is blind
and you have to do.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
The cases that are the priorities of the community.

Speaker 6 (07:37):
And certainly when people cheat on their taxes or illegally
possessed guns, those are dangerous crimes that undermine the very
existence of our republic. And so you know, this is
not a time to celebrate Hunter Biden being prosecuted. I
think it's just a matter of that, you know, the
law it should be indifferent to whether you're powerful, whether
you're privileged. You know, it should just do the priorities

(07:59):
of the community and enforce the laws on the books.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
Considering your legal background, what's more dangerous for Hunter Biden
the California charges or the Delaware gun charges.

Speaker 6 (08:09):
Well, I think the most dangerous thing is certainly the
gun charges, but you know, the tax felonies are serious
as well. And like I was explaining earlier, you know,
the gun charges, if convicted, would then factor into the
tax sentencing if he's convicted in those charges, and so
he could end up being convicted at a higher penalty

(08:32):
for those tax charges than otherwise if he had not
had any criminal history before that case starts.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
I think Matt is absolutely right and what he just
said there, they're trying to downplay this, and this is
much more serious even with the charges that they have
here in these two states.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
The question is is he going to get special treatment.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
The same way that we now know that the CIA
moved in to say, Hey, you guys can't ask questions
of his sugar. You know, Daddy, the guy who was
given them millions of dollars out in California, he's one
of ours. You can't touch him, you can't ask him questions,
you can't interview him. There are certainly shenanigans that have
already happened, and there will be more shenanigans this administration

(09:15):
is going to do everything they can to make sure
that the President of the United States of America is protected,
and that includes protecting his son. There's also another story
that deals with corruption in the Bidens, and that is
Joe Biden visiting his daughter in law's home ahead of

(09:37):
her expected testimony in the Hunter Biden trial. Now, if
this isn't witness tampering, I don't know what is. President
Biden's visit was just days before the ninth anniversary of
Bo Biden's death, and the administration was very keen to
point that out. Well, he has a right to be

(09:58):
able to go talk to his Who are you to
say that he cannot do that?

Speaker 6 (10:03):
Right?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Like, who are you to tell the president of the
United's America he can't check on his daughter in law.
You should understand that that's the president's right now. The
cover story is absolutely brilliant, right, and so they say
a nine years ago, it's coming up close the of
course he's going to hang out. President Biden, the report says,

(10:24):
paid a visit to his daughter in law's home Sunday night,
days before the ninth anniversary of the death of his son,
Bo Biden, who was her husband. The President's pre visit
to Halle Biden's home also comes before she's expected to
testify as a witness in the Hunter Biden gun crime
trial next month. The first son charged with making false
statements on a federal form when purchasing a firearm in
twenty eighteen.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
A source with knowledge of the October the.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Twenty third, twenty eighteen police report said the Fox News
that it indicated that Hallie, who was in a relationship
with Hunter at the time, So again she was married
to Bo Bo dies and then she starts hooking up
with his brother. She threw a gun owned by Hunter
Biden in a dumpster behind a market near a school.

(11:10):
She is likely to be required to testify in that
upcoming trial. A reporter for NBC News face heavy criticism
for pointing out her connection to the trial on social media.
Biden allies argue there was nothing inappropriate about the visit.
This is what it's said on social media. President Biden
tonight's stop by the home of Holle Biden is late
Sun Bo's widow. Per the White House, Halle is one

(11:34):
of the twelve witnesses prosecutors expect to call in the
Hunter Biden gun case in June. Now, the court in
Hunter Biden's case met for its final hearing before jury
selection begins on June third. Fox Who's had previously reported
the prosecutor's plan to use portions of his book and laptop,
including photos, to convince a jury that the first son

(11:55):
is guilty of making clearly a false statement are false
statements on the federal form when he purchased that revolver
in twenty eighteen while actively using narcotics. Biden has pleaded
not guilty, of course, to the charges and almost got
the sweetheart deal.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Now, the judge.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Said, the special counsel David Wyss Smith show Hunter Biden
was addicted to drugs, but not necessarily using drugs the
day he purchased the gun.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
So they've already moved the.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Goalposts here to be very favorable of the President of
the United States of America's son.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
That is not what the law actually reads.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Just so you know, and court documents, Hunter Biden's defense
attorneys asked the court to block certain salacious details of
his life from being shown to the jury to avoid
quote significant risks of unfair prejudice against their client, and
what is called a motion to limit Hunter Biden asked
the court to exclude references to the child support proceedings

(12:52):
in Arkansas and references to his discharge from the Navy.
This is in reference to the child he fathered out
of whatlockeed the next stripper whose daughter is President Biden's grandchild.
But they wouldn't even allow to have the last name Biden. Yeah,
that was part of the deal. Acknowledging that some of
the evidence prosecutors wish to bring forward may be relevant

(13:13):
to the case, including purported drug purchases ATM withdrawals and
the purchase of the Revolver, Hunter Biden's lawyer said other
details like reverences to money allegedly spend on adult entertainment
online chat rooms or escort services, are quote unquote not
relevant to the charges and or the case. I'm sure
that's exactly what he believes when it comes to this issue.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
I will tell you this.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
You're about to see the two tiers of justice in
this country on full display, the abusive power of the
case against Hunter Biden in New York by that extremist
judge in New York City, a judge that gave money
to literally the Biden family, no joke. He was a
donor to Biden's campaign and a hardcore lefty. The Biden

(14:00):
crime family right now is a family that understands that
everybody in the deep state is protecting them, whether it
is the CIA saying no, no, no, this guy, you
guys want to interview that's been giving all this money
our son. Yeah, he's an asset of ours. You can't
talk to him, you can't interview him. You've got to
leave him alone. That's what just happened. Guy randomly gives

(14:25):
her five million dollars, none of it due, by the way,
in reimbursements until after this election coming up. Don't you
think that's not on purpose? Like, come on, I'm not
an idiot. Anyone can connect those basic dots. They're not
hard to connect. And then you see the CIA. Oh yeah,
the guy you need to talk to Yep, No, he's
one of ours. He's some sort of informant. Can't touch him,

(14:46):
can't ask questions. You've got to just shut up. This
whole thing is stacked in favor of the President of
the United States America. Meanwhile, you have a president and
Donald Trump who's tied up in this egregious court case.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Egregious court case. In New York, who.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
Is now apparently Secret Services having real conversations about if
he does go to jail, what that's gonna look like.
And you got to sit there and scratch your head
and go, are we really just having this moment?

Speaker 2 (15:17):
Is this actually happening? President Trump?

Speaker 1 (15:20):
He also came out and he had this to say
about what's happening against him.

Speaker 7 (15:25):
Maybe no mistake about it. Right here, he goes home
crook at Joe Biden, the worst president in the issue
of our country is destroying our battery. The strunury is
being destroyed rapidly and slowly.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
Rapid are the borders.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
On energy, on inflation, on everything you get in Afghanistan
and removal everything about what he's done. He's destroying our
pactrier and he's also destroying it with weaponization. And this
is purely his weaponization.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
See who's in the quarter room.

Speaker 7 (15:57):
You go just to see who's in the joy room.
You'll see and you'll see where they come from. As
you reported accurately, a lot of people are going to
be very upset. But this is all election hunting, election interferior.
It's going after Joe Biden's political opponent because he can't
do it himself and they're helping out and we have

(16:19):
a judgements highly conflicted. He happens to be corrupt.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
The stirs confliction.

Speaker 7 (16:25):
It's the worst than anybody seeing, nobody to understand anything
like it. They can't even be the prospect of an impropriety.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
That the shame.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
Wall Street Journal indorial for today. Alfin Bragg hasn't proved
this case of the drum drug the evidence judge why
the jockeys should never have been rout After twenty days
in court and a trial transcript of four thousand agers,
the missing piece is still the missing piece.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
There is no crime. Wall Street Journal Johnathan Durley has lasted.

Speaker 7 (16:59):
Closing paged by the lawyers is to use a physical
objec if like a three legged stool. If any three
legged stool is missing and any leg is missing, the
stool absolutely collapses. Even a cursory review of the evidence
shows that this case does not have a lake to
stand on. And this is a case without a lake

(17:20):
to stand on. This is Johnathan Generald, the case of
the end up should end it a very strong got guilty,
not guilty. I don't know these people, but they're great
legal scholars. Gregg Jared. Every defendant has the fundamental right
to be informed of the nature of the cause of
the accusation against him. But Bragg never abided by that

(17:44):
constitutional guarantee. Even worse, Mercian let him get away with it.
He let breg get away with a trial that Greg
didn't want to put and he should have done it
seven years ago. If they were going to do it,
they should have brought this case seven years ago, not
in the middle of my presidential election where I'm leading
by a lot, fighting by a lot. They brought it
right in the middle of the election. Hopefully it doesn't

(18:06):
work out for them the same way allowing the local
court to be misused to enforce the federal law over
which he has no authority or ifuristiction. They have a
federal law which they used to but they have absolutely
no authority.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
And under the federal law, I did nothing wrong.

Speaker 7 (18:22):
Andy regard the former FEC Commission of Bradley Smith, that's
the expert that they wouldn't go allow me to use
the number one in the country FC Commission of Bradley
Smith's testimony.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
Would have established it.

Speaker 7 (18:34):
Trump cannot have hopeful willfully violated FICA. That's federal election
campaign at because Indias are not campaigned expenditures. You know,
if there's nothing wrong with it, indianasid all the time
by many many companies. They signed a literally on an
hourly basis.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Because the NDAH did.

Speaker 7 (18:53):
Not have then it says Trump did not have a
FECA legal duty with respect to them.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
He could not have eventually legal dude.

Speaker 7 (19:05):
In other words, he's in mark LEMD.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
The same thing the breakas is about Lafay run them up.

Speaker 7 (19:11):
I guess if I'm a president running again for presidents
also represents the greatest effort to interfere with and steal
an election.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
He's right, by the way, as he said the very beginning,
make no mistake about it. I'm here because of Crooked
Joe Biden. Let me also say one final thing about this.
Like people have been saying, what what do you do?
I'm not kidding when I say this, I really mean it.
Like you need to be praying for those jurors that

(19:41):
they it clicks with any one of them and they
understand it, that they understand what this is, that they
understand this is political warfare. They understand this is what
they do in third world countries or dictators and tyrants,
that this is not what we do in the United
States of America.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
We don't.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
We don't go to war or with our political opponents
and try to lock them up or bankrupt them or
take their property or whatever it may be that the
Democrats are trying to do. In all these court cases
against Donald Trump, it just takes one. It takes one juror,
and I don't care if you're a liberal Democrat. We
should be praying that those jurors, at least one of them,

(20:21):
will clearly see what is happening in this court and
see what happened with Michael Cohen for.

Speaker 7 (20:26):
What it is.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
This guy is a convicted fraudster, a liar, a man
that admitted under the stand yes, I'm a man that
stole from the Trump organization.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
That is what we need in this trial. And everyone
should be praying exactly that.

Speaker 6 (20:44):
Now.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
There is something else that I need to get on
your radar screen that is making zero news right now,
and it's something that you need to be paying attention to.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
And it's what is happening right now in California.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
And I'm telling you this because usually when it happens
in California, it starts to spread across the country. California
Senate has just passed a ban on notifying parents of
child gender transitions. The California Senate passed a bill that

(21:20):
essentially bans notifying parents of child gender transition a biological impossibility. Nonetheless,
they are doing it in California. And this biological impossibility,
which coincides with Governor Newsom's apparent belief that parents do
not have the actual right to know if their child

(21:42):
is quote unquote transitioning. The lawmakers considered the legislation AB
nineteen fifty five support academic.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
Futures and educators for Today's Youth Act.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
That's that's how they disguise this as like, Hey, nothing
to see here, nothing to repat, hoard on here, everything's fine.
Something that would protect the forced outing is what it's
written with what's written in the bill of a child
to his or her parents. According to a summary of
the bill, this bill quote would prohibit school districts, county

(22:18):
Offices of Education, charter schools, and the state special schools,
and a member of the governing board or body of
those educational entities from an acting or enforcing any policy, rule,
or administrative regulation that requires an employee or a contractor

(22:40):
to disclose any information related to a pupil's sexual orientation,
gender identity, or gender expression to any other person without
the pupil's consent, unless otherwise required by law. As provided,
the bill would prohibit employees or contract of those educational

(23:01):
endities from being required to make such a disclosure unless
otherwise required by law as provided, and then says the
bill would provide employees or contractors of school districts, county
Offices of education, charter schools, or the state special schools.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Or members of the governing board or.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Bodies of those educational entities from retaliating or taking adverse
action against an employee on the basis that the employee
supported a pupil and exercising of specific rights, work activities,
or providing certain instructions as provided. In other words, you
can recruit a child to transition, You can advocate for

(23:40):
the child transitioning. You can help the child go through
the transition. You can start setting up meetings or doctors
or putting any ideas in a kid's head about transitioning.
And you and you, by law now can hide it
deliberately from a parent or parents, And no one can get.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
You in trouble for doing it.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
That is what this clearly states now and in California,
what they're saying is you, as a parent, do not
have the right to know if your child is transitioning,
and the school district has a right to hide it
from you. That is what this says very clearly, full stop. Okay,

(24:24):
this is a Your child is actually not your child.
You may think that it's your child, You may think
that you have parental rights over that child, you really don't.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
We as a state have the rights over your child.
We as a.

Speaker 1 (24:45):
State are the one that can decide what can happen
with your child. And that's the part that you need
to understand, is that your child is the state's first,
and then it's sort of yours, but only if we
decide what that means or what that is. That is
the only time that it's really actually yours. Now in California.

(25:10):
The reason why I want you to understand this is
because they're going to move this now to other states.
Another way of putting it is, parents, you're going to
be left in the dark as the legislation states quote
policies that forcibly out a pupils or pupils without their consent.
Remove opportunities for the LGBTQ plus young people and their

(25:36):
families to build trust and have these conversations when they
are ready quote unquote. Further background from the California Legislative
LGBTQ Caucus also asserts that the bill is quote about
privacy for children, holding that the right of transgender students
to keep their gender identity private is grounded in California's

(25:57):
anti discrimination laws as as well as federal and state laws. Courts,
they say, quote have affirm that students have a right
to keep personal information private that would include from their parents.
Despite this, the growing number of school boards have continued
to propose forcing outing policies.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
The law then continues.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
They say this coincides with Governor Nusman's position, as he
has openly dismissed parents' rights and concerns. How about California's
policies that prevent schools from notifying parents when their children
indicate a desire to switch genders and he says no. Now,

(26:38):
in twenty twenty three, California became a quote sanctuary state,
as they described it, for transgender tourism. Now, what is
transgender tourism. It's where children are seeking surgery in the
drugs to then take on the characteristics of the opposite sex.

(26:59):
And so now they're trafficking in what is very lucrative
transgender tourism. So you're a parent from another state, you
want to get this done chemical crastration.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
The list goes on and on.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
The hormone blockers, right, it's a long list, and you
can then go to California, and California says, come here,
we'll work with you.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Something else you need to understand.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
Vanderbilt, the University of Vanderbilt Hospital was actually outed gosh,
I don't know, a couple of years ago in videos
that went viral. Matt Walsh put them out and he
did an amazing job exposing this, and they were basically saying, hey,
you need to get as many kids to transition as
possible because it's really good business financially. Financially these kids,

(27:50):
every kid that transition is going to be on all
sorts of medication for life, that's number one. And with
all the medication that they're going to be on for life,
one of the things that you need to understand is
that then you own that child medically and also financially,

(28:11):
a lot of this is not going to be covered

puberty blockers on down, hundreds of thousands, if not well
