deal with. One deals with presidential immunity and the Supreme
Court decision that just come down. I'm going to start
with that one because it is extremely important and consequence

the Supreme Court. Because I'm become so pessimistic, I guess
the best way to describe it. Democrats are now coming
out saying this is the end of law and order
in America, the end of rule of law, This is
the end of democracy, which is what they say every
time when they don't get their way. There's the same

people that want to pack the Supreme Court and overthrow
the power of the people.

not going to get the pardons or the commuted sentences

understand that they're not looking out for the best interests.

Biden's campaign staff only grew angrier at CNN as to
how the debate was run.

save Joe Biden from himself, and so now they're angry
at CNN about how they ran the debate. According to

including that the moderators should have fact checked Trump more often,
that Biden was not told which camera he'd be on
when not speaking, and that the makeup staff made him

appear too pale, according to three people involved, Biden did, however,
agree to the terms of the debate before it was held.
So now they're just basically crying over spilled milk, acting
like it's someone else's problem, when they're the one that
well knocked the glass over. Since the debate, by the way,
Biden's family quote has publicly and privately railed against those

in his inner circle, somehow believing it truly is their
fault for his appearance, but they are also rallying behind him.
Granddaughters travel with the President and the First Lady for
a slate of fundraising events on Saturday in New York
and New Jersey. Although the family had long plan to
spend this weekend together camp David take a family portrait
with a photographer, the gathering offered an opportunity for them

of his candidacy and open up a debate about whether

Democrats that are on his they're coming out saying, well,
hold on. Biden did better in the subsequent days with
stronger performances at a rally and fundraisers, and so you

guys are overreacting. Well, to be clear, at those events,
he's allowed to use teleprompters at the debate, he's not.

he would not be running again if I did not

those excuses and then you got to say, all right,
well is everybody else buying this?

how bad they're now saying it is at MSNBC, NBC

worry within his own party, concern within his own party,
forty five percent of Democrats saying.

Terms of its potency.

The main concern are one of the main concerns we've

This is a Gallup poll just before the debate, and
already going into the debate, sixty seven percent of voters
said they considered Biden too old to be president. That's
thirty points higher than the number for Donald Trump.

And just take a look at the other oldest.

Nominees in history, John McCain in two thousand and eight,
Dole ninety six, Reagan and both his campaigns the number
was somewhere in the thirties, even the twenties for Reagan.
That Biden number is the number we've never seen for
any candidate before.

Definitive polling, we do have one poll that has now
asked the horse race question after the debate, asking Biden
versus Trump, after the debate, who are you for? It's
just from one state, It's from New Hampshire. But in
that New Hampshire poll, this is out just a couple
of minutes ago, Trump leads by two points in the
New New Hampshire poll if you can read by writing
Trump plus two. And the critical thing there is in

twenty twenty Biden carried New Hampshire by seven point five points.

just have to go over this too old to be president.
Sixty seven percent of voters say Joe Biden's too old,
only thirty seven percent for Trump.

too old. I don't know how you win with that
hanging over your head, but what I do know is
of now, Joe Biden ain't going anywhere, and that's good

deal with. One deals with presidential immunity and the Supreme
Court decision that just come down. I'm going to start
with that one because it is extremely important and consequence
in multiple ways. So I'm gonna explain it to you
so you understand it in layman's terms the best that
I can. Then we also had the Biden family meeting

on Sunday, and the question was does Joe.

I'm going to tell you how that meeting apparently went
and what they're saying after that meeting. Now let's go
to this blockbuster on the president's immunity and the Supreme
Court of the United States of America's ruling. This was
a massive win I want to be very clear about
that for Donald Trump. In fact, there were many conservatives

I would be one of them that did not think
we were going to get such a decisive decision from
the Supreme Court. Because I'm become so pessimistic, I guess
the best way to describe it. Democrats are now coming
out saying this is the end of law and order
in America, the end of rule of law, This is
the end of democracy, which is what they say every
time when they don't get their way. There's the same

people that want to pack the Supreme Court and overthrow
the power of the people.

The same people that.

Lied about the Steel Dalsier and try to overthrow and
a coup attempt to get rid of Donald Trump through
impeachment when they knew that Steele Dalsier was a lie,
that they had paid for. Hillary Clinton's campaign paid for it,
and the Democratic National Committee paid for it.

And the same Democrats that try to overthrow the will
of the people masquerading as Republicans say they're very proud
of their decision, for example, to try to overthrow the

This committee to go after Donald Trump, this this kangaroo
court in Congress, to try to, you know, impeach him

still going to be this internal consternation in the Democrats.

official or unofficial category. Democrats are now warning that the
Magascotis ruling had given presidents a license to eliminate their
political opponents. This is what's so amazing everything the Democrats
accused Republicans are doing, it's literally what they're doing. The
Democratic Party has been trying to literally lock up a

former president I States of America, raiding his home with
the FBI and trying to put him in jail for
multiple life sentences for crimes that were outside of the
statulentations that they made up that the federal government even said, no,
you can't bring these, So on the local level they
did it, for example in New York. Now the same
people trying to take his businesses, as homes, everything to

try to bankrupt him. And what the court said, okay,
it's very very simple, is that the president has to
be able to do his job in his official capacity
and not worry about some psychos in the legal system
coming after him.

exact same thing that the Supreme Court justice then wrote afterwards.

it's about a choice about what kind of America you
want to live in. And Joe Biden has has kind
of painted a picture of what the future of Americans

given tax breaks to the rich. He continues to talk

I just got to say, this is exactly what the
Democrats been saying all along, right, So they're mad now
that what they've been saying with anarchy and insanity. The
Supreme Court is saying, hey, you can't go after your
political opponent with steal Team six, but you do have

a right to do your job. They're like, oh no,
that's not what they're saying. The Supreme Court is actually
saying the complete opposite of.

That, that you can kill your opponents.

Well, I mean, look at what the Democratic Party has
done just to Donald Trump alone. They've tried to bankrupt him,
they tried to take all the stuff, they tried to
lock him up. They've raised his house. They're trying to
put him in jail for the rest of his life.

of his life. The radicals are the democratic Marxist, socialists
and communists. That is who they are. They're locking up

anyone around them. Look at Steve Bannon, Flynn, the list

I guess you know, theoretically President Biden, acting within the
scope of his official duties, could dispatch the military to take.

Out the conservative justices on the Court and he'd be immune.
I mean, these people are truly deranged. That is the

And what you're seeing now is them not being able
to control a Supreme Court that is actually protecting, okay,
the rule of law in this country and saying no
to the radical leftists who are trying to lock up

These democrats just said out loud they want to like
limit and shut down editorial boards. They want to lock
up their political opponents. They want to silence anyone that
disagrees with them. They want to take them off the air.
They want to take away their their ability to write,
They want to take away their ability to publish. And
then if they do publish, they want to censor what
they're writing, which is exactly what they did under the

Biden in Obama years and during the Trump years as well.
Hey we don't like this conservative voice. Silence them, Hey

that I don't think people understand. And the Supreme Court
today said, hey, we understand it. The president has to

cannot go out there and start arresting your political opponents.

And what do they immediately say. Immediately they say, Oh, Donald.

Trump's gonna go out there and assassinate his political opponents

And you still team six, which is insane.

All Right, I want to get into this other story
that I promised you at the beginning, and that is
the Biden family had their quote Kumbayab private meeting on Sunday.
And if you were sitting around thinking that Joe Biden
was going to drop out, well.

Guess what joke's on you.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
There is zero indication now he's going to drop out
on his own. Okay, what we do know is they
found people to criticize for the disaster. They are criticizing
top advisors, and they are pushing for their ouster. At
Camp David meetings, they also urged the president to quote
(22:27):
stay in the race.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
I'm referring to the family.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Now, why would they be saying stay in the race
because they know that all of their lives are in
legal jeopardy if Joe Biden is not the president. Hunter
Biden's son desperately needs Daddy to stay in office as
long as he can to try to get all the
things taken care of that they need to get done
with all the legal issues that they are having. And
(22:51):
if he's out of office or as gone, then he's
not going to get the pardons or the commuted sentences
that he's going to desperately need. That's number one. So
understand that they're not looking out for the best interests.

Okay, I'm just telling you like they are not.

Okay, they are not looking out for the best interests
of the country. They don't give a crap about any
of you.

They never have.

Actually, they're yet again looking out for their family and
their family only they were looking out for their family
when they've been taking all of the bribes that they've
been taking and all the corruption that they've been taking
from our adversaries. They don't care. Okay, they do not
care about you. They don't care about this country. They
care about keeping themselves out of jail.

And that is exactly why you.

Are hearing them now say, oh, well, we've decided it's
someone else's fault. Yet again. It's the advisors. They didn't
get them ready, they didn't prep them the right way,
and so this is actually we believe their fault, not
our fault, that they just didn't get him ready. Oh
and he had a cold, but it's really their fault.
I guess he got the cold as well.

It is actually insane, But at the same time, it's
not surprising to me at all that this is now
where we are, that we are now having this debate,
this conversation. There's also another part of this being reported
now by Politico. They said there's no immediate expectation that

Biden will follow through on any advice given to him
to drop out of the race. Okay, According to three
people briefed on the family conversations but not directly involved,
the three people were granted eminemity to discuss the matter.
Among the family's complaints about the debate practice, that Biden
was not prepared to pivot more to go on the attack,
(24:38):
that he was bogged down too much on defending his
record rather than outlining a vision for a second term,
and that he was overworked and not well rested quote unquote.
The blame was cast widely on staffers, including Anita Dunn,
the senior advisor who frequently has the president's ear, her husband,
Bob Auer, the president's attorney who played Trump in rehearsals
(24:59):
at can David and Ron Klaying, the former chief of
staff who ran point on the debate prep in previous
cycles sessions.

Quote the age of prep.

The president have been with the family for years, often decades,
seeing him through victories and challenges. He maintained strong confidence
in them, is what the Biden campaign spokesman said in
a statement after throwing them under the bus because it
couldn't be Joe Biden's fault, right, biden allies and staffers
have sought to blame a variety of factors in after
matth of Biden's horrific debate performance, including that the President
(25:32):
was ill, that he was over prepared, and that the
CNEM moderators failed to fact check President Trump. But as
the crisis continued into a third day, the finger pointing
has turned inward towards some of Biden's closest advisors, now
focusing on the staff. All Right, the family, by the way,
is overlook Biden's own failings in Atlanta, and that's why
(25:56):
the staff isn't happy, because it's not their fault that
this guy's incacitated.

Now, these people said that Biden, that the.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Biden family won the president to continue in the campaign
rather than in his career with a you know, a
bad debate performance against Trump, who they all hate.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
First Lady Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden, where.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
The loudest voice is arguing the president to stay in
the twenty twenty four contests. And of course Hunter Biden's
going to say that because he needs Dady to be president,
so that he can give him a either clemency or
they can part.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
He can be pardoned by his father.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
The Biden family also expect a huddle to discuss the
best waiter to reassure Democrats ats staying in the race
of the right decision. The President himself was calling around
to hear what his confidants thought. As Biden boarded Air
Force One on Saturday, quote he chatted on the phone
with John Meacham, according to photographs of the caller id. Additionally,
(26:48):
Biden's campaign staff only grew angrier at CNN as to
how the debate was run.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
So they had the deck stacked against some you know, in.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Their favorites, stay at CNN, and then CNN he didn't
save Joe Biden from himself, and so now they're angry
at CNN about how they ran the debate. According to
several people familiar with the conversations, their complaints were lengthy,
including that the moderators should have fact checked Trump more often,
that Biden was not told which camera he'd be on
when not speaking, and that the makeup staff made him
(27:19):
appear too pale, according to three people involved, Biden did, however,
agree to the terms of the debate before it was held.
So now they're just basically crying over spilled milk, acting
like it's someone else's problem, when they're the one that
well knocked the glass over. Since the debate, by the way,
Biden's family quote has publicly and privately railed against those
(27:41):
in his inner circle, somehow believing it truly is their
fault for his appearance, but they are also rallying behind him.
Granddaughters travel with the President and the First Lady for
a slate of fundraising events on Saturday in New York
and New Jersey. Although the family had long plan to
spend this weekend together camp David take a family portrait
with a photographer, the gathering offered an opportunity for them
(28:04):
to sit down together in the day's following what is
shaving up to be a low point in the presence
decades long political career. So now he's like, I'm a
granddaddy or my kids, right, My grandkids are out there
traveling with me because I can't do this myself. And
before Biden even walked off the debate stage on Thursday evening,
he was already facing heavy criticism for members of his
(28:26):
own party about his rocky performance, with some suggesting that
he couldn't adequately compete against Trump, and then his performance
exposed long simmering concerns he's just too old to campaign
and lead the nation. His raspy voice, trailing answers, and
deflated stage presence during the ninety minute debate set off
(28:47):
panic among top Democratic donors and strategists about the viability
of his candidacy and open up a debate about whether
he should be replaced at the top of the ticket. Now,
Democrats that are on his they're coming out saying, well,
hold on. Biden did better in the subsequent days with
stronger performances at a rally and fundraisers, and so you
(29:10):
guys are overreacting. Well, to be clear, at those events,
he's allowed to use teleprompters at the debate, he's not.

Biden's acknowledged that the debate did not go well, and
a campaign rally on Friday, he said, quote, I don't
debate as well as I used to, but emphasized that
he would not be running again if I did not
believe with all my heart and soul that I can
do this job. Okay, so you put all that into
your brain for just a second, and you listen to
(29:42):
those excuses and then you got to say, all right,
well is everybody else buying this?
Speaker 2 (29:48):
Well?
Speaker 1 (29:49):

Real question here is Supreme Court that's bought and paid
for by r v's and fishing libraries. We have a
country that's seventy two percent wants something different. If a
Democratic party can't produce something different that seventy two percent
people want, then why do we exist?

What are we here for? I mean, the country is.

Clamoring for change, and what are we going to offer
them the same stuff?

It doesn't make any sense.

Jake, give the people what they want. Box popular that
they want something different, Let's give it to them. I mean,
I just don't get the whole thing. I'll be honest
with you. I'm from boxing. You know our everybody saw
what this all Thursday night. I don't take any pleasure
in this. This was a year ago. I'm going to

be eighty in October. You can't fight this stuff.

This is there, so you can't fight this stuff. It's
just there.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
I love even James Carvel's smart enough to dodge the
question on whether Biden can win and says that's not
the real question here, because look, he understands Joe Biden's
probably not going anywhere.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
And so what do you do.
Speaker 1 (31:08):
There's also something else, C and N putting up some
new polling numbers, and I want you to listen to
how bad they're now saying it is at MSNBC, NBC
News Party.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
This isn't just his political opponents.
Speaker 10 (31:20):
Saying he should get out of the race. This is
worry within his own party, concern within his own party,
forty five percent of Democrats saying.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
That Biden should step aside.
Speaker 10 (31:29):
And obviously that performance I think just reinforcing it and
maybe even increasing in.
Speaker 4 (31:33):
Terms of its potency.
Speaker 10 (31:35):
The main concern are one of the main concerns we've
seen over and over when it comes.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
To Biden, and that is his age.
Speaker 10 (31:40):
This is a Gallup poll just before the debate, and
already going into the debate, sixty seven percent of voters
said they considered Biden too old to be president. That's
thirty points higher than the number for Donald Trump.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
And just take a look at the other oldest.
Speaker 10 (31:55):
Nominees in history, John McCain in two thousand and eight,
Dole ninety six, Reagan and both his campaigns the number
was somewhere in the thirties, even the twenties for Reagan.
That Biden number is the number we've never seen for
any candidate before.
Speaker 4 (32:07):
And I will say, as we wait for.
Speaker 10 (32:09):
Definitive polling, we do have one poll that has now
asked the horse race question after the debate, asking Biden
versus Trump, after the debate, who are you for? It's
just from one state, It's from New Hampshire. But in
that New Hampshire poll, this is out just a couple
of minutes ago, Trump leads by two points in the
New New Hampshire poll if you can read by writing
Trump plus two. And the critical thing there is in
(32:32):
twenty twenty Biden carried New Hampshire by seven point five points.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
So we don't have you listen them there and I
just have to go over this too old to be president.
Sixty seven percent of voters say Joe Biden's too old,
only thirty seven percent for Trump.
Speaker 2 (32:48):
John McCamus thirty four percent.
Speaker 1 (32:50):
Bob doll was thirty seven percent, ninety six Ronald Reagan
was thirty three percent and eighty four and Ronald Reagan
was at twenty three percent in nineteen eighty.
Speaker 2 (33:00):
So these numbers are staggering.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
There's also that the other number here that I think
is really important. Sixty four percent of voters say Donald
say excuse me that Joe Biden should step aside. Forty
five percent of Democratic registers voters say the same thing.
So almost fifty percent of registered Democrats are now saying,
(33:23):
after the debate the other night, Joe Biden is just
too old. I don't know how you win with that
hanging over your head, but what I do know is
of now, Joe Biden ain't going anywhere, and that's good
