Speaker 1 (00:01):
Rarely do I get to start this show by saying
congratulations to so many of you that actually stood up
and fought over the last twenty four hours and were
outraged and let it be known on social media by
sharing this podcast, the podcast I do with Center Take
Cruise called Verdict, and putting up your own thoughts on
(00:22):
social media about the mastermind of nine to eleven and
two other of his alleged accomplices who were given a
sweetheart plea deal to spare them their lives just so
Joe Biden could close down Guantanamo Bay before he leaves
office in January. Well, the backlash was so severe because
(00:42):
we exposed this plea deal on this show that many
of you went to your social media accounts and called
your congressmen and were outraged to the point where now
we're being told by the New York Times that the
Defense Secretary, Lord Austin has now relieved the overseer of
(01:03):
the war Court at Guantanamo Bay and because of the backlash,
revoked a plea agreement reached earlier this week with the
accused mastermind of the September eleventh attack, Coalie Sheik Muhammad
or KSM and his two alleged accomplices. This would not
have happened if it wasn't for conservative talk radio, conservative
(01:27):
podcasts who were We all went to war on the
same issue and gave you the information you needed to
then have your voice be heard. This was a political
decision at the beginning, and to be clear, this was
also a political decision by the Biden Harris administration to
cancel the nine to eleven plea deal after the severe
(01:48):
backlash and they oust their senior official who offered it. Now,
this guy was the sacrificial lamp, because you can't fire Harris,
you can't fire Biden, you can't fire Austin. So you
go after the person that did what you told them
to do, by the way in the first place. Because
this was all being done by the Biden Harris administration,
(02:08):
they need a scapegoat. They found them, and then bam,
they decided to fire the person they told they wanted
this deal done in the first place. So to be clear,
this was only done for political reasons on the front
end because they want to close GITMO. But the backlash
was so severe from the families of nine to eleven victims,
(02:28):
right those that died on nine to eleven, and then
from conservatives sharing their stories and others within the military
who were enraged as I talked about, and Senator Cruz
and I talked about that were in served in the military, going,
let me get this straight. I signed up to kill
these terrorists that did nine to eleven, and now you're
sparing the life of the person I signed up to
(02:50):
go kill and risk my life and many of my
friends and family members and colleagues died trying to hunt
down Kalegue Shaike Muhammad and the other masterminds b nine
to eleven. Well, the Biden Hairs administration, they made a
political play before Friday evening when this news broke, and
that was to close GITMO, to say we're the ones
(03:10):
that closed down Getmo. Joe Biden is obsessed with closing
down Getmo, and the only way to get it closed
down was for him to do these plea deals in
essence where he spared the life of these terrorists so
then they can move them somewhere else.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Now.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
The only reason, and I want to be clear why
there's been a reversal, is because the political ramifications were
so great that Kamway Harris basically said, hey, I don't
want hanging around my neck that I'm I'm the lady
and I'm going to be the administration that saved the
life of the nine to eleven mastermind. This is too
(03:46):
much backlash, it's not worth it, so let's undo it.
And that's exactly what they did here again, making it
one hundred percent of political decision, not what was in
the best interest in national security, not what we in
the best interests of those who lost loved ones on
nine to eleven, not in the best interests of men
(04:07):
and women in uniform who died fighting these terrorists at
the hands of these butchers and savages the college schik
Muhammad recruited. I went through yesterday a brief history of
who Kalee Schiek Muhammad is, and if you want to
know just how evil he was and how many people
he killed, including beheading Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter.
(04:29):
If you don't know who this man is, go listen
to that show, because it's a very important show and
you'll understand just how insane it is to allow that
man to continue to live. Now, the Biden Harris administration
canceled the stunning Plea deal that was signed this week
with a terrorists who are responsible for that September eleventh,
(04:50):
two thousand and one terr attacks on the United States
of America. And then, as I mentioned a moment ago,
they relieve the senior years official who offered the deal,
retired General Susan Escalar, who was responsible for overseeing the
war court case at Guantanamo Bay where being told, was
relieved from her position by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Awson
(05:12):
after team entered into pre trial agreements with a nine
to eleven mastermind, Missaik Muhammad, and two other co conspirators. Now,
the deal originally and only because of your outrage, So
I say to you guys as listeners, God bless you
guys for not just listening but being active on this.
The deal allowed the terrorists to escape the death penalty
(05:33):
in exchange for them pleading guilty to the murder of
twenty nine and seventy six people and serving sentences of
at most life in prison. They are butchers and they
deserve to die. Now by removing this individual, Lloyd Austin
(05:54):
assumes authority over the case and immediately canceled the agreement,
meaning the death penalty is back on the table. Following
days of public backlash against the Biden Harris administration. Quote
effective immediately and the exercise of my authority, I hereby
withdraw from the three pre trial agreements that you signed
on July thirty first, twenty twenty four, Austin said. Top
(06:18):
US lawmakers slammed the Biden administration for the Plea deal,
including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Mike Johnson.
McConnell said, the Plea deal was, and this is coming
from the reports now, was a revolting abdication of the
government's responsibility to defend America and provide justice.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Quote.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
The Biden Harris Administration's weakness in the face of sworn
enemies of the American people apparently knows no bounds. Mitch
McConnell said, the only thing worse than negotiating with terraces
is negotiating with them after they are in custody. The
families of their victims and the American people deserve real justice.
In the same week that Israel d some of the
(07:00):
ram's most trusted terrorist proxies, this administration's decision to spare
these mass murderers from the death penalty is an especially
bitter pill. I could not agree more with McConnell on
that one. Meanwhile, the Biden Harris administration still seeks to
quote release other Guantanamo bayed terrists back into the world.
(07:24):
The administration's cowardice in the face of terror is a
national disgrace. Twenty three years ago, America watched in horror
as thousands of innocent Americans died. America mourned for weeks afterwards,
as first responders shifted through the ashes of ground zero
at the Pentagon and at the crash site in Starkville.
(07:48):
For more than two decades, the families of those murdered
by these terrorists have waited for justice. The Plea deal
is a slap in the face of those families. They
deserve better from the Biden Harris administration. Senator Ted Cruz
also quoted saying this the Plea deal made it a
(08:13):
very very good week. If you happen to be a terrorist,
that's what he said on the show that I co
host with him. He said, quote, if you happen to
be someone who wants to murder Americans, this has been
a phenomenal week because Joe Biden, Kamala Harris just gave
a gift to Khalid Sheik Muhammad. They agreed to take
the death penalty off the table and spare his life.
(08:34):
Crew said, it's an absolute outrage. It's an insult to
the families of all of those who were murdered on
nine to eleven. Now you put all that into perspective,
and I want to be clear. The only reason why
they reversed this, the only reason why, the only reason
(08:54):
why I'm going to say it over and over again
because I want you to understand just how political and
how evil this administration is, is because Kamala Harris's political
team said, Okay, this may be too much for Americans
the stomach right now, so we need to reverse it
so that doesn't hurt me and the presidential debates. That
(09:15):
is the only reason why this is an issue right now.
That is it, full stop period. Let me also just
say something else about the Biden and Harris obsession with
closing GITMO. They don't care about the victims.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Of nine to eleven.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
The only reason why they've reversed this now is for
one reason and one reason only. It is because they
realize politically they couldn't withstand this. Okay, that's it. They
couldn't withstand the pressure. Okay, they couldn't withstand politically what
was about to come down on them months away from
(09:59):
a presential and Kama Harris ran and said, hey, look,
I want to close GITTMO. I don't care if the
victims of nine to eleven are in pain or suffering. Okay,
I don't care. I don't care about those family members.
I want to close GETMO. But look, maybe we just
wait a few months, okay, and if we wait a
few months then will be in better shape.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Right then, then we can do it.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
After I went, I'm sure that's what Harris said, so
they said, hey, undo this thing. Make no mistake, they
don't care if these terrorists live. In fact, they give
them everything they can give them to make sure they
actually do live.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Which is incredibly disgusting that we.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Live in a world now, in the United States of America,
where the mastermind of nine to eleven is now being
defendive with your tax dollars number one and number two.
They have no problem sparing their life just to get
the what they perceive to be a win politically, saying
(11:07):
we're the ones that closed it down, like it's insane.
It is absolutely insane. That's number one. Now number two here,
I believe they're going to close down GITMO because the
President wants that to be a feather in his cap,
the same way he thinks his legacy is like on
solid ground. And this tells you how delusional Biden is
(11:29):
for getting us out of Afghanistan, even though countless people
died and Americans died in that exit, and the people
that helped us in Afghanistan were.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
Beheaded, tortured, butchered.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
Because of the way that we left and we didn't
get them out of the country. But listen to the
White House, all right, the White House quote had nothing
to do with a nine to eleven pleadial. That's what
they said on Fox. And then Scott Kirby was asked
this question on Fox.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Listen, well, President Biden trying to close GITMO before he
leaves office in January.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
Nothing has changed about the President's fallacy that we want
to see GETMO close. We continue to work through all
the machinations of that. It has been a difficult process,
of course. You know that President Obama, likewise, I tried
and couldn't get it done in the eight years that
he was president. This is something that still matters to
President Biden, and we're still working our way through that.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
So, I mean, you got to understand this is the
same president.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
By the way, after being Kamala Harris let the prisoners
from Russia get off the plane, the president actually walked
on to the plane and I'm like, what do you
think he was being exchanged to Russia. Kamala Harris standing
on the tarmac. Everybody else stay on the tarmac. They're like,
what the hell are you doing. Joe Biden, why are
you walking on the plane, Like what is wrong with you?
(12:46):
This is the guy who says, oh, we got to
close on GITMO because I want it to be like
part of my legacy. We have to do it, all right, Well, look,
this is going to be a nasty deal if we
get this done.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
I don't care.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
And I'm sure Kamala Harris was able to then say guys,
we just can't do this right, like, we just can't
do it. Let me read for you just the letter
so you understand that came from the Secretary of Defense,
one thousand, Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC, and it says I
have determined that in light of the significance of the
(13:18):
decision to enter into pre trial agreements with the accused
and the above reference case. Responsibility for such a decision
should rest with me, as a superior conveying authority under
the Military Commissions Act of two thousand and nine, Effective immediately,
I hereby withdraw your authority in the above reference case
(13:40):
to enter into a pre trial agreement, and reserve such
authority to myself. Effectively, in the exercise of my authority,
I hereby withdraw from the three pre trial agreements that
you signed on July thirty first, twenty twenty four in
the above reference case. So, you know, these good soldiers
and I'm sure they're going to find this chick a
great job somewhere else, right, They're gonna she'll make some money.
(14:04):
I'm sure they'll call and say, hey, sorry, we had
to you know, b slap you across the face publicly.
But this was gonna be too hard for Kamala Harris
to overcome. So we just need you to, like, you know, understand,
like no hard feelings. We know you were doing my
job right, like the job we asked you to do. Okay,
we understand that, Like we totally get it. You were
doing the job. You were doing the job we asked
(14:27):
you to do right like like you were doing the
job that we said to do. But it kind of backfire.
We got elections. So sorry, we're gonna fire you. But
don't worry. We'll take care of you. And I promise
you they will take care of her.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Now.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
The other reason why I think they undid this thing
is there's a new poll out, and it's a new
poll that says that Trump has a three point lead
over Kamala Harris in the international poll. This is obviously
a very big deal, and so they're saying, hey, we
don't want to alienate voters right now with something stupid
that is dealing with a bunch of terrorists from you know,
two thousand and one, nine to eleven. Former President Donald
(15:04):
Trump apparently has taken a three point lead over Vice
President Harris nationally according to a recent Harvard Harris poll.
The poll, conducted between July the twenty six and twenty eighth,
was a large sample size more than two thousand vote
registered voters, and when asked who voters would pick if
the president's election was held today, forty eight percent said
they would vote for Trump and forty five percent said
(15:25):
they would vote for Harris. Seven percent of voters expressed
that they were still undecided on who they would vote for. Now,
I give you that data to also hear some of
the predictions that are coming out. Carl Rove said this
about Kamala Harris and the momentum that she has right now,
(15:45):
which again, she doesn't want to lose the momentum that
she has in the Democratic Party. That's why I'm sure
she's called the Lotos and said, hey, undo this deal,
it's going to hurt me.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
And joins us. Now, So let's talk about where the
race is, because in some battleground states the poll seemed
to have been err let's put it up here. Arizona,
Trump still leads. The one poll has got Harris up
by two. Same thing in Nevada, Wisconsin, Trump holds it
very narrowly. Michigan, Trump has ahead, but Harris is up
eleven in one new poll, which I think might be
(16:14):
an outlier. Trump continues to lead in Pennsylvania, North Carolina,
and Georgia. He still got the advantage, Carl, but she's
gaining momentum.
Speaker 5 (16:22):
There's no question, yeah, no doubt about it. If you
look at it. Remember, we're better to look at an
average of polls, and we just don't have a lot
of battleground state polls since all these things began to shift.
Take a look at the national number though, and you
get a sense of this. Remember before the first debate
with Biden and Trump, but Trump was leading by close
(16:43):
to three points or about three points, depending on when
you looked at it. Trump today, in the Real Clear
Politics average is leading by one point two percent one
point two points. There's an outlier in there there Polly
gives him a five point lead. Without that outlier, he's
leading by less than one percent, zero point eight. In fact,
if you look at it, there were five poles in
(17:05):
the Real Clear Politics average that occurred before the twenty
fifth of July. Trump leads in all five of those.
Of the five poles that have been held since the
twenty sixth of July, he leads. He leads in only two,
she leads in three. So I fully expect that the
momentum she has is going to carry her through unless
it's a disastrous vice presidential choice. This momentum is going
(17:27):
to leave her in the lead at the end of
the Democratic Convention.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Now this goes exactly back to what I said to you,
warned you about when Kama Harris entered this race as
a canate that no one voted for, the media was
going to have a coronation. The media was going to
tell you she was amazing. They were going to completely
reinvent her. She's now an African American woman, even though
she's actually not African American, and anyone that criticizes her
(17:51):
is a sexist and a racist. That's where we are
right back to that. This is like deja vu when
Obama was running and if you criticized him, it's like, oh,
you black people, No, I just hate dumb people. I
hate people that lie. Right, Remember when you know you
can pick your doctor. If you like your doctor, you
can keep your doctor. If you like your doctor, you
can keep your plan if you like your plan. Remember
when they lie to you with Obamacare. Kamala Harris is
(18:14):
no different. And that I mean, this is a woman
that told you the border was secure where she's the
borders are. Now they're telling you, oh, she was never
the borders are and that there's no problems at the border,
even though she's let what twenty million people come in
under her watch. Or if you were going to be
totally accurate, eight millions. It's the exact time she was
named the borders are, and then they say, oh, she
was never the borders are. The media is going to
have a massive impact on this election, and they're going
(18:37):
to do everything they can.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
It's going to be billions in.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
Free advertising every day they're going on and it is
like billions in free advertising, So get ready for it.
It is going to be unbelievable what they're willing to
do and how hard they're willing to fight. Okay, how
hard they're willing to fight to get Donald Trump from
(19:01):
having that White House Again, what I'm witnessing at the Olympics,
and I'm going to talk specifically to women tonight because
women need to understand this. Women are going to have
to start standing up for other women and women's sports,
because the Olympics have even been taken over by men.
(19:23):
We used to put men in prison for beating women.
Now we give them gold medals apparently in our Olympic Games.
Let me say that again. We used to put men
in prison for beating women. We used to tell men,
under no circumstances are you to hit a woman. Now
we are given men gold medals for literally beating the
(19:45):
living you know what out of women and celebrating them
in the Olympics because of the glad you know, Lgbtqia
must accept everyone insanity. Algeria man won her opening Olympic
(20:05):
boxing match.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
He won.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
I should say we make that very clear son as
she this is a dude won the opening Olympic boxing
match when Italy's Angela Karini quit the match after just
forty six seconds of having a man beat her. This
(20:30):
dude was, by the way, disqualified from the twenty twenty
three World Championships. Why because he was a dude. He
failed an unspecified gender eligibility test. And then this dude
gets to go to the Olympics and gets to go
represent a country in the Olympics at the Paris Olympics
(20:55):
and is beating the living you know what out of women. Now,
this incredible woman from Italy refused to shake the man's
hand after the decision was announced, and she cried in
the ring before leaving. And I will say this again,
this delusion must end. This is disgusting. It's the purest
(21:18):
form of evil that is unfolding right before our eyes
in this country, it is and the world. I should
say that we're allowing men to take over women's sports.
Whenever some deranged man says I'm going to identify as
a woman, someone is going to die because a man
(21:42):
is going to hurt a woman to the point where
they have a medical event that will take their life.
And boxing has got to be close to the top
of that list. This is the purest form of evil.
I think it's the devil. I think it is sadistic,
I think it's disgusting, and the fact that we are
celebrating men beating the living crap out of women is
(22:06):
one of the most delusional and I think one of
the purest forms of evil that we've seen in sports
that should have never happened. And women have got to
wake up and fight this. I'm gonna have even more
to say about that in a moment. Let me also
tell you about another fight that's happening right now in
this country, and that is a fight for your dollars.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
There are a lot of.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Liberal companies out there that love knowing that you're paying
them a bill every month. Cell Phone companies are at
the top of that list. It's a big bill for
many Americans. It's one of their top ones outside of
their cost of living, a house note right or a rent.
And they take your money and they funnel it to
liberal causes, candidates, and radical organizations. That is why Patriot
(22:52):
Mobile more than ten years ago. Patriot Mobile was started
when they found out where Big Mobile was sending your
money to hardcore leftist, extremist organizations. And they say, we're
going to start a company that actually supports conservative causes,
and that's their mission.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
And that's what they've done. Patriot Mobile.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
They take about five percent of your bill every month
when you pay it at no extra cost to you,
and they give it back to conservative organizations that stand
up for our First and our Second Amendment rights, that
stand up for the rights of unborn children, and that
stand with our military veterans, our first responders, and our
wounded warriors. This is why I want you to switch,
(23:31):
and switching as evesy. The other thing is technology has changed.
Technology right now is incredible. You're going to use the
same towers you're on right now, which means you get
the same coverage you're used to. You can switch by
calling them.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
That's it. That's all you gotta do.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
You'll keep your same cell phone number, keep your same
cell phone you have now, or you can upgrade to
a new phone. If you want to call them, use
my name Ben. You're gonna get free activation. And then
every time you pay your bill, every time you make
a call, you know you're standing up for what you believe.
In nine seven two Patriot is their number nine seven
to two Patriot or nine to seven to two Patriot.
(24:06):
That's nine seven to two Patriot, or online at patriotmobile
dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
Use that promo code ferguson. You'll also get a free
month of service Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson. Now
let me just go back to what I was saying
very quickly about women. Women are going to have to
(24:30):
empower their daughters. Grandmothers are going to have to empower
their daughters, to empower their daughters. That this delusion must end.
Logan Paul put it this way. He said, this is
the purest form of evil and folding right before your eyes.
A man was allowed to beat up a woman on
a global stage, crushing her life's dream while fighting for
(24:51):
her deceased father.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
This is a man.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
These are women that are being forced into the ring
with men to compete against biological men. And because we've
been silent for far too long, and by the way,
fathers are going to have to stand up for their daughters.
Women are going to maybe have to walk out and
make people lose money, because you got to understand, this
(25:18):
is about money.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
This is all about money.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
And advertisers are advertising during the boxing where a man's
beaten the living crap out of a woman. And if
you start contacting those advertisers saying I'm done with you
forever and you mean it, and it turns into boycotts,
you're going to do it. If they air men in
women's sports on TV and you email ESPN and you
say to the advertisers during the broadcast of that track
(25:43):
and field event, we're done. If universities and the donors
stand up to these universities and say into the NCAA
and say, hey, you allow men to infiltrate women's NCAA sports,
we are done with you. But women are going to
have to organize like never before or this will continue
(26:03):
to happen. And for some reason, far too many women
have been far too kind about allowing men in women's
locker rooms and men to act like women and then
beat women. Whether it's swimming, whether it's track and field,
whether it's the Olympics.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
I mean the idea that.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
We're living in a world now where the Olympic Games
are allowing men to beat women, and then that is
to be celebrated as an Olympic sport. You know, I
want to be clear about this, and I'm going to
say this last thing. We outlaw things like dog fighting
and cockfighting for a reason because it's barbarican and humane.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
If you can go to.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
Prison for fighting dogs, why don't men go to prison
when they beat up women? Why are we celebrating it
as a sport. It should be looked at the same way.
If you don't believe me, I don't care. I think
you're an idiot if you don't stand up for women
(27:08):
and demand that men be kicked out of every women's station.
It's called women's sports for reason, it's called women's boxing
for reason. It's called the women's swimming championship for a reason.
Stop letting men control that world. I can't believe I'm
more of a feminist than the liberals are right now
that it claimed to be feminists, But moms and grandmothers
(27:28):
and fathers are going to have to take this to
the next level because otherwise someone's going to die. Make
sure you share this podcast with your family and your friends,
and I'll see you back here tomorrow
