immunity for him, but basically for his entire family for
any type of fair of violations, any type of eruption,

and that's the deal that was being made behind the

Kamala Harris, and that allowed for a lot of other

came out and endorsed Kamala Harris, and that was clearly
the leverage that he was using, Like, Hey, you think

for my family, then fine, I'll drop out, but I

am not endorsing you. And then she came back, this
is my guest and said, okay, fine, I'll give you
what you want so there can be a coronation for me.
And that's exactly what happened. Jesse Waters on Fox put
it this way back in July on the twenty first.

Who's the defendant's father, Joe Biden. So to be clear,
now that Joe Biden is not running for reelection, all
of a sudden, the DJ's like, all right, we can
now do our job on Hunter Biden and the Biden

this also means they may be trying to expedite these
charges so that there's a chance to pardon him very quickly.
Now the goal of the oligarch in the filing again,
I'm going back to the filing here, So this is
the Department of Justice saying this was quote to attempt
to influence US government agencies to investigate the Romanian investigation

into him, paying Biden and his associate more than three
million dollars to do so, according to a new report
out in The Hill today. So again, let's recap that
you got a Russian oligark who is worried about the
US government and it's agencies investigating him.

He went to the Vice President's son, Hunter Biden and
his associate and said, I'm going to give you three
million dollars or whatever the hell you need to make

knowing what we now know from this filing that Hunter
Biden is in direct violation of the Fair Act because
Hunter Biden himself acknowledged and messages included in the filing

where he said, quote, we might be guilty of some
FAARA violations.

That was in writing how do we know this well?

By the way, that was on Hunter Biden's laptop from Hell,
the same laptop that the DOJ the FBI said was
not real, the same FBI and the DOJ that said
that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation, and the same
laptop from Hell that all the intelligence agencies and these
directors came together fifty plus people and said this had
all the markings of Russian disinformation even though they knew

the laptop was real. And now the DOJ is actually
quoting his emails from the damn laptop only because Hunter
Biden is now someone they can attack, because Joe Biden
is no longer going to be the president of the
United States of a mayor Erica. Now Peter Schweitzer, who
is again the guy that's been unearthing so much of

the Biden corruption in the family and his research team
at the Government Accountability Institute reported on these fair violations
and many other foreign business deals by Hunter Biden all
the way back in twenty eighteen. And what they say
about him, They said he was bat you know what. Crazy.
The book was published, and it was published two thousand,

three hundred and thirty one days ago. Everything that the
DOJ is now saying Hunter Biden did it was publicly
reported on more than two thousand and three hundred days ago.
It has only been, by the way, nineteen days. To
put in perspective, since Joe Biden the President relinquished his

reelection campaign and endorsed his vice president Kamala Harris to
run in his place. So once he has walked away
from power, now the DOJ's like, well, crap, we'll do
our job. And it may not be for the reason
you think it may be because they're saying, hey, go
ahead and nail him for everything that you would nail

him for. So Republicans can't do it, so that we
can give him a pardon quickly so he doesn't actually
go to jail.

I actually think that might be the strategy here.

Let's nail him and let's go ahead and convict him,
and it won't matter as long as we can expedite
it so that then he is taken care of and
doesn't go to jail.

Forward fair violations, because if the DOJ doesn't do it
now and Donald Trump wins, you can guarantee that the
DOJ is going to look into all this and do
this and probably much more. But the Democrats are preemptive.
Then it's actually in a weird way, I get out
of jail free card for Hunter Biden now. Peter Schwitzer
also expects quote that further action for the Department of Justice.

It will likely follow quickly quote if the Department wants
to be remotely consistent. The Romanian case involves between a
half million and eight hundred million, but the deals in
China involved thirty million, the one in Ukraine involved about
six million, and the deals in Russia mounted to about
three point five million, all transferred to Hunter Biden and

his businesses, all of which were reported in Secret Empires
the book in twenty eighteen, which means they knew all
about this. To paragraph then Vice President Joe Biden whispered
aside to President Barack Obama years ago, this is a
quote efing big deal.

Blincoln calls Morell.

Everyone knew Morell wanted to be the CIA director in
a Biden administration. Morell organizes the statement that fifty one
people signs. When he sends out the statement, he says,
this is so Joe Biden will have a talking point
against Trump during the upcoming debate. After the debate, Joe
Biden's campaign chairman, Steve Orsetti calls Morell and thanks him.
But Sean, now we've learned three new additional facts. First,

the letter was actually reviewed by the top people to CIA,
either Director Haspull or Deputy Director Bishop. We deposed the
chief operating Officer, Andrew mccrades. He said, I took it
to one of those two individuals.

They reviewed it.

Second, well, you pointed out agents looked at this and
said this is not what the CIA should be doing
this is a bad look for the CIA. This is
all political. And third, some of the people who signed it,
like Mike Morell, were actually on contract with the CIA
when they signed it. That's how bad, that's how political
this was. And to your final point, this is something

our government had for a year. They had the laptop
and they knew, they knew it wasn't hacked by.

Russia, and we know that the FBI had verified its
authenticity a March of twenty twenty, Congressman Turner and they
were out there pre bunking it with all big tech
and that ended up getting that very real laptop story
by the New York Post censored nationwide, and poll shows that,

in fact, had they not done that, Donald Trump would
have won that election if the American people knew the
truth absolutely well.

The House Intelligence Committee got these emails, it showed that
the manner in which this was presented, and that we
now know from the joint depositions that Jim's Committee and
my committee held that these individuals openly we're talking about
doing this letter solely to help Biden in his debate.
Now what that means is we now all know that

we saw Biden stand there in the middle of his
debate and lie to the American public because he knew,
of course it wasn't Russian disinformation. When he said, I
have a letter that says this is Russian disinformation. There's
nothing to this. Biden was lying to the American public.
But also everyone who signed that letter. You know, I
see fifty one as they're called. They were lying and

depositions they you know, on after the other would acknowledge.
They didn't even try to verify it. They knew what
they were doing. This was totally political, totally for the debates,
and they were laws.

what are they going to try this time?

convict the Bidens, you separate them a little bit from

The Harris campaign now has a real pr nightmare on
their hands, and that is the Harris campaign is having
to figure out how to scrub the VP choice Waltz

in the military. Now there's some there saying, hey, don't
touch this. The guy was in the military, he was
in the reserve for twenty plus years. So what did
he lied about his rank? So what did he lied
about his service? A little bit? It's not that big

the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice
in this country, and men and women that have served
this country, and family members that have loved ones that
have served this country. You don't lie about being a

you're sure as hell, don't lie about serving your country

and seeing combat when you actually didn't see combat. These
are just some of the things that like, I mean,
you don't want a doctor to be like, oh, I'm
a doctor and all of a sudden they you know,
they're not really one.

served in combat and you actually didn't, and the people
around you that served in the military and did see combat,

lying about his service for as long as he's been

called him out. His office did nothing about that at
the time. The Washington Freebeacon also finding out that Tim
Waltz promoted media misrepresentations of his military service back in
two thousand and six when he was running for office.

so you understand just how much of a liar this
guy is. A March twentieth, two thousand and six Wall

Street Journal report included in the Kit that his campaign
was putting out. It's said that Waltz quote served overseas
during the early war in Afghanistan. His team and his
campaign knew that was a lie, but they took that
lie and they ran with it, because if you want

that the Iraq war is quote, not something that is
a political game. Yet that's exactly what he used it for.
Another from January and February of six the addition of
The Atlantic describes Waltz as quote, a command sergeant major
who just returned from fighting the war on terrorism. The

Peace goes on to characterize Waltz as one of the
number of veterans from the wars in Afghanistan Iraq who
were running for Congress that year. Again, that is also

Primetime has been investigating Tim Walls's military record, and it's
worse than you thought, and now the Kamala campaign's covering
it up. Tonight we're finding out that when Walls was
campaigning for Congress, he put out a press release he
told voters that he had a duty to serve in
Iraq if called on, but when that call came, he retired,
left his battalion hanging in the vicious Midiest Desert. So

while Walls was heading to Washington, his unit was in
Iraq being bombed by insurgents. The soldiers were away from
their families for like two years. And when he campaigned
for Congress and later governor, he misrepresented what rank he
retired at.

in the Army and the Army National Guard. I'm a
school teacher. I'm a retired sergeant major.

Walls last rank was a command sergeant major, but because

that rank lie until today they just quietly scrubbed it
from their website tonight. We're also finding out Walls likes
to wear US Army Special Forces caps, but he never

actually served in the Special Forces. Walls was in the
National Guard. So why is he wearing the hat? Does
he want you to think he's Special Forces?

endorsed it, and he tells crowds he carried weapons in war.

there since World War II. Here's the command sergeant who
replaced Walls.

Listen, if he thinks Italy was a combat zone or
a war zone and he was carrying that in war,
he's delusional. I mean that was all said, just like
you have him saying he was a command sergeant major,
just another way to embellish his career beyond what it was,
stolen valor for the people that actually were in war,

Wellence Walls was elected after campaigning on phony military credentials.
He slapped their soldiers in the face again. You ready,

the House or representatives, or are running for the House
