Speaker 1 (00:01):
So how do you honor the forty six president of
the United States of America the Democratic National Convention.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
You know, Joe Biden.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
You push his speech to eleven thirty pm Eastern Time
so no one can see it. That is how you
honor the man you hold in such high regard. You
straight up push him towards their bedtime. This is how
little regard the Democratic Party has for a man that
gave forty plus years of his life to their party
(00:32):
and got them all the way to the White House.
I say that to just remind you. If you think
the Democratic Party in Kamala Harris gives a crap about you,
or gives a crap about your problems, or gives a
crap about the economy, or gives a crap about inflation,
they're laughing in your face.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
They don't care.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
There was a very stark moment for me, and there
were these signs that they brought out that said we
love Joe, and everybody held them up and I'm laughing
because I'm like, they don't love him. They wanted this
guy to be at midnight. They wanted him to wrap
up at one in the morning so no one would
see what the hell he says, and they're like, we
(01:16):
love Joe. Nancy Pelosi was holding up the sign. This
is the same woman that said we got to get
rid of this guy and we're done with him, and
we're going to have a coup and we're going to
have a coronation of Kamwa Harris. Now that wasn't the
only takeaway from the night. It was also what was
important to the Democratic Party, what is important to them
(01:37):
right now?
Speaker 2 (01:38):
And it seems very clear.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
That the number one thing that the Democratic Party was
obsessed with night one was everybody was obsessed with abortions
for an organization that referred to jd Vance as quote weird.
It's weird, by the way, to have an abortion clinic
basically right outside where.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
You can have vertimes.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Come with a baby in your stomach, right and your
belly to the Democratic Convention, leave without it.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
That's weird.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
They're having a big day tomorrow, Day two of free visectomy,
so you can go to the Democratic Convention and have
a vasectomy and then I guess you're celebrated. I don't
know if you get like better cushion seats. I don't know,
like what the protocol is. Do you not go to
the convention after a vasectomy or do they have like
(02:29):
a vasectomy seated area. We don't have to stand up
and jump around and dance when everything's going on. I
don't know how that works, but by the way, that's weird.
And then there was this other theme that they keep
bringing up, and it's this theme that democracy has.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Prevailed over and over and over again.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Joe Biden and others said democracy has prevailed. Now when
he said it, I laughed at the TV because I'm like, dude,
your party had a who and you lost, and a
woman that no one voted for is now the candidate
at your convention that was supposed to be for you
(03:11):
because they voted for you, not for her, And you
want me to believe that democracy his exact quote, democracy
has prevailed. Like, you got to laugh at that when
you hear it. And then there was the other thing.
I read for you the headlines, and I played the
montage for you. I think it was yesterday or the
(03:31):
day before, and during convention week everything just runs together,
but I know I played it for you, and I
read the headlines of how they were selling this convention
to be a convention theme of joy, right, it's all
about joy. There was no joy in Joe Biden's speech
if you watched it.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
This was the stay of the Union speech.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
This was the jacked up Joe, the angry Joe, and
jacked up Joe clearly said, effet, I'm going to go
out there and I'm I'm going to be angry. And
the speech, by the way, was entirely too long. But
when you have a jacked up Joe, you're not going
to tell him to stop, right, you already throw him
to midnight. Just let the old man ramble. But this
was like watching a funeral. The Democrats push Biden to
(04:16):
eleven twenty seven pm Eastern. That's how little of a
heart they have for their president who gave them forty
plus years. Now you know how much say could care
less about your family or your problems. That is the
takeaway from all of this. Hillary Clinton, by the way,
(04:37):
got prime time. Before I get to that, let me
tell you about my friends over at ammo squared. If
you haven't checked out Amo squared, you got to do it.
And the reason why is because I'm going to get
you some free AMO in your account today. Ammo squared
is pretty amazing. They help you stay stocked up on
ammunition automatically. It's truly automated, set and forget it AMMO
purchasing program. You pick your cow, you set your budget,
(05:01):
you select a shipping trigger, and bam, that's it. Your
AMMO grows slowly over time and is stored for free
as it builds up, and it ships with a click
of a button or automatically however you want to do it.
It's like an ammunition subscription on steroids because you aren't
forced into a set budget or a shipment every month. Instead,
(05:22):
you decide your budget and schedule when you want your
AMO to arrive. AMO Squared also has a massive selection
of over sixty different caliber options factory new ammunition from
brands that you know and love. It's budget friendly and
you can change it anytime you want. Yeah, you're in charge.
That's the other thing.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
I love.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
By as little as a few dollars a month and
use dollar cost averaging to your advantage. Now, let's say
you buy a bunch of AMO and the prices go up.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Good news.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
You can either take that AMMO and get a ship
to you, or you can sell it back for big profits.
This is the best part about AMO squared. And let's
say you buy one caliber, but you get rid of
that caliber firearm and then you switch to another one.
No problem, you can trade in that AMMO from one
caliber to another. There's no minimum to buy, no memberships needed,
(06:10):
and no extra fees. You can buy AMMO on a
small budget and watch it grow over time like a
savings account. Get the free AMO now by going to
sign up at amosquared dot com, slash ben, ammo squared
dot com, slash ben today to get a free to
get free AMO in your account Amo square dot com
slash ben today, and you'll get that free AMO in
(06:31):
your account all right.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Now.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
She went on and on about you know, women's reproductive rights,
because it's apparently this entire campaign is going to be
about vagina issues. It's going to be about you know,
aborting your kids. And hey, if you want to do
it right now, walk outside and we'll give you a
free abortion like these This is let me, let me.
I'll say, this isn't just weird, okay, as Democrats favorite word, right,
(06:53):
this is weird.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
This isn't just weird.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
This is sick and perverts, perverted and just straight up evil.
And that is the Democratic Party right now they're celebrating
killing kids. Like more people are going to leave the convention.
Let me rephrase that more people are going to come
into the convention, they are going to leave because they
(07:16):
are apparently maxed out on the number of abortions they
are able to hand out to their delegates, to the attendees.
That is so messed up, like on such a weird
and creepy level. It is so so incredibly messed up.
(07:37):
But this is the Democratic Party. It's what I've been
saying for a long time. They are Marxists. They are socialists.
They are communists. They are Marxist, they are socialists. They
are communists masquerading as Democrats. Now, there were some moments
that were also very clear that Joe Biden was cooked.
I think that's the best way I can describe it.
(08:00):
Joe Biden came out there and was trying to do
his speech, and he was not blinking at all, and
he was jacked up, Joe on whatever meds they pump
into him to do these things.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
But here's one example.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
Women or not without electrical not allowed. There's not without
electoral electoral.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
What in the hell was he trying to say? I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
But what I do know is that people started clapping,
because apparently that's exactly what you start doing, you just
start clapping. And Joe Biden went into some of his
radical agenda items. He dragged about installing EV chargers. The
reality is that's a lie. They spend seven point five
billion dollars on EV chargers. That's money they've already spent.
(08:43):
Only eight charging stations have ever been built under Joe
Biden's time in office, with a budget of seven I
should say, seven point five billion dollars.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
So what does he doing.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
He lies.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
Hundreds of thousand of the clean energy for American workers,
including the IBW, was stalling five hundred thousand, five hundred
thousand garden stations all across America.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
That's a lie. They did not put in five hundred
thousand charging stations. Union jobs did not do that. That
did not happen. It didn't happen. Now you also have
the crazies that were up there. You had the AOC's
who you know, accidentally apparently she's following the footsteps of
Joe Biden. She accidentally read the same sentence twice in
(09:34):
a row as she was screaming. Now, does this sound
like joy? Because remember this whole convenures must be about joy.
Speaker 5 (09:40):
Thank you Kamala Harris and Tim Walls for your vision, you,
thank you, thank you Chicago for your energy, Thank you
(10:06):
Kamala Harris and Tim Walls for your vision, and thank
you Joe Biden.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
For your leadership. It's so authentic.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
You read the same damn thing twice. Now you notice
that Hall was loving AOC. They were absolutely loving her.
Why because that is the party. Now, this is a
party of radical extremists and Marxist who decided to have
(10:42):
a coup against the sitting president of the United States
of America. And now they give you Kamala Harris, a
woman that no one has ever voted for. They lie
about what they've accomplished night one. They then obsess over
abortions on demand and making sure that you can get
one tonight or tomorrow morning for free at the convention,
(11:04):
or get a visectomy. That is the Democratic Party in
twenty twenty four. This is their convention. And if you
think abortions are joy, you are a perverse group of people.
So what do they have to say about this?
Speaker 2 (11:22):
On TV? Van Jones on CNN put it this way.
Speaker 6 (11:27):
Get a swing at the bat here. This was a
small moment, but I think a one that I regret,
which was when Hillary Clinton was talking about Trump and
the crowd started chanting lock him up. You know, Kamala
Harris has silenced the crowd and it would have been
a good thing to do there. But hats off to
(11:51):
the President for his service to this country.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
That's then. Yeah, the old Lions last roar.
Speaker 7 (12:00):
There.
Speaker 8 (12:00):
Yeah, but it was a beautiful But listen, I wish
it had been short. I wish it had been earlier.
But this, this party needed this tonight. There were tears.
This was not some stuff at these conventions is artificial
and this was a legitimate moment of catharsis and love
this guy. To me, the most powerful thing he said
was I was too young to go to the Senate
(12:22):
and now I'm too old to be president. I gave
what I gave my best to you. That's that's Joe Biden.
That's Joe Biden. It is a tough game. It's a
brutal game. You're up and then you're down. You're the
most important person in the world and then they cast
you away. That happens to everybody in politics. It just
(12:43):
happened to him in a way that the whole world
saw it, and he handled it tonight with as much
grace as any human being could handle it. And you know,
I'm proud to This is a good knight to be
a Harris. It's a good knight to be a Biden.
It's a good knight to be a Democrat. It's a
good night to be an American. This is what it
looks like when somebody knows when it's time to go,
and they.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Are a long night to be.
Speaker 7 (13:05):
It did very much sound like if you wanted to
know what he would have said on Thursday, now you do.
And there were some nice nods there at the end.
I agree the idea of America. I gave my best
to you. I mean, this is a person who has
had a multi decade sort of also service to the
country but also wanting to be president.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
I love how they just they have cast him aside
so quickly that they're annoyed by him. They can't stand him,
they talk down to him, they're demeaning to him. You
can hear it there, Jake Tapper on CNN saying this
about Joe Biden as well, like they can't stand this guy,
and I say it again, if they'll do this to
Joe Biden, who was their candidate a month ago, who
(13:47):
they pushed out in a coup, do you really think
they give a crap about you or your family, your
family's problems, or your budget, or the economic crisis or inflation.
Speaker 9 (14:00):
A lot of people that they have to put on
this thing.
Speaker 10 (14:01):
Let's think about all the and all the members of
the of the Democratic Bench that we didn't hear from. Yeah,
Kevin Knwsom, Gritch and Whitmer, Joshapiro.
Speaker 9 (14:10):
Oh, but there are three more days actually now two
and a half more days.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, I mean, it's just it's just.
Speaker 10 (14:17):
There are going to be a lot of people who
think Joe Biden kind of got the fuzzy end of
the lollipop tonight, just because the event went so late
that his speech did not even start until eleven thirty
pm East Coast time. And that is also a microcosm.
Speaker 9 (14:37):
I think if they were trying to prevent that impression,
they failed tonight. I mean, they should have to be honest,
given him time earlier in the night. They should have
kept the schedule a little bit tighter.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
But they didn't. There's one.
Speaker 4 (14:52):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 9 (14:53):
The only thing I was going to say was I
do feel like Biden, obviously understanding the context of all
of this, he gave a really forced full speech, I mean,
maybe too forceful at certain points, speaking to this room
at the top of his voice for almost fifty minutes,
maybe to prove something that he still has.
Speaker 10 (15:12):
Very very late at night. Yeah, yeah, Anderson, Jake, thanks
very much here with the team, David Ashrod, I mean,
I love this.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
Like they're trying to figure out, how do we say
this Tapper speaking so late into the night, Biden might
have gotten the fuzzy end of the lollipop. They did
this on purpose. It wasn't an accident. They said, we
know he's the president, units it's America. We don't care.
We're done with him. He has used goods. Throw him
(15:44):
away and throw him at the end of the night.
Here is our middle finger to you. Get the hell
out of Chicago. We don't want the American people to
see you. We don't want to be associated with you.
And that's what it really down to. They do not
want Kama Harris does not want to be associated with
(16:06):
Joe Biden. She doesn't want to be associated with Bidenomics.
She doesn't want to be associated with anything that she's
been a part of for the last four years. She
doesn't want to be associated with any aspect of Joe Biden.
And so that is exactly what this is actually all about.
It is we're going to get rid of Joe Biden,
(16:30):
wash our hands of him, and we're going to make
sure that everybody knows that we cannot stand you. We're
going to make sure that everybody knows that Joe Biden
is gone, that we have excommunicated ourselves, that we have
said Joe Biden goodbye. And that's exactly why they did
(16:54):
it this late at night. It's exactly why they put
the radicals like AOC ahead of him him. It's exactly
why they had all the people screaming about abortions and
aborting babies. It's exactly why they did all of that.
And then again they say, remember this is joy. Look,
(17:16):
everybody knew that Joe Biden was cooked. His brain is cooked.
Another example, not Comlin and I are committed strengthening illegal immigration. Listen,
he actually said that. I don't think he meant to
say it, but he said it.
Speaker 3 (17:30):
Pal Ha committed to strength legal immigration.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
What listen to that again.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
He just said, Comlin and I are committed strengthening illegal immigration.
I don't think that was in the prompter.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Pal Ha committed to strength legal immigration.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Well, that's for damn sure. We got what twenty million
people that prove that's real, that prove that that is accurate.
But you go back to again, listen to CNN Scott
Jennings Conservative over there.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
Here's what he said about the speech of a.
Speaker 7 (18:03):
Younger generation and giving them a really prominent slot, to
the point where Biden was later in the night. But
the whole week is gonna be like this, balancing the
old and the new.
Speaker 11 (18:15):
Well, I'm not a Democrat, and obviously I see these things.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Wait, what a different How did you get it a different?
Speaker 11 (18:22):
Yeah, good question. I see him through a little different limp.
But I do observe democrats, and the vibe I felt
in the hall tonight was one of I'll use the
sports metaphor Anderson you may want, I'll translate, but it's
like you're you're cheering for a sports team, or you
love your favorite team, and you're at the end of
the game and you're way down, You're way down, and
then all of a sudden, they start coming back, and
(18:44):
then we're at the end of the game and there's
a comeback on that.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
That's kind of the vibe that I.
Speaker 11 (18:48):
Sent from Democrats in the hall. They were losing badly
for months, and they were gonna lose, and they knew it,
and all of a sudden, now the vibe in the
hall is they feel like they've got a legitimate chance
to win a game and that they thought was lost.
That inherently produces excitement. And I thought the Harris entrance
was well choreographed, well done, and.
Speaker 6 (19:08):
You could feel what you said right there. Yeah, that moment,
that was a genuine electric moment.
Speaker 11 (19:14):
I did think the video they played was interesting. They said,
you know, we don't want to be divided, angry and
oppressed depressed, but you know, we are divided under Biden.
The American people seventy percent think we're up on the
wrong track. We are angry, and a lot of people
do feel economically depressed. So that was their effort to
try to divorce her from the feelings in the country.
(19:36):
And then we had all these speakers, some of them
were you know, anonymous, ranting mediocrites that pushed Joe Biden
way deep into the night. I kind of feel sorry
for Biden. I mean, they took this away from him
at the pinnacle of his career. I understand why he
appeared angry at times, and I thought some of the
speech met the moment. Some of it, though, was hyperpartisan,
(19:59):
frankly ranting about his opponent, and I you know, I
understand what they had to do tonight, but it's clear
to me that the Democrats wanted this to be as
late as possible.
Speaker 4 (20:12):
And I hope if you love Joe.
Speaker 11 (20:14):
Biden, I hope you watch closely because you may never
see him again.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
I wouldn't bring it us to John.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
I think he's absolutely right if you love Joe Biden.
I wonder how this is going to play with older voters,
because they went from joy to division from Joe Biden's
our guy, to get the hell out of our building
and push him late at night so no one can
see him and it may be the last time you
see him. And if you are an older voter, especially
(20:41):
if you're an older Democratic voter, and you watch what
they did to Joe Biden, I'm sorry. I mean, how
could you not be offended by watching the way that
they just excommunicated the old guy and the way that
they treated him.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
Remember, he's not a former president. He's not Jimmy Carr.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
Okay, he's the sitting president of the United States of
America right now. A new headline, by the way, is
I'm doing this obviously in real time, you chalg. I'm
always updating and trying to look at new things. There's
a new headline, and this is the headline CNN. They're
(21:24):
making Biden give his own career eulogy. That's what they said.
CNN's coverage of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago had
their pun in sitting there and they said, this is
just the weirdest thing ever. Biden is being forced to
give his own career eulogy at an event after they
(21:44):
pushed him to midnight. Biden has own in his career
as being one of the best eulogy givers at funerals,
and now they're making him come and give his own
career eulogy.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
And now they're making.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
Him give his own eulogy again, saying it twice like
this is unbelievable. But this is now the radical extremist
marks a socialist communist party that is masquerading as Democrats.
This was a coup, it continues, and then the Democrats
say to a sitting president, screw you. We're throwing you
(22:18):
from prime time to midnight. Then you got a guy
that's clearly jacked up, yelling his last hal as one
described it, shouting a farewell address. And Democrats are like, yeah,
I get the crazy old man off the stage that,
by the way, they were telling us and lying to
us the last three years, that he's totally brilliant mind
(22:41):
and no cognitive decline.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Everything's okay. They were lying to us the entire time.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
And then the same people that had the coup against
him chant we love you right after justep weeks after
knifing him. This tells you about the lack of character
and soul in the Democratic Party. And if there's a
takeaway from this, the joy of hate is what this is.
Isn't This wasn't a night of joy. The theme of
(23:09):
this convention is supposed to be joy. It's only the
joy of hate. The Democrats were flat out nasty on
Night one. They had lies that they knew were lies,
smears that they knew were smears, policies that were ignored.
The night dragged on and on and on. You had
Hillary Clinton that got prime time billing. For goodness sakes,
(23:31):
crooked Hillary out there, angry, devisive, a shrill of the
Democratic Party. And if you want to remember why people
didn't like her, well you were reminded of it tonight.
But this night that they could have made a night
to honor their guy and to try to, you know,
(23:52):
just I don't know, have some actual joy.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
That was never the intent.
Speaker 12 (23:58):
All Right, I want to just take a quick and
I want to tell you about an incredible company that
I've been telling you about for years. It is a
company called Patriot Mobile. Look, many Americans like me, we're tired,
we're frustrated by stalling economy, inflation, endless wars, and they're
relentless assault on our values, our family values. Thankfully, now
(24:19):
there are companies like Patriot Mobile that still believe in America.
We still believe in our constitution, they still believe in conservatism.
And that's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile,
because they're on the front lines fighting for the First
and Second Amendments that we stand behind. They're fighting for
(24:39):
the sanctity of life, and they're fighting for our military
and our first responder heroes.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
I want you to take a stand with your dollars.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
I want you to take a stand for conservative causes
and put America first. By switching to Patriot Mobile today,
you're going to get the same nationwide coverage as the
big providers well because Patriot Mobile operates across all three
major networks those towers are using right now. Plus they
back their service with a coverage guarantee. They're one hundred
(25:10):
percent US based. Customer service team will find the best
plan for your needs.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
You get to keep three two one.
Speaker 12 (25:19):
You get to keep your same number you have right now,
keep your phone, or upgrade to a new one.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
And every month when you.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Pay your bill, about five percent of it is going
to go back to support conservative causes at no extra
cost to you. Go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or call them nine
to seven to two Patriot right now, that's nine seven
to two Patriot, and you're gonna get a free month
(25:46):
when you use the offer code ferguson. Don't get fooled
by other providers pretending to share your values or have
the same coverage. They don't and they can't Patriotmobile dot
com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash Ferguson switched
to America's only Christian conservative mobile provider, Patriot Mobile Today
(26:07):
nine seven to Patriot and get free month of service
with the promo code Ferguson. Now, their intent was clearly
stack the dexa against him, hope that majority of Americans
are not watching when we let him get up there
and then let him do his thing, and we'll walk
him off that stage and you will never see him again.
(26:28):
I wouldn't be surprised at tomorrow if they don't even
say his name once from the podium at the convention.
I'm serious when I'm not kidding when I say that, Like,
it would not surprise me at all, not one bit
if they didn't say the name Joe Biden for the
rest of the convention. In addition to what was supposed
(26:50):
to be this big Biden farewell night, right, you had
Hillary Clinton angry, yelling talking about cracking the glass ceiling
and so you should still love her for that, and
Kamala can now finish the job of breaking the glass
ceiling Democrats. Are they gonna have to wait right till
Wednesday to hear Bill Clinton. Sources say he was close
(27:13):
to being stuck on Monday, but no, cigar, Hillary Clinton
is got the slot instead, Like I mean, you know,
and it was all about the glass ceiling, right, we
got to get kamwa there, folks.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
I was so close. I was so close, and now
it's time.
Speaker 1 (27:30):
But she was angry in her speech, and then you
have all the chaos that's erupting outside of the venue.
I mean, even Chris Wallace, right, former Fox guide now
seeing an hack, even he was seeing through the bs.
Speaker 13 (27:46):
The word that everybody is using to describe tonight is bittersweet.
It's just bitter the fact of the matter. I'm not
saying Joe Biden is better, but you know, it's like
you've been thrown out a window and as you're falling,
you go, gee, it's nice hot here. No, he got
thrown out of window and basically he was forced. You know,
there's going to be a lot of talk tonight about
(28:07):
how generous it was with him too, and selfless of him.
He was basically for usd out by Nancy Pelosi and
Barack Obama and Chuck Schumer and Jakeem Jeffries.
Speaker 2 (28:18):
They all forced him out. It was a coup.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
This was a coup, and it's damning stuff that this
is what is happening. And Kama Harris is hiding her
policies from the American people, specifically staying vague on what
she believes in, because at a convention you're supposed to
row up policies.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
The only thing we learned tonight was they were angry.
Speaker 10 (28:42):
David Challion, President Biden dropped out of the race a
month and a day ago. You wouldn't know that if
you read the Democratic platform because it repeatedly refers to
President Biden's second term. There are roughly nineteen or twenty
mentions of President Biden's second term.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
They've had a month in data updated, why haven't they?
Speaker 14 (29:01):
Yeah, there won't be one of those by the second term.
We know that.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
And you know listen.
Speaker 14 (29:06):
The platform was largely the draft of it, put in
place and voted on earlier this summer, and I think,
in talking to some folks, the idea of reopening the
platform to try to fit in not yet fully developed
Kamala Harris policies.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
While they were.
Speaker 14 (29:23):
Quickly changing, they thought they would be opening a can
of works right, and that there would be all of
a sudden some fights about what goes in the platform,
and they wanted to avoid that at all costs. So
they're willing to take the hit on the fact that
the platform is sort of a relic of the Biden
era because it's a non binding thing. They'll vote officially
today as part of the party business to put it
(29:43):
into effect, but as you know, it has no binding
capacity to right.
Speaker 10 (29:47):
And we should note that this also allows Vice President
Harris to stay vague, stay you know, unspecific.
Speaker 4 (29:58):
That's from the Biden platform.
Speaker 10 (30:00):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
I love that. At the end, they're like telling you
the truth.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
So you pass a platform at the convention day one
that you know is meaningless because Kamala Harris is going
to be the nominee, so then it allows her to
not have to declare her platform what she actually believes in. So,
as you just heard Jake Tapper describe it, she now
can stay vague. I go back to Obama Care and
(30:29):
Nanty Pelosi said it, we won't know what's in the
bill until we pass the bill. Now, in a sane world,
if someone said that, then clearly that bill would never
pass because in a sane world, no one would pass
the bill knowing that they don't know what's in that bill. Right,
and Nan supposed said, we won't know what's in the
(30:50):
bill until we pass the bill. But now it seems
that that is like the perfect thing for the Democratic Party. Hey,
all right, we got this platform. We'll hold on a second.
We're way more radical than this platform. Let's let's just
pass the old platform and then we'll be able to
(31:11):
stay vague and start a new platform after Harris is
officially the nominee. Like this wasn't done by accident, right,
as you could hear there, like, hey, why is this
keep referring to Biden's second term in the platform that's
being passed the Democratic Convention because they didn't want you
to know what Kamala harris platform is, what she actually
(31:36):
believes in. If you want to know what they believe in,
go outside of the convention hall. Look at the anarchy,
look at the chaos. Right, Joe Biden speaking at the
convention of being attacked by protesters, This is what he
said about it.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
But then he also said something else.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Listen, carefully protect and defend the Constitution and to faithfully
execute the office of the President of the United States.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
In front of me.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
In front of me was the city surrounded by the
National Guard. Behind me, a capital just two weeks before.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
And another run by a violent mob. Well, I knew then.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
From the bottom of my heart that I knew now
there is no place in America for political violence.
Speaker 4 (32:33):
None. You cannot say you love your country only when
you win.
Speaker 1 (32:43):
Now, I'm assuming he was referencing January the sixth, But
if you looked outside and you saw the people that
were arrested, by the way, there were multiple people apparently
arrested the Democratic Convention day one. And this is a
a president that I think arguably had one of his
worst speeches today, lies and slurs, And this is what
(33:07):
Joe Biden said. He was a lying, angry man who
got pushed after midnight and the Democratic Party made him
walk the Plankmen.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
Or not without electrical were not allowed, not without electoral.
Electoral border encounters have dropped over fifty percent. In fact,
there are fewer border crosses today than when Donald Trump
left office. Happened Donald Trump said, my quote, there are
very fine people on both sides.
Speaker 4 (33:38):
My god, that's what he said.
Speaker 3 (33:43):
That is what he said and what he meant from
his own chief of staff, a four star General John Kelly,
that Trump went in Europe, would not go to the
grave sites in one of the Frans, the brave service
members who gave their life in this country. He called
them suckers and losers.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
Who in the hell does he think he is? Who
does he think he is?
Speaker 3 (34:11):
They're the ones we're gonna bring back.
Speaker 4 (34:18):
That's not hyperbole, just because.
Speaker 2 (34:22):
That's not hyperbole.
Speaker 12 (34:24):
This is a guy who was lying all night long,
All night long, he was lying, and the Democratic Party said,
we'll put you at midnight and you can tell your
lies because we're done with you. We are done with you.
So much for joy Night one at the Democratic Convention.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
Don't worry.
