Speaker 1 (00:01):
It was a shock to the judge and to the prosecutors.
Hunter Biden, instead of going to trial, which clearly he
was going to trial because they were doing trial selection,
decided to walk into court with his lawyers and offered
to plead guilty in the tax case. After the Alfred
plea was rejected, the judge there asked Hunter Biden if
(00:25):
he understood a guilty plea meant, meaning that he could
face up to fifteen years in prison and finds up
to one million dollars.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Joe Biden then said yes.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
I want to make this very clear why this is
happening in my prediction, on the very front end, Hunter
Biden is on the clock. He needs to get this
resolved so Daddy can then pardon him. That is why
you walk into court and you say, screw it, I
don't want to go to trial.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
You're on the clock.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
If your dad is agreed now not to run for reelection,
that's obvious. And your dad has been lying and the
White House been lying, but they've lied about all this.
So there's no doubt in my mind that Hunter Biden
is going to get a pardon and.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
He's going to say he's my son and he's going
to say he's a change man.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
He's going to say he was an addict when he
did all these things, and he's going to pardon Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden is not going to go to jail. And
that is exactly why you walk in with a judge
you saying, look, you could face it the fifteen years
in prison, and you're like, hey, I'm not worried about that. Like,
let's just move the paperwork along, let's get the system going,
let's roll this thing out. That is what you need
(01:36):
to understand. Now that you understand the premise of this,
I'm going to tell you more of the details, all right.
Hunter Biden, who tried to resolve his federal tax case
Thursday as jury selection was about to begin, offering an
Alfred plea in which he quote maintains his innocent. Okay,
that's what an Alfred plea is. So you're saying, look,
(01:59):
I'm going to tell you that I'm innocent. However, I'm
going to acknowledge that the other side, right, the government side,
the prosecution's evidence would likely result in a guilty verdict.
Prosecutors were caught off guard by this. So is the
judge the prosecutors objected to this proposal, to this Alfred plea,
(02:21):
which they had not been told of in advance, which
is again incredibly stupid by his attorneys, but I don't
think they care, which goes back to what I said
a moment ago. This is all about speeding up the process,
expedite the guilty verdicts, so my daddy can pardon me.
The younger Biden then agreed to plead guilty to all
nine charges that he faces. Prosecutors were reading the link
(02:45):
the indictment allowed in court Thursday afternoon that started in
the morning to ensure that Hunter Biden fully comprehended what
he was doing, because this would be suicide legally to
do what Hunter.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Biden was doing. Last you had to get out of
jail free card.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
And when your dady's the president and you're the bag man,
you're gonna get a pardon.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
That's how this is going to work.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
And you're on the clock, so let's move things quickly.
The US district judge there asked Biden if he understood,
like in shock, that a guilty plea would mean he
could face up to fifteen years in prison and finds
up to a million He's not worried about the million
he gets. He gets three million or four million from
the Russian oligarch who still hasn't been sanctioned in Russia,
whose husband was the former mayor of Moscow. He's best
(03:30):
friends with Vladimir Putin. Like a million dollars is what
like six five four three two one of his finger paintings.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Not a big deal.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
The plea would also mean that Biden would lose his
right to run for public office in some states. I
don't think he's worried about giving that up either, And
Biden responded that he understood the implications, like yea, yeah,
let's move this along.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Huh, Like this is all a joke to them.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
This is all a charae, Like this is all just
like like if there was anybody today that was going
to court anywhere in America that wasn't worried about pleading
guilty and going to jail, it's a guy by the
name of Hunter Biden. Like if you had a heart
rate monitor on him, he was probably in a zenlite
state because he's like, this is awesome, Let's just move
this along.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
I'm going home. What movie is it? Diaz, my producer laughing.
What is it. I'm going home.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
There's a movie where that's a famous line, I'm going home.
That is Hunter Biden. He's going home. You got nothing
to worry about. Your dad's gonna give you the pardon.
You're going home, and that is what they all care about.
Let me take a quick moment to tell you about
an incredible company that stands up and fights for our
First and our Second Amendment rights. They fight for the
(04:43):
rights of unborn children, and they fight every time you
pay your bill to them, for our veterans, our first responders,
and our wounded warriors. I'm talking about Patriot Mobile. They're
the only conservative Christian wireless provider in the country, and
when you pay your bill to them every month, they
(05:05):
actually take about five percent of your bill and give
it back to the causes that I just mentioned at
no extra cost to you. Now, the reason why that's
incredible is because if you're with Big Mobile, you're actually
supporting and funding the left in.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
A very big way.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Big Mobile gives big donations to organizations that pay and
advocate for abortion on demand. They give big donations to
Democratic candidates and causes at the local, state, and national level.
Another reason why you should make the switch to a
company that stands with your values. Now, making the switch
(05:44):
space your AT mobile is easy. You can keep your
same cell phone you have right now, keep your same
cell phone number, or you can upgrade to a new phone.
And you don't have to worry about coverage because in
twenty twenty four, it is actually really easy to make
the switch, and you're gonna have this same exact coverage
that you are used to because they use the same
(06:04):
exact towers that you're using right now. So call right
now nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to
two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Now, when
you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
free month of service. So don't wait any longer. Stop
(06:26):
giving your money to comans that literally hate your family
values and hate your Christian values. Make the switch, get
nationwide coverage, and make a difference with every phone call
you make nine seven to two Patriot that's nine seven
to two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson promo
code ferguson. You'll get one month of service for free.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Now there's also another big lie here.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
The President is going to partner son before leaving office
in January. Mark my word, he has lied to you
on multiple accounts about the business dealings, about not knowing
about the business dealings, then knowing about the business dealings,
and then knowing about the meetings of the White House,
knowing about his sudden trading favors, knowing about being the
big guy. Right. So of course he's going to look
at you and he's going to say, hey, I and
(07:17):
my aides have said over and over again repeatedly that I.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Will not do so, I will not pardon my son.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
In fact, the White House Press Secretary Jean Pierre repeated
that claim Thursday afternoon as well. No, she told reporters
on Air Force one while traveling with the President to
an event in Wisconsin. It is still very much a no,
she said. In arguing against the Alfred plea, Wise emphasize
(07:45):
as the prosecutor that he and his team had come
to court on Thursday morning ready to try this case,
saying quote, I want to make it crystal clear the
US opposes an Alfred plea. Hunter Biden is not innocent.
He is guilty, is what Weiss told the judge. Biden's attorney,
Able Ol noted that the Alpha Alfred pleas are an
(08:07):
option available to all criminal defendants, even though such plea
agreements are relatively rare quote all over the US people
do this. Biden's attorney said, it's not that hunter Biden
seeks special treatment, but that he gets the same rights
as everyone.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Who is charged. Quote unquote.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Now as you know, Wise charge Biden last year on
nine tax related counts, accusing him of failing to pay
at least one point four million in federal taxes from
sixteen through nineteen. Three charges were felonies and six were misdemeanors.
They included failing to file and pay taxes, tax evasion,
and filing false tax returns. Why separately charged Biden last
(08:48):
year with three felony gun counts in Delaware. A jury
convicted Biden on all three of those charges in June,
and he's scheduled for sentencing in November. So that timeline works, right,
You get sentenced nov Daddy pardoned, je I'm going home.
The indictments came also after a lengthy investigation of President
(09:08):
Biden's business dealings while his father was vice president. This
is um quoting now the Washington Post, which Republican lawmakers
and former President Donald Trump have tried to use as
evidence of corruption within the Biden family. No evidence has
surfaced publicly to suggest any wrongdoing by Joe Biden, the
(09:30):
younger Biden has said he has undergone treatment right. This
is going to be the alibi when he pardons him
for addiction.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Is no longer using drugs.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
While his addiction to crack cocaine was a central theme
of that gun trial, the Los Angeles case is expected
to delve into Biden's lavish spending and sex life during
that period, much of which he chronicled in his own
twenty twenty one memoir. Among the accusations laid out in
the nine count indictment is that Biden wrote off money
he paid sex workers as business expenses on his tax forms.
(10:04):
An Alfred plea, named after a case North Carolina v. Alford,
is a way for a defendant to register a formal
admission of guilt towards charges they are facing, while simultaneously
maintaining their innocence. United States attorneys are only able to
consent to an Alford plea in the most quote unusual
(10:26):
of circumstances and they have to consult with top officials
at the Department of Justice before doing so. That according
to the Federal Prosecution Guidelines. Political interests in Hunter Biden's
legal troubles have obviously waned since his father dropped out
the upcoming president of race, no one cares anymore. I
(10:47):
think we should care because there's still a massive amount
of corruption and the selling of the White House in
Kamala Harris is definitely connected to it. But when you
look at what happened here, what this tells you is
Joe Biden knew that his son could be a bag
man as long as he was vice president or president
(11:08):
because he was going to protect his son's corruption. He
also knew, being the big guy, that he was going
to get paid as well.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
And we know that he has. We have the.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
Receipts, we have the deposits, we have the checks. We
know it for a fact. Now let me also play
for you real quick what Jonathan Turley had to say
on Fox News Channel. He was talking about the shock
here of this and just how insane it is that
(11:40):
he was trying to get this special plea agreement where
you plead that you're guilty, but you remain innocent, and
he's like, these guys have bungled this.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
But again, they're not trying to win, They're just trying.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
To get the paperwork in before Joe Biden leaves office.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
We are waiting on more breaking music come out of
the federal courthouse there in Los Angeles and the Hunter
Biden tax trials. It resumes there today. Our panel is
here adding to it. Jonathan Turley jump on in.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Jonathan, Well, it's a very interesting development with the refusal
of the Alford plea. I would have expected them to
get the Alfred plea if they had pushed for this
months ago. It is granted in cases it's an exceptional
sense that you need higher approval. But I actually think
the reason it was turned down here is because of
(12:33):
the timing. Every indication is that the defense did not
inform the prosecutors that they were going to change their plea.
That is really very unusual. It is something that does
not go over well with the prosecutions. I'm a criminal
defense attorney and I would never have done that because
even if I don't get along with the prosecution, I
(12:56):
don't want to have this type of jump scare in
the middle of a courtroom.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
With a judge.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
Watching, and I think that probably poisoned the well for
the Alford plea. I think that if months ago, if
they had gone back to the table, they probably could
have secured the Alford plea as part of a global agreement.
They could not have handled this case worse in my view.
(13:22):
I mean, they have put Hunter Biden in the worst
possible position. He will get very little benefit from his
plea because he is very little to trade at this point.
You know, when the plea deal collapsed in the Delaware courtroom,
his council famously declared, just rip it up, which at
(13:43):
the time I said, I got to tell you, very
few defense attorneys would have said that instead of going
back to the table to eke out the best you
can get in a really bad case. And instead they
played hardball. They forced both these cases to go to trial,
and they did not, according to the Justice Department, I
(14:06):
engage in serious negotiations for a plea deal that was
in a prior filing by the Justice Department. So I
think the timing is key here in terms of denial
of the Alford plea. Now where we go from here
is going to be rather interesting. The most likely thing
is that the judge will ast the defendant. Do you
want to go without an Alford plea? Now keep in
(14:28):
mind that Alford plea. He was already complicating this situation
by waiting so long, he would minimize the benefits he
would get. The Alford plea would have minimized that further
because you're not accepting guilt.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
So he will be asked.
Speaker 4 (14:44):
Are you prepared to plead guilty and accept guilt? But
that's going to lead to this to a curious moment,
right he would say if he did plead guilty. This
is the guy who just recently said I don't want
to plead guilty and I don't think I'm guilty. So
all of this is going rather wicked, rather fast.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
The reason why it's going fast is the part that
we now know he wants to get this paperwork wrapped
up so Daddy can save him from jail. That is
all this is, and this is corruption at the highest level.

(16:50):
the Hunter Biden issue for today. One of the other
reasons why I think they didn't want to go to
trial is because there was a lot of information that
could come out that could hurt Joe Biden, and could
really hurt I think Kamala Harris if this started to
pick up headlines like, no one really cares about Hunter
Biden right now in general, the average voter because they're.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Like, well, Joe Biden's not running anymore, so who gives
a you know what?
Speaker 1 (17:16):
I think the real problem was if this went to
a trial and it got nasty and the federal prosecutors
kind of want to make a name for themselves, they
could do it like, they could absolutely do it and
make it nasty for him. And so that's not a
risk that Joe Biden's legacies wanted to take. And at
the end of the day, if you're gonna pardon your
(17:36):
son anyway, then why put any of that out there.
It was bad enough in the gun trial, but that
was very limited in scope. This tax trial opened up
a whole other can of worms about the Biden corruption
and if you're going to pardon him, then just knock
it out of the park. Now, let me move on
to some other news that I think is also important.
(17:56):
CNN did something that was weird and I'm still trying
to figure out the play here. I'm really trying to
figure out the play because CNN did this, you know,
fake interview with Kamwa Harrison and her babysitter Walls, and
it didn't give them the bump they were hoping for.
(18:17):
They actually took a lot of crap from American viewers,
not Fox viewers, not just conservatives, but like they're like, dude,
that wasn't an interview. They also got ridiculed for lying
to their audience when they put up that the interview was.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Live and it was taped.
Speaker 1 (18:34):
It was daytime outside the windows you can see that
while it was nighttime when the interview was airing in primetime.
This was bad for CNN's brand and it hurt them,
I think more than they could have imagined, being a
mouthpiece for Harris, but also just them as a news
organization lying to their audience this way.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
It didn't sit well.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
That is one I bought this for why what I'm
going to play for you second may have happened at CNN.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
But let me give you a second scenario.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
They may be now hedging their bets a little bit
at CNN because of some new polling data that they're
seeing that makes it look more likely like Donald Trump
is going to still win this thing. Anything can happen,
all right, but we're we're real close to election now,
Like look at the date, we're eight weeks away from
election day. Early voting is about to start in some states.
(19:29):
That's like it's happening, folks. And so what CNN may
be doing is they may be hedging their bets a
little bit so they don't look like MSNBC, where they're
just and you know, they go down with a ship,
you know, you know, guns ablazing. Because CNN is also
in a very weird spot. They're not MSNBC, which gets
(19:50):
all the craziest of the crazy socialist Marxists and communists.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
They're tier two to them. They're not.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Fox News News Max A n and they're never gonna
get that audience. But what when Fox let me rephrase that,
when CNN was doing really well the last time they're
doing well, it was when Donald Trump was president and
the new leadership over at CN and they may be saying, hey,
look comes not gonna win the to now.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
The polls aren't looking good.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
For this, So we got to fix this because maybe
Trump is good for our business because then we have
a guy for four years that we can hate on,
we can do fake stories. Hell, they just brought back
mister Potato had Brian Skelter to CNN after he was fired.
This's the same guy that told you that the Russian
collusion story was real in a fact and reported on
it for months on end Agnauseum and the guy, like
(20:46):
the number of videos that you can play of him
just lying to the audience are massive. But you got
to remember, Brian Skelter is led by people that hate
Donald Trump. That's why they brought him back. So it's
almost like they're preparing for a Trump presidency because they
went after Kamala Harris, and they went after on the border,
(21:07):
and they went after over Trump's wall.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
Again.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
I'm still trying to figure out the play here, but
I think it is one of those two plays that
I just mentioned, because not only did they talk about it,
they did it for like three and a half minutes.
They've never done this before at CNN. I want you
to listen to this segment on CNN. At the bottom
(21:34):
of the screen of what I'm about to play for you,
it says, K file investigation review finds fifty plus instances
of Hairs slamming Trump's useless border wall, now featured in
her campaign ads.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
Tonight, K File investigates in a new report you'll see
first out front, the K File team scour Kamala har
Versus tweets and statements going all the way back to
twenty seventeen, and what they found was more than fifty
instances of Harris slamming Trump's border wall. But now new
Harris campaign ads actually showcase that very wall.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels
and jail gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across
the border.
Speaker 5 (22:25):
And on top of critical tweets, Harris also wrote in
her twenty nineteen book quote, there was a bigger reason
to oppose.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
The border wall. A useless wall on.
Speaker 5 (22:34):
The southern border would be nothing more than a symbol,
a monument, standing in opposition to not just everything I value,
but to the fundamental values upon which this country was built.
How could I vote to build what would be little
more than a monument designed to send the cold, hard
message keep out well k files Ander Kaczinski joins me. Now, so, Andrew,
I mean you and you all have gone through, I mean,
(22:56):
scoured an incredible amount of material. Tell me more about
what you found.
Speaker 6 (23:00):
Yeah, that's right. We found more than fifty of those
those tweets criticizing the border wall before she used that
in her ad, and I want people to take a
look at just a few of what she said here.
She called it wasteful, useless, a waste of taxpayer money,
a vanity wall project, a wasteful border wall, a stupid wall,
a medieval vanity project, and an unnecessary wall. And those
(23:23):
are really just I mean, there were more of it
was just like ten or fifty, but there was. There
was really a lot of. This was the common refrain
during the campaign. You read that quote where she said
it was against everything that not only she stood for
everything America stood aboard, but and she brought this up
a lot. Take a listen to just one instance of that.
In twenty nineteen, it's.
Speaker 7 (23:44):
The president's vanity project, his multi billion dollar vanity project
called a wall is nothing more than a distraction from
the fact that he actually has it focused on working
people in America. He contrived in national crisis around his
big distraction.
Speaker 5 (24:06):
All right, so you go through all of that, You've
got all the tweets, and yet all of a sudden,
in the ads there's pictures of the wall. And then
you went through to look at that wall, like, what
is that specific wall that's in her campaign ads now?
And you found something very interesting about this specific portion
of a wall.
Speaker 6 (24:22):
And what's I think what's also really remarkable at this is,
like I mean, you heard her talking about it. There
the Trump's wall in his campaign. During his presidency, there
was really no greater symbol of Trump's presidency than the
wall in the way that Democrats were attacking him over
the wall and his restrictive immigration policies. So we looked
in that ad and if you look at it, that
exact area of wall is in Sasabe or to be Arizona,
(24:44):
and that is a portion of wall that was actually
built by Donald Trump. It was built in an area
where there was not previous wall. It was actually pretty
controversial when they were building it at the time.
Speaker 2 (24:56):
So just to see that.
Speaker 6 (24:57):
And then there are others.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
He's using his wall that he built. Look at what
I did and.
Speaker 6 (25:02):
The other images of the wall. We weren't able to pinpoint,
but there's there's telltale signs that that was a Trump
wall because there's an anti climbing fleet on top that
became popularized during the Trump years.
Speaker 5 (25:13):
It's really incredible reporting and important, right Andrew Kosinski and
K file, thank you very much.
Speaker 1 (25:21):
Now, look, this is not normal reporting from Sinan. There's
a reason they're doing this reporting now, doing that much
of an exhaustive investigation with a K file, it doesn't
make any sense unless they're starting to hedge their bets
for their business that hey, maybe Donald Trump is better
for our business if he's in the White House and
(25:42):
then we get to hate on him every day and
then people watch us because their ratings right now are dismal.
It actually explains why they would bring back mister potato
head Brian's Skelter, because he wasn't liked by anybody except
for those that hate Donald Trump. It's like they're almost
putting their hate Donald Trump team back together.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
I wouldn't be surprised at this point they're like, oh, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Let's bring back Don Lemon while we're at it, or
let's bring back Chris Cuomo while we're at it, and
put the whole gang back together that we got rid
of who hate Trump because for four years we can
make a lot of money off.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
Of this business plan.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Let's also talk about what is coming across the border
and also what CNN didn't do in their quote exhaustive
report the headlines that they still are not telling you
is the headlines about the issues with who is coming
across the border. In Louisiana, an illegal alien accused of
(26:40):
kidnapping and raping a thirteen year old girl at knife point.
Following a manhunt in Kenner, Louisiana, the Kinner Police Department
found a twenty three year old illegal alien, Diego Rodriguez Salvador.
He was arrested in East New Orleans this week in
(27:01):
charge with one count of second degree kidnapping and one
count of second degree rape of a juvenile. Police alleged
it on September third, just two days ago, the girl
was attacked by Rodriguez and the Veteran Heights neighborhood of Kinner,
which is just minutes from the New Orleans International airport.
The girl, police alleged, was taken to a trailer by
(27:23):
Rodriguez Salvador, where he allegedly raped her at knife point.
When the girl returned home to her residence, police say
she told her parents what happened. They immediately called the
police department. The police chief said, Rodriguez knew is the
girl's family. The Department of Homeland Security is quote working
now all of a sudden with the police on the case,
saying this this man is a coward.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
He overpowered a thirteen year old girl.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
As a father, I'm sadden, and as a police chief,
I'm furious. The girl is now in counseling. Rodriguez Salvador
remains in jail without bond. Why wouldn't they tell you
that story or here's another story that it's seen in
they're not going to tell you. Previously deported, a legal
alien arrested after two young boys found chained up in
(28:13):
an apartment. An illegal alien previously deported for the United
States and his girlfriend were arrested after police in Fairfax County, Virginia.
So this isn't next to the border, folks, this is
in every city in America. This is now happening found
not one, but two young buys chained up in their apartment.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
Franklin was the man's name.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
As a twenty nine year old illegal alien from El Salvador.
He was arrested along with his forty seven year old
girlfriend and charged with child neglect, child cruelty, child abduction
after the Fairfax County Police officers found the woman's two boys,
seven and nine years old, chained to the bed inside
(28:54):
the couple's apartment on August to fifteenth. Police officers were
called the apartment and when they arrived, they found the
two boys had their ankles chained to a post next
to a sleeping cot. One of the boys reportedly used
a cell phone to take a picture of his chained
ankle and send it to his sister, who then called
the police department. Police alleged that when the two adults
(29:18):
were questioned about the channing up the two boys, they
defended their actions, saying they only did it to scare
the boys so that they would not leave the apartment. Now,
this sick man in this story, you want to know
when we knew he was a problem. He was arrested
in November of twenty eighteen near McAllen, Texas, after legally
crossing the US Mexico border. By February of nineteen, the
(29:42):
man was deported to his native Al Salvador by immigration
and custom enforcement agents. Sometime after being deported, the man
illegally crossed the southern border again. It made his way
to Fairfax County, where he lived with Rodriguez at the apartment.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
It's unclear, by the way, how long they've been living together.
Don't worry.
Speaker 1 (30:02):
Rodriguez has been released on bond. Yeah, so we let
her out. The dude will be remain held at Fairfax
County Adult Detention Center without bond. Ice agents have now
been forced to lodge a detainer against him, requesting custody
if he is relief from jail at any time, something
(30:22):
they normally don't like to do, especially if you're in
a sanctuary city. This is the Biden Harris plan for
this country, and it will get worse that I guarantee you.
