Speaker 1 (00:01):
Now there is new shock, and the shock is something
that is not surprising to me that this has actually happened,
and that is that we didn't vet people coming in
to this country like we didn't vet them. We didn't
vet people coming in from Afghanistan. That's a pretty big problem.

(00:23):
Not only did we not vet people coming in from Afghanistan,
but we let them in under a program that was
apparently filled with corruption. Kamway Harris promises now green cards
for Afghans despite vetting failures that imported the accused isis Terras.

(00:44):
Vice President Harris, on the campaign trail this week, is
promising to divide tens of thousands of Afghan nationals brought
to the United States of America, often without in person screenings,
with green cards. The move would come even as the
accused Islamic State Terrists was able to get resettled in
Oklahoma from Afghanistan as part of Harris and President Biden's

(01:06):
massive Afghan resettlement operation.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
There were warnings about this, they didn't listen.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
In September of twenty twenty one, the Biden Harris administration
began resettling nearly one hundred thousand Afghan nationals across American communities.
Among those resettled was a twenty seven year old Nasir Ahmed,
who was arrested in Oklahoma this month after allegedly plotting
an ISIS terrorist attack on American citizens on election Day.

(01:37):
Despite widespread vetting failures according to several federal audits, Harris
continued to double down this week, vowing that as president,
she would work to provide green cards to those Afghans
resettled in the US in twenty twenty one by passing
a Senate bill that was put together by Chris Current

(02:01):
Koons Christ and Cinema that includes a provision. Harris's campaign
website put up this statement, saying, quote, as president, this
is Harris's words, she will bring back the bipartisan border
security bill and sun into law. At the same time,
she knows that our immigration system is broken and needs

(02:23):
comprehensive reform that includes stronger border security and an earned.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Pathway to citizenship.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
So they're still holding Americans hostage with safety and security.
They're saying, here is the safety that we'll give you.
Here is the security that we will give you. We
will only give it to you if you give everyone amnesty,
if you give them the American dream.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
We will give it to you. That's the simple point
here they're making.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
You don't get a safe country unless you give us
twenty million U votevoters, or ten million new voters, or
fifteen million new voters that will vote for US. And
we're going to give them, manste We're going to give
them the American citizenship, even though they broke into this country.
The resettlement operation that they're now also demanding, has been
plagued with massive national security vetting failures since afghan started

(03:20):
arriving at Dulles International Airport in twenty twenty one. In
April of twenty twenty three, a former Department of Defense
official revealed to Congress that some Afghans were resettled in
the US before they were found to have been involved
in placing improvised explosive devices IEDs in Afghanistan that actually
killed American troops. So I want you to be clear

(03:43):
about what the DoD is saying. They're saying, Yeah, we
let people into this country, we didn't vet them, we
didn't even do in person interviews, and then we had
them in our databases as bomb makers and actual terrorists
that put roadside bombs on the ground Afghanistan to kill
American troops and now we gave them a flight to

(04:04):
America and want to give them a green cart. That
is what Harris and Biden did. In twenty twenty one,
Senator Chuck Grassley requests information about the number of Afghans
who sought enter into the US and were listed on
the federal government's quote no fly lists because of their
ties to actual Islamic extremist terrorism. Biden's top agency officials

(04:24):
have refused to disclose the total number of people they
let into this country that are actually on a no
fly list. In September of twenty twenty two, so about
a year later, the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General
issued a bombshell report that the media didn't cover, detailing
how the Biden administration brought Afghans to the US who

(04:47):
were not fully vetted and compose a risk to national security. Similarly,
in February of twenty twenty two, a DOJ report revealed
that Biden's agencies it failed massively to properly vet Afghans
who arrived in the US, and that about fifty Afghans

(05:07):
were flagged for significant security concerns.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
After the resettlement, meaning we actually.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Brought in and paid for terrorists to come to America,
the same terrorists that were killing American troops in Afghanistan.
Most of the unvetted Afghans flag for possible terrorism ties,
the DoD report stated, have since quote disappeared into American communities,
so we don't know where they are.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
We can't find them.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
The report also noted that as of September the seventeenth,
of twenty twenty one, only three of the thirty one
Afghans that were flagged for specific terrorist ties could be located.
In August of twenty twenty two, and by the way,
if this the first time you're hearing all this data,
please share this with your family and your friends right now,

(05:53):
because this is what the media is not telling you.
In August of twenty twenty two, Senator Josh Hall and
Senator Ron Johnson detailed allegations from whistle blowers who claimed
the Biden administration knowingly resettled almost four hundred Afghans in
the US who were listed as potential threats in federal

(06:16):
databases and urged staff to cut corners in the vetting process.
They knew they knew they were screwing up. They knew
they were allowing terrorists into the US. They knew they
were allowing tariss that actually had blown up American troops
into the US, and they didn't care. They didn't care
at all. In May of twenty twenty two, a Project

(06:38):
Veritas report alleged that the Biden administration resettled Afghans listed
on the federal government's quote terrorism watch list into American
committees and then lost track of them. In July of
this year, Senator Grassley asked the Department of Onland Security
and the FBI for details about what the agencies are
doing to monitor the Afghans who are deemed either a

(07:04):
national security threats or b Afghans who are on the
terrorism watch list after they were resettled in the US,
and neither of the agencies has responded to that request
from Chuck Grassley. So to be clear, since twenty twenty one,

(07:24):
and look at the counters, when is it now?

Speaker 2 (07:27):
What is it now?

Speaker 1 (07:29):
It's twenty twenty four. Nothing has been done to go
find these terrorists. Nothing has been done to make sure
that we grab them and get them out of this country.
Nothing has been done to protect the American people. From terrorists,

(07:49):
including those that we allowed in this country.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
We didn't allow them.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
We actually flew them in, like we flew them in, y'all,
We flew them in. Nothing has been done to protect
the American people from people that we know blew up
American soldiers in Afghanistan with i ed s with roadside bombs.
If you think the Biden Harris administration cares about you

(08:13):
or national security or if there's a terrorist attack on
you your family when you're wherever you may be, including
voting on election day, they don't care.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
That's a fact. And the reason why is because they
just wanted to bring in a bunch of people like
like that. That's that's just the reality of the situation.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
They want to bring in millions of people, and there's
and it's too hard to bring in millions of people
that they can give amnesty to and vet them at
the same time.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
You just can't do it, like you just you just
can't do it.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
I want to take a moment and tell you about
us a product that very well could help save your
life and actually the life of someone else at the
very same time, and it deals with personal protection. There
is a mass of increase in crime and violence around
our country, and we need to remember that personal safety

(09:06):
and security for you and your family is the most
important thing in life.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Now.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for
having a firearm on a day that I had to
use it to literally save my life when I was
under attack from two attackers. And I know just how
fast it can happen and how important it is to
protect yourself. And that's why I talk about this so often. Now,
what if there was a way to effectively defend yourself

(09:32):
and de escalate a situation without having to use the
irreversible consequence as a deadly force. I've grappled with that
issue many times. Well, now there is another option. So
you don't have to worry about pulling the trigger or
worrying about the financial or mental repercussions. You don't have

(09:52):
to compromise on your peace of mind. And that is
because of the BURNA less lethal pistol launcher. Let me
say this, if you have children that are eighteen or older,
if you have a mother in law, a sister in law,
a wife, this may be the perfect thing for them.
A BURNA can save two lives. It is a great

(10:14):
compliment to owning firearms, and if you or your family
is in a situation where you feel threatened, then you
can start with less lethal It is legal in all
fifty states. No permits or background checks are needed.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Now.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
I own these myself, and I got them for every
one of my family members that I just mentioned, because
that is how important it is to be able to
protect yourself. The burner launcher has powerful determines like tear
gas and connectic grounds and a sixty foot range. One
shot can incapacitate attackers for up to forty minutes. It
is used by government agencies and law enforcement around the country.

(10:48):
So visit Berna dot com slash ferguson for ten percent
off your purchase. That's b y Rna dot com slash
ferguson for ten percent off. That's by r Ina dot
com slash ferguson for ten percent off your first purchase. Well,
let me also just go back to one other thing

(11:09):
with a story with not vetting people coming into this country.
Knowing that you're letting teris in and not stopping it.
Is that putting any of us first. I don't care
if you're a Republican or a Democrat. There's something called
right and wrong. It is wrong to allow terris knowingly
to come into the country. It's wrong to allow rapists,

(11:32):
for example, convicted rapists, convicted murderers, to allow them to
knowingly come into the country. I'll give you another example
of how they don't care who kills you. They don't
care who's a duct your kid, a rapes your kid.
They just don't care because they want to flood the
country with illegal immigrants. And the reason why is extremely simple.

(11:52):
They want to fundamentally change America. They want to import voters,
and that is exactly what their plan is. Sanctuary state Massachusetts,
for example, headline this morning, illegal alien got away accused
of raping a child.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
This is happening every damn day.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
An illegal alien who successfully crossed the United States Mexico
border undetected by border patrol is accused of raping a
child in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts. The mayor there,
Francisco Hernandez Rhodas, a thirty eight year old illegal alien
from Guatemala, first crossed the border as a so called
got away sometime before September of twenty eleven, when he

(12:36):
was convicted in Bridgepoint, Connecticut for breach of peace at
the time Hernandez wrote us was sentenced to six months
in prison in one year probation. Then in twenty sixteen,
the same illegal immigrant was once again convicted for breach
of peace, this time in Norwalk, Connecticut, and given only
one hundred dollars fine. In June of this year, Hernandez

(12:58):
was arrested in Massachusetts for a aggravated rape of a
child and forcible rape of a child. Days after his arrest,
Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as ICE agents issued a
detainer finally for this man that should have already been
kicked out of this country. On September the fourth, Hernanez
was arraigned on the child rape charges. The court ignored

(13:21):
the ICE detainer because it's a sanctuary city, so they
didn't care about the ICE detainer on Hernandez, and they
released him into the community on an unknown date. So
this is a child rapist who was walking around among
us on September the twentieth. Because this sanctuary city refused
to work with ICE, ICE agents were forced to continue

(13:44):
to hunt him down and located and arrest of the man.
The illegal alien remains an ICE custody pending a deportation
from the US after raping a child. The mayor coming
out saying, this individual stands accused of horrific crimes against
a Massachusetts child. He represents a significant danger children in
our community, and we will not tolerate it.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Well, that's not true. You guys did tolerate it. You
let him go.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Ice went on to say, quote, we will continue to
prioritize public safety by arresting and removing egregious non citizen
threats from New England neighborhoods. If that was true, you
guys would have gotten rid of him ten years ago,
but you didn't. And the question is why didn't you
Why didn't you get rid of them years ago? That

(14:32):
is the question that everybody should ask, And you can
answer that question this way. It's actually a pretty easy
question to answer because they know that the only way
to change this country, the only way to change this
country is if you fundamentally change it by allowing a

(14:53):
significant number of illegal immigrants into America. That's the only way.
That's the only way this works, folks, That's the only
way this is going to happen. That's the only way
that they can change and alter this country, which goes
back to the conversation we had earlier about Tim Waltz.
Why did Tim Waltz say that the electoral College needs

(15:16):
to go? Why because he understands what happens, He understands
how it happens.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
He said, it's my.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Personal position that the electoral College needs to go. It's
not the campaign's position. By the way, I promise you
it is the campaign's position. They just can't tell you
that until after they believe they're going to have enough
to become president of the United States, and Kamala Harris
can then say yeah, let's get rid of it, the
same way they want to pack.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
The Supreme Court.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
The borders are is a woman by the name of
Kama Harris. Remember when the media called her the borders are,
and remember we played it for you when they lied
and said she isn't the borders are. She is the
woman in charge the border She was given that job.
Kamala Harris as the borders are, and the ICE acting
director has now said that she as the Borders are,

(16:08):
has allowed more than six hundred and fifty thousand known
migrant criminals into the interior of the United States of America.
These criminals have been set free in America, six hundred
and fifty thousand of them. Now, this is the part

(16:30):
that's even more shocking than that more than thirteen thousand
of them are murderers. So there are thirteen thousand plus
murderers who are running free in America right now because
Kamala Harris let them into America and let them go

(16:54):
free in America. What's even more shocking is there is
another one or no, let me make sure I get
this number right. Sixteen thousand sexual assault convicts, people that
have been tried and are convicted of sexual assaults that

(17:15):
she is set free in America. So you have thirteen
thousand convicted murders she's set free. You have sixteen thousand
sexual assault convicts that have been set free into the
interior of this country, and six hundred and fifty thousand
that have actual criminal history. I'm going to break down

(17:37):
more of these numbers that should make every of you,
every one of you angry. But I'm going to ask
you now immediately take this podcast and share it everywhere
on social media. Now, I want you to hear this
report as a shocking news broke that this administration under

(17:58):
the borders are common Harris has released the worst people
in the world into the US, and she knew she
was doing it.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
By the tens of thousands.

Speaker 3 (18:08):
The Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirms that more
than thirteen thousand illegal immigrants convicted of murder have been
caught at the border and then released into the United States.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Did you hear that have been caught at the border.
So these are people that are not god aways. They're
not counting people, okay, that got across the border legally.
So we're not even talking about those numbers. What the
ICE director saying. These are people that we actually caught,
and Kamwa Harris said, let them go.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Letter here tells the tale. Hello, I'm John robertson Washington.
You believe this, Sandra, which.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
Means they are here and this is just an unbelievable development.
I'm Sandra Smith and New York gonna be with you, John.
This is America Reports. Let's get right to Bill Malujin.
He's got this news for us. He's live out Douglas,
Arizona right now, where Vice President Kamala Harris is set
to visit leader this afternoon. Bill, the details of this news,
what do you have?

Speaker 5 (19:10):
Yeah, and Sandra.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Bear with me.

Speaker 5 (19:11):
We just got these numbers moments ago. But it's a
jaw dropper to say the least. So to set the
stage here, let me just explain what these numbers mean.
ICE has something called a non detained docket. Essentially, what
that is is it means migrants who were encountered by
DHS but are no longer in federal custody. So who's
on this non detained docket. It's illegal immigrants who are

(19:33):
caught and released at the border, released with the court
date years away. They're in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal
immigrants who have already been ordered deported from the country
by a judge but are still here roaming the country.
So keep that in mind. This non detained docket. According
to a letter that the acting Director of ICE just
sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE's non detained docket,

(19:59):
they're currently trying backing four hundred and twenty five thousand
non citizens who have been convicted of a crime. Of
that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens have convictions for
homicide and are on the non detained docket, meaning they're
roaming the country right now. On top of that, there

(20:19):
are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non citizens convicted.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
Of sexual assault.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
These numbers should make every American, regardless of if you're
Republican or Democrat, infuriated.

Speaker 5 (20:33):
The ICE Director also says there are currently just under
nineteen hundred non citizens on the non detained docket who
have pending homicide charges who are roaming the country, and
another four thousand, two hundred and fifty non citizens who
have pending sexual assault charges who are roaming the country

(20:55):
on the non detained docket. So people's eyes might be
glazing over right now with all the numbers we just
threw out. You just to put it in a nutshell
right here, what we've learned from the acting ICE Director
via this letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now
there are over thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide
who are roaming the United States right now. There are

(21:17):
another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming
the country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault,
and there are even more who are facing charges for
homicide and charges for sexual assault. So this just goes
to show guys, the non detained docket has exploded under
the Biden administration to over I believe it's seven point

(21:38):
three million. They're anticipating it could hit eight million by
the end of the years. But looking at the numbers
on this letter right here, there are currently over six
hundred thousand non citizens on ICE's non detained docket who
are either convicted or excuse me, six hundred thousand non
citizens on this non detained docket who are roaming the

(21:59):
country right now. Of that, four hundred and twenty five
thousand have already been convicted of crimes, two hundred and
twenty two thousand are pending crimes, and again the most
serious crimes we just told you about.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
I go back to the rate number here convicted, Well
let's start.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
We go back to convicted murder.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
So they knew that there were murders, which goes back
to remember when Donald Trump said they are sending their
worst And We've dug into this and talked about this
on previous shows, and I'm going to ask you again,
take the show, take the podcast, share it everywhere on
social media, because this has to get out to the masses.

(22:39):
These are people they knew were convicted murder. Donald Trump
said they were sending their worst and he was right.
He said they're emptying out their jails. He was right.
I want you to understand the economics of this so
that that part is very clear. Imagine you are a
country like Venezuela. Imagine you're a country like Haiti. Imagine

(23:04):
you're a country like China, and you are having.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
To take care of all of these people.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
Imagine Mexico, Guatemala, Okay, at Columbia, and you have a
tight budget. You are a country that's many of these
are Third World countries, and you've got all these people
in jail that are murderers, and you say, hold on

(23:32):
a second, I can get them off of my liabilities,
right because it's a liability for that people person to
be in jail financially to the government, and the government's suffocating,
and people in your country are poor, and you're like,
hold on, I can take a murderer who I'm going

(23:53):
to have to take care of for a lifetime, and
I could drop him at the southern border and tell
him to never ever ever come back. And then I
just saved Venezuela or Guatemala or Panama or Peru, wherever
it may be China or Russia, and I can save

(24:13):
a lifetime of bills on this person. Now do you
understand why they're letting these people out of jail. Now,
they're not letting out of jail and saying just go
romar country. They're saying, you have to leave this country
and you can go to America. That is actually happening,

(24:33):
and that's why we're seeing these numbers of people that
are convicted hardcore rapists, sexual abusers, sexual abusers of children,
convicted people of murder and brutal murders like beating people
to death, okay, torture. These are the worst of the worst.

(24:57):
And so when Donald Trump said what he said, oh,
you can't say that that's racist, Right, they're sitting there worse.
These countries are, in fact seeing they're worse, and now
we have the numbers to back it up. This is
why it is so important that we talk about this
election the way that we need to talk about it,
which is this is the future of our country. And

(25:18):
it depends on who if you're going to vote for
Kamala Harris or not, because if you vote her in office,
you're going to get this on steroids for another four years.
You will not recognize the United States of America, or
you put Donald Trump in office and he shuts us
down and starts supporting these people. Like I think we

(25:39):
can all agree that the thirteen thousand and ninety nine
illegal immigrants in America that the borders are Kamala Harris
knew were murders and still let them go free in
the United States of America interior. That's what they're saying.
This is not count the godaways, folks. These are not
the godaways, the people that were not detained. These are
people that were detained. We knew they had convictions, and

(26:02):
she let them go into the interior of this country.
That is the point you need to understand. But of
these thirteen thousand ninety nine, like, it should be a
massive man hunt and then we should deport them, because
we shouldn't have thirteen thousand plus murderers that we know
are murders out free among all of us. Of the

(26:25):
fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven convicted of rape and
sexual assault, I'm using the numbers from the Acting Ice
Director here, we should have a man hunt and we
should find every one of them, and we should deport
them immediately. Why are they not doing that now? But

(26:46):
this isn't all. We have a six hundred plus thousand,
as Bill Malusian described it, who are either either have
charges of murder or rape or other horrific crimes against
them that we knew about, and they let them go.
The ICE director is sounding the alarm for the American

(27:08):
people and telling you pay attention to what we're trying
to say to you. Pay attention to what she is
doing to this country now. Later in the day from
Douglas Arizona, Bill millusion today's second report with even more
details on what I just described for you. And all
of these people were let into this country by Kamala Harris.

(27:31):
I would argue, this is treason because you knew that
you had a rapist and you let him go. You
knew you had a murderer and you let him go.
Listen carefully to the second report.

Speaker 5 (27:42):
Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
the least. So to set the stage here, let me
just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
a non detained docket. Essentially, what that is is it
means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no
longer in federal custody. So who's on this non detained docket.

(28:04):
It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released at the border,
released with the court date years away. They're in immigration proceedings,
combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported
from the country by a judge but are still here
roaming the country. So keep that in mind. This non
detained docket. According to a letter that the acting Director
of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on

(28:28):
ICE's non detained docket, they're currently tracking four hundred and
twenty five thousand non citizens who have been convicted of
a crime. Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens
have convictions for homicide and are on the non detained docket,
meaning they're roaming the country right now. On top of that,

(28:51):
there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country
right now on ICE's non detained docket.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
They're roaming the country and we had them in custody.
The part that scares me even more than the numbers
that were laying out for you. Here is okay, So
there's another what fifteen twenty million that were gotaways or
eight million or twelve million, whatever the number is. How

(29:25):
many rapists are in those numbers? How many of are
convicted of hamas? Are are those convicted of murdering someone? How
many of them are people that have done heinous crimes
against society who are also in the interior of this country.
You're the one that led in more than four hundred

(29:45):
and twenty five thousand, four hundred and thirty one convicted
criminals that included sixteen thousand rapists and over thirteen thousand murderers,
and you knew that these are the crimes they had committed,
and you let them go to terrorize America. You want
to know why this election matters. This is why this
election matters. I'm going to say it one more time

(30:08):
because it's so important. Please take everything I'm giving you
and share it with everyone you know, because the state
sponsored media is not going to run this story. They
don't want you to know what they have done to
you and your family and how much they put your

(30:29):
lives at risk. Make sure you share this podcast with
your family and your friends. Please Without you guys, people
don't hear this show, so thank you for listening and
sharing it, and I'll see it back here tomorrow
