Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, there's a big report out right now that
has got all of the left just losing their minds
because there's a dude that dresses like a chick that
is now in Congress, and that dude wants the ability
to go into the women's locker rooms and also into
the women's bathrooms. That's not sitting well with many women

(00:25):
in Congress. Speaker Mike Johnson, we're being told now is
also privately committed to back an effort that is being
led by Representative Nancy Mace, a Republican from South Carolina,
to block biological men from using women's restrooms in the
US Capitol. Democrats of course, saying, oh, it's a trans issue.

(00:46):
Let's go all in on this one and do everything
we can to fight back, like we're gonna do it,
We're gonna.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Go all in.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Well, take a listen to what Representative Nancy May said.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Being a feminist makes me an extreme. I'm totally here
for it.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Is this effort in response to commerce mun Mdrive coming
to Congress.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Yes, and absolutely, and then some I'm not going to
stand for a man, you know, someone with the penis
is in the women's locker room.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
That's not okay. And I'm a victim of abuse myself.
I'm a rape survivor.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
I have PTSD from the abuse I've suffered at the
hands of a man, And I know how vulnerable women
and girls are.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
In private spaces.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
So I'm absolutely one hundred percent going to stand in
the way of any man who wants to be in
a women's restroom, in our locker rooms, in our changing rooms.
I will be there fighting you every step of the way.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
I will be there fighting you every step of the way. Now,
immediately the left came out started tagging her, saying, oh,
so you're saying that everybody that's a trans person is
going to be a rapist.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
No, that's not what she said.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
What she did say was is she doesn't want a
man with a penis in the bathroom, in the changing space,
in the locker room with a woman. And if she
says that that makes me a and extremists, fine by me.
If that makes me, you know, some sort of radical feminists,
that's okay. But she said, in her own words, if
someone with a penis in the women's locker room, that's
not o K.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
I could not agree with her more.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
There's two points I want to make here number one,
Where are all the feminists backing this woman who is
a survivor? She said, I have PTSD from the abuse
I've suffered the hands of a man. I am a
rape survivor her words, and I am a victim of
abuse myself. I am trying to keep women safe. There

(02:37):
are a lot of young women, by the way, that
are at the Capitol. There's a lot of young interns,
college age kids at work at the Capitol. And look,
I'm also going to be honest with you, the Capitol
can be a very It's a very big place, a
lot of long hallways, you can get lost. There's lots
of places where you can even feel a little bit

(02:57):
uncomfortable in the tunnels underneath the Capitol. If you're walking alone,
you shouldn't have to worry that you're going to have
to deal with a man, as she describes it, with
a penis in your restroom or in your locker rooms
or your changing rooms. This is not okay. It has
never been okay. And the fact that she's standing up
and saying I'm going to introduce this legislation like, oh, well,

(03:20):
this is transphobia. No, this is trying to protect women,
and that's exactly why the speaker is backing this bill.
We're being told to ban trands from women's bathrooms in
Capitol Hill. Now, let me tell you real quick about
an incredible sponsor of the show, and that is Patriot Mobile.
I use Patriot Mobile for my cell phone provider, and
I get unbelievable service wherever I travel, nationwide coverage without

(03:43):
the woke, radical agenda of Big Mobile. You may not
know this, but I'm going to tell you, and then
you're going to know Big Mobile gives big donations the
Democratic Causes, candidates and radical organizations, including organizations that pay
for abortions. Is exactly why I want you to take
your business somewhere else to Patriot Mobile. They're the only Christian,

(04:07):
conservative wireless provider. And when you pay your bill every month,
you make a difference. How do they do that because
they take about five percent of your bill every.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Month at no extra cost to you, and they give.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
It back to organizations that are fighting for our First
and our Second Amendment rights, fighting for the rights of
unborn children, fighting to protect our men and women that
serve our country, our veterans, and our wounded warriors. That
is exactly why I want you to switch. Whether you're
a business or a small business, or it's just you
and your family, take a look at Patriot Mobile. You

(04:41):
keep your same cell phone you have now or upgrade
to a new one. Keep your same cell phone number
you have right now as well, And switching is done
over the phone. It has never been easier. Plus, they
have a coverage guarantee. If you're worried about coverage, don't
worry because they have a coverage guarantee. So go online
to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson,

(05:03):
and when you call them, you can call them as
well nine seven to two Patriot nine seven to two
Patriot And when you call them use the promo code ferguson.
You're gonna get one month of free service as well
for making the switch. So check them out and make
a difference to every phone call you make. Patriotmobile dot

Speaker Johnson has privately, we're being told committed to backing

(05:25):
the efforts to block the biological men from using women's
restrooms in the US Capitol Mace announcing she will introduce
the resolution to ban transgendered women biological men okay from
using biological biologically women restaurant women's restrooms at the US Capitol.
Johnson during her House Republican Conference meeting said transgender women

(05:48):
won't be allowed to use women's restrooms in the Capitol.
He said, there's not going to be any biological men
using our restrooms. That's what Represented Marjorie Taylor Green said
to Politico as well. Mace confirmed Green's account, telling Axes
that Johnson said to me last night that he would
include it in the House rules Speaker. Johnson told the

(06:11):
GOP conference. It's also being reported by another member of
the news that the transgender women won't be allowed to
use the women's bathroom in the Capitol. Per two sources,
it comes as represented Mace puts forward a bill on
the matter, despite pledges made in private. Johnson was less
committal in a post meeting press conference, refusing to address

(06:31):
whether Mace's proposal would be included in a rules package,
saying this we will provide appropriate accommodations for every member
of Congress, noting this is a new issue for congressmen
to deal with. Speaker earlier had refused to answer whether
freshman elect transgender representative Sarah McBride, a Democrat from Delaware,
is a man or a woman, saying, look, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Going to get into this.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
We welcome all new members with open arms, who are
due representatives of the people. I believe it's a command
we treat all persons with dignity and respect.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
We will.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
I'm not going to engage in silly debates about this.
Is what Mike Johnson had to say. Here's a little
bit more of what he had to say.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
Good Gersion's freshman elect Sarah McBride man or a woman.

Speaker 6 (07:21):
Look, I'm not going to get into this. We welcome
all new members with open arms, who are duly elected
representatives of the people. I believe it's a command that
we treat all persons with dignity and respect, and we will,
and I'm not going to engage and silly debates about this.
There's a concern about the uses of restroom facilities and

(07:42):
locker rooms and all that. This is an issue that
Congress has never had to address before, and we're going
to do that in deliberate fashion with a member consensus
on it, and we will accommodate the needs of every
single person. That's all I'm going to say about that.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
Do you plan on bringing Nixy Mace's transgender bill and
putting that into the rules package.

Speaker 6 (08:03):
I'm not going to address the plans on any of that.
I just told you what I'm going to say about
the issue. I'm not going to engage in this. We
don't look down upon anyone. We treat everybody with dignity, respect.
That's a principle that I pursued my whole life. And
we will take care of this issue of first impression
for Congress as we will any other thing. We'll provide
appropriate accommodation for every member of Congress.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
By the way, that's one of the most non bigoted,
kindest statements I've ever heard. You would think that Democrats
would be like, Okay, that's sensible.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
No, no, no no.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
If you don't let a man with a penis and
the women' dress rooms, they say you are a transphobic,
horrible individual. The Majority Party, by the way, generally negotiates
the rules package for each Congress internally before and up
and down vote on the House four happens, which usually
breaks on party lines. There's a very good chance it's
going to be in this and again it's a new

(08:54):
issue for Congress, but it's a very interesting moment here
to see what happens. All right, let me move on
to another issue as well, and it's very fun to watch.
There are now insiders that are saying they expect that
the Department of Justice attorneys may resign in mass to
avoid being canned by potus and saying that they want

(09:17):
to stick it to Donald Trump and.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
The MAGA warriors.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
About thirty days into his presidency, President Joe Biden asks
all Trump appointed US attorneys to resign.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
Just so you understand the history of this issue.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Trump allies now expect that the placements, okay, who filled
in thereafter, may resign before the President elect even takes office.
Biden's Apartment of Justice ordinarily all remitting Trump appointed US
attorneys to hand in their resignations in February of twenty
twenty one. Prior to that, in March of seventeen, Obama

(09:49):
appointed US attorneys were asked to resign immediately. Heading into
Trump's second administration, allies of the President elect told The
Daily Caller that they expect something similar to actually happen
with the US attorneys resigning before the forty seventh president
can come in and clean house. Quote Trump can replace

(10:10):
all those attorneys, however it is customed, and he may
resign themselves ahead of time, or at least all for
their resignations, is what Mike Davis, a Trump aligned lawyer
and founder of Article three project, told The Daily Caller.
The removal of the ninety three US attorneys has occurred
for decades, starting with President Ronald Reagan. In his first

(10:31):
two years in office, Reagan replaced eighty nine of the
US attorneys. Clinton brought in the same number in the
same amount of time, and Bush replaced eighty eight of
them in his first two years.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Now, in the week and a half since Trump's.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Reelection, Politico reported that quote a collective sense of dread
is filling the Department of Justice career. DOJ attorneys told
the outlet that they are considering leaving before the administration begins,
as the former president has threatened to fire quote deep
state lawyers.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
This is how woosy and woke these people are.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Everyone I've talked to, mostly lawyers, are losing their minds.
When DOJ attorney said to Politico, One source familiar with
the transition process told The Daily Caller that the US
attorneys will most likely resign on their own, and if
they don't, Trump will then fire them himself, saying, quote,
I would expect, actually, given the fact that most of

(11:24):
US attorneys in place now are Biden appointees confirmed by
a Democratic Senate, that President Trump's going to want to
clear them out and then get his own people in there.
And one of the other reasons why they say they
may resign is quote in protests. Because when President elect
Trump sent quote shockwaves through Congress and DC by nominating

(11:46):
now former Republican FORDA Representative Matt Gates as an attorney general.
In a post that he posted last week on True Social,
the DOJ just lost their minds, Like they just totally
went nuts. Now, as a Monday, Gates was reported not
on the short list to be Trump's next age, but
the pair apparently discussed the decision on Trump Force One.

(12:07):
Boris Epstein, a senior advisor of Trump, reportedly pushed for
the pick, while the president elects new chief of staff,
Cecy Wiles, was unaware. Is what some of the reporting
has said. And look, Trump goes with this gut instinct
to the last moment. There's some people that think you
pick Gates just for one reason, so that this would
exactly happen, that there would just be a mass exodus,
that they couldn't handle it, and they'd lose their minds

(12:27):
and freak out, because this is the biggest blank u
that Trump can give to the deep state, is to
give them Matt Gates. Now, there's also a report also
saying that this is going to expand outside of just
the DOJ, that the top CIA and National Intelligence officials
are also going to resign before Trump takes office, and

(12:49):
the inspector generals for the CIA and the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence are heading for the exit
before the new Trump administration takes power. The Project on
Government Oversight is confirming these reports. So the Department of
the Agency Watchdogs represents some of the first officials to
remove themselves from the administration and the administrative state before

(13:12):
President Elect Trump takes office. Trump is vowed to rid
the federal bureaucracy of rogue and corrupt actors. Many of
the people that you're going to see resign are going
to be exactly that. To carry out those reforms, Trump
nominated a friend of mine, a great guy, John Ratcliffe.
He's the former Director of National Intelligence from twenty twenty
to twenty twenty one, to lead the CIA. He also

(13:35):
nominated Tulsea Gabberty, former Democratic congressman from Hawaii, to be
the Director of National Intelligence. And when you give them
these two, apparently no one else can handle it.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Now.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
President Trump's plans to dismantle the deep state, fire the
rogue bureaucrats and career politicians in Washington, and return our
government to the American people is what this is actually
all about.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Take a listen to this.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
Here's my plan to dismantle the deep state and reclaim
our democracy from Washington. Corruption once and for all, and
corruption it is. First, I will immediately reissue my twenty
twenty executive Order restoring the President's authority to remove rogue bureaucrats,
and I will wield that power very aggressively. Second, we

(14:21):
will clean out all of the corrupt actors in our
national security and intelligence apparatus, and there are plenty of them.
The departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be
completely overhauled so that faceless bureaucrats will never again be
able to target and persecute Conservatives, Christians, or the left's

(14:42):
political enemies, which they're doing now at a level that
nobody can believe even possible. Third, we will totally reform
Pfizer courts, which are so corrupt that the judges seemingly
do not care when they allied to in warrant applications.
So many judges have seen so many applications that they

(15:03):
know were wrong, or at least they must have known,
they do nothing about it. They'll lie to Fourth, to
expose the hoaxes and abuses of power that have been
tearing our country apart, we will establish a Truth and
Reconciliation Commission to to classify and publish all documents on
deep state spying, censorship, and corruption, and there are plenty

(15:27):
of them. Fifth, we will launch a major crackdown on
government leakers who collude with the fake news to deliberately
weave false narratives and to subvert our government and our democracy.
When possible, we will press criminal charges. Sixth, we will
make every inspector General's office independent and physically separated from

(15:51):
the departments they oversee, so they do not become the
protectors of the deep state. Seventh, I will ask Congress
to establish an independent auditing system to continually monitor our
intelligence agencies to ensure they are not spying on our
citizens or running disinformation campaigns against the American people, or

(16:14):
that they are not spying on someone's campaign like they
spied on my campaign. Eighth, we will continue the effort
launched by the Trump administration to move parts of the
sprawling federal bureaucracy to new locations outside the Washington Swamp.
Just as I moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado,

(16:37):
as many as one hundred thousand government positions could be
moved out, and I mean immediately of Washington to places
filled with patriots who love America, and they really do
love America. Ninth, I will work to ban federal bureaucrats
from taking jobs at the companies they deal with and

(16:58):
that they regulate. So they deal with these companies, and
they regulate these companies, and then they want to take
jobs from these companies. Doesn't work that way. Such a
public display cannot go on, and it's taking place all
the time, like with Big Pharma. Finally, I will push
a constitutional amendment to oppose term limits on members of Congress.

(17:20):
This is how I will shatter the deep state and
restore government that is controlled by the people and for
the people.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Thank you very much.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
I love how he just told you everything he's going
to do in three minutes straight. This is why so
many people voted for Donald Trump. I'm going to get
rid of the corrupt state. I'm going to get rid
and dismantle the deep state. I'm going to fire the
rope bureaucrats and career politicians and return our government to
the American people.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
This is why people voted for him.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
Let me tell you real quick about an important organization
that I want you to know about, Especially if you
carry a firearm. Everyone thinks that they're your family is safe,
but are you really As a question you need to
be asking yourself with elections coming up, anything might happen
if you dare to defend yourself with the firearm. Our

(18:09):
twisted legal system with activists das all over the country
will probably put you behind bars while the criminals walk free.
There's a lot of activists das that hate law abiding
citizens that carry a firearm, and that is exactly why
you need to be able to protect yourself and your family.
And that's why over eight hundred thousand Americans are now

(18:32):
members of the USCCA. I had to use my firearm
to save my life. I had to pull that trigger,
and boy do I wish that night when that happened,
I had someone looking out for my rights. Because not
only will you get access to their Protect your Academy
a USCCA, but you also learn vital skills like precision
shooting and how to fortify your home against criminals. But

(18:55):
you're also going to get access to the most important thing,
the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team and the
included benefit of self defense liability insurance to make sure
that you and your family are prepared for anything and
for a limited time. If you text the word America
to eight seven two two two, you're going to get

(19:20):
the uscca's free Life Saving, Concealed Carey and Family Defense
Guide that's for free and also a chance to win
seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear you
need before it's too late. All you have to do
is text the word America to eight seven two to
two right now. That's text the word America to eight
seven two two two right now.

Speaker 4 (19:43):
All right.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Let me also get into some other news real quick
and as the Democrats continue to lose their minds over
Donald Trump's picks. Uh, he made another pick, and they're
going to try to, I'm sure figure out way to
lose their mind over that.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
CNN breaking the news.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
I love how they'd say breaking news when Donald Trump
and the Trump team is the one to announce it
like they somehow got it first. But Donald Trump has
made a pick doctor Oz for top Medicare and Medicaid post.
Take a listen, thanks Chris in another high profile name
for the new Trump administration.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Tell us more.

Speaker 8 (20:21):
Yeah, not just a high profile name. Doctor Oz is
also a television star, so something that he Donald Trump
is clearly making a repetition of. Obviously, yesterday, as we announced,
he was said that he was choosing Sean Duffy, who
was the host of Fox Business as well as a
reality TV star, as the head of the Transportation Department.
Now we know that he is going to choose and

(20:43):
Oz as the head of centers for Medicare and Medicaid services. Now,
a couple things to note about doctor Oz. In addition
to being a television doctor, he also is somebody that
Donald Trump put up for Senate in twenty twenty two.
In Pennsylvania and lost. He was very unhappy with Doctor
Oz at that point, but obviously they cleared the air
since then since he is naming him as part of
his administration, part of the statement reads, he is an

(21:05):
eminent physician, heart surgeon, inventor, and world class communicator. I
really wanted to highlight that point, Jake, because as we
continue to see these names drip out, so many of
them are being chosen because Donald Trump and his team
believe that they can be an effective communicator because of
their experience on television. He wants them out there defending him,

(21:25):
defending the administration. He wants people who can actually communicate. Remember,
one of the ways he's choosing them is watching clips
of them on television. Obviously with doctor Oz there was
a lot to choose from there.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
I love how they knock people that are on TV,
even though the people that are knocking the people right
now are literally people that are only on TV. Like,
what is Jake tapperdam besides beyond TV? What is this
chick that's talking right now? Down besides beyond TV? And
I do TV and I do radio, like that's what
I do. But like it's it's so rich to watch
people whose life goal has been to be on TV

(21:59):
mock people who are also on TV. It's just hysterical.
And by the way, he's like, well, I want people
that defend me. Is what they just said? No, I
think what Donald Trump wants is people that the American
people have shown that they want to listen to and
so that they can sell their ideas. One of the
things I think he learned from his last administration was
if you don't sell the ideas the American people, well,

(22:22):
when you're trying to make major changes, the people will
then say no to any change. And so he's learning
from I think past mistakes, like, all right, I need
great communicators in these jobs that can communicate to the
American people why it is so important to do x
Y or z U. Sean Duffy, I do his show
almost every week on Fox Business. Who's now going to

(22:42):
be Transportation? I think it's a great pick. The guy
also is a form member of Congress. Yes, he's done TV,
but he's a great communicator and that's part of the
reason why I think he's gotten that job. So does
it make sense for OZ to oversee centers for Medicare
and Medicaid services?

Speaker 5 (22:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
Do I think you'll understand it because a doctor. Yes.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Do I think you can serve the president well there, yes,
instead of a bureaucrowd in there. Absolutely, And if there
are major changes that need to take place, will he
be great at telling you what those changes are?

Speaker 2 (23:11):
No doubt about it.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
Now, while all that's happening, I also think it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
And we have a montage I want to play for you.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Yesterday in the show, I played for you a clip
of the woman who was fired for deliberately telling her
employees to skip people that were in disaster areas who
desperately needed government help, who had Trump signs in the yard.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
After a hurricane went through Florida.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
She has now come out in an interview and said, well,
it wasn't just me. There was a lot of others
that were doing this, and there's a lot of these
directives that were coming from above us. For people that
either showed support for Trump out a Trumps sign, etc.
You were supposed to skip their house, give them no
government help. Can I just remind you that the media
said that any time something like this ever comes up,

(23:58):
that it is a conspirac theory. The media came out
when there were some early allegations and said in their headline,
I'll start with CNN, it said this Trump lies grow
around the distribution of FEMA hurricane relief.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Now we know for a fact.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Now she's been fired, and we know that it was done,
and we have the files to prove it that people
were not going and helping people with that had a
Trump's sign in their yard. And the same people that
are mocking these leaders who are getting jobs if they've
ever worked in TV where they work, are now saying
at the time, well, FEMA would never politicize emergency response. Well,

(24:39):
we know for a fact that that's exactly what happened,
and that they decided to screw American taxpayers who were
in catastrophic conditions from the hurricane from getting government aid. Now,
the media doesn't want you to hear what I'm about
to play, but I'm going to play it anyway, and
I want you to play this for everyone. Share this

(24:59):
clip on social media, Share the show on social media,
put it everywhere you are. Listen to the media telling
you it to lie, to even think that anyone at
FEMA would ever do what they actually did.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
And someone has been fired for politicizing a natural disaster.
What FEMA is warning about.

Speaker 9 (25:18):
The only person making an accusation that people are not
getting what they've asked for is Trump falsely claiming that
the administration is withholding resources because of political affiliations.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
That is just not a hurricane Milton.

Speaker 10 (25:31):
Victims in Florida may have been denied help for me
and Trump supporters.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
A FEMA officier who has now been fired for telling
relief workers to bypass homes with Trump advance campaign sign.

Speaker 11 (25:41):
And they then turn around and go see, FEMA's not
coming to help you because it's a Republican area, and
that people.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
Go see see, no, not see. You've got to see
for the first time in your life.

Speaker 11 (25:52):
If you're a mega, Donald Trump is a con man
using you, as is Mark Donald Trump's a ridiculous, pathetic liar.
While the Federal Emergency Management Agency is facing major backlash
after confirming reports that a supervisor ordered disaster relief workers
to avoid homes with Trump yard signs, what would.

Speaker 4 (26:14):
You say to people propagating misinformation about the emergency response
to these storms?

Speaker 2 (26:19):
We stop politicizing FEMA.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
Elong Musk is hopping about the country, spewing and tweeting
political falsehoods and attacking FEMA while claiming his desire to
help the hurricane victims with free starlink access to the Internet.

Speaker 12 (26:32):
Donald Trump is literally putting lives at risk right now
if you can't trust FEMA and trust basic weather reports,
for example, which he's questioned in the past.

Speaker 10 (26:43):
Elon Musk, the richest man in the world and top
Trump ally has also pushed lies about the hurricane to
his millions of followers on the social media platform.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
He owns now.

Speaker 12 (26:54):
Unfortunately, tragically, quite frankly, it is politicized.

Speaker 9 (26:58):
Only person who is politicizing this is Donald Trump. He
is the one. I'm I doing it.

Speaker 13 (27:02):
The Daily Wire obtained private messages showing a FEMA official
instructing hurricane relief workers there to avoid homes with Trump.
