Speaker 1 (00:01):
State Department spokesman, I don't have any policy updates regarding
Ukraine's use of long range weapons against Russian targets. Now,
why is this an issue that matters? It matters for
this reason. It's kind of shocking that this White House
has now said, yeah, go ahead and use those missiles
to hit deep inside of Russia, missiles that we are

(00:25):
providing you the United States of America. And this moves
us much closer to what would be described as a
full out war or a war World three scenario. This
is one of those moments where it's like they're setting
the house on fire so that Donald Trump can inherit
this problem. And it's I mean, it's it's basically whatever

(00:51):
we can do to screw with you now. And I'm
referring to Donald Trump. They're doing it, you know, forget
this whole Oh, we're gonna have, you know, a smooth
transition of yeah, we're also going to set the world
on fire at the same time. That's what they're saying.
That's what they're doing. Take a list in the State
Department spokes and he's asked about this, like shocking policy change.
Why don't you guys do it before election day. Why

(01:12):
are you doing it now? What's the reasoning behind this?
Why would you want to ratchet things up and make
things even worse expanding the war when a new presence
coming in that's clearly stated he wants to end this
war and has already had conversations with people around the world.
The German Chancellor, for example, called Vladimir Putin and told
Putin it was time to wrap things up into end

(01:33):
this war. Like people are now on edge because this
is where big changes start to happen. And the Democratic
Party and the Biden administration're like, no, no, no, we want
to up things, we want to expand things. We want
there to be an explosion of issues and problems so
that you guys inherit this. And I think that's pretty

(01:57):
sick because in war, as everyone knows, there are people
that are gonna die. So we're ratchetting things up as
we're walking out the door. We didn't have the we
didn't have this as our foreign policy while we were
in charge. We didn't have this our foreign policy before
election day. We wouldn't have done this. If Kamala Harris want,
I have no doubt they would not have made this move.
If Kamala Harris would have won instead. What we're doing

(02:19):
is we're lighting the world on fire as we're walking
out of the White House on purpose so that Donald
Trump inherits a really bad situation where a full on
war war, a World War three scenario could take place.
Like these people are evil? Who does that this decision

(02:44):
is causing already people to die. Russia is already fighting
back in a different capacity than they were before. Take
a listen, State Department spokesman.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Launch long range missile strikes into Russia using US missile.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Don't have any policy updates to speak to today. As
you know, since even before Russia launched its full scale invasion,
the United States has marshaled the coalition of more than
fifty countries to provide assistance to Ukraine and to hold
Russia accountable for its actions. We have made clear that
we will always adapt and adjust the capabilities that we

(03:21):
provide to Ukraine when it's appropriate to do so, and
you have seen us back that up with steps that
we have taken over the past several years. But I
don't have any new policy developments to speak to today.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
The I mean, obviously this is already been reported that
there is a change of policy, and the Kremlin has
responded saying this is a this is a major escalation
from the US. Do you have a I mean, you're
not confirming the policy. Yeah, but given that this is
already information out there that Russians are responding to, you know,

(03:53):
what's your take on you know, them accusing you of
escalating this company.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
So again, I know this goes without saying, but let
me say it anyway. I'm not going to speak to
or confirm any policy changes. But when you look at
escalation of this conflict, it has been Russia that has
escalated the conflict time and time again, and that includes
just in the recent month when Russia recruited the deployment

(04:19):
of more than eleven thousand North Korean soldiers who are
now on the front lines in Kursk, engaging in combat
operations against the Ukrainian military. That is a major escalation
by Russia bringing in an Asian military to a conflict
inside Europe. And as we said, as the Secretary said,

(04:41):
our response to that would be firm, and the supporters
of Ukraine's response to that needed to be firm, and
we will continue to do what is appropriate to hold
Russia accountable for its actions, including its escalatory actions, and
to hold North Korea accountable for its escalatory actions.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
The Russians say that, you know, they can just deploy
whoever they like to curse because it's inside their own country.
What's the kind of principle here that a country can't
bring in other troops.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
So the first principle that we need to remember, of course,
and I know you haven't forgotten this but for everyone else,
is that it is Russia that started this war by
invading the sovereign territory of its neighbor, Russia that invaded
Ukraine supported proxy war in twenty fourteen, and then that

(05:34):
launched a full scale invasion of Ukraine in twenty twenty two.
And so if Russia wanted to stop the attacks on
its territory, it's the aggressor here, and it could withdraw
from Ukraine. It could stop targeting Ukrainian civilians, it could
stop targeting Ukrainian targeting Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, it could stop

(05:54):
occupying Ukrainian territory. So what it matters very much who
is the wrests are in this conflict and who is
the victim. But the fact that Ukraine is defending the
occupation of its territory by launching attacks inside Russia. In
no way, UH justifies the escalation of this conflict by

(06:16):
introducing a foreign army into conflict directly with Ukrainians.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
This would be like you know, someone buying your house,
or you have getting kicked out of your house, whatever,
you give me, any scenario you want to, and you're like,
all right, I'm gonna lie to match and walk out
and watch it burn because I didn't get to keep
what I wanted. That's messed up, folks. That is messed up.
When I say the left is losing their minds, it's

(06:42):
not just them trying to start War War three and
hand it over to Trump as a parting gift, Like
all right, well you didn't select us the Democratic Party,
so we're going to set the world on fire. Literally,
that's what they're doing right now. But there's also women
who are refusing to have sex with men pro create
and are shaving their heads because Trump won. That is

(07:03):
Trump derangement syndrome. These are the psychos of the left.

Speaker 5 (07:06):
Now.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Leftists are now coming out with a new pledge. This
isn't a joke. They're going to load up on supplies
before Biden leaves office, I guess like four years or
a supplies, and then they're pledging to buy nothing for
the next four years, to specifically tank what they refer
to as not the US economy, right, but to tank

(07:28):
Donald Trump's economy. Good luck with that plan, use psychos.
Now leftists have this. They are calling it their master
plan for the next four years to ensure that president
like Donald Trump's economy is a disaster, so they're not
going to buy anything. Leftists across the country are deciding
this is the best way to I guess respect the

(07:50):
election results, right that we just had and Donald Trump
we all know, won the popular vote as well. Well,
there's a sizeable shit the electorate and a clear mandate
for change and many that are not happy with the economy.
But the leftists, well they're angry, and they're saying, here's
what we're going to do. Quote Trump will not have

(08:12):
a good economy because we don't have to let him.
We plan on paying bills and saving every penny beyond that,
I will not contribute to this economy in any other way,
is what leftists are writing online. Plans are out there
strategically telling people that want to hurt Trump, which means

(08:34):
hurt the American people because it's the American economy, that
you should purchase all of your clothing you need for
the next four years before he takes office, and make
sure that you have everything you need for the next
four years. That would be like soap and toilet paper
and toiletries and everything that they say you're going to
spend money on. They're also pledging to refrain from eating

(08:54):
out unless it is an emergency that cannot be avoided. Further,
there will be no going to movies. They're pledging sporting
events or any local attractions. That's awesome. I don't have
to deal with them at games. I'm happy with that.
I don't have to deal with them at movies. That
means movies are going to become much more conservative. That's
great with me. That'll have much more like you know,

(09:16):
family values involved. That's awesome. Like everything I'm hearing so
far really sounds pretty amazing. New furniture they're saying, and
how so goods you need to buy them before January twentieth,
or wait until twenty twenty eight. They're also saying use
Black Friday as an opportunity to make sure you grab

(09:38):
any electronics or necessities to tank the economy of Donald Trump.
One of them said, I'm going to install a few
other search bars and avoid Google as much as possible.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
I will not buy a new car.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
They're saying before twenty twenty eight, So if you want
to buy a car, buy it before January the twentieth,
so quote Trump doesn't get credit for it. Another one
said I'll do everything in my power to hold on
to as many dollars as possible, making it clear that
they quote do not care about the consequences of a
poor economy. They're actually rooting for their fellow business owners

(10:12):
or their fellow citizens to suffer as a consequence. For
the majority of Americans of voting for Donald Trump, this
is what you get, the consequences of a poor economy.
Another user said this about their plans, saying, over the
next four years, I highly suggest folks tighten their belts.

(10:34):
And it's been as little as possible except for the
essentials like food, utilities rent. After writing the coattails of
President Biden's amazing all caps economy for his first six
months in office, Trump is going to destroy it with
dumb policies. Not buying extra blank will help sink the
economy too. It won't be hard since everything will be

(10:56):
three hundred percent more expensive. By the way, that's not
going to happen. But I love when liberals fearmonger and lie,
save the money, pass it on, make it go viral.
So this is their new plan to hurt all Americans
with a bad economy. Users are also claiming that Trump's
tariff plan will sink the economy, even though that's actually
not what it's going to do, saying that this is

(11:18):
just another example of why the people that voted for
Trump quote deserve to suffer. Other leftists agree with all
these assertions, claiming this is Trump's quote second good economy.
He's being handed to tank like his business, ignoring the
rampant inflation record high gas prices throughout President Biden's term
in office. In fact, inflation continues to push prices up

(11:40):
in October, not down. Prices rose with the fastest monthly
rate since April in October. But they're saying that Bidenomics
is working and that everything right now is amazing, so
anything bad that happens has to be quote Donald Trump's fault.
Another user said, it is our deliberate plan to sink
the economy to tank Trump. Many people may suffer. I

(12:03):
don't care. They were stupid and voted for this man.
So there you go. If you think Democrats want to
work together, the next time they say, oh, this is
all about bipartisanship in Congress. And when you see Joe
Biden sitting there with Donald Trump saying we want to
work together and have a smooth transition of power. They
literally changed the entire foreign policy and told Ukraine go

(12:28):
ahead and shoot American missiles deep deep into Russia to
start World War three, a policy decision that they were
adamant against, telling Ukraine do not do this for the
last thousand days. And the reason why is because they
didn't want to deal with the backlash. Well now they're like,
a screw it, do it, burn it all to hell.

(12:50):
We don't care. Just burn it all down, right, Like,
just burn it down. This is the problem with these psychos.
When they don't get their way, they will do whatever
they have to do to hurt people, hoping that will
somehow bring you back to them. Because if things get
so bad, you beck, all right, screw it, I'll go
back to the Democratic Party. Now, this also goes to

(13:13):
another issue, and that is what's happening in Pennsylvania right now.
Democrat officials in Pennsylvania counties, several of them, are choosing
deliberately to defy the state's court's vote count ruling.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
This is truly shocking.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
We went into deep detail on Verdict with Center Ted
Cruz on this issue, and I want you to hear
part of what Center Cruz has to say about this
in a moment, because what they are doing in Marshall
three to one, Democrats in Buck County, Pennsylvania are deliberately
quote choosing to defy a state Supreme Court ruling by

(13:57):
validating provisional ballots that were missing a matching signature.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
This is all rigging an election. How bad is it?

Speaker 1 (14:06):
The Washington Post is even calling them out. The New
York Times is even calling them out, saying that this,
what they're doing in these counties is clearly illegal, all
because they can't stand the fact that they actually lost
an election. Democrats this morning going in on immigration reform

(14:29):
and sang that, well, you know, the people that voted
for illegal immigrants to be kicked out of the country,
that was only the criminals. It wasn't Grandma. They weren't
saying they wanted Grandma kicked out of the country that
came in illegally. They just wanted illegal immigrants that had
committed heinous crimes kicked out of the country. That's it
moving the goalpost yet again. Tom Homan talking about the

(14:50):
plans of this administration on Fox and Friends and laying
out the agenda and what you can expect day one.
Take a listen.

Speaker 6 (14:58):
President Election bridg to declare a national emergency and use
military assets to get the border crisis under control. But
blue state leaders wasted no time pushing back lot.

Speaker 7 (15:08):
I will not tolerate actions that harm Arizonans, that harm
our communities, and quite honestly, divert resources from providing real security.

Speaker 8 (15:19):
At our border.

Speaker 5 (15:20):
The idea of calling out the army into the domestic
confines of the United States seems uncalled for.

Speaker 6 (15:31):
This morning, President elect Trump's incoming borders are Tom Holman
is joining us right now. Hey, Tom, so, brother, let's
break down this. Because you see all these media experts
saying that a Buayla is going.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
To be deported.

Speaker 6 (15:46):
I think you have two priorities right First, you got
to get the criminal element, which everyone agrees with. And
then number two, you go straight for those eight million
people that have been coming across the border.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
Under Joe Biden, right.

Speaker 9 (16:00):
We got three rails of business lawrence. First ball, we
got a security border. We know how to do that,
we've done it before. A second ball, we need to
run this deportation operations. The President's been clear we're going
to out of the gate. We're going to focus on
public safety threats and national security threats first.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
And fugitives.

Speaker 9 (16:17):
Those who crossed the border legally had great due process,
a great taxpayers. Fans were ordered removed by an immigration
judge and didn't leave. They're also a priority. In third rail,
we got to find over three hundred thousand children that
were released into this country to so called sponsors that
the government camp find. We also got to find them
children to try to save them.

Speaker 6 (16:36):
So real quick toime, do you deputize the local state
police like Texas DPS wants to work with Ice, they
want to work with the border patrol. Do they get
deputized to help out with this crisis.

Speaker 9 (16:49):
Yeah, we're gonna far to the twenty seven Gjail Program,
twenty seven G Task Force, programs for law enforce agencies.
I want to help. Since I've been since I've been
announced Lawrence Week, I've gotten thousands of of soldiers that
just recently left the military. They want to join forces,
police officers that retired wanted to join forces, but retired, borbitchoices,
retired h ICE sates that want to come back retirement

(17:12):
from borbitroll that paperwork is pulled back. There's a lot
of excitement to do this job for the President of
United States.

Speaker 6 (17:18):
Yeah, Tom, I want to get your reaction to this story.
Apparently the roommate of the legal immigrant accused of murder
in Lincoln Riley testify yesterday that they took the humanitarian
flight from New York City to Georgia before they killed
Lincoln Riley.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
What's your reaction to that.

Speaker 9 (17:34):
Look, he should have been arrested by ICE in New
York City, but they're saying Stuary City. He should never
be in the country. Under President Trump, he wouldn't have
been here. He would have been waiting in Mexico on
the Remain in Mexico program. But here's what I want
for all those mayors and governors who said they're going
to push back an ICE to do this operation. I
want you to listen to that tape of the young
that young lady fighting for her life, fighting for her breath.

(17:55):
She did not want to die, and she fought hard.
Listen to it. Just don't say, okay, another one died.
I want you listen to the struggles because that happens
across this country almost every day by an illegal alien.
So I want those sanctuary city people. All they say
they're gonn push back in Ice, listen to that and
tell me. I just said President Trump wants to take
public safety threats off the street.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
That's a priority.

Speaker 9 (18:14):
As elected mayor, elected governor, are you telling me that
you don't want public safety threats out of your communities?
That is your number one responsibility to protect the community.
So smart en up and work with.

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Us Tom real quickly.

Speaker 6 (18:25):
What happens to a mayor or local police department chief
that is under a democratic leadership that obstructs ICE in,
your federal agents that are helping get these deportations of
what happens to them?

Speaker 9 (18:38):
Well, first of all, if the don't want to help
us get the hell out the way, if we're going
to do it, If I got sent twice amount of
resources that city. That's what we're going to do. If
they able to give us access to the jail, that
will mean less agents than the community. For them pushing
back and not let us in the jail, it just
means more agents are gonna be in the community. So
they're hurting themselves. Finally, I'll say this, they need to
educate themselves. They need to review this title eight the

(18:58):
United States Cold thirteen twenty triple I read about that,
and don't cross that line because it is a felony
to harbor and conceal an illegal anilins from Mice. Read
the statue, don't cross that line.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
That's the warning from Tom Holman, read the statute, don't
cross that line. Democrats doing everything that they can right
now to undermine what it is to keep us safe.
This is all about trying to keep us safe. That's
what this should be about. And Tom Holman laying it

(19:33):
out there saying, there's a lot of people that are ready,
a lot of people that are very very very very
willing and ready to do what they need to do
to quote keep us safe, and that is I think sad.
We also are now hearing that a FEMA official is
now claiming she's the victim. She is the victim now

(19:56):
saying she's been escape goaded. The FEMA supervisor Marnie Washington
went on Fox to discuss why she was fired him
an allegation she told workers to direct hurricane relief away
from Trump supporters' homes. Take a listen.

Speaker 10 (20:17):
We keep having this messaging coming out of these agencies,
especially during the Biden Harris administration, that you know, there's
nothing to see here with regards to FEMA. They are
being now presented with evidence that they were treating people
differently based on their partisan views. That is an incredible
discovery in the United States of America, and so of

(20:38):
course you're going to have to have an investigation.

Speaker 5 (20:40):
We're not going to wait well.

Speaker 11 (20:42):
FEMA insisting that the case of an agency supervisor telling
relief workers to avoid Trump campaign signs at homes during
disaster response is an isolated incident.

Speaker 8 (20:52):
Let's bring in the FEMA official who.

Speaker 11 (20:54):
Was fired over the incident but claims she has been
made a scapegoat, Marti Washington.

Speaker 8 (20:59):
Martni, thank you so much for coming on.

Speaker 11 (21:01):
I want to read this because this is from the
FEMA administrator, Diane Criswell. She said this, and she's talking
about you, she said, quoting here. Recently, a FEMA employee
departed from these values to advise her survivor assistance team
to not go to homes with yard signs supporting President
elect Trump.

Speaker 8 (21:18):
This was reprehensible. I want to be clear to all of.

Speaker 11 (21:21):
My employees and the American people, this type of behavior
and action will not be tolerated at FEMA. You say,
this is not your policy. You're not political, you don't
care about the right or the left. You are simply
doing your job and following your orders. So you're telling
me these orders came from somebody above.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
Correct.

Speaker 12 (21:40):
And when I first reported to Florida, I was already
on another team. I was there as a specialist. This
was the culture. They were already avoiding these homes based
on community trends from hostile political encounters. It has nothing
to do with the campaign sign. It just so happened
to be part of the community trend. When you focus

(22:01):
in on the campaign sign, you are violating the Hatch Act.
So that is something that FEMA definitely wants to stay
away from because it was created in nineteen thirty nine,
and that was to protect citizens from being alienated based
on their political stance.

Speaker 11 (22:22):
So, just so we're clear, you're saying that basically FEMA
was doing this out of safety.

Speaker 8 (22:26):
They were gonna say it because they had.

Speaker 11 (22:27):
Some adversarial conflicts with some people with Trump signs in
their front yard, so they banned every Trump sign.

Speaker 8 (22:33):
They said, don't go to any homes of Trump signs.

Speaker 11 (22:35):
And if that's the case, why would they come down
so hard on you? Why are you the scapegoat? Why
are you the one they're saying was quote reprehensible for
actually putting this in place when you did not put
this in place.

Speaker 12 (22:47):
Well, it's reprehensible as they're not being transparent. Why is
this coming down on me? I am the person that
jotted down the notes from my superiors, and my notation
in teams chat was exposed from their surge capacity team.
That's exactly what happened. And it's easier then say, well, haha,
it's her name, it's her, it's her writing, right, make

(23:10):
her accountable for it. But I'm just simply executing again
what was coming down from my superiors.

Speaker 11 (23:17):
Right, And I'm wondering because it says things like when
on this list that says avoid the Trump houses, drink
water take rest breaks.

Speaker 8 (23:24):
There's a list of things.

Speaker 11 (23:25):
You didn't come up with those either, right now, So
you didn't come up with any of this list?

Speaker 8 (23:29):
Is that a fair assessment, sir?

Speaker 11 (23:32):
And I'm wondering, how do you prove that, Marty, you're
trying to you're trying to save your reputation.

Speaker 8 (23:37):
How do you prove that that this order came from above?

Speaker 12 (23:41):
Well, the last time I was that question was posed,
I verbally called on all DSA crew leads and specialists
that are still active with FEMA and former to come
forward and discuss our avoidance policies, our de escalation and policies, because,
to be honest with you, we don't just get just
I know, the highlight here is is the Trump campaign signage.

(24:03):
But if someone is in another like an urban community,
and it's a different culture, and someone feels uncomfortable, we
can't go to that home. If you have loose dogs
and someone on the team was comfortable with dogs and
another person is not, we can't go to that home
because of safety precautions.

Speaker 8 (24:21):
So you feared the Trump houses.

Speaker 11 (24:22):
The people on FEMA were fearing the Trump houses like
they were faring people with vicious dogs in their backyard.

Speaker 12 (24:28):
Exactly, And that's based on the that's based on the trends.
You can ask FEMA for incident reports. They have those
because they ask us to report out if there's an
incident at home. And unfortunately, again the passionate supporters for Trump.
Some of them were a little bit violent.

Speaker 8 (24:48):
But all of them were.

Speaker 11 (24:49):
All of them were painted with the same broad brush,
all of them as being we're not going to go
near these because we think they're all bad people.

Speaker 12 (24:55):
No, because some were registered, some did receive casing inquiries
and updates. Some of them came outside and said, Hi,
I appreciate what you're doing. I would like to participate.
And then some were very vocal and firm that they
didn't want anything to do with FEMA and they thought
that we were crooks.

Speaker 11 (25:15):
And lastly, we've got to go. I've got run out
of time here. Did this also happen in other places?
This was Florida, But did it happen in North Carolina?
Did it happen in other places.

Speaker 12 (25:24):
Georgia as well? Just ask the crew leads in the specialists.
They will discuss their avoidance and their de escalation methods
in the field. And I think Miss Chris Well would
be happy to know what's going on.

Speaker 8 (25:36):
Truly, Martie, thank you for coming on. We appreciate it.
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
Well.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
Let me say three things about this. One part of
what she's saying is probably true, that this was not
just like a one off and she's the scapegoat. I mean,
I think it's pretty clear she doesn't like Trump supporters, right.
But at the same time, I also believe that she's
probably not lying when she's like, dude, this is like
what we did all over the country. I have no

(26:02):
reason to believe she's not telling the truth that Hey,
I'm not the only one. You guys need to dial
it down, Like I'm not the only one that where
this was happening. I'm not the only one that was
doing this. This was a This was a policy that
was all over the place like this is this is
a policy that that that everybody knew about. This was
a this was a policy that like we were implementing

(26:26):
all over the places. If there was a Trump sign
like you pretty much ran away from it. Unbelievable. Illegal
immigrant convicted of the lake and Riley murderer will get
life in prison. I'm sorry, that's not justice. Justice would
have been the death penalty. Justice would have been the

(26:46):
death penalty straight up, and the death penalty was not given,
and Lake and Lowry's stepfather read to the court one
of her last journal entries. He read this at the sentencing.
I want you to listen to what he said.

Speaker 13 (27:05):
I'm so proud of Lincoln and the beautiful person she was,
and well I could stand here and try to tell
the world the things that made her such a wonderful person,
as well as in many things we have all been
robbed and deprived of. I think one of her last
journal entries, dated twelve seventeen twenty three, says it best.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
So here we go.

Speaker 14 (27:35):
To my future husband.

Speaker 13 (27:38):
As silly as I feel writing this, my old small
group leader once recommended it. So here I am to
my future husband. I want you to know that I'm
thinking about you. I'm working every day to become the
best wife I can be, working through my current relationships

(27:58):
that that's prepare me for and our kids one day.
I'm focusing on God and what he defines. They're faithful
Christian life and so that I can best embody those characteristics.
I pray that you know that is with my full
faith and trust in God that I know this relationship
has been hand crafted by Him. I pray that we

(28:22):
continue to glorify the Lord, prioritize Him in every aspect
of our lives, and raise our family our future family
to be God fearing Christians as well. I pray God
is the center of our relationship as it is a
gift from Him. I thank Him for you before I
even know you, and can't wait to love you in

(28:44):
the best way I know how for the rest of
our lives. And I pray you know and feel the
importance of my love and hopes for our relationship no
matter what challenges we face. I pray that our trust
in God and love for one another what over rules
the obstacle, may our relationship last forever. Your future wife,

(29:07):
lacoln that your honor was our beautiful Laken, that your
honor is just a guyintpce of what was tragically and
brutally take it from her and us.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
That day, you listen to Lake and riley stepfather reading
one of her last journal entries before the court, and
you then think about these governors and mayors who are
refusing to work with ice to deport the worst among
us of the illegal immigrants that have come into this country.
I don't know what else to say. It makes me sad,

(29:46):
It shocks me. It is truly incredible that we still
have this many people, after seeing what happened to Lake
and Riley, who are willing to still harbor criminals that
should never be in this country and people that have
committed crimes while in this country who they still harbor

(30:09):
in this country. It is incredibly sad. You look at
that closing testimony there and you see that they've obviously
come back with a sentence, the judge making it clear
what is the sentence life in prison.

Speaker 14 (30:28):
Stage or event in this u in this tragedy. And
that's that's the way I view that people. People mean
well by making that saying that.

Speaker 4 (30:40):
But it's.

Speaker 14 (30:43):
I've heard it explain that when you have something like
this that impacts one.

Speaker 15 (30:53):
Or many, you even have to make it conscious effort
to breathe it sometimes, and that just comes on you
at any particular you know, if you just don't know
what's gonna bring it on you, and you realize that
you do make it through the day, but you don't know.

Speaker 4 (31:14):
How you did it.

Speaker 14 (31:22):
But I also and this goes back to what Carrie
Howell was saying that, you know, it's as many times.

Speaker 4 (31:33):
As you.

Speaker 14 (31:35):
Reflect on the loss, at some point you start smiling
about the memories, and I'm hopeful that at some point
that takes over to a certain extent. But there's very
little and including the sentence of mister o'bara, that's going to.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
Help much.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
The judge then said this.

Speaker 14 (32:07):
With that, mister Barr, if you will please stand count
one malice murder, I'll send you to life without the possibility.

Speaker 1 (32:20):
Parole, life without a chance of parole. It still doesn't
feel like it's enough. You want to know why I'm
in favor of the death penalty. This is exactly why.
This is why I'm in favor of the death penalty.
