Speaker 1 (00:01):
So you remember a guy by the name of Hunter Biden.
You remember his dad, Joe Biden. You remember the uncle
James Biden, the brother of the president. Remember all the corruption.
The millions of dollars are actually tens of million that
were coming in from shitty actors, actors in Romania. We've
got millions and millions and millions coming in from China
(00:21):
from people that directly connected the Chinese Communist Party. We've
got a Russian oligarch, the former mayor of Moscow's wife
who has still not been sanctioned by the US because
Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and James Biden have protected
her even after Russia invada Ukraine and other oligarchs have
been sanctioned.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Who gave a couple of million dollars to Biden crime family.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Remember Barisma and all the money that was being made
in Ukraine, and how they're still protecting Ukraine to this
day because Ukraine obviously has dirt on the Biden crime family. Well,
you remember all those stories, and then the Hunter Biden
laptop and the bribery and all of the crimes we're
on that laptop. Well, let's go back to what happened
(01:04):
there we're finding out a lot more now about what
the media did to cover up that story. This is
a shocking story that's now being told by EXCBS news
reporter who's accusing the network of defying orders from Shari Redstone,
the CBS CEO to probe the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.
(01:26):
I want you to listen to what the fired CBS
reporter Catherine Herridge accuse her former editors of defying the orders, saying, no,
this is the bidens.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
We don't do reporting on them.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
We don't tell anybody about what the Hunter Biden's laptop
was or anything else.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Take a listen.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Once we got the laptop story on the Morning News,
I felt that there was so much there that we
could still do. For example, in the text messages, there's,
unfortunately the use of the N word, the liberal use
of the N word, and I thought this was worthy
of a story, but I was told that it was
(02:06):
not something that interested CBS News. Then I asked for
a forensic review of the laptop and we found that
there were more than half a dozen emails that were
likely used by Joe Biden. I thought that was a story,
but the answer that came back was, well, we need
to know what the content is of the emails, but
that was going to be a year's long process, so
(02:28):
there was no way. So there were just there were
a lot of reasons. I was told not to do it,
not to pursue it, not.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
To do it, not to pursue it. You think about
a reporter and a reporter's job. You've got a laptop
that has a liberal use of the inWORD from the
President of United States to America's son, and they're saying,
that's not a story. And then you've got a bunch
of fake email addresses aliases for the sitting president the
(02:56):
United States of America, and the CEO's like, NA, CBS News,
Now we're not doing that.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
Well.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Catherine Herriage is posting on x revealing that the CEO
told her multiple times that he wanted her to investigate
the hunter By laptop scandal, a directive that came directly
from red Stone, the controlling shareholder of CBS's parent Paramount Global,
who pressed that if that it was a quote high priority.
(03:28):
George Cheeks said to me on multiple occasions that this
was a story of the highest priority for the network
and that it was a high priority for his boss,
Shari Redstone. So I took on the assignment and I
did it to the best of my ability, Cheeks told her.
It told her CBS wanted to have accountability on the
issue and to speak truth to power on both sides
(03:48):
of the aisle, which the investigative reporter welcomed. But the
journalist said there was pushback inside the left wing network
over her probe to the laptop of the present son
and whether it's contents revealed corruption.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
By President Joe Biden.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
There were corners of support in the company for it,
and there were corners of support of support who understood
the value of investigating hunter Biden's story, but there were
some elements within CBS News that were just resistant to it.
It didn't matter what the facts of the case really were,
and this bothered me as a journalist a lot. CBS
(04:25):
not responding to requests for comment on this shocking news.
But earlier this month, Catherine also revealed in a recently
launched newsletter that her direct bosses, Washington Bureau chief Mark
Lima and CBS News President Matthews, pushed back on her reporting,
killing potential stories in the early days of the laptop scandal.
(04:48):
In her bombshell allegations. Catherine said she brought evidence to
them and CBS Evening News anchor Norah O'Donnell in early
October twenty twenty that the lap top contained material about
a quote million dollar retainer from a Chinese energy firm,
along with business techs and emails from the sun of
(05:10):
Democratic challenger Joe Biden. But her reporting never saw the
light of day. It was never aired. It was never aired.
You have to ask yourself the question why, in fact,
it quote an additional two years for CBS to broadcast
a forensic review of hunter Biden's laptop data. By that time,
(05:32):
the two people have been elevated to roles of CBS
News President. That's where Matthews landed. When we did the story,
we did it after the midterms. I argued against that
because it was really before the midterms, and my training
is that you should always do the story when it's
ready to go. You should not be dedicated to or
(05:55):
dictated by the political cycle. After the piece aired, Catherine
was pushed to continue reporting on what she had on
earthed from the forensic review, saying, for example, in the
text messages, there's unfortunately a lot of the use of the.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
N word, which you just heard her talk about.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
I want you to hear even more of what Catherine
had to say in this shocking, breaking news coming from
her about her time at CBS.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
We eventually broadcast a story about the Hunter Biden laptop
after the midterm elections in twenty twenty two. We commissioned
a forensic review. I got a copy of the laptop data.
I have it here still. I went to a lot
of effort to get the cleanest copy of the laptop data,
the same data that was provided to the FBI, because
(06:44):
I didn't want to have any professional journalistic risk for
CBS News. I wanted this thing to be totally locked
down when we did the story. We did it after
the midterms. I argued again on that because it was
ready before the midterms, and my training is that you
should always do the story when it's ready to go.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Let's just pause there and think about what she just said.
She just said the story authenticating and doing a deep
dive into the laptop was in fact ready before the midterms,
and they held the damn story and shelved it till
after the midterms because they didn't want it to come up.
(07:30):
They knew the story was damning, and it was so
damning apparently that they didn't want it to become an
issue in the midterms, and so they said, bury it,
just straight up bury it. We'll deal with it next year.
We won't deal with it today. We will deal with
(07:52):
it next year. We'll deal with it after the midterms
because that's when the American people can handle this and
it won't impact the election. So if you want to
know whose side CBS News was on, you don't have
to wonder.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
That's part of her reporting. Keep listening.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
You should not be dictated by the political cycle. Once
we got the laptop story on the Morning News, I
felt that there was so much there that we could
still do.
Speaker 5 (08:22):
For now.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Catherine being forced as CBS News and being an incredible
reporter and knowing that your best work has been sidelined
because the dates don't work well for CBS News. Propping
up Joe Biden and the Biden crime family really should
tell you everything that you need to know about the
corruption of the media. I continue to say this because
(08:48):
they will continue to lie to you. I go back
to the most recent story is an example of the
lies the corporate media said that FEMA would never politicize
emergency response.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Then what do we find out?
Speaker 1 (09:01):
People that had Trump signs in the front yard were
told the government told their workers, do not help them
if they see any Trump affiliation. We know this now.
When the original accusations came out, what do they do?
They laughed in our faces, said, oh, that would never happen.
It would never ever happen. And then the corruptions there,
(09:23):
we witness it. Then the whistleblowers come forward, then they
fire somebody.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Then she starts telling all that she's like.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Dude, we were told the highest levels if somebody had
conservative paraphernalia Trump signed, you were to skip that house,
even though the people's homes had been destroyed because of
a horrific hurricane.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
Where's the media on that story?
Speaker 1 (09:44):
You would really think that the media would I don't
know care that they would do something about it.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
No, why would we do that.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
There is a big fight that is happening right now
over Donald Trump's nominees. Democrat representatives are going to try
to trigger a vote on releasing the health ethics report
on Matt Gates, even though Matt Gates is no longer
in the House. Sean Casteen a Democrat from Illinois, says,
(10:14):
you will soon attempt to trigger a vote before all
House members on whether or not to release the Ethics
Committee report into President Act Donald Trump's Attorney general nominee,
former represented Matt Gates. This after the Health Ethics Committee
disagreed on whether or not to release the report on Wednesday,
Casten said he would use a privileged resolution to mandate
(10:36):
a four vote on its release. The vote would be
mandatory within two days of Caston introducing the bill, saying this,
given the reports that the Ethics Committee will not release
the Gates report today, I will shortly excuse me introduce
a privileged resolution to require a vote by the full
(11:00):
House of Representatives on its release.
Speaker 5 (11:03):
Now.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Politico first noted that Caston was committed to this path
if the committee did not agree to publish that report.
Speaker 5 (11:11):
A key fact is that.
Speaker 1 (11:14):
They say, the key fact is that Gates has left
the House of Representatives, and as House Speaker Mike Johnson
has pointed out, it would be set a new precedent
that is highly unusual for reports to be released after
members resign. I'm going to strongly request that the Ethics
Committee not issue the report because that is not the
(11:36):
way we do things in the House, Johnson told reporters
last week, and I think that would be a terrible
precedent to set. Politico highlighted gates resignation when pointing out
a critical difference quote unquote between a previous instance of
a member trying to force the release of an ethics
report regarding another sitting member via a privileged resolution, which
(11:59):
Caston's office at tention to do frame as quote unquote precedent.
Casson's office said, there is president for this move. They
go back to cite this. In nineteen ninety six, Representative
John Lewis, a Democrat from Georgia, introduced a privileged resolution
to force the Ethics Panel to release its report on
(12:19):
alleged misconduct by then Speaker new Gingrich. The House voted
then to kill Lewis's move on the floor, and the
committee was not forced to release its preliminary report. But
there's a critical difference between that and Lewis President and
Gage situation. Gingrich was a sitting member of the House
(12:41):
and Gates has resigned. Therefore he is not. If Casson
does move forward with a privileged resolution, Republicans will have
the opportunity to kill it before it is voted on.
So the question now is, and I think there's a
very high probability, a very high chance that this could happen,
is that this report will be leaked to the press,
(13:04):
maybe in its entirety. Democrats don't care about the rules,
and there is some staffer that might have access to
this report that might do exactly what happened in the
Supreme Court. Remember when the Supreme Court and it was
leaked that Roe v. Wade was going to be overturned
the opinion. That was a day of shock at the
(13:28):
Supreme Court. And yet the people that were investigating it,
the deep State couldn't figure out or find out who
they say actually released this like they couldn't do it.
They literally couldn't figure it out. Now, I don't think
anybody believes that. I don't think that anybody actually thinks
(13:51):
for a second that they couldn't figure out the FBI, etc.
Speaker 5 (13:57):
Who released or who leaked that Roe v. Wade moment.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Unfortunately, I have zero faith in Congress, zero.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Zero faith.
Speaker 1 (14:14):
I have zero faith and the Democrats to do the
right thing. I have zero faith that they won't try
to figure out a way to get rid of this
report and to throw it out there and just break
the the rules that I have no doubt they're going
to try to do.
Speaker 5 (14:31):
So I bring that.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Up to say I expect it to come out in
some capacity. If not, it's in its entirety if Democrats
can do this, if they can pull it off, they
will do everything they can. Now Democrats are just losing
their minds right now.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Take a listen.
Speaker 6 (14:50):
I'm on the subject of our RFK Junior bulwark on
Earth this video from August twenty twenty, where they say
RFK Junior was implying that the US government have actually
planned the COVID pandemic.
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Take a listen.
Speaker 7 (15:05):
Many people argue that this pandemic was a plandemic, that
it was planned from the outset. It's part of the
Senator scheme. I can't tell you the answer to that.
I don't have enough evidence. A lot of it feels
very planned to me.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
Okay, So, by the way, let's just stop and do
with that point for a second. Is that a crazy
thing to say when you're having a long conversation about
the pandemic. Now, he didn't imply that it was the
US government to plan the pandemic. You notice in that
clip there he never said that I wonder if the
United States of America planned this pandemic.
Speaker 5 (15:40):
That was not said.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
What he did say.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Is that he wondered if it was planned and that
easily could have happened from China. Now, he also said,
I don't have evidence or enough evidence to back that up,
but it's a question that everybody should be asking. I
don't see any problem with that at all. I don't
see any issue with asking that question. So let's start
(16:09):
there this morning. Do you think that if we are
investigating COVID the way we should investigate COVID or should
have investigated COVID, Maybe that's a better way of framing it,
that we shouldn't ask the question like, hey, was this
possibly planned? You know, they just said that he implied
that it was the United States government. He did not imply
it was the United States government. The pandemic started in
(16:31):
China in Wuhan. So this idea that America planned it
is a very far fetched implication from CNN there. But
they say that he's claiming it was America that planet.
That's not what he said. Do I believe that China
could have planned a pandemic. Hell, yes, I do. I
don't trust them at all and all the lies that
(16:52):
came out around COVID. I think we should be asking
these questions down more than ever before. And they're really
trying to stop RFK, which makes me laugh because he's
a former Democrat who Barack Obama actually was trying to
get to have a position in his administration at one
point was looking at him for EPA. Well, now that
he has abandoned the Democratic Party, the Democrats are enraged
(17:15):
by this, and so they're trying to get their you know,
war room together to destroy every single person that Donald
Trump picks. They don't respect his ability to pick his
own cabinet. Now, RFK Junior said something that Democrats are
taking clearly out of context. One of the things that
(17:35):
they're playing is RFK Junior saying back in twenty twenty
that we should be asking all questions about the pandemic.
Every question should be asked.
Speaker 5 (17:52):
In the pandemic, we relied to on every front.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
We were lied about the origins of the COD nineteen pandemic.
We were lied about the causes, we were lied about
the vaccine, we were allied about the effectiveness we were
allied about everything. I mean, we were lied to about everything.
And so he asked a question, a question that the
world should be asking. Was this a plan deemic? People
(18:20):
could have planned it to test and see how the
world will react. That could happen easily, especially coming from China.
Was it a smaller group of people that maybe decide
to plan it. Is that a question that should be
off limits to ask. Remember they tried to sell us
on it came from a wet market, which we actually
know it came from the huntingdseudivirology.
Speaker 5 (18:41):
Right, we were not supposed to ask any questions.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
They want us to all be idiots and walk around
and whatever they tell us and feed us we're supposed
to believe, including from communist China.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Now what did RFK Junior actually say?
Speaker 1 (18:52):
CNN doing the big breaking news, we unearthed it.
Speaker 6 (18:56):
Take a listen on the subject of our K Junior.
Bulwark On earthed this video from August twenty twenty where
they say our K Junior was implying that the US
government might have actually planned the COVID pandemic.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
Take a listen.
Speaker 7 (19:13):
Many people are argue that this pandemic was a plandemic,
that it was planned from the outset. It's part of
the senator scheme. I can't tell you the answer to that.
I don't have enough evidence. A lot of it feels
very planned to me.
Speaker 6 (19:29):
Okay, so I can tell you the answer to that,
I have enough evidence.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
And that's insane. That's not what happened. Horrible.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
Let's just play that again.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Let's go back and play that again, because CNN just
said that is quote horrible. Now, when he was a Democrat,
they had no problem with him asking questions.
Speaker 7 (19:53):
Listen, many people are argue that this pandemic was a plandemic,
that it was planned from the out at as part
of the senators, their scheme. I can't tell you the
answer to that. I don't have enough evidence. A lot
of it feels very planned to me.
Speaker 6 (20:10):
Okay, so I can tell you the answer to that.
Speaker 5 (20:13):
By the way, I love how they immediately mock him.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
He asked questions. He even said, I can't tell you
if it was planted on I don't have enough evidence.
So this is a guy that's saying, show me evidence
and let's have a conversation. Let's have a grand debate,
let's talk about this. I do believe by the way
that American history and world history with a pandemic. I
(20:38):
believe that China knew that this thing was deadly, and
I have no doubt in my mind that they let
this thing go out into the world because they're like, well,
if we're going down, you're going down with us. I
have no doubt in my mind that this was a
a pandemic that was avoidable. We've been lied to about
(21:00):
gang of function research. For example. Gain of function research
is a great example of the shadiness and the corruption
of not only China but also of doctor Fauci. Doctor
Fauci lied to us on almost every different aspect of
(21:21):
COVID nineteen. He lied to us about the effectiveness of
a vaccine. He lied to us and said that if
you got the vaccine that you wouldn't get COVID. He
lied to us about the masks and he knew that
they were a joke. He lied to us about the
six foot rule. He lied to us about the about
(21:43):
kids and vaccines. He lied to us about America funding
through the NIH gain of function research. He lied to
us about the origins of COVID. He lied to us
about the about China and their cover of COVID, and
in fact, I would actually say this name something. It's
(22:05):
easier to name something that the government told us with
doctor Fauci in charge that was true instead of what
was a lie, because there's very few things that would
be on the list of what they said was true.
Speaker 5 (22:16):
I mean, they said that COVID nineteen could kill you. Okay,
that was true. There's people that died from COVID nineteen.
Speaker 1 (22:22):
There's also a lot of people that die, unfortunately from
the flu every year. My point is, I don't trust
any of these guys. And so back in twenty twenty,
you also have to put this back in context of
what was going on in the world. Go back and
look at twenty twenty compared to twenty twenty four, four
years ago. It was a very very different time. What
(22:43):
were we doing. We were sitting apart from each other.
They were telling you don't go see Grandma over Thanksgiving.
There were husbands that weren't even allowed to be in
the room when their child was being born. In the hospitals,
there were people that were dying who didn't get to
give their loved ones a last hug. They were having
to say their last goodbyes to their family or to
(23:06):
their aunts, uncles, moms, and dads over FaceTime because they
weren't allowed in because they had COVID. I don't think
it's crazy to remind people the entire world shut down.
So is what RFK Junior saying they're crazy?
Speaker 5 (23:25):
No?
Speaker 1 (23:25):
Did he say that it was a fact. No, he
said we should ask questions. He said, to have enough
evidence to say that this is true. No, but we
should ask the questions. Was this pandemic planned? By the way,
I think China has no problem killing anybody. If you
don't believe me, look at the fetanel that they manufacture
and send to the cartels all over the world. In
(23:46):
New Mexico, how many people have died just from that?
Look at because of their lives, how many people died
in a global pandemic from COVID nineteen do I Is
there possibility in twenty twenty that the question should have
been asked of, like, hey, is the world? Like was
the world shutdown on purpose by maybe a small group
of people that decided to try this experiment and see
(24:06):
what happened?
Speaker 5 (24:07):
You can't tell me? That is an insane question ask.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
And now they're saying, well, that's why RFK Junior shouldn't
get this new job? Are you kidding me? So let's
talk about the arrogance just for a second. After after
they play the RFK Junior audio, CNN does what CNN
(24:29):
does so well. They are condescending and they are mocking
of anybody that they disagree with. Now I'm gonna go back.
I'm gonna play this for you again, RFK. It's very
short and him asking a question. Notice he doesn't say
anything like for a fact. He doesn't say, hey, the
(24:53):
pandemic was planned for sure. He didn't say he had
evidence to support that. He said we should be asking
the question and listen to how nasty CNN is in
response trying to derail the nomination of r f K Junior.
Speaker 7 (25:09):
Many people argue that this pandemic was a plan, that
it was planned from the outset. It's part of the senators,
their scheme. I can't tell you the answer to that.
I don't have enough evidence. A lot of it feels
very planned to me.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Okay, so I can.
Speaker 6 (25:25):
Tell you the answer to that, I have enough evidence,
and that's insane. That's not what happened, horrible, David.
Speaker 7 (25:35):
Yeah, look, even a Republican, but isn't even a Republican.
Speaker 5 (25:39):
Why is your party expelling? Listen? These are Democrats. I
saw this.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
I saw this Donald Trump on the planet. So I
saw this great it's great thing on social media with
Elon Tulsey RFK, like democrats elected Donald Trump bright, So
these are these are folks.
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Listen, listen.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
The president. The president, he's got a great deal of
political capital after this election, right, and how he chooses
to expend that political capital is going to be instructive.
He could do lots of things. He's going to burn
it all up on getting these people confirmed? Or is
he going to use it for other things? Right? You
know he's about to close the border. He's got all
these things he wants to do. But you only have
so much, right, you can only go to the well
so many times before members keeps they start kind of shrugging, right,
(26:20):
And so I think he's gonna get a lot done.
I think you're going to get a lot of these
members done. And the most consequential is, of course, in
this instance, is whether Matt Gates becomes the Attorney General
or not. And so how much political capital is going
to put behind that? You know, we're going to see I.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Still go back to this is notice not about the
good of the country from the Democratic Party. None of
this is about the good of the country what they're
fighting over.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
And you noticed he goes back to Matt Gates.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
And by the way, that was a terrible defense of
RFK Junior by the person that was on CNN there.
What they should have said was he was asking questions
in twenty twenty, in the middle of the pandemic, when
everybody he was asking questions. It shouldn't be against the
law to ask a question and or questions when everything
at that moment in time is a lie and you're
(27:10):
being lied to. And they said, notice that he didn't
say it was America that planned it either. This is
I mean, I can't believe that I'm the only one
out here in the media world. It's like, hold on
a second, can we please go back to twenty twenty
when we were shut down Donald Trump's president. COVID is
the center of the universe of all of our lives,
(27:31):
whether you like it or not, COVID is the center
of the universe. Everything was revolving around it, and we
were getting no good answers, only lies. We were getting
not a single answer. Okay, not a single answer about
this that was truthful at that moment. Everything was a
(27:52):
lie from Fauci. Everything coming out China was a lie.
Everything about the vaccines, basically from what we understand now,
was a lie.
Speaker 5 (28:01):
Doctors, for goodness sakes, were lying to us.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Doctors are like, oh, that's takings so effective, it's so efficient,
it's so effective. Oh you won't get sick if you
take it. And we found out afterwards that doctors were
getting massive bonuses for hitting quotas in different hospital systems,
medical systems getting massive bonuses for the number of people
(28:27):
that they were vaccinating. I don't even remember if in
twenty twenty we were even at the point of a
booster shot and they said, oh, the booster is going
to help, and there was like virtually no effectiveness of it.
Speaker 5 (28:38):
No one should get no, no one.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
Should be disqualified for asking a simple question.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
But this is where we are now.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
This is what the Democrats are doing now, and that's
why Democrats are trying to take out our FK Junior.
They're going to try to trigger a vote on releasing
the Health Ethics Report on Matt's Gates, which would be
unpresent because he's no.
Speaker 5 (28:59):
Longer a member of Congress.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Other Republicans are like, you want to go there, Okay,
let's go there. Let's start releasing anthrog reports on every
Democrat that's ever had a payout for sexual harassment or
sexual on this conduct or whatever. Because apparently there's a
lot of skeletons from past and current members in Congress.
You want to start releasing findings on people that have
(29:21):
resigned from Congress, we can go way back and start
releasing them. The speaker saying this would be a terrible precedent.
I agree it would be. I absolutely agree that it
would be. But I expect these reports on Gates to
get leaked. I have no doubt in my mind at
(29:42):
this moment that this report is somehow going to be leaked,
whether it's its entirety or partially. Because Democrats don't care
about law, the rule of law. They don't care about that.
They only care about winning at all costs. We've seen that.
Look at what they did to Donald Trump. Do you
think that there's any like like ethics involved in the
(30:05):
Democratic Party. These are the same people right now that
are gonna leak this report. That are that were the
same people that were saying, we should leak the report
on Roe v. Wade and undermine the Supreme Court. Never
forget that, Never ever ever forget it. Make sure you
share this podcast wherever you can so people can hear
what I just played for you.
Speaker 2 (30:26):
And I'll see it back here tomorrow
