How big The app does not track a migrant's location
if he or she is using an Android phone or laptop.
So if you get this app and you're an legal
immigrant and you don't want to be tracked, you just
make sure you put it on a laptop or an
Android phone and bam, they cannot track you. The app
also does not check migrants for past arrests or outstanding warrants,

which is what happens when they do in person meetings.
When you go in person to meet with ICE, actually
check those things. So this is deliberately saying, hey, if
you are a convicted felon, or you've been convicted of
as crimes, maybe you're a murderer, or you know, or
any of the other heinous crimes that are out there.

You don't have to worry because an app's can to
allow you to stay in this country and to undermine

the caravans made it harder for Mexican officials to rount
up hundreds of people all at once. Still, drug cartels

also does not check migrants for past arrests or outstanding warrants,

which is what happens when they do in person meetings.
When you go in person to meet with ICE, actually
check those things. So this is deliberately saying, hey, if
you are a convicted felon, or you've been convicted of
as crimes, maybe you're a murderer, or you know, or

Texas Governor Greg Abott had said he's very excited to
have Tom Holman leading President Trump's future border security efforts.
He feels home In is going to be a partner
in the White House, not an adversary like we saw
with the Biden administration, which basically sued Texas and Abbott
at every single time they tried to secure their own border.
And they need the help down here because it's been
busy in Eagle Pass. Take a look at this. This

is video Texas DPS shot yesterday a group of two
hundred illegal immigrants that crossed over here, and you were
just showing this mixed in with that group where sixty
unaccompanied migrant children. We're talking little kids, no parents are
guardians with them traveling completely alone, arriving here at the border,
intending to go to different parts of the country to
reunite with families. Some of them had little papers or

phone numbers they were holding to try to help border
agents get them to where they want to go. But
take take a listen to some of these kids when
these Texas troopers were talking to.

I ask you from an approach, let me just read

to you what was said there if you don't know Spanish.
And I think this is again a really major flashpoint
that we all need to be understand, like, this is
incredible that we are having this conversation the way that

is Paulo. I'm from Ecuador and I'm here going to California.

The next one says, my name is Ashley. I'm from
Honduras and I'm going to Houston. I'm eleven years old.
The next one's a little girl, and that little girl
they ask, how do you to the mom and then
look at the little girl, how do you I'm four
years old? On this dangerous track, this is what they're
doing day in and day out.

here in Ingle Pass as well.

Men from Afghanistan that Texas DPS arrested after they crossed illegally.
They're considered special interest aliens obviously due to national security concerns.
They are supposed to receive additional DHS vetting. And then
look at this video Texas DPS provided us. They're running
what they call mass migration drills up and down the
border from here an Eagle Pass down to Brownsville. They're
(27:02):
basically trying to show deterrence to any caravans or migrant
Russias that want to try to come across. Before President
excuse me, President Trump takes office and Governor Rabbitt says
he's really looking forward to working with Tom Holman once
he takes office.
Speaker 11 (27:16):
Take a listen, there's a tall task to head for
President Trump to find to locate these people and then
to deport them or to jail them. But listen, we've
got the right guy in charge of it, and that
as Tom Holman. He's going to be the borders are
he's working. I've already begun to work with him.

I've already begun to work with him now This is
where democrats say, Okay, it's game on, it's game on.
We're going to undermine. We're going to do whatever we
have to do to attack, to fight, and to stop

this from happening. I'll give you another example. Let's just
go to sixty minutes on Sunday night. Sixty minutes on
Sunday nights was losing their ever loving minds because instead
of considering DEI, which is this radical extreme idea right, diversity,
equity and inclusion the new University of Austin because they're
(28:15):
a public university, because the changes that are being made
in Texas are now emphasizing what is actually being called
MEI merit excellence and intelligence. So, in other words, you
don't get in because of diversity equity inclusion, you get
into college because of merit excellence and intelligence.

What a novel idea.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Sixty minutes can't believe that this is the new way
things are going to go down in Austin.
Speaker 2 (28:43):

As for admissions, UATX swaps DEI diversity equity and inclusion
for what some call MEI merit excellence and intelligence, gender.

Race, ethnicity. What is the factor of that in your
admissions decisions.

Well, we don't take any of that into consideration and admissions.
The primary thing that we're interested in as.

The mind, meaning what kind.

Of capacity to think deeply, to answer questions, to challenge norms.

I got to tell you we did not see a
particularly diverse student body.
Speaker 14 (29:21):
We are putting resources into finding talent of an intellectual variety.
And if you're interested in diversity, I recommend you look
at the social backgrounds of our students, at the family
circumstances of our students.
Speaker 13 (29:36):
High profile UATX donors include Trump backing billionaire Bill Ackman,
a Harvard grad who vocally criticized his school after October seventh,
and Harlan Crowe, close friend of conservative Supreme Court Justice
Clarence Thomas. Critics attack UATX is a right wing university
simply wearing the cloak of free speech.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
So if you want free speech, you want merit, excellence
and intelligence. They say, well, this is just pure evil.
They call it Trump University at Austin. Billionaire backs are
new anti woke university. They're not so hidden purpose of
the University of Austin dun dunda in reality where they
saying we're just going to do things the right way.
(30:19):
We're not going to push radical ideology. We're going to
have the best students to come in and the best
students to do great things. That's what we're going to do.
That's all we're going to do. That's it.
