Speaker 1 (00:00):
We are getting more news on the White House now
officially confirming that they are planning major announcements.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
On new pardons.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
So the plan that they've been putting out there seems
to be very real now that they are going to
be going for mass pardons the people they believe may
have broken the law in and around Donald in and
around Joe Biden, his family, the Biden crime family.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
The businesses, business associates.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
And people that were using and abusing their power in
the Deep State and in the Biden administration in general.
Get ready for maybe the most pardons we've ever seen
by a president leaving office to cover his own abs
for the crimes that he believes that he also may
have committed. And there's a very good chance now that
Joe Biden will in fact issue himself a pardon. Now
(00:50):
I'm going to get into that coming up in a
little bit, but I want to talk about something else,
and that is the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has
now officially heard some of the most unhinged arguments for
medically mutilating miners, and the state sponsored media is behind
all of this, demanding that children are mutilated. Now, we've
(01:14):
talked about follow the.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Money aspect of this.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Now I've played for you before the Vanderbilt University Medical
Center clips of them demanding that their doctors get on
board or get out of Vanderbilt if you're not okay
with mutilating miners. Because it's a money game, it's a
money grab. They're very lucrative for the hospital and they
know that they try to transition a child, that they
(01:38):
can make millions of dollars off of that child over
their lifetime because the entire time your body is fighting
what you are doing. You talk about, by the way,
how brilliant the human body is, and when you mess
with God. And I do believe some of this comes
down to faith and being a Christian. If you've ever
known someone that's ever gone through like a lung transplant, transplant,
(02:00):
et cetera, they are on anti rejection drugs the rest
of their life. If you've ever known some of its
had a lung transplant, and I have the lungs go
through a full rejection and it varies. But eight to
ten years after you get that lung transplant, and so
you know that you've been given a second chance at life,
but it is dated because at some point those lungs
(02:22):
will stop functioning because they even know they're not in
the body which they were created. That's how incredible the
human body is now. It is also incredible that you
can get a lung transplant or a heart transplant or
kid in your level. But you're on these these anti
rejection medicines indefinitely because you can't just take a pair
(02:45):
of lungs from one body, put it into another body
and they just work normally because your body understands your DNA.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
That is accepted science.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yet with these radical extremists that want to mutilate children,
and they refuse to accept that it is unnatural to
try to change a man from a woman.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
And I said this on the show I think it
was yesterday.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
I will apologize if a man who transitions to a
woman is able to get pregnant, I will say I'm
sorry for everything I've ever said about these surgeries and
the trans community in general.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
And I'm talking about from a medical perspective.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
But you know what's interesting, I can bet on virtually
anything I want to in Vegas. I cannot find a
single person to take a major bet on a.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Biological man birthing a child.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
You don't know why, because when it comes down to it,
they know it's impossible too. And these might be some
of the most soulless people in the world that are
bookies that are running betting shops. Okay, they'll let you
bet on everything in life, but they won't let you
give your money to them on this bet because they
know they're going to lose. I say that to then
(04:01):
put into comparison what the Supreme Court is now saying
and just how sick many of these people are that
are demanding that you have gender transitioning treatments for children
that are two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine,
ten years old.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
It is pure evil what they are doing.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
I also want to remind you that there is a woman,
Justice Brown Jackson, Keanji Brown Jackson. This is the same
woman who's now arguing over this issue, who literally couldn't
define what a woman is during her Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
But now she's all about.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
Telling you what a man or a woman can and
cannot be when it comes to this case, a case
that started in Tennessee. Now I'm going to talk even
more about what they said and the arguments they said.
I'm going to play it for you in a moment.
They are disgusting and vile. Before I get to that,
let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you have
a cell phone and your cell phone is with Big Mobile,
(05:04):
then you may not realizing that you're helping support democratic causes,
candidates and radical organizations every time you pay your bill.
Now I say that, and you say, all right, Ben,
why well it's great question. Big Mobile gives big donations
to radical leftist causes, including organizations that pay for abortions. Now,
(05:24):
if you don't want your money going there, then you
need to check out Patriot Mobile.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Because Patriot Mobile does something very different.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
They take about five percent of your bill every month,
and they actually give it back to conservative causes, candidates
and organizations that actually fight for our First Amendment rights,
that actually fight for the rights of unborn children, that
fight for our men and women in uniform, our military
first responders, and our wounded warriors. That is why I
love Patriot Mobile. Now I get the same great coverage
(05:54):
that I'm used to. Okay, I get the same coverage
that I'm used to right now, it's amazing without the
radical agenda of the left. Now I want you to
try Patriot Mobile and switching is easy. Plus I'm gonna
give you a free month of service and then you
can make a difference with every phone.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Call that you make.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
All you gotta do is go online at Patriot Mobile
dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson,
and you can make the switch easily. You can also
call them the number nine seven two Patriot. That's nine
seven to two Patriot, nine seven to two Patriot or
Patriot Mobile dot.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Com slash ferguson.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
All right, so let's go back to this case and
so you understand the context of what they're arguing over here.
This case involves a Tennessee case where they're saying we're
not going to allow you to mutilate children, and they
call it gender affirming care for transgender children.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
That's not what it is, all right.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
The case the United States versus concerns of Tennessee law
that this is Senate built.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
One or SB one.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
It prohibits pediatric gender transitioning treatments. The pediatricians, joined by
the Biden Harris administration, fought back and arguing that there
exists a constitutional right to medically mutilate minors and deny
such is sex based discrimination. That's their argument. The State
(07:24):
of Tennessee says the law does not discriminate in that regard.
It simply says parameters around age and use specific regulations.
Now amid the oral arguments, the pro dei justice, you know,
Brown Jackson, who couldn't define what a woman was during
her Supreme Court nomination hearing, compared the case to pass
(07:44):
laws that ban interracial relationship, saying it's sort of the
same thing, even though clearly it is not. Listen to
her argument in her own words, this is during the
oral arguments being drawn.
Speaker 3 (07:58):
By the statute of like the starting point the question
was whether it was discriminatory because it applied to both
races and it wasn't necessarily invidious or whatever. But you know,
as I read the statute here the excuse me the
case here. You know, the court starts off by saying
that Virginia is now one of sixteen states which prohibit
and punished marriages on the basis of racial classifications. And
(08:21):
when you look at the structure of that law, it
looks in terms of incontinuing, you can't do something that
is inconsistent with your own characteristics.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
It's sort of the same thing. So it's interesting to
me that we now have this.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
Different argument, And I wonder whether Virginia could have gotten
away with what they did here by just making a
classification argument the way that Tennessee is in this case.
Speaker 5 (08:44):
Yes, I think that's exactly right, that there is absolutely
a parallel between any law that says you can't act
inconsistent with a protected characteristic in all other contents.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Now, I'm just going to stop there.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Because Kanjie Brown Jackson just compared bands on sex changes
for kids to bans on interracial marriage.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
She wasn't the only one that went radical in these arguments.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Justice Sodamayor actually tried to downplay the pediatric quote gender
care industries irreversible and life altering consequences, arguing that the
dangers of such procedures such as surgically removing a child's
healthy body parts, are aching to the risks associated with
(09:29):
taking an over the counter remedy like aspirin quote unquote.
Sadam Or made the shock in comparison during oral arguments
in this case brought against Tennessee and Tennessee's simple law
banning sex change drugs and procedures for miners who.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Believe that they're transgendered.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
I want you to hear what she had to say,
as she just acts like, oh, cutting off body parts
the same as your kid, taking ask for and everybody
calmed down.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
Cannot eliminate the risk of detransitioners.
Speaker 6 (10:04):
So it becomes a pure exercise of weighing benefits versus risk,
and the question of how many miners have to have
their bodies irreparably harmed for unproven benefits is one that
is best left.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
I'm sorry, counselor.
Speaker 7 (10:20):
Every medical treatment has a risk, even taking aspirin. There
is always going to be a percentage of the population
under any medical treatment that's going to suffer a harm.
Speaker 4 (10:36):
So the question in my mind is not.
Speaker 7 (10:40):
Do policy makers decide whether one person's life is more
valuable than the millions of others who get relief from
this treatment. The question is can you stop one sex
from the other.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
This is why elections matter when you have a Supreme
Court justice sitting there saying every medical treatment has risks,
even aspirin, So therefore we should mutilate child children and
miners have their body parts irreparably harmed as it was described,
there an unproven benefit, and she says, well, I'm sorry,
(11:20):
we have aspirin for everybody. By the way, when was
the last time aspirin made a woman's breast fall off
or their uterus taken out, or male genitalia just falling off?
According by the way to Mayo Clinic, appropriate studies have
not been performed on the relationship of age to the
(11:41):
effects of aspirin extended release capsules.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
In the pediatric population.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Aspirin, by the way, is used as a pain reliever
and is also sometimes prescribed to lower the potential of
heart attacks and strokes and at risk patients.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
The drug can render.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Dozens of potential side effects, some which require medical attention
and others that are more mild than Mayo Clinic says.
So compare that risk to the side effects for sex
change drugs and procedures that can be much more severe,
including death, including ir irreversible mutilation and infertility. Some of
(12:17):
these so called treatments for these minor kids we're talking
about three, four, five, six, seven year olds, including doublemus sectomies,
the removal of healthy breasts, female and male gentitelia, mutilation
and removal facial feminization and mascuization hormone treatments. Puberty bokers
can cause chemical sterilization. In fact, some of the drugs
(12:38):
that they give you when you're going through these transitions,
or some of the same drugs they give to rapists
when they're using them for chemical sterilization. Puberty bockers, by
the way, can also have long term impacts on bone growth,
bone density growth spurts that according to the Mayo Clinic.
So what are they saying on the left, Oh well, hey,
(13:00):
calm down, all right, transgendered activists, they're claiming that such
quote sex mutilating drugs and procedures for confused miners, they
say reduce suicide and improve mental health. That's actually not true.
Studies show the complete opposite of that. In fact, happiness
after someone goes through a full transition is actually no
(13:20):
higher than it was before. Why because it's a mental
health issue, but we don't want to call it that
or talk about it. Other research is indicated that a
majority of children who are confused about their sex grow
out of that feeling by the time they become adults.
European countries that have pushed sex changed drugs and surgeries
for miners before the United States are notably reversing course
(13:41):
over concerns about quote long term impacts.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
Here's another study for you.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
The vast majority of gender confused or gender questioning children
grow out of it, according to a fifteen year study
conducted in the Netherlands which track more than two seven
hundred SWILL from the ages of eleven to their mid twenties.
Being transgendered, in other words, is a trend. It is
a phase. The headline most gender confused children grow out
(14:10):
of it, landmark fifteen year old study concludes, As critics say,
it shows being trans is usually just a phase for
the kids.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Wow, you think they're going to talk about that.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
No, no, no, no, no no, because there's money to
be made, and you have these sick individuals that are
obsessed with turning your kids into these disgusting and vile
government programs.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
It's also all about the money.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
The amount of money that the hospitals and the doctors
make off of gender affirming care is absolutely unbelievable. This
is obsession about the LGBQIA promotion and telling children that
they can be a different sex and than what they
were born is how they make money. This is all
(14:58):
about gender id in a complex right where they say, well,
you can do whatever you want to do, be whatever
you want to do, and we'll give you the sex
change drugs and sex change procedures to ligne with your
outward appearance and how you feel on the inside.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
You won't know how much money we're talking about here.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
Give you an example, and I'd say follow the money,
because I really do think this is about the money.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
This is not healthcare.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
This is about cash and making a massive amount of
money all off of this, off these sick parents, by
the way, that are advocating for this, while the push
towards transgenderism is heavily ideological.
Speaker 2 (15:34):
And new report released in Decembers found that.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
The US sex reassignment surgery market size was valued at
more than two hundred and sixty seven million in twenty nineteen,
so two hundred and sixty nine million in twenty nineteen,
and they said it was expect to expand at a
compound annual growth rate of fourteen point four percent from
twenty twenty to twenty twenty seven. Because this is what
(15:57):
everyone's pushing in, what everybody's obsessed with, they say, the
marketization of children and the mutilation of their bodies is
big business growing at.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
A fourteen point four percent rate per year.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
By the way, that's a if you're looking at a
company that you think is going to grow at fourteen
point four percent a year in an industry, you would
invest in that company right now because there's so much
money to be made.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
This is about money. It's always been about money, folks.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
The amount of cash if they believe that they are
going to make is truly through the roof.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
US.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Sex reassignment surgery market size by gender transition is going
to be a multi billion dollar industry and just another
year or two, multi billion, did you hear me? Multi billion,
multi billion.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
That's a lot of money.
Speaker 1 (16:54):
They care about the money, which brings me to the
media pushing this. NBC's Joy Reid compares Tennessee not giving
gender altering care to miners to quote Nazi Germany.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Listen carefully.
Speaker 8 (17:10):
America is dealing with many issues, from grocery prices to
gun violence, which is the number one cause of death.
Speaker 9 (17:16):
For kids and teens.
Speaker 8 (17:17):
But the one issue that Republicans successfully exploited in this
year's elections was their fear of the transgender community. Republicans
spent at least, get this, two hundred and fifteen million
dollars on anti trans TVs, with the most prominent coming
from the Trump campaign itself. Even supports letting biological men
(17:39):
compete against our girls in their sports.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
Kamala is for day, dem President Trump.
Speaker 10 (17:45):
Is for you.
Speaker 8 (17:47):
Trump's argument was that Vice President Kamala Harris is fighting
for dyvem while he's fighting for you. Aaron Reid, an
independent journalist covering LGBTQ issues, tracked Trump campaign spending and
found that they spent okay more on anti trans ads
than they did on housing, immigration, and economy ads combined.
For context, in the entire fifty states, transgender adult Americans
(18:11):
make up point five not five point five percent of
the population, or one point three million Americans.
Speaker 10 (18:18):
That are like three hundred and twenty million.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
There are a.
Speaker 8 (18:21):
Little over three hundred thousand transgender youths in America. That's
one point four percent of all young people between ages
thirteen and seventeen. That would be the numerical equivalent of
the Republican Party targeting the entire city of Phoenix, Arizona,
population one point sixty five million because they don't like
the desert landscape. In fact, there are more kids who
(18:42):
have been exposed to gun files estimated at three million,
than there are transgender Americans of all ages in total.
Targeting trans people isn't new. It is an age old
tradition which Nazi Germany did with brutally violent ends in
the nineteen thirties. While the Supreme Court refuses to do
anything about weapons of war in school today, they seemed
(19:03):
inclined to uphold Tennessee's ban on gender affirming care for minors.
While the decision is not expected for months, a majority
of the justices parted a string of debunked talking points,
all under the guise of protecting the kids, just not
every kid.
Speaker 2 (19:18):
So there you go.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
We're going to say, hey, a bunch of kids die
by gun violence, so therefore we should just go ahead
and allow for transitions.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
Then they say, targeting trans people isn't new.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
It's an old age tradition, which Nazi Germany did with brutal,
really violent ends in.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
The nineteen thirties.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Wow, So trying to protect kids now means I'm a
Nazi again. You notice a trend with these guys, right,
They're all about calling you a Nazi. Every time that
they don't get their way, you don't agree with them,
You're a Nazi.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
You're trying to protect kids. You're a nazi.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
By the way, call me a nazi if protecting a
child from being mutilated, from being sterilized, from having healthy
body parts cut off of them. If that's your new
definition of being a Nazi, protecting kids that way, I'm
good with it, Like totally fine.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
I have no issues there at all.
Speaker 1 (20:12):
So this holiday season and I want to take a
moment because this may be one of the most important
gifts you ever buy for people that you love. There
is one thing that I want you to know about.
It is the burna less lethal pistol launcher, and it
can save not only your life, but the life of
someone else is a threat to you. It is a
(20:33):
center to recognize that personal safety is a year round priority.
Crime trends are spiking, especially during the holidays, making even
more critical to protect what matters most the holiday season.
Gift your loved ones the peace of mind with a
burner less lethal launcher. Why do I love this because
(20:53):
it puts more distance between my loved one and their attacker.
I can use this burn a launcher up to sixty
feet away from someone that's a threat to me. It
also has kinetic rounds that can incapacitate someone from up
to forty minutes. It has these amazing chemical rounds that
explode when they hit you, and it's things like pepper
(21:14):
spray in them or tear gas, and it's going to
drop someone instantly. Now, this is also great because you
don't have to deal about the with the irreversible consequences
of deadly force.
Speaker 7 (21:25):
Now.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Look, I carry a firearm, but many times I'm in
places where I can't carry a firearm, especially when I'm traveling,
and this is a fabulous backup option. Maybe you have
a daughter that lives on college campus, or lives off campus,
or lives alone and they're under twenty one, or maybe
you have someone that just doesn't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
This is an amazing gift for them. A burno, like
(21:46):
I said, can save two lives. It is a great
compliment owning a firearm, And if you or your family
is in a situation where you feel threatened, you can
start with berna and less lethal force.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
It's legal in all fifty states.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
That's something I love because I travel there are no
permits or background checks needed. And not only do I
own this, but I bought it for a ton of
my family members. Berna is the answer and is designed
for easy use by all age groups eighteen and over.
So check them out and I want to save you money.
It's also used by government agencies and law enforcement around
(22:18):
the country. More than a half million of these have
been sold and they have more than fourteen thousand, four
and a half star reviews. Visit Berna BYRNA dot com.
That's burna dot com slash ferguson for ten percent off.
That's by RNA dot com slash ferguson Berna dot com
(22:38):
slash ferguson to get ten percent off right now. Now,
Let's also talk about following the money and the age
of children that they want to mutilate their bodies. There
is a sex education consultant by the name of Nora Jelperen.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
She says that children and she's.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
Making money off this, as young as three years old
can know they are transgendered. I want you to listen
to this video the audio from it. I've heard trying
to convince parents that hey, if your kid believes they
are Superman, I guess then you should transition them to
Superman if they believe the Little Mermaid cut their legs
(23:20):
off or buying them together, like I don't know, Like
where do.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
You draw the line?
Speaker 1 (23:23):
A three year old does not know to wipe their
own rear end, yet they're still peeing their pants, But
they want us to now believe that a three year
old who can't wipe his own ass can tell you
if they are trapped and the wrong body and if
they do tell you that, then you should cut off
their body parts.
Speaker 11 (23:42):
Their gender exists on a spectrum. I would have no
idea how many total there are, but we know it's
beyond two. And so I think this resistance to understanding
gender exists on a spectrum is a real cause for
concern for many people. And I understand that it's changed
very quickly, but there's a lot of science showing us
that gender exists on a spectrum and is no longer
(24:04):
just male or female.
Speaker 10 (24:05):
Are there two sexes?
Speaker 12 (24:06):
Though?
Speaker 11 (24:07):
So I think the difference between biological sex and gender
and gender identity is really complex. And what I would
want parents to know is that information is not harmful,
it's not dangerous, it's helpful. And that we really encourage
parents to be talking to their kids about these topics
because they're the only ones that can share their values
and their beliefs, and schools can provide the medically accurate
(24:30):
and complete information about health.
Speaker 9 (24:32):
So kids can make the healthiest choices possible.
Speaker 10 (24:35):
Because biologically, people are born either male or female. Correct.
Speaker 11 (24:38):
So, biologically people are born with all different kinds of
body parts and chromosomes and genes and different kinds of hormones.
It's a really complex subject area.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
I'm sorry, wait what Like he asked a very simple question.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
There, they're born men or women?
Speaker 1 (24:53):
Do you not attach you an answer to the question,
She says, they're born with all different types of body
part arts. Yeah, boys are born with penises and girls
are born with vaginas. Like, that's totally true. This is
how insane these people are. I'm going to rewind that.
Just listener not to answer the simple question because she
knows the answer, and she can't admit that she knows
(25:14):
the answer. Because she does, all of her other arguments
about mutilating children disappear.
Speaker 9 (25:19):
So kids can make the healthiest choices possible.
Speaker 10 (25:21):
Because biologically people are born either male or female.
Speaker 11 (25:24):
Correct, So biologically, people are born with all different kinds
of body parts and chromosomes and genes and different kinds
of hormones. It's a really complex subject area. It's not
when I feel well established to comment on in a
media interview, but I can tell you that we really
encourage people to get educated about how these issues show
(25:46):
up and making sure that you know, students have the
opportunity to talk with trusted adults, hopefully parents or other
trusted adults and get medically accurate information in schools.
Speaker 13 (25:55):
Another thing that it seems that your curriculum, your lesson
plant has been sort of dragged into the slipstream of
is this debate of when a child, when a person
can fully on their own determine their own gender identity.
Speaker 10 (26:10):
When do you believe that age.
Speaker 11 (26:12):
Is Yeah, so it's not a personal belief, it's actually
scientific fact. If you look at the American Academy of Pediatrics,
which is the largest association of pediatricians in our country,
there is universal agreement the gender identity as a concept
established by the age of four or five. So we
are just putting into practice, which what is understood and
(26:33):
well accepted science, to make sure that students get information
at the ages and developmental levels when it's most appropriate,
and then introducing concepts that are more complex as they
age and mature.
Speaker 12 (26:45):
But you believe, based on your research that a child
who is born male by the age of four or
five can has the ability to assess that they are
identify as a female.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Listen very carefully to her response here.
Speaker 11 (27:03):
So if you ask any child at the ages of three,
four or five what gender are they, they will clearly
be able to tell you they have been inundated with
messages about gender. If you think about the Halloween costumes,
if you think about the careers that kids are exposed to,
if you think about the cartoon characters and their TV shows,
the books that they're reading. There are messages about gender
and gender role stereotypes and gender identity from when they
(27:26):
are very very young. And kids are able to identify
what their gender is at a very early age.
Speaker 13 (27:32):
Even if that gender is not necessarily conforming with their
biological birth.
Speaker 9 (27:39):
Absolutely, absolutely so.
Speaker 11 (27:41):
Kids that are transgender at the ages of three, four,
and five are able to say they feel like their
body is wrong, they feel like something is different with them,
how they identify, and the inside isn't matching up with
what they see on the outside. And that's why you'll
see some kids start to socially transition in kindergarten, first
and second grade. They usually have lots of support from
(28:03):
parents or caregivers.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
They notice that term there, right, They usually have lots
of support from their parents or caregivers. So if you're
a parent that steers your kid in the right direction,
like no, little Timmy, you're You're not Susie. You're not
as supporting parent or caregiver. You notice how she describes this.
(28:26):
You as a parent if you don't go along with
little Timmy saying hey, I'm superman, I want to jump
off the roof, and you say, hey, you're gonna die
if you jump off the roof or because or get
seriously hurt. They're saying you're not a supportive parent. Because
how is that any different than say, you know, if
I have to believe my when a two year old
or three year old two says I'm I'm the opposite
sex of what I am, which, by the way, I
(28:48):
believe a lot of this is indoctrination from parents.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
But if I'm.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
Supposed to believe that, then any what if my kid says,
I'm a fish or I can fly, So I'm going
to climb up on that ladder and jump because I
can fly. Am I as a parent much to say, yes,
you can, little Timmy, you can fly off the roof
because I am a bad parent if I or a caregiver,
if I don't support you, and you're insane idea as
(29:14):
a two year old or a three year old, or
a four year old or a five year old.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
As she describes it. Listen to her closing statement, we have.
Speaker 11 (29:20):
Lots of support from mental providers who have expertise and
gender dysphoria, but we do see kids that are transgender
showing up in our kindergarten classrooms, etc.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Notice the one thing she says there, They have lots
of support from mental health providers. At least she admits
that it's a mental health issue. I don't think she
minute the way that I mean it. I don't think
she wants to talk about the way that I describe it.
But these people, including this woman, are making insane amounts
of money. They're turning this into a multi billion dollar industry,
(29:55):
mutilating kids and getting them addicted to drugs for the
rest of their life. Where they guarantee that they can
make money off of them. That is what this is
all about. This is a money making machine. By the way,
the media fully behind this CNN is Breonna Keeler, and
(30:17):
she's crazy, says, young girls can know if they will
want to give birth a nurse a baby in the future,
and little kids can know if they're trands.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Listen to this. This is crazy talk on CNN.
Speaker 11 (30:31):
I think a lot of people are confused about this issue.
They don't know where they stand on it. But where
is the room for a conversation about this?
Speaker 14 (30:39):
I love that we're having one right now in terms
of a conversation. And that's what was an issue today.
What kid, what girl knows whether she's going to want
to have a baby long term, or what testosterone will
do to her uterus, or that she will increase her.
Speaker 4 (30:55):
Risk of heart attack. So take some stretch.
Speaker 14 (30:57):
Some of them do, no, no, one of them.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
No, I don't, none of them. None of them do
eighty five.
Speaker 14 (31:04):
Percent what we know from the science. And again, it's
about not putting ideology over evidence, and that's what's happening here.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
It's incredible.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
She believes that any kid can just decide what they
are when they're a little kid, and that you just
have to walk down that road with them, even if
that means mutilating their body and making it where they
can never have children in the future.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
These people are evil and they're sick.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
I want to take a moment and talk to you
about IFCJ, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, wants
to wish you a blessed beginning of the holiday season
as you gather with your families, grateful for the blessings
that God has given us all, but let's also remember
those who are facing unbelievable hardship in need of food, fellowship,
(31:51):
and hope. That includes the people of Israel, who are
threatened daily by attacks from enemies on all sides. And
during these hard times, Israelis are thankful for the Fellowship
for food and basic assistance, truly life saving aid when
the rest of the world seems to have turned its
back on them. Your gift of twenty five dollars will
(32:12):
help provide a food box to an elderly Jew or
a Jewish family who are suffering and in desperate need.
A gift of one hundred dollars will help provide four
of these life saving food boxes this holiday season, please
consider standing with Israel and the Jewish people. You can
go to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
(32:36):
To make a gift now that SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. Or
you can call to give at eight to eight for
eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight four eight eight
four three two five.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
All right.
Speaker 1 (32:52):
Now, I want you to hear what Center Ted Cruz
had to say about this case the Supreme Court and
what he thinks they will decide.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Take a listen, Center.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
I want to move to this other case, and it
is a case that has really.
Speaker 2 (33:05):
Been interesting to follow.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
The Supreme Court hearing this case on gender transitions for minors. Now,
this has all come out of a case in Tennessee
where Tennessee was arguing that that you must protect children
from harm and body mutilation, especially at very young ages,
and the Left and the federal government saying, well, hold
(33:28):
on a second, we are in favor of this transgender care,
arguing that even those that are two and three and
four years old, they know that they're trands, so let
them be sterilized and castrate themselves. That is what the
ACLU lawyer said in his own words while he was
(33:48):
arguing this on TV on CNN, I want you to
listen and get your reaction to that.
Speaker 15 (33:54):
I would say is nobody has to provide this medication
to adolescents. These are not doctors being four to provide
this medication. These are doctors who are wanting to treat
their patients in the best way that they know how,
based on the best available evidence to us. And these
are young people who may have known since they were
two years old exactly who they are, who suffered for.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
Six seven years before.
Speaker 4 (34:14):
They had any relief.
Speaker 15 (34:16):
And what's happening here, it's not the kids who are
consenting to this treatment, it's the parents who are consenting
to the treatment. And as a parent, I would say,
we when our children are suffering, we are suffering. And
these are parents who love their children, who are listening
to the advice of their doctors, of the mainstream medical
community and doing what's right for their kids. In the
state of Tennessee has displaced their judgment.
Speaker 1 (34:36):
Now you hear that argument, and that to me is
just I'm sorry, child abuse. If you're mutilating a child
at two and three and four years old, and that's
what Tennessee was.
Speaker 16 (34:45):
Saying, well, Tennessee passed I think a very reasonable law
that prohibited puberty blockers and hormones and sterilizing children, sterilizing minors,
and we're seeing multiple state legislatures that are at acting
to protect children. I think that is a reasonable and
common sense step. And what happened is is, unsurprisingly that
(35:07):
the state got sued and the acl you argued that
that that making it illegal for a small child to
be sterilized and made permanently unable to have children or
even to be mutilated, that that prohibiting that violated the
fourteenth Amendment, the equal protection clause of the Constitution.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
That that was the argument.
Speaker 16 (35:29):
And this the Court of Appeals upheld the Tennessee law,
and the Supreme Court took the case. And so that
that was the argument you heard right there the ASLU
lawyers arguing for being able to sterilize eight year old
just using the math the lawyer laid out. The lawyer
talked about a child at the age of two might
(35:50):
know that he or she is transgender, and they might
have had to wait six years. Last I checked, two
plus six is eight. And so the legal argument is
that eight year old the parent should be able to
sterilize that child. And you know what if that child
decides that at eighteen he or she wants to be
a dad or wants to be a mom, Well, too
(36:11):
late now, because when you were eight, we went ahead
and sterilized you. So there's no going back. And this
argument went back and forth. Right, I'm going to make
a prediction. My prediction, I think the Supreme Court is
going to uphold Tennessee's law, and I think we may
see a breakdown that plays out along pretty familiar ideological lines.
Speaker 2 (36:32):
Now, it was pretty striking.
Speaker 16 (36:34):
The three liberal justices all were asking questions that I
got to say, we're really extreme and showing.
Speaker 2 (36:45):
The modern left.
Speaker 16 (36:47):
They are all in on mutilating and sterilizing children. This
is not a fringe view on the left. Today's elected
Democrats and sadly the left wing activists they put on
the courts are absolutely committed to this extreme agenda.
Speaker 4 (37:06):
So I want you to listen to this.
Speaker 1 (37:08):
Oude of my org justice, out of my order downplaying
the risk of mutilation of miners in this back and forth,
in these oral arguments, this is what she said.
Speaker 6 (37:17):
Cannot eliminate the risk of detransitioners. So it becomes a
pure exercise of weighing benefits versus risk, and the question
of how many miners have to have their bodies irreparably
harmed for unproven benefits is one that is best left.
Speaker 4 (37:33):
I'm sorry, counselor.
Speaker 7 (37:35):
Every medical treatment has a risk, even taking asprin. There
is always going to be a percentage of the population
under any medical treatment that's going to suffer a harm.
Speaker 4 (37:51):
So the question, in my mind is not.
Speaker 7 (37:55):
Do policy makers decide whether one person's life is more
valuable than the millions of others who get relief from
this treatment. The question is can you stop one sex
from the other?
Speaker 1 (38:11):
I mean, she's saying this is not a big deal
at all if you're mutilating a child, because even aspirin
has risks and effect so therefore, just put it under
the category of everything goes well.
Speaker 16 (38:25):
That sums up today's radical left. In their view, severing
a child's genitals is comparable to taking aspirin. She also claimed,
quote millions of people are getting relief from this. Now,
thankfully we do not currently have millions of children being sterilized.
(38:49):
But let's be clear, that's the left's worldview is that
sterilizing little boys and little girls, mutilating them, making them
permanently unable to have children, that should be happening on
the scale of millions and millions of little boys and
little girls. That is Justice Soda bay Or here to
take a listen to Justice.
Speaker 9 (39:13):
Justice k.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
Katanji Brown Jackson.
Speaker 3 (39:15):
Drawn by the statute that was sort of like the
starting point. The question was whether it was discriminatory because
it applied to both races and it wasn't necessarily invidious
or whatever. But you know, as I read the statute here,
excuse me the case here. You know, the court starts
off by saying that Virginia is now one of sixteen
states which prohibit and punished marriages on the basis of
(39:37):
racial classifications. And when you look at the structure of
that law, it looks in terms of incontinued you can't
do something that is inconsistent with your own characteristics.
Speaker 4 (39:47):
It's sort of the same thing.
Speaker 3 (39:48):
So it's interesting to me that we now have this
different argument, and I wonder whether Virginia could have gotten
away with what they did here by just making a
classification argument the way that Tennessee is in this.
Speaker 5 (40:01):
Case yes, I think that's exactly right, that there is
absolutely a parallel between any law that says you can't
act and consistent with a protected characteristic in all other contents.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
You hear it there.
Speaker 1 (40:13):
This is another example of just how extreme these and
this is one of the elections, by the way, are
so important center. I mean, this is why Donald Trump
being elected was so important, because when he's not, when
you don't have a conservative in the White House, you
get these radical activists who are Supreme Court justices, and
if they have the majority, this is what they want
you to be able to do. This is what they
want to happen to your children.
Speaker 16 (40:34):
Well, and let me break down what that exchange back
and forth was. So Katanji Brown Jackson, who Joe Biden
put on the Supreme Court, is comparing this Tennessee law
to the law in Loving versus Virginia. Now, Loving versus
Virginia is a Supreme Court case. It's a landmark case
that struck down Virginia's ban decades ago, many many years
(40:57):
ago on interracial marriage on African Americans and Anglos choosing
to get married. And she says, quote, it's sort of
the same thing now Virginia's law was an abomination. It
was restricting adults making the decision to get married. It
was deliberately doing so on the basis of race, which,
(41:21):
mind you, we thought a civil war in significant part
to end slavery and to vindicate equal rights. And we
passed and adopted the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth Amendments to
end slavery, to protect equal protection, and to give African
Americans the right to vote, to ensure that there's not
racial discrimination. But in the less view, not sterilizing an
(41:44):
eight year old is the same thing like that is bizarre.
And by the way, the person who responds to Justice
Jackson is Joe Biden's solicitor General, the top lawyer for
the Biden administration before the United States Supreme Court. You say, oh, yeah,
they're exactly the same thing. In our worldview, you ought
(42:05):
to be able to mutilate children. It doesn't matter how young.
The Constitution protects your right to mutilate your child.
Speaker 2 (42:14):
That is a bizarre view. That is an.
Speaker 16 (42:17):
Extreme view, and that sadly is where today's modern left is.
Speaker 1 (42:25):
