Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is telling you just how evil the Democrats are
in Washington, d C. I understand they hate Trump. I
understand they hate Republicans in charge. I understand the hate
that they had to certify the election, which we're gonna
deal with at the moment. And I understand they hate
the fact that everybody around Trump that's coming into power
means they're losing power. I get it. But there should
(00:21):
at least be certain issues that you can look past
all of that and say, all right, we can agree
on this one that we should work together. An example
of that would be exactly what you're gonna hear from
Nancy Mays Congresswomen exposing the one hundred and fifty eight
Democrats that voted against deporting all illegal immigrants who committed
(00:46):
sex crimes against women and children. Democrats voted, noted that
one hundred and fifty eight of them why because they
don't care about women and children being raped by illegal immigrants.
They care more about importing voters that will cancel out
your vote so they will have more power. It is
(01:09):
actually that simple. I wish it wasn't. I wish it
was more complex than that, but it's not. They are
like I don't care if a child is brutally raped
if that means I can't get the power that I want, right,
And the power that they want is the power of
guaranteed voting into office, right, Like that's it. So it's
(01:30):
that simple. And they're like, look, we're not going to
vote for this. We don't care if they raped a woman.
We don't care if they rape children. We don't care
if they sexually assaulted young boys. We don't care if
an illegal immigrant does that. We just don't care because
we want power at all costs. And one hundred and
(01:50):
fifty eight of these Democrats had an opportunity to say, yes,
we're going to not play politics instead. What we're going
to do is we're going to all agree that if
you are an illegal immigrant and you have committed a
sexual crime against women, children, we are going to deport you.
(02:14):
And they said, no, listen and this is blunt and
it's you could say graphic. It's important, and I hope
that you'll listen, but I also hope that you'll share
this audio so that everybody understands that there is one
hundred and fifty eight elected members of Congress Democrats that
voted against iporting illegal immigrant who committed sex crimes against
(02:34):
women and children.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
Biden Harris criminal illegal aliens have molested American children, battered
and bruised American spouses, and violently raped American women and girls.
In April twenty twenty two, an illegal alien was arrested
in my home state of South Carolina for sexually abusing
an eleven year old girl after being previously deported not
(02:59):
one tints, but twice. In May twenty twenty two, an
illegal alien in Guatemalan national raped and impregnated a nine
year old girl in Ohio. In April twenty twenty three,
an illegal alien broke into a woman's house in Indiana
in the middle of the night, physically assaulted her, and
held a box cutter to her throat while he raped her.
(03:22):
In July twenty twenty three, an illegal alien and Hoduran
national raped a thirteen year old girl in neighboring Virginia,
just twenty five miles from where we stand today. In
March of this year, an illegal alien followed a woman
from the train station, grabbed her, robbed her.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
And sexually assaulted her.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
On March twenty fifth of this year, an illegal alien
was arrested in charge with raping a mentally incapacitated fourteen
year old girl in Alabama. On May thirteenth of this year,
a serial rapist illegal alien was arrested in California for
raping two women in a van, which authorities referred to
as as rape dungeon on wheels. In April of this year,
(04:07):
an illegal alien was charged after breaking into a mobile
home in Michigan and viciously sexually assaulting two young girls
under the age of thirteen. In May of this year,
an illegal alien abducted an eleven year old girl in Florida,
forcing her into his van, brutally raping her. In June
seventeenth of this year, two illegal aliens raped and strangled
(04:30):
twelve year old Josson Nungeri and Texas. Just last month,
an illegal alien was arrested after raping a ten year
old boy in Mississippi. Earlier this month, an illegal alien
convicted of a violent assault in Massachusetts was released and
went on to rape a child. This is hardly an
(04:50):
exhaustive list. We see more tragedies like these with every
passing week. The blood and the physical and emotional scars
of these tragedies rest on the hands of Joe Biden
and Kamala Harris.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
You listen to that, and those are real people whose
lives were changed. Notice she didn't say they were Republicans.
They were Americans, Americans first, who were brutally attacked, raped,
sexually assaulted. And one hundred and fifty eight Democrats have
voted against deporting They even voted against deporting illegal immigrants
(05:27):
who committed sex crimes. This isn't and I want to
be clear, this was like a no brainer compromise. Okay, look,
let's not have a fight and an argument and a
debate over illegal immigration in general. But can we all
agree that we should get rid of the people that
are convicted of sexually sexually assaulting American citizens and people
(05:47):
that are here that are legal immigrants that are sexually
assaulting me. Should we agree they should be deported? And
one hundred and fifty eight Democrats said no. They said no.
They said no because that's how evil they are. And
I say when I say evil, I mean evil. You
are an evil person, Okay, like you just are. You
(06:09):
are an evil person if you have the opportunity to
deport someone who is a sexual predator and you don't
do it because politics you put ahead of everything else.
This was an easy yes vote. I would actually argue
this is a easy, unanimous yes vote. Every person in
(06:32):
Congress should say, yeah, look, you sexually assault a child
and you're an illegal immigrant, you should you should be
kicked out. Yes, you should be kicked out of the country.
You should be deported. That's not hard. Okay, Like that's easy.
That is not hard. That is not something that should
(06:53):
be controversial. That should be one of those things that
if you wake up in a drunken stupor in the
morning and somebody from your office calls you and you're
the most radical liberal in DC and they say, hey,
congressmen or congresswoman just want you to know today you've
got to vote to agree that if you've sexually assaulted,
(07:14):
rape to child or a woman, and you're an a
legal immigrant, we're going to deport you. If you're high,
like Hunter Biden high, you should still, in my opinion,
be able to sit there for that one moment and go, yeah,
that's something we need to do, like yeah, like okay,
(07:37):
got it. And one hundred and fifty eight Democrats woke up,
and one hundred and fifty eight Democrats said nope, because
I care more about importing illegal immigrants to cancel out
the votes of Americans, because this is how we keep right,
this is how we keep our power. We have to
(08:01):
import illegals. We must give them amnesty, and then they
will vote for us. I keep telling you this is
their plan, because this is their whole plan. There is
nothing but this plan for them. It is all a
simple plan, a plan to do exactly this. And by
(08:22):
the way, if you don't believe me that this is
their plan all along, Mourning Joe even put up a
damning chart of illegal immigration and a massive spike under
Joe Biden. This was on Morning Joe, just two days ago.
Speaker 3 (08:37):
Dave, let's tarn to your second chart where you highlight
how the border and climate change were major issues in
the year that was Yes, that's exactly right, of course, Jonathan.
The border was not Biden's finest moment. Frankly, you can
see what happened here. And Trump is not wrong when
he talks about how border crossings were quite low. They
were running about seventy four thousand a month when he
(08:59):
left office, and they in fact did shoot up some
of it with some things Biden said in some ways
that they put a moratorium, for example, a deportations. But
in fact we did get up here almost a three
hundred thousand a month. But what maybe people don't entirely
know is a border crossing stuff come back on almost
to where they were under Trump. They're running at about
one hundred thousand at the moment. So we went up
(09:22):
the hill and we went down the hill. But unfortunately
that was pretty costly to buy.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
Unfortunately that was pretty costly to Biden. I love it
like well, we went up like for four years, but
now we've come back down. Why is it down? Because
the rhetoric from the President elect is you come here,
we're going to get rid of you, and we're going
to deport you. Joe Biden has now confirmed, very quietly,
because they're hoping you guys aren't paying attention, that he
(09:47):
is willing and weighing two different pardons, preemptive pardons for
two people that have not been charged with any crimes.
If that doesn't sound shady as hell, I don't know
what is Joe Biden saying. Liz Cheney and doctor Anthony
Fauci may need those preemptive pardons. President Joe Biden's agreeing
(10:11):
to the idea in an interview that he gave with
the USA Today's Susan Page. Receiving a preemptive pardon would
indicate an admission of guilt, although some Democrats claim a
preemptive pardon would only be intended to block President elect
Donald Trump from quote cleaning up Washington, d C. In
the interview, Biden said preemptive pardons are on the table
(10:35):
for his allies. That would obviously include the Biden crime
family members and their business associates. That may be the
reason why he's willing to give a pardon to Cheney
and Fauci, because that, in theory, could become the story.
Biden said he is quote considering preemptive pardons for public
figures such as and he said, Republican Congress Will and
(11:00):
Liz Chaneing and. When Biden met with Trump in the
Oval Office a week after the November elections, he urged
the President elect not to go forward with the threats
to target those, he said in the interview, who have
criticized him. In Cheney's case, helped lead efforts to actually
impeach him. Quote, I tried to make clear that there
was no need and it is counterintuitive for his interest
(11:23):
to go back in try to settle scores. Biden said,
this is the same guy that's in charge of a
party that tried to imprison Donald Trump, tried to take
him out, take all of his money. In fact, it's
the same guy that's having to other Supreme Court right
now because Democrat activist under Joe Biden have been coming
after him in other cases. I'll explain that in a moment.
(11:45):
But Biden said after he said, you know, I'm trying
to tell this guy to be mature and don't try
to settle scores. How did Trump respond? Ysay Day asked him.
Biden's response, He didn't say, no, I'm not going to
you know, he didn't reinforce it. Basically listened. White House
lawyers quote are studying preemptive pardons, which Biden discussed with
(12:05):
senior aides. According to multiple establishment media reports, Democrat and
media allies are urging Biden publicly in the last several
weeks to pardon many of his comrades, including mart Milly,
Christopher Ray, that'd be the FBI director, Justice Department lawyers,
Joe Biden himself, the whole Biden family, Liz Cheney, Representative
(12:28):
Nancy Pelosi and Adam Kinzinger quote unquote, among others. In
other words, if you were doing things that were against
the law in the name of the communist socialist Marxist
Democratic Party, then you deserve to get a get out
of jail free card preemptively. Quote. Biden can give them
a pardon if he wants to. That is what Trump
told NBC News Kristen Welker in an interview. And maybe
(12:52):
he should. He went on to say, why because well,
he knows that they've been up to no good. Now
this is all happening is Donald Trump is now being
forced to ask the Supreme Court of the United States
of America to block his sentencing in the hush money case.
This has clearly gotten completely and utterly out of control.
(13:12):
President elect Trump on Wednesday officially asked the Supreme Court
to pause his sentencing and the New York hush money case.
Trump sentencing is scheduled for Friday morning. He says it
clearly violates the president elects presidential immunity, as outlined in
a Supreme Court decision in July that, according to Trump's
legal team, allowing the sentencing to move forward would be
(13:33):
a quote grave injustice and harm to the institution of
the presidency and the operations of the federal government is
what Trump's lawyers have officially written. President Trump's legal team
filed the emergency petition with the United States Supreme Court
asking the court to correct the unjust actions by New
(13:55):
York courts and stop the unlawful sentencing in the Manhattan
DA witch hunt. Is what Trump's spokesman said, referring to
the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Now, the Supreme Court's
historic decision on immunity, the Constitution and established legal president
mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately dismissed, is what
(14:19):
they wrote in the filing. The legal filing states that
the hush money case and Trump's conviction on these quote
thirty four fellony accounts is on poor legal footing. Part
of the evidence used at trial to secure the conviction
was based on official acts of the president and should
have been shielded from the court case. Altogether, these include,
(14:42):
without limitation, they said, statements issued through his official presidential
Twitter account to the American people in twenty eighteen, statements
to the press, and official presidential media appearances. Documentary evidence
reflecting the official presidential actions and testimony of former White
House employees regarding the official actions taken by President Trump
(15:06):
during his first term as president. The filing states, now,
this is a major pushback from Donald Trump. The legal
team also argued that legal immunity for sitting presidents covers
the transition period between the election and when a president
assumes office. That is exactly why they've tried to rush
(15:26):
this up to Friday, because they're trying to nail him
before he actually takes the oath of office January the
twentieth quote. The doctrine of sitting president immunity shields Trump
from criminal process during the brief but crucial period of
presidential transition while he engages in the extraordinary, demanding task
(15:46):
of preparing to assume the executive power of the United
States of America. The filing also states, again they're going
back to this is unprecedented. This is a witch hunt,
and everybody knows it now. Supreme Court Justice Satamayor ordered
Alvin Bragg's office to respond to the Trump team's filing
by ten am on Thursday. The Trump team made the
(16:11):
emergency appeal to the Supreme Court a day after the
New York Appeals Court rejected what is described as a
similar petition now an illegal filing. To the Appeals Court,
Bragg's office argued that Trump, as president elect quote, has
no viable claim a presidential immunity from the ordinary criminal process.
(16:31):
Prosecutors for Alvin Bragg's office went on to say that
Trump is not yet engaged in any official presidential functions
that would be disrupted by the sentencing. Now, the reality is,
we all know that when you're coming into office and
you are the president elect, the whole world changes the
way that they treat you, including by the way our
Secret Service they treat you with protections like you are
(16:54):
the president of the United States of America. Why do
you think all these world leaders are coming to meet
with him at Marko. Why do you think he's on
Capitol Hill today meeting with congressional leaders. Why do you
think the media is covering it? Because the idea that
he's somehow just a normal guy right now is absurd
and everyone knows that, and even our Secret Service admits
it by the way that they protect you after election day. Now,
(17:18):
President of the United States, Trump also may get clear
with the Supreme Court that this is something that is
nothing more than harassment, and I couldn't agree with him more.
And then legal filing to the Appeals Court, Brag's off
as saying, well, Trump isn't really the president yet. I
don't think that's going to go very far. Now. The
other question, as Trump asked the Supreme Court to block
(17:40):
his sentencing in the Touchmony case, is this will this
have political ramifications for the Democrats. They lost an election,
they lost it and everybody knows they lost it, and
now this looks like nothing more than straight up warfare.
I don't know if Alvin Bragg and the Democrats really care.
I think what they look at here is this is
(18:00):
an opportunity to get Trump off of this game. This
is an opportunity to make him look like a criminal
as he's taking office, to hurt him day one when
he goes into office. This is no different than what
they did in twenty sixteen with Russian collusion. That is
why I do believe that the Supreme Court is going
to look at this, and the Supreme Court is going
(18:23):
to say, look, we got to do something here like
this is not the way that any president of the
United States America should come into office. This is not
how the president units It's America should be dealt with
president elect, and we should protect presidents because otherwise you're
going to have weaponization of the on a level we've
never could have imagined. Imagine now, if every single time
(18:46):
a party loses I'm talking about the Republican Party of
the Democratic Party, if in the time between the day
you lose the election November until January twentieth, when you're
scorn in that you basically say, all right, we're just
going to go out after all of our political opponents.
Is a last minute attack on them for what they
have done to us. I really do believe that this
(19:09):
is a real nervous moment for this country where the
Supreme Court needs to step in and the Supreme Court
needs to make it very clear that these actions are
actions that should not ever take place for anyone who
is becoming president. Whether it's a Joe Biden, a Kamala Harris,
(19:31):
a Donald Trump, a Ronald Reagan, a Jimmy Carter, a
Barack Obama, it doesn't matter. We do not harass the
incoming president of the United States of America with frivolous
lawsuits that are meant only to attack and to hurt.
When bad things happen. In theory, people come together, right,
You have heroes that come out. We hear sad stories
(19:54):
about people. There's a man that died with a water
hose in his hand trying to save his own house.
You see people that have saved like baby Deer. In
the last couple of hours that have come out on TV.
We've seen people that have been pushing the elderly from
old folks homes away from the blaze as embers are
flying through the air on the street. Right, there's heroes
that come out of this. But you also have a
(20:16):
problem in La. You have a breakdown in society that's
happening before our very eyes. There are a lot of
people now that are taking advantage of this opportunity as
looters are coming out in large numbers. Now, why would
that happen? I can tell exactly why. Because you have
a godless, lawless society in LA. I'm going to say
that again because I didn't say it by accident, and
(20:38):
there's people to say, well, Ben, that's just me to
say that right now. No, it's not. This is exactly
when you have this conversation. There is godlessness and lawlessness
in La They don't prosecute people for breaking into stores.
We've seen this. We look at all the stores in
California that keep closing. They have to lock up everything
at CBS and Walgreens because everything people walking and steal.
(21:01):
We've seen that. We've seen the videos of people walking
into stores and just grab whatever the hell they want
and they walk out and they're not prosecuted because if
it's under nine hundred and something dollars, they don't care
out there. And now all of a sudden, the La
County District Attorney is issuing quota warning to potential looters. Well,
you better not do that. You created a society bro
where you didn't prosecute people for stealing in broad daylight
(21:25):
in the stores, and you let them go because of
bail reform and prison reform, and you did this. So
now instead of people saying like hey, everybody, chill out,
no stealing, let's tell people. Let's try to say we lives.
There's looters out there, like hey man, this is this
is ours for the take, and let's go get it.
Let's get into break into city. These nights homes are
going to burn down anyway, right, there's justification for it. Hell,
(21:48):
there's probably be like, Oh, the Lord bless me during
that fire. I got me a big screen TV, a
couple of laptops, some iPads, got me some guns, stole
me some furniture. I got some good stuff. The Lord
trus me. The house gunn burn out. Anyway, Right there,
I can hear the justification of the criminals that are
involved in this. And now Nathan Hochem, Hutchman or whatever
(22:09):
the hell's name is, the LA County District Attorney, is
out there on TV, which also, by the way, makes
me laugh. Do you think there's a bunch of people
in LA that are looting right now that are watching
you on TV? No, because they're out there looting. It's like, well,
we're gonna tell them they better not loot. Good luck
with that, bro. You create a society where no one's
held accountable for any of their actions. In LA, you
can be an illegal, you can be homeless, you can
(22:31):
be a squatter. So the worst squatting we've seen of
houses in the country are coming out of LA. You
can walk into a CBS at Walgreens, or a department store,
a Saxopith Avenue, Macy's, whatever it is, and you can
steal whatever the hell you want and you're not gonna
be prosecuted. You created a lawless environment where now you're shocked,
(22:53):
and I think these Hollywood people are like truly shocked,
like they cannot believe that people are just stealing right
now and trying to steal during this time. I totally
can It makes complete sense to me. Every day you
let them get away with it. This is the big one,
this is the super Bowl. Go in anyhow, steal whatever
the hell you want. And now they're like, well, you
(23:15):
can't do that, So now you're drawing the line. Listen
to him, plead with the criminals, Please don't do this.
Speaker 4 (23:22):
Nathan, Why was it important for you to put out
to the world that Instagram.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
You know, you have a very big job right now.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
We watched you earlier on your news conference talking about looters.
You're going to take a very heavy hand when it
comes to that. But maybe sharing I guess that it's
affecting everybody, including you and your family.
Speaker 5 (23:47):
So I thought it was very important to make it
clear that I was there, I was a bearing witness
right in the middle of the fire zone, that it
affected my sister.
Speaker 1 (23:59):
You know, her entire family.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
I've personally been evacuated along with thousands of others. There's
over one hundred and eighty thousand people who have been
evacuated in Los Angeles County.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
And I want to also make clearer.
Speaker 5 (24:12):
To anyone who was thinking about taking advantage of it
for their own personal illegal profit, and those looters, those scammers,
those people who are going to prey on vulnerable people
who are looking to rebuild their lives, that they will
actually be arrested, they will be prosecuted, and we will
seek maximum punishment against them. Those people who want to
(24:36):
take advantage of this tragedy are despicable, and I wanted
to say in fair warning out to them right now
so there's no misunderstanding about how they will be treated
if and when they get caught, prosecuted and punished.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
I don't I'm sorry, Like, I don't believe you if
I'm one of these criminals out there, I'm laughing in
your face because, like, dude, you guys can't even put
out a fire. You can't even get water into hoses.
You guys can't even do that. Like, do you really
think right now if you are a professional leader or
an amateur out there. You are worried about what that
(25:11):
DA prosecutor just said. I'll go to another example. Let's
go back and again. It just signals the reality. The
Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley. She boasts about being
the first female and LGBTQ fire chief in the LA
Fire Department. And what did she do. She promote a
culture of DEI in her hiring priority in a three
(25:32):
she called it a three year initiative. A three year initiative,
she said she wanted to create a supporting and promoting
a culture that values diversity, inclusion, equity while striving to
meet and exceed the expectations of the communities. As Chief
Crowley's priorities. You get what you pay for. You push
all this woke ideology, and this is what you get.
(25:55):
And by the way, Joe Biden just authorized five hundred
million in aid to California and two lost everything in
these fires. Well just kidding, just kidding, Sorry, that was
for Ukraine. My bad. So far. Joe Biden is not
guaranteed any certain dollar amount of aid to California's that
could change. But the time I'm taping this, that's what's
going on. But damn it. We had time to give
(26:15):
another five hundred million in aid to Ukraine, not California,
but to Ukraine. Here's something else you might want to know.
We finally have a clip of the President of the
United States of America. I'm going to play this for
you because it just came in. This just came in.
Here is Joe Biden. I'm gonna hear this with you
right now for the first time.
Speaker 6 (26:34):
Today. The Secretary of Defense also authorized five hundred wildfire
ground cleary personnel from the Defense Department, and I've directed
the Department to continue working with Coven Duson to identify
additional resources that can be provided for public safety and security.
And we've secured additional firefighters and firefighting aircraft from our
(26:57):
ally in Canada as well. I also want everyone in
southern California to know we're going to keep at it.
We're sticking with this. We expect there may be a
temporary break in the winds, but in some areas the
winds are likely to continue well in the next week,
and so we're going to continue to sending everything, literally
(27:19):
every resource we can find that's appropriate to help the
governor and the first responders. Second We're focused on helping
people who have been displaced where many cases lost everything.
You've reported on you've seen the homes just burned to
the ground, Whole areas have burned to the ground, large areas.
They've been displaced, and they've lost everything. As I said,
(27:41):
since the fire started, FEMA has been working with state
the states to help residents get sheltered, groceries, prescription and
other critical goods like baby formuenena. We're also sent FEMA
Director Criswell to Los Angeles to manage our response on
the ground. She was supposed to be on this called,
but we have a deputy here because she is out
(28:02):
in the field with the governor right now surveying what's
going on.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
This guy has no clue what's going on. Quote. I
want everyone's other California to know, we're going to keep
at it. We're sticking with this. Like what is that?
What does that even mean? Like, we're gonna stick with it, boys,
We're gonna we're gonna stick with it, letting the fires
be zero percent contained. Like I'm being serious, what does
that actually mean? Pacific Palisades property owner went on TV
(28:31):
earlier today. His name is Steve Bardak, and you know
what he said. He said, we as residence, we made
a mistake. Listen, I think.
Speaker 7 (28:41):
Los Angeles made a mistake. Karen Bass does not serve
the interests of LA residents. Some of the decisions are nonsensical,
such as cutting seventeen point six million dollars from LA
Fire Department's budget but instead prioritizing homelessness where roughly half
of the funds of one point three billion dollars was
(29:02):
not even spent. And it just doesn't make any sense.
You know, where are her priorities, what is her strategy?
Where is the plan? She doesn't have one. We need
a proven leader with that is effective, that understands priorities,
that understands business, like Rick Cruso.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
By the way, you want to know why they can't
do this job. They didn't sign up to do this job, folks.
Gavin Newsom didn't sign up to be governor. He signed
up to be a Hollywood celebrity. Karen Bass didn't sign
up to actually be a mayor. She signed up for
the glitzy parties and the celebrity handshakes and the woke
(29:41):
ideology where everybody walk around say you're doing so great
How many trans people got in your office? Now, good
for you. How many gay people got in your office?
How many lesbians you got hired? Oh, I got me
a new lesbian up in here, is gonna be in
charge of fire department. Yeah, she's gonna get some more
lesbians up in here. And gave people and some trainees.
They didn't sign up to actually serve the people, folks.
They signed up to be famous with celebrities in a
(30:04):
city where they get to go to all the fun,
glitzy parties. By the way, in these types of disasters,
this is where the governors earn their paycheck. It's also,
by the way, where they earn their paycheck by making
sure they do everything to make sure that days like
this don't happen and fires like this don't happen. And
notice they're still not telling you the truth that a
