million in aid to California and two lost everything in

national raped a thirteen year old girl in neighboring Virginia,

March of this year, an illegal alien followed a woman

an illegal alien was charged after breaking into a mobile
home in Michigan and viciously sexually assaulting two young girls
under the age of thirteen. In May of this year,

twelve year old Josson Nungeri and Texas. Just last month,
an illegal alien was arrested after raping a ten year
old boy in Mississippi. Earlier this month, an illegal alien
convicted of a violent assault in Massachusetts was released and

exhaustive list. We see more tragedies like these with every
passing week. The blood and the physical and emotional scars
of these tragedies rest on the hands of Joe Biden
and Kamala Harris.

They were Americans, Americans first, who were brutally attacked, raped,

kicked out. Yes, you should be kicked out of the country.

if you wake up in a drunken stupor in the
morning and somebody from your office calls you and you're
the most radical liberal in DC and they say, hey,
congressmen or congresswoman just want you to know today you've

legal immigrant, we're going to deport you. If you're high,
like Hunter Biden high, you should still, in my opinion,
be able to sit there for that one moment and go, yeah,

and one hundred and fifty eight Democrats said nope, because
I care more about importing illegal immigrants to cancel out
the votes of Americans, because this is how we keep right,

the USA Today's Susan Page. Receiving a preemptive pardon would
indicate an admission of guilt, although some Democrats claim a
preemptive pardon would only be intended to block President elect
Donald Trump from quote cleaning up Washington, d C. In
the interview, Biden said preemptive pardons are on the table

for his allies. That would obviously include the Biden crime
family members and their business associates. That may be the
reason why he's willing to give a pardon to Cheney
and Fauci, because that, in theory, could become the story.

Liz Chaneing and. When Biden met with Trump in the
Oval Office a week after the November elections, he urged
the President elect not to go forward with the threats
to target those, he said in the interview, who have

of America to block his sentencing in the hush money case.

President elect Trump on Wednesday officially asked the Supreme Court
to pause his sentencing and the New York hush money case.
Trump sentencing is scheduled for Friday morning. He says it
clearly violates the president elects presidential immunity, as outlined in
a Supreme Court decision in July that, according to Trump's
legal team, allowing the sentencing to move forward would be

a quote grave injustice and harm to the institution of
the presidency and the operations of the federal government is
what Trump's lawyers have officially written. President Trump's legal team
filed the emergency petition with the United States Supreme Court
asking the court to correct the unjust actions by New

York courts and stop the unlawful sentencing in the Manhattan
DA witch hunt. Is what Trump's spokesman said, referring to
the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Now, the Supreme Court's
historic decision on immunity, the Constitution and established legal president
mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately dismissed, is what

they wrote in the filing. The legal filing states that
the hush money case and Trump's conviction on these quote
thirty four fellony accounts is on poor legal footing. Part
of the evidence used at trial to secure the conviction
was based on official acts of the president and should
have been shielded from the court case. Altogether, these include,

without limitation, they said, statements issued through his official presidential
Twitter account to the American people in twenty eighteen, statements
to the press, and official presidential media appearances. Documentary evidence
reflecting the official presidential actions and testimony of former White

during his first term as president. The filing states, now,
this is a major pushback from Donald Trump. The legal
team also argued that legal immunity for sitting presidents covers
the transition period between the election and when a president
assumes office. That is exactly why they've tried to rush

this up to Friday, because they're trying to nail him
before he actually takes the oath of office January the
twentieth quote. The doctrine of sitting president immunity shields Trump
from criminal process during the brief but crucial period of
presidential transition while he engages in the extraordinary, demanding task

of preparing to assume the executive power of the United
States of America. The filing also states, again they're going
back to this is unprecedented. This is a witch hunt,
and everybody knows it now. Supreme Court Justice Satamayor ordered
Alvin Bragg's office to respond to the Trump team's filing
by ten am on Thursday. The Trump team made the

emergency appeal to the Supreme Court a day after the
New York Appeals Court rejected what is described as a
similar petition now an illegal filing. To the Appeals Court,
Bragg's office argued that Trump, as president elect quote, has
no viable claim a presidential immunity from the ordinary criminal process.

Prosecutors for Alvin Bragg's office went on to say that
Trump is not yet engaged in any official presidential functions
that would be disrupted by the sentencing. Now, the reality is,
we all know that when you're coming into office and
you are the president elect, the whole world changes the
way that they treat you, including by the way our
Secret Service they treat you with protections like you are

the president of the United States of America. Why do
you think all these world leaders are coming to meet
with him at Marko. Why do you think he's on
Capitol Hill today meeting with congressional leaders. Why do you
think the media is covering it? Because the idea that
he's somehow just a normal guy right now is absurd
and everyone knows that, and even our Secret Service admits
it by the way that they protect you after election day. Now,

President of the United States, Trump also may get clear
with the Supreme Court that this is something that is
nothing more than harassment, and I couldn't agree with him more.
And then legal filing to the Appeals Court, Brag's off
as saying, well, Trump isn't really the president yet. I
don't think that's going to go very far. Now. The
other question, as Trump asked the Supreme Court to block

his sentencing in the Touchmony case, is this will this
have political ramifications for the Democrats. They lost an election,
they lost it and everybody knows they lost it, and
now this looks like nothing more than straight up warfare.
I don't know if Alvin Bragg and the Democrats really care.
I think what they look at here is this is

an opportunity to get Trump off of this game. This
is an opportunity to make him look like a criminal
as he's taking office, to hurt him day one when
he goes into office. This is no different than what
they did in twenty sixteen with Russian collusion. That is
why I do believe that the Supreme Court is going

to say, look, we got to do something here like
this is not the way that any president of the
United States America should come into office. This is not
how the president units It's America should be dealt with
president elect, and we should protect presidents because otherwise you're
going to have weaponization of the on a level we've
never could have imagined. Imagine now, if every single time

a party loses I'm talking about the Republican Party of
the Democratic Party, if in the time between the day
you lose the election November until January twentieth, when you're
scorn in that you basically say, all right, we're just
going to go out after all of our political opponents.
Is a last minute attack on them for what they
have done to us. I really do believe that this

is a real nervous moment for this country where the
Supreme Court needs to step in and the Supreme Court
needs to make it very clear that these actions are
actions that should not ever take place for anyone who
is becoming president. Whether it's a Joe Biden, a Kamala Harris,

Barack Obama, it doesn't matter. We do not harass the
incoming president of the United States of America with frivolous
lawsuits that are meant only to attack and to hurt.

she said she wanted to create a supporting and promoting
a culture that values diversity, inclusion, equity while striving to

Crowley's priorities. You get what you pay for. You push

million in aid to California and two lost everything in

a proven leader with that is effective, that understands priorities,

a comedian. He's a former liberal who's now just sensical.
