Speaker 1 (00:01):
I thought it was very embarrassing for the Democrats what
happened the other night. Even CNN fake news said that
they came out and they said it. And worse than
CNN is MS DNC, which is the worst. Frankly, what
Nicole Wallace said about that young man is disgraceful. She
should be forced to resign.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
Good Friday morning to you. It's Ben Ferguson. Nice to
have you on the forty seven Morning Updated. We've got
one heck of a show for you today, including this.
Almost one hundred terror linked migrants were purposely and deliberately
released into the United States of America by the Biden administration.
It's a shocking story and I'll give you all the
details in just a moment. Also, Hunter Biden is saying
(00:42):
now he's broke. It only took a couple of weeks
after Joe Biden left the White House for Hunter Biden
to say, I don't have any money. I'm millions of
dollars in debt and I can't even keep a lawsuit
that I sued someone else over my laptop. How bad
is it for him economically. I'll explore his sad song
story to you in just a second. And finally, Christy
(01:04):
nom now saying she knows who the internal individuals were
in our government that were leaking the location of ICE
agents to help illegal immigrants get away, and now they're
facing prosecution. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
starts right now.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Story number one.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
It is some of the most shocking news that we've
seen thus far, finding out exactly how bad it got
under Joe Biden's leadership, especially in twenty twenty four, when
it comes to releasing people that are terrorists or connected
to known terrorists deliberately and purposely into the United States
of America when we had them caught President Joe Biden's deputies.
(01:43):
We now have learned and released almost one hundred terror
linked migrants into America's communities in twenty twenty four. This
coming from Tulsa Gabbert, who President Donald Trump named the
Director of National Intelligence. She had a press conference in
Eagle Pass, Texas, at the southern border, with the Vice
President by her side, and here is what she had
(02:05):
to say about the shocking new news.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
Pump has been in office. Really, what you're seeing here today,
in which you'll continue to see as a unified effort
across President Trump's National security team, the Department of Homeland
Security towards our mission, which is to ensure a safe, free,
and prosperous society for Americans. As Director of National Intelligence,
there are a number of areas where we are focused.
(02:28):
The President talked about in his speech. Over twenty one
million people have come across our borders illegally under Joe
Biden's administration. There are many of them that we don't
know who they are. They have not been vetted, we
don't know where they are.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
I'll give you.
Speaker 4 (02:42):
One quick example of one of the problems that we
are getting after from Central Asia. There were over four
thousand people who came across our borders using an ISIS
affiliated network. Our National counter Terrorism Center went through and
identified those individuals. There were hundreds of them who were
either known to terrists or associated with known terrorists. That
(03:02):
information was provided to the Biden administration. You may remember
in some of the news a little over one hundred
of those people were arrested in twenty twenty four.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
Of those who were.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
Arrested, only eight were either deported or remained in custody
only eight. The rest of them were released back into
our country. Where are they, what are they doing? What
may they be plotting? This is just the beginning. There
are many many areas that we need to stay very
focused on, working with Department of Homeland Security, working with
the FBI to ensure that we're keeping the American people safe.
(03:35):
Our counter Terrorism Center is working on making sure that
we have that single source for vetting so that we
can figure out who is actually in our country and
identify those who pose a threat and get them removed.
The President's designation of the cartels as foreign terrorists organizations
falls directly into this, especially as we're seeing some of
the tactics that these cartels are using reflect some of
(03:56):
the tactics that we've seen used by Islamus terrasts in
countries that many of us have served in overseas. Our
mission is very clear. Our objective is to keep the
American people safe. I'm grateful to be a part of
this team that President Trump has assembled to accomplish that mission.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
So let's dive into some of the facts of what
she just said. From Central Asia, there were over four
thousand people who came across her border using an ISIS
affiliated network. She then said, our National counter Terrorism Center
went through and identified those individuals. There were one hundreds
of them who were either known terrorists or directly associated
(04:32):
with known terrorists. The information was provided directly to the
Biden administration.
Speaker 2 (04:38):
And what do they do. Nothing.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
In fact, they said, let them go into the United
States of America's interior. Now, most of you right now
that are listening to this are probably very angry over
the fact that the Biden administration knew they had terrorists
that they had caught and they said not just let
them go. The question you have to ask yourself is why. Well,
partly because they didn't want to have to admit that
their open border policy was allowing for known terrorists to
(05:01):
come into the United States of America at record numbers.
And if they held these terrorists, they were going to
have to tell the American people that they had, in
fact caught about one hundred terrorists coming across the southern border.
Now there's also a bigger problem, and that is foreign
countries allowing the transit of illegal immigrants into America. Well,
the President of the United States of America has empowered
(05:23):
the Secretary of State Marco Rubio to announce a new policy,
a policy going after those foreign countries and penalizing them.
Any country that allows the transit of the illegal immigrants
will now be penalized by the United States of America.
The moral of the story, Donald Trump is going on
offense and exposing exactly what the Biden administration did to
(05:44):
put many of our lives at risk. We also know
that many of these terrorists are being hunted down right
now by Ice agents and our government at all levels.
This is exactly why the President said it is time
for us to secure the border at all costs, because yes,
there are some bad own Brakes who are coming across
the border, many of them who are actual terrorists. Next
(06:05):
story number two, It is an important story, the story
of the Biden crime family. As you know, in the
final moments of Joe Biden being in office, he pardoned
many of his family members and others that were involved
in what he believed was probably criminal activity. That's exactly
why he gave them a pardon. One of those pardons
went to Hunter Biden, and Hunter Biden was selling access
(06:27):
to Daddy for decades. Well, Hunter Biden now says he's broke,
the sales of his memoir and art have slowed to
a trickle, and his rental home was impacted, he claims,
by the Pacific Palisades fire. Yes, all of this happening
within weeks of Daddy leaving the White House. A pardon
from his dad spared him from prison, but the former
(06:48):
president son remained saddled with debt and was forced out
of his house. That he was running by the fires.
That is what he is now whining and complaining about.
Biden detailed his grim fire financial situation in a court
filing yesterday, saying he has struggled to sell his paintings
in recent months. I wonder why moving only one in
(07:10):
the past fourteen months compared to twenty seven paintings in
the prior two or three years.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
These are his words.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
In the court filing. He reported quote significant debts and
lackluster sales of his memoir just more than four thousand
and two interred copies during a one year period that
led up to the trial in Delaware last spring in
which he was found guilty of lying about his drug
addiction on a federal gun purchase form. Quote, given the
positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir. I
(07:41):
was expecting to obtain paid speaking engagements and paid appearances,
but that has not happened, Biden wrote, citing the financial
burden of ongoing legal fees. Biden is now asking a
federal judge in LA to quote allow him to drop
a lawsuit that he filed in twenty twenty three accusing
former Trump White House aid of hacking the contents of
(08:04):
his laptop, which I guess now they're saying yet again
is actually real. Now The Daily Mail is also reporting
on this right now, and they're saying that he's in
serious financial trouble. Also now, Hunter Biden's lawyer claims that
in a letter to Ziegor's attorney this week, who he
was suing right because he hated him because he's a
ex Trump White House staffer. He indicated the former first
(08:28):
son is straight up out of cash and can no
longer tap his sugar brother that Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris
for funds and is not being bailed out by Democratic
donors either. The letter to the Dailymail dot Com has
exclusively gotten says Hunter lacks the resources to continue his
litigation at this time.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
So it's close to the case.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
Also, told the Dailymail dot Com that the pardon felon
is planning to quit California move back to the East Coast.
The legal letter claimed hard up Hunter's financial woes have
been exacerbated at after the fires in the Pacific Palisades
in early January up ended the planeff's life by rendering
his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time. Now,
(09:09):
if you want to know how much the broke man
was paying for rent in Malibu, apparently it was fifteen
thousand and eight, one hundred dollars per month. It was
a four million dollar home, three bedroom, three baff the
nineteen fifties style with a panoramic view over the Pacific Coast.
Sounds like the guys really broke right well. In September
of twenty twenty three, Hunter, who's fifty five, he had
(09:30):
no problem suing Zieglor, the twenty nine year old former
Trump staffer and his right wing nonprofit called Marco Polo
in California federal court for alleged computer hacking. Why did
he do it? They're the ones that published a six
hundred and forty four page report on his alleged illegal
activity based on material from his infamous abandoned laptop. But
now apparently Hunter Biden just wants to drop the whole
(09:52):
case because he just doesn't have any money. Isn't amazing
how quick he goes broke after Daddy leaves office and
the gig is up. Just so you know, it's not
going to be that easy for Hunter Biden to get
out of the case. The furious man that was sued
s Igor, told the Daily Mail dot Com that the
former president son isn't getting away that easily. Hunter wants
to cry uncle, we are opposing that. He said, we
(10:13):
want our attorneys fees to be paid for Hunter to
cease lying about us and me, I couldn't have said
it better myself.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
And here is story number three.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
Sanctuary city mayors are now being forced to testify on
Capitol Hill. These are the same mayors that refuse to
hand over individuals that are wanted by ICE. Why because
they're a loving city, a sanctuary city and they refuse
to abide by the law of the land. Well, those
sanctuary city mayors were forced to testify and it didn't
(10:43):
go very well for them.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Take a listen, would you turn that criminal over to Ice?
Speaker 6 (10:49):
This happened outside the city of Boston. But I can
tell you in the city, whenever someone commits a crime,
whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If
ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold obtain
a criminal warrant and the Boston Police will.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Enforce it, will you turn that criminal over to Ice?
We follow the laws.
Speaker 6 (11:09):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city. That's just we
do not under that definition. You don't use the definition.
You're not a sanctuary. We call ourselves a welcoming city.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the
curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just
how fast we could have secured our border if you
had an executive that was willing to enforce the law.
So now we're paying attention to municipalities and every one
(11:38):
of them is lawyered up. If change their narrative, you'll
be held accountable. One of you said you're willing to
go to jail, we might give you that opportunity.
Speaker 4 (11:47):
Mayor yes or no.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
They should be deported, Okay.
Speaker 7 (11:51):
Any individual causes hard breaks up the law should be
held acas. This is why you have six percent approval
rating because you suck answering questions. I do not think
you guys are bad people, but I think that you
are ideologically misled, which is why, unfortunately, based on your responses,
I'm all going to be criminally referring you to the
Department of Justice for investigation.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
All of you will be referred for criminal investigation Department
of Justice, all because these radicals are sitting there in
cities refusing to hand over criminals to ICE. There is
a new whistleblower that has also come forward in Denver.
The city of Denver now being forced to release videos
showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a suspected major
(12:35):
cartel gang member who had just been literally released from jail.
Why was he released? Denver refused to hand him over
to ICE inside the safety of the facility due to
their sanctuary policies. Instead, this criminal was street released and
fled upon seeing the ICE agents outside waiting. ICE says
(12:57):
the assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. The
local channel nine News reported that ICE requested a forty
eight hour heads up on this man's release he was
a high value target, but they received that notification from
the Denver jail just ninety minutes before he walked out
the front door. Now I says it makes no sense
(13:18):
for sanctuary policies to ban the transfer of these hardcore
criminals inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone,
including the individual wanted by ICE. In this case, By
the way, six ICE officers had to show up to
apprehend the uncoughed gang member after he was released from
(13:38):
the Denver jail, literally walking out the front door. Denver
Mike Johnson says he reached out to ICE yesterday and
is asking to sit down with him to discuss the
quote best procedures moving forward. In translation this Denver Mayor
Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he already
knows what they are. What would be best procedure b
(14:01):
Stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially when
you receive an ICE detainer. It's just common sense. There's
literally nothing else to discuss, and the question voters should
be asking themselves now is what side are the mayors
actually on, on the side of your safety or are
they siding with the drug cartels.
