are the three big stories we've got for you today.
First up, you may be shocked to find out that
during COVID we were sending hundreds of millions of dollars
and loans to children. You want to talk about fraud.

Doge found it and I'll give you the details. Plus,
you may remember just a couple of days ago, the
Hamas protester on a college campus that got a visit
from Ice. Well, now Democrats are defending that individual. You
can't make it up. I'll give you what they're saying
about him in just a moment. And finally, you remember
that app that the Biden Harris administration used to allow

even more legal immigrants into the interior of the US. Well,
call it a reverse UNO card, because there's a new
app under Trump, but it's for self deportation. It's the
forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.

Story number one.

This may be one of the most shocking stories of waste,
fraud of use coming from DOGE so far. They're now
saying children aged eleven and under were granted three hundred
and twelve million dollars of your tax dollars in loans
during the coronavirus pandemic. Thousands of loans worth three hundred

and twelve million granted to children. DOGE, which is headed
by Elon Muss, said it discovered that the Small Business
Administration you may know them as SBA, had granted about
five thousand, six hundred loans worth three hundred and twelve
million to quote borrowers whose own only listed owner was
(02:01):
eleven years old or younger at the time the loan
was granted. These loans, by the way, were granted over
a two year period in twenty twenty and twenty twenty one. Quote.
While it is possible to have business arrangements where this
is legal. That is highly unlikely for these five thousand,
(02:23):
five hundred and ninety three loans, as they all also
used a SO Security number with an incorrect name. That
is what the agency posted on X when they exposed
all of this. DOGE did not say what the loans
were used for, although the agency said it would work
with the SBA to solve this problem. Quote this week,
(02:47):
here's something else that will also make you angry, DOGE
making this announcement along with another post. The agency also
revealed that the Small Businesssociation also issued more than three
thousand loans for three hundred and thirty three million in
twenty twenty and twenty twenty one to borrowers that were

actually over the age of one hundred and fifteen. That's right.
In twenty twenty and twenty twenty one, the Small Bit
Association issued the three thousand, ninety five loans, including the
PPP money and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program, for
a total of three hundred and thirty three million to

borrowers that were all over the age of one hundred
and fifteen who are still marked as alive in the
Social Security database. In one case, just so you know
how egregious. This is there was a one hundred and
fifty seven year old individual that received thirty six thousand
in loans. The agency has confirmed the discoveries come as
(03:52):
dogs continues its mission of rooting out fraud and wasteful
spending in the federal government. We also know from news
reporting that this may be the tip of the iceberg
of other corrupt loans that may have been given to
people that aren't even alive, or have fake names or
so security numbers that don't match other names that were
(04:13):
being used. Now, we all heard during COVID that there
was a lot of abuse and that they were giving
out money left and right. The question now is will
there be accountability for this? And that is where the
good news actually comes in. Not only is Doade saying
they're going to uncover this, but hopefully they're going to
find out who actually got the money, because more than

likely it wasn't a one hundred and fifty seven year
old individual that was receiving the thirty six thousand dollars.
Should these people be prosecuted, there's a very good chance
that if you took this money and you claimed you
were one hundred and fifty seven years old, You're going
to find out the hard way. Next story number two,
Donald Trump made it very clear that if you were

in this country as a guess, going to a university
in this country, and you become rati and incite violence,
or advocate for violence, or organize violence, or you're one
of those as attacking Jewish students or any other student
for that matter, of any religion, well then you're not
welcome in America. So what happens when one of those

students gets caught doing many of these things and Democrats
rally together, you think they're on the side of getting
rid of the student. No, no, no, no, Democrats are
now protesting the arrest of a Syrian radical in New York.
That's right, Democrats and their media allies are defending an
arrest of the Syrian man who led New York university

protests against Israel's post October seventh counter attack on Hamas's
Jihati killers. Now, the White House fought back today, making
it clear, with the White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt
saying this about the individual and what Donald Trump is
going to do with other students that may be thinking

about doing the same.

Well, in fact, Secretary Rubio reserves the right to revoke
the visa of Mahmoud Khalil, and I'm glad you brought
this up. Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Secretary
of State has the right to revoke a green card
or a visa for individuals who serve adversarial to the

foreign policy and national security interests of the United States
of America. And Mahmoud Khalil was an individual who was
given the privilege of coming to this country to study
at one of our nation's finest universities in colleges, and
he took advantage of that opportunity, of that privilege by
siding with terrorists Hamas, terrorists who have killed innocent men, women,

and children. This is an individual who organized group protests
that not only disrupted college campus classes and harassed Jewish
American students and made them feel unsafe on their own
college campus, but also distributed pro Hamas propaganda to flyers
with the logo of Hamas. That is what the behavior
(07:04):
and activity that this individual engaged in. And I have
those flyers on my desk. They were provided to me
by the Department of Homeland Security. I thought about bringing
them into this briefing room to share with all of you.
But I didn't think it was worth the dignity of
this room to bring that pro hamas propaganda. But that's
what this individual distributed on the campus of Columbia University.
And this administration is not going to tolerate individuals having

the privilege of studying in our country and then siding
with pro terrorist organizations that have killed Americans. We have
a zero tolerance policy for siding with terrorists, period.

One thing that seems to be very clear is that
Donald Trump and his deputies are on solid legal ground,
at least that is according to immigration lawyers, who say
that this individual number one is not a citizen, but
as a green card that allows him to live in
the United States pending an expected request for citizenship. But
the green cards provide little additional legal protection, then that's

granted to tourists. Democrats can complain and send letters like
they did this week, saying that this individual should stay
and they even claimed he was quote abducted by the
US government. I'm not joking. In fact, the liberal co
signers of this letter included Rashid Talib representativel Omar. So
when these Democrats tell you who they are, that they

are gonna always stand with radical extremists. Believe them because
they are in fact radical extremists. As for Donald Trump
and his administration, it's very clear that it's game on
if you're a radical protester in this country on a
green card, and if you're causing problems, there's a very
good chance you're going back to your home country.

the opposite effect. That's right, self deportation. That is what
the Trump administration is saying we expect. And Biden's app,

The Trump administration has taken that controversial CBP one cell
phone app for migrants that the Biden administration was using,
and they've repurposed it into a self deportation app that
is officially launching today and we're getting an exclusive first
look at it.

The app is now called CBP Home. It allows illegal
aliens in the US to register to self deport. They
fill out biographical information including their countries of citizenship, which
country they plan to work, turn to their alien registration numbers,

then submitted to CBP and they leave the country. Now
you might be asking yourself, well, why would an illegal
immigrant want to self deport? Well, DHS says if they
leave now, they will have the opportunity to return to
the US legally in the future and chase the American dream.
But if they don't leave, they will be found, arrested, detained,
and deported with a permanent ban on entry into the

United States. In a statement to Fox News, DHS Secretary
Christy Nome said, in part quote, the Biden administration exploited
the CBP one app to allow more than one million
aliens to illegally enter the United States with the launching
of the CBP home app. We are restoring integrity to
our immigration system. If they don't self deport, we will
find them, deport them, and they will never return. The

Biden administration's use of the CBP one app allowed more
than forty thousand migrants to come into the US at
a port of entry every single month. That totaled nearly
one million migrants by the end of his presidency. President
Trump terminated that app immediately upon taking office, leading the
scenes like this showing migrants dismayed at the border on
the day of his inauguration as they learned their CBP

one appointments were canceled and were never coming back. And
DHS tells me that any migrants who had that CBP
one app on their phone will see it automatically update
to this new self deportation app starting today, and DHS
can also use the data from the prior CBP one
registrations to track migrants for removal. So, in a nutshell
data Trump just took Biden's program which was bringing migrants
