Speaker 1 (00:01):
Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the presidence of Jenna
has a spouse or child drawing a paycheck from a
Democratic line in GEO. That coming from Elon Musk in
his interview that he did on Fox News Channel with
Brett Baer, This should make every American furious.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
some of the judges that have weighed in. There's about
eight or ten now of these cases that are at
least temporary holds. They're being challenged by the DOJ. Are
you surprised by that pushback?
Speaker 3 (00:37):
Well, it's the DC circus is notorious for having a
very far left bias. And when you look at the
people close to some of these judges, who are where
are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption
(00:58):
to me.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
Sounds like corruption to me. I want to be clear,
I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
to play an attorney on TV or radio either. But
what I will say is the way that this is
moving through the court system, and a great example of
this is what I'd said before the break about the
appeals court careering the way for Trump to fire leaders
of these independent federal agencies. Like Trump has an incredible
(01:22):
team around him this time that is so much better
than the team he had in twenty sixteen. And you
look at this ruling Friday being a massive victory for
Trump's efforts to have control over these regulatory agencies that
Congress intend to operate with quote some degree of independence
from the president. And that's what Democrats are losing their
(01:44):
minds over. But the President is saying, I should have
the ability to do this. I am the president to
remove some of these people. Now there's three judge panel
of DC District Court of Appeals voted two to one
to allow Trump to remove members of the National Labor
Relations Board, and the merits says some protection board. The
two board members in the case were appointed by President
(02:05):
Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right because
they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the two
board members. But this Friday's appeal court ruling lifts those
injunctions for now while the litigation is going to proceed.
I think a lot of this stuff is going to
end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to
(02:26):
win because some of this is just so brazen. And look,
the president of the United States of America should not
have to fight every single day with activist judges that
are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should
(02:48):
be highly offended and upset that we are sitting in
a what I described as a fraudulent system. This reminds
me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
do it. It's about the housing crisis and the market
collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just how
insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving great
(03:13):
They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated bonds
for fees. The whole system was fraudulent, and one of
the lines in the movie is well, at least people
are going to go to jail for this, and finally
there would be some of this corruption. Out of all
of the fraud and corruption that the government was I
(03:33):
don't even think of sleep at the wheel, for I
think they were purposely looking the other way because of
what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was looking
everybody's brother up, Like all these activist judges have their
family members, you know, that are on these nngos getting paid,
and you look at that accusation. I don't think the
federal government was asleep at the wheel with the housing
(03:55):
and the subprime market and everything else. I think their
friends were getting rich off the fees and and it
reminds me so much of that where the government is
willing to protect the people around them if they're all
getting paid. There are a lot of people that are
acting just like the Biden crime family within our government.
(04:17):
And I would I would tell you go and watch
that movie if you didn't do it, or read the
book The Big Short, because it explains it. There was
only one person in all of that corruption that happened,
like and then there was a government bailout. Remember the
American taxpayers got screwed. The system was was filled with
so much corruption that the that the the falling of
(04:41):
the system, the Lehman brothers and everybody getting shot and
countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened during
that time. It was going to be so catastrophic that
they what happened. The American taxpayer bailed them all out,
and they bailed them out, and no one was real
they held accountable for it. You got a lot of
(05:02):
people that were hurt, You got a lot of people
that lost their homes, You had a lot of people
that were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory
agencies that had their family and friends getting hooked up
with these incredible fees. And it just shows you the
level of the corruption now. It's at every level in
our government, every level. And then when you see all
of these judges that are activist judges trying to stop dog,
(05:24):
you got to ask us other question. Okay, well why
why just answer that question? Why why are you trying
to stop us? Because they are activist judges and they
want to stop President Trump at all costs because for them,
they believe that they are above the law. They don't
believe the law applies to them. They believe they get
to do whatever they want to do however they want
(05:46):
to do it, whenever they want to do it. They
are a judge. And they also, by the way, believe
that Donald Trump can just shut the hell up and
sit down. They can't stand him. They don't respect the voters.
And that's where you should be a fit. You should
be highly offended that they are saying you need to
shut up, you need to sit down, You need to
(06:09):
be quiet. Right, that's what you need to do. You
need to shut the hell up and be quiet. We
know it's best, and we don't respect your vote or
any election outcome. That is how corrupt the system is
in DC. When I was working with the Bush administration
back in four we tried to reform Social Security reform
because we knew it was a Ponzi scheme. Then we
(06:31):
knew it was not serving the American people. Well, we
knew it was a real problem. And one of the
things that was very very very very clear from when
we tried to reform it was every time we tried
to touch it or explain it or to give it
a people a new way of looking at it about
how bad of a deal you're getting on your ROI
(06:53):
when you put into Social Security. The Left would just
say they're going to steal your money. They're going to
take it away from you. You're not gonna have it.
It's going to be there, gonna ruin it. They're gonna
privatize it and they're gonna take it all. It's gonna fail,
it's gonna be a Ponzi's game. It's gonna be corrupt
as hell. Don't trust Wall Street. Don't trust I mean
it was. It was the same line and it worked
with old people. We saw it in the data like
(07:13):
it worked. It really did. Is It was incredibly frustrating,
but let me just tell you it worked. It worked
unbelievably well. And that was sad. But they've been now
saying it. I mean, I see it like every day
they've been saying it over and over again since oh four,
every time you try to fix something like oh you know,
(07:35):
this is this is this is shady corruption. It's gonna
you know, you guys are screwing da da da. Like
it was constant, and I think now it's just lost
its edge, Like it really has just kind of lost it.
It's like you got to sit there and almost laugh.
You gotta sit there and just be like, all right,
here we go again, Like I don't know what other
way to put it. Here we go again. Now they're
(07:57):
gonna lie to us again. They're gonna say this crap again.
And there's just an eye rowing aspect of this now
and that's the part that I love. Listen to Schumer.
I'm gonna play the longer version. This is Chuck Schumer
going after Elon Muskin Donald Trump of this press conference
with others with the Senate Democrats and the Trump administrations
changes quote unquote so security. This goes back to fearmonger.
(08:18):
This happened this week. Two days ago.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
The acting Commissioner, handpicked by Doge, said musks claims of
fraud are false, and Musk, by the way, at one point,
said let's eliminate it. They revealed their true colors. Trump
and Musk are just eroding the American dream. They're rigging
(08:44):
the system for billionaires while stealing from the elderly, from
the disabled to cut taxes for their billionaire club. Senate Republicans,
every Senate Republican should be demanding that must rever the firings.
If they say they believe in social security, then they
(09:04):
ought to be telling Musk stop. But Senate Republicans are
just silent letting it happen. They're afraid of Trump.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Now.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
Yesterday at the hearing and the Finance Committee where s
Ron and Maria were at we heard from Trump's pick
to lead the Social Security Administration, Frank Bisignano, to confirm
mister Bisignano as head of Social Security is hiring an
arsonist to run the fire station. I've known this guy
(09:39):
for twenty years. He's a cutter. Companies bring him in
to slash benefits, to slash Rather, companies bring him in
to slash workers and his fame. His claim to fame
is cutting and shrinking. The last person we need to
(09:59):
run the Social Security Office.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
I mean, the fear mongering there right, sky is falling.
You can't trust them. They're evil, and yet the American people,
I just think they've overplayed the hand. The Tesla take
Down movement, which organized protests against Elon Musk and is
rolling the Trump administration, is gearing up for its biggest
(10:23):
demonstrations yet, while protests planned around the world this weekend
on its Global Day of Action, you're ready for some psychopaths. Well,
if you want to know who the enemy is, they're
going to show their face. USA Today is now reporting
that the Tesla Takedown movement a growing backlash against Elon
Musk and his involvement in the Trump administration. The Department
(10:46):
of Government Efficiency is urging protesters to sell their Tesla vehicles,
dump their stock trying to ruin Elon Musk, and join
picket lines in front of Tesla locations worldwide. The movement's
website is declared this Saturday, the twenty ninth, as a
(11:06):
global day of action, with dozens of protests planned across
the United States, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and more.
According to the Tesla Takedown website, and this is all
being funded by the radical left and the billionaires of
the left. Okay, they opposed must quote alleged illegal coup,
(11:31):
that's how they describe it, and is used to the
Tesla fortune to destroy our democracy. Same people that are
saying they believe in democracy are the ones that are
saying torch Tesla's and fire bomb them and set up
like actual bombs, for example, in sceniary devices at the
one in Austin. Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement.
(11:53):
That's what they say. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction
property that's on the website. I think the actions that
we were seeing speak differently than what you've got on
your website. The plan protests coming into a significant decline
in Tesla's stock value, which has lost almost forty percent
since December, following from nearly five hundred share to around
(12:14):
two hundred and seventy a share. This drop is in
value coincides with an increase in vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships
and vehicles across the US. By the way, just a
personal note, I am I'm just not a guy that's
a Tesla guy. Has nothing to do with Elon Musk.
I just I'm I'm like, I'm look, I'm just kind
of like, I like gas of my engines. I don't
(12:34):
like the stress of worrying where I'm going to like
plug the thing in. I told you on this the
White House last week. I am, for the first time
in life, genuinely looking at the reality of buying a
Tesla just to give not one, but two middle fingers
to these radicals on the left. Second thing, I'm not
looking at actually buying Tesla stock because if they're going
(12:58):
to try to do this, and then I want to
stand with him. I would never have been a candidate
for a Tesla until these psychopaths, these degenerates have done
what they've done, and I'm like, bring it on. You
want to you want to come after my car, Fine,
you're going to jail because the cameras are going to
be rolling. Sometimes you've got to stand up for good
(13:20):
people doing good things. Elon Musk coming out saying this
as well in his interview with Brett Bayer, and I
want to play this for you. Take a listen, Almos
be shut down.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Finally, what's the biggest thing for you that keeps you
up at night?
Speaker 3 (13:34):
Well, there's a lot of things I suppose that I
worry about. But and some of these things will seem
esoteric to people. Uh. You know, the birth rate is
very low in almost every country and something unless that changes, uh,
civilization will disappear. America had the lowest birth rate I
believe ever, that was last year. Places like Korea the
(13:56):
birth rate is one third replacement rate. That means in
three generations, career will be three or four percent of
its current size. And nothing seems to be turning that around.
Humanity is dying and people it's it's just not something
we evolved to react to. And I mean I worried
(14:16):
generally about the strength of America. You know, America is
the central column that holds up holds up all the
Western civilization. So if you like, if we've got the
example of Western civilization, America is the central column. If
(14:37):
that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off
to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So
either way, strengthen that column and make sure America is
is strong and will be strong for a long time
or what that roof's coming down.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
It's so interesting to hear Elon answer that question, and
I think it goes back to like why is he
doing this? I think he loves this country, and I
think it's pretty clear he loves this country. So the
question that every American should be asking is why are
democrats so upset that he's finding fraud? It was something
(15:19):
they talked about in the five. It's something I mentioned earlier.
They were talking about this interview and they said the
reason why they think Democrats are up says, is because
they believe the government is theirs. It's their bank to
push their ideology on everyone.
Speaker 5 (15:35):
Relations and what they've been able to take up. Well,
first I thought all these doze boys were going to
be like wearing hoodies and have like one hitters hanging
from their mouth, and they're like, really, successful innovators that
have left their successful companies to take a sabbatical to
save the country. And all the Democrats can do is heckle.
(15:56):
They're like bleacher creatures, yelling stuff from the stand. They
have a hot dog in one hand, a Miller.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Light here, and they're like, you're too slow.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
I mean, meanwhile, these people need like wheelchairs to get
out of the stadium. They don't have any ideas the Democrats.
What's their idea to cut waste, fraud, and abuse? What's
their idea to cut spending? This is like when your
wife spills wine and then she yells at you because
the way you're cleaning it up is wrong. Babe, you
(16:27):
spill the wine. I'll clean it up the way I
want to clean it up. Why aren't Democrats upset about fraud.
They're just upset about the way we're finding the fraud,
Like we're injecting swallows with coke to see if it
makes the horning. Yes, coke makes everybody horny. Why can't
we just hold hands and agree? And some of this
(16:47):
stuff is ridiculous. The Democrats don't run their own business
like this. What Democrat business hires people and never fires people.
What Democrat business just gets built down of millions of
dollars and never stop what Democrat business gives every employee
to credit cards.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
None.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
Democrats never run.
Speaker 5 (17:07):
Their own businesses that way, but for some reason tolerate
what's going on in the federal government like this.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
By the way, I think Jesse's absolutely right. Why are
Democrats have said about fraud? Why aren't they upset about fraud? Well,
it's and none of them run their businesses way. So
why here here's the last thing he says, which is
the core point here.
Speaker 5 (17:28):
I would want FEMA to be faster, I would want
the Pentagon not to get built. I would want Medicare
and Social Security saved.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
We can agree on that.
Speaker 5 (17:38):
But for some reason Democrats are fighting tooth and nail
against this. It's almost like they think the government's theirs,
and when any Republican takes power, he's leasing the White
House like if anyone he wants to make any changes,
like you have to call the super like you can't
do anything, you can't paint it, you can't irrigate the law,
and anything needs to be done, you have to have
(18:00):
the Democrats do it for them. That's not how we
run this country.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
That's not how we run this country. It is, by
the way, how Democrats run this country. That's the whole problem.
This is exactly how they want to run the government
because they believe that it is theirs. That's what it is.
They believe that it is theirs. Some of the political
(18:27):
persecution that's happening against Donald Trump. We've talked about all
the rage of the left, and we've gone through why
they're angry with Doge, why they're angry with Musk. But
you also have to understand there's another level of lawfare
that's happening right now, and I'm going to explain some
of that for you real quick. A judge, an activist judge,
(18:49):
a judge that hates Donald Trump, has ordered Trump administration
to preserve the signal chats. The order came in a
lawsuit file by a pro quote transparency group as a
liberal group. The federal judge US District Judge James Boseburg
has ordered five senior Trump administration officials to preserve messages
(19:11):
they exchanged on the signal app. The judge ordering the
Trump administration to preserve all the chats of the senior
officials conducted on that app, including a now exchange that
was accidentally shared with a reporter earlier this month about
an imminent military operation Yemen. This radical leftist district judge
(19:32):
issued the order this week at the request of a
quote transparency group that filed a lawsuit alleging that the
app's automatic delete function left the messages at risk of
being destroyed in violation of the Federal Records Act. During
a brief afternoon hearing, the Justice Department attorney told the
judge such an order was not necessary because the agencies
(19:54):
involved were already taking steps to preserve the records, but
she did not object to the judge's reinforcem saying that
this will not happen, or it will happen. The saving
of these messages, I say with a court order saying quote,
we are still in the process of working with agencies
is determined what records they have, but we also are
working with the agencies to preserve whatever records they have.
(20:16):
The government lawyer appeared to acknowledge a statement from a
Treasury Department official in a court filing earlier in the
day that suggests the Treasury Secretary currently has only part
of the message chain about the Yemen strike. The journalists
who was added to the message chain. The Atlantic editor
Jeffrey Goldberger reported that the chat began on March the eleventh,
(20:38):
but Bascent apparently had retained only the messages starting on
the afternoon of the fifteenth. It is not clear why
Bascent doesn't have earlier messages or whether the other senior
officials on the chat have retained those as well. I
just want to I want to caveat that we are
still ascertaining what records the agencies have that coming from
(21:00):
the Treasury Department. Now, The Atlantic had no problem publishing
the mesters earlier this week and made sure that the
White House look bad as they possibly could. And we're
calling immediately for people's heads to roll in top Trump
administration officials to be fired from their job or to
resign immediately. I want to put this in perspective these lefties,
(21:25):
whether it's The Atlantic or any of the others, that
are ran with this story, which by the way, had
no effect on the American people and their thoughts on
Donald Trump. The poll numbers are showing you still at
fifty percent even after this. They care more about taking
down somebody connected to Trump and his administration they do
about killing the actual terrorists that are killing men, women, grandchildren,
(21:49):
and the elderly and infant babies, raping, pillaging, and looting.
These individuals are the worst people in the world. They
are actual terrorists organization, and they don't give a crap
about the successful mission, their mission the Democratic Party which
is filled with socialists and communists and Marxists, combination of
(22:09):
many of those together in some of these radicals. They
only care about taking down a Trump ally. That's it.
They also got another article that I found interesting. It
said Trump allies are starting to notice headsets growing pile
of mistakes. There's a growing pile. I didn't know that.
Please enlighten me. Here's the political article. Some White House
(22:33):
and Pending On officials now believe Headseth is the one
who messed up in the signal Chat scandal by sending
sense of details on his phone. The White House is
publicly defending the Defense Secretary after he Texas sense of
military information is signal Chat, But behind the scenes, administration
insiders are starting to express doubts about the Pentagon's chiefs judgment.
(22:54):
By the way, I'm pretty damn close to this White House.
None of this. I'm pretty connected in Washington to top
level people. In fact, I jokingly laughed, I have the
cell phone numbers of probably sixty percent of the cabinet.
(23:14):
I'm not hearing any of this. The reason why I
say that is because I want you to understand this
is just political propaganda from the mainstream media Politico at
the forefront of it. Quote officials agree National Security Advisor
Mike Waltz, who accidentally invited a journalist to a group
chat with senior leaders, could more easily take the fall
(23:37):
for a scandal that has embarrassed the administration, which may
end up sparing headset his job. By the way, if
this is where the lies come in, if you think
Donald Trump was gonna get rid of Pete over this,
you're insane. Clearly you're an idiot, and you don't know
Donald Trump at all. Donald Trump probably was like, well,
(23:59):
that's stupid. To make sure we don't have that happen again,
and that was it. He's not talking about replacing Pete,
He's not talking about replacing anyone because he understands that
these are the guys that are actually out there doing
the hard work, fighting the good fight, carrying out his orders,
and he trusts them was this a mistake to have
(24:19):
a journalist accidentally added yes, of course it was The
real story I'd love for someone to write is why
did a journalists not excuse themselves from the conversation instead
of just pouring himself out to his readers knowing he
wasn't supposed to be on this conversation and if he
really thought it was dealing with national security issues, they
(24:41):
could be a threat. Then I would also argue this,
whose side are you on? I want to know they
go Republican hawks. Again, back to the article from Politico,
Pentagon officials, and even some inside the White House. Now
I believe headset also messed up by sitting likely classified
details from his phone, Then that has a to undermine
his credibility in the administration. Again, these are lies. They're
(25:04):
making it up. Quote. Because Trump c really likes and
has publicly exonerated headseth, you're not going to hear a
huge public outcry, said a senior GOP official on Capitol
Hill who is close to the White House. But privately,
there's a lot of concern about his judgment, more than
with Woltz. Even for a Pentagon chief who has copied
Trump's style down to his sharpie signature in campaign style
(25:28):
videos headset, growing pile of mistakes are getting noticed. According
to four officials and two people in touch with the administration,
pile of mistakes is I want to know what the
definition of a pile of mistakes is by politico. The
problem is this is another example of an experience that
(25:48):
a person close to the White House, so not in
the White House, not in the administration, someone on the
outside that they're claiming is somehow tight enough to do
this interview, who, like others, was granted aminemity to discuss
a politically sensitive issue. What happens when headsett needs to
manage a real crisis question mark? Okay, I go back
to what they just wrote. Where are the pile of mistakes?
(26:10):
The Defense Department did not respond to requests for comment,
but pending on spokesman Sean Parnell. By the way, I
know Sean Welly does a great job. Has reiterated that
the White House and the White House attack against the
journalists who was added to the chat? The Atlantic editor
in chief Jeff Goldberg saying, quote, these additional signal chat
messages confirm there were more classified materials or war plans
(26:32):
shared in reference to the Atlantic's release of text excerpts
on Wednesday. The Secretary was merely updating the group on
a plan that was underway and had already been briefed
through official channels. Headset address the issues briefly Wednesday during
a week long trip to Asia, saying the information the
messages doesn't look like war plans. You know who sees
(26:53):
war plans. I see them every single day. But the
episode threatens. The quote overshadow his first big trip to
the Indo Pacific, and it follows other prominent stumbles, including
a walk back of his February remarks about Ukraine war
negotiations and Brussels, and an ill fitted effort to send
thousands of detained migrants to go Ontanamo Bay. By the way,
(27:15):
ill fated it's happened. How was that ill fated? I
go back to their line that I read for you
minute ago. They said it was a growing pile of
mistakes by headseth show me the pile. Politico acts like
they they're like they've got all of this on him.
(27:36):
Show me the pile. I want to see the pile
of mistakes, because you said there was a pile of mistakes.
What is the pile, no doubt. Putting a journalist on
there that sucks. I was a screw up on the
I want to be clear. I am the first to
(27:58):
admit that. Okay, I want to be very clear. Should
it cost his job or anybody else's job? Hell no.
Are they doing an amazing job? Yes? Is there a
pile of mistakes?
Speaker 3 (28:09):
No?
Speaker 1 (28:10):
And if there was, they would have given you the
pile of mistakes at the top of the article. They
didn't because there isn't one. It's called slander, it's called lies,
it's called political propaganda. It's the same crap they're doing
against Trump. It's the same crap they're doing against Elon.
It's the same crap they're doing about Pete Because the
(28:31):
organized Democratic Party and the state sponsored media that takes
their plays from the Democratic Party, all they're caring about
right now is they want to take down somebody in
Trump world. So next week it may be somebody else,
but this is their ultimate goal and they're going to
do it no matter what. By lying, I promise you that,
(28:54):
