some of the judges that have weighed in. There's about
eight or ten now of these cases that are at
least temporary holds. They're being challenged by the DOJ. Are
you surprised by that pushback?

Well, it's the DC circus is notorious for having a
very far left bias. And when you look at the
people close to some of these judges, who are where
are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption

Sounds like corruption to me. I want to be clear,
I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
to play an attorney on TV or radio either. But
what I will say is the way that this is
moving through the court system, and a great example of
this is what I'd said before the break about the
appeals court careering the way for Trump to fire leaders
of these independent federal agencies. Like Trump has an incredible

team around him this time that is so much better
than the team he had in twenty sixteen. And you
look at this ruling Friday being a massive victory for
Trump's efforts to have control over these regulatory agencies that
Congress intend to operate with quote some degree of independence
from the president. And that's what Democrats are losing their

minds over. But the President is saying, I should have
the ability to do this. I am the president to
remove some of these people. Now there's three judge panel
of DC District Court of Appeals voted two to one
to allow Trump to remove members of the National Labor
Relations Board, and the merits says some protection board. The
two board members in the case were appointed by President

Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right because
they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the two
board members. But this Friday's appeal court ruling lifts those
injunctions for now while the litigation is going to proceed.
I think a lot of this stuff is going to
end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to

win because some of this is just so brazen. And look,
the president of the United States of America should not
have to fight every single day with activist judges that
are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should

be highly offended and upset that we are sitting in
a what I described as a fraudulent system. This reminds
me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
do it. It's about the housing crisis and the market
collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just how
insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving great

They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated bonds
for fees. The whole system was fraudulent, and one of
the lines in the movie is well, at least people
are going to go to jail for this, and finally
there would be some of this corruption. Out of all
of the fraud and corruption that the government was I

don't even think of sleep at the wheel, for I
think they were purposely looking the other way because of
what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was looking
everybody's brother up, Like all these activist judges have their
family members, you know, that are on these nngos getting paid,
and you look at that accusation. I don't think the
federal government was asleep at the wheel with the housing

and the subprime market and everything else. I think their
friends were getting rich off the fees and and it
reminds me so much of that where the government is
willing to protect the people around them if they're all
getting paid. There are a lot of people that are
acting just like the Biden crime family within our government.

book The Big Short, because it explains it. There was
only one person in all of that corruption that happened,
like and then there was a government bailout. Remember the
American taxpayers got screwed. The system was was filled with

countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened during
that time. It was going to be so catastrophic that
they what happened. The American taxpayer bailed them all out,

that lost their homes, You had a lot of people
that were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory
agencies that had their family and friends getting hooked up
with these incredible fees. And it just shows you the
level of the corruption now. It's at every level in

of these judges that are activist judges trying to stop dog,

you got to ask us other question. Okay, well why
why just answer that question? Why why are you trying
to stop us? Because they are activist judges and they
want to stop President Trump at all costs because for them,
they believe that they are above the law. They don't
believe the law applies to them. They believe they get
to do whatever they want to do however they want

to do it, whenever they want to do it. They
are a judge. And they also, by the way, believe
that Donald Trump can just shut the hell up and
sit down. They can't stand him. They don't respect the voters.
And that's where you should be a fit. You should
be highly offended that they are saying you need to

be quiet. Right, that's what you need to do. You
need to shut the hell up and be quiet. We
know it's best, and we don't respect your vote or
any election outcome. That is how corrupt the system is
in DC. When I was working with the Bush administration
back in four we tried to reform Social Security reform
because we knew it was a Ponzi scheme. Then we

knew it was a real problem. And one of the
things that was very very very very clear from when
we tried to reform it was every time we tried
to touch it or explain it or to give it
a people a new way of looking at it about

say they're going to steal your money. They're going to
take it away from you. You're not gonna have it.
It's going to be there, gonna ruin it. They're gonna

as hell. Don't trust Wall Street. Don't trust I mean

going to show their face. USA Today is now reporting
that the Tesla Takedown movement a growing backlash against Elon

of Government Efficiency is urging protesters to sell their Tesla vehicles,
dump their stock trying to ruin Elon Musk, and join
picket lines in front of Tesla locations worldwide. The movement's

the United States, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and more.
According to the Tesla Takedown website, and this is all
being funded by the radical left and the billionaires of
the left. Okay, they opposed must quote alleged illegal coup,

that's how they describe it, and is used to the
Tesla fortune to destroy our democracy. Same people that are
saying they believe in democracy are the ones that are
saying torch Tesla's and fire bomb them and set up
like actual bombs, for example, in sceniary devices at the
one in Austin. Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement.

That's what they say. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction
property that's on the website. I think the actions that
we were seeing speak differently than what you've got on
your website. The plan protests coming into a significant decline
in Tesla's stock value, which has lost almost forty percent
since December, following from nearly five hundred share to around

two hundred and seventy a share. This drop is in
value coincides with an increase in vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships
and vehicles across the US. By the way, just a

civilization will disappear. America had the lowest birth rate I

birth rate is one third replacement rate. That means in
three generations, career will be three or four percent of
its current size. And nothing seems to be turning that around.
Humanity is dying and people it's it's just not something
we evolved to react to. And I mean I worried

generally about the strength of America. You know, America is
the central column that holds up holds up all the
Western civilization. So if you like, if we've got the
example of Western civilization, America is the central column. If

that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off
to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So
either way, strengthen that column and make sure America is
is strong and will be strong for a long time
or what that roof's coming down.

It's so interesting to hear Elon answer that question, and
I think it goes back to like why is he
doing this? I think he loves this country, and I
think it's pretty clear he loves this country. So the
question that every American should be asking is why are
democrats so upset that he's finding fraud? It was something

They were talking about this interview and they said the
reason why they think Democrats are up says, is because

a judge that hates Donald Trump, has ordered Trump administration
to preserve the signal chats. The order came in a
lawsuit file by a pro quote transparency group as a
liberal group. The federal judge US District Judge James Boseburg
has ordered five senior Trump administration officials to preserve messages

they exchanged on the signal app. The judge ordering the
Trump administration to preserve all the chats of the senior
officials conducted on that app, including a now exchange that
was accidentally shared with a reporter earlier this month about
an imminent military operation Yemen. This radical leftist district judge

issued the order this week at the request of a
quote transparency group that filed a lawsuit alleging that the
app's automatic delete function left the messages at risk of
being destroyed in violation of the Federal Records Act. During
a brief afternoon hearing, the Justice Department attorney told the
judge such an order was not necessary because the agencies

involved were already taking steps to preserve the records, but
she did not object to the judge's reinforcem saying that
this will not happen, or it will happen. The saving
of these messages, I say with a court order saying quote,
we are still in the process of working with agencies
is determined what records they have, but we also are
working with the agencies to preserve whatever records they have.

The government lawyer appeared to acknowledge a statement from a
Treasury Department official in a court filing earlier in the
day that suggests the Treasury Secretary currently has only part

whether it's The Atlantic or any of the others, that
are ran with this story, which by the way, had
no effect on the American people and their thoughts on
Donald Trump. The poll numbers are showing you still at
fifty percent even after this. They care more about taking
down somebody connected to Trump and his administration they do
about killing the actual terrorists that are killing men, women, grandchildren,

These individuals are the worst people in the world. They
are actual terrorists organization, and they don't give a crap

very far left bias. And when you look at the
people close to some of these judges, who are where
are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption

I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
to play an attorney on TV or radio either. But
what I will say is the way that this is
moving through the court system, and a great example of
this is what I'd said before the break about the
appeals court careering the way for Trump to fire leaders
of these independent federal agencies. Like Trump has an incredible

team around him this time that is so much better
than the team he had in twenty sixteen. And you
look at this ruling Friday being a massive victory for
Trump's efforts to have control over these regulatory agencies that
Congress intend to operate with quote some degree of independence
from the president. And that's what Democrats are losing their

minds over. But the President is saying, I should have
the ability to do this. I am the president to
remove some of these people. Now there's three judge panel
of DC District Court of Appeals voted two to one
to allow Trump to remove members of the National Labor
Relations Board, and the merits says some protection board. The
two board members in the case were appointed by President

Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right because
they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the two
board members. But this Friday's appeal court ruling lifts those
injunctions for now while the litigation is going to proceed.
I think a lot of this stuff is going to
end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to

win because some of this is just so brazen. And look,
the president of the United States of America should not
have to fight every single day with activist judges that
are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should

be highly offended and upset that we are sitting in
a what I described as a fraudulent system. This reminds
me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
do it. It's about the housing crisis and the market
collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just how
insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving great

They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated bonds
for fees. The whole system was fraudulent, and one of
the lines in the movie is well, at least people
are going to go to jail for this, and finally
there would be some of this corruption. Out of all
of the fraud and corruption that the government was I

think they were purposely looking the other way because of
what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was looking
everybody's brother up, Like all these activist judges have their
family members, you know, that are on these nngos getting paid,

federal government was asleep at the wheel with the housing

and the subprime market and everything else. I think their
friends were getting rich off the fees and and it
reminds me so much of that where the government is
willing to protect the people around them if they're all

book The Big Short, because it explains it. There was
only one person in all of that corruption that happened,

countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened during
that time. It was going to be so catastrophic that

that lost their homes, You had a lot of people
that were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory

of these judges that are activist judges trying to stop dog,

why just answer that question? Why why are you trying
to stop us? Because they are activist judges and they
want to stop President Trump at all costs because for them,
they believe that they are above the law. They don't

are a judge. And they also, by the way, believe
that Donald Trump can just shut the hell up and

say they're going to steal your money. They're going to

going to show their face. USA Today is now reporting
that the Tesla Takedown movement a growing backlash against Elon

of Government Efficiency is urging protesters to sell their Tesla vehicles,
dump their stock trying to ruin Elon Musk, and join
picket lines in front of Tesla locations worldwide. The movement's
website is declared this Saturday, the twenty ninth, as a

global day of action, with dozens of protests planned across
the United States, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and more.
According to the Tesla Takedown website, and this is all
being funded by the radical left and the billionaires of
the left. Okay, they opposed must quote alleged illegal coup,

that's how they describe it, and is used to the
Tesla fortune to destroy our democracy. Same people that are
saying they believe in democracy are the ones that are
saying torch Tesla's and fire bomb them and set up
like actual bombs, for example, in sceniary devices at the
one in Austin. Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement.

That's what they say. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction
property that's on the website. I think the actions that
we were seeing speak differently than what you've got on
your website. The plan protests coming into a significant decline
in Tesla's stock value, which has lost almost forty percent
since December, following from nearly five hundred share to around

two hundred and seventy a share. This drop is in
value coincides with an increase in vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships
and vehicles across the US. By the way, just a
personal note, I am I'm just not a guy that's
a Tesla guy. Has nothing to do with Elon Musk.

civilization will disappear. America had the lowest birth rate I

birth rate is one third replacement rate. That means in
three generations, career will be three or four percent of
its current size. And nothing seems to be turning that around.
Humanity is dying and people it's it's just not something
we evolved to react to. And I mean I worried

generally about the strength of America. You know, America is
the central column that holds up holds up all the
Western civilization. So if you like, if we've got the
example of Western civilization, America is the central column. If

that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off
to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So
either way, strengthen that column and make sure America is
is strong and will be strong for a long time
or what that roof's coming down.

It's so interesting to hear Elon answer that question, and
I think it goes back to like why is he
doing this? I think he loves this country, and I
think it's pretty clear he loves this country. So the
question that every American should be asking is why are
democrats so upset that he's finding fraud? It was something

They were talking about this interview and they said the
reason why they think Democrats are up says, is because
they believe the government is theirs. It's their bank to

a judge that hates Donald Trump, has ordered Trump administration
to preserve the signal chats. The order came in a
lawsuit file by a pro quote transparency group as a
liberal group. The federal judge US District Judge James Boseburg
has ordered five senior Trump administration officials to preserve messages

they exchanged on the signal app. The judge ordering the
Trump administration to preserve all the chats of the senior
officials conducted on that app, including a now exchange that
was accidentally shared with a reporter earlier this month about
an imminent military operation Yemen. This radical leftist district judge
(19:32):
issued the order this week at the request of a
quote transparency group that filed a lawsuit alleging that the
app's automatic delete function left the messages at risk of
being destroyed in violation of the Federal Records Act. During
a brief afternoon hearing, the Justice Department attorney told the
judge such an order was not necessary because the agencies
(19:54):
involved were already taking steps to preserve the records, but
she did not object to the judge's reinforcem saying that
this will not happen, or it will happen. The saving
of these messages, I say with a court order saying quote,
we are still in the process of working with agencies
is determined what records they have, but we also are
working with the agencies to preserve whatever records they have.

The government lawyer appeared to acknowledge a statement from a
Treasury Department official in a court filing earlier in the
day that suggests the Treasury Secretary currently has only part
of the message chain about the Yemen strike. The journalists
who was added to the message chain. The Atlantic editor
Jeffrey Goldberger reported that the chat began on March the eleventh,

but Bascent apparently had retained only the messages starting on
the afternoon of the fifteenth. It is not clear why
Bascent doesn't have earlier messages or whether the other senior
officials on the chat have retained those as well. I
just want to I want to caveat that we are
still ascertaining what records the agencies have that coming from

the Treasury Department. Now, The Atlantic had no problem publishing
the mesters earlier this week and made sure that the
White House look bad as they possibly could. And we're
calling immediately for people's heads to roll in top Trump
administration officials to be fired from their job or to
resign immediately. I want to put this in perspective these lefties,

whether it's The Atlantic or any of the others, that
are ran with this story, which by the way, had
no effect on the American people and their thoughts on
Donald Trump. The poll numbers are showing you still at
fifty percent even after this. They care more about taking
down somebody connected to Trump and his administration they do
about killing the actual terrorists that are killing men, women, grandchildren,

These individuals are the worst people in the world. They

real story I'd love for someone to write is why
did a journalists not excuse themselves from the conversation instead
of just pouring himself out to his readers knowing he

whose side are you on? I want to know they
go Republican hawks. Again, back to the article from Politico,
Pentagon officials, and even some inside the White House. Now
