Speaker 1 (00:01):
We've got a very big show for you, and we've
got a lot to cover. First up, Donald Trump is
talking Russia and Ukraine after having a multi hour conversation
with Vladimir Putin. We'll have the latest on what this
could mean moving towards a ceasefire. Also, Biden cancer turning
into the big cover up two point zero and now

(00:21):
there's a real question about what they knew and what
they were hiding from you. Not on the cognitive decline
we already know about that disaster in the lie, but
about this cancer this time that as well. And finally
the Supreme Court allowing Donald Trump administration to revoke amnesty
for three hundred thousand Venezuelans.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
This is a major victory moving forward.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Plus, i'll give it up been on James Komi and
that you know, innocent eighty six forty seven posts. That's
what he called it in an interview. He's just done.
We'll play that for you as well. But first let's
get back to the Donald Trump and the Russia issue.
This was obvious a very big moment is President Trump
announced that the Ukraine and Russia war is going to

(01:06):
go into negotiations towards a ceasefire and suggested that talks
could take place at the Vatican. Donald Trump put it
this way on True Social saying quote, I just completed
my two hour call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia.
I believe it went very well. Russia and Ukraine will
immediately start negotiations towards a ceasefire and more importantly, an

(01:31):
end to the war. The conditions for that will be
negotiated between the two parties, as it can only be
because they know details of a negotiation that nobody else
would be aware of. The tone and spirit of the
conversation were excellent. If it wasn't, I would say so
now rather than later. Russia wants to do large scale

(01:52):
trade with the United States when this catastrophic bloodbath is over,
and I agree. There is a tremendous opportunity for Russia
to create massive amounts of jobs and wealth.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Its potential is unlimited.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
Likewise, Ukraine can be a great beneficiary on trade in
the process of rebuilding its country. Negotiations between Russian and
Ukraine will begin immediately. I have also informed President Zelensky
of Ukraine, as well as the President of the European Commission,
the President of France, President of Georgia, the President of Italy,
the Chancellor of Germany, and the President of Finland. During

(02:28):
a call with me immediately after the call with President Putin,
the Vatican, as represented by the Pope, has stated that
it would be very interested in hosting the negotiation. So
let the process begin, The President says in his statement,
Now Russian Ukraine again will immediately start negotiations towards a ceasefire.

(02:48):
That is the big moment here that everyone has been
waiting for. And part of what the President's clearly offering is, Hey,
if you guys do this deal and stop this war,
then we're going to trade with you again. And there's
very good chance that many of the sanctions that are
hurting your economy will disappear as long as you are
a peaceful Nason. After Trump talked with Putine, he spoke

(03:09):
with the Ukrainian President Zelenski as well as these other
leaders to let them know what they had talked about,
because it was in fact a very long conversation. Now,
one other thing about this story that I want you
to know is what the President actually had to say,
in his own words. I want you to take a
listen to this from President Trump talking about what happened

(03:30):
on this call.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Well, I want to thank everybody. We just spent two
and a half hours talking to Vladimir Putin, and I
think some progress has been made. It's a terrible situation
going on over there, five thousand young people every single
week of being killed. So hopefully we did something. We
also spoke to the heads of most of the European

(03:52):
nations and we're trying to get that whole thing wrapped up.
What a shame that it ever started in the first place.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Now, of course, the media is trying to find some
way to say that Donald Trump is bailing on these
negotiations after having a more than two hour conversation with
Vadimir Putin, right, because you can't give credit for real
leadership if you're in the media. So the press asked
the president this question about are you guys now taking
a quote back seat and walking away?

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Listen to the present response.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
I'm called with President Kuton today.

Speaker 5 (04:25):
You'd mentioned that the Pope would like to take a
role potentially and immediating these tasks.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Does that mean that you.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
As is taking a step back from No, no, no,
I think it would be great to have it at
the Vatican, maybe it would have some extra significance. And
I saw that it was discussed yesterday, so I thought,
and people told me that they'd be on there to
do it, I would imagine they would be, so No,
I think it would be maybe helpful. This tremendous bitterness anger,

(04:54):
and I think maybe that could help some of that anger.
So having it at the Vatican would be in Rome,
would be a very I think it'd be a great idea.
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Now, even the media is kind of shocked by the
President's leadership on this one. And I say kind of shocked,
and I roll my eyes because they shouldn't be. This
is part of what the President of the United States
of America said he was going to do. He said,
if you elect him, he's going to stop these wars.

(05:25):
No one should have doubted him when he said I
am going to stop these wars. And CNN says Russia
state News agency is also reporting that this was a
very effective call. I'm sure that was hard for them
to admit. Take a listen.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
We are told that the phone call between President Trump
and Russian President Vladimir Putin has ended. That's according to
a White House official. I'm going to get straight to
our chief international security correspondent, Nick Payton Walsh, Nick, what
are you learning?

Speaker 6 (05:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (05:59):
This is according to Russian state news agency Tasks, who
are giving us the first read out based on comments
made by Russian President Vadimir Putin, who emerged from this
phone call that he took at a music school in
the southern resort town of Sachi to say that it
lasted for two hours. He described it as frank and substantive.
Noted he said that Trump noted that Russia stands for
a peaceful settlement of the crisis in Ukraine. He said

(06:22):
Russia is in favor of stopping the fighting, but it's
unnecessary to develop the most effective paths to peace. He
also said that a ceasefire is possible upon reaching the
corresponding agreements, and that indeed a memorandum between Russia and
Ukraine may address that particular point. He said also that
the meeting in Istanbul we saw last week on Friday,

(06:43):
low level Russia sent there, suggests that quote, they're generally
on the right track, and he said he was very
appreciative of a conversation with Trump and indeed that Russia's
ready to work on a memorandum of a future peace
agreement and that Russia and Ukraine must find compromises that
suits both.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Sides, that suit both sides.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
So you step back from this for just a second,
and let's just go to what Donald Trump said, Vote
for me and I'm going to bring peace, not World
War III. Right, That's what Democrats always want to say.
Vote for me and I'm going to bring peace. That
is exactly what he's offering here. And the last Trump administration,

(07:24):
by the way, hit Russia where it hurt, sanctions, energy dominance,
and direct military action when necessary. That's what's gotten them
to the table now. Because Putin remembers he also knows
that Trump isn't bluffing. That's why he didn't move on
Ukraine during Trump's first term. This is exactly why the

(07:45):
president United States of America now has the upper hand.
This was also talked about today on TV as well,
just reminding people the truth about the past.

Speaker 8 (07:57):
The one strategic mistake that mister Putin made was another
brazen attack on civilians and civilian infrastructure. I think that
that awakens some in the White House, and it's and
it's it's the United States that holds holds all the
tools here, both economic and military. The last thing Vladimir

(08:17):
Putin wants to do is a return to the first
Trump administration, when his economy was broken by sanctions and
a low price for oil. He pegged his economy to
one hundred dollars a barrel. When Trump finally unleashes the
energy power of the United States, we're going to see
oil come back down again. And Putin will also know

(08:40):
that Trump can turn off the spigots to his banks
and isolate him in that in that regard, and do.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
You think, I mean, you just have to stop there.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
And you hear this, Vladimir Putin knows what happens when
you screw with Donald Trump. He also knows what happened
the last time he was president, and it absolutely didd dismantle,
straight up dismantle is economy. Why do you think he's
come to the table now. It's because of you go
back to Ronald Reagan. Power through strength, and that's exactly

(09:14):
what he's doing right now. It's now the month of May,
and eighty years ago this very month, the horror of
the holocausts, the final solution came to an end. But
do you know that half of all Holocaust survivors live
in Israel. The pain of the past now intensifies today

(09:35):
by October seventh and the rise of anti Semitism everywhere,
and along with other elderly Jews, thousands in Israel lived
below the poverty line.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
There's no safety net.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
That's why I support the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
and the Fellowship provides a lifeline to these precious ones
in the form of basic things like hot meals and
boxes full of healthy food. And for only twenty five
dollars you can out provide a nutritious food box to

(10:11):
a Jewish person in need in Israel. Better yet, three
hundred and fifty dollars provides hot meals for.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
An entire year.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
So if you are ready to stand with the people
in Israel, give generously by calling eight eight eight four
eight eight if CJ that's eight eight eight four eight
eight four three two five, or go online to give
it if CJ dot org.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
That's if CJ dot org.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I want to move now to the Supreme Court and
a massive victory for Donald Trump and his administration to
revoke amnesty for three hundred thousand Venezuelans. The Supreme Court
allowing President Donald Trump to end the Temporary Protected Status
known as TPS amnesty for more than three hundred thousand

(11:04):
Venezuelan migrants. It was an eight to one ruling, a
massive win for the Trump administration and for the rule
of law. The majority justice granted the emergency application filed
by the Trump administration that requests the court lift in
order from a California based US District Court judge named
Chen that prevented the administration from revoking the TPS protections

(11:29):
for one hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan migrants. Here is
how they explained it on ABC News.

Speaker 9 (11:37):
And Breaking News to bring you right now. The Supreme
Court giving the Trump administration the green light to terminate
Temporary Protected Status for about three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans.
That means no more protection from deportation and allowing them
to work legally in the US. Lawyers representing the government
argue a lower court decision undermined the executive branch and
its authority over immigration and foreign affairs, and the conservative

(12:00):
majority on the court agreed. Our immigration reporter and producer
Armando Garcia joining me. Now, so these protections they're over,
So what comes next? Can they still appeal or are
deportations coming?

Speaker 10 (12:13):
Now? Look, that's exactly what three hundred and fifty thousand
Venezuelans are asking themselves right at this moment. They're asking
whether or not am I still here in this country legally?
And perhaps most importantly for their families? Am I still
able to work legally in this country and provide for
my family? They don't know, and we got to remember
that on the way out the door, the bid An
administration chose to extend TPS protections for Venezuelans. When the

(12:37):
Trump administration came into office, they eliminated that extension. That
meant suddenly that hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans who thought
they were going to be protected from deportation, who thought
that they were going to be able to work legally
in this country until October twenty twenty six. Some of
them lost their status in April. Others are set to
lose their status in September. Right now, I'm sure they're
wondering what exactly comes next.

Speaker 9 (12:59):
So you had a chance to speak with a lawyer
representing TPS holders in the case. What did they tell you?

Speaker 10 (13:06):
And look, this is moving on so quickly. We're actually
expecting to hear from the lawyers any minute now. In
a press conference, I did speak with one of the
main litigators representing TPS holders in this case, and here's
what he said.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I thought this was a very stunning quote.

Speaker 10 (13:18):
He said, this is the largest single action stripping any
group of non citizens of immigration status in modern US history.
That the Supreme Court authorizes action in a two paragraph
order with no reasoning is truly shocking. And I think
we have to remember also that not only is TPS
Venezuela on theline, TPS Haiti, Cameroon and other countries are

(13:39):
sure to follow. So this is major implications for them.
They're wondering if the Trump administration can on a whim
abruptly and protections for Venezuelans, what does that mean for me?

Speaker 9 (13:48):
Armando Garcia, appreciate you bringing us the breaking news.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Yet again, another massive victory for the President of the
United States of America. And you look at this and
again it goes back to the application for stay that
was presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to
the Court as granted. The brief order says the March thirty, first,
twenty twenty five ordered entered by the United States Syster

(14:13):
Court for the Northern District of California. This was a
liberal judge and a liberal court trying to take away
the power of the presidency. Quote is stayed, penning a
disposition of the appeal in the United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Now.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
In a press release, the Immigration Reform Law Institute Executive
Director and General Counsel Wilcox noted that the Supreme Court
has repeatedly recognized that President Donald Trump's inherent authority to
exclude aliens aka illegal immigrants. The Supreme Court has repeatedly
recognized the president's inherent authority to exclude aliens, and inherent

(14:51):
clearly means he may exercise it even when he is
not guided by a specific statue. This is what the
Supreme Court is now said.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Litigation regarding the matter will continue in lower courts. One
of the attorneys who's representing the migrants, the illegal immigrants,
describe the decision as being quote the largest single action
stripping any group of non citizens of immigration status in
modern US history. My response to that is, well, good,

(15:23):
this is exactly what people wanted. And if you talk
about what's been happening with illegal immigrants. You just go
back to Tom Homan and what he had to say.
Take a listen.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
The morale of ICE and Borbital's at all time high
because they're getting to uphold the old they took and
they're enforcing the law. Borbitual and the Biden administration. I
met with Hunter Zom. They felt like uber drivers and
tourist agents. These men and women joined the ranks of
ICE and Borbitue to enforce law, meet the community safer,
and protect national security. I hear it all the time.

(15:56):
There's a lot of people in this country don't like me.
Many people walking up to me and thank me for
what I'm doing it and I'm not taking credit for
anything the success of the border and immigration enforcement. It's
President Trump and the men and women are wearing that uniform.
God blessings she every one of them. But I take
a pleasure in seeing it because in forty years of
doing this job, people always want to say, why are

(16:17):
you so emotional? And when he testsified, why are you
so emotional? On a network? Because they wore my shoes
for forty years, they don' understand why emotional. I've talked
to the little girls as young as nine years old
or breat multiple times by the cartel members. And when
you get to your knees and you talk to that
little girl and everything innocent and pure has been ripped
from her. When you listen to the lake and arriety
seventeen mens, that young lady fighting for her life, don't

(16:41):
just think, okay, a young woman died. Think of how
she died, the terror that she went through. And these
children are sexy assaulted. I stood back attract eailer in
nineteen dead people at my feet, that baked to death.
The illegal migration is not a victimus crime. And so
every sick person we take off the streets as bestly
child rapists, That makes us country much safer. Every illegal

(17:04):
and when we arrest public safety threat one at a time,
makes us country savor.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Homan, by the way, is exactly right.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
This is all about saving people's lives, protecting people, and
Donald Trump said it very clearly back in February when
the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Christyenome revoked one of
two of these TPS designations for Venezuelan migrants. Per CBS
News the time, the move by the Trump administration will

(17:31):
mean that an estimate three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans
covered under a twenty twenty three TPS designation will lose
their work permits and deportation protections two months after NOMES
decision is officially published. Venezuelans enrolled in TPS under an
earlier twenty twenty one designation will continue to have that

(17:52):
status through September, though those protections could also be phased
out now nomes are evocation of the amnesty for thousands
of Venezuela migrants comes after the former Department of Home
Wind Security Secretary of my Orcus extended the TPS amnesty
for almost a million illegals, yes, until twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
So this is about going back to law and order.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
If you go back to what my Orcis did, and
this was the headline at the time, so you understand it,
said Joe Biden's Border chief, Graham's amnesty to eight hundred
and fifty thousand migrants. You go back to when this happened.
President Joe Biden's pro immigration border chief has extended temporary
amnesty for eight hundred fifty thousand illegals and quasi legal
economic migrants until twenty twenty six, further suppressing American wages

(18:45):
and spiking their rents. The eighteen month expansion of the
Temporary Protection status known as TPS amnesty was announced by
the outgoing Border chief Alejandro Maiorchis. What day was this
January the tenth, so ten days before Donald Trump was
going to be sworn in. They knew they were screwing

(19:06):
the voters who voted for the opposite of this, and
they didn't care.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
The beneficiaries included two hundred and thirty eight thousand illegal
migrants from Al Salvador, who first got their status after
a two thousand and one earthquake that wrecked their home
nation's economy. So two thousand and one is how long
they've been playing this game out. The small nation's economy
is now growing amid the successful suppression of gang crime

(19:32):
by the nation's popular president. There So my Orkis's press
statement blamed bad weather for his refusal to send the
economic migrants back home.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
I'm not joking literally, they said it was bad weather. Quote.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
El Salvador's extension is based on geological and weather events,
including significant storms and heavy rainfall. In twenty twenty three
a year earlier, and twenty twenty four again in the
last year that continued to affect area he's heavily impacted
by earthquakes from two thousand and one. Translation, we're importing

(20:06):
migrants at record numbers, and we wanted to give the
middle finger to the voters and the Trump administration ten
days before he sworn in, and we were going to
screw the American people like we did for the last
four years. And that is exactly why Marcus decided to
do this. It's truly truly incredible. There's a man by
the name of James Comy. He's a former FBI director,

(20:28):
and there's one thing that's very clear from his tenure,
and that was that he had a bullseye on Donald
Trump and anyone else around him. Well, now Senator Tom
Cotton is asking the FBI Director Cash Battel to investigate
everything James Comy did at the FBI. The Sentence Intelligence
Committee chairman has formally asked the FBI Director Caspattel to

(20:51):
investigate James Comy after the disgrace, ex FBI leader posted
a cryptic message of eighty six forty seven on social media,
which was interpreted as a violent threat against President Donald Trump.
James Comy, who served as the FBI director after being
appointed by Barack Obama until he was fired by Trump

(21:13):
in twenty seventeen, took to Instagram on Thursday to share
a photo of seashells arranged that read eighty six forty
seven and yes. The number eighty six is a common
term used in the hospitality industry, as well as in
the military and intelligence communities, which can mean canceling an

(21:33):
order or to kill, murder, or execute judicially, according to
how it is used in the dictionary. Kmy deleted the
post after receiving accusations that he was calling for the
assassination of the president, and issued a statement which read
this way quote. I posted earlier a picture of some
shells I saw today on a beach walk, which I

(21:56):
assumed were a political meta. I didn't realize some folks
associated keywords. Some folks associated those numbers with violence. It
never occurred to me, but I oppose violence of any kind,
so I took the post down now. Patel announced that
he had been made aware of Komy's suspicious posts, stating

(22:18):
that his bureau is in communication with a secret service
and the director there Sean Kuran, the same man that
was there protecting the president when that assassin tried to
take him out, shooting his ear. Primary jurisdiction is the
Secret Service on these matters, and we the FBI, will
provide all necessary support, Patel also said, Homeland Security Secretary

(22:41):
Christy Nome also confirming that the Department of Homeland Security
and the Secret Service are quote investigating this threat and
will respond appropriately now. The Director of National Intelligence, Tolci Gabbert,
also appeared on Fox News with Jesse Waters to say
that Komy should be put behind balls, as she described it,
for issuing a direct threat against the president, and on Friday,

(23:05):
that's when Senator Tom Cotton sent a letter to Patel
officially asking him to review all FBI actions in which
the former director Komy was personally involved. Cotton's letter also
went on to note that Komy has quote politicized investigations,
been at the center of leaks, and obviously shown bias
against the Trump administration and supporters. The Intel Chair also

(23:28):
brought up Trump's own response to Komy's alarming Instagram posts,
which he issued during a portion of an interview that
aired on Fox News. According to the President eighty six
forty seven was a call for an assassination, saying this,
he knew what that meant. A child knows what it meant.
If your FBI director and don't know what it meant,

(23:51):
that meant assassination. And it says it loud and clear.
He wasn't very competent, but competent enough to know what
that meant. He did it for reason, and he was
hit so hard because people like me and like, what
is happening in this country? All this he is calling
for the assassination of the president. Trump went on to
add this, I don't want to take a position on it.

(24:13):
It will be up to Panbondy and all the great people.
I will say, I think it's a terrible thing when
you add his history to that. If you had a
clean history, he doesn't. He's a dirty cop. If he
had a clean history, I could understand if there were leniency,
I will let them make that decision. Cotton quoted the
President and the letter to tell writing in the words

(24:35):
of President Trump, he knew exactly what it meant. The
Center also commended the quick launch of investigation by the
Secret Service and thank the FBI for also offering support.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Now, you may not know why.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
James Comy may have actually posted this on social media.
It may be as simple as he actually just wanted
to sell a bunch of books, as one of his
other posts was about a new book coming out. Well,
James Comey was forced to go on MSNB let me
see to push out more state sponsored propaganda.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
And here is what he said about all of this.

Speaker 10 (25:06):
You were back in the middle of a political firestorm.

Speaker 6 (25:10):
Yeah, for walking on the beach with my wife. So
I don't know how we ended up here. Never occurred
to me that it was.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
By the way, I love how James Comy says he's
now being persecuted for walking along the beach with his wife,
and yet here we are.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
And then he says, it never occurred to me it was.

Speaker 6 (25:27):
Any kind of controversial thing. But that's the time we
live in.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
So take me back to the walk.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
On the beach.

Speaker 6 (25:32):
We were walking on the beach. We went to the
beach to prepare for this week, which was the launch
of my book, and to think about the book and
to prepare to ask answer questions about it. And we
were walking back towards the road and we saw in
the sand someone had arranged shells with numbers, and Patrice,
my wife, said, why would someone put an address in
the sand? And I said I don't know. And we
stood over it and I said, you know, I think

(25:53):
it's some kind of like political message, and she said,
you know eighty six. When I was a server, she
did a lot of work in restaurants. Meant to remove
an item from the menu when you ran out of ingredients.
And I said, well, to me, as a kid, it
always meant to leave a place to ditch a place.
I said, that's really clever. So then she said, you
just take a picture of that, and I did, and
I posted it on my Instagram account and thought nothing

(26:16):
more of it until I heard through her that people
were saying it was some sort of a call for assassination,
which is crazy. But I took it down. Even if
I think it's crazy, I don't want to be associated
with violence of any kind.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
At the end of the day, that's the story that
he's telling. It doesn't mean it's real. And this is
a guy that lies and hates Donald Trump. I don't
