able to go in stores and theatersand everything else. You remember Federal Reserve

chair Jerome Powell, he tested positivefor COVID nineteen again not long ago.
He is fully vaccinated and fully boosted. Recently he again got COVID again.
It seems like everybody who gets theCOVID shot are the ones that get the
COVID the most. And you knowwhat, it's true, because their immune

systems are disabled. It doesn't work. We know that shots, these shots
don't work. Now. Federal Reserveboard Chairman Ron Powell tested positive for COVID
nineteen recently and he was experiencing symptomsagain. And of course you might say,

he is. He is up todate on his COVID vaccines and boosters.
He was following to the t theCenters for Disease Control and Quasi Preventions guidelines.

about basking in the sun. Now, that might, on its face sound
to you to be strange, sincewe've all been scared. We've all been
frightened to stay out of the sunfor fear of getting skin cancer. And

inasmuch as it is true that ifyou get sun burned over and over and
over, your risk of skin cancergoes up, and the worst of it
being malignant melanoma. There's basil,sell, there's squam, and sells all
kinds of different forms of cancer skincancer, but melanoma is something you never

want to tangle with. And theway you stay out of that of course
is you make sure that you don'tget sunburned. And I want you to
know that from the outset here thatI'm not recommending you you go out and
you become a dried up raisin inthe sun by getting so much sun that
you get sunburned and you damage yourskin. No, no, no,
but we need sun. We musthave sun light on our skin to be

healthy. That's how our body makesvitamin D. Of course, we can
get small amounts but through our food, but most of it we should get
through sunlight. Small amounts of sunfrequently is a better way to go.
Now we find that basking in thesun helps to melt away body fat.

not only does it help melt awaybody fat being in the sunlight, it
also decreases your appetite. Now youmight be saying, well, isn't that

say we do not, do,not, have never and won't recommend anybody
get out and be a sun worshiperto the point where you get sunburned.
Small amounts of sunlight on a regularbasis is good for you and can help

improve your health on so many differentlevels. Now, researchers behind this study,
this new study out, we're soencouraged by their findings about how basking
in the sun helps melt away bodyfat and decreases your appetite. They were
so encouraged by their findings they believethere could be a way to harness the

benefits of ultra violet rays i e. Sunlight in a way that doesn't increase
cancer risk in order to treat obesityand the American overweight problem. And two

twelve week period of time, notsunburned small amounts frequently uv sunlight, no
matter if they change their diet ornot, are not going to gain weight.
And if you add to that maybesome exercise and some healthy lifestyle eating,
you're going to be a whole lotbetter off in the long run,

and you don't have to worry abouta rebound weight gain like you would the
minute you stop one of these drugslike ozemba or wegaby or Maderna or whatever,
and you blow up again and getworse. Ultraviolet radiation can boost caused
a boost in levels of the neurotransmitternor epinephrin, which plays a crucial role

animals gain weight. Research is foundthat when exposed to the sun or ultraviolet

physical activity. So if you reallygot some movement moving around, you paid
attention to your diet. You movedaway from the sugar and the junk food
and the ultra processed, highly processedfood, and started eating more fiber in

sunlight, and you took nutritional supplementsand had a positive mental attitude. My

burns energy to produce heat in thebody, and most of our body fat
is white fat, which stores energythat the body uses to fuel basic metabolic
processes and tough workouts. So withobesity and overweight can have a build up
of this white fat and to convertit hey get out in the sunlight.

Brown fat is good. Meanwhile,produces heat for the body by burning up
store energy and even though here inthe annal model, which is what they
did, they took in more calorieswhen their appetite increased, their bodies converted
it to heat by converting it towhite fat. I mean, this goes
back and forth. And the realtakeaway from this study from the lead researcher,

Doctor Lee, the co author ofthe study says, because UVXS sun
exposure can accelerate skin aging and promoteskin cancer, it is advisable to minimize
ultra violet exposure to the skin.And I am an advocate of that not
getting sunburned, and that's why Ihave said to you, do not get

sunburn Just go out get slow amountsof sunlight on a regular basis. Add
to your regiment of things to do. If you want to drop some weight
by exercising, and if you don'twant to get resistance exercise like using lightweights
or going into the gym, howabout walking. And if you're out of

shape, start off slow, buildup and try to get one hundred and
fifty minutes of walking in every weekout in the fresh outdoors with some sunlight.
And if you really want to takeit to the hoop and drop some
poundage, try taking like maybe fourtablespoons of raw apple side of vinegar,

general rule of thumb as far asthe water content that we need on a
daily basis is about half of ourbody weight in ounces of pure water per
day. Never drink sink water notgood. Find some purified form of water.

And being in this beautiful state ofHawaii like you are, you have
access to pure water for sure.So about half of your body weight in
ounces of water per day. Soif you weigh let's say one hundred and
fifty pounds, seventy five ounces ofwater per day, and don't try to

are out of sinc with the lowerchambers. It's an electrical problem basically,

You can be lightheaded with it,you can be short of breath.
The problem is the risk of clotsand other problems these episodes. So you
need to be into the doctor's carefor this particular problem. And I know
nobody wants to be on drugs foranything unless they absolutely have to until they

can get to the reason. Peoplewith these atre fibrillations have weakness within their
