two is the phone number to aska question about health or to make a
health related comment. And of coursemy website where you can always stay in
touch with me and stay a prizeof all the latest breaking news and health
and wellness that we post up there, plus the podcast library, recordings of
(03:59):
all past shows, and all thesocial media platforms over their Instagram x LinkedIn.
It's all there at doctor Bob dotcom spelling out the word doctor doctor
Bob dot com. In fact, this last week we had a health poll
question posted up on my website, and man, we got a lot of
activity based on this question. Now, if you were with us last week
(04:26):
and you happened to participate in that, appreciate that. But if you weren't
the health question, the health pollthat we had there on the site,
we have another one out there, and I'll tell you about that a little
bit later in the show. Butlast week we asked the question, should
ultra processed food such as donuts andFrench fries and cookies and soda pops,
(04:47):
that sort of thing you junk foodthat we all, at one time or
another consume. We all get intobecause it tastes great, it's fun,
sometimes it makes us feel better temporarily. We asked the question, should that
type of food, if it iscalled food, should it be banned from
(05:10):
selling that at schools and providing itin hospital cafeterias to stop those types of
junk foods from pushing aside the morenutritious foods that we all know we need
more of to stay healthy and toget well. Should that happen? Should
we ban these foods at a minimumfrom the school cafeteria or the hospital cafeteria
(05:38):
where we want to send messages topeople to try to do better and to
eat better. Yes or no?Well, that was the question at doctor
bob dot com that we asked you, and we had an amazing response.
But the results I was kind ofsurprised at the results, and I'll share
those with you momentarily. But forthose people who don't know what ultra processed
(06:01):
foods are, you know, it'ssort of like, what is your definition
anyway? What is an ultraprocessed food, doctor Bob? What kind of food
are you talking about here? Imay not eat any or I may eat
I may eat a lot of them, tell me please. Well, basically,
ultra processed foods definition wise is theseare foods that have added to them
(06:25):
fat added to them, sugar addedto them, salt. They are typically
low in protein, low in fiber, and these ultraprocessed foods almost always contain
artificial everything, including artificial coloring agents, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives. It's
(06:47):
food, folks, that is supposedto sit on a shelf and last for
the next three hundred years so thatit doesn't spoil, and the manufacturer of
that food doesn't have to get itback on the palette at the back of
their facility and have to pay thestore back some money. And of course
the grocers, the typical conventional grocers, love it because they can sit there
(07:12):
with it and have these long expirationdates on them and they don't spoil.
So it's a win win for everybodyexcept those people who are swallowing these altar
processed foods. Now, we're goingto get into the specifics so what they
are, and we'll tell you wherethey're what they're doing in Europe to try
to ban them. And that's whywe asked the question on my site to
(07:36):
get your opinion of whether or notthese foods should be banned at a minimum
in schools where young impressionable children are, where they're growing, where their bodies
are repairing themselves, where their littlebrains are processing things. We want them
to have high nutrition, don't wehigh octane fuel, not junk food all
(07:56):
day long. And we certainly wantin a hospital setting anybody getting over to
the cafeteria and consuming foods, don't. We want them to eat nutritious foods
and not sugar and excessive wrong fatsand salts and preservative everything. I mean,
most of them in the hospital arethere because they ate the wrong foods
(08:16):
decades and decades right now. That'sthe reason we asked the question, should
ultra process food junk food if youwill be banned from hospitals and schools?
Yes or no? No, Let'sget to the definition. What is a
ultra processed food anyway, doctor Bob, Well, let me just the best
(08:37):
way I can explain it to youquickest is say corn. Now, I'm
from Iowa. I love corn.I love sweet corn. We used to
go over there and go out intothe field and pick corn and eat it
right there on the spot. Yeah, chuck it, peel it, and
eat it right there raw. Andwhen we didn't want to do that,
(09:00):
we would take the corn in tothe home and peel it, boil it,
put a little butter on it.Man, was that good sweet corn?
I missed that. I really missthat Now that's a that's a food
that's as good as you can getminimally processed, I guess if you boil
it. But then on the otherend of the spectrum, what is altra
(09:22):
processing of the corn that was inthat field that I used to peel and
enjoy or boil and put a littlebutter on it. Well, then it
would be corn ships, you namethem. There's lots of cornships. And
don't get me wrong, a boy, I have consumed my fair share of
corn ships. I'll tell you that, with all kinds of preservatives and call
grain agents. I didn't care.I just wanted to taste and they were
(09:46):
so fun to eat. But nowadaysI'm a lot more careful with that.
I hope you are too. That'san altar processed food when you go from
corn in the field or minimally processedas in boiling it, all you have
to do and then eat it cornship. Another example would be like eating a
carrot, a raw carrot that's reallygood for you. You can save your
(10:07):
eyes, save your brain, helpyour immune system. What is an ultra
process carrot? Carrot cake which isnothing but sugar and wrong fat, artificial
caling agents no fiber junk food, even though I've had my fair share of
carrot cake, but I avoid ittoday. I don't want to become a
diabetic. I don't want to beobese. What's the last example I can
(10:28):
make? All right, that's anapple? What's wrong with eating an organic
apple instead of apple gummies for God'ssake, which more people are eating today
probably than they are a raw apple. So now you know what ultra processed
foods. I'll tell you the resultsof our poll when we come back from
this break. Stay with us.You are tuned into the Doctor Bob martinshell
(11:00):
because some I'm gonna stand by.Oh, it's all about living healthily and
living long and prosperous. Welcome orwelcome back to this hour the Doctor Bob
(11:22):
Martin Show on Doctor Bob. Thankyou so much for tuning into the program
today. Before we took the break, we were talking about a health pole
that we had on my website lastweek. A lot of you made the
effort to go over there and voteat doctor bob dot com to the question
should alter process foods such as donutsand French fries, cupcakes, cookies,
(11:46):
soda pops, all that you knowjunk food. Should they be banned from
schools and hospitals to stop those junkfoods from pushing aside more nutritious foods that
people in hospital certainly need and certainlygrowing students children should have. Should they
be banned because apparently whatever they're servingthere is not working right now, because
(12:09):
obesity is out of control and we'reone of the sickest nations on the planet.
Even though we spend the most money. We do some things great in
the healthcare system, as in crisistrauma medicine, but when it comes to
chronic illnesses and diseases, we're likef on the report card? What's wrong
with the picture? Could it besomething to do with what we eat in
(12:31):
our lifestyle? I think so.A lot of people were wondering about that.
But the question that was post onmy website at doctor Bob dot com
spelling out the where doctor last weekwas that question, should we ban these
foods in order to get rid ofit? Because whatever is working, whatever
is happening now, is not workingvoluntarily. It's not working. We can
see past examples, and I hateto you on certain things like this.
(12:54):
I want to have people have freechoices with their decisions. But man,
every one of us has to paywhen somebody makes all these wrong decisions.
I mean, we did this.We rained in smoking in the United States.
We banned smoking in certain areas.People can certainly smoke if they choose
to poison themselves and develop lung cancerand chronic obstructed pulmonary disease and epizema.
(13:20):
I mean, go for it,but don't let your cigarette smoke come in
contact with my nasal cavity. That'ssort of the theme here. And we
know that people's choices and decisions aboutwhat they're eating is certainly driving up costs
within the sick care system we havetoday. Here are the results of last
week's Health Pole question on should theseultra processed foods donuts, French fries,
(13:46):
cookies, et cetera be banned inschools, minimally and hospitals. I am
amazed. Fifty percent of you saidyes and fifty percent of you said no.
Now, rarely do we see thesepoles studies come out a dead draw,
even here. Usually it's one endto the other. Wow, I
couldn't believe it. So and again, it's certainly your prerogative, but we
(14:11):
wanted to get your view on this, and we appreciate that and respect whichever
way you voted. In Europe, they're trying to the International Congress on Obesity.
They had a lot of speakers there, and they're trying to find a
way to rain this in, tryingto find a way to ban these things
so that children don't have, atleast while they're in school, have opportunities
(14:33):
to eat this. So they're goingto present to them healthier food choices hopefully
change their behaviors that they're creating athome or somewhere else. And the same
thing with the hospital lie on Earth? Would we want to feed healthy foods
to sick people in hospitals to helpthem hasten the healing process rather than giving
them junk food, which likely gotthem there in the first place. And
(14:54):
so I voted yes on this eventhough I'm I'm a person who doesn't like
to force upon anything on anybody.I'm a libertarian on that level, but
I also recognize that there's so muchpressure today to do this. We need
to push people in the right direction. That sometimes when you attack certain things
(15:15):
or you ban certain things, itchanges the behavior. And it looks like
we need a big time change inthat behavior. Again, I want to
thank you so very much for participatingin that pole question fifty fifty Wow.
All right, now, let's moveon to the next topic we're going to
cover today. And I want toremind you also, coming up next hour,
(15:37):
if you didn't hear the first segment, I'm going to be interviewing a
doctor, very famous doctor. Iam so excited to interview her. Oh
what a joy it's going to be, what an honor. Is going to
be one of my heroes in life. And you'll hear her voice next hour,
so stick around. But I wantedto get into this information. You
(15:58):
know, we're all here now thatthere's still COVID out there, areas,
hospitals are seeing more of it.People were still having COVID out there,
But you might not know or recognizeor have not heard that flu shots do
and can. Getting a flu shotcan increase your risk of developing a brain
(16:21):
clot. That's true, and Ididn't even know that. I knew there
are certainly adverse reactions to any vaccine, but I didn't know flu shots specifically
caused the potential. And I thinkthere was like the last year I looked,
there was like fifty or sixty peoplewho after getting a flu shot developed
(16:41):
a brain clot, a blood clotin their brain. But that's not the
top that's really not the issue. The issue is COVID shots induce seven hundred
times more blood clots than flu shots. A shocking study finding that I was
totally unaware of this, even thoughI knew. COVID shots are often referred
(17:06):
to as the clot shots, butin the brain, even though we told
that. We were told initially thatCOVID shots won't leave your arm, they
don't go anywhere else, and yetwe find they're finding them the tissue and
all that in your lungs and yourovaries and your prostate, in other parts
of the body. They move allover the body. Now we know that
it can induce these clots in thebrain. A new pre print study from
(17:30):
doctor Peter McCullough, who is amedical doctor and a master's degree in public
health, former medical school professor, former medical journal editor, internist, epidemiologist,
Like you're going on about this guyis amazing, And several other research
scientists are revealing that coronavirus COVID nineteenshots they call them vaccines shots are far
(17:56):
more dangerous than seasonal flu shots whenit comes to inducing cerebral thrombotic syndromes,
also known as brain clots. Sevenhundred times more at risk are you when
you get a COVID shot than whenyou get a flu shot with respect to
getting a blood clot in your brainWHOA. The population based retrospective COHORT study
(18:23):
looked at rates of adverse events involvingcerebral thrombo ebnolism brain blood clots following injection
from COVID shot. It includes thedata from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System
Database, which is managed by theUS Centers for Disease Control CDC in quasi
(18:44):
Prevention and the US Food and DrugAdministration FDA. The research sciences compared these
cerebral thrombo embolism, blood clots brainclots rates after CODVID shots to what happened
when they noticed flu shots can alsocause brain clots. They don't happen very
(19:10):
often, and I think this likefifty or sixty or something in a year.
But seven hundred times more when youget a COVID shot, you're at
risk of developing a blood clot inyour brain. Seven hundred times the risk
of getting a flu shot, whichled them to discover that COVID shots are,
of course, obviously far more riskythan flu shots. In the three
(19:37):
years after covid shots were unleashed throughyou remember Operation Warp Speed when Fauci lied
to former President Donald Trump and allthe other minions there in the medical profession,
there have been five and thirty sevenreporters reported cases of these blood clots.
(20:02):
Comparatively, flu shots over the pastthirty four years have only caused fifty
two cases, so I guess it'snot even that often where you get a
blood clot from a flu shots. They've only had what fifty two of these
flu shot induced blood clots in thebrain over the last thirty four years.
(20:26):
Yet we're seeing thousands and thousands ofpeople developing these blood clots in their brain
after getting a COVID shot. Thisis what doctor Peter mccallaugh, MDMPH Epidemiologists
intern as Cardiologists is pointing out.He and his colleagues strong warnings about this.
(20:48):
We'll have some audio from him whenwe come back from this break,
So don't go anywhere you're tuned intothe Doctor Bob Martin show. Are you
waiting on a line. Next take, Are you waiting for the perfect night?
Are you waiting til the time isright? All right, Doctor Bob
(21:11):
Martin back with you. Thank youso very much for tuning into the program
today. Coming up, I'm goingto provide for you and play for you
an audio tape version of doctor PeterMcCullough, who is a medical doctor who
has a master's degree in public health. He's an epidemiologist, internist. The
(21:37):
list goes on and on with thisguy, one of the most published peer
review written doctors in America. Today, his admonition about these COVID shots and
how they can risk brain blood clots. I mean, that's just the tip
of the iceberg. Of course,we've talked about these things forever here in
(21:57):
the show, but I think it'sworthy because some people just are they're still
not convinced because their doctors are tellingthem to still get flush not flu shots,
well that too, but getting COVIDshots. Get another booster. Oh
you got COVID, Get another booster. Oh you haven't had COVID, Get
another booster. And all these doctorswho are taking these COVID shots are all
(22:18):
getting COVID. Of course, Ohwhere do you go with this insanity.
Okay, So we'll get back tothat shortly. I also want to let
you know, if you're just tuninginto the program, we're going to take
callers also phone call our phone callsfrom the Doctor Bob Martin Show Caller hotline.
People calling into our hotline asking questionsabout their own personal health or leaving
(22:41):
health related comments. We're going toget to that also, So don't go
anywhere that number. By the way, if you want to access it and
leave a question about your health orhealth related comment, you may do so.
The number to our Doctor Bob MartinShow Caller Hotline is eight hundred six

(23:03):
twenty two. Now you may befeeling fantastic, and I'm so glad in
learning that, but if you're notcall that line. If you have somebody

friend, neighbor, give them thisnumber. Send this number out on your
social media. That's fine. DoctorBob's taking questions on this number on your
Instagram, your your Facebook, whatever. I'm fine with that. Eight hundred
(23:26):
six zero six eighty eight, twentytwo, and of course the website doctor
Bob dot com spelling out the worddoctor. We'll get to that audio tape
momentarily with doctor Peter McCullough, MD, epidemiologist about what his his findings were
with these other doctors of his, these researchers, about how these COVID shots
are causing a major uprising, amajor increase seven hundred times the risk of
(23:51):
blood clots in the brain. We'llget to that momentarily. Bit first this
I just mentioned that he's a cardiologist, doctor mccallaugh, and he is.
We all know how important the heartis. I mean, many people are
out of the belief that heart attacksand heart disease is the number one killer
of man. Well it's close. It's number two, after medical miscare.
(24:15):
But we need to take care ofour hearts. We all know. We
need to eat better, we needto get our exercise, get our sleep,
lower our stress levels. It's hardin this life to do all that,
especially when we're chasing money, becausewe have all this debt and stress
on us and obligation, and itputs a tremendous burden on our heart health.
(24:37):
Even if we try to do allthe right things. Your heart is
so critical to your overall good health. Your heart is so responsible for pumping
all the nutrient rich blood throughout yourbody, supplying that important oxygen, and
helping to remove all those toxins andwaste from your body. That's why you
need to maintain your heart. AndI want to tell you something exciting that
came out of a research diversity talkingabout how this special herb called red sage.
(25:04):
Have you heard of the herb redsage, specifically red sage, How
this herb is showing incredible promise topeople and humans who want to protect their
heart health and maintain their heart. The good news is based on this research,
there's now a supplement in the marketplacecalled red Sage Plus from a company
(25:26):
by the name of Terry Naturally Vitamins. This heart health formula supports healthy circulation
to keep your cardiovascular system strong andhealthy. The research came out of the
University of Monastea in Tunisia, discoveringthat red Sage the herb, improves insulin
sensitivity and reduces inflammation. Those arekey factors in heart disease almost every single
(25:48):
time. The scientists concluded that redSage the herb maybe a powerful natural alternative
that can support healthy blood sugar levelsas well, because we know that a
lot of people who have blood sugarproblems end up with heart problems. The
supplement in the marketplace today, redSage Plus from Terry Naturally Vitamins, combines
(26:10):
the power of HRS sixty five, red Sage and red gencing to help maintain
blood vessels and arteries and support healthyblood pressure and cholesterol balance already in normal
limits. Red Sage hr S sixtyfive delivers powerful cell protecting antioxidants to maintain
optimal artery health, while the HRGeighty red gencing is an adaptogen clinically studied
(26:32):
to help show that when you're takingthis, you're more resilient in the face
of occasional stress, a major factorin hard health. So you're invited to
support your cardiovascular system, your bloodblood sugar balance, and manage your stress
more effectively by taking red Sage plusthe supplement from Terry Naturally Vitamins. You
(26:55):
can find it at your local healthfood store ask for it red Sage Plus
from ten Terry Naturally Vitamins, andif you can't find it, go over
to Terry Naturally Vitamins dot com TerryNaturally Vitamins dot Com for red Sage plus.
All right, now, as promised, we're talking about how COVID shots
induce seven hundred times more brain clotsthan flu shots do. Here's what doctor
(27:21):
Peter McCullough had to say about thatin an interesting recent interview. Go doctor
mcculluch were so glad to have you. We're in the middle of a presidential
election. Don't know if you noticed, but we saw that debate last week.
What do you think we should behearing from President Trump about healthcare?
(27:42):
My patients told me they were disappointedwith the debate. You know, no
significant questions on the healthcare front fromthe CNN moderators, really, nothing volunteered
from Trump or Biden. The biggestissue on people's minds about five to ten
percent of those who took one ofthe COVID nineteen vaccines have a new medical
(28:03):
problem and they're seeking medical attention.I think what Trump should do is he
should come out and just say listen, he did his job during the pandemic.
He was lied to by Anthony Fauci. The vaccine safety problems all emerged
under the Biden administration. We're notintended to, and that if Trump gets
back in office, he's going toinvestigate this and make it right. Every
(28:26):
single week, doctor mccullull was seeingmore proof that the dam is breaking regarding
the truth about these vaccines. Andthat's whether it's new data showing how dangerous
they are, course ruling it wasn'treally a vaccine at all, as we
all said, or lawsuits being broughtagainst the pharmaceutical company. How important are
these developments. People want justice. We now have five states suing Pfizer for
(28:52):
fraudulent, deceptive trade practices. Thiswill quickly extend to Maderna Jansen in Novavax
in the United States. Now twopapers out, one from Alessandria and one
from coup Bander Italy and Germany respectivelyshowing the vaccines are increasing all cause mortality
and populations. Doesn't look good. The vaccines need to be pulled off the
(29:14):
market and we need investigations. Justiceshould be served. Okay, so there
you have it. Wow, I'mglad to hear. I am glad to
hear that doctor Peter McCullough is andhis research scientists are uncovering these things so
(29:37):
that we can learn about this problemand hopefully not make the same mistake in
the future. And we appreciate hiswork, his diligence in that area.
We're going to go to your telephonecalls and questions after we take this break.
So stay tuned. You're tuned intothe Doctor Bob Martin Show. So
(30:15):
I'm a buzzer number, simoncible.They have one never singles a I'm so
confident I'm mostoppable today. All right, it's the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
(30:38):
I think that should be the newuh, the new theme music for former
President Donald Trump because, as weall know, last week he dodged a
bullet. I'm well, you reallydidn't dodge it. It actually hit him.
A horrifying, horrendous thing occurred alittle over a week ago, as
many of you know, it's allover the news, where there was an
(31:00):
attempted assassination of his life and hecame up strong, and thank goodness,
he did, and we wish himwell. It's tragic that there was a
death associated with the bullet hitting aman in the head. There are two
people who are critical in the hospital. We wish them well. We send
(31:21):
our condolences to the family members ofthe deceased. It's a scary world out
there, folks, it sure is, but you just got to keep going.
All right Now, I want toturn our attention to a very important
topic, and that is your phonecalls, your questions. You call into
our caller hotline at eight hundred sixzero six eighty eight twenty two to get
(31:45):
help, and I'm here to helpyou, and I'll do my best to
help you. That's what the callerhotline number is all about. Your access
twenty four seven three sixty five toyours truly, so that you can ask
me personally question about you or somebodyyou care to call in on behalf of
that's fine. Or if you wantto make a health related comment, you
(32:06):
may do that. You may alsocall in and Rea, you know heap
praise on the host if you want, we'll take that. We call that
a health stroker. Something maybe youlearned on the show and you put it
into action and you've your health improvedand you want to complement the hosts.
You may do that. That numberagain, Jot it down for safekeeping so
you always have it. Pass iton to sick people that you want to
have get well naturally. Eight hundredsix zero six eighty eight twenty two one
(32:31):
eight hundred six zero six eighty eighttwenty two the website doctor Bob dot com
spelling out the word doctor doctor bobdot com. All right, first up,
we say hello to Chuck, who'scalling in from Lexington, Kentucky.
Chuck from Lexington, Tennessee. Myquestion, Mary is I found out I
(32:53):
have a genetic disorder which makes memulti drug resistant, and I want to
know where I can find information onwhich drugs that may be resistant too because
of my ABC one gene. Okay, thanks, Chuck, Sorry about messing
(33:14):
up the state you're living, andthere is a Lexington, Tennessee as well
as Kentucky. All right, Yes, there are the possibilities of being multi
drug resistance based on genotypes, basedon your genes, but I just think
that is so rare that I thinkmore and more we're seeing multi drug resistance
(33:37):
based on over exposure to multi drugs. The average person over the age of
sixty five is on six or moredrugs. And now you know this because
you're hearing about all this antibiotic drugresistance that's going on. People getting antibiotics,
the miracle drug that it is tostop bacteria from killing people in certain
(33:59):
instances being used too much, mostlythrough doctors prescribing to their patients antibiotics when
they ought not be doing that forevery little sniffle, every single sneeze,
every viral infection, viruses don't respondto antibiotics, etc. And now we
find ourselves behind the eight ball,if you will, and with all this
(34:22):
drug resistance, So this could extendto that. So it may not have
anything to do with the gene issuethat you have, because when did this
start happening, Chuck. Was itfrom day one in your life or did
it happen later in your life? And if it happened later in your life,
it was probably from the very medicaldrugs you've been taking. Just to
clear the turf there, to getyou a focus, because your doctor will
(34:45):
probably blame it on your genes.Doctors tend to do that. They don't
want to blame it on their prescribinghabits and what maybe has occurred. All
right, I said enough there,But there are places you can actually get
tested for these genotype what are calledgenome genotype methods, UH, which are
pharmacogenic testing pharmacogenic testing labs. Iknow one, it's called QUEST Diagnostics.
(35:12):
You might want to call them andsee if they do pharmacogenic testing so that
you can test for multi drug resistantgene or genotype methods. And their number,
and I look this up for youhere as we were talking. The
number is one eight sixty six geneg E n E Info. You just
(35:34):
type that in, you know,on your touchtne phone one eight sixty six
gene info or one eight sixty sixfour three six three four six three and
you'll get a hold of Quest Diagnosticslaboratories who do these genotype method tests for
multi drug resistant genes. But againI I you know, I think it's
rare. I think it's probably beeninduced by medical care more so then it
(36:00):
is your genes. We like toblame genes when we can't figure problems out.
That way it gets, you know, it lets the doctor and the
medical profession off the hook as towhat they have done to you over time,
with the ill advised over prescribing ofthe drugs, and the prescriptions and
(36:22):
the overcounters, as you know, putting band aids on conditions instead of trying
to search out and trying to figureout what the cause of the problem is.
Changing that person's lifestyle up and givingthem advice as to how to live,
how to decrease stress, how toeat better, how to exercise more,
how to take supplements, how totake care of the frame of their
(36:43):
bodies by seeing more chybropractors and massagetherapists and acupuncturists and anybody else that does
bodywork. All of that is necessaryto stay healthy. But I thank you

were just talking about decaffeinated coffee.I drink decaffeinated tea and I wanted to
(38:37):
know if that this is Ruth fromIndependence, Iowa, and I want to
know if that can affect the teathat I might be drinking. So if
you can give an answer back,i'd appreciate that. Bye, and thank
you. You're welcome, Ruth.Thank you for your phone call. Yes,
(39:00):
the decafe process, which I talkedabout in a past show does occur
both in coffee mostly, but itcan also occur when they try to decaffeinate
tea. But if you're using herbaltea that doesn't have any caffeine in it
(39:20):
to begin with, let's say likecamomile or peppermint or something like that,
you don't have to worry about it. But I in order to get the
caffeine away from the coffee bean oraway from a plant that they're using that
typically has caffeine in it. They'regoing to have to take something some type
of a chemical solvent sort of stuff, like I had discussed in a previous
(39:43):
show talking about how they use aschemical which is a carcinogenic agent to human
beings and animals called methylene chloride, which is what's used to decaffeinate coffee and
some teas. But if you're drinkingcaffeinated tea, yeah there's a risk.
(40:04):
But there is a process, whichI talked about in that segment that I
did on decaf coffee, how they'reusing this methylene chloride and they're trying to
ban it. They banned it inother countries. There are options. You
can get decaffeinated coffee and I thinkdecaffeinated tea by using the Swiss decaf process,
(40:24):
which is using a water system toget rid of the caffeine. But
as I mentioned on the show, you can also go to natural grocery stores
or other health food stores and getTsino herbal coffee which has no caffeine in
it. Tsino Herbal Coffee. There'sa whole bunch of them out there in
the marketplace. Thank you for yourphone call. Stay tuned, I'm doctor
(40:45):
