eighty eight twenty two. Eight hundred six zero six eighty
eight twenty two. And of course my personal website where
all things live as in podcasts of past shows, news

(02:29):
from around the globe, you name it, it's over there
at doctor Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor
doct r Bob dot com. Let's start off with asking
you if you remember loathing having a nasal swave test

(02:51):
for COVID nineteen. Do you remember that. Oh, my gosh,
I remember it. It's painful to go back there. In
my mind's eye, I was nasal raped by these swabs
being jammed up my nasal cavity. It felt like the
nurses who were doing it, they were trying to find
something in my brain that didn't exist. It was unbelievable.

(03:14):
How about you terrible test to experience these tests, and
we didn't need them after all, and we found out
they were bogus to begin with. They just don't work
that according to the latest scientific evidence these PCR tests,
does that ring a bell? PCR tests shows that they're

(03:36):
unable to determine beyond a reasonable doubt that such positivity
to these tests corresponds, in fact to the infection of
a person with this SARS COVID two or COVID nineteen.
That's what the European Court has finally determined that these

(04:01):
PCR tests are ninety seven percent unreliable. And here they
are jamming these things up our nasal cavities. Before we
were able to get on airplanes and do all kinds
of things and move about in society. It was a
terrible thing. Well, they're waking up in Europe and hopefully

(04:21):
they'll finally cough it up and admit and they don't
work here in the US as well, So stick around.
We'll see what happens, because according to the current scientific
evidence these PCR tests itself, they're unable to determine beyond
a reasonable doubt that the positivity actually corresponds to somebody
being infected with COVID nineteen. Reaffirming an earlier decision from

(04:47):
a lower court, Portuguese judges have ruled that four German
citizens were illegally quarantined im portable during the coronavirus COVID
nineteen pandemic based on fraudulent PCR testing, the same testing
we got here in the US, which was found to

(05:09):
be upwards of ninety seven percent unreliable. Talk about a bust.
The four Germans who visited Portugal for holiday tested positive
for the coronavirus based on the PCR that stands for
polymerase chain reaction. By the way, test, which the Portuguese
justice system admitted are not a scientifically valid way to

(05:33):
detect the presence of COVID, and at the end of
twenty twenty, the tourists tested positive for the COVID were
ordered to stay in their hotel over the summer after
one of them tested positive for the coronavirus in a
PCR test. The other three were labeled close contacts and
therefore made to quarantine as well. Now, the Lisbon Appeal

(05:58):
Court ultimately ruled that the Azores Regional Health Authority violated
both Portuguese and international law by forcing the four Germans
to remain isolated and hold up inside of a hotel,
and the judges in the case ruled that only a
doctor can diagnose a person with a disease, not politicians

(06:21):
based on faulty PCR testing, and so the judges they railed.
They railed on PCR testing in general, writing the conclusion
of their thirty four page ruling that the protocol is
bunk from a scientific perspective. And the reason it's bunk,

(06:42):
ladies and gentlemen, just so you know that in the
United States and in Europe, the typical cycle threshold, which
is the test where they take the sample of your
nasal excretions on that Q tip, you know that they
jammed up into your brain and your eyes were water
and you're burning. It was terrible. I will never allow

(07:04):
that again, ever, and I hope you don't either your
choice though ultimately, but ultimately, the typical cycle that these
tests have to go through when they analyze them on
these machines was set at thirty five to forty cycles
as they're trying to look for tiny little fragments of

(07:26):
viruses as it rolls by and then the machine records it.
But experts say that even thirty five is far too
high to be accurate. In other words, if you keep
spinning that machine, you're going to find fragments of viruses
that you had like ten years ago, twenty years ago,
maybe when you were a child, will show up and

(07:49):
indicate a positive. And then they just assumed that you
had COVID and you couldn't go anywhere, and you were isolated,
and you were prescribed or committed another drug perhaps or
another vaccine that didn't work in the first place. So
what happened was many of these health experts were suggesting

(08:11):
a lower threshold of how many times the machine has
to see the substance floating by twenty five to thirty
revolutions of this machine that's spinning around trying to electronically
spot these little tiny fragments of viruses, proteins from the

(08:34):
virus to indicate that you possibly It wasn't specific by
the way to COVID at all. It was just guesswork
from the get go. It was the only thing we had.
It was the only game in town. And it was
a game because it was a total control factor. They
didn't know it was. They just aren't accurate. You keep

(08:54):
spinning that thing and then you're going to get the
conclusion that you want. And that's exactly what they knew
from the outset, that you might find an active virus
and acute virus in the very beginning, maybe a half
a dozen spins around the machine. But then if you
keep spinning because you can't find the outcome that you want,

(09:16):
that you're looking for, and you keep going thirty five,
forty and beyond, you're going to find something. Something in
that person's history is still inside of the secretions within
their body, whether it's ten years ago or twenty years
ago or thirty years ago. That's why this test is bogus.
It doesn't work. It may be three percent accurate. And

(09:40):
they relied upon this test as PCR test throughout America
to determine who had and who didn't have COVID. Can
you believe this? Well, they woke up in Europe about this.
They understand this in Europe. We don't understand it yet

(10:01):
here because it was you know, it's all based on
a lie to begin with. The pharmaceutical companies love it
because they got their needs met, and we got shafted
as citizens having a test being exposed on us, foistered
on us, to control us, to sequester us based on

(10:24):
faulty science. So next time something happens and somebody comes
at you with a PCR test, hopefully you'll remember this.
I sure will. Whether it's an asal swab of throat
swave saliva stuff, it doesn't matter. Ask is this PCR?
By the way, Well that didn't work. I'm not interested? No,
thank you? All right, stand by. We're gonna have a

(10:46):
special guest joining us shortly here, Doctor Tony o'donald up.
You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Will be
right back.

Speaker 3 (11:00):

We call that a stroker. You can do that as well.
And our phone number toll free nationwide eight hundred six
zero six eighty eight twenty two eight hundred six zero
six eighty eight twenty two, and of course the website

(12:03):
doctor Bob dot com, d oct O, r Bob dot com,
all Things Instagram, x for the Twitter, LinkedIn podcast library,
news from an it's all there, All right, We're gonna
turn our attention now to an important topic that every
one of us should be focused on, and that is

(12:23):
what we're putting in our mouths are pie holes? What
are we eating? What are we consuming? Are we eating
our way to health? Or are we damaging ourselves with
our fork and spoon with poor decisions. We all hear
from all the experts supposedly that we should be getting
seven to Maybe I've heard all kinds of number seven

(12:45):
to twelve servings of fruits and vegetables. Every day. Who
does that? Who can even do that? I have a
difficult time doing it, especially when I'm busy and on
the road. I know I need to. We all need to,
because we know that food is our medicine, and if
we get the right medicine, it will reduce our risk

(13:06):
of diseases going forward that are primarily preventable, and most
of them are preventable. So I decided we would tackle
this subject. I'm hearing and seeing more and more commercials
on television encouraging people to eat more fruits and vegetables,
how about you. And I'm looking at that, going gosh,

(13:29):
some of that looks good, but some of it it
looks bogus to me. And you may have heard the
expression in the past superfoods. What are super there's a
superfood out there. I've never seen one listed as I'm
going down through the produce aisle. Oh there's a superfood, honey,
pick it up. No, no, no. So we've decided to

(13:52):
look at this and dissect it and try to figure
it out. And to do that, we've recruited a special
guest who happens to be an author of fifteen or
more books. One of them happens to be entitled Miracle
Red superfoods that heal, so listen up, and also green

(14:15):
greens are good for you and green superfoods that he
all of that. His name is doctor Tony O'Donnell. He's
a nutritionist, author, speaker, TV and radio host, humanitarian. Doctor
Tony's career as a nature bath has led him through
a remarkable life and a wealth of knowledge and experience,
making him one of America's leading leading experts in the

(14:40):
area of nature pathic medicine. As a certified herbalist and nutritionist,
Doctor Tony has motivated many to change their lives for
the better and we can use that enforcing the principle
that if you feel better, you perform better. His passion
is helping others has led him to an incredible career

(15:04):
teaching the art of a healthy lifestyle. Also known as
the herb Doctor, He's been on many television networks including ABC, NBC,
Fox News, CNN, and many others, and as I mentioned
from the outset, he is an author of fifteen books
on healthy living, wellness, and personal empowerment. And we welcome

(15:30):
to the Doctor Bob Margin Show Doctor Tony o'donald. Good Day,
to you, doctor o'donald.

Speaker 4 (15:35):
Hello, doctor Bob. It's nice to hear your voice. Thank
you for the nice introduction. I appreciate you, you bet,
thank you.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
For being here and spending time with us. So, doctor o'donald,
what about superfoods and why, in your opinion should we
eat more of them?

Speaker 4 (15:53):
Well, I became fascinated with let's just say colored superfoods
one I that's what they were designated as well. When
I first came from my native Ireland, I really didn't
know anything other than a potato, a glass of milk,
and some salt and pepper and meat once in a while.
But I was a sickly child. I was always at
the doctor. I was always seeking answers to my health,

(16:13):
because scripture says, whatever you are seeking, doctor Bob is
also seeking you. So I was seeking answers to my health.
And I started to meet all these wonderful healers and
herbalists and nutritionous in Santa Monica and San Diego respectively,
at various health expos and I started looking at these
foods and then I thought I should try some. So
I tried it, and I remember the first time I tried,

(16:35):
which is called a green superfood smoothie at a health
Thanks Phe in Florida, and literally, doctor Bob, I could
feel my body responding in the most positive way, saying
you need this, You've been missing this because we live
on in this country, particularly ding Dong's donuts, big gulfs,
French fries, soda, pup, pizza, pepsi, prozac, wheat, and consume

(16:59):
copious amunds of all the wrong stuff and very little
plant based. So superfood technically historically has been used for
thousands of years by indigenous tribes from around the world
in the rainforest, the hunters of the Book of Indians,
the azerbijanis the Chiti Kakins, and they have historically been
telling us how powerful these superfoods are. And we know

(17:20):
that the further away we get from the land, the
circle we become, and the closer we stated the land,
the healthy we become. Hence the name superfoods. For example, dandelion,
my taki, shitaki, cordyceps sprouts. These types of vegetables are
called superfoods based on historical use and efficacy and potency.

(17:40):
People feel the difference, hence the terminology is superfood.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Well, doctor Tony, you know, you could make a rap
sound rap song out of that when you took off
on the prozac and the ding dongs and all that stuff.
I mean, if you have to down the road, that
would be really cool to hear.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
Yeah, probably try that one day, all right, Sothy?

Speaker 2 (18:01):
A new type of health Yeah? Who else? Hey, but
this is working for you to keep your day job.
Please we need you, yes, doctor Tony. What type of
health benefits do the scientific studies show when superfoods are consumed?
Is there science behind these superfoods?

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Yes, you know it's interesting. I travel, as you know,
doctor Bob, all over the country, do an ABC, NBCCBS,
Fox News Morning news segments on various shows, which I'm
thankful and grateful to the producers for having me on
because they're open minded. We were locked on for three years,
which was egregious and wrong and put an unlicensed experimental

(18:38):
vaccines in our body that has not caused a cascade
of problem. So the problem of problems. So the benefits
that people derive are improved mood, mental acuity, energy, less fatigue.
They're in a powder form. Most of these superfoods are
in a powder form. They're cold process because when you
heat anything over one hundred and ten one hundred and

(18:59):
fifteen degrees far height, you destroy enzymatic activity and consequent
to the future life of the plant. So these superfoods
have no heat used. So you take them in a
glass of water or juice of choice and you mix
them up. So people feel an improvement in hair, definitely, skin, definitely, nails,
and they also drop a few pounds as well, and

(19:19):
their elimination is better as a result, so an overall
feeling of well being, happiness, life. If you have lifeless hair,
this would help you tremendously. If you have poor hair
scanning and nails, that's usually an indication that your dietary
habits are not great. You're not getting enough biotin, you're
not getting enough hyaluronic acid, you're not getting enough of
the good stuff, the vitamin A, the vitamin D, the

(19:41):
vitamin C. So these green superfoods, traditionally most of the
powders that we see out there, and indeed in capsule
form as well if they're a vegetarian, cap have ninety
minerals roughly twenty two aminoasis and sixty five percent protein.
And it's all about this is something that's really important,
Doctor Bob. For your listeners, it's all about absorb, option
and assimilation. If you can't absorb these superfoods, and if

(20:04):
you can't assimilate, then you can't get the benefits.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
So true, you're listening, ladies and gentlemen, to doctor Tony O'Donnell,
author of Miracle Red Superfoods that Heal and greens are
good for your health. You co author that, I think
with a pharmacist by the name of doctor Earl Mindel,
very famous pharmacist you know, quite some time ago. So

(20:30):
obviously you have a lot of expertise, Doctor Tony, in
this area. When we come back, let's delve into this deeper,
doctor Tony, about these superfoods and why it is that
Americans are not getting them at the grocery store in
the produce aisle, and we'll sort of look at that

(20:51):
and figure it out. Stay with us, ladies and gentlemen.
You're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show. We'll be
right back.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
Are you waiting on a line next, Jake?

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Are you waiting for the perfect night? Are you waiting
to the time is night? By w f up?

want to take the wheel?

Speaker 2 (21:18):
And stead don't you beat another man?

Speaker 4 (21:22):
Why? Wait?

(24:07):

back to our special guest, doctor Tony O'Donnell. The topic
is superfood miracles from nature or is it hype ladies
and gentlemen with a very high price tag? And I

(24:27):
asked that because I'm seeing commercials all over television these days,
and people, you know, I won't even name names here.
If you see these, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
And you see these little pills, and you see a
commercial they even show the vat of these powders that
are gonna go into these pills. And the first thing
that caused me to get my antenna up in the

(24:50):
air is while I was watching this commercial, I was
seeing this, these two different bottles of superfoods, if you will,
there's supposedly a red bottle and a green bottle. And
as I was looking at because I've seen and I've
been in factories, and I've been in these manufacturing places

(25:11):
where they put these supplements together, many of them over
the years, and I know what a superfood looks like.
And when I look down inside those vats and I
saw this faded out red color that was going to
go into this really red bottle, faded out red color
that was in that vat. I thought, oh, they're using
a lot of fillers in there, a lot of corn
and a lot of vegetables that might not be that great,

(25:33):
even though corn is fine as a fiber. Not much
nutrition though. And then I saw the green one, and
the green one also looked you know, it looked faded
to me like there was just a lot of cheap fillers.
And then I thought, I wonder if it has any
organic ingredients in it. Of course it doesn't because it
doesn't even talk about it, so of course it's trying

(25:54):
to avoid that topic. And so look, if you're taking
capsules of supposed superfoods, and you're taking three of this
and three of that, you're getting a minuscule amount of
what you really need in a day. Here in this conversation,
we're talking about superfoods by the scoop, by the scoop,
and scoops are big, I mean the scoop. Let me

(26:16):
ask doctor Tonio Donald, Doctor Tony O. Donald, you probably
have seen these commercials too. You deliver with something that
you have put together and that is radiant greens and
pomegranate plus, pomegranate plus being the reds super food product,
and the radiant greens being all things green that's good

(26:39):
for you. You have put that together in a scoop
form where people can use it in any liquid, any
of their favorite beverage, any smoothie. And when I look
at a scoop of that, I'm thinking, gosh, that would
be like a half a bottle of these other little
tiny pills that I'm seeing on television. Plus the brightness
of the radiant greens and the brightness of the pomegranate

(27:04):
plus you almost need sunglasses compared to the other one
because they are so bright compared to the diluted forms
that other people are being duped over in my opinion,
your opinion, please, sir.

Speaker 4 (27:17):
Thank you doctor Bob for that. There is a lot
of products in the marketplace to do a lot of good.
I tend to avoid being hypercritical of a lot of
those companies. Mind you, some of them they're here today
and gone tomorrow. I've been doing this business for thirty
forty years now because of the thickness that I had
in my family back in my native Ireland. Scripture says,

(27:39):
whatever you are seeking is also seeking you. So I
was seeking answers to my health, and I've found that
color is crucial in the fight against degenerative disease and
degenerative disease meaning you know, arthritis, osioporosis, cancer, heart attacks.
While I make no claims about any of those things,
we do know that we need to be consuming, doctor Bob,
at least thirteen servings of French fruits and vegetables every

(28:02):
single day, but eighty six percent of the US population
hardly eat any. When we look at the stats from
the CDC. If you can trust the CDC, forty percent
of all Americans will be diagnosed with cancer at some
time in their lifetime. And that age group is usually
when we're hit with cancer, somewhere between forty and sixty
four years old. Six hundred thousand plus people die every

(28:22):
year of cancer. I lost my father to heart disease,
lost my fiancee cancer, lost my mom to ill health.
So this is why I'm on a mission. And here
are some stats that just came out, doctor Bob. I
looked at these last night. Only twelve point two percent
of the general population meet the daily fruit intake and
nine point three percent meet the required vegetable intake, which

(28:46):
is just incredible, and kids get hardly any They think
that French fries is a vegetable. It technically is, but
it's lathered and saturated fat and oils. So we have
a real issue. So I wanted to address that. That's
why I put my radiant green means unpomegranate power in
a powder form so you can mix it as a
smoothie so it gets rapid absorption into the bloodstream right away, deodorizes, cleanses, detoxifies,

(29:10):
balances the pH levels, and also it gives you seven
to nine surveyings of fresh fruits and vegetables for serving.
And that's what the greens, and the same with the fruits,
so you mix the two together their sister products so
you don't have to deal with a lot of synthetic capsules.
You don't want that line in your gut, particularly doctor Bob,
when you already have a compromised gut. That's an issue, all.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
Right, an Tony. When we come back from this break,
I want to get into more of this because I
have friends of mine medical physicians who are telling me
the cancer seventy percent of the time is a nutritional disease.
It's a food related disease. We'll get further into that
when we come back and more. Stay with us our

(29:52):
special guest, doctor Tony o'donald. You are tuned into the
Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (30:02):
So um, I'm a bush of this number, Simon princible.
They have one never single.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
Minds a pop.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
I'm so confident I'm mostappable today. I'm st.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
I welcome you or welcome you back to the Doctor
Bob Martin Show. We have a special guest with us.
Doctor Tony O'Donnell is with us, author of fifteen books, nutritionist, speaker,
TV and radio, personality and humanitarian. We're here discussing the
issue of how important it is to make sure that

(31:01):
you are being and your family is being exposed to
in consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables every single day.
And for that, I mean every respected doctor that I
know admits that most of these degenerative diseases could be

(31:21):
completely obliterated if we were able to get to more
fruits and vegetables that were pure, that were organic whenever possible,
that were highly colored, and eat the rainbow and get
plenty of it. The problem with the food today is
the farming practices are horrendously bad. The soil is depleted.

(31:46):
You know, a stock of broccoli may have had a
tremendous amount of magnesium in at about forty years ago,
but today not so much. So therefore we must supplement
in some fashion or another in order to get the
big bang for our bucks when it comes to these things.
And I have doctors that are friends of mine who

(32:07):
absolutely say that these diseases that we have today, degenerative ones,
not acute ones, are driven by what we eat and
the lifestyles that we choose. So we can change that up.
That's the good news. That's the good news. And that's
what we're talking about. Getting these foods into your diet.
And if you can't get them into your diet on

(32:28):
a daily basis, and I know it's hard to get
the thirteen or the eleven or seven or whatever they
say you need, you need to supplement with it. And
doctor Tony o'donnald has figured out a way to do
that through a product called Radiant Greens and Pomegranate Power.
It has all of what you need and it comes
in a scoop. It's not a capsule. This is where

(32:48):
you get what you need and you get enough of
it you don't get ripped off. Now, I know doctor
Tony didn't want to be super critical. He mentioned that
in the last segment he doesn't want to be super
critical of other companies. Well, I can, and I can
because I don't want my listeners to be ripped off.
So if you're taking capsules that are that you think
that three of them in red and three of them

(33:09):
in green are meeting your needs and they don't even
brag about organic because they aren't, you're getting ripped off.
And here's an opportunity to change that with a powerful
pure and the complete amount that you need for yourself
and your family. And if you want to find out
more about this Radiant Greens and the pomegranate power, you

(33:32):
can go to Radiantgreens dot com radiantgreens dot com and
there you will find it more information for you. If
you want to pick up the telephone and call if
you want more information, you can do that as well.
Here's the number area code eight one eight five seven
five seven one eight five eight one eight five seven

(33:53):
five seven one eight five or Radiantgreens dot com all right,
doctor Tony, let's get back to this. These superfoods that
people talk about, they can't really get superfoods in the marketplace,
can they. I mean, do they actually exist unless you're

(34:14):
in a grocery store that has like one hundred percent
organic fresh fruits and vegetables, let's say, like natural Grossers.
Proud sponsor of the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 4 (34:26):
Yeah, for sure, there are a handful, just a handful
of great stores. As I mentioned earlier on the broadcast,
Doctor Bob, I traveled the length and breadth of this country,
educating people through my books and seminars and morning news
shows and great radio shows like this, teaching them about
why we need to get back to the basics of
the food group. And iden, as you mentioned that rainbow

(34:49):
of colored superfoods into our diet. You also mentioned earlier
about the science. The science now is overwhelming by a
lot of doctors who are holistic in nature. We have
a love affair with prescription meds in this country. We
write more prescription meds in America than the entire world combined.
And it's really sad. That's not healthcare, that's sick care.

(35:12):
And we need to get back to self care. And
so there are a lot of great grocery stores, like
you mentioned, the natural grocers, various other stores where you
can get a selection of some of these things that
we call the superfoods, particularly pomegranate, blueberries, gojiberries, mango asi
difficult to find, but you can find them out there.

(35:33):
I literally live on that as a vegetarian on a
daily basis. I juice with them, I hate them raw.
I really feel the difference. And I only do this
not only because I enjoy it, but because of the
sickness and the ill health that I experienced in my family.
My father, my mother, my brother in law, my uncle,
my cousin all died of heart disease, heart disease and cancer.

(35:55):
But my dad was a heavy smoker. My brothers were
heavy smokers. Mafiana say, she just ate a lot of
sugar and got to varying caouncer misdiagnose a couple of times.
So you got you got to really be responsible for
your health. And so some of these stores you can
find some of the stuff, doctor Bob, but difficult to get.
Hence the reason why I put it into a powder form.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
All right, Tony, when we come back from this break,
I'm gonna ask you what is wrong with corn? What's
wrong with squash? What's wrong with iceberg? Lettuce? That stuff
is real crispy and it looks so good it looks
you almost can see through it? No problem? What's wrong
with any of that? Are they really considered superfoods? Because
people are gonna say, well, look I get a lettuce

(36:39):
on my Big Mac and I you know, I did
my French fries in ketchup. Aren't I getting enough? Well,
we'll find out we get the answers to that, Ladies
and gentlemen, when we come back from this break. You
happen to be tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (37:00):
What If I was?

Speaker 2 (37:04):
What if? This?

Speaker 3 (37:06):
What if?

Speaker 5 (37:07):
There's dancing?

Speaker 2 (37:14):
Welcome, ladies and Joe, Welcome or welcome back to this
hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Please don't go anywhere,
because next hour we're gonna be hearing from George Carlin,
one of my favorite comedians. Oh, we're gonna bring him
back and wait until you hear what he has to
say about bird flu. This guy was so far ahead

(37:37):
of his time, it was it's unbelievable. And you'll hear
that next hour, so don't go anywhere. Our special guest
this hour is doctor Tony O'Donnell, author movie star, because
he's been in a lot of sitcoms and he's shy
about that, but he has travels all over the world
really teaching people about health and wellness. And if you

(37:59):
are interested in optimizing your health and ensuring good health
from this day forward, you will look into something called
Radiant Greens, which he formulated. It's a powder supplement to
ensure that you're getting all of the nutrients in green
foods that you need that you otherwise aren't getting. Also

(38:22):
one called pomegranate plus all things read are good for
you when you consume them, Ladies and gentlemen, we just
don't consume enough. And you can find both of these
at Radiantgreens dot com, Radiantgreens dot com, or you can
call this phone number jot it down eight one eight
five seven five seven one eight five eight one eight

(38:45):
five seven five eight one I'm sorry seven to one
eight five, or you can look them up online, Doctor
Tony o'donald ton of stuff there, Doctor Donald Goush Live.
You know when I just spoke about that at Corn squash, iceberg, lettuce.
Are they really superfoods? Can you tell us? You know,

(39:07):
that's a good question, doctor Bob.

Speaker 4 (39:09):
It depends.

Speaker 5 (39:09):
Of course.

Speaker 4 (39:09):
Corn of course, traditionally in this country has been genetically modified.
That's bad. So that's definitely out. If you get organic corn,
really good, slap a little bit of butter on there,
it's really really great. Depends on your dietary choices. And
of course squash is really good for you as well,
provided of course it's organic. Here's what we've done. We

(39:30):
dump fifty billion tons of pesticize, herbicides and exercise onto
our soil, onto our food, onto our vegetables, and we
consume that. We polish it, we put wax on it,
we put some lights on it, and it's showtime and
we think we're actually eating healthy foods, when in fact
we're not. And that's a real issue, doctor Bob.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
It's true. We could spend a few hours with you,
doctor O'Donnell talking about this topic and the many books
that you have authored, and the gift of that you
have given to humanity and the work, the hard work
that you continue to do. We thank you so very
much for all of that, and I would love to

(40:10):
have you back on this program in the future if.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
You will do so, sir, Thank you so much one.
Thank you engineer there, Phil for engineering such a great broadcast.
Thank you Phil. Thank you Doctor Bob. I would love
to come back. Appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (40:24):
All right, fantastic All right, Ladies and gentlemen, you know
where to go to get pomegranate power and Radiant Greens.
You go to Radiantgreens dot com, Radiantgreens dot com or
