(01:44):
We've got a special guest coming up a little bit
later in the program. You won't want to miss it
because we're going to get into the conversation about testosterone.
Scientists and researchers are telling us that testosterone levels have
been dropping in people, both men and women in the

(02:07):
United States for decades and it's creating problems, a whole
lot of problems, physical problems, emotional problems. And the only solution,
it seems that people know about or hear about, are
synthetic or pharmacologic pharmaceutical treatments for low tea as they

(02:29):
pronounce on the commercials, or low levels of testosterone. And well,
I'm here to tell you that's not the case. There
are options, There are ways to raise testosterone levels up
keep them in balance so people stay happy, they stay healthy,
and they stay optimally functioning. Without having to go to
synthetic analog drugs which have lots of potential risky side effects.

(02:53):
I could go on and on, but you'll hear all
about it in this hour if you stay tuned. Our
special guest can coming up a little bit later. Terry
Lemeron is going to tell us all about it. However,
let's turn our attention now to a topic that might
be of interest to you. You might find a little different. Someday.
You may actually go into your doctor's office and you're

(03:14):
sitting there on the exam table and a computer kind
of like a robot, rolls up to you and says,
say ah, and you open your mouth, and this computer
program is there to diagnose what it sees inside of
your oral cavity, your mouth. That computer can look inside

(03:38):
there with its camera and look at the color of
your tongue and be able to diagnose a variety of
different diseases. That could It's happening actually in the future,
the very near future, a computer algorithm could give you
a diagnosis on the spot, for example, of diabetes or cancer,

(04:02):
or tell you you were at risk of a stroke
just by taking a picture of your tongue. This is
real science, ladies and gentlemen. The program developed by Australian
researchers has achieved a ninety eight percent accuracy in predicting
different diseases by analyzing the color of the human tongue. Now,

(04:28):
you might say, well ninety eight percent accuracy. Well, my
doctor that I go to was one hundred percent accurate. Well,
I hate to burst your bubble. The best that has
ever been done on studies and this was out a
male clinic where they did a study trying to figure
out how accurate are doctor diagnosies? How accurate are they?

(04:49):
And they took one hundred people and they had doctors
try to diagnose them and they got it right about
fifty percent of the time, doing a complete analysis fifty
of the time. Well, here you have a computer program
that can visualize or see your tongue and analyze your
tongue and go through this various algorithm and be ninety

(05:12):
eight percent accurate at predicting a whole variety of different
diseases by simply looking at your tongue. Now, the proposed
image system, which replicates Traditional Chinese medicine or TCM, which
was scoffed at by the medical profession for oh gosh,
probably since its existence. You know, modern medicine has been

(05:34):
around for maybe you know, two hundred and twenty five,
two hundred and fifty years. Traditional Chinese medicine TCM has
been around for thousands of years, a thousand or two
thousand years. Of course, modern medicine scoffs at anything that's
not pharmacological or surgically related, mostly because they don't understand

(05:55):
it or it competes with them. So Chinese Medicae says,
what we're talking about bringing this to these computer algorithms
now that can be able to diagnose diabetes and stroke
and anemia and asthma, and liver in gallbladder conditions, even
COVID nineteen and a range of other vascular and gastro

(06:16):
intestional issues, all being able to be diagnosed in the
very near future by a computer analyzing your tongue. Well
engineering researchers from Middle Technical University and the University of
South Australia. They used over five thousand images to train

(06:36):
the machine learning algorithms to detect tongue color in a
series of experiments, and scientists predict in the future our smartphones,
folks will one day be used to diagnose disease in
this very way. A new paper published in Technologies onlines

(06:59):
how to how the proposed system analyzes tongue color to
provide an on the spot diagnosis, confirming that artificial intelligence
or AI holds the key to many of these advances
in medicine. In the study, two teaching hospitals in the
Middle East supplied sixty tongue images from patients with various

(07:22):
health conditions. A camera which was placed eight inches from
a patient captured their tongue color and the imaging system
predicted their health condition in real time, and it was
about ninety eight percent accurate. Your doctor can't even come
close to that. Best they've ever found was at Mayo
at fifty percent accuracy in diagnosis. That's why they call

(07:46):
it the practice of medicine, by the way, not the
perfect of medicine, because it's like flipping a coin. Well,
the artificial intelligence AI model of this program was able
to match the tongue color with the disease in almost
all cases. Examining the tongue for signs of disease has
also been seen for well two thousand years in traditional

(08:10):
Chinese medicine practiced by these Chinese medicine practitioners, doctors of
oriental medicine, licensed acupuncturists today, and again, conventional modern Ama
style medicine has poo poohed this for so many years, saying, oh,
it's quackery, that wouldn't work, And now we're finding out

(08:33):
that's coming to fruition. The collar of the shape and
the thickness of your tongue can reveal a litany of conditions.
That's what the researchers are finding. And typically people, for example,
with diabetes have a yellowish kind of tongue, cancer patients
have kind of a purplish tongue with a thick, greasy

(08:54):
coating on it, and stroke patients present with an unusually
shaped red tongue. You see white coated tongue. And I
went through this training and some traditional Chinese medicine training
that I had early in my years of learning to
be a doctor, and these things were like normal to us.

(09:16):
But yet you get out there and practice and you
hear people saying, well, why are you looking at my tongue.
I've been going to my doctor for twenty years and
all my doctor says is say ah, And they're looking
to see if I have a sore throat or tonsilitis
or something, but never the color of my tongue and
whether or not viewing my tongue could help them to
better diagnose my condition. And yet you see with a

(09:39):
person if their tongue is not pinkish, which is what
a normal tongue looks like, if it's a like a
white tongue, you may have a yeast infection caused by
the antibiotics that you took at, the steroids you took,
or the chemotherapy that you're on, and you now have
developed in response to the pharmaceutical drugs that you were
placed on. You have this systemic yeast infection cantadiocese, and

(10:02):
that is hard to get over. So here you have
conventional medicine taught in medical schools here in America, having,
you know, put this science down that has been practiced
in China and other countries for thousands of years, the
study of looking at the tongue and trying to figure
out what's going on inside, because the tongue is sort

(10:24):
of like a part of the whole system, and it
is like a canary in the cave, if you will,
to say, what else is going on inside? The body.
So this may be coming to a office near you
in the future where you say ah, a computer analyzes
your tongue and it does it so well that it's
ninety eight percent accurate of helping you out. Amazing stuff.

(10:50):
All right, we're going to go to our special guests
after this break. We're going to be talking testosterone. So
stay tuned. You are tuned into the Doctor Bob Martinshaw.

Speaker 3 (11:01):

I mean, everybody here in the studio, we're checking out
our tongues and our tongues, making sure our tongues are
in good shape. We're going to turn our attention to
another topic here now, which is so very important. You

(12:29):
hear about it all the time on television with commercials
targeting men who have a condition which is termed low
T which stands for low testosterone, and we're gonna focus
on that with our special guests coming up. And the
reason for that is because, according to the Endercrine Society

(12:52):
of Toronto, Canada, testosterone levels in American men are falling
at an alarming rate, and according to other scientists and researchers,
men with inadequate testosterone levels had a thirty three percent
greater risk of death over the course of the next

(13:15):
eighteen years. That's huge, Ladies and gentlemen. Not only did
they have a higher risk of premature death as a
result of having low testosterone, their quality of life was
also circling the drain and they didn't realize that was
going on. So we've recruited a special guest to talk

(13:37):
about the topic of testosterone support, how to get it
into an optimal place and do it naturally drug free
if possible. Our special guest is Terry Lemron. He is
a natural health expert with over fifty five years of experience.

Martin Show. And with that, let us welcome Terry Lemeron
back to the program.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
Good day to you, Terry, well, Doctor Bob, thank you
very much for having me join you today. I really
appreciate it. And like you said, you know, we want
to increase the quality of life, and that's exactly what
testosterone does.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
It's just for the people that are listening that may
have some concept of testosterone, Terry, can you just please,
you know, briefly review what testosterone is and why it's
so important.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
Well, it gives you the gift for males. Of course,
men do make testosterone and estrogen, but only a very
minor amount of esrogen, and women produce estrogen but a
very small amount of testosterone. But they need to be
in balance. There has to be a proper racial Testosterone
is a hormone and its role is to increase the

(16:07):
quality of life. And I think a lot of men
have a different perception of what testosterone means. They think
it's going to give them a lot of energies for
sex life, They're going to have an erection. I'm taking
it for you know, people say, oh, I'm going to
take it for my sex life. It's going to enhance
our bedroom life. Testosterone does not do that. Testosterone does

(16:30):
not improve an erection in a man, does not improve
the sex life. It does tweak a little bit of
the libido, the desire to have sex. But thirty, between
the ages of thirty and seventy fifty percent of all
men cannot have an erection. An erection comes from a

(16:51):
poor blood supply, poor circulation. There's no blood that can
engage the penis to have an erection. So when you're
thinking about not having enough blood supply for the penis,
that also includes the entire body, also the heart. There's
not enough blood flowing to the heart. Why was viagra

(17:12):
and cls developed originally? Most men know that this gives
your erection if you take viagraph or cls an hour
a day, an hour before the sexual encounter, or a
couple of days, because they were made. They were made
to increase the blood so to the heart. They were
a heart medication, and they were taking it for heart medication,

(17:34):
and all of a sudden they were rewarded with an erection.
That's blood flow. Testosterone does not improve blood flow, so
don't take it just for a sex life, but men
really needed because actually what it does gives a better
quality of life to men. It gives lean muscle mass,
It does have some slow sex dry sex drive by

(17:57):
increasing the desire by thinking about it by a libido,
and increases daily energy and vitality and exercise performance and
recovery and stress resilience. It just gives a better quality
of life. It strikethes the muscles, better muscle tone, stronger bones.
This is a hormone for the quality of life. So

(18:19):
if I were taking something to give myself a quality
of life that would boost testosterone, I would want to
certainly include Ashra ganda. Ashra Ganda is one of the
Indian herbs in the Arabatic medicine that sometimes they call
the Indian ginsing because they do not grow ginsing in India.
It only grows like some of the Asian countries like Korea,

(18:43):
like Japan, like China, but does not grow in India,
and so it's called Indian ginsing and it does. There
are certain types of Ashra ganda that will increase the
free testosterone by up to thirty three percent. And then
if you combine them with vitamin B six and zinc,
which is extremely important for male sexual health, and DIM

(19:08):
and DHA and boron, you would have a complex formulation
that would be entirely in tune with building the lean
muscle mass, daily energy levels, vitality. You just feel better.
I've talked to people that have taken something like this
as kind of a formulation, and they said they never
felt so good. After a week or two, they said

(19:31):
their whole life changed. When you boost up the testarcone level.
It increases the quality of life, increases daily energy with vitality,
and you just feel better overall. It gives you a
better sense of well being, completely indesirable with complete tasacerone.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
That is a great information, Terry, and I think that
change is the concept of a lot of people listening
to the program today because I think a lot, like
you said, a lot of men think of testosterone is
that you know something that you take to have a
more vigorous sex life. And as you point out, it's
really that the erection process is related to blood flow,

(20:13):
and that's why the whole idea behind nitric oxide release
and these drugs, that's how they work. It really doesn't
modulate testosterone all that much. The other part of the
concept of men I think with testosterone is that you
know they can take testosterone and get into the gym
and build gigantic muscles. We're going to take a bic

(20:35):
Terry when we come back. I want to get into
this further. Ladies and gentlemen with us is Terry lemron
He is the owner of Terry Naturally Vitamins, and we're
going to talk about a formulation called complete Testosterone Support
which can manage all of these testosterone issues naturally. We'll

(20:55):
be right back. Are you waiting on a line? Next take?

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Are you waiting for the perfect night? Are you waiting
to the time?

Speaker 3 (21:08):
Is night by up?

Speaker 5 (21:13):
Don't you want to learn to deal with don't you
want to take the wheeldestand don't you beat another.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Man by way? What are you in for?

Speaker 2 (21:28):
And a happy and healthy Welcome, Welcome back to this
hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Thank you very
much for tuning into the program. Today. We'll get back
to our special guest, Terry Lemrond on the topic of
how to keep our testosterone levels in proper balance, safely

(21:49):
and naturally drug free and the importance of it. I
also want to remind you that we have a toll
free number nationwide. It's called the Doctor Bob Martin call
hotline phone number. When you call this number that I
want to give you here, you will hear me answer

their health question answered on the air. We appreciate that.
And that number is eight hundred six zero six eighty

media platforms Instagram and x and Linkedins, podcast library lives

(22:58):

subject matter with us is Health Expert EXTRAORDINAI. Author speaker
Terry Lemrond. He owns a company by the name of
Terry Naturally Vitamins. You can reach out to them and
check them out on their website at Terry Naturally Vitamins

(23:22):
dot com Terry Naturallyvitamins dot com, or give them a
call after this conversation toll free eight six six five
nine to eight five four eight seven. The topic is testosterone,
a hormone that so many people have misconcepts about it.
They've heard enough to be dangerous with their information. We're

(23:44):
trying to straighten it out. And we know that testosterone
levels in America measured by scientists are dropping precipitously and
they don't know why, and it's been happening for decades,
and they're trying to get a handle on it now.
Of course, the pharmaceutical company these are rallying, rallying to
provide a solution by either testosterone tablets, testosterone injections, or

(24:10):
testosterone creams and patches that people place on their skin
that infuses synthetic analog testosterone into the person's body. Now,
some of those testosterone elements that are going in have
lots and lots of potential side effects, and I think

(24:31):
a lot of males. You know, they go, well, I'm
gonna take my chances because having this low testosterone, and
we're gonna ask our guests about this makes me feel terrible.
My quality of life is low, So I'm gonna take
a chance and take these drugs. My doctors recommend it
because there's no other game in town. Well, here's the
good news, ladies and gentlemen, there is another game in town,

(24:52):
if you will, and that is a healthy lifestyle and
exercising and eating well and then adding supplementation to that,
which addresses why the testosterone got low in the first place.
And our special guest is bringing it today in telling
us how and why that happens. All right, Terry, that

(25:13):
first segment was great. The information you imparted is good.
I think a lot of people are hearing those those
commercials about you know you have low T, go see
a doctor and you'll get it straightened out. Is low
T really a thing for men?

Speaker 4 (25:28):
Well, it happens over a period of time. As we age,
we produce a lot less tea or testosterone. In the
age of seventy and eighty, most men have about twenty
to twenty five percent of the level of testosterone as
a man who is in his twenties, so yes, like

(25:48):
all of our bodies start to age, we slow down.
We don't run as fast. We don't think it's fast.
All of our bodies age and slows down, so we
lose the ability to produce testoscerone. We can do it
if we have the right tools to make testosterone in
our body, like astragonda, like DIM, like dha, like boron.

(26:09):
All these are available to improve the quality and the
production of taestoscerone. But we want to be careful too,
because as we produce tesosterone, it can be converted to estrogen.
A woman who takes estrogen, they can also be converted
to testosterone. There needs to be a balance there, and

(26:29):
we came across a product called DIM. Dim is produced
from a chemical called I just lost my memory there
for a moment, but it's uh me actually is dim.
It comes from broccoli, but the chemical name is called

(26:50):
in doll three carbonyl, and that produces DIM. It's as
we eat broccoli we produce more DIM. But we can
take DIM as a supplement or in a combination of
other nutrients, and that ingredient actually balances testosterone and esrogen
and keeps it in a proper balance for the male

(27:10):
or the female, so it does not have to be
converted to esrogen or testosterone vice versa. So we want
to be careful just even if we take injectable, it
can also convert to estrogen.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Yeah, and before we got on the air, I took
a review of some of the potential side effects of
the synthetic drug form of testosterone that some men are prescribed,
either in tablet, injectable or patch form. And when you
look at the potential side effects that include blood clots
and enlargement of breasts, and problems with the prostate gland,

(27:48):
including the possibility of inciting prostate cancer, and sleep apne
and mood changes. When I looked at that list of
potential adverse side effects of tape making medically prescribed testosterone,
it was scary, and I think most men don't know
what they're getting into when they do that, and most
of them don't know that there does exist an alternatives,

(28:11):
such as a formulation that you put together called Complete
Testosterone Support, which has all the elements that you described
that men can take supplementally that are maybe missing in
their diets that preclude them from keeping their testosterone in
proper balance.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
That's absolutely true, and people that want to take testosterone
should take it with all the elements that are necessary,
all the tools that are necessary to keep it in
the level of testosterone and for the proper level for
the age of the individual. It increases a good amount

(28:54):
of muscle building lean muscle mass. In fact, it even
reduces fat. But you know the whole thing too, is
people today are afraid of cholesterol, and they are drugs
for lowering cholesterol. Well, how do we make testosterone in
the body with cholesterol? Cholestol manufacturers all the hormones in

(29:14):
the body, including DHA from the adrenal glands, pregnellolone, esogen, testosterone,
So we need a level of cholesterol. And I think
that's one of the things that's detrimental about it. It
actually increases the level of other hormones in male or female.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Yeah, all right, I want to talk further about that.
How testosterone. How you think we were going to take
a break here, Terry, how you think these testosterone levels are,
why they're so low, and why scientists are seeing this
as a real problem. We'll take a break and come
back with those answers. Stay with us, you're tuned into
the Doctor Bob Martin's show, We'll be right back.

Speaker 6 (30:02):
So I'm a buzz of number Simoncible. They have one
ever singles.

Speaker 5 (30:24):
As today, we welcome you back to the largest and
longest airing, nationwide syndicated health talk show in America, in
large part thanks to you.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
We are so glad you are there, and we're so
glad that you're willing to tell other people about this
radio show, to share this information with them so they
too can tune into the program and hear great guests
like the one we have on right now. Terry Lemron
is with us. He's a natural health expert with over
fifty five years of experience. He's an accomplished author. He
has his own radio health talk show in the state

(31:07):
of Wisconsin, Green Bay, Wisconsin on Saturdays and Sundays starting
at eight am. You can find out more about the
tremendous amount of work this gentleman does at terrytalksnutrition dot
com terrytalksnutrition dot com. He's here helping us to better
understand how we can keep our testosterone levels in proper

(31:30):
balance because, according to the sciences universally testosterone levels are dropping.
That's why you're seeing more of these testosterone commercials on television,
because pharmaceutical companies are thinking, all right, there's an opportunity
to sell more drugs, let's go, and so they gin
up these formulations. And yet you have the possibility of

(31:52):
changing up your lifestyle, getting more exercise, eating well, and
making sure that the nutrients that you need for your
body to get the raw materials to make proper levels
and keep the testosterone in balance are available in supplemental
form in one formula. You don't have to go out
and buy like six or seven or eight or nine

(32:14):
or ten different bottles of supplements. It's all in one
formula called Complete Testosterone Support. Complete Testosterone Support by Terry
Naturally Vitamins. It's fine. It's available and can be found
at Finer health food stores nationwide, or you can obtain
it at Terry Naturally Vitamins dot com Terry Naturally Vitamins

(32:38):
dot com. You can also call their toll free number
at eight six six five nine eight five four eight
seven Terry. When discussing the levels of low testosterone, a
lot of people are wondering, why on Earth has this happened?
What has led up to it. And I think the
stuff that I'm reading correct me if I'm wrong. And

(32:59):
what you're reading on this is that it's a combination
of things. It's our diets, it's the stress we're under,
it's these microplastics that we're finding in the environment today.
That and all these things are sort of like the
perfect storm. This sabotaging the ability to keep our testosterone
in proper balance. Do you agree with.

Speaker 4 (33:20):
That, Well, I agree with all that. Actually, all of
them have to have an effect, but I would put
diet at the top of it. You know, we're not
eating the correct diet. We're not eating a healthy diet.
We're eating a diet that's laden with carbohydrates and sugar.
And the nation is fat. We you know, in the
last fifty years, we have gained so much weight for

(33:42):
each individuals to the point where fifty percent of America
now is obese. And they think, if we're staying on
the same trend, by the year twenty sixty, the entire nation,
the entire country of America will be obese. And when
you stop to realize what's happening with these fat cells,
you know, you just don't say, well, I'm out of shape.

(34:02):
I put on thirty pounds in the last couple of years.
Well you know that's you know, I paid for it.
I earned it. I have a pot belly, I have
a beer belly, or I have a bread belly. Well,
all those fat cells, you know, it produce not only
does it produce estrogen, but inflammation as well. So we're
an inflamed nation. We're a weak nation. We are flabby nation.

(34:26):
All these men with these men boobs, it's all because
they are getting fat and all these fat cells actually
produce estrogen in the male meals are getting too much
estrogen because it's based on the diet that they're eating.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
So, yeah, you mentioned it. You're mentioning the man boobs.
And I think a lot of them have these things
called muffin tops, you know, the fat and the adipose
tissue bulging out of places in their underneath their shirt
and over their shirt and underneath their arms and over
their belly. And of course from there they now think, well,

(35:04):
I just need to lose weight, where in fact, it
may have been the initial process that led up to this,
may have been a hormone imbalance to begin with, and
they didn't get properly diagnosed to find out what it is,
and they're chasing it for the rest of their life,

(35:24):
not knowing how to rebalance this. Would you agree with that?

Speaker 4 (35:27):
Correct? Well, absolutely, that's correct. Getting on a good diet
that eliminates the refined carbohydrates and a ton of sugar
that we're consuming individually nationwide, that in itself is going
to make a huge difference. So going on a low
carb diet, adequate levels of protein and good quality fats
when there's nothing to be alarmed about or fear fats,

(35:49):
because fats are extremely valuable for us. The good fats
like olive oil, avocado oil, mechdamian not oil. All these
oils are high quality Omega nine, fatty acid, lake acid.
These are very valuable for having a healthy body producing
our own levels of question and then probably using these
things like vitamin B six and zinc and ashraganda and

(36:11):
dam and DJ and boron, all these tools that we
can use as supplements to also boost the complete production
of testosterone.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, you probably noted there that our
special guest Terry Lemeron didn't say that you should be
eating more fats from French fries. That's the wrong kind
of fat and you should completely stay away from it
because it will absolutely mess you over in so many ways,

(36:42):
from heart disease to the wrong kind of fats going
in to your body. When we come back, we're going
to hone in in our final segment with Terry on
this complete testosterone support formula which is helping to balance
out testosterone. We'll be right back on Doctor Bob Martin
Sad catch a grenade. Welcome and welcome back to the

(37:22):
final segment this hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
We'll get back to our special guest momentarily, author health
experts Terry Lemerond is with us. We're talking about a
universal problem, it seems in men of certain ages of
low testosterone levels, and it's often manifested as reduced muscle

(37:45):
mass and strength and bone density. You sometimes see emotional
changes in men who have low testosterone. Their self confidence
goes down, they can become depressed and sad, they have
issues with sleep, problems, beido, the list goes on and
on and on, and of course they will eventually end
up in their doctor's offices often and the doctor, of

(38:08):
course is going to say well you've got low testosterol.
It's gets you started on some testosterone replacement therapy as
in drugs, which all have potential adverse side effects. What
our special guest, Terry Lemron, is saying, look, there are
other ways to handle this, to manage this safely and
naturally scientifically, even fact, it's been proven to change your diet,

(38:32):
change your exercise habits, and know that there are certain
nutrients that may be missing in your system that is
not allowing you to properly keep your testosterone in balance
or produce it outright. And luckily for us, that formula
does exist in the marketplace. It's called Complete Testosterone Support

(38:53):

minutes left just for those people who are maybe just
tuning in or more interested in learning more about Complete
Testosterone Support formula. Can you quickly rifle through the ingredients
in it so that they know why it's so important.

Speaker 4 (39:33):
Well, we can't boost the testosterone level, the free testosterone,
and we can do that by taking vitamin B six, zinc,
which these are all valuable for the health of the
prostate also for production of testosterone. Done, we can increase
our daily energy levels, our exercise performance and recovery, and

(39:56):
change the diet. Diet is really drastically important in these conditions.
It slows the aging process, it prevents our decline of
testosterone over over time. All of these nutrients are very valuable.
And it's not that we are going to improve the
sex life. We're not going to improve having a interrection

(40:17):
because that's all based on blood flow. And as you
said before, doctor Martin, on nitric oxide, you could do
that by using an endeavorous supplement like Red Gensen and
red Sage, which actually boosts the flow of blood circulation.
That's the main fact.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
All right, all right, very good, Thank you, Cherry. We
can talk down this subject for a lot longer, and
we should in the future. Complete testosterone support formula by
