eight twenty two. It's the Doctor Bob Martin.
Speaker 2 (01:00):

that must be and always should be good health. I
am so glad you decided to join us today. Welcome everyone,
(01:21):
Welcome to this hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show,
and thank you for tuning into the program. We're going
to go to phone calls this hour, calls and questions
that you have that you've called into the program asking.
Also this hour, we have this week's installments of the
(01:42):
Health Alternative of the Week, the Health Outrage of the Week,
plus we've got a product recall, and the Health Mystery
of the Week. But before we get to any of that,
I want to start out with this topic related to
common kitchen spy that may have dangerous cancer causing levels
(02:06):
of a metal that you do not want to get
exposed to that you may be unaware of. I don't
know if you saw this. This is affecting a number
of states. At least a dozen brands of ground cinnamon
contain dangerous levels of toxic metal. That's what an investigation
(02:28):
is found. Researchers at the Watchdog Consumer Reports tested thirty
six ground cinnamon products for lead, a very toxic metal
that at any level is bad bad news for the
human body. It's been shown to cause developmental problems in
children even in small quantities, and reproductive issues and even
(02:52):
cancer in certain amounts. The team found that twelve of
the tested brands cantained more than one part per million lead,
enough to trigger a recall in New York, the only
state which I did not know this. New York is
the only state that regulates heavy metals in spices. What
(03:15):
is wrong with this picture. Several more products had detectable
levels of lead, but were slightly below that level. The
researchers warned that just a quarter of a teaspoon of
these cinnamon spice products could pose serious health consequences, particularly
(03:37):
in young children, as the heavy metal lead can cause
harm to a child's developing brain. Doctor James Rogers, director
of food safety and Research and Testing at Consumer Reports, said,
and I quote, if you have one of those products,
(03:57):
we think you should throw it away. Even small amounts
of lead poses a big time risk. Over time, it
can accumulate in the body and remain there for years,
seriously harming people. Now, the Consumer Report researchers when they
purchased these thirty six ground cinnamon products in seventeen stores
(04:21):
just in the state of New York, New Jersey, and
Connecticut and online on the online marketplace. The products from
international specialty stores appeared to have the highest levels with
a company by the name of Paris par As pas
(04:43):
Paris cinnamon powder if you have some chucket. They topped
the list at three and a half parts per million,
which is three and a half times greater than the
State of New York's recall limit, So it had the
mega dose of a lead in it. Not good. Also,
(05:06):
cinnamon from a company by the name of EGN and
Mimi's Products followed close behind that one. Only one mainstream
brand made the Consumers Report's Most dangerous list, with powder
from a Florida based company by the name of Battia
(05:28):
Badia Battia Spices. So if you've got cinnamon powder that
you use, it's in your covered of spices today and
it says Battia on it, or any of the other
ones that I've just listed, chuck it, get rid of it,
take it to the where you found it, and get
your money back. Consumer Report also ranks several more recognizable
(05:52):
brands that they say not me. They say is okay
to use in limited quantities? What limited quantities of a
spice that may have lead in it? No amount of
lead is acceptable, ladies and gentlemen. That's where I cannot stand.
The old governmental it's close enough for government work. Saying
(06:15):
you do not want lead on any basis if you
know it's there. This recommendation to me is crazy because
lead is toxic. No thank you now, Amazon brand, Happy Belly, Costco,
Kirkland Signature, Walmart's Great Value. All of them have trace
(06:35):
amounts of lead in these cinnamon products. So I would
be extremely careful if I were you, because once lead
gets in the body, it's cumulative. It is very difficult
to get lead out of the body, and there are
yes in the environments of air, water, food. We are
(06:58):
hit with a lot of different toxicities that we should
try to avoid. This may be one of them. So
unless you can find a completely organic, one hundred percent
organic cinnamon, or you find a cinnamon you do yourself.
I don't know why, and certainly there's no question that
(07:20):
if a product a plant is grown in soil that
has led in it, that plant is going to suck
up a certain quantity, a small trace quantity of that
toxic metal. And that's the whole purpose behind organic gardening
and why it's so important to get back into that
because more and more we're using all these toxic chemicals
(07:42):
and fertilizers and pesticides and insexercise, and it ends up
on our dinner plate, in our children's health. No good,
So be very careful if you're using cinema products to
make sure that they are one hundred percent organic USDA certified.
You're now shift over to our questions coming in from
(08:04):
the Doctor Bob Martin Show Caller hotline phone number at
eight hundred six to zero six eight eight two two.
Eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two
and take your questions here on the program and help
as many people as we can. So if you have
a health related problem, I'm here to help you out,
and it's very simple. You simply call that number one
(08:26):
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two and
state your health related question. We're asking you to just
give your first name, city and state you're living in
and make your question as succinc as you can. All right,
let's go to work. Next up, we say hello to Lillian,
who's calling in from the state of Iowa.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
My name is Lillian and I'm in Marion, Iowa. My
question is about central regional pain syndrome BRPS. Is there
(09:10):
any healing for this or how could there be any
type of healing for this ailment. I have a friend
and it's affecting one of her legs, and in the
last three years she has ended up in a wheelchair,
(09:32):
and I wondered if there was any type of healing
process for this. Thank you.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
All right, Lillian, Sorry to hear about your friend there. Yes,
I have treated cases of complex regional pain syndrome in
the past, many patients with it.
Speaker 4 (09:50):
It used to be.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
Called sympathetic reflex dystrophe. It's a chronic arm or leg
pain and usually this condition develops after an injury like
a fall, a car accident, whiplash, and maybe you can
have a stroke. Even a heart attack can start it up.
If your friend has not done spinal decompression yet under
(10:11):
the guides of a chiropractic physician, that's where she needs
to go to get DRX nine thousand or VAXD VAXD
or a COX technique that coupled with acupuncture, soft wave therapy,
shock wave therapy, interferential a deep trigger massage, prolo therapy.
(10:33):
I'm not against that for these kinds of chronic conditions,
prolo therapy injections. Bottom line is that the doctor of
choice for treating this is a chiropractic physician, maybe trained
in applied kinesiology or spinal decompression. That's what I would
suggest to your friend to try, if they haven't done
so already. And I appreciate you calling on her. Behalf
(10:53):
all right, We'll be right back. I'm Doctor Bob Martin.
I can be you're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show,
(11:19):
and ladies and gentlemen coming up very shortly, we'll have
the health alternative of the week, and it really ties
into something that I'm going to be talking about a
little bit later in this hour, and it has to
do with an overlooked nutrient that can help slash the
(11:42):
risk of colon cancer by thirty percent. I don't know
if you've heard about it, but scientists are very alarmed
right now because they're seeing an uptick, a big upswing
in colon cancer and otherwise young and healthy people, some
(12:03):
in their twenties, thirties and forties. Colon cancer is the
fourth most common form of cancer, over one hundred and
fifty thousand new cases per year of colon cancer, and
it is on the rise. And I'll be telling you
(12:23):
how the standard American diet they believe is associated with it,
and also a lot of scientists believe it's caused by
a lack of fiber in the American diet. We have
all these diets that people are eating to lose weight chema,
(12:44):
the Akdo diet and the South Beach diet and the
Atkins diet and the Caveman diet which is full of
nothing but animal products and very little fiber, not enough fiber,
and they leave that along with the standard American diet
and other things, maybe even the COVID shots. And how
(13:07):
we've seen these cancers go up and up and up
fueled by something or a combination of things. Therefore, I
plug into that with a solution before we get to it,
and that brings us to this week's Health Alternative of
the Week. Here we go right the health Alternative of
(13:40):
the week, and I recognize that it's not always easy
to get enough fiber in the diet, but we should
do everything we can to do so by eating a
fiber filled diet, not one that's full of white flour
and junk food either. And this week's health alternative is
helping you to get more fiber in your diet with
(14:04):
something called apple fiber powder from a company by the
name of Now Foods. You can get these supplements at
all natural grocery stores. I'll tell you a website at
the end of this. But the question becomes, are you
getting enough fiber. Fiber promotes digestive health, which is key
to our wellness, and it helps maintain our regularity, but
(14:28):
its benefits go way beyond bald movement's regularity. Fiber improves
your blood sugar balance, and more and more people are
being diagnosed with pre diabetes and diabetes. Like one third
of the entire population of the United States right now
either have type two diabetes or they have pre diabetes,
(14:50):
So getting fiber back into the diet to counter that
is important. Also, fiber helps with blood pressure and cholesterol levels,
enhances your immune function, and its benefits your digestive system.
So many people have digested problems because of lack of fiber,
whether it's constibated or they're bloated or whatever. Unfortunately, ninety
(15:14):
percent of women and ninety seven percent of men here
in the US do not do not get their recommended
daily intake of fiber, which ought to be a minimum
of twenty five to twenty eight grams of fiber per
day for women and thirty one to thirty four grams
(15:37):
per day for men. And for our kids. Our kids
are no better off either. They're not getting enough fiber,
but they should be. They should be getting about fourteen
to twenty five grams of fiber every single day, course
depending on their age and if you consider the benefits
(15:57):
and how much fiber is like backing in the standard
American diet otherwise known as the SAD diet, fibers should
be on top of your list, top of your mind,
and making sure you're trying to get it. Fiber offers
health benefits that include improving the glycemic index, which means
how you balance blood sugar and how you keep your
(16:20):
blood sugar from spiking to lowering, and binding up your cholesterol.
It builds a healthy microbiome. We've talked about that many
times here in the program. If you don't have a
diet that has plenty of fiber in it, your body
can't take those fibers and make a good gastrointestinal flora
and have a good microbiome, good microbiota. Fiber in the
(16:43):
diet also helps to bind toxins that you come in
contact with through your food and water, and it helps
pull toxins out of the digestive track. It's like a sweeper.
It's like sweeping with a broom. All the stuff that
you should not stay in the coal and stay in
the ball so that you stay regular and consistent. So
(17:07):
start by increasing the fiber in your diet with this
week's Health Alternative of the Week called apple fiber powder,
So simple to take, so easy to get into the body.
To compensate for that which you're not getting Apple fiber
powder by accompanied by the name of now vitamins, now,
(17:30):
now foods, I should say now foods. That's the one.
They have Apple fiber powder. You can put it in
your smoothies, your muffins, your other recipes. Increase your intake
of vegetables, of course, and fruits you can have of
course nuts and legomes and beans in your diet. That helps,
(17:52):
of course in salads, casseroles, stir fries, all of that
will help to ensure that you're getting enough food five.
But adding this this week's Health Alternative of the Week
will also supplement your diet so that you're going to
be ensuring that you're getting plenty of fiber to reduce
(18:13):
your risk of blood sugar problems, high blood pressure, cholesterol issues.
Your immune system stays strong and you bind up all
those toxins that you're coming to contact with. So if
you choose to eat one hundred percent whole grains excellent,
you choose a high fiber diet instead of processed foods.
Remember the whiter, the bread, the quicker, you're dead, So
(18:36):
stay stay out of that. But you can find the
apple fiber powder from now Foods at all natural grocery
stores nationwide, or you can go to their website naturalgrocers
dot com, naturalgrocers dot Com and look for this week's
health alternative of the week, Apple fiber powder from now Foods.
(19:00):
All right, let's get right back to work with your
telephone calls and your questions. Next up, we say hello
to Anna in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Speaker 4 (19:12):
Hi talked about I love your show. My name is
Anna from Honolulu, Hawaii. I have a high blod pressure
and taking a Tennalo and lazart on both fifty millima
each for morning and the evening. For a long time.
I feel fine, but always in the morning my bet
(19:36):
is high like a one seventy over ninety five around
seven am. But evenings around seven pm one twenty over
seventy three. My doctor trying to rasat on two in
the evening instead over split morning and evening, but no change.
So I'd like to have grass of Hawaii sometime. I
(20:00):
did a stuff. Please help me, Doctor Bove mahalo and
Aloha mahalo.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
And aloha to you Ana listening over there at khvh
Ama thirty and hanlu okay one of our affiliates. Look,
you might want to try taking magnesium torrate. You can
get this down at the health food store over there
at the Alamana shopping Center or wherever. Magnesium tor rate
(20:28):
about five hundred milligrams right before bedtime. Make sure it's
two hours apart from whatever blood pressure medicine you're taking.
Try that for a week or two and then see
what happens magnesium torrate. If it doesn't work, there's another
doctor there in Hallolu, doctor Terry Shintani. Doctor Terry Shintani,
MD from Harvard. You might want to visit him to
(20:49):
get a second opinion of your recalcitrant blood pressure in
the morning. I wish you well and I thank you
for your phone call. Everybody's got fay mistakes. But everybody's
got a choice to make. Everybody needs a leave of faith.
(21:09):
When are you taking you us.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
Money?
Speaker 2 (21:13):
You info you're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
The extension of this radio show is my website at
doctor Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor doctor
Bob dot com. There you can also jump on the
social media platforms that I have at Instagram, x and LinkedIn.
(21:37):
The podcast library lives over there, and of course there's
news from around the globe that we post up that
you'll love to know more about. Plus you'll see teasers
on the web page about what we're going to be
talking about before the show ever airs, so get an
opportunity to check that out on a regular basis over
at doctor Bob dot com. Now coming up, we're to
(22:00):
have for you this week's installment of the Health Outrage
of the Week, the Health Outrage of the Week, and
then we're going to go back to your phone calls
and your questions. But before we get to that, I
wanted to remind you about ronia berry complex. I don't
know if you've heard of consuming aronia berries, but they're
(22:22):
delicious and that's the best place to get ronia berries
is through your diet. Ronia berries are considered the king
of superfruits, and everybody's talking now about superfruits, putting superfruits
in your smoothie and eating superfruits to get all the
rich and important nutrients and antioxidants that are in the
super fruits that we consume. But they're not available all
(22:43):
year long, and you may not find them in organic sources,
So you need to take it in a supplemental form.
And I'll tell you about that with this ronia berry
complex by Terry natural vitamins. But aronia berries contain what
are called phenolic compounds, which naturally help plants to resist
disease and premature death. So when ronia berries are ingested
(23:05):
by humans, they have been shown to provide anti inflammatory
properties and may prevent and treat a variety of conditions
including diabetes and heart problems, kidney problems, liver issues, metabolic disorders,
and the Big sea as well. So it's worthy of
note that scientific studies have proven and subsequently published in
(23:27):
peri reviewed scientific journals, that two of ronia berries may
have health giving compounds. In other words, when you consume them,
you get the bennies, the benefits they're in fact, and
I've read studies where it shows that taking in ronia
berries is anti influenza, which means we're coming up on
(23:48):
flu season here, and that's the last thing you want
to get into is the flu. So if you can
get a hold of ronia berries in their form of
the fruit, they can be one of the most effective
fruits that you can eat. But if you can't get
a hold of them, or can't find them, or don't
like them, you can always take the supplement called Ernia
(24:09):
Berry Complex by Terry Naturally Vitamins. It contains Aronia Berry
Extract AB forty, which contains a concentrated and consistent source
of the amazing superfruit the ingredients that are in these
ronia berries. Additionally, Aronia Berry Complex includes French grape Seed
Extract VX one grape seed extract, an incredible effective botanical
(24:33):
for strong heart muscle function, arterial protection, healthy blood pressure levels,
and cholesterol balance. So look for Aronia Berry Complex at
finer health food stores or go to Terry Naturalivitamins dot
com Terry Naturallyvitamins dot com to find Aronia Berry Complex
or inn call the company directly eight six six five
(24:55):
nine eight five, four eight seven. All right, before go
back to your phone calls and questions, let's now hit
the health outrage of the weeks. You don't believe it,
come on each time for the health outrage because it's nothing,
(25:17):
but it is outrageous. Did you see this? This just
broke the centers for disease control and quasi prevention. I
e CDC says America is now and I'm going to
use their word, America is now fatter than any point
in history. As obesity rates rise again, Americans are overweight
(25:44):
big time, more so than ever. According to the CDC,
before twenty thirteen, no state had an adult obesity prevalence
at above thirty five percent, but in twenty twenty three,
twenty three dates hit that alarming threshold. Overall, one in
five American adults are obese, and I think that's conservative.
(26:09):
With the Midwest and South reporting the highest proportions, a
record four states West Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana in
twenty twenty three had the highest rates at forty percent obesity.
This is one additional state compared to last year. The
year before, twenty three states had obesity rates over thirty
(26:32):
five percent, four more than the year before. While Washington, DC,
and Colorado had the lowest figures, no state in the
whole country had fewer than one in five obese adults.
Obesity prevention at young ages is critical, ladies and gentlemen,
because we know that children with obesity often become adults
(26:58):
with obesity, leaving them susceptible to so many different diseases
and a shorter lifespan. The new data was based on
the CDC's Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, which surveys four
hundred thousand adults in all fifty states, DC and three territories.
(27:20):
This is really interesting Asian adults were the only racial
or ethnic group that didn't have obesity prevalence over thirty
five in any state, which means ladies and gentlemen. Here's
the outrage. Why is it that we haven't figured this out?
Why is it that the broken healthcare if you want
(27:45):
to call it a healthcare system, which it's not, it's
really a sick care system we have here in the US.
The medical system predicated upon fixing stuff after it breaks,
and very little attention is ever given to prevention. That's
why we got here, That's how we got here. The
AMA and the CDC and the FDA, all the gate
(28:08):
keepers of big pharma, they loved this activity when they
see this because they know there are new customers in
the pipeline waiting to happen with obesity. They know that
the traditional sad diet, the standard American diet, is driving
all of this and our sedentary lifestyle. So do we
(28:29):
get lectures on how to eat well and lifestyles every
time you see a doctor. No, you get drugs. You
get more prescriptions. If that doesn't work, come back. If
you've got side effects, we will give you something for that.
When you look at Asians in this study, the only
racial ethnic group that didn't fall into the category of
all this obesity, you look at the Asian diet and
(28:50):
I have had the great fortune of being in Asian
countries Japan at least ten times and China. You look
at their diet and you see traditional diet including rice
and fish and veggies and sea vegetation and fermented foods
low in sugar. They stay very active, they stay away
from the standard American diet. But when they move to
the United States and they adopt the standard American diet,
(29:14):
guess what happens, they too become obese. The outrage is
why has this? Why if we allowed this to continue?
It's an embarrassment that we have the wherewithal to solve
this problem and we don't do it. Why Because there's
(29:34):
gold in them URLs. CDC needs to be deconstructed and
put together with the idea of helping people stay out
of illness rather than waiting until they get there before
they do something about it. That's the health outrage of
the week. We're going to get right back to your
telephone calls and questions after this. Stay with us. You're
(29:55):
tuned into the Doctor Bob Martinshow, Welcome back to this
hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Thank you for
tuning into the program. We're going to get to that
(30:17):
information I promised to talk about the overlooked and nutrients
and can slash colon cancer by thirty percent, and then
back to your phone calls as well. But first we
have this week's installment of the product recall of the Week.
Here we go. This ties into what we started talking
about at the top of the hour. Cinnamon powder found
(30:39):
to have lead poisoning. Here's another one that's just being
recalled as Lee, Asli as Lie or as Lee Fine
Foods of Woodbridge and Illinois recalling their cinnamon powder due
to the potential being contaminated with lead. So if you
have any of the as Lie Foods cinnamon powder in
(31:02):
your spice cabinet, get rid of it, take it back,
get your money back. It's problematic. And that is the
quick and short product recall of the week. Now, as promised,
I said to you that I was going to tell
you today about how an overlooked nutrient can slash cold
(31:23):
and cancer is by thirty percent. And we showcased one
of those possibilities for helping to solve that with the
health alternative of the week with the Now Foods Apple
fiber product that we talked about. And if you miss that,
you can go into the podcast library as of this
coming Wednesday and listen to that all over again. But
(31:46):
fiber is one of the most underappreciated nutrients known to
Americans on the standard American diet, which does not get
enough fiber in it. Too many dairy foods, too many meat,
too much meat products, too much junk food, too much
highly prout as foods. But research increasingly shows dietary fiber
is a life saver and one of nutrition's unsung heroes.
(32:11):
Just twenty four grams per day, the equivalent of about
five portions of fruit per day, has been linked to
a thirty percent lower risk of colon cancer. Yet nine
out of ten Americans get fewer than the recommended thirty
grams of fiber on a daily basis, and it's I
(32:32):
think it's a mixed bag. I think it's a combination
of lack of fiber in the diet, people eating nothing
but high process junk food, fast foods, not getting enough fiber,
not getting enough exercise, not getting enough nutrients through their foods,
not enough fruits and veggies, not enough organic fruits and veggies,
and also the COVID shots fueling these turbo cancers. Many
(32:55):
researchers are looking at that because they really started to
uptick once the COVID shots with the mRNA platform got
into motion. We're seeing a meteoric rise in cancers being
fueled across the board. Check it out for yourself, though,
don't believe me. So make sure that you're eating a
more Mediterranean style diet instead of the standard americadt in
(33:18):
order to get that fiber back into your diet because
that's important to your gastro intestino track and everything else.
And if you don't, if you don't planning on it,
you can't get it in or you refuse to get
it in your diet taken in a supplemental form, as
we featured in this week's Health Alternative of the Week
earlier in the hour. All right, let's get right back
to work with your phone calls and questions. Next up
(33:41):
we say hello to LV in Tennessee, not the mob.
Speaker 6 (33:45):
My name Alb and I'm from Tennessee. And my question
is I have a numbness in the bottom of my foot.
It's in my right and my left, but it's more
so in my lift and I have been and they
haven't been able to tell me for what it's called
(34:07):
in this numbness in the bottom of my foot. Can
you help me with this? Please? Thank you?
Speaker 2 (34:16):
All right, ELV, thank you for your phone call. Yes,
you have what's called paresthesia. It's probably caused by a neuropathy.
And that neuropathy could be caused by a number of things.
Could be your blood sugar, could be too much alcohol
to your diet, could be spiking your blood sugar because
sugar in the diet and too much in the bloodstream
can poison nerves. But the same numbness in your feet
(34:38):
LV can be caused by a structural problem in your
lower back. So the first place to start, if you
haven't done so already, is to see a chiropractic physician
to have them do an examination of you to find
out if you've got problems with nerves being pinched in
your lower back, or disk problems in your lower back
that need treatment, need correction, that would be your best option.
(35:02):
If it isn't that and that's ruled out, then we
need to work on your blood sugar because normally with
this type of problem you see blood sugar problems. So
you want to cut back on sugar and junk food
and stay away from alcohol, eat a good diet, and
there are supplements that will help lower blood sugar if
that's what's driving this poisoning of your nerve tissue. There's
(35:26):
formulas in the marketplace. One is called Blood Sugar Balance
by Coyola Company. There's another one called Blood Sugar Health
by Terry Naturally Vitamins. They're available in health food stores.
I suggest you look into that and thank you for
your call. Next up is Charles in British Columbia, Canada.
Speaker 5 (35:44):
Charles from Canada, British Columbia, the Okanagan area. Health question
for my wife, a seventy seven year old female who
has a calid on her foot with a planter's wart
that has been corrected, but the callous keeps coming back
(36:07):
and has been removed by a pediatrist, but returns and
wondering what else she can do other than trying to
dig it out, etc. Thank you.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
All right, Charles, thank you for your call. I think
probably it's probably not a callous, could be the callus,
but it's most likely the plantar is coming back, the
wart is coming back. It's a virus. What I would
suggest she do is take one teaspoon of black elderberry

Mystery of the week. Scientists find humans age dramatically in
two bursts at forty four and age sixty. US finding
suggesting aging is not a slow and steady process, could
explain spikes in health issues at certain ages. If you've
(38:46):
noticed a sudden accumulation of wrinkles, aches, and pains, or
general sensation of having grown older almost overnight. There may
be a scientific explanation to the mystery. Research suggests that,
rather than being a slow and steady process, aging occurs
at least in two accelerated bursts. They looked at thousands
(39:11):
of people and they tracked them, and they were looking
at different molecules within their bodies, people aging between twenty
five and seventy five years of age, and they detected
two waves of age related changes that happen around age
forty four and then again at age sixty. Their findings
(39:34):
could explain why spikes in certain health issues, including muscular
skeletal problems in other words, joint problems and muscle problems
and cardiovascular disease occur at certain ages. So think about that.
You know, here, all along we've been thinking, well, age
is just a slow burn, you know, it's just like
(39:55):
a candle burning at both ends, you know, and boom,
puff out it goes. No. The scientists have found this
mysterious tendency of people around the age of forty four
and then again at sixty, where they've noted that certain molecules,
(40:17):
and they've measured this within their body tend to age quicker.
And this is why a lot of people you know,
at age forty four around there, Oh, I got to
go get some work done. I'm like Haggard, I look old,
and then again at sixty it happens I'm over the hill.
Think about how mysterious that is. So do everything you
can on the lead up to both of those ages
(40:39):
forty four and sixty to reduce your age aging by
taking good care of yourself. You've been listening to the
Doctor Bob Martin's show, Be Well,
