Speaker 4 (03:23):
Now.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Many of you were listening to the program last weekend
when I interviewed an individual by the name of Nathan Jones,
and we talked about the topic of fluoridated water, fluorine
in the water, fluoride in the water system. Everybody's sort
(03:45):
of like, oh, yeah, it's in the water system. Doesn't
that keep your teeth from rotting out? Well, finally, after
a long long time, they're finally waking up to the
fact that fluoride should not be in the water system.
And I appreciate those of you who went to my
personal website and voted on the question of whether you
(04:08):
would agree to have floride removed from the water system nationwide,
like they're trying to do in the state of Florida.
Florida becomes the first state to back radical change to
its tapwater over brain damage fears. And we'll have the
(04:29):
results of that poe momentarily here. But Florida has become
the first state to recommend removing floride from its water
system because of the risks posed to children's brains. The
mineral has been increasingly part of the public debate since
a bombshell government report published earlier this year. In comments
(04:52):
made by Health and Human Services nominee Robert F. Kennedy Junior,
He's all over this, and I'm so glad that he is.
The report concluded consuming high levels of fluoride can harm
brain development in children and is associated with lower IQ
(05:17):
and based on the analysis of previously public published as
scientific research studies, the report marks the first time a
federal agency has determined with moderate confidence there is I repeat,
there is a link between consuming fluoride and having a
(05:40):
lower IQ, particularly in children. Adding fluoride to water has
been touted as the great health achievement, mostly by the
dental profession that needs to come up to speed. On
this topic. Unfortunately. It's incredible, folks.
Speaker 4 (06:01):
You know.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
I have to tell you that back in the mid eighties,
I interviewed an individual, and I think I've mentioned this
on the program before, an individual by the name of
doctor John Yemianus, PhD, a very renowned PhD. He wrote
a book entitled Fluoride The Aging Factor in nineteen eighty
(06:26):
three or nineteen eighty four, and I had interviewed him subsequently,
maybe a half a dozen times. This individual, this doctor,
this researcher, this scientist opened my eyes to fluoride, and
from that point forward, I have not consumed any fluoridated water.
Oh my gosh, that stuff is toxic. It's poisonous. But
(06:50):
that's just me. You'll have to make that call. And
if you want to look up his book, Fluoride the
Aging Factor, you may be able to find it some
I've got a copy of it. I'm sure it's out
of print now, but there's probably somewhere on email you
can get it. But there's tons of information out there
about floride and how toxic it is. In fact, the
(07:11):
state Attorney General on the State of Florida, doctor Latipo,
he's all over it. He said, ADHD in children, behavioral
problems in children born to mothers who consume fluoride while pregnant,
that's a problem. In his mind, sleep issues. He sees
the same data I do. Premature puberty in girls, thyroid disorders,
(07:33):
reduced IQ as I mentioned, and increased bone fracture risks,
all associated with taking in municipal water that flows from
your faucet, at the kitchen, sink or wherever you fill
a glass up. There's a certain amount of fluoride in there.
(07:53):
Under the offices of if you drink it, your teeth
will not rot out, you won't get cavities. That was
the original intent. It was an interesting one, but the
benefit do not outweigh the risk. Additionally, the announcement continued
with doctor Latipos due to the neuropsychiatric risk associated with
(08:17):
fluoride exposure. We're talking about tap water here, folks, particularly
in pregnant women and children, and the wide availability of alternative,
get it alternative sources outside of using fluoride for dental health.
If you will, and certainly if you want to go
(08:39):
into the dental office and get a fluoride treatment for
your child, you're welcome to do that. I have six children,
and I would never, ever, and they're all grown up now,
never allow them to get fluoride in their mouth whatsoever.
That's what the state Attorney General of the State of
Florida is talking about. He's dialed in on this, he's
educated by and this is exactly why for the last
twenty years on this radio show, I have been promoting
(09:02):
something that is better than using fluoride, and it is
the spray dental Defense system Spry. Why do you think
I hawk that so much? It's because I use it,
It's because my family uses, my colleagues use it, and
many of my listeners.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
Over the last oh Jesus see, we've.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Been in national syndication now going on almost thirty years,
twenty eight, twenty nine years.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
That's what we've been talking about.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
You might also wonder why the countries of Germany, Sweden,
Scotland and Switzerland have discontinued using or adding fluoride to
their water systems, arguing people now get enough fluoride from
other sources. There's toothpaste, you can choose that if you want.
(09:54):
I would never do it myself, or mouthwash that as
Florida that never do that, Never give it to a child.
It's talks brain toxic. It's also believed by many researchers
to be mutagenic, which means it could can cause cancer.
You have options, and last week's poll question spells it out.
When I posted on the website, Florida becomes the first
(10:18):
daid to reverse it or to try to get rid
of it. Are you in favor of a nationwide fluoride.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Ban of water?
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Well, you voted eighty seven percent of you who went
to doctor Bob dot com my website spelling out the
word doctor. Eighty seven percent of you said yes, you
would been at thirteen percent of you said no. So
there you have it, and I appreciate you voting on that.
All right, stick around. We've got a special guest coming
(10:46):
up on a fascinating topic that.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
I think a lot of people will relate to. So
don't go anywhere.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
You're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Speaker 3 (10:55):

previous shows or if you miss a show, you've got
the podcast library over there. And of course the social
media platforms Instagram, X and LinkedIn, all available over at
(12:38):
doctor Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor doct
o r bob dot com. Now, if you're wondering when
we're going to be taking questions we will, and we
will be doing that later in the show, but we're
going to turn our attention now to a malady that
is it's just universal, especially during the holiday season.
Speaker 3 (13:02):
Let's face it.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
I mean, we're all on this schedule that we're typically
not used to, usually later, going to sleep later, waking
up earlier. We're eating foods that we probably shouldn't eat
as many of a lot of stress associated with high
expectations during the holiday season, and maybe travel in the airports,
(13:25):
and people develop the dreaded fatatigue or fatigue otherwise known
as fatigue, especially during this time of the year.
Speaker 3 (13:37):
And so I thought it would be.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
A good idea to address that today and maybe get
out in front of it or behind it. If you're
suffering with it, or have been suffering with fatigue, you
don't know what to do and where to go, and
your only resource of relief is using a drug called caffeine.
We're going to try to extricate you from that today,
(14:00):
get you off of the caffeinism ride that you may
be on, and actually help you to solve your fatigue
safely and naturally drug free. To do that, we have
recruited an expert to join us. He is an exotic
fruits expert researcher. His name is Larry Logsden. He is
(14:20):
the founder of Tahiti Trader Noni. He's with us today.
I asked Larry to tackle help me to tackle the
subject of fatigue and how to help our audience understand
that they may be in a more control of the
way they feel, particularly the tiredness, the fatigue, the fatatigue
(14:42):
that sets in by making some simple adjustments in their
lifestyle and also some things that they can do outside
of their eating habits that they're currently consuming. And with
that let us welcome back to the program. Larry Logsden,
Good day to you, Larry.
Speaker 4 (15:00):
Good morning doctor Bob. How are you this wonderful morning.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
I'm doing fantastic. Thank you for asking. I called you.
Speaker 2 (15:09):
I said, you know a lot of people they sleep
a lot because they have to during the holiday season
because of stress, things they shouldn't be eating, imbibing fermented
foods as in alcohol, stressed out, and some of them
then reach for and become even more addicted to or
(15:30):
wired up to the caffeinism that has swept our nation.
It just seems like who doesn't use a mother low
to caffeine in a given day.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
I mean, all you have to do is just drive by.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
Look over as you're driving by a Starbucks and see
the people sometimes in line, including their children, ready to
get a frap, a frappuccino, or you know, a full
throttle caffeine that they're and sugar that their parents are
allowing them to have at age six or even younger,
(16:02):
which is mind blowing to me. So I thought today
we should talk about fatigue, Larry and how we can
help with that subject. So let's start with the amount
of Americans during the holiday season that maybe feeling the
fatigue or using the caffeine to prop themselves up artificially
(16:25):
and drug wise.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
Well, the number is staggering, doctor Bob. Let's start off
with at least seventy percent of Americans are feeling stressed
from the holidays and are using caffeine that they will admit,
but another survey shows that it's probably near ninety eight percent.
It's an amazing number that people it's that high. I mean,
(16:48):
people will go in and get a diet soda with
some caffeine in it and not realizing that's what they're
using to offset fatigue. And stress, and it's an amazing number.
Why is that, though, I think it has a lot
to do with the culture. What do you think, Well, I.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
Think I think it has a lot to do with
the the advertisements that to see a nauseum on television.
We of course see also the promotion of the so
called energy drinks, name one, you know, you Got Wings,
you know, all this stuff that they're promoting as though
(17:30):
that should be part of everyone's dietary repertoire.
Speaker 3 (17:34):
It just should be there.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
I mean, there's you know, there's air, there's calories, and
then there's caffeine. I mean, it's almost an inculcation of
our society that leads the way through example. And I
think it, you know, if the children are seeing their
parents wolfing down coffee, and I'm again I have to
admit I have a complete bias against caffeine. I don't
(17:58):
drink caffeine except an occasional cup of green tea that
I may get running through the airport. But you know,
I just have never I've never, honestly never drank a
cup of coffee in my life. In the story that
of course is behind that is that I took a
(18:20):
big swallow of it once while I was I think
I was around fourteen years old. We were out hunting
for pheasants in the state of Iowa. I was freezing cold.
My brother in law gave me a big gulp of
his black coffee so i'd stay warm.
Speaker 3 (18:36):
I took it.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
I had a shotgun in my head at the time
going over these fences, and I was so jittery from
the caffeine that I almost pulled the trigger and shot
somebody accidentally. So that was that was my first caffeine experience,
and since then I have not come near it.
Speaker 3 (18:51):
I don't even like the smell of it. Larry, I
don't know about you.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
Well, I think it's an acquired thing, doctor Bob. I
think we're people start with caffeine is in SODA's because
if they throw it in there and you don't even
know it's there when you first start off, and most
people start with just a few steps, that's how it works,
and you get used to the lift. People they kind
of like that stuff. They get high on the dope,
(19:18):
and that's what that is. Now. The thing about it
is it only goes so high. That's the problem, because
it releases cortisol and then the next thing, you know,
you got yourself a crash, and it's not a good
thing at all. And then they go through it again,
trying to make things happen, go up again, and well,
the reality is you're going.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
To pay, so you're saying whatever goes up must come down,
and usually it comes down even harder than where it
started at the baseline. Maybe that's why I always when
I was growing up as a kid and didn't know
any better.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
What I would drink a mountain do.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
I would get a massive pain in my chest, in
my stomach, and I thought, geez, is this normal?
Speaker 3 (19:58):
Sure tastes good. Where's the next one.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
It's like unbelievable, And I don't think, yeah, yeah, I
don't think people realize that when they when they use caffeine,
they're also depleting certain nutrients out of their bodies. Besides
the fact that they're, like you said, they're whip sawing
their stress hormone that should be only tapped when you're
(20:21):
under stress, like for example, like in the in a
dark alley, somebody comes at you and you run. That's
what your cortisol gets you to do. You're scared, you
get away, Whereas you drink a cup of coffee or
use a full.
Speaker 3 (20:33):
Throated energy drink.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
Your body thinks it's being chased by a savor to tiger,
and it's not, and so it has to eventually wear
you down, take you down.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
We don't want that.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
We're gonna give some options today, ladies and gentlemen, on
this How to get this problem.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
Solved without caffeine. How to solve the fatigue issue? Stay
with us. You're tuned into the Doctor Bob Marchin Show.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
On a night.
Speaker 5 (21:00):
Nextrike, how you eating for the perfect night?
Speaker 3 (21:05):
How you mean to the time is night? Do you
want to learn to deal with did you want to.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
Take the wheel stand?
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Did you bet another man?
Speaker 5 (21:24):
What are you in?
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Well, you're having to be tuned into the largest and
longest running radio health talk show in America, and that's
in large part thanks to you, and we so appreciate
you tuning into the program today. Our topic is how
to safely and naturally solve fatigue the symptom of fatigue
(21:48):
and tiredness without having to use drug therapy. The most
psychoactive drug that is utilized in the worldwide, especially in
the United States, is caffeine. It is something that and
I you know, look if you're saying to yourself, and
I've had this happen. I've had people send me gnarly,
(22:09):
gnarly emails saying, I know.
Speaker 3 (22:11):
Why you're against caffeine.
Speaker 2 (22:12):
You're elder, Yes, you're a Mormon. No, no, no, I'm
not a Mormon. I'm not LDS. It's just that I've
studied the topic. I know how it affects me. And look,
if you want to have a cup of coffee a date, excellent,
And I know some people I only have a cup
to date. Fine, if that works for you, it's okay,
(22:32):
But I challenge you to stop that cup and see
how you feel. Do you feel tired, do you sleep better?
What effects are really impacting you? And if you're one
of these people who're thrown back one or two or
three or four cups and then energy drinks on top
of that, there's something wrong. There's something seriously wrong with
your energy storage. Your body is talking to you. It
(22:55):
wants off of that train that you you should not
be on. And our guest with us is Larry Logsden,
who's a exotic fruits researcher, and he's here because I
asked him to be to discuss this topic now, Larry.
Besides loss of sleep during the holidays, which everybody seems
(23:17):
to be suffering from, and of course that's what draws
them back to using elements like caffeine, drinks and other
things to get back up so they can function okay,
so that they aren't fatigued and tired. What other things
cause fatigue and loss of energy that people need to
(23:38):
be aware of a reminder of.
Speaker 4 (23:42):
Well, that's a big subject, gotcha, Bob. The reality is
that stress and fatigue are really the same thing, just
approaching it from a different point of view. Reality I
think here is that when we push ourselves too far
and we take in too many sugars or alcoholic beverages
(24:02):
or caffeine drinks, whatever it may be, it depletes our
body of the essential nutrients needed to make consistent energy,
so our cellular energy is on target to help support
we're trying to do that. What I see is the
number one problem that's never talked about when someone says, hey,
how about an energy drink or luck cup of coffee.
(24:27):
May not be the best answer, but it offered because
there are simplistic results, Oh that will help most people. Well,
not really because when you have so much stress, soon
enough you find yourself falling asleep after having a cup
of coffee or maybe even one of those one of
those energy drinks, because the body just can only go
(24:47):
so far.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
And there's nothing wrong with falling a sleep, folks. That's
how you regain your energy, that's how you recharge your battery.
And to use caffeine to go against the natural in
eight sensation of your body wanting to rest, wanting to
slow down, wanting to recover from whatever you've been under,
(25:10):
be it physical or mental, stress is something you should
yield to as opposed to, as we say, whipping the
tired horse. It doesn't want to go, but yeah, you
whip it instead, so it's forced to go. And unfortunately,
when you do that enough, something is going to break
down and.
Speaker 3 (25:29):
There will be a price to pay for that.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Now, Larry, there are some people who are just tuning
into the program, and I want to have you repeat
the statistic that you said at the very beginning. How
many people, how many Americans are today using caffeine on
a pretty regular basis, maybe a weekly basis or a
daily basis, which is hard.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
For me to even wrap my brain around well.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
According to a recent MSN survey, Americans admitted it, but
ninety eight percent of Americans are actually utilizing caffeine in
some form or another to give them an extra kick
they think they need. It's an amazing number. And only
a small fraction of folks like yourself are saying, Oh,
(26:18):
I can do without caffeine because I've got enough sleep,
I eat properly, and so on and so forth. That's
the problem. And largely this sounds to do with the
poor diets, doctor Bob, oh.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
Poor diet. It's got to be a part of that.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
Foresure, scientists are also looking and researching this new syndrome,
but it's really not new. It's called mitochondrial dysfunction. To
better understand why so many Americans one of the leading
complaints in the doctor's office when patients go into doctors'
offices is fatigue or tiredness or loss of energy, and
(26:58):
they're frantically studying the mitochondria dysfunction. The mitochondria, the powerhouse
of our cells, are being stressed and are not being
properly taken care of, and as a result of that,
people just want to have more rest, and they fight
it by using the caffeinated products, and that's you know,
(27:21):
certainly it's going to lift them up temporarily, but as
I said, it's artificially doing so, and it's doing so
quickly that the body has to try to adapt to
that change of that excessive cortisol stress hormone being poured
into the bloodstream as a result of the initiation of
caffeine usage. And when you tap into that too often,
(27:43):
eventually you're gonna get burned out. Obviously, it's all dose dependent.
If you're saying, look, you're not going to pry me
away from my cup of coffee in the morning, that's
that's just a ritual I've been doing for sixty years
and I'm doing good, and that's fine, and you should
stay doing that if that's what causes your bowels to
move on a regular basis, which is what most people
(28:04):
use it for, as they get their balls going. And
if they don't do it, they're constivated, mostly because they
don't drink enough water during the day, or take enough
fiber in during the day, or eat too much meat
and dairy foods, which are constantating.
Speaker 3 (28:15):
So but I only won't get into that today.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Let's just get to some of the things Larry, that
people can do. How do plants such as fruits and
vegetables provide energy for human cells?
Speaker 3 (28:30):
I mean, that's.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
Where we really need to go, and that is the
dietary recommendations that people need to do, because that's where
we should be getting our energy is from our food, correct.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Larry, Absolutely right. Fruits, vegetables and the natural things that
just grow in the wild are the things that are
going to bring you what you need to promote your
human cellular energy. I mean fruits and vegetables. You know,
they include such a diverse group of plant food, but
(29:03):
they greatly varied how much energy is in each one.
But the thing is, folks, they have vitamins, naturally occurring minerals,
and the diets are great sources of phytochemicals, which are
what you need to battle fatigue.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
And of course the idea behind eating is taking in calories.
That's how we derive the energy that we need, whether
that be protein or good.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
Fats or carbs, and of.
Speaker 2 (29:33):
Course liquids and hopefully liquids that are healthy and not fluoridated,
which I just did a segment on before you came
on the air, Larry, I want to get into when
we come back from this break, a description of your
favorite drug free ways Larry to fight fatigue.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
And then I understand you brought an audio clip with
you as well. We'll get to that as well. I'm
Doctor Bob Martin.
Speaker 6 (30:10):
I'm a Bossom, a number sun Impencible, the one never
single days an I'm today.
Speaker 2 (30:32):
Well, you happen to be tuned into the Doctor Bob
Martin's show.
Speaker 3 (30:37):
For that, we thank you.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
Now, some of you may have already snubbed this show
because I I might seem to be attacking your drug
of choice, your caffeine, and I'm not.
Speaker 3 (30:50):
To each his own.
Speaker 4 (30:52):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
If if that's something you enjoy, if it's something that
you feel good about and benefit by, and that's it's
only a cup of day, No, biggie. Get the bigger
picture here, of course, and that is that we're here
helping you to maybe understand that there could be an
alternative for you to extricate yourself from a long held
(31:17):
behavior that you've been participating in, and that is the
use of caffeine.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
Now, I know a lot of people enjoy the taste.
That's fine.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
A lot of people do it because if they did
and their bowels would turn into cement.
Speaker 3 (31:30):
I get that there are other reasons.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
We don't have to get into them right now, but
we do have a special person with us, a special guest,
to talk about this topic. I invited Larry Logston to
join us on the topic of fatigue and how we
might improve the status of fatigue and Americans by changing
up some things, maybe getting better sleep, trying to lower
(31:57):
stress in one's life, eating more fruits and vegetables as
Larry has recommended, and other things to do. So, Larry,
can you, as I asked before the Breakdore, can you
describe for our audience some of your favorite drug freeways
to fight fatigue.
Speaker 4 (32:20):
Well, doctor Bob, that's a very good question. My favorite
way is through nony juice. Now, I know you'll probably say, well,
it's because he's in the no any business. Well, that's
how I got in the no any business. Is I
figured out that this stuff really helps. That's an amazing thing.
(32:41):
Nony chewe could actually increase your energy. Besides, it's a
great source of biotin and foliate and b vitamins that
play a huge role in your body's energy production. And
that is important because you want to convert your food
into energy. And besides that, it helps you increase your
(33:03):
aerobic performance. So if you do any exercise, you're going
to feel like you got more out of it. You're
gonna find that your body responds better utilizing nony juice
to fight fatigue. It's an amazing thing. In fact, we
had a guy who called up the office the other
day and told me his whole story, and maybe we
could share that audio clip when we have a chance. Folks.
(33:25):
It's an amazing thing. You can feel it as soon
as it hits your lips.
Speaker 3 (33:30):
All right, we're gonna do that. Larry iviewed, I've reviewed
that clip. Let's go to that gid. But this is
a folks.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
This is Larry interviewing a customer of his that used
nony juice and this person extolling the virtues of it.
Speaker 3 (33:44):
Let's go.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
It's Larry calling from Tahaiti trader. How you doing. You've
been drinking nony for some time? It sounds like yes.
Speaker 7 (33:51):
Sir, yeah so far man. I mean I'm really impressed.
I mean my wife too, she was like, wow, you know.
Speaker 4 (33:58):
Well, tell me what do you notice thing when you
drink the juice?
Speaker 8 (34:01):
I mean I feel better. I feel you know, all
those money eggs, body eggs and all the kind of stuff,
and yeah, what we call fatigue got rid of everything.
Speaker 7 (34:12):
I'm like, wow, this is really because it's really helping.
Speaker 4 (34:17):
Oh, I'm glad. So you were having some uh some
aches and pains and fatigue and stuff like that. Yeah,
so you're feeling better, that's what matters.
Speaker 7 (34:28):
Right, Yeah, exactly, I feel better. All of the fatigue
and all that gone, Like, I have more energy and everything.
Speaker 4 (34:35):
So so how did you how did you discover no
na Jews? How that happened?
Speaker 7 (34:40):
You know, where where I come from, Nigeria, we have
lots of herbs and everything. So I went to this
African store and I saw it. I saw it and
it was among some other ones for the herbs that
I know of, you know. So I I'm like, let
me check this out.
Speaker 4 (35:01):
And I read the.
Speaker 7 (35:01):
Back of the back of the description and everything, and
I said, well, it won't be a bad idea to
give it a try. So I've said that I've bought
it a couple of times.
Speaker 4 (35:11):
And so you were just feeling like you just didn't
want to feel like that no more. You're tired of
feeling exactly. Yes, yes, So you know what you're telling
me is the things that you know happened to a
lot of us when we hit like thirty five or
forty years old or so you start feeling these things
and you go, what and the heck's wrong with me?
(35:31):
Right right?
Speaker 7 (35:33):
And I'll be I'll be fifty front of July next year.
Speaker 4 (35:36):
Oh, congratulates, Yeah, thank you, very nice, very nice. So
you're feeling better, and that's what matters, and that's why
we're here, is that we want to bring the balance
back into our life. And it's out of whack for
whatever reason, and nobody really helps to bring it. I've
noticed that, true, true. Yeah, And so you're feeling great. Well,
(36:00):
I'm so happy that you're doing better. So wondering, thank you,
thank you, pleasure, my pleasure, my pleasure. I'll want to
be thankful. Thank you so much for taking time about
to tell me your story. We love those stories. I

Speaker 2 (37:46):
From President elect Donald J. Trump as to whether or
not he would take a flu shot. We're gonna hear
from Robert F. Kennedy Junior the person who probably going
to run the health and Human services branch of our government. Yes,
we are on flu shots.
Speaker 3 (38:09):
Do you know that.
Speaker 2 (38:11):
Getting a flu shot you are more likely to contract
COVID nineteen infection if you get a flu shot and
they're coupling it up. Oh yeah, come in, get a
flu shot, get a covid at the same time. And
yet if you take a flu shot you're more likely
to contract covid infections.
Speaker 3 (38:29):
We'll get into that and a lot more that you
need to know about this.
Speaker 2 (38:31):
And also, by the way, before they started the flu shot,
the whole flu shot thing years and years ago, it
hasn't helped at all, and I'm going to prove that
with the data next hour took anywhere. Our special guest
we've been talking to this hour, exotic fruit researcher, scientist
(38:54):
Larry Logsten from Tahiti Trader Noni, has been with us
talking about the topic of fatigue and some things you
can do to help fight back against fatigue. Yielding to
your body's desire and need to rest more often, eat better,
get some sunlight, some exercise, lower u stress. Ofcourse, push
back on the caffeine if you wish and drink the
(39:16):
exotic fruit Tahati trader nony juice. Now, Larry, most people
have not ever even drank it, or maybe didn't even
know Tahiti trader nony juice existed. Can you tell them
what it tastes? Like it quickly? We have very little
time left. Are there different versions of it?
Speaker 3 (39:32):
Sir?
Speaker 4 (39:34):
Yes, doctor Bob, there are two formulas, folks. Our original
high potency nony juice is the one I recommend for
most people, blended with blueberry and raspberry, and it's delicious.
You're gonna love it. But the part you love the
most about it is that you will notice it working
almost immediately. Our second formula is our Island style, and
(39:57):
I mean it's made the old fashion way and it
tastes pretty nasty. If you ask me what wait.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
A minute, No, Larry, Larry, don't go there. I put
it in my smoothie in the morning. You're no nastiness
to it. You put a ban in there or some
other uh you know, protein powder.
Speaker 3 (40:14):
It didn't nasty to me.
Speaker 2 (40:15):
It was what it does to my body that matters
to me, and that makes it feel better.
Speaker 4 (40:20):
Well, I just don't want a kid. People to think
that it'll taste like the original formula. It's it's got basically,
it's a it's a vinegar fruit vinegar.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
But folks, one of those formulas.
Speaker 4 (40:30):
You're going to notice a difference.
Speaker 3 (40:31):
You're gonna love we right, folks. You can find Tahiti
Trader now and they do. Just try it, you'll like it.
Speaker 2 (40:37):
G n C Sprouts Vitamin Shop or Tahati Trader dot
com to Heati Trader dot com, Larry, thank you very much.
Speaker 3 (40:45):
Stay tuned. I'm doctor Bob Martin.
