(01:28):
become infirm. This is an awesome way to participate in

simply wind it up by calling into the toll free

six two. Now that sounds like a different number than
the one that the young lady just stated, and it is.
It's our backup toll free number. Many of you know
(02:31):
because you tried last week. We were having trouble with
our typical toll free number and it should be back
in order, hopefully by the next show, but if it is,
this is the backup number for you to call in
and ask a question about your health or somebody else's health,
or make a health comment. The number eight eight eight
five five three seven two six two one triple eight
(02:53):
five five three seven two six two or eight eight
eight fifty five Doctor Bob, Bob in your Touchtowne phone.
Coming up this hour, we're gonna have for you this
week's installments of the Health Alternative of the Week, the
Health Outrage of the Week, the Product Recall of the Week,
(03:17):
and we've got the Health Mystery of the Week as well.
I thought I would start out, however, with this latest
information before we go back to your telephone calls and
questions about these ready made meals that are in the
news right now making you twenty three percent more likely
(03:39):
to die from three major killers. We're talking about ready
made meals. Now, ready made meals are in existence because
there's a demand for them. We have a fast paced lifestyle.
Everything's like that power thirty minute lunch. We're on the run.
We don't have time to cook, get in the kitchen
do things like that like we used to. And now,
(04:01):
of course the food industry is put together these ready
made meals, so you just go grab it and start eating.
You're good to go. Unfortunately, people who eat lots of
these ready made meals are putting themselves at risk long
term because they're consuming these ultra processed foods are upfs.
(04:22):
Ultra processed foods meeting their process to the degree where
they weren't when they originally came forth grown or otherwise
like ready made meals could be around like twenty five percent.
People eating these on a regular basis over time places
people at a twenty five percent or higher likelihood of
(04:46):
developing diseases like Parkinson's disease. That's what a study of
more than four hundred thousand people recently revealed. Junk food
eaters or people reading these ultra processed foods, we're talking
about some of your favorites and some of my ex favorites.
(05:07):
I have to say, oh yeah, these we're talking about
like pringles and laized potato chips, and ruffles and cheetos
and free dos and funions and kettle chips, all these,
you know, ultra processed foods. That isn't the whole list,
of course, but it's wide we'd be here all day
(05:29):
talking about the names of them, but that'll give you
some hints of those things. They put you at a
higher risk of three major killers if you're a consumer
of those on a regular basis. However, replacing just a
fraction of a person's daily junk food or ultra processed
(05:51):
food intake with things like fruits and vegetables can reduce
the risk of death from all causes. So it's like
eating life insurance, and not only will it help you
with life extension, it will help the quality of your
life too, because so many of these ills and maladies
and infirmities we have are really being generated by what
(06:11):
we're putting in our pie hole. Now, this study followed
four hundred thousand people for nine from nine countries between
the ages of thirty five and seventy four, I mean
that for nearly sixteen years, and track their diet along
with the health outcomes associated with their diet. So this
(06:34):
is very a very large study over a long period
of time, covering some wide age brackets, and writing in
the scientific journal The Lancet Regional Health, the researcher said
their results provided more evidence of the potential benefits of
(06:57):
eating fewer of these ultras processed foods, otherwise referred to
as junk food The researchers concluded promoting the consumption of
unprocessed minimally processed foods while discouraging highly processed foods and
(07:18):
dietary recommendations may be beneficial for health. And it is.
Of course, now you're not going to get away from all.
You're not gonna be able to completely extricate yourself from
processed foods. Some of it needs to be processed. But
the ultra processed stuff, the stuff that's really messed with
by man and eating that on a regular basis. I
mentioned some of those like laced potato, chips, ruffles, sprinkles,
(07:39):
kettle cheetos, funions and all of that that you get
convenience stores and conventional grocery stores, cakes, cookies, biscuits, prepackaged
cold meats, all of them are in this category of
ultra processed foods. Otherwise, notice, junk foods are typically packed
with high levels of salt, high levels of sugar, as
(08:00):
well as industrial coloring agents which are artificial, toxic, rancid
inflammatory oils like canola oil, which never should go into
human bodies. Human body at all unless you want to
set your body on fire because it's inflammatory. And all
these artificial flavoring and enhancing and emulsifiers and preservatives. My gosh,
(08:25):
the only people who are benefiting by all these ultra
processed foods and all these preservatives are the mortuaries because
now when a person has to be embalmed, they don't
have to use as much embombing fluid because by the
time they come there, they're already pickled, they're already embalmed,
they're already preserved, so less formaldehyde needs to be put
(08:46):
into the cadaver. I'm not kidding you on this, it's true.
Just talk to somebody in that business. I digress. These foods,
typically the junk foods, the ultra processed foods undergo multiple
industrial process is which research has found degrades the physical
structure of foods, making it absorbed rapidly into the lustrium.
(09:07):
And this is where we get these big spikes of
cortisol and blood sugar spikes which shorten your lifespan and
increase inflammation and increase the rate in which you are
exposed to three of the major killer diseases. This in
turn increases your blood sugar can cause diabetes, obesity. It
(09:29):
reduces your satiety and damages your gut or your gastrointestinal microbiome,
which is where all the research is going today. The
community of friendly bacteria gets destroyed that live inside of
our guts, that control seventy percent of our immune system
that we depend on for good health so that it
keeps us well. And yet these alter processed foods upfs
(09:53):
are the junk food when we eat it. This is
what we are subjected to. Doesn't kill you, doesn't drop
you the day you start. It's cumulative food additives like
non nutritive sweeteners, these modified starch, starches, gum, mulcifiers. All
of that is linked to gut or gastrointestinal inflammation and
(10:16):
hormonal problems and puts you at an increased risk of
heart attacks and strokes and Parkinson's disease. So the key
is eat less of them and reach for more of
the organic fresh fruits and vegetables and organic everything, nuts
and seeds and anything you can get a hold of
(10:38):
to satisfy your appetite, and always keep this stuff with
you so that it's you're not thinking about dropping in
and getting some junk food. Somewhere. All right, we're coming
back with the health alternative of the week, which kind
of deals with this same category. Stay with us. You're
(10:59):
tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin show that.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Catch a grenade, I jump, take a both yes brings up?
Speaker 2 (11:32):
All right, Well, I won't jump in front of a
train for you. I won't put a gun to my head,
I won't die for you, but I'll give you my
very best advice on things related to health and wellness.
That's what I do. It's what I dedicated my professional
life too, going on forty years worth of it in
this mode in the healthcare arena. I love this and
(11:54):
I hope you can tell that I'm passionate about it
because I too, like you. Perhaps I was not well
for the first sixteen years of my life. I was
a sick, sick young man with everything from allergies to ezema,
to pneumonia, bronchitis, rashes. I had the best medical care
(12:19):
that my parents could muster up in, taking me there
about every six weeks for more medical drugs, which did
squattola to resolve my problems. Finally I met somebody who said,
you know what, you need a different approach and so
I was able to do a natural approach to getting
(12:39):
myself well, which included making sure my spinal system was
functioning on all cylinders, which it wasn't at the time,
and they didn't even bother to check that in the
medical setting, and changing up my diet over time and
my environment and other things. And today I'm here to
(13:01):
tell you I am healthy as I can possibly be,
with none of that stuff plaguing me. Even though the
doctors told my parents I would always be asthmatic, I'd
always have allergies, I always have these health problems. In fact,
they even told my parents, he probably he's going to
live with you the rest of his life, being that
dependent on you. I'm not kidding you. This is how
much they know about health and wellness. Well, I'm here
(13:24):
to tell you when you get turned on like that,
when you get better, when you see that kind of change,
it made me want to tell other people the truth.
That's why I do what I do, just so you know.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time now for this
week's installment, of which really ties into that last conversation
about ready made foods, the health alternative of the week.
(13:56):
All right, talking about the problem ready made junk foods,
ultra processed foods. And here that's an alternative alternative ready
made takeout foods over a natural grossers. A healthy alternative
to ready made foods is to eat more whole foods,
minimize processed foods, and cook at home. No one wants
(14:18):
to cook at home. I get that, or at least
not many people. But it is becoming more common for
people to choose to eat out or order takeout due
to their busy schedules, lack of time, convenience, and sometimes
you just don't want to cook and clean it up
the mess. Right. Well, here are some good advice choices
(14:41):
of eating less processed takeout foods. Number one. Cook your
favorite foods in larger batches, like maybe use that croc
pot or something, or freeze a portion of another meal
so you can have it maybe again and again, and
that you know, reduces your cooking time or in the
(15:01):
kitchen by two times or even three times. Number two.
Choose whole foods. Choose fresh or fresh frozen fruits and vegetables, meats, fish, seafoods,
whole grains, one hundred percent organic when you can find
these things, of course, Number three eat less sugar. Avoid
(15:22):
sugary breakfast cereals. Especially. The worst way to start a
child's day or an adult's way is to have sugary cereal.
Read the ingredients on the box please, and then choose
healthier options like red mills, oatmeal, overnight oats. Make some
musi lei, or some millet or quene waw or amaranth.
(15:44):
If they sound unfamiliar to you, you need to get
into the natural grocers stores and learn about these things.
They're not that hard to make, and you can make
them in large batches so that you can use them
the next day or the next day, cutting down your
time making them. Find fruits, fruits and nuts and seed toppings.
Look for in the bulk bins of like a natural
(16:05):
grocery store. Shopping for bulk foods and bins makes buying
less than the standard packaged amounts and getting what you
need without the extra ingredients. Now the lidded bins, you
can scoop out the stuff that you need. It's wall
mounted dispensers pours when you know. You just flip the
(16:27):
handle and it pours into a bag. It's excellent, it's convenient,
easy to do. Choose the healthy fats. That's how you
get away from these ultra processed, ready made meals. You
want to use monoinsaturated fats like olive oil, cold press version,
oleve oil, avocado oil, coconut oils are fine. Choose fish
(16:48):
and other foods with unsaturated Omega three fatty acids. You
want to also add fiber into your diet. Learn about
the importance of eating naturally by using more beansomes from
a Dozen Cousins. We've featured them on the show before.
That's the product called a dozen cousins, which are made
(17:10):
up of beans, not a can, but these easy to
use pouches. You just zip them open or cut them
open and stored in refrigerator after opening it. The beans
like organic Mexican pinto beans, Cuban black beans, Creole red beans,
or the classic refined pinto beans, it's all in a
(17:32):
dozen cousins. That's the product you look for, maybe at
your natural grocery store near you. Eating more home cooked
meals is associated with a healthier diet and lowering your
risk of disease. You stay away from these prepaid, pre made,
ready made junk food ultra processed foods, you're gonna be
a whole lot better. I'll find a new recipe to steam, stir, fry, saute, bake,
(17:57):
or grill to your heart's delight, and then find a
natural grocery store near you so you can access these
foods over at naturalgrocers dot com. The website naturalgrocers dot com.
This week's health alternative of the week ready made food
take out foods that are actually healthy for you. All right,
(18:17):
let's see if we can go back to the phones here.
Next up, we say hello to Danny in Bristol, Tennessee.
Speaker 4 (18:23):
Yes, my name is Danny. I'm from Bristol, Tennessee. And
my question is is there any natural way that you
can deal with calcifications of the artery for our hero calcification.
(18:44):
By the way, I'll listen to your show all the
all that I can, whenever I can get to it,
and I'll love your show. I'll order a lot of
stuff from your show. Anyone. Uh, thank you for your time.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
All right, Danny, thank you for your listening to the program.
We appreciate you, sir. Yes, there's something you do about
arterial plaque. One you can, you know, try to stay
away from the standard American diet or the sad diet.
If you want to get a good grounding of a
book that can help do that, there's a book called
The Hawaii Diet by doctor Terry Shintani. The Hawaii Diet
(19:24):
by Doctor Terry Shintani. Also there's another Yale educated medical
doctor by the name of doctor Dean Ornish, m D.
His books Look those up Dean Ornish, MD or Terry Shintani, MD,
and there are other ones as well. I like the
Hawaii Diet. It's just so solid and so good to
(19:47):
extend lifespan and reduce disease risk. And yes, there's things
you can do to get plaque out of the arteries.
One is to take kyolic aged garlic extract. It's been
proven over at UCLA with doctor boot Off Kyolic aged
garlic extract. About a tablespoon of that two or three
times a day. You can get it most health food
(20:07):
stores Kyolic Kyo l I c age garlic extract. Second
supplement you should be on is called vascular defense. It's
made up of these systemic enzymes natokine, sarah peptes, lumbo kinase,
the nitric oxide releasing agents and so forth. That works
(20:28):
very well also at plaque and inflammation. Vascular defense, that's
what you're looking for on the website sunnutrition dot com.
Sunnutrition dot com is how you find vascular defense. And
you can find the coyolic age garlic extract in most
(20:48):
health food stores and the Hawaii Diet just look that
up on Amazon dot com. The Hawaii Diet Doctor Terry
Shintani or Dan Ornish, MD's diet as well. All right, Danny,
thank you for your phone call. I'm Doctor Bob Martin.
Everybody's got a fain mistakes, but everybody's got a choice
(21:09):
to make.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
Everybody needs a leave of faith. When are you taking yours?
Speaker 5 (21:16):
What are you in?
Speaker 3 (21:17):
Phone?
Speaker 2 (21:22):
So I appreciate you tuning into the Doctor Bob Martin
Show and telling everyone else you know to do the
very same thing, so they have an opportunity to learn
about all these healthy things we're talking about here and
have an opportunity to call in and ask a question
about their health or make a health comment on the
Doctor Bob Martin Show Caller hotline phone number. Now, we
(21:45):
have a couple of them, and we're using our backup
number right now, but hopefully our regular number will be
back in order as of the next show. And so
I want you to know here is the backup number.
That number is eight eight eight five five three seven
two six two eight eight eight five five three seven
(22:08):
two six two or one triple eight fifty five Doctor Bob.
That's d rbob in your touchtow phone. And of course
the website, you got to spell out the word doctor there,
doctor Bob dot com. And we'll get to the health
outrage here momentarily. But I want to let you know
that the science that's going furiously right now try to
(22:32):
study ways that human beings can consume specific foods to
not only lengthen our lifespan but also improve our quality
of life. Researchers are vigorously studying these foods referred to
as superfoods. So the question becomes, how many superfoods are
(22:54):
you eating in a day's time in order to extend
your lifespan and improve the quality of your life. One
super food you might consider is ronia berries Arenia ronia berries.
They're considered the king of superfruits and are rich in
these nutrients and antioxidants, and they're also rich in something
(23:14):
called phenolic compounds, which naturally the plants use and have
developed and evolved over thousands of years to resist disease
and premature death in the plant. And so when we
consume aronia berries, it only takes like a handful of
two a day we ingest them as humans. They are
(23:37):
shown to provide any inflammatory properties that may help prevent
a wide variety of conditions, including diabetes and heart disease
and kidney problems and liver problems and metabolic disorce, even
the big C. It is worthy to note, however, that
studies have proven and subsequently published in peer reviewed journals,
that just eating a handful of these ronia beareses, which
(24:01):
have these health giving compounds in them, were found to
reduce the risk of influenza like flu and other viral problems. So,
now if you just eat some aronia berries and you
can find them in organic form somewhere organic aronia berries,
you're going to be better off. But if you can't
(24:23):
find them or it's inconvenient for you to eat them,
Ronia berry complex is available in a nutritional supplement called
Ronia berry complex, or rather I should say Ronia berry
Extract AB forty. It comes from the brand Terry Naturally
Vitamins Ronia Berry Complex by Terry Naturally Vitamins which delivers
(24:49):
a concentrated, consistent source of these amazing superfruits. Additionally, the
Ronia berry complex includes French grape seed extract. VX one.
Grape seed extract is an incredible and effective botanical for
strong heart muscle function, arterial protection, healthy blood pressure, and
even cholesterol balance. So look for Ronia Berry Complex at
(25:11):
Finer health food stores nationwide, or go to the website
Terry Naturally Vitamins and search out Aronia Very Complex A
R O N I EA Ronia Very Complex at Terry
Naturally Vitamins dot com or Finer Health food stores everywhere.
All right, it's time now for the health outrage of
(25:34):
the week. She's the don't believe it, come on each
time for the health outbridge because it's nothing.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
But.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
It is outrageous. The drug company Pfizer who wafted upon
us mostly the most popular COVID shots, which was a
complete disaster. Pfiser now faces legal battles over misrepresentation of
COVID nineteen vaccine efficacy meaning whether they work or not,
(26:10):
and censorship efforts that they make. The Texas Attorney General
Ken Paxton is doubling down on his fight to hold Peiser,
the drug company, accountable for their deceptive practices surrounding it's
COVID nineteen vaccine rollout. The lawsuit alleges that Peiser misled
the public about the vaccine's effectiveness, suppressed criticism, and conspired
(26:33):
with social media platforms. And we know this because Mark
Zuckerberg recently finally admitted on Facebook doing just exactly what
this alleges, and that is to conspire with the drug
companies and the current administration to suppress any information getting
out about the adverse effects and the ill advised taking
(26:55):
of these COVID shots. And now they're trying to make
good on that. Oh, we're not going to miss silence people,
We're not going to shut down their ability to communicate. Well,
I was one of those people who when I was
trying to warn my Facebook followers, and I had thousands
and thousands that I worked to develop, and they just
basically shut it down and it's no longer in existence.
(27:17):
But we do have Instagram, we we have LinkedIn, we
have x still. So that's fine. But they're now accusing
of course Pfizer, and they should be held to this. Uh,
they're accusing them of critical safety and efficacy data being blocked,
and I hope they take them down the line big
time and sue them. And many states are jumping on this.
(27:40):
It's not just Texas. I was reading something the other
day that Kansas is now also suing Pfiser. I hope
every single state sues this drug company. H And you know,
we need to do something about it, because these people
get away with this stuff all the time. They do,
and we just like they're hoping that we have short memories.
(28:05):
And this has been one of the biggest disasters to humanity. Yeah,
the Texas joins the fight against Pfiser. Now, the Kansas
Attorney General, Chris Koboc, has filed a similar lawsuit, accusing
Pfiser of violating the state's consumer protection laws. The sixty
(28:25):
nine page complaint alleges that Pfiser concealed critical information, including
risks of mile carditis, perry carditis, and failed pregnancies, while
earning record revenues of seventy five billion dollars over two years. Oh,
it's just sick. Reminding us of one of the worst
(28:46):
health outrages ever to strike mankind, and that is the
COVID nineteen bogus shots that did not anything to protect anybody,
and it didn't stop it from being spread to other people,
even though they claimed both of those Remember ninety five
percent effective, ninety five percent effective? What are all the
(29:11):
states are suing them? And think of all the people
and the families in the wake of the deaths and
the autoimmune diseases, and the miscarriages and all of the
injuries that these companies that have used this mRNA platform,
this experimental thing has caused people. We must not let
(29:32):
them off the hook on this because if that happens,
history will repeat itself again and again and again. You know,
hold their feet to the fire. And it's outrageous that
this happened in the first place, with doctor Fauci and
all his minions leading the parade and convincing the government
to roll it out under the offices of you can't
(29:53):
move or do anything unless you get shot up with
this clot shot. No, thank you, We'll get back to
call momentarily. I'm doctor Bob Martin.
Speaker 6 (30:05):
So.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
I'm a bush of number simonsible. They have one never
single day minds a Bob. I don't.
Speaker 2 (30:32):
Right, Doctor Bob Martin back with you. We're taking phone
calls and answering health related questions, and if you want
to jump on board with your health related question, I'd
love to try to help you all. Do my best
to help you out with your question. Or if you
want to call on somebody else's behalf, you may do. So.
Here's our toll free number to call now eight eight
(30:52):
eight five five three seven two six two. That's eight
eight eight five five three seven two six two or
one triple eight fifty five. And then on your touchdown phone,
doctor Bob d Rbob. Now, if you're a regular listener,
that number may sound a little foreign to you. It's
(31:14):
our backup phone number. Our normal number will we should
be back in order with it next week, but just
in case, this is our backup number for people wanting
to call into the program. So let's get right back
to it. Next up, we say hello to Mike in
Bonner's Fairy Idaho.
Speaker 6 (31:31):
Yeah, my name is Mike from Bonner's Fairy Idaho. I'm
having some serious gastro intestinal issues that the doctor's not
helping me with. He's scanned my pancreas, skull, ladder kidneys
for stones, and now they're going to do something else.
But weeks and weeks go by and I still have
(31:51):
these pains and I don't know what it is, and
they're doing marquests and I'm not getting anywhere. I'm just
wondering if you tell me some stuff I could take
to make it influence those organs that might be having
some problems in macastro intestinal area abdominal cavity. I'm not
sure what it is. Anyway, any help would be great.
Thank you much, love your show.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
Okay, Mike, thank you for listening to the program. Hopefully
you'll get over those guests or intestlino problems or they
get to the bottom of the problem. Even though you're
not getting any help yet. What you might want to
do is get a second opinion, a true second opinion
with a different kind of healing art. Somebody who can
really dig down and see what the problem is, taking
a little different approach to the problem with using what
(32:36):
is called a comprehensive digestive stool in saliva analysis, which
measures about twenty five different biomarkers. Also, this same person
should be able to check you for something called ICV syndrome.
ICV syndrome it stands for Illeo Seko valve syndrome. In
(32:57):
the lower right quadrant of your abdomen, there's a little
valve between your small and large ball. It can get
stuck full of things that can become impacted and you
can impact the rest of your whole digestive system in
your abdominal area. Meat can undigested meat, nuts and seeds
and popcorn kernels and things can get stuck inside that valve.
(33:18):
And somebody can analyze that and actually manually move it
by just a simple massage treatment in that area, and
that could help. What kind of doctor does that, well,
Chiropractic physicians know about this. Nature pathic physicians know about this,
and to get that comprehensive digestive stool ands live analysis
with twenty five different biomarkers. They can also order that
(33:40):
from a laboratory and then read it completely differently than
a medical approach and then put you on the appropriate
supplements certain foods to help resolve whatever it is they find.
Maybe it's a yeast or a gluten problem, or you've
got a bacterial infection or something else parasites. This measures
and checks for all of that. Meanwhile, you can get
(34:02):
started on some items found in most health food stores
like natural grocers to help relieve maybe some of the
symptomatology until we can get to the bottom of the
can get to the cause, like maybe sipping on one
ounce of alovera juice three times a day will often
soothe a riled up and irritated digestive system. Or there's
(34:22):
a formula called Stomach and Intestinal Relief by Terry Naturally Vitamins.
You can get that in health food stores. Stomach and
Intestinal Relief, that's the supplement by Terry Naturally Vitamins. And last,
you for sure need to be taking a probiotics supplement
if you're having anything going on in your gastre intestinal area.
The one I recommend, the one I take is called
(34:44):
doctor oh Hera's Probiotics, Doctor oh Hera's Probiotics, and all
of this can be found in the health food store. Mike,
all right, thank you for your phone call. Next up
we say hello to I think it's Sandy, but the
name was a little garbled from Abbington, Virginia.
Speaker 5 (35:03):
My name is Sandy. I'm in Abingdon, Virginia. My question
and I love your show. My question is I have
essential tremors and they're really bad, and the doctor had
put me on propananol, which helps a little bit, But
is there anything else I can take that you would
(35:26):
recommend me trying. The other eight hundred number that's been
advertised on your radio program is no longer in service
according to the answering machine.
Speaker 2 (35:41):
Thank you, bye bye, all right, Sandy, Thank you for
your calling. Thank you for letting me know that we
found that out, and that's why we have a backup
toll free number just in case you might want to
write this number down eight eight eight five five three
seven two sixty two. We're in the process of getting
that fixed, but if we don't, you have this one
eight eight eight five five three seven two six two
(36:03):
to call in. Anybody calls in that phone number, they
can get on their question. All right. That per penantol
is a beta blocker, usually to treat heart problems, anxiety,
and headaches. It's got a lot of side effects, uh
for sure. But in your case with the essential tremors,
you know it may be in your nervous system, something
glitched in your nervous system. You want to check with
(36:24):
your chiropractic physician to get you a tune up. There also,
heavy metal poisonings need to be measured through maybe your
hair analysis or somebody doing a blood test for neuro
transmitter imbalances amino acids. I would try some extra magnesium,
glycinate cava kava and get this. Nicotine gum or nicotine
(36:45):
patches will often smooth out a lot of these essential tremors. Additionally, acupuncture,
maybe some aside therapy. Try all of them. Get to
the bottom of it so that you can return to
quality of life with less shape than sandy. Thank you
for your phone call. I'm doctor Bob Martin Natural Medicine
(37:25):

The website which is a lot of news over there

(37:46):
platforms are to give you an idea of what we
post up, and the podcast library Doctor Bob dot Com.
Spell out the word doctor now we blewe by the
product recalls. We're going to circle back and get that first.
Here we go. Walmart just recalled frozen chicken products sold nationwide.
There's an active recall on frozen chicken m potash over
(38:13):
sold over at Walmart locations nationwide, according to the US
Department of Agriculture's Food and Safety Inspection due to and
misbranding of an undeclared allergen. So if you're buying chicken
dinners over at Walmart, the m panadas and panadas over Walmart,
(38:34):
you might want to check with Walmart and get that
back to them free money back. All right, there we
go over the that's the product recall, and we move
right to the health mystery of the week. These people
died and came back to life. How mysterious is that
what they saw after life made them rethink everything. People
who died and were brought back to life are revealing
(38:56):
what they saw on the other side. On social media,
people have described what they felt and saw during an
ear death incident, a lucid experience that occurs when a
person is considered clinically dead. One person who suffered a
car crash described being knocked out and their body was
sent to avoid in the hospital. Once they were brought
(39:20):
back to life, they spent four days with bizarre visions.
They wrote, and I quote, I could see bugs crawling
on the tree from a mile away. I could travel
in an instant anywhere. Every time I blinked a new
vision close quote. Another felt a supernova of consciousness, feeling
(39:41):
like they could be multiple places at multiple points in history,
all at once. And a devout Christian had their faith
shaken when they got to the other side and saw nothing.
They said, everything I'd been promised at church was not there.
Their stories come as doctors work to determine exactly what
(40:04):
happens during a near death experience and shortly after death,
with some research suggesting dying people may still have sparks
of the brain activity an hour after they stop breathing.
Another small study, of course, had found the long term
impact of near death experience isn't significant. So the long
(40:26):
and the short of this is, we don't know what
happens after we die. We hope we go to heaven
and go to a wonderful place beyond. I happen to
believe that. But this is an area that will remain
a mystery, and that is exactly why it qualified as
(40:47):
the health mystery of the week. All Right, we'd come
to the end of the show. I wish you a
healthy day and a healthy Week, I'm doctor Bob Martin.
Be well.
