(03:16):
of all the latest breaking news that we post up
over there. There's the podcast library over there. Also the
social media platforms Instagram, x LinkedIn to be reminded of
what we're going to be talking about before we talk
about it, so you don't miss any important topics, including
this one. And this is gonna maybe shock some people,
(03:39):
because I have to tell you I was involved in
this myself early in my life because I suffered severely
with allergies, both environmental allergies and food allergies and food intolerances.
In fact, you know, I never left our home when
I was growing up as the young lad. I had
(04:02):
to leave our home with handkerchiefs in every single pocket
because my nose was a veritable spigot of mucus flowing out.
I know that sounds gross, but it's true. And it
was embarrassing because I was constantly rubbing at my nose
and blowing my nose and hawking those lougis. I mean,
it was bad news my entire childhood. Now, my parents
(04:25):
did everything they knew how to do to relieve that
figot that was running from my nose and spewing everywhere
and grossing everybody out. They did everything they could. They
took me to the doctor's office on a regular basis
for the sniffles, for the asthma, for the pneumonia that
I had three or four times, the eggzma that never
(04:46):
was solved. None of these things were fixed. It was
just kicking the can down the road with another drug.
Another you know, like painting over termites or another. Put
frosting on burnt cake, but don't worry about how you
burnt the cake. Let's just burn another one. You know.
It's just you never get well in medical care. You
(05:06):
just it's not about that. It's triage, and that's fine.
We need that too. We need an emergency medical system
for emergency nine to one to one things. But when
it comes to health and finding out what's causing these
allergies the running nose. I get it that antihistamines are available,
and I took every antihistamine known demand, and yeah, they're
(05:29):
capable of drying it up. Meanwhile, you can't drive a car.
You feel like you're on rubber legs street, or you
don't know if you're foot or horseback. You know, you
can't urinate very well. Your brain is offline on these antihistamines.
But that's not the worst part of it. Now we
see a breaking study about these popular over the counter
(05:52):
drugs anti histamines. They could raise the risk of Alzheimer's
disease and other dementias. Think about that for minute. What
kind of a trade off would that be for you?
How would that feel for you or somebody that you
care about to say, look, okay, I can stop your
running nose, but it's going to risk you getting dismensia
(06:14):
later on or Alzheimer's. You down for that. No, and
it's not me saying that. I wish my parents would
have known this. They probably would have spared me from
taking these drugs when I was young. Harvard University experts
have now warned those with allergies and are taking any
(06:35):
histamine drugs over the counter prescription, please consider alternatives to
anti histamines. Following the research linking the popular drug category
to a raised risk of dementias in those patients and
Alzheimer's included. We're talking about memory problems here, folks, thinking
(06:57):
and reasoning difficulties, and languige problems, and you know, common
early symptoms. These are common early symptoms of dementia. And
people are gonna go, oh, wait a minute, that person
has got some major memory problems, but they don't relate
it back to the their antihistamine use. This doesn't, you know,
(07:19):
happen overnight. This is people take antihistamines perennially. I mean
they or they take it seasonally, and they take it
every year after year after year of decades worth. Writing
in the prestigious university's website, Harvard, a top scientist told
of studies suggesting that over the counter antihistamine drugs pills
(07:40):
could block a protective chemical in the brain that can
ward off the disease. We're talking about warding off dementia.
Here we go. This is what happens when you fool
with mother nature. With chemistries man made toxins and you
put them in the human body. You do one thing
(08:02):
that might be affording the person some relief of a
dripping nose, where the next thing you do is you
trigger another disease at the same time. Remember, the average
drug has about seventy different adverse side effect potentials. Now
we're finding out about antihistamines and how they can cause
long term brain damage because you can't get dimension Alzheimer's
(08:25):
disease without having brain damage incited by an imbalance generated
by the antahistamines blocking a certain protective chemical. Is it
worth it, but don't despair. There are alternatives to antihistamine drugs,
and I'm gonna tell you about that in the Health
Alternative of the Weak segment. Now. Doctor Anthony come Off, Yeah,
(08:49):
come or off is his name, an experienced researcher, physician
and editor chief of the Harvard Health Letter, said it
had led him to think twice before taking these drugs himself.
He said, I weigh the symptom of relief they give
me against the possibility that they may increase my risk
(09:09):
of developing dementia. That's what the good Harvard doctor that
runs this Harvard Medical Letter wrote. He goes on to say,
I ask if there are other drugs in his case
that might also give me some symptom relief without the
theoretical risk of cognitive decline, without losing my memory my judgment,
(09:31):
I also use the lowest possible dose to get symptom relief. Well,
what if the good doctor didn't mention, perhaps because he
is not aware of it, that there are many non
drug solutions to allergy symptom relief. And if you stand by,
I will let you know what options you have. If
you suffer with allergies and you're going, oh my gosh, honey,
(09:55):
go burn the benedrill, get rid of all the anahistamines
we have in the unless you want to be living
real close to a real Alzheimer's or dementia center, because
we'll need to be there soon. Because we're taking antihistamines
and have done so for years, and we're blocking this
protective chemical that protects our brain from dementia. It's not
(10:18):
worth taking allergy drugs to put you at that kind
of risk. Other studies suggest antihistamines commonly taken for hay
fever are linked to an increased risk of dementia risk.
We've known this, This is nothing new. These are known
as anticholinergic drugs, which means they interfere with the brain's
(10:38):
release of this vital chemical called aceidocholine. So I want
you to stick around, whether it's seasonal allergies or perennial allergies,
whatever it may be. I'm going to give you some solutions,
some alternatives that you may be interested in. If you're
not interested in dementia, we'll be right back on doctor
(11:01):
Bob Martin. All right, doctor Bob Marting back with you.
I know a lot of people are shocked over what
(11:22):
they're hearing today about anti histamine usage over time and
taking probably chronically. The more you take it, the more
of risk it's driven up in terms of your risk
of dementia or Alzhemer's disease. But it's there, and so
I thought, geez, I'm not going to leave. These people
are listeners twisting in the wind with thinking, oh my gosh,
(11:45):
well there goes my antihistamines. I guess I'll just blow
my nose. I guess I'll sneeze incessantly. I guess I'll
just suffer through allergy season. No, you don't have to suffer.
You just need to know about the alternatives, and they're lies.
The health alternative of the weak, all right, the health
(12:17):
alternative of the week. If you have an allergy or
some type of a histamine problem, your immune system is
overreacting to something that it doesn't like that other people
may not have that same intolerance or that same reaction too, right,
(12:37):
You may know it is allergic rhinitis, or also known
as hay fever. It's a condition where the nose becomes
inflamed due to an allergic reaction. It could be from pollen,
it could be from dust, it could be from mold, dust, mites,
pet dander. It's an allergic reaction into the nasal passages,
(13:02):
and of course your body is going to try to
sweep it out of there by making water pour through
the membranes of your nasal cavity to wash it out
like a river. That's what it's doing, or to form
let's just call it snot to surround the allergen and
suffocate it and then roll it back out of the body,
(13:25):
hoping you'll just blow your nose and get it rid
of it. But some people will have it running on.
In course they know that these anahistamines will dry it
up because they've had it before, their doctors ever recommended it,
or they've seen the commercials add nauseum on television. Take anahistamines.
You don't have to have that runny, sneezy nose, you
don't have to wheeze. Just take the anaistamines. Look, histamine
(13:49):
is a chemical that causes these allergic reactions such as sneezing, coughing, running,
and stuff. He knows his itchy eyes, nose, mouth, throat,
all of it. Some of the more popular herbal remedies
for allergies are effective, they're safe, and they don't put
(14:09):
you at risk of dementia or Alzheimer's disease like antihistamine
drugs do. I hope you have something to write with
both on behalf of yourself. If you're an allergy sufferer
and you're the one of these people who use anahistamines,
or maybe use antahistamines at night to go to sleep,
(14:30):
what is it chilnol PM or something has been a
drill in it. I don't know. We don't have any
drugs in our house. We don't use drugs unless it's
an emergency. So here are the alternative antihistamine supplements for
people who have no need any longer after hearing the
(14:52):
evidence about the fact that antihistamine drugs can increase your
risk of dementia. The health alternative of the week include
it's something called solarray. That's the name of the company's solarray.
They sell something called butter burr. It's an herbal product.
It's a botanical plant, and butter burr as a supplement.
(15:14):
As a herbal supplement has been found in clinical studies
to be very effective in the treatment of histamine reactions,
like in the case of allergies, both airborne allergies which
most people are sniffling and snorting from, or even food allergies.
(15:39):
So if you have a runny nose and you know
that it's coming about with the spring and summer season,
and you want to stop it because you don't want
to run from the nose, you don't want to run
from sneeze and cough and wheeze and everything else, then
get over to the health food store. Find a health
food store that canes solarray, butter burr, solarray, butter berd.
(16:05):
Now it is at natural grocers stores. By the way, nationwide,
So if you're lucky enough to have a natural grocery
store near you, you're in good shape. If you're not,
you can also go to their website at Naturalgrocers dot com,
naturalgrocers dot com and look for solarray butter Ber. I've
used butter ber as a supplement for patients for years.
(16:27):
They find it safe and effective and they don't feel
like they're being drugged on the antaistamines. They don't have
urination problems or anything like that though these antaistamines do,
and they're not going to put themselves at risk, which
we are just learning about with these anticholinergic drugs antahistamines
that block a certain chemical that protects you from dementia
(16:48):
in your brain. And according to the National Center of
Complimentary and Integrative Health, a study found that butter ber,
the herb has antihistaminic effects and it may be beneficial
against allergic rhinitis. In other words, hay fever Now. The
National Center for Complimentary and Integrative Medicine also noted that
(17:12):
consumers should all only consider butterber that has been certified
as PA free. That's important, so when you're looking for
a supplement like Butterber from Solarray. That's the company. Butterber
is the supplement, that's the herb. Make sure it says
(17:33):
PA free. That's a chemical that can sometimes be in
the butterber, but they have found a way to remove
it and that's the best one to get. So to
ensure you're getting the very best Solarray Butterber. It's a
non GMO, vegan and lab verified for potency, purity, and identity.
(17:54):
The Natural Grocer's team of experts reads every single label
through the minutia of labeling regulations and keeps the concerning stuff,
the not so good stuff, the stuff you don't want
your body, the fake stuff. They keep it out of
their store and out of their supplements for you. They're
protecting you. Other alternatives you might want to consider for
(18:19):
antihistaminic effects so that you don't have to take the
drug antihistamines either over the counter prescriptions, because they increase
your risk of dimension Alzheimer's disease. Here's another good one
accompanied by the name of Herb Farm, Herb Farm Farmer
spell with a P pharm Herb Farm Stinging Nettle blend.
(18:39):
That's another good one. Stinging Nettle is an herb that
also has great anti allergy effects, also acting as an antihistamine.
And lastly, kind of giving you a trifecta. Hear both
solarate butterburr number one, Number two herb farm stinging netle
(19:00):
blend that's a liquid. And then the third one is
called terry naturally Kurcuman. This compound is present in turmeric.
In a study taking oral curcuman supplements, it helped ease
nasal congestion and symptoms, reduce the immune system response, and
people with allergic rhinitis. So that's number three terry naturally Kurcuman.
(19:24):
You've got a trifecta there. See have options. You don't
have to believe the only game in town is the
one your doctors told you about it. The commercial has
taught you on television that in order to get relief
from histamine, which is that sneezy, runny, drippy nose, you
have to take any histamines. No, you don't not unless
(19:46):
you want, you know, to ratchet up your risk of
dimension Alzheimer's disease. You just have to get over to
the hell food store and try something different. How about
also putting a four stage HEPA filter system in your
home so that you clean up the air and the
environment that you're spending most of the time in. You
(20:06):
can do that. Drink more water that thins out hiss
to meine. A lot of people they drink coffee all
day long, or they think alcohol is gonna give them
the fluid they need, and they're dehydrating themselves with the
caffeine and the alcohol, and then they wonder why they
have so many allergy problems because their membranes are all
dried out. And then when the dust pollen mold hit
(20:27):
their nasal cavity, they start running at the nose, sneezing, coughing, wheezing.
So get hydrated so it thins the hiss to mein.
So there you have it. This week's health alternative of
the Week Solarate butter bur herb farm, stinging nettle blend,
and teary naturally crecum and all of these are found
(20:48):
at natural grocery stores. Check them out naturalgrocers dot Com.
The Health Alternative of the Week. All right, stick around,
ladies and genmen. We're coming back with phone calls. I'm
doctor Bob Martin's mistakes.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
But everybody's got a choice to make. Everybody needs to
leave the faith. When are you taking yours? What are
you infound?
Speaker 2 (21:27):
All right, Welcome, welcome back to this hour of the
Doctor Bob Martin Show. Appreciate you tuning into the program today.
And if you like what you're hearing here and you
think others could benefit by it, by all means, invite
them to tune in. How do you do that? Well,
the best way to do that is to listen to
the station you're tuned into right now, right down the
(21:48):
call letters of the station, the frequency on the station dial,
whether it's an m R FM station, the time of
the day, and just pass out on as many people
as you can. It's that simple and that easy, and
other people will thank you for it. All right. Coming
up will be the health outrage of the week. But
before we get to that, I want to remind you
(22:11):
how amazing Mother Nature is and how nature provides things
for is that we may not be able to understand,
we may discover it in the distant future. And here's
a classic example of how science figures stuff out and
how we are once again provided in nature all the
tools we typically need, barring unusual traumatic emergency situations. And
(22:37):
what I'm talking about is a substance initiated and the
abbreviations for is pea. PEA stands for pul metal lethanolamine.
You don't have to worry about that, just remember the
initials pea. Pea is short for a special nutrient that
(23:00):
is found in very minute, minute quantities in egg yolks
and other foods. You'd have to eat like thirty forty
fifty eggs to get the therapeutic amount of pea. You
need to have an effect on your body in a
way that is therapeutic. Scientific research shows that this pea,
(23:23):
when taken in the proper amounts in a supplement form,
can address muscle pain and recovery arthritis symptoms. So if
you have achy breaking joints, pea supplementation might be for
you instead of corroding your stomach and your liver and
your kidneys. With all the insets, pea also improves mobility,
cognitive health, and a multitude of other health concerns, including
(23:45):
here we go, allergies, respiratory symptoms, and fibromyalgia. Pea is
amazing as an anti inflammatory. Researchers have investigated its ability
to relieve pain in a variety of conditions including sciaticpathy,
temporal mandibular joint problems, just to name a few. Plus
in scientific research on the most common form of arthritis,
(24:09):
osteoarthritis PEA, lowered levels of the inflammatory markers show to
damage cartilage and reduced nie swelling. So if you're looking
to improve your overall health, consider supplementing with PEA for
the relief of acute in both chronic problems and better
physical recovery of issues that you're having. It'll actually help
(24:31):
you also improve your mood, your focus, and have a
more robust immune system response. You can take PEA the
supplement from Terry Naturally Vitamins by going to your health
food store and asking for PEA can be found. That's
p EA can be found in finer health food stores nationwide,
(24:54):
or you can go to Terry Naturallyvitamins dot com Terry
Naturally Vitamins dot Com for PEA the supplement. All right,
time now for the health outrage of the week. She's
you don't believe it. Come on each time for the
hill outbreage because it's nothing, but it is outrageous. This
(25:18):
is going to be a jaw dropper, uh pun intended. Unfortunately,
man has his jaw removed by a medical mistake after
going to a hospital to have a wisdom tooth taken out.
Listen to this now. This man was in Rome at
the time, the country Rome. He had his jaw mistakenly
(25:39):
removed after a hospital confused him for a patient who
was suffering from a deadly jaw tumor. The unnamed thirty
five year old had gone into Umberto dental clinic in
the Italian capital to get his wisdom tooth removed, as
well as a cyst from his mouth. Dentists at the
(26:02):
clinic carried out a biopsy on the cyst, but the
results were reportedly swapped for those of a man suffering
from a malignant tumor in his jaw. So when the patient,
who had been in good health, returned to a clinic
few weeks later to collect his results, he was shocked
to discover that the growth was cancerous, and due to
(26:25):
the aggressive nature of the tumor, doctors told him he
would have to undergo jaw removal surgery as well as chemotherapy. Well.
The surgery left him with permanent damage, obviously to his face,
that he didn't need, including paralysis of the right side
of his mouth. But a month later after the operation,
when doctors carried out a follow up testing, they were
(26:49):
more shocked to discover that the results for the deadly
tumor had come back negative. Doctors told him chemotherapy was
no longer necessary, which made him gross suspicious over the
legitimacy of the results and wanting to get a second invenion.
The patient got DNA tested on the biological material checked
(27:09):
by the lab at a Catholic university in Rome, and
the results confirmed that he was in fact not suffering
from a deadly tumor, implying that the surgery that he
had to endure to remove his jaw had been unnecessary.
Can you even imagine you're going for a wisdom truth
(27:29):
removal and they end up talking you into a jaw removal?
Oh my gosh, what a health outrage that is. And
that's why I qualified as the health outrage of the week.
All right, let's get back to work with your telephone
calls and questions. Next up is Maria calling in from Anchorage, Alaska.
Speaker 4 (27:46):
I appreciate your talk show. Thank you. And by the way,
I was told about Chancy, I dropped for clearing up
like liquids behind your eyes. The doctor told me about
and seems like I'm a mosquito my eye kind of
that that can see eye drops? Is that for black
(28:08):
cooma or just about everything?
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Thank you all right, Maria, Well thank you for your
phone call on that look can See Eye Drops. Yes,
can See Eye Drops originally for reversal and prevention of cataracts,
which it does an incredible job. But in the process
of people using can See Eye Drops by Wistroi's Medicine,
(28:32):
they also found out that their interocular pressure the glackoma
went down, Some people benefited by it that had floaters,
some people who had age related macular degeneration were seeing better,
and they figured out that the only thing they changed
was as a result of taking the can See Eye Drops.
So yes, I guess you would say, even though the
science isn't there, but someday it'll be backed up. You
(28:54):
can use it as a general eyehealth supplement. It's a
good idea anyway, you can hold of it. For anybody
wishing to use can s Eye Drops by Wise Choice Medicine,
you can call their toll free number at eight hundred
eight six one four nine three six eight hundred eight
six one four nine three six, or you can go
(29:16):
to their website at Wisechoicemedicine dot com Wysechoice Medicine dot com.
You'll find the can Seiye drops. The stuff's amazing. I
have been using it personally way before they knew anything
about this radio show. I flew all the way to
(29:37):
Monte Carlo, Monico to attend a symposium a Russian doctor
showed as the results. It's true. Can see eye drops
helps with gluck or with cataracts, for sure. And we'll
find out about the rest of it. I'm certain someday.
All right, stay tuned, We're coming back with more. Are
your phone calls. I'm doctor Bob Martin, So.
Speaker 3 (30:14):
I'm a busson Numba Simons, the old one every single day.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
Minds up.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
Today you're tuned into the Doctor Bob Marchin Show. If
you like what you hear, don't deprive other people of it.
Make sure they find out about it. And the way
to do that is to write down the call letterers
at the radio station you're listening to. If it's an
a mr FM station, the frequency on the dial time
of the day, pass out on to as many people
as you can let's help sick people get well naturally.
(30:56):
All right, right back to your telephone calls and questions.
Next up is Rich calling in from Saint George, Utah
to Bob.
Speaker 5 (31:03):
My name's Rich. I'm from Saint George, Utah. I have
a question about ekema. A couple of my grandchildren have
exema and I was just wondering what the causes and
what kind of what can be done to help them
with that.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
Thank you, okay, Rich, thank you for your phone call
on their behalf. This is near and dear to me
because I had really really bad ezema growing up, and
my parents took me to multiple doctors who was always
the same game. Put this salv on it, put this
light on it, go out in the sunlight, take these drugs.
(31:38):
None of it worked, because it doesn't. It can't work.
It's a topical problem. It's caused internally. It's an allergic disease.
You have to trace down the allergies. We're usually talking
about food allergies here, and the common food allergies that
everyone who has exzema should eliminate until which time they
get blood tested to confirm it. They should not be
(32:01):
using cow products, cow milk, of any sort, milk, cheese,
ice cream, none of it. So no cow milk products,
no dairy whatsoever, no soy, no corn, no wheat. I
know that sounds like a huge part of the American diet,
and it is, but they are looking up for yourself.
The most common form of food allergies are food intolerances. Now,
(32:25):
when you have these food allergies or food intolerances, your
immune system goes crazy and it creates the eggs on
the outside sort of like a signaling effect. It's like
an idiot light. And that's what needs to happen. We
need to eliminate the cow milk, the dairy foods, the soy,
the corn, the wheat, and the sugar out of the
diet until these children are old enough to get tested
(32:48):
blood tested to nail down what's really going on internally
with their food intake. That blood test is called an
Elsa act Elisa act. Meanwhile, there's no reason why not
to relieve them by starting them on doctor o'herris probiotics.
Most children that have ezema have intestimal bacterial problems. They
(33:09):
have yeast fungus mold, usually because they've been given antibiotics
or they've been hit with a full schedule of childhood
vaccines which has rocked their gastrointestinal microbiome. And again, I'm
not telling you what to do or not to do
regarding childhood vaccines. That's a decision you'll have to make.
But believe me, there's a price to pay for things
that go into the body like that. We're just learning
(33:31):
about it. These children also benefit by taking Omega three supplements,
the good oils, the good fats, Omega three. Quercitan is
another supplement with vitamin C and zinc. These are all
things that help until we can get to the reason
for it, which is usually a food intolerance. And then
you eliminate that in muoila, the immune system calms down,
(33:54):
and this skin calms down, the exzema goes away. All right, Rich,
you can take it from there, all right. Next up
is Jim calling in from Franklin, North Carolina.
Speaker 6 (34:04):
My name is Jim. I'm in Western North Carolina, Franklin,
North Carolina. And my question is I'm in the elder
group and I'm getting a demon in my legs, also
(34:26):
the man boob type of thing. And I'm five eleven
away two twenty and I don't have a lot of energy,
have some skin problems and skilled problems. So that's my question.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
Okay, thank you for your phone call. First of all,
whenever you have a demon in your lower extravities, you've
got to rule out serious health problems. You got to
rule out kidney failure, you got to rule out congestive
heart failure, you got to rule out liver problems. Those
need to be ruled out. And to do that you
do a comprehensive metabolic panel, good physical examination, history. It's
(35:07):
all important. But if you've been through all that already Jim,
and a lot of people do, and they still are
not where they need to be, you should be thinking
about consulting maybe with a functional medicine doctor who can
look at this thing a little differently than a conventional
medical doctor. And to do that, we need to supply
the body with things that could benefit by For example,
(35:30):
in your case, Coens i'm q ten, three hundred milligrams
a day will probably help you feel better both in
your metabolism and everything else, your circulation, your mitochondrial function.
I mean, that's what I think you have. But Coens
i'm q ten get it at the health food store.
(35:52):
Three hundred milligrams a day. Also, methylated be complex, has
to be method, not just be complex. Methylated, be complex
because people with your problems often have this methylation problem.
And if you're having man boo problems, you have excess
of estrogenic activity low testosterone. That all needs to be
(36:14):
tested for and rebalanced. And a functional medicine doctor, whether
that be a chiropractic physician, nature pathic physician mdd O,
this training function medicine can orchestraate doing the testing and
finding out what's really going on here instead of you
just suffering in silence and not going anywhere under conventional
(36:37):
medical care, or just taking drugs and hoping for the best.
Appreciate your phone call, Jim, Thank you for that. Good
health to you, sir. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we return.
We'll get right back to work. Stay with us. You're
tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Speaker 3 (36:59):

to them like you attack.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Doctor Pogo.
Speaker 6 (37:09):
What's your gift?
Speaker 1 (37:10):
And you got eternity to think her about what you
do with it?
Speaker 2 (37:16):
All right, Welcome or welcome back to the final segment

hundred and six zero six eight eight two to two
the website doctor Bob dot Com spelling out the word
doctor back to work we go. Next up is Gail
in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Speaker 7 (37:57):
Hello, Doctor Martin. This is Gay from Lexington, Massachusetts. I
was reading in an old textbook that using electric blankets
can leach calcium from the body. Is that true? I
have been diagnosed with osia porosis and I'm doing everything
I possibly can to keep bones strong. Okay, thank you, Okay.
Speaker 2 (38:24):
Gil, thanks for the call. I don't know about electric
blankets causing bone loss. I do know that one well
known risk of using an electric blanket, particularly if a
person is pregnant. Early pregnancy and using electric blankets, can
increase the risk of miscarrots. So You've got to figure
if that can increase the risk of miscarriage by using
(38:46):
an electric blanket, what is it doing to the rest
of the body or somebody who's not pregnant. I would
never use an electric blanket. I would never want to
be surrounded by electricity zapping my electric lights and my
nerve cells while I'm trying to sleep. It just seems
crazy to me. I know, it feels warm and everything
(39:08):
to have, you know, do a cocoon with some blankets,
but don't use the electricity around you. These EMFs are
problematic when we stay in contact with these electromagnetic fields,
and with electric blanket, you're like totally conductive for that.
So no, there are other ways to go about getting warm.
(39:29):
Aside from that, I'm not a fan of it, and
I appreciate your phone call, Gail. Next up is a
Joan from Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Speaker 8 (39:36):

up a urinary tract infection without using antibiotics. Thank you
very much.

may be sometimes you need antibiotics if it gets bad
enough and it's long enough and chronic enough, but you
can use some called d Manos powder. You can get
it at the health food store. D Manos powder, and
you take four grams of that three times a day
in water on an empty stomach. You can also use
nanos silver ten parts per million. And last you should
(40:14):
be doing something called doctor ohhira Is probiotics. Those three
things should help you a lot with these UTIs. Make
sure you get plenty of sleep, lots of hydration, Stay
away from sugar and chocolate and all of that. And
I think you'll do well. Keep your urine monitored urinary
analysis to make sure that you're doing okay, Joan, thank
(40:37):
you for your phone call. Ladies and gentlemen. Make it
a healthy day and a healthy week until we're right
