or access the social media platforms that we participate in Instagram
x all that. It's over there at doctor Bob dot com,
spelling out the word doctor doctr bob dot com. All right, now,

(03:41):
then to introduce you to our executive producer and co
host of The Doctor Bob Martin's Show. Tell you a
little bit about his background. Doctor Adam Brockman did his
undergraduate work starting about twenty five years ago, which included
in Sports me Edison's Science Exercise. All that Bachelor of

(04:04):
Science degree Human performance at the University of Louisville. Doctor
Brockman holds two separate doctorate degrees. After completing his undergraduate
studies and degree, doctor Brockman went on to earn his
DC or Doctor of Chiropractic or he is a chiropractic physician.

(04:28):
He's also a n D a nature pathic doctor or
nature pathic physician. He has treated thousands and thousands of
patients in his busy practices over the last seventeen years.
And he's joining us again today and he will be
in the future, of course, to talk about these important topics.

(04:49):
Good day to you, doctor Brockman.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
Hi, doctor Bob, Good day to you. Let's go ahead
and get started in this topic. This topic we're going
to tackle today, it's affecting millions of a marriage. It's
the rising costs of health care and the challenges many
of us face in accessing quality medical services. So this
survey from Gallop Healthcare Affordability Index revealed a staggering statistic.

(05:15):
Over one third of US adults, that's about ninety one
million people say they could not afford quality healthcare if
they needed it today. That's a lot of folks. And
it's not just that number. This is something that affects
and impacts lives every single day. So, doctor Bob, let's
now let's get talk dollars and cents of this. Federal

(05:38):
spending on healthcare hit a whopping four point nine trillion
in twenty twenty three, and that's trillion with a T,
which breaks down to about fifteen thousand dollars per person. Yet,
despite this massive investment in healthcare through hospitals, services, other services,
about four and ten adults report having from unpaid medical

(06:01):
or dental bills. And doctor Bob, get this, over seventy
million people are avoiding the doctor altogether because they're scared
of these costs. It's like this game of healthcare hide
and seek, and unfortunately, many people are hiding. So, if
we're talking about this, this trend is disturbing and likely

(06:22):
to continue unless we see some serious changes in governmental policy.
Without action at both the state and federal levels, more
Americans will be forced to choose between healthcare or their
daily necessities. And let's be honest about this, doctor Bob,
that's a choice no one should have to make. So
if we're again, if we're going a little bit further

(06:43):
into this, and we need to talk about ways that
we can help mitigate some of these healthcare costs, or
at least be aware of what's going on.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Yeah, let's stop right there. Though I completely agree with
you because we've been talking about it on the show
for time that Americans spend the most, the very most.
We are the biggest spenders on healthcare. It's really not healthcare,
it's sick care that kicks the can down the road.

(07:13):
We know this statistically more than any other industrialized country.
We're always at the bottom of the list, but at
the top of the list. We're spending the most. But
our health and longevity is tanking. We don't live as long,
and we're sicker and tell the end, but yet.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
We pay the most. What's wrong with this picture?

Speaker 2 (07:35):
And not only that you mentioned it, there are more
bankruptcies in the United States now related to people going
bankrupt trying to pay their medical bills. Now, I wouldn't
mind paying more if I was getting more. That's just
my attitude about things. It's sort of like I don't
mind paying for a quality car that's safer, that'll get

(07:57):
me to my destination if I can assured that I'm getting,
you know, a bang for my buck.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
But in the United States.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
It's just like we're sucking air and other countries are
outperforming us, even though we have the most technologically advanced
We're a powerful, superpower country, and yet we cannot figure
out how to do healthcare as we continue to try
to manage disease, kicking these diseases down the road and
drugging people and cutting them without respect to teaching them

(08:27):
how to stay healthy, stay well, prevent disease, and be
their own best doctors most of the time. So, yeah,
we're paying more and getting less. And I didn't mean
to jump in on you there, doctor Brocki. It is
sort of a pet peeve of mine, and I'm glad
you brought it up today. This subject is so important.
Go right ahead and finish up what you had to
say now as to how we can write this thing,

(08:48):
how we can turn it around.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Well, you're exactly right. I think the change needs to
happen with the lobbyists in Washington. We're talking about insurance
in big pharma. They they have control over all this,
and we're talking about we're spending fifteen thousand dollars per
person on healthcare and we're not getting much.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
We're sicker than ever.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
So I'm going to give some advice on this topic,
and I think this is something that we can all
do to help to think about how we're going to
attack this. So listeners, individually, what we can do is
you can review your health insurance plan that you have,
make yourself familiar with your coverage details, know your deductibles,

(09:30):
your copays, in your out of pocket maximum knowledge is
power on this. You can negotiate your medical bills. Before
you settle any bill, ask for an itemized statement. You
might find errors there or even opportunities for discounts, and
this never hurts to ask. Also, there's assistance programs. Check
and see if you qualify for financial aid like Medicaid,

(09:53):
or there's some note as hospital charity care. This is
something that I don't think many of us know about.
So there's help out there, we just need to look
for it. And also be an advocate for policy changes.
Get involved with your community, your local hospitals or your
local health care providers. Say hey, something's got to change here.
Get to know this. Help policymakers make reforms in this

(10:16):
and make it affordable for everybody, accessible for everyone.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
And I might add, make sure if you're getting these
insurance policies. Make sure you get one that covers healthcare doctors,
doctors who actually will teach you how to stay healthy
as opposed to just manage your disease. Meaning if that
insurance policy doesn't cover chiropractic nature opathy, doesn't give you
the opportunity to save money if you're exercising. It's not

(10:43):
the insurance. You don't have an insurance policy. You have
a sick insurance policy. Get one that's healthy. You'll be
better off. We're going to go to your telephone calls
and questions after this break, doctor Brockman, and I will
be right here on the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 6 (11:00):
And he said, Sunday out.

Speaker 7 (11:01):
Of you in the changes to them black again, Doctor
was a gift, and you got eternity to think about.
What did you do with it? What did you do
with it? What did I do with it?

Speaker 4 (11:23):
What were not all right?

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Doctor Bob marching back with you.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Every time I hear Tim McGraw come back at me
with that skydiving thing, I'm thinking to myself, Yeah, I
did that. My daughter, my oldest daughter, who's a registered
nurse and a busy ICU center hospital, on her fortieth birthday.
For some reason that I'm still scratching my head about.

(11:53):
She decided that she wanted to experience something she never experienced.
She wanted to go skydiving. And I said, no, honey,
you don't want to do that. That's highly dangerous. No,
don't do that. No, Dad, I've made up my mind.
My friend and I one of her nurse friends, and
we've decided we're going to go skydiving.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
And that's just the way it goes. I just want
to let you know.

Speaker 5 (12:13):
And I said, well, okay, I can't stop you from
doing it. Good.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
I hope you're safe, honey. So she calls me two
days before she's getting ready to skydive, and she says, Dad,
you know, Laurie, my nurse friend, was supposed to go
skydiving with me. She's bailed on me, and now I
have nobody to go with and I don't want to
go alone.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
Could you please go with me? And there was a
long pause.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
And finally I said, well, honey, all right, I'm going
to do this.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
I don't want to do it.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
I never planned on skydiving, but I'm a skydive with you.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
Because you asked me. Let's go and we did it.
It was Harry. I would never do it again. I
don't recommend it either to do it either. It wasn't
that much fun, but we did it, and so I
just fessed up to that.

Speaker 4 (12:56):
All right, we'd move on. I digress all right.

Speaker 2 (12:58):
With us is of course doctor Adam Brockman. He's going
to help me. And now answer your phone calls both
on our Doctor Bob Martin Show caller hotline phone number
at eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two
one eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two,
or answer questions that come through the website at doctor

(13:22):
Bob dot com, spelling out the word doctor doctor Bob
dot com. Okay, so doctor Brockman, are you ready to
get started with phone calls and or email questions that.

Speaker 5 (13:33):
Are coming in.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Let's get started, all right.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
We begin on the phones with Rod calling in from Cortes, Colorado.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
Pod Cortes, Colorado. I was wondering what your best solution
is for Ed.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Thanks you, okay, short and sweet, that's the way to
deliver it here on the program. Turn your radio down
before you make the call, and state your name and
your city, and that's all you have to do in
your state, and you're good to go. Took Rod all
of about fifteen seconds to do that. Don't choke, just
do it.

Speaker 5 (14:11):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
So he's calling in about erectilis function ed and wants
to know how to solve that problem.

Speaker 5 (14:18):
I get it.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
A lot of men are suffering with that and are
taking these risky drugs vialis, levitras cialis. They're wondering why
their vision is being impacted by it and all kinds
of other potential advers side effects. Well, Rod, and any
male out there who's having trouble in the workshop vis
via the bedroom one. You don't want to smoke, because

(14:39):
we know smokers make terrible lovers. They just don't because
they don't have the blood supplies being choked off from
all the nicotine and all the thousands of other chemicals
in the tobacco. So no smoking, avoid or minimize alcohol
that will definitely take you out of the game. Make
sure you're walking one to three miles per year. Start

(15:00):
off slow if you're couch potato right now. One to
three miles actually increases all kinds of metabolic processes, increases circulation,
increases your ability to make testosterone, and all.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
The things you need.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Now, if after maybe all let's say a month, things
are not turning around, you might require some objective laboratory
testing to find out if your hormones are tanked in
the area of testosterone, and you can get a salivary
hormone test panel performed ROD to see where you're at,

(15:34):
and then you can take biodentical hormone replacement therapy, which
you can get either online or in a health food
store somewhere.

Speaker 5 (15:42):
If you're overweight, ROD work.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
On that because we know that people who are overweight
also have a miserable sex life, and they're more apt
to have problems with erect out as function. If you're
taking any medical drugs, like if you're on a high
blood pressure drug, or you're taking something for depression or
angsisr allergies, they can all sabotage your love life. Antahistamines

(16:05):
can do the same thing. Now, you can naturally beyond
that supplement the diet with something called HRG eighty redgen sing.
This is available in health food store, So any health
food store near you will just walk in ask for
h RG eighty redgencing by a company by the name
of Terry Naturally Vitamins and that will definitely spark your

(16:28):
love life and get you back on track. You can
also try other herbs that we have been historically used
for erect out as function or low libido, like maka
you know himbi. There are nitric oxide releasing supplements which
you've talked about on this program before. Or just start
eating more red beets, leafy greens, kale, spinach, watermelon, garlic.

(16:49):
These are all foods that help with lobido because they
deliver nutrients that you may not otherwise. Beginning, doctor Adam Brockman,
do you want to add anything into Rod's recommendations here?

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Yeah, I second the jainsaying by Terry Natural Avitamins that
is a great one that is known as herbal biagra.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
Yeah, definitely, Okay, thank you for your phone call. Rod.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Next up we say hello to well, actually, yeah, we're
gonna say hello to Vaughn, who's got a complaint calling
in from Beaumont, Texas.

Speaker 6 (17:24):
Hey see, if you can avoid using the word stroke,
stroke the host take turns stroking you and all this
it sounded like masturbation or something, you know, sound perverted.
Stay away from stroke the host, you know, it make
it sound like the call of the taking turn and
stroking you down there.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Wow, Well, congratulations, Vaughn. You're the very first person that's
ever complained about our little feature that we have, the
music insert that we do. When a caller listens to
the program, they hear something that they put into action
with their health, they benefit by it, and they call
back into the program to stroke the host's ego. Vaughn, Well,

(18:14):
I don't know how and why you took it to
the other extreme, thinking somehow there was either implicit or
explicit a sexual intimation there, which there isn't never has been.
So get your mind out of the gutter, Von already
and realize that we do have people that are calling
in and they like to stroke our egos, and that's

(18:38):
exactly what this music is all about.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
And here's a little.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
My ego.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Okay, Yeah, you know, Vaughn, it really does feel better
when somebody gives you a compliment, a stroking compliment of
your ego. That way, you don't have to break your
arm stroking yourself. You know, it's it's harder, it's harder
to do, and you know what, it just feels better personally.
I would you know, I'm not the kind of person

(19:17):
that brags. You know, I'm not braggadocious. I just don't
like to do that. It doesn't feel right to me.
But I'll tell you what, I'll accept somebody stroking my
ego anytime of the night or day, including you, Von,
so I we appreciate your comment on that, however. All right,
Next up, Oh, by the way, here comes Vaughan again
from Beaumont, Texas. He is a sort of a frequent

(19:40):
flyer on.

Speaker 6 (19:42):
Beaumont, Texas. How do you reduce prosthetic calculi. I don't
think walking or anything like that is gonna It might
make it worse because of calculi is puncturing the prostate,
maybe causing inflation, inflammation and stopping oxygen and you know,

(20:08):
burning out the zip transporters and stuff, you know, because
nothing can get in with the inflammation. I just want
to know, how do you eliminate without surgery prosthetic calculi?

Speaker 2 (20:23):
Okay, Vaughn, you can tell Von's a freaking flyer into
the show.

Speaker 5 (20:26):
We don't hold against him that gnarly comment about our
stroker music.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
We don't hold it against him. We're still we're still
very happy to take his question. Yes, Vn and you're
wrong about that. Actually, it's the sedentary activity that may
have led up to the prosthetic calculi in the first place.
Now we're getting ready to come up on a break, Vaughn,
so I'm going to answer your question thoroughly and then
have doctor Adam Brockmann chime in on this on the

(20:52):
other side of this break. So stand by Vaughan and
the rest of you. We're having prostate issues.

Speaker 5 (20:57):
Will answer his problem in a little bit. I'm doctor
Bob Martin.

Speaker 6 (21:01):
Are you waiting for the right excuse?

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Are you waiting for signing?

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Choose?

Speaker 5 (21:07):
Why are you waiting? It's the time?

Speaker 3 (21:17):
I'm fine time.

Speaker 5 (21:24):
Phone? What are you info?

Speaker 8 (21:29):
Hi?

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Welcome you back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Appreciate you tuning into the program and telling other people
do the very same thing. We'll get back to the
task of answering questions of listeners who are calling the
Doctor Bob Martin Show Caller hotline phone number at eight
hundred six zero six eight eight to two to two

(21:52):
to drop off their health related question or make their
health related comment like Vaughan did a little earlier. And
we'll also be going to our email bag and we'll
get back to the task of all of that just
a little bit. But first I want to remind you
that nature continues to come through for human beings with

(22:16):
the discovery of all these nutrients that scientists and chemists
and researchers are locating in our food supply, and then
they're reporting on the efficacy and the need to take
these supplements so that the diet that we may not
be eating all the time, that may not be one

(22:37):
hundred percent good, one hundred percent organic, getting all the
nutrients we need is supplemented so that we don't get sick.
And one of the discoveries that was made not that
long ago was a nutrient called palmetto lethany nolamine. It

(22:57):
is for short, entitled pea, you know, like a green pea,
just like that pea. It's a special nutrient that research
scientists have found in very minute quantities in certain foods,
lots of foods, and especially.

Speaker 5 (23:16):
Like in egg yolks.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
However, because it is in minuscule amounts in these foods,
you'd have to tear apart the foods and shovel together
like thirty eggs to get a therapeutic dosage to help
yourself out if you have a particular element that you're
targeting to get better. Science research shows that this pea
substance can address all kinds of issues like muscle pain

(23:40):
and recovery arthritis symptoms, improve your mobility and range emotion,
even help your cognitive health, and a multitude of other
health concerns including allergies, respiratory symptoms, and even fibromyalgia. So
if you're looking for something to mitigate that help yourself out,
that is drug for safe and natural and now science

(24:01):
based looked for pea by Terry Naturally Vitamins in finer
health food stores nationwide. And because of this anti inflammatory
action of pea, these researchers have investigated its ability to
relieve pain in a variety of conditions including sciatica, neuropathy,
jaw joint pain, plus in scientific research on the most

(24:25):
common form of arthritis, oste arthritis, pea the supplement from
Terry Naturally Vitamins helps to lower inflammatory markers. It also
helped to slow down the damage to the cartilage between
the joints and reduce knee swelling. So if you're looking
to improve your overall health, consider supplementing your diet with

(24:49):
Pea from Terry Naturally Vitamins to both health help with
both acute and chronic pain, better physical recovery from injuries,
and even improved mood and focus, and a more.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
Robust immune system.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Take Pea, the nutritional supplement from Terry Naturally Vitamins. You
can find pea and find your health food stores nationwide,
or you can go to the website Terry Naturally Vitamins
dot com Terry Naturally Vitamins dot com to find the
supplement pea. All right, doctor Brockman, let me start off.

(25:28):
I want to go back to Vaughan from Beaumont, Texas,
who had an interesting comment. Then he followed up with
a question on prostatic calculi. They're also called prostate stones.
You have stones and gallstones, you have kidney stones. You
can also have prostate stones. And usually these these calculi

(25:50):
get started in a person's prostate gland because of a
whole variety of reasons. Usually because they're sedentary, they're on
a bad diet, they're doing things that their body is
not liking. And so basically these little calculi, for people
who don't know, obstructs the prostate ducts and leads to
that dreaded condition that most men over the age of

(26:11):
forty will eventually have trouble with called BPH or benign
prosthetic hypertrophy or hyperplasia.

Speaker 4 (26:18):
And so Vaughn.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
If you're listening, what you can do safely and naturally
help this out is get moving. It's not going to
harm you, it'll help you. You might want to also
have your doctor your urologist teach you how to do
self prostate massage, and or there is a procedure out
there called route Zoom root Zoom.

Speaker 5 (26:41):
It's a special.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Non invasive steam therapy to help shrink prostate issues. That's
something you should look into. Meanwhile, I would also encourage
you to avoid cheese, excessive cheese in the diet, sugar
in the red meat, and alcohol. These are all things
that will sabotage healthy prostate function. Drink plenty of water,

(27:05):
eight to ten glasses of water per day. As I said,
you should be walking a lot, not sitting a lot.
And then lastly, there is this therapy it's non invasive
called soft wave or shock wave therapy. I just wonder
if that's something they can utilize for you to help
break these CALCULI up just like they break up kidney
stones with lithotripsy. It's very similar to that. And if

(27:28):
they can focus in on that somehow externally above your
pubic bone and aiming it at the prostate line, maybe
that can help break these calculi up. All right, doctor Brocklan,
do you have anything else you want to add for
Vaughn and his prostate calculi.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Great advice there. The key here is stay hydrated, need
to increase that water intake, as well as a couple
herbal remedies for this salt, palmetto and nettle root. And
then also, I think when you say that shockwave therapy,
I think that's that's great. Adding in while you're doing
that pelvic floor exercises, kegel exercises. They are not just

(28:08):
for females.

Speaker 5 (28:09):
Men men can do this too, so true. All right,
very good, thank you for that.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
All right now, doctor Brown, and I understand you've got
some emails that you want to help out. I understand
Dennis is first off, from the state of Iowa.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
Yeah, we're gonna try to get caught up on some
of these email questions. So Dennis from Iowa asked, my
brother has a toe fungus that he has battled for years. Recently,
I heard you tell a caller to take coyolic age
garlic extract to get read of toe fungus. I've looked
at coyolic age garlic extract and there are quite a
few versions of this product. Would you please recommend one

(28:41):
of these to take on for toe fungus and agree again, Dennis,
you are correct. There is quite a few coyolic age
garlic extracts and they are wonderful products. So Dennis, thank
you for your question for toe fungus. I recommend coyolic
Age Garlic Extract Formula one oh three. It's for immune
hell heal. This formula contains a combination of age garlic extract,

(29:04):
Vitamin C, and other immune supporting ingredients that can help
you help your brother fight off this fungus. I also
want to recommend the daily dosage of two capsules uh
in two servings per day for this and as and
also I you know if you need extra help with this,
your brother needs extra help, go ahead and consult with

(29:25):
a with a healthcare provider that is that knows this
as well. So best wish is to your brother on
your on his dirty.

Speaker 2 (29:33):
Yeah, I could just add I can just add I
know that my experience with people with tono fungus, if
we can get them off the sugar in the alcohol,
they do much better. And then also at the health
food store for your brother, get a bottle of Ta
tree oil and start painting underneath the nail and around
the nail. That'll kill the fungus externally while you're working

(29:53):
internally with it.

Speaker 5 (29:54):
And just one last thing.

Speaker 2 (29:55):
Doctor Ohhi, is probiotics to reset the microbiome. All right,
we'll be right back. I'm doctor Bob Martinus. Right, we

(30:20):
are smack dab in the middle of a health question
answering marathon. When I say we, I mean myself, yours
truly and doctor Adam Brockman, executive producer of this radio
show and co host.

Speaker 5 (30:34):
Of the program.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
We are double teaming these calls and questions that keep
on coming through the phone lines and through the website.

zero six eight eight two two. It's the Doctor Bob

(30:57):
anytime of the night or day.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
So call whenever you feel you have the need, whether.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
You have a health problem or you want to call
in on somebody else's behalf, you may do so one
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.
You can also send an email through the website doctor
bob dot com spelling out the word doctor D O
C T O R bob dot com. Then there's an
area where you can actually send an email through there.
If you're there on the site, check out all the

(31:24):
news we post up there if you missed a show.
The podcast library is there, all the social media stuff
is there as well. All right, let's get right back
to work with your phone calls. Next is a caller
who forgot to mention her name. She's calling in from
the state of California.

Speaker 8 (31:40):
Hi, Bob, I'm from California. I was wondering is there
anything My sister went to the hospital and they got
her on anxiety I mean a tranquilizers for anxiety and
oh if she had an attacked, and they she went

(32:03):
to hospital and anyway, and then they tied. Before that,
they put her on heart pills and now she's on
blood pressure medicine and she is really nutritional minded and
she never did any of that stuff. But after that
a COVID shot, she starts feeling really bad. So I
was wondering, is there anything she could replace that, uh

(32:25):
tranquilizer I think it's called the tranquilizers for anxiety. She
just they just started her on it, but now she's
afraid to get off of it because she's she's starting
to have attacks if she doesn't. And and so I
just thought you could suggest something. And also is there
any way to talk to you and curse him besides

(32:46):
on the recorder? Okay, thank you doctor Bob her all
that you do.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Okay, well, thank you for your for your phone call.
First of all, it's interesting that you mentioned that her
anxiety started after she took a COVID shot COVID nineteen
shot ill advised. Unfortunately, that's now the genesis of her problem. Well,
join the millions and millions of people who have been
damaged by these COVID shots that were promised to help

(33:15):
us stop COVID, not spread COVID. None of it worked out.
It was all fraudulent, foistered by the pharmaceutical companies. Doctors
rolled it out, and then media companies made profit.

Speaker 5 (33:26):
On all the advertising for it.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
First of all, never abruptly stop any of these psychotropic
medical drugs without the help of a pharmacist an MD.
That could be catastrophic. I don't recommend that. That has
to be very careful. If she decides to do that,
she may want to also try to deal with the
spike protein detox that needs to happen because she now
has spike protein inflammation through her whole body, which may

(33:50):
be causing the anxiety and the feelings that she's having.
There is a nutritional supplement that can uncouple that, that
can detox the spike protein out of her by And
this is good for anybody who took a COVID shot
and is concerned about all these escalating autoimmune diseases, all
these turbo cancers that are coming about, all these clots
that we hear about. There's a supplement called vascular defense

(34:12):
Vascular Defense by Sun Nutrition that helps with the fallout
of taking a COVID shot or being around somebody and
getting shedded on by the COVID organisms. You can go
to their website sunnutrition dot com sunnutrition dot com to
find vascular Defense by Sun Nutrition. Also, exercise helps to

(34:36):
lower anxiety deep breathing exercises when she feels an anxiety
attack coming on. In fact, if you take somebody who's
in a real bad anxiety attack and you splash cold
water in their face, it'll usually take them right out
of that anxiety attack that they're in. Also, knowing that

(34:58):
this is caused by a COVID shot, this is the
adverse effect of the COVID shot. There are some other
remedies that she can take at the health food store.
One is called anxiol calm, a n xiol calm that
I'm aware of by a company by the name of
Terary Naturally Vitamins. It's available also at health food stores. Unfortunately,

(35:19):
with anxiety and depression, I'm a big fan of talk therapy.
But in this case this is probably chemically induced from
the COVID shot. That's why we need these other interventions.
All right, I'll ask doctor Adam Brockman if he can
add anything to what I just said.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Yeah, she mentioned the word tranquilizer, and I think to
understand this for the for the listeners, the most common
and frequently prescribed tranquilizer in the hospital for anxiety agitation
is a benzo diazepine. That's a good Google search. We
need to know what we're being prescribed or taking and

(35:59):
do the research so we know what side effects can occur.

Speaker 9 (36:04):
Here.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
To wrap up a couple of things, limit stimulants, reducing caffeine,
sugar and processed food can help to stabilize that mood
and reduce these anxiety levels. Also, natural remedies herbal tea
calming effects such as Cammell valerian root passion flour. They
can be soothing and may help anxiety. And then I'm
gonna say this again and again. Omega three fatty acids.

(36:27):
Foods that are rich in omega threes, like salmon, flax, seeds,
and walnuts. These may help balance mood and support brain health.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
All right, fantastic advice, Doctor Brockman. Appreciate that and appreciate
her calling into the program on behalf of her sister. So,
and that's simple. If ladies and gentlemen, if you're healthy, great,
we're glad. But if you've got somebody in your life
that you need to call in on, behalf of them
like she did for her sister. By all means, do
so one eight hundred six zero six eight eight two

(36:59):
to two.

Speaker 5 (37:00):
I'm doctor Bob Martin. Just give ah yes breathing, deep breathing.

Speaker 2 (37:17):
