special guest coming up a little bit later in this hour.
We're going to talk about how to slow down the
excessive aging process that so many people are trapped in
right now. We're also going to be joined later in

the program by doctor Adam Brockman. He's going to be

of this radio show.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
He's going to be.
Speaker 2 (03:19):
Joining me to help answer questions and deliver a whole
bunch of interesting news that you need to know about,
So stick around for all of that coming up. We're
going to begin this hour, however, talking about a whistleblower,
a whistleblower scientist who discloses just how big, how big
(03:42):
tobacco designs these popular foods to keep people you addicted
to these foods, all kinds of different foods. Do you
realize that ultra processed food sugary food snacks, which we
all eat it one time or another, some people are
oding on them on a regular basis. They have a
(04:05):
lot in common with drugs that are addictive illicit drugs.
In fact, highly respected health experts believe sugar is one
of the most addictive foods known to man, even more
addictive than drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine and even LSD.
The food companies highly concentrated natural or synthetic ingredients are
(04:32):
made into these hyper palatable foods, foods that our taste
buds just sit up and.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
Go, Wow, I want more of that. Keep it coming.
This feels great.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
And they are also absorbed into the bloodstream very quickly,
boosting their ability to light up our rewards centers in
our brain and keep people coming back for more.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
That's addiction.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
It's kind of like when somebody a smoker stops smoking
for like twenty minutes or forty minutes, they immediately have
these massive cravings and they've got to go back to
these tobacco in order to get that hit again. Otherwise
they start crashing, coming down and feeling worse and start
feeling depressed and anxious, and then the cigarette calms them
(05:19):
down again they get in the zone. Food's the same way.
Some of the sugary snacks and process junk foods, from
potato chips to candy borers to soda pops, and even
packaged cookies were designed by design, by human beings to
addict you. These same corporations that have hooked hundreds and
(05:41):
hundreds of millions of Americans on tobacco products by creating
these addictive cigarettes are the same people now that are
making these highly processed, highly absorbable foods to wring our
rewards center in our brains so that we keep going
back to them, because when we're not on them, we
feel terrible physically and psychologically. It just happens to be
(06:06):
a neuroscientist by the name of doctor Robert Love, who's
a PhD. He studies Alzheimer's disease. He recently posted a
warning about these three foods in particular, though he is
there are thousands of them, but he focused in on
that you may recognize some of these foods. We've all
(06:27):
eaten these foods and sometime in our life or another
gram crackers, oreos, nut butter cookies. Man I used to
just sit down and eat packs and packs of those
nut butter cookies, and he focused in on those. He
added that the way those snacks taste today are very
different compared to when he was a child in the seventies.
(06:52):
The snacks are made and sold by the brand Nabisco,
which from nineteen eighty five to nineteen ninety was owned
by RJ.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Renolds.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
Does that ring a bell to you, the name R. J.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
Reynolds.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Yes, you're right if you said. It's a tobacco company
behind certain brands of cigarettes you may remember, like Camel
and Winston and Newport cigarettes. If you were ever a smoker,
you'll definitely know about those. Big Tobacco has been designing
and engineering these snack foods since the nineteen eighties. They're
(07:26):
tobacco scientists have been engineering foods to be more addictive
so they can sell you more and potentially a lot
less healthy. They're just following the game plan that they
did with the cigarettes. In other words, they even engineered
the cigarette years ago, with these different flavoring agents in
the cigarettes and cross breeding tobacco plants to make them
(07:50):
even more addictive than they thought.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
Well, let's see we did it with the tobacco.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
Let's do with food. Let's make sure people cannot live
without us. And in the nineteen eighties, tobacco giant Philip Morris,
maker of Marlborough and Virginia, Slims and Benson Hedges, remember
those in Merit and the Parliament Cigarettes, Yeah, you probably
recognize those brands.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
And R. J.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Reynolds took over and briefly owned iconic food companies like
Craft and General Foods no longer in business, and also Nabisca.
They took over these companies. They oversaw the operations at
(08:35):
the companies behind these processed foods. Unfortunately for unsuspecting American consumers,
Big tobacco left its lasting mark on the American food system,
cementing the way's food manufacturers make their products highly palatable,
highly addictive, and appealing to children, and according to the
(08:58):
National Institutes of Health, tobacco companies wrote the playbook for
hooking millions of Americans on addictive substances. Not only nicotine
are they famous for. And when they got into the
food industry, they became experts at the bliss point. They
call it the bliss point, the perfect combination of sugar, salt,
(09:21):
and fat in our food, adulterating it that maximizes the
taste and amps up the cravings for more once it
starts leaving our system. That's why a lot of experts
are saying that sugar is even more addictive than most
of the illicit drugs out there. Tobacco companies formulated their
cigarettes with chemically altered nicotine to make the drug absorb
(09:45):
faster into the brain, spiked nicotine levels, and filled the
cigarettes with addictive substances flavoring agents ammonia increased its addictiveness. Similarly,
they added high levels of caffeine, sugar, and flavor enhancers
to the food to make Americans more addicted to their
(10:10):
products so that they would not be able to live
without them. They couldn't live without them, and they kept
going back for.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
More and more and more.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
This is the state of the processed, highly processed, highly
refined foods that Americans are exposed to today. So ladies
and gentlemen, it's not your fault you're too fat. It
really was something that was engineered. Knowing that it exists,
you can try to execate yourself from it by getting
(10:42):
back to whole foods, organic foods, getting back to the
exercise that you should have, getting more rest, and doing
the lifestyles that bring you back around and keep you
healthy so you don't get sick in the first place.
Speaking of that, we're going to be talking about how
to set the clock right. If you're aging excessively, stick around.
We've got a special guest. I'm doctor Bob Martin.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
Because I'm gonna stand by you.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
That's right. We're standing by you each and every week,
same time, same place, right here on the Doctor Bob
Martin Show. We thank you for tuning into the program
and telling everybody else you know to do the very
same things so they too can get healthy naturally and
become their own best doctors most of the time, by
going out and seeking information, gathering information you may not
(11:45):
find anywhere else, and taking charge of your health because
with it you have everything. Without your health, you pretty
much are bankrupt. We don't want you to be bankrupt.
We want you to be a quadzillionaire.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
With your health. Health.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
That's what this show is all about, being your own
best doctor most of the time. All right now, I
want to remind you that if you have something troubling
you health wise right here, right now, or you know
somebody close to you I loved on, a friend, a
family member, a coworker, neighbor who's having a health problem,
(12:21):
they don't know about this radio show yet, there is
a toll free number that you can call and ask
a question about health or make a health related comment.
Make sure you have this number for safe keeping. It
is toll free nationwide eight hundred six zero six eight
eight two two eight hundred six to zero six eight.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
Eight two to two.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
The way it works is you call that number, you
hear me answer the phone. I'm going to ask you
to state your first name only, first name only. Turn
your radio down, by the way before you make the call.
Then you'll hear me ask you to state your first name,
the city you're living in, your state you're living in,
and then your question or your health related comment. Love
(13:06):
to hear from you. One eight hundred six zero six
eight eight two two. Remember the website also for all
things related to health and wellness, plus our podcast library
where you can listen to past shows or this one again,
and of course the social media platforms over there, Instagram, x,
all of it there LinkedIn. One eight hundred six zero
(13:29):
six eight eight two to two is a call in number,
and the website is doctor Bob dot com spelling out
the word doctor docto r bob dot com. Well, the
last segment that we just finished talking about how the
manufacturers of food in the United States have gone to
(13:49):
great links to manipulate food, ultra process foods, and put
more foods in to become more addictive than illicit drugs.
We know this in these adulterated foods. They're out there
in the marketplace and Americans unfortunately get sucked into eating them,
and then they're wondering why they crave them, and they
(14:10):
can't be without them, and they just keep ingesting them,
and they are full of things that our bodies don't
need or want in order to help repare themselves and
function optimally. Now, when these sorts of behaviors occur, it
ages our body so quickly, and you don't want that.
(14:32):
You don't want it on the outside, that's for sure,
and you certainly don't want it on the inside either,
because it shortens your lifespan and it sabotages your quality
of life, which is even more important. So we decided
to come in behind that with a messaging with an
expert who's going to tell us how we can slow
(14:54):
down the aging process because many of you right now
due to stress due to physics, stress due to chemical
assault from these foods that we're eating. All the chemicals
in the environment, the water, the air, you name it.
It's out there and it's affecting you and your family.
And sometimes you try hard, but you can't dodge these bullets.
(15:19):
It's death by a thousand cuts. We want to intercede
on your behalf by informing you that you can do
something about it until you can get on the train
to health and wellness, by getting back to a lifestyle
that we all know we should do more of, like exercise,
sleep more, get better food into our body, drink pure water,
(15:44):
and have a positive mental attitude until we can get
back to that. We need props, we need supplements, we
need agents that can protect us and shield us from
the assault we have in our bodies. So I thought
of doctor said Mustak, to join us to talk about this,
because science is finally starting to unlock the two thousand
(16:10):
year old secrets as to how and why ingesting a
food product called pine pollen extract in a liquid or
powder form as a natural medicine helps to slow down
excess of aging and greatly improves the health of so
many people. And I decided, well, let's call doctor Mustock
(16:32):
and talk about it, because he's the expert. Doctor said
Mustak's career began as a research student at the University
of Toronto in nineteen ninety six. His keen interest in
natural medicine led him to complete his postgraduate studies at
the Canadian College of Nature Pathic Medicine, and since two
(16:53):
thousand and six, doctor Mustag has used functional medicine to
gain advantage over conditions affecting his patient's energy, cognition, hormonal balance,
mood and other factors. With that, let us welcome, doctor
said Mousetag to the doctor Bob Martin show, good day
(17:16):
to you, Doctor.
Speaker 4 (17:17):
Moose talk, good day to you to doctor Bob, thanks
so much for having me.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Thank you for taking time out of your busy practice
schedule to join us. I want to jump right in
here because I dare say that the majority of our
audience they may not have heard about pine pollen extract,
either in tincture or powder form, and how it has
been around for it literally thousands of years, and it's
(17:45):
enjoying a renaissance. Now it's being rediscovered because science is
finally finally unlocking the benefits of ingesting it in a
supplemental form to offset or to mitigate the stress that
we under both emotionally, chemically, physically in our lifestyles. With
what I just talked about in the first segment of
(18:06):
the program. We're being bombarded with chemicals all day long,
thousands and thousands of them. We're not getting the nutrients
we need, and then we're wondering why all these people
are getting sick at a very young age. We see
cancer rates that are spiking, We see all these diseases
that are going up, and we have to find tools
and ways to protect ourselves. And I thought of pine
(18:27):
pollen extract as a means by which to do that
because it's so simple, it's so natural, it's been around,
it's tried, it's tested, it has lots of science behind it,
and so I wanted to begin with, you know, just
having you state what pine pollen is and how it
can help with the aging process that are so many
people are seeing accelerated in their own lives.
Speaker 4 (18:52):
Yes, absolutely so. Pine pollen is the germ cell of
the pine trees, is the yellow dust that the pine
trees make. As such, it's the male reproductive organ of
the tree, and it packs slew of chemicals, beneficial chemicals
that are promoting growth factors and promoting antioxidative stress antioxidants
(19:16):
in the body. So, as you know, and you mentioned,
a big chunk of the aging process comes secondary to
the lifestyle that we have, the exposure that we have
to the chemicals to the food, the manufactured food chemicals
that v ingest and pine polland by the virtue of
(19:39):
packing all these growth factors and antioxidants has been shown
to slow down that aging process in the individuals. It's
a Chinese medicine. It's been promoted for supporting chi and
energy and to slow down what it's called in traditional
Chinese these medicine formation of flam which is that sagging
(20:04):
that comes with a tissue, whether externally you're looking at
the skin or where you're looking at the organs, and
how they slow down their processes with aging, yeah.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Which leaves them more susceptible the illness. Folks, I want
to paint a picture for you.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
It's sort of like if you bite into an apple
and then you leave it on the kitchen counter for
a little while, you'll come back and you'll start to
notice that there's some browning of the white apple meat inside. However,
we now know that if you take that apple, that
you have a bite out of it and you put
some lemon on it, you squirt some lemon on it.
(20:38):
All of a sudden, you notice that it slows down
that browning process. If you've laid two apples alongside of
one another, you took a bite out of one and
squirted the lemon on it, and the other you didn't.
The one that turned brown is oxidizing. It's sort of
like rusting. That's what our bodies are doing under stress.
And when you put the lemon on it, it slows
that down or stops that process. And that's what pime
(20:58):
pollen extract is. It's the lemon that slows down the
aging process.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
We'll be right back.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
Are you waiting on a nine stake?
Speaker 4 (21:07):
Are you eating for the perfect night? How are you
waiting to the time is night?
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Why don't you want to learn to deal with don't
you want to take the wheel and steer it?
Speaker 4 (21:23):
Don't you beating on the man? Why what are you in? Hey?
Speaker 2 (21:32):
Healthy and happy, Welcome or welcome back to the Doctor
Bob Martin Show. Thank you very much for tuning into
the program today. We'll get back to our special guest. Momentarily,
Doctor said Mustag talking about this amazing functional food that
we're discussing pine pollen, a food that when you ingest it,
(21:54):
it slows down and helps to reverse the excessive aging
that so many people are under today from all the
stressors physically, chemically, emotionally that they're under. Something that scientists
are finally starting to unravel the mystery behind why it
has been a traditional medicine for over two thousand years,
(22:16):
more people finding out about it and benefiting by it.
We'll get back to that too. And also I want
to let you know because I know there are going
to be people in and out of this conversation today
and they're going to want to know more about it,
how to get hold of it, because it's doing fantastic
things for the human body and helping the body to
gather the raw materials it needs to slow down the
(22:38):
aging process and to help repair the damage that may
be done on all kinds of different levels. You can
find out more about Canadian pine pollen in either tincture
form or powder form by going to their website at
Canadianpinepollen dot com, canadianpinepollen dot com, or up the telephone
(23:01):
if you want to order it or ask questions about it.
Pick up the telephone toll free and call eight hundred
nine zero one four to one seven one eight hundred
nine zero one four to one seven one or Canadianpinepollen
dot com. We're also going to give you a code
coming up a little bit later in the show, a
(23:21):
money saving code. When you order it, you can save
some money on it as well. Our special guest with
us is doctor Sayid Mustalk. He's an expert on this topic.
He's been using it in his own very busy medical
practice and helping his patients for some time. But this
is one of those things. I mean, we learn about
vitamin C, and we learn about all these exotic herbs
(23:42):
coming out of the you know, the jungle, but we
rarely hear about a two thousand year old secret which
is not becoming a secret anymore because scientists are finally
figuring out why it was that people were able to
utilize the pine pollen as a natural medicine, implementing it
and helping to heal a lot of the remedies, heal
(24:04):
a lot of their maladies that they have using it
as a remedy. All right, doctor Mushika, welcome back to
the program. Is there a historical record of humans using
pine pollen for food or medicinal purposes.
Speaker 4 (24:19):
Absolutely. The historical records are second polar. Like you mentioned,
it's it goes back to Chinese medicine. But when you
look at Northern Russia, Northern Mediterranean regions, when you look
at the north the first nations of North America, you
find evidence is that it's been used as a as
a source of nourishment. It's been used traditionally for helping
(24:42):
with cardiovascular disease, which is an oxidative aging aging form disease. Uh,
it's it's got traditional use for boosting immunity, so it's
got it has been used across cultures, but the most
we know about it is from traditional Chinese medicine.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
Right, what type of symptoms would a person experience and
what signs should they look for if they are aging
at an excessive rate, wherein if they took a supplement
like pine pollen in liquid or extract form, it would
help them.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
So primarily the first thing that individual would experience would
be a decline in energy, usually followed by a slow
sense of recovery after exercise or if they have to
push themselves and slowly after that. The joint problems is
start kicking in and a lot of it is related
(25:42):
to a decline in what is called the anabolic pathways
or pathways that are considered growth pathways. So you know,
if you're not growing, you're declining. And that's really what
aging is. It's the loss of the growth factors within
the body. The virtue of the pine pollen is really
because it is the germ cell of the tree. It's
(26:05):
the growing cell of the trees, and it needs to
germinate and have this burst of growth in order to
fertilize the seed. It packs a lot of these plant
based safe growth factors that have that mimicking aspects of
growth in human cells. So it's aging is associated with
(26:28):
decline and energy and that's the very first thing most
people notice. And pine pollen is traditional Chinese medicine has
actually been considered a nourishment for energy or nourishing chi
they call it, which is the vital energy.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Yeah, and I think people need to be really sort
of reversing the thought out of their mind that when
they're tired they have a caffeine deficiency and that's what
they owe.
Speaker 3 (26:53):
In fact, a lot of the athletes.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
We'll go stack up, well, stack up on the caffeine
before we go, Folks, That is like whipping a tired horle.
You're not going to get anywhere and you're going to
crash when you come off of that. This is actually
a food. Caffeine is a central nervous system drug, and
too many people take too much of it on a
regular basis. All right, doctor, most how would a person
recognize if they are a candidate to supplement with their
(27:17):
diet with the Canadian pine pollen, and who is best
suited to take the pine pollen supplementation.
Speaker 4 (27:24):
It's essentially a nourishment form, so it can be suited
to men, women, athlete, anybody that wants to up their
performance would benefits from it. And one way you would
think about it is when it comes to the aging process,
it's a preventative measure. We want to slow down the process.
(27:45):
It's sometimes too late to wait until all these aging
related diseases or anabolic related diseases set in and start
trying to mitigate them. A lot of it starts with prevention,
as you mentioned, good food, good sleep, lifestyle, exercise, and
also this measure of prevention that we can get from
(28:08):
some of the herbs and supplements that are accessible to us.
And when it comes to pine pollen, I think of
it as the cream of the forest. You know, it's
the best thing out there for specifically preventing the slow
degradation that comes from chemical exposure and oxidative stress related
(28:30):
to aging. To summarize that, anyone, anyone can can benefit
from it, whether it's whether it's for athletic performance, whether
it's a man or woman in their middle years of
age trying to prevent and slow down that process of
clock ticking.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
So really, ladies and gentlemen, whether it's just supplying your
body with the raw matros it needs to repair itself
and get the energy that it needs from the actual
nutrients that you may not be otherwise getting your food,
whether you're doing it for that or just trying to
protect yourself with a food that will slow down the
aging process because you're not getting the nutrients you need.
(29:12):
You can use it in either powder form or liquid form.
We're talking about Canadian pinepollen. You can find it on

or you can pick up the telephone and call them
for more information or to order Canadian pine Pollen at

Moustag talking about a food that has it's really been
around for over two thousand years now, in supplemental form,
(31:06):
something called pinepollen. It's an extract form, liquid extract or
powder form, and when you supplement the body with it, it
gives you all kinds of massive amounts of nutrients that
you otherwise are not getting through your food, special nutrients
that helps your body to recover from anything that's going on.

back to our interview with doctor Mustak. Doctor Mustag, is
there an age or sex restriction or does it benefit
(32:16):
both men and women the same?
Speaker 4 (32:19):
Absolutely, it's there is no restriction on this. It is
it is a universal food supplement. Anyone can take it.
It's one of the one of the fifty two year
olds that UH that recently reached back to us to
explain what it was doing for him. I just want
to read a snippet of his his info on that.
(32:41):
He says, my love life is on fire these days
with the help of andros of pine pollend steph ute
burn combined with magnetic masculinity. You know, it's we get.
We get these testimonials day in day out from everyone,
whether they're athletes, their younger age and they're they're able
to push more iron, they are able to sustain themselves
(33:03):
better in the gym, or from men or women that
are going through that hormonal decline because of the aging
process and finding that it helps with the recovery, finding
that it helps with sustaining energy and improving their sexual life.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
It's not many things that I can think of nutritionally.
They can both hit your energy cycle, the mitochondria of
the body and at the same time assist in the
recovery of a lagging hormone system at the same exact time.
This is remarkable and it just shows you the powerful
effect of food being our medicine and the resurgence of
(33:45):
and the renaissance of scientists now unlocking the mystery behind
why it was that human beings used to rely on
pine pollen extract as medicine. They may not have known
what it was at the time and how it worked.
They just knew that it made have feel better, function better,
and perform better. And that's why they can continue to
consume it. And I think we're learning now scientifically why
(34:08):
it works because of all the advanced science that we
understand how to analyze these things. So, folks, if you're
looking for this as a functional food to add to
your repertoire, almost like health insurance that you eat, you
can certainly find it at Canadian Pinepollen dot com Canadian

(34:52):
or powder form. Now, what is the difference between the
liquid and the powder form? What is more preferred? Are
they any different? Doctor Mustak.
Speaker 4 (35:00):
The liquid form would be more medicinal. The individuals would
see the impact on their energy a lot faster. Within
the first week or two. Typically the powder form is
more nutritional in the sense that it's something that you
add to increase the nutritional quality of your food. So
you would add it to whether it's your tea coffee,
(35:23):
or whether it's your smoothie or in your recipes. That's
traditionally how the Koreans actually use it in a cake
as an addition to their flour. So nutritional when it
comes to the powder, it increases the quality of the food.
It has a lot of minerals, a lot of antioxidants.
(35:44):
You get the same amount of antioxidants and minerals in
the tincture form, but in a way that is quickly
absorbed and has that medicinal impact a lot faster.
Speaker 2 (35:55):
All right, And I'll just take a yes or and
know on this because we're coming up to a break,
doctor Moustock. Are there scientific studies to prove that when
somebody supplements their diet with pine pollen tincture or powder,
that it actually works and it helps with conditions that
people suffer from maladies and infirmities.
Speaker 4 (36:17):
Yes, absolutely, there is a ton of science. There is
a ton of science with our trial as heart disease,
there's a ton of science with immune system with a
lot of conditions that are associated.

(37:03):
with you. Thank you very much for tuning into the program.
This is our last segment of the program with our
special guest, doctor said Moustog. We're talking about a food
that helps to turn back the clock with people who
are aging excessively. They noticing their skin is starting to
wrinkle and sag, and they're losing their muscle mass, and
(37:25):
their energy is going down and they're starting to lag
in the workshop, Visa VI, the bedroom.
Speaker 3 (37:31):
You know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
This is a perfect way to get all that turned
around and restarted by supplementing your diet with something called
Canadian pine pollen, a functional food that comes in either
liquid or powder form. You can use it in your
your coffee or your herbal tea or your smoothie, or
sprinkle it on your food, whatever way you want to
(37:53):
get it. Just get it to give your body the
raw materials it needs to help right itself, to help
heal your body and to turn around these problems that
you're having and prevent ones going forward. Now, Doctor Mostaga,
it's important for me to ask, are there any potential
adverse side effects of people taking the Canadian pine pollen
(38:17):
if they're taking, for example, already taking pharmaceutical drugs or
they're taking other nutritional supplements. Are there any concerns about
drug nutrient interaction.
Speaker 4 (38:27):
The only potential adverse effect is in individuals that have
a pollen allergy. So the pollen of the pine trees
are much bigger, so about three percent of the population
tend to be allergic. And if you do notice allergy reactions,
or if you know that you're already allergic to it,
(38:48):
we recommended you avoid it, utter it and that it's safe.
It doesn't have any drug interactions, and it can be
used in any situation.
Speaker 2 (38:57):
I've never heard of anybody taking pollen extract, whether it
be b pollen extract or pine pollen extract. These things
have been in the food chain for a long time.
I've not had anybody report back to me personally that
they had any type of an allergic reaction. I mean,
it's food that has been used for well since time immemorial,
(39:18):
so that would have surfaced already for sure. Right, Folks,
