Bob Martin Show with Me is the executive producer and

(01:24):
co host of the program, Doctor Adam Brockman.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Good day to you, doctor Brockmann.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Hi, doctor Bob. How are you doing doing fantastic? Hope
you are too. Thank you for joining me this hour.
We had an exciting our last hour with and a
discussion of talking about acid reflux and heartburn and gird
with a special guest, Ilarry Logs and from Tahiti Trader.
I think a lot of people learn a lot over
there during that interview. And if you're just tuning into

(01:51):
the programming you or somebody you know has acid reflux
or heartburn or gastro esophageal reflux disease GERD, you should
get into the podcast library and listen to that hour
and help extricate yourself from unnecessary symptoms that may be
able to be solved by something as simple as drinking

(02:13):
this exotic fruit juice that has all these medicinal properties
called Tahaiti Trader.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Non eat juice. That would be really good.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
And if you're on medications, we don't tell you to stop,
but a lot of people have been able to extricate
themselves from the drugs by finding in nature the cure,
not just the symptom removal only and kick the can
down the road, and you're always needing to go back
to the drugs which have bookoo potential side effects. All right,
I want to turn our attention to another topic, Doctor Brockman,

(02:45):
one that broke recently bombshell out about how food scientists
are sounding the alarm about the food industry and how
they're can I say it, jacking us around in so
many ways and we don't even know it. They're doing
it for their own benefit, for the benefit of profitability
and pumping up their stock values without respect to providing healthy,

(03:11):
sustainable foods for human beings that we can ingest and
help deliver the nutrients to our bodies that we need
to stay healthy to repair ourselves.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
That's not what their focus is.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
It seems based on this bombshell article that you brought
to my attention, can you tell the audience what's going
on here?

Speaker 5 (03:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (03:32):
Hello everyone, Today, we have a groundbreaking story that you
will want to hear, that you need to hear. We're
going to dive into the shocking resonation of doctor Kevin Hall,
America's top food scientist, who just torched his twenty one
year career career at the NIH, that's the Health Institute,
the National Health Institute, after being censored for exposing the

(03:55):
truth about ultra processed foods. And this comes on the
heel of what we just talked about with big tobacco
in your food. So doctor Hall's his exit. His final
act was a nuclear Twitter thread that the message was
clear that NIH works for big food, not you. That
was his entire statement there. The statement is a powerful

(04:17):
indictment of the relationship between government in the food industry.
And let's break down some critical findings that doctor Hall
was silenced for Doctor Hall research. It indicates that ultra
processed foods upfs aren't just chemically addictive like drugs, but

(04:37):
they're engineered to hijack your brain. This means that while
they may not be as addicted as in the traditional
sense of drugs illicit drugs, they're designed to keep you
coming back for more. In the eleaked email revealed that
the NIH higher ups blocked publication of his findings because

(04:58):
it didn't fit narrative. This is a blatant example of
censorship in the name of corporate interests and OURFK Junior
He's weighed in saying big food pays the NIH to
blame your will power instead of their poison. And this
highlights the manipulation that's at play in the food industry.

(05:21):
And there was a study out as a shocking study
that found that people consuming upfs eight five hundred plus
extra calories per day. Can you add that up over
a week, that's basically a pound an extra pound each
week compared to those eating whole foods. It's a significant
finding that it impacts our dietary recommendations of what we

(05:44):
should be doing with our diets. And hidden data showed
that when upfs were less hyper palatable, these already processed foods,
but they if they just take away that hyperpalatability, be
people eight normal portions of them. This suggests that food
manufacturers are intentionally making these foods more addictive. So what

(06:09):
is big foods trick? They spike foods with this bliss point,
these chemicals that make you binge uncontrollably. It's a calculated
strategy and they know what they're doing with this, and
it keeps us the consumers hooked. And critics are claiming
with some of these studies that are saying, hey, they're

(06:30):
eating five hundred extra calories. Critics are claiming a month
long study doesn't prove anything. And this is a statement
that came from a doctor David Ludwig, who oddly enough
takes funding from big food. And it's raising this question
about the integrity of the research that we're seeing. And
the truth is that longer studies were blocked because the

(06:51):
NIH cut the study because they said it was costing
too much money. But I think that they were onto
something here. It's a concerning trend and it hinders our understanding.
It's hindering what we all, you and I, doctor Bob,
we know about nutrition and health. But it's blocking, it's
blocking this to the public and the perception of the public. Here,

(07:15):
so doctor Hall's last words before he got silenced, he
had some powerful last words here. He quotes, I was
barred from speaking at conferences, My press interviews were killed.
It's a clear understanding indication that these links that the
NIH would do just to suppress any dissenting voices. He

(07:39):
also says, quote they want you to ignore the real killers,
titanium dioxide, emulsifiers, glyphosate. These statements highlight the need that
US consumers need to be aware of what's really in
our food and the I do have Doctor Bob, I

(08:01):
have a few of big foods leaked documents here if if,
if we got a couple more minutes, let's justs go
go over these big foods Dirty Playbook. An internal memo
from Kellogg's in twenty twenty one is quote this was
a memo email thread quote. If we if we call

(08:21):
it processed, sales drop twenty two percent. However, if we
call it fortified instead, Wow, it raises raises sales. A
clear example of marketing and manipulating us the consumers in
our perceptions. I got a Pepsi's secret study, which, of

(08:42):
course Pepsi not only makes things products like mountain dew
and pepsi, but they also make doritos and emulsifiers in
doritos were found to cause leaky gut in whopping seventy
two percent of rats that were in study that was buried.
It was buried in twenty nineteen. It raises serious concerns

(09:05):
about these type of ingredients and what you just talked
about in the last hour keeps us on some of
those medications for things like gird.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
Yeah, it's amazing to me. How the NIH the National
Institutes of Health, because they probably get funding from a
big food, big pharma who knows, and they basically own
these so called experts within their organization that are out
there in front of the media. And then you have
somebody who can't sleep at night, who's got a conscience,

(09:37):
doctor Hall, who has his come to Jesus moment, and
he starts to talk about and educate people, and they
put the whammy on him, shut him down, fire him,
get rid of him so that the information doesn't get
out to the consumer.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
That's outrageous stuff.

Speaker 6 (09:52):
Yeah, and when you said there about the money, I
have some more leaked documents here that here. This is
on the FDAs safe list titanium dioxide that's found in
products like Skittles. It was approved after a seven hundred
and fifty dollars donation seve hundred fifty thousand dollars donation.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
Excuse me.

Speaker 6 (10:12):
It raises that ethical question about the regulatory process and
what is the influence of money on our public health
from these big companies, these big corporations.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Ucher Bob, Yeah, it's it's horrendous, and I think the
average consumer has no clue whatsoever It's just one of
those things that they spend a lot of money to
try to hide, and they have, you know, these large
think tanks that craft word craft things to make sure
that the consumer is not alerted to the fact that

(10:43):
they're eating nothing but junk food.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
And that's how they roll, which is sad.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Now, I want to pick this up on the other
side of this hour and finish this conversation.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Because I think it's that important. Doctor Rockman.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Still stand by, ladies and gentlemen, stay with us. You're
tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
What's wrong within, what's wrong within, what's wrong with the content?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
As content? It's time to get me.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
All right, Welcome and welcome back to this hour of
the Doctor Bob Martin Show with me as my co host,
doctor Adam Brockman, and we are learning, ladies and gentlemen,
of reality. We're getting a big reality check in the
area of the food industry. How they are doing everything
they can, spending all this money there. You know they
always talk about research and development. Yeah, right, The research

(11:45):
and development they're paying for is to how to trick
you into eating the junk food that they're putting out
that the whole purpose of putting it out is to
addict you so that you have to You are forced
back to their food brand and you can never get
enough of it because there's not enough nutrients in it,
and you become addicted to it. Because food can be addictive,

(12:07):
we know that. In fact, some researchers believe that sugar
is more addictive than cocaine itself and try to extricate
yourself from it. So here we have based on this
bombshell report about how this top food scientists got fired
from Nia's Doctor Hall because he started to educate people.

(12:27):
His conscience got the best of him, which is a
good thing, and he started to educate people about these
ultra processed foods upfs. Now there's no way to get
away from all of them. I mean, you just have
to do the best job you know how, meaning that
you eat as many as doctor Brockman has pointed out
as many whole foods as you can.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Be a label reader. When you see.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
Elements that are on the label that you don't know
what they are, like titanium dioxide and other things that
you can't understand, go look it up, go to doctor
Google and figure out what it is. And then figure
out whether you want to swallow that or provide it
to your precious.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Family any longer. You have alternatives, You have alternatives.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
To all these ultra processed foods you do, Doctor Brockman,
Welcome back to the program that you're reading this about
this bombshell story about how this food scientist is sounding
the alarm of what's really going on behind the curtain
and these large food companies, how they're doing everything they
can their research and development is how to hook people

(13:37):
on their food and put the least amount of nutrition
in there, just barely enough to get by the Food
and Drug Administration, but yet it's not enough to keep
human beings healthy and well. It reminds me of a
story of an individual years ago that I interviewed on
this radio show, Doctor Brockman. His name was Paul Stitt.

(13:58):
Paul Stitt was working for one of the big food giants,
I think it was General Mills or one of those,
and he was a food scientist and their job was to,
you know, craft foods and ingredients and put it in
there to make it all work. And what they came
to him with eventually was, look, you need to put

(14:22):
less of this in and more of that. And he said, well,
why would I want to put less nutrients in this
loaf of bread and more junk filler? And they said,
because it costs us too much money to put the
good stuff in there. And we think that we would
be better off as a company by spending less and

(14:43):
giving the consumer something they would enjoy chewing on or swallowing,
as opposed to the nutrient value that we don't think
they care about anyway, serious, this guy is telling me
this on the air. He subsequently, doctor Brockman wrote a
book called Fighting the Food Giants. As soon as he
started to object to that as a scientist within this

(15:03):
large food manufacturer, this big food company, they fired him immediately.
Then he went on on his own and he lived
in Wisconsin. He started a bakery in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and
started to provide for his community whole grain foods that

(15:26):
people could actually come to his store and purchase and
get what they needed nutrient wise, get the fiber they needed,
the nutrients they needed, so he was able to at
least provide that.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
In his community.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
But wrote the book and then subsequently got on my
radio show. I think I interviewed him like six times
over the years, and the stories that this guy told
were just horrendous what these food companies do. And so
that's why I think this topic is important and why
we are bringing it to the consumers so they can
be aware of this.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
That it's buyer beware.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
It's a caveat empty and you should know these things
when you're out there shopping and performing due diligence. I mean, gosh,
we put so much energy into finding out, you know,
which car do we want, what are the features of
that car, what's the warranty on that car? We do
all this, you know, exceptional due diligence on buying a
car or a refrigerator. But yet we trust our foods

(16:22):
that are in the grocery stores that we ought not,
especially when they're ultra processed foods. They're foods that are
devoid of nutrients. All they are is just air and junk,
and we should do a better job of that. And
I'm glad you brought this article, doctor Brockman, to the
attention of the audience here, and I hope that they
will take it a step further by reading the labels

(16:45):
and trying to stay away from as much as they
can and it's impossible to stay away from it totally.
I get that ultra processed foods, but you know, less
is a lot better than more and the same, don't
you agree?

Speaker 6 (17:00):
Yeah, And you mentioned you mentioned a loaf of bread,
and have you seen a loaf of bread in the
grocery store these days?

Speaker 5 (17:07):
I don't think it ever.

Speaker 6 (17:07):
Rots you talk about warranties on your cars, it's got
lifetime warranty. I think it's gonna outlast us. I mean,
I mean, I I would say, what, what's a normal
loaf of bread gonna that's whole foods is going to
maybe mold after two to five days.

Speaker 5 (17:23):
I mean, these things unless you.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
Get it, unless you get it in the refrigerator or
the freezer, that's what's gonna happen for sure.

Speaker 4 (17:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (17:30):
Yeah, These these that you're picking up at the grocery store,
they're they got they're so full additives they they never mold.
But I think you know, with we're talking about, uh,
how to fight back on here, we need to dump
these upfs. We need to say goodbye to these sugar
sugary cereals, the ones that are marketed at as healthy.
We need to get this, We need to avoid some

(17:52):
of these protein bars that are loaded with these these
chemicals to maltodextrin, these type of things. It ditched diets
saw drinks right away. They're they're loaded with these artificial
sweeteners that that destroy gut bacteria and to repair that gut.
You made a good mention on that the first hour
with Tahiti traders. No need juice, that's great, and also burbering.

(18:16):
It's a blocks sugar absorption, absorption and it's it's like
it's it's natural and you can find some those terry
naturally as well. Incorporate some things like sauer kraut, kimchi.
These fermented foods are great to restore that microbiome and
repair that ultra processed damage that's occurring with these leaky

(18:37):
guts in those type of things as well. So to
wrap up this, just some points to remember for everybody.
The Health Institute, the National Health Institute, NIH sensors science,
but your grocery cart is going to be the ultimate
vote there. Whole foods, organic foods, those type of things.

(19:00):
Big food their engineers are there to strike hunger for you.
They want you to come back, keep coming back for more.
If you can dig up some of your great grandmother's recipes.
Those engineer Health and doctor Hall, who the story was about,
with his having that conscience to go ahead and say hey,

(19:22):
enough's enough here, he was forced out because he was
talking about this. He was helping here with our health
and that's why we need to get to the bottom up.
And I think that's what's happening hopefully with the government now.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
I hope so with what Bobby Kennedy Junior is doing,
the Health and Human Services Secretary, who's trying to rein
in making America healthy again, we got somebody in there
that can, I think, do it. Let's see what happens.
I'm optimistic about it is the very first time there's
ever been any energy or effort made in this department.

(19:56):
It's usually just been status quo business as usual. Big
you know, big industry, big pharma, big food, just influencing everybody.

Speaker 5 (20:05):
Where's that million dollar donation coming from?

Speaker 4 (20:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (20:08):
This?

Speaker 4 (20:09):
You know this?

Speaker 2 (20:09):
This.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
These food companies basically took a playbook right out of
the big tobacco companies when they started to manipulate tobacco
to make them more addicted by putting flavoring agents in it.
From peppermint, to licorice, to all kinds of stuff, and
you know, suddenly changed the nature of the tobacco. Even
though it's not good to smoke at all, but they

(20:30):
made it even more addictive. And so it's just a
playbook out of big tobacco, and a lot of the
big tobacco companies, as you know, years ago, purchased the
big food companies and started to make those changes which
I recently talked about here on this radio show.

Speaker 4 (20:45):
All right, good enough.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
I hope you're learning everybody about this and you'll take
action on it because your health, your life, and your
family depends on it.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Make that change.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
We'll come back with phone calls and emails here on
the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Are you waiting for the right excuse?

Speaker 3 (21:07):
Are you waiting for sign and choose?

Speaker 8 (21:10):
Why are you waiting?

Speaker 9 (21:11):
If the time is.

Speaker 5 (21:18):
Fame phone.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Mon?

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Are you in?

Speaker 6 (21:33):
All right?

Speaker 3 (21:33):
Welcome, but welcome back to this hour the Doctor Bob
Martin Show, Doctor Adam Brockman and I will be answering
telephone calls and email health related questions and comments very shortly,
so stand by for that. And if you haven't had
the opportunity yet, we haven't taken the opportunity to call

(21:53):
in and ask a question about your health and have
Doctor Brockman and I answered on the air. You may
do so by dialing into our Doctor Bob Martin Show
Caller hotline phone number, which is eight hundred six zero
six eight eight two to two. Eight hundred six zero
six eight.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
Eight two to two.

Speaker 3 (22:14):
Now you can call this number any time of the
night or day anywhere in the country nationwide one eight
hundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two to ask
a question about your health or somebody else's health, or
make a health related comment, and you'll hear me answer
the phone. I'll ask you to state your first name,
first name only, city and state, and then your question.

(22:35):
Make it as brief as you possibly can. We'll get
to those calls and questions very shortly. But first this,
you know, nature is providing for us the answers we
need to protect our most precious possession, that's health. With health,
you have everything. Without it, you have nothing. Here's another
example of how science is starting to understand an unfold

(23:00):
those answers by realizing through analysis that within certain foods
that we ingest, there are minute quantities of very special ingredients.
The one I'm looking at right now is called pea.
That stands for paul metoy lethanolamine. You just need to
worry about pea. That's what it's called for short. That's

(23:22):
the supplement pea for short. It's a special nutrient found
in very minuscule quantities in foods like eggs and other foods,
but you have to eat a lot of them in
order to get the therapeutic amount to have it effect.
Maybe a condition that you may be wanting to get
over now. The scientific research is now showing that this

(23:43):
pea ingredient, when taken in food in large quantities or
in supplements in small quantities, can address all kinds of
things from muscle pain and recovery to arthritis symptoms, improve
your mobility and your range of motion, even help your
cognitive health, and a multitude of other health concerns including

(24:03):
listen to this pea. The supplement allergies, respiratory symptoms, even fibromyalgia,
very recalcitrant condition, and because of the anti inflammatory actions
of pea, researchers have investigated its ability to relieve pain
in a variety of conditions, including sciatica neuropathy, temporal mandibular

(24:25):
joint jaw pain, plus in scientific research on the most
common form of arthritis, osteoarthritis. This pea supplement that's now
in the market under the brand label Terry Naturally Vitamins
is lowering these inflammatory markers and is showing less damage
to cartilage in the knee joints and other joints of

(24:46):
the body. So if you are looking to improve your
overall health, consider supplementing with Pea by Terry Naturally Vitamins
to help relieve acute and chronic pain problems and other
issues and have better physical recovery and even better mood
and focus, and it helps the immune system. Take Pea

(25:09):
by Terry Naturally Vitamins. You can find it at Finer
Health food stores or you can go to Terry Naturally
Vitamins dot Com, Terry Naturally Vitamins dot Com, or Finer
Health food stores to find the supplement Pea by Terry
Naturally Vitamins. All right, back to the conversation if you're
just tuning into the program. In the last segment, we

(25:32):
were talking about how this top food scientist from the
National Institutes of Health, doctor Hall, left his position because
he got fed up with the food companies mixing ingredients,
being allowed to put junk ingredients into food. He was

(25:53):
sounding the alarm of that, but got fired from his
job for doing so. And so you as the consumer,
should be a little bit more aware of what's going
into your body by reading the labels and making sure
that you understand that it's better to eat whole foods
than to eat ultra processed foods, which the food companies

(26:14):
want you to eat because you'll become more addicted to
it and you'll need more of it. They win, you lose,
Your family loses. So just be aware of that, and gosh,
I just hope for your sake you can find a
natural grocery store in your area that provides these foods.

Speaker 4 (26:33):
Like natural grocer stores.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
They are expanding nationwide over one hundred and they have
over one hundred and seventy stores nationwide. But if you
don't have one, look for them. You've got natural grocers
out there, and there are others. Just look for them
and find a place where you can get whole foods,
foods that are not adulterated, which you find in the
prototypical conventional grocery store. All Right, now we're going to

(26:57):
turn our attention to the doctor Bob Martin's show, call
our hotline. These are people who are who have called
into the program on our toll free number and have
left messages, left messages of what they wanted to talk about,
what they wanted to discuss. So Doctor Brockman, I'm gonna
let you take it from there, sir.

Speaker 5 (27:18):
All right.

Speaker 7 (27:18):
First up, we have Nita Nias and I listened to
the program this morning and I'd like to order some
of your products.

Speaker 6 (27:31):
All right, Heidia, it sounds like you're interested in getting
some of the natural health products that I've been mentioned
on the show. If you could specify what products you're
looking for or what conditions you're looking to treat, just
send us another call back or email us and we'd
be glad to help you with you there.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
All right. Next up, we have Glinda.

Speaker 8 (27:56):
Hi, my name is Glinda. I have a question in
regards of liver and god bladder. I've been having a
pain around the god bladder area. But when I do
get upset for whatever reason, upset or extremely mad, I

(28:18):
feel the pain again. I feel like something is trying
to pass through the liver and it can't and it
produces pain. So I experience anger for several days after
the initial conflict, and I was wondering why is this

(28:39):
happening and how can I help myself? I would also
like to have a personal consultation if possible.

Speaker 6 (28:48):
All right, Glinda, I'm sorry to hear about your liver
and gall bladder pain, especially when you're feeling angry or upset.
Managing stress is crucial here. Consider incorporating relaxation techniques like
deep breathing, yoga, or meditation to help these emotional triggers.

(29:09):
For liver support, herbs like milk thistle and dandelion root
can be beneficial. I recommend consulting with natural health or
natural medicine doctor that can provide a personalized guidance and
support program. And if you'd like, you can reach back
out to us at eight hundred and six zero six
eight eighty two to two and we may be able

(29:29):
to help you with a consultation there, Doctor Bob back
to you.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
Yeah, And I think, Glenda, you probably do have inflammation there.
Of course, if it's already swollen and inflamed, every time
you get pressured there, it's.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
Gonna be worse. And it just so happens.

Speaker 3 (29:45):
That anger is an emotion that's associated with a liver
according to traditional Chinese medicine, So find a practitioner who
can talk to you about liver and gall bladder flushing
that might be of some benefit to you.

Speaker 4 (29:56):
All right, we appreciate your phone call, Glinda.

r bob dot com. You have podcast library there, news

Speaker 4 (31:52):
With phone calls. Who's up next?

Speaker 5 (31:54):
We got Janis in Washington.

Speaker 7 (31:57):
Hi.

Speaker 9 (31:57):
I'm Jamis from Pullman, Washington. I've been diagnosed with I
think it's called scalaria and is there anything I can
do for that? Thank you?

Speaker 6 (32:11):
Buy Hi Janus with a diagnosis of scleroderma. Is what
I think you're referencing. It's yeah, it's important to focus
on supporting your immune system and reducing inflammation. So a
diet rich in anti inflammatory foods such as omega three,
fatty acids found in things like fish, flax, seeds, and walnuts,

(32:36):
as well as plenty of organic fruits and vegetables are
going to be beneficial. Additionally, I suggest incorporating terry naturally vitamins,
cure amed turmeric, and also a ginger supplement as they
both have natural anti inflammatory properties. It remember to stay
hydrated and managed stress that you can do that through
practices like yoga, tai chi all that can be very beneficial.

Speaker 5 (32:59):
Doctor Bob, you think, well.

Speaker 3 (33:01):
My experience with people with scleroderma, it's an autoimmune disease.
It attacks the skin, it attacks soft tissues. It usually
is being driven by some infection in the body, and
that infection could be anything from a root canal infection
that's still there, to a gastrointestinal problem with overgrowth of

(33:23):
yeast or fungus or mold in the gut, or some
type of an allergic response that's created an inflammatory systemic
inflammatory response. So Jennis, really you need to work with
a doctor who is schooled and trained in functional medicine,
who cannot just treat the symptoms or try to treat
the symptoms of the condition, but rather really roll up

(33:45):
your sleeves and get to the bottom of it, and
you do that through objective testing, through laboratory testing. It
could be blood, it could be hair, it could be saliva,
it could be urine, and see if you can get
to the reason for it. Once you have a beat
the reason for the problem, then you can orchestrate something
that can help rid that from the body once and

(34:07):
for all. Could even be a parasitic infection that's going
on here, and maybe try to find something that's safe
and natural to help bring the immune system around to
working correctly, not to necessarily stimulate it, because with autoimmune diseases,
you have usually an over regulated immune system that's running,
you know, eighty miles an hour in a sixty five

(34:27):
mile an hour zone trying to get rid of the problem,
but it never does. And in the process of trying
to help you out, it's in the you know, there's casualty,
there's damage that occurs to other parts of the body,
and that's what sclaroderma really is. So once you get
to the reason the problem gets solved, make sure your
doctor measures in your bloodstream, because I found this to

(34:50):
be the case that people with these autoimmune diseases, particularly scleroderma,
have low DHA levels. Dha is a hormone that your
body makes. Your dreanmal glands and it's usually low that
needs to be supported while at the same time fixing
the infection to calm the immune system down.

Speaker 4 (35:08):
Hope this helps, Jannis. I wish you well. All right.

Speaker 6 (35:11):
Next, we got Jenny in Arkansas.

Speaker 10 (35:15):
Yes, Doctor Martin, this is Jenny from Chelston, Arkansas, and
could you please go over renal arduris stenosis and the best,
oh place to go get it taken care of and
whatever you could do to slow the progression of it.
Thank you and we love your show.

Speaker 3 (35:37):
Okay, Jenny, Well, Jenny, thanks for your phone call. It
sounds like you missed the explanation that I made for
you on a previous show because I remember this phone call.
You don't get many people who have this particular problem,
but this is an opportunity to remind our audience, doctor
Brockman that if they do not hear us respawn in

(36:00):
a timely manner, let's say a week or two or
three at the max, that they should go and get
into the podcast library for the complete and extended explanation.
And in Jenny's case, I know that I responded to this,
you know, in totel, and I'm going to encourage her
to go over to the website doctor Bob dot com,

(36:23):
doctor Bob dot com, spelling out the word doctor and
start listening to past shows, the last few past shows
and be able to hear where I addressed this because
it would be redundant and boring to our audience if
we covered it again. So Jenny does that, and this
is a call out to anybody who is not hearing

(36:43):
their answer.

Speaker 4 (36:44):
Within a week or two, you get to the podcast library.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
It'll be in there because we answer all the questions.
And I thank you for your call, Jenny.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Good health to you. All right, We're going to.

Speaker 3 (36:53):
Come back with more calls and maybe go to the emails.

Speaker 4 (36:56):
Next. Stay with us. It's the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
This is my side.

Speaker 3 (37:03):
Take back my signe, the money not poison. Got a healthy,
happy Welcome back to the final segment of the Doctor
Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 4 (37:20):
But don't go anywhere.

Speaker 3 (37:21):
To not go anywhere, because I'm going to be talking
about a little bit later.

Speaker 4 (37:26):
Robert F.

Speaker 3 (37:26):
Kennedy Junior has been talking about this epidemic he calls
an epidemic. It's the autism epidemic finally being exposed, ladies
and gentlemen. When we see the numbers go from one
in ten thousand children being diagnosed with autism to one

(37:47):
in thirty one children today. We know there's a problem.
The medical profession would like to ignore this mostly, and
the news is not reporting it mostly, and so we're
going to expose it. Don't go anywhere. You cannot miss
this segment that's coming up. All right, let's get back
to work, doctor Brockman, what do you have in the

(38:07):
email box for us?

Speaker 6 (38:09):
Yeah, we'll start with this one from hermberto He asks,
I suffer from sinus infections often. I've heard of balloon sinoplasty.
Do you recommend it? All right, Romberto, thanks for reaching out,
and let's let's talk about this a little bit. While
balloon sinoplasty, it's a surgical procedure that can help open

(38:30):
block sinuses. I believe it's essential to start with a
holistic approach to managing sinus south Often recurrent sinus affections
can be addressed through natural remedies and the lifestyle changes
that support your immune system and promote overall wellness. So
here's some strategies. You can try to stay hydrated using
some herbal teas, especially those with anti inflammatory properties like

(38:52):
ginger or peppermint. You can try steam inhalation. Inhaling steam
from hot water can help relieve sinus pressure and congestion.
Add a few drops of things like eucalyptus or t
tree oil can enhance the effect. Some nasal irrigation using
some saline nasal rants or clear nasal spray is the
best option there helps provide relief from congestion. And then

(39:16):
some dietary adjustments with anti inflammatory foods, whole fruits, vegetables,
Omega three fatty acids help support the immune system. Avoid
dairy and processed foods because they add to bucus production.
You may try some things like local honey and I
think also if it's still having some issues here before

(39:38):
going through with the procedure, consult with a natural medicine
provider that may give you some extra suggestions there.

Speaker 5 (39:45):
Doctor Bob, do you have anything to add?

Speaker 4 (39:47):
Yeah, that was excellent.

Speaker 3 (39:48):
Well, anytime you're facing balloon and cinoplasty or sinus surgery,
I mean having a sinus problems, not like threatening. You've
got time do not panic and go into this and
have battle fatigue. And then because once you start being
modified surgically, you'll never be the same and it could
mess you up, and it may not help you at all.
And still you're gonna have scar tissue that may need

(40:08):
to be dealt with later on down the road.

Speaker 4 (40:10):
Temporary at best.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
Most sinus problems, according to male clinic proceedings. I remember
this back in two thousand, they came out and said, hey,
quit giving all those antibiotics to these people with sinus problems.
They have mold, yeast, and fungal sinus infections, and so
they were treating them that way. But you can use
the clear rescue nasal spray on this. Get away from
the sugar and the dairy foods and the junk food

(40:34):
that's where the problem is, and get the proper filtration
in the home like a four stage hepafilter system. Umberto
all right, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for this hour.
Don't go anywhere. You are tuned into the Doctor Bob
Martin Show.
