(03:04):
one the five minute mood boost. If you're feeling foggy
or down, step outside for just five minutes of sunlight
first thing in the morning. A twenty twenty four study
in Nature Neuroscience found that early light exposure resets your
circadian rhythm and boost serotonin levels by twenty five percent.

(03:26):

lamp works two. You're curious about those, check those out.
You can even google it or find it on Amazon.
Another takeaway is the gut friendly snack swap, if you
ditch the chips and grab a handful of almonds and
kimchi or maybe sour kraft. The combo of healthy fats

(03:47):
and probiotics supports digestion and keeps cravings at Bay. Research
from Gut Microbiome Journal shows that this duo improves gut
diversity by a twenty five percent in just two weeks.
And the takeaway number three is the post meal power move.
After eating, take a brisk ten minute walk. A recent

(04:11):
Mayo Clinic report revealed that have it it lowers blood
sugar spikes by up to thirty percent compared to sitting.
You're pancreas well.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Now, let me tell you why today matters. Every question
you ask doesn't just help you, it could be the
lifeline someone else needs. That dad that is battling fatigue,
your call might spark his energy revival. And that woman
that's confused about thyroid labs, your question could change her Outlook.

(04:41):
This is a collective healing in action as we prepare
for the calls. Remember, health isn't about overnight miracles. It's
daily microwinds that stack up over time. Your body hears
everything your mind says, so let's feed it kindness in
science based strategies. Again, those lines are open at eight

(05:04):
hundred six or six eight eight two to two. Well
it's your first call or one hundredth listener moment, your
voice belongs here but before we get into our first caller,
let's discuss the latest in health that's happening in Washington.
RFK Junior has a vision for medical freedom, and we

(05:24):
want to look at what's going on with this vaccine
policy reform. In what may prove to be one of
the most significant shifts in American public health policy, Health
and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior is spearheading
a fundamental re examination of the nation's approach to vaccines.
His bold stance comes at a watershed moment as Florida

(05:48):
makes history by becoming the first state to completely eliminate
school vaccine mandates, marking this crest of in this growing
wave challenging decades of conventional public health. Kennedy's philosophy is
representing a radical departure from traditional top down medical governance.

(06:11):
During recent Senate testimonies that has captivated both political observers
nationwide in those concerned about their health, he articulated a
vision where medical freedom takes precedence over government decree and
while he's maintaining existing CDC vaccine schedules as recommendations rather

(06:33):
than requirements, the foundation of he says, the foundation of
ethical medicine rests on informed consent, and he said this
there in the Senate hearing. He also went on to say,
parents working with their physicians, not government agencies or school
administrations and strainers, must remain the ultimate arbiters of their

(06:58):
children's health care decisions unquote. This principal position aligns perfectly
with Florida Surgeon General doctor Joseph lodadoo landmark announcement abolishing
all school aminuization requirements in his state. For he says,
for two long, public health authorities have operated under the

(07:19):
paternal assumption that they know better than their parents, doctor
Lobado said during his press conference by Governor Ronda Santis
and dozens of applauding families. There, he goes on to say,
this ends today in Florida. This move builds up Idaho's
pioneering April legislation prohibiting vaccine mandates across all sectors, including

(07:43):
education in employment. So, doctor Bob, I want you to
chime in on what you're seeing going on on this
government level with the vaccine mandates.

Speaker 5 (07:53):
Well, it is way overdue, and I am so proud
of the Surgeon General in the state of Florida for
making the freedom of Americans expand beyond that which has
been restrained by the monopolistic activity of conventional medicine. I

(08:15):
mean this boils down to forcing people to do something
that they seriously don't want to do.

Speaker 3 (08:24):
Now.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
I mean, I don't have a problem with anybody getting vaccinated.
If a person wants to be vaccinated or have their
child have eighty some vaccines by the age of eighteen
from birth to eighteen, if they want to take their
children in for eighty some vaccines, more power to them.
But what I take umberge with is being forced beyond

(08:50):
someone's will to get something or have something done to
their health that they don't want. Now. I have been
very open about this topic for more than forty years
here in this radio show and others like it, that
none of my six children are vaccinated. That was a
big decision that I had to make fifty years ago

(09:12):
today or almost that many, and it was probably the
best decision I've ever made, because natural immunity works now.
The problem that the state of Florida ran into, of course,
is that they're the first to do this, doctor Brockmann,
and when you're first, you get a lot of grief.

(09:33):
The medical monopoly. The standard of practice that the pharmaceuticals
have dictated two medical doctors is ensconced. It's hardened. And
when you go outside that box and doctors understand the
body actually has a state of natural immunity. I mean

(09:54):
I had measles, my wife had measles, We both had momps,
we both had chicken pox. Now, when we were growing
up in the nineteen fifties and sixties, why should we
have been forced to get vaccines that did not were
not required, were not needed, and with all the various

(10:15):
things that are in the vaccines, like at that time, mercury, aluminum, polysorbate,
eighty formaldehyde and other elements that should not be injected
into the human body straight away, So I applaud the
Surgeon General of the State of Florida. Let's hope that
it's a trend. Let's hope that it's a trend for

(10:38):
freedom of choice, because up until Kennedy and his decision
to make changes, we've been basically stifled in our choices.
That's the problem. All right, ladies and gentlemen's stay tuned.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
We're going to come right back here.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
On the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
This is my signe.

Speaker 6 (11:04):
Sne no thats start up my fight.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Welcome back. You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
I'm doctor Adam Brockman. And remember, if you've got questions
about your health, nutrition, or anything health related, our toll
free hotline is always open at eight hundred six zero
six eight eight two to two. That's where two licensed physicians,
doctor Bob and I were standing by to help you

(11:52):
unlock your best self. That's eight hundred six zero six
eight eight two to two. All right, let's get back
into it. We've been talking about the recent Senate hearing
with Robert F. Kennedy, Junior, and there's been a lot
of heated exchanges, with this one being Senator Bill Cassidy,
a Republican from Louisiana and himself a physician. He accused

(12:14):
these measures that Kennedy is trying to take for medical
freedom that undermines confidence and vaccines is what he's saying.
Kennedy countered passionately. He said, true scientific integrity doesn't fear scrutiny,
it welcomes it. And he goes on to say parents
deserve access to complete information presented fairly so they can

(12:38):
make truly informed choices, unquote. And I also want to
go ahead and play a clip of another heated exchange
Robert F. Kennedy had with another senator during this hearing.
Can we please plays it? Play that in that chair?

Speaker 7 (12:53):
For how long? Twenty twenty five years while the chronic
disease our children went up to seventy six percent, and
you said nothing. You never asked the question why it's happening.
Why is this happening? Canday, for the first time in
twenty years, you've learned that in some mortality has increased
in our country. It is not because I came in here,

(13:14):
is because of what happened during the Biden administration that
we're going.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
To end, all right. And what Robert F. Kennedy Junior,
what he's trying to accomplish is he's trying to say, hey,
why don't we shift this back to the States and
shift it back to the parents that are making these
decisions on their children's health. And I think that's important.
And he got a lot of kickback from the Senate because,

(13:39):
for one, he started naming names about the payments from
Big Pharma and if you if you hadn't been paying attention,
they're huge sums of money. I'm talking millions of dollars,
some over twenty million dollars to some of these senators
from big pharma, and Kennedy's going to get a lot
of kickback from these senators that don't want to change this,
doctor Bob.

Speaker 5 (14:01):
The dollars fuel their campaigns. Why would they change Why
would the medical profession change anything when it's bank time.
This is a big chitchin that's going on. And I
know that's hard for people to fathom this happening in America,
but it's a rig system. And when somebody comes in
that's a disruptor like Kennedy and tries to make these

(14:23):
types of changes, he's going to find a lot of resistance.
You have to follow the money trail when you consider
doctor Brockman. You know this and doctors know this that
American children are some of the sickest children on the planet.
Even though American children receive the most vaccines, they have

(14:43):
high levels of asthma, high levels of allergy, ezema, all
kinds of childhood diseases are seen in these big quartiles
of children who have received all seventy or eighty of
the mandated recommend child vaccine schedule. And when you go
into communities or you study individuals whose families have decided

(15:09):
not to vaccinate their children, these children have less asthma,
less exzema, less allergies, less problems over all. And so
you have to ask the question why is that. Well,
the medical profession's not interested in answering that question because
there's gold in them that are ills. I mean, why

(15:30):
would you want to fix a system that is feeding
your bank account?

Speaker 3 (15:34):
Why?

Speaker 5 (15:35):
And the same thing goes for the politicians. Why on
earth would these politicians want to alienate the people who
are feeding their campaigns. I mean, the largest lobby lobbying
effort in the Beltway occurs to by the pharmaceutical companies

(15:57):
to these various medical organizations like the AMA and others
like it. So it's a system that's predicated upon the
money trail, followed the money trail, And when you have
a disruptor like Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F.
Kennedy Junior coming in there and saying, look, where's the
science on these vaccines. They've not been properly studied. Nobody

(16:21):
has proven that they benefit anyone. In fact, the evidence
shows that they do just the opposite.

Speaker 8 (16:27):
Of that.

Speaker 5 (16:28):
Of course, the medical profession loves to use the fear
factor and oh, if you don't vaccine, vaccinate your child,
your child's going to die and that's going to be
on you. Well, I'm here to tell you that is
the biggest lie there ever was. And parents are frightened
by this. In fact, they have been bullied and pummelled

(16:49):
to say, well, if you don't get your children vaccinated,
they're not going to be able to go to school.
Doctors who are conscientious about looking into the ones that
actually know the science, who want stand natural immunity, the
ones that are brave enough to step forward and say,
you know what, I'll take my chances with measles, mumps,
and chicken pox and these childhood diseases because they they

(17:12):
allow natural immunity to occur like they did way back
when and work just fine, and we had less childhood illnesses.
These are the kinds of things that when these disruptions occurred,
doctor Brockmann, it causes a wave of resistance. We're right
now in the wave of resistance. Maybe a year, two,
five years down the road, will look in the rear
view mirror it becomes normal because now the states beyond

(17:35):
Florida are going to adopt what Florida is doing, and
that is not forcing people against their will to make
a decision on behalf of their child to either get
or not get vaccines. We are not I'm not against
people having vaccinations, but other people who are into vaccinating
vaccines want to force me to vaccinate my children when

(18:00):
they were young, and that is just wrong and that's
what needs to change first.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
Yeah, I agree with you. And really, the Senators were
with their backs against the wall with their money train,
you know, maybe possibly ending in Kennedy exposing big Pharma's
industry influence. Kennedy's frequently highlighting this systemic corruption. It compromises

(18:25):
public trust, and if you look at a little bit closer,
you're seeing this revolving door between regulatory agencies like the
FDA and the CDC in drug manufacturers.

Speaker 5 (18:36):
Yeah, we talked about last week.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
Yeah, exactly. For example, you know, the former CDC director
became Merk's vaccine division president months after leaving office. And
then the liability protection shielding companies from lawsuits over adverse
effects of that. You know, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury
Act established special court system because risk were deemed too

(19:00):
costly for the manufacturers, so you can't even properly go
through the legal system with some of these injuries. And
then the direct funding relationships that we've been talking about
creating these appearance problems. That the CDC Foundation receives millions
annually from vaccine makers like Pfizer and GSK, and it's

(19:21):
a structural problem that creates this bias. We must acknowledge
at least and if we want these policies that serve
the people rather than profits. And that's what we've been
talking discussing recently on the show, Doctor Bob.

Speaker 5 (19:35):
Yeah, about fifty percent of the money that flows into
CDC comes from the money out of big pharma. So
you know, if you are having that kind of influence
on that organization, they're going to own you and you're
going to be prejudiced by virtue of those dollars. It's
just human nature. That's how it works. It's how it
works in politics, it's how it works in most levels

(19:57):
of life. And so i'm you know, we are as
a nation lucky to be able to have an administration
that is immune to that influence. It's the only way,
doctor Brockman, that changes are going to be made. They're
going to be hard changes. These are waves that are
going to occur, and people are not going to like it.
It's going to seem not normal because status quo, the

(20:21):
sickness of our country is just so embarrassing compared to
other third world countries that we need to make these
changes on behalf of doing things for all the right
reasons and not from a financial standpoint.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
I agree. And Doctor Bob, you brought to light a
audio that where Robert F. Kennedy he addressed the nation,
and I want to play that after we come back
from break and get in some collar questions. You're listening
to the Doctor Bob Martin Show on Radio America. Are

(21:00):
you waiting on a line next chake?

Speaker 8 (21:03):

Speaker 3 (21:04):
The perfect night? Are you waiting to the time is right?

Speaker 6 (21:13):

want to take the wild stand the Manney money.

(22:08):
hundred six zero six eight eighty two to two. So
don't hesitate. Your health journey matters to us, and we're
here to help you every step of the way. We've
been talking about what's going on with this latest Senate
hearing in Robert F. Kennedy Junior's Approach to Medical Freedom
and Robert F. Kennedy Junior, he often frames today's vaccine
debates within a broader historical lens, one that exposes troubling

(22:33):
patterns of corporate influence on public health. And during a
recent recent speech he had at Stanford University, he posed
a very provocative question, which is, he said, how can
we blindly trust the same pharmaceutical companies that once told
us oxy cotton wasn't addictive, or that marketed cigarettes as

(22:57):
doctor recommended that hid the days of asbestos for decades.
So he's pointing it cuts to the heart of modern skepticism,
especially regarding these novel mRNA vaccines that are fast tracked
into now childhood amusation schedules without long term safety data. So,

(23:20):
doctor Bob, you brought to our attention a audio clip,
if we go ahead and play that, where Robert F.
Kennedy Junior addressed the nation. I'm Robert F.

Speaker 7 (23:29):
Kennedy Junior, your AHHS secretary. The CDC was once the
world's most trusted guardian of public health. Its mission was
simple and noble, protect Americans from infectious disease. But over
the years, the agency drifted, bureaucracy, politicized science, and mission creep,
corroded that mission and squandered the public trust. We saw

(23:50):
the consequences of putting dogma before science during the prolonged
COVID mandates of the Biden era, cloth mass on toddlers,
six foot distancing with no scientific basis, boosters for healthy children,
lockdowns that erect our economy, and the suppression of low
cost therapeutics in favor of experimental drugs that were ineffective.

(24:14):
The CDC implemented a school lockdown policy that was written
by the teachers union and sold to the public as science.
This was the template for the politicization of science that
became pervasive across the agency, as the agency put politics
ahead of evidence based medicine. It's always devastating, not just

(24:35):
for our children, but to public health. America has just
four point two percent of the world's population, yet we
suffered nearly nineteen percent of the world's COVID deaths. We
literally did worse than any other country in the world.
That failure was an anomaly. For years, the CDC has
presided over rising chronic disease and declining life expectancy. Trust

(24:59):
has collapsed. Only a tiny fraction of healthcare workers and
parents now follow CDC guidance. President Trump has asked me
to restore that trust and return the CDC to its
core mission. We've already shown what a focused CDC can
achieve and MEAs was flared up this year in Texas,
we surge vaccines and therapeutics and staff to the outbreaks epicenter.

(25:23):
The outbreak ended very quickly. That response was not pro
vax or antifax. It wasn't ideological, it was effective, and
effectiveness will be the watchword of our leadership. We also
know that chronic disease made COVID, especially leaf on America.
Infectious and chronic illnesses are connected. The very tools we use. Vaccines, antibiotics,

(25:46):
therapeutics save lives, but they can also cause harm for
some patients. That truth can no longer be ignored. The
path forward is clear. Restore the CDC's focus on infectious disease,
invested in efaction, and rebuild trust through transparency and by
restoring competence. To achieve this, the CDC will protect against

(26:08):
threats with advanced detection tools, strength and infrastructure at a
home and abroad, modernized data and labs, rebuild the workforce
of disease detectives, and apply gold standard science to every recommendation.
And we're going to want power stags and communities on
the front lines. We've already shaken up the leadership and

(26:28):
removed conflicts of interest. The American people elected President Trump,
not bureaucrats to set health policy. That's the MAHA commitment
in action. Most CDC staff are honest, public servants who
are trying hard to accomplish their jobs. With this renewed mission,
they can do their jobs without politics or fear. Together,

(26:50):
we will rebuild CDC so that it will once again
be the world's most trusted authority on infectious disease. Thank you.

Speaker 8 (27:00):
All right.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
So there's a lot to unpack there, and we're obviously
going to discuss this more in greater detail as time
goes on. But the bottom line is history warns us
that blind faith in corporations or or government that's influenced
by lobbyists, it leads to disaster, while skepticism fuels progress.

(27:21):
Kennedy's fight isn't against vaccines. It's for better science and
ethical government, and above all, the right to choose what
goes into our bodies. As this movement, the MAHA movement,
grows globally and across the country, one thing becomes clear.
The old system is crumbling under its own corruption, and

(27:44):
that's making space for what I feel is something new.
What replaces it, It depends on the choices that we're
making today as citizens, as unwilling to accept the business
as usual any longer. All right, doctor Bob, I want
to get your final thoughts and and I think the
third hour, let's let's go back into this discussion on

(28:05):
h with what's going on in Florida as well, but
go ahead and give your final thoughts on this.

Speaker 5 (28:11):
Well, MAHA stands for make America Healthy Again, like it
wasn't one time. We have been gaslighted by these medical
organizations for decades and they've gotten away with it. They've
gotten away with it because money talks, and you know
what walks, and so when they start talking about and

(28:31):
this is classic, you know the classic it's our science,
you know, bragging that they hold and contain and control
every bit of scientific information there is. And yet when
you look at it, it crumbles because the science doesn't
hold up because they've never properly studied childhood vaccines.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
Never have they.

Speaker 5 (28:54):
Properly studied childhood vaccines. And that should be that should
say everything you need to know about that movement in
what has been happening. And of course, the CDC has
been protecting big pharma forever. It's been one big monopoly
after another needs to change. And let's just hope the

(29:14):
momentum that Robert F. Kennedy Junior has generated so far
with the support behind the Trump administration will continue until
we get to a correction in something that should have
been corrected decades ago and did not because other administrations
just thought it was just too much of a heavy

(29:34):
lift to do. It was too controversial. Why why stir
it when you don't have to? But now change is
being made.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
I like that, all right, folks, Well, it's time to

from Bakersfield. It's great to hear from listeners who proactive
about their health. And now, regarding your question about sigon cinnamon,
there are some important points to consider sigon cinnamon. It
does contain high levels of kumaren. It's in compared to
another option for you, which we'll get into its keilon cinnamon.

(33:35):
Kumaron is a natural compound that can be harmful to liver.
If if found in large amounts, and research has indicated
that excessive intake of it can lead to elevated liver
enzymes and even liver damage. And while moderate consumption is
generally considered safe for most people, it's essential to be

(33:55):
cautious with this. And as terms of scientific studies, which
I think you asked for, there have been various investigations
into the effects of kamaron on health, including liver toxicity.
For instance, one study that's published in Food Chemistry, it
highlighted how high levels of kmaron could pose risk when
consumed over extended periods of time or in significant quantities. Therefore,

(34:20):
it's wise to limit that intake and opt for some
alternatives if you're concerned about potential liver damage. Now, as
far as substitutes go, if you're looking for alternatives to
sigon cinnamon and offer similar flavors without those associated risk
of that high kmaron levels, I recommend considering what we
talked about. Kilon cinnamon, often referred to as true cinnamon.

(34:43):
Keilon contains much lower levels of that kamarin and it's
safer for regular use and other options to consider a
nutmeg ginger and all spies and regarding the other article,
you mentioned four hundred and fifty milligrams of cinnamon daily,
that dosage which usually refers to the keelon or other
lower kamarin varieties rather than sigon. All right, I do

(35:08):
like many of the benefits of cinnamon, like a blood
sugar regulation, antibacterial and antifungal properties, and it also decreases
some inflammation. So I hope this information helps clarify your
questions about sigon cinnamon. It gives you some good alternatives
for that. All right, doctor.

Speaker 5 (35:24):
Bob, Well, we have to consider this cinnamon has been
used for thousands of years as a spice and used
in proper quantities. It's really safe. I mean the way
that people use it. I mean I have you know,
in all my years of practice, I have not found
a single person that's ever been poisoned by cinnamon. You know,

(35:48):
I have done extensive testing, blood testing, and that was
part of a very busy career that I had in
treating over thirty thousand patients, most of whom had blood tests,
and I don't remember a single person ever having high
liver enzymes connected to excessive consumption of cinnamon. Look, you

(36:09):
should always try to get cinnamon in its organic stage,
organic setting, So insist on getting cinnamon that's organic. Don't
use it excessively unless you have a doctor's recommendations so
that it doesn't reach that therapeutic level that you're trying
to achieve. Let's say, if you have blood sugar problems,

(36:29):
as you stated, yeah, high levels of it can help
stabilize that. At his other benefits, but I think the
benefits outweigh the risk of taking cinnamon used in quantities
that are generally accepted in the culinary field.

Speaker 3 (36:44):
All right, good response to that, Doctor Bob, and we're
going to come back after the break to get to
one more question for this hour. You're listening to the
Doctor Bob Martin Show.

let's get back into one final question from Irene from Albuquerque.

Speaker 8 (38:12):
Live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I was like, you know
what kind of a doctor you are? Are you a
PhD decision or what. I have a problem to my
classical which is putting me off balance and have for years.
I need to know what to do about it. I
have to make a decision soon to whether to have

(38:33):
it operated on or forget about it.

Speaker 3 (38:37):
All right, Ireen, thank you for your call. It's wonderful
to hear from you all the way from Albuquerque, and
I appreciate your question about what type of doctor we
are and discussing your concerns regarding surgery for long standing
claviical issues. Well, Irene, I'm a proud natural medicine doctor,
considered an end and I also have a second doctorate
in chiropractic, a DC doctor of Chiropractor. Now, as far

(39:01):
as we only got a mind or so left, so
I want to address your specific concern about claviical issues
in regarding to balance. The claviical plays a crucial role
in stabilizing the shoulder girdle and connecting the arm to
the body. While there are problems with this bone, whether
due to arthritis, injury, or other issues, it can lead
not only pain, but also impact your overall posture imbalance

(39:24):
because of how it affects how you use your upper body. Now,
before we go into surgical options, which should always be
considered carefully, I recommend consulting with an orthopedic specialist with
experience and shoulder injuries or conditions related to the clavical specifically,
These can be done through an evaluation or X ray.
In many cases, nonsurgical interventions may provide significant relief without

(39:48):
needing those invasive procedures, So I consider chiropractic or physical
therapy as far as a good option to start with here.
All right, doctor Bob, we just got a second or
two left. You want to get your input.

Speaker 5 (40:00):
Well, anybody wanting to know our background can go to
doctor Bob dot com and read the long, long series
of information that we have provided on our backgrounds as
far as our educational background, so that's there. I would
avoid medical care for claviical problems like the plague, because
usually they make the problem worse. I would find somebody

(40:22):
who's been trained in extremity manipulation, somebody who's been trained
in apply kinesiology. That would be a chiropractic position in
these specialty areas. Get the care there. You'd be better
off because once you operate on somebody and mess them up,
it's like trying to unboil a hard boiled egg. You
were stuck with it for light. So think twice about

(40:43):
that one.

Speaker 3 (40:44):
All right, this is doctor Bob Martin Show. Thank you
very much,
