Independent thoughts, independent life. Thisis Chad Benson. We'll get to the
Trump trial in a minute. Butwhat happened today in Europe? A recognizing
of Palestine as a country? Whatwhy Irish recognition? Now in Dublin Prime

(00:32):
Minister Simon Harris to offer hope andencouragement to the people of Palestine at one
of their darkest hours. We inIreland see you, We recognize you,
we respect you. We will continueto work so that you and your children
and your children's children can have thebetter future you deserve. Upon hearing the
announcement, Israel immediately ordered its ambassadorto return home. Tom Rivers ABC News

(00:57):
at the foreign desk. And itwasn't just Irland, by the way,
that recognized Irelands. Norway and Spainare announcinate that we recognize the state of
Palestine. It's ugly out there, people. It's a big deal. And
let's not forget two state solution hasbeen offered on numerous occasions, on numerous

(01:22):
occasions, could have been a twostate solution. But somehow, somewhere,
some say, hey, you knowwhat, today's day In the midst of
all of this, after October seventh, today's the day so Norway, Spain,
and Ireland now recognize Palestine. Wellthey should should they They could have
recognized them the other eleven times thatwas offered two and let's be real,

(01:48):
wasn't offered to Palestine. It wasoffered to Hamas. Yesterday, I'm reading
about how Egypt upended the entire ceasefireby changing the language without telling anybody.
This nightmare is exactly that. Itis a nightmare. And I feel that
it's gonna get a little bit worse, then a little bit worse, and

(02:09):
then it's gonna be stagnant for awhile, because, as with a situation
like this, nobody wants to takethe lead. We heard yesterday from Bibi
net Yahoo's come out again and said, this whole warrant thing for his arrest
for international war crimes is ridiculous. But the reality until some of these Arab

(02:30):
countries stand up, and I willtell you this, and nobody wants to
stand up and take any responsibility forthis. They love, but they used
to. They used to love tobitch about the Jews and Israel, but
now you know, commerce modern times, things of that nature. Nah,

(02:52):
we don't really want to do that. We still have some crazies that we
got to keep happy. So we'regonna have to bitch about you guys for
a while. So we apologize forthat. But you know, in reality,
hey, hey, we want todo business. It's crazy Palestine eleven
times. I want to remind everybody, eleven times they've been offered opportunities at

(03:14):
a two state solution and they've turnedit down. Go back and look at
Clinton said. The most disappointing timeBill, not Hillary and his presidency wasn't
all the chaos around the impeachment andall this stuff. He got so close
to quote unquote the two state solution. He had got Israel to give up
everything, basically, and it wasin front of them. Everybody seemed to

(03:37):
agree, and then they're all nope. Trump on trial one week from today.
The jury should have the case ofthe people of the State of New
York versus Donald J. Trump. He's charged with falsifying business records to keep
secret from voters a twenty sixteen hushpayment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
The jury is going to wait forthe judge to instruct them, and the

(04:00):
jud is going to spend the nexttwo days finalizing those instructions. Finalizing those
instructions, no hitting below the beltstanding eight count is in effect, and
of course you cannot be saved bythe belt. The defense wants the judge
to say hush money itself is notillegal. Prosecutors asked the judge to say
that Trump can be convicted even ifhe didn't falsify the records personally, but
caused others to do so. Trumpdid not testify, as he said repeatedly

(04:25):
he would. Instead, jurors heardtestimony from twenty two other witnesses. They
saw nearly three hundred exhibits, andthey are going to hear closing arguments next
Tuesday and then a week off, which I find so bizarre. But they,
I mean, they wouldn't allow theirexpert witness It was so funny because

(04:46):
the judge is merchon his reasoning fornot allowing the defense expert witnesses. We've
already heard from one expert. You'veheard from their expert. We have an
expert. Yeah, but it's allthis, it's not all the same.
It's not it's not all the same. I you know, CNN does a

(05:09):
pretty good job as fair as theycan be comparatively to you know, if
you're gonna go to Fox, you'regonna go to MSNBC, You're gonna get
whatever you want to hear, like, that's what we want. Affirmation Very
rarely do you want information. Buteven on ce A End and News Nation,
you're Dan Abrams attorney. He'll sayit over and over again, and
he has He's like, look, yes, did Trump do some stuff?

(05:31):
Of course is it a minor infractioncomparatively, Yeah, if it was Donald
Trump, would this be happening? No, that being said, sir,
a chance there's a conviction. Hethinks, now it's gonna be a hung
jury. But the thing I findinteresting is he's like, even if it's
a conviction on appeal, the chancesof this thing surviving is slim to none.
But it's not the point. Thepoint is is can they get a

(05:56):
conviction before the election? I don'tthink. I think if this was mar
A Lago or the DC case,it would have a stronger reaction for voters
than this, because I think mostpeople find this to be ridiculous and definitely

(06:23):
political. Three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty four
to twenty three at Chadminton Show,as your Twitter tweet at as texta program
gas Reserves what the White House willrelease a million barrels of gasoline from a
Northeast reserve and a bid to lowerprices at the pumps this summer. The
gases from storage sites in New Jersey, in Maine, a reserve that was
established after Superstorm Sandy and is separatefrom the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in Texas and

(06:46):
Louisiana. It'll be allocated in incrementsof one hundred thousand barrels at a time.
And it follows a mandate from Congressto sell off the gas from the
ten year old reserve and then closeit, then close it. Got to
make sure we close it, closeeverything. So we're going to release the
gas reserves. We're getting stuff outthere. What exactly does this mean?
And it's really a big deal.Just to put this in perspective, A

(07:09):
million barrels of gas sounds like alot, but it is literally kind of
a drop in the bucket when youthink about the amount of gas that Americans
are going to go through over thistime of year. I mean, gas
Buddy analyst Patrick Dehan says that thisamount represents two and a half hours about
of total US gasoline demand. Soprices might dip a little bit, especially
regionally, but probably not going tohave a huge impact when you're looking over

(07:31):
the long term on the price atthe pump. Yeah, and let's also
put into perspective. You know, you've got a war. You need the
great energy, we need it,so you have this war that is going
on when it comes to to especiallythe Democrats on fossil fuels. And one
of the things is it's not dowe have enough oil, It's not.

(07:51):
It's refineries. California's getting ready toadd another tax to refineries that is insane.
And if you're on the West coast, if you're in Nevada, if
you're in Arizona, you know, southwest or you're gonna spend way more than
you are. If you're on theEast, they've got more refineries. Economy,
abortion will talk a little bit aboutthat. Trump said some stuff about

(08:13):
abortion chance today freaks people out.But these are the things. When you
sit there and you go gas priceis still sitting three four five bucks a
gallon, depending on where you arecome November. People are pissed, angry,
inflation, that's part of that.Abe, abortion, border, economy,
all those things play at the ballotthree two, three, five,

Show. The job I just interviewedfor. At the end told me they
pay forty five k. The wayI was holding back tears than I am

(10:31):
right now. Data analyst role locatedin New York City requires several years of
experience, and I know something isbetter than nothing, don't get me wrong,
But the salaries I have been seeingfor certain jobs, I am shocked
with how low they've gotten. Well, it does suck forty five grand anywhere
in New York that'd be tough. Now, what are some people doing?

(10:54):
Have you heard of supercommuting. Whatis that? Well, if you live,
especially on the East Coast, certainareas like that. I kind of
supercommuted over the last several years goingin from where I live the Valley of
the Dirt people is I like tocall it. Some people get angry at
me, don't. It is whatit is. And I'm halfway between Tucson
and Phoenix. I'm sixty five milesdoor to door to the other studio in

(11:16):
Phoenix. I was driving that everysingle day, and it kicks your ass.
I ain't no doubt about that. But supercommuting into place like New York
is interesting. Why is that?Because some people are taking jobs in places
like New York even though they livein Delaware. Like this guy, Kyle
Rice, Hey, how about youcome with me as I do a supercommuter

(11:37):
from Wilmington to my job in Manhattanand New York City. The train station
it is six am. Hey,let's go and get our train. That's
right, travels through four states toget to work. He earns a high
six figure salary, but he didn'twant to leave Delaware. His wife and
his family didn't want to uproot it. When he was interviewing for the gig

(11:58):
which I found interesting. He gotthrough the first one, but they wanted
somebody in New York or New Jersey, somewhere in and around there. And
he said, look, let metell you my plan. And he said
that was in the second review, and they said, all right, we'll
give you the gig, and hetook the gig. Says, the thing
that sucks about it is obviously thething that sucked about when I was making
my commute now, I had awacky times and hours because I'd have to

(12:22):
leave to get to work by threein the morning, and you know,
I'm up at two two thirty, get to work by three thirty. You
know, then the show goes livelater on in the morning, and then
I had a long wait in between, and then I had my afternoon show.
So it was missing time with myfamily. I do everything out of
the house now, which is great. But the thing for him, it
is the same thing. It's aboutmissing time with his family. But he

(12:45):
did the cost in his head andsaid, I spent fourteen hundred bucks a
month on a mortgage Manhattan, onebedroom, it's going to be forty five
hundred bucks. And he's got afamily. And he told him what his
thing was, And he gets towork pretty much before everybody else. But
he doesn't get to work till aboutlike he says, you know, eight

(13:09):
thirty five to eight forties, gotto be there by nine, but he
leaves the house at like five fortyfive. That's a butt kicker. Spends
fifteen hundred and ten dollars a monthfor Amtrak and path trains, So supercommuting
maybe the thing of the future.Speaking of traveling, it was scary in
this guy's. The flight departed Londonfor Singapore with two hundred and twenty nine

(13:31):
on board. About ninety minutes beforereaching its destination, the plane hit severe
turbulence at thirty seven thousand feet. The plane then plunging one hundred feet before
shooting back up three hundred feet, launching passengers into the ceiling. Seventy one
people had to be rushed to thehospital, six in critical condition. I
saw people coming across the aisle justlike going completely horizontal. British national Jeff

(13:56):
Kitchen died. An airport official claimsKitchen may have suffered a heart attack.
That has not been confirmed. Yeah, So what happens in a situation like
that, Like, how does itfall so fast? And then rise so
quick. What is that all about? What's that due to your body?
What kind of gez are those? The turbulent incident resulted in a one hundred
foot drop and just right after thata three hundred foot climb, very rapid

(14:22):
negative G meaning that's what you feelon a roller coaster when you go over
the top, you feel that negativeG. But it wasn't just zero G.
It was one or two negative g's, which would have forced people slammed
them onto the ceiling, and thenas the airplane rapidly climbed up at those
three hundred feet, would have slammedthem back down into the seats that they
were supposed to be buckled into oronto the cabin floor. Terrifying to say

(14:43):
the least. Here was one ofthe passengers that was on the plane.
There was some streaming, and itwas when it was actually I realized the
gravity of it when I looked overmy shoulder and saw, you know,
the people sitting behind me with alady who had a big gash in her
head and blood pulling down a face. And then as we know, gentlemen

(15:05):
passed away from sitting out behind me. We tended to this gentleman and I
helped carry him, get him outof the seat, and we lay him
on the floor. They gave himCPR for at least twenty minutes that they
pronounced him that, you know, they covered him with a blanket. Again
terrifying. And part of what goeson now is it's safer than ever to
fly, and we'll get to thatlater on the show. For our superd

(15:26):
information, you need to know itis safer than ever to travel. But
as I always bring up at thirtysix thousand feet, there's no pulling over.
We like control. There is nocontrol nature you don't see up there
because it's their's not like there's speedbomps and it's you know, it can

(15:50):
be terrifying. I've heard since thatsome awful things happened in business class and
in the economy class. In economyclass there was seats coming, loose,
handles coming off the ceiling, theoxygen masks came down the As I left
the airplane, I looked around andit was quite a scene, quite a
scene, you know, cuttling, smashtress on the floor. It was quite

(16:11):
horrendous. Lots of tie medics cameon board and swarmed on board and tended
to people with lacerations and cut ears. Yeah, And the question is can
a plane handle that? Yeah,I can. Planes are built to fly
and they're built to withstand stuff. The kind of material they're made out of
is five times stronger than steel. So take comfort in the fact that this

(16:34):
airplane went through this terrible, terribleset of turbulence and came out just fine
because the airplane is designed to takeit. If you have your seat belt
on, you're gonna be fine. And that was the issue because you know,
it's you're in the middle of aflight, you're getting up to go
to the bathroom, you're stretching yourlegs. Maybe the person next to you
need to go to the bathroom. So you get out in the aisle right,
You're gonna get something to drink, and there is no speed bomp situation

(16:59):
where everybody knows it's happening. Andusually what happens is planes in front,
who were, you know, milesand miles ahead, will tell other planes,
hey, there's a rough patch here, you know, along with the
satellite or this, that and theother. This happened, and it was
awful. Still, the safest wayto travel, it's hard to tell people
that, even myself at Times threetwo, three, five, three eight,

(17:19):
twenty four to twenty three at ChadBenson Show's your Twitter. If you
miss any show, grab the podcast. It's Wednesday we Get Woke. Among
other things that we're gonna be doing. Chad Benson Show, Sun, Chad

(17:40):
Benson Show, Dependent Thoughts, IndependentLife. This is Chad Benson Trump Abortion.

(18:06):
What if I've always said about Trump? Well, I said a lot
of things about him, some ofthem good, some of them not so
good. Honesty, it's what you'regonna get from me, kids. His
biggest achievement as president was it leadingus through the pandemic? No, wasn't
that because the pandemic was ongoing foreveras long as the Democrats needed it.
The Great Economy remembered a little bitfor that, of course. Obviously,

(18:30):
no wars. No, he won'tget credit for any of that stuff.
I've always said his biggest achievement SupremeCourt. If you're a conservative, it's
the Supreme Court. My entire lifetimeup until Trump, Supreme Court was always
leaned left, a little bit left, but left. We don't want our

(18:51):
course. We would love it ifour courts were all the things that were
supposed to be partial. Here weare. I'm gonna hear it. I'm
not coming in with any thing otherthan that. But that's not the way
it works. We know that. And abortion. Because of that Roe v.
Wade being overturned. Yesterday, Trumpwas asked about contracept Is that going

(19:11):
to be on the chopping block next? Donald Trump denied tonight that he would
support restricting birth control, despite commentsjust hours earlier today suggesting that he was
open to that very idea. Doyou support any restrictions on a person's right
to contraception? Well, we're lookingat that and I'm going to have a
policy on that very shortly. AndI think it's something that you'll find interesting.

(19:34):
Yeah, we're going to find itinteresting. Now, he has since
come out and said hold on here, and he's talked about the states.
Look each state, full goal ofour country, right, this perfect union
and experiment is we're going to governourselves, and the states were going to
govern us and the federal government wasgoing to be there in case of an
emergency. And part of the dealwas after Roe v. Wade, because

(19:59):
the Dobbs is it went back tosaid states. He opened the door and
then he slammed a shot. Imean is he has waffled on this issue
on everything from whether there should bea federal ban a state ban six weeks,
ten weeks IVF. This is adefining issue of this election issue for
women. Most importantly, this isa defining issue for Republican voters. That

(20:23):
he doesn't have a coherent position onthis issue is bananas. Oh I hate
bananas, but I do love waffles. And he's been pretty straightforward with IVF
and stuff, so let's not pretendthat he hasn't. But that being said,
it's an issue. And ladies,if that's the only issue that you

(20:45):
care about, that is pretty sadthat they're putting you in. All you
guys care about is whether or notyou can have an abortion. That is
not the only thing, se cupAnd I bring that up because should he
win, this is dan fire forformer Obama administration character talking about the Oh
my god, if he wins, watch out Supreme Court. Think about the
stakes of the Supreme Court. IfDonald Trump wins, he will almost certainly

(21:08):
get two more appointments By the endof Trump's term second term where he to
win, Thomas will be eighty twoAlita will be seventy eight. They're definitely
retired. They're definitely retiring. Trumpwins again, and it could be just
KBJ like holding on the forty andJustice se Maior will be seventy two with
theenner Trump term, so he willdefinitely get two appointments. If he has
two appointments, that means he willhave appointed five Supreme Court justices, all

(21:30):
of whom will be around or belowthe age of sixty when he leaves office.
That is a court majority, amaga court majority that will rule for
decades. We can win the nexthowever, many presidential elections, and absent
something sort of extraordinary happening, trumpS fingerprints will be all of the Supreme

(21:51):
Court. And so I think weshould make this a big issue. And
we know this works because in twentysixteen that vacant Schoolly, a seat that
McConnell held open, was one reason, and you've heard this on a lot
of focus groups in post election surveysthat Republicans who did not like Trump at
the last minute were willing to holdtheir nose and vote for Trump because they

(22:12):
they carri about Supreme Court. SoI think we can do that in reverse,
do that in reverse. It's goingto be a massive issue. And
they're trying everything because it fears allthey have. They're not coming out there
and say, look at the economy'sgreat. Well, the economy is interesting
and it's expensive, so there's notthat. I'm not going to blame Biden

(22:34):
for wars. That's I'm sorry,I don't now. The way he's handled
certain things, you can blame him, but he did not have anything to
do with October seventh. But theway he's handled things since then, the
waffling himself with we're behind you onehundred percent, we're not going to give
you anything, we will never abandonyou. But no, no, I
mean so in what's going on inUkraine and stuff, I'm not blaming,

(22:56):
you know, because those are otherpeople's judgment. The Afghanistan thing I blamed
before. I think the pull upwas ridiculous and the way went about it
was ridiculous afterwards. So those things, you know, push that a sign
the fear factors what they have.Democracy's gone, it's over and done with,
and ladies get ready because you guysare going back in the kitchen,

(23:19):
and all you guys care about iswhat goes on with you know your your
girly bits can't say that, Chad, because nobody's a girl. Oh yeah,
Trump's biggest achievement is the Supreme Court. If you're a conservative, you
look at this and like you say, you can hold your nose and vote

(23:41):
for Trump because you look out thereand go Supreme Court. That was a
win. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to
twenty three Atch had Benson Show isyour Twitter? Tweet at as text to

non stop. We are contributing toour fat phobic society. Someone fat like
me, black like me, beautifullike me. No offense is a shit
about you. So that's why intentionalweight losses, fat moments thatt your mouth?
Who's fat? It's time for wokeWednesday. We get woke. We

(24:26):
start with the fatness fat phobic doc. So, as a fat person,
I often dread medical appointments because ofbleeding medical fat phobia. The last of
b appointment, I went to theprovider pulling everything on my weight and told
me that I needed to go ona medication that made me feel really terrible.

(24:49):
You know, doctor's whole goal is, well, they treat issues.
We're not there for preventative. Let'sunderstand that, and we'll get into that
a little bit later. But thegoal of doctors, as you're going in
there for something, maybe you're goingin there for a check cup or whatever,
they're going to give you advice onhow to be healthy. Okay,

(25:11):
And this is the problem with themodern world we live in is truth is
not as important as feelings. Youwant affirmation that being overweight as good.
I've been busting my ass for thelast four and a half months. I've
dropped like forty pounds. I feelso much better. It's been awesome working

(25:34):
out every day. I didn't reallyhave that chance when I was traveling back
and forth. I will tell youI feel a thousand times better. It's
because you're fat phobic, No,it's because it's healthy. Like if you
went into your doctor and you wereanorexic, are they supposed to cheer you
on? Are you going to thedoctor and you're like, look, dude,

(25:56):
you're drinking a gallon of vodka day. Are they supposed to say,
hey, good for you, goodfor you. But people want to be
told no, no, hey, you're doing well. This ob appointment that
I just want to I've been dreadingand the provider was amazing. She asked
me what my pronouns are, Sheasked me about my name. She made
me feel super comfortable. I thinkabout my trauma history so that she knew

(26:19):
how to touch me in ways thatwe're not harmful. Oh my god,
if your doctor ever asked you whatyour pronouns are, go, you know
what I think. I'm gonna gookay, and can I touch you?
Nope, I'm gonna diagnose you fromhere, not even gonna. I'm just

(26:41):
I'm just gonna look at you. You're gonna stay dressed. I'm just gonna
spin all right, We're good.I know what's wrong with you? Because
why you're looking for somebody to affirmthe fact that you are, indeed pos
super positive about yourself. You don'tcare, Like if if they told you,

(27:04):
hey, if you don't start eatingmore salad than walking, you're gonna
die in the next six months. You don't want to hear that. You're
like, hey, keep eating theding dong, it's working well for you.
Keep doing that because you don't wantthe truth. And I was crying
before getting my blood drawn because Ijust never have good experiences with multiple medical

(27:26):
providers and because of bleatant medical fatphobia. It's just it's it's crazy.
It is if people want the theywant to be told that, hey,
no matter what you do, we'regonna cheer you on. And that is
not a good way to run thesociety. That it's not. That is

(27:48):
not a good way to run anything. And if you you and here's the
thing, you want people to affirmyou because you know being overweight as bad.
You want that. We've got aproblem in this country. My god,

they underestimated what people could eat. When it came to shrimp, that all
you can eat shrimp went sideways.I got a great story, maybe I'll
tell you later about my uncle who'slost a ton of weight. But he

(30:40):
is a person of size, aswe like to call the nutritional overachiever,
and what one restaurant tour said tohim. But the fast food value menu
battles are on Wendy's offering a threedollars English muffin meal after McDonald's introduced their
own meal deal. That competition isreally what we want to see in a
healthy economy. So that prices overallcome down. Elizabeth Pancotta, director of

(31:03):
Special Initiatives at the Roosevelt Institute.A lot of these fast food companies offering
special prices to customers that use theirapps. You get extra points and rewards
and they get more info on whatcustomers like. Yeah, and that's the
big thing, the app, becauseI'm sure if you've gone to any well
like McDonald's. Now when you rollinto McDonald's, the first thing they say
is will you be using the app? Or AI whoever says it? And

(31:26):
now they've got like eight windows andI never know which window to pull up
to because they got like two differentthings. You ever, you ever go
through the drive they've got the twodrive throughs, and then you start to
pull, the other person starts topull, and you're like, was I
first or you? How does thiswork? Use the app? Hmmm?
The battle Speaking of battles, Graceland, if you got some money, you

(31:49):
may want to buy it. Youcan apparently because there could be an auction.
Now is it real or not? That's a different story. I'm a
shaky situation right now at Graceland withElvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keo fighting to keep
the Memphis estate in the family.A company called Naseny Investments in private Lending,
plan to sell off Graceland, claimingElvis's only child, Lisa Marie Presley,

(32:12):
borrowed three point eight million dollars fromthem before her death last year,
putting Graceland up as collateral, anddidn't pay them back. Naseny planned an
auction for Thursday, but Keo filedsuit to stomp the sale, claiming her
mom never borrowed money. It's allfraud and forgeries. A hearing is scheduled
for Wednesday. Yeah, this isgoing to be very interesting because so this
this company, does it exist?Doesn't it exist? Is because you're like,

(32:36):
well, they have to. Thereare so many scams out there,
and also so many other things thatyou have to think about when it comes
to certain things like your home, whether it's just your home home or whether
it's Graceland. Riley Ko, Elvis'sgranddaughter, is taking the company planning to
hold the Graceland auction, called NasuniInvestments, to the company claimed it has

(33:00):
documents that show Lisa Marie Pressley,Elvis's late daughter, borrowed three point eight
million dollars from them and used theSinger's mansion as collateral, but in court
filings, Kyo says those documents arefraudulent. Legal filings show Nasauni Investments has
addresses in Missouri and Florida, butdoesn't appear on business records in either state

(33:20):
or Tennessee, where Graceland is located. Jay O'Brien, ABC News, So
how real are they? And oneof the things that's happening is these companies
are able to go get your title. They were able to do a lot
of things. We've talked about thisin the past. And if you find
out one of the big things rightnow is zombie mortgages. So after two
thousand and eight, remember there wassome seconds that people took out mortgages that

(33:43):
were forgiven because of all kinds ofstuff. And what debt collectors and people
are doing now is they're buying upzombie mortgages, mortgages that were forgiven,
and they're buying up for pennies onthe dollar. And then they're going out
there and they're putting leans on yourhome and then try I to take it
to auction. And people have noidea. I don't know what's happening here.

(34:04):
But Elvis he would be shook up. I know that three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson's
show as your Twitter tweet at astext to program. What's the internet for
if not for something like this? But you are the hottest cop I have
ever been pulled over. And youwere so respectful and so nice. Then
you came over, you were communicatedwhat you needed, and then you were

(34:24):
hot. See if the police departmentsand show hire more hot police officers,
we wouldn't have violence anymore because allyou were doing. Do what you did,
just wore and say hey, letme see your driver's license and ide
and do that smile right there, sir. You could bring peace to the
Middle East. Oh. I don'tthink he could. But the reality is

(34:46):
it's good to support our men andwomen in uniform. And now here's the
thing she's talking about, how hothe is. If that was a mail
driver and a female cop and shewas hot, how would that go over?
Oh that's interesting. She's not done. And I just want you to
know, as I thoroughly watch youwalk to your car and dead, I

(35:07):
want no I have to tell youwhat I I'm glad and I'm appreciating the
job, and it helps you towork out and you get a great job
on you. Yes, well Iappreciate that. Yeah, that was nice.
It was nice. Maybe she thoughtit was a stripogram, So that's
what would make getting pulled over evenbetter if it was a little only fancy.

(35:31):
You can text the program always threetwo three, five three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at ChadBenson Show is your Twitter tweet at us
text the program a lot of youbecause I've telled her I've had all kinds
of issues sleeping. Some of yousay, hey, Chad got trouble sleeping
because he has some real good highthc Indica Gancha works for me. I
sleep very well. It's not myjam. I take a little melowtone.

(35:54):
And one of the other things toothat's been happening is because I'm playing so
much pickleball. Sometimes I play alittle later than I probably should, and
so my adrenaline is going. Lastnight, I had no issues falling asleep,
and I slept all night because Iwas up for basically twenty plus hours.
So I got some sleep. Maybethat's what I need to do.
Three two three, five three eighttwenty four twenty three at Chad Benson Show's

(36:15):
your extra instat all of the otherthings you miss in the show, make
sure you grab the podcast. It'sThe Chat Benson, Chad Benson Show,

(36:45):
Independent Thoughts, Independent Life. Thisis Chad Benson. Crime doesn't pay.
Let's, of course Donald Trump, the crime totally pays. But progressive das
cross the country. So chesa bodeinin San Francisco. They got rid of
him. They said, you gottago. You can't be here anymore because

(37:07):
you're awful at this right so awayhe went. They tried to recall the
king of it, which is GeorgeGascon in Los Angeles. You've got a
progressive DA in Chicago who didn't runagain in Kim Fox because she knew she
wasn't going to. And of courseyou only have to look at what's going
on in New York soft on crimedoesn't work. Portland decided last night they

(37:34):
had enough of Mike Schmidt, notthe great baseball player, but of their
DA. He needed to go,and he did. He got ousted by
his essentially second in command, whosaid, we can't live like this anymore.
Portland is a nightmare. Fenton Al'suses through the roof you've got crime

(37:55):
everywhere, and Nathan Vasquez, whowants a hey, all right, we're
done, We're done, We're donewith this. People don't want this.
And this is the problem with somany of these progressive policies. It's all
based on feelings, and in manycases it's based on how you feel,
not the actual feelings of other people. But how does it make me feel

(38:15):
good? Are there people that areovercharged? We can admit that is the
system at times completely slanted. Peoplehave money and it moves that. Yeah,
yeah, yeah, But when youstop prosecuting crime, crime is down.
Crime is down because nobody prosecutes anybody. There's no repercussions. People don't
even call anymore. People are frustrateds reading article the other day, oaklinn

(38:38):
got rid of stoplights in certain areasbecause the junkies, the homeless, the
wacka doos, they were stealing everythingfor the copper and the why they're stealing
all so they're just like, sorry, guys, we can't do this anymore.
I mean, this is where weare in this country. And so
Portland, which everybody wants to keepweird, finally said all right, enough,

(38:59):
onward and upward because we're going tostart enforcing stuff. You can be
compassionate and have an understanding, butalso hold people accountable. If elected,
Vasquez explains what he would tackle first. The first kind of ninety days are
all going to be about building backthe partnerships that have been lost. You
know, Mike Schmidt broke that veryclearly with police, and it's been dysfunctional,

(39:20):
and the citizens in our community havebeen repeatedly hearing and feeling and experiencing
them. Yeah, people were lettingeverybody know, hey, dude, you
and the police don't get along. You look at them as the enemy.
And because of that, how doyou think they feel if you're not going
to back them, if they ifthey arrest somebody and you're like, eh,

(39:42):
we're going to release them. Thatwas his goal. His goal was
to hey, we're just we're notgoing to prosecute people, because everything was
about feelings. Everything was about no, no, no, you know,
they're doing it for the good oftheir family. He wouldn't prosecute any of
the people for the god knows howmany hundred plus nights of of riots and
protests and wacky itess going in,you know, do any of the stuff

(40:05):
that he was supposed to no prosecution. It's about holding people accountable, it's
not about overdoing it. But ifthere is zero repercussions, then what's the
use right. Furthermore, it's justa situation where our community has become less
safe under Mike Schmidt. You andothers have criticized the DA for not prosecuting

(40:29):
enough. What do you base thaton. Prior to Schmidt taking office,
we were prosecuting anywhere from twenty thousanddown to i'd say a low of about
twelve thousand cases. But under MikeSchmidt, and you know, he was
very clear when he took office hewanted to reduce prosecutions. His budgets he
presented to the county commissioners specifically calledfor a reduction of felony property crimes.

(40:50):
And so now we under Mike Schmidt, have seen us prosecuting as few as
maybe six thousand cases. And aswe go out and talk to folks,
they don't feel safe, and certainlythey don't feel fifty percent safer under Mike
schmidd No. And that's why peoplesay we had enough, because even progressives
there is a line liberals where itgets to a certain point where like this

(41:15):
is untenable. We can't have this. See parts of California, Portland,
Seattle. I mean, you getto a point where it's like, a
right, this is too much. But crime is down again if you're not
prosecuting crime. And when I talkto cops all the time, they say,
hey, if you want to seewhat crime is really like, don't

(41:37):
look at the prosecution sentence, lookat the incident reports because they'll tell you
more. And the incident reports arethrough the roof. Look at the insurance
reports. Why, because so manypeople are done. The only reason they
even call the police anymore is sothey can get some sort of report to
report to their insurance company. Peopleare beyond frustrated. And Mike Schmidt,

(42:02):
not the great baseball player, butthe horrible da got to a point where
he allowed his city to basically becomea dumpster fire. It's a warning to
progressives down ticket ballots matter staying inthe world of court trials and whatnot,
Donald Trump. One week from today, the jury should have the case of

(42:22):
the people of the State of NewYork versus Donald J. Trump. He's
charged with falsifying business records to keepsecret from voters. At twenty sixteen hush
payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. The jury is going to wait for
the judge to instruct them, andthe judge is going to spend the next
two days finalizing those instructions. They'regonna have like eight days off. The

(42:45):
defense rested. It's, you know, closing arguments. The prosecution has really
Remember, this entire thing is basedon whether or not you committed this crime,
and in doing so, you onlydid that because you were going to
commit another crime, and you've notpointed to what the other crime is.

(43:09):
I've heard several judges say, ifyou're not doing that in the first day
or so, there's no reason forthis. And this this marchon character.
He has gone out of his wayto make sure that, Hey, you
guys over here in the prosecution, you can bring anybody you want to the
stand. They can talk about anythingthey want to talk about. They can
do all of those things. Youguys over here, you have a narrow

(43:34):
little corridor of which you can work, including the fact that when they tried
to bring up their expert witness, the judge says, nah, We've already
had one expert that was their expertwitness. Yeah, but it's going to
be the same. It's not.So we'll see what this But it's again,
this is this one's political. There'sno doubt. If you don't think

(43:57):
it's political, you're fooling yourselves. The defense wants that judge to say hush
money itself is not illegal, becauseit's not. Prosecutors asked the judge to
say that Trump can be convicted evenif he didn't falsify the records personally,
but caused others to do so.Trump did not testify, as he said
repeatedly he would. Instead, jurorsheard testimony from twenty two other witnesses.

(44:19):
They saw nearly three hundred exhibits, and they are going to hear closing arguments
next Tuesday. So closing arguments, then everybody go relax, enjoy yourself.
We'll get back to it later on. Will he be convicted, Man,
that's a tough one. Originally Iwas saying absolutely, I don't think he's

(44:39):
you know, I mean, it'sset up that way. I think there'll
be a few hung jurors in this, and I don't know if if he'll
be convicted. But here's the thing. The importance, Well, does it
matter I think to most people whosupport Trump, it doesn't matter. Most

(45:00):
people who vote Republican but don't reallylike Trump, it doesn't matter. They
see this as very much political tothe left, it's very important for them.
I don't know. Maybe they getmaybe they think they get extra points,
or if they get him convicted, they get to go pick some states
that are swing states that Trump mayhave win, but they're like, no,
you can't win now because we've gotthis. I don't know. I

(45:23):
don't know what comes of it ifhe is convicted, because I have a
feeling it's going to be thrown out. The problem is if that happens after
the election, as many people havepointed out, and if it's a close
election and this is the only courtcase that gets there, and it shows
that this was a serious issue forvoters, that's why they didn't vote for

(45:45):
him. What does that do andhow does that make you feel? Especially
if it's thrown out and people saythis is ridiculous, it's going to make
people start to lose more faith andlook at the Department of Justice and the
opposing belief politically, as you usedlawfare three two, three, five,

borrowers benefiting from fixes to income drivenrepayment plans. President Biden says in a
statement, each of these borrowers hasreceived an average of over thirty five thousand
dollars in debt cancelation. Make sureyou say it's from the Biden administration.

(47:36):
Remember when Trump wanted to send outchecks with his face or something like that.
Make sure you tell them it's forthe Biden administration. The minute voters

you're gonna forgive my debt? Well, then boom, you got my vote.

(47:58):
Hey guys, he's going to forgiveall of our stuff. It's gonna
be free. And we go backto this over and over again. We
never address the real issue, whichis why is college so ridiculously expensive and
getting more expensive? Why is thegrowth rate of administrators on college campuses out
of control? And are you gettingvalue for money. Huh are you kids?

(48:22):
Are you getting value for money?I don't think you're getting value for
money. Some more debt relief, continuing to just forgive, forgive, forgive.
Well, that's the nice thing todo. It's free. Well,
it would be free if the collegessay, you know what, we're not
gonna ask you guys to pay foranything. We're going to forgive the debt.

(48:42):
No, the federal government's telling youyou don't have to pay for it.
They're going to eat it, whichmeans taxpayers eat it. Speaking of
taxpayers, we've got a great thinggoing on at the border. We're importing
more people that we get to supportand hopefully one day well to know,
hopefully one day whatever. But NeilKovudo head on my orcis the border is

(49:06):
secure. Talking about the safety ofsaid border because it is an issue.
Remember eight abortion talked about it alittle bit earlier. Border and economy all
very important things, the things thatwill drive this next election. And one
of the things is about nine toeleven. Right, are we safer than
before? Bottom line is you youwere in charge of keeping us safe?

(49:29):
And do you think we are safe? With the how poorus the border has
become it's not I'm saying it's allyour fault. I'm just saying that are
we safer now than we were beforenine to eleven? I would say three
things, aneil One, I'm incrediblyproud of the men and women of the
United States Border Patrol that risk theirlives every day. No, I'm sure

(49:52):
you are we safe? Say numberone. Yeah, So it's like,
are we safer? First of all, let me just say I want to
give thanks to everybody out there whosupported me, didn't think I could do
this. I want to say, just are we safer? Was the question?

(50:13):
Yes? No, then explain youranswer, not talk about other things.
But that's that's political speech right there. And we're gonna get to nine
eleven because there's some new issues aboutnine to eleven that are popping up in
a lawsuit by the families against theSaudi government. But are we safer?
That was the question, sir,And and you can thank the men and

(50:37):
women I played pickleball last night. You guys know I do. Several of
the guys I played pickleball with areborder agents. And they think he's a
joke. They think this entire thingis a joke, and they joke with
me all the time. I'm like, hey, are you going to this
tournament? I can't. I haveto work. Not that it matters because
we're not stopping anybody anyways. Ihear that all the time. Continue,

(50:57):
mister mayorikis Number two are screening andvetting capabilities are stronger than they ever have
been. And three, the realityis Neil that we and not just the
United States alone, but Western countriesare in a heightened threat environment, especially

(51:20):
after the October seventh terrorist attacks byHamas against Israel. That is only elevated
the threat environment in Western countries, and that is why we are as vigilant
as we are twenty four to sevenin keeping our countries safe. Yeah.
Remember that black Swan event, youknow, like again a abortion, border,

(51:45):
economy, there's always that black Swanevent, nuclear bomb, because of
war, geopolitical issues. Yes,but those three things for US domestically,
abortion, border, and economy allsit number one, two or three.
Usually economy number one, especially withinflation things of that nature. That being
said, if there was a terrorattack and it was large in scale,

(52:10):
that would jump to the front ofthe line, no doubt about that.
Oh yeah, yeah. He wasalso asked about Hey, numbers are continuing
to rise, you guys even enforcingthe law because it doesn't seem to be
working. Neil, we took actiona long time ago, and migration,

(52:32):
this was just a dynamic phenomenon andwe are seeing the results that take time
to take hold. Yeah, andwhy was this saying that put it in
context for you guys? They askedthem, Hey, the numbers are through
the roof. This is insane. You guys aren't doing anything doesn't seem to
be You're not enforced. Oh,we're enforcing everything that it's showing that is

(52:55):
your goal to get more people here? Yes, well then that's working.
That is working. You're doing ahell of a job with that. If
that is your goal. If it'snot your goal, and your goal is
to stop people and turn them around, well then it's not working. We're
going to talk about nine to elevencoming up, because there is apparently some

(53:16):
videos out there, not about theplane crash, not about pre any of
nine to eleven. Were there Saudiofficials, government officials meeting beforehand with the
hijackers, helping them, setting thingsup, celebrating them. Because there are

(53:40):
people out there who are suing theSaudi government who lost their families in nine
to eleven, and well, wellthe videos haven't been released, the affidavids
and things are getting out there andsaying, hey, these people met with
this wasn't just an Osama bin Laden? Was there a thumbs up from the

(54:00):
Saudi government? Talk about that wegot some woke stuff coming up and of
course nature messing you up. ChadBenson, Joe s Chad Benson Show,

(54:35):
Independent Thoughts, Independent Life. Thisis Chad Benson. Are we safe?
Before we went to break? We'retalking about my archists immigration? He was
asked about nine to eleven. Arewe as safe as we were pre nine
to eleven? Well, obviously weweren't essayed because of what happened. This
was his answer. Number two arescreening and vetting capabilities are stronger than they

(55:00):
ever have been. And three, the reality is Neil that we and not
just the United States alone, butWestern countries are in a heightened threat environment,
especially after the October seventh terrorist attacksby Hamas against Israel. That has

(55:23):
only elevated the threat environment in Westerncountries. And that is why we are
as vigilant as we are twenty fourto seven in keeping our country safe.
Well, we'll see how that isbecause the border's been wide open. We
know that we saw what happened onnine to eleven, and that brings us

(55:45):
to this. What did the Saudisknow? Obviously Osama bin Laden was a
Saudi who had denounced his own country. By the way, he hated them,
they hated him. It was alot that was going on there,
So I don't want to get intocrazy politics of that. That being said,

(56:07):
while al Qaida pulled it off,Saudi Arabian citizens were at the heart
of all of this. Now there'sa new video out because there's a lawsuit
and you can't see the video.I can't see it, but lawyers have

(56:28):
seen it and they're trying to squashit down because the families of people who
lost loved ones in nine to elevenwant I think everybody see this to say,
hey, look, Saudi arabiao alot more than they let on videos.
Reportedly on camera. You've got anumber of Saudi government officials who the
FBI has acknowledged are Saudi officials paidby the Saudi government interacting in some ways

(56:53):
with multiple nine to eleven hijackers onAmerican soil just before or the nine to
eleven attacks. We have not seenthese videos for ourselves because they have not
been made public. They're still underseal and involved in this court process.
But what we do have are detaileddescriptions of what's on the videos from the

(57:14):
court documents. Yeah, pretty detailed. So government officials paid by Saudi Arabia
pre nine to eleven interacting with hijackers, says. The evidence includes highly incriminating
videos that a welcome party of Beyomi. This is one of the Saudi officials

(57:35):
hosted for the hijackers. It's neverbeen exploited before by the FBI, but
this is on camera. Another chillingvideo sees just produced by British authorities showing
Beyumi casing the US capital for anattack. It is believed that the plane
that went down in a field inPennsylvania may have been heading for the capitol.

(57:57):
So that is disturbing. And ifthat's not enough, there's more or
according to these court documents, nowthey say that they have documentary evidence of
things that Beyumi and other officials werewriting down. Basically a guideline for how
to steer a plane into an objectthat is stationary and on the ground that

(58:17):
is not a good look. Nowsince nine to eleven, obviously Osama bin
Laden's dead. Terrorism, you know, has risen in certain places, we
have squashed down with boots on theground in certain other places, but in
reality it's still alive and well unfortunatelywe saw it happen in October seventh.

(58:38):
The question of could that happen again? But also what role did Saudi Arabia
have in this? Who knew? What did he go up to? The
royal family? You think they wouldhave had to have known some of this
stuff maybe after the fact. Imean, you know, there are people
that aren't fans of not just theUnited States but in general, who are

(59:00):
radicalized Saudi citizens. But what roledid they play and what kind of money
are they going to have to payout quietly to the families? But this
is not a good look if you'reSaudi Arabia at a time when obviously you're
trying to bridge the gap with Israelpre October seventh, you are trying to

(59:22):
become a more modern, open society, welcoming, come here, enjoy yourself.
Uh, this isn't This isn't agood thing. Three two, three,
five, three, eight, twentyfour to twenty three Atch had Benson
shows your Twitter, tweet at us, text the programs, get woke.
Buckle up, everybody, It's timeto talk about my pronouns. When babies
are born, the doctor looks atthem and they make a guess about whether

(59:43):
the baby is a boy or agirl. But sometimes the doctor is wrong.
She Lucy isaka are you pronoun Theythem say there was two of them
yesterday. I came out of family. Don' let's go oh rock brocks pronouns.
That sounds so cool. Let meintroduce you to our non binary I

(01:00:06):
am non binary and I use thempronouns, and my students know this.
We just came up with new wordsthat fit us better. It's fine.
What if I want to be calledsir Elton John. It's time for woke
Wednesday. Let's get non binary?Shall we pronoun time baby respectfully? There
just have to be more options fornon binary titles for teachers. Because I'm

(01:00:30):
subbing lately, and then the firsttime hobbing for I shadowed her for a
day first, and she's like, what do you want them to call you?
I don't know, so I've beengoing by miss web But that is
very not it. That's not it. Mister Webb not right either, And
I'm just not a fan of mix. I think is how you say it,

(01:00:52):
that's just that doesn't it's not it, that's not it. More worried
about what they're going to call youas a teacher, that whether or not
they can read. What are theygonna call me? What's your last name?
Johnson, person, Johnson, friar, Johnson, I don't know.
List give me your first name,Kelly, Kelly, but I don't like

(01:01:17):
Kelly. I don't feel like Kellytoday. What do you feel like?
You feel like you're insane? Ifeel like the closest and like, but
I feel silly saying I'm like, just call me teacher, web because the
realty is that I just want tobe called my first name. Do you
know what I mean? I don'tknow. I guess this is like non
binary teachers, like what do you? What do you go by? Respectfully?

(01:01:37):
There just have to be more optionsfor non binary titles for teachers.
No, there doesn't need to be. No, there doesn't need to be
more options. Okay, how aboutyou just call yourself teacher? Whatever?
We move on with. People can'tmove on. Some people can't. Some

(01:01:58):
people are more modern How about this. Here's a gay person is not as
prideful as you would think. Hemy loves let me put on my lip
gloss. As we all know, the pride hysteria is already beginning, a
fire hose of pride everything being shoveddown our faces. As a gay man,
I resent it. Nobody wants tohave other people's sexualities shove down their

(01:02:22):
throat. I was at the grocerystore today and I saw Disney Pride merchandise
in a children's area, and Ithought, isn't pride about adult sexuality?
I don't understand the modern alphabet LGBTQAAplus obsession with teaching children about their sexuality.
Boom, oh that guy must begays against groomers. Yes, there's

(01:02:44):
no need for it. Continue sir, Why are you so proud of your
sexuality. I'm not proud of mysexuality. I'm proud of being a hard
worker. I'm proud that I speakFrench and Spanish. I'm proud of my
accomplishments and my talents, not mysexuality. If your sexuality or your LGBTQIA
plus identity is the primary thing you'reproud of, and the greatest pride that

(01:03:06):
you celebrate, then you really needto look in the mirror and find something
concrete to be proud of. Anyway, have a great day, God bless
America. Here here give that persona prize. Why because he wants to
be known as a person, asan American, not as his sexuality.

it's the Chad Benson Show. TheTrump campaign is facing backlash after Trump posted

(01:04:57):
a video on social media that suggestedhis victory November will bring a unified Reich.
Now listen, I know that soundsterrible. When they saw the ad,
even Confederate statues are like, youshould take that down. I mean,
you're really that's gotta come down. That's gotta come down. Yeah,
the thing that Trump does. DidTrump post it? Probably not? Because

(01:05:17):
he was busy yesterday in court. They'll let him have his devices in there.
They're like, you get a coloringbook, and that is it.
What happens after Donald Trump wins,What's next for America? Former President Donald
Trump posting than removing a video toa social media site True Social, referring
to the creation of a unified Reichif he wins a second term. The

(01:05:40):
thirty second video, shared Monday, featured hypothetical headlines styled as World War One
era newspaper clippings. The American dreamis back and the best is yet to
come. The text Unified Reich,a term often associated with Nazi Germany under
Adolph Hitler, appears under one headlinethat reads What's next for America, and

(01:06:00):
again at the end of the videounder the text maga make America great again.
Now did they do the video?Oh that's interesting. No, because
as usual, you get somebody whosees something goes, oh that's really nice,
and then what do they do.They retruth it. I'd say tweet
it, but that's not what theydo. A spokesperson told CNN the Trump

(01:06:23):
campaign did not create the video, and it was quote reposted by a staffer
who clearly did not see the word. The video was eventually deleted Tuesday morning
from the former president's true Social account, but not before sparking a backlash led
by President Joe Biden's campaign and administration. This kind of rhetoric is unsurprising coming

(01:06:44):
from the former president, and itis appalling. It shows our freedoms and
our very democracy are at stake.Biden calling out his Republican rival directly in
an online video are Unified Reich atShittler's line, that's not Americas. He's
right, got to go after it, gotta do all you can. You're
behind in the polls and a lotof places. The struggle is real with

(01:07:08):
you. But this is the stuffthat do I think Trump thinks here's the
thing, because I've heard from allof you. Oh so jed he's a
Nazi. It's like, okay, get over it. It's not a Nazi.
Stop with that, Okay, stopwith that insanity. I saw people
the other day mourning the death ofthe Iranian president, the guy who sent

(01:07:29):
thousands when he was younger to death, the butcher of Tehran, and people
are like, Trump's worse than him. I'm like, oh, God,
get over it now. This wasa pro Trump post that was reposted on
Trump's true social account. The firstReich was the Holy Roman Empire. The
second Reich was under Auto von Bismarckin the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries,

(01:07:50):
and then, of course the ThirdReich was the Nazi regime that committed
the Holocaust, attempted to take overthe world. There's a reason nobody talks
about a unified Reich an it's becauseof that association with the Third Reich,
the Nazi Reich. What if it'sFrank Raight for a former NFL quarterback coach,

(01:08:10):
no chad this stuff though, thisstuff is the stuff that takes that.
You know. Bill Maher said itthe other day when he was on
with Greg Gottfeld that I don't thinkpeople understand about Trump world is there's a
lot of people that support Trump, and there's a lot of people that like

(01:08:30):
his ideas, like his policies, can't stand the man, but also look
at the alternative and say that isn'tgoing to happen. We can't let that
happen. Biden campaigns saying America stopsscrolling and pay attention. Donald Trump is
not playing games. He is tellingAmerica exactly what he intends to do if
he regains power rule as a dictatorover a quote unified Reich. Parenting quote

(01:08:55):
mind comp while you warn of abloodbath if you lose. Is the type
of unhinge behavior you get from aguy who knows that democracy continues to reject
his extreme vision of chaos, divisionand violent, and yet they're still tied
three two, three, four twentythree. Act. You hadventon show with
your Twitter tweet at us text theprogram, Ah, little nature messing you

(01:09:18):
up? Nature weird mess you becauseit will you remember this stupid thing that
is still going around on the interwebs. If we had a little daughter and

(01:09:39):
we had to leave her in theforest with either a grown man or a
bear, which one would you choose? I would say the bear, because
I reckoned the beard would treat becauseour little daughter is young. It'd be
like a cover as a man.I will not wise man in the forest.
I've never thought of that man orbear. Dumbest thing in the world.

(01:10:01):
We talked about that a couple ofweeks ago got some bear attacks.
Was it a masculine bear? Wasit a white bear? By the way,
the white bears are the worst.Grizzly bears are bad, but polar
bears are even worse because polar bearswill actively hunt and consume you. But
grizzly bears also bad got a coupleattacks lately. Descending a rocky ridge on

(01:10:25):
Mount Futago in Japan, the climber, here's something above him. It's a
bear. The climber deflects the attack, but the bear's not done. He
yells and hammers the bear with hisfist as it makes another attack, continuing
to scream and kick the bear untilit finally runs off. The climber said
it seemed like the bear attack toprotect its cub If you're out in the

(01:10:47):
wilderness this time of year fall, are you more likely to run into a
bear? Yeah? The bears arehyperphasion mode. They're eating twenty hours a
day, and Brian executive director ofthe Bear Leaks, says in the US,
grizzly bears could be the most aggressive, which is exactly what attacked college
wrestling teammates Kendall Cummings and Brady Lowryin Wyoming. It was a big bear

(01:11:10):
looks scary. Yeah, as abig bear looks scary, you think,
But wouldn't you just but was itin a toxic masculinity male? Wasn't that
what white male in particular. I'msure you guys have seen the trend where
girls are being asked they would ratherbe stuck in the forest with a bear
or a man, And obviously we'resaying a bear. But I was asking

(01:11:32):
my sister in law just for giggles, and her answer, you know,
I would rather be a bear becauseif the bear attacks me and I make
it out of the woods, everybody'sgonna believe me and have sympathy for me.
But if a man attacks me andI make it out, I'm gonna
spend my whole life trying to getpeople to believe me and have sympathy for

(01:11:53):
me. And that left me speechless. Oh did it? Now? Are
you sure? Are you sure youwanted to be a bear? Iron and
shook me around, through me togluten me and chewed me up a little
bit. It sounds like they gotlucky there. I think they got lucky.
If it would have been just oneguy, I think it would it
would have all been over. Andexperts tell us they aren't necessarily seeing a

(01:12:15):
rise in bear attacks, but toavoid bear encounters all together, when you're
out in the wilderness, they say, make a lot of noise, whistle
talk loudly. That way the bearswill be scared away before you even see
them. That's right. And thenSunday, thirty five year old man from
Massachusetts was near the road that leadsto the summit of Signal Mountain and the

(01:12:35):
Grand Teton National Park attacked. They'venow closed areas of that park as well,
because white masculine male No, becauseof grizzly bears and cups have fun
with the bear, little nature messingyou up to Chad Benson show. This
is the Chad Benson Show, IndependentThoughts, independent life. This is Chad

(01:13:25):
Benson. You know that whole HarrisonButker thing just won't go away. You
got cheerleaders now, cheerleaders popping offat old Harrison Butker. If you guys
don't remember, he is a footballplayer kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs who
at a college, small private Catholic, talked about things like traditional marriage,

(01:13:50):
husband and wife. You know, many of you women are going to go
on and achieve great things in yourcareers, be CEOs, etc. But
I bet you're a'mst excited about beinga wife and a mother. And of
course that was crazy. You can'tsay that now. Cheerleaders are like Ohm,
I gone. It has never beenabout weather. First of all,

(01:14:15):
sounds like she's on helium. Ithas never been about whether or not a
woman should stay home with her family, if that is the best decision for
her. Do you if you wantto have a career? Do you if
you want to do both? Popoff? Do you? My issue lies
when entitled men in positions of privilege, such as Harrison buck Kurt, uses

(01:14:41):
a graduation speech to put a womanin her place instead of congratulating her on
her accomplishments. Well you didn't hearthe speech then, because he did talk
about all the things that you canbe. He did talk about, Hey,
you guys are going to go onreason many of you are going to
become CEOs and have a great professionallife. But I think you're really excited

(01:15:05):
about being a mom and a wifeat a Catholic private college. Okay,
that's that. I want to remindeverybody that continue cheerleader. Are yes shocked
at some of his public supporters.I was not because something these people all

(01:15:26):
have in common privilege. The harshreality is that majority of Americans cannot support
their family on a single income. Those little bundles of jars are expensive.
So telling a bunch of women thatthat's when their life begins. Well,
I guess it depends if they're privilegedor not. No, by the way,

(01:15:53):
he never once said you had tostay at home with the kids at
all, did he? No,he didn't. We've listened to it one
hundred times. But I just wantto schew and this is what happens,
and I get it all the timein text messages. What I said and
what you heard are two shepherd things. What I said, but what you
heard he said, you guys aregoing to go on to do great things.

(01:16:16):
But I bet the thing you're mostexcited about. He didn't say,
pick up that apron, get yourass in the kitchen. He didn't say
that. One more, why arenone of his supporters talking about the part
of the speech where he condemns awoman's right to her access to healthcare such
as abortion, IVF, surrogacy, and birth control, or the part where

(01:16:40):
he called gay people deadly sinners andmocked their pride. Month that's low.
People are asking if there's going tobe any consequences for Harrison Buckert. The
answer is no, because he isa Super Bowl winning kicker. He is
a privileged male athlete, and likemany other privilege male athletes. He is

(01:17:01):
untouchable. Okay, Yeah, hesaid some stuff about the LGBT and the
choice thing. Let's not forget he'sCatholic. It's at a Catholic college.
They're not really big on choice, the old Catholics. I'm just gonna let
you in on that one. Idon't think she wants a traditional man.

(01:17:24):
I don't think so either. Here'smy thing, ma'am. If you wanted
to get married, obviously you don'twant to, judging by that, and
you wanted to be a person whowas the domestic engineer who ran the house,
who runs everything, who is theshining star of the castle, and

(01:17:45):
doing the most important job outside ofbeing a wife, which is raising kids,
would and you had the chance todo with luxury do that? Would
you do it? I think ifyou ask most women, right, most
women, I think, most realwomen not like these. You know,
let's go to pilates all day andyou know and do that. I'm telling

(01:18:06):
you, most women, I thinkwould say I think I'd like that.
There's a funny. I don't knowif it's a it's a meme or whatever,
but it's I always see it onlike the reels and tiktoks. When
I'm flipping through it's this girl andit'll say you feminists, and it starts
talking about, you know, allthe things that you shouldn't shut your mouth,
and she's like you, yeah, speaking of love. On the opposite

(01:18:30):
side of it, this lady shelike herself her man, and she like
a man being a man. Hearme out, hear me out. Mary
who you want? Absolutely, Marywho you want? Mary who makes you
happy? But let me tell you, one of the coolest things about being
married to a blue collar man isbeing absolutely confident in his ability to do

(01:18:53):
essentially anything. Say, for example, there's like an end of the world
apocalyptic event, I have no doubtthat my husband will find some way to
keep us alive. Not only that, I'm pretty confident we would not only
survive, we would thrive. WhatYeah, she wants dude, she wants

(01:19:15):
a man. She wants a manbecause she wants to be the woman she
wants. The genders, all thosethings are patriotic part of societal's norms that
we're breaking here, Chad. Ijust found it kind of refreshing and fun.
She wants a guy to be aguy. And it's interesting you know
when you talk to most women,if they're honest, right, not these

(01:19:38):
uber woke super like most women, they'll be honest. And I'm like,
Dan, I want a guy tobe a guy. That's what I want,
right, I want a guy tobe a guy. Little things if
you're on the street and you're walkingon the sidewalk, the dude being aware,
closest to the curb in the street. Little things like the oh yeah,

(01:20:01):
women like that know that, Yesthey do. Could he build us
a house from start to finish ifnecessary? Absolutely, I have no doubt.
Could he provide food for our familyin various ways, hunting, fishing,
gathering, growing? Yeah? Absolutely. Maybe it's just some baseline survival
instinct in me. Maybe it's thatprimal feminine energy. I don't know,

(01:20:26):
but there's just something deep down inmy soul that tells me that I value
those skills much more than I valuethe skills required to be an accountant.
Will disclaimer Sorry to the accountants.I'm sorry to anyone married to an accountant.
Sorry, sorry, accountants. Wedidn't mean to damn it. You

(01:20:50):
you ever watch Vikings, a lotof women did. Why is that?
Why do you think because of theviolets. The guys like that, it's
my chicks in there. No,it's because the dudes were dudes. So
you're viking toxic masculinity. Chad, you were just talking about that. Did
you get that's wrong? If youmissed the last hourgrad the podcast, we're

(01:21:12):
talking about the guys that got attackedby bears. At no point did they
say, you know what, Iwould rather be in the forest with a
toxic masculinity, white male, CIShetero gender normative dude or a grizzly bear.
So stupid, Oh, Harrison Puker, who would have thought? Right?

(01:21:33):
That Dude's like, I'm gonna givea speech at a small Catholic college.

Hey, you want to go tothe prom? No, not that anymore.
You got nothing going on. Igot nothing going on. We're being
forced into this. Do you wantto go? M I guess and Singapore

(01:27:27):
Airlines if you guys didn't hear deadlyturbulence Like seventy some people were injured,
one person died. What the hellhappened? The turbulent incident resulted in a
one hundred foot drop and just rightafter that a three hundred foot climb very
rapid negative G meaning that's what youfeel on a roller coaster when you go

(01:27:47):
over the top, you feel thatnegative G. But it wasn't just zero
G. It was one or twonegative g's, which would have forced people
slam them onto the ceiling, andthen as the airplane rapidly climbed up at
those three hundred feet, would haveslammed them back down into the seats that
they were supposed to be buckled intoor onto the cabin floor. Yeah,
it was terrifying, to say theleast. And so it I mean,

(01:28:15):
you know you're talking about because let'sbe real, flying is one of those
weird things where in your mind, you know it's the safest thing to do,
but you have no control and you'rein a tube and you're thirty two
thousand feet in the air, andoh my god, what if? Because
there is like I always say, there's no pulling over, there is no

(01:28:40):
pulling over to like, if you'vegot a flat right, you pull over.
If your engine's overheating, you pullover in your car. There's no
pulling over, and little things makethe plane shake, and you think,
so, what happened yesterday is therewas a So I've been on planes where

(01:29:01):
there's drops, those drops are tentwelve feet. This was one hundred feet
and then a quick climb. Theyeventually descended six thousand feet in less than
two minutes. And the fear islike, oh my god, this thing
could be torn apart out of nowhere. The kind of the material they're made
out of is five times stronger thansteel. So take comfort in the fact

(01:29:23):
that this airplane went through this terrible, terrible set of turbulence and came out
just fine because the airplane is designedto take it. If you have your
seatbelt on, you're gonna be fine. And the seatbelt was a big thing
because they were saying that some peoplewere on the roof like stuck there,
you know, and it was likeit was it was the thing of nightmares.
It's because of global warming. Whetherpredictions about global warming increasing turbulence come

(01:29:47):
true, the idea is here thatmore people are flying and as more people
fly, airplanes are going to encountermore turbulence. Yeah, it's gonna happen.
And we've got phones everywhere. Imean, these things happened all the
time fifteen twenty thirty years ago.The difference is we're flying all the time.
Now there's cameras everywhere, so we'rehearing about it more, and there's

(01:30:12):
social media everywhere. This may havehappened and been a blur, just a
blip in a newspaper article. Nowit's everywhere. So well, I understand
a lot of people aren't a hugefan of flying. At times, I'm
not a huge fan of flying. The reality is still safe. Three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad

(01:31:15):
cannot foreclose on the King's House Jesus, no Elvis different King. For now,
at least Graceland Mansion cannot be foreclosedupon. What was the thing that
they were talking about. Riley Keo, Elvis's granddaughter, is taking the company
planning to hold the Graceland auction calledNasani Investments, to court. The company
claimed it has documents that show LisaMarie Pressley, Elvis's late daughter, borrowed

(01:31:39):
three point eight million dollars from themand used the singer's mansion as collateral,
but in court filings, Keyo saysthose documents are fraudulent. Legal filings show
Nasani Investments has addresses in Missouri andFlorida, but doesn't appear on business records
in either state or Tennessee, whereGraceland is located. At least for now,
Elvis's place is safe. You knowwhat I'm saying. Standing in the

(01:32:00):
family. We talked about it earlier. I just thought it was funny breaking
news from CNN. Now thing's goingon at the drop trial. So Elvis
the King, his house still inthe family. Hey, have you ever
thought to yourself, I should bebetter at stalking. I saw this really
cute guy at the grocery store theother day, so naturally I followed him

(01:32:20):
to the checkout counter, and whenhe gave the cashier his credit card,
I peeped it to see what hisname was, and then I googled him
and found his social media profiles, and I was able to tell that he
was single. So I went throughhis friends list and I found his mother's
page. And then I looked throughhis mother's page and I saw that she

(01:32:41):
was a member of this book clubthat's in my area. So I sent
a request to join the book club. I saw this show it's called Baby
Reindeer, if you know, that'son Netflix right now. But the lady
who had some issues with the guyshe was in love with or whatever.
So think about this. I wantto go over this again. Sees a
guy's thinks is attract Because this iswhere we are. You can't walk up
and go, hey, what's yourname? I'm so and so nice to

(01:33:04):
meet you. Come around here, shop here, off whatever whatever. You
know what you signed now, it'slike I saw his credit card. I'm
going to go search him on theInternet database, the World Wide Web.
From there, I'm going to findout who his friends are, what their
interest and likes are. Then I'mgoing to join clubs. Apparently your mother's
a skydiver. I'm terrified of heights, but I think I want to do

(01:33:28):
it? Or hey, how youdoing? Like simple? Continue? So
I went to the book club meetingand I met his mom there and we
bonded over some books that we bothliked, and she just thought I was
so nice. And I brought itup randomly in conversation that I was single,
and she let me know that shehad a son that was single also
that lived in the area, andmaybe it would be cool for us to
get together in chat sometime. SoI gave her my number, which she

gave to her son, and thismorning he texted me and asked if I'd
like to get together this weekend anddo something. So I guess we're going
to go on a date. I'mreally excited. Wow, I love it
when the plan comes together. Stalkto you later. My god, the
hell is wrong with it? Thesociety chat, that's the way we do
it. People are terrified like totalk to other people. That is not

(01:34:15):
a good place to be in society. It isn't. It's why I'm telling
you, guys. Like the sportsthing, getting together in groups, softball,
pickleball, golf, whatever, chattingwith people meeting it's a good thing,
right, breaking the eyes, Hi, state your name instead of I
found out his social Security number, where he went to high school, and

(01:34:36):
what he likes and doesn't like, and what he's allergic to. And I
found out that his mother likes toscuba dive. So I'm taking classes nutjobs
meeting of nutjobs. Shall we getwoke? Gup is for all people who
are so woke they're finding it impossibleto have any fund. It's that time

(01:34:58):
of the week where we break itdown. I'm for you and get you
woke. It's all right, I'lldo that way too. It's all right
out, Like, can we actuallyagree that women get pregnant and not men?
Oh? Dad, you white womenraise the white boys who grew up
to be little misogynistic petriochal tarlets.I am kadilla hair my pun underti of

(01:35:21):
her. I'm a woman sitting atthe table wearing a blue sea It's time
for woke Wednesday. Now white loss. It's a big deal. We recognize
that getting fit, good, healthy, despite what some people want you to
believe. They've even got drugs out. There's a new drug on the market.

(01:35:44):
Hymns and Hers Health, the companybehind the men's sex performance pill Hymns
announcing a new injectable weight loss drugto compete with ozimpic and wagov. The
company says it will offer a onehundred and ninety nine dollars per month compounded
form with the same active ingredient asozempic and wagov to help customers of woid
shortages and the high cost of theoriginals. The FDA is worn against patients
using a compounded form of semaglue tidebecause it does not review those drugs for

(01:36:06):
safety, effectiveness, or quality.Still, Hymn's and her stock jumped nearly
thirty percent on the announcement. Here'ssomething about weight loss. If it wasn't
a big deal and we could allbe body positive and it was good for
you, then these drugs would gounused. But they're not. And no
matter how much you want to telleverybody that being fat is good and being

(01:36:28):
fat should be celebrated, a nutritionaloverachiever, all of the things, no
matter how much you want to saythat, reality is, it isn't good
for you. It's not good forsociety. Go look at the cost of
healthcare when it comes to obesity, and the number one killer for the most
part is obesity. Why is thatwell, now fentanol if you're eighteen to

(01:36:48):
fifty four or forty five something likethat. But because of the lost revenue,
wages the cost of treating obesity, because with obesity becomes heart diseases,
and we can over all of thethings that come with obedes, diabetes,
things of that nature. See whereI'm going. This lady on the other
hand, well, she's upset becausewell, doctors look at her and they're

(01:37:10):
just mean. So as a fatperson I often dread medical appointments because of
blatant medical fat phobia. The lasto B appointment I went to, the
provider blamed everything on my weight andtold me that I needed to go on
a medication that made me feel reallyterrible. Blamed everything on my weight.
My knees hurt, my ankle's hurt, I can't breathe going up and downstairs,

(01:37:32):
I sweat in the cold, allof the things I've got, sleep
happening, I've got Maybe it's becauseyou're overweight. Ah, that's just an
excuse. Where's where's the science.I guarantee she wore a mask well longer
than she should have, a maskthat didn't work, and then yelled at
anybody who didn't because they didn't believethe science. This obe appointment that I

(01:37:55):
just went to, I've been dreadingand the provider was amazing. She asked
me what my pronos, she askedme about my name. She made me
feel super comfortable. I think aboutmy trauma history so that she knew how
to touch me in ways that we'renot harmful. What kind of OBI are
you going where they're harmful? Yeah? Normally as an obie G I n

(01:38:17):
when the patient comes in, Ipunch them in the throat. Did we
go from there? Can I touchyou? No? Doc, I would
like you to diagnose me with myclothes on from a distance. If you
could do that, it would makeme feel comfortable. My pronouns are and
find out this is the dumbest thing. That's what people feel. People want

(01:38:38):
affirmation, They don't want information, and they sure in the hell don't want
the truth. And I was cryingbefore getting my blood drawn because I just
never have good experiences with multiple medicalproviders and because of blatant medical fat phobia.
It's not fat phobia. First ofall, stop using the word phobia
for everything. I'm sorry, right, you're Islamic phobic, You're homophobic,

(01:39:04):
you're fat phobic. I'm afraid ofnone of those things, so stop using
it. Stop like a rachnophobia. He was deathly terrified of spiders. Terrified
of spiders. I'm not terrified ofnutritional overachievers. But the fact that you

(01:39:29):
want somebody to tell you what youwant to hear, you're more concerned about
did they use the right pronouns? Not? Are they going to tell you
the truth about why? Let's ignoreeverything. Could you imagine going to a
doctor. What's your pronouns? Yougot you've been shot? We got a

(01:39:50):
deal? You know, what's yourpronouns? My pronouns are this? And
they never address the issue of youbeing shot. They just walk around it.

(01:41:25):
say, After sixteen days of testimony, twenty two witnesses and nearly three hundred
pieces of evidence. The jury hasheard both sides of Donald Trump's hush money
case. Defense lawyers rested their caseyesterday after calling only two witnesses, neither
of whom were Donald Trump, despitehim repeatedly saying he'd be willing to testify.
The jury now gets a week off. Their due back in court on
Tuesday for closing arguments, and couldbegin deliberating on Wednesday. Why do you

(01:41:49):
have a week off? I've heardseveral judges and attorneys, lawyers, experts
say, why you guys have aweek off? Why do you have a
week off? A week where youcan go back to work. People kind
of know where you are. Therecould be some issues there. A week

(01:42:12):
where we're running up to Memorial Day, people are gonna be partying, having
fun. There could be some issuesthere. You're gonna be hearing about this.
You're gonna be hearing about because remember, not supposed to talk about this
with anybody, but come on,they're human beings. Hey, hey,
Jerry, how's that case go?It's pretty cool? Right? What's it
like inside there? What was StormyDaniels like? Is Cohen really a rat?
Right? You got to hear allthe things they're saying, what are

(01:42:32):
they saying, Oh, it's crazy, but a week off, that's insane.
And then they're going to get theinstructions. What are your instructions now?
Hitting below the belt standing a countcan't be saved by the belt.
The lawyers in Donald Trump's hush moneytrial spent their afternoon yesterday hashing out disagreements

(01:42:54):
about how the judge will instruct thejury before deliberations, vital directions that could
impact how the jury looks at everyand testimony in the trial. Defense lawyers
wanted the judge to say that ahush money is not inherently illegal. Prosecutors
urged the judge to instruct the jurythat Trump could be found guilty for falsifying
business records by causing others to createthem, even if he never handled the
records himself. The judge said heplanned to finalize the instructions by Thursday.

(01:43:16):
Yeah, and you know this, judge, there's so many things that if
this thing is there is a conviction, I still think it's going to be
a hung jury. But you neverknow. I thought for sure at the
beginning of it it was going tobe a easy win for the prosecution,
I'm not so sure. Now they'veproven nothing. And remember, the whole

(01:43:39):
way for this thing to be afelony. Remind everybody of this is you
have to prove that there was goingto be another crime committed. You committed
this quote unquote crime in doing so, you were doing it so you could
commit another crime. They never showedany of that. They weren't allowed to
have their witness that they wanted anactual person who deals with election issues.

(01:44:00):
I mean, it's yeah, sothere's enough here where if he is convicted,
it's going to be appealed. AndI wouldn't be surprised. That's without
in a heartbeat, why are weeven talking about this? Speaking of talking
Trump yesterday, so between the Reichand abortion and contraception, it was quite
a day. Donald Trump denied tonightthat he would support restricting birth control,

(01:44:23):
despite comments just hours earlier today suggestingthat he was open to that very idea.
Do you support any restrictions on aperson's right to contraception? Well,
we'll look in at that, andI'm going to have a policy on that
very shortly, and I think it'ssomething that you'll find interesting. We're going
to find it interesting. Why isthat well, he said a lot of

(01:44:43):
stuff because that's what Trump does, and then they nobody ever listens to all
of the stuff. He talked aboutstates. Some states are gonna have their
own thing. Some states are gonnahave their own thing that they're going to
want to do. That's one ofthe things you know, he's talked about
it. It's states rights. Itstates right. It's gone to the states.
It's not a federal issue. It'sa state issue. He opened the
door, and then he slammed ashot. I mean is he has waffled

(01:45:08):
on this issue on everything from whetherthere should be a federal ban, a
state ban six weeks, ten weeksIVF. This is a defining issue of
this election issue for women. Mostimportantly, this is a defining issue for
Republican voters. That he doesn't havea coherent position on. This issue is

(01:45:29):
bananas. Oh I hate bananas.I do. I can't send the taste
and the smell makes me, butit is bananas. He came out and
said, no, no, no, we're not trying to restrict any of
that. Aged fide. States aregoing to do their thing, which is
an issue, and they're right aboutthis. Remember what I said, Abe
I've been saying this for how longfor a while now, Abe, Like
what if you're new to the show, God bless you, Abe, Abortion,

(01:45:54):
border, economy, those are thethree big issues heading into Yes,
what's going on geopolitically and GLO isimportant, but abortion will be a serious
issue for Republicans, especially in someAnd let's go over this again. Seven
states matter in this election. Thoseare swing states, right, Georgia,

(01:46:15):
Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Uh, you know, Michigan and
North Carolina kind of sort of thosethings matter and if you can get it
on the ticket, it's a win. And the Republicans are gonna have an
issue with that. We're talking earlierabout the nightmare in the air, deadly

(01:46:36):
turbulence that caused the death of onepassenger. It was, it's terrifying.
There was some streaming, and itwas when it was actually I realized the
gravity of it when I looked overmy shoulder and saw, you know,
the people sitting behind me with alady who had a big gush in her
head and blood pouring down her face. And then as we know, gentlemen

(01:47:00):
passed away from sitting out behind me. We tended to this gentleman, and
I helped carry him, get himout of the seat, and we lay
him on the floor. They gavehim CPR for at least twenty minutes that
they pronounced him dead. You know, they covered him with a blanket.
Yeah, horrific. One of thepassengers on the Singapore Airline. It dropped

(01:47:21):
one hundred feet and then immediately wentup three hundred feet, and people weren't
their belts got thrown around, peoplegetting up, maybe going to the bathroom,
getting a drink, stretching their legs. It was horrific. I've heard
since that some awful things happened inbusiness class and in the economy class.

(01:47:41):
In economy class, there were seatscoming loose and panels coming off the ceiling.
The oxygen masks came down, andas I left the airplane, I
looked around and it was quite ascene, quite a scene, you know,
cutling, smashed grass on the floor. It was quite horrendous. Lots
of tie medics came on board, swarmed on board and tended to people with
lacervations and cut ears. Yeah, and bring that up to bring you this

(01:48:05):
some stupid information. And then Igo and spoil it all. I say
something stupid. It we'll take stupidpills this morning. It's the honest ones
you want to watch out for, because you can never predict they're gonna do
something incredibly stupid. Now you're thefat, stupid one with the big mouth.
Is stupid little last time, youshould never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

(01:48:31):
Now it's time for stupid information.Let's talk about flying. Commercial air
travel twenty twenty four is the safestit's ever been. Why regulations airplanes are
safer. Training is better than ithas ever ever been. Forty thousand plus

(01:48:53):
people die on the road every singleyear. Number one killer of people ages
eighteen to forty five is now fentonal. Flying is still absolutely safe. The
chances of you dying in an airplanecrash is near zero. Effectively, there's
been zero deaths per one hundred millionpassengers air travel each year. The average

(01:49:15):
annual fatality rate over that time waspoint zero one deaths per one hundred million
miles trap. Hopefully that makes youfeel better. You guys, have a
blessed rest of your day. Wegot you over the hump night, night
Jack. This is the Chad BensonShow.
