(00:10):
Independent thoughts, independent life. Thisis Chad Benson guilty thirty four times.
I don't know if you guys knowthat, but Donald Trump has been found
guilty of something. Still trying tofigure some of that stuff out. I
want to point this out to you. Imagine this right, you have no
(00:33):
idea at all? What the secondbecause remember the thing that made this a
flity is there was a second crime? What was the second crime? Something?
What does that mean? It was? It was something? It was
election stuff and whatnot? And who'sthe what a and the thing? No,
(00:55):
no, no, no, itdoesn't work that way. What was
it? I've asked so many peopleover the last you know, sixteen hours
who are giddy and excited. Ohmy god, this is the greatest thing
has ever happened, This is amazingbecause they can't stand Trump. I go,
what was he found guilty of?Well, hush money? So hush
money's not a crime. Well youknow, election interference? Well what did
(01:17):
he How did he interfere with theelection because we didn't get to know about
this? I said, is thata crime? So not getting to know
about things is a crime from candidates? Is that is that the bar we're
setting? Because if that's true.Man. A lot of candidates out there
(01:38):
are going to be going to jail. But Trump has been found guilty.
Yesterday outside the courtroom, this wasa disgrace. This was a rigged trial
by a conflicted judge who was corrupt. It's a rigged trial at disgrace.
They wouldn't give us a venue change. We were at five hundrecent six percent
(02:00):
in this district, in this area. This was a rigged, disgraceful trial
that the real verdict is going tobe November fifth by the people. And
they know what happened here, andeverybody knows what happened here. Yeah,
I mean, look, there's youknow, who's to blame kind of stuff
(02:25):
when it comes to his you know, defense. Could they have done a
better job? Would it even havemattered? Would it thirty four counts?
Would it even have mattered? Somepeople are saying, hey, look,
he basically told them, let's justmake this part of our campaign. You
(02:45):
go out there and do rather thandefending, make it parts of the campaign.
And I don't know, I don'tknow if they could have done a
better job. And I don't knowif he could have got a fair trial.
I mean, you know, wouldfive with twelve people in Texas have
heard something different, even if itwas the exact same. Well what you
(03:07):
said, I heard that this isridiculous and should never be brought so we
find him not guilty. I mean, that's it's, man. It is
an ugly place for us to beright now. It is an ugly,
ugly place for us to be listeningto some people who are Republicans who are
(03:36):
pissed and angry, feeling like thishas been politicized and used as law fair
because it has been. Let's notpretend it hasn't. Saying okay, well,
okay, if this is the thingthat you want to do, then
I guess we're all going to doit. And as I was talking to
some people last night who were arguingwith me, and all I wanted to
(04:01):
do was play pickleball. So I'lllet you guys know that it's all I
wanted to do was just play pickleball. They were trying to explain to me
all the things he was guilty of, and I said, okay, And
you know, we were going overthis over this again and again and again,
and you know, not getting anywherebecause they couldn't answer the question of
(04:23):
what he's convicted of, and it'snot hush money, and it's not a
bunch of of of you know, well the campaign finanswer this, it's none
of those things. I mean, yeah, you're convicted of that, but
those things are minor. The waythat you had to contort yourself like a
Chinese acrobat to get to a felonywas insane. But as we were talking,
(04:49):
I said, well, what doyou think is going to happen?
Now? Do you think there's goingto be some revenge? Well? What
could they do? I said, well, do you think there's going to
be some revenge for this? Well? Why how could that happen? I
mean, what do you mean revenge? I said, going after other people?
Well, no, why would it? Because it's law fair? Well,
no, this is just a oneoff thing. I said, see,
(05:11):
you can't do that. And Igo back to this and I reminded
them of this because again I justwanted to play pickleball. That's all I
wanted to do. I said, you guys know who Harry Reid is,
and one of them is really ANOPOLICIoh, yeah, absolutely, so.
You remember what Harry Reid did.Couldn't get some judicial nominees through so he
opted to blow up the system toessentially pull the nuke card so he could
(05:35):
rush through judicial nominees. And everybodywarned him that doing this may cause other
issues down the road, because you'renot always going to be in power.
And lo and behold what happens now? Well because of Harry Reid. Oh
(05:59):
yeah, because of Verry read It'swhy there are three Trump judges, as
everybody likes to call them in theSupreme Court. So think about that for
a second. If you think thatthis is over and done with, you're
wrong. Jonathan Turtley. Yesterday, there were people who clearly were thrilled by
(06:19):
the result, and there were verypeople that will be very sad by it.
I was saddened to watch it.I disagree with this verdict. I
think, as I've said before, that this case was legally unfounded. When
they were reading those guilty verdicts, the one thing that we didn't know is
(06:40):
really what he was found guilty of, because, if you remember, the
judge allowed the jury to find guilton any one of three secondary crimes.
We weren't told whether the jury foundany one or those crimes, whether they
found all three of those crimes.I'm not too sure we will know that.
(07:01):
That's one of the many issues thatI think presents reversible problems in this
case. So what I would sayis that this is a historic moment.
We all have to take a breath. But for those upset by this verdict,
remember this remains a country committed tothe rule of law, and this
is going to go up on appeal. I think it's going to re be
(07:23):
reversed in the state or federal systems. But it's moments like this, when
you're on the other side, whenyou disagree with a verdict, that you
have to take a leap of faithin the rule of law. It's what
defines us. Many people feel thatthis case really embodied the antithesis of that.
But as a country as a whole, we have a system in place
(07:45):
to review this. For Donald Trump, that's not going to happen before the
election in all likelihood. Yeah,And in all likelihood he's going to be
sentenced right before the convention, althoughI've heard some Republicans say we need to
nominate them on July fourth. Everything'sa show. Let's all brand everything with
(08:11):
fireworks and whatnot. Man, there'sso much stuff to get to today,
including the revenge tour. That's right, A lot of people are talking about
the revenge tour? What's the revengetour? Well, if Trump is guilty
of whatever, who else out thereis guilty? Congress people saying we're making
a list and we're checking it twiceRepublicans, And I'll tell you what,
(08:35):
that's my big fear. That isa huge fear of mind that we are
devolving now to some sort of bananarepublic that we're going to start seeing now,
Hey, we're going to use thislaw fair. That is not a
healthy thing for a nation. Getyour Friday Sounds coming up as well as
special edition of that. A lotof other stuff to get to as well.

Little Friday Sound Special Edition straight Ahead. Right here, you're listening to
the Chad Benson Show. I believethis it will end up helping President Trump
(10:30):
among America a large part of Americanpublic who believes that the judicial system and
the enforcement system have been weaponized. That right there is RFK Junior also running
for president. He had some strongwords, tweeted out some stuff about the
(10:52):
Democrats weaponizing. What is going onwhen it comes to Donald Trump and law
fair? And you know, yesterdaywe talked a lot about policy. Whenever
you hear people angry at Trump, rarely is it have anything to do with
policy because they don't even know policy. They don't know policies going on with
the Democrats. For God's sakes. That being said, he at least said,
(11:16):
look, he's bad on the environment, part of the billionaire class,
didn't clean up Washington, part ofthe war machine, all things that.
You go, Okay, you're talkingpolicy. It's not sexy. Though it's
not sexy. It's not so RFKJr. Man. He had some harsh
words though, went after the Democrats, as you should. Some people are
(11:39):
very happy about this though, Soto be clear, the front runner Republican
candidate for president is now a convictedthirty four count felon What was that I
kept hearing he's innocent until proven? What? Oh yeah, guilty guilty?
AF guilty AF guilty AF. Noteverybody feels that way, though. Some
(12:07):
people are pissed and angry Honod Trumpwas just found guilty for his hush money.
Verdict came back and they say hewas guilty. But let me be
the first elect them errupt sleazy mother. No, and November fifth, I'm
still voting for Donald Trump. Idon't give a give this on a ballot
or not. I'm gonna write hismother name down, trying to throw this
man in jail for some bush, that sleepy joke to all my black,
(12:28):
White, Asian, Hispanic and IndianAmericans were gonna fall mother vote trying on
November everyboy, it's gonna be electrifying. He ain't done. Tell you what
he had. Take a breath. This is the time to celebrate, because
you want to know why Sleepy showhen something he didn't do something. He
brought everybody together. Fuck, Ihave accomplished that because we all sick of
(12:50):
his bush. The power is inour hand. Brad the word baby credited
to do that to that shut hisvideo. If I got to be the
one to start this gut movement, then that's what I'm gonna do. I
take it. Trump need our help, never religion, you believe, man,
whatever you might think of. Heneed all of us tear down this
corruption. Trump win is gonna behappy days so one no Moday, so
(13:15):
funny. Oh my goodness me,what a week? Short week? Two
four day work weeks are really interesting. I could see the appeal of them.
And normally at this time we doour finally Friday play all the craziness
that happened during the week. Butyesterday everything changed, So we finally have
a Friday song based only on onething, Donald Trump and his guilt.
(13:43):
Donald Trump is now a convicted fellow, found guilty by injury of his peers
in a New York courtroom all thirtyfour counts, an incredible verdict. On
this a day in May, lateMay, the former president of the United
States convicted as charged one hundred dollarsfucking in my hole. I know how
(14:03):
I'll say that barn is burning holdright through my finding in my skim.
Come on the morning, I'll beburned. It's finding Finn free here,
I'm done, my motor running again. It's fine, I'm u burking nous
(14:26):
me come. Their deliberations led themto a unanimous conclusion beyond the reasonable doubt
that defended Donald J. Trump isguilty of thirty four counts of false fying
business records in the first degree toconceal a scheme to corrupt the twenty sixteen
election. Finding that five free,I'm done, my motor running wo again.
(14:52):
It's final. Burning trucks me come. There were people who clearly were
thrilled by the result, and theywere very pul that it will be very
sad by it. I was saddenedto watch it. I disagree with this
verdict. If they jailed Donald Trump, He's going to win over Anight Weday
(15:24):
thirty only junity. It just seemsto me like the fix was in that
they were out to get Trump. But I think he's going to get more
popular with the American people. Thefront runner, Republican candidate for president,
is now a convicted thirty four countfelon. Now, I don't give a
(15:48):
damn Buddhist the fans, but ifthat did Trump get convicted of this crime
and he could still run for president, I'm voting for his ass. This
was in this race. This wasa rigged by a conflicted judge who was
corrupted. This was a rigged, disgraceful trial. The real verdict is gonna
be November fifth by the people, and they know what happened here, and
(16:14):
everybody knows what happened here. Godto help America. After what I've seen
in the last few weeks, it'sinteresting. It's gonna get a little hotter
in here. Eh. Point thatout. Trump said, Hey, Biden,
buckle up, got a lot ofstuff still to talk to talk to
you guys about a lot of thisstuff. Could he go to jail,
(16:34):
Will he go to jail? Thingslike that. But on top of that,
what do the Democrats do from here? Because there's some Democrats out there
that aren't thrilled by this for alot of reasons. One, they're sane
enough to go, ah, thisfeels very political and looks very political and
kind of an overreach. And secondly, guess what, you throw a punch,
(16:55):
you better be prepared to get punchedback. What are the Republicans planning?
We shall discuss that as well.Three two, three, five,
three, eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show's your Twitter,
tweet at us text the program.A lot of that stuff to get
to, plus a lot of otherstuff. We got your text, We
got your tweets well as we alsohave a poll up right now. You'll
take it at Chad Benson Show. You're still gonna vote for more likely less
(17:19):
likely as some results there as welldo that's right to have Chat Benson Show,
The Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life. This is Chad
(18:00):
Bragg upgraded the charges in this caseto felonies, saying he believed Trump also
broke election laws by falsifying financial documents, which Trump was unaware of until the
trial started. If Trump loses hisexpected appeal, Judge Mrshawn will have broad
discretion over this sentence, factoring ineverything from Trump's age, his lack of
a criminal record, and Trump's conductduring the trial. Trump repeatedly attacked Judge
(18:22):
Mershon online and outside court. Ohmy god, I want you to listen
to the beginning of that again.Though, Bragg upgraded the charges in this
case to felonies, saying he believedTrump also broke election laws by falsifying financial
documents. He believed. Okay, well, what were the election laws that
Trump. That's the question that everybodyis asking, even some on the left.
(18:48):
Okay, fine, you know hedid the whatever be as paperwork by
you know that. It's not ahush money case, it's not a sex
case. It's none of those things. What were the election laws that he
broke, the federal election laws thatyou charged him with it as stayed case,
(19:08):
what were those Well, he washiding stuff from voters. Do you
believe that any other politician has hiddenstuff from voters? And if you say
yes, they must be tried incourt, then right, they must be
tried in a court of law fortrying to sway an election. Well,
(19:29):
that's what they all do. Theywant to sway. There you go,
there you go. And I'll saythis over and over again. This was
never about justice, right, nobodycares in the political world about justice.
This is never about justice. Thisis about power and popularity. Alvin Bragg
(19:52):
walking around, He's the cock ofthe walk look at me. This is
about power, holding on to powerat all costs. You have a sore
respect, Da, and the wholething. We didn't do anything wrong.
I'm a very innocent man. Andit's okay. I'm fighting for our country.
(20:15):
I'm fighting for our constitution. Ourwhole country is being rigged right now.
This was done by the Biden administrationin order to wound or hurt an
opponent, a political opponent. AndI think it's just a disgrace, and
we'll keep fighting. We'll fight tillthe end, and we'll win because our
country's gone to hell. Our country'sgone to hell in a handbasket. A
(20:41):
lot of issues out there, andno doubt, a ton of issues globally,
a lot of issues as well. It's very interesting all of this.
Several people say he's a felon.Right, he can't vote for himself.
He can run for president, noquestion, and he can even vote based
on the fact that he's a Floridaresident. The convictions in New York,
Florida law says they defer back tothe state where it happened. That would
(21:06):
mean New York. And in NewYork, the only way you can't vote
is if you're actually serving time asa felon. Okay, so we'll see
now the other side of it.Could he go to jail? Is that
possible? Could he be thrown ajail? Well, you've got Judge Merhawn
(21:26):
who can't stand Trump, very biased, didn't follow a lot of the rules
he were supposed to. His biasshowed through over and over and over again.
And for all the lefties out there, if this was a case where
it was somebody who was that, you know, was a social justice warrior,
was all of these things and theywere on trial for something you would
(21:49):
have lost your mind with the waythat a Republican judge is you would like
to call it, or Trump judgewould have acted in this case if they
had done the same thing. Sosettle down. But could he go to
jail? It's a big, bigquestion. This is the lowest level felony
in the state of New York.We talk about misdemeanors versus felonies, but
(22:11):
there's also different levels of felony. This is a Class E felony, the
lowest kind. Donald Trump has neverbeen convicted of a crime before. I
think as a result, it isunlikely, not impossible, that he would
be sentenced to prison time in connectionwith this case. There are other options,
Yeah, there are other options, you know, home confinements. Could
you imagine that if if they say, okay, well you can't campaign.
(22:37):
So it's the look too, Andwe're going to get into it a little
deeper next hour with Biden. Maybesome of the things he should do because
they're you know, what they're tryingto do with the White House is trying
to separate the White House and thecandidate and maybe some options that he may
think about doing, because if theywere to sentence him to home confinement for
six months and he couldn't go outin campaign and he couldn't do any of
(23:00):
those, could you imagine what that'slike? So your rival can't campaign.
How do you think that looks well, he's not above the law. Yeah,
come on, the look on that. And again things I've been saying
over and over again. What aboutthe revenge tour? Because there will be
(23:22):
one. Oh yeah, what justhappened today is a line we can't uncross.
Democrats will ruin the day they decidedto use law fair to stop a
presidential candidate. I'm not talking aboutviolence. I'm talking about tit for tat.
You just wait and it won't beHunter Biden. The next time.
(23:44):
It's going to be Joe Biden. It could potentially still be Barack Obama,
it could still potentially be Hillary Clinton. We're going to have to look at
what the statutes of limitations are onthe various crimes they surely committed. Yeah,
oh, they would never do that. Oh yeah, you're already seeing
Republicans and it's time to get revenge. Let's make a list. Well they're
shouting it out. Well, here'sthe thing. If he's been charged with
(24:08):
something like this, again, we'restill not quite sure what he was convicted
of. Okay, yes, thelower level financial paperwork, campaign whatever,
But what's the election interference that they'retalking about. That's what I want to
know. I'm still asking the question. None of you are giving me anything.
(24:29):
They tasted blood today. They're thewolves with the bloody piece of meat
in their mouths. That doesn't stopthe wolf from coming back for more.
The only thing that will stop himis if he loses a limb of his
own. And I'm sorry, butthe Democrats started this game, and the
same way the Republicans upped the antewhen it came to, for example,
the filibuster fight, the Democrats gotrid of it. For lower court judges.
(24:51):
Mitch McConnell said, you will ruethe day because we're going to be
in control of this chamber one dayand you're going to lose the filibuster at
the higher level court. You'll besorry. That's what needs to happen here.
Who was getting indicted next? JoeBiden, maybe Jill Biden? How
low can we go? Reminds me? Of the movie The Untouchables. Remember
that scene where they're in the church, and if you don't know the Untouchables,
(25:18):
it's Al Capone, right, youknow, Sean Connery, Sean Young,
Kevin Costner, Andy Garcia, andthey're going after Capone and they get
you know, he really wants SeanConnery to be a part of what he's
doing, this task force to goafter him. And they're in there and
(25:41):
he says, what are you preparedto do? What are you prepared to
do? If they put one ofyours in the hospital, you put two
of theirs in a morgue. Ifthey bring a knife, you bring a
gun. That's what has to happen. Tell me that that's not healthy,
right, Like that is healthy, but it's understandable. It is in this
(26:04):
situation, it is understandable. Andthat's the fear factor right there. Of
the Tit for tat Beard Megan Kellysay it, but I've been saying it
for days and months. When youdo something, know that you're not going
to be in power forever, andknow that your short term gain could be
(26:30):
your long term loss. And I'veused that example like she has a thousand
times. And you guys, haveheard it on the show. When Harry
Reid did what he did. Theydid rue the day, but it was
a short term gain and they feltgood about it. I'm still trying to
figure out what the other crime wasthat Trump was convicted of. Any of

to the main news of the twochildren named Elon and Lux have still not
cleaned up their root. Our specialcorrespondent Maria joins us we will keep you
updated on the situation. Hello,Oliver. The floor is covered with drawings,
toys, and the bed is unmade. In a word, total chaos.
There's no doubt that if Elon andLux don't clean up today, a
special service will come and take allthe toys away from the house. That
(29:40):
right there is an AI pretend newsstory. Why is it funny? Because
this mob got pissed at her kidsfor not cleaning up their room and doing
the stuff they were supposed to,so she did an actual AI news report
to show, hey, look whathappened. You guys are such a mess
on the news and the kids. There was filmed with the kids like,
(30:03):
oh my god, ah, ohman. If you don't laugh, you'll
cry. Kids, if you don'tlaugh, you'll cry. Here's the thing.
Last night I got into it witha couple people about Ukraine, which
is weird, like right, youknow, but and this is all on
the heels of the Trump stuff becausethey wanted to show, hey, once
(30:26):
Trump gets back in office, thesewarmongers are going to be out and et
cetera, et cetera, et cetera. And can you believe that we might
allow them to use weapons that couldfire at Russia? And I'm like,
yeah, I said, you're thesame people are telling me it's okay that
Israel defends themselves and you don't wantUkraine to defend themselves. With the Russian
(30:52):
assault on Ukraine's second largest city,Kharkiv intensifying, the Biden administration has made
a made your reversal allowing US suppliedweapons to be fired inside Russia. For
years, the administration baulked at theidea fear is a strike on Russia itself
with US made weapons could draw theUS into direct conflict with Russia. Okay,
(31:18):
but don't they have the right todefend themselves? And several people are
like no, no, no,no, you don't understand Ukraine is Russia.
I'm like, oh my god,we're not going to do this right,
Like, I mean, if we'regoing to go back, are we
going to start going? How fardo we go back? But is this
the issue that we're having with Israel? And again, nobody cares about Ukraine
and Russia anymore because they're two whitefolks fighting with each other. And I
(31:45):
asked them, I said, whydo you want Putin to win? Well,
I don't want Putin to win.I think he's a bad guy,
am I. Well, well, why are you all for it? Well,
because you know, I don't thinkwe should be there. I said,
well we're not there. Yeah, but you keep saying that. Look,
everyday Ukraine survives is a win forUkraine. But they're getting their asses
(32:07):
handed to them. We don't payany attention to it anymore. They are
they're losing people. And know this, you know, he's like several people
said, well, you, Chad, you said they were a paper tiger.
I've never once said that Russia wasa paper tiger. They're not what
everybody thought they were. But eventually, as Mike Lions are military analysts,
(32:30):
we're gonna have them on next weektalking about this. Eventually, you run
out of people. And that's what'shappening with Ukraine. They've run out of
people. They don't have men tofight, and Russia knows that, Hey,
they're not gonna fire any weapons overhere because they don't want to escalate
so we'll just move our missiles asclose as we can to the border without
(32:52):
fear for repercussions. How insane isthat the US officials insisting the US weapons
will be you used only to strikeRussian military signs that are being used to
launch weapons into Kharkiev. More thana dozen other Western countries have also approved
weapons being used inside Russia, butVliedimir Putin already with a threatening response,
(33:15):
calling it an escalation, another steptowards a serious conflict in Europe and around
the globe. He doesn't want aconflict in Europe because he knows he's gonna
lose. Yes, you've got somenuclear weapons, are you really prepared to
use them? At some point intime? You've got to say, we're
gonna call your bs now. Couldhe use a tactical nuke? That's always
(33:37):
a possibility, But in reality,I don't think you will. And he
doesn't want to escalate because right nextto them, And as I was discussing
this with several people last night, again this is all the heels of Trump's,
you know, being found guilty inthis, that and the other.
(34:00):
Well, when Trump gets in,he's gonna make sure these wars come to
an end and blah blah blah blah, which sounds great, I mean again
fantastic. That being said, they'restill going on. And they said to
me, well, you said theywere paper tiger. I never once said
they were paper ticker. I saidthey're not what they seem. And some
(34:21):
of their stuff is made out ofpaper, partly because you allowed oligarchs to
spend all of the money and theybasically built cardboard tanks. All kidding aside,
if they were to cut through Ukraine, and I said this last night
to several of them, and theykind of looked at me, what's the
big fear, Well, we're goingto be involved. Okay, let's say
(34:43):
they cut through Ukraine. Do youthink he's gonna stop there? Because several
of the Balkan countries are now NATOcountries and next door is Poland, and
Poland ain't going to allow any ofthat crap to happen. And by the
way, I think Poland on theirown would absolutely eviscerate the Russians. And
I don't think they'd stop because youknow, Paula looks over and sees Germany
(35:04):
and they see Russia and they think, you know what, Payback's going to
be a bitch, guys. We'reletting you guys know that. So it's
interesting, but they have every rightto defend themselves and a story that's no
longer being talked about, and partiallybecause well, obviously Trump sucks the news
out of everything, and that isunderstandable considering the historic situation. But on
(35:25):
the other side of it, Israelhappened October seventh, and the minute that
happened, in the attack on Israel, that was it. It was over.
Nobody cared anymore because we were onto other things and Israel was the
thing. And then the college kidsgot involved in a way we went and
like I said yesterday, nobody caresbecause the skin tone is the exact same.
(35:51):
It's nobody marching in the streets forthe dead Ukrainians and the raped women.
There's nobody marching in the streets forthe raped and cannibalized people in Haiti.
For God's sakes, Mike as well, you know who are we going
to be mad at because the colorof the skin three two, three,

What did you hear usked? Okay, you said he wanted to swim?
You told me to jump in.I didn't tell you to jump in?
Think you guys, you guys know? Wait? Who is that the
(37:07):
fuck is question? I'm sorry Ididn't know. She says she's drowning.
She says she's drowning. No Ididn't. I swear, No I didn't.
Let's go that right. There isan influencer. We'll get back to
the Trump stuff in a minute.Who uh paid a woman who I don't
(37:32):
think is all there, says shecan't swim twenty bucks to jump into a
lake in Texas. Then she struggled, said she could only float, and
then they kind of scurried away.Wow, and you wonder why we're in
(37:55):
the mess. We're in? Thisis that began? Think about that?
And the whole thing is she payssomebody who tells her, I don't know
how to swim, I could kindof float, and you're not allowed to
be in this lake. So shejumps in and she's kind of floating,
and then some people come and theyfilm the entire thing from like four or
(38:20):
five different cameras, because everybody wantsto be an influencer, and no matter
what you do to somebody, aslong as it clicks and likes, that's
all that matters. Scum for sure, three two, three, five,
twenty four to twenty three atch HadBenson Show's your Twitter tweet at us text
the program Trump convicted thirty four counts, what will now? And I want
(38:40):
I want to understand separation of thecandidate Joe Biden and the White House that
is a Biden white House. They'retwo separate things. The White House isn't
weighing directly on the verdict in DonaldTrump's trial, spokesman Ian Sam saying,
quote, we respect the rule oflaw and have no additional comment. But
the Biden campaign says in a statement, the verdict shows no one is above
(39:02):
the law. Spokesman Michael Tyler says, quote, Donald Trump has always mistakenly
believed he would never face consequences forbreaking the law for his own personal gain.
Tyler adds the verdict doesn't change whathe calls a simple reality quote.
There is still only one way tokeep Donald Trump out of the Oval office.
At the ballot box, Karen Traver'sABC News Washington. At the ballot
(39:23):
box, can they do that?Trump keeps saying, Hey, you guys
are gonna have your chance November fifth. You're gonna have your chance. This
is your chance. This will be. It doesn't matter what they say,
matters what you say at the ballotbox. How do you feel about Trump
(39:45):
being convicted in New York City?Do you think people are still supporting them?
Of course there's support. Why becausehe's Trump? Say me three things
by on the day, for us, for rue and I'm gonna wait,
got out, my boy Trump,No, my boy Trump. I can't
wait till you call home. Whyyou're gonna be the real one. Are
you still voting for Trump? Heyeah, a vote for my wiy gonna
(40:06):
be the president? Locked up man, free Trump, free Trump, free,
free Trump. You think he wantsa day in jail? You think
like he thinks. Okay, ifI do like a day or something like
(40:27):
that, even house arrests for alittle bit some way that there is the
opportunity to paint himself as you knowvictim. I mean it's you know,
he's gonna come out and says he'sNelson Mandela something like that. I always
(40:50):
wonder, like, is what's histhing that he wants? Because he's at
to something, you know that hewants something to come out of this.
There's no doubt about that. Thereare Trump voters who have said that a
verdict in this matter would make abig difference. A couple of weeks ago,
our poll, so eighty percent ofTrump's supporters say they would continue to
support him no matter what. Butthat's another twenty percent total that would either
(41:12):
reconsider or withdraw their support based ona conviction. That's one in five Trump
voters, which is an enormous numberin an election that is expected to be
as close as this one. Ahis it though? Because you're saying one
in five, But when you lookand get deeper into many of these polls,
it's actually six percent said that theywould think about it, reconsider,
(41:43):
And then they start breaking it downsaying okay, and then there are some
that are still undecided. So theymake it seem like Trump supporters themselves would
turn away, and there are goingto be some there's also going to be
people out there that say, hell, yeah, I'm voting for him.
Wasn't going to before, but I'mgoing to now. I got several of
(42:05):
those text messages last night. Asmuch as I got You're the worst person

I wasn't gonna vote for Trump,but I am now. And I had
a couple friends and I was shockedabout this, who don't follow politics all
that much, and they're happier forit. They're not fans of Trump.
(42:30):
But you know what they did. They donated, and that right there is
crazy. They donated. I donot donate, as you guys know,
I have better things to do withmy money, like bipickleball stuff, Chad
golf stuff, of course. Ohmy lord, wild times, wild times
(42:52):
yesterday, Trump outside the courthouse.I'm gonna play it in its entirety.
It's about a minute twenty or soof talking about it after just being convicted
thirty four felas. This was adisgrace, This was a rigged trial by
a conflicted judge who was corrupt. There's a rigged trial, a disgrace.
(43:14):
They wouldn't give us a venue change. We were at five percent or six
percent in this district, in thisarea. This was a rigged, disgraceful
trial. The real verdict is goingto be November fifth by the people.
And they know what happened here, and everybody knows what happened here. You
(43:36):
have a sore respect DA and thewhole thing. We didn't do anything wrong.
I'm a very innocent man, andit's okay. I'm fighting for our
country. I'm fighting for our constitution. Our whole country is being rigged right
now. This was done by theBiden administration in order to wound or hurt
(43:59):
an opponent of goal opponent. AndI think it's just a disgrace. And
we'll keep fighting. We'll fight tillthe end, and we'll win because our
country has gone to hell. Wedon't have the same country anymore. We
have a divided mess where nation anddecline, serious decline. Millions and millions
of people pouring into our country rightnow from prisons and from mental institutions,
(44:22):
terrorists, and they're taking over ourcountry. We have a country that's in
big trouble. But this was arig decision right from day one, with
a conflicted judges should have never beenallowed to try this case. Never,
and we will fight for our constitution. This is long from over, Thank
you very much. As Trump yesterdayafter being found guilty, several people I've
(44:50):
said this, Biden needs to parthim and pardon his son. Just get
it over with, Just just getit over This is not good for the
country. Speaker Johnson has just comeout. We'll have some of that audio,
but he is saying, hey, this thing needs to go to the
Supreme Court fast. And then ofcourse you'll get the Alito stuff. By
the way, that whole Alito kerfuffleand wackiness. You know, like,
(45:13):
hey, that thing was upside downlike three four years ago, brob blah,
you know the whole You do knowthat the Washington Post that has broken
that story, they've had that storyfor three years and they know what the
story is and the fights that havegone on with the neighbors and all that
kind of stuff. But they bringit out now. And this flag over
(45:37):
here, a flag that was flyingin San Francisco over there city Hall.
They had to take that down it'sbeen for twenty years because now that is
part of the symbol, well theAmerican flag for some people's part of the
damn symbol. But you know,I'm just saying we can't have it go
to the Supreme Court because they gotall those Trumpers on there. Just insane.

That that just seems like it's alot of stuff that's not going to happen.
But the left is super excited. So to be clear, the front
runner Republican candidate for president is nowa convicted thirty four count felon What was
that I kept hearing he's innocent untilproven what? Oh? Yeah, guilty?
Guilty AF, guilty AF. Here'sa grandmother who's not thrilled by it

which is growing up with presidents thatyou can admire and feel safe with and
look up to. Is that notit? Are? Are we not getting
(49:58):
that everybody's running away from true?Mall not everybody. Earlier this week played
this guy and he was, uh, he kind of went after narrow.
He's he's funny and he's pissed.Donald Trump was just found guilty for his
hush money. Verdict came back andthey said he was guilty. But let
me be the first elect them corruptsleazy mother. No, and November fifth,
(50:19):
I'm still voting for Donald Trump.I don't give a if he's on
a ballot or not. I'm gonnawrite his mother name down, trying to
throw this man in jail for somebush that sleepy joke to all my black,
white, Asian, Hispanic and IndianAmericans were gonna form mother vote trying
on November everyboy. It's gonna beelectrifying, electrifying, says to him.
(50:40):
He's not done though, kids,He's very excited. This is the time
to celebrate because you want to knowwhy, Sleepy Joe hear something, he
did do something. He brought everybodytogether. Fucker have accomplished that because we
all sick of his bush. Thepower is in our hand, Brad the
word baby credified. To do that, to that shut his video. If
I got to be the one tostart this gut movement, then that's what
(51:02):
I'm gonna do. I take it. Trump need our help, never religion,
you believe, man, whatever youmight think of. He need all
of us to tear down this corruption. Trump win is gonna be happy days.
So wonderfu day. It's a wonderfulday. There are still issues out
there. Some of you are wakingup, some of you have been up
(51:25):
for hours, and as you are, and you're excited about the the the
thing you see as a victory. That is the nail in the coffin of
Donald Trump. You're going to yourmailbox, you're checking your bank account.
You got no trophy, you gotnothing, Okay, And and for those
(51:46):
of you are angry, nothing wastaken away from you. Where's not yet.
But there are issues out there, still issues that this president Joe Biden,
has to to grips with as bestthat he can because saying it's working,
it isn't. The biggest driver ofthese cuts is shoppers. Americans are
(52:09):
trading down. They are cutting back, with prices up twenty to thirty percent
from pre pandemic levels, and itseems like we've just reached this tipping point
with retailers waging price wars to tryand win back a bigger piece of your
paycheck, try and everything. We'regoing to talk in a little bit to
our buddies, Zach Abram, chiefinvestment office over at Buller Capital, because
(52:31):
they revised the first quarter down shocker. Hey, it wasn't as good as
with The growth was not as goodas we thought. Oh my lord,
are we headed towards a recession?Oh jeez, so much stuff. We
could sit here. We can talkabout Trump and it's a big deal.
(52:51):
No, this historic, let's notdownplay that it's historic. But all that
being said, you still have tobuy. I guess all that being said
used to let the buy groceries. We all do and nothing has changed because
Trump has been found guilty. Ohyeah, it's true. Three two,

I need to be your punching bagso you can be less angry, I'm

independent Thoughts, independent life, Thisis Chad Benson. We'll get back
to the trials and tribulations of DonaldTrump in a bits, but first,
Inflation Nation, what we've seen fromMcDonald's is that they are dealing with the
very same issues as retailers are.Customers are at their breaking point with sticker
(54:45):
shock. McDonald's president Joe Erlinger addressedsome of the outrage on social media that
a big macmeal costs eighteen dollars. He says that's at just one location,
only one location, and the averageprice nationwide is nine twenty nine. Still,
that is a twenty seven percent increasesince before the pandemic. That was
in one place on the East coast, but on the West coast in California,
(55:07):
a politicians died do something when itcame to fast food, the food
of the fastness. What was that. We're going to arbitrarily decide to raise
some of your wages because of thoseevil, greedy people, and this will
help the little people. California's politicalgeniuses, in the name of helping workers,
(55:28):
have once again passed the law thatkills jobbers. The minimum wage for
fast food workers will rise to twentydollars an hour. We need to so
badd we need this, says thisunion activist. And in California, what
unions want, they generally get.California approved the higher minimum just for fast
(55:50):
food workers. My workers. Wedid this, but what they really did
was lose nearly ten thousand fast foodjumb What they lost jobs? You mean
raising wages, Raising wages by somebizarre arbitrary fast food workers. You guys
are gonna get a company, butonly certain fast food workers, because if
(56:14):
you're some sort of bakery, youdon't have to have your wages raised because
of a bakery. And you're justlike, what are you talking about?
Like this is insane. Welcome tothe world of lunacy democrats have presented to
you so you can see in threeD technicolor that happens to be on the
(56:35):
radio, your insanity when you gosuper woke and super blue. It's a
hot preemptively laid off twelve hundred deliverydrivers like Michael o'hada. What's the point
of the raise if you don't havea job anymore? It's The new law
also caused prices to rise. Whatcan Californians expect the prices of their McDonald's
and Starbucks to go out? I'veheard that rhetoric before and it didn't happen.
But it did happen. McDonald's,Chipotle, and Starbucks already saying they
(56:59):
planned a raise prices to offset therising labor cost. Some restaurants said,
we're no longer hiring, so we'renot growing in the state anymore. Others
just closed a cup of Starbucks coffeemay not cost fifteen percent more a Chipotle
chicken burrito eight percent more. Thankyou for making this happen. And your
five dollars foot long is now tendollars. I'm not making that up.
(57:22):
Kids nuts crazy. Right, wesit here and we talk about Trump and
again we'll get back to some ofthat stuff. This right here, though,
is what happens when you have oneparty rule and that party loses its
blank in mind. You spend billionsof dollars on homeless, and you've created
(57:43):
more homeless. I don't think thatwas the objective of spending all that money
with no accountability. You pass wackytaxes. I see the California Air Resource
Board CARB, which may be themost powerful of all the boards and gum
stuff in California, decided they're goingto add some more taxes on to gas
(58:06):
of the already outrageous taxes on there. Seeing stuff rise, and they all
seem to think, yeah, youknow what, you've rich greedy business owners,
you guys, You guys can justyou guys can just eat it all
and never pass it on to theconsumer. And it shouldn't hurt anybody in
your business. That is such insanity. I'd reported on this following years ago
(58:29):
when Seattle led the country in dumbwage loss. Fifteen in Seattle is just
a beginning. We have an entireworld to win. When the law passed,
we went to Seattle to interview peopleabout it. Increased the minimum wages,
having an opposite effect, costing thousandsof jobs and actually hurting low income
workers. Once Seattle raised its minimumto fifteen dollars, entry level job growth
(58:52):
stall. Politicians that have no sensewhatsoever about what it means to small businesses
like us, don't They do notbecause you don't matter to them. You're
part of the problem. And governmentis the solution. And the solution is
(59:12):
we're going to force you to paya living wage for flipping burgers. Flipping
burgers was never meant to be acareer to raise a family of four,
especially in some of the most expensiveplaces on the planet. It's all because
of greedy capitalism. Then don't eatit. Those places, don't do any
(59:37):
of those things. If you don'tmine, what are these people going to
do? Have you met some peoplethat work in some fast food restaurants?
What else are they going to do? Oh? That's me, that's honesty.
Minimum wage actually hurts my chances ofgetting employed. This twenty year old
understands the effect. He mentioned afriend who worked at Kroger on til HER's
(59:58):
store raised its minimum twelve dollars andshe was getting paid twelve dollars an hour.
But slowly but surely, they startedcutting her days, her hours.
She was regulated to only working onSundays, and that's because she was young
and inexperienced. I feel the biggestways you're worth. She wasn't worth twelve
bucks to Kroger. She's worth theworld to me, but she wasn't worth
(01:00:19):
twelve bucks to Kroger. Yeah, that's that's part of the issue. And
one of the things I've said isif you want to raise the wage,
how do you balance it, especiallywith new workers, entry level workers,
people coming in, especially the youngwho've never had a job. You're paying
them twenty dollars an hour, andyou're getting five dollars an hour out of
them, And on top of that, you're losing five bucks an hour because
(01:00:45):
somebody's training them. No, yeah, I could see that. It's not
about what your worth is as ahuman being, it's what is your worth
based on whatever discipline, career, whatever it is to an employer and to
(01:01:06):
people who want to consume again, not as a human being. How many
wealthy countries have no minimum wage.In countries such as Iceland, Norway,
Sweden, and Switzerland, nobody knowsthat. No, No, it stops
us from actually getting a job.On the surface, you think, oh,
this is a great idea because itraises some people's wages. Everybody deserves
(01:01:29):
a living wage. But while ithelps some, it harms many others,
especially young people who may now notbe offered their first job. I'm fourteen.
It'd be very difficult for me tofind a job. My labor wouldn't
be worth fifteen dollars an hour.If only politicians were as smart as those
kids. But they're not. They'renot because it's about power. It's about
(01:01:52):
all that stuff. It's not aboutwhether or not you're going for vote.
And the unions, you know, especially in a places like California, are
absolutely all about the Democrats. Andthat's the frustrating side of things because you
(01:02:15):
want to quote unquote help the littleguy, and all you do is hurt
because when you do stuff like this, right, when you push things that
are insane, like this out there. What ends up happening. They modernize
faster and the that cost them themost. They figure out how to do
(01:02:38):
more with less, and instead ofhelping you hurt three two, three,
five, three eight, twenty fourto twenty three Atch Had Benson Show.
Is your Twitter tweet ats text theprogram. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson
on Trump's conviction and what happens next. Well, there's a lot of developments
(01:02:58):
yet to come, but I dothing. I do believe the Supreme Court
should step in. Obviously, thisis totally unprecedented and it's dangerous to our
system. I mean, we've alldiscussed this before, and y'all talked about
it all the time. This isdiminishing the American people's faith in our system
of justice itself. And to maintaina republic, you have to have that.
People have to believe that justice isfair, that there's equal justice under
(01:03:20):
law. They don't see that rightnow. And I think that the justice
is on the Court. I knowmany of them personally. I think they're
deeply concerned about that as we are. So I think they'll set this straight,
but it's going to take a while. You're right, The process takes
a while to play out. TheDemocrats know that, of course, and
they're dragging it out. That wasthe whole objective. They want to try
to bankrupt Donald Trump. They wantto diminish his credibility and go after his
(01:03:43):
character. They wanted to keep himoff the campaign trail, which they were
successful in doing for many weeks, and now they want to call him the
convicted felon. This will be overturned, guys, there's no question about it.
It's just going to take some timeto do it, right. That's
interesting thing. Does the Supreme Courtowe it to our nation to jump in
on this case sooner rather than laterbecause of the importance of what's coming and
(01:04:09):
the potential and the look. I'vesaid, my biggest fear out of all
of this, I think Sarah IskerDave French have brought it up before dispatch.
Trump loses a close election and pollsshow that this conviction was the reason
(01:04:30):
why he lost, then it getsoverturned after the election, and at that
point the Democrats don't care, rightlike, that doesn't matter to them.
They've won as far as they're concerned, and that's all that matters. And
so for them, the ends justifythe means in that situation. But then
you've set that ugly precedent of lawfair and we've already talked about you know,
(01:04:54):
they're ready to come. All right, let's get revenge, which is
not a good thing for our nation. Sorry. If this would have been
Trump and is DOJ doing this toAdam shift over something ten years ago and
twisting it, I'd feel the exactsame way. Can't have it happen three

(01:06:01):
Chie investment Officer Board Capital, joinsus. Talk a little bit about,
you know, the economy, ChadBenson, Joe, to do what
(01:06:25):
you know how to do, becausewhen you do what you do what you
know how to do. What youjust said is one of the most insanely
idiotic things I have ever heard. And then they passed us a baton,
and the question is what will wedo with the time we carry the baton?
You smoking or something or you justdumb and hal who doesn't love a
(01:06:45):
yellow school bus? My God,get jo ass from their pool, buff
and go home. I call myselfa joyful warrior. The Chad Benson Show,
her boy favorite guy, talkalk aboutyou know the thing called the economy,
the thing we all live in,stocks, bonds, you know,
everyday life. Zach a Brand,Chief investment Officer, Board Capital joins the
(01:07:09):
program. First of all, Iwant to jump on this. I saw
that the US GDP growth was actuallyslower. You always say it when they
revised it. It's never in theway you think they're going to and it
was down We're not spending as much. That's not a great look. Yeah,
And I'm not trying to claim somegiant conspiracy there. It is just
bizarre. I think at one pointwe went back and looked at the numbers,
(01:07:31):
and the number of downward revisions isalways like way outsizes, you know,
when they come back and say, actually, it was better than we
reported. It just almost never playsout that way. And I'm sure there's
an official answer for that, butyou see it again. You know,
Cole's had a big earnings miss today. Now I haven't read through the details
of why they had a big earningsmiss. And to be fair, Cole's
(01:07:55):
isn't Apple, right, they're notStarbucks, they're not Nike. But you're
seeing more of these retail facing, consumer facing companies coming in with you know,
I wouldn't say horrific news, butnot good news, right. And
it seems to us, you know, if you were just to show me
these different data points, it seemsto me that the consumer is slowing down
(01:08:20):
a bit. And I think thatthat's a really tough one not to argue.
And I think that what you're startingto see is something that we call
the leg reapers. So you know, anytime, you know, anytime interest
rate movements or monetary policy is engagedin, meaning you know, central banks
moving interest rates up and down, there's always a lag effect and we really
(01:08:41):
haven't seen that. You know, usually that lag hits within twelve to eighteen
months, and it hadn't really donethat this time. It appears that that
might be happening. And and there'ssome other interesting data that we saw on
the on the home side too thatkind of seems to be confirming that.
Now, maybe maybe that's a oneoff, Chad. I think some of
the hard data coming in that we'reseeing kind of melds with a lot of
(01:09:03):
the anecdotal data that I think somany consumers are upset about. I think
there's so many consumers out there thatare like every every keeps talking about the
strong economy doesn't feel strong. Itreally seems like that's starting to kind of
take center stage. So we gotto see if it plays out. But
it does seem like the interest ratesare starting to have an impact and maybe
(01:09:23):
it's just the fact that it's beenbeen a while now since the last big
injection of cash, right, itwas over a year now when when the
FED pushed that, you know, additional three hundred and fifty billion out into
the system for the banks. Somaybe the impact of that's wearing off a
little bit. But yeah, it'sit's not looking as robust and as strong
as it was even a few monthsago. Talking to Zach game Ram,
chief investment officer Board Capital, youknow, when you talk to people who
(01:09:45):
are potential investors, people that cometo you who are already investing, are
they getting a sense, you know, out there that things may go a
little side with and are they saying, Okay, I'm starting to feel it.
Because you know, we always hearabout, oh, you know Biden,
he's just he's he's so pathetic.The reality is is people aren't feeling
it. You could tell me something'sokay, but if I'm not feeling it.
(01:10:06):
And as we always talk about consumerconfidence being the most important thing in
my world because I feel great,I must spend my money. Are you
feeling that even when it comes tothe investment world, Yes, and no.
The people that contact us are usuallydifferent, right, because we're talking
about risk management all the time,So we don't typically draw the people that
want twenty percent of their money inbitcoin and things like that, right,
(01:10:27):
we draw a typically more conservative investor. Thank god for that. But I
think that people, I think there'sa lot of folks out there that have
this attitude that, come what may, the stock market is just a money
machine and it's just never going togo down, and that's always been the
kiss of death. And when peoplefeel that bullish, it usually is a
bad sign because usually that's reflected inprices. And I think that's the case
(01:10:49):
today when you look at the economicprints and the issues that we're facing,
this market is still extraordinarily rich prettymuch on every metric you want to look
at. So I think that thereis concern. I think the more prudent
or more realistic investors are are certainlygetting more concerned, a little bit more
risk averse, but there's still Imean, you know, we get positioning
(01:11:11):
reports out there retail, and theaverage retail investor is still long and strong
this market man, and again thatthat's usually not a good sign either.
Right When retail is typically the mostbullish is the top So I think there's
a lot of a lot of thingsto be looking out there, and I
don't think a lot of people arepaying too much attention talking to Zacchae Ramchie,
investment officer, Board Capital. Peoplewant to find out what you guys
(01:11:33):
do. They want to reach outand say, hey, man, because
a lot of listeners say this, this guy treats it's amazing, it's amazing.
What do they do? Because Iknow that, you know, the
whole Risk review thing, I thinkis just it's a huge win where people,
you know, you have a chanceto have somebody that is not your
guy, that's trying to tell yousomething, say hey, let me tell
you what's going on. I alwaystell everybody it's like a second opinion.
(01:11:54):
How do they reach you? Whatdo they do? But easiest way to

(01:13:17):
Unbelievable, unfreaking believable, but goodnews is coming. Da Bragg hear
me clearly, you cannot silence theAmerican people. You cannot stop us from
voting for change. Joe Biden's injustice, Joe Biden's two tier injustice system,
(01:13:40):
weaponizing the justice system of the UnitedStates of America against a political opponent.
Un American Joe Biden, You're fired. We the people stand with Donald Trump.
That right, there was the guywho wants to be VP, Jim
Scott. We the people, westand with Donald Trump. God, that
(01:14:03):
sounds so corny. I'm sorry, and I think here's my Problemtive Scott.
You're just too nice, dude. You deserve better. Get out of politics.
See how gross it is. It'sgross. Donald Trump convicted of stuff
and whatnot. So that's about whatlike they should have said, you're guilty
on thirty four counts of stuff andwhatnot. What, Yeah, we found
(01:14:28):
you guilty. We'll write it inlater what you're guilty of. And I
say that because I don't know whathe's guilty of. Hush money, Chad,
Okay, well that's not illegal, settling things, all that stuff,
and let's remember this was not sexualharassment, none of those things. Now,
(01:14:56):
this was quote unquote hush money thatwas done wrong in paperwork, and
because of that, he tried tosubvert the election, which I'm still not
quite sure how that happens, butalas it is happening. Alvin Bragg.
(01:15:17):
Yesterday, the twelve every Day jurorsvowed to make a decision based on the
evidence and the law, and theevidence and the law alone. Their deliberations
led them to a unanimous conclusion beyonda reasonable doubt that the defended Donald J.
(01:15:38):
Trump is guilty of thirty four countsof falsifying business records in the first
degree to conceal a scheme to corruptthe twenty sixteen election. What does that
mean? Exactly? What is thisscheme? See, that's the issue I
(01:15:59):
have. What is the scheme sayinghe concealed it? Okay, well what
is it? That's like saying you'reguilty of murder? Who do you have
a body? Nope? Who's theperson? Doesn't matter? No, No,
what's the crime? Saying you're guiltyof something without the body or the
(01:16:26):
name. That's what is it?Because once again hush money, catch and
kill. None of that stuff matters. It doesn't those things are None of
those things are illegal. And wantyou guys to think about this. You
(01:16:46):
had what fifty two people sign offon Hunter Biden's laptop saying it was rushing
disinformation and many of them knew thatwas a lie. The media picked it
up. You were banned from eventalking about it on social media because it
was a lie. Could I notsay that you guys have colluded into influencing
(01:17:10):
an election like I mean, Imean you could, of course, now
if you've got something Alvin, maybeSimon or Theodore have it. I have
no idea that says we've got himchanging votes, doing this, doing X,
(01:17:35):
Y and Z at the ballots,Oh okay, But saying that he
was going to do something and becominga rhythmic gymnast all twisted up in the
game to make some sort of case. Ah, that just that feels ugly
(01:17:59):
to me. It does, JudgeJenie. We don't want to see what
they do in third world countries tohave one side start indicting and jailing the
other side. This is not American, This is not who we are.
And to see this happen before oureyes when we know that this is not
legitimate. When a defendant was notadvised of the crimes that he was charged
(01:18:24):
with, they don't even know whatthe crimes are until we get to the
charge of the jury. As ifthe prosecution and the judge with a wink
and a nod, said, hey, I'll give you that all accomplice testimony
even though we didn't charge Donald Trumpwith aiding and betting anyone else, I'll
throw it in as a matter oflaw, he's an accomplice. And I'll
throw in those federal election violations,so they'll have to say, yeah,
(01:18:45):
Donald Trump mustn't done it too,and I'll throw in a hooker and a
guy who's a serial perjurer. Thisis lunacy. And I think that any
red blooded American who sees this isgoing to understand. This isn't what we
do to our policeolitical enemies. Thisis what they do in kangaroo courts and
third world countries. God help Americaafter what I've seen in the last few
(01:19:08):
weeks. You're here. I uh, I was passionate. Was from yesterday?
Some of you listened yesterday. Iplayed that. I played again for
a reason because I think it waspassion I think it was spot on.
So imagine this. I just wantto just throw this out there. You
go to court. You're there andthey said you're charged with A, which
(01:19:32):
is, you know, filing wrongor whatever, the misdemeanor bookkeeping, and
you're also charged with B. Butyou don't find out what B is really
ever, and they don't bring Bup until after you've rested the defense,
and then in their closing arguments theybring up be in a very kind of
(01:19:58):
opaque. Just no, that doesn'tseem right. It doesn't. We'll see
what happens. Do I think thatthis is gonna get thrown out? I
do. I think this is goingto be thrown out. But we will
have to wait and see. It'snot gonna happen tomorrow. Speaker Johnson played
(01:20:20):
the last I want to play itagain because I think it's good. He
was on today on one of thetalking head shows. I don't know,
there's so many of them. Doyou watch any of them? I don't,
actually not because I dislike everybody, just because I'm working. I got
other things to do. But hewas on talking about where this should go,
what the next steps are, andcould he get to Scotus. Well,
(01:20:42):
there's a lot of developments yet tocome. But I do think I
do believe the Supreme Courtship step. And obviously this is totally unprecedented and it's
dangerous to our system. I mean, we've all discussed this before and you
all talk about it all the time. This is diminishing the American people's faith
in our system of justice itself. And to maintain a republic you have to
have that. People have to believethat justice is fair, that there's equal
(01:21:04):
justice under law. They don't seethat right now, and I think that
the justice is on the court.I know many of them personally. I
think they're deeply concerned about that aswe are. So I think they'll set
this straight. But it's going totake a while. You're right. The
process takes a while to play out. The Democrats know that, of course,
and they're dragging it out. Thatwas the whole objective. They want
to try to bankrupt Donald Trump. They want to diminish his credibility and go
(01:21:28):
after his character. They wanted tokeep him off the campaign trail, which
they were successful in doing for manyweeks, and now they want to call
him the convicted felon. This willbe overturned, guys, there's no question
about it. It's just going totake some time to do it right.
By the way, if you wantto know what Banana Republic means, it's
not just a clothing store. Themeaning of Banana republic small country, especially
(01:21:49):
in the South or central part ofAmerica, that is poor, corrupt,
and badly run. Well, weare not small, We're not poor.
You talk a bit about corruption andbadly run and ruled well, yeah,
I think right now we're we're headingin that we'd be a bigger banana republic
than most banana republics. They'll tellyou that right now. Three two three,

I don't know if you guys areaware of this. Something happened yesterday,
Yeah, Donald Trump happened and thescript spelling bee. We'll get to that
Yahoo number one trending thing. Yes, you guessed it, kids, Donald
(01:24:57):
Trump, what Caitlin election results,Russia, Ukraine, war, Ben Afflack,
Larry Hogan, Megan Markle, KateMiddleton. But as you guessed it,
the number one trending thing, DonaldTrump. I don't know what happened
yesterday? Oh yeah, that's right. He was convicted of thirty four felonies.
(01:25:18):
Some of you are very excited aboutthis, very excited. Some of
you are very angry. Say,wide range of things, a wide range
of things and emotions. And Isay that because a lot of people are
emotional. How about we head overto Google. Number one training thing yesterday
(01:25:41):
on Google was not Donald Trump,by the way, CNN, Fox News,
Nick Pascal Rangers, that's New YorkRangers, hockey team, Salesforce stocks,
Chad Davel. He was found guilty, so Lori Davell, his wife
(01:26:03):
whose first two husbands died mysteriously, and then her brother died right like,
this is chaos. And then hiswife died ex wife or widow, he
was widowed, and then weeks laterhe marries her. They were in a
cult, a bizarre end of theworld death cult. Thought that the kids
(01:26:25):
were already dead and that they werezombies, and so they killed the kids.
And it is a insane story. He was found guilty of something for
real. Fannie willis also trending headon over finally to Twitter, Twitter's all
(01:26:49):
over the place, Trump, alCapone America, New York Justice Eminem got
a new album out, Lock HimUp. Democrats, Alvin Bragg, Jury
Maga, Supreme Court Law and OrderJudge Joe Biden, dem Stormy Daniels,
(01:27:11):
Scotus, Marco Rubio. It's interestingMarco Rubio talking about the Trump stuff and
some of the things that you know, as I've been saying throughout the show
today, and I'm gonna tell youguys this right now, you've had several
Congress people Marco Rubo. Rubio alsocame out and tweeted some stuff about,
(01:27:35):
you know, revenge because now thatthere has been a a an area of
which you were going to set. This is what happens if you're you know,
and and you don't need a lotand we get the right jury in
a situation in a red state, let's go get some blue folk. And
I continue to tell you that isnot a way to handle things. Okay,
(01:27:59):
that's a dangerous, dangerous situation.So let's let's let's let's let's smile,
let's change the mood. One ofthe other things trendings was the Script
Spelling Bee brew Hotsma you are thetwenty twenty four Thursday night in near our
(01:28:20):
nation's capital, seventh grader brew hotSoma victoriously hoisted these scripts cup at the
ninety sixth Scripts National Spelling Bee brewat b r O U E dude to
time. This year's b came downto a one on one spell off,
with the Saint Petersburg, Florida nativecorrectly spelling twenty nine words in ninety seconds.
That's almost three seconds per word.But so that's like a I guess,
(01:28:43):

Isn't that nice? Right? Isn'tthat nice different. He's in DC celebrating
this and up the street. Nobodycares because chaos. But you know what,
(01:29:06):
I will salute you, my friend. I will salute you and congratulations.
Uh spelled twenty nine words correctly ina lightning round. That is insane.
How many of you are bad atspelling? Well, you don't have
to be good at spelling anymore. You don't. You don't have to be
(01:29:26):
good at spelling anymore because we havemachines for that. We have machines for
everything, which isn't always good.I want to point that out. That
doesn't help you in a lot ofways. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twentythree atch you had Benson shows,
your Twitter, tweet at US,texta program, a lot of stuff still
to get you more on Trump?Could he actually go to jail, Judge
(01:29:46):
Murshan, I think he could. He faces you know, we're gonna go
over what he faces, how longhe could actually be there. But also
there's repercussions, and and that's onething I think people need to take into
account for those of you celebrating this. First of all, that is asinine
and stupid, but you must takeinto account what comes next for your side,
(01:30:12):
because you're not always going to bein power. And make make no
bones about this. This had nothingto do with justice. This had all
to do with power. Understand thatthree two, three, five, three

(01:31:01):
Benson. I do, I do. This has been enormously difficult on my
family. More than anything, It'sbeen hard on me. But as hard
as it is on me, watchingmy family suffer as a direct result of
my actions and the misloyalty that Igave to Donald, it's something that haunts
(01:31:25):
me every day. God, he'sa clown. That guy is a Grade
A one ass hat. Michael Cohenthere, we sh had never met him.
Gave him all this, You didit. You gave him all that
because you wanted something in return.Let's not forget that. I'm not sure
how it makes any sense. Thisis not just now a felon convict,
(01:31:48):
but it's also a man who hasopenly stated he wants to rewrite the Constitution
on day one. He wants tobe a dictator. Not my words,
his words. None of that's true. How could anybody vote for him?
Ah? Jeez, stupidity, tellyou what you did it to yourself.
(01:32:09):
We've all made mistakes, but yourlust for revenge is tremendous. It really
is, Oh my lord, threetwo three, twenty four to twenty three.
At Chad Betson shows your Twitter ladiesand gentlemen, boys and girls.
Every Friday we do a little somethingcalled sound Salad. Things we missed during
the week. Maybe they have achance to get to that we would like
(01:32:30):
to talk about, even if it'sfor a minute or so. This is
the Health Minister of Canada after theConservative Party said, hey, you guys
want to raise taxes. It's vacationtime. You want to add taxes to
gas. That's going to hurt peoplewhen it comes to traveling, especially this
time of year where people just wantto go out and maybe camp and they're
going to drive for a few hoursand you want to add to their expense.
(01:32:54):
This is what the Canadian Health Ministersaid in his bow tie. Good
news, kids, you can takesummer fun time vacation where you're locked in
a car for ten consecutive days,NonStop, with no bathroom breaks. And
the conservatives have a plan for youto have that summertime fun and the cost
give up the future of the planet, right, Don't worry kids about climate
(01:33:15):
change, don't worry about taking actionon the planet. Enjoy your ten hours
in the car. And what theplanet burn? Oh my god, that's
it. Don't worry about it.You can't leave the car, pull over
to go to the bathroom, andyou're gonna be stuck in there for ten
hours. And while you're doing that, the planet will burn. Speaking of
(01:33:36):
travel, American Airlines flight twenty oneto thirty four heading to Boston and clearance
to take off from Reagan National. It was rolling down the runway and got
up to about one hundred and tenmiles an hour when air traffic control realized
the plane was on a collision coursewith a King Air aircraft landing on an
intersecting runway. The pilots of theAmerican Airlines plane slammed on their brakes,
(01:33:58):
exacting the take off. The audiofrom liveatc dot net, the two planes
appear to have been around thirteen hundredfeet away from each other. WHOA that's
for those of you who think willthirty hundred feets pretty good? That did
nothing when you're traveling at those speeds. Missed it by that munch? Ohj
(01:34:19):
dead orange juice not a lot.Bad weather and disease in Brazil have sent
orange juice futures to record highs.Production already way down in Florida since the
twenty twenty two hurricane, then acold snap which devastated orange groves. Price
is nearly doubling since that year, the president of the International Fruit and Vegetable
Juice Association calling it a crisis, and the industry now considering using mandarins instead
(01:34:42):
of, or in addition to orangesto make orange juice. But any change
would require Food Standard code changes atthe UN and nationally by the FDA.
Oh my lord, yes, OJ'sstill dead. But orange juice. I
do like a good orange juice.By the way, orange juice futures.
I've traded that before. I hadsome people that you know, it's weird
because when I was trading and andI had clients, some clients would they
(01:35:06):
would they would have a book orthey you know, this is back really
before the internet had taken off.Years till oh you know, the whole
like getting the CD ROM like yougot twenty five hundred hours of free Internet.
You would get people that would likethey would take a course or something,
and they only wanted to trade likeorange juice. And I'm like,
don't they do it? Though,we have a problem in this country.
(01:35:29):
I mean, all kidding aside,we can joke about some of this other
wackiness. This came out this week. We'll probably get into it a little
deeper next week, because I thinkit is very important that we talk about
the fact that we're lonely. TheUS Surgeon General declared an epidemic of loneliness
nationwide in twenty twenty three. Evensome research suggested that loneliness was equivalent to
smoking something like fifteen cigarettes a dayin terms of causes for early death.
(01:35:55):
Now, a new reports is callingon doctors to ask their patients about whether
or not they feel socially isolated inan effort to recognize loneliness as a medical
issue. Calls for doctors and otherhealthcare staff to be trained to recognize the
signs of loneliness. And that isvery important. One of the things I've
(01:36:15):
said for a very long time.We have never been more connected, yet
further apart, and that's important.Never been more connected than we are at
this moment in time, but furtherapart. We don't get out and do
stuff. We don't go and bearound people like we used to, and
that not only helps you with yourmental health, it is just good for
(01:36:40):
your soul. It's just a goodthing, you know. Yesterday I did
a lot of radio. I probablydid about seven eight hours of radio on
top of my other gigs in thewhole nine years, and was busting my
ass and told my wife last night, the minute I was done, I
said, I'm going to go playpickaball. Even though it's one hundred outside,
I'm going to go. And thereason is being around other people doing
(01:37:00):
those things. It's just it's neededhitting the ball forgetting. It's like when
I go golf, and I liketo golf a lot of times by myself
or with Jack. We'll play twoor three because you know, it's kind
of weird golfing with with people thatyou don't know, and let's be honest,
it's a little awkward at times, but it is so good to be
out and about, joking, talking, sharing conversations. A lot of it
(01:37:23):
was about Trump and stuff last night. That to me is important and that
loneliness epidemic is real AF three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three at SheadBenson shows your Twitter tweet at US text
the program Donald Trump convicted? Whatdoes it mean for others? Megan Kelly,
(01:37:44):
what just happened today is a linewe can't uncross. Democrats will ruin
the day they decided to use lawfair to stop a presidential candidate. I'm
not talking about violence. I'm talkingabout tit for tech. You just wait
and it won't be Hunter Biden. The next time it's going to be Joe
Biden. It could potentially still beBarack Obama, it could still potentially be
(01:38:10):
Hillary Clinton. We're going to haveto look at what the statutes of limitations
are on the various crimes they surelycommitted. Well, I mean, based
on the flimsiness of Trump's wouldn't youthink that those guys and gals, Hey,
Barack Obama had to pay three hundredthousand dollars the largest campaign fine for
a campaign finance violation. What wasall that for? I mean, you
(01:38:30):
start to break down stuff and theflimsiness of this and the fact that it
got there, you have to thinkthat they're gonna say, fine, if
you're going to weaponize it, we'regoing to weaponize it. This is the
game that we're going to play, then we're going to play it right back
at you. They tasted blood today. They are the wolves with the bloody
piece of meat in their mouths. That doesn't stop the wolf from coming back
for more. The only thing thatwill stop him is if he loses a
(01:38:54):
limb of his own. And I'msorry, but the Democrats started this game,
and the same way the Republicans uppedthe ante when it came to,
for example, the filibuster fight, the Democrats got rid of it. For
lower court judges, Mitch McConnell said, you will rue the day because we're
going to be in control of thechamber one day and you're gonna lose the
filibuster at the higher level court,You'll be sorry. That's what needs to
happen here. Who's getting indicted next? Joe Biden, maybe Jill Biden?
(01:39:15):
How low can we go? Ihope it's not the good doctor. How
low can we go? She's right? And how long have I been harping
on that filibuster destruction by Harry Reidwhere he pulled the nuclear option and over
and over again. You know, whether it was Mitch going, oh,
(01:39:38):
you guys are going to rue theday, and you know, Chuck Schumer
going, I think we're going topay a price for this. Yeah,
that's what happens. And there areDemocrats out there who are worried about the
look and how this may affect themdown ticket as well. Three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three. Atch Hed

we will demolish the deep state. We will expel the warmongers from our
government. We will drive out theglobalists. We will cast out the communists,
(01:41:53):
Marxist and fashionists. We will throwoff the sick political class that hates
our country. We will route thefake news media, and we will liberate
America from these villains once and forall. That is a Trump video they
released on True Social yesterday. Seemuch money he's raised. God only knows.
(01:42:15):
I think collapsed, froze, brokeon several occasions. I had a
couple of friends who gave and theydon't give. But they're like, I
just find this to be ridiculous andpeople celebrating it. Lizzo, I know.
Trump just got found guilty on allthirty four counts of all the things
that he did. Before you ask, yes, he can still run for
(01:42:38):
president even though he's a convicted felon, and if he wins the presidency,
he can still be the president. As a convicted felon. He can literally
run for president from prison, andyet felons aren't allowed to vote. A
man, God, she's just awful. Since he can vote, he can
(01:43:06):
run for president, no question, and he can even vote based on the
fact that he's a Florida resident. The convictions in New York, Florida law
says they defer back to the statewhere it happened. That would mean New
York. And in New York, the only way you can't vote is if
you're actually serving time as a felon. Yeah, so and again highly unlikely
(01:43:28):
to deserves time, but you neverknow. There are some things he can't
do, all right, people askabout the gun thing. If you're sensed
over a year in president and youdo over a year in prison, you
can lose your rights to own agun. Okay, some of the things
that potentially could happen can't serve ona jury, not that he would.
(01:43:51):
Also, when it comes to havingcertain security clearances that could be denied.
I have a feeling though that ifhe wins, that probably won't be denied.
Hey, kids, it's Friday.Donald Trump is now a convicted fellow,
found guilty by a jury of hispeers in a New York courtroom all
(01:44:14):
thirty four counts. An incredible verdict. On this a day in May,
late May, the former president ofthe United States convicted as charged. I'm
not one Hundle. I know howI'll say that Bury's burning a hold got
through my buggets him. Come inmorning, I'll be free. I'm done.
(01:44:42):
My motor running again. Their deliberationsled them to a unanimous conclusion beyond
the reasonable doubt that the offended DonaldJ. Trump is guilty of thirty four
counts of false fine business records inthe first degree to conceal a scheme to
(01:45:08):
corrupt the twenty sixteen election. Fiamnum. There were people who clearly were thrilled
(01:45:28):
by the result, and they werevery poll that will be very sad by
it. I was saddened to watchit. I disagree with this verdict.
If they jailed Donald Trump, He'sgoing to win over anight duny win thirty
hours only dunity. It just seemsto me like the fix was in that
(01:45:59):
they are out to get Trump. But I think he's going to get more
popular with the American people. Thefront runner, Republican candidate for president,
is now a convicted thirty four countfelon. I don't give a damn Buddhist
Thethians. But if then did Trumpget convicted of this crime and he could
still run for president, I'll votefor his ass. This was a disgrace.
(01:46:21):
This was a rigged trial by aconflicted judge who was corrupt. This
was a rigged disgraceful trial. Thereal verdict is going to be November fifth
by the people, and they knowwhat happened here, and everybody knows what
happened here. God to help Americaafter what I've seen in the last few
(01:46:43):
weeks. Yep, special finally FridayTrump verdict. Song man, tell you
what a week chaos, craziness, lunacy. And that was before we got
the verdict. Oh yeah, doyou think he'll be in jail? Could
(01:47:04):
he still run from in jail? That's a great question to ask. Has
it even ever happened before? Let'sfind out was some stupid information? And
then I go and spoil it allby saying something stupid. It all takes
stupid pills this morning. It's thehonest ones you want to watch out for,
because you can never predict they're gonnado something incredibly stupid. Now you're
(01:47:28):
the fact stupid one with the bigmouth is stupid. Little as time.
You should never underestimize the predictability ofstupidity. Now it's time for stupid information.
Somebody actually has run for president fromjail? What got a million votes?
(01:47:53):
November two, nineteen twenty Eugene V. Debs received one million votes in
the US presidential election on the SocialistParty ticket while in prison. Why was
he in prison. He was servinga ten year sentence for his speech in
Kandohile protesting the war which was ragingin Europe. This is the first war.
He acted as his own defense attorneyand gave an amazing, incredible,
(01:48:17):
to this day something, a statementinside of a courtroom that many people have
heard. I'm going to read yousome of that, and this is from
Eugene V. Deeps. And herelet me emphasize the fact, and it
cannot be repeated too often, thatthe working class, who fight all battles,
the working class who make the supremesacrifices, the working class who freely
(01:48:40):
shed their blood and furnished the corpses, have never yet had a voice in
either declaring war or making peace. It is the ruling class that invariably does
both. They alone declare war andthey alone make peace. Ooh, yeah,
so you got a million votes butlost. Solid fun show today.
(01:49:01):
Crazy week. I'm sure it'll beeven crazier next week. Here we go,
kids, Are you ready for what'scoming? America? America? This
is gonna be interesting. You havea blessed weekend. We'll do it again
