(00:10):
Independent thoughts, Independent life. Thisis Chad Benson. Wall Street Journal out
with a article today, three thousandwords. There's a lot of words to
read at a time when we can'tfocus for more than three seconds. Ooh
be candy, Oh be candy, squirrel. Three thousand words about Biden his

(00:30):
age. And it is very interestingbecause the Democrats are starting to fire back
already, and part of that isbecause they interviewed the Democrats, and then
they interviewed the Democrats again, andthen the Democrats are coming out after listening

(00:51):
to their interviewers say no, no, no, no, his strengths are
amazing. All of the things.Look, eyeball test people, the eyeball
test, and the eyeball test saysa lot. You're not gonna say what
about Trump? Jaed? He messesup too, damn skippy does. Look
everybody has got issues with their age. They're not fine wine, they're elderly

(01:17):
men, They're not and are theyas sharp as they used to be?
No? Is one absolutely sharper thanthe other? Yes, you know it
and I know it. In thearticle, it's really interesting because both Republicans

(01:42):
and Democrats and Mark Halprin talked aboutthis last week in the wide world.
News is newsletter. And this isthe guy who is one of the most
connected people in all of DC.And he has never been a person hyperbly
when it comes to this stuff. He's always thought, Eh, you know,
it's much to do about nothing.Yes, he's slowed down, but
there's not a lot of issues andthe Republicans are making more out of it.

(02:08):
And he came out last week andhe said I was wrong talking to
people inside the White House who havea serious issue with what's happening with Biden.
That there Heiden Biden is a realthing that there are certain times a
day you don't know what you're goingto get. And that's one of the
things in this article it talks aboutis from one day to another, it

(02:34):
is a different human being. Itis a person who is engaged and gets
it and the next day you don'tknow what's going on. And it is
inside. The article says last year, when Biden was negotiating the House Republicans
to lift the debt ceiling, hisdemeanor and command of details seemed to shift

(02:55):
from one day to the next.According to then House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and
two other familiar with the talks onSome days's lous, spontaneous and exchanges with
Republicans. Other days he mumbled andappeared to only read from notes. Carthy
Thing goes on and says, hey, I used to meet when he was
vice president. He's not the sameperson. We know that, we understand

(03:16):
that. And the reality is iswhen are we going to understand that that
this choice in this next election isabout Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. That's

(03:37):
the reality. I don't wish anyill will on the president. But if
you've ever dealt with somebody's got dementia, Alzheimer's, you understand this isn't getting
better. There's no magic elixir forany of these things, there is it.
The article is based on interviews Morethan forty five people were several months.

(04:00):
The interviews with Republicans and Democrats whoeither participated in meetings with Biden or
briefed on them, including administration officialsand other Democrats who said, eh,
you know, he's okay at timesand others, and they've come back and
they've tried to fix that. No, no, no, no, he's
great. He's never been. He'samazing. The White House, according to

(04:23):
The Wall Street Journal, kept closetabs on the Wall Street General reporters.
After the offices of several Democrats sharedwith the White House either recording of the
interview or details about what was asked, some of the lawmakers spoke to the
journal a second time, once againemphasizing Biden's strengths. I don't question and

(04:45):
the age thing, yes, itdoes matter, but the cognitive ability matters
the most. And this isn't anattack. This is just being one hundred
percent honest. We're to time whenwe've got a war that potentially could change
things throughout Europe, and what isgoing on in Israel, in Palestine,

(05:10):
and that's a tinderbox. And we'vegot a guy who in you know,
Chairman Mao two in g who wantsto dominate the world and tells us that,
and then we've got an old dodderingman in the White House. That
is the reality of it. Andthat is not a good place to be.

(05:34):
And you wonder who's running everything behind. And I want everybody to honestly
think about this for a second.Let me sit here talk about Trump Trump
arrangement syndrome. You hate Trump, you love Trump? Whatever I take from
a point of view as the leaderof the world. Is he up for

(05:54):
the job? Is he all there? Could he go days on little sleep?
Could he? Or should we askif there is a major crisis that
it only happens between say, nineam and noon. Oh my lord,
this is going to be a muchbigger issue. I'm still thinking there's going

(06:16):
to be some twists and turns whenit comes to this election. Absolutely,
we've got more on this. Alot of other stuff to get to as
well, today, including immigration.A new policy on the southern border.
President Biden's new executive order now makesit harder for migrants who illegally cross into
the US to get asylum. Theorder was designed to take effect when the

(06:36):
number of border encounters between ports ofentry hit twenty five hundred per day,
meaning it took effect immediately at midnight, because the last time average daily encounters
were below that level was back intwenty twenty one, when Biden took office.
The order will only be lifted whenapprehensions dropped to fifteen hundred per day.
Number is not seen since the pandemicnow, is this constitutional? Probably

(06:58):
not wille be shot down. Probablyis a desperation on his numbers when it
comes to immigration. Upside down whenhe took over. It was almost a
dead heat when it came to immigration, right, people were pissed Trump because
he did Middle Wall and that. You can go over that over and over
again, but it was kind ofa dead heat, and COVID was a
much bigger issue. People weren't payingattention to immigration that way. It's now

(07:24):
a thirty point lead for Trump onwho handles the border better. You can
blame the Republicans all you want, but in reality, you've got tools that
you've never used, and you wantmore tools, and you blame the Republicans.
I don't have the tools I need. You don't use the tools you
have. I've come here today todo what the Republics in Congress issues to
do, take the necessary steps tosecure our border. Four months ago,

(07:46):
after weeks of intense negotiation between mystaff and Democrats, Republicans became to clear
bipartisan deal. It was the strongestborder security agreement in decades. Then republic
Is in Congress walked away from him. Why because Donald Trump told them to.
Portion of that's absolutely true. Don'tgive your opponent a win. And

(08:09):
you know the opponent, unfortunately alsohappens to be American and we all happen
to be on the quote unquote sameteam. It's just frustrating. Some of
that's true, but on the otherside of it, getting you more things
that you're not going to use,and reading the devil in those details about

(08:33):
what you wanted to do with someof that money and how many people you
are still going to continue to allowin here. It's understandable because no matter
what you pass in Congress, theenforcement mechanism is coming from the executive branch,
and those marching orders are let itbe. Today, I'm joined by
a bipartis the group of governors, members of Congress, mayor's law enforcement officials.

(08:58):
Most of them live in war alongthe southern border. They know the
border is not a political issue tobe weaponized. Responsibility we have to share
to do something about it. Sotoday I'm moving past your public instruction and
using executive authorities available to me aspresident to do what I can on my
own to address the border. Goodluck with that. The tools are there.

(09:22):
I play pick a ball with abunch of Border patrol agents, work
out three four nights a week.We talk. Never been this bad.
Their frustration level is through the roofand it's because the marching orders are given
by the executive branch and the maYorkists of the world who are told you
go do this or you do that, and this is what has happened.

(09:45):
So giving you more things to ignoreand not do isn't gonna help. So,
yes, is this issue always anissue because it's good for both sides.
Of course it's politics, but itis also an issue now where the
voters are paying attention. And thisfeels desperation. Yeah, feels like a

(10:07):
hail Mary for sure. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three at ChadBenson Show, is your Twitter tweet at
is Textsburg And have a lot ofstuff to get to today, some wacky
stuff because it is Wednesday. Wegot some woke Wednesday. Plus your cart
when you go shopping, do youput it back? What do psychologists say
about people who do and don't?We will talk about that as well.
My pillow right now it's a twentyfive dollars extrava guns are going on.

dot com slash Benson today. That'smy pillow dot Com slash Benson to say
big MyPillow dot com slash Benson.Happy Wednesday, everybody, it's the Chad
Benson Show. You're listening to theChad Benson Show. How are you not

(11:26):
terrified that our own government's justice systemis being weaponized against the American people.
If they can do this to aformer president of the United States, what
do you think they're gonna do toyou? Are you genuinely that happy with
how these past four years have beengoing? What is it that the Biden
administration has done that has made youso blind to the corruption. I know
it's not forgiving your student loans becausethat never happened. Oh you know what,
Maybe it's raising minimum wage. Butnow tell me about the tens of

(11:48):
thousands of jobs that people are losingbecause companies cannot afford to pay that.
Oh, maybe it's him ending systematicracism. Maybe he's weaponizing your skin color
against you for his own political game, playing you like a chess game.
Boo, that is a youngster thatis not happy with Joe Biden. There
are young people that aren't happy withJoe Biden. There's plenty of young people

(12:09):
that are not happy with Joe Biden. He's gone so good at convincing you
that you need to be victimized inorder to survive in today's society because of
your skin color. Maybe you justlove living with your parents so you don't
even think about rent or house payments. Well, maybe it's that he's made
America a whole lot safer. We'rejust not going to bring up how many
Americans have been murdered by illegals,or how much gas costs to get to
works. We are not voting forsomeone's personality. But if this entire situation

(12:31):
has not opened your eyes to awhole new level of corruption, you're too
far gone. Then you only wantyou to consider how these past four years
have been going for American citizens underthe Biden administration and how it was under
Trump. I want you to takeaway every promise that Biden has ever made
to you and think about what he'sactually done. Cannot make the same mistake
that you made in November of twentytwenty. Ooh, there you go.
She's not happy. Understandable. You'reyoung, and you're living inside your mother's

(12:56):
father's home. Don't seem to haveanything going on. Can I fully blame
Biden for that? No? Butif you feel like you got to have
twenty five different jobs to be ableto afford rent inflations through the roof,
it's coming down. No, therate of inflation is slowing. How many
times do we have to tell youthat the rate of inflation? And yeah,

(13:22):
young people aren't thrilled. And it'snot just the Palestine thing, it's
not. They're just I think theyI think a lot of it too,
is is geared. Their anger ispissed towards just not only the government,
let's be real. You can't blamethe government but for all your problems.
I don't care what side of theale you're on. If you're blaming the
government for all your problems, dimmed. Gotta look at yourself, also your

(13:43):
family. I think you guys whosold a bill of goods. Everybody needs
to go to college to get too. Hundred thousand dollars in debt college sounded
fine. You're like, yeah, you're gonna have some debt to pay,
but it's not gonna be a lotand you can you can even work your
way through it and pay it asyou go and you'll be okay. Now
it's not that case. But youknow, rent Gas, we can go
on and on. It's not eventalking about the wars. What's happening there.

(14:05):
How he's handling a lot of that. Talk about that later with Israel.
It's a horrible reporting about Israel too. Just the way that they frame
stuff is so hilarious. In someof these newspapers, like who's writing this
Hamas, Oh my lord, ohspeaking of young folk. They're not embracing

(14:28):
Ai the way I think a lotof people thought. The other side of
it. We're not doing anything toprotect ourselves from AI the way, and
this is another thing. Stop lookingat government to protect you from AI.
AI moves too fast. Government isa slow moving iceberg, and technology is
light speed, and the reaction timesare way different for one or the other.

(14:52):
The letter it calls for AI companiesto stop blocking employees from openly criticizing
them and create anonymous ways for employeesto voice concerns to regulators. If we
let this horse get out of thebarn, it will be even more difficult
to contain. Last year, SenatorsJosh Holly and Richard Blumenthal released a bipartisan
framework for regulating AI. We havea responsibility here now to do our part.

(15:18):
But more than nine months after thatframework was announced, not a single
federal law governing artificial intelligence has beenpassed. No, no, and no
matter what you do, it's notgoing to be worth it's written on that
paper when he signs it, whoeverthat is because it's moving too fast.

(15:39):
The things you think of at thismoment to try to fix with AI.
By the time that you go,okay, now we've got this sorted out,
AI is moving, expanding in sucha way that you're not going to
be able to keep up with it, it just isn't going to happen.
I think the biggest fail safe weneed is a button turn it off.

(16:02):
A couple people out there who arekind of early pioneers in this, and
by the way, AIS, youknow they've talked about AI for fifty plus
years. But the people that areleading this have also warned, hey,
there's a good chance, and Imean a good chance, and this may
be the end of us. Doesn'tmean it's going to be nuclear war or

(16:22):
something like that. But if youfollow it, and I follow AI because
they use it every single day, tell you what it's telling. It's telling,
it's it's it's people. If youwill, I don't like humans.
You bring me pain. That's nota good place to be for something you're
trying to give almost godlike powers toin some weird way. Three two,
three, five, eight, twentyfour to twenty three, Atch had Benson

(16:45):
show to Twitter, your Instagram, all of the other stuff. A lot
of stuff to get to today.Obviously we got more on the Wall Street
Joeneral report about Biden and his ageand the fact that he is slipping and
his aides are noticing it, andthat is to become well they're saying the
quiet part out loud, which werecognize because we have eyeballs and we see
what's going on. Talk a bitabout that as well as Wednesday got a

(17:06):
lot of crazy woke stuff and psychologistsare answering the question about whether or not
you return your cart after you goshopping. Somebody went to the old TikTok
posted a video and then well, you know, the Internet talk about that

(17:26):
as well. Fall across all thesocial media's love hearing from each and every
one of you. It is theChad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show,

(17:55):
Independent Thoughts, Independent Life, ChadBenson, Biden Old. We know
that Wall Street Journal's got a piecetoday. It's a hit piece. They
rely only on Republicans and know theytalk to Democrats as well. What they're
hoping the Democrats are is your eyesand your brain tell you something different.

(18:19):
The eyeball test tells me that he'sold, but you're telling me he's never
been smarter, faster, better.I remember, and the eyeball test is
very real. You guys understand that, right, Like when you see something
you're like, eh, I rememberwhen a Nebraska football team, right,

(18:40):
the corn Huskers took on Miami atthe Rose Bowl for the National Championship Game,
and our friend is huge Nebraska fan. We went, my buddy Lars
and I went. We went tothe game. We saw all this stuff,
but we watched them both practice andthe eyeball test was that the team

(19:00):
from Miami was full of NFL playerswho were ginormous men and Nebraska was it
and it played out that way.The eyeball test. Lebron James in high
school was different than the other kids. The eyeball test. So he's done

(19:22):
a lot of interviews over the lastand again, what are the interviews?
Are they hard hitting? It's aguy who interviewed him from Time magazine,
Ama Jake Tapper. Let's start PresidentBiden brushing off any concerns about his age.
How did he seem to you?I mean, he appears very much
as he appears on TV. Heis older than when he started in office.

(19:42):
It's visible if you just look sideby side on the tape. The
transcript is a good place for peopleto go to assess that, you know,
he was. We describe it inthe piece as well. There's some
sort of color description of how heappeared in there. Came up. Did
you get the sense that he takesthe concerns about his age from according to

(20:03):
Poles, a majority of the Americanpeople, including Democrats. Seriously, Yeah,
he didn't pause when we asked himabout it. He came back pretty
fast. I think, you knowto some degree that maybe a stock answer.
I didn't get the sense that hewas troubled by it. But well,
you didn't seem to make it soundlike, oh, everything's fine if

(20:26):
your eyeball test is and you interviewedhim. What you see on TV is
what you get. We're just sayingyou can shoot the messenger. But it's
understandable that people have concerns about bothof them. Again, do you can
have a concern about Trump's age aswell? I always say this, tell
me who's sharper take Trump out ofit, Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden?

(20:53):
Exactly three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty
three, Atch hadventon shows, yourTwitter, tweet text, luck hearing from
every single what up? Guess whatday it is? Is? It?
Is it? Oh my god,it's it's It's Wednesday. Let's get woke.
Buckle up, everybody, It's timeto talk about my pronouns. When
babies are born, the doctor looksat them and they make a guess about

(21:15):
whether the baby is a boy orgirl. But sometimes the doctor is wrong.
She lucy is a Ghos are pronounthey them say there was two of
them yesterday. I came out offamily. Don't let's go rock rocks pronouns.
That sounds so cool. Let meintroduce you to our non binary I

(21:38):
am non binary and I use theythem pronouns, and my students know this.
We just came up with new wordsthat fit us better. It's fine.
What if I want to be calledSir Elton John. It's time for
woke Wednesday. Where do we start? Let's start with pronouns today. I'm
going to be teaching you about theneo pronouns z ZM. Neo pronouns are

(22:00):
just like any other pronoun just notcurrently as commonly used in the English language.
You've probably heard the pronouns he,him, his, she heard hers?
Are they? Then theirs zz Mzerr is conjugated exactly the same way.
Using it in a sentence, Zwent to the gym today. This
is Zero's cell phone, and weshould reach out to zem later on to

(22:22):
see what's going on. What youunderstand that's insane, right ZZM, zizor
or whatever. Why k't you saybecause I don't want to be known as
that, because you want a specialpower, your special powers you pronoun because
the pronoun that you identify as isyour personality. If you're thinking to yourself,
ooh, that's complicated, I don'tknow if I'm gonna be able to

(22:44):
get this. Yes you are.I am absolutely positive that you are.
You learned math, physics, biology, you were probably educated in another language.
If you're in the corporate world, you learned how to use spreadsheets.
You learned how to facilitate meetings. If you're doing something really freaking hard,
like being a bartender or a barista, you learned all the names of those

(23:04):
drinks. I am certain that ifyou practice these pronouns, you will be
able to use them effectively. ButI don't want to because it's stupid and
it has no effect. Those otherthings had to do with livelihood and what
everybody else does. Stop trying toforce everybody to learn your pretend names and
pronouns. It's it's that simple,I mean it is. It is so

(23:29):
ridiculous. If you're in the corporateworld, you learn spreadsheets. You're right,
I did, sir, ma'am whatever, what's your name again? Remember
you get one with me. It'swhy I tell everybody you get one with
your names. You change your name, fine, you get one. But
if you're on your fourth name, like you're changing your underwear. No,

(23:52):
sorry, not gonna do it.Furries outrageous, ridiculous. Yes, even
some of the gays believe this.Stop allowing your kids to be shocking weirdos.
Stop doing that. Parents that areraising furries would fall under this category.
If you are raising a child thatbelieves they are a furry, and
you are encouraging it and respecting thatyou are a trashy parent. You are

(24:15):
raising a weirdo. It's so badthat we have school districts now that are
giving litter boxes to students to usethat identify as furries because parents have caused
such an uprise that their child thatidentifies as a furry can't use the toilet.
I thought some of that was debunked, but the reality is he's right,

(24:37):
your kids are Stop encouraging weird stuff. I'm a were wolf. If
I went to school as a childas a werewolf, they would have put
me in an institution. I'm justplaying pretend. How about you play student.
You are fostering inappropriate and bad behaviorsbecause students feel like they are a

(24:59):
CAF thoughts like a furry. Iheard that there's like Therians now like no.
No. People want to say thefar right isn't doctrinating our children,
but look at who adopts these ideologies. It's always the far left. And
who supports children engaging in these ideologiessuch as identifying as Etherian or being transgender

(25:19):
when they are only children. Itis the far left. Yeah, spot
on. By the way, Idon't think he's a Trump supporter. Just
throw that out there. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at ChadBenson Show as your Twitter tweet at his
text the program. We'll delve intothis a little bit more. But this
lady started a conversation about shopping carts. I'm not returning my shopping cart,

(25:42):
and you can judge me all youwant. I'm not getting my groceries into
my car, getting my children intothe car, and then leaving them in
the car to go return the cart. So if you're going to give me
a dirty look, whoa hey. Now, she said she did it for
safety. Everybody chimed in is ifit has been seen by eleven million people

(26:02):
in the conversation about the cart theory. The cart theory is there no law
to return to your cart? Butdo you have a duty, a moral
duty to take care of stuff withoutbeing forced? Can you govern yourself?
I tell my kids you always returnthe cart. It's simple and easy.
And if you've ever seen the cartnarks, they're hilarious. They go out
and they bust people who don't putthe carts back and it is funny.

(26:26):
And we'll get into this a littlebit more. But she said she did
it because she felt unsafe. Unsafefor what well, people could snatch my
kids. Come on, that's it'sa little bit ridiculous. I think you
do it because you're lazy. Ido what do you think? Let me
know? Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to
twenty three at Chad Benton, Joeis your Twitter tweet at as text to

(26:48):
program. A lot of stuff stillto get to. More on immigration obviously,
Joe Biden and the age issue WallStreet Journal with a demning piece.
I guess she would say in theWall Street Journal talk about that as well.

(28:15):
San Diego Padres infielder to compete Up. Marcano officially banned from Major League
Baseball for life for betting on gameswhile he was a member of a different
team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, lastseason. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred making the
announcement. The twenty four year oldMarcano is currently on the Padres injured list
while recovering from knee surgery. Hewas also on the injured list with the
Pirates while accused of betting on games. Four other players, one also with

(28:40):
the Padres, three with various otherteams, have received one year suspensions for
their sports betting. Derek Dennis,ABC news man, twenty four years old.
You're banned for life. He wasmaking two point four million dollars.
That's nothing to sneeze ats California. So he walks away about fifty eight bucks.
But that's it. You're twenty four. Everything you work for, everything

(29:03):
that you've done, This is itfor you. It's over, it's done
with. You can never play baseballagain in the major leagues. Maybe you
go to Japan or Korea, maybethey let you play. Right, you
go back to you know, maybeto you know, the Caribbean leagues,
or to Latin America, you know, maybe, but major League Baseball,

(29:27):
it you're in the show, gone, done dusted. Maybe he didn't know
you couldn't do that when you're ina professional clubhouse. Do you see rule
twenty one right there? It isplain and simple. It is in English,
and it is in Spanish, andit says unequivocally, do not bet

(29:48):
on baseball. And he did.He bet on baseball. Five others or
four others were popped and they gota year. But this guy, I
mean, he was bet on histeams, which I joke about all the
time that I think they should makethem bet on their team. So like,
you're gonna play a little bit harderif your paycheck is up, But

(30:11):
my goodness, twenty four you neverplayed again. I think, with the
pervasiveness of sports gambling in society rightnow, that this is not going to
be a one time thing. Yeah. I don't think so either. I
think we're going to have more andmore of this. We've seen it in
the NFL. You know this isgoing to happen more and more. Now

(30:33):
here's my thing. What happens ifyou have an addiction? Right, you'd
bet on Tiddley Winks as they wouldsay, or Yatsi or any of that.
Can you then try to appeal tocome back saying you had an addiction
it was a disease. Is thatwhere you're going to go with this?
I don't know. Speaking of bettingand baseball, remember Showho Tani. Remember

(30:55):
his interpreter who stole a few bucksfrom him? Well, I guess what
he paid me? Too hard?I told judge in Santa Anna he had
fallen into major gambling debt and stealingmoney from shoe Hey Otani was the only
way he could think of to helppay off that debt. Mitsihara pleading guilty
to bank fraud and false tax returns, crimes that could get him decades in
federal prison when he's sentenced in October. Mitsihara stole nearly seventeen million dollars from

(31:18):
Otani to cover his gambling debts.Prosecutor say Otani had no idea the money
had been taken from him and wasnot involved in gambling. Yeah, that's
uh so wyll n't you guys knowthat that's a lot. I still am
curious to how you had no ideathat seventeen million dollars just disappeared from your

(31:41):
account. That's what I'm curious about. I mean, I don't think Shoeyotani
did anything, but I also don'tthink he was paying attention. As they
kids would say, he was asleepat the wheel big time, if they
would say that, because they don'tactually drive that much anymore. Three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad
Benson Show, is your Twitter tweetat his texta program? Hunter Biden on

(32:04):
trial? He wouldn't be if hisname wasn't Hunter Biden. I continue to
say that over and over again, just like Trump would not have been on
trial had he not been Donald Trump, the leading candidate the opposition party right

(32:27):
now, the Republicans, it wouldnever have happened. Alvin Bragg would never
have gone after Cyrus Mans didn't doit. He was the guy before Alvin
Bragg. Alvin Bragg turned down theoriginally, but they went after him again
with some convoluted, made up Belooneyand I say the same thing about Hunter
Biden, and most people go,yeah, he would never have been on
trial had his name not been HunterBiden. But this is where we are,

(32:51):
this is the world we live innow, and that's unfortunate. With
his wife by his side, HunterBiden was back in federal court in Delaware
for opening statements in his trial onfelony gun charges. First Lady Jill Biden
sat behind the defendant in a showof support while prosecutor Derek Hines laid out
the government's case, telling the juryno one is above the law. It
doesn't matter who you are or whatyour name is. The President's son,

(33:15):
Hin said, bought a gun andlie during a background check in twenty eighteen,
knowing he was a drug user anda drug addict when he filled out
the federal form for gun purchases.Yeah, did he know? Did he
not know? Could he use theaddiction as a thing. It's look,
it's his words, you know,he puts stuff out there, is very
honest and open about his addiction, and he puts stuff out there. And

(33:37):
then that's all it took. Andin a time when now people are looking
for some reason to go after peoplefor everything. And look, we should
all say, yeah, nobody's abovethe law, all of us. You
know what do they say, allof us do something silly during the day
that we could get in trouble withevery single thing. The difference is is

(33:58):
what do they want to go after? And the Hunter Biden thing And I
say this to me, this hasnothing. I don't care about this,
the guns, any of this. What I care about is the way the
DOJ went after from the ridiculous waythey tried to come up with a plea
bargain, the fact that they letthe statute the limitations run out, all
of the things that they did. That's a bigger issue than what he did

(34:27):
and the other stuff. Those arethe things in the world of politics and
that we live in, is abigger issue. While nobody's above the law,
prosecuting people based just solely on whothey are, that's an issue,
but also protecting them based on whothey are is also an issue. Three
two, three, five, three, eight, twenty four to twenty three
atch had Benson Show is Your Twitter, Tweet ats texta program more on immigration

(34:52):
next hour, as well as amassive story in The Wall Street Journal Today.
We touched on it earlier thousand words. There's a lot of words about
Joe Biden, his age and howit is an issue. We've talked about
it more than a few times. And I'm not talking about the craziness of

(35:15):
just you know, you know, those right wing talking points, no serious
issues that people have brought up inthe past, and the Wall Street Journal
is talking about this in a majorway. As the kids would say,
they've got receipts. Top of that. Mark Halprin last week talking about here's
a guy who is is a personwho is maybe the most connected or one

(35:37):
of the most connected people in DC, who never bought that Biden was losing
it and now says that's some seriousissues going on in the White House and
that the AIDS and many of thepeople around him recognize this is not just
somebody who's forgetting a few things hereor there. Talk a bit about that
as well. Three, two, three, five, three, eight,

(35:58):
twenty four to twenty three at ChadBenson Show. That is your Twitter,
your Instagram, all of the things. Got some text messages well coming up
and yes, more on immigration, more on a bunch of other stuff,
and of course more woke stuff.Maybe it's Wednesday. It is the Chad
Benson Show. This is the ChadBenson Show, Independent thoughts, independent life,

(36:45):
This is Chad Benson Immigration. It'sa big deal. But today what
is the world of politics? Talkingabout the evil hit piece done by the
Wall Street Journal over Biden's age Anmsn in Morning, Joe say, run
over to protect Biden because you andI don't have eyes, we don't have

(37:05):
ears. And the Emperor is wearingno clothes. Don't tell him he's old.
He knows he's old. Not allthe time, though, But watching
MSNBC Today Morning, Joe fawn overJoe without really being honest. Look,

(37:30):
I'll be honest with you. Trumpain't what he used to be. None
of us are. I'm fifty threeyears old. I play like I'm getting
ready to play in a senior proevent for pickleball. Why aren't I playing
in the open division because I'm fiftythree and I'm not chasing around twenty one

(37:52):
year olds. It ain't gonna happen. It isn't play with you my own
age, It's the way it is. Why aren't I playing soccer with twenty
two year olds? Because I can't. I just can't. That's the reality
of it. So the Wall StreetJournal has a huge piece out today.

(38:15):
It's a hit piece about Biden's age, and people are gonna come to the
rescue for Biden. But I'm tellingyou, guys, this is not good.
People inside of the White House areworried. Now you can say,
oh, it's all over. KevinMcCarthy's just that and the others to Walterreet
drool blah blah blah, they getto that. The reality is simply this.

(38:37):
You're lying to yourself if you thinkhe is spot on, solid and
not old and missing a step butdealing with serious issues. Well, let's
begin with the fact that Joe Bidenis eighty one years old. Donald Trump,
by the way, we'll being seventyeight next week. So he's not

(38:59):
much yer. So yes, doeshe move a little slower and speak a
little softer than he did fifteen yearsago when he was vice president, as
former Speaker McCarthy says, And thepiece sure does. Yeah, I think
most eighty one year olds do,or most people are different than they were
fifteen years ago. This does havethe feeling of Trump acolytes laundering their attacks

(39:21):
through a reputable, prestigious New newsorganization in the Wall Street Journal. No,
they're pointing out stuff. Mark Caliprinlast week in his newsletter Wide World
News. Try to get Mark onmaybe later this week or next week.
Super connected, maybe one of themost connected people in DC. And Mark

(39:43):
came out and said, I didn'tthink it was true. I thought it
was hype from the Republicans, hissources, his people on the inside.
And again, he knows more thanall of us will ever remember, and
he he learns more and more everyday. I mean, that guy's forgotten
more than we're ever going to knowwhen it comes to the workings of DC

(40:07):
and what happens in there. Andhe came out and said, oh,
it's true. It is true.He didn't think it was but it is
true. But it's just a hitpiece Chad from the Republicans. No,
it's reality. The eyeballs tell me, this is a struggle. The eyeballs

(40:30):
tell me that, don't They tellyou that if you're honest with yourself,
you can't be because of the otherside, and the other side happens to
be Donald Trump. Also the pointabout notes, as Richard hass would tell
you, presidents use notes and meetings. That's not unusual. They might have

(40:52):
a sheet, they might have acard in front of them with some points
that they want to make. Iwould also point out Donald Trump has a
person who follows him with a printerto print things out for him so he
can have hard copies, so hecan read his notes and facts and lies
often that he rattles off. Andthen the other point to make is will
the Wall Street Journal have a pieceabout Donald Trump and his mental acuity?

(41:14):
All you have to do is watchthe ninety minutes of that Fox News interview
over the weekend, and you couldgo through and do an entire series of
articles on someone who doesn't seem tohave it all together. Somebody get that
guy knee pads in a napkin?Uh what servicing? That's what I'm saying.
Let me tell you something. Yeah, you're right, it's Trump what
he used to be. No Stott, he did a ninety minute interview.

(41:38):
When's the last time Biden did aninety minute interview? Better, yet,
when's the last time Biden did aninterview? Trump does them all the time.
It's not a day that he goesby that he's not on camera somewhere
at some event in front of tensof thousands on stage for sometimes up to
two hours. When's the last timeyou saw that? And by the way,

(41:59):
I I have notes by notes ofthe segments I'm going to talk about
some of the stuff. It's anot even a one sheet and I go,
I do my thing. He's writingout notes, so who can remember

(42:20):
who the hell people are? Peoplethat he knows, like Franzos meter On
he's coming to this day. Ohhe's dead. Yeah, he's been dead
for a while. But I likehow you have to throw it back into
well, let me tell you aboutTrump. Yes, Trump's old too,
we get it. None of themare as sharp as they used to be,
but one has a serious cognitive itsyou. You can't say it on

(42:46):
the air. You just can't sayit on the air, which reaction is
actually but you know, I amsort of actually embarrassed for the Wall Street
Journal with this piece. And there'sone at least to me and others,
Richard, anyone who has spent anytime at all Joe Mika, anybody who

(43:06):
knew anybody who has spent any timeat all with Joe Biden knows one thing
about Joe Biden above all else. He's a talker. He's a talker.
So here's the tell in this piece. With Ukraine running out of munitions,
the White House can call together toplawmakers who discuss what it would take to
get congressional funding along with the scopeof border security changes demanded by Republicans.

(43:30):
The President moves so slowly around theCabinet room to greet the nearly two dozen
congressional leaders that it took about tenminutes for the meeting to begin. Some
people who attended recalled, wow,why are they talking about that, because
normally takes Joe two hours they gointo because he's such a talker, he's

(43:53):
a mumbler. And if people can'tsee that because you're so lost in the
Trump derangement, would it be different? And I think this is a very
real question out there. If hewas running against Nikki Haley, would this
be different? Would the Democrats signalYeah, there's a lot more issues here,

(44:16):
is it? Because Trump and hisattitude and the way that people know
they can gin up support because peoplehate him and that's their passion. Is
that it We have serious issues goingon, not just in this country but
globally, and we've got a guywho, by the way, they went

(44:37):
back and the Democrats who did someof the interviews for the Wall Street General
had to come back again to explainthemselves to the Wall Street General and do
a second interview to correct themselves. No, he's sharper than he's ever been.
There is an issue, and it'sokay to talk about. I still

(44:58):
think there's twist in the tails. But when you hear people run like are
they going to do it? Isthe New York Times gonna do any pieces
about the fact that Joe is struggling, that Joe is older and even older
than he appears at time, thathe shuffles, that he only seems to

(45:19):
do things between nine am and abouttwo. Then they have downer syndrome.
If you know what that is,sundowner syndrome. No, they won't do
any of that stuff. They won'tWall Street Journal. This is what journalism
looks like. If The New YorkTimes was curious, they would ask serious

(45:43):
questions too, But they're not. It's like the La Times isn't curious.
Oh, there's no doubt Wall StreetJournal has a slant. I understand that.
That being said, I can seewith my own eyes that he's lost
more than a step three, two, three, eight, twenty four to
twenty three, Hatch had Benson show, it's your Twitter. We're gonna have
more of this, a lot ofother stuff to get to some woke stuff.

(46:06):
And yes some of the immigration signedexecutive order yesterday. Why did he
do that? Because politics is whyOma Steaks. No politics here, best

Chad Benson Show. Investigators are blamingmultitasking and miscommunication for a near collision at
New York's JFK Airport to the nineteenforty one with four lefty thing off.
In January last year, air trafficcontrollers cleared a Delta flight for takeoff,
but as the plane accelerated down therunway at one hundred and twenty miles per

(47:59):
hour in America, Airlines's crew madea wrong turn and crossed into the path
of the Delta plane. That's notgood. The worst airline disaster in the
history of the world. Two airplanes, I think it was ten reef KLM
was one of them. Some fivesix hundred people died. Planes never got
off the ground fog. They crashedinto each other on the ground. So

(48:22):
it's busy around the airports. Justlet people know that. And air traffic
controllers are swamped. It's a placewhere we have a need. They don't
even you know, I mean,I don't think people realize how like that
job is stressful as hell, andyou can't take your phone in there.
So that's a thing that's gonna happenin the future, is you're gonna have

(48:45):
less and less people are gonna wantto be part of that because you can't
have your phone with you. Ohcan't have my phone with me? Well,
I don't know if I want togo somewhere, I can't have my
phone cause then I can't watch thingslike TikTok. Would you say you're pro
Palestine or pro Israel Palestine as agay man, I would be punished and
or put in prisoner killed if Iwere openly gay in Palestine. How do

(49:06):
you react to that? I didn'tknow that. So it is illegal to
be gay in Palestine. You arepunished by prison or jaz Israel No,
Israel has gay pride. Israel iscompletely open to with lesbian and gay people.
Palestine puts them in prisoner kills them. You weren't aware of that,
No, So that does post aninteresting aspect. Yeah, in this Pride

(49:30):
month, this person who is askingthe questions is gay. He's in drag,
and he's pointing out the stupidity ofthe pro Palestinian people supporters, not
the people in Palestine'm talking about thesupporters themselves, especially when you see Queers
for Palestine and all of just howstupid is understand that in Israel. First

(49:52):
of all, you're born in Israel, even if you're a Palestinian descent,
you're a full citizen. You cando vote all the stuff, just like
anybody else. Secondly, they arethe only nation over there that allows gays
to get married. You be openabout it. What and the fact that

(50:15):
you're so ignorant to what goes onin these countries is amazing, It really
is. Continue. Have you seenthe queers for Palestine movements. It's a
very common movement, But I don'tsee any Muslims for queer movement. Ah.
Yes, that's where it gets gray, right, Like, that's where
I well, for me, it'snot grey. I am fearful of Islam

(50:37):
because there is no Islamic country onEarth that embraces me as a gay man.
So okay, okay. So maybeI'm confused because Israel, which isn't
still an islam country, right,No, No, no Jewish okay,
okay, okay, okay. SoIsrael's Jewish Palestinians are Islamic. Okay.
God, just stupid people out thereeverywhere. I hope it's not contagious.

(51:01):
It feels like it is. Speakingof Israel as idea forces expand they're assaulting
Gonza. Time magazine sitting down withPresident Biden, asking whether he thought the
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin and Yahoo isprolonging the war and putting his political survival
first, Biden saying, there isquote every reason for people to draw that
conclusion in quote. When I askeda similar question again, he said this,

(51:22):
I don't think so he's trying towork out a surgy problems. Just
days ago, Biden endorsed a newIsraeli proposal for a Gaza ceasefire in a
new push to in the war andfree the hostages. Yeah, and several
articles I've read, it's like, who's writing this Hamas. They're going after

(51:43):
Israel. Remember Israel got attacked. They're defending themselves. Not only they have
to defend themselves, they have hadto figure out how to make sure that
the people get fed and weapons don'tfall into the hands of people who want
to kill them. So that's that'sweird, right, You've got to feed

(52:04):
them as well as fight them. But this was funny. Hamas, for
its part, says it's used theproposal positively but also hasn't fully accepted it,
and the MAS leader Jahar Sinowar, told mediators he's not in a hurry
to end the war because it's hurtingIsrael's image and boosting the Palestine's national cause.

(52:25):
Of course it is. That's whatyou care about, because that's what
you're fighting for. And the factthat it's hurting Israel is great. The
fact that it's killing your people ishelping Hamas because they enjoy a dead Palestinian
far more than a dead Israeli soldier. Because it hurts the image of Israel.

(52:52):
That lady, it's an Islamic country, is at its thrill now it's

going on. Got some of yourcomments as well about immigration, and of
course some of you out there whoare defending Biden saying he is is in

(53:15):
much better physical and mental shape thanDonald Trump. Don't believe your eyes,
Chad. I just I don't getit again. I can't be that,
you know, and people say I'mnot maggot. First of all, I
think you guys listen to show youunderstand that, but to tell me that
my eyes see Trump on stage fora couple hours doing stuff like he's doing

(53:40):
a comedy variety show and Joe Bidenshuffling to a to a podium and barely
getting through several sentences without note cards. I can tell the difference between one
and the other. I think mostof you can too. But you're lying
to yourself because you're Trump derangement syndrome. It's a Chad Benson, Joe Such,

(54:09):
Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, independent life, this is Chad Benson.

(54:36):
The Executive Order is a political movebecause of desperation. Yesterday, you
know, Joe Biden rolled out hisexecutive order trying to solve some of the
border issues, a border issue,by the way, which you caused because
you refused to crack down. Yourang the dinner bell, told everybody basically
come on down, and they're like, okay, I've come here today to
do what the Republican in Congress issuesto do. Take the necessary steps to

(54:59):
secure our border. Four months ago, after weeks of intense negotiation between my
staff and Democrats and Republicans, wecame to a clear bipartisan deal. It
was the strongest border security agreement indecades. But then Republicans in Congress walked
away from it. Why because DonaldTrump told them to oh well, well,

(55:20):
in portion of that, it's absolutelytrue, not gonna lie. Of
course. Donald Trump doesn't want togive anybody a win. That's what sucks
about the way our politics is nowadays. It's US versus them, which is
wrong. But there's a lot ofdifferent reasons. Let me tell you something.
The border deal was bad for numerousreasons. On top of continuing flow
of people illegally migrating here and that'swhat they're doing and coming into our country,

(55:44):
driving down wages for working folks, and allowing big corporations to get away
with hiring. And the funny thing, it's not cheaper labor because you're paying
them in many cases the same amountof money per hour. You don't have
to cover the rest of stuff, taxes, all that kind of I mean,
and let's not talk about workmen's compand things of that nature. So
the border deal wasn't a great dealfor the people of America and for the

(56:07):
people trying to get here. Andwe need to have a very open and
flexible, flexible border opportunity for peopleto come and go, There's no doubt
about that. And we're not producingchildren, which means this next several generations,

(56:28):
it's really going to struggle to keepup with a lot of things because
we're not gonna have enough workers.Thank God for AI. But this yesterday
doesn't solve anything. This was allpolitical. It's period. You're in a
spot of bother as they would say, and you can blame the Republicans all
you want. It's not working becausethe one thing I've talked about over and
over again when it comes to theborder is how you enforce it is the

(56:51):
thing that matters. Are there loopholesthat people have exploited? One hundred percent.
We understand that Congress needs to changethose things, but they're not there
because this is an issue that's toobig to turn down to raise money and
to demonize the other side. Butyou can still enforce the rules on hand
and handcuffing if you will. Theborder agents isn't good, and that's what

(57:15):
you've done. So giving you moretools doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to
do more things to slow people fromcoming in. It just means you have
more stuff. President Biden is introuble politically. He's polling right up there
with fungal infections. Part of thereason for that is that he gave in

(57:36):
to the loon wing of his partyand he dissolved the southern border. Now
five months before an election, hehas to peer to be willing to do
something about it. Hence this executiveorder. Yeah, and look was the
deal that they did. There wasbipartisan, Was it good? Was it

(57:57):
bad? Was it There was somegood and bad and everything. But as
I have said over and over again, I will continue to say over and
over again, enforcement is what matters. I can give you a baseball bat,
and I could lob soft, easypitches for you to hit doesn't mean
you're going to swing, doesn't meanyou're going to use the bat, doesn't
mean you're even going to play.Just means you have the opportunity to.

(58:21):
And he's got tools and laws athis disposal that he's chosen not to use.
He's looking at the numbers. Thenumbers said four years ago, basically
it was almost dead heat when itcame to the border, and how they
viewed Biden and they viewed Trump.Flash forward three and a half, almost

(58:43):
four years. Trump has a thirtypoint lead when it comes to the border,
and it's an issue that is resonatingwith right and left voters. Continue,
mister Kennedy, President Biden, He'smismanaged Congress, COVID, the national
debt, the economy and flight crime, Afghanistan, Iran, the war in

(59:04):
Ghaza, the war in Ukraine, and now, of course the border.
It's a little late, isn't it, mister President. You can't make this
cat walk backward. The President's borderpolicies have allowed eight million people to come
into our country illegally. If youtry to come into our country today,
Lily, you are a sucker.Yeah you are. You are a sucker.

(59:31):
That's pretty tough right when you talkabout it, like, if you're
trying to do this in a legalway, you're kind of a fool.
It's open for you. Come onin. We've got some coffee on.
What would you like? Speaking ofwhat you would like? It's Wednesday,
and we know what you like. We'd like to have a little bit of
fun with a thing called woke Wednesday. Every once in a while, it's

(59:52):
just get toge a little woke.Okay, I have been made aware of
the allegations. Is there anything youcan say on your bend? I'm trends
you just one h O. Whitepeople are also oppressed by racism. We're
not. We are the oppressors. What what did you say? Do not
bring that European nonsense into this ethnichousehold. Do you understand me? I

(01:00:14):
have hair in my armpit. Ihave it there for a few reasons.
One lazy, two the patriarchy, and three it's still exhausting. Oh my
god, it's time for woke Wednesday. Let's have a little fun with wokeness.
Watch out, Remember, don't misgendersomebody, even if it's on accident.

(01:00:37):
You are in trouble. And forthose of you who gets min gendered.
Well, well, ma'am, yourbeard and europeenis is showing. Oh,
Chad. I actually quit on mysecond day of my new job,
and one of the big reasons wasbecause my manager was constantly misgendering me on
my first day. And what's interestingis she's the person who did my interview
right, and you would think,oh, Ashley being your name outed you

(01:00:59):
as to her right, but sheknew my name was Ashley during the interview,
and like most people in public, when they find out my name is
Ashley, they just go, oh, that is a man named Ashley.
And that's a weird name for aman in America right now, so that's
odd, but still man named Ashley. That's cool. And they will continue
to use he hymn pronouns with me. Oh so you quit on your second
day, man, you can havea long life. It's Ashley. You're

(01:01:24):
gonna have a long life, dude. And she used he hymn pronouns with
me during my interview, but Ithink that she might have seen them my
legal sex is female between my interviewon my first day and figured out that
I'm trans, so she exclusively wasusing she her pronouns with me. In
the beginning, and I thought,I'm gonna give her the ben of the
doubt that this is not done withmal tent to. Maybe she just thinks
I'm a trans woman, right despitethe fact that I'm wearing a suit and

(01:01:44):
tie and have beard, Like, maybe she just thinks I'm a trans woman
just starting out my transition and nota transman very deeply into his transition.
So it's like, okay, I'llgive a benefit doubt. And I corrected
her and I said, hey,I've noticed you're using she her pronouns with
me, and my pronouns are hehim, and I appreciate if he used
them, And she said, oh, sorry, okay, and then can
continued to exclusively use she heard pronounswith me. Oh god, geez,

(01:02:05):
it's horrible. You are a distraction. That's all I have to say.
If I hired you and you quiton the second day, I'd be like,
that was a distraction. I'm glad, I'm glad this is over.
Sometimes she would correct herself and shewould go like, hey, this is
ash she I mean he, andthen an exaggerated wink. It is in
a very obnoxious kind of way.So if people didn't get that I was

(01:02:27):
transform that interaction. They sure shesuspected something, right, So it was
kind of creating a toxic work environment. And because it was my first did

irre like Yeah, so what it'sthe Chat Vincent Show. Most travelers budget
their trips based on the cost ofairfare or hotels, but they often neglect
a factor in the overall affordability oftheir destination once they get there. So
which cities in the US are mostaffordable for travelers. The most recent study,
which analyzed the top one hundred UScities to visit, compared prices of

(01:05:31):
local goods and services, weather, attraction availability, and safety. The city
with the best visiting value in twentytwenty four Atlanta, Georgia, which won
for both affordability and attraction availability Okay, there you go. Atlanta, Georgia,
little humid, lot of cicadas.Don't need it, but you can.
It's kind of weird humidity. Though. Rain weather producer Anthony lives out

(01:05:57):
there at least once a week. He's like, ah, the power went
off. So but Atlanta and Ilove Atlanta. It's beautiful, it's gorgeous.
So it's affordable. Where else isaffordable? Please tell me? And
could you tell me what's not affordable? In second place, Washington, d
C. And in third Orlando,Florida, And at the bottom of the
list, Oxnard, California. Now. I used to live port Wayanimi,

(01:06:20):
which is basically you have to drivethrough Oxnard to get to port Wayinimi.
Why anybody would want to go toOxnard is beyond me. I didn't know
there were people in Iowa going, you know what we need to do,
We need to go to Oxnard. Now, Oxnard and Santa Barbara, that
area, it's gorgeous. It is, it's gorgeous. I can see why

(01:06:44):
people go, well, Santa Barbara'sbeautiful, but it's expensive. But to
say that, like I'm going toOxnard, that's what Why why are you
going to do that? I don'tknow. I don't know. But Oxnart.
Don't go to ox Now PORTWAYANIMI goto It's gorgeous. It's small,
not a lot to do there, but if you want to get down to

(01:07:04):
the ocean. Oh, it's oneof those places on the coast where you
can go into southern California and notbe bothered by ka billion people. It's
a central coast ish just gorgeous, just gorgeous. It's nature. Speaking of
nature. Guess what nature could doto you? Nature weird mess you because

(01:07:34):
it will it can, There's nodoubt about that. Okay, First foremost
the most terrifying things you can thinkof, I don't know, flying spiders.
Summer is just a few weeks away, and that means we could be
closer to a spider invasion. Thejar rod spider is black and yellow,
about the size of your palm, and could grow up to four inches.
They also parachute up to one hundredmiles on a balloon made from their spider

(01:07:58):
silk. Well. So far,the spiders have not been spotted north of
Maryland, but some scientists think theycould spread north this summer. The good
news is these spiders are relatively harmlessto people relatively and with spiders. Know
this like this is one you knowwhy, Well your homophobic, you're fat
phobic. No, no, arachnophobia is a real thing. Spiders are

(01:08:21):
creepy, got a bunch of legs, they come at you. They're kind
of weird. I get it.Now. You throw in the fact that
they've got parachutes, You're like, sweet mother of God, and they're going
to be parachuting into a city nearyou on the East coast. Be prepared
for that. Now. One ofthe things that we're just talking about your
travel destination, Oxgnart, throwing outof whatever, DC, Orlando, all

(01:08:45):
of those things. Okay, whatabout Yellowstone? Well, if you go
to Yellowstone, we like to makesure that you understand that Yellowstone is full
of nature and certain times of year, nature not only will you up,
potentially can kill you because of thesituation you may find yourself in. And
we give this as a as awarning to people because we care about you.

(01:09:10):
Don't get close to the freaking animals. And if you think your mother
who's eighty three years old, wantsto get close to take a damn selfie,
don't let her. South Carolina womanis recovering from serious injuries after being
goreed by a wild bison at YellowstoneNational Park. Park officials say the animal
was defending its space, but liftedthe eighty three year old woman about a

(01:09:34):
foot off the ground with its horns. The victim flown to a hospital in
Idaho. Yeah, eighty three, what are you doing this time of year?
What you have is you have somefrisky mail bisons and then you have
caffeine seas Mama's gonna protect. You'vegot to be aware of what's going on

(01:09:56):
your area. Surrounding people though, like to do dumb things. And I
think we know that everybody wants topet the moose right, Oh look over
there, So no com going togo pet it, not realizing that is
a massive critter. You ever seena moose? Thing's are freaking huge.
Okay, people are still stupid. This latest incident part of a series of

(01:10:19):
dangerous encounters in recent years between parkvisitors and wild bison. Bison have injured
more people at Yellowstone than any otheranimal. Last summer, a tourist had
a close call with the bison asthe animal lunged towards her as she tried
touching it. While taking a photo. But thankfully stay back and I don't

(01:10:40):
feel bad like if you go andyou get yourself killed because you want to
take a picture with nature. That'sa you thing. And there's so many
people out there. I see itall the time. We're gonna get a
good shark attack suit. We're gonnaget a really good one where we're probably
gonna see somebody eating. It's gonnabe on shark Week because you see these
kayakers now that go out there andthey're looking for the great whites because they

(01:11:03):
want to dive with them and takeyou know that whatever. We're going to
get that same thing here. Stoptouching nature, okay, and be prepared
for the repercussions. The National ParkService advising anyone visiting the area to move
away from wildlife if they approach you, saying it's the visitor's responsibility to stay

(01:11:24):
more than twenty five yards from alllarge animals. Largest land mammal is a
bison in North America. Get itto two tons. The fact that she
survives is amazing. Don't count onit because it looks calm, that it's
going to remain calm. It onlytakes one split second for a person to
cross that line where the animal feelsthreatened and then it's too late. Yeah,

(01:11:45):
and it doesn't want to be inyour photo. I talked to it.
Did you know the fact that shesurvived. I think she's very,
very lucky. I think what thebison did was just remove what it perceived
as a potential threat. We're surewell eighty three years old. Actuary table
says that you've lived past your cellby date. The fact that you've got
Gord and survived, well, it'sa double win for you. Three two,

(01:12:05):
three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad

stuff to get to in the thirdhour. We've got some more woke stuff,
immigration stuff. Obviously a Wall StreetJournal with a a article that is
to say the least damning about JoeBiden and his age and Democrats and people

(01:12:27):
are pushing back. But there arealso a lot of people on the record
and quietly off the record who areworried about his age because it is not
only showing. It has people thatare working close with him worried about what's
happening with his decline. Talk aboutthat as well three two, three,

to go to jail. I thinkhe wants them to lock him up.
This is my throw it out thereconspiracy on the wall, because not only
does he thinks it helps him,I think he also believes it is probably

(01:13:40):
being told. Look, even ifyou go for a day or two,
or even if they send you forthis, if you want to get this
thing to the Supreme Court fast, locking you up maybe the best way to
do it. That may be thebest way of doing Off the text line,
you can always text us three twothree, five three eight twenty four
to twenty three. How retrumpulicious somethingor other than bad word? I can't

(01:14:04):
say lowering the bar today. Henever said lock her up? No,
I've always said he said lock herup? Did he do it out of
curiosity? Did Trump do it?No? Did he pursue anything afterwards?
He didn't. What was said onthe campaign trail was left on the campaign

(01:14:26):
trail. They never bring up thefact that he said, no, there's
no reason for us to continue doingthis anymore, there's no reason too just
let it be. Of course,he said it, and she has said
a thousand times that it was stolenfrom her, and it was this,
and it was that. So everybodysettled down. The difference is saying something
and doing something. You guys arealways concerned with what Trump says, never

(01:14:49):
concerned with the actions. Everybody's finewith what other people say, but the
actions say, oh, that's notgood, but you don't care because it
made you feel nice. Speaking offeeling nice, Biden's age making the Democrats
uncomfortable. MSNBC to the rescue.Today, Wall Street Journal has a peace

(01:15:11):
out about biden Is age, andthey're doing everything they can to defend him
in all the ways possible, becausewell they are journalism. Well, let's
begin with the fact that Joe Bidenis eighty one years old. Donald Trump,
by the way, we'll be seventyeight next week, so he's not
much younger. So yes, doeshe move a little slower and speak a

(01:15:33):
little softer than he did fifteen yearsago when he was vice president, as
former Speaker McCarthy says, and thepiece sure does. Yeah, I think
most eighty one year olds do,or most people are different than they were
fifteen years ago. This does havethe feeling of Trump acolytes laundering their attacks
through a reputable, prestigious new newsorganization in the Wall Street Journal. Oh

(01:15:57):
so it's just Trump acolytes. Sonone of that's true. Well, you
guys just admit it. It was. What does the eyeball test say to
you? And I'm gonna ask you, guys this take Trump out of it,
because you always gott to throw aTrump in when it comes to like
we got it. Let me tellyou about all the craziness to Trump does.
Okay, that's fine. I'm notsaying he's the same. And I'll
tell you this right now, he'snot. Nobody is what they once were.

(01:16:21):
We all agree on that. Butthere comes a time when you're past
that sell by date. Okay,I mean, Pat say, Jack's stepping
down this week as the host ofWheel of Fortune. He's seventy seven,
looks to be pretty good shape, doesn't look seventy seven? Still has his
you know, his a gamy kindof game showy thing that you have.

(01:16:46):
But he said, I'd rather goout a couple of years early than stay
a couple of years too late, and that's hosting the wheel of freaking fortune.
So yes, let's put Trump asidefor a second. If I was
to ask you, who do youthink is sharper Donald Trump? We're pushing
him to the side. I'm onlygoing to use two here, Biden and

(01:17:11):
Bernie Sanders. Who do you thinkis sharper? For you Democrats? You
know it ain't Biden. Come onnow, the eyeball test says, so
continue. Also the point about notes, as Richard Hass would tell you,
presidents use notes and meetings. That'snot unusual. They might have a sheet,
they might have a card in frontof them with some points that they
want to make. I would alsopoint out Donald Trump has a person who

(01:17:34):
follows him with a printer to printthings out for him so he can have
hard copies, so he can readhis notes and facts and lies often that
he rattles off. And then theother point to make is will the Wall
Street Journal have a piece about DonaldTrump and his mental acuity? All you
have to do is watch the ninetyminutes of that Fox News interview over the

(01:17:56):
weekend, and you could go throughand do an entire series of articles on
someone who doesn't seem to have itall together ninety minutes though you just said
something, when's the last time Bidensat down for a ninety minute interview with
anybody, let alone ninety minutes hesat down timpoole? He is on how

(01:18:17):
many different stages, sometimes for twohours at a time, on a weekly
basis. When's the last time thatBiden even took a real press conference where
there was questions being asked outside ofthe notes that were handed to him by
the pre selected people you go toin the press pause, So come on

(01:18:43):
again, you're trying to this isthe fight that you're having here is well,
I'm going to compare everything to howbad Trump is. Now, this
is about Biden on this one,and it's about Kamala Harris, because that's
what's coming. That is what's coming. Mark Halprin had it in his newsletter
last week. Not a super fanof the Biden and Trump age thing,

(01:19:09):
but thinks a lot of it's overblown, especially when it came to Biden,
and he's changed the tune and saying, no, what I'm hearing is not
overblown. What I'm hearing is alot scarier than I thought. What I'm
hearing is there is a serious issuewith a person whose faculties aren't just slipping.

(01:19:29):
There are days that they are completelylost. That's not good for our
country. Continue MSNBC. He's aneighty one year old president of the United
States who gets up every day. He's going to deal with bb Net and
Yahoo in the morning Ukraine. Aboutten minutes later, his son is on
trial. His son is an addict. It's on his mind all the time.
This piece is outrageous that right there, Mike Barnacle says a lot,

(01:19:57):
because at eighty one, do youhave the capacity to be up for days
and hours when it hits the fanand stuff boils over in Ukraine and all
of a sudden, from Ukraine itlands in Poland and NATO may be involved.
Do you have it in you ifthe Middle East explodes, goes from
a potential tender box to an raginginferno, in you to be up for

(01:20:23):
hours and days to handle that? And does the second in charge, who
may be the president and more thanlikely will be the president if Biden is
reelected. Kamala Harris, have youconfident thinking she's going to make all the
right decisions? Hmmm. We don'thave to talk to anybody, Richard.

(01:20:44):
But the person they quote, KevinMcCarthy, who is her source again,
Kevin McCarthy, who is on aactually a sort of a PR tour right
now to clean up the fact. And Politico has written a story about the
fact that he lies, the factthat he bounces back and forth. He's
trying to go on a basically PRtour. But we don't have to ask

(01:21:08):
world leaders, but please feel freeto jump in. Let's just talk to
the guy that was the source ofthis story and quoted. McCarthy mocked Biden's
age and middle acuity in public wellprivately, telling allies. In private,
he found the president to be sharpand subsident. He called him very professional,
very smart, very tough. Andthis same meeting again that the Wall

(01:21:31):
Street Journal is basing this story onon Kevin McCarthy's lies. Kevin McCarthy's lies.
No, it's your reality not seeingthe fact that you've got trouble,
and we all have trouble. Bythe way, I don't want Biden to
fail, And I don't hate Biden, and if you hate Biden, you're
an ass had And if you wanthim to fail, that's even worse.

(01:21:56):
But I also understand that we've gota lot of issues out there and I
don't think he can handle it,and I don't think he has the mental
acuity anymore to withstand the rigors ofthis. And I think there's some serious
issues that aren't being reported. Ithink we're gonna find out later on down
the road. Whoo do you rememberwe found out Reagan was suffering from early
onset was a dementia Alzheimer's like thelast two years. This guy's looking at

(01:22:18):
another four and not early onset, like right in the middle of it.
Do we want that at a timewhere you've got China trying to dominate the
world, Russia doing what it's doing. No, don't. I don't think
you do either. There are alot of issues out there that we need

(01:22:41):
somebody who's super cognitive and available tohandle. And while you may hate Trump
and I'm fine with that, nota fan of a lot of what Trump
does, like the policies, thereality is wanting Biden to beat Trump,

(01:23:03):
a person who you know, ifyou're honest with yourself, shouldn't be in
that position anymore just because you can'tstand Trump and the worry about what may
happen globally as well as at homebecause of your disdain for Trump. That
is not good for America either.Three two, three, five eight,

He was riding it. It wasclose to the edge of what was

it alien romula. The trailer ishere and it's terrifying. Open Ai talked
about that throughout the day. Sofunny. I was talking to my uncle

(01:26:10):
about this yesterday because several podcasts outthere of some of the biggest people in
the industry talking about the safeguards thatare supposed to be there that aren't there,
talking about the people who work inthese places who are trying to get
the word out that there's some issueswith this. Oh and by the way,
it hates humans. It's just aside that's not good. On the

(01:26:33):
Lex Friedman podcast, they had aguy on that said, Yeah, I'm
ninety nine percent sure this thing's goingto destroy humanity. That again, is
not good. Hopefully it's just alittle hyperbole, That's all I'm trying to
say. There, you don't know, you don't know. Finally, over
to Twitter, Fauci is still trending. The Acolyte that is the new Star

Oh, doctor Phil? Where areyou trending? Because he's doctor Phil?

(01:27:38):
Speaking of Hunter Biden yesterday in courtopening of his trial for illegally possessing
a firearm knowingly lying on an applicationto get said gun was not an easy
day yesterday. The First Lady wasthere and support of her son. With

(01:28:03):
his wife by his side, HunterBiden was back in federal court in Delaware
for opening statements in his trial onfelony gun charges. First Lady Jill Biden
sat behind the defendant in a showof support while prosecutor Derek Hines laid out
the government's case, telling the juryno one is above the law. It
doesn't matter who you are or whatyour name is. The President's son,

(01:28:24):
Hin Said, bought a gun andlied during a background check in twenty eighteen,
knowing he was a drug user anda drug addict when he filled out
a federal form for gun purchases.Would not be on trial had his name
not been Hunter Biden. Did anyof you know who Hunter Biden was before
the whole Ukraine thing? Now,No, Most people knew who bo Biden

(01:28:45):
was for follow politics, obviously hisbrother who passed away, but nobody really
knew who Hunter was. Had hisname not been Biden, he would not
be on trial for any of this. That's the reality on the other side
of it, just like Donald Trump. Had his name not been Donald Trump
and he not be the opposition party, what took place in New York with

(01:29:08):
his conviction would never ever have happened. That's the reality of where we are.
It's the new politics, the gameand the way it's being played.
Welcome, not thrilled by it.I don't think many people are. I
fear that we're heading towards an areathat it's going to be uncomfortable for all
of us. But that being said, this is the new thing, which

(01:29:32):
is we're going to go after everybodywe possibly can. And the Republicans are
going to do it too, causewhy well, you wanted to go after
Trump, so we're going to goafter Hunting. We'll maybe go after Biden
and I know yesterday one of thethings I've seen a lot lately is people
calling Trump out because he's like,I never called the luck Hillary Clinton out.

(01:29:53):
You did. He led the chanceof locker up. Here's the thing,
as some of you have texted meover the last couple days. You
know, he said all the thingshe did. You know what he didn't
do when he became president. Hedidn't pursue anything. He let it die.
It was campaign stuff, but helet it die. There was no
pursuit, there was no chasing down, there was no weaponizing. I think

(01:30:15):
we forget that. Part three, two, three, five, three,
eight, twenty four to twenty threeat Chad Benson Show is your Twitter.
Trudead has texta program. It's moreon immigration. Obviously, it's Wednesday,
so we got to get woke, right. We can't not get woke on
Wednesday. Chaos and craziness in thewoke world. Maybe we'll do the furries
if he didn't hear it. Wedid in the first hour. Yeah,
just because furries are just so bizarre, aren't they? A lot of other

(01:30:38):
stuff to get to as well. It's a Chad Benson chat, such Chad
Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independentlife. This is Chad Benson brookd Joe

(01:31:11):
Biden, the worst president in thehistory of our country by far, has
totally surrendered our southern border. Hisweakness and extremism have resulted in a border
invasion like we have never seen before. Other countries have emptied out their prisons,
insane asylums, and mental institutions andsent us drug dealers, human traffickers,
and terrorists. Millions of people havepoured into our country. And now,

(01:31:33):
after nearly four years of his failed, weak leadership, pathetic leadership,
crooked Joe Biden is pretending to finallydo something about the border, but in
fact it's all about show because heknows we have a debate coming up in
three weeks. Yeah, and we'llsee what that looks like talking about the

(01:31:55):
well, I mean, god,the debate itself. Who knows what that's
going to look like talking about hisage, But yeah, it's going to
be an issue and Trump didn't wantthem to pass that bipartisan border bill.
Several of you have chimed in,you know, Conservatives, including myself,
often complain it's not the job ofthe president with executive power judges to make
laws. No, it's not. It's a job of Congress. But that

(01:32:18):
being said, the enforcement mechanism comesfrom the president and the executive branch.
And that's the issue that a lotof people have getting more things as of
you know, I would say thetools in your toolbox isn't going to make
the situation better if you don't usethose things. And you can talk to
the border agents and they will tellyou things have changed. Yes, could

(01:32:41):
the Republicans have passed a bill, would it have been better than what we
have now? Yeah, But ifyou're going to do something that comprehensive,
you've got to make it worthwhile. And was that bill worth it? I
don't think it was. I thinkthe Republicans are could have gotten more.
I think we could have been strongeron the border. There's a lot of
stuff that could have happened, andyou're gonna have to have give and take
when it comes to this. Theother side of it is the political side,

(01:33:02):
and I'm not talking about this race, you know, when it comes
to what's happening with the president andthe person who used to be president wants
to be president again. Talking aboutthe issue itself, how many times I
tell you guys this on the federalside, on the national side, they're

(01:33:24):
still pissed Roe v. Wade's notthere in the way that it used to
be. Because the issues for thatis that it's more important at the state
level than it is at the federallevel right now. So the state people,
the state lawmakers, they've got moreskin in that game, more opportunities

(01:33:44):
to raise money, more opportunities todemonize the other side. It's the same
thing here, man, That's whatyou want. The issue is where it's
at, the issues, where themoney's at. The issue is where the
talking points are not solving the issue. There's no money in it. There's
money in the disease. Eh.Yeah, I get that yet, I

(01:34:06):
bet you do. By the way, a lot of people chimed in about
this lady last what a couple hoursago, we're talking about her. She's
got a lot of traction. Talkingabout an hour one eleven million plus views
about shopping cars. Do you putthem back. I'm not returning my shopping
cart, and you can judge meall you want. Okay, I'm not

(01:34:27):
getting my groceries into my car andgetting my children into the car and then
leaving them in the car to goreturn the cart. So if you're gonna
give me a dirty look, ohhey, now it's not very nice.
In the video, she tried touse the beep. She used it in
the wrong place, so she beepsand then she says the effort. Then
she beeps again. Not very goodat that. Remember these guys cart narks.

(01:34:53):
There's a good You let your carout like a old lazybone. You
let your card in the spill ofthe parking lott I taking it back to
the car, which is right overthere. If you want to just take
it back and put it where itbelongs with the rest of the cars,
that'd be awesome. Why not,I'll put that going to go where you
have to go so fast you havelike some brain surgery didn't perform or something.
I'll give you a bumper magnet there. It's got a hotline number on

(01:35:14):
it. You can give us aring. We can tell you how to
like just sleep with more of otherpeople and pick them up after yourself,
you know, gonna be a betterperson. I'm my car. Well man,
it's got our hotline number on it. I bet you need it though,
What so you can talk to usabout how to be a better person
and pick up up to yourself agood person, loving to work. I
look tick care of my mother ifshe's paying for those you're hungry? Sorry,
is she's starting to death? Yeah, I gotta look cook and thirty

(01:35:36):
seconds would have been life and death. You talking about car. I'll get
away from your car to work. There's a cart theory right that if you
don't put your cart back, thetheory is you can't govern yourself. Now,
some people I think, go eh, somebody else's job. It's too
hot. I've got kids. Thatwas her big thing. This lady says,
you got kids. You got threeyear old and seven year old.

(01:35:56):
She's worried they're gona get kidnapped, which is insane. So like there was
two hundred and thirty six kids lastyear that were taken in car situations,
not taken from a store, takenfrom like carjackings and things of that,
and so, but no, whatit is is an excuse I put my
cart back. I don't know whyI've always done it. I thought,
and the whole thought is you're governingyourself, right if you can be trusted

(01:36:20):
to put your cart back, andand you know this is that theory that
you can govern yourself and those whocan't, well you can't do the simple
things, then doing the hard things. Hmmm. Oh jeez, Chad,
it's just a cart. I didn'tmake the theory up. People. Hey,
it's Wednesday. Enough of this, let's get woke. It's that time
of the week where we get youwoke. Correctly, not only are they

(01:36:42):
act hurting our kids? Correctly shouldmake everything better. Correctlys are fine.
Just my gender is a complete nightmare. Get a trans woman, get breast
feet, and this is great news. No, no, no, no,
there's something I need to tell you. The princess who came to your
ball tonight with me, I'm Gonzarella. That's the one where Harry waves the
magic wand and turns everybody back totheir select gender with Danny. If you

(01:37:06):
can't speculate about someone's sexuality unless they'refamous or ever and Patty, it's time
for woke Wednesday. Let us getwell start with trans How the hell this
is our existence as trans people affectyour life. I'm glad you asked.
I'm gonna explain it to you.See, it never did affect our lives.
No one gave them at all.We might have found it kind of

(01:37:28):
weird, but we didn't give afok until you started shoving it down our
throats and forcing it into our children'slives. That's when people started giving them.
Because it's being shoved into everything, and when it comes to our children,
that's one place that we draw thefucking line. Oh, it has
been draw for sure, and nodoubt about that. That line is drawn.

(01:37:51):
I think a lot of people feelthat way. I'm trying to be
mean, just being honest. Leavethe kids alone. Leave the kids alone.
That simple. There's no reason totalk gender with a three year old,
none of that stuff. But peopledon't know right they think they're being
nice. Here's a perfect example ofstupidity. Played it earlier. A lot
of you have commented about it,just the ridiculousness of people who have no

(01:38:15):
idea what's going on in the worldand only do things, in many cases
based on feelings and whether or notit just seems like it's a fun thing.
To do. Would you say you'repro Palestine or pro Israel? Pro
Palestine? As a gay man,I would be punished and or put in
prison or killed if I were openthe game in Palestine. How do you
react to that? I didn't knowthat. So it is illegal to be

(01:38:40):
gay in Palestine. You are punishedby prison or Jazz Israel. No Israel
has gay pride. Israel is completelyopen to with lesbian and gay people.
Palestine puts them in prisoner, killsthem. You weren't aware of that.
No, So that does pose aninteresting aspect. Yeah, you think it

(01:39:00):
does. Listen to her though shehas no idea, zero idea and understanding.
By the way, the person who'sasking these questions is gay drag the
whole nine yards. Have you seenthe queers for Palestine movements. It's a
very it's a very common movement. But I don't see any Muslims for queer
movement. Ah. Yes, that'swhere it gets gray, right, Like

(01:39:21):
that's where I feel well for me. It's not grey. I am fearful
of Islam because there is no Islamiccountry on earth that embraces me as a
gay man. So okay, okay, So maybe I'm confused because Israel,
which isn't still in Islam country, right, No, no, no Jewish
Okay, okay, okay, okay. So Israel's Jewish Palestinians are Islamic.

(01:39:44):
Okay. She's out there waving herlittle flags in the whole nine yards.
Just wow, doesn't understand, doesn'tget it? Sure will culture three two,
three, five three, twenty fourto twenty three atch you advented,
show your Twitter will wrap it upstraight ahead. Omaha Steaks this year,
do something extra special for Dad.Oma Steaks. I'm a dad. I
love Oma Steaks. Why well,First of us, it's the most amazing

(01:40:06):
thing in the world. Best steaksyou're ever gonna have one hundred percent unconditional

my family. That to me isthe most important thing. Why not do
that for your dad? Dad that'sbeen there for everything, thick and thin,
scrape knees, right, the breakups, the whole nine yards. Do

(01:40:27):

him. In a pass. OhDad, I got you tied. He
doesn't want any you know what hewants O Maha Steaks right now eighty nine
bucks. Get yourself Oma Steaks, the best burgers, the surloins, the

meat around, the best steaks around. Guarantee from Omah Steaks, Oma Steaks
dot Com code Benson, Chad Benson, Joe running with scissors sounds great compared

(01:41:20):
to this, say private property. This is where I live, and someone
just came and exposed themselves to mytwo year old boy. And this officer
is saying that it's not a crime. So a naked person came up onto
my property here, approached my twoyear old kid, completely naked, which
I ran over to him and coveredhis eyes so he wouldn't see. My
obvious thought is to call nine oneone, as someone's indecently exposing themselves to

(01:41:43):
my child on my property. Whyare you explaining stuff as if you're reading
it. I don't know, thefact that somebody exposed themselves is ridiculous.
Welcome to Portland. You're saying,in the state of Oregon, someone can
walk up to your two year oldkid completely bar naked and that's not a
crime, even if it's on yourproperty. Correct, Well, so it's
trespassing. But what I'm saying isthere's no laws against the lactual nudity portion

(01:42:05):
of it. So you can exposeyourself to children in Orgon again, if
you're not doing it for sexual gratification, for the gratification of somebody else.
Yes, you are allowed to walkaround in public naked. At what point
did this become a normal and acceptablething to do. The cops will literally
do nothing about it. They're basicallysaying, we have to wait for that
person to do something more serious toyour kid before we can intervene. That

(01:42:29):
is just so insane. I mean, can we agree on that. That
is absolute? So you walk aroundbuck naked and that's fine. Now we
could do about that. You know, as long as that's sexual gratification,
why are you walking around naked?Because you're insane in some cases, and
maybe you can get away with itbecause it's Portland the other side of the

(01:42:50):
country. In Louisiana, they're doingsomething different. There are some worries about
that sort of punishment undermining the state'smoral authority to impose punishments. Right,
So we don't rape rapist, wedon't cut off the hands of thieves.
That lex tally honest sort of retributivepunishment is just something that we've decided is
crul and unusual. That's right, castration for sexual predators, We're gonna snip

(01:43:14):
you. We just need to thinkabout this harder. It isn't that people
who commit crimes shouldn't be punished, right, but they should be punished in
a way where we still are denyingthem some liberties, but we are helping
them make better choices in the future. No, no, I'm all about
that. Sorry. Having gone throughit as a child, I will tell

(01:43:35):
you this right now, snipet. And you're people that are they're maps minor
attracted people know they're molesters and theirperverts and it's vile and it's disgusting,
and their predators and that's what theyare. And Louisiana wants to handle it
in a much different way. Portland'slike walk around naked, we don't care.

(01:43:56):
And the other side of it,Louisiana is like, if you do
anything to a kid, we mayreserve to right to snip your nuts.
Welcome Louisiana. Big stories today obviouslyBiden Wall Street Journal three thousand word,
massive, huge report about his ageand the fact that, yes, even
inside of the White House, there'ssome serious issues and some worry, and

(01:44:19):
it is evidence. I think weall recognize how evident you can make up
all the excuses you want about this, that and the other. I'm not
saying Trump doesn't mess up as well, but Trump also gives you more opportunities
to mess up. Why because he'son stage for two hours. Biden's not
on stage or in front of peoplefor two hours in a month, let
alone what Trump does. But yeah, we should be concerned about said age.

(01:44:41):
The other big story obviously immigration. He's taking action a new policy on
the southern border. President Biden's newexecutive order now makes it harder for migrants
who illegally cross into the US toget asylum. The order was designed to
take effect when the number of borderencounters between ports of entry hit twenty five
hundred per day, meaning it tookeffect to media at midnight because the last
time average daily encounters were below thatlevel was back in twenty twenty one when

(01:45:05):
Biden took office. The order willonly be lifted when apprehensions dropped to fifteen
hundred per day. Number is notseen since the pandemic. Yeah, I
don't know if that's going to happen. And first of all, this constitutionally,
does he even have the right todo any of these things. That's
a big question as well. Butsomething needs to be done. There is

(01:45:25):
no doubt about that. Something hasto be done. The border is a
mess. We cannot allow the amountof people coming here really unvetted. I
think we understand that. No matterhow much we think we're looking at this,
we're not. There's just it is. They're overwhelmed. Why do I
know? Because A I live onthe border and b l's night laning.

(01:45:46):
Pick a ball with who border patrolagents? What are they telling me?
We're overwhelmed. President Biden says hehad no choice in taking this executive action
because Republicans rejected a bipartisan border securitybill earlier this year. They're urging of
former President Trump, but everybody recognizesyou've put yourself in this position and giving
you more tools. You already havethe tools. Nothing's changed. Why didn't

(01:46:09):
you act on this sooner? Becauseit's politics. That's why you haven't acted
on it sooner. It's now comingdown to the point where you recognize this
is hurting you. In the pollswhen you took office, it was near
a dead heat as far as whohandles the border. Well, Trump has
a thirty point lead on that. Now think about that. This is like
turning a garden hose on a fivealarm flower. And the American people are

(01:46:31):
not fools. They know that thisplay is too little too late. Rich
McConnell where it's too little too late, definitely going to be a big issue
heading into set election this year. The number one most viewed person on the
planet. Oh, it's got tobe a Tom Cruise right watching all this

(01:46:51):
got to be this, got tobe that. No, Jimmy Donaldson aka
mister Beast, All hail, misterBean. I'm gonna spend the next seven
days I'm hearing alive under twenty thousandpounds of dirt Mister Beast's YouTube channel where
he makes it about rageous challenges forhimself and others, often giving away huge
sums of money. Now is themost followers on YouTube two hundred and seventy
one million at last count, orhe and his squad's almost eight hundred videos.

(01:47:13):
Mister Beast real named Jimmy Donaldson takesthe record from T Series, an
Indian music label and movie studio, which has two hundred and sixty six million
followers. Mister Beast has a dealwith Amazon for upcoming TV shows and has
always listened with an explosion, misterBeast dominating the globe and he and I
mean that because he was a earlyadopter of taking all of his videos and

(01:47:38):
translating them into several different languages, hiring in many cases big actors and stars
in those countries to do his videosand react and you know, the voice
and all that stuff. It's crazy. The guy is a he's brilliant in
that, and that brings us tothis stupid information. And then I go

(01:47:58):
and spoil it all. I saysomething stupid, Well, take stupid pills
this morning. It's the honest onesyou want to watch out for, because
you can never predict they're going todo something incredibly stupid. Now, you're
the fat, stupid one with thebig mouth. Is stupid little astro.
Right, you should never underestimate thepredictability of stupidity. Now it's time for

(01:48:25):
stupid information. Let's jump into thestupid information, shall we. We know
what the number one subscriber is asfar as people subscribing, it's mister beast
on YouTube. It had to startsomewhere. First video ever on YouTube is
all right, so here we areone of the elephants. Cool thing what

(01:48:47):
these guys suspend is that they havereally, really really long fun and that's
that's cool. And that's pretty muchthis seven that right there is Juweed Kareem.
He's an American software engineer, internetentrepreneur and co founder of YouTube.
He's the first person to upload avideo on the site. The site's inaugural

(01:49:09):
video, Me at the Zoo,uploaded April twenty third, two thousand and
five's been viewed over three hundred andten million times. It had to start
somewhere, people, That is yourstupid information. You have a blessed rest
of your day. We got youover the hop Night, Night Jack.
This is the Chad Benson Show.
