(00:10):
Independent thoughts, independent life. Thisis Chad Benson, historic, incredible,
frightening unknown words being described by manypeople out there for tonight's debate Will It

(00:30):
Matter? Won't it Matter? Newsat eleven we're tuning in tonight because we're
curious if this is going to bea train wreck and we're going to get
America has had Hey, mommy,I'm not here to call out his lies.
Everybody knows he's a liar. Don'tever use the words smart with me.
You forgot the name of your college. You graduated to the lowest or

(00:51):
almost the lowest in your class.Oh give me because can you let him
finish? Sir? He doesn't knowhow to do that. Gentlemen, A
lot of people die and a lotmore going to die unless he gets a
lot smarter. If we would havelistened to you, millions of people would
have died. China's fault. Itshould have never happened. This guy will
close down the whole country and destroyour country. We handed him a booming
economy. He blew it China eightyear lunch show. You're going to answer,

(01:15):
I'm not going to answer the questionbecause answer that because what you shut
out? They found ballots in awaste paper basket. They all had the
name Trump on him. Are youwilling to condemn White? Some promises?
I would say, almost everything Isee is from the left wing, not
from the right. What do youI'm willing to do anything? Please do
it, sir, stand back andstand by. This is a left wing

(01:38):
go Fantifa is an idea, notan organization. You got it? Not
milicious direct? Well, thank youand good night? What you shut up?
God? Are we going to getthat? Is it going to matter?
I don't know. Forty two percentof people, according to the latest
poll of polls, already know whothey're going to vote for. Ten percent
say demates mattter, So debates matter. I still think it's weird that we

(02:01):
have two men stand on stage andmoderators ask questions. I'd rather see more
of a town hall kind of thing. But yeah, you know, it
is what it is. But we'renot tuning in for policy. Tonight is
all about personality and competency. Thereis a portion of us that is hoping
there's a train wreck. I wastalking to my buddy very Maga, and

(02:24):
he said, could you see it? Joe's a arumba wandering around Trump's on
top of the table yelling at DanaBash and Jake Tapper getting ready to drop
the people's elbow. It's kind ofa portion of us that wants to see
if this thing's gonna be a trainwreck because of just what we played right
there. Policy no longer matters.Personality matters much more, and that's not

(02:53):
a good thing because somebody's nice,or you think the cool or you like
the way they jab the others.Policy should be the thing that matters.
Do you like policy A and policybe? Here's the thing with policy,
though, just because you like policyA doesn't mean quote unquote your team is
going to pull it off, because, as we all know, both sides

(03:20):
can easily screw things up even ifthey've got everything they want. Tonight is
going to be different, though.A lot of people watching for the reasons
I mentioned. A lot of peoplewant to see if Trump's going to be
a meani, a lot of peoplewant to see if Biden is going to
be competent. And also I've talkedto a couple of people who are not

(03:44):
Trump's supporters, in fact cannot standDonald Trump, but they are curious as
to the way that Biden may looktonight because they see Biden shuffle, and
they see him and they know he'sold, and they understand that. And

(04:06):
really Biden is just he's just theangry vote against Trump kind of thing.
But the thing I found curious isthey both said to me yesterday, if
he comes out and he's all overthe place and jacked up, that's even
scarier because what it says is theyare doing something to it. Oh yeah,

(04:33):
because he only ever seems to bejacked up at certain times. And
you guys, what I'm talking aboutright the state of the Union. It's
like he shot out of a cannon. That to them is more curious than
quote unquote the competency if he missesa few steps here there, and they
have look, both of these guyshave lost their fastball, both of them.

(04:54):
Tonight though historic and different, sothere will be no studio audience.
The candidate's microphones will all so willonly be turned on when it is their
turn to speak. You have twoof the oldest candidates in history to ever
compete for the White House. Thiswill also be the first time we were
seeing a sitting president of the UnitedStates debate a former president of the United

(05:14):
States and of course you have thisconviction of former president Donald Trump. All
of that is going to make thisdebate something unlike anything we've ever seen before,
Unlike anything we've ever seen before, and not having a studio audience,
Trump says it's going to be weird, sterile. We've talked about that.
I think that works to his benefit. That's how they're preparing that he may

(05:38):
stay in a lane that is morepresidential because there's not an audience for him
to play up to. Some advisorsand some allies do acknowledge that they hope
that this actually helps the former presidentstay on message because he won't have to
play off the audience. He cancontrol the message, control the narrative.
But anybody that knows Donald Trump wellknows that it will be up to Donald

(05:58):
Trump. We don't necessarily know whichversion of the former president we are going
to get tomorrow night on that stage. And that's why you know Biden is
prepping for this. But as we'vetalked about, it's hard to prep for
Donald Trump. He's quick witted,he can be mean, he can be
hilarious. He gives you you don'tknow what you're gonna get from from point

(06:20):
a to point B no matter. It's like I use the sports analogy here.
I like to do this. Everyteam has a scout quarterback, right,
so the NFL. So you're playingthe Kansas City Chiefs or the Baltimore
Ravens, and you've got a guythat is running the scout team, running

(06:43):
the plays you think the Ravens aregonna run this week, and you've got
the quarterback there that's doing that. You know what, the quarterback can't do,
what Lamar Jackson can do, becausehe's a whole nother level, or
what Patrick Mahomes can do, that'sa whole nother world. So you can
prepare for it. You could preparefor Trump, but preparing for the unknown,

(07:10):
that's a tough thing to do.Chris Wallace, who of course had
that situation where he was the moderatorfor the shouting over each other debate,
the first one, he actually talkedlast night about what he thought happened after
the debate and how it did affectthe outcome in twenty twenty. You know,

(07:34):
it's an interesting thing. In theimmediate aftermath of that debate, I
certainly, like a lot of Americans, was very disappointed with Donald Trump's performance.
On the other hand, I actuallythink it was one of the most
consequential presidential debates in history. Iactually think Donald Trump lost the presidency in
that debate by his performance. Hedropped about four or five points. He

(07:56):
never regained it. And you knowhe's the he questioned has he learned his
lesson? I've talked to a lotof people in the top echelons of his
staff. They say he finally understandshow badly he did in the two thy
twenty debate. I think he has. But much like the unknown if you're

(08:16):
going up against Trump, there isan unknown with Trump, even with himself.
And tonight's going to be about gettingunder each other's skin in a lot
of ways. Is he who canprovoke each other to lose their cool?
We'll see who's got the most tolose. We're going to talk a lot
about that. A lot of thingsto get to today when it comes to

(08:39):
the historic debate. Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four twenty three at Chadmnton Show, to Twitter, your Instagram sco to
still asked stuff to get out there, But yesterday they did it again.
Somebody messed up, hit the wrongkey and often win if it is the
official ruling or anything like it.It looks like they punted. It looks

(09:01):
like they did not decide the clashbetween the federal laws and women who need
an abortion for emergency reasons to stabilizetheir health and prevent harm to their health
and Idoh's loss saying absolutely no abortionsunless it's necessary to prevent death. They
aren't going to decide that if thiswriting of this document holds. So yeah,

(09:22):
So they decided on the social mediaissue, and then this thing got
out another Idaho or this is anIdaho abortion decision that essentially says, if
you're a doctor in the emergency room, you can perform an abortion without the
fear of being prosecuted anything. Likethey said, they punted on this,
but it wasn't supposed to come out. It was on their website, the

(09:43):
Scotus blog thing for not very longand somebody pulled it down. And it's
yet another situation where Scotus has hadsome sort of leak incompetency, whatever it
is. And that's one of thereasons they're saying, you've seen these cases
slow come out because they're taking somuch precaution and there's mistrust not amongst the

(10:07):
justices but the people around them whoare working because they don't want another leak.
And of course people are wondering,is this because normally Mondays and Thursdays
are the days to release and peopleare wondering when it comes to Scotus,
is are they going to upend allof this because this, in theory,

(10:28):
should be the day that everything shouldcome out, and there's still cases out
there, obviously, the immunity onebeing a big deal. I just don't
think they could do it right beforethe debate because I think it would be
too politically charged. And they're theones who keep saying, we need to
bring the temperature down, we needto calm this thing down, We need

(10:48):
to we need to not be seenas political, so which is hard because
now that the mainstream slash establishment media, which is a lot about feelings as
we all know, doesn't like thefact that it has a conservative slant in

(11:09):
the court, they have now deemedthem to be evil and bad and political,
so which is ridiculous. I thinkwe all understand that A lot of

(13:11):
and Biden are neck and neck inthe polls. A new poll shows Trump
with a four point lead nationwide.Other polls show Trump leading in most battleground
states. Another survey shows an unprecedentedamount of double haters Americans who prefer neither
candidate twenty five percent now saying theydo not like Biden or Trump, compared
to just thirteen percent before the twentytwenty election. Double haters. Wow,

(13:35):
I didn't that sounds like something kidswould say. Totally a double hater.
Bro. National polls mean squadsh battlegroundstates aka swing states aka the Seven Arizona,
Nevada, What, Georgia, Ooh, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconson,

(13:58):
Michigan. Those states matter. Nationalpolls mean nothing. I just want
to point that out to you.So if you think it means oh,
but he's up nationally, that meansnothing. Just think about the swing states.
Think about those states right there, the seven I just mentioned. I
mean, could something crazy happen somewhereelse. It's possible, but highly unlikely.

(14:22):
So it'll be interesting tonight to seehow the bingo goes. Bingo Chad,
Yes, Bingo Bingo. How fun? Right, We've got your Bingo
cards ready for tonight. Several differentways you can look at this. When
they mentioned certain things from immigration toChina to finish the job, to you

(14:43):
know, all the other stuff thatthey're going to say that it's going to
be catchphrases shrinkflation, make the wealthypay their fare, share student debt,
then you got come on man,and all the other stuff. So everybody's

(15:03):
going to be playing Bingo night.January sixth thirty four Counts, age,
Economy, reproductive rights, backbone, soul of the Nation, felon felony,
illegal immigration, make America great again? Some things on the bingo card for
tonight. So if you want, you can go to several different places to

(15:26):
print out your Bigo cards, somespecifically only for Trump, some for Biden,
some for everybody. If you're goingto play at home kids three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad
Benson Shows, your Twitter tweet atas text the program The Chad Benson Show.

(15:50):
One of the other interesting things isI saw an election debate expert and
he said, over time things havechanged so much that it's no longer about
the sustinct long answer. It's nowabout getting in and out fast, because
it'll be great for social media,in particular the tiktoks, the reels,
the shorts, things of that nature, which is very interesting. Meanwhile,

(16:12):
in Russia, Evan Gushkovich back behindbars after photographer's got only a brief look
at the young journalist, his headnow shaved, but the same quick smile.
Even after fifteen months in a Russianprison. Kriskovich's trial on charges of
espionage is being held in complete secrecy, the Russians arresting him in March of

(16:34):
last year, accusing him without anyevidence of spying. For the US ninety
nine point nine percent success rate whenthe Russians prosecute something like this and this
guy is unfortunately a political pawn.I'm hearing already that they're preparing some sort
of swapp or trade what despot thatis in jail somewhere, whether here or

(17:00):
elsewhere, that the Russians want toget to this guy though, I mean
he is you know, I meanthe the suffering and the craziness of these
prisons that he is in, andevery bite of food you take could potentially
be poisoned. Let's not forget yournew roommate, maybe somebody that they put
in there specifically to do something toyou. In this Wall Street journeral reporter

(17:22):
doesn't look like he's the kind ofguy that throws hands, if you know
what I mean. Three two, three, five, four twenty three At
Chad Benson Show, I'm your Twitter, your Instagram. A lot of stuff
still to get to some immigration. The Satan Club is back, talk about
that as well. It is theChad Benton Show, such Chad Benson Show,

(17:59):
Independent and Thoughts, Independent life. This is Chad Benson. While there
is a debate tonight's which we willall pay attention because it's a big deal.
Was talking to my son about thisyesterday. This is something that's great
about our country. We get tosee the two leaders, if you will,

(18:25):
and one of these two will bethe President of the United States on
stage arguing ideas, maybe wandering aroundaimlessly yelling at each other. And I'm
excited about that, and he's like, you know, I said, we're
gonna sit down, we're gonna watchit together, and he's like, cool.
But I said, one of thethings that frustrates me while these two

(18:45):
guys are on stage, there's somebodyelse out there that is actually making noise
amongst voters. But the system andin itself is making it so tough for
him to a get on the ballotsand be get on stage that it's about
the same measure of support. Sowe did something a little bit different in
this five point thirty eight ipsos Paul. We ask people who they were considering

(19:07):
voting for, so that means youcould choose more than one candidate. And
what you see here is a prettylow ceiling for both Trump and Biden.
They don't get about forty five percenteither one of them. I'm struck by
the number though for Bobby Kennedy Junior. That's almost one in five voters who
say they may consider voting for thethird party candidate, even though he's not
on the stage tonight, which Ithink is awful. I think he needs
to be on the stage. Iwould like to see him on the stage.

(19:30):
But I've reminded you guys this foryears. The Republicans and the Democrats.
While in theory their ideology is different, they're two corporations that enjoy the
monopoly that they have. I thinkmaybe, as I say, think Pepsi

(19:55):
coke, and Kennedy's trying to bedoctor pepp which, by the way,
past Pepsi as the number two mostpopular soda on the market or cola,
depending where you are pop. Maybehe should be on state. If you've

(20:17):
got potentially twenty percent of America interestedin what you have to say, that
should be heard. And that's whywhen you look at poles, swing states
are important. Throwing this pole tooif Kennedy is on the ballot in that

(20:37):
state, because that will make adifference. Oh yeah, I never thought
of that. He's an interesting character. A lot of it's misquoted, a
lot of it's taken out of context. Yes, he does have some wacky
ideas, but still, what wouldhappen if there was a third party candidate

(21:00):
that didn't come with the disdain themedia as from because they's done anti vaxer
or whatever they want to throw athim. It's a conspiracy theorist. Even
his family doesn't like him. Whatwould happen if there was a third party
candidate that had some money, littlename recognition, and none of the media

(21:26):
crushing baggage. What would that belike? Or I'm also his voice?
I mean that's I. I don'twant to be mean, but I'm just
throwing it out there. No,I'm not going to do It's one of
the few personations I can do.I don't want to to do it.
I think that No, that's notvery fair. Chet. I'm just saying
they are going to be on stagetonight, and do we care about the

(21:48):
facts? Shall we look at saidfacts? Because I'm a fact guy,
not a feelings guy. How aboutimmigration and how did the two candidates compare?
According to official data from US Customera Border Protection, President Biden saw
far more encounters along the Southwest borderduring his term so far compared to the
four years under former President Trump.Again, these numbers are from US Customs

(22:11):
and Border Protection and they show thatsince President Biden has taken off as border
agents are ported over eight million encounterswith migrants along the southern border compared to
just under two million under former PresidentTrump. The amount of godaways under President
Biden three times higher than the sametime period under a former President Trump during

(22:32):
his four years in office. Sothose are facts, those are numbers.
Sometimes there's things to go with thosethings. We can go what about this
and what about that? Because itdoesn't always tell everything. But for the
most part, data is data, and that is what it is. Right
there. See that we know Trumpwins on immigration. Economy very interesting because

(23:00):
well you add pre COVID Trump versuspost COVID Trump. We look at the
economy. Actually, there's several elementsand several numbers that tend to favor President
Joe Biden. There's a little bitof a caveat though, because obviously the
pandemic very much hurt some of thenumbers against former President Trump during his time
in office. Let's get right tothese ones right here, President Joe Biden

(23:23):
seeing three times the amount of jobsgrowth compared to mister Trump during his pre
COVID years. President Biden saw biggrowth in manufacturing jobs as well, compared
to mister Trump before the pandemic, which decimated a job growth. The two
competitors saw somewhat similar average monthly unemploymentrates during their terms. So that's job

(23:44):
growth, and what does it reallylook like? And this is the one
that you have to put in context. We don't know what Trump's job numbers
would have looked like. Who's rightaround two hundred thousand. Until COVID hit
in April of twenty twenty, twentymillion jobs were lost. In May of
twenty twenty, three million jobs weregained, ten times more lost in one

(24:10):
month than ever before. And allthose job games at that time were huge.
Trump had nothing to do with eitherof those because of COVID. So
that's hard for people. No matterhow you spin it. People understand me
going back to my job that Ihad to leave because everybody told we had
to be on unemployment and go.That doesn't really count as me creating a

(24:34):
new job and or getting a newjob. I'm just going back to what
I did before COVID. But evenwith those numbers, and by the way,
Biden's numbers. I throw this outhere because I get the hate.
Oh you hate Biden. No,I don't, don't hate Trump or Biden.
Don't love either from either. They'repoliticians, they're people. We talk
about them. Even with the jobnumbers. The thing that people care about

(24:59):
the most when it comes to theeconomy is the thing I've been telling you
guys forever. Look at the economyin two phases, two segments. You
have the producer seller of goods. Then you have the consumer side. We
base our world, especially in thevoting side, on the consumer side.

(25:19):
Inflation. One of the biggest differencescan actually be seen with inflation. Under
a former President Trump, we sawon average monthly inflation rate of just over
two percent pre COVID and just undertwo percent during the pandemic, while President
Biden has seen inflation climbed to aroundfive and a half percent during his term,

(25:40):
and Americans are still feeling the pinch. Like we said, at the
grocery store and at the gas station. Yeah, at the grocery store,
at the gas station. We feelthat that consumer side is the voting side,
and that's where Trump people look andsay, well, if we're going
to look at everything, all right, I can't look at the first year

(26:00):
with Biden because there was still thepandemic. Okay, take that out,
But since then it's not cooled andwe can sit here and talk about all
of the other stuff about well, you know, pretty Trump, this,
that and the other. I'm justlooking at this from if I was a
look at, say a snapshot oftwo years from each two and a half

(26:21):
years from each, people go,I feel better under Trump's economy and obviously
as immigration three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to
twenty three atch had Beenton show toTwitter, your Insta, all of the
other stuff. Boeing, God,we got another whistleblower coming out. Boeing's

(26:41):
got some serious issues. Can wejust say that there's some I'm surprised nobody's
going to jail yet, but thisis an issue and the quality control it
is. It is ugly what ishappening at Boeing. Here's a spokesperson for

(27:02):
Boeing talking about the Max because otherpeople are coming out going. We warned
them for years and there's other planesout there too that they're getting ready to
deliver that have serious issues. TheMax crush. We made a mistake and
we own. Have we taken stepsto address those I believe we have.
We will see. Man. Isaw some pilots talking the other day about
just how bad it was and thefact that they put this software on airplanes

(27:30):
and did not tell the pilots orthe companies this software was there. Surprised,
nobody's going to jail three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three atch hadBenson show? Is your Twitter tweaked at
us? Text the program? Alot more to come up? Can Trump
get a fair debate? Tonight? We will talk about that a lot of

other stuff To get to Raycon bestearbuds around. You'll love your Raycons.

mister Frog. Mister Frog, whyare you so evil? You have one

is for our beloved and highly intelligentpresident, Why are you so amazing?
You have unlimited time to rescipond?Ah? What is that a joke about?

(29:29):
Potentially tonight the debate? Why isthat? Because it's not like the
two people that are going to bemoderating this are big fans of Donald Trump,
And what do you bet they factcheck him in real time, which
is fine, But maybe Biden doesn'tquite get fact checked the same way.

(29:56):
What do you bet about that?Oh, come on, Tapper in Bash,
they're journalists. It's going to befine. The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf
Hitler is once again alive and wellon a national political stage, this time,
of course, in the United States, this time given life by former
president and current Republican presidential front runnerDonald Trump. Let's recognize this comment for

(30:19):
what it is, a longstanding antiSemitic trope that the true allegiance for Jews
is to their religion rather than theircountry. It was used in Nazi Germany
to justify the arrests, persecutions, and mass killings attempted extermination of the Jewish
people, and Trump has been pushingthis trope for years. Yeah, do

(30:40):
you think that you're going to geta fair shot here tonight? And it's
going to be a fair debate,Donald Trump? Am I going to get
a fair Probably not, But itwould be very good for CNN. They're
having a lot of ratings problems.I think it would be very good for
CNN actually in terms of its credibility. It'll be interesting to see, well,
they're going to win the night,There's no doubt about that. A
lot of people are going to watchthat. How long people watch will be

(31:03):
interesting, cause usually it's about thirtyfive to forty five minutes and people start
to drop off. And I thinkif it looks like it's not going to
be any fireworks. People drop offa little bit quicker. So but if
there's going to be fireworks, man, we're going to stay the whole way

(31:23):
through some rules, some interesting thingsthat we need to know about tonight.
If we go behind the podiums, you can see two green lights. When
they're on, they signal to thecandidate his microphone is on. When the
green lights are off, they signalto the candidate his microphone is off.
Now, I want to give youa sense of what it will look like
for viewers at home if a candidatewhose microphone is off interrupts a candidate whose

(31:47):
microphone is on. So I'm standingat one podium, and I'll ask Phil
to come in and take the otherpodium. Feel and so let's say I'm
answering a question. My light isgreen and I'm speaking. Phil's microphone is
off and his green lights are notilluminated. He's going to interrupt me as
I'm speaking, and this is whatit will sound like. My volume remains
constant, while Phil's interruption can bedifficult to understand. Oh good, So

(32:09):
now we're here mumbling, which maybe normal for elderly gentlemen, is what
I'm trying to say. Oh goodnessme AI. Some people are embracing it.
I'm one of them. Others aren't. The music industry struggling. Some
of the biggest music companies in theworld, including Universal, Sony, and

(32:29):
Warner Records, are suing generative AIcompanies Sunio and Udio, alleging they are
building their companies by scraping a hugeamount of copyrighted music off the Internet without
permission and without paying for it.Other creators have made similar accusations, saying
AI companies are not being forthcoming abouthow they are training their models and whether
what they're using for that training islicensed. Oh that's interesting. But you

(32:52):
know what, when it comes toAI, while music industry is struggling,
artists are struggling. What about theOlympics? And I bring this up because

(33:17):
arguably the most famous call in sportsAmerican sports history, I'm fuck you're believing
miracle, unlievable. Al Michael's rightthere? Do you believe in miracles?
Nineteen eighty Olympics Winter version. Well, NBC plans to use an artificial clone

(33:38):
of al Michaels, who is seventynine, to narrate its daily streaming recaps
of the Summer Olympics in Pali.Okay, Pali, So your daily Olympic
recap on Peacock will feature narration froma high quality AI recreation. Now.

(33:58):
He said he was super skeptic, right, and when he heard it,
he said it was like ninety eightpercent perfect. He says it missed being
perfect by just two percent. Hesaid he was stunned by this and a

(34:21):
little weirded out. Not gonna lie, he's a little weirded out. He
says. It's both amazing and scary, which is totally understandable. So they're
leaning into it, and I understandthe music, and somebody's like, well,
why can't everybody else lean into it? Here's the problem. How Michael's
is seventy nine Okay, he's inthe fourth quarter of life. He's worth

(34:44):
millions, he is living the dream. He has nothing to worry about.
If you're a young artist or anartist that's just hitting the prime or in
the prime and still have a longway to go, it's understandable why this
would worry you. And I justdon't know how you know you're going to

(35:06):
fix this with AI. I justdon't know how they're going to fix you
know. That's why if you're smartand you're an artist, you're going to
go out there and do everything youcan to patent everything there is about you.
And it's hard to patent a sound. Let's be honest about that.
And technology, as we know, will always outpace laws. That there be

(35:28):
the truth three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four,
twenty three at Chat Benson Show. It's your Twitter, your Insta and all
the other things on the Chat BensonShow coming up next hour. A lot
more debate stuff to get to.Uh, we're breaking down the rules,
We're talking about a lot of differentthings when it comes to this debate.

(35:50):
How much does it matter and who'sgot the most to lose in this?
Was the bar set Solow for Bidenthat hey, his his his chance to
win this thing if you will,if you can think that is much easier
than Donald Trump. On the otherhand, one big mix up from Biden
because of the age thing. Doesthat put him in a situation where it's

(36:12):
not going to take that much forhim to lose it if he has quote
unquote a senior moment talk about that. A lot of other stuff follow along
across all the social media right hereon the One and Only Chad in the
Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts,Independent Life. This is Chad Benson while

(36:54):
the debate is tonight. Maybe afterwardsyou're thinking, I'm so jacked up from
that debate, kind of like Bidenon whatever he's on. It's not very
nice. Jen. Maybe then youneed to calm yourself down. This is
a parody. I want to putthat out there. It's kind of funny.
If you're having trouble sleeping, askyour doctor about by Denica, the

(37:16):
sleep aid made from one hundred percentJoe Biden press conference. The best way
to get something done if you ifyou hold near and dear to you that
you like to be able to anyway. By Denica has a patented blend of
confusion and forgetfulness that will calm themost overactive brains. COVID has taken this

(37:38):
year, just since the outbreak hastaken more than one year. Look here's
the lives. It's just I mean, you think about it. When they
sold out American jobs and killed theKeystone pipeline. It kept me up all
night worrying about how we pay ourbills. But then I got by Denica

(38:00):
and I've never slept better. Warningpeople who have used by Denica have experienced
rampid lying and an inability to securethe southern border. Others have hallucinated and
font breakfast cereals cornpop was a baddude. Ask your doctor if by Denica
is right for you. Oh,come on, that was funny. It's

(38:20):
not very nice. I saw acouple places today that actually we're taking the
could Biden take something that would helpthem? And it was very It was
It was interesting because these two doctorswere like, look, there are things
that could help both of these guysand everybody that is natural that would give

(38:40):
you a little bit more energy andfocus. But the stuff they're talking about,
he says, it's not good forpeople of their age. Let's just
say it's not very nice. Becausethey mentioned Trump as well, and I
thought that was kind of interesting. But then they asked, well what about
you know, if they're worry ofthe cognitive claim, they're like, look,
there is nothing out there that anybodycan take that is going to help

(39:01):
you with what some people are sayingis wrong with Biden. I don't know
what is wrong with Biden. WhatI do know is I see a guy
that's lost his fastball, not thatTrump still has his fastball. I would
expect people to slow down. Butis the energy level much different for Trump

(39:21):
comparatively to Joe Biden. That's easyto see. And if you're honest with
yourself and you see Joe on aday to day basis shuffling, mumbling,
you know, he's okay here. You don't see him for a few days
and he struggles here. You know, if you see him like that and
then tonight he looks like he's shutout of a cannon, you're going to

(39:43):
ask yourself some questions, aren't you, even if you're not a fan of
Donald Trump. Look that Joe Bidenwas very disciplined. He needed to push
back on the notion that he wastalk too much. Joe Biden, the
vice presidential debater I thought was areally effective debater both against Paul Ryan and

(40:06):
against Sarah Palin. He was verydisciplined. He's really good at moving message.
But this version is not the sameguy. I don't think he's his
nimble. That's Chuck Todd. Idon't think he's his nimble. It's weird
that we don't want to have thatconversation isn't it. This is kind of
odd that we, you know, like for even people who talk about this,

(40:30):
you know, with democracy is onthe ballot. I'm going to tell
you this, every election since Iwas a kid is the biggest election and
the most important election of our lifetime. Everyone I've heard democracy. He has
been on the ballot on numerous occasions. And guess what still here. Remember
we're republic. I always want topoint that out. I know CNN and

(40:51):
a few other places have done somestuff lately where they're like, if you
say a republic, you're really sayingmaga. And I'm like, no,
that's not Democracy is how we vote, part of the system, but the
ruling side of it is the republic. So that's what that is. They

(41:12):
founding fathers didn't want a democracy becausethey looked around a go man, these
things seem to fail. Yeah, and democracy they're going to try to make
that the thing. And that's whatthey've been doing is trying to make it.
He's evil, he's bad, he'sa meaning, And democracy's on the
ballot. And if I'm Joe Bidenand if I'm Donald Trump, I stay

(41:37):
away from twenty twenty. I stayaway from it. I stay as far
away from it as possible. IfI'm Joe Biden, I stay away from
the whole everybody, the world's goingto be taken apart and we're no longer
going to exist, and he's goingto I'm stay far. I stick to

(41:59):
the things that matter, because judgingby all of the polls, it's not
democracy on the ballot, not evenclose. Are you sure? Yeah,
it's not. It's not things thatmatter to people, like the economy,

(42:20):
immigration, those are on the ballot. Inflation by far the biggest, fifty
percent of voters say that's a bigfactor. Immigration next on the list.
Then you've got political extremism and abortion, crime and some other issues. And
this is striking. Donald Trump isseen as better handling all of the top
issues, both of the biggies, inflation and immigration. Trump a ten point
edge in trust to handle inflation,Immigration a twelve point edge. It's only

(42:43):
when you get a little lower downthat priority list into political extremism and abortion
rights that you used to start tosee a Biden advantage. That's a big
deal right there. We talked aboutit last hour and for months and really
for years. In the way theeconomy is handled We're a check book voter
in many ways, but that isthe checkbook meaning are spending Yes, we're

(43:09):
happy we got a job, orthere's jobs being created out there, But
the spending and expense side of itis how we judge all of that.
One of the other things in thepoll is who do you think is going
to do well tonight? We askvoters in this poll who do you think
is going to do a better job? What kind of performance are you expecting?

(43:29):
And frankly, voters think both ofthem are going to do a pretty
lousy job, but they think Bidenis going to do a little bit worse.
Their views on him a little bitmore negative going in, so he's
got a lower bar to clear. It could mean that Biden is seen as
having a good night, even ifhe's just okay. And that's something that
if you've seen even the talking headsthat are working for the campaigns, in

(43:53):
particular the Republican campaigns have come outlately. And so I think Biden's going
to do great because you've set thebars so low that surviving the night is
a win. That's sad. Imean, first of all, that's just
sad in general. Secondly, it'sjust weird. Right that people go out
and like on your behalf campaign, like somebody going in campaigning for your job.

(44:16):
Could you imagine that's somebody at work. It's like, I think Steve
doing a great job. I reallydo. And I know you've heard from
Mark over there that things are betterif Mark was in charge, But I
just don't think that's true. Ithink Steve does a job that is bang
up. I think Mark tells alot. I mean, it's it is
kind of weird, but the barhas been set low, which is not

(44:38):
good. You know, if Trumpdoesn't yell or throw a fit or talk
over him, that seemed to begood. And if Biden survives the night,
that seems to be the win.Oh my god, we're gonna do
better than this, right you andmy wife said last night, three hundred

(44:58):
and fifty million people live in thiscountry, give or take fifty million people
that shouldn't be here, and thisis the best kind of three two,
three, five, three eight, twenty four twenty three Atchad Beenton Show is
your Twitter tweet at us text theprogram. Love hearing from all of you.
Several of you have text in becauseI played that parody earlier about Joe

(45:21):
Biden. Here, here's the thing. I would play one of Trump if
you send it to me that's interesting. I have zero problems. I'll play
parodies all day if they're fun.You gotta be fun. They can't suck.
Can we just say that, you'vegot to give me something that is
fun interesting? Three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty
four to twenty three Atchad Benson Show, tweet text, love hearing from all

(45:46):
of you. So much stuff stillto get to. We're gonna talk a
little bit about the Supreme Court.I think a lot of people that are
waiting for all the big decisions andwhatnot don't think the immunity decision. I
just don't think they could do thattoday. I don't. I know a
lot of people think that is goingto happen, but I just not today,
Like not to day. They're tryingto be seen as the non political

(46:14):
side of things, and that isa tough thing. One of the things
though, that I think is goingto be brought up tonight is immigration.
Obviously, we've heard about the numbers. We talked about it last hour because
the numbers are pretty nasty. Whenit comes to Biden versus Trump, Trump
wins that thing big time. Imean, that's what the kids would call
being boat raced. But what aboutthe terrorist side of things. That's one

(46:37):
of those black Swan events that couldhappen that changes I think a race like
nothing other. And the fact thatfour hundred people are in this country brought
here by ISIS linked smugglers, whyis this a bigger story? This is

(46:58):
something that the f DHS have beenconcerned about. There are ISIS linked individuals
overseas in Central Asia and countries likeUzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Russia who
are helping migrants get out of thosecountries into the Western Hemisphere and then eventually
cross the border. But they're operatingout of the Eastern Hemisphere. But because

(47:19):
more than four hundred migrants came tothe US with the help of that network
with ISIS affiliations, ICE is nowlooking to arrest many of them out of
an abundance of caution because it's notknown exactly why those people came here.
They say, so far, ofthe more than one hundred and fifty that
they've arrested, they have not foundanyone who had a terror plot or came
to the United States with the intentof carrying out a terrorist operation. But

(47:42):
look, there are more than fiftykris of that four hundred where their whereabouts
are unknown. ICE doesn't know wherethey are, and we're told when they
find them, they will arrest them. Important to point out, though,
that those arrestaurant immigration charges not terrorismcharges, because that's basically the lowest hanging
fruit they can have to get thesepeople off the streets, find out more
information, and in many cases seethat they're deported quickly. We're going to

(48:06):
talk a bit about this coming upbecause MAJORC has got grilled yesterday by some
people and kind of the way he'sacting and the way that he's playing this
down and how he came out yesterday, remember, and he's like, well,
we want to apologize to the peopleof Central Asia because Tamrikastan and Tajikistan
and all the It's like, really, and let me tell you something,
man, if something horrific happened, you're the one that's on the hook for

(48:29):
this. So if you were warningeverybody, not playing it down and apologizing
and something bad happen, you cansay, look, we tried our asses
off, we were telling people this, but it just again, it's par

(49:47):
You're listening to the Chad Benson showI feel like I'll go be sick.
I just like look through my Walmarthistory and I found this, like Walmart
order from two years ago for thewhole month worth of groceries, forty five
items cost one hundred and twenty sixdollars. Now this order of forty five

(50:07):
items for one month would have costfour hundred and fourteen dollars. That is
four times more. How the howlike what I feel like, I'll go
these six A full lot golbooth thick. There's a perfect example though, of
how people are feeling today in theeconomy. That's a you know, look,

(50:34):
things are gonna go up, thingsget a little bit more expensive.
Hence the reason two percent inflation iskind of what everybody shoots for because just
life gas, you know, gettingthings energy prices to and fro keeping stuff
refrigerated, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. You know, we
go on and on about that that'sat two percent, but that's not and
we always talk about when it comesto inflation, think of it as compound

(50:54):
entrance. So if it's just sayit's it's ten per on average, over
the last three and a half fouryears, things have gone up. Some
stuff's up two percent, some stuff'sup twenty percent. But let's just say
we always think, well, thatshould mean it's if it's one hundred dollars
in groceries, it should be onehundred and ten. No, it's compound

(51:17):
interest. Each thing is up tenpercent. You add that up and you're
like, oh my god, that'sdefinitely something that is going to be a
part of tonight's great debate. Ohbaby, I love watching all of the
uh because CNN is counting this thingdown big time, which is understandable.

(51:37):
They got it, they have it, and I'm going to be doing a
lot of stuff tonight on the debate, doing it live, doing a bunch
of things, and I'm excited aboutit. But man, CNN, I
was joking yesterday and they got theircountdown clock down and somebody in the newsroom
said they've had that up for aweek. And Elon and CNN are in

(52:04):
a battle because CNN is saying, you can't use clips, can't do any
of these things unless you're like anofficial partner, which is understandable. It's
theirs, and Elon's like, we'regoing to do it. You can't stop
us. Three two three five threeeight, twenty four to twenty three at
Chad Benson Show. Is your Twittertweet at us text the program. I
love hearing from all of you.Chad Benson Show. Meanwhile, Scout has

(52:30):
still has some stuff to be deliveredto all of us. But yesterday,
dupes, somebody messed up, hitthe wrong key and off it win.
If it is the official ruling oranything like it, it looks like they
punted. It looks like they didnot decide the clash between the federal laws
and women who need an abortion foremergency reasons to stabilize their health and prevent

(52:52):
harm to their health and Idol's losssaying absolutely no abortions unless it's necessary to
prevent death. They aren't going todecide that if this writing of this document
holds. So, just like theDobbs decision, something got out and it
was an oops thing on their website. And yet, as we all know,
once something ends up on the internet, it's never going anywhere because people

(53:15):
are watching for stuff like that. This is the Idaho decision about abortion that
essentially says, hey, if youare a doctor in an emergency room,
yes you can perform an abortion. You don't need to go to like twelve
different judges. Battle of abortion stillgoes on, but it's interesting that it
seems to be the abortion stuff thatgets leaked. And this was an oops?

(53:35):
Was it an oops? This isone of the reasons they're saying it's
taking so long to get these thingsout because nobody trust each other. And
I'm not talking about the justices.I'm talking about the people working in and
around the justices. They're trying tokeep everything as close to the vest as
possible. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to
twenty three at Chad bensa shows, your Twitter, your Instagram. It is
the Chad Benson Show, such ChadBenson, Joe, Independent Thoughts, Independent

(54:39):
Life, This is Chad Benson. So there will be no studio audience.
The candidate's microphones will also only beturned on when it is their turn to
speak. You have told the oldestcandidates in history to ever compete for the
White House. This will also bethe first time we were seeing a sitting
president of the United States debate aformer president of the United States. And

(55:01):
of course you have this conviction offormer President Donald Trump. All of that
is going to make this debate somethingunlike anything we've ever seen before. Unlike
anything we've ever seen before. Tonightthe Great Debate, and they're in Georgia,
which is a big deal because Georgiabeing one of the states that they

(55:22):
call a battle ground state. Sowe will see what this looks like tonight.
Obviously we have a breakdown tomorrow topand bottom of the out because full
team coverage. I don't really havea full team partial team coverage. Personality,

(55:43):
cognitive ability, that's what we're watching. People who are who people haven't
made up their mind. Okay, they're watching not for the issues, because
everybody knows what they're going to sayabout the issues. There's not going to
be any surprise, like Trump's notgonna come out and go, let's go
up in borders, and is notgoing to come out and go I think
marriage between a man and a woman, that's not gonna happen. But you

(56:07):
want to feel like they can handlethe job and that they could see it
through, which is also not beingtalked about as much as it could be.
But alas here we are. Immigrationwill also be a big deal,
there's no doubt about that. Yesterdaymy Orcus was grilled because of the amount
of people that are coming here.We just heard earlier, you know,

(56:30):
four hundred people with ISIS connections asfar as ISIS linked groups help people get
here, and Ali Bradley News Nation, she said, Hey, look,
how you say you care about thenation when you're hearing about all this stuff?
And what about the violent crimes thatare happening, that are popping up

(56:50):
then unfortunately becoming political, their heinousin nature. But what do you say
to those people? Obviously, themedia the nation has had their eyes on
the brutal crime times committed recently byillegal immigrants. One of them was actually
wearing an ICE ankle monitor. Yetthis morning you said in an interview that
the safety of the American people isthe priority and that these individuals are vetted.

(57:12):
But we know in our conversations withthe ICE director, we've heard the
FBI director say that there are significantgaps in intel. So what would you
say to reassure the American people thatthey are in fact safe? And what
would you say to the families whoare mourning their loved ones because of these
migrant crimes being committed. Well, let me start where you ended. A
message to the families is, ofcourse, our hearts are with them given

(57:37):
their suffering. The safety and securityof the American public is indeed our highest
priority. We screen and vet individualswhen we encounter them. If we learn
of derogatory information subsequently later in theprocess, then we take enforcement action accordingly.

(57:59):
Yeah, well it only takes oneAnd I can't blame. If you're
doing everything you can at the border, it's hard to blame. I'm doing
everything I can. This administration isn't. And while I don't blame my orchide
hundred percent, like I said, the marching orders come from the top.
I keep going back to an event, God willing it doesn't happen, but
at some point in time it's goingto happen. But if it happened between

(58:21):
now and say October, Biden's ina lot more hurt than he is right
now. That can be traced. And then we start to find out,
oh my god, they knew therewere a lot of these people, they
couldn't find them. There's a bunchof them now out of the four hundred,
they're arresting them all for immigration violations. But that also shows you that

(58:42):
if they want to, they canarrest you for immigration violation. But they
are worried enough about these people thatthey will arrest them for immigration violations,
which is not doing for anybody else, because they think, eh, we
better look like we're trying. Ahundred of those people are missing in this
country. And then, of coursethe big story the death of the little

(59:06):
girl Joscelyn Niagarai, twelve years old. You haven't heard the story. She
leaves her house at night, sneaksout at twelve. These two guys shouldn't
be here, who had ankle monitorson cut him off and did horrific things

(59:32):
to her, like horrific things toher, and she's dead. And while
it's becoming a political issue, andit shouldn't because the politics should be you
shouldn't be here illegally. So theyare people here are legal with nobody's no.
You're not illegal as a human you'rejust illegal to be in this country.

(59:55):
If you break into Disneyland, you'renot all goal as a human being,
you're just breaking the law. GovernorAbbott today talking about that in my
orcis so Majorcus obviously has no cluewhat's going on on the border or the
consequences of it. Majorcas is arepeated liar. He lies saying that the

(01:00:19):
border is closed, there's no bodycrossing the border. But he's lying about
this. But more importantly, listen, the murder of Jocelyn was a direct
result of Biden's open border policies. There were multiple opportunities to stop these criminals.
One was to have an effective bordersecurity plan that would deny illegal entry.

(01:00:42):
Second, remember border patrol apprehended bothof these murderers and then let them
go. And then at the timethe murders took place, one of them
had an ankle bracelet on them wherethey were supposed to be monitored, and
they failed every step of the way. Jocelyn would be alive today. Had
Joe Biden implemented a secure border plan, absolutely she would be. And like

(01:01:09):
we were just talking about, theyhad arrested them before. So I want
you to think about this, andwhat did they do they her let them
go. Where you look at whatthey're doing with these quote unquote isis linked
folks. They're going after them andthey are not. They are not releasing

(01:01:36):
them for breaking into the country andcoming here unlawfully. So there must be
a worry there that potentially somebody maydo something bad. Oh yeah, And
speaking of that little girl who wasbrutally murdered by scumbags well in Texas based

(01:02:00):
the death penalty. Oh yeah,Mattress Mac, if you don't know who
he is, this is a guywho is like he's just you know,
he's the guy that makes crazy bets. He's he's worth hundreds of millions of
dollars. He's he is. Youknow, he's alleged and in in Texas
and now nationwide because of his entertainingway that he handles himself and all the

(01:02:22):
bets is what a lot of peopleknow. He is doing something for the
family. Matter's Mac, my frienda for inviting everybody to come out tomorrow
Thursday, three to six for thetribute to Jocelyn, the celebration of life
at GALLI. First. That's right, a life cut too short, and
as a community needed to come togetherto uplift this family. They're going to

(01:02:42):
need us for years to come, but primarily the first year and these first
couple of weeks are the hardest. We want to be there tomorrow to let
the family know how much we careabout them, how much we care about
Josceon's life. Three to six amopen to everybody at GALLI first, and
he's paying for the funeral, doinga lot of other things helping the family
out. By the way, themom is twenty seven, so she's twelve.

(01:03:06):
Mom had her at fifteen. It'sawful, Chad. You shouldn't politicize
it. I don't want to politicizeit. The politicizing isn't about the crime.
It's about the fact that they werehere to commit said crime, and
while they committed crimes while they werehere, nothing was done about it.
That's the issue. This is ajudge in Harris County blaming Trump for this.

(01:03:30):
That's right. Blaming Trump me.It hurts even more that they're being
used as pawns in this fight overimmigration that doesn't even exist because Biden and
McConnell agree. It's just that Trumpwon't let him move it forward. All
due respect, judge, you saidthis shouldn't be politicized. But by pointing
the finger at former President Trump andRepublicans in Congress, aren't you politicizing it?

(01:03:52):
I think I answered the question. So this is about Jocelyn, this
is about her family talking about immigration. Now, then answer the question,
are you politicizing this by pointing thefinger at Republicans and saying it's their fault,
not the fault of the Biden administrationthat lifted the remain in Mexico policies.

(01:04:14):
Again, the Biden administration reached anagreement with Leader McConnell to address this.
But this is not about immigration.I'm not going to feed into that.
This is about Jocelyn. Yeah, good luck with that. You politicize
it, and then when you gotcalled on the matt you didn't want to
deal with it. Yeah, it'sunfortunate that it has to be politicized,
but welcome to Unfortunately the world welive in. If you don't make loud

(01:04:35):
enough noise and you don't bring certainsituations to the forefront. See bussing people

is the Chad Benson Show irreverence,Like, yeah, so what, it's
the chat Benzon. Captain America's hidensecret power Swimming with Sharks. My first
time being out here in a longtime. The new Captain America, Anthony

(01:06:05):
Mackie, kicks off National Geographics Sharkfesttonight with the show Shark Beach and is
a certified Scooba diver for almost twentyyears. He's been in the water with
a bunch of sharks, great whitesin South Africa, whale sharks in Mexico,
a blue whale off the coast ofCape Town. And he says he's
more in awe than afraid being inthe water with him. You see how
majestic and how powerful they are,but also you just see how beautiful they

(01:06:29):
are. Shark Beach with Anthony Mackiedebuts tonight on not Geo. All right,
that's Shark Fest. Well it's likeShark Week it's not, but kind
of see we break things down theway that others just don't do it.
Others are gonna be talking about allkinds of stuff, the very this,
that and the other. We're talkingabout the important stuff. I want to
differentiate the difference between what you justheard and Shark Week. It's finally happening,

(01:06:55):
Discovery Shark Weekend, yours truly,John Cena are coming together for the
biggest end of the summer. Theparty starts July seventh. So, because
there's a lot of confusion about this, so we're gonna break it down for
you Shark Fest, Shark Week oneNatchio one on Discovery. So Sharkfest is

(01:07:15):
like a month long. They repurposea lot of stuff, but also it
is kind of a focus on species, and they do a couple things where
they bring Anthony Mackie and they dosome stuff like that, and it's more
of a celebration, if you will. But Shark Week focuses on specials and
it's all new. One is aweek, the other is a month.

(01:07:40):
And you've got shark Fest starting Julythirtieth, and then you're gonna have Shark
Week which starts July seventh, onehosted by Anthony Mackie and Shark Week hosted
by John Cina. Let's find outwhat's on Shark Week, shall we.
I'm like, okay, what ison Shark Week this year? Because you
do want to know? Because wealways wanted there's got to be some sort

(01:08:03):
of attack. So that's one ofthe reasons we turn in. We tune
in because I joke about nature messingup. There's something weird about us as
human beings that are drawn to whenanimals do things like eat us, attack
us because it shows our vulnerability andthat you know, in certain situations we

(01:08:25):
are not the dominant species. Soyou're gonna have a lot of different things,
including not just great white sharks don'tget the hammerheads, but also what
the hell's going on with killer whaleskilling great white sharks. It's called great
white serial killer, Sea of blood, a lot of other stuff as well,

(01:08:50):
Belly of the Beast, Billy ofthe Beast, monster, hammerhead species
acts. I love that stuff.Speaking of animals, the most dangerous animal
in the world, Danish cow Denmark, will be in taxing farmers at one
hundred dollars per cow because of themethane they belch. Denmark has become the
first country in the world to introducea tax specifically targeting agricultural emissions, marking

(01:09:14):
a historic step in global environmental policy. Animals with four chambered stomachs, like
cows or lease methane, a greenhousegas. The majority of the methane that
cows release is not actually through flatulence, but rather through belching. Calculations estimate
that cows alone create more than sevenpercent of all global emissions. WHOA,
that is a lot. Then thinkabout this for a second. Though,

(01:09:36):
one hundred dollars tax per cow,Ireland I think is doing like fifteen or
eighteen or something like that per cat. But that's a lot and that gets
passed on to who the good superone cow will produce about six tons of
CO two E per year, meaningafter this policy is implemented, each cow
will now be taxed at about onehundred dollars each. The revenue generated from

(01:09:59):
the tax will be rein sit intothe agricultural sector to support green initiatives.
The Danish government has earmarked forty billionDanish coroners roughly six billion US dollars for
rewilding projects. The tax will undoubtedlyimpose a financial burden on farmers, particularly
those in the cattle and dairy centers. That's okay, though, as long
as everybody feels good about it.Meanwhile, in China they don't care.

(01:10:23):
Oh yeah, speaking of China, apparently we're semi friends again because they've given
us back a panda on behalf ofthe San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, and
every sandyego is a profound honor tobe entrusted with the care and conservation of
these two giant pandas, Yun Chiuanand Sing Poo. Ah, very excited

(01:10:45):
Yung Chiwang and Sing Pow here againonce again, we because it's it's panda
diplomacy. And we've got a couplemember because they took those pandas back and
they're like, we want our pandas, and that's kind of Richard. So
we got the pandas back, atleast some pandas. It's a continuation of
a legacy of leadership when it comesto conserving the giant panda. San Diego

(01:11:10):
Zoo wild Life Alliance has been doingthis work for a very long time.
It's something that as a San DiegoI'm proud of the contributions my city's made
to the preservation of this incredible creature. And this is an opportunity to add
another chapter to that book. Todaywe celebrate a story of friendship and collaboration.
Very excited. Panda's back, theSan Diego Zoo life is returning to

(01:11:30):
normal. I guess we should talkabout what's happening tonight. Who's going to
watch? This race continues to beneck and neck. This new poll shows
Donald Trump but with a slight leadup four points nationally. Now the Biden
campaign is well aware of this andthey see tomorrow night's debate really is a
chance to break through to those criticalundecided voters who may not have fully engaged
in this race yet and may clearto them the stark choice before them.

(01:11:54):
And this poll also shows that alot of people will be watching you show.
Seventy three percent of voters plan totune in. That's a lot of
people. That is a lot ofpeople. How long will you watch?
That is also the Great debate threetwo three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three at ChadBenson Show, it's your Twitter, your
Instagram and all the other stuff forthe Chad Benson Show coming up in the

(01:12:19):
third hour of The Big Show today, more on debate coverage, how will
it be covered? Who wins, who loses? All of that stuff.
But we've got wacky stuff too, because I just don't do regular things.
I can't. I'm sorry. Wealso have what's trending right now, some
interesting stuff out there that is trendingeverywhere, and we should pay attention to

(01:12:40):
that because you know, the kidsdo, which is vitally important. Three
two three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three At Chadminton
Show, it is your Twitter, your Instagram, all of the other stuff.
Man, there's so much stuff outthere tonight. How many people will
watch who will win, who willlose? And will you play bingo?
That's right, debate being It isthe Chad Benson Show. This is the

(01:13:02):
Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts,Independent life, This is Chad Benson.

(01:13:32):
You know, all of these Trumpsupporters are going to be incredibly disappointed tomorrow
night when Donald Trump and Joe Bidendebate because they view Donald Trump as a
god and they think that Joe Bidenis sleepy. But that's not reality.
What is reality is that Donald Trumphas not been doing any debate prep.
He's not preparing at all, whereasJoe Biden has been doing debate prep for

(01:13:55):
the past seven days and he's beenhaving mock debates every single day and reviewing
and all that stuff. Whoa,I didn't know he wasn't doing any debate
stuff. I had no idea. It's one of those young kids the Biden
administration's throw money at Andy. Bythe way, Donald Trump has been doing
debate prep, which is something completelynew for Donald because he likes to fly

(01:14:17):
by the seat of his pants.Oh no way. So what's actually going
to happen is that Joe Biden's goingto get up on that debate stage and
slap Donald Trump around for ninety minutesand then all of these Trump supporters are
going to be incredibly sad over hisperformance. They'll never admit this, but
they know it's true. Well, doesn't matter. If you love Trump,

(01:14:39):
he's winning tonight. If you hateTrump, he's losing tonight. If Joe
Biden mops the floor with Trump, some people's mind, Trump will win if
Joe Biden walks off the stage, falls down, calls out to a dead
foreign minister or somebody like that, tell stories at the time that he and

(01:15:00):
Nelson Mandela fought apartheid with Gandhi, and those people hate Trump will still say
Trump lost. So that's leave thatout because the people that are going to
pay attention in a way that thismay sway them. They're looking for is
Trump a little bit more subdued? Is he a little bit more presidential?

(01:15:25):
Not having an audience there that maybe a big helper, maybe a huge
helper because he loves the play tothe crowd. Or are we going to
get what we got in the firstdebate in twenty twenty America has ever had.
I'm not here to call out hislies. Everybody knows he's a liar.

(01:15:45):
Don't ever use the word smart withme. You forgot the name of
your college. You graduated to thelowest or almost the lowest in your class.
Oh give me because can you lethim finish? Sir? He doesn't
know how to do that. Gentlemen. A lot of people die and a
lot more going to die unless hegets hold lots smarter. If we would
have listened to you, millions ofpeople would have died. China's fault.
It should have never happened. Thisguy will close down the whole country and

(01:16:08):
destroy our country. We handed hima booming economy. He blew it.
China eight your lunch show. You'regoing to answer. I'm not going to
answer the question because answer that becauseyou shut up. They found ballots in
a waste paper basket. They allhad the name Trump on him. Are
you willing to condemn white some promisesI would say, almost everything I see

(01:16:29):
is from the left wing, notfrom the right wing. What do you
I'm willing to do anything? Peapledo it, sir, stand back and
stand by. This is a leftwing white FIFA is an idea, not
an organization. You got it,not Milicio direct, Well, thank you
and good night. Will you shutup? Oh my god? Is that
what we have to look forward totonight. I don't think so. But

(01:16:53):
Chris Wallace, who was there frustratedand angry, not a fan of Trump
by the way. In fact, the two who tonight cannot stand Trump.
I mean they've called Hitler on numerousoccasions. They've said a bunch of stuff.
Dana Bash and you know the assTrump. Do you think you're going
to get a fair shake to nightor is it gonna be three on one?
I think it's going to be twoon one with ones trying to be

(01:17:18):
as middle of the road as possibleJake Tapper. But I mean, you
know, you listen to the stufflike this. The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolph
Hitler is once again alive and wellon a national political stage, this time,
of course, in the United States, this time given life by former
president and current Republican presidential front runnerDonald Trump. Let's recognize this comment for

(01:17:40):
what it is, a longstanding antiSemitic trope that the true allegiance for Jews
is to their religion rather than theircountry. It was used in Nazi Germany
to justify the arrests, persecutions, and mass killings attempted extermination of the Jewish
people, and Trump has been pushingthis trope for years, and that's I

(01:18:00):
mean, there's several minutes of thesepeople, Dana Bash in particular. I
think Tapper will try to be I'dlike to say he's going to be go
back to his journalistic roots, tryto be a little bit more in the
middle, but Dana can't hide it. I mean, and you know,

(01:18:21):
they my thing tonight think about this. I hope they do fact check everybody,
but it needs to be both ofthem. If they fact check only
Donald Trump, a lot of peoplewill see that and say, well,
this is the problem. Why CNNshouldn't have had this. When's the last

(01:18:44):
time, though, think about this, that there was a debate where you
think, Okay, this moderator ishere to do a job. Not that
they're all of them are from theleft side and they're gonna answer, They're
gonna ask questions from the left side'spoint of view. So something to think
about. But numbers are something tothink about. What's the reality of the

(01:19:11):
numbers. I'm a datas and factsguy, and there are sometimes you can
look at datas in facts and say, Okay, what's the context of certain
things? Not everything is as smoothas you would like it to be,
because there are some stories you cantell around stuff, but numbers, for
the most part tell it. Howabout we start with immigration, right,

(01:19:34):
who are the big issues? Immigration? Inflation in the economy. Let's start
with immigration. Who leads the wayTrump? And how do the two candidates
compare? According to official data fromUS Customs and Border Protection, President Biden
saw far more encounters along the Southwestborder during his term so far compared to

(01:19:59):
the four years under former President Trump. Again, these numbers are from US
Customs of Border Protection, and theyshow that since President Biden has taken off
as border agents are ported over eightmillion encounters with migrants along the southern border
compared to just under two million underformer President Trump. The amount of godaways
under President Biden three times higher thanthe same time period under a former President

(01:20:24):
Trump during his four years in office. Okay, so those are just numbers.
I think we realized that, andmost people look at the border,
look at the situation. Trump isin the lead and Biden is not doing
any kind of real salesmanship that istelling people, yeah, you're right,
you're right, Joe, you're convincingme. That's not happening. Now,

(01:20:46):
let's get into the economy side ofthings. And I've said this, there
are two sides of the economy. One of them is the job side.
How about jobs? We look atthe economy. Actually, there's several elements
and several numbers that tend to favorPresident Joe Biden. There's a little bit
of a caveat though, because obviouslythe pandemic very much hurt some of the

(01:21:10):
numbers against former President Trump during histime in office. Let's get right to
these ones right here, President JoeBiden seeing three times the amount of jobs
growth compared to mister Trump. Duringhis pre COVID years, President Biden saw
big growth in manufacturing jobs as well, compared to mister Trump before the pandemic,
which decimated a job growth. Thetwo competitors saw somewhat similar average monthly

(01:21:33):
unemployment rates during their terms. Butokay, so you look at that,
and they said, well, it'seasy that Biden wins that I've created twenty
eight gazillion jobs. The job numberswe're looking for for creation is non pandemic
lost jobs. So if you goand look April twenty twenty, twenty million

(01:21:56):
jobs were lost that's all try.No, that was COVID. You're telling
everybody's day home, we're giving everybodymoney. That's not Trump. In May,
three million jobs were created. Thatagain was not Trump. So it's
hard to get a feel on that. Biden's done a decent job outside of
bringing back the COVID jobs in manufacturingfield things. There's no I'm not going

(01:22:18):
to deny him that, but it'shard to look at that picture because of
that situation. But while that isan issue, the number one issue that
Trump leads upon is the consumer side, the inflationary side. One of the

(01:22:40):
biggest differences can actually be seen withinflation. Under a former President Trump,
we saw at average monthly inflation rateof just over two percent pre COVID and
just under two percent during the pandemic, while President Biden has seen inflation climbed
around five and a half percent duringhis term. And Americans are still feeling

(01:23:00):
the pinch, like we said,at the grocery store and at the gas
station. And that's a big dealright there, because the consumer side is
the voting side. We all wantto know we can go get a job.
We all want to know that ourjob is saf All of those things
are fine. But when you takethat hat off as the job creator,

(01:23:21):
as the person who's employed, youtake that side of it off and you
put the consumer hat on. Thatis the one that we feel it at.
That is the one that really drivesin many cases, our checkbook voting

(01:23:41):
habits, and Trump is leading inthat situation. Somebody texted me earlier he
said Trump added all this debt.He absolutely did, But how much of
that was how much of that wouldhave been pandemic related? Well? This
much? Okay, not saying hedidn't add debt because Republicans have given away
the opportunity to say they're fysically responsible. Nobody in DC is physically responsible,

(01:24:03):
especially when it's not their money, and that includes the Republicans. There are
a few out there, there arehawks. But Biden then decided to give
out a bunch of other money rightwith another rescue plan that he should have
done. Everybody said that you shouldhave done, which really pushed inflation in
a way that was insane. Andthen you couple the fact that everybody's like,

(01:24:26):
well, you know, at onetime he dropped the deficit. Now
he did it because a couple senatorsdecided there's no way, we're going to
go along with this plan. Otherwisehe would add it even more to it.
But both sides are responsible because they'rethe ones who print money. But
the pandemic played a role in alot of that. Three two, three,
five, three eight, twenty fourto twenty three Hatch had Benson show

Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, sera what trupping? That's

(01:26:57):
why that was trending on the oldinner webs? Shall we, oh,
maybe we shall? Where do westart today? How about Twitter? The
debate China Bolivia. They tried tocoop in Bolivia? Was it Cia backed
maybe maybe not whatever it was orwas and it didn't work. Lots of
NBA stuff because the draft was lastnight, Pride, Star Wars Man.

(01:27:21):
I didn't realize how woke and crazythe Star Wars because I don't watch any
of the television shows on Disney Plus. But I didn't realize how bad it
was. And a couple people areexplaining last night, who are like Star
Wars nerds, how bad and wokeit is. Maybe we'll get into that

(01:27:44):
a little bit. The Bear,It's a television show, debuted. I
think it was supposed to debut lateron and they moved it up. Trump,
Biden all trending. Adam Kinsinger. If you don't know what that is,
you probably know what that is,but Jude, don't look it up.
The Hawk two girl, head overto Google. Google Broddy James,

(01:28:06):
where will he be drafted? Lotsof euro stuff, lots of NBA draft
stuff, ice creambery call because ofLasteria, which sounds like a band.
Who's the name of your band?Lasteria? Alex Morgan left off the US
women's soccer team for the Olympics. She's not happy about that. Lauren Bobert,

(01:28:29):
Bolivia cou not related, and finallyover to Google Scotus NBA draft,
Taylor Swift all trending, Juliana Soongeto Mayo Perry who was the surfer was
killed by a shark. Over theweekend, John Force Russia Ukraine War,
and the debate all trending on yahooooooh my goodness. The debate is everywhere,

(01:28:50):
and we're going to talk a lotabout that. Obviously it's tonight.
We're gonna have full team coverage ifyou will three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twentythree at at Benson Show. That
is your Twitter, your Instagram andall of the other things on the Chad
Benson Show. I was it fortysix percent of voters something like that or

(01:29:15):
sixty four percent of voters have alreadymade up their mind and they're tuning in
to these things to root on theirteam, as one person said, One
expert, one election expert said, and we're tuning in because we want to
see, you know, because itis I've been saying, this isn't about
policy. Tonight is one of thosethings where now it's not about policy,
none of this is about But you'renot tuning in because you maybe you're thinking,

(01:29:36):
well, I don't know what doesTrump really think about, you know,
trans rights and women trans women insports, or what does Joe Biden
really think about you know x Y, And nobody's tuning in for that.
We are tuning in because of thepotential of chaos. That's it. Maybe
ten percent of people, according toall data, haven't made up their mind

(01:30:01):
on who they're going to vote for, and this may sway them, maybe
ten percent. So if eighty fivemillion people watch tonight and those are voters,
maybe eight point five million, anddepending on where they are state wise,
because as we know, this thing'swon't be close. Three two,

(01:30:24):
three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three At Chad Benson
Show, to Twitter, your Instagram. It is the Chad Benson Show,

(01:30:57):
The Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life. This is Chad Benson.

(01:31:21):
As the Great Britney Spears said,Oops, they did it again.
A stunning mistake at the Supreme Court. Somehow what appears to be a ruling
from the justices on a major abortioncase was temporarily published before it was supposed
to be on the Court's website, and the document indicates that the Court will
require Idaho to allow some abortions inemergency situations. For now, again an

(01:31:49):
abortion thing gets leaked out on accidentdopes. Oops, pulled it back?
Oh my god? Why the casesparked fiery disagreements among the justices who wanted
to decide this case. Justice KatanjiBrown Jackson writing, this Court had a
chance to bring clarity and certainty tothis tragic situation, and we have squandered

(01:32:13):
it. Well. Justice Samuel Alito, the author of the decision to overturn
Row, almost taunting his colleagues forducking the issue this time. Apparently the
Court has simply lost the will todecide the easy, but emotional and highly
politicized question that the case presents. That is regrettable, man, But why
did this get out? That's forme again, Abortion is that it's an

(01:32:38):
issue where people fight. If youlisten to the show, well, I'm
pro life. I would never takeaway somebody's choice. I think people make
choices in life. And we livein the country where in this republic,
democratic republic, this democracy where noteverybody shares your views. But I also
think there needs to be limits.Right, It's it's fifteen weeks. I

(01:33:01):
don't see the issue most people agreefifteen weeks. A vast majority of people
agree fifteen weeks. So that beingsaid, take the issue abortion off.
How did this get out again? And one of the reasons to say that

(01:33:23):
the delays are coming, especially forsome of the bigger cases, I think
there's some the will of maybe someof these justices right now, the struggle
of the fact that they were oncea trusted part of America and politics and
they were kind of above all ofthe mud slinging nastiness. Now, of

(01:33:46):
course the media has just branded themrogue and out of control and evil and
bad, which is absolutely asinine andridiculous. And you know, it's like,
it's a tough situation. But oneof the reasons that people are saying

(01:34:06):
that behind the scenes that they're slowwalking a lot of these cases is there's
mistrust not amongst the justices, butamong the people that are working in and
around them because of what happened inthe Dobbs decision. Very interesting, indeed,

(01:34:27):
Bill Maher yesterday, I mean, part of it the left has to
own they are aggressively anti common sense. The Democrats keep running on this one
idea, saying to the American people, you can't possibly think you can do
worse than Donald Trump, and theykeep saying yes we can, Yes we
can. And I understand that Ido. I would never vote for Donald

(01:34:50):
Trump. And as I said,I think the Republicans are worse. Okay,
that's fair. I know a lotof people get out there and say,
oh my god, he's coming overto the do He's not. He's
just an old school liberal who islooking and seeing a party that has wandered
away. Bowman, right, JamalBowman, who got caught in the in

(01:35:12):
the vestiable and pulled the fire alarm, who has been lost his primary the
other night, the guy that wantedpretty much a centrist, but he Bowman
left any kind of democratic values foremotionally charged issues and became he made everything

(01:35:34):
national and big and and it wasthe average Democrats looking around one. I
want to eat part of that. But he's not a Republican. NEI there's
Bill Maher, Bill mar will neverat best, he'll be a left leaning
libertarian. When when you know,it's funny when I talked to you know,
my friends around my age forty, and they are always bitch to me

(01:36:00):
about their kids who are like intheir twenties and they're like super uber woke,
and they're driving their parents crazy andeverything is like, you don't get
it, mom, that's old thinking. And I'm like, don't get what.
Abolish the police, tear down statuesof Lincoln. Maybe give communism another
shot, get rid of the borderpatrol, get rid of capitalism. White

(01:36:21):
supremacy has never been worse. Genderis always just a social construct. It's
okay to have penises in the women'sswimming pool, in women's prisons. No,
it's not that I'm old. It'sthat your ideas are stupid, absolutely
true. And you know a lotabout Trump and the way that Republicans feel

(01:36:44):
about Trump, but also everybody brandsRepublicans as all the same. They're not
just like I look at Democrats andI go, you're a Democrat. That
person's a progressive. That person overthere is the person wants to get rid
of the cops and bring back youknow, communists. I mean, give

(01:37:04):
it another try. That person isnot a person who's a union member who
thinks they're rich should pay their fairshare, wants to keep abortion legal,
but really isn't into you know,uh, you know, third trimester by
abortions, And I mean that's justthat that's a common sense kind of think

(01:37:25):
about Middle America democrat comparatively to theregressives. And everybody thinks that everybody who's
a Republican is maga. That's nottrue, the common sense side of it.
There's no doubt who's winning that race. And well, okay, so
say you're very you're very contact persons. People talk about Trump. They should

(01:37:47):
that's what they should be talking about. Like why do people because a lot
of conservatives say to me, youdon't get about Trump is we don't like
him either, and they just hatethe other stuff more. And I don't
understand. I don't blame them becausea lot of it is closer to their
own home, like the things youhate about Trump democracy, I understand why
that's the biggest issue. But alot of people it's kind of vague.

(01:38:09):
Ukraine's very far away, but youknow, the stuff about family and race
and gender, it's very close totheir own home, and that's important,
very close. And yeah, Ihave a lot of friends who reluctant Republicans,
that's what I call them, becauseof Trump. They're conservative, but

(01:38:31):
they're reluctive. But they look atand say, I can't do what's do
this. I can't. I can'tdo this democratic thing. This is not
for instance of Shapiro in Pennsylvania, who I think would have been a beast
if he decided to run on theDemocratic side. Is this is This is

(01:38:53):
people who have lost touch with somuch and for the Republics. Yeah.
I know a lot of people thatwill vote for Trump, but they don't
like him. They don't they likethe policies, but him as a person.
They're not a fan of him asa person. They find a lot

(01:39:16):
of that stuff, but they're notvoting for his personality. They're voting for
his policies. And that's the difference. One side right now, in particular,
is driven by such emotion, emotionagainst Trump and emotion in a lot
of the social issues where there arepeople out there on the right there's Trump,

(01:39:41):
there's Trump derangement syndrome, and there'sTrump worship syndrome. Those people are
also driven by emotion. Continue Bill. The older people this time are for
Biden. This is the first timein many, many elections where the older
crowd I'm with my editorial Friday nightwas talking about this, for the first

(01:40:01):
time, they are lining up behindBiden. More than the Republican you know,
I'm I'm I'm sorry. I'm nottrying to be mean to the millennials
of the gen Zs. But youknow, when I see them with their
Queers for Palestine banners, that's theone that relates to you. I'm out.
That should be the one that getsto everybody. And that's the frustration

(01:40:24):
that so many people have, thenot understanding and the the of of the
evilness of something like Hamas and andand that just you don't get it,
and every well, it's about thePalestinian people. I have news for you.

(01:40:46):
The Muslims Islam. They're not afan of homosexuality. It is a
sin, and they take their religionvery seriously. They take their beliefs very
seriously. So to think that, well, because we're on your side,
it's it's totally cool, right,No, it's it's that's the frustration I

(01:41:12):
think a lot of people have.Your common sense isn't very common. It's
not now and again, you cantell me all you want that that lady
over there with the penis is aman, but we know he's a man,
a very nice Chad three two threefive three, twenty four twenty three
at Chad Benson's show is Your Twitter? Meanwhile, Star Trek and Doctrine is

(01:41:41):
it becoming a reality? Crescent RegionalHospital in North Texas just debut technology called
the Hollow Box. It's originally fromthe Netherlands, stands at more than seven
feet tall and allows doctors to visittheir patients with a method a little more
three dimensional than a telehealth zoom. This could be for pre op, postop,
or even in the emergency room.In theory, the logistical benefit could

(01:42:02):
help America's increasing problem with weight time. A survey conducted in the last few
years found that the average weight timeis twenty six days for a new patient
in certain metropolitan areas. It's kindof interesting, and I was like,
I'm trying to figure out the differencebetween the zoom technology. But it is
definitely a kind of where we're headed. A lot of it has to do

(01:42:26):
with artificial intelligence and being able tosee a lot of people who can't get
there or much like work from home. It's just easier to do it this
way. When I see the patientlie there, then give me more chance
than what is going on over data. You didn't understand him because of his

(01:42:48):
thick Texas acts out Chad, No, it's he said, Look the difference
between this and say the zoom whenI see the patient, this isn't just
a conversation. It gives me theopportunity to see a lot more or of
what's happening rather than you talk toyou know, like on the zoom.
A lot of is like I havethe stifles. Could you give me a
z pack or whatever? This willbe it. You'll be able to look

(01:43:08):
at things in a much bigger waywith this. I'm super excited of being
able to bring some of this technologyto lontext. So what are they what
are they bringing in here? Sothis hollow box or holobox, uh man,
the screen is huge. All youneed, they say, is electricity

(01:43:31):
in the Internet for it to bepowered on. It's great for rural areas,
but also underserved communities. One ofthe big things they're talking about.
And yes, even pre op isa portion of some of the things and
postop that you can do with this. How close are we to that your

doctor gets you get beamed into yourdoctor's office or vice versa. Ah,
we're getting there. Speaking of surgeries, would you like to be awake for
surgeries? Now I've seen this withbrain surgery. Have you ever seen that
where like the person will play theviolin and they're working on the brain,
and which again is very odd,but this was something totally different. Twenty

(01:44:15):
eight year old John Nicholas is nowthe first patient at Northwestern Medical to undergo
a kidney transplant while fully awake,to be able to look back and say,
we potentially change the way that kidneytransplant can be done. Instead of
general anesthesia, which is typically usedfor this surgery, doctors gave Nicholas a
single spinal anesthesia shot, similar towhat's used during a C section. The

(01:44:39):
entire procedure was performed in less thantwo hours. Yeah, it's gotta be
weird. I woke up during oneof my knee surgeries right in the middle
of it, and I asked Doc, what are you doing? And he's
like, oh god, and thenhe said gingers redheads, so damn hard.

(01:45:00):
It was weird, but I wasstill kind of out of it,
like this was your wide awake. That particular moment where I saw the kidney
in doctor Nadine's hands like extremely powerfulto see that. Yeah, I think

Now it's time for stupid information. This one's interesting. We'd be giving

(01:47:35):
you silly facts and wackiness about debatesfrom the past during one debate with just
nine minutes left. Ford Carter nineteenseventy six. The sound died. Took
twenty seven minutes for the sound toget up. Now here's the interesting thing.
Anchor Harry Reichner went on to say, Look, this is not a
conspiracy against Governor Carter or President Ford. But while they worked on scrambling around

(01:48:00):
trying to put it together and getit back on the air, both of
them stood there and didn't move. They almost looked like they were frozen in
time. Ford recounts to PBS newsmanJim Lair, who's hosted the most of
these late Jim Lair, he said, I think both of us were hesitant
to make any gesture that might looklike we weren't physically or mentally able to

(01:48:24):
handle a problem like this. Ohyeah, that is very interesting. Even
back then, they were worried abouttheir look and the hesitantness of looking like
you were weak. Who knows.Who knows it's going to be interesting tonight,
But we're turning in and there willbe a lot of us. I'm
