Speaker 1 (00:10):
Independent thoughts, independent life. This is Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
This is the quiet before the storm. This time next week,
Labor Day will be waking up a little later than
normal because of all of the labor that we did,
enjoying our last grasp of holding on the summer before
the air gets cooler. And then that Tuesday, the day
(00:37):
after eight days from now, it is on like Donkey
Kong talking about the election, the race for the White House.
But Friday, after the DNC's love Fest, Robert Kennedy Jr.
Dropped out of the presidential race.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
It became clear to me that I did not have
a path to victory. Sixteen months of censorship, of not
being able to get on any network really except for
a Fox. In fact, when Rossborough ran, in the ten
months that he ran, he had thirty four appearances on
the networks. I had two appearances in sixteen months. I
(01:18):
was blocked up the networks. I was blocked up for
the baby. I had no path to victory.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
Yeah, they gave him nothing. They shut him out. Everybody's like,
why is he doing this? And I'll tell you one thing,
all right, let's break down why he's doing this and
endorsing Trump. Two reasons because he called Harris, she'd have
nothing to do with her. She wouldn't talk to him,
she wouldn't return a call, she wouldn't do any of
those things. This is a revenge to her. For him,
(01:44):
He's pissed, he's angry, he's been shut out. He's felt
a party that his family has served for decades has
basically screwed him over. But then he called Trump.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
Hasn't Trump? It been reaching out to me And I
talked to Home a few hours after the assassination attempt,
and we had a long conversation on the broader issues
that were most important to me, the ones that brought
me into the campaign, which was ending the Ukraine War,
ending the censorship, and protecting children's were informing our food supply,
all the things that we need to do to make
(02:18):
our children healthy again. Those are all things that President
Trump also wanted to work on, and he invited me
to form a unity government. We agreed that we'd be
able to continue to criticize each other on issues on
which we don't agree.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Let'll tell you what It's interesting, But does it mean anything.
I don't think it means the things that a lot
of people do. I had more people reach out to
me on Friday and Saturday say this is it. This
changes everything, and it changes nothing. No, but this changes
a lot of stuyes. It changes nothing the numbers that
you think he has in other places. And this is
(02:55):
something we've talked about. Everybody's asked me, why is it
that so many people are registered as independence and yet
we don't have a third party. We don't. There is
no three parties, there's none of that stuff. At the
end of the day, you go in that voting booth,
you've got two choices. For the most part. You've got
a Republican and a Democrat. Oh, you may have eight
(03:17):
different candidates on there, the Green Party, you know what.
But the reality is you've got two dominant monopoly crushing
corporations in the Republicans and the Democrats. That's what you have.
But this doesn't make the difference that I think people think, Well, I.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
Have one key on the third party, which was already
fading away. Look, people have said, oh my gosh, RFK
Junior has got five percent in some of the swing states.
That's completely misleading because third party candidates, when it actually
comes to voting, typically get a half or less of
(04:03):
their top poll numbers. See, you're talking about maybe two percent,
not five percent, and by no means is that two
percent just going to be delivered to Donald Trump. On
the other hand, having r FK Junior on board simply
gives Democrats more ammunition for the notion that the Republican
(04:26):
campaign is weird. Instead of you know, two weirdos, they
now have three instead of weird where they have weird.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Cube's Alan Lickman. Now, he has been right every election
since nineteen eighty four. It's never missed thirteen keys. But
I said on Friday to several people Saturday, to a
lot of people, because people, I mean, I can't even
play pick aball with that. I said, look, the you
(04:57):
don't automatically get the three, five, five percent whatever he has.
And he's right about just because you say in a
poll I support Robert Kennedy Junior. When it comes to voting,
fifty to seventy percent of those people are going to
vote right or left because they they want to be
involved where they think there's going to be a winner
(05:19):
and a loser. And RFK Jr. Was never going to
be those things. He was ever going to be a winner.
It was never gonna. He had already lost, so it
wasn't even it was close to him being the third
person in the race, and people got mad. Oh my god,
the anger, the anger. And I like some of the
stuff that he has to say, and I do think
(05:41):
he got screwed by the Democrats. His families come out
and they talk smack about him. His wife is pissed.
Cheryl Hines, the actress, Oh my god, she's so pissed
because she hates Trump. But this is his much about
a revenge tour if he can help him win one state,
(06:05):
Pennsylvania and they lose the White House, because that he'll
be thrilled.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
At the NC wage continual legal warfare against both President
Trump and myself. Then, when a predictably bungled debate performance
precipitated the palace coup against President Biden, the same shadowy
DNC operatives appointed his successor, Vice President Harris has not
appeared in a single interview or an unscripted encounter with
(06:34):
voters for thirty five days. This is profoundly undemocratic.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
How are people to.
Speaker 3 (06:38):
Choose when they don't know whom they are choosing?
Speaker 2 (06:42):
One hundred percent of that I agree with, can I
don't agree with everything that rfkses, but he's very interesting.
My thing with him, the vaccination stuff got overblown. So
much of it has been overblown. His biggest issue is
the fact that I tell everybody this, it's his voice.
(07:04):
Do I think he could have won? No, I don't
think he could have won, even if his voice was better.
But do I think he could have made a better
argument about a lot of stuff? Yes, I absolutely do
think that. Continue one more from RFK Junior.
Speaker 3 (07:16):
Instead of showing us her substance and character, the DNC
and its media organ's engineered a surge of popularity for
vice presidents based upon nothing oh policies, no interviews, no debates,
only smoking, mirrors and balloons in a highly produced Chicago circus.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
What's so highly produced? Tom Cotton was on ABC this
weekend and he and he and Jonathan Carl got into
it because if you listen to Jonathan Carl here, uh,
he is essentially supposed to be the reporter, the interviewer,
(07:57):
and he's defending Vice President Harris, which is bizarres that
your job.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
President Trump is going to draw a sharp contrast with
Kamala Harris, who has supported things like decriminalizing illegal immigration,
or giving taxpayer funded health insurance to illegal aliens, or
taking away health insurance on the job for one hundred
and seventy million Americans, banning gas cars, confiscating firearms. What
do you mean taking away health insurance? She said when
(08:25):
she ran for president that she wants to eliminate private
health insurance on the job well seventy million Americans, John.
Speaker 7 (08:31):
Yeah, I mean, I mean that that is not her position.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
Now she knows how do you know that's not her
Medican How do you know this not her position? I
mean she says, you know, she she has not said that.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
She has not said that. Other people that are speaking
for have said that.
Speaker 6 (08:45):
She has not said that. Maybe anonymous aids on a
Friday night have said that. But the last thing that.
Speaker 7 (08:51):
She said this was not a radical convention.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
I mean, she is not taking positions of the far
left of her party.
Speaker 6 (08:58):
She's clearly making an effort to move to the medal.
I did hear what you said to Sander Sanders, and
I thought it was clear that he's very disappointed that
she's taking these efforts not to change her positions, but
to hide her positions. John, the American people are totally
justified to conclude that Kamala Harris is a dangerous San
Francisco liberal based on what she campaigned on the last
(09:19):
time she ran for president and what this administration has
done the last four years.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
And that's going to be interesting because this administration is
what she's tied into. She could pretend that she is
not part of this administration. She could say she's not
part of the administration, but Scott Jennings points out, the
reality is simply this. You are part of this. You
are the incumbent team. You are actually running to hold
the White House, not as trying to take the White
(09:49):
House as the way that the media would have you
believe that, oh, she's running to win it because she's
not been in power and Trump has been in power
for these years.
Speaker 8 (09:59):
There's just a complete ignoring of the fact that she's
the sitting vice president, that she's been at the center
of American public affairs for a number of years, that
she has a voting record, that she has public statements,
and that she has a record for the last three
and a half years.
Speaker 9 (10:10):
I don't know how they plan to cure that.
Speaker 8 (10:13):
I suspect at some point she's going to have to
look into a television camera and answer this question, can
you name one or two things that you think Joe
Biden has done wrong? And she's going to have to
decide whether to answer that question or not. It's hard
because the most consequential decisions he made. She was either
the last person in the room on Afghanistan or she
went up to the Senate and cast a tie breaking vote.
(10:33):
So I don't know how she's going to break with him,
but if she wears him for the rest of the election,
it will be very difficult to win.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
And we will see how that goes. So much stuff
to get to. They've got a man problem. We're going
to talk a bit about their man problem. They're a
little low chie. We're talking about the DNC. There was
a man problem there that has been pointed out by
a few people and that continues to be pointed out.
The man and problem that. They have a lot of
(11:03):
stuff to get to today, some UFO stuff. We've got
some baseball stuff. Crazy baseball story, a once in a lifetime,
never happened before baseball thing will take place today to
talk about that as well. Bullwark Capital should talk to

two four to three zero. Waight coming up? They're in space?
Will they ever come home? It was an eight day
tour that now maybe eight months. It's the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 10 (13:10):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 11 (13:12):
If everything goes as planned, they'd return to Earth February
twenty twenty five. And again that is if everything goes
as planned.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
But here's the thing.
Speaker 11 (13:19):
There ride this new spacecraft they'd be coming back to
Earth on is set to leap from KSC Kennedy Space
Center next month.
Speaker 12 (13:26):
We have had mistakes done in the past, we lost
two space shuttles.
Speaker 13 (13:33):
Another chapter and what reads like a sci fi novel,
Bill Nelson, NASA's top guy, telling the world how those
two astronauts stranded in space will be returning to Earth.
Speaker 12 (13:43):
The decision to keep Butch and Sunny aboard the International
Space Station and bring the Boeing Starliner home uncrewed is
the result of a commitment to safety and liftoff.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
The Starliner at Atlas five carrying two.
Speaker 14 (14:00):
Can hear this.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
It has not been a good couple of years for Boeing.
So this thing was supposed to last eight days. Now
they're going to be there till February two thousand and
twenty five. Another's several months in space. Not good. And
then you gotta go to your rival. Elon. Yes, hey,
(14:23):
what's up? It's wondering? If not, never mind, No, what
is it? I you know how we put those guys
in space? In that gal it says, you know, two people,
they're in Spain, in Spain, they went to space. Yeah,
we can't get them back, is there any way?
Speaker 15 (14:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Yeah, what you're asking me, your rival is to help
you guys fix your f up. Yeah yeah, yeah, of course.
Speaker 16 (14:53):
I could do that.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
What do you do for me?
Speaker 13 (14:56):
What started as an eight day mission for astronauts Sonny
Williams and Butch Wi Bill Moore has now turned into
an eight month mission. After weeks of testing, NASA and
Boeing ultimately making that decision to keep the astronauts on
the ISS. Official say helium leaks and thruster issues in
the propulsion system we're to blame for Sonny and Butcher's
(15:16):
extended stay in space.
Speaker 8 (15:18):
We've had a lot of tense discussions, right because the
call was.
Speaker 13 (15:22):
Close, NASA ultimately calling on SpaceX to play the role
of hero during its next crude launch in September. Instead
of sending four astronauts to the ISS on its Dragon capsule,
SpaceX now sending two, making room for Sonny and Butch
to hitch a ride home.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to twenty three.
At Chad Benson Show, it's your Twitter tweet at is
texted program right here on the Chad Benson Show, oh
Man talk about eaton Crow as they would say, that's
just I was reading today because I was like, Okay,
(16:01):
so they're up there, supposed to be eight days. How
are they getting food to them because they pack for
more than eight days, but they don't pack for eight months.
And there has been drop off of some food. There's
been a couple things like that. So right now they've
got about four more months of food and water. Because
you do have to ask like they you know, you
(16:29):
don't want to go up in space and like, oh, hey,
what happened is sunny? I don't know? I was hungry?
Speaker 5 (16:36):
You know what?
Speaker 2 (16:37):
That you want a cannibal in space? Cannibals and space.
That is embarrassing though, having to ask Elon for the help,
you know, that just stock God, that just drives them crazy.
Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four, twenty three
at Chad Benson Show, is your Twitter tweet at us
text the program. Love hearing from every single one of you.
So much stuff to get to. Baby masculinity toxic, of course,
(17:02):
says the Dems. They have an issue with men and
the lack of men and the lack of low tee
for the men they have. We'll talk about that. A
lot of other things to get to, including a big
win for Florida with a bunch of little guys. Talk
about that. I'm still laughing about the Holy Elon thing
in space. The fact that you had to go to
your rival to ask for help is spectacular.
Speaker 17 (17:23):
It is the Chad Benson Show, The.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life.
Speaker 10 (18:04):
This is Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
Democrats have a man problem. Oh memos ja, Yeah, They've
got a man problem. The men they have tend to
be a little low tee and a vast majority of
men want nothing to do with what they're offering. Because
you see, if you watched any of the DNC last week,
there was nothing there for men. Shut up and get
(18:28):
in the back. That that really was the message. And
it's not just me. I watch a lot of stuff.
I take away too much stuff. This is Mark Halpern's
podcast slash YouTube zoom call that he has with just
about every political pundit that you can think of, from
(18:51):
the right to the left and everybody in between, including
the average person who's allowed and encouraged to raise their
hand in this big giant zoom call of the biggest
and smartest political folks and ask questions, participate, give their opinions.
(19:12):
This guy here is a guy who wrote a vast
majority of Bushes and Reagan's speeches and has worked in
every administration. You could think of right and left. But
he's talking about the fact that if you watched last week,
there was nothing for.
Speaker 14 (19:30):
Dudes, and I'm not sure that young men saw literally
anything for them in all four nights, you would believe
that the Democratic Party was overwhelmingly that America. If you
were a Marshan, you came down to watch and you
watch this was your first exposure, you would assume that
America was eighty percent black and seventy percent female. And
(19:51):
I don't know what was there for if representationally, if
conventions are efforts to represent, to say we are the
vote for us, I think there was a real interesting
gap in showing an America that was this is a
country I hate to I mean, I don't want to
sound right yet seventy four percent white. This country is
(20:13):
seventy four percent white, and that convention was seventy four
percent not white. And this country is fifty percent women
and fifty percent men, and the convention was overwhelmingly female
and not just calmon. I mean the role call the States,
all of that, alex is that does this ring?
Speaker 12 (20:29):
I I agree one hundred percent.
Speaker 18 (20:30):
I think they would also have thought that the seventy
percent of American men wore yoga pants.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
I left that at the end because it was hilarious.
But there is a man problem, and a traditional man problem.
There's an article today in the New York Times, Who's
afraid of the big bad trad Wives? You know what
a tradwife is? Basically a traditional wife. She dresses nineteen fifties,
you know, think about you know, leave it to beaver,
that kind of stuff. And it's the absolutely scathing article,
(21:04):
an opinion piece about how traditional wives are basically evil
and bad and all of the things, including this line
right here, which is just spectacular at the same time
appalled onlookers to ride them as thorns in the sides
of feminists. Progress chauvinism, incarnate sexism, made glamorous prophesizers of
(21:30):
harmful fantasies. They make us nauseous, lunatic to a certain degree.
And I just sit there and think to myself, there's
your problem right there. If you were I don't know,
a trans woman celebrating, these same people would be celebrating
(21:51):
that even though you still may have your wiener. If
you were living any other polyamorous I think may be celebrating.
But the fact that somebody's a tradwife. It just goes
to show you that there is a disconnect with the
left and the right in a lot of ways, but
one of them is the way that we look at
the world on the right, individualism, some form of tradition.
(22:15):
I'm not against progress one hundred percent, but the fact
that you're making fun of tradwives and it drives you crazy,
the fact that you do have a man problem, and
that if you did watch last week, there was nothing
there for you outside of you cheering on the women,
(22:38):
and there was nothing there for you. The issue that
Trump has, we all know what it is. It's urban women.
That's a big deal. Suburban and urban women. How is
he going to get them? But masculinity is the problem
that or the lack of, and how they want to
rewrite masculinity is the issue the left has. MSNBC's ali Velshi. First,
(23:04):
let's go back, he says, and take a look at
what the Republicans were doing when it came to their convention.
Speaker 19 (23:10):
Ends Man's World by James Brown played throughout the arena.
So the most manly thing of all amid speech wardrobe change.
Speaker 5 (23:17):
What happened last week when they took a shot at
my hero, and they tried to kill the next president
of the United States.
Speaker 16 (23:32):
Enough was enough?
Speaker 2 (23:35):
In What's Up, rob While Brother, that was pretty funny
and also very very much like idiocracy. It made me
shake my head. But it was funny and sad and
weird and welcome to the world of modern politics. Ali
of Hels, she continues.
Speaker 19 (23:54):
On the other side, Democrats are betting on a different
kind of masculinity, something centered around their historic female nominee,
while others did not. Once did Vice President Harris mention
the historic nature of her presidens he is America's first
woman president and the influence that would have, But the
men surrounding her, her husband Doug Amhoff and her running
mate Tim Walls, they take no issue.
Speaker 9 (24:15):
With playing second fiddle to Kamala Harris.
Speaker 19 (24:17):
M Hoff's video introduction on Tuesday made sure to include
that he left a successful law practice of thirty years
to support the Vice president after the twenty twenty election. Walls,
in telling his own story, balances his gun toting carhart
wearing National Guard, serving high school football, coaching all American
manliness with a more tender side. Walls spoke vulnerably about
the numerous fertility treatments it took for he and his
(24:38):
wife Gwen to have their first child, and how they
named her Hope because of that, and his family was
overcome with emotion at the DNC in a raw display
of love that is sometimes uncommon at the highest level
of politics.
Speaker 9 (24:49):
That's his son, Gus in tears shouting that's my dad.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
And I thought that was a great moment. That being said,
it did feel like it's a guy versus scales. And
we've been talking about this for months. If you go
look at the polls, young men overwhelmingly to the right,
young women way overwhelmingly to the left, even the far left,
(25:18):
and it is it's crazy the divide we have. Married
women tend to be a little bit more to the right,
but single women, of which there's a lot, very very
to the left. And they're trying to redefine masculinity because
anything that is masculine unless they approve of it, unless
(25:41):
it's neutered, is what toxic. It's toxic. So as much
as the right has a female problem, and they do,
the left has a male problem and they do. One
more from him Ali Vici, and again this one goes
(26:02):
into you know, first of all something ridiculous and then
into patriotism.
Speaker 19 (26:08):
It was Barack Obama, known to be a generational orator, himself,
recognizing that perhaps he fails in comparison to the woman
in his life.
Speaker 20 (26:14):
I am feeling ready to go, even if, even if
I am the only person stupid not to speak after
Michelle Obama.
Speaker 19 (26:31):
But while being perhaps less macho, Democrats offered a naked
manifestation of patriotism at this year's convention, the likes of
which has in recent years been co opted by the
right wing.
Speaker 9 (26:41):
Chance of USA rang through the arena.
Speaker 19 (26:43):
Pete Buddhajege and Josh Shapiro credited their faith as guiding principles.
Military veterans turned leaders like Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Arizona
Senator Mark Kelly, and Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth centered their
military service in their speeches.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
First, let's be real, brock being, Hey, that's my wife,
thinks she's amazing. Does anybody think that he pales in comparison? Yeah,
I didn't think so. And as far as the patriotism,
I'm gonna say this again, the right didn't co op patriotism.
It's been there for both sides. The left decided patriotism
(27:21):
wasn't important because colonialism, evil conquerors the West is bad.
You decided to turn away from patriotism because it was bad.
You didn't like it. That was a you thing. They
didn't steal it from you, right the right. Oh yeah,
no no they didn't. I'm here to tell you they didn't.
(27:44):
You did that to you. Them celebrating it last weekend
and talking about It's like, oh my god, who would
have thought that four years ago we would never have
an American flags the way that we did here. Why not?
You're running to be president of the United States. You
should care about America and you should love America. Yes,
(28:07):
but you know it's it's different now because we can
say it out loud. We couldn't beffore we can now
that's a you problem. The Republicans didn't steal it. You
decided you don't want any part of it. Three two, three, five,

To this, say, Deadpool and Bloeverine apparently a hit again
with moviegoers, reclaiming its first play spot at the box
office this weekend, raking in eighteen million dollars, five weeks
after its debut.
Speaker 10 (29:55):
Whatever Comes On takes Togevin Let's.
Speaker 23 (29:58):
Go Disney, which owns twentieth Century the Studios and ABC
News followed closely behind with Alien Romulus, which brought it
in sixteen point two million in its second weekend in theaters.
The film It Ends with Us took third place, earning
just under twelve million.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
Not a bad weekend at the box office. And was
it inside out too? Across the billion globally outside of
the US, so it's like a one point six billion,
but it's the first animated movie ever to get over
a billion internationally. It's massive. Speaking of massive. Some baseball
(30:35):
talk right now, what yeah, baseball time. First of all,
there is a guy that is going to play in
a baseball game today. Not a shocker. He's a professional.
He is a catcher. He was playing for the Toronto
Blue Jays. Okay, fall along with me here because this
has never been done in the history of baseball. This
has never been done in the history of baseball. Very
(30:58):
rarely can you say that about any sport. So he
was a catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. They were
playing the Boston Red Sox. That game started and then
was rained out. It will resume today. He is no
(31:22):
longer the catcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. He is
the catcher for the Boston Red Sox and he will
play in that game, therefore being the first player in
Major League Baseball history to play for two teams in
the same game. What yeah, because he was traded. Now
(31:46):
it's happened before where guys have been traded in between
doubleheaders to the team they're playing, but never in a
situation like this. Have you seen somebody who will be playing.
He'll be in the box score for Toronto and the
box score for the Red Sox in the same game. Crazy.
Speaker 24 (32:07):
Speaking of crazy, it has already past the most valuable
sports item, so at eighteen million and counting, it is
the most valuable sports item ever come to auction, and
everyone in our industry is very excited to see where
it can go.
Speaker 25 (32:21):
Babe Ruth in Game three of the nineteen thirty two
World Series. Down two strikes, you get it.
Speaker 22 (32:26):
It's a whole run in the center field bleachers, right.
Speaker 25 (32:31):
Where he pointed depicted in the nineteen forty eight Warner
Brothers film The Babe Ruth Story, the jersey Ruth wore
that day, selling for an astounding twenty four point one
two million dollars at Heritage Auctions. The Yankees road jersey
photo match to that iconic moment has now become the
most expensive sports collectible ever sold, ever sold.
Speaker 2 (32:50):
Think about that? What twenty four point one million dollars.
It's good business if you can get it. Speaking of baseball,
one more for the road Yesterday. You know, before you
become the guy that gets to play catcher for both
teams in one game, before you become Babe Ruth, you're
a little leaguer, and yesterday Little League World Series Chinese
(33:15):
type taken on the amazing and incredible Florida. Oh my,
we're down one nothing, battled back and then here we go.
Speaker 9 (33:26):
Will they bunt Alexander with the runner at second base?
Speaker 7 (33:29):
Norton rode, He gets.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
It down on all Witch Series Championship. That's right. So
What happened was a guy on second is tied one one.
They bunted. Pitcher picked up the ball, assumed there was
(33:54):
a guy guarding for you know, everyone's first baseman. He
wasn't there, threw the ball into the out. Dude went
from second all the way to home. They are champions
Little League World Series.
Speaker 26 (34:05):
Honestly, I don't think I've been able to let it
set in right now.
Speaker 9 (34:09):
But it feels so good.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
It does feels good because you won. You won the
Little League World Series. That's like the coolest thing ever.
That is when I was growing up Long Beach went
back to back. Actually they won the Little League. Now,
the first one they won, found out that the other
(34:33):
team it might have been Chinese type back in the day.
One of those they had used players that were too old,
so they were awarded it after the fact. Then they
went the next year and won it again, which was cool.
How exciting though you're the Little League World Series, you
take that with you everywhere. I'm so happy right now.
Speaker 26 (34:52):
I was just trying to locate they only got the
one run from the bunch from getting walked and stuff,
so I just knew I had to touch throw strikes.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Baby, that's what you would you. You know, we're out
here to throw strikes. We should never give up. And
we're losing, we get up.
Speaker 27 (35:06):
We keep hitting and hitting.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
That's what we do.
Speaker 16 (35:08):
They don't stop, they don't stop. And I had to
tell this kid he wasn't going to play yesterday, and
I told him to get healthy to have the game
of his life today. And what did he do? Shut
the door, had the game winning lunch Lathan Nortony.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
There you go, Lily World Series Champions Florida three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson's show,
Is your Twitter, your Instagram? All of the other things
right here on the Chad Benson Show coming up second hour.
(35:43):
Who's going to decide this presidential election?
Speaker 28 (35:46):
This election may come down to those who are still
on the fence. Our latest pulling an analysis by ABC News,
The Washington Post, and IPSO shows about twelve percent of
Americans are still open to changing their minds about who
to vote for, or whether they'll vote at all.
Speaker 2 (36:01):
The weather they'll vote at all. How big is that
going to be? Are there going to be people that
are so frustrated, so disgusted by the choices feeling like
there is nothing there for them, that they step away
a lot of other things to get to some UFO
talk as well as well as what's going on in
the Middle East. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty
four to twenty three. This is the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 1 (36:24):
This is the Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life.
Speaker 9 (36:54):
This is Chad.
Speaker 2 (36:54):
Benson Presidential Race. Hot and heavy. This week's going to
be quiet. I tell you guys this. It starts after
Labor Day a week from today. Will be relaxing for
all of our laboring. And then it gets serious. Hasn't
it been serious? It's been odd, it's been crazy, it's
been serious. But it gets really serious the championship rounds.
(37:17):
I call right, and down the stretch they come, the
final last sprint to the finish line. One of the
things that is going to be an issue is Afghanistan
and the pullout of Afghanistan. Because see, now, the thing is,
(37:39):
people are gonna be asking questions. All right, you've had
your opportunity to enjoy your honeymoon. But some people are
starting to push back. Some journalists are starting to make noise. Okay,
while we may be an ally, while we may be
on your side. The reality is you're gonna have to
answer some questions and it can't just be your surrogates.
(38:01):
But this is a rep from Massachusetts Democrat nast him, Hey,
his name is Jake. I'm gonna screw this up. Achenklaus
and if I did, Jake, I'm sorry. Who served in
Afghanistan asked him, Hey, was that thing a disaster? You
should have heard like the lady from CNN asking the question,
(38:23):
She's like, I gotta ask you something. Is the Afghanistan
think a little bit of a disaster?
Speaker 29 (38:27):
It was.
Speaker 30 (38:29):
It was also the right decision to make to leave Afghanistan.
Joe Biden had the moral courage to make a decision
that previous presidents had refused to make because of some
cast bias and group think that war had no political endgame.
And the first thing a marine officer learns is that
all war is an extension of politics by other means.
The national government in Kabul had no agenda and no
(38:51):
capacity to build a nation, and so Americans were left
help holding the bag. And we saw that when the
Afghan president fled the country within the first twenty four hours. Ultimately,
I don't think there is a single serious national security
advisor out there who would look at the situation today
and say, boyd I wish we had fifty or one
hundred thousand Americans engaged in war in Central Asia right now.
That would really be critical with all we have in
(39:13):
the Middle East and Ukraine and the South China Sea.
Joe Biden understood the strategic imperative the United States to
disengage from Central Asia and to engage with strategic priorities elsewhere.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
Yeah, look, is some of that absolutely true, as far
as we don't want our people there one hundred percent.
But the question was was a disaster and the way
that he handled this entire situation was a disaster, Yes,
because there were people saying, look, yes, we need to leave,
but it ain't right now. And the way that we left,
(39:45):
and not just the way that we left, what we left,
how we left matters, and the people we left matters,
the people that helped us for years, not just spying
on the Taliban, working with us, helping to try to
build some sort of coalition. It was a debacle. And
(40:09):
then the way they handled it afterward was a debacle.
And by the way, if you want to know how
the Taliban are doing outside of celebrating the other day
as they had that ginormous parade with a lot of
our stuff. One of the bigger things that they do
right now is export our material to other people that
(40:31):
we left there. On Sunday, United Nations condemned new laws
in Afghanistan. Are you ready for this? Afghanistan's Ministry of
Vice and Virtue the prohibits display of women's faces and
bodies in public and said that even the sound of
a female voice outside the home constitutes a moral violation
and can be grounds for a rest. What oh as
(40:58):
for men, you gotta grow beers, western dress and hairstyles,
pray and observe religious fasts. Breaking these rules may result
in warnings, confiscation of property, or detention for up to
three days. All things are rolling good Afghanistan. I know
they're trying to bring people back to you know, come
(41:19):
to Afghanistan and no, no, no, stay for the opium
and then maybe get killed. That's like they're doing touristy things.
Have you seen that? That's pretty spectacular. There's a guy
that I follow and I don't know why I follow him.
He's actually in Afghanistan as a tourist, and he's far
away from the Kabuls and everything else. He's out in
the middle of god forsaken nowhere. But everywhere he goes,
(41:41):
he's got a Taliban minder. Everywhere he goes. Good times
right there? Could you imagine that? I mean, we talk
about you know, women here are just they got nothing right,
right they if they can't kill a baby in the womb,
they have no freedoms. Do you understand the fact that
(42:04):
there are places that women have truly no freedoms, not
even freedoms to have a voice heard out side of
the house. My goodness me, that is insane. Oh lord,
But yes, abortion is an issue through the way. I
(42:25):
went right there for that one. Abortion is an issue,
Trump said over the weekend, or at least through jd. Vance.
That's going to any kind of national abortion vent, he
would veto. We talked about it last hour. The Democrats
have a man issue. Men look at the Democrats and say,
I want no part of what they're offering. There's nothing
for me. I'm bad. They've been telling us since we
(42:46):
were kids. We're all bad. Everything's toxic masculinity. The Republicans
have a abortion issue with women they're struggling.
Speaker 31 (42:55):
Can you commit that if you and Donald Trump are
elected that you will we will not impose a federal
ban on abortion.
Speaker 32 (43:02):
I can absolutely commit that, Kristen. Donald Trump has been
as clear about that as possible. I think it's important
to step back and say, what is Donald Trump actually
set on the abortion question, and how is it different
from what Kamala Harrison the Democrats have said.
Speaker 7 (43:14):
Donald Trump wants to end this.
Speaker 32 (43:16):
Cultural war over this particular topic of California wants to
have a different abortion policy from Ohio, then Ohio has
to respect California and California has to respect Ohio.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
I got no problems with that. The states. We need
more states handling their business from education, yes to abortion
to I mean, if it ain't in the constitution, well, no,
this was never in the constitution. I continue to look
for it. I can't find abortion to the Constitution. But
(43:46):
it doesn't matter if he said he would veto it,
because nobody's ever going to believe anything, because they've got
you in the position where if he says he's not
involved with the Project twenty twenty five, he wrote it.
If he says he would veto an abortion band, he's
lying to you. That's what you're going to get over
and over again, so you're never going to be able
to work your way out of this.
Speaker 32 (44:09):
Donald Trump's view is that we want the individual states
and their individual cultures and their unique political sensibilities to
make these decisions because we don't want to have a
NonStop federal conflict over this issue. The federal government ought
to be focused on getting food prices down and getting
housing prices down issues of course, where Kamala Harris has
been a total disaster.
Speaker 7 (44:30):
So I think Donald Trump is right.
Speaker 32 (44:31):
We want the federal government to focus on these big
economic and immigration questions. Let the states figure out their
own abortion policy.
Speaker 2 (44:40):
Will they will? They really veto at Chad, I don't. Look,
their issue is massive when it comes to abortion, There's
no doubt about it. And as long as you can
get abortion on the let's be real, as long as
you can get it on a ballot, it doesn't play
as well if if the states made up their mind
(45:02):
and it's not on the ballot, and you only get
one of these, right, So if you've already had it
on the ballot, and some states have already had it
on the ballot, well, then at that point in time,
that issue for the state is kind of is kind
of done. They're now trying to take it back on
a federal level, saying that this is all going to
happen the minute that Trump takes over. Everybody is going
(45:22):
to get put in a you know, inside chains, are
going to be in the kitchen, pregnant and not being
allowed to leave. This is what the Republicans dream of.
Speaker 31 (45:31):
Let me just follow up with you a little bit
on that point, because I've been talking to Republicans, including
Senator Lindsey Graham just last week, who've made it very
clear that if Donald Trump is elected, if you are elected,
they will continue to press this point. Senator Graham said
to me, I'm going to keep saying that there should
be a federal ban. If such a piece of legislation
(45:52):
landed on Donald Trump's desk, would he veto it.
Speaker 7 (45:55):
I think you'd be very clear he would not support it.
I mean, would veto it. Well, yeah, I mean, if
you're not supporting it, as the president of United States, you.
Speaker 9 (46:01):
Find really you tell a federal abortion ban.
Speaker 7 (46:03):
I think he would. He said that explicitly that he would.
Speaker 2 (46:07):
Yeah, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what he says,
because the Left's going to paint him a certain way.
Part of that is just modern politics. But the abortion
overturning of Row has been a huge win for the Democrats.
Speaker 33 (46:25):
I think it's a response to a political problem for Republicans,
that problem being that they are politically speaking on the
wrong side of the abortion issue, certainly when they are
proposing the strict dist abortion bans. What we have seen
since the Dogs decision is really abortion working for Democrats'
(46:45):
electoral advantage. And even former President Trump himself suggested that
the Republican Party's underwhelming performance in the twenty twenty two
midterms was as a consequence of the party's messaging on abortion.
Speaker 9 (47:00):
I think JD.
Speaker 33 (47:00):
Evans is trying to get himself on his running mates
at the top of the take. Got out of a
bit of a tight corner.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
And they're in a tight corner. That's Nigel Staniche He's
worse for the Hill White House correspondent. Let me tell
you something. I read several articles this weekend where the
pro life people are pissed at Trump and the people
out there who are evading any questions when it comes
to pro life pro choice because politics and I tell
(47:29):
this to my friends who are pro life all the time.
It's about winning elections. You see it as one thing,
but they have to deal with a million things, and
one of them is their jobs. And they in your mind,
if they're not going to be one hundred percent pro life,
then you want to get rid of them. But you
go when you find somebody who is going to be
(47:50):
everything you want, you find out that that is going
to turn off a lot of people. And if you
don't win elections, you don't get any of the things
you want outside of that. And for some people pro life,
pro choice, it's the only thing they care about. But
a vast majority of us in the country have other
things on our mind. Oh really, yeah we do. I
(48:10):
know it's crazy, right, Like, who would have thought? We
do have more things on our mind than just that.

It can't be all about politics. It's a Chad Benson show.
Speaker 10 (49:49):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 34 (49:52):
Israel saying they launched preemptive strikes involving one hundred planes
to take out thousands of rocket launches and missiles in
southern Lebanon after detecting plans for an attack on its soil.
The IDF saying it struck over forty sits, the Iranian
backed militia firing at least three hundred and twenty rockets
into Israeli territory in the Israeli military saying most of
(50:12):
the intended targets were in northern Israel, but some in
central Israel. Those targets were estimated to be intelligence Bass
and the headquarters of Israel's main spy agency, Masade, just
north of Tel Aviv.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
Yeah, it didn't go well for uh, it tried very hard, Hesbelah.
Did you see even other Arab countries are like, oh
my god, what were the casualties? Seven chickens, some eggs
lost because they essentially hit chicken coops is what they're saying.
Speaker 35 (50:43):
Israel smash them. Oh, Chad, you shouldn't, No, you shouldn't
be laughing about this. But it is falling apart, and
you you know, any peace talks there are falling apart.
And we touched on it last hour, you know. For
all the chaos that you know that comes at times
(51:04):
with Robert Kennedy Junior and some of the stuff that
he says, he's spot on about this Israel Hamas, what's
going on over there, the fact that they use the
Palestinian people as essentially the loss leader to hate the Jews.
Speaker 2 (51:23):
Certain groups, by the way, most Arab nations, like, we
don't want to fight with the Jews. We want to
do business with them. They want to do business with us.
All right, that stuff we don't care. We're putting that
stuff behind us now. We've moved on from that. So
the chances of any kind of deal getting done anytime
(51:45):
soon is slim to none.
Speaker 34 (51:46):
Both sides are indicating they won't back down the idea,
saying it remains at a very high level of readiness
to attack and defend in all arenas.
Speaker 2 (51:56):
Yeah, yeah, we'll see see what happens. I mean Iran
hasn't done anything, which is weird at this moment in time,
because you would think they would have because that's what
they've done in the past. But I think they've learned
from their mistakes and how big are they going to go?
Because while they must do something, what is it? Three two, three, five,
(52:21):
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Shows,
your Twitter, tweet at us text to program right here
on the Chad Benson Show. Are we finding out that
they really have absolutely no want to be a part
of this outside of funding other people. That's the way
that people are going to look at it. So this
(52:42):
is gonna get a little touchy here. But I'd like
to think that the worst portion of this potentially is
behind us. We shall see. How can I say the
worst part is behind us? I think everybodys shown their hands.
I think with the fact that we've moved carrier groups there,
we've got strength in the region. I think everybody's realizing, Okay,
(53:06):
we're a year into this thing now and the Palestinians
are getting absolutely boat raced and killed by the tens
of thousands. Hamas is a hot mess. The world doesn't
have the sympathy outside of college kids that I think
a lot of people thought they were going to have,
(53:26):
and Israel's not going anywhere, and the uprising of other
Arab nations outside of Iran and some groups that are
on funds hasn't been there. Either. Doesn't mean it can't ignite.
That place is always a tender bart, it's always ready
to go off. But I think the big picture is
(53:49):
what I think they thought a lot of the Arab
world was going to stand up once Israel is doing
their things and get even more pissed. And they didn't.
And they didn't, and I don't think they calculated that
that that was gonna happen. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Shows Your Twitter
(54:11):
Tweet at US Text to program. You want to talk
to UFOs. I like talking UFOs. Let's talk to UFOs.
We'll do that straight ahead. Chad Benson, Joe Such, Chad.
Speaker 1 (54:20):
Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life.
Speaker 10 (54:44):
This is Chad Benson.
Speaker 20 (54:45):
Robert Kennedy Junior.
Speaker 36 (54:46):
Endorsing Donald Trump is a big deal and I don't
care who says what about it. He had two to
five percent in every battleground state. Most of that's gonna
go to Donald Trump sixty to seventy five percent of
that And as was noted, it was forty four thousand
vote election in twenty twenty, so that is a very
big deal.
Speaker 2 (55:05):
It could be, but not as big as I think
people think. He is dropped in the polls big time.
And for the most part, he was probably at one
or two percent, which in one or two of these
states could make a difference. The only one that matters,
I think, is Pennsylvania. It doesn't make a difference in Pennsylvania.
(55:26):
It's not gonna make a difference anywhere else. So we'll see.
But r FK Junior, we'll talk a little bit more
about that. Now let's get to some serious stuff UFOs.
So lou Elisondo, who used to work with Benagon and
is a UFO whistleblower's got a new book out and
he did a big piece with News Nation, and I
found it really interesting some of the stuff he said,
and the fact that Tim Burchett, a Republican Congressman, and
(55:50):
several others are saying, look, there's stuff going on, we
need to know it. That's why I'm excited about RFK Junior.
Because I figure if anybody's gonna blow it up, the
whole system as far as all the know, RFK Junior
is going to talk about Pops and Uncle being assassinated.
He wants to get to the bottom of it. I'm curious,
you know, the UFO thing interest him because well, he's
(56:10):
one of those guys that it would be interested in
something like that. And yeah, I could think I could
see this guy going, all right, let me tell you
about all the crap that we've done and all the
stuff we have. But here is lou Alizondo talking about UFOs.
Speaker 15 (56:22):
You've got a book with some pretty big headlines. We've
been recovering spacecraft, alien spacecraft.
Speaker 37 (56:30):
The United States has been involved in the recovery of
objects vehicles of unknown origin that are neither from our
country or any other foreign country that we're aware of.
Speaker 2 (56:43):
Oh you think so well, you think you think so lies?
Or is it truth? He's gotten to the point now
and I saw him. He's on Rogan yesterday. He's so
big that if something was to happen, happened to him,
even people who don't believe in goods spiracy goes, well,
that's a little odd, right, that's a little weird. He
(57:06):
is driving down the street and all of a sudden
he decides to commit suicide. That's weird. Yeah, continue, sir.
Speaker 15 (57:13):
Alien bodies, biologics.
Speaker 37 (57:17):
We as a nation have been interested in not only
the vehicles themselves, but the occupants of these vehicles, to
include biological specimens.
Speaker 15 (57:25):
Aliens, non human intelligences are real, and they have been
engaging with humanity.
Speaker 37 (57:33):
We're not alone. We are not alone in this universe.
And it is a simple fact. And the US government
has been aware of that fact now for decades.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
Decades. Uh, not a shocker. It is interesting though, right,
I keep saying it's going to happen sooner rather than later. Everybody.
If you go back and you look at people that
are in predicting, they've all been saying twenty twenty five,
twenty twenty five, something's going to happen. It's going to
be too big. Two thousand, we're heading there and it's
getting louder. Now. Am I a person that believes that
we are alone?
Speaker 12 (58:00):
No?
Speaker 2 (58:01):
I don't. The huber Is to think that we're it?
Now does it mean space as in what we think?
Could there be other dimensions? Things of that nature? Those
are all fair questions to ask. Those are absolutely fair
questions to ask.
Speaker 15 (58:12):
Continue, sir, you've actually seen what you believe may well
be alien technology an implant. I have what did you see?
Speaker 38 (58:22):
I saw a technical device that had been removed excised
by the Department of Veterans Affairs by a surgeon, a
trained physician from a US military service member who claimed
to have a UAPE encounter. The physician claimed that the
object tried to run on him or evade being excised.
Speaker 15 (58:40):
So let me get this ruight. This object, whatever it is,
it's a constructed object, it's a technological object.
Speaker 38 (58:46):
Is it a technological object enveloped in some sort of
biological capsule. The current theory is that that capsule is
there to fool the body as not to create some
sort of immune response to a foreign object.
Speaker 15 (59:01):
But the physician you spoke to described that object apparently
trying to intelligently avoid being captured by the human doctor.
Speaker 38 (59:12):
Correct, that is what the doctor reported?
Speaker 2 (59:15):
Lies?
Speaker 16 (59:15):
Is it?
Speaker 2 (59:16):
How do you know it's lies? You have no idea
if it's lies or truth all? Could he just be
selling a book as possible? Could he have seen things?
Of course, Government's got all kinds of crap hidden some
of it rightly, so we don't need to know everything,
but some of it. And remember how all of this
started to really grow and expand. An incident took place
(59:38):
in two thousand and four that we didn't find out
to almost a decade later. That's when everything kind of
went like, wait a minute, here, what the hell's going on?
Speaker 15 (59:47):
Naval aviators attached to the USS Roosevelt recorded these two
other videos during exercises off the coast of Florida that
also caught the attention of intelligence consultant and former Deputy
Assistant Secretary of Defense Chris Mellon.
Speaker 39 (01:00:05):
The Navy was experiencing a number of incursions into restricted aerospace,
and I met Leui the Pentagon began to hear about
these incursions, and the more I learned, the more I
realized that we had a potential disaster on our hands.
Speaker 15 (01:00:22):
The videos remained undisclosed to the public for years, and
it's easy to see why these weren't just strange objects
in the sky. They conformed to what ATIP would establish
as the five observables.
Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
The five observables, these are the tic TACs right all
over the place, up down, sideways, really fast. No way
that any human could withstand that kind of g force
in the movement. Oh my god, my god.
Speaker 37 (01:00:49):
So the five observables include instantaneous acceleration, hypersonic velocity, low observability,
trand medium travel, and anti gravity, in essence, the ability
to defy Earth's natural gravitational force without the associated technology
or means to do it. The government has said that
for the record, this is not our technology.
Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
Which one of the things that I've talked about. Let's
just say, for the sake of argument, there isn't any alien.
There isn't anything else out there. And I ask you, guys,
this what scares you more? Aliens or the fact that China, Russia,
North Korea, one of our enemies, if you will, has
(01:01:29):
a technology that is so advanced that it blows us
out of the water. We can do nothing at this
moment to stop it. Well that's not true, and we'll
talk about that in a second. But in reality, though,
before we could even do anything, they could be on
us like in ways we could never imagine. Think about that.
So would you rather it be China or would you
(01:01:51):
rather it be aliens? If those are your choices.
Speaker 37 (01:01:53):
Well, I think in order to understand if something is
a threat from a national security perspective. It's a very
simple calculus capabilities versus intent. We have examples where these
things have disabled our nuclear capabilities, right like we see
with mouset from Air Force Base and whatnot, where entire
flights of our nuclear part of our nuclear triad has
been taken offline. Right Nowhere did they stop our advance
(01:02:16):
from from atomic technology development to nuclear technology. They didn't
stop us testing weapons out in Nevada, and they didn't
stop the proliferation of nuclear weapons from getting into the
hands of other countries that are unfriendly of countries like
North Korea and now India has them. And so I
ask you, if these things are benevolent, why haven't they
(01:02:37):
stopped that. There's zero information to suggest that they are.
What they are doing is for benevolent reasons.
Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
Yes, zero, which is scary. Again, China, North Korea or aliens,
those are your choices. Can they be stopped though?
Speaker 5 (01:02:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 37 (01:02:54):
The general consensus was that these vehicles, the propulsion units,
are susceptible to electromagnetic pulse, meaning they are using a
technology that the electromagnetism. If they were to encounter a
certain frequency of electromagnetism, would interfere with their ability to
fly and maneuver.
Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
So EMPs may be their weakness. Interesting, it's not going anywhere.
I think it's gonna come out sooner rather than later,
and you're gonna be like my God, Chad was right.
Come on, it can't be all about politics. For the
love of God. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson's show, it's your Twitter.
I'm voting for the person that tells me where the
(01:03:35):
aliens are. You get my vote, You get my vote,
sir or ma'am. We'll see Board capital right now. Let's
give you a free risk review. What is that? Three?
Call them up eight six six seven seven nine risk
eight six six seven seven nine risks? Can you tell them? Hey,
Chad says, you're gonna get me a free risk review.
You're gonna walk me through my portfolio. You're gonna show
(01:03:56):
me what you guys do different, where maybe I am
at risk and where maybe I'm not using the money
I have right now the way I should be. Risk review.
It's what it's called, and Board does it better than
anybody else. You get one retirement, get a second opinion
on what's going on risk management Number one strategy lower risk,

a lot to read right there. Coming up summer WAYE
that should scare you? What is it? You will find
out in a second Chat Benson.
Speaker 27 (01:05:09):
Show irreverence, like, yeah, so what it's the Chat Benson.
Speaker 9 (01:05:25):
Show a very discipline of bomb balance.
Speaker 40 (01:05:28):
If there's anything off of six pm, and if I'm
in town, it's got to be a pretty high bar
to keep me away from the family. Anybody who gets
a minute of clime off that better be sure that
it's important, because if not, I'll just wait for another day.
Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
It's a former CEO of Starbucks basically saying, look after
a certain time, I don't take phone calls I do it.
Better be something real, Better be something big.
Speaker 41 (01:05:49):
This makes me so uncomfortable just hearing that. I feel holy.
I mean, retire, bro, just retire. What is America value?
Is the real question. Does America value success performance or
America value comfort? And the problem is American work culture
has shifted to value and comfort. That is the inevitable
outcome of decades of extraordinary success, and now the performance
(01:06:10):
culture is losing to the comfort culture.
Speaker 2 (01:06:14):
Portion of that is absolutely true, there's no doubt about that.
But you've also got to there needs to be some balance,
right But you know, I tell my kids sometimes I
work sixteen hours a day. You know, my daughter turned
six today. Charlie Happy birthday, baby. She knows I have
to work a lot, and she asked me why I
(01:06:34):
have to work so much? And sometimes, you know, I've
got to be honest with her, you know, where other
times she doesn't really she just wants to know why
I'm leaving. She doesn't really care. But then there's times
when she's genuinely like, why are you Why do you
have to do this? And I say, you like the
life we have, you like the things that we have,
then I've got to go do these things so we
can enjoy our lives. And there is that. It's there
(01:06:57):
is a balance, but real high achievers, and if you're
with a high achiever, ladies or gentlemen, it's not going
to be as balanced as you want it to be.
It isn't. It's not going to be fifty to fifty.
It just isn't. And we've got a younger generation who
(01:07:19):
doesn't seem to care about a lot of this stuff
about the achievement. They're not interested in it. They just
want to do enough. That business, your business, those things
that's not important to them. They'll come, they'll put in
your work. Sometimes they'll do good work, and sometimes they're
(01:07:40):
just there for the paycheck. But that's life. But high achievers,
there's never going to be that balance, and this guy
was looking for that balance. That's what some people say.
I don't know. The new guy who everybody loved the
last week who's taken over for Starbucks now is a
pariah because he gets to work out of his house
a few days. That's a Newport Beach, California. Gorgeous by
(01:08:03):
the way, and then he gets a private jet to
the headquarters in Seattle, and people are pissed that he
a doesn't have to relocate to Seattle. And the fact
that he flies back and forth one thousand miles each
day when they push all of this stuff about you know,
(01:08:26):
polluting and globe warming and climate change and all of
that stuff, and here's this guy flying in and out
on a private jet. Has made the people kind of
angry about that, so which I think is hilarious that
he's flying our private jet, just turning all over the
world with all that fossil fuel. And then he's gonna
(01:08:47):
tell everybody, but we use recyclable cups. He does give
a rats ass about that. You should know that cares
about success. What's the stock doing are we hitting our
profit goals? That's what matters. There's your fossil fuel right there.
Speaking of the world of fast food and or stuff.
Speaker 42 (01:09:07):
Like that, Subway the Consumer Price Index in March showing
fast food costs nearly thirty three percent more than it
did in twenty nineteen. Fast food giants McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's,
and tackle Bell already launching their own value meal deals,
and now Subway, one of the world's largest chains with
nearly thirty seven thousand franchise locations, joining its competitors, hoping
(01:09:30):
that it lures back conflation weary customers.
Speaker 2 (01:09:34):
We'll see if that happens. I do like me some Subway.
I'll tell you that right now. But Chad, why cause
it's good. I go in, I get a spicy Italian.
I eat like a five year old, deal with it.
They don't make a They'll make a peanut butter and
jelly the way I like it. But I go in
and I get my spicy Italian. I get on out
of there and it tastes damn good. But I'm not
spending twelve bucks on a five dollars foot long. If
(01:09:56):
that makes sense, it shouldn't. Speaking of the world of business.
You guys have probably noticed it. You've been out, you've
been somewhere, You've done a double take, and you thought,
Sweet Mother of God, is that Halloween candy. The term
is summer ween.
Speaker 11 (01:10:14):
And that's essentially when these big box retaillers like Home
Depot where we are this morning, they start putting out
the different goods, right, and not just goods, but all
fall items, fall favorites. Early this year, fall and Halloween
related goods sold earlier than ever.
Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
That includes Home Depot.
Speaker 13 (01:10:32):
They launched their online Halloween campaign listen to this in April,
a whopping six months from before Halloween. It was called
the Halfway to Halloween sell other stores like Low's, Party City, Michaels,
you name it. They also started selling you know, some
of their spooky season stuff online. That's a key one
online in June, which is still early by my estimation.
(01:10:53):
If you think Halloween festivities are just for kids, think again.
Speaker 11 (01:10:56):
Retailers say, you know what, more and more adults are
partaking and the Halloween festivities, whether that's dressing up for
you know, getting a costume, or just getting a lot
of candy.
Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
Yeah, candy's good. Yeah, but my place by me because
I kind of live in the middle of nowhere. It's
already got two aisles full of Halloween stuff. Our home
depot packed of Halloween stuff. I love Halloween. This is
summer ween. It's tough for me to get excited about
Halloween though, when it's still so damn hot.
Speaker 11 (01:11:26):
Part of the National Retail Federation, Lat's your shopper.
Speaker 13 (01:11:28):
Spent a record twelve point two billion dollars on Halloween goods.
Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
Compare that to you know, twenty seventeen.
Speaker 13 (01:11:35):
So this is pre pandemic nine point one billion dollars
on Halloween stuck.
Speaker 2 (01:11:40):
So there is a market for it.
Speaker 11 (01:11:42):
The one thing market experts strategists say, hey, you gotta
be careful because if you're taking stuff off the shelves
too soon, what about the other items that you already
took off. You may be losing out on that money.
So it's a double edged store.
Speaker 2 (01:11:53):
Summer ween, baby, it is here and full of facts.
I love Halloween, you guys know, that's one of my
favorite things. And yes, this year we're doing our countdown
of the scariest movies of all time, So if you're
new to the program, we do that, we count it
down It's awesome three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty four,
twenty three at Chad Benson's show. That is your Twitter,
(01:12:16):
your Instagram, all of the things right here on the
Chad Benson Show. Coming up, third hour. RFK Junior now
part of the trumpet Palooza fun time. I don't even
know what you want to call it. Is it actually
going to help? Today?
Speaker 43 (01:12:32):
RFK Junior had suspended his campaign endorsing Trump Kennedy, telling
reporters that Trump had asked him to quote enlist him
in his administration. Now, the latest swing state polls show
Kennedy with five or six percent of the vote. And
so when you think about it overall, you may say, well,
that's not a big deal. Actually, if that is the
case in swing states, it is huge. It is everything.
It is more than the margin between Harris and Trump
(01:12:55):
in some of those same states.
Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
We're going to talk about is it really a big deal?
Is it really going to help him? Discuss that bunch
of other stuff right here on the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 1 (01:13:04):
This is the Chad Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life,
(01:13:34):
This is Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (01:13:36):
Rf K Jr. Now a Trumper kind of sort of
you know, what's interesting about the whole thing with him,
the disruption. I like disruption. I think disruption is needed.
I think the government every once in a while needs
a big kick in the grundle. And it's not because
I hate the government. I think everybody thinks that the
people on the right hate the government. They don't. They
(01:13:57):
hate bad government. Who doesn't hate bad government. It's like
bad service. I love going to this restaurant because they
treat me like crap, and they're horrible and they get
my order wrong. Nobody wants that. Nobody does. But the
one thing about him is he is a disruptor. Now
do I think he's gonna help. I've been on the
record saying I don't think it's going to be the
help that people think. Some people out there disagree think
(01:14:18):
it's going to be.
Speaker 11 (01:14:19):
A big deal.
Speaker 2 (01:14:20):
This is huge, couldn't be any bigger.
Speaker 18 (01:14:22):
A lot of people have said that Pennsylvania is going
to be the key for Kamala Harris. Democrats cannot win
the presidency without Pennsylvania. That is the conventional wisdom. If
RFK Junior makes the difference in other states and Pennsylvania,
it really could spell the difference in this campaign. This
should be taken seriously. This is a big day in
the campaign. And let me tell you, Kamala Harris did
(01:14:45):
not want this to happen on the first day after
her convention. She wanted to come out of their riding high.
This has completely and totally changed the subject and now
we're back playing on Trump's turf again.
Speaker 2 (01:14:57):
I don't know if if it does. Al Lickman, who
has got every single on the record, by the way,
every single election, right, I think since nineteen eighty four,
he's got his thirteen keys. He was asked this weekend,
do you think this is a game changer.
Speaker 4 (01:15:15):
Well, I have one key on third party, which was
already fading away. Look, people have said, oh my gosh,
OURFK Junior's got five percent in some of the swing states.
That's completely misleading because third party candidates, when it actually
comes to voting, typically get a half or less of
(01:15:37):
their top poll numbers. See, you're talking about maybe two percent,
not five percent, And by no means is that two
percent just going to be delivered to Donald Trump. On
the other hand, having our FK Junior on board simply
gives Democrats more ammunition for the notion that the Republican
(01:15:59):
campaign is weird Instead of you know, two weirdos, they
now have three. Instead of weird squhere, they have weird Cube.
Speaker 2 (01:16:08):
Well, I don't know if we need to be rude
like that just because you don't agree with the fact
that he thinks that we got a lot of issues
in our government, including them concealing a lot of stuff
and pushing crazy vaccinations. That's what he goes after. Oh,
it's all he's an anti vaxxer. It's not an anti
vaxxer the way that you think. He asked certain questions,
and I think is absolutely true. And by the way,
(01:16:28):
the left was very anti vax remember go back a
few years ago before COVID, that they weren't vaccinating their
kids like you, Oh yeah, I remember that. You got
a lot of that it causes autism, all these things.
And the minute COVID came, it was like, well, if
you don't get your kid vaccinated means you like Donald Trump.
And you're like, okay, so he has been this way
(01:16:50):
for a while. Yes, do I think it's going to
make a difference. If it makes a difference that Pennsylvania,
it matters. Otherwise, I don't think it really is as
big a deal as people think. Now. I do like
the fact that he's a disruptor, and I will tell
you this right now. His thoughts on a lot of
things are very intriguing. But I will tell you this
(01:17:14):
is as much a few to the Democrats and the
way that he was treated as anything else. He's pissed,
he's angry, he feels they screwed him over and guess
what he's right at.
Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
The NC wage continual legal warfare against both President Trump
and myself. Then, when a predictably bungled debate performance precipitated
the palace coup against President Biden, the same shadowy DNC
operatives appointed his successor, Vice President Harris has not appeared
in a single interview or an unscripted encounter with voters
(01:17:48):
for thirty five days. This is profoundly undemocratic. How are
people to choose when they don't know whom they are choosing?
Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
Very fair, absolutely fair question to ask there. But this
is a big f you to the Democratic Party, who
he feels has abandoned him, has left him. Who feels like, Hey,
this party which is to be the party of my
uncle John F. Kennedy, of my father Robert F. Kennedy,
of these great visions for this country, has become part
(01:18:20):
of the corporation, the machine, the evil empire. And look
what they've done. Look how they've treated me.
Speaker 3 (01:18:28):
Instead of showing us her substance and character. At DNC
and its media organs engineered a surge of popularity for
vice presidents based upon nothing, no policies, no interviews, no debates,
only smoking, mirrors and balloons in highly produced Chicago circus.
Speaker 2 (01:18:48):
That's true, though, there's a lot of smoke and mirrors
and balloons, lots of balloons. Where he is interesting, though,
is the way that he's approached Hamas and Israel and
Gaza and Palestine. A couple of weeks ago with crystalin Sager.
If you don't know who they are, they're breaking points.
I highly recommend you go check them out and subscribe
to them. He is conservative soccer. She is very progressive
(01:19:11):
and left leaning. They do an amazing show. They don't
blow smoke, as the kids would say, and was talking
about it because because Crystal the liberal, the progressive thinks
that what's going on there is genocide, thinks of what's
going on there is all Israel's fault. For the most part. Yes,
she blames Hamas in some areas, but thinks this entire
(01:19:33):
thing is America and Israel's fault and has continued to
be their fault for generations.
Speaker 3 (01:19:39):
Hamas is a criminal enterprise. And you talk about solutions
for the Palatinian people, the Palacinian people are arguably the
most pampered people by international aid organizations.
Speaker 9 (01:19:51):
Then are getting for this war.
Speaker 44 (01:19:53):
Seventy percent of people in God they had not enough
food to eat?
Speaker 3 (01:19:57):
And why is that? Why are you blame me?
Speaker 44 (01:19:59):
In part, it's a moss and in part it's the
fact that Israel imposed a blockade and talked about putting
them on a diet.
Speaker 3 (01:20:05):
First of all, Israel has no obligation. The Israel built
three thousand hot houses and gave them for greenhouses that
would have made Gaza completely food self sufficient, gave it
joined as a gift, offered to rebuild the port of
Gaza to make it to the Singapore of the West Amas.
And no, we don't want you money, We don't want you.
Speaker 2 (01:20:23):
Ideas, which is a big deal. All the things that
are forgotten about this as, this nightmare looks like there's
a chance it could boil over with what's going on
with Hezbalah, And of course the whod's Iron's waiting all
of these things that have happened. And why is that?
Because Israel didn't take any crap after October seventh. And
(01:20:45):
people want to sit there and say, well, there's a
crazy right Wingernet and Yahoo. You do you understand that
the UN has a special group dedicated to Gaza. Think
about that. All the others, right, what's going on in Sudan,
what's going on in all these other places about Africa,
(01:21:05):
parts of Asia where people are starving, they've got wars
going on, They're all lumped in together. Gaza has its
own thing. And we saw what happened at the UN.
Many of them, well, they decided to participate and help
out with what took place on October seventh, and they
were fired subsequently for it. Oh geez, all of that money.
He's right, doesn't matter what you do. Gaza. It should
(01:21:28):
be this amazing place, but it won't be because of
himas continue.
Speaker 3 (01:21:33):
And what do they do with the international agencies? Given
I've given Gaza more than ten times per capita what
we gave to rebuild all of Europe after the Marshall plan.
They've gotten eight three hundred dollars per capita every person
in Gaza. We rebuilt Europe with six hundred and twenty
one dollars per capita in Europe and we rebuilt it.
(01:21:56):
What did they do with that money instead of using
it to make this You know, gaz is this beautiful country, wait,
sand beaches, it should be a paradise. Amasaid, we don't
want that. They take virtually all that money and they
steal it. So the top five leaders of AMAS are billionaires.
Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
Billionaires, We forget about that. And I see the guy
that is running it now is running around in women's
clothing and hiding in plain side because he's afraid he's
going to get blowed.
Speaker 3 (01:22:21):
The f up, Bobby again, let me just finish it
because you made us. We know you are making a
statement that is just wrong. It's not Israel's fault. Is
poverty strict and Gaza is it should be one of
the wealthy estates on the on the no control.
Speaker 9 (01:22:38):
Over their own territory.
Speaker 2 (01:22:39):
Of course, if you go to war, if you.
Speaker 44 (01:22:41):
Everything that comes in and goes down.
Speaker 3 (01:22:43):
If you go to war, No Crystal Bristol, why are
you blaming?
Speaker 9 (01:22:46):
Why do you insist on blaming Israel and then blaming
of us.
Speaker 44 (01:22:50):
I do blame, but you know what we are. Tax
dollars do not go to Hamas. They go to the
Netu house and and you know, sombed drop.
Speaker 2 (01:23:01):
Right population Now okay, So they get into it like
and it's true, we're funding the war effort? Are we
funding the war for the protection effort? Always look at
the fine print, find out where that money goes.
Speaker 3 (01:23:13):
Most of our tax got dollars have gone for the
Iron Dome, which is a way of not invading God.
Our country and the Israel for sixteen years have expended
this huge amount of money to try not to go
into God. Well God, that's in two thousand rockets a
year suicide bombers, and of course.
Speaker 44 (01:23:30):
Israel come in and quote unquote mode the lawn.
Speaker 3 (01:23:33):
They've gone in five times and every time they've signed
a piece agreement with Hamas and every time they violated
that piece agreement. If Mexico attacked us and we built
a fence, would you blame us for caging in Mexico?
Everything in your mind is telling you to blame Israel instead.
Speaker 16 (01:23:50):
Of blaming Amas.
Speaker 2 (01:23:52):
It was good, it was good. You go check it out.
It's a great one, breaking points with Crystal and Sagar,
and he hits on so many things because the thing
about what's going on in the Middle East, for the
most part, nobody wants Palestine and the Palestinian people. They
(01:24:12):
don't as far as the Egypt doesn't want any of them,
Jordan doesn't want any of them, Iran doesn't want any
of them. Nobody wants them because they understand the people
that are probably coming there are gonna take and in
many cases, some of them coming there are going to
want to overthrow their government. See Jordan, Egypt, in several
other places where they've allowed them to come over. They don't.
They thought, especially Iran and a bunch of other people
(01:24:34):
I think you know who are against Israel, think, hey,
this after October seventh and then what they're doing now,
this is going to change everything. All of the Arab
nations are gonna be pissed and they're all going to
join forces and we're gonna finally take out Israel. And
everybody said, now, nah, we're not really interested in that.
You guys kind of made your own bed here. You're
gonna have to deal with it. We'd rather them not
do what they're doing, but at the same time, we're

Watch trending Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 10 (01:26:29):
You're listening to the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (01:26:31):
No, it's time to find out what's trending. What's trending?
Speaker 45 (01:26:36):
Signed James Dean, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Sera, what treading?
Speaker 2 (01:27:01):
Let's find out what'swinning on the old interwebs on this Monday.
Start with Google. Patriots commanders last night number one trending
thing yesterday, a lot of NFL stuff that was it.
It's over, it's done with now. This is what we've
got kids. It's on. Football season is here? Alabama high
(01:27:21):
school football player dies. It's pretty brain injury, I guess again.
We'll find out more happens every year. It's unfortunate and
it's horrible. It is I mean, it's heat, something happens.
Sometimes it's genetics. Sometimes it's a one off situation, and
(01:27:41):
it is awful, deadly. Mosquito virus, Massachusetts Oasis, the band reunion.
The over under is they break up at the first rehearsal.
Babe Ruth we talked about. No, he's not alive, but
his jersey's for a lot of money, and I do
(01:28:02):
mean a lot of money. Twenty four point one million dollars.
The cold Shot Jersey, Russia, Ukraine War number one training
thing on Yahoo. Justin Bieber Cheryl Hines, that is the
wife of RFK Jr. Who is also trending. She's not
happy about the entire situation when it comes to what
(01:28:24):
is going on with her and Trump. Her husband and Trump,
excuse me being pals. I don't think they're pals. Finally,
over to Twitter, RFK Junior Kennedy Telegram, the co founder
of Telegram was arrested. He is both Russian and French.
(01:28:46):
And if you don't know what Telegram made is it
is a social media app. And they are blaming him
for spreading of drugs, prostitution, selling of arms T two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show
is your Twitter. I love hearing from every single one
of you right here at the Chad Benson Show. You
(01:29:11):
can see a lot of stuff on there. And their
big thing is you were complicit in a lot of
this stuff that is going on, allowing all these bad
things to happen. You did nothing about it, So they've
arrested him for no content moderation, among other things. Yeah,
if you've not Telegram is very interesting.
Speaker 4 (01:29:30):
So it is.
Speaker 2 (01:29:31):
I've got it and you can go on there and
it's like, I mean, you've got things like what app,
You've got things like you know, all these other you
know things that are out there, but this thing is
huge and a lot of stuff happens there and it's
super double you know, super encrypted. And the whole thing
(01:29:52):
is it's supposed to be the freest speech platform that's
out there where you can talk, discuss, you share its
do bad things happen? I'm sure they do. That being
said is that this guy's fault to moderate everything and everybody.
And that's the issue we're having here with a lot
of this stuff, the moderation side of things, but you
(01:30:12):
should be moderating it. I don't want you looking at
my private messages. That's the problem right there. You could
so I've just got regular text messaging. If somebody was
committing crimes texting me back and forth, is it, you know,
the AT and T's fault, Verison's vault for not moderating
my text messages. The fair question to ask. I think
(01:30:35):
three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty four to twenty
three at Chad metsone show, to Twitter, your Instagram. A
lot of stuff still to get to, a ton of stuff,
including the stupid things you need to know. We'll talk
about that. Now knows what else will get there? So
much stuff. I don't know if you guys are wear
of this presidential election going on? Yeah, you guys know that. Okay,
we'll talk a little bit about that. Chad Metta chew.
Speaker 1 (01:30:59):
Such chat, Benson Show, Independent Thoughts, Independent Life.
Speaker 10 (01:31:23):
This is Chad Benson.
Speaker 2 (01:31:24):
Imagine this. You send people to space. You're like, you
guys are gonna be there for eight days. It's gonna
be the most amazing thing in the history of amazing.
It's gonna be awesome. You gonna be floating around. You're
gonna be up there for eight days. Then you get
the phone call. It may be a little while longer, Scoch.
You're gonna be fine. Did you get the other phone calls?
Speaker 16 (01:31:43):
Like you do?
Speaker 2 (01:31:44):
You guys pack underwear?
Speaker 19 (01:31:46):
All right?
Speaker 5 (01:31:47):
Good?
Speaker 2 (01:31:47):
Then you get the other phone call, and you're like,
all right, here's the deal, you know how. It's twenty
twenty four, Yeah, twenty twenty five. You'll be on Earth,
but not in but but not in what but not
until then you guys back onto her.
Speaker 11 (01:32:03):
If everything goes as planned, they'd return to Earth February
twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (01:32:07):
And again that is if everything goes as planned.
Speaker 11 (01:32:10):
But here's the thing. There ride this new spacecraft they'd
be coming back to Earth on is set to leap
from KSC Kennedy Space Center next month.
Speaker 12 (01:32:17):
We have had mistakes done in the past. We lost
two space shuttles.
Speaker 13 (01:32:24):
Another chapter and what reads like a sci fi novel,
Bill Nelson, NASA's top guy, telling the world how those
two astronauts stranded in space will be returning to Earth.
Speaker 12 (01:32:34):
The decision to keep Butch and Sunny aboard the International
Space Station and bring the Boeing Starliner Home uncrewed is
the result of a commitment to safety.
Speaker 11 (01:32:46):
And lift off the Starliner at Atlas five, caring two
American heroes.
Speaker 2 (01:32:53):
And people that will be in space for a long time.
So Boeing isn't very good on Earth, barely in the
space world either. So now it gets really interesting. So
they're up there and they're stuck there, and they re
stock every couple months the International Space Station with food
(01:33:14):
and stuff, because that was one of my how much
did they pack for? That's why I keep asking they
have underwear, how much did you pack for? They've got
enough food wise, and they make sure they've got enough.
Even when it went up there, they had enough for
four months, and now they've got a lot more. They've
added to it, enough for water the whole nine yards.
But then the weird part comes because you're gonna have
(01:33:35):
to figure out how to get them down, and that
is going to be an Elon thing. Elon Musk is
gonna tweet him out of the sky.
Speaker 19 (01:33:43):
He is not.
Speaker 2 (01:33:43):
He also has rocket chips and they work.
Speaker 13 (01:33:45):
What started as an eight day mission for astronauts Sonny
Williams and Butch Wilmore has now turned into an eight
month mission. After weeks of testing, NASA and Boeing ultimately
making that decision to keep the astronauts on the ISS. Say,
helium leaks and thruster issues in the propulsion system we're
to blame for Sonny and Butcher's extended stay in space.
Speaker 8 (01:34:07):
We've had a lot of tense discussions, right because the
call was close.
Speaker 13 (01:34:12):
NASA ultimately calling on SpaceX to play the role of
hero during its next CREWD launch in September. Instead of
sending four astronauts to the ISS on its Dragon capsule,
SpaceX now sending two, making room for Sonny and Butcher
to hitch a ride home.
Speaker 29 (01:34:28):
We have a lot of work to do relative to
the rest of the mission, which is Bush and Sunny
stay on the space station for some time and they
return on Crew nine. We're configuring that spacecraft with a
couple extra two different seats, so we'll have two different
crew members, two crew members on that vehicle, and then
we'll have it ready to bring Butch and Senny home.
Speaker 2 (01:34:50):
That phone called a ring ring, Hello, Eon, it's Boeing
in NASA. What do you guys want? You know, how
he's send those people in space?
Speaker 16 (01:35:01):
Yeah?
Speaker 46 (01:35:01):
Good, for you guys, they're still in space. What's this
have to do with me? We were wondering if, by
any chance you could get them. Excuse me, you don't
like me?
Speaker 2 (01:35:19):
Yeah, I know, but this is about them, not us.
What do I get out of it? What do you want?
Let me think about it and we'll get them. Oh
my lord? Three two, three, five, three, twenty four to
twenty three at Chad Menson shows your Twitter tweet at
us text the program. A masculinity problem. That's what the
(01:35:42):
Democrats say the Republicans have because they've now defined masculinity
in a much different way. Ali Velshi on MSNBC talking
this weekend about how well I mean, He goes back
and says, listen to this. Look at the way that
the Republicans talk about masculinity.
Speaker 19 (01:35:59):
And man World by James Brown, played throughout the arena.
So the most manly thing of all a mid speech
wardrobe change.
Speaker 5 (01:36:07):
What happened last week when they took a shot at
my hero and they tried to kill the next president
of the United States?
Speaker 16 (01:36:22):
Enough was enough?
Speaker 3 (01:36:24):
In whats up?
Speaker 16 (01:36:26):
Mena run wild?
Speaker 2 (01:36:28):
Brother, Yeah, let her run wild. But you see, the
Democrats are now redefining a lot of things masculined being
one of them, and the best way to do that
is tell Menda shut up and get in the pack.
Speaker 19 (01:36:40):
On the other side, Democrats are betting on a different
kind of masculinity, something centered around their historic female nominee,
while others did not.
Speaker 9 (01:36:49):
Once did.
Speaker 19 (01:36:49):
Vice President Harris mentioned the historic nature of her presidency
is America's first woman president and the influence that would have,
but the men surrounding her, her husband Doug Emhoff and
her running mate Tim Walls, they take no issue with
playing second fiddle to Kamala Harris. M mov's video introduction
on Tuesday made sure to include that he left a
successful law practice of thirty years to support the Vice
(01:37:10):
president after the twenty twenty election. Walls, in telling his
own story, balances his gun toting carhart wearing National Guard,
serving high school football, coaching all American manliness with a
more tender side. Walls spoke vulnerably about the numerous fertility
treatments it took for he and his wife, Gwen to
have their first child and how they named her Hope
because of that, and his family was overcome with emotion
at the DNC. In a raw display of love that
(01:37:32):
is sometimes uncommon at the highest level of politics.
Speaker 9 (01:37:35):
That's his son, Gus in tears shouting that's my dad.
Speaker 2 (01:37:38):
Yeah, and that was a great moment. And a lot
of people on the right, you know, poopoot it said
a bunch of horrible things. I think it was a
bunch of crap that you did that. That doesn't help anybody.
That being said, I want you to listen to way
that he talks about Obama and Michelle. So we know
when we talk about Obama, we're talking about Barack, can
we know talking about Michelle Michelle Obama and then patriotism again,
(01:38:00):
they're redefining all of these things. At the DNC.
Speaker 19 (01:38:03):
There's Barack Obama, known to be a generational orator himself,
recognizing that perhaps he fails in comparison to the woman
in his life.
Speaker 2 (01:38:10):
I am feeling ready to go.
Speaker 20 (01:38:18):
If even if I am the only person stupid not
to speak after Michelle Obama.
Speaker 19 (01:38:27):
But while being perhaps less macho, Democrats offered a naked
manifestation of patriotism at this year's convention, the likes of
which has in recent years been co opted by the
right wing Chance of USA rang through the arena Pete
Buddhajete and Josh Shapiro credited their faith as guiding principles.
Military veterans turned leaders like Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Arizona
(01:38:47):
Senator Mark Kelly, and Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth centered their
military service in their speeches.
Speaker 2 (01:38:54):
Okay, a couple things there. First of all, do we
really think that Barack Obama takes a backseat to any
his wife or not.
Speaker 16 (01:39:02):
No, he doesn't.
Speaker 2 (01:39:03):
You can make it seem like, oh my god, and
she did a great job, but still I'm not talking
about her politics, the way she delivered everything, But still
that's ridiculous. Secondly, I'm gonna say this, and I've said
it over and over again. The Republicans, the right wing
what everyone called, they didn't co op. They didn't steal patriotism.
They did none of that. You surrendered patriotism a long
(01:39:25):
time ago. You surrendered it because anytime you flew a flag,
anytime anybody was like yeah, USA, anytime was America. First,
it was nationalism, gingoism, it was evil, it was awful,
it was colonialism. That is a you problem. That is
not the Republican's problem. You did that to yourselves and
you're trying to claim it back. You never had to
(01:39:47):
claim anything back. It was always there. You didn't want it.
And the fact that the media came out and said, wow,
look at them four years ago to be unthinkable to
fly American flags in here like that, I'm like, are.
Speaker 16 (01:39:59):
You kidding me?
Speaker 2 (01:40:00):
But they're doing it.
Speaker 5 (01:40:01):
Wow?
Speaker 2 (01:40:02):
How brave are they? You decided to allow the Republicans
to go out and be patriotic instead of saying, Hey,
this s America's for everybody, and we're as patriotic as you,
so we're taking it back. They never took it. You
didn't want it. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show is your
(01:40:24):
Twitter tweet at US text to program. Love hearing from
every single one of you. I'm still laughing about the
whole elon thing, that phone call. Hey, is there any
way you guys can pick those people up?
Speaker 5 (01:40:34):

your ma Pillaro. Tell you what several of you have
texted in about. You know, well, it's good that the
Democrats are taking back the patriotism. I say it over
and over again. It was never taken from them. The
American flag wasn't. They're the ones who on the left
(01:42:04):
to are flying the flag of Hamas of Palestine, talking
about colonialism and evil. They're trying to walk this weird
fine line of how do we not offend people on
the patriotic side and still show that we love America
and at the same time not offend a bunch of
young kids who think America is bad. That's a you problem.
(01:42:28):
That is a you problem. There three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show.
To Twitter, your Instagram, all of the other things we
love hearing from each and every one of you. Why
don't we wrap it up straight ahead right here on
The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 21 (01:42:56):
Hashtag me too, hashtag immigration reforms, hashtag help, trapped an
a hashtag factory, and I can't get out the Chat
Benson Show.
Speaker 27 (01:43:05):
Okay, this is insane and I love it so much.
Speaker 47 (01:43:07):
A guy named Alfredo Gonzales, who works for the Cinaloa cartel,
sued Diddy for six hundred and sixty six thousand dollars
six six six, saying that he lost.
Speaker 9 (01:43:19):
His drug business due to Ditty.
Speaker 47 (01:43:22):
So he claims Diddy come up to him and tried
to get him to traffic miners to his party and
a parties. Sorry, and he and you know, Alfredo Gonzalez,
being the outstanding member of the Cinealoa cartel, said no, no,
I don't do that. No, I don't traffic miners. But
would you like some drugs? And they were like, if
you don't traffic miners, he's going to ruin you because
(01:43:44):
he's so powerful on the street. Alfredo is saying he
was axed out and his business suffered because he refused
to traffic miners. And the judge threw it all out
because I don't know if you know this, but I'm
obsessed with Judge Judy and Judge Judy's number one rule
is you have to come to court with clean hands.
Speaker 2 (01:44:03):
What was that? So? I want you guys to understand
she is right. This is crazy. A member of the
Sineloa cartel has sued Diddy, saying, hey, I don't deal
in in miners. I don't traffic children or any of
that stuff. I just deal straight cocaine and meth and
all that stuff. And this guy ruined my business, not
(01:44:26):
like six hundred and sixty six stoles, six hundred and
sixty six dollars please. The judge said, Now, I don't
think that's gonna happen. But that's that's the first of
all the balls to even bring that, Like, I'm pissed.
It's like people who call the police when a drug
deal goes wrong. It's like, I gave that guy forty
bucks and he gave me baby powder. That's not what
(01:44:46):
I ordered. Ah, goodness to me. Speaking of money, do
you have twenty four point one million dollars? Because if
you do, you could own a baseball jersey.
Speaker 24 (01:44:55):
It has already passed the most valuable sports item. So
at eighteen million and counting, it is the most valuable
sports item ever come to auction, and everyone in our
industry is very excited to see where it can go.
Speaker 25 (01:45:07):
Babe Ruth in Game three of the nineteen thirty two
World Series, down two strikes.
Speaker 41 (01:45:12):
You did it.
Speaker 22 (01:45:13):
It's a home run in the centerfield pitchers, right.
Speaker 25 (01:45:17):
Where he pointed, depicted in the nineteen forty eight Warner
Brothers film The Babe Ruth Story.
Speaker 15 (01:45:22):
The Jersey Ruth war that day.
Speaker 25 (01:45:24):
Selling for an astounding twenty four point one two million
dollars at Heritage Auctions. The Yankees road jersey photo match
to that iconic moment has now become the most expensive
sports collectible ever sold, ever.
Speaker 2 (01:45:35):
Sold, twenty four point one million dollars. Those is a
lot of dollars right there. Keeping with baseball, got a
couple more baseball stories. I know, Chad, you say you
always get crazy about is. I'm not a fan of baseball.
I enjoy baseball during the playoffs, but baseball always is
adds some uniqueness during the year, and today is a
(01:45:58):
day that will live not in infamy, but in excitement
and wonder. You see there is a double header going on.
Well that's not very exciting, chat, I mean, it is weird.
They're playing two games in a row. Yeah, but this
is different. You see, Boston Red Sox catcher Danny Jansen
is enjoying a slice of history. His uniform will be
(01:46:18):
in the Hall of Fame. Think about that, journeyman catcher,
Your uniforms going in the Hall of Fame. Why is that?
Because you see on June twenty six, he played for
the Toronto Blue Jays. The game was suspended because of rain.
It'll be made up today. He has subsequently been traded
to the Boston Red Sox, where he will suit up
and play for the Red Sox, therefore being the only
(01:46:41):
person in baseball history to appear in the same game
for two separate teams. What crazy as it is, and
it is speaking of crazy Baseball's Little League World Series.
They're not playing for money, kids, They're playing for pride
and happiness.
Speaker 9 (01:46:58):
Will have a bon dolls with the runner at second base, Norton.
Speaker 16 (01:47:02):
He gets it down.
Speaker 2 (01:47:04):
Oh, it's part serious championship. That was yesterday. It was one,
one and bottom and six. Dude bunted. So the guy
from Chinese type, So the Florida kid bunted. He goes
(01:47:26):
the guy from the Chinese type Pey, picks up the ball,
spins and throws it to first base, not realizing there
is nobody at first base. And because of that, the
ball goes into the outfield, and because of that, Florida
wins the Little League World Series? What brings us to this?
Speaker 7 (01:47:41):
And then I go and smoile it all by saying
something stupid.
Speaker 2 (01:47:45):
We'll take stupid pills this morning. It's the honest ones
you want to watch out for, because you can never
predict they're gonna do something incredibly stupid.
Speaker 35 (01:47:55):
Now you're the fact stupid one with the big mouth
is stupid little astro.
Speaker 16 (01:48:01):
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupiditing.
Speaker 7 (01:48:05):
Now it's time fall stupid information.
Speaker 2 (01:48:12):
Let's stay with the Little League World Series today. It's
been around for quite a while. First team outside of
the United States to participate was a team for Montreal,
but the first international team to win the game and
become the Little League World Series champs was a team
from Monterey, Mexico. And it's only the third team to participate.
This happened in nineteen fifty seven. They had a picture
(01:48:36):
named Angel Massias on that team who threw a perfect game.
There has not been a perfect game in a championship
since then. Now you know something you didn't three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benton
Show's your twitter tweet at his texta program right here
on the Chad Benton Show. Remember after Labor Day. It
(01:49:02):
really is going to pick up this week. Expect some
quiet stuff. Trump will be out, he'll campaign, ged Vance,
She may appear a couple places, But it is really
going to pick up steam next Tuesday, because that is
when the sprint begins. I've been saying it. It's the
championship rounds, and right now it's too close to call.
Those of you who think Trump has wonted, don't fool yourself.
(01:49:23):
Those of you think after the DNC that it's over,
Kamma is going to be the president, don't fool yourselves.
A lot will happen between now and then to decide
this thing. You guys, have a blessed rest of your Monday.
We will do it again tomorrow. I want to wish
my baby girl a happy sixth birthday, Charlie and as always,
night night Jack.
Speaker 10 (01:49:43):
This is the Chad Benson Show.
