Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
All right, baby, we are three weeks away from the
big day, Election Day. How excited are you? I'm pretty excited.
I just wanted to be over with at this point
in time. Now, I'm going to tell you this, mark
it down. I do not believe it will be done
on election night outside of somebody winning all of the
(00:34):
swing states or at least five or six of the seven.
Outside of that, I do not see it being done
on election Day or a massive surprise. Trump wins New York,
Kamala wins in Texas, something like that. Outside of that,
I don't think it's happened. Okay, I'm just letting you
(00:56):
guys know that there will be lawyers. Get used to
this phrase. Lawyering up. Okay, Now, where does everybody stand?
What do the polls say? What do the polls say?
Ding ding ding ding ding ding?
Speaker 3 (01:10):
The five point advantage that Kamala Harris had and our
last poll is gone.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
What's behind that, chef? Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:16):
Remember that poll we took a month ago. It was
just after that first Trump Harris debate. Since then, we've
had the VP debate, There've been some campaign activities, some interviews,
some things, that have changed in that time. I think
this might be the biggest for Harris. We just asked
the basic image perception people have, is it positive or
negative of these candidates. Look at Harris forty three positive,
forty nine negative. The significance. We pulled this a month ago.
(01:39):
She was forty eight percent positive and forty five negative.
Speaker 5 (01:44):
She was above water.
Speaker 4 (01:45):
As they say, that's completely reversed.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
Reversal. You're going the wrong way. That is not a helper,
that is not Trump. Well, he's holding steady. And some
of this has to do the fact that we can
look back at a time, not in the two distant past,
and go, we're things really that bad? Were things better?
(02:11):
Did you feel better? Did you feel safer? Did you
feel like things were on a good path? And then
all of a sudden coronavirus came. What would it have
been like had there not been a coronavirus? Hmm, good question.
People are thinking these things in their mind, and then
there's the weight.
Speaker 4 (02:25):
Of the fact she's the VP in an unpopular administration.
We asked about President Biden's policies, are they helping or
hurting your family? Just a quarter of voters said they're
helping nearly have said they're hurting. And then here's the
interesting twist. We also asked folks think back to when
Donald Trump was president, did his policies helped or hurt
your family? And look at the difference forty four percent
(02:47):
helping thirty one hurting.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Trump's the retrospective, you would.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Say opinion of Trump's presidency among voters arguably higher now
than when he was president.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Oh, my love, don't want to peek too early. I
love watching March Madness. That's the basketball for those who
don't keep scoring. I don't really watch a lot of basketball,
but I will watch March Madness because I will place
a wager on teams that I have never watched before,
which for the most part is everybody and who doesn't
want to watch Belmont take on Duke and hope for
(03:20):
a two point fifteen surprise. But one of the things
I've always known about March Madness, like anything else in sports,
it's timing. What explain that, mister Chad, It's timing. In
March Madness, you will see a team that maybe had
some struggles during the year, but they get hot at
the right time. And you'll see teams that are great
(03:40):
throughout the year, but they cool down a little bit.
Right now at this moment and time, I do believe
Trump is hot at the right time, and that is
in many cases what truly matters, being hot at the
right time because we kind of know what we're gonna
get with Trump. We kind of know what we're gonna
(04:02):
get with well, let me phrase that, we have no
idea what we're gonna get with Kamala. But should it
continue to be the thing that we've gotten in the
last four years, Well, we know we're gonna get. I mean,
assuming that she is really just going to be answering
to the puppet masters and the demeleite the control of
the world. Bill O'Reilly unhinged, and that word unhinged is everywhere.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
I don't care whether you like Trump or not.
Speaker 6 (04:26):
Trump governed this nation in a responsible way where everybody prospered.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
And if you don't believe that, you're a moron.
Speaker 6 (04:34):
Every single indicator was onto positive territory. All the working people,
no matter what color they were. We're making more money
and there were more job We didn't have inflation, we
didn't have supply problems, we didn't have any of it.
Speaker 5 (04:48):
Now we got all of it. In addition to an
open border.
Speaker 7 (04:51):
It's hard.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
It's hard to go against. I mean you look at
the numbers and the border wise, I mean you can
there is like there's some things you can go out
there and you're like, I can and defend that. And
there's some things you go I could defend that, you know,
I could put that in context where you might go, okay,
But when it comes to the border, they're trying everything
and there is just nothing they can do to defend that.
(05:13):
There is it. And when it comes to inflation, it
has been a kick in the grundle. And I continue
to say this over and over again. It is the
two hats that matter. The hat number one that you
would wear is the employee employer. We go on and on.
You know, you work for a company, you own a company,
your small business owner, your your CEO, whatever it is.
(05:35):
You're okay with what's going on right now. Right you
don't feel like the world's gonna come crashing down and
you're gonna have to fire everybody tomorrow. Then there's the
other side of it, which is consumer hat. Oh baby,
that consumer hat's tight. It used to fit perfect. Now
it hurts, And that's the tax that kicks you in
(05:57):
the grundle. And that's what we vote on. We don't
vote on the greatness of how your job's doing. You
vote on the expense of life. And so you can
run around and call him a fascist, and you could
say he's evil, and you could say all of the things,
But did you hear what he said. He's coming after everybody.
Trump is uninged. It's the enemy from within, all the
scum that we have to deal with that hate our country.
Speaker 8 (06:20):
That's a bigger enemy than China and Russia. I think
the bigger problem is the enemy from within, not even
the people that have come in and destroying our country
by the way, totally destroying our country, the towns and villages,
they're being inundated. But I don't think the other problem
in terms of election. I think the bigger problem are
the people from within. We have some very bad people,
(06:42):
We have some sick people, radical left lunatics. It should
be very easily handled by if necessary, by national God
or if really necessary, by the military.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
So if you dissent, you're going to get arrested by
Donald Trump and the middle military. Is that what he
really said? Now, the left would put it in context
if it was their person saying it's all put in
contact or Trump. Maria Bargaroma asked him a question about
(07:14):
do you expect chaos on election day? Chaos meaning you know, craziness,
things happening bad, you know, fires, mostly peaceful protest. It's
not the same thing, right as like, Oh, this person
over here doesn't like me, so I want to get
rid of them, go arrest them. But that's all you
(07:34):
need and then you can go and you can run
with it.
Speaker 9 (07:37):
He's talking about the enemy within our country Pennsylvania. He's
talking about that he considers anyone who doesn't support him
or who will not bend to his will an enemy
of our country. It's a serious issue he's saying. He
is saying that he would use the military to go
(08:00):
after them.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
Think about this, now, did he say go after them
like as in I'm going to go after people that
are going up against him, or if there was chaos.
I just want to know, right including what's not being
brought up is he goes what about people that are
on the terror watch list? Outside agitators? So look, if
(08:26):
he goes after anybody for political speech, I'm the first
one to stand up and say let's go we this
can't happen. But if you're gonna take something and run
with it, and there's enough out there and know that
Trump this is the thing that Again, as much as
I can like Trump, I can get frustrated because you
(08:47):
go when you put yourself in these positions where you
know that people are going to take this and run
with it. And for your crowd, and this is what
I want you people to understand who like Trump. For
your crowd, for the people that love Trump, you're fine
with that. Here's the thing. You need people who aren't
fans of Trump's attitude and the things he said and
(09:11):
him personally devote for Trump sue. In doing that, you've
got to stop thinking about what makes you because you're
already there, right, You're it. You're like, yeah, I'm in
the choir, you're preaching. But what about the other people
(09:33):
that you need to get over the hump? Oh you
mean the promise? I do mean the promise? Lad Ooh? Yeah,
how do we do that? Because every time you do
something like this and say something like this, know that
it's going to be misconstrued. And sometimes it doesn't matter
what you say, it's gonna be misconstrued. I'm just putting
(09:55):
it out there. What you're trying to do is get
anywhere between fifty and one hundred thousand people. Now that's
the size of a group of people we're talking about
in several states, maybe ten thousand in each state, to
get on your bandwagon. And you've got to do everything
(10:16):
in your power to get there. Know that everything that
you say is going to be scrutinized, and everything you
say is going to be taken by the left and twisted,
and the right will twist anything the left says. So
let's let's put it both out there. But understand that
it's not about you, the Trump voter, the Trump fan,
(10:36):
the Trump you know lover. It's about those people out
there that are independent three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four to twenty three atch headventson show. Is your

(11:02):
somebody who's fair evil. It's gonna be interesting though, it
will be interesting, and may she go on with Joe Rogan.
We're gonna talk about that three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show. Is your
Twitter that Craig for filling in for me yesterday and

Speaker 10 (12:52):
Israel now in a multi front war against the Ranian proxies,
expanding its incursion into southern Lebanon to root out Isbella,
continuing its assault in Hamas, in Gaza and in northern Gaza.
The idea of ordering but four hundred thousand people to
evacuate the UN, calling the situation there dire. It comes
as Israel unleashes another aerial assault this time, hitting a
(13:15):
tense city near an embattled hospital.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Yeah, Israel's not holding back. They're moving forward. They're ready
to roll. They understand what's going on. And after finding out,
Hamas tried to get Iran and Hezbalah into the game.
If you will come on October seventh, we can do it.
We'll be a team. We know you're paying for it,
but don't you want to participate. I continue to say this,
(13:40):
he's not listening to anything. Bb Netanya, who's not listening
to anything this administration is telling you about don't do this,
don't do that, don't go here, don't go there. He
is doing his thing and that is not going to stop.
And while all that is going on, if you didn't notice,
we're going to have boots on the ground for.
Speaker 10 (13:57):
The first time since the start of the war, but
one hundred troops are being deployed to Israel as part
of an advanced anti missile defense system. The move a
signal from the Body and administration it would help protect
Israel following e Run's massive missile barags two weeks ago.
That deployment comes as the Iranian BacT Isbela launched the
most attacks Sunday and Monday since the war began, managing
(14:20):
to pierce Israel's air defenses in a sophisticated attack on
an Israeli army base deep inside Israel.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Now it's funny when you listen to that. All you
hear originally is how bad israelis. This is what they did,
this is where they mom, this is all the things
they've done, et cetera. Then they happen to mention, Oh,
by the way, this comes after a massive shelling, the
largest in forever against Israel. Okay, I just want to
(14:52):
make sure that that happened. I would like there to
be no war. That is not the reality of the
world we live in. I hope you understand that it
just isn't. The reality is a democratic nation that is
our ally is surrounded by a vast majority of people,
not so much governments in the way that I think
we used to think about it, but people who can't
(15:15):
stand them, and because of that, they're always under constant attack,
even though I will tell you I believe those governments
for the most part don't really care. It's not that
important to him anymore like it used to be. In fact,
dare I say they would rather there not be any
conflict whatsoever because they look over and they see, Wow,
(15:38):
the Jews have a lot of stuff going on. I'd
like to have that as well, but my people may
not allow it. Three two, three, five, three, eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show. Is your
Twitter tweet? At is text the program right here on
the Chad Benson Show, And you're probably thinking your people
may not allow it. Yeah, here's the reality. Most of
(15:59):
these nations now want to be modernized. Most of these
nations don't want the insanity that they see in some
of these other places. There's parts of Beirut and Lebanon
that want to be what it used to be. But
because of the extremists and the fact that they have
the people's ear think of Robinhood but with really bad intentions.
(16:19):
The reality is they have to walk a fine line.
Same thing in Iran, and I think Bibi's whole thing
is let's just push it, let's see what we can do.
And this administration has gotten really no Kejones whatsoever. And
when I hear people out there saying how horrible Israel is,
I just sit there remind you. On October seventh, they
(16:41):
were quiet by the afternoon, everything had changed. They didn't
attact themselves. And the insanity out there of which people push,
which is tremendous and stupid is it boggles the mind.
But I would like to think that these nations around
here at this point in time, are thinking, Eh, we
can get along with them, we can trade with them,
(17:02):
we can make money with them, we can have a
modernized society, or we continue to live like it's the
sixth century. Choice is yours? Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three At Chad Benson Show is your Twitter?
Tweet at us texta program, A lot of stuff to
get to, including will she or won't she? Will he
or won't he? When it comes to Rogan, Chad Benson, Joe.
Speaker 7 (17:37):
Son, Chad Benson, Joe, the.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Chad Benson Shell.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
Remember what I said about inflation. It matters. We do
not vote on how steady our job is. For the
most part, when we vote, it is about the cost
of life, hence the reason they call it check book voting.
Speaker 11 (18:21):
Some good news for the main core shoppers can expect
to pay sixteen percent less for turkeys this year compared
to last year, though ham prices are up five point
two percent. Side dishes are a bit more expensive this year.
Sweet potato saw a four percent increase and russet potatoes
are at an all time high, up fourteen percent. For
(18:42):
other produce, consider buying fresh. Canned green beans are up
nearly nine percent, and can pumpkin prices jump to wapping
thirty percent compared to last year.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
I'm gonna be honest, you guys might not like this.
I hate pie and I hate pumpkin pie. It's never
been a pie purse. I s don't like it, never have.
I'll have cake once a while, and I don't like
white cake. I eat like a five year old. I
get that, I understand who I am, but I've never
liked pie. Just don't know why. I don't like pie,
but I don't. But through that report dodging whether or
(19:16):
not life is more expensive. Come Thanksgiving time, it is down.
Speaker 12 (19:21):
The big bird is down just a few pennies per pound,
which is good. But it's things like you know, baked rolls,
the pie. Some of the other fixings that go on
the side are up. We saw branded food for Thanksgiving
come down about half a percent so far this year,
and we saw a private label of about two and
a half percent.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
All right, things are up, is what he sing But
why it's not just about the so the private label
things are. You know, some stuff steady, some stuff's up.
It's the sides that have gone up outside of ham.
Do you eat ham and Thanksgiving? I'm a Turkey guy.
I like look ham. I'll do Christmas right like I
like a Christmas Ham. I'll eat the hell out of
Christmas ham. But Thanksgiving is all about the gobbler.
Speaker 12 (20:00):
So we've seen a good supply of the raw ingredients
that go into the factors that make the food. But
wage increases, that's really the biggest driver of seeing food
inflation still continue to push higher.
Speaker 2 (20:12):
And see there's a perfect example of when I talk
about this weird world of the two hats, if you will,
the economy employer employee hat. Well, wages have gone up.
Oh that's great. Life's good. We're making money. Wages have
gone up. I can give you a little bit of
a raise. But life is more expensive. When when you
go to buy something, it's more expensive. So that's what
(20:35):
I'm talking about. We talk about the consumer side of things.
Putting that hat on. Bill Clinton's been out there talking
a lot We're gonna get to him in a second
when it comes to vetting immigrants and stuff. But he's
talking about the gouget of prices.
Speaker 13 (20:47):
We have got to have a national price gouging law
so the Justice Department can look at it.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
Because if it's inflation I can't avoid.
Speaker 5 (20:55):
That's fine.
Speaker 13 (20:55):
We don't want to put them out of business, but
if they're trying to put you out of business, that's
not fat.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
Now, who won't see me talk about ladies me, sir,
price gouchy? Did they or didn't they? That's the new thing.
It's always the company's fault.
Speaker 7 (21:09):
Now.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
FTC did an investigation, looked into them, and they really
price gouch But their person said that they raised stuff
on milk and eggs. Maybe they did, but was it
big enough? Were there no other choices? I mean again,
we can go back this. Eventually, you'll price yourself out
of the market, so you let the market take care
(21:31):
of itself. And a lot of this also had to
do with the merger between Albertson's and Kroger, making the
world's biggest grocery chain, crushing everyone's soul. But life is
more expensive, and that's how we vote. I just want
to point that out there, Okay, and we look at
the couple day we see those things come through every year.
It's like it's cost more money to buy candy for Halloween,
(21:52):
or you know, Thanksgiving to me twelve percent more expensive,
or Christmas is going to cost it. We feel that
that's that tax. We can sit here and say Trump's
evil and bad or comedy kamalo sakami. Really what we
care about is our paycheck and can it go as
far as it needs to go? Can it go further?
(22:13):
Or are we still going to be robbing Peter to
pay Paul. It's a good question out there, it is.
I want to know what you think. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three Atch had Benson Show
was your Twitter tweet and tax? So will they or
won't they? Will Trump go on Rogan? Now? Last week
Patrick Bett David was on with Rogan. He asked, Hey,
(22:35):
are you going to have him on? He kind of like,
you know, and he said he kind of came to
the point where it's like you're having him on. Trump
was on with the Nilk Boys.
Speaker 14 (22:45):
That's all you are going to do?
Speaker 15 (22:46):
Joe Roby, I am Joe Rogan's the best in the
game for sure. And I think, you know, did.
Speaker 8 (22:50):
Joe become so well known because of the UFC and
he does a great job with that, Right, What was
it that made Joe the best during COVID?
Speaker 15 (22:59):
You know, he was very outspoken on all the corruption
going on during COVID, And I think that's personally when
I started watching him a lot too. And just he's
an honest guy too, right he is, so I think
good guy and I think you guys together would just he's.
Speaker 16 (23:12):
Got a good voice.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
It's important. He's got a good voice. So he's going
to go on there. I don't think it helps him any.
Speaker 16 (23:18):
What chat, How could you be?
Speaker 2 (23:19):
It's a big it's a giant put. It doesn't because
your goal is to do what reach people that you
already don't have. That is your goal. Kamala did her.
Let's go on the view and let's go on with
Howard Stern and go on with Colbet and right, we'll
go on with the caller Daddy and we'll go on.
You know, she went and did the friendly and everybody's like,
(23:40):
didn't really do anything? Why because you're already talking to
people you have now Trump you're you're you're going out,
you're doing your big thing. Okay, great, Are you reaching
people that you don't have? Because I would say ninety
nine point nine percent of those people are there because
they love you, So how do you reach those other people?
I would go on podcasts that weren't going to be
friendly to me. I'll say this, Kama's going on with
(24:02):
Brettair tomorrow. I'm interested in that because I think he's
First of all, he's fair. Secondly, he is not going
to let her skate. But he's not going to be
evil and combative that some people think, now, Kamala should
she go on with Rogan?
Speaker 17 (24:19):
So there are some reporting tonight in Reuters that the
Harris campaign is considering sitting down with Joe Rogan.
Speaker 18 (24:26):
Sozzar, that's a brilliant idea.
Speaker 19 (24:28):
Yes, he's a really easy interviewer to Joe Rogan will
look at you if.
Speaker 16 (24:32):
You are why did you make that?
Speaker 5 (24:34):
Marvel?
Speaker 18 (24:35):
And people like my brother who are twenty seven years
old and they're going to vote for Trump because they
like Ben Shapiro and Joe Rogan, maybe they'll listen to
Kamala Harris for the first time.
Speaker 19 (24:43):
I think would have suggested me as a strategist, is
that this campaign is desperate because if they were ahead,
if they were firm in their belief that the vice
president is ahead and she's on to win this thing,
they wouldn't be sitting down with Joe Rogan.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
Well, that's true, but neither would Trump. Nobody would be
sitting down with somebody if they didn't have to. Let's
be real, Trump might because he enjoys speaking. I was
watching a breaking bunch of guys who watched that Sager
was talking about Trump. He's like, Trump is the only
guy I've interviewed, and this guy's interviewed all the presidents,
and everybody goes, he will come on, And first of all,
he's great at controlling interviews. He goes, You guys don't
(25:14):
understand how media savvy he is. Here's the other thing
is he'll come on. He'll say I'll give you an hour,
and he'll be on there for two hours, just chatting
and away because he just enjoys it. He does. Trump
may be the only president in history that enjoys campaigning
more than he probably enjoys doing the job. Most people
(25:34):
want the job, they don't want a campaign. Trump's like
I want a campaign. I'm not really bothered about the job.
Oh you don't really think that. No, I think he enjoys.
But I think he likes the campaigning. And by the way,
Harris going on with Rogan would be great for her.
There's no doubt the interview is going to be much
more probing and push backing in some ways. Then people
(25:58):
realize all done with the j because he's curious, he
wants to know, and it'll be probably maybe at some
point in time, the most real you will see her
now she's going to do a big thing today with
it today or tomorrow. Is Charlemagne, the God, which I
think will help with with hearing if you're you know,
a person of gull or a male her because men
(26:22):
and women listen to Charlemagne. But when it comes to
reaching the guys that she may need to reach, it
isn't through those dumb ass commercials. Oh my god, we'll
talk about those later. This would be a perfect place

bone chilling.

Tales ever told. It's the countdown.
Speaker 22 (30:03):
You've been waiting for, the thirteen scariest movies of all time?
Speaker 2 (30:12):
Which movie will take the top spot?
Speaker 22 (30:15):
How about a fish tail so big because the jaws
open wide? Or the story of a young innocent girl
(30:40):
battling evil with some help.
Speaker 23 (30:44):
Well, then let's introduce ourselves. I'm Damion Caras.
Speaker 24 (30:47):
And I'm that devil.
Speaker 14 (30:49):
Now kindly undo the stretch.
Speaker 23 (30:52):
If you're the devil, one on, make the straps disappear.
Speaker 25 (30:55):
That's not too vulgar. Display a barkersh where's Reagan in
here with us?
Speaker 22 (31:02):
Or the fright of a madman with a chainsaw?
Speaker 2 (31:12):
So I hear something?
Speaker 5 (31:13):
Stop stop.
Speaker 2 (31:20):
You'll have to listen to find out.
Speaker 22 (31:24):
Are you ready? Now it's time for the countdown to begin,
The thirteen Scariest movies of all time? Number thirteen?
Speaker 2 (31:37):
All right, number thirteen? Where do we start? How about
where it actually started? Why we love horror movies because
it had to come from somewhere right, Well, it did
way back in the day, during the Great Depression, at
a time when movie companies were struggling. Small little movie company,
(32:00):
not one of the big ones, not MGM or Paramount,
who were struggling at the time during the Great Depression
as well. No, no, no, no, small movie company by
the name of Universal unleash to the world Monsters.
Speaker 26 (32:12):
It could be a little unkind to present this picture
without just a word of friendly warning. I think it
will three you, It may shock you, It might even
horrify you.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
I am Dracula.
Speaker 24 (32:27):
It's like.
Speaker 26 (32:34):
It's a liar.
Speaker 27 (32:40):
It's a liar alive.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
It's a liar.
Speaker 26 (32:45):
The name of God, I know what it.
Speaker 2 (32:48):
Feels like, the big gun.
Speaker 16 (32:56):
He will spell teagram, wolf Lane. I'm sick of the
whole thing. I'm gonna get out of here.
Speaker 28 (33:00):
Who is beaten by a ware wolf and leaves becomes
a were wolf himself.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
That's right, the Universal Monsters number thirteen. Why is that? Well,
when we look at stuff, look are they scary like
we would think of in today's world. Not particularly, But
go back in time, go back to when they first appeared.
They were terrifying and they were a savior to the
(33:29):
movie industry. During the Great Depression, people really had nothing.
They were struggling to find anything, and they, being the monsters,
offered an escapism. First of all, a terrifying situation which
everybody was going through, and then resolution, as one person
put it. It all began in nineteen thirty one when
Bela Lagosi donned The Cape, which he only did twice,
(33:52):
by the way, playing Dracula. He played vampires and other movies,
but the titular character that is Draculaly, he only played twice.
Followed by the amazing Frankenstein, James Wales's incredible movie, right
Boris Karloff. Then you had The Mummy again Boris Karloff.
Then you had several other films that came out of it.
Then the creatures were everything from The Mummy, the Wolfman,
(34:13):
Frankenstein's Monster because remember it's not the actual just give
over there. Everybody thinks his name is Frankenstein. He's not.
He's just called Frankenstein's Monster. It was the Doctor's Monster.
Could have been called Ted. I don't know. But how
it helps save the movie industry is the movie industry
was in a crap ton of trouble and Universal came
along and made three films Bing Bang Boom that all
(34:38):
showed that not only can they be received by the crowd,
the crowd will come and they got critical acclaim, big
time critical acclaim, and because of that money poured in,
Universal went from being a small player who was almost
broken out of business to reviving the movie industry across
(35:01):
the board and help saving the likes of MGM and
Paramount along the way. There's no doubt that in today's world,
without the Universal Monsters, there's probably not monsters in general.
The Universal Monsters number thirteen on the top thirteen countdown
(35:22):
of the Scariest movies WAH three, two, three, five, three, eight,

Still some room if you'd like to send in your

of stuff still to come in the second hour more
on again. Three weeks till election day. A lot of
people are already voting You've got early voting starting in
other parts of the country next week. But election day
(36:04):
is three weeks from today. Is that going to be scary?
It might be, and I continue to say this, It's
not going to end on November fifth. That's why everybody
mark my words put it down. It's not any November
that makes me scary. Miss any show we had.

The podcast, Cheat Benson.
Speaker 29 (36:19):
This is the Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (36:48):
A lot of you are chiming in on the thirteen
Scariest Movies of All time. Played it last night, We'll
do it again next hour. If you missed it, and
if you want to listen to it now, go grab
the podcast. Yes, that'll be damned if it isn't a
good podcast. Indeed, so if you guys are unaware, there
is a thing that we do every four years. No,
it's not the Olympics. It's not the World Cup, although
(37:11):
I'm excited about the World Cup, man kind of the
Olympics because it's going to be in Los Angeles. I
care about the summer Games, not a big winter game.
Speaker 5 (37:17):
Guy.
Speaker 2 (37:19):
It is election time. Three weeks thrace weeks, Oh my lord,
what will happen? Well? Very interesting to find out what
will happen, because I do not for a second believe
whatever they think is going to happen is gonna happen immediately.
We'll get to that a little bit later, but right now,
it is about both of these candidates finding out how
(37:43):
they can expand the tent. Now we touched on a
little bit last hour. Good for Kamala Harris. She is
going to go on tomorrow night with Brett Bear on
Fox News the Enemy, They're not really the enemy. And
Brett Bear, by the way, is you may not find
a fair actual journalist out there in the world of
(38:08):
what we would call cable news or you know, any
of these kind of news things, or even in the
mainstreen old school establishment media. Brett Pear is pretty much
as straightforward and real as it is. So I think
she's gonna get more than a fair shake. She's talked
about going on with Rogan. I think that's a good idea.
Trump's probably gonna go on with Rogan. I don't think
(38:28):
it expands a tent very much, but he's gonna do
what he does. So what else do you do if
you're these two candidates? You're three weeks away who are
the people that you need to reach. That's what you're
doing right now. You're you're camping in Pennsylvania for a
(38:49):
reason because you need Pennsylvania. You need it in ways
that you could not believe you need it. This is it.
I mean, I don't It's very interesting. Uh. I think
there is a path for Trump without Pennsylvania, but he'd
have to run the pretty much everything when it comes
(39:12):
to the other swing states. I don't know if there's
a path for her without it.
Speaker 5 (39:18):
Now.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
All of this, of course, is based on if everything
goes to plan, which means everybody else except for these
seven vote the way that everybody thinks they're going to.
Because if Trump was to win New York at California,
or she was to win Florida or Texas, the no
bets are off. It doesn't matter. But let's just say
everything goes to plan. You need these states in Pennsylvania's
(39:43):
the state you need, and the swing states they're as
closes as they can get.
Speaker 27 (39:47):
A new poll from the Wall Street Journal showing the
race as close as ever, especially in those swing states
that could decide at all. Donald Trump up by one
in Pennsylvania, six and Nevada, Vice President Kamala Harris with
a slight edge in Georgia, Arizona, and Michigan.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
But really what you need is Pennsylvania and how do
you get those Well, Eerie is the county that everybody
is focusing on. Erie, Pennsylvania those I mean that county
is kind of where everybody's looking and saying, this is it.
It went for Biden, but it's gone before for Trump
and Republicans. So it's this is as kind of purplish
(40:24):
as you're going to get, and you've got to appeal.
And that's why I say going on to here's the thing.
It's not even anymore about even appealing to a wide
base of people and voters across the country. Let's just
get rid of that. You need to appeal to a
bunch of voters in this neighborhood, essentially, in this corridor,
(40:48):
in this community. Hell if I'm them, I'm going on
every freaking radio show in these markets. I'm going on
every local TV channel right, every little news cast in
every one of these markets. Every morning show. Hey it's
me Dave the Flamethrower, broadcast live on a Q one
(41:09):
O three. The big queue coming up, that's Donald Trump,
Kamla has cause you're at that point now where getting
men to vote for you in California, for Kamala means
very little. Getting women to vote for you in a
place like West Virginia doesn't really matter. Donald Trump, you
(41:30):
need to get a certain group of people, independents, fence
sitters in these states, mostly Pennsylvania, maybe Michigan. How do
you do it? You better go to where they are
because while going to Rogan would be interesting and for
a Kamala, I could see it even more so than
for Trump. But man, if I am their people, the
(41:55):
blitz is in two states, and I am on every
morning show, I am on every local TV news. You know,
like right after the adopted pat, it's the pet of
the week, and then you know, hey, it's me Fish Fishman,
your weather man coming up next the pet of the week.
Then the former president joins the show. That's what you
(42:17):
need to be doing. You've got to appeal not only
to a different group of voters, but in a specific area.
Speaker 9 (42:25):
With the race neck and neck, Harris is upping outreach
to critical constituencies. So welcome, thank you, shaking hands and
trying to shore up support with black men, black men
are no different from anybody else. They expect that you
have to earn their voter and that's why I'm out
here doing the work that I'm doing now.
Speaker 27 (42:43):
Harris is also uping her outreach to conservative voters who
may not be happy with Trump, agreeing to sit down
with Fox News for an interview here in Pennsylvania later
this week.
Speaker 2 (42:52):
And that's awesome that you're doing that. I mean, that's
one hundred percent amazing that you're sitting down with Fox.
And if I'm trying, I'd be like, I want to
go on MSNBC. Maybe not. Here's the thing about MSNBC.
They would just want to hammer. See. I'll say this,
Trump is going to would not get the same kind
(43:12):
of treatment that Kamala is going to get tomorrow. Kamala
is going to get straightforward question and answers. It'll be cordial,
it may be tough, but it won't be awful. If
Trump went on MSNBC, their only goal would be to
yell and scream and tell them what a pos he is.
They wouldn't be interested in anything other than that. You
(43:33):
may find a journalist here there that would be But
like I said, if i'm trump Man, I'm on that
rock morning show. I'm on the soft hit station in
these places, because there's where you're going to reach the
people that are going out right getting in the car,
taking their kids to school. That's the stuff you need
(43:54):
to do because we are at a point now where
we have narrowed this thing to Z dip codes on
who you have to get and who you have to win.
So picking up more men in California isn't going to
do her any more help. She doesn't need that. She
(44:15):
needs more men in Pennsylvania. She needs men in Michigan.
Trump needs to find a way to get suburban women,
mostly mothers, who can't stand Trump the person, but is
willing to go. I don't really care about the person.
I care about the policies, and that's what he has
(44:36):
to get over. Bill O'Reilly. I thought this was kind
of apropos for that.
Speaker 5 (44:40):
I don't care whether you like Trump or not.
Speaker 6 (44:42):
Trump governed this nation in a responsible way where everybody prospered.
And if you don't believe that you're a moron, every
single indicator was on positive territory. All the working people,
no matter what color they were, were making more money,
and there were more jobs. We didn't have inflation, we
didn't have supply problems, we didn't have any of it.
(45:04):
Now we got all of it in addition to an
open border.
Speaker 2 (45:08):
And I think there's something to that. And if I'm Trump,
my appeal to people is like, look, i'm harsh. You
guys understand that. Understand that it has nothing to do
personally with a lot of people out there. We have
a battle between me and the media and parts of
the establishment who want no part of me whatsoever and
want to get rid of me because I don't play
the game. I get why. Maybe you think I'm too abrasive.
(45:30):
Understand there's a reason for that. That being said, take
the personal out of it. Think of the policy. Were
you better off four years ago? Were you better off
when we weren't in a situation where we are now
embroiled in chaos around the world, where we're spending billions
(45:50):
of dollars elsewhere that should be here, showing up our families,
showing up our border. That's what I would do if
I'm him, say, don't appeal to you have to like me.
Appeal to the fact that you don't have to like
me better yet, I don't care if you do what
I care about is the American people and how you're
(46:13):
living your life and how my policies will make it
better for you. And if I'm Kamala Harris, I'm coming
out going Look, guys, here's the reality of it. He's old,
I'm new. What I'm going to bring with you is
a better opportunity and a fairer opportunity for everybody. It
ain't going to be perfect, and then paint the picture
(46:34):
of what it is you want. You've heard me flip flop,
and the reason for that is I have changed my
positions because I've seen them work firsthand and what the
harm would do if we implemented some of the things.
That's the reason I've moved from point A to point B.
Whatever you know she wants to say, address some of
those issues and get out in front of it. What
(46:55):
that does, it's it takes this thing out and it
gets everybody's to go, Okay, tell me a little bit more,
a little more, baby, frve me a little bit more. Now.
Will they do that?
Speaker 30 (47:04):
No?
Speaker 2 (47:04):
I think Trump will go out and he'll do what
he does. And part of that is because Trump feeds
off the energy of crowds. Have you ever watched him
when he's on stage compared to when he's on a
podcast or an interview. One is one is the way
we would like it to be in a lot of cases,
very subdude, very thought provoking, you know, still says some
(47:26):
wacky stuff. But and the other one is I'm playing
to the crowd. So tonight the crowd wants me to
be an a hole. Tomorrow night's crowd may not want
me to be this much of an a hole, And
for her, she's got to take a different approach. Y'all
need to figure out how you narrow it down and
start going to where the fish are, because if you
(47:46):
want to catch more fish, stop fishing in the same
damn pond. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four,

Speaker 17 (49:26):
Chad Benson official say forty four year old William Parsons
threatened to harm FEMA employees while armed with a rifle
and a handgun. FEMA has said it has made some
operational adjustments following the threat.
Speaker 31 (49:38):
The worst part of it is that the disaster survivors
are really being hurt by this.
Speaker 17 (49:42):
The arrest comes after weeks of misinformation about FEMA's response
to recent hurricanes.
Speaker 2 (49:47):
Here's the beauty of this. Okay, So yesterday they arrest
this guy, but before that, everywhere, militia everywhere coming to
kill FEMA people hunting FEMA folks down Washington Post, Militia, Yahoo, Melitia.
It was one dude, Okay. And last night Leland Vater
on News Nation, talking to a WAPPO reporter who reports
(50:12):
on the weather, extreme weather and climate, wanted to basically
call them out going, Hey, isn't this kind of funny
right the way you guys talk about all the Trump
and all this disinformation, and you guys are out there
front page going in it is a militia?
Speaker 1 (50:26):
Is there something though?
Speaker 32 (50:27):
And I and I and I hear you know, I've
watched so much of the coverage about misinformation and disinformation
and the dangers of misinformation during the hurricane, on.
Speaker 2 (50:36):
And on and on.
Speaker 32 (50:37):
Is there an irony that all of a sudden, the
headline that played into the narrative that Donald Trump and
his supporters were the problem and misinformation, disinformation is the problem.
The irony is that headline turned out to be misinformation itself.
Speaker 2 (50:51):
I think there's a bit of irony in that. But
it's like anything right, like it's but it's but we're
the good side. And because we're the good side, we
did it with loving care. So you've got to cut
us some slack because we did it with the moral
upstanding of the greatness that is our side compared to
(51:13):
your side.
Speaker 18 (51:13):
Liars that came in some warning to FEMA and then
to the US Forest Service, who sent an email to
interagencies responding to Helene that they had received a threat
or heard of a threat of two X pickup trucks
(51:34):
with our militia driving around saying they were looking for
FEMA employees and it was an urgent message. And they
then asked those workers in that area to be moved
to a safe area.
Speaker 2 (51:48):
Safe area that's good, by the way, And can I
just say this, this dude is an ass hat, and
they deserve. He deserves to have everything thrown at him,
going around at a time of kneed threatening people because
of your insanity in the rabbit hole that you went down.
You deserve to be punished for that. That being said,
(52:12):
you guys posted a militia hunting down FEMA. Not a
good look when we're talking about misinformation and disinformation. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show,
to Twitter, your Instagram and all of the other things
right here on the Chad Benson Show. Three weeks. So
we are three weeks away from the election as of today,
(52:36):
and the question that I think I get more often
than not is when do you think we'll actually know?
And I keep saying it is going to be maybe
a few days, maybe longer unless it is an absolute
blowout of airpaic proportions.
Speaker 33 (52:50):
It took four or five days, took a little about
Saturday after the Tuesday election for the networks to project
that Joe Biden would be the winner. It's not a
reasonable thing. It will take that long. It isn't necessarily
the case though, that it will. It all depends on
how many decisive states have very close races. If if
these if the situation that I just laid out, if
all of the battleground states tend to tip in one
(53:11):
direction or the other, we'll have a pretty good sense
on election night, maybe the next day, maybe by the
day after.
Speaker 2 (53:17):
But it all depends on how close things are as
of now. I mean, you know, if you'd asked me today,
who do I think is going to win? I think,
as of today would be Trump. Do I think anything
crazy is going to happen in the coming days and weeks.
I don't think there's anything big out there that is
going to change anything the October surprise and anything like that.
So it is going to be close. Again. If one
of them wins five swing states or six swing states,
(53:39):
then yeah, maybe it's not as close as we think.
But I don't know if that's going to happen. And
I think this is going to take some time, and
I think there's also going to be a lawyering out
just putting it out there. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four twenty three at chatmentson shows You're Twitter missing
the show? Could I have the podcast chat Benson check.
Speaker 1 (54:10):
Son Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson show.
Speaker 2 (54:34):
I have said it, and I have spoken P Diddy
will not be getting out of jail, not standing up,
you know what I mean. It's not very nice, very
honest though. Who you think is going to jail forever?
Pe did he? Because I think he did it allegedly.
New accusations, big time accusations, the worst kind of accusations.
Speaker 34 (55:00):
Oh yeah, So this is only trouble for Sean Colmbs
because prosecutors look for this kind of thing. We look
for media reports, we look for civil lawsuits as a
way to find new victims in cases like this. So
I promise you the prosecutors in this case are reaching
out to the lawyers for these six new alleged victims
and they're going to start vetting them.
Speaker 2 (55:18):
And if any of these.
Speaker 34 (55:19):
Victims prove out to be credible and corroborated, they're going
to be added to this indictment. If we see a
new indictment and prosecutors are just trying to build their
case here, they have this much more ammunition that they
can look into using now.
Speaker 2 (55:30):
And it's a lot more ammunition. So we talked to
about our buddy Tony Busby, who is from Taxes, who
is representing one hundred and I think twenty victims. Now,
some of the victims he's talked about in some of
the other cases, the big stars have already been settled,
But this one is the most damning potential for the cases.
(55:52):
Could remember a lot of these people that are probably
named in this the indictment may have already settled with.
These are a whole new slew of victims.
Speaker 16 (56:03):
In sex trafficking cases.
Speaker 34 (56:04):
I did a case once where we start off with
seventy some victims and when word got out we did
a big, splashy press release we found a couple dozen more.
Because there's comfort in numbers, right, Think about if God forbid,
if you were someone you knew was a victim and
you found out other people are coming forward, it makes
it easier for others to go forward. So I do
expect this case to grow.
Speaker 2 (56:23):
Yeah, so I said safety and numbers. Now, why is
this one big? Because minor, that's right, minors changes of
the game.
Speaker 35 (56:32):
This is the first individual who really assaulted while they
were a minor. And obviously it's just a civil lawsuit,
but if that works its way into the federal criminal indictment,
if there is indeed a superseding indictment. That changes the
game in two ways. One, of course, there's a mandatory
minimum and very serious sentences for sex trafficking of miners.
(56:53):
But importantly, it really gets around one of Combs's defense,
that is that the sexual contact happened, but it was
sensual between adults because of course miners cannot consent.
Speaker 2 (57:03):
They cannot consent, so you're now this changes everything. So
right now, his big defense is, oh, we were all
partying and having good time. Everybody knew what they were doing.
They were all taking drugs and doing anything. You can't
just blame me, blah blah blah. These are kids. Kids
changed the game because, as they said, they cannot consent.
Speaker 35 (57:19):
So the defense would have to go in a very
different direction, would have to be that the contact never
happened at all. So again, very different type of defense.
So you know to the content that more and more
victims are coming forward. Sometimes it's hard for juries to believe,
you know, analogation of one or two victims, but when
victim after victim, here you have dozens. Now we're coming
forward and telling the same story of physical and sexual violence.
(57:41):
Drugs did is security being involved, very serious rape allegation.
It's going to be very hard to disbelieve.
Speaker 2 (57:47):
Yeah, And as that one attorney said, it look at
safety and numbers, and the numbers now are bearing out.
There are a lot of We talked about Tony Buzby
last week. He says he's got three thirty one hundred
people that have come forward. Not all of them are victims.
He's already talked about he's got one hundred people that
are vetting each and every one of these. But this
is so far the case is that he's put together
that he's bringing out and saying, all right, we are
(58:10):
going to sue the other ones that are going through
because there are going to be people out of the
three thousand, they're just trying to get they were at
a party, they're trying to get a payday. What can
I get? Here's the thing, at some point in time,
you're trying to get.
Speaker 35 (58:21):
Milk from rock If indeed is filing lawsuits on behalf
of one hundred and twenty individuals, and we saw six
of those today, including twenty five miners. The sheer number
of lawsuits, I mean, it's overwhelming. I mean we're talking
about someone that was reportedly worth a billion dollars.
Speaker 2 (58:38):
Maybe he's worth half.
Speaker 35 (58:39):
Of that now, But by the time the criminal the
case is over, these civil losses, judgments and settlements is
probably going to be broke. So the question is how
much money is going to be had for these victims
when this is all said and done.
Speaker 16 (58:52):
Probably not a whole lot.
Speaker 2 (58:53):
And where's he hiding all the money? Right where is
he hiding all this stuff? That's a great question. It's
a great question right there, because you know he's hidden
some of it. Do you realize the magnitude of this,
the size and scope and the amount of people we're
talking about, the power that some of these people had
in Hollywood, in the world of music, probably the world
(59:16):
of business, because it's not like that's all that was
just there is some movie stars and some music stars
and some producers. Nope, there was a full gamut of folks.
And I have read several things from people I enjoyed
reading who are this is what they do for a living,
you know, they do the law, and they have all
said they think this will be bigger than Epstein when
(59:38):
it comes down, Maybe not the power players in the
political world, but when it comes to the magnitude in
size and also the amount of stuff that they have.
Remember when they got Epstein the first time, nobody even
knew what the hell happened. They paid off a judge essentially,
and he was done. He was out. Different, it's different.
Don't paying off anybody, amount of people. And Epstein tried
(01:00:02):
to control everything from Jump, knewing he was doing wrong.
Pay him off, shuemoy. This is different. Did he I
think thought I'm untouchable, They're not coming after me.
Speaker 6 (01:00:12):
Eh?
Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
And how many of those young people have gone on
to have massive careers also a good question. Things change, right.
People always wonder why Michael Jackson never went after somebody
like McCauley Culkin. Well, when he met McCauley, McCauley was
a star. McCauley was big. He was a star. He's
(01:00:33):
not going to do that to a star. Its too
it's too risky. Allegedly, stop it, guys, stop it? Eh? Three, two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Edmonton show is your Twitter?
Did he so bad? People look at Kanye and Michael
and go, hey, you guys weren't too bad?
Speaker 16 (01:00:54):
All right?
Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
Kelly amateur? Now that's the other thing, because now there's
rumors that they all hung out together. You're like, this
just gets worse for you, dude, three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson
shows Twitter, tweet at as text to program. Early voting
has begun, some places will begin other places in the
coming days. As we are three weeks away from election
(01:01:17):
day day.
Speaker 36 (01:01:19):
More than five million Americans have actually already voted.
Speaker 2 (01:01:22):
That's across well more.
Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
Than half of the states.
Speaker 36 (01:01:25):
That pace is actually down from four years ago, when
COVID drove record early voting. And while we don't know
exactly who voted for whom yet, we do know that
that more likely Democrats are voting early than likely Republicans.
Speaker 5 (01:01:37):
Republicans have actually picked up their pace from four years ago.
Speaker 36 (01:01:40):
There were more Republicans voting early than last time around.
Speaker 2 (01:01:43):
I think there is also a sense from people I've
talked to that people are going to wait as long
as they possibly can to make their decision. Those are
the young decide they're gonna wait as long as they
possibly can. I don't know if they're waiting for another
(01:02:05):
shoe to drop. I don't know what they're waiting for,
but they're waiting for as long as possible before they
have to make that decision, before they have to pull
the proverbial trigger on who they're going to vote for.
Is that all independence? Is it some disgruntled Republicans? Is
it annoyed Democrats? I don't know, But I also think
(01:02:29):
Republicans are going to do a lot of mailing this time,
mailing early and often.
Speaker 16 (01:02:33):
Right.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
Are you not allowed to do that? I was told
you could do that. Oh, that's only for COVID. I'm kidding, everybody,
settle your ass down three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show, is your Twitter,
tweet ats text to program? We're actually going to talk
about that because MAJORC has got grilled over the weekend
about people that are here voting illegally, and it was
so disingenuous. But I expect that again in his position,
(01:02:57):
you go out there to defend the bad policies of
the iministration you work for, knowing in your heart God,
this is. They can say a lot about Trump and
the stuff that you have to defend, but this stuff
is BS. Talk about that And did this guy try
to kill Trump? I mean you did bring a gun,
not one but two and passports. What's the story. We'll
(01:03:17):
talk about that straight ahead as well. Raycon best earbuds around.
Love my Raycons, you will love yours. Why is that?

from Raycons are amazing. They got active noise cancelations which rocks.

sweat resistant. What now, let's talk some more turkey. What
about price? They start well under where all the other
big brands start, and they are so much better. Take
it from me. I'm telling you guys this right now,
this is what I do for a living. I know
what I'm talking about.
Speaker 35 (01:04:00):
Now.
Speaker 2 (01:04:00):

Speaker 24 (01:04:36):
Joe.
Speaker 21 (01:04:47):
Sashtag me too, hashtag immigration reforms, hashtag help. I'm trapped
in a hashtag factory and I can't get out the
chat Benson show.
Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
Did he want to kill the president or not? Talking
about the former president? Ven Miller is his name, and
he was arrested the other day with loaded guns heading
to a Trump event at Coachella where the bands play.
Sheriff Bianco.
Speaker 30 (01:05:14):
He approached the outside perimeter, gave all indications that he
belonged there, that he was a participant that was allowed
to get into VIP and a press corps, and so
he was allowed through that outer perimeter. As he got
to the inside perimeter, where deputies were conducting, obviously a
more thorough evaluation of the vehicles that were coming in,
there were many irregularities. The deputy noticed that the interior
(01:05:35):
of the vehicle was in quite disarray. The vehicle had
a an obviously fake license plate, and that prompted further
investigation from our deputy why the person was there and
what he was doing.
Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
Okay, so you see this guy, and I'll be honest,
I've seen him. He's done a bunch of interviews already.
He is loving every second of his soaking it up
in his fame and glory. Was he there to kill
the president? Though, Sheriff continue.
Speaker 30 (01:06:02):
The deputy eventually found multiple passports with multiple names, multiple
driver's license with different names, and the license plate was
what we in law enforcement would recognize as one that
is indicative of a group of individuals that claim to
be sovereign citizens, in addition to a loaded handgun and
(01:06:24):
a shotgun. He was eventually booked into jail on those
charges and eventually he was released.
Speaker 2 (01:06:32):
He was released because he's not evil. I'm still trying
to figure this out. One more from Sheriff Biengo asked
if he was being overly dramatic in his assessment of
the arrest.
Speaker 35 (01:06:44):
Bianco, who has been highly critical of democratic leaders, responded
this way.
Speaker 30 (01:06:49):
If we are that politically lost, that we have lost
sight of common sense and reality and reason that we
can't say that, holy crap, was did he show up
with all of that stuff for unloaded guns? And I'm
going to be accused of being dramatic. We have a serious,
serious problem in this country.
Speaker 2 (01:07:08):
I think he's right on that. I mean, look, there's
been two, not one, but two attempts on the former
president's life as he is the leader in the clubhouse
for the Republicans, and at this moment in time, if
you were to tell me who do I think is
going to win today, I would say Donald Trump. So
there's a reason to have a little worry. Now. Ven
(01:07:29):
Miller is his name. He's from Nevada. He's an odd character.
I'm not going to lie, would not lie to you.
It's not who I am, it's not what I'm about.
Ven Miller has been on Inside Edition, News Nation. He
was on last night News Nation talking about this.
Speaker 37 (01:07:50):
But why did you bring these weapons, including a loaded handgun?
The fake passports what you, I imagine will say is
not a fake press credential, but a fake.
Speaker 1 (01:08:01):
Driver's license all to this rally.
Speaker 37 (01:08:03):
You could understand why people would say that's strange and
why you need it to be detained.
Speaker 16 (01:08:07):
That's the question, why did you bring it back?
Speaker 38 (01:08:09):
So those are all false allegations. I didn't have fakes passports.
They are valid passports. I didn't have fake IDs. That's
a false.
Speaker 5 (01:08:16):
Are you saying all them?
Speaker 37 (01:08:17):
This is being reported by multiple agencies and including from
the Sheriff's office, just saying everybody's getting it wrong about
what happened.
Speaker 38 (01:08:23):
The FBI and Secret Services have come out and said
that I was no threat. Now they saw no threats.
Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
Okay, so he's no threat. They saw no threats, the FBI.
And by the way, he blames the sheriff for all
of this and says that he, you know, he's got
a website and he thinks he's a journalist. He's one
of those, you know, sovereign citizens, and he exposes nothing
but the evil in corruption in government. That's what his
thing is. So they've led him out. He got a
(01:08:49):
misdemeanor and he was released. He said he didn't bond out,
They just released him. And he said he wasn't from
California and coming from Nevada. The way that it works
in Nevada is apparently you can have your gun and
you can carry your gun, and it can be loaded
where in California. As you know, it's like you have
to carry your gun up front and your bullets in
(01:09:10):
a safety deposit box somewhere else. And it's just some ridiculousness.
That's California. We respect that. So them again getting kind
of grilled here about this, Think about this for a
second in your mind. Dude, is the president of the
United States, a former president of United States. He's had
not one, but two credible actual assassination attempts, not threats
(01:09:37):
online or something like that, actually shot and was going
to be shot but the Secret Service stopped. So you've
not had You've had two of those. And you decide
to roll up in your disheveled car with fifteen different
licenses and passports and documentation, with a fake license plate
and loaded guns and think I'm here from the press.
Speaker 37 (01:10:00):
You know that there were two attempts on former President
Donald Trump's life. I mean, wouldn't you think that that
is probably a cause for concern, even if you didn't
know it was in the back.
Speaker 16 (01:10:07):
Maybe do a second check.
Speaker 38 (01:10:09):
Cost for concern is one thing. Throwing out these insane,
untrue and just literally flat out lies about fake passports
and all that stuff. That's a different thing. Calling somebody
a potential assassin without having information. I mean, you're in
an attorney. You know what is the criminal threshold of standard?
What you've got to achieve in order to actually have
a criminal standard and a civil standard?
Speaker 13 (01:10:30):
Right?
Speaker 38 (01:10:31):
You know that, of course, because you're an attorney. When
you don't have evidence to back up what you're saying
and you're just spouting up stuff out of emotion, what
do you do? You create liability, you create defamation. You're
pretty much ruin your position. You seem like an unhinged
person when you have no evidence, and you would not
walk into a courtroom without evidence.
Speaker 2 (01:10:48):
But you did have guns, and you were going to
a place where you weren't supposed to have guns, and
you knew that there was not one but two. He
his big contention is all these death threats against me
and all these politicians and people are out to get me.
So that's why I carry my guns. That's going to
be a tough one. Now, do I think he wanted
(01:11:08):
to kill the president? I don't think he did. I don't.
But do I think that he's a bit unhinged? There's
possibility I'm throwing that out there. There is a possibility
that VEM has gone down too many rabbit holes to
be safe. That's all I'm saying. I'm not trying to
be mean to you, Vem. I'm just you know, I
(01:11:31):
take it from me here, just you know, Kat's eye
kind of viewpoint. You took two guns to a place
where the former president is going to be speaking, and
he's had not one but two assassination attempts, and you thought, yeah,
I could do this because I'm the media, and that's
(01:11:52):
what the media does. No, No, they don't. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three Atch I'd met
sa Josher Twitter, tweet, atis text the program right here
on the Jad Benson Show. All right, coming up third hour,
A lot of stuff to get to. We are three
weeks away from the election, the big one. Here's the question,
(01:12:16):
do you actually think it ends three weeks from today?
I contend no chance in hell that there is going
to be all kinds of issues They're going to be
brought up, that everybody is going to be fighting over things,
that lawyering up is going to be the word or
phrase of the day. I'm just throwing it out there.
(01:12:37):
So if you think it's going to be done that night.
I'd like to hear from tweet atas text a program.
Make sure you grab the podcast. If you miss any
of the show, shame on you. But if you do,
make sure you grabbed the podcast. It is the Chat
Benson Show.
Speaker 29 (01:12:51):
This is the Chat Benson Show, the Chad Benson Show.
Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
We are three weeks away, I repeat, three weeks away
from election d Now, one of the big things when
it comes to election day is why are you voting
for somebody? Is it the economy? Check? I think for
everybody in some way, shape orformance, the economy is its choice.
(01:13:41):
For some women and some men choice absolutely, we don't
like him or we love him, Jack. Is it because
the fear that this administration would be, you know, passing
on the torch to somebody who can't handle stuff as
the world starts to spin out of control. You're going
to vote against that. But immigration is definitely going to
(01:14:03):
be up there. And over the weekend, Martha Raddits and
JD Vance squared off in the ring to talk about
immigration and a particular gang.
Speaker 39 (01:14:16):
Understand what you're saying that some people left behind, But
he's making these statements that the mayor is flat out disputing.
Speaker 40 (01:14:24):
Well, Martha, you just said the mayor said they were exaggerated.
There's got to be some That means there's got to
be some element of truth here.
Speaker 16 (01:14:32):
And of course President Trump.
Speaker 40 (01:14:33):
Was actually in Aurora, Colorado talking to people on the ground,
and what we're hearing, of course, Martha, is that people
are terrified by what has happened with some of these
Venezuelan gangs.
Speaker 16 (01:14:43):
Sender vance.
Speaker 39 (01:14:44):
I'm going to stop you because I know exactly what happened.
Speaker 2 (01:14:48):
Oh, she knows exactly what happened. Oh I I did you.
She knows exactly what's happened.
Speaker 16 (01:14:56):
I'm going to stop you.
Speaker 39 (01:14:57):
The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment CONFLICTX
apartment complexes, and the mayor said, our dedicated police officers
have acted on those concerns a handful of problems.
Speaker 1 (01:15:10):
Only, Martha, do you hear yourself?
Speaker 40 (01:15:13):
Only a handful of apartment complexes in America were taken
over by Venezuelan gangs. And Donald Trump is the problem
and not Kamala Harris's open border. Americans are so fed
up with what's going on, and they have every right
to be.
Speaker 2 (01:15:27):
I have to be honest. I was flabbergasted at that
when I saw that only a handful. Are you kidding me?
This is what we've become with the Trump derangement syndrome.
And it's very real because I hear from you guys
every day. The stuff that you say is out of control.
By the way, it goes both ways, because if I
don't praise Trump, I get yelled at. But I will
tell you this right now. Do you remember when Trump
(01:15:50):
did the Bible thing, which I thought was ridiculous when
he was president and they went out and they moved
all the people and they chopped dear gas, Oh my god,
and it was totally overblown. People are mad at him
for that, and I thought it was ridiculous. I want
to go on the record. Do you know what People
weren't man at the fact that the church burnt down?
Nobody see me care about that. They're like, Trump's a jerk,
(01:16:14):
look at him, hold the Bible. What a fool'll talk about?
We have lost the plot. She's like, it's only a handful, right,
It's a small little number. It's only a handful. The
people that own the apartment and manage it have all
come out and said it's far worse than what the
mayor is saying. And they're not buying the bolooney that
(01:16:36):
the media is pushing. Now that's them and they're also
in a situation where they're really not managing it that well.
But I've said it's a real thing. You've talked to
people in the row. It's real. Now. The thing I've
also said is you and I, if we live there,
they're not coming after us. If you're a migrant, right
you're here illegally, or you're using the system, you may
be on the menu of stuff that they might try
(01:16:58):
to taste if you will shake down and extort because
they know you're terrified to call the sr tahs.
Speaker 40 (01:17:06):
And I really find this exchange, Martha is sort of
interesting because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking
everything that Donald Trump has said, rather than acknowledging that
apartment complexes in the United States of America are being
taken over by violent gangs. I worry so much more
about that problem than anything else here. We've got to
(01:17:29):
get American communities in a safe space again. And unfortunately,
when you let people in by the millions, most of
whom are unvetted, most of whom you don't know who
they really are, you're going to have problems like this.
Speaker 2 (01:17:41):
It is ridiculous. Let me think about it, like take
away the politics of it all. If it wasn't Donald
Trump and this was Nicky Haley, I think they'd pay
more attention to it. But because at times again in
the world of hyperbole. Trump is one of the leaders
in the world of hyperbole, but so is the media
against him. If you really care about all these people
that are coming here, right you then would say, well,
(01:18:04):
we can't have this, we can't. But the thought of well,
I mean it was just mostly the places are pretty safe,
you know, like most I mean I wouldn't go there,
but my it's pretty good, you know, for other people.
Speaker 35 (01:18:18):
Not me.
Speaker 2 (01:18:19):
Geez. Speaking of vetting, Bill Clinton man not step in
it every day.
Speaker 13 (01:18:23):
You had a case in Georgia not very long ago,
didn't you. They might have had about it about it
a young woman who had been killed by an emmigrant. Yeah, well,
if they had all been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't
have happened.
Speaker 2 (01:18:33):
But if they all properly.
Speaker 13 (01:18:34):
Vetted, and that doesn't happen, and America is not having
enough babies to keep our populations up. So we need
immigrants that have been vetted to do work.
Speaker 2 (01:18:44):
There wouldn't be a problem. What the hell are you
talking about? First of all, they weren't properly vetted and
we saw what happened. Secondly, are you insane? Really?
Speaker 16 (01:18:54):
Now?
Speaker 2 (01:18:54):
The baby thing, I'm gonna throw this out. I talked
about it on several occasions right in the last several days.
We aren't having enough babies. A lot of modern society,
Western culture, even in the East, they're not having babies.
South Korea not having babies, Japan not having babies, Europe
not having babies. Here, we're not having babies. But the
(01:19:17):
influx of hey, come on over and then not vetting them?
Speaker 16 (01:19:20):
Come on?
Speaker 2 (01:19:21):
How about a hard pass on that which brings us.
Speaker 7 (01:19:26):
To this.
Speaker 2 (01:19:29):
Voting? Is there a worry that people are going to
legally vote? I'm going to tell you this right now.
Do I worry that there's going to be a bunch
of people that are here illegally or even paroled here
or even green card here that are going to vote?
I do not. But do I worry about the future
(01:19:53):
of voting. I'll tell you why.
Speaker 31 (01:19:55):
Sixty five percent of Trump voters believe that Biden administration
is trying to enc intentionally increase the number of migrants
at the border. And among the people who do believe that,
three quarters of them say it's because the administration wants
them to vote. And the Speaker of the House just
told us that he thinks non citizens are going to
vote even though this is already illegal under established law.
(01:20:20):
What mechanisms can you tell the public about that exists
to prevent this from happening.
Speaker 24 (01:20:25):
So what a powerful example of disinformation. There is no
facts underlying these assertions. They are extremely damaging. It causes
people to lose confidence in the integrity of the election system.
The notion, the notion, the notion that we in law
enforcement have sought to intentionally allow individuals to cross the
(01:20:50):
border illegally for the purpose of voting is preposterous and
everyone should condemn that rhetoric.
Speaker 2 (01:20:58):
Okay, now where do we be. First of all, you
got three notions out of him, which was crazy. Let's
begin with this. Do I think that there is going
to be a mass amount of people that are here
illegally voting? I don't. Can it happen? Of course, to
(01:21:22):
the numbers that they're thinking no, I don't think so,
but you never talked about the future. Let's talk about
that for a second. If we can the future, which is,
could they eventually win the presidency, sneak by in the Senate,
(01:21:49):
magically grab the House, and all of a sudden they
have a pathway to citizenship for who knows how many
of which a vast majority of them would vote for
the Democrats, therefore changing the electric forever. I think that
is a very real possibility. I've said it for years.
(01:22:11):
The Republicans they like cheap labor because their donors like
cheap labors, so they're fine with turning a blind eye
and then bitching about it to everybody else but doing nothing.
The Democrats they don't like that, but they like the
fact that they will have people that they feel will
be what dependent to them and the opportunity to grab
millions of votes. So both of them have played the game.
(01:22:37):
The difference is one of these games could change everything.
I can tell you this right now. If tomorrow they
did a big giant Pew research. We've spoken to eleven million,
twenty seven million people that are here not legally or
(01:22:58):
through some sort of bs through our system broken and
you guys ignored everything and out of those twenty two
million are going to vote Republican. They would go, we
can't let that happen. That's what the Democrats would say,
because that's what any body would say. Anybody would So no,
(01:23:19):
do I think in the moment that that's going to happen. No,
I do not do. I think though, the opportunity in
the future for that to happen is great, that I
do believe. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four

Speaker 2 (01:27:57):
That's to what they're always gonna do. Jets, Mike Williams,

Big Hail Mary. At the end of the first half,
it's pretty cool. I was watching the game, No way,

Talk a little bit about that Trump town hall cut short.
There was some medical emergencies, FEMA crew threatened US Defend system,
(01:29:05):
China's new military drills, and China's bandits the Giant Ones
coming back to the US of a whoa sort of
things that are trending currently around the world. Speaking of
the candles, I thought it was hilarious. So if you
guys didn't know, Bath and body Works apparently has a
candle that is well, looks a lot like the KKK.
(01:29:31):
But it wasn't until somebody told me that, and even
when I looked at it and said, nah, it looks
more like Aliens.
Speaker 3 (01:29:38):
Controversy at Bath and Bodyworks, the chain known for its fragrances,
sparked controversy online with a new design. The label on
the holiday scented candle was decorated with a stylized paper snowflake,
but many people on social media compared it to the
hoods and robes worn by Ku Klux Klan members. Bath
and Bodyworks has apologized and pulled the candle from its
(01:29:59):
website and retail locations.
Speaker 2 (01:30:02):
I'm looking in by the way, it's called snowed inn.
Of course it is Chad. The snow is white. But
as I'm looking at this, I still look at it
and all I think of this, it looks like Aliens.
Does look like the Clans member? Who are you? And
the fact that they reacted to social media that way?
Did you guys see what they said about us on
social media. We're better get rid of this. We better
(01:30:24):
do it now, because even though everybody knows that's a snowflake,
they may think we actually support the clan. Three two, three, five,

Speaker 2 (01:31:08):
Three weeks to the election. You know, one of the
big things that has happened is what took place in Israel.
Obviously the October seventh Surprise, the horrors that came with it,
and the horrors that are now being perpetrated, as some
people think, by the genocidal, evil colonizers the Jews. And
(01:31:31):
I came across a couple of great pieces, one of
which came out last night. The other was on Friday.
So this guy is interesting. His name is Zach Sage Fox.
He's a comedian, He's Jewish. He went to the West
Bank right after everything happened to talk to people there
about what took place, and I found it fascinating. Guys
(01:31:52):
might remember what we played in on.
Speaker 14 (01:31:53):
Here they released from graza They was smartness. Do you
think that these people are genuinly smiling after being how hostage?
Speaker 2 (01:32:02):
They're scared about their life?
Speaker 14 (01:32:03):
Oh but this in a little bit nothing you knew, miss,
There's nothing named Israel yea. The Koran mentions Israel over
one hundred times. Is Palestine mentioned in the Koran? So
Hamas implements trictury a law. It looks like in Ramala
at least you're free to show your hair. Would you
want Hamas to be in charge?
Speaker 1 (01:32:21):
They would allow for extras?
Speaker 30 (01:32:22):
Why not?
Speaker 14 (01:32:23):
Had elections in goz in twenty years.
Speaker 2 (01:32:26):
So no elections in Gaza for twenty years. So you
guys see what's going on there?
Speaker 16 (01:32:29):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:32:30):
Like you guys, Since he's gone there, he's talked to
these people. This is a comedian. Well he is back,
and this time he took to the streets, went to
was it Washington Square to talk to youngsters about October
seventh and some older folks as well. Not just the young,
does it? They just always about the young.
Speaker 20 (01:32:48):
Israel actually got attempted to be bombed by Iran.
Speaker 2 (01:32:51):
Yeah, but it was unfortunately unsuccessful.
Speaker 14 (01:32:54):
Unfortunately so you think it would have been better if
it actually went through?
Speaker 2 (01:32:57):
Yeah, So I see it.
Speaker 7 (01:32:59):
I do have a yes.
Speaker 14 (01:33:00):
So you think October seventh was justifying? Yes, as for sure,
I think it was a good thing.
Speaker 1 (01:33:05):
Of course, I think I understand it.
Speaker 14 (01:33:07):
I actually had two people who were at the Nova
Music Festival the day of the attack would you guys
want to tell them a little about you perspective?
Speaker 2 (01:33:16):
Some people that were actually there, some people that were
there having fun, dancing for peace, and all of a
sudden peace did not arrive.
Speaker 15 (01:33:25):
I arrived at this music festival and I was with
my friends.
Speaker 12 (01:33:29):
We're dancing for a few hours, and middle did we
know less than three hours later, you know, armed men
with colashnikovs and truck mounted fifty Calgary machine guns.
Speaker 16 (01:33:39):
We're gonna come at us and.
Speaker 2 (01:33:41):
Chill and rape and turn people alive.
Speaker 1 (01:33:43):
We were hunted for four hours.
Speaker 16 (01:33:45):
A lively liar, Right, your story is actually like your fish, what.
Speaker 2 (01:33:52):
You guys have gone through.
Speaker 15 (01:33:53):
That doesn't mean that what the people at the palace
are doing right now is our resistance.
Speaker 12 (01:33:56):
It would have been resistance if the only people the
muss chose to target military person outs.
Speaker 16 (01:34:01):
That's not into their targeted ers.
Speaker 2 (01:34:03):
I'm not in the military, she's not in the military.
Speaker 12 (01:34:05):
Say that it was resistance is just untrue because they
killed everybody equally, and I love that.
Speaker 2 (01:34:10):
So two people there, one guy's like, it's bass, it
never happened. You can't get through to somebody like that.
He was the older of the people. They spoke to.
It is insane, but I love the fact that he
brought people and this younger generation looks at Israel and
think it's apartheid, it's evil, it's bad, and they have
no idea what any of it really is. They have
no idea that they are the only democracy in the region.
(01:34:33):
They have no idea the the rights that their people
have and other people, well they don't, yes they do.
They have no idea because it goes back to that
thing we've talked about oppress or oppressed, and somehow in
this world do we live in, we magically give the
people that are quote unquote the oppressed. We give them
(01:34:56):
a you you're good, You're always good, you could never
you bad, which is nuts. I think we understand that,
which brings us to Friday night, Bill Maher talking about
Chapel Roone, this great music star who goes online to
talk about this situation here, this horror and we can
all admit what's going on right now. I don't want
(01:35:18):
to see anybody die in Lebanon. I don't want to
see people die in Gaza. I don't see any of
that stuff. How about this, get rid of the people
that you think are fighting your fight for the right causes,
when in reality they're fighting the fight for their cause,
not the right cause.
Speaker 42 (01:35:33):
We must launch a campaign to educate young Americans about
the Middle East by addressing an open letter to Chapel Rome.
She's actually a great new recording artist who is really
blowing up. Here's what caught my eye. She seems like
a gen zer who can be reached.
Speaker 1 (01:35:46):
Obviously the policies of the right, but also some of
the policies on the left sounds like.
Speaker 16 (01:35:51):
Something I would say.
Speaker 42 (01:35:53):
She also said, I think it's important that people use
critical thinking. Question is some person that tweeted something about
someone else true? But then we get to Israel and Chapel,
this is where we must put to the test critical
thinking and to question whether what you're reading on social
media is true because it isn't.
Speaker 2 (01:36:10):
All right, Bill, You've had your say. Now why again?
Because she's gone online and she's read all the stuff.
She knows everything right, she does, she gets it, she
understands it, she knows it all. She understands the oppressor
and the oppressed, and that these people that are oppressed
are the good people, and the people that are the
(01:36:32):
oppressors are the bad people.
Speaker 42 (01:36:34):
There's a whole history of the Middle East that you
and your fans aren't hearing about. I didn't learn about
the Middle East from TikTok. The first off, the fact
that you don't know much history isn't your fault. You
live in the United States, where the schools stopped doing
that whole teaching facts thing a while ago. But getting
all your history from TikTok is like getting all your
calories from Hostess.
Speaker 16 (01:36:54):
I know you're moved by what you see on there.
Speaker 42 (01:36:56):
We all are dead Palestinian bodies, but it's odd that
You're generation didn't seem nearly as moved by the Jewish
bodies on October.
Speaker 2 (01:37:04):
Seventh, because resistance, remember what we always talk about. One
man's terrorist is another man's resistance fighter.
Speaker 42 (01:37:10):
My guess is that gen z Hearts are hardened by
the propaganda you see on TikTok, which likes to call
the Jews colonizers. But colonizers are intruders who have no
history in an area, like when Spain conquered the Mayans.
But Israel is the Jews homeland and Jews have always
lived there. You can look it up. It's in this
book called the Bible. It says the Jews built a
(01:37:31):
temple with a really big wall seven centuries before Mohammad
or Islam ever existed, and surish you can still go
there and touch it. Calling Jews colonizers in Israel is
like calling Native Americans colonizers here.
Speaker 16 (01:37:44):
It's ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (01:37:45):
And I think we understand that, if we're honest with ourselves,
we get that as adults. And I'm not saying Israel
has done everything perfectly. I think we can agree with that.
But I don't live surrounded by people that hate me
and want me dead. I don't in an area where
the next door neighbor has a charter that says, charter
number one, kill all the Jews, kill Chad. Could you
(01:38:10):
imagine that if your neighbor had a you know, this
is our charter for our family. Kill the neighbors. That's
the number one thing. Eliminate the neighbors. Oh yeah, that's
not a good thing, continue, Sir Chapel.
Speaker 42 (01:38:20):
Did you know that for two thousand years Palestine was
like an uber driver with a three star rating. Nobody
wanted it, and there was never any Arab country called Palestine.
It was an orphan province. And if you ask people
what they thought about it back then, they'd say it
gave them the ick, and the UN voted a country
for each of the indigenous peoples. One side agreed to that,
(01:38:41):
but the Arabs had a slightly different proposal.
Speaker 16 (01:38:44):
They said, how about we keep it all and wipe
you out.
Speaker 2 (01:38:46):
How'd that work out for him? Well, it hasn't worked
out for him. And I continue to remind everybody if
you want to play from the river to the sea,
the Israelis can do that. If you think you're going
to take them from the river to the sea so fast,
you exist, because in reality they don't want to kill you,
because if they did, you'd already be dead. That's the
(01:39:08):
way that would work.
Speaker 42 (01:39:09):
Chapel, You're not wrong that oppression is bad, or that
Palestinian and many other Muslim populations.
Speaker 16 (01:39:15):
Are oppressed and deserve to be freed.
Speaker 42 (01:39:17):
You just have it completely asked backwards as to who
is doing the oppressing. Hamas terrorist mafia that took over Gaza.
The Revolutionary Guard is a terrorist mafia that took over Iran.
These are the oppressors iran Is who sponsors Hamas and Hesbellah.
Speaker 16 (01:39:32):
Are you sure this is who you want to throw
down with. You're a singer and you're advocating for a
place and a culture you would never want to live under.
Gender may not be binary, but right and wrong kind
of is one hundred percent.
Speaker 2 (01:39:45):
He talks about, Hey, you're big in the queer world.
You're a big deal. Your next tour would be from
the roof to the ground.
Speaker 7 (01:39:55):
Think about that.
Speaker 2 (01:39:56):
Just soak that up. Because the country you think is
the evil one is the country where gays can get married.
Think about that. And it's not because the Jews live
there that they don't like the gays. As I've heard
several people point out, well, if Israel was gone, they
would like the gays. Eh, that's dumb, But I expect
(01:40:23):
nothing less from a lot of people who, again, who
only live in the world of TikTok an oppressor and
oppressed three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four to
twenty three at Chad Benson's show, is your Twitter tweet

chat Vincent show.
Speaker 2 (01:42:17):
It is that portion of them the year, actually not
just not just the show. When we do something we
do all the time here and if you're new to
the program, Every year we count down the scariest movies.
This year I've made it thirteen scariest movies. It's a
combination of things. Some are frightful, some are iconic, and some,
(01:42:41):
like today's, really aren't just about a singular movie, but
a time and a place and a group.
Speaker 22 (01:42:50):
The time has come, so prepare yourself for a journey
of fear from the darkest corner of cinema, the most
bone chilling tales ever told. It's the countdown you've been
waiting for, the thirteen scariest movies of all time.
Speaker 2 (01:43:13):
Which movie will take the top spot?
Speaker 22 (01:43:16):
How about a fish tail so big because the jaws
open wide.
Speaker 14 (01:43:25):
Cool.
Speaker 22 (01:43:37):
Or the story of a young innocent girl battling evil
with some help.
Speaker 23 (01:43:44):
Well, then let's introduce ourselves. I'm Damien Karras and GM
that devil. Now kindly undo the stretch. If you're the
devil one, I'll make the straps disappear.
Speaker 25 (01:43:55):
That's not too vulgar, display a barer cash, where's Reagan
in here with us?
Speaker 22 (01:44:02):
Or the fright of a madman with a chainsaw? So
I hear some stop stop, You'll have to listen to
find out.
Speaker 2 (01:44:24):
Are you ready?
Speaker 22 (01:44:26):
Now it's time for the countdown to begin the thirteen
Scariest movies of all time?
Speaker 2 (01:44:34):
Number thirteen. All right, number thirteen. We start today not
with a singular movie, but with a grouping of characters,
monsters made famous and monsters that saved Hollywood.
Speaker 26 (01:44:55):
It would be a little unkind to present this picture
without just a word of friendly warning.
Speaker 2 (01:45:00):
I think it will three you, It may shock you,
It might even horrify you. I am Dracula.
Speaker 26 (01:45:10):
It's like.
Speaker 5 (01:45:17):
It's to me, it's a liar, it's live.
Speaker 2 (01:45:25):
It's a lie.
Speaker 13 (01:45:27):
The name of God.
Speaker 23 (01:45:29):
I know what it feels like.
Speaker 2 (01:45:31):
The being.
Speaker 16 (01:45:38):
He will spell Telegram Wolf Vane, I'm sick of the
whole thing. I'm gonna get out of here.
Speaker 28 (01:45:43):
We Ever is beaten by a werewolf and leaves becomes
a werewolf himself.
Speaker 2 (01:45:52):
So there you go, The Universal Monsters. They're number thirteen
on our countdown today as we count down the thirteenth
scariest movies. Not because and by the way, if you've
ever watched them, they are a certain atmospheric way that
things were done. Obviously in today's world where kids can
do just about anything, make anything up on their computer.
It looks cheesy, but the reality is they're a bigger
(01:46:17):
message here, which is horror movies worked. Hollywood at the
time was screwed big time. In fact, it helped save
Hollywood having the Universal Monsters. Universal wasn't a huge player
back in the day, but across the board a vast
majority from MGM to Paramount and everybody else struggling big
(01:46:40):
time because of the Great Depression, and along came The Monsters,
made at a very low budget even for its day.
First nineteen thirty one Dracula starring Beila Lagosi, then later
that year James Well directed Frankenstein, followed by the Mummy,
The Invisible Man, and The Wolfman, all of them help
revitalize horror. But one of the things that did is
(01:47:02):
it brought escapism to a nation that was struggling because
of the Great Depression. During the Great Depression, the horror
films really helped audiences and the public at large escape
