Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Fourteen freaking days, baby, that's all we have left in
this voting season. Fourteen days, that's it. Fourteen days, fourteen
days from today will be it.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Now.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Doesn't mean we're gonna know who won or lost, does
it mean any of those things. But what we do
know is fourteen days from now, all those damn freaking
commercials and signs have to disappear. That is a win
for everybody. Early voting, though, is already happening.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Early voting is underweight in nearly every state. Lines wrapping
around polling places in Connecticut, Texas, and South Carolina. One
survey finds forty seven son of early votes have been
cast by Democrats, thirty three percent by Republicans.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
I think it's a little bit better than the Republicans
have had in the past. You know, they usually win
the day when it comes to election day, so that
is a win for them. That being said, it is
even Stephen. I mean, this is as razor thin as
maybe we've ever had in the history of our country.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
A new poll shows a tight race in every battleground state.
Harris has the edge in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Trump and Arizona and North Carolina. Each state is within
the margin of air.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
So there we go. And by the way, when you know,
like she's got the lead in Michigan and Pennsylvania one
tenth of one percent kind of lead, you're like, oh,
that's not a lot, No, it's not. It is. It
is literally a coin flip at this point in time,
a coin flip. Think about that for a second. That's
where we are and can go either way. And both

(02:02):
of them are going to be out there doing their thing.
If you're not in one of these seven states, and realistically,
if you're not in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, probably not
gonna see a lot of these these two.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Donald Trump zeroing in on battleground North Carolina, as state
he won twice before and must win again. The former
president in Asheville, surrounded by debris from Hurricane Helen, saying
he's confident the storm will not affect the vote.

Speaker 6 (02:31):
I mean, we're so impressed.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
Trump has been on the blitz of the banel ground
states over the weekend, stopping in all important Pennsylvania and
making waves for his bulgo comments about former golf star
Arnold Kumer.

Speaker 6 (02:42):
Donald Palmer was all, Man, I'm.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Just respectful and inappropriate.

Speaker 5 (02:46):
Team Palmer's Dnner criticizing those comments in an interview with
ABC News.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Okay, it was bizarre. I have to be honest. I've
what are you doing dude here? You're so weird. He tramples,
says wacky stuff. He's always looking for a laugh. And
this is the problem with Trump is he goes off
the cuff. One of them goes off the cuff way, way,
way too much, and the other one is completely scripted.

(03:12):
So who are you gonna go with? Oh that's a
big Who is it going to be? Who's the undecided
out there? Are you it? Are you the undecided voter?
I'd love to hear from you. If you're undecided, I
want you to tweet at me at Chad Bensicchow or
text the program three two three five three eight twenty
four twenty three at Chad Benson Show. Is your Instagram

(03:34):
and everything and your Twitter. But you can also leave
a message at the three two three number voicemail. Why
why are you undecided? What are you hoping is going
to happen? Are you just not paying attention? Are you
in a position where you're maybe overthinking it. Do you
have a tough time making decisions? We'd like to know.

Speaker 5 (03:53):
He's painting a dark picture of the nation of an
America that he believes is in decline. He's promising nasty
portation for migrants. Out on the campaign trail, he's been
visiting parts of the country that had been ravaged and gutted.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
By Hurricane Helen.

Speaker 5 (04:07):
But he's pushing false, debunked claims about FEMA and their
response to the disaster. Those false claims and that kind
of rhetoric have prompted threats against FEMA workers, which the
former president did not denounce when he was asked directly
about it.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Yeah, that's pretty funny. Rory Cooper, the Governor's like, we
don't need any Paul lit assassin of this, and I
asked the president not to do that, and he gets there,
He's like, this guy is a jerk and he hasn't
helped you in FEMA sucks. Just see the controversy day
he wore his golden arches Friespin in front of all

(04:43):
of the residents. That wasn't for them, that was for you.
Because he knew you talk about it. He knew he
would talk about it. And it's also poking at the
fry queen herself. You know who I'm talking about. Kamala
Ayrs yesterday, Kamala and Liz two strong women, Mika Bersinski today,

(05:07):
two women of power got together and I'm gonna play
I'm essentially just I've mashed up all the things they said.
It's just easier that way than trying to roll through it.
So here's Liz Cheney a note which, by the way,
I don't know what she's doing. I don't know. I
mean the revenge to her, I get, I guess. But

(05:30):
the reality is is, if you're really conservative, you can
hate Donald Trump all you want. I have zero problems
with that. But you advocating for other people that go
against all of the things that you hold dear in
your heart and you believe. To me, I find that
fascinating because of one man. That's the emotion that he

(05:51):
can evoke out of people.

Speaker 7 (05:53):
Are the series know that they can play Donald Trump?
They absolutely know that they can play him, and we
simply can't afford to take that risk. Every one of
us in this election has a duty and an obligation
to do what we know is right for the country
and that's to support Vice President Harris. We have the
chance to say, you know, we're gonna reject cruelty. We're

(06:16):
going to reject the kind of vile vitriol that we've
seen from Donald Trump. We're going to reject the misogyny
that we've seen from Donald Trump and jd.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Vance.

Speaker 7 (06:31):
If you wouldn't hire somebody to babysit your kids, like
you shouldn't make that guy the president of the United States,
and that's.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Based would you let him babysit your kids? I have
no problem with I don't think he seems to do
anything to my kids. I'd be more worried about my
kids due to him, In particular Charlie Jed I wouldn't
mind Comma babysit my kids either. I don't think either
of them are bad human beings as much as everybody

(07:00):
else would like to make him out to be. I
think they have better things to do in the babysit
my kids. And again I think worry more about what
my kids would do to them. So that was yesterday.
Alongside her was the Vice President of the United States
of America, Kamala Harris.

Speaker 8 (07:15):
In many, many ways, Donald Trump is an unserious man,
but the consequences of him being president of the United
States are brutally serious. We have in our grasp the
ability to determine the course of our country.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
You know, every election, we've said, this is the.

Speaker 8 (07:32):
One, this is the one, This truly is the one.
He is increasingly unstable. But you don't have to take
my word for it. Listen to the people who know
him best. Vladimir Putin would be sitting in Kiev if
Donald Trump were president.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
If Joe Biden had his way, he would be there
as well. And the president Zelensky would have left that
first weekend and they invaded you remember that? Yeah, yeah,
I forget that. By the way, that was a Q
and a like town hall. They did a couple of those.
This is how one of them started out. We're gonna

(08:11):
get into a little bit deeper. So, you know, a
town hall. You go there, Oh goody, I'm gonna ask
questions things like that. You're not. Unfortunately, we have some
pre determined questions, and I hopefully I'll.

Speaker 7 (08:21):
Be able to ask some of the questions that might
be in your head.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
I hope. So Maria shreiver there. You know when you
say stuff like that, you know why Arnold slept with
the maid, Chad. It's not very nice yet I'm sorry.
I apologize. It's a wholehearted apology right there as well,
you know, Q and as town hall. So the best
thing is when all of the questions are predetermined, who

(08:47):
does that? Welcome to the town hall. Do you have
your questions ready? We do. You can't ask any of
them because we've already predetermined the questions. Hopefully some of
the ones in your mind matched the cards three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at chat Benson show's your

(10:11):
the chadbentson show, Chad Benson.

Speaker 9 (10:25):
You know what pisses me off more than Trump supporters
are those who are still feeling undecided between the two,
Like where's the struggle. It's like, do I want that
leftover pumpkin pie that's been sitting there for four months
that's stale, moldly filled with questionable ingredients, or do I
want a fresh pecan pie or coconut custard?

Speaker 3 (10:43):
Like what is it?

Speaker 9 (10:44):
Is peacan too sweet for you? Or coconuts just not
your thing, like is it too much flavor? And those
on the Jiell steintrain like that, that's not even pie.
That's like cool whip with like zero nutritional value for
your body. Like that's going nowhere.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
By the way, the Jill Stein is very interesting. We
get to that in a second. So it's Trump. He's
just old nasty punkin pie because he's orange. He's got
a glow about him. There's no doubt about that. The
Jill Stein thing is interesting because third party. Look, don't

(11:22):
agree with a lot of what she's all about, but
the reality is she's running and you probably didn't know that. Also,
what you didn't know is she's getting destroyed by the Democrats.
And I'm not talking about destroying. I'm talking about today
in New York Times, it was it yesterday, or maybe
it was yesterday, a hit piece about her. They are

(11:42):
running millions of dollars of ads to destroyer, especially in
a place like Michigan where there is a lot of
Muslim voters. What yeah, places like Dearborn. MSNBC went there
and spoke to a few of them, and well, the
lady was well, she was taken back by the fact

(12:02):
that these Muslims don't seem like they're going to be
voting for Kamala.

Speaker 10 (12:05):
Who is voting for Donald Trump in twenty four? It's possible,
It's possible. Yeah, it's definitely not by Harris, that's for sure.
Who's voting for Kamala Harris here? Absolutely no, no, not possible.

Speaker 11 (12:16):
There's nothing she can do or say for us to
change our mind.

Speaker 10 (12:19):
Who's voting third party in twenty twenty four? So Jill
Stein slightly.

Speaker 11 (12:24):
It's also possible to this unless we'll just abstain from
voting altogether. But we do know that that's not the
best political strategy.

Speaker 10 (12:31):
You know, why are you voting for Donald Trump?

Speaker 12 (12:33):
Because my main goal is to get someone who is
actively funding a genocide out of office.

Speaker 10 (12:39):
Is your vote for Donald Trump a vote endorsing Donald Trump?
Or is it a vote against Kamala Harris? Against Kamala Harris.
Donald Trump has said he will reinstate the Muslim ban.
He said that last time. He's said that he wants
Natagnell who to finish the job.

Speaker 12 (12:54):
Donald Trump said a lot of things his first time
around that terrified me. The campaign, that the Demo Christrand
was that Donald Trump pays us. I felt safe though
in the country when Trump was in office. I don't
feel safe right now with Kamala in office. So I
mean that to me speaks more.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
She's trying to walk a fine line of supporting our
ally and also being angry and wanting to seize fire. Look,
all of us want to cease fire. And look, and
I'm gonna and I've said this from the beginning. Has

(13:31):
net in Yahoo and Israel overstepped the times one hundred percent?
Has there been issues over there when it comes to yes,
I'm gonna say this, people may piss some of you off,
issues with the way the IDF have handled people, including rape,
m revenge. To her, no doubt about that. The goal
is to get ya ya Shinoa. You've done that now

(13:53):
now the goal should be finished the job when it
comes to Iran, because to me, that's the bigger issue.
I think if you can extinguish that fire right there,
you're in a better situation. But for Kamala, she doesn't
know whether she's coming or going when it comes to this,
because to appease Muslim voters means you're going to lose

(14:15):
Jewish voters. And this is that tough situation. She's trying
to have it both ways. Trump just wants to go, Okay,
what can we do to stop this damn thing? And
I don't think you're going to get a lot of people,
even in the Muslim faith, who are going to be
upset if Israel made a move on Iran, because I
think most people recognize how awful they are in the

(14:39):
region and for the world. And speaking of that, ladies
and gentlemen, you know, we leak some stuff.

Speaker 13 (14:45):
The leak comes days after US officials said they had
reassurances from Israel that it would target military sites rather
than oil or nuclear facilities. It is unclear whether this
intelligence breach will impact those plans.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
I don't know if that's going to impact the plans either.
And then you have to also throw in the assassination
attempt on BB Netanyahu and his family, which I'm sure,
as we all know, would piss some people off.

Speaker 13 (15:10):
ABC News is not quoting directly from or showing the documents,
which appear to detail movement of his ready military equipment
and munitions that could be used in a potential strike.
One of the documents claimed Israel could strike Iran without
the US seeing any further visual clues from above.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
I wouldn't. I don't trust this administration. Not only is
she losing the Muslim vote, she's also not strengthening a
relationship with the only ally that we have in that
region that is a democracy and that has our values.
So there's that she look any politician in that position,

(15:52):
there's a tough thing. But you've got to pick a lane,
and you've got to be strong, and you can look
at your allies as you could look at your friends
and say that's not right to figure this out, but
I'm behind you one hundred percent. But there's gonna be
some things that we're going to have to do. She
doesn't do any of that. She hymns and she haws.
Paralysis by analysis Kids Paralysis by analysis three, two, three, five,

(16:16):
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson shows
your Twitter tweet at his text to program. One of
the other things that leaked, supposedly was the seized fire
agreement in Lebanon, and one of the things in there

(16:36):
was the fact that Israel is willing to have a
seize fire but wants to remain in control when it
comes to being able to handle the security in Lebanon,
in and around the areas in particular where Hesbelah had
its stronghold. And that's a no go. Apparently not a shocker.

(17:00):
Three two, three, five, twenty four, twenty three at Chad
Benson Show to Twitter, your Instagram. A lot of stuff
still to get to. We've got number eight today and
are scary movies. What's it gonna be? This one? It'll
make you think while you're sleeping, how's that? Huh? How's that?
How's that? For a little clue. If you're missing the show,

(17:23):
grab the podcast. It's the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Then Chad Benson Show, the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 14 (18:00):
You will be trying to buy the election. Billionaire Elon
Musk has gone all in for you know who, and
now he's giving out a million dollars a day to
people who sign his super Pax petition. Now, I thought
that was against the law, but apparently this then found
some new loop stuff that allowed this to go.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
I thought you couldn't do this.

Speaker 6 (18:24):
What's happening?

Speaker 15 (18:25):
Well, I think that's what you do when you have
no plan for the public, when you have no economic
plan that's going to benefit middle class, when you have
no plan to protect reproductive rights. When you have no
plan to address climate change and produce American energy, you
go to these type of tactics.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
That's Tim Walls there on the view. Which one had
the most testosterone. I couldn't tell you, probably wood Be.
It's not very nice yet. Economic plan, we already know
what Trump's is, we know what hers is. Look, everybody's
got a plan right until the world hit you in
the face. So we'll see other plans play out there.
But there's more to it. By the way, I just

(18:59):
want to point out, Uh, there's more to the election
than abortion and the economy. So it's immigration we're gonna
touch on in a second. There's a lot of different things.
What about climate Nobody cares about climate change? Nobody does.
We all do. No, we don't. We don't care. It
sounds like something we should care about, but in reality

(19:20):
we don't. We just don't care. I gotta feed my kids.
I gotta take my kids to school. I got a
big meeting today. I'm not going geez, did we rise
one tenth of one tenth of one eighth of a percent?
But to just see the hurricanes, you wouldn't care about
people live there if you put a house on a
railroad track. But the railroad it comes once in a

(19:44):
great while, and sometimes it curves to the right and
curves to the left. You're in the center. Maybe one
day it'll hitch you. Maybe won't guess what eventually it's
going to. That's what a hurricane is. If nobody lived
in Florida, we'd be like, well, I don't know how
many islands got smashed by this little tiny little islands
right got hit by this that nobody lives on, And
we're like, oh my god, that island. So settle down

(20:05):
with your climate change. Nobody cares. And you could sit
there and say, oh, Chad, you're being no. I want
the environment to better. I want energy that's cleaner. I
want our environment to be awesome. That shouldn't be a
political thing. At the same time, where the politics comes
in is who gets to control the damn stuff, because
then everybody wants to play the game of we should

(20:26):
do this and we should do that, we should overregulate here,
stop it, don't hamsterring us. Let's be smart about it. Continue.
It's the view.

Speaker 14 (20:35):
Aren't these tactics against the law, though, aren't you?

Speaker 15 (20:38):
Well, I'll let the lawyers decide that it should. Look,
I think.

Speaker 16 (20:45):
There isn't this the same They're signing a petition, so
you're not you're technically not buying the vote. Frankly, there's
nothing that can stop people from signing the petition, getting
the million bucks, and then voting for Kamala Harris and
Tim Wallas.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
True, that absolutely true, and I've said that. And by
the way, it's not illegal. The question, and we're going
to get into a little bit later, is it a lottery?
Because if it's a lottery, it won't be a campaign issue.
It'll be a law issue outside of buying votes or
whatever they think is going to happen. More from Tim

(21:18):
Walls on the View.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
But our own.

Speaker 17 (21:19):
ABC poll finds at fifty nine percent of Americans like
the economy is not getting better. The same poll finds
that voters trust Donald Trump to handle the economy more. Yeah,
and what do you say to these Americans who feel
like they're struggling.

Speaker 15 (21:30):
Yeah, Well, if they're saying they are, they are. And
I think for all of us of prices being out there,
I think that's why Vice President Harris has made it
very clear that that is a top priority. Whether it's
focusing on home ownership, which we know these proposals work
if you do things with down payment assistance and you
create three million more homes. We were able to do
it on a state level in Minnesota. Now Minneapolis has
twelve percent more homes and rents went down four percent

(21:50):
last year. This can work on a national level.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
By the way, Can I just say that was a
great answer. I mean, I'm not quite sure the difference
of giving a small group of people some money, right,
helping your kids out at down payment assistance, as opposed
to helping everybody out. You're gonna have an issue with
again supplying demand. But what he said there, Tim Walls,
I applaud you. I do. And here's the thing. People
are gonna get mad at me because I said that,

(22:15):
and then later on I will say something that's not
hateful about Trump, and then people say, you love Trump.
But I want you to listen to this again.

Speaker 17 (22:21):
But our own ABC poll finds that fifty nine percent
of Americans like the economy is not getting better. The
same poll finds that voters trust Donald Trump to handle
the economy more. Yeah, you know, what do you say
to these Americans who feel like they're struggling.

Speaker 15 (22:32):
Yeah, well, if they're saying they are, they are well done.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
And the reason it's well done is because how many
times have you heard this over the last several months.
You guys just don't understand. The economy is doing great.
We're doing so much better than everybody else. You don't
even get it.

Speaker 18 (22:47):
Ba ba bad.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
He just said, look, if people tell you they're struggling,
then they are listen to them. It's not that hard.
And that's you know that right there. I mean, they
our own ABC pole. So I mean, we'd like it
to be different, but the reality is you're sitting here
and not by a little, by a lot. They trust
him more of the economy and they say it's struggling. Well,

(23:10):
if they say it's struggling, it is. And then he
went on to his other stuff. And again we can
disagree about that, but I applaud him for saying that
because all too often you hear from people, in particular
when it comes to the Democrats on this issue, is
especially Biden. You guys, remember he's the president, which is simply,

(23:32):
you don't get it. The economy is great, We're better
than everybody else. You just don't get it. Look how
great it is. The economy is great. You don't get it.
It's better than ever. You don't get it. Look at
all the stuff. And I continue to tell them break
away from the economy as a whole to the part
where you're a consumer. And you find out that that's

(23:54):
what he's talking about.

Speaker 15 (23:55):
And then this idea of price gouging and price fixing.
Thirty seven states already have this in play. You saw
when there's a hurricane in Florida, airline tickets shot through
the roof. That's not capitalism, that's price gouging. And I
think then focusing on the tax cuts going to them,
and it's important for us to talk about what Donald
Trump is going to do because he did keep a
promise his first term. He cut taxes for the wealthiest.

(24:16):
He drove up the debt to the numbers we haven't seen,
and this time he's coming after things like social Security
and medicare calling them Ponzi scheme.

Speaker 3 (24:24):
That won't work.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
Well, they are a bit of a Ponzi scheme. But
that being said, he has never once said he's going
to cut it, and in fact, he has said he
is going to do something that is even far worse
in my mind long term, which is no taxing, not
looking to fix the problem because the Conservatives have abandoned
their ideas when it comes to being fiscally responsible. So

(24:47):
not very happy about that. But sixty seven percent of
people who you know, the billionaires, got yeah, they benefited
from that of people benefit across the board. We don't
have sixty seven percent of people who are billionaires. So
there is that. And I've never once said, I've always

(25:10):
said this, tax the hell out of billionaires. They don't care.
They don't care. Elon Musk cares, he doesn't care. Tax
him at one hundred percent, He'll figure a way around it.
That's what they're there. That's why you put the loopholes in.
As they like to say, those are the laws that
these Democrats and Republicans have crafted over the years. One

(25:30):
more for mister Wallas.

Speaker 15 (25:31):
Vice President Harris and I grew up middle class. We
understand that no we actually worked in a McDonald's should
go and pander and disrespect McDonald's workers by standing there
in your red.

Speaker 6 (25:42):
Tie and take a picture.

Speaker 15 (25:43):
His policies are the ones that undermine those very workers
that were in that McDonald's. Whether it's home ownership, healthcare,
reproductive rights, or cost of product. Just to be very clear,
nothing Donald Trump is proposing does anything about the middle class.
And every economist moodies themselves talked about what it would
do to drive up inflation.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Will it drive up of inflation? Some of us said yes,
some have said no. Will hers drive up of inflation?
Some will say yes, some will say no. And that's
if they got everything they wanted. Let's not forget that.
That's always left out of a conversation when it comes
to politics, is whether or not I'm going to do
all of these things. What if you were only able
to do a tenth of them? What does that look like?

(26:26):
Oh yeah, what about that? Sell my wife? Yes, it's
a perfect example of something like this. So We're in
our new place and I'm like, okay, where where exactly
do we have to go? Okay, it says it's twenty
seven minutes now, but I'm not going there for several
hours when there will be no traffic. How long will
it be? And that thing didn't tell me. I'm like, well, okay,

(26:48):
so it's the same thing. I'm going to do all
of these things. What if you only did like a
tenth of that. What does that look like? Oh, I
don't know. Well that's what we need to find out.
There's where the answer really is. Take everything they promise you,
take everything they say they're going to do, and say, okay,

(27:09):
out of this. What if they only get a tenth
of the things they really want and then maybe at
best a mixture of another, say fifteen or twenty percent
of some things they want, but things they had to
give in on in certain areas, then you'll find the

We're down today to Oh, we'll get to that in

bone chilling tales ever told. It's the countdown you've been
waiting for, the thirteen scariest movies of all time?

Speaker 2 (30:01):

Speaker 20 (30:05):
How about a fish tail so big because the jaws
open wide? Or the story of a young innocent girl

(30:29):
battling evil with some help.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
Well, then let's introduce ourselves. I'm Damien Carols.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
And I ain't that devil?

Speaker 3 (30:38):
Not kindly undo these stretch? If you're the devil, want
I make the stretch disappear?

Speaker 21 (30:43):
Let's not do vulgar display a bar.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
Cars, Where's Reagan in here with us?

Speaker 20 (30:51):
Or the Fright of a madman with a chainsaw?

Speaker 2 (31:01):
So I hear sim stop stop. You'll have to listen
to find out. Are you ready?

Speaker 20 (31:15):
Now it's time for the countdown to begin. The thirteen
Scariest movies of all time?

Speaker 2 (31:23):
Number eight, all right, number eight today, terrifying, especially for
me as a young kid. Thirteen came out in nineteen
eighty four, but it was one point eight billion dollars,
directed by a man named Wes Craven, starring Heather Landcamp,
young actor named Johnny Depp, and then the character himself,

(31:48):
the evil that was a man named Freddie played by
Robert England. Oh yes, kids, there's a nightmare on Elm Street.

Speaker 22 (32:00):
The kids of Elm Street. I don't know it yet,
but something is coming.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
To get them.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
There's something out there is no.

Speaker 6 (32:12):
Let me just see what's happened.

Speaker 3 (32:14):
What did at the time, I don't know.

Speaker 22 (32:18):
A car about to say it's in the John pugin
since he saw it.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
They're gonna kill me for sure. Did you do it?
There was somebody else there.

Speaker 23 (32:25):
He was locked in a room with a girl who
went in alive and came out in a rubber bag.

Speaker 24 (32:30):
No one knows where it came from or would.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Visit the next n see if something wrong with you
your imagining.

Speaker 2 (32:38):
Night Mare on Elm Street.

Speaker 25 (32:41):
Do you believe in the man?

Speaker 26 (32:43):
No, whatever you do, don't.

Speaker 24 (32:51):
If she's the only one who can stop it. If
she has, I'm your boy, bred No one was alive.
From the West Craven, director of The Hills Have Eyes
and Last House on the Left, upon new master piece
in fantasy terror of Nightmare on Elm Street.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
Oh my lord, what an amazing movie? Why was it amazing? Well,
first of all, the concept, the concept was amazing, but
was it based on something true? Wes Craven. After he
had directed you know, the Hills Have Eyes, he was
looking around to do something else. As he said, he
was at that point in time well out of work.
And while he was thinking about what to do, he

(33:35):
remembered seeing an article from the La Times about Mong refugees,
Cambodian refugees who came over here after the killing fields
in Cambodia, escaping Polepot in his regime, and how that
several of them, for weeks and weeks had complained about
nightmares that were terrifying, and several of them died in

(33:56):
their sleep, which gave him the idea of Freddie. Freddie
was the name of his childhood bully, and the Krueger
look was based on a guy used to walk by
his house when he was a child and gave him
a weird look. She made him uncomfortable. The thing that
separated Freddie is from all the other Slashers personality. Freddie

(34:21):
had personality all day. Michael had no personality, Jason had
no personality. Freddie did. And Freddie came into your dreams
and everybody had had nightmares. So it was perfect and
it built a new character, and of course many other
movies that came afterwards, and it gave Johnny Dappa start

(34:43):
in the movies as well. But one of the other
things it did for a tiny little film company that
was struggling to survive, well, it built what they became.

Speaker 24 (35:00):
This expression for many years of New Line it is
the house that Freddie built.

Speaker 27 (35:04):
We went from a company that was very little known
to be much more respected. Everything came off of Manna
and Altmin cited Lord.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
Of the Rings. Never oh that song. It is a
trip we go to New Line Cinema. I know what
it's like today because it's totally different. But for a
very long time, it was the house that Freddie built.
For all the other movies they had produced afterwards, which
they produced a ton eventually Lord of the Rings, Academy Awards,

(35:37):
all that stuff. Without Freddy, there would be no new line.
And they recognized that Freddie doing the business in the
evil world of Your Dreams as well as doing the
business in Hollywood. Nightmare on Elm Street number eight. Today
on your Scary Movie countdowns three, two, three, five, four three,

(36:00):
Chad Benson Show, to Twitter, your Instagram, all of the
other things coming up. Hour two more on the fact
that we only have two weeks till election day, we talk.

Speaker 28 (36:08):
A little bit about that. We had a bunch of
other stuff to get into as well.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
If you're missing the show, Cherry mc grab the podcast.
It is the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
This is the Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
Two weeks away from voting. That's election Day. You can
vote now if you want vote early. Vote often. As
I like to say, kids, So what are they doing?
They're out on the trail today? Hid it heard? Trump's
gonna be all over the place, Kamlo, where are you
gonna be?

Speaker 6 (36:58):
Yeah, it definitely seems a little strange.

Speaker 29 (37:00):
Two weeks to go until election Day, and Vice President
Kamala Harris will be here in d C. With no
official campaign appearances on her schedule for today.

Speaker 6 (37:09):
Like you said, it will be big.

Speaker 29 (37:10):
Names on the campaign trail instead trying to persuade voters
to get out and vote.

Speaker 6 (37:14):
And as far as who those big names will be.

Speaker 29 (37:16):
We're talking about former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

Speaker 6 (37:20):
They'll be on the campaign trail today.

Speaker 29 (37:22):
President Obama, we'll head to the Blue Wall, holding events
in both Michigan and Wisconsin, joined alongside Minnesota Governor Tim Walls.
In Wisconsin, where early voting starts today, a former President
Clinton is hitting crucial swing state Nevada with a stop
in Las Vegas, while Second Gentleman Doug M. Hoffel campaign
for his wife in North Carolina. The campaign team, though,

(37:44):
also hopes teaming up with Republicans like former Representative Liz
Cheney can help boost support among undecided voters.

Speaker 2 (37:51):
Oh man, I'm going to be in Nevada. I might
hoard a cup with Dakota as well. Does it really
do anything for anybody? Does it? I don't think it
does the way that people think. And same thing with
Liz Cheney. She's out there doing her thing trying to
get Kamala elected.

Speaker 7 (38:10):
Is supremely qualified to be president of the United States.
I think there are sometimes there are some men who
suggest that she's not. But if you look at her qualifications,
there's no question and that she's somebody that I know
I can count on who will put the good of
this country first.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
There's just no question. I call bs on that, and
I'll get to that in a minute. Do I think
that's going to work? No, I don't do I think
that's going to help persuade people. No, I don't think
it does. People that hate Trump does. A lot of
them out there that do, and they're still going to
vote for Trump because their values aligned with the Republican

(38:49):
Party and that's the Democratic Party. That's just it. Jadie
Vance was asked about Liz Chaney. How do you feel?
What do you think of her?

Speaker 30 (38:55):
My opinion of Liz Cheney is low. Is that good enough? Look,
I have friends.

Speaker 31 (39:09):
My dear friend is running not too far from here
for US Senate of the State of Indiana, Jim Banks,
a former.

Speaker 6 (39:15):
Friend of Liz Chaney. We got a lot of good,
good Jim Banks fans here.

Speaker 31 (39:19):
I've known a lot of people in Washington who served
with Liz Cheney, and what they will tell you to
a person is that Liz Chaney is motivated by an
obsessive hatred of the people who cost her her Wyoming
congressional seat. She is not motivated by a love of
this country. She's a resentful, petty, small person. And if
Kabla Harris won separator around, she's welcome to.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
I've got several people in the political world that are
friends of mine, if you will. I mean, I try
to stay away from politicians on both sides of the
aisle as much as possible because it hurts my reputation.
But people I talk to and I'm connected with, and
to a person, they say the same thing about Liz.
She's on a path to do everything she can, and

(40:08):
the left is totally fine with that. Even though the
left for years has basically destroyed her father as a
war mongering profiteer.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
Which she was.

Speaker 2 (40:21):
She's putting it out there. Here's my question, though, if
your conviction is of when it comes to politics, these
conservative ideas you have, if that is your conviction and
that is your belief, I could see not wanting to
vote for Donald Trump and just saying look, you know what,

(40:43):
my vote is my vote, and if you go out
and you campaign for other people, that's fine, but staying
away from that. By the way, she's campaigning against Ted Cruz,
and so there's a lot and again it's a lot personal.
This feels very personal, and I think it is that
being said, if you're a con and your beliefs, are
this going against your beliefs to go after one man?

(41:07):
I find that weird because the reality is some of
the stuff they've talked about on the left and if
again talk is cheap action to the only things that matter,
the reality of both sides of this. Oh, it's the
both sides. No, it's just the truth. A lot of
people talk a great game, but when you get into
that position to actually be able to do something, very

(41:28):
rarely can you pull off all the things you want
to do, especially in politics. So I don't want to hear.
But if your belief is conservative ideas, and you could
at Donald Trump, you know it's a campaign for him,
stay out of it. But if you are in a

(41:48):
position where you're fighting to get somebody else elected who
has said things like they want to get rid of
the filibuster, they want pathway to citizenship that would fundamentally
change this nation. By the way, fundamentally would change this

(42:08):
nation overnight. And I'm not talking about today, but I'm
talking about probably next election, most likely the election after that,
where you would have essentially domination. Even in swing states,
there would be none because the Democrats will have put

(42:32):
in place everything they wanted right there, which was granting
citizenship to god knows how many people, probably closer to
twenty of which a vast majority of them are going
to vote Democrat, and they'll have built up a base

(42:53):
of new voters that will fundamentally change everything. So the
things that you believe as a Republican, as a conservative
would have zero shot of ever manifesting itself outside of
your state. And even at that point in time, some
states are going to see a vast change from red

(43:16):
to blue, and all of those things will eventually go
away and will be in a one party country, not
a one party state. So if your goal is to
get back Donald Trump, and in doing so, you happen
to flip the political script in such a way that
it does damage long term to a party that you

(43:38):
once loved and represented, and you see a massive fundamental
change in the country itself in a way that you
would never want if it wasn't for Donald Trump. That's
an issue, that is And it's hard not to look

(44:01):
at Liz Cheney and think this is all about a
revenge tour. It's hard not to. I mean, that's what
this is. It is a revenge tour. You're out, You're like,
you know, we're doing our Halloween countdown, right, It's a
slasher movie. Somebody has come into your woods and pissed

(44:23):
you off, and now you're gonna go take them out.
And your singular goal is get them, whoever them is.
Starting with Donald Trump, Vance, Ted Cruz. We'll see. By
the way, Vance is not the only one who has
said you know, said it out loud, but several others have.

(44:44):
And there are several behind the scenes who are not
very happy with this because they understand the potential of
the long term ramifications and the damage you could be
done because of this. Now, I'd like to think that
the Democrats would not do crazy things, but it's politics.

(45:05):
Would they do I don't know. Could they get rid
of the philibuster. It's possible filibuster would be man if
they got rid of that that'd be crazy. Could you
imagine what that would be like? You want to talk
about living in the world of extremes and as we
all know, only our side will do it once because
it's only for the betterment of everybody. Three two, three, five,

(45:28):
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benton

of us deal with fears. Everybody's got fears. Fear of flying,
fear of snakes, fear of well I rak andophobia, yeah,
fear of spiders. Maybe it's time that you dealt with that.

(45:52):
I had to when I went to somebody, is like,
why am I scared of flying? And they pinpointed it
it's not yours. Not I'm scared of flying. It's the
fact that you have kids now and it's a different
sense because you don't have that control. It's like, wow,
I didn't even think of it like that. And by
the way, I'm not scared of flying. I never was.
I'm scared of crashing. I think most people feel that way.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
Chad Benson, you want musk.

Speaker 32 (46:55):
He's not only just dumping millions and millions of dollars
here in stud Pennsylvania, acting like he's from here, acting
like he knows what a Pennsylvania is about. It's not
just what he's doing. He's doing these little contests or
he's promising people a million dollars in some kind of
lottery giveaway if they sign up for his list. When
you have a billionaire just dangling a million bucks to

(47:17):
those of us who are struggling to make ends meet
if they dance for him, mm.

Speaker 2 (47:22):
Hmm yeah, AOC. There there isn't effect that Elon has.
It's very interesting. We went back to AOC in a minute.
And the question of whether or not he can give
away his money, it's how he gives it away in
this situation that matters. Because citizens united, they kind of
establish certain things. The problem is, if you're doing a lottery,

(47:47):
have you set it up properly, because you can't just
randomly do a lottery there. You have to go through
the motions and that includes a bunch of paperwork things
of that nature. You have to report everything you're doing,
you understand. I mean, there are rules, right and you
have to follow those rules. But you can give away
your money. I mean, there's nothing wrong with that. That's
just life.

Speaker 6 (48:08):
The smartest dand of the world.

Speaker 3 (48:09):
Elon is a genius.

Speaker 2 (48:10):
This is a one time opportunity to see him.

Speaker 33 (48:13):
I'm a super star treking when those rockets came down.
I'm like, you've got to be kidding.

Speaker 1 (48:18):
I respect his opinion.

Speaker 19 (48:19):
I understand the way Keith thanks Being an engineer.

Speaker 5 (48:22):
Myself, I can understand some of the quirky things that
maybe other people take the wrong way.

Speaker 33 (48:28):
Elon Musk is holding this town hall happening here in Harrisburg,
trying to get the vote out for former President Donald Trump.

Speaker 6 (48:35):
So every day.

Speaker 34 (48:36):
Between now and the election will be awarding a million
dollars starting tonight.

Speaker 2 (48:41):
This expert say could be breaking election law. I don't
think it's election law. I think it is lottery law, right,
I don't think he's breaking an election law. And it
really depends on who you know, who you watch, because
I've seen ten different people over the last you know,

(49:01):
twenty four hours, take anywhere between thirty seconds and five
minutes to talk about why it's legal, why it's not legal,
why there's a gray area. Why. Shapiro himself said we
got to look into this because he wasn't even quite sure.

Speaker 33 (49:13):
I've been telling a lot of Trump rallys, but this
has the feel of like part comic con part Trump
prolly right, There's tons of young people, which I was
like surprised. I think usually you know, like there's a
lot of people like me at a Trump rally, you know,
getting ready to drop over. These are Elon Musk's fans.

Speaker 35 (49:29):
He's so cool man, why not, right, I mean, he's
just so inspirational, what an amazing guy. But I think
he offers is being able to use his platform to
bring the truth to to more people, people that may
not otherwise even give a crap about politics.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
Well, that's the damn truth on that, and the truth
being the truth on Twitter. It's evil. Get over yourself,
for God's sakes. But there is an effect there, all right.
Fetterman talked about what he potentially could do in Philadelphia.
There's a reason that he's in Philadelphia, and I mean
in Pennsylvania over and over every day. There's a reason
for that. Understanding how big it is. Also understanding that

(50:06):
the draw that he is and bringing people out who
may not engage at all in politics, which is what
you're trying to do because you're trying to reach those unengaged,
uninformed voters. Also, you're trying to reach people that haven't
made up their mind yet undecided.

Speaker 36 (50:25):
With all the polarization that there is now, I feel
like it's really tough to yank somebody out of their camp.
Everybody sees what the algorithms show on I think most
of the people that are big elon musk fans are
probably on the side of Trump and all that already.

Speaker 35 (50:41):
Yeah, I voted for Biden. You know in twenty twenty,
you did, I did.

Speaker 36 (50:44):
What changed?

Speaker 35 (50:45):
What changed is nothing like positive, that's for sure. So
you know, I know when Trump was in office, I
saw more money on my paycheck.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
Still a checkbook, voting society that we live in. I
just he has something about him. You can have a
disdain for him. I got no problem with it. Knock
yourself out. I don't agree with everything he says and does,
but I'll tell you what he does move the needle.
And in a place like Pennsylvania, you don't need to

(51:17):
move the needle that much to get the outcome that
will secure the presidency.

Speaker 32 (51:22):
Back to AOC, you've got Donald Trump putting on a
little McDonald's costume because he thinks that's what people do.
They're not trying to empathize with us, they are making
fun of us. Donald Trump thinks that people who work
at McDonald's or a joke. Elon Musk thinks that dangling
money in front of a working person is a cute

(51:44):
thing to do when the election of our lives.

Speaker 28 (51:48):
Oh my god, she's just And by the way, the
McDonald's thing, it was brilliant.

Speaker 3 (51:56):
It was.

Speaker 2 (51:58):
What is she doing. She's hanging out with pop stars
and doing all of these things. Right, he's at McDonald's.
It was brilliant again, brilliant, Well, it was stupid, okay,
stakes whatever it is she's hanging out with who, Stevie, Wonder,
Lizzo doing all of those things. He's at a McDonald's

(52:19):
soaked that in for a second. I don't think people
understand out there on the left, people who have a
viscial reaction to disdain for Trump. There is something about
him that the little guy likes, right as you know,

(52:39):
the world not everybody's, but you understand what you're saying,
Like the person you would think of, the average person,
the non billionaire, Yeah, there's something about her, and that
right there is hilarious. He puts on a McDonald's thing
and goes and does a McDonald's thing. But he doesn't
even understand that that's how we live our lives. And
these people dangle in money. That's what government is government

(53:03):
in today's world, and that includes Trump dangling money in
front of people on a daily basis to try to
get their damn vote.

Speaker 32 (53:09):
That's what billionaires like that do. They have absolutely no
idea what our lives are like, and so they think
this callousness is a way of connecting. It's not a
way of connecting.

Speaker 1 (53:23):
You and I both know that when.

Speaker 32 (53:25):
That camera turns on and they turn around and go
into their car.

Speaker 10 (53:29):
They're laughing at us.

Speaker 32 (53:31):
They think we are the suckers. That's why Elon Must
thinks that your vote can be bought.

Speaker 37 (53:36):
With the dollar.

Speaker 2 (53:38):
I guarantee you everyone in that audience if Felon came
and offer them one hundred thousand dollars, fifty thousand dollars,
ten thousand dollars, they also, yeah, thanks, nobody's gonna say no,
so settle down. Three two three, five, three eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show.

us as well. At Chad Benson Show. We were talking
earlier about this Cheney and Left and everybody coming after
Trump and US people phoned it.

Speaker 37 (54:51):
Hey, Chad just wanted to chime in on what Trump
could do to sway the election in his way, and
he just needs to be clear and concise about what
the leftist guy to do to stop him from running again,
and how incompetent they've been to even do that. They
can't stop him from running for president, and they throw
everything at him, the fake Russia hopes, you know, when
the Biden laptop was squashed. There's all these facts that

(55:16):
are recent history that these people just don't know about
that he needs to just bring to light. And he
just needs to be clear and concise about what's wrong
with this party. And he's not doing that as his speeches.
He's just blabbering. And he just needs to tell the
people the truth and let them know and give them sources.

Speaker 6 (55:32):
That's my thought.

Speaker 2 (55:33):
I think he's right. Look, there's no doubt that there's
a lot of people out there that love to see
Trump go away. And there's no doubt in my mind
that some people feel if they had the opportunity to
do something to make sure that he would never either
run again and or whatever. And I'm not talking about killing,
but you know, making sure that he doesn't win, could

(55:54):
never run again, even if he wanted, he couldn't hold
and even if it was illegal in their mind, I
think that people out there were justify it every way
shape or form and saying the greater good was up
for grabs and I couldn't allow that. There was evil
and there was this and I had to go and
do this. I think they could justify that in their
own mind. And when it comes to Trump, he is

(56:14):
his own worst enemy. I have said that for years.
Trump is his own worst enemy. He talks himself into
great situations and then talks himself out of it. And
the ramblings and the wackiness. You know something I try
to remind some people. You see thirty seconds, fifty seconds.
You don't see the two hours he's on stay. You

(56:35):
don't see that. You don't see any of that. You
see curated bits and pieces to take a look at.
And that's it. Because everybody's got their nerve, right, we
all do. I want to paint the picture that is
as close to the truth as possible because you're never
gonna get all the data. And that's just the reality.
You're not gonna get all the data. And you know,
somebody said, Chad, you know you talk about the truth

(56:57):
and blah blah blah blah, and you know sometimes you
say things ex change absolutely, But one thing we always
leave out, as human beings. Human beings are the biggest
decider in how things are gonna work. If everything was perfect,
it would look like this. And I remind everybody you
know what the world is. Life is. It's an NFL
football game. You work all week to put in plans

(57:20):
all of these things that you're going to do, But
the minute the ball was snapped, all those plans go
out the window. Because you see, the guy over here
was supposed to block this guy, but that guy got
around your guy. So now you're having to go in
a direction that you didn't think you were going to
have to go. And as you're running in the other direction,
another guy's gotten free and he's coming at your guy.

(57:43):
Now your guy's going up the center, and originally he
thought he was going to pass it. Now he's running
for his life. And the routes that you had drawn
for your people to run, well, guess what. Now they're
having to break their routes and scramble around. That's life.
That's life in politics. Three two, three, five, three, twenty
four to twenty three at Jad Benson shopped to Twitter
your Instagram. Like I say, when you text that number,

(58:05):
you can also call it and leave a message as well. Immigration,
big deal, one hundred percent Trump, What do you think?

Speaker 23 (58:12):
And by the way, thank you to the Border Patrol.

Speaker 20 (58:14):
They're great.

Speaker 23 (58:14):
They endorse your favorite presidental under Kamala Harris thirteen thousand
and ninety nine illegal alien convicted murders are on the
loose in the United States.

Speaker 3 (58:25):
You know who gave that information.

Speaker 2 (58:27):
The Border Patrol gave us.

Speaker 23 (58:29):
That information that they'd never done that before, but they
said something has to be done. They didn't only endorse
me saying I'm the greatest president there's ever been.

Speaker 3 (58:37):
I said, what about George Washington? Now you're better?

Speaker 2 (58:41):
That's the stuff right there. Really do we need to
hear that? How great you are? I don't know if
you're aware of this, but I've never been better. I'm
better than everybody, because everybody's better than not knowing that
I'm the best. What are you talking about? He's right
about the border though. It's a big deal. And one
of the things we've talked about when it comes to
the border is the unintended consequences of allowing so many
people here, including young children. And I don't want anything

(59:03):
bad to happen to young kids. Oh no, no, no no,
But there are unintended consequences of unchecked, unfettered access to
our border. Case in point, this sounds about eighty miles
outside of Indianapolis Logan Sport. These are parents talking about
what's happening in the schools now that there's been an
absolute It's very much like Springfield, Ohio, a huge influx

(59:27):
of people don't speak English. In particular kids who are
now going.

Speaker 39 (59:31):
To school, they get a lot more leeway. They get
to fail, but get passed on. They get to move forward,
and that doesn't help anybody. The more that they pass
these kids on, the more our children like are going
to suffer. They're reading, their comprehension is going to lessen
because they're going to have to lower the kids's expectations,

(59:52):
where right now in Logan Sport, they were keeping a
really high expectation. They were trying to keep them in
college through high school, asking kids on to college courses
in high school.

Speaker 2 (01:00:02):
What's it like for your daughter at school?

Speaker 38 (01:00:04):
Has she noticed the difference?

Speaker 17 (01:00:06):
She quit?

Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
She quit?

Speaker 40 (01:00:08):
She's an online school now why because there was nobody
was getting the attention that they needed. There was way
too many kids and it seems seemed to her that
since they didn't speak the language and didn't understand what
was going on that they were getting more attention, and
so she and the other kids who grew up here
who were having issues or struggling in certain things, weren't

(01:00:31):
able to get the attention that they needed for the
help that they needed for the school.

Speaker 2 (01:00:37):
I think you're hearing a lot of frustration. And again,
this has nothing to do with the children. I want
to point that out. I think a lot of people
want to make it all. It doesn't has to do
with the system and how it's broken, in particular through
this administration. Guess what, there is another group of people
coming here right now, another large group of people, a
caravan of folks getting here because you'd better get here

(01:00:57):
just in case that Trump fellow wins. Chris Barrera. He
is the vice president of the Council Border Patrol Agents.

Speaker 41 (01:01:06):
You know, we usually see something similar to this every
election cycle. I mean usually it starts quite a bit
further out, but usually every time there's an election cycle,
the fear of the unknown plus the marketing by the
smuggling organizations leads to a pretty good jump in traffic.

Speaker 2 (01:01:24):
It's nice to know that they're marketing who's your marketing team, right, Well,
I've got a couple of great teams I'm working with.
They're really they're spot on. But he continues, and it's
very interesting when you watch the interview because this lady
is trying to push him. When it comes to this
administration versus Trump's administration.

Speaker 41 (01:01:44):
Well, we see surges, and maybe not necessarily two weeks out.
Usually it starts a little slower and comes on gradually.
But one thing we have noticed with the Biden administration
is when they come, they come big. And you know,
these are the largest groups I've ever seen in the
last four years. So it's going to be an interesting
one to see how it plays out. But yeah, hopefully

(01:02:04):
we'll be prepared enough when.

Speaker 2 (01:02:05):
It hits, hopefully, And being prepared doesn't mean you're going
to get it right. And the reason is simple, because
you can be prepared all you want, but if you
can't do anything about it to stop it, it doesn't matter.
Then she went on to ask him, so, if Trump
was to win, how long to fix this?

Speaker 41 (01:02:26):
You know, I think just by name recognition. When he
took off his last time, things slowed down immediately because
people knew that he was serious.

Speaker 6 (01:02:33):
About what was.

Speaker 41 (01:02:34):
Happening, and the effects were almost immediate. This may take
a little longer because it isn't a lot worse shape
than what he inherited last time. But I wouldn't imagine
it would take all too long to start feeling the
effects of some of these policies that are going to
get put back in place.

Speaker 2 (01:02:50):
Oh, the policies put back in place. Why are so
many people here? I don't know if you guys heard this,
So continue on with our immigration talk here, immigration talk.
This is a smart Cuban. It's such big hearts.

Speaker 19 (01:03:04):
So when it comes to criminalizing and not criminalizing crossing
the border, I mean that is just so stark.

Speaker 10 (01:03:09):
But you view that as an evolution.

Speaker 37 (01:03:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 25 (01:03:11):
I mean, look, here's my opinion. I'm not speaking for
the campaign with this. I thought their hearts were too
big when Joe came into office, that they didn't know
how many people would cross the border, and it got
away from them. But they figured it out, they learned,
and what did they do. He put together an executive
order and now the number of border crossings is down
to where they were in the Trump maybe a little lower.
She says she's going to sign the border bill, which

(01:03:33):
is very clear where she stands now.

Speaker 2 (01:03:35):
Blah blah blah, blah blah. The numbers are down, The
numbers are down. Are the numbers down? Chris Caberra, Vice
President Council Border.

Speaker 41 (01:03:42):
Agents, Well, you know, the numbers have shifted and DHS
is kind of hiding the numbers. And when I say that,
I mean it used to be border patrol numbers where
the high mark and the numbers coming across the bridge
with the customs guys were the low end, and now
the numbers seem to have flip flopped.

Speaker 6 (01:03:59):
However, dh Y is disguising.

Speaker 41 (01:04:01):
Those parole numbers. They're letting people in under this misused
parole system, and they're not counting those numbers towards the
actual amount of illegal crossing. So the numbers are higher
than they're letting on. They are a little bit lower
than you know, say three or four months ago. But
better than bad is not necessarily good.

Speaker 2 (01:04:19):
Boom. That's an issue. And obviously the numbers not as
low as they were hoping they'd be. Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson shows your

So what, it's the Chat Benson Show.

Speaker 42 (01:05:56):
When the Yankees face off against the Dodgers here in
La on the first time the two have gone head
to head in the World Series forty three years, a
battle of the home run Giant, So Tani versus g'st
Coast versus West Coast, Hollywood versus Broadway. I can keep going,
but the cheapest seats for Friday Nights game, which by
the way, are not great, seats high in the upper

(01:06:18):
deck out by the foul pole are going for about
twelve hundred bucks a seat. The most expensive seats forty
five dollars a seat down the third baseline.

Speaker 2 (01:06:28):
I'm gonna tell you guys this right now. I don't
know what my mother's tickets are going for, but they
are behind home played about six rows, eight rows. I
don't know what they're going for. I have no idea.
It's gonna be a good Christmas. Good God, those are

(01:06:49):
now she sells them throughout the year. She doesn't ever go.
My mother fuses to go to Los Angeles anymore. But
you know, and you have to. It's funny, you know.
If you know anything about season tickets too, it's really weird.
And your team is going to make the playoffs, you know,
or you have to buy tickets well in advance, all
the way through and anything that you So let's say
you go, okay, fine, Doyers, I'm buying tickets all the

(01:07:12):
way through to the World Series, and if you don't
make it, they take that money and apply it to
your season tickets next year, so which they can easily
do in today's world. There's no doubt about that for sure.
For sure, goal Dollyers, I'll give you my pick on Friday,
who I think is going to win the World Series.
Scams kids, don't be scammed by those tickets, and don't

(01:07:33):
be scammed by scammers that are out there trying to scam.
It's everywhere now, it is. Where should we start.

Speaker 43 (01:07:41):
Gabby Sylvie posting flyers around her Los Angeles neighborhood for
her missing dog, Whiskey.

Speaker 6 (01:07:45):
Once she got a text message. They said, are you
looking for your dog? I think I found her.

Speaker 43 (01:07:49):
The sender telling Sylvie to meet him and the dog
at a Dollar Tree parking lot.

Speaker 6 (01:07:52):
When Sylvie got there, she was asked to zell money.

Speaker 8 (01:07:55):
Then asked me to go inside the Dollar Tree store
and get him a two hundred dollars gift card.

Speaker 1 (01:08:00):
At that point, something just you know, click yep.

Speaker 2 (01:08:02):
A scam.

Speaker 43 (01:08:03):
Sylvie calling her bank to investigate that xell payment and
hoping that Whiskey comes home soon.

Speaker 2 (01:08:08):
Yeah, got to watch out for that.

Speaker 37 (01:08:09):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:08:09):
Another big scam is right now when you go and
you're like QR codes. Huge scams, by the way, if
you're anywhere and somebody's put something on your car and
it says scan this QR code even parking meters, watch
out because the scammers are everywhere. Speaking of scammers. If

(01:08:30):
you've not seen this, it is it is crazy. So
she's ladies driving and in the video you see this
car just right over into her lane and then slam
all the.

Speaker 44 (01:08:45):
Brakes, suspected insurance fraudsters intentionally backing into Eshpa and Natasha's
car on a busy New York City highway.

Speaker 45 (01:08:53):
This guy just reversed into me.

Speaker 6 (01:08:55):
What the hell is going on?

Speaker 45 (01:08:56):
My first instinct was that I got caught in a
road rage. I was very chaotic.

Speaker 44 (01:09:00):
The silver hounda cord cuts off ashpo causing her to
slam on the brakes. But when she doesn't hit them,
the driver putting the car into reverse and punching the gash,
crashing into her.

Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
It is nuts. And so here's the thing, dash cams.
Since they've got a dash cam, so the people that
are doing this has no idea that the lady has
a dash cam and everybody can see it. So what
happens after the incident.

Speaker 44 (01:09:31):
The backseat passengers trying to put a covering on the
back window as the driver climbs over into the front
passenger seat before getting out of the car, pretending to
be injured. They pull out their phones to record the damage.

Speaker 45 (01:09:45):
They were rushing to leave. They were like, well, we
have to go, we have to go pick up our baby.
And so basically when I turned around to go check
on the car, they just like got in their car left.

Speaker 44 (01:09:55):
After watching the footage, they believe they were being scam.

Speaker 2 (01:09:59):
You've got to be careful out there. So we're telling
you people, right, people are looking to scam everybody. And
I will tell you what, watching this, I don't know
how many times I have seen something like this on
the old interwebs. It's not just for funny dancing chicken
videos where people purposely will drive into you. And these

(01:10:26):
people got out and they were all holding their necks.
Oh god, I mean short of being handed that white thing,
the brace that goes around your neck. I mean, it
was so obvious that it was a scam. But this
young girl I had no idea. She's like, what the
hell just happened there?

Speaker 3 (01:10:43):
So people just.

Speaker 2 (01:10:43):
Stopped in the middle of the highway and then backed
into me. Be careful for that. We like to look
out for you kids. Three two, three, five, three eight,
twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show, to Twitter,
your Instagram. We are two weeks away from election day,
which doesn't mean can't vote now.

Speaker 4 (01:11:01):
Early voting is underweight in nearly every state. Lines wrapping
around polling places in Connecticut, Texas, and South Carolina. One
survey finds forty seven percent of early votes have been
cast by Democrats, thirty three percent by Republicans.

Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
Now, that is better than what it has been for Republicans.
I don't know what it does mean, because you know
they're going to win the day at the polls on
election Day, but if they can close that gap, that's
a helper. There's no doubt about that. So this is
going to be very very tight right now, depending on

(01:11:36):
what poll you're looking at. It's it's not just razor thin.
I mean we've seen razor thin at times. This thing
is essentially a dead heat. I think, as we talked
about yesterday, Michigan's the latest poll is one tenth of
one percent. That is, you are literally trying to find

(01:12:00):
the one person that may sway the vote for you. Ooh,
gonna be crazy. Three two, three, five, three eight, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show. That is
your Twitter and your Instagram coming up third hour more
on election Day. As we approach the big day, which
as we all know, will not be the day we

(01:12:21):
find out everything outside of some craziness happening, talk a
bit about that. We got a little what's trending, and
yes number eight today, number eight in our Scary movie countdown.
If you miss any of the show, as we always
like to say, shame on you. You can grab the
podcast wherever podcasts are available everywhere. Go Apple, right the

(01:12:42):
iTunes thing, you go do that, you go to tune
in radio app, you can go to Spotify, you name it,
they got it. We're there. That's what we're all about.
It's a Chad Benson show.

Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
This is the Chad Benson Show, The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (01:13:22):
Two weeks baby, two freaking weeks away from the lecture.
Are you feeling nervous? Are you excited? Where's the momentum?
Who's got that big momentum? I would say, right now
the momentum, hold on, smells like it's going in Trump's direction?

(01:13:46):
Does smells like it's going? It smells like it's heading
in that direction. Could that change tomorrow? Of course it
could change tomorrow. Absolutely could change tomorrow. I expected to
change a couple of times, back and forth, back and forth.
If you'd ask me today, who do I think is
gonna I think today Trump is gonna win. Do I
know that to be for sure? I do not. What
I do know, though, is we're just two weeks away.

(01:14:06):
That doesn't mean we're getting the results. I continue to
tell you that doesn't mean that yesterday in taxis early voting.

Speaker 18 (01:14:14):
I'm in Texas, very deep red county in Texas, and
early voting started today. I went and oh my goodness,
the line was super long. There are so many people
out there. We had to wait forever to get to
them to vote. But this is a good sign.

Speaker 38 (01:14:32):
I wore this hat.

Speaker 18 (01:14:33):
I got maybe two dirty looks from people wearing Trump hats.

Speaker 2 (01:14:37):
Other than that, no, everybody was cool. We had good.

Speaker 18 (01:14:42):
Conversations in line. Everybody seemed excited. Nobody talked about who
they're voting.

Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
For, which is good. By the way, you're not supposed
to wear stuff of the campaigns. Just want everybody know that,
whether it's Harris or Maga hat, you don't do it. Okay,
Just let you guys know that those are the rules.
That's it. You know the rules. Follow the rules, right.
They put them out there for a reason. Some more
from the early voting in Texas, the energy I've.

Speaker 18 (01:15:09):
Filed off of people, guys, I think we're going to
have a blue sunami. I think it's like these numbers
are going to be undeniable. Even Trump is going to
have to accept it.

Speaker 6 (01:15:19):
I'm stoked.

Speaker 2 (01:15:20):
This is going to be great, a blue nami. I
don't know if it's going to be a blue Namy.
I don't. I just think we're so divided yet we're
so close in that division and where it's at, so
it is spread out in such a way. Because of
the electoral College, everything matters, not just the popular vote.

Speaker 26 (01:15:38):
Which is the only thing that should matter. We should
get ready to popular vote.

Speaker 2 (01:15:43):
Told you why we can't do that, why it's not
a smart idea, because if you want California and New
York running your life, then you will do that. I
want to see a real civil war. That would be
it right there. I'm just kidding again. How many times
I'd tell you about civil war? Do you hear James
Carvill talking about the Civil War essentially alluding to the
potential that you might have to do something.

Speaker 46 (01:16:05):
The other question is were you better off four years ago?
Are you going to be better off in a penitentiary
four years so now? Are still having the right of
free speech and the right of political dissent because that's
literally what's on the ballot. And I'm suspect in nineteen
forty one, I don't know if people thought they were
better off than they were four years ago. In eighteen
sixty one, what people thought. But I know this, when

(01:16:27):
the Republic was threatened, people picked up arms and answer
to call or you know, nineteen sixty five, middle of
the civil rights movement. I think people decided they want
to take matters in Allen Hamson create a better country.
And that's what I hope we do here in the
next two weeks.

Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
So are you are you calling for people to take
up arms. I'm not quite sure what you're talking about
there right Like, it sounds like you're calling this is
what might have to happen. And let me remind everybody again, Okay,
having been to the State Fair of Texas and elsewhere
over the last couple of weeks, BUCkies, I gotta talk
about BUCkies. It's just freaking amazing.

Speaker 3 (01:17:04):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
The only way we have a civil war if it's
on an app all right, some people they're not gonna
want to show. So people are gonna promise they're gonna
be this's gonna be a party. I'm gonna be there,
and you're like, ah, the closer it gets like, I
don't know how to participate. Young kids are gonna partipate,
because again, it's got to be in an app. Some
of the older generation Yeah, they're too tired. They forgot.
Then you've got some of the people who may be

(01:17:25):
in the best shape of the life. And again, you know,
not gonna happen the way that you think it's going
to happen. That's always the big thing, right, Like it's scared, scared, scare, Well,
don't you do that? Nah, I'm not bothered by any
of that.

Speaker 3 (01:17:38):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
I don't get into it. It doesn't excite me. It doesn't.
That's why I get yelled at by both sides. Why
aren't you this or why aren't you that? When you
say bad things about this person or that person? I do?
You just want to hear it the way you want
to hear it. And it's funny because this could have
been so much of what I say Chris Cuomo did.

(01:18:02):
He's got a podcast thing on the YouTube which we're
going to have as early as next week. We'll talk
about that later on during the week. But the uh
thing he said he get the most blowback from was
Hillary Clinton and the you know, we should not let

(01:18:22):
any of these companies that are the Internet companies, you know,
have basically any kind of free opportunity to not get
rid of some of this speech. We should allow them
to do that, or else we should make them do that,
or even remember when that happened. I was just whatever,
and then the other one was Project twenty twenty five.

(01:18:43):
And because you know he's like me, I just sit
there and say, everybody's got their boogey man. That's what
you do, you roll out. It's that time to see
is the scary time everybody rolls out their boogeyman? Are
you scared of this? Are you scared of this? What
about this? What about this? Let's scare people.

Speaker 26 (01:18:55):
Oh my cab, I'm gonna scamp you. But it's gonna
be great. And then they'll vote for us because they'll
think we're the only ones who can defeat the monster.
Drives me crazy, Chris. He says bad words, but I
believe that. So you're welcome on that.

Speaker 2 (01:19:06):
But this is his response to the people who went
on to his interweb pages on the old YouTube and said,
I'm going to have to unsubscribe to Chris because Chris
doesn't do the things I like, and he doesn't do
the things I wanted to do. You are the problem,
not me. You are the problem.

Speaker 47 (01:19:25):
Now I know I'm supposed to be apologetic and try
to ameliorate your concerns and bring you into the fold. Nope,
see you why this is for critical thinkers. It's not
about false equivalencies. False equivalency is where you see someone
pushing someone in the chest, that the same as hitting
them with an anvil. That's not what I'm doing. I

(01:19:48):
am comparing the boogeyman of each side. If you believe
that the boogeyman of the left, which is that she's
a commie, is nonsense compared to the threats that Project
twenty twenty five, fine, that's your choice.

Speaker 2 (01:20:02):
That's not me sitting up.

Speaker 47 (01:20:03):
A false equivalency is the boogeyman of the left that
Trump is going to destroy democracy.

Speaker 43 (01:20:08):
Fes.

Speaker 2 (01:20:09):
That's what it is, period. And if you don't agree
with that too, in bed, that's what it is.

Speaker 48 (01:20:16):
A little turth. There aren't a cress. Huh, little turth.
It's very upset. Project twenty twenty five's come to steal
your soul.

Speaker 2 (01:20:28):
I love that. I get that all the time. It's
already year. It's the way we can't stop it. Well,
then why fight a baby? Just so silly? Have you
read it?

Speaker 3 (01:20:39):
Chad?

Speaker 2 (01:20:39):
I'm like, it's nine hundred pages. Have I read a
decent amount of it? Yes, far more than you probably,
And I know I've read nine hundred more pages than Trump.

Speaker 47 (01:20:48):
Now is the boogeyman on the right that she is
a commie and Walls is a Menurian candidate and they're
gonna make Yeah, that is their boogeyman. They have other ones,
but that's their boogeyman.

Speaker 6 (01:21:00):
I think they're both booked.

Speaker 47 (01:21:02):
Now do I think that the Project twenty twenty five
has more to it than She's a comedy?

Speaker 6 (01:21:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 47 (01:21:09):
I do. Do I think that it's a real threat
to our institutions? No, I don't. Now do you like that? No,
because you want me to savage Trump and ignore or
build up Harris because you want her to win. And
you will justify it to yourself by saying, well, this
is no normal election because Trump is really her. I

(01:21:30):
have been told that every election that I've ever.

Speaker 2 (01:21:35):
Covered, Yeah, you have, we all have. It's what I
always say. Nobody ever comes out and says, hey, guys,
this election it's about a six out of ten. It's
not that important whether you do or don't vote. It's
up to you. Have fun. I've ad it. Nobody ever

(01:21:56):
says that, what do they always say?

Speaker 8 (01:21:58):
You know, every election cycle we talk talk about this
is the most election of our lifetime.

Speaker 10 (01:22:02):
This one is.

Speaker 2 (01:22:03):
Yeah, it is the most election of our lifetime. Oh,
just once. I'd love to see a politician come out
go look. Is it important? Of course it's important. Is
it the most important election ever?

Speaker 3 (01:22:19):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:22:21):
I mean it's important for me my family. But is
it as important as everybody wants to make it out
to be? Nah, whether I win or they win, you're
gonna be fine. Nobody ever does that. Nobody ever comes
out and goes, oh, well, because hair on fire. You know,
we joke about we do our accountdown. We do it

Speaker 2 (01:25:20):
Megan markle Man still talking about her. You know, she's
a princess, she's anything. But every time I see those
two together, I just think to myself, oh, that poor
sob was it worth it? Might have thought about it
at the time, thought that's still worth it. She's gonna

(01:25:41):
love me forever. I'm gonna give her everything. I'm a
prince and give her a kingdom, and she'll give me misery.
It's not very nice. Jet Come on, we all know it.
She's hell on wheels. Right You ever look at somebody
and just go well, that's that's a nightmare right there.

(01:26:01):
Head over to Twitter. McDonald's still trending, WWE raw number two,
trending Thing, The Ravens, Godwin, Chargers, Baker Mayfield World Series,
Arnold Bamber because of his Wiener, Liz Cheney, Newsweek all trending,

(01:26:22):
the Chiefs Social Security w NBA, Mickey D's WNBA. They're

of collective bargaining. They want more money. Finally, over to Google.
It's trend to go over there the last twenty four hours.

(01:26:42):
Ravens number one thing, followed by the Chargers, Chris Godwin.
Paul Diano, the original lead singer of Iron Maiden, passed away. Yeah,
I mean that's so. He was the lead singer from
what seventy eight to eighty one, and then he left
the band. Because he was a hot mess. He said

(01:27:02):
he was parting twenty four hours a day, nonstops, as
it wasn't fair to the band. Built Moore estates reopening,
Paul Wheeland talking about his time in a Russian prison

Speaker 28 (01:27:33):
Tweet at his TEXTA program I love hearing from all
of you. One of the things that was trending was
social Security.

Speaker 2 (01:27:39):
Why is social security trending?

Speaker 28 (01:27:42):
Because social Security of those of who not keep me
score is running out of money.

Speaker 2 (01:27:47):
Now, this is very interesting. So Trump's plan versus Kamala's plan,
you know, because Trump isn't gonna tax social Security and
stuff like that. He's throwing stuff out. They're very populist ideas,
by the way, not very concent ideas.

Speaker 4 (01:28:00):
A new analysis from the Committee for Responsible Federal Budget
warns social security could run out of money within six
years under Trump's policies. The committee says Harris's economic plan
would have minimal impact on social security.

Speaker 2 (01:28:15):
Yeah, because it's also running out of money. So what
do you mean minimal impact? By twenty and thirty four,
there will be no more money. They will cover a
little bit of it, but not a lot of it.
But I like the way they did it under his
plan within six years her plan. Eh, it's still running
out of money. That's the thing we don't want to

(01:28:36):
talk about. It's running out of money. Disability right, running
out of money. Medicare running out of money, Social Security
running out of money. And we are just greening towards
the cliff with a smile on our faces, like, ah,
this is gonna be swell. Oh my lord, three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at youd Benson shows

(01:28:57):
your Twitter tweet at as text the program speaking of
running out of money.

Speaker 34 (01:29:01):
There are seven of them in total, mainly filed here
in New York. Are are alleging sexual assaults and druggings
from two than to twenty twenty two. So of full
two decades plus of alleged misconduct by Sean Colmes, and
the plaintiffs vary in age, they very engender, but they
all tell a same a similar kind of story, and

(01:29:25):
plaintiffs attorney stay. Its become shockingly familiar.

Speaker 2 (01:29:29):
Yeah, seven new lawsuits, So think about this. Okay, so
seven new lawsuits. There are more coming, growing number of
men and more minors, as well as people starting to
understand that there are other celebrities that are in serious

(01:29:51):
trouble here, because there are some that have already settled,
and there are others that are going to be named
in these lawsuits. So he's running out of money, and
so is Diddy. You better get in early because if
you don't, you may not get what's left. And I
have a feeling they're gonna pick his dead carcass down

(01:30:13):
to the bone and the marrow. And I say, good,
get all you can. Three, two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four, twenty three atch Had Benson shows your Twitter
tweet at us text the program. We are just two.

Speaker 28 (01:30:26):
Weeks away from election day. We have more on that,
a bunch of other stuff. And yes, number eight today
in our Scary movie countdown, it is the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 38 (01:30:46):
Then Chad Benson Joe.

Speaker 1 (01:31:08):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 2 (01:31:10):
Two freaking weeks. Maybe then it's over, well, at least
the end of the beginning. As I'd like to say,
the beginning of the end will then begin because as
we all know, there's going to be legal challenges unless
there's something crazy that happens. Presidential election two weeks away,

(01:31:30):
Donald Trump will be out there. Where will come Alla be?
Is she gonna be out and about all day?

Speaker 29 (01:31:35):
Yeah, it definitely seems a little strange. Two weeks to
go until election day and Vice President Kamala Harris will
be here in d C. With no official campaign appearances
on her schedule for today. Like you said, it will
be big names on the campaign trail instead trying to
persuade voters to get out and vote. And as far
as who those big names will be, we're talking about
former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

Speaker 6 (01:31:57):
They'll be on the campaign trail today. Obaba. We'll head
to the.

Speaker 29 (01:32:01):
Blue Wall, holding events in both Michigan and Wisconsin, joined
alongside Minnesota Governor Tim Walls. In Wisconsin, where early voting
starts today, a former President Clinton is hitting crucial swing
state Nevada with a stop in Las Vegas. Well, Second
gentleman Doug M. Hoffel campaigned for his wife in North Carolina.
The campaign team, though, also hopes teaming up with the

(01:32:22):
Republicans like former Representative Liz Cheney can help boost support
among undecided voters.

Speaker 2 (01:32:28):
Yeah, I doubt that's going to happen the way that
they think. You know what's interesting though, that blue wall,
And I'll tell you why it's interesting. Michigan's important, dearborn,
big city Muslim voters fastening. The majority of the city
is Muslim. She's had some serious issues when it comes
to Muslim voters. She hymns, she hawes, when it comes
to Israel. There is a lot of issues that she

(01:32:50):
has to deal with. And so MSNBC sat down with
a bunch of voters who are Muslim, They're Americans. Just
want to point that out, and man, the lady was
surprised by the reaction.

Speaker 10 (01:33:03):
Who was voting for Donald Trump in twenty four It's possible,
It's possible.

Speaker 6 (01:33:07):
Yeah, it's definitely not by Herris, that's for sure.

Speaker 10 (01:33:09):
Who's voting for Kamala Harris here? Absolutely no, no, not possible.

Speaker 11 (01:33:13):
There's nothing she can do or say for us to
change our mind.

Speaker 10 (01:33:16):
Who's voting third party in twenty twenty four? So Jill Stein.

Speaker 11 (01:33:20):
Slightly, it's also possible to this on us. We'll just
abstain from voting altogether. But we do know that that's
not the best political strategy.

Speaker 10 (01:33:28):
You know, why are you voting for Donald Trump?

Speaker 12 (01:33:30):
Because my main goal is to get someone who is
actively funding a genocide out of office.

Speaker 10 (01:33:36):
Is your vote for Donald Trump a vote endorsing Donald Trump?
Or is it a vote against Kamala Harris? Against Kamala Harris.
Donald Trump is said he will reinstate the Muslim ban,
so that last time he's said that he wants Natagnell
who to finish the job.

Speaker 12 (01:33:51):
Donald Trump said a lot of things his first time
around that terrified me. The campaign that the Democrats strand
was that Donald Trump pays us. I felt though in
the country when Trump was in office. I don't feel
safe right now with Kamala in office. So I mean
that to me speaks more Wow.

Speaker 2 (01:34:08):
Four voters. No, won't vote for a period, case closed,
end of story. Not going to happen, not gonna happen,
not gonna do it. Look, it's a tough position to
be in. I think, giving her druthers, she would pull
all the stuff back from Israel that she possibly could,
but she also recognizes that's not how this works. How

(01:34:28):
the political world works is Israel is our only friend
in the region. That's a democracy. We've got frenemies, but
they're it, and we have to stand with them. And
I can push and I can do a lot of
different things, but the reality is I've got to make
a decision. And the decision at the end of the
day is there are allies. I may not be happy

(01:34:48):
the way my friend acted, but he's still my friend.
So we're going to deal with this. And it comes
at a time when they said they're going to attack
Iran before election day.

Speaker 13 (01:34:58):
ABC News is not quite directly from or showing the documents,
which appear to detail movement of his ready military equipment
and munitions that could be used in a potential strike.
One of the documents claimed Israel could strike Iran without
the US seeing any further visual clues from above.

Speaker 2 (01:35:16):
That's because they do not trust us, and not only
the leak, but they don't trust us because every other
day it's, you know, de escalate, de escalate, de escalate,
and in pushing that narrative, it doesn't matter what the
other side does, because they know you have the strength
and the mic to do whatever you want. Their thing
is be responsible, understandable, and the responsibility for everybody in

(01:35:39):
that region should be get rid of the snake, the
head of the snake, the one that is the leader,
which is Tehran.

Speaker 13 (01:35:46):
The leak comes days after US officials said they had
reassurances from Israel that it would target military sites rather
than oil or nuclear facilities. It is unclear whether this
intelligence breach will impact those plans.

Speaker 2 (01:36:00):
That all changed. I think when the assassination intent happened,
and then when the leaks got out, I think all
of those things changed right there. I think they're looking
at a different thing now. I think they're thinking, all right,
we've had enough of this. We're moving on. We're going
to do what we need to do. And that's you know,
it's one of the things. I think the thing about

(01:36:23):
Trump have a disdain form I got no problems with. Again,
I always say that, go and look at the stuff
that was going on between Saudi Arabia and Israel, go
and look at that. But he got out of the
Iran deal was a joke. Can we just admit it.
Everybody thinks because you have something on a piece of paper,
that it's going to be upheld because we think, well,
we signed a contract, so they're going to honor it.

(01:36:45):
They're not. They're not going to honor it. They never were.
Even Chuck Schumer thought it was a bunch of crap
fact that they had thirty days notice before we could
come in and expect and inspect anything, and then when
we tried to come in, they wouldn't let us in
at times. So what does that say? So, so, you know,
settle down with the Oh, he got us out of

(01:37:07):
this and got us out of that. My thing is,
I think he would. I think he pushed the Palaestinians. Look,
you're gonna take this or else or else? What or else?
I'm gonna let him. I'm gonna tell him to up
the Annie, that's what else. And I don't play. I'm
not here. I want to stop all the killing. I
want to get this crap done. And I think he's
gonna be that way with Ukraine. And he said look
right at the Lensigin said, look, here's the deal. You've

(01:37:28):
already lost a lot of this land long before I
got here, long before Biden got here. Give him that stuff,
whatever little crappy things that they want, give it to him,
and then we'll make a deal with you. And the
deal is simple. We're not gonna let you join NATO,
but we promise you this. If they make a move again,

(01:37:50):
they might as well be attacking one of our states.
And let's get this done enough killing. Is it possible
he does that? Yeah? Is it possibly he screws the
whole thing up. Anything as possible. And just because you
have these ideas, that's one of the things that we
talked about earlier. You'd have all the great ideas in
the world. Human beings are the ones that, though, have
to implement the ideas, and all too often when humans

(01:38:12):
get involved and they start to implement, it goes to
hell in a handbask because you don't know how the
other human's gonna act. Oh, that's very very true. Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show. Is
your Twitter tweet at as text to program. Meanwhile, the
evil that is Elon Musk.

Speaker 32 (01:38:30):
You want Musk. He's not only just dumping millions and
millions of dollars here in the state of Pennsylvania, acting
like he's from here, acting like he knows what a
Pennsylvania is about. It's not just what he's doing. He's
doing these little contests, or he's promising people a million
dollars in some kind of lottery giveaway if they sign
up for his list. When you have a billionaire just

(01:38:52):
dangling a million bucks to those of us who are
struggling to make ends meet, if they dance for.

Speaker 2 (01:38:57):
Him, dance for him, dance for him. Dance monkey. Remember
that song is a great song. My daughter loved that song.
Dan's Monkey's great. Continue AOC.

Speaker 32 (01:39:10):
You've got Donald Trump putting on a little McDonald's costume
because he thinks that's what people do. They're not trying
to empathize with us, they are making fun of us.
Donald Trump thinks that people who work at McDonald's are
a joke. Elon Musk thinks that dangling money in front
of a working person is a cute thing to do.

Speaker 2 (01:39:32):
When the election of our lives, you guys act like,
First of all, it's not a costume, it's a uniform. Okay,
call it cosplay, call whatever. He was LARPing as a
fry maker, Okay, there was a reason for that. Secondly,
while all this is going on, she's not campaigning, and
when she has been, it's been with pop stars. Stevie

(01:39:52):
wonders Lizzo's of the World and he's down there working
at McDonald's. Take away what you think it as a
person who may be biased on either or see the
average person thinking, well, that's a little bit different, right.
And when you say, oh, these are working people, Elon
Musk has a job. He has several of them. Just

(01:40:14):
want to point that out to you. The giving away
money thing, it's interesting, is it. Nobody really knows. It's not.
It doesn't seem to break any campaign finance issues. The
issue is is it a lottery? Because you can't have
a lottery in Pennsylvania with out going through all kinds

(01:40:35):
of hoops. That's the big issue. We'll say three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show,
is your Twitter enough of this crap? Let's talk about
some real stuff. Huh, talk scary movies in a minute.

Eyes and Last House on the Left, A new masterpiece

(01:46:22):
in Fantasy Terror of Nightmare on Elm Street.

Speaker 2 (01:46:27):
Oh, such an amazing movie budget one point eight million dollars,
grossed almost sixty million, and gave us a new franchise
and a new monster that terrified us.

Speaker 28 (01:46:44):
One of the things that separated you Know Freddy from
the likes of Michael Myers and Jason is he had
a personality which made him creepy af He was both
a comedic and evil.

Speaker 2 (01:46:57):
How did we get to this movie? Well, interesting enough,
we actually drew on real live events that took place. First.
How did he come up with Freddy? It's a creepy,
weird dude that used to walk by his house when
he was a child, and he remembered that big time.
Why did he call him Freddy? As a kid, he

(01:47:18):
was bullied by a guy named Freddie. But the dreamed thing,
where did that come from? Well, nineteen seventy Los Angeles
Times ran several reports about Mong refugees who have fled
the United States, so think Cambodians. And I remember as
a kid growing up, it was very interesting because you
know where I lived in Long Beach, California, we had

(01:47:39):
the first group of what they called at that time
boat people that have come over who had escaped the
Khmer rouge in the killing fields. Well, he's reading this article.
It's finding out that these people are having nightmares like
you could not believe. And some of them started to
not sleep for a while, telling everybody about their nightmares,

(01:48:02):
and then some of them died while sleeping. Young healthy individuals,
and that's where he came up with the idea of
Freddy Krueger, very creepy, very amazing. What it did for
the genre was incredible, but what it did for a
small movie company was even bigger. Because you see, I

(01:48:23):
remember going with my uncle times several times to Los
Angeles up to do meetings at this little place called
New Line Cinema. And when you walked into New Line Cinema,
even though it had that time, it had Academy Award nominations,
had all these other things. One thing you noticed around
there there wasn't a lot of that, but this was
the house that Freddie built.

Speaker 24 (01:48:49):
They had this expression for many years of Newline that
it was the house that Freddie built.

Speaker 27 (01:48:54):
We went from the company that was very little known
to be much more respective. Everything came off of back there,
and ultimately so.

Speaker 2 (01:49:04):
Did Lord of Rings. Oh that song is creepy. Number
eight today an amazing movie. Three, two, three, five, twenty
four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show is your Twitter,
