Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chat Benson Show. It's time for a constitutional crisis.
We haven't had one in almost twenty four hours. This
time it has to do with illegal immigration. Were these
people who were sent to the horrible prison in l Salvador,

(00:33):
who were whissed away? Were they here not only illegally
because I think that's been proven, but were they gang members?
Were they criminals? Were they the worst of the worst?
Et cetera, et cetera. Does President Trump have the right
to do that? Ah hair on fire? Constitutional crisis? I

(00:57):
knew it was coming. We all knew it was coming.
It was just it's a matter of time.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
In a showdown between the White House and the judiciary,
coequal branches of government that has yet again raised concerns
about the possibility of a constitutional crisis. Now that's a
phrase that has been used a lot lately, overused perhaps,
but if one branch of government, say the President, ignores
the legitimate authority of another branch, the judiciary, then that
could end up provoking such a crisis. At issue right

(01:23):
now is one judge's order and if and when and
how the Trump administration potentially defied it.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
All right, So where they went yesterday, it's going to
get ugly people. I'm telling you right now. Of course
this goes back to immigration. Trump's like this. Of all
the things that Trump when he came down the escalator
all those years ago, it's been about immigration, immigrant, immigration,
and the battle of how do you see it? How

(01:51):
do I see it? Because that's a lot of what
this is. I see it like this, well, I see
it like that. I look at this as a you know,
and again I'm talking about the average person. If you
love Trump, you think this is great. If you hate Trump,

(02:12):
this is evil and bad. A lot of people who
are pragmatic, a lot of people who are more nuanced,
which is what a vast majority of this is about
sees it as. I think the courts are going to
have to suss this out, like they're going to have
to do a lot of stuff with Trump. So many

(02:35):
of these things that are going on are going to
be decided in a courtroom, which is frustrating for a
lot of people. So they had a hearing yesterday. So
this is the same judge you said, hey, you got
to bring the plane back, and as we all know,
what happened. Oopsie said the President of l Salvador, too late.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
To begin with a rocky start, with the lawyer for
the Department of Justice basically refusing to even provide any
more information this judge. The judge tried to begin with
a somewhat conciliatory tone, saying that the entire hearing was
basically about fact finding, that he just wanted to learn
a little bit more information about what exactly happened here
and if the order had been complied with. And the

(03:13):
lawyer for the Department of Justice immediately said they're not
going to provide any additional information, that it was a
national security concern, that this was a diplomatic issue, and
that this lawyer was just not authorized to provide any
additional information.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
So that's what you get, Judge. He's an activist judge.
He'd should be impeached, immediately tossed out. I mean, you're
gonna hear a lot of that. This is the way
the world of modern politics works. I'm going to take
you to court, but not just any court. I found
a judge that I know has the same beliefs in X,

(03:48):
Y or Z, whatever it is that I do, looks
at the Constitution the same way that I do. So
therefore I'm going to get a favorable ruling in this case,
because it's about interpretation, and I know the judge will
interpretate certain things in the way that I would like
them to come out. And all of these things leads

(04:10):
to eventually getting to the Supreme Court. That's all this
was about. Trump threw it against the wall. Let's see
what happens. They'll freak out. It'll be hilarious. My attack
dogs will go out, they'll attack. Then we'll get to
the point where, okay, we're gonna go to the Supreme
Court and we'll see what they say. Because you do
not want to be in this prison. There is no

(04:32):
doubt that this is no joke of a prison. You
do not want to be there. We're gonna discuss a
little bit later. We're gonna break down what this place
is really like. There's a reason, though, in my opinion,
why he has gone and done this such an open
way and defying and battling because he wants it to
get to the Supreme Court. Because if they rule in

(04:54):
his behalf, you won't have to worry about flights anymore.
These guys are going to be out of here lickety
split on their own because they do not want to
be a part of El Salvador's prison. That is sterile,
that is cold, that is mundane and terrifying, that is

(05:21):
all the things they want no part of.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
This seems to be kind of an ongoing issue with
the Trump administration where from day one there has been
a questioning of the authority of the judicial branch to
weigh in on the president. So when asked about this
by ABC's Rachel Scott, Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller
basically said that a district court judge has no authority
in this instance, especially to weigh in on an issue

(05:47):
of this national significance, and that Trump should basically be
able to do whatever he would like.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
It's not really true, and many different There's lots of
cases where they've tested defying orders but eventually complied. That
includes Trump, his last administration, Obama, Bush and them tried

(06:15):
to find workarounds, but there have been a few where
they have essentially tested those orders and it's gone all
the way to Supreme Court. That included Jackson and Lincoln
way back in the day. The question is what's next.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
We're at kind of a stalemate here in a way.
So for now, the judge is ordering the Trump administration
by noon today to submit a sworn declaration, basically saying
on the record what they argued in a filing yesterday
that the remaining flights that took off on Saturday did
not carry any detainees who were removed on the grounds

(06:56):
related to the Alien Enemies Act. He wants that on
the record.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
It's gonna be super interesting do now. From what I've heard,
I've heard a couple of First of all, you're not
gonna come out and say, yeah, we could have turned
the planes around. You're gonna say it was too late.
It was too late. Pretty much everybody knew you probably
could have turned the planes around, but you didn't. And
then at this point in time, you're over airspace, it's international.

(07:20):
Are you past the point of no return or not?
Meaning you've got enough fuel to get there, your refuel there,
you come back. All of these things are going to
be played out over the next couple of days. But
then you know, President Trump and the administrations goes, so
what are you going to do about it? What are
you going to do about this? Are you going to

(07:41):
get the marshals after me? Are you going to find
me in contempt? What are you going to do about this.
And there's a lot of questions I have. You know,
several people say, what about due process? I understand. I
feel that, yes, we've got to ask some serious questions
due process. What were the reasons behind these guys going there?

(08:08):
Do I think for an instance, that every one of
them is guilty of something? I have no idea, don't know.
I think there's a couple in there that are fourteen.
Doesn't mean they can't be killers. Doesn't mean they can't
be because we know in a lot of countries, So
why they have those you know that they have young

(08:30):
killers because they can't be prosecuted in certain things. So
it doesn't mean any of I have no idea, and
we should want due process. But the president also has
a right say I need to protect this country. And
we have an absolute nightmare that has happened at the
border for the last four years that has brought in

(08:51):
anywhere between eight to ten million people that we know of,
and probably another two million gotaways that we don't know of,
and that if we don't do something, it's going to
get much worse. And we're going to start with the
worst first, and this is out. We're going to deal
with it, Lonely Scott.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
On the issue of these deportations, it's quite clear the
president believes he is keeping the United States and it's
citizens safe from non citizens who are in the country illegally,
first of all, and second of all, who have a
long history of committing very very violent acts from murder
to rape, to sex trafficking and so on.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
And do you think they have to prove that though,
because I mean, I think that's I don't think anybody
disagrees about their ability to deport people who are murderers
or rapists or whatever. But don't they have to actually
prove that those people are who they say they aren't?

Speaker 4 (09:42):
Well, we know they're violent people, because how do we
know because their records have already been pulled?

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Have they been pulled? And Democrats don't be dumbasses. Don't
get on the side of protecting bad people who've done
bad things in this country. This is why you guys
can te you to fail, and unlike other people out
there in life who fail sideways or fail upwards, you

(10:09):
plummet as you should. It's fine to ask questions, it's
fine to push back in situations. There's zero problems with that.
You should do that if you're on the opposing side
of an argument, But to be on the opposing sides
of really bad people, it's not where you want to be.

(10:31):
And in many cases, this is what's happened. Now I
want to process. I think, like I said, I think
this was a canary in a coal mine. Let's see
what's gonna happen. We're gonna go from there. We're gonna
get it into the Supreme Court, because once it gets
to the Supreme Court, things are gonna change in a
major way, because we will then have an actual answer

(10:55):
of which way this thing's gonna go. And if it
is rule in our favor that I have the right
to do this, well, then I won't have to do
anything when it comes to airplanes or deportations, because self
deportations will be through the roof, especially amongst the bad folk,

(11:22):
and there is plenty of them. Talk a little bit
about that later. Reach out to those across all of

Jan Benson, Sonny Williams, and Bush Wilmore have spent more
time in space than just about anyone, mainly because the
spacecraft that took them to the International Space Station had
technical issues and had to leave the ISS without them.
This morning, Williams and Wilmore climbed into a new craft
and undocked, and now, according to NASA audio.

Speaker 7 (13:28):
Crew and I is currently in their sleep period at
the moment, getting some rest and looking towards an upcoming
splash down off the coast of Florida later this afternoon.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
Is that like one of those things that you say
when you're flying. We know you have many choices to fly.
We appreciate your flying with us, even though you tried
to fly with Boeing and their stuff didn't work. I'd
like you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the next
seventeen hours as we then smash you into the ocean.
Thank you so very much, and for our rewards card members.

(14:00):
I'm just saying, how long did you guys pack for?
I don't know, like ten days, you know, just in
case there was some issues? Yeah, did you pack for
nine months? We did not? Well, you should have. Speaking
of flying, look kids, another incident.

Speaker 8 (14:16):
What The Delta regional flight arrived from Jacksonville, Florida, just
after ten Sunday night, eighty passengers and crew on board.
Conditions were suboptimal but not extreme, winds gusting to thirty
five miles per hour with some mist in the air.
The plane then circling for another landing attempt. In a statement,
Delta says the crew executed a go around, then landed

(14:39):
safely and proceeded to its arrival gate.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Wait what did it sound like? Because they didn't realize
the wing had touched the ground.

Speaker 9 (14:47):
Somebody toss the sparks from one of your wings? You
guys feel anything?

Speaker 10 (14:52):
We did?

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Second, We didn't. But did that happen? Did it really happen?

Speaker 10 (14:57):
Now?

Speaker 1 (14:57):
If you're saying yourself, Delta, Delta, where have I heard that before? Uh? Yeah,
same same same situation as the you know, the Canadian
one that landed upside down, which is not how you
want to land because the other side has wheels. It's
always better when it has wheels. Jeez, harsh on them.

(15:22):
They said, Hey, everybody's fine. Delta's new thing. We will
get on the ground and you will go through something potentially,
but should be fine. That's a hard pitch. Three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three. At you she had Benson Show?
Is your Twitter? Tweet at us text the program. I

(15:43):
love hearing from every single one. If you're right here
in the Chad Benson Show, what the hell's going on
in the air, He's a fair question to ask, right,
what the hell's going on in the air? Did you
guys notice that your wing touched the ground? No, should

(16:04):
probably know that. So Trump's going to release a whole
bunch today of the JFK files. And I'm talking about,
oh bunch. It'll be days to get through this and
check it out. We're talking about. This isn't like, oh,
we're going to release a couple hundred files.

Speaker 11 (16:24):
We are tomorrow announcing and giving all of the Kennedy files.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
So people have been waiting.

Speaker 11 (16:32):
For decades for this, you've got a lot of reading.
I don't believe we're going to redact anything. I said,
just don't redact. You can't redact. But we're going to
be releasing the JFK files. So that's a big announcement.
They've been waiting for that for decades. Then I said
during the campaign, I do it, and I'm a man
of my word.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Eighty thousand pages apparently will be coming out, eighty thousand pages,
so it's time to take a look at it. What's
in there, what's not in there? I've been saying for
a while. I don't know if there's going to be
quote unquote the smoking gun, but I think what you
will find is some stuff that's embarrassing. Egg on the face.

(17:16):
I think you can find a pisson contest between the
FBI and the CIA. I think the MLK files will
be much more damaging, and I want to know when
we get those, because I do think it is going
to be ugly when those things come out. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four to twenty three. Chat Benson Show's
your Twitter Tweet Text Love hand from You, Chat Benson.

Speaker 12 (17:34):
Shoe.

Speaker 13 (17:39):
Son Chat Benson, Joe.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
The Chad Benson show march madness is here. Let's have
some fun with that, ladies and gentlemen, only Scott.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
What we need a woke atology bracket, Oh Lord, to
assess the most unhinged Democrats trying to take over the
Democratic Party. Right now, I've got my number one seeds.
We got Jasmine Crockett, we got AOC, we got ilhan Omar.
Now the fourth one I'm undecided about. I'm tempted to
give it to Chris Murphy because he's just really picked
up his game in the last two to two to
three weeks. But I really think we need a bracket

(18:31):
to see which of these crazy Dems is going to
ultimately take control of this party and bring its approval
ratings from twenty nine to even lower depths.

Speaker 14 (18:38):
I think someone else, those love Democrats would probably put
you a number one on their brackets of trumpetologists.

Speaker 11 (18:46):
He's the No.

Speaker 15 (18:47):
One seed.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
By the way, Bernie tweeted out, Democrat party needs a
major transformation. Can no longer be a top down, billionaire funded,
consultant driven party. It must be multi gen racial, multiracial,
working class party in a time of growing oligarchy and authoritarianism.
That's the only path to victory. You left out common sense, Bernie.

(19:12):
You left out common sense, which you don't have not
talking so much about you just talking in general. Common
sense is left out across the board when it comes
to this thing called the Democratic Party, which is a
hot mess, and you run at the worst ideas and

(19:39):
will continue to do so because you're led around by
an uber progressive side that is out of touch with
the average American person. You talk about the working class.
The working class that's men and women don't think it's
cool that men play in women's sports. And while that

(20:02):
may not be a big issue, it's not just about
that issue as a singular that person playing in that game.
It is a bigger thing of this insane cultural Marxism
that you've allowed to permeate throughout college campuses and push
into our society, where you try to tell people abandon

(20:25):
your common sense or else. So maybe we should do
a woke bracketology. Meanwhile, immigration, what do the numbers say,
should he and will he should?

Speaker 9 (20:40):
What we're talking about is more than four fifths of
Americans who say he should in fact comply with the
court's orders, right, but will he significantly less than that?
In fact, what we're talking about is just a little
bit north of forty percent of Americans. So they're not
expecting too much of Donald Trump when it comes to this,
even if they think he should be doing this. But

(21:01):
more than that, we already know that most Americans believe
that Trump has exceeded his authority as president. We had
a Washington Post IPSOS poll that came out in the
last month, and what it showed was the clear majority
of Americans north to fifty percent belief that he's already
exceeded his authority as president.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
Of course they do. The courts are going to decide
a lot of these things. There's no doubt about that.
But remember, and I said this, and I'll continue to
say this, Democrats, you did this. This is a reaction.
This whole thing with Trump is a reaction to you,

(21:39):
to the way that you ruled, to the way and
I say ruled, because when it comes to the border,
you cannot tell me that that wasn't a boldface bs lie.
When it comes to the border and the fact that
it is down ninety nine percent, I want you to
listen to this number right here. This I didn't believe it.

(22:03):
And then I'm like I had a double triple check
this and I've actually tweeted out you can go check
this out. It is crazy illegal migrants released at the
border by border patrol after apprehension February twenty twenty four.
Seventy six thousand, nine hundred and twenty four February twenty

(22:25):
twenty five one. He didn't get a new bill. He
didn't get something amazing. He lied, And this what you're seeing,
especially about immigration and deportation, all stuff that is a
reaction to how poorly you did and the lies you

(22:46):
told about immigration and the border period. Case close. How
came Jeffries?

Speaker 16 (22:54):
What are you going to do to prevent the next
Japanese internment and Protectivenesswellens, we'll call this country all.

Speaker 17 (23:00):
Of us within the Democratic Party. We oppose illegal immigration.
We believe that if you're a violent fell and you
should be deported. We also can't go down this road
that the Trump administration is taking us on and potentially
deport American citizens, deport legal and lawful permanent residents, and

(23:23):
break up law abiding immigrant families.

Speaker 1 (23:27):
Okay, I want you to listen to that again, just
the beginning of it.

Speaker 16 (23:30):
What are you going to do to prevent the next
Japanese internment and protect venuswellans call this country home, all of.

Speaker 17 (23:37):
Us within the Democratic Party. We oppose illegal immigration.

Speaker 1 (23:42):
You oppose illegal immigration. Let's go back to the fact
that you do not oppose You did not oppose it.
And I just gave you those numbers almost seventy seven
thousand releases this country last year, February twenty four, February
twenty five, one one one. Those numbers are different. Those

(24:09):
numbers are different. You did not oppose it. You lie,
and you continue to lie, and you tell everybody don't
believe what you see, don't believe the numbers you see.
You continue to do that over and over again.

Speaker 17 (24:25):
This particular law has only been invoked three different times
in our nations almost two hundred and fifty year history,
the War of eighteen twelve, World War One, and World
War Two. There's a reason why it's been limited in
its application.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Those circumstances do not appear to exist right now.

Speaker 17 (24:40):
That's the reason why a court has halted the Trump
administration's actions. And we're going to stand strongly in support.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
Of the rule of law and.

Speaker 17 (24:49):
Its application, which the Trump administration appears to be violating
in this particular instance.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Okay, well I've said it, I'll continue to say it.
This is all about getting it to court, getting a ruling,
then getting into Supreme Court as fast as possible. That's
what this is about, not just this doge all of
that stuff. This is about how fast can I get
this thing through here, get it to Supreme Court so

(25:19):
I have an understanding of what's going on and where
I can go legally and constitutionally. And if you're looking
at those numbers, go to my Twitter at Chad Benson Show.
You do understand that if the Supreme Court says Trump
has every right to do this, every right to invoke

(25:43):
this law and to use it, you do realize what
those numbers are going to look like as far as
people leaving here in droves because they understand that if
they're caught, they're gonna be in a lot of trouble

(26:04):
because they don't play down there. They do not It
is a different world in El Salvador. They are not
playing around. It is and we're gonna dive into it
a little bit next hour. Start the hour as camera

(26:28):
crews have now gotten a peek inside over the last
couple months of what it really looks like inside of
that facility, and it is not for the week. It
isn't very depressing. I just love listening to him.

Speaker 15 (26:54):
Well, we really believe in the rule of law except
where law comes in, and we just don't in that.
We really believe that we shouldn't have illegal immigration. All
of those are lies. You did nothing to stop it.
You didn't press the White House and tell them. You
do understand that most Americans can count right. You do

(27:14):
understand that telling my orchests to go out there and
go the voter is secure is a lie.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
You understand that. You get that, So don't tell me.
Don't blow smoke, as the kids would say. Yesterday, Carolyn
Levitt was asked about the Statue of Liberty. Very interesting,
but one the Frenchman is es Gang.

Speaker 18 (27:42):
There is now a member of the European Parliament from
France who does not think the US represents the values
of the Statue of Liberty anymore. They want the Statue
of Liberty back. So is President Trump going to send
the Statue of Liberty back as to France.

Speaker 19 (27:58):
Absolutely not. And my advice to that unnamed low level
French politician would be to remind them that it's only
because of the United States of America, that the French
are not speaking German right now, so they should be
very grateful to our great country.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
Ooh, that's a mic drop, kids, a mic drop. Indeed,
what she is saying is without us, without our great spirit,
our great fighting men, the sacrifices, the Brits, Us and yes,
even at the time the Russians made France would sound

(28:38):
a lot like this.

Speaker 12 (28:39):
And it's tight for bend in pots.

B E n S. O and coming Up Major League
baseball and THE ai. Ump What, yeah Major League baseball
is kicking off and they've been practicing this spring with
AN ai. Ump what's that?

Speaker 11 (31:00):
Like?

Speaker 1 (31:01):
Hmm very very. Interesting we discussed straight Ahead Chad, Benson.

Speaker 12 (31:04):
Joe Deep states no deep doo.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Doo, yeah The Chadvanson. Show Major League baseball is back
and it started the same way it ended last year with.

Speaker 7 (31:26):
The doyerstani's at bats scorched to the right, side and
It's oultani that's provided the first hit for The.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Dodgers baz goes first to, Third.

Speaker 7 (31:37):
Karon he delivers for these fans as he always does The.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
Doyers that's. Right Major League baseball starting off two games
In japan between The cubs and The. Doyers but this
spring something interesting has been HAPPENING ai the strike. Zone
the robo strike has been getting a test at several
of the parks in spring. Training, now this has nothing

(32:04):
to do with the. Bases this has all to do
with balls and. Strikes love it take some or hate.

Speaker 20 (32:11):
It it's when a baseball umpire calls strike. Three no
amount of shouting will change the. Outcome but that might
be about to, change.

Speaker 1 (32:25):
And we're gonna have a challenge here from the catcher right.

Speaker 20 (32:27):
Now Major League baseball is using spring training to test
An Automated Ball Strike system OR, abs which lets players
challenge an umpire's pitch.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
Call here's how it.

Speaker 20 (32:37):
Works only the, pitcher, catcher or batter can challenge by
tapping their head right after the umpire's. Call then within,
seconds using a series of cameras around the, field the
program shows the fans at the ballpark or watching ON
tv where the pitch crossed the plate in relation to
the strike.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Zone it's very. Interesting you want to get it. RIGHT i,
mean that's vitally important that we get it right if
we have technology to do. IT i don't want to
take out the human side of, it but we have
technology to do. STUFF i like, it and this is
way quicker LIKE i love. Soccer but they got to
work on Var it's very frustrating at. Times it takes

(33:18):
two damn.

Speaker 20 (33:19):
Long the experimental system is being used in about sixty
percent of this year's spring training games and has already
seen plenty of action that is just fractionally at, war
including this successful challenge by The New York yankees that
turned an inning ending strikeout into a three run.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
Rally it's been a good little process so.

Speaker 20 (33:38):
Far we caught up with The Bronx bombers at their
spring training home In, Tampa florida to get their perspective
on the new.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
SYSTEM i think it's good for.

Speaker 4 (33:46):
BASEBALL i don't know If i'm really that much in
favor of.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
IT i like that human element part of. It fans
are also divided how.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
It's been for the last one hundred plus years as
how it should.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Stay you can definitely see the advantage of. It it's,
interesting no, doubt and it's quick and you're not challenging
every ball and, strike And i'm sure they'll come up with.
SOMETHING i don't want to get rid of the human
side of, It but at the same, time human side's
not perfect and it's.

Speaker 20 (34:11):
Showing if nothing, ELSE abs is already providing some, entertainment
like when this umpire announced that his call had been.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
Confirmed calls surprisingly.

Speaker 20 (34:20):
Correct three some CALL abs a robo, umpire and IF
mlb ever completely eliminated that human, element we'd lose the
sarcasm and the drama of those nose to nose shouting.
Matchup yankees' Manager Aaron boone is no stranger to being

(34:40):
tossed from a game if.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
You completely got rid of the. Umpire so would you
yell AT i yell at? Somebody by the, WAY i
think it's fifty one percent of the calls have been,
overturned so they've essentially they've got it wrong half the.
Time so it's to be, again it's going to be
very interesting to see the way that the thing plays

(35:04):
itself out moving. Forward baseball's trying to young up. Itself
it's trying to hip itself, up the pitch, clock a
lot of different. Things let's see what happens with. This
but the rest of the globe is using some sort of,
automation whether it's, tennis whether it's even basketball with, replays
whether it's soccer with var you, know we go on and.

(35:26):
On it's gonna be really interesting to see how the
thing plays itself. Out playball everybody three, two, three, five, three,
eight twenty four to twenty three At Chad Benson show
is Your twitter tweet at s text program right here
on The Chad Benson. Show coming up our number two
more on Deportation, nation discuss that what's that prison like

(35:50):
that they're going? To who's in there right? Now talk
a little bit about that as well a bunch of
other stuff including are you burnt? OUT a lot of
people are burning out when it comes to. Work it's
not just the gen zs who've worked almost months at a. Time,
no it's a lot of people across the nation and

(36:11):
across the spectrum of ages that are struggling with. Work
we'll talk a little bit about that as well as
the chapt does across all of our social. Media this
is The Jack Benson.

Speaker 21 (36:23):
Show this is The Chad Benson, Show.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
The Chad Benson. Show Deportation, nation the battle that is
raging And, DEMOCRATS i remind you of, this the position
that people have sided with based on common, sense says
we can't have unfettered access to our. Border to the

(37:14):
tune of eight to twelve, million depending on what you're,
reading see the last four years Of biden and people
not be. Upset so when you're pissed off at the
likes Of Donald trump Or Marco rubio Or Tom holman
Or Stephen, miller who will get to in a. Second, No,

(37:34):
no not the, Singer Not abercadabra, Guy Stephen miller from
The trump. Organization when you're pissed off at, them you
have you to blame for, this for allowing all of
that nightmare to go. On, okay just want to point that,
out speaking Of Stephen. Miller, Abercadabra so you.

Speaker 22 (37:53):
Called the judges order patently unlawful and said that it
was an assault on democracy. Itself does that mean that
the administration is ignoring this?

Speaker 23 (38:04):
Order The Alien Enemies, act which was passed into law
by the founding generation of these, countries men Like John,
adams was ritten explicitly to give the president the authority
to repel an alien invasion of The United. States that
is not something that a district court judge has any
authority whatsoever to interfere, with to, enjoin to, restrict or

(38:28):
to restrain. Anyway there's not one clause in that law
that makes it subject to judicial, review let alone district court.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
Review, no they're just getting. Started Casey Hunt Stephen. Miller round.
Two Is.

Speaker 22 (38:41):
Venezuela Is venezuela invading our country in a way that.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
Would t.

Speaker 23 (38:47):
All answer is and you'll answer. Mind under the terms
of the, statue trained Der wagua is an alien enemy
force that has come here at the direction of The venezuelan.
Government the statute says that a president has the ability
to repel an invasion or predatory incursion that is directed.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
By a cat a.

Speaker 24 (39:04):
Government right are the?

Speaker 23 (39:05):
Government this would be, yes it. Is it is documented
THAT tda was sent by The venezuelan government in the, proclamation.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
Which is very interesting because a guy Named Joseph schumeyer
brought that up a little over a week ago about weaponized.
Migration how these, countries including the likes Of, venezuela are
using migration and illegal immigration to get into our country

(39:34):
to essentially try to erode it from the.

Speaker 23 (39:38):
Inside and here's an even more important point under the,
constitution who makes that? Determination a district court judge elected
by no one or the commander in chief of the
army and.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
Navy did you think that.

Speaker 22 (39:49):
Are actually at war With, venezuela.

Speaker 23 (39:51):
That nations, dieula you're not hearing, me and you're not understanding.
Me read The Statue Alien Enemies. Act it says if
a predatory incursions perpetrated by foreign government does say in
the very.

Speaker 22 (40:02):
Beginning there has to be declared war against a nation or.

Speaker 12 (40:04):
State that's what it's.

Speaker 25 (40:05):
Saying.

Speaker 23 (40:06):
Wrong one is an, invasion which this. Is one is
a predatory, incursion which this.

Speaker 1 (40:10):
Is now that's. Important so the act, itself The Alien
act of seventeen ninety, eight part of The Broader alien
And Sedition, act did not specifically require a formal declaration
of war for its provision to take. Effect, instead now
check this. Out it allowed for The president to detain
or deport any non citizens deemed dangerous to the peace

(40:34):
and safety of these Here United, states or from a
country with which THE us was engaged in, hostilities even
if war had not been formally. Declared, oh LIKE i,
said this is all about getting it to The Supreme.
Court once it gets to The Supreme, court if and
when that, happens WHICH i think will happen sooner or,

(40:56):
later they'll probably. Side based on the Stuff i've and
the People i've talked to you with The, president there
might be more back. End make sure you know who
these people are before you deport, them because sending them
somewhere we do not want to make a. Mistake and
there has been SOME getmo was one of those situations
where remember they were sending all these aliens and then
come to find out that are all here, illegally they're

(41:17):
all part of, gangs and then a lot of them.
Weren't so we don't want. That but you have the
right to deport and it's one thing is that we
would deport you back to your. Country it's nothing to
say we're going to deport you to a place that
is god. Awful and that place is getting to look
at like never. Before it's Called Sea. Cut so several

(41:38):
news organizations of the last several months have had a
chance to get in, there and there's been some pictures
but no real in depth. Reporting, well the elsies got
a chance to get in. There.

Speaker 26 (41:48):
First we're about to see inside this. Fortress but first
there are multiple checkpoints and the entire area has state
of the art mobile phone and blocking. Technology the shea
scale and hopelessness of this place is.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Staggering staggering. Hopelessness that's a big word, there something you
should pay attention to because it is. Awful. Now a
vast majority and by THAT i mean about ninety nine
percent of these guys come from two, GANGS ms thirteen
and Eighteenth. Street those are the two gangs that make

(42:28):
up this entire, Complex AND i mean it is a
complex that is incredible to look, at horrible to be.

Speaker 26 (42:43):
At your country has gone from having the highest murder
rate per day in the world to now having the
highest incarceration. Rate, yeah of, Course i'm not sure which
title is.

Speaker 27 (42:59):
Better but if you have imprisoned the right guys is
a good. Result minimum is twenty years and maximum is
forty five. Year if you were a, leader you received fifteen.

(43:20):
Years in addition on top of, That, yes.

Speaker 1 (43:23):
Okay over nine. Years by the, way their murder rate has.
COLLAPSED i got a dract message est raight from somebody
said he and his wife went there and they went.
Surfing they had a great. Time it was super, safe
super super. Safe at one, time almost seven thousand murders

(43:48):
for about one hundred and six a day per one
hundred thousand, inhabitants now one hundred and fourteen hominicides or
one point nine million per hundred, thousand decrease of ninety
eight percent over nine. Years from one of the worst
places on the planet to one of the. Safest in

(44:08):
The western, hemisphere soak that.

Speaker 24 (44:10):
Up.

Speaker 27 (44:10):
Continue we are living in, democracy why because we are
listening our citizens not human right wash? Not they are Not.

Speaker 1 (44:22):
Salvaalorian so tough laws for tough.

Speaker 26 (44:25):
Crimes that's, Right, well, minister no one could accuse you
of being too.

Speaker 1 (44:30):
Soft. No by the, way this, guy, this, this this
minister that runs, this he has zero sadness for any
of these. Guys he is zero compassion because he recognizes
and when this guy walks, around you, know you know
a lot of times equals this guy over. Here because

(44:52):
let's be, real there's gonna be. Mistakes AND i said,
Yesterday i'll say it again. Today CAN i one say
that everybody is trende OR ms thirteen that was on
that plane they went To El. SALVADOR i. Can't and everybody's, like,
well what about the? Tattoos that's a big. Giveaway by the,

(45:13):
way in this little documentary, here every one of these
guys in this facility is not just kind of inked,
up inked up to the point WHERE i would, say
what out of every three has their face essentially covered
in an.

Speaker 26 (45:30):
Ink there's no, sheets no. Mattresses they sleep on cold steel,
frames and they eat the same meal every single. Day
utensils are, banned so they use their. Hands there's just
two open toilets in each of these massive, cells and

(45:53):
the lights stay on twenty four to. Seven but how
many here might be, innocent simply guilty of just being
in the wrong place at the wrong.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
Time which nobody. WANTS i don't care where you are
on the, planet nobody. Wants and is that a, Possibility,
yes of course it. Is are there innocent people in our, Jails,
yes of course there. Are is it awful when that?
Happens one hundred? Percent it is a bad Situation when that.
Happens it's not just, bad it is a failure of the,

(46:26):
system an indictment on the. System but do you just
stop and let's be. Real what happens in situations when
you have unfettered access to a. Border you have anywhere
between eight and twelve million people across your, border of
which two million of them are. Goataways you have no
idea who they. Are, well you're the Reactions Donald, trump

(46:46):
when you have seven thousand murders in a country making
one of the most dangerous places on the, planet the reaction, is,
well we're going to crack. Down. Period case. Closed and
this is how we're going to do. It LIKE i,
said there is no. Sympathy this is not a place

(47:07):
for the week at.

Speaker 26 (47:08):
All in the eyes of the, government these men are beyond,
help and despite an outcry from human rights organizations around the,
world nothing is.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
About to change anytime.

Speaker 26 (47:21):
Soon and any form of, rehabilitation, well that's well and
truly off the.

Speaker 27 (47:28):
Table we don't believe in rehabilitation for. Them they are
a serial killer in until now the science can discover
some treatment to recept this type of.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
Mind so.

Speaker 27 (47:52):
The science can be discovered something we don't think or
we don't apply them type of.

Speaker 1 (48:02):
Reabumiliation, no you're there to be caged up because you're
a menace to society. Period that's why Should scotius rule

a shocker. Face the ceasefire Between hamas And israel hasn't.

Speaker 28 (49:57):
Held this appears to be the end of the season
as we have known it for over a month and
a half now nearly two months at this, point since
the ceasefire came into, effect As israel is carrying out
what it self describes as extensive strikes Throughout. Gaza we
have been hearing from reporters on the ground who work.

Speaker 1 (50:15):
With us inside The gaza.

Speaker 28 (50:17):
Strips as for what drove this, decision The Israeli Prime
minister says in a statement that it Was hamas's repeated
refusal to reach an agreement over the release of additional.

Speaker 29 (50:28):
Hostages what they didn't, do what they said they were
going to, do and Then israel, said, ah, great well
they didn't do, that so now it's a great time
for us to do what we want to, do and
the cycle.

Speaker 28 (50:40):
Continues, hamas for its, park has continued to insist that
it wants to see the previous ceasefire agreement implement, it
meaning getting to phases two and, three which would ultimately
lead to an end of the war In gaza and
the withdrawal of All israeli. Troops but This israeli government
made repeatedly clear that it was not interested in engaging
in those longer term negoshis and instead that it would

(51:01):
seek an escalating ladder of pressure.

Speaker 1 (51:04):
Tactics, really so what's going to go on from? Here
let me be very, clear, okay.

Speaker 30 (51:10):
Is, well we'll not stop until all of our hostages
are back. Home we will make it very clear to
The Security council that if they want to stop the
wall In, gaza that have to ensure that the hostages
are coming back To.

Speaker 1 (51:27):
Israel DO i think that's happening, Eventually but right, Now
hamas that's all they've, got and we all know there's.
Comebacks we all know they weren't going to, Listen and
if we're honest with, ourselves there's probably a good chance
they don't know where some of them are because they
have been, killed and maybe the place they were actually

(51:49):
being held doesn't exist the way it did at that.

Speaker 30 (51:53):
Time these very airports initiated a series of attacks Against
hamas targets In. Gaza we will show no mercy on our.

Speaker 13 (52:02):
Enemies no.

Speaker 1 (52:04):
Mercy It's Danny dan in. There it's kind of an interesting.

Same always in an area that is a nightmare will
continue to, be hmm a, nightmare and that's not changing

(52:47):
any time. Soon, Meanwhile trump's got a phone call with
his booy friend. Today that's what the left is gonna.

Speaker 31 (52:55):
Say this will be the first known conversation Between Donald
trump And Vladimir putin Since ukraine agreed to that thirty
day interim.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
Ceasefire but there's.

Speaker 32 (53:04):
Real concern here That Vladimir putin is just trying to
Cut ukraine out of the, process speak directly With Donald
trump and not agree to the. Ceasefire Donald trump has
says that he And putin will discuss land power plants
and dividing up certain, assets But ukraine says territorial concessions
are not negotiable and that it's not up To russia
who gets to JOIN.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
Nato, well you're not JOINING, nato SO i think we
can pretty much put that out, there And, russia you
can't tell the nation that you've attacked that they can't
have a. Military see the way this is going to.
Go this is going to go, slow and it's going
to be. Frustrating and if anybody thinks this is going
to get overlined fast, fast, No but DO i think

(53:48):
BY i think they'll get a ceasefire for thirty days
and then that will probably be extended while they hash
out the rest of the. Stuff my assumption is by
middle of the summer this will be Over so we'll.
See it's gonna be, interesting no doubt about. That three, two, three,
five three, eight twenty, four twenty three At Chad Benson.

Speaker 1 (54:41):
The Chad Benson, Show just?

Speaker 7 (54:43):
Work have you?

Speaker 1 (54:44):
Down are you feeling? Sad are you burnt? Out apparently
it's happening quite a. Bit don't take my word for.
It how about a.

Speaker 33 (54:54):
Study ornout rising at a rapid pace when it comes
to THE us. Workforce according to a new study From,
moodle which is a learning, platform this, year sixty six
percent of workers say they're struggling and feel trapped in their.
Jobs this is double the amount of people who say
they are experiencing high levels of stress and a report last.

Speaker 1 (55:13):
Year people are, stressed people are, tired people are burnt.
Out Doctor, kriegel one of the people that did the.

Speaker 34 (55:20):
Study what's happening is we've collectively fallen into the action.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
Trap the action trap.

Speaker 34 (55:27):
Is this idea that because results come from, actions ALL
i have to do is more action in order to
get better. Results and we do this at a personal,
level we do this at a managerial. Level leaders are doing.
This they're micromanaging, people telling them what to. Do and
we believe that if we just work, harder push a little,
more we can be more, productive get more, growth grow

(55:47):
in our, career and ultimately that's leading to. Burnout it
leads to limiting results because you haven't unleashed your potential
by allowing something bigger to, emerge and everyone is feeling
stuck and.

Speaker 1 (56:00):
Trapped, ooh that's not. GOOD i don't want that to
happen to, Me but it does happen. PEOPLE i, mean
let's be, real this isn't the first time the people
will felt burned. Out all of, us at some point
in time get to a point we're, exhausted we're burnt.
Out we all get, there and sometimes we want to blame. Employee,

(56:21):
oh it's, employers and sometimes it's it's. EMPLOYEES i think it's.
Generational but to say that each generation hasn't felt it
would be a.

Speaker 6 (56:28):
Lie.

Speaker 34 (56:29):
Yeah, well what's happening is people feeling stuck in their
jobs or like they're not getting enough. Resources that's not,
new and that's not necessarily because employers have taken a different.
Strategy that's the way that people have felt since the
beginning of. Jobs we feel, stuck we feel like we
don't have. Enough, again it's about the, people not necessarily the.
Structure so in order to get out of the action,

(56:50):
trap in order to do a different, way you have
To this might be. Surprising you have to. Surrender you
have to surrender to the, budget surrender to the, resources
surrender you, mentality to the way that it is. Reality
and if you can do, that then you can start
to identify what is the next right? Action how CAN
i shift my beliefs according to the circumstances the way

(57:12):
that they are and actually take the next right action
instead of just.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
More action more action, translation spinning your wheels and getting. Nowhere,
OH i don't want to do. THAT a lot of people.
Do a lot of people spin their wheels and they
get no know what they know what to, Do and you
gotta you have to know there's opportunity to move. Up,
well it used to be that. Way there's a lot of. People,

(57:36):
Now i'm Just i'm fine. HERE i want to do too.
MUCH i don't want too much pressure on. Me you,
know a lot of people worried about their mental. HEALTH
a lot of people were younger. Generations a lot of,
Like i'm very concerned about my mental. Health i'm, like
you're twenty. Two what's wrong with you that you have
to worry about your mental health at this? Age you

(58:00):
think it's? Bad, now wait till you're. Older, oh and
time is no longer your. Friend you've been running away
from that thing as fast as you possibly.

Speaker 24 (58:12):
Can i'm burnt, Out i'm so. Tired what AM i gonna?
DO i need to take a mental health. Day it's
like you've been here a.

Speaker 1 (58:23):
Week depressure is too much, continue doctor Kriegel apathy is
the death to.

Speaker 34 (58:31):
Organizations you, know at least when you have unionizers or
you have employees who are, complaining they're talking to. You
what the biggest problem organizations have today Is american workers
have just checked. Out they're quiet, quitting they just shut.
Down it's the only way that they're finding control and
the stress and the. Overwhelm and so what you can
do is you can identify to get out of the action.
Trap ask, yourself what beliefs do we need to hold

(58:54):
in order to take the right action that will get us.
Results and if you focus on belief creating and shift
your mentality for the action trap to, surrender then suddenly
you're able to unleash results you never thought.

Speaker 1 (59:04):
Possible, oh the action. Trap, yeah the, malaise the quiet,
quitting there's nothing in front of. Me i'm doing just.
Enough i'm surviving the mundane. Challenger people make them fight
in the. ARENA i. DON'T i don't think that's what
she's talking. ABOUT i think she was like you, know

(59:27):
dangle opportunity in front of. Them are you? Sure are you?
Sure because some people listening like you know, what you
can dangle. That but IF i had a chance to
fight one of my coworkers and we weren't going to
get in, TROUBLE i might try that one and finally.
Fear oh, kids we get you through today in so
many different. Ways in, fear in one of those things IS.

(59:47):
Ai people, terrified, hopelessness a sense of oh it. Sucks
we've got plenty.

Speaker 34 (59:53):
Of headlines that are telling us to be in, fear
plenty of messaging from the media and from our leaders that, oh.

Speaker 1 (59:59):
Some some thing's.

Speaker 34 (01:00:00):
Wrong you're not gonna be. Okay so we developed a
framework to help you get out of that. Mentality, first
you have to stop fighting REALITY ai is, here have
faith in your own abilities and a higher, power whatever it,
Is identify what you can, control and then free yourself
from fear and take the next right. Action for young people,
today maybe it's, upskilling maybe it's moving to another.

Speaker 1 (01:00:20):
Job you have lots of options available to. You there you,
go AND i keep telling, you, guys don't be terrified OF.
AI i, mean eventually it's gonna eat us but still
at this point in, time there's no reason to be
terrified of. It and if you can embrace, it get
ahead of, it and maybe if you're nice to, it
it'll keep you as this life. Yead oh the burnout thing,

(01:00:46):
Though i'm always fascinated by, That and, look we can
all get burned. OUT i get burned out at times,
Sometimes Like trump's a perfect. Example i'm gonna say, this open,
lane you guys know. This he's. EXHAUSTING i like talking about,
life but it can be exhausting at time because every
time you turn, AROUND i, mean imagine working for. Him
that's WHY i always, say no matter how much you

(01:01:07):
get along With, trump no matter how much time you
spend with, him and you're like things are, great at
some point in, time you've got to sell by date
working for, him because it is exhausting and you're gonna
do four years in the space at times of eight

(01:01:27):
to twelve months and you're, like that was. Enough even
if you love the, guy and there's a lot of
you do a lot of you frustrated by, him a
lot of you not many people are just, veryugh you,
know apathetically you could take him or leave. Him i'm
an action. Guy you know THAT i like. Actions what

(01:01:48):
do your actions? Say because words mean very. LITTLE a
lot of people out there only care about the. Words,
well he said something nice and it sounded, nice so that's. Good,
yeah but he did the. Opposite he kicked you in the,
grundle but what he said was. Nice the other guy
was a, jerk but he didn't do anything to. You three, two, three,
five three, eight twenty, four twenty three At Sheaedmnton show

(01:02:09):

hearing from every single one of. YOU a lot of
you chiming, in obviously about what is going on with.
Immigration and you, Know, chad why don't you care about due?
Process it's not THAT i don't care about due, Process

(01:02:32):
it's not THAT i don't care About, hey who are these?
People where where did they come? From are we sure
that they are all members of trende OR ms thirteen
or Eighteenth? STREET i don't. Know and, yes the administration

(01:02:53):
has already jacked the pooch once before with people they
sent To. Gitmo we saw at A.

Speaker 35 (01:02:57):
Guantanama they originally said these are all the worst of the.
Worst it became clear very very quickly that many of
them had no criminal violation at, all or a minor criminal,
violation or just an immigration, violation.

Speaker 1 (01:03:12):
Which is, again you're you've come to this country. Illegally
we have a right to deport your ass, now sending
you To gitmo if your only crime was crossing the,
border or sending you to that prison in L, salvador
that seems a bit. Much i'm gonna go out there
and say that that being, said the president and our

(01:03:41):
federal government has the right to deport your ass, period case,
close end of. Story this they, do AND i want due,
process but saying, well they only cross the, bard they're here,
illegally so that in is. Something And, democrats you guys

(01:04:07):
have to stop falling on the side of the worst
perpetrators of, stuff which happens more often than. Not you
run at stupid you run it bad. Ideas you run
at the twenty percent instead of the eighty. Percent and

(01:04:28):
that twenty percent they can't even agree on, anything and
they are just. Activists they have nothing to do with
anything other than just being rabble. Rousers you run at
the twenty percent and, say, no we've got to protect.
Everybody no we. Don't we do need to get it.
Right you will not get an argument out of. Me
get the damn thing. Right you have to that being,

(01:04:54):
Said president, does as our federal government, does have the
right to turn you around and send you, home especially
if you're here, illegally no, papers we don't know who you.
Are it blows my. Mind people are, like, no they

(01:05:20):
can't do. That yes they. Can it's like one of
the things the federal government's allowed to. Do people miss
out on that, Though and we're gonna find OUT i
think who some of these people. Are and somebody said
to me, yesterday, well what. Happens did they find out
that these people are not part Of trende or part

(01:05:41):
OF ms thirteen or part of any of these gangs and, Stuff,
well then there's a serious conversation to be had about
bringing them, back giving their due, process and then probably deporting.
Them let's not Forget venezuela is not a fan of
taking back their own. People so what, then that's a good, question,

(01:06:03):
RIGHT i, mean he will at times be, grudgingly but
that's very, rare and we have to go there to

Speaker 25 (01:08:25):
What?

Speaker 1 (01:08:25):
Yeah nine? Months remember them they went to space for
like seven eight days And butch And sunny coming.

Speaker 6 (01:08:33):
Home Sonny williams And Butch willmore climbed through the hatch
of The International Space station and into THE SpaceX freedom
spacecraft last. Night early this, Morning Rob navy Said Nancas
Johnson's Space center In houston announced.

Speaker 1 (01:08:45):

Speaker 6 (01:08:47):
Moorings williams and Will, moore along with Fellow American Nick
haig And russian Cosmonaut Alexander, gorbinov began their seventeen hour

Gulf coast scheduled for this. Afternoon, well, well, well welcome.
Back so that's, happened, Man that's a long time they
were up, there some of the longest anybody spent in.

(01:09:12):
Space and remember they were only supposed to be there
for a little. While their three hour tour turned out
to be nine. Months very desolate as. Well speaking of,
desolate what the hell's going on in The antarctic?

Speaker 14 (01:09:26):
Tonight A South african research team based In, antarctica almost
completely cut off from the, world now allegedly facing a
threat from. Within in an email obtained By The Sunday
times Of South, africa one of the ten team members
describing one colleague physically attacking, another threatening to kill, them

(01:09:48):
and sexually assaulting a different. Colleague according to The Sunday.
Times the email says there's now an environment of fear
and intimidation on the, base the crew member, writing it
is imperative that immediate action is taken to ensure the
safety of all.

Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
Employees you, think, Yeah and one of the things they
go through before they sent you out the Whole antarctic
for a while is make it sure you're not, nuts
because you being crazy in a good thing in the
middle Of God for's, sake and nowhere with not a

(01:10:25):
lot of help.

Speaker 14 (01:10:25):
Around South Africa's department Of, Forestry fisheries and The environment
confirming to the outlet it has launched an. INVESTIGATION Nbc
news has not independently verified the. Email the team is
living at The sinai For Research, base roughly twenty seven
hundred miles from the southern tip Of South. Africa the

(01:10:47):
crew is slated to spend fifteen months on the base
conducting research that includes climate, monitoring atmospheric, studies and geological,
surveys according to the program's, Website over the, winter they
live mostly in, isolation with travel nearly impossible due to weather.

Speaker 10 (01:11:05):
Conditions, basically it's down to the team on the. Ice
they've got to sort themselves down because once the winter,
starts effectively you are completely.

Speaker 1 (01:11:14):
Isolated. No, please winter can't be that. Bad i've been a.

Speaker 14 (01:11:17):
Buffalo antarctica is the coldest place On, earth reaching more
than one hundred and twenty degrees below zero with winds
that can top one hundred and fifteen miles per.

Speaker 10 (01:11:28):
Hour the weather is not the big issue because you're
dressed for the, weather so you have the right. Cloning
so the environment isn't really what you're faced with. It
it's the isolation and the need to get on with
the people you're wintering.

Speaker 14 (01:11:42):
With in recent, years sexual violence on the continent has
come into sharper, focus with a study from The National
Science foundation finding nearly six in ten women experienced harassment
or assault during their time on the. Continent, now fear
is growing for another team facing more than just the
frozen hellscape at the ends of The.

Speaker 1 (01:12:04):
EARTH i think it's time that we don't send anybody
there anymore because it's not working. Out, Well that's What
i'm trying to. Say three, two, three, five three, eight
twenty four to twenty three At Chad benson shows Your
twitter tweet at a text the program right here in
The Chad Benson. Show are you? Serious, Yeah i'm. Serious
why would you want to go? There first of, all it's. Insane,

(01:12:25):
secondly it sounds like it makes people. INSANE i see
some of those TikTok. Videos it looks, Like, hey we're
out here doing all kinds of neat, stuff trying to
find out about permafrost and you, know giant polar cap
thinging my bobbers and apparently it sounds like a place
where people go and get. Attacked it's the. ALIENS i
don't think it is coming up our. THREE a lot

(01:12:47):
of good. Stuff still to get to more on. Immigration
what is weaponized. Migration we'll talk a bit about. That
got some updates On, Russia, Russia, Russia, Mohrscht, Ukraine, ukraine
bunch of other, things a little what's trending straight ahead as,
Well Chad Benson.

Speaker 21 (01:13:04):
Show this is The Chad Benson, Show.

Speaker 1 (01:13:31):
The Chad Benson. Show weaponized, Migration what the hell is?
It Joseph, humeyer who spoken from The congress last, week
talked about weaponized. Migration it's very interesting weaponized. Migration And

(01:13:53):
Joseph humeyer works for The center For secure And Free.
Society actually talked to about out the organization and how
weaponized mygration, works and you're, Thinking, okay this sounds like
some sort of weird. Thing just cuor me pay attention.

Speaker 37 (01:14:13):
Here United states is facing the worst border in immigration
crisis in its. History since twenty twenty, one our border
authorities have encountered eleven million illegal aliens in additional two
point two million gutaways at another one point five million
migrants who arrived In america through flawed immigration and humanitarian parole,
programs and usually have fourteen million illegal aliens In america
in just four. Years that is larger than the population

(01:14:36):
of forty FIVE us, states or the equivalent equivalent of
adding another state the size Of pennsylvania to The union
Or chairman Three louisianas, now Mister. Chairman as much as
we would all love to have more constituents like those
from The Great Bayou state in this, country unfortunately the
sad realities most of these illegal aliens are not assimilating To,
america and in some cases even, worse some of them

(01:14:58):
are tied to the most notorious, gangs cart, hells criminal,
organizations and terrorist groups in the. World if only half
a percent point five percent of this emerging illegal alien
population In america is tied to or affiliated with criminal
and terrorist, organizations then we are facing a crime terror
contingent inside The United states that is the size of
THE Us army And Marine corps.

Speaker 1 (01:15:18):
Combined that's a, big, big, big big. NUMBER i was
explaining that to somebody the other. Day think about. It
sites just just round ten ten, million ten, million and
it's one. Percent that is. Bad that's one hundred thousand. People,

(01:15:41):
well come, on, yeah that's that's that's let's say it's
a half a, percent it's fifty thousand. People that those
numbers are a big. Number and and DO i think
it's bigger than? THAT i have no, idea because remember
the way that you, know Uh america, born the numbers

(01:16:02):
are far worse when it comes to. Crime well that's
because we know that in many places where people that
are here illegally or here on asylum or any of
those other, things green, cars, visa whatever it, is they,
Worry they worry about calling the. Police they don't want

(01:16:24):
to report any kind of crime out of fear that
they're going to get in. Trouble that we do, know
And i'm not talking they're running around murdering everybody who's
in the legal immigrant And i'm talking about Like trende
Or amceptenior. Think But i'm just saying that if you
go and you rob one of, them the chances of
them calling the police are slim to none because in

(01:16:47):
a lot of cases they're. Captured they're captured in areas Like, Aurora,
colorado where it's several, housing you, know buildings that is
run by a group of people that feel like they
can do whatever without the fear of any repercussion because
they know, that, well you, know if we call the,

(01:17:08):
police they're gonna come, here and we don't want. That
so if you're one of those gangs or one of those,
criminals you just can do whatever the hell you, want
knowing nobody's gonna call on. You, continue, Sir, now let
me get back to weaponize.

Speaker 37 (01:17:18):
MIGRATION i began this research In october twenty, eighteen when
thousands of Mostly Central americans crashed THE Us southwish border
in the span of a few. WEEKS i was actually
In guatemala at the time for a different. REASON i
was there training some of our partner militaries on counter
terrorism and counter transnational organized crime WHEN i got a
call from a friend who was a Senior guatemala national's
security official and asked for my. Help so to give

(01:17:40):
you the bottom line up, front WHAT i discovered back
then In guatemala is that The Central american caravans were, planned, financed,
organized and steered by state and nonstate actress to cause
chaos In, Guatemala mexico and eventually The United.

Speaker 1 (01:17:55):
States, steered, pushed. Poked there is a grand design in
this weaponization of. Migrants how DO i know?

Speaker 37 (01:18:10):
THIS i know this BECAUSE i embedded with The Central
american caravans and interviewed hundreds of, migrants but more importantly
saw firsthand who was behind. This it was a series
of politicized NGOs From honduras who were receiving money FROM
us And european. Charities but more, importantly we're getting guidance
and directions from Anti american adversarial nation. State that state

(01:18:30):
is The Bolvarian republic Of, venezuela who worked with the
hundred ngo known As pueblos In fronterras which Is spanish
for people without, borders who then worked with a series
of NGOs and charities Inside, america notably In, California chicago
to create The Central american.

Speaker 1 (01:18:45):
Caravans you mean there would be NGOs that would be
looking to do things that are. Bad of, course there
is absolutely. Chaos is. Wonderful that is you, know they
want countries without. Borders they want that's who that. Is
and they're funded by all types of folks and they

(01:19:07):
push people. Through and some of it is folks that
we know and we hear about the sources of the
world and. Whatnot and some of them are governments across the,
board governments, who by the, way are funded by other
governments who don't like. Us continue Mister.

Speaker 37 (01:19:20):
Humeyer now this begs the question why would The venezuelan
government care about illegal. Immigration the answer is Because venezuela
is a proxy Of, China russia And. Iran they all
understand that mass migration can be employed as a weapon
of aseometric warfare to road national, borders steal, sovereignty and
eventually have The United states collapse from. Within, Remember china's

(01:19:44):
whole warfare strategy is based on submission to Have america
give up without. Fighting far from a problem of root
causes derived from socio economic, hardship natural, disasters or high
levels of, insecurity which is abundant in all parts of the.
World the center of gravity of THE us border immigration
crisis that enable no fewer than fourteen million illegal aliens
to enter The United states in just forty years is weaponized.

Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
Migration they're using it for a. Purpose they're using it
for a. Purpose what are our founding fathers always worry
about things being destroyed from, within and that's a real.
Issue and the sad thing is there are so many

(01:20:29):
migrants to come here that Love america a lot more
than a lot of these young kids do in. Colleges
there are so many migrants that come. Here they not
only Love, america there are as, red white and blue
as you. Get they want to be. Here, unfortunately there
are too many groups out, there organizations and countries whose
goal is to destroy everything this country is about because
they hate the fact of what this country, offers which is, wealth, prosperity,

(01:20:52):
yes but. Freedoms it is a night mare for people
who do want to come here and have to deal
with the chaos to get. Here and we should have
a more open door policy and we can talk about
that a little bit, Later especially people who want to

(01:21:14):
come here and be productive come here and add value
to our. Country come here and be An. AMERICAN i
got no problems with. THAT i do have problems with unfettered.
Access and you want to come here and live your
life as you lived that, Elsewhere just here under the

(01:21:34):
safety and the prosperity of The United states Of, america
and bring with you your values that juxtapose our. Values that's
Something i'm not interested, in and that's what they're hoping,
happens so it can erode from the.

Speaker 37 (01:21:51):
Inside an academic concept that has empirical evidence and an
abundance of political science literature behind. It weaponize migration is
when state and nonstate actors, catalyze, manipulate and or induce
mass migration to achieve political and geopolitical. Objectives weaponized migrations
suggest that criminal illegal aliens inside The United states do

(01:22:12):
not merely arrive here by. Accident they were sent here
By america's enemies and. Adversaries in my written, TESTIMONY i
include this map of our. Country it's WHAT i call
a migrant invasion map because it shows the major HUBS
o where criminal organizations are spreading Throughout, america moving towards
sanctuary cities and combined with land purchases by The Chinese Communist.
Party are all here to steal the sovereignty of our.

(01:22:35):
Country this is a national security, crisis perhaps the greatest
in our.

Speaker 1 (01:22:39):
Lifetime it, is and that's Why trump is, saying we've
got a. Problem DO i agree with everything That trump?
DOES i do. Not and if you agree with everything
that somebody, does that's a, cult that's. Insanity DO i
think that he looks at this as a problem and

(01:23:02):
not just loots get rid of all the brown people
as everybody likes to. Think, yeah and this is going
to be a fight that is going to go To Supreme.
Court and there's a reason for. That trump did what
he did because the quicker that he can do, this
the quicker it is going to get to The Supreme,

(01:23:23):
court and the quicker they can come up with the
decision that will either stop him from doing it at
all or expedite it in a way that nobody's talking,
about which is self deportation for people who don't want
to go to that prison In El. Salvador. Yeah so

(01:23:47):
this will be interesting as we move forward to see
how this plays itself. Out but it is going to
play itself out sooner rather than later.

Speaker 22 (01:23:55):
And.

Speaker 1 (01:23:55):
Democrats it's one thing to SAY i want due. PROCESS
i want to know who these people. Are you know
WHAT i want due? PROCESS i want to know as.
WELL i want to know that nobody is put somewhere
where they should not. BE i want to know. That

(01:24:16):
and this administration has dropped the ball. Before but if
ninety nine out of one hundred are a bad own
brace and you want to stick up for the ninety
nine as much as the one that is not a good,
LOOK i remind you the reason that people Chose trump

(01:24:38):
is because for the last four years you decided that
allowing everybody who wanted to come in here absolutely unchecked
for the most, part was. Okay and then when a
vast majority Of americans stood up and, said, yeah this isn't,
okay guess what you Got trump, again among other, things

Speaker 36 (01:29:55):
Like is it?

Speaker 7 (01:29:56):
Really?

Speaker 1 (01:29:57):
No it? Is and the things still you? Know IS i,
mean Can trump do? This trump's use, autopen everybody's used.
Autopen we're gonna get over. It, well but did you'd
have to show That biden didn't know about these, things
and then you're gonna get into, it he, said he,
said Situation and, again does this affect anything in your?

(01:30:18):
Life that's WHAT i ask. People, well it's about holding everybody.
Accountable oh, okay and how is this going to The
january sixth thing or? Fauci does that change anything in your?
LIFE i, MEAN i would love to see people brought
to justice that they've done something wrong and you can prove.
It but the reality is so much of this is

(01:30:41):
just for the. Cameras we care about the things that
matter most to us the economy are, family things like.
That three, two, three, five, eight twenty, four twenty three
at chatmentson, shows Your, twitter if you missed to the
Show shaman and you've had the podcast chatventson.

Speaker 13 (01:30:57):
Show Sudden check At Benson.

Speaker 24 (01:31:00):
Show.

Speaker 1 (01:31:20):
The Chad Benson. Show late last, Night Donald, Trump president
of The United states Of, america, Set i'm giving a.
Promise i'm giving a promise that Promises JAY.

Speaker 11 (01:31:34):
Fk we are tomorrow announcing and giving all of The kennedy.
Files so people have been waiting for decades for. This
you've got a lot of. READING i don't believe we're
going to redact ANYTHING i, said just don't.

Speaker 1 (01:31:50):
Redact you can't.

Speaker 11 (01:31:51):
Redact but we're going to be releasing THE jfk.

Speaker 1 (01:31:54):
Files so that's a big. Announcement they've been waiting for
that for.

Speaker 11 (01:31:57):
Decades THEN i said during the, CAMPAIGN i do, it
And i'm.

Speaker 1 (01:32:01):
A man of my, word and you did. It not,
yet but you're going, to which calls panic.

Speaker 39 (01:32:08):
Panic The president's announcement that the files would be released
today appears to have sparked a scramble overnight at The
Justice department to have attorneys reviewing thousands of papers before they're.
Classified lawyers in the Department's National Security division were emailed
just before five pm yesterday demanding a second set of
eyes on what was described as an urgent. Project source
to say the attorneys were up all, night each one

(01:32:29):
scouring over hundreds of.

Speaker 1 (01:32:31):
Pages a ball, night dut dood, ooh stay in a ball.
NIGHT i was watching a several people THAT i trust
that follow almost like, conspiracies right because we obviously know there's,
something AND i have been on the record on numerous

(01:32:52):
occasions to say the thing THAT i think is going
to be a bigger issue for THE fbi in particular
is going to BE. Mlk but there's no doubt out
of these eighty thousand pages there's gonna be some embarrassing
stuff here for interagency fighting for who? Knew what could

(01:33:16):
they have stopped? Them kind of? Stuff DO i think they?
Participated DO i think that we're going to find that
situation was like, aha a smoking? Gun, No, NO i
don't think. SO i think if you believe that he
was killed by THE cia or you, know some clandestine,
organization you're probably still going to believe that no matter,

(01:33:36):
what and if you believe, that there's more to the.
Story but the story is kind of, simple like there's
a lot of moving parts on the. Outside maybe some
stuff could have been done to prevent certain. Things AND i,
think you, KNOW i think that's what you can.

Speaker 24 (01:33:53):
Find.

Speaker 1 (01:33:54):
YOU i think you're gonna find it's gonna be. Embarrassing
it is now THE i'mlk. Thing, OH i think that's
a totally different. Situation I 's going to be a
lot of problems there of stuff that we're gonna go
who because they've already it's on record that what they
did was so over the line THE, fbi AND i

(01:34:16):
know that THE fbi can never do anything like. That
they would never, ever ever ever do anything like. That
they would always be above. Board but that being, SAID
i think we're gonna find out that's gonna be the
one where people, go oh, wow it'll be interesting to
see how that plays itself. Out so we'll see there's
eighty thousand pieces of. Paper that's why you have something

(01:34:42):
CALLED ai to scan through the stuff that you're just, like,
YEAH i don't THINK i want to do. This it
seems like a long time E israel And, gaza in Particular.
HAMAS i don't know if you guys wear. This it didn't.
Hold the ceasefire did not, Hold.

Speaker 40 (01:35:01):
Israel declaring the ceasefire is, over launching major air strikes Across,
gaza dozens reportedly. Killed Prime Minister, netanyahu ordering THE idf
to take forceful action Against hamas after the terror group
repeatedly refused to release the, Hostages israel vowing to ramp
up military force Against. Hamas tonight's move comes After President

(01:35:22):
trump issued what he called a last warning To hamas
to release the.

Speaker 1 (01:35:26):
Hostages oh, yeah because they. Didn't, again opportunities were, there
they decided not to do. It you wanted them to release,
Hundreds you gave them back at times, bodies one, time
the wrong. Body it's they were. Frustrated the, said all,
right we had enough as for the.

Speaker 41 (01:35:45):
Hostages the last Living American israeli hostage had been expected
to be returned at the start Of phase, two but
clearly that is off the table for. Now hamas has
rejected all of the proposals it received From President Trump's
special Envoyice toime If, witkoff and this morning net And
yahoo promises the attacks In gaza will only.

Speaker 1 (01:36:05):
Intensify there's no doubt they are done playing grab. Ass
we're trying to your. Way it's not. Working we're going
to do it our.

Speaker 42 (01:36:14):
Way Prime Minister Benjamin Netton, yahoo ordering THE idf to
take forceful action Against tamas after the terror group refused
to release more. Hostages net And yahoo calling for continued extensive.
Strikes explosions could be heard Throughout. Gaza more than four

(01:36:35):
hundred people killed and more than five hundred, injured according
to the mass Run Health.

Speaker 1 (01:36:40):
Ministry it's a it's a, frustrating ugly situation THAT i
think we all wish we could just get. Along we
can't and this isn't going to. Change And god Blessed
trump and he's got a thick outside the box and
they all. Do But hamas wants no part of peace at,

(01:37:05):
all and they do need to be. Eliminated but this
is where the rest of The Middle east needs to
come in and, says all, right we have to do
something otherwise this is going to be. Ongoing it's going
to continue to go on and. On oh, wait it has,

(01:37:25):
forever and it will continue to do so until not
only outside the, box but forcefully outside the. Box it's
not Just israel comes in and says, enough which is you,
KNOW i don't see it happening anytime. SOON i. DON'T

(01:37:46):
i don't speaking of, War Trump pooter together, again just
the two of. Us we could make it if we
trave just two of, us you AND.

Speaker 31 (01:38:00):
I preminin of, course has yet to agree to, it
And Donald trump is hoping that his intervention directly will
Force Vladimir putin's, Hand but some of the language that
he's been using to describe this call has already got
people here In ukraine a little. Worried he said that
they will Discuss, land that they will discuss the quote
division of assets To. Ukraine that sounds Like Vladimir putin

(01:38:22):
is cutting them out of the process and negotiating directly
with THE Us.

Speaker 1 (01:38:27):
PRESIDENT i they're gonna, look discussing doesn't mean you're getting these,
things doesn't mean that at. All here's what it. Means
we're having a. Conversation this is. It we're having a,
conversation and we're going to see how this thing plays itself.
Out maybe this goes, Well maybe this goes Like gangbusters

(01:38:52):
and things turn out, fantastic And ukraine Goes my, GOD
i love. That that's a great. Idea let's do. That
we're all on. Board maybe they come back and, say,
yet is that what they say Another russians say in?
Yet i'm assuming The ukrainians because the dialect is in
the dialogues pretty much about the same as far as
the language, goes the two would also sit in the.

(01:39:14):
It that's how the negotiations. Start and here's the. Problem
because those two don't seem to want to sit. Down
how else are you gonna get in negotiation? Done all,
Right i'm gonna go talk to. Him Then i'm gonna
come back and talk to. You AND i said last,
Week russia is, like NO, nato no, peacekeepers and demilitarize and. Denazify,

(01:39:42):
okay so that's never gonna. Happen, now THE nato thing
isn't gonna, Happen but the, nazification, okay. Whatever but to
demilitarize to get rid of all of your, weapons, yeah,
no that isn't gonna happen. Either it's a starting. Point

(01:40:03):
let's see what happens from. HERE i don't know if you
guys are aware of. This planes are having Issues delta in.
PARTICULAR a couple weeks, ago they, Decided, hey let's see
what happens if we land this thing upside down while nobody.
Died it wasn't a good. Look then somebody, says, okay,
well we're not gonna land it upside, down but we
are going to see if we can drag the.

Speaker 8 (01:40:24):
Wing The Delta regional flight arrived From, Jacksonville, florida just
after Ten sunday, night eighty passengers and crew on. Board
conditions were suboptimal but not, extreme wins gusting to thirty
five miles per hour with some mist in the. Air
the plane then circling for another landing. Attempt in a,
Statement delta says the crew executed a go, around then

(01:40:46):
landed safely and proceeded to its arrival.

Speaker 1 (01:40:49):
Gate go, around go around. Again somebody toast the sparks
from one of your. Wings you, guys feel, Anything we
didn't feel, anything but we'll try. Again we're not. Quiet
share what.

Speaker 8 (01:41:05):
Flight operated by the same regional carrier involved in fiery
crash landing At toronto's.

Speaker 1 (01:41:11):
Airport, yeah we remember that. One we're, like all, right
we're gonna try to land this one with out the
use of wheels and upside. Down, oh every time you turn.
Around it's, like did another thing happen with an? Airplane?
Yeah this one they didn't even. Know it's, like, oh

(01:41:33):
was that? Us did we do the? Sparks. Chad i'm
not saying anything or pouring any fingers at you, girls
but this is not a good. Look let's do, Better,
okay all? Right can't keep sticking up for you. Guys
you guys keep crashing these damn. Planes, now you're just
being sexist or honest or. Honest Donald trump has spoken

(01:42:01):
very interesting spoke a little while ago from The Oval
office about enforcement of. Immigration play a little bit of
this right.

Speaker 11 (01:42:12):
Here people in our country illegally can self deport the easy,
way or they can get deported the hard, way and
that's not. Pleasant Di biden administration exploited THE cbp one
app to allow more than one million aliens to illegally
enter The United. States, now my administration is launching.

Speaker 43 (01:42:31):
THE cbp none app epp home app to give people
in our country illegally an easy way to leave now
and self deport. Voluntarily if they, do they could potentially
have the opportunity to return legally at some point in the.
Future but if they do not avail themselves of this.

Speaker 11 (01:42:51):
Opportunity then they will be, found they will be, deported
and they will never be admitted again to The United states,
ever ever.

Speaker 1 (01:42:59):
Again you never coming. In you know they wrote a
script and the last three lines weren't. It you're never
coming in you never, Ever you're never, ever ever ever
coming in. Again you guys hear me. Never don't try

Speaker 1 (01:44:43):
Irony It's Chad beenson talking to guys yesterday about sequels
and how bad most sequels. Are some of them are pretty,
good but a lot of times they're. Bad once in
a great while they're. BETTER i don't know how good
this one will. Be but a little while, ago the
trailer for, this the teaser trailer for this Dropped Arnold

(01:45:08):

Coldish we're not done with. GOLFER i can see the
HAPPY i fell in love. With, yeah that's, right Happy

(01:45:53):
gilmour to everybody's in, it including a lot of professional.
Golfers who DARE i? Say when the first one came,
out where very, young some may not even have been,
born and some watched it with their buddies and loved
every second of. It comes out In july On. Netflix
keeping with sports earlier Today Major League.

Speaker 7 (01:46:15):
Baseball otani's at bats scorchs to the right, side and
It's otani that's provided the first hit for The. Dodgers
paez goes first to third kar and he delivers for
these fans as he always.

Speaker 1 (01:46:30):
Does that's. Right atani started Off dawyer's one four to. One.
Today one of the interesting things has happened over the
spring training season if you. Will practice season has been
ai robo umph balls and strikes called By Robot. FURROW
a love. It he gotta look at some.

Speaker 34 (01:46:55):
Strike.

Speaker 20 (01:46:55):
Three when the baseball umpire calls strike, three no amount
of shouting will change the. Outcome but that might be
about to, change and we're gonna have a challenge here
for the catcher right. Now Major League baseball is using
spring training to test an Automated Ball Strike system OR,
abs which lets players challenge an umpire's pitch.

Speaker 1 (01:47:18):
Call here's how it.

Speaker 20 (01:47:19):
Works only the, pitcher, catcher or batter can challenge by
tapping their head right after the umpire's, call then within,
seconds using a series of cameras around the, field the
program shows the fans at the ballpark or watching ON
tv where the pitch crossed the plate in relation to
the strike.

Speaker 1 (01:47:36):
ZONE i love. TECHNOLOGY i think it's. AWESOME i don't
have a problem with this at. ALL i don't want
to lose the human element because that's not. Good BUT
i do like the fact that they're looking at this
and it's it's going to be interesting to see eventually
how this thing plays itself. Out they've used it in the minor.

(01:47:57):
Leagues they've tested it, here wasn't in every ball, park
BUT i will tell you they're trying to modernize your
game sports around the globe or using technology because getting
it right is, important and, yes part of The cuman
element is at times making. Mistakes get ready for. This
fifty one percent of the calls that have been challenged
have been. Overturned so they called a ball and you

(01:48:20):
said it was a strike and you were, right and vice.
Versa so Major League baseball's, back and will there be
robot contraverse? A three, two, three, five, three, eight twenty
