Speaker 1 (00:11):
The Chad Benson Show, Bbnet, Yahoo putting America first, and
by that, I mean, hey, you guys go first. Well
that's not true, Chad. I mean, look at all the
bombing they're doing. Yeah, okay, but he's trying to bring
us into this. I don't want to be into this.
I don't want a nation build. I don't want to

(00:33):
regime change. I don't want any of that crap. It
doesn't work. We have done it seventy plus times. Do
you know how many of them have brought stability about five?
Do you know how many brought instability and chaos about
twenty And the rest of it's been kind of a

(00:54):
mixed bag. And now you want to play a regime change.
We're thirty six trillion dollars in debt in counting. Let's
start with that. We spent untold trillions of dollars in
Afghanistan and Iraq. What did we get? We replaced the
Taliban with the Taliban and then we had chaos in Iraq.

(01:20):
And now Bib is playing Trump. He is he is
playing Trump, I am, and Trump I think is trying
to save face and act like he knows all the
things that are going on and bb netnat who wants
this bad? He wants this bad, he wants to take

(01:43):
this out, he wants all of that last night, so yesterday,
Trump zooms off right, goes off to the G seven,
then turns around, comes home really quick, sends out a
truthy thing.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Trump on social media with an urgent message last night
to the nine million people in Iran's capital, posting everyone
should immediately evacuate Tehran. French President Manuel Macron claiming Trump's
early departure from G seven maybe a diplomatic move, claiming
Trump made an offer for a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.
Trump overnight denying that, saying he returned to Washington for

(02:16):
something much bigger than that.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Really, what's much bigger than that? Well, he wants a
deal done, like that's his big thing. He wants a
deal done, Get it done, Get it done. What's the deal?
Because Iran is reaching out saying no, no, no, no,
we don't want any part of this. We don't we
want no part of this. What can we do to
stop this?

Speaker 3 (02:38):
The Wall Street Journal reported that the Iranians have sent
urgent messages to both the Israelis and to the United
States that they would like to see the hostilities stop
and nuclear talks resume. So I asked Ntan how about that,
and he was adamant that he doesn't want any part

(02:59):
of so called nuclear talks or peace talks with Iran
right now.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
He called them fake talks.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
He says that the Iranians want fake talks so they
can just delay and they can continue to develop their
nuclear weapons.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
That's what they want. How close are they They're getting
it right, They're so close. Let's go back a few months. Okay,
so we're going to go back a few months. This
is Tolsi Gabbert talking about Iran and their nuclear aspirations.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
The ICY continues to assess that Iran is not building
a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Kamini has not authorized
the nuclear weapons program that he suspended in two thousand
and three. The ICY continues to monitor closely if Tehran
decides to reauthorize its nuclear weapons program.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
They can't do it without us. They don't even know.
Everybody talks about what a great military they are. They
are and they have to be. But if you took
away what we give them, they're in a lot of hurt.
That includes the fact the Thads and a lot of
that stuff you see with the iron dome, that's a
lot of us baby and that stuff as you're seeing

(04:10):
in all that they have when it comes to Iran
firing stuff at Israel Chat, are you pro Iran? No?
And by the way, nothing gets the Iranian people. This
has to do with the fact that Bibi is dragging

(04:31):
us into something and he wants to open another front.
But here's the thing. Tough to open up another front
when you know you got Hamas has Blas over there,
you got the Coo Diesel though they've been quiet. Now
you want to go over there and take annie Iran?
What does that look like? I ask everybody, what does

(04:54):
that actually look like? You want regime change? Because that's
what he's pushing for. He wants regime change. He wants
the whole thing. He wants it done and dusted. He
wants him gone.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
The President flatly rejected a plan, an opportunity that the
you that the Israelis I had to take out the
Supreme leader. Do you understand his concern? My My understanding
is his concern is that this would escalate the conflict
beyond where it is already.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
It's not going to escalate the conflict. It's going to
end the conflict.

Speaker 6 (05:31):
We've had half a century of conflict spread by this
regime that is terrorized as everyone in the Middle East
has bombed the Aramco oil fields in Saudi Arabia, is
spreading terrorism and subversion and sabotage everywhere. That's the forever
war is what Iran wants, and they're bringing us to
the brink of nuclear war. In fact, what Israel is

(05:51):
doing is preventing this, bringing an end to this aggression.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Is is that it? So we get rid of him
and everything's fine. You have no idea what's behind them.
So who are you gonna put in charge there, phoebe?
Because you need us to do it. You can't. And
you think it's gonna be an easy, simple thing. Oh,
this will be easy. Get the US involved, we'll get

(06:20):
rid of this guy. And then what you're going to
install one of the Shaw's kids, Is that what you're
gonna do, because that's like you when you go and
look at see who's out there and available, like like
we're going on the waiver wire of a baseball you know,
a Major league baseball who's available in the waiver wire?

(06:41):
I'm curious as to what you think you're gonna do. See,
that's my thing. I don't want to regime change. I
don't want a nation build. It doesn't work, it doesn't
you want the change to come, It's gonna have to
come from the inside. And the reason that the Macade
was able to get so deep is simple. There's a

(07:02):
lot of people that are unhappy with the regime, even
in the uppers, even in the upper echelon of the regime.
There are a lot of people unhappy with what is happening.
But I feel like we're gonna get dragged into this. Well,
we're already in it because we're we're the one shooting
down a vast majority of these things, along with the

(07:23):
Urn Dome, which I remind everybody narn Dome is really good.
Ballistic missiles are a different animal, and there are some
things because this is now tel Aviv they're hitting. This
isn't some smaller area outside that they're hitting tel Aviv

(07:44):
in a way that they haven't before they hit their Pentagon. Essentially,
I think it was yesterday this is and they have
already said this isn't done. And he's saying, hey, you
got to get involved America because If not, it's your

(08:06):
next still.

Speaker 6 (08:07):
Avive Tomorrow's New York. I look, I understand America first.
I don't understand America dead. That's what these people want.
They chant death to America. So we're doing something that
is in the service of mankind of humanity, and it's
a battle of good against evil. America does should and
does stand with a good. That's what President Trump Trump

(08:29):
is doing and I deeply appreciate his support.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
He's just he's doing everything he can, just absolutely anything.
Come on, dude, like for anything. Come on, come on,
get evolved. This is gonna be awesome. Come on, come on,
come on, come on, get evolved. Come on, you want
this too. Don't do it. Don't do it because if
you do it, you're I mean, isn't that the whole point?

(08:57):
Like you you weren't getting involved in any of these things.
Don't let beebee drag you in. And this thought that
America's next New York's next. I said last night, is
there a possibility of sleeper cells? Are they gonna kill
tens of millions that they snuck in a bomb that
we don't know? I mean, come on, and they're not

(09:17):
building anything that's gonna hit us. No, we don't want
them to have a nuclear weapon. I'll tell you what though,
if I'm around, I'm like, if we had a nuclear weapon.
Let's see here Libya, they got rid of theirs. How'd
that work out for him? Ray? Let's see North Korea.
They got lunch, They get to go to the big

(09:38):
boys table, Nobody bugs them. Every once in a while.
They say a rattle and get what they want. And
they have less technology, less modernization than us we from.
I don't want to send kids. I don't want to

(09:59):
put our men and women in danger. We have forty
thousand within range and they don't have the Iron Dome.
And you know this, and I'm going to say it
out loud, maybe others won't. I think Babie is hoping
that Iran takes a run at one of our bases
and does some damage where Now we're brought into this.

(10:26):
This is going to be Trump's toughest tough and I
do mean his toughest thing that he has ever done
when it comes to all that is happening in the world,
and that includes the stuff here. Other stuff here will
affect us more when it comes to the economy and
things of that nature on a day to day basis,

(10:48):
but as far as the politics and the actual human
toll of life and death, this may be it. And
that includes I think in some ways his politics and
political life, because if he caves and we get into
this damn thing. I'm with Dave Smith yesterday, he loses

(11:11):
a lot of people. And we're going to talk a
lot about this obviously today, but listening to Babe also
with Jonathan Carl from ABC do everything he could to
kind of reach out to the magabase, and you've got
a lot of people out there that were quote unquote
in the magabase who were like, if you do this,
buy because that was a big deal. You weren't getting

(11:33):
us in any more wars. You got Ukraine hot and heavy. Still,
you've got Israel and Hamas doesn't seem to be any
closer to any kind of deal. And now you've got
this situation here that's heating up and it looks like
this guy's playing you. And if you get played, I
think he's gonna lose a ton of support. Let me

(11:55):
know what you think. Three two, three, five, three, eight,

Speaker 8 (13:12):
Thousands of confused tourists left waiting for hours yesterday after
staff at the Louver refused to open the doors, the
exhausted employees rebelling against mass tourism and crippling crowds. The
beloved museum, home to masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa
and Venus de Milo, now sees nearly nine million visitors
each year, about twenty five thousand per day on average.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
That's a lot. There's a lot of folks the show
in there. I want to go over this again. So
what exactly they have over there? Because it's been a
long time since I've been there.

Speaker 8 (13:44):
The beloved museum, home to masterpieces such as the Mona
Lisa and Venus de Milo, now sees nearly nine million
visitors each year, about twenty five thousand per day on average,
but the main entrance, i Am Pay's famed Pyramid, was
built to handle less than half that, only about ten
thousand people per day. The constant crush of visitors taking

(14:06):
its toll on the gallery and internal memo warning the
museum is wearing out.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
So this is on the heels what we talked about
yesterday was Spain not wanting any real tourism anymore. They
want to be able to enjoy their lives, right. They
don't want people wandering around Barcelona. They don't want people.
They just they're sick and tired of it, which I
get right. I mean, you know, I'd love to be

(14:36):
able to when I'm in La go to Disneyland and
not have anybody there. But at the same time, I
don't think Disney'd be thrilled with that. It's that weird
world of Hey, is there any way you could get
us more help and make less people available to the

(14:58):
art gallery on a daily basis to fourist wise, And
is there any way on top of all of that
you can make them pay a lot more so nobody
loses their jobs. How can you make them give us
their money without them actually showing up?

Speaker 8 (15:12):
Here an internal memo warning the museum is wearing out
with water leaks and temperature fluctuations, putting some of that
priceless art at risk. President McCrone recently announcing plans to
renovate and build a separate entrance for visitors coming to
see the Mona Lisa. But workers want changes sooner.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
As you know, in France. All you have to do
is threaten to throw a fit and they're gonna take
care of it. Mona, Lisa, Mona Lisa named Jude three
two three four, twenty three at Chad Benson Shows your
ex your Insta Radio in the Chad Benson Show. I understand.
I mean it's you know, I mean, I'm out here

(15:54):
in Nashville and you get a lot of that. I
am on Broadway and you got a lot of the
locals here who can't stand any of the tourism and
at the same time depend on the tourism box. So
it's that weird, you know. Catch twenty two earlier, Trump
talking about Iran and.

Speaker 9 (16:15):
Say I was looking for a season that was Emmanuel.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Nice guy, but he has a in it right to often.
But if we're looking for a better are what's better
than a seasfire, mister President, And then.

Speaker 10 (16:29):
A real end, not a ceasefire, and then there's something
that will be permanent with or or giving up entirely.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
That's okay to wait, what so you want a ceasefire
or give up entirely? Those are the choices. We have
nothing in the middle right now. Nope, it's either give
us everything, or we're in this. I hope you guys
understand that, all kidding aside, we're in this. We're in
this in a major way. And I oh, cooler, calmer

(17:01):
heads for vail. But do I think that will happen? No,
And I said it earlier. I think BB net Yahoo
is playing this game and he sucked us into it,
and Trump God willing, he stands up and says, no,
bb you're on your own. I don't think that's gonna happen.
And that pisses me off, and that should piss you off.

(17:23):
She piss us all off in what may be coming.
And I'm not talking about just here, but I'm talking
about globally and the effects of this thing. If you're
miss any of the show, share you grab the podcast.

Speaker 11 (17:38):
Chad Benson, Joe Son, Chad Benson, Joe.

Speaker 7 (18:01):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
With all the chaos going on between I don't know, Israel,
Iran and Us, let's not forget over the weekend the
killing of two people in Minnesota, including a congresswoman, as
well as another assassination tips on another congressman, and we're

(18:29):
finding out more and more about this scumbag as stuff
starts to come out about him, his life and the
whole nine yards, what he's going to be charged with,
all of that stuff.

Speaker 12 (18:40):
Authorities now revealing the man they say was behind a
politically motivated assassination in Minnesota had a hit list of
forty five targets that included members of Congress, lawmakers from
Minnesota to Michigan, planned parenthood leaders, and healthcare workers. Fifty
seven year old Vance Bolter is accused of shooting and
killing Minnesota State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband at

(19:03):
their home early Saturday. Bolter also accused of wounding State
Senator John Hoffman and his wife a few miles away.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
And as we find out more, apparently he went to
two other people prior to this, two other state reps,
and they had better I guess, cameras and stuff that
had alerted them that this isn't right. And so luckily

(19:34):
he didn't kill them. But now we're finding out what
those charges are, because originally yesterday when it was rolled out,
it was second degree homicide charges in Minnesota, and everybody's like,
second degree feels a little weird with no you know,

(19:57):
prior intent or planning, is the way they kind of
spelled it out, but I'm like, there's got to be more,
and the federal charges are what they're going to hammer
him for where he'll probably face the death penalty.

Speaker 13 (20:12):
It was actually remarkable how quickly the federal prosecutors brought
these charges. They could add additional charges. We heard from
Attorney General Pam Bondi and other officials yesterday saying that
they intend to prosecute him to the fullest extent of
the law. And it's also a real question whether they intend,
if he's convicted, to seek the death penalty, as he
would be eligible under some of these federal statutes that

(20:34):
they charged him with.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
And one of the things that is men already a battle,
which is the disinformation, and there's so much of it
out there, and it is frustrating because you've got the
people out there that are just stirring to stir and
we'll get to that in a second. Then you have
people out there that are knowingly lying about stuff, which

(20:56):
I'm fascinated by because this information misinformation we talked about it.
Disinformation is you know it's bs, you know it's not real,
but you can put out anyways because all you care
about is likes, tweets, et cetera. You're not interested in
truth because you're selling whatever it is, your side of
an argument, or you've got to be writing. It's frustrating.

(21:21):
And then you've got people that are there to stir.
And it even started yesterday with well, he doesn't have
a manifesto. The police said he had a manifesto. Now
they said he had journals, maybe something like a manifesto.
What it was is a bunch of journals with names
on it, like a hit list. But it wasn't the

(21:42):
kind of stuff that you would see when it comes
to some sort of deep writings and thoughts about why
he's doing stuff, more just names. And then it was,
you know, to the stirs, if you will, who just
like to stir, like Senator Mike Lee, who just wants
to do something, say something because it's great to get

(22:04):
people talking about him, and once again also framing something
that my side didn't do anything.

Speaker 14 (22:10):
A Democratic senator calling out her Republican colleague for his
social media posts about the killing of a Minnesota state lawmaker,
Senator Amy Klobachar saying Monday quote, this is not a joke,
in response to Senator Mike Lee's posts about the deadly shooting.
The Utah senator took to x a day after the
killing of Minnesota Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her
husband at their Minnesota home. Over the weekend, State Senator

(22:32):
John Hoffman and his wife were injured in a separate shooting.
Lee writing on the social media platform that quote, this
is what happens when Marxists don't get their way, along
with a photo of the suspect in the case, fifty seven.

Speaker 7 (22:44):
Year old Vance Belter.

Speaker 14 (22:45):
Another post making an apparent reference to Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz,
captioning the suspect's photo with nightmare on Waltz Street, clobatar
ripping Lee for the messages, saying this is not a
laughing matter and calling Belter an.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Evil man because he is evil and he's a scumback,
and we recognize that. We're going to find out more
and more about it. So you got to get it right,
because it's about the team. Is it my team?

Speaker 15 (23:11):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (23:11):
Whose team is it on? Is it your team that
did something? Because it could be my team that did something.
But then Mike Lee also tweeted out this.

Speaker 14 (23:20):
But Lee's striking a different tone on his official Senate
x account Lee's account posting Sunday please join me and
condemning this senseless violence and praying for the victims and
their families. Meantime, the suspect is now facing federal murder
charges after being captured on Sunday following a two day
man hunt. Authorities saying Monday that Belter stalked his victims.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Like prey, which is terrifying, but on our mind, everybody
that in the world of social media, it's about making
sure that the people that you serve are not informed,
don't care about the truth, and you keep them happy

(24:01):
by affirming all of their beliefs. Talked about it yesterday.
The older millennial, the conservative millennial, whatever he is, and
some of the stuff that he puts out I like,
and you know he's but this was a perfect example.
He did two things. He put out a picture going,
this guy a Republican really into resist shirt and I

(24:23):
vote Democrat. It was a picture of a Texas former
politician on the state side and her husband that had
no resemblance of the guy. And it was like, this
is gospel, this is who this guy is. This is

(24:46):
it right? This is like this is the guy he
is is the gospel truth that this is the guy,
which he got called out for bs, but it didn't
matter because seventy percent of all these comments are like, Yep,
that's right, that's right. This is what it's about. The

(25:06):
left is evil, the right is evil. That's right. This
is it. It's that team. It's your team, it's this team.
It's that team. Now, that's right.

Speaker 10 (25:14):
Then he said this, have some updated news in regards
to the motive behind the shooting of the two Minnesota
state representatives. It's looking like the man who shot them,
who was a Democrat appointed by Tim Walls. Yeah, it
looks like he targeted them because they voted against giving
taxpayer funded healthcare to illegal aliens. They simply believed that
American taxpayers shouldn't pay for illegal immigrants, and he shot

(25:35):
them over it. State Representative Melissa Hortman and State Senator
John Hoffman both recently voted against their party, with Hortman
supporting repeal of free health care for illegals and Hoffman
joining Republicans in the Senate to pass it. This is
what whack job democrats do when you vote against party lines.
This is what they do when you disagree with them.

(25:56):
And the sad thing is I see so many creators
trying to pin this on Maga. Manga would have no
reason to go after these people. In fact, of all
the people in the Minnesota House and all the people
in the Minnesota Senate, these are the two Democrats that
were working with the Republicans, and you think Republicans went

(26:16):
after them the only two people working with them. Yeah,
sure that makes sense if you don't think about it.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
No, No, that was true. She voted again for that.
He didn't. He wasn't appointed by Tim Walls. He was
appointed by Polenty, the governor before even in the little
thing that he's got their he points to it saying

(26:45):
and it says appointed by and there's like seventy people
appointed or something ridiculous. And the rule is in Minnesota
without you keep x amount of people. I think it's
thirty during the rollover from one administration to the next,
and this guy left in like twenty twenty three. It is.

(27:07):
It's that kind of stuff that makes you sit there
and go none of that again. You put a picture
up that wasn't real. You did, and you don't even check.
That's the frustrating thing. But what pisses me off. Even
more is people buy into it because people have stopped
wanting to know the freaking truth. They want affirmation. My
local show, I tell you what, so many of the

(27:29):
people are amazing, but there's a lot of people out
there who all they want is affirmation, and I'm not
going to give that to you. I'm going to give
you the truth, and sometimes I'm gonna get it wrong.
Sometimes I'm going to get a portion of the story.
So we got to do it the best we possibly
can because nowadays nobody ever wants to give you the
other side, so freaking frustrating three two, three, five, three eight,

(27:53):

Irreverence, Like, yeah, so what it's the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
They're coming to take us away? Ha ha, Well not
really like take us away, just basically replace us.

Speaker 8 (29:36):
In a new interview with podcast host Stephen Bartlett Jeffrey Hinton,
the so called Godfather of AI, a Nobel Prize winning
computer scientists, says super intelligent machines could one day decide
humans are no longer needed.

Speaker 5 (29:51):
It's smarter than us.

Speaker 9 (29:52):
Right, there's no way we're going to prevent it getting
rid of us if he wants to.

Speaker 8 (29:54):
Hinton also warning of the many threats artificial intelligence poses
right now, including mass cyber attacks, bioengineered viruses, lethal autonomous weapons,
and mass unemployment.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Oh my god, it's all happening. When is this gonna
happen at some point? Is it possible? Yes? So he
is a he called the godfather of AI and his
early work. He's seventy eight, he's got the Nobel Prize.
So he went into discoveries of deep learning, they called it.

(30:30):
He predicts there are certain jobs that are going to
be absolutely eliminated sooner rather than later. Are you ready
to hear what those jobs are? I find it very interesting, though,
blue collar, he says, not going anywhere. It's gonna take
a longer time to reviver replace, So he goes A
good bet would be a plumber. My son and I
already talked about that. No, doubt, he said, mundane intellectual labor,

(30:53):
so white collar gigs that are just easily replaced. And
as he said, look, you can replace using one AI
ten people across the board, which is crazy at mid
level thing. Here's another thing. Report last month from venture

(31:17):
capital firm Signal Fire found that big tech companies have
stopped hiring new graduates for entry level roles like they
have in the past because AI is doing that. One
of the things if you says, if you're in a
call center right now, good luck, and this is crazy
but true. Pair of legals right now, pair of legals,

(31:42):
blue collar, he said, it's going to be tougher. It's
going to be tougher to get to a point where
there's physical manipulation, meaning the robots are going to have
a tough time getting into a position where they're able
to do a lot of this stuff that's going to come,
but it's going to be a while before it happens.

(32:04):
And oddly enough, I have a feeling when it does
get to that point, they'll draw up the plans and
then a group of workers will just go in and
handle it really quick. It's almost like AI will be
the boss the ball. When did it become We're gonna
get into a little bit more next hour. When does

(32:27):
it become a point where AI takes over for things
like surgery? What? Yeah, this is crazy, so remote surgery
for now.

Speaker 9 (32:42):
Let me just switch it over and then let's sow
this back.

Speaker 16 (32:45):
Sixty seven year old Fernando de Silva was diagnosed with
prostate cancer three months ago. He lives in Angola, where
treatment options are limited.

Speaker 9 (32:53):
Prostate cancer is very prevalent in Africa.

Speaker 16 (32:55):
The Silva needed advanced surgical treatment to remove his prostate cancer.
Silva read to be the first patient in an FDA
clinical trial testing robotic surgery to be performed remotely.

Speaker 17 (33:06):
First ever prostates removed from the United States, so Africa.
So at least we done that part.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
And now doctor Patel plans to do more which is remote.
The robot's coming soon. I know when I did my
eye amazing. What they did is incredible. But when they
did that, it was they set it up, they got it.
It wasn't like there was some I mean, the doctor's
there the whole nine yards, but it's a machine. Now
imagine that times ten. This is remote surgery. When does

(33:34):
AI come in and you're more just watching to make
sure that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.
As kind of a backup.

Speaker 16 (33:45):
How do you communicate with your team across an ocean.

Speaker 17 (33:48):
We had all the cameras in both of ours. Our team,
we work so much together it's almost telepathic, so we
don't say much to each other. But our team on
the ground there was speaking a lot with the local
team and we could hear them.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
What if something goes wrong, Eh, what if something goes wrong,
that's fair. That's why you need a human at least
for now.

Speaker 9 (34:13):
And again, for now, I always have my team where
the patient is, so in case something happened with telecom,
which can, I'm sure the team would just take over
and finish the case and do it safely.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
For now. What comes in the future we will find out.
I do think that with the development of this you
there's gonna be some things where the machines are gonna
be able to do it, and it's gonna be smooth
and easy and quick, and then you're gonna need that

(34:49):
god complex doctor for other things. But the intricacies in
the way that this thing will work, it's you're gonna
be a doctor and a computer programmer. That's what they're
going to be looking for in the future. A doctor, programmer,
A program doctor. Got to come up with a new

(35:09):
name for that something jazzy. Something jazzy, Chad, Is that
what you're telling us? So I'm thinking three two, three, five, three, eight,
twenty four to twenty three at Chad Benson Show. That
is your ax, your Insta, YouTube, Facebook, you're sure you
go like and subscribe. Remember, we go live every night. Tonight,
We're not going to go live because I have a
local event that we have to attend tonight, so won't

(35:32):
be able to do that, but I will try to
get some videos out a little bit later And if
you miss any of the show, grab the podcast right
here on The Chad Benson Show. Coming up, hour number
two of The Chad Benson Show, more on what is
going on throughout the Middle East. It is a fluid situation,
but a situation that not only should we pay attention to,
we need to start asking some serious questions about this

(35:54):
administration and where we are headed in this because because
it is unsettling and I feel like BB is playing
America for all of our stuff, and to have a
wingman in this position that made you all the heavy
lifting when it comes to Iraq. Talk a bit about that,

(36:16):
we got more immigration, a bunch of other stuff. If
you miss it in the show, we always say, shame
on you grab the podcast. Our number two is straight
dead Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 7 (36:24):
This is the Chad Benson Show, the Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
Don't do it, mister President. Don't let BB talk you
into something that we don't need to be involved with.
This is something he wants. I don't think you want this.
In fact, I think you want no part of war,
at least I'd like to think that. And if you
get sucked into this because you feel the need to

(37:17):
protect Israel at all costs, and now we have our
men and women in arms, way forty thousand of them,
and we now are spending god knows how much, and
he wants to push it further and further. Where does
it end, because then all the things you said you
wanted to be those are gone. Well, we can't let

(37:42):
them have a nuclear weapon. I understand that. I don't
want them to have a nuclear weapon. Although I have
to be honest with you. If I was iron i'd
be doing everything I can to get to that point
where we could say, hey, better watch out. Not that
we'd use it, but what we would do is become north.
Because you're advocating for regime change, you're advocating for a

(38:06):
lot of stuff that I am fascinated by the the
the warmongers that are out there that somehow this is
going to be better with the regime change and with
all the stuff. Have we not learned? Did we not
spend trillions of dollars in Afghanistan or replaced in Taliban

(38:28):
with the Taliban? Did we not open up a can
of insanity in Iraq? If you go back, I think
it was about thirty, you know, just before we went in,
and even before that, I wanted no part of going
into a rock. I said, this is a bad idea.
I tell my friends for a long time, it's a
bad idea. We've got no reason to go in there.

(38:50):
And I've always thought crazy keeps crazy in. Right, he
watered off, you know, he slapped him. He came back
and let crazy be crazy, keep crazy in. But now
this forty thousand of our men and women at risk
without the Iron Dome and Biebe is this is him,

(39:17):
This is all Israel, And the question is going to
be what does Trump do And from what everybody's saying,
including Wall Street Journal, they want to negotiate.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
The Wall Street Journal reported that the Iranians have sent
urgent messages to both the Israelis and to the United
States that they would like to see the hostilities stop
and nuclear talks resume. So I asked Natana how about that,
and he was adamant that he doesn't want any part

(39:47):
of so called nuclear talks or peace talks with Iran
right now. He called them fake talks. He says that
the Iranians want fake talks so they can just delay
and they can continue to develop their nuclear weapons.

Speaker 1 (40:01):
Well, how close are they? This is Tulsi Gabbert a
few months ago. You guys like Tulsi. Everybody out there
like you guys like Tulsa. Fantastic. This is her talking
about Iran and where they're at.

Speaker 4 (40:13):
The ICY continues to assess that Iran is not building
a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Comini has not authorized
the nuclear weapons program that he suspended in two thousand
and three. The ICY continues to monitor closely if Tehran
decides to reauthorize its nuclear weapons program.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
So where's that? So she's a liar, what's the deal?

Speaker 18 (40:41):
Why?

Speaker 1 (40:42):
Why? Well, because first of all, they can't if they're
trying to destroy all the nuclear stuff that they think
they're building and it's all below ground. The wright is
they need what we have and Trump don't give it
to them. It's one thing to help them shoot down
missiles which were finding out when this last went down,

(41:06):
they fired off a few missiles and some of their drones.
They were taken out easy because they weren't serious. They
didn't want to escalate it. Well, this has gone further
and they're now having to escalate it, and as you're
seeing those ballistic missiles, some of them are getting through
at a higher rate than before, and they're doing more damage.

(41:29):
As we talked about earlier, they hit essentially their Pentagon,
something similar to their Pentagon. So imagine that. Imagine that
situation where they're into a position where they're hitting things
like that in Tel Aviv, not in the outskirts of
some town, but in Tel Aviv. They're moving many of

(41:53):
their hospitals and things like that underground because BB wants more,
and he's told us, hey, you guys are next.

Speaker 6 (42:02):
Still avive tomorrow. It's New York. Look I understand America. First,
I don't understand America dead. That's what these people want.
They chant death to America. So we're doing something that
is in the service of mankind, of humanity, and it's
a battle of good against evil. America does should and
does stand with a good That's what President Trump is

(42:24):
doing and I deeply appreciate his support.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Well, that's his support is based on whatever it is
you're doing. You know. I thought on Friday that a
lot of what will come, and I do believe a
lot of what will come is as far as Iran's
next move, because if they have to go after our
basis because Israel's continuing to do stuff, and then all
of a sudden we get somewhat involved and they go

(42:48):
after our basis, then we're gonna get more involved. And
then it's going to be why. Why? That's the question
I continue to ask, And what is the endgame? And
Bibie's not ruled out taking out the Iahtola? What is

(43:09):
the endgame? What is it? What does that look like?
Who we replace him with, because that's what you're talking about,
regime change, and for that, are we going to have
to go in there with boots on the ground, and
unlike a lot of other places, we're not going to
be seen as the wonderful liberators at And we've talked
to our buddy my clients on numerous occasions about all

(43:31):
of these things. When it comes to quote unquote occupation.
If you think that toppling a government is tough, try
occupying a nation. So, as I ask everybody, what would
be the I don't know the endgame. Because we're great

(43:52):
at getting into crap, we're great at that, we're horrible
at sticking the landing. And Trump also run the risk
potentially of losing a vast majority of that base that
was behind with the no Wars, that super magabase that
wasn't just built on immigration. I think, yes, yesterday Dave

(44:17):
Smith came out and Dave, like you said, he was
on the Trump train, but he wasn't MAGA. But he's
off the damn thing now.

Speaker 19 (44:27):
It was in two thousand and seven that the Pentagon
told George W.

Speaker 20 (44:31):
Bush that we cannot go to war with the.

Speaker 19 (44:34):
Round because we do not have escalation dominance against them,
essentially meaning that they can hit all of our bases
and embassies in the region, and we are very vulnerable
to them, and we've already seen demonstrated since the Israeli
attack that the Iranian the missiles that they sent last
year toward Israel, as many of US guests, that wasn't

(44:55):
really their best.

Speaker 20 (44:56):
They were intentionally.

Speaker 19 (44:57):
Making an attack that wouldn't really hurt anybody, that wouldn't
really lead to a war, which Iran has done over
and over again. But now we've pushed them to the
point where they probably don't feel that they have the
option not to responded Donald Trump telling them to come
back to the negotiating table now as a joke. I mean,
what an impotent leader to be sitting there talking about
coming back to the negotiating table. It's like sitting after

(45:20):
Pearl Harbor and telling FDR, now's the time to go
negotiate with the Japanese. Negotiations are over now. The time
for negotiations was before this.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
Now where I disagree with Dave is I think Iran
still wants to negotiate. I don't think this has anything
to do with Iran and US. I think this has
all to do with Babe. This is everything here now
has to do with Bebe. As I said earlier, how
we react to Iran based on how they potentially could

(45:52):
attack our bases. That's one thing, But how Babe wants
this to go is going to decide whether or not
Iran is going to attack our bases. And no, I
don't for a second think that Iran wants any more

(46:14):
than this. I think they would love to get back
to the table. I think they would absolutely love that.
That being said, I don't think Babie wants it. And
he's the one that's going to decide what's next. He
said this is going to take days. His goal and

(46:34):
this is just me saying here. His goal is it
gets so hot for Iran that they have no choice
but to respond and drag us into this and then
well nightmare.

Speaker 19 (46:52):
I supported him this last year. I apologized for doing so.
It was a bad calculation. At the time, it seemed
like the right one. But he should be impeached and
removed for this one, and not not on some like
not on some ridiculous Nancy Pelosi. Of course, the Congress
will never do it because they're all a bunch of
you know, corrupt tacks.

Speaker 1 (47:09):
This is the one thing they support.

Speaker 19 (47:11):
Is Donald Trump should be impeached and removed for this.
All of his supporters should turn on him. It's the
absolute betrayal of everything that he ran and campaigned on
and everything that he stood for. And I will say,
despite the fact that you know, Donald Trump supporters have
been labeled like a cult following, and that certainly is
true for a percentage of his supporters, he is going

(47:34):
to lose his coalition over this.

Speaker 20 (47:35):
There. I know.

Speaker 19 (47:37):
I don't just speak for myself. I say there are
a lot of us who simply will not go along
with this. So it's just a devastating mistake.

Speaker 20 (47:44):
By the way.

Speaker 19 (47:45):
On top of that, he's also going to lose the
deportation fight because of this, because right now he needed
all the political capital he could have to turn that.
You know, you got a majority support for deportations, but
the minority is very mobilized and they're out and they're
protesting all around the country. She needed all of his
political capital for that move. So here's what we got.
The neo cons win more war abroad at you know,

(48:07):
bomb the world and invite the world. No matter who
you vote for, you always get John McCain.

Speaker 1 (48:12):
Oh that one right there, stinging. I think cooler heads
will prevail, but Trump, this is the hardest thing he's
gonna have to do is deal with babe. At this
point in time three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four,
twenty three at Chad Benson shows your acts, your Insta,
all the other things. Raycon best herebuds around. Love my Raycons,

(48:33):

of listening just to name a few things. These things do.
Buye raycon dot com, slash yed, Bye raycon dot com,
slash chat Chad.

Speaker 7 (49:38):
Betsy, Chad Benson.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
California is continuing the clown show. This is Senator Agwayan,
I think because they have now proposed a ban for
law enforcement to wear mass in California. So you see
how they have mass. All you can see is their eyes.
They're now proposing that they are no longer allowed to
wear those things. Now. There's no talk about whether or
not protesters can wear a mask, right, that's okay, that's okay.

(50:15):
But if you're a law enforcement because of the worry
of who you may be and you could be impersonating people,
well we need transparency.

Speaker 21 (50:25):
Yeah, if I can just elaborate, you know, people covering
their faces impersonating police officers. It erodse trusts in law
enforcement and undermines community safety.

Speaker 1 (50:34):
That's really what this bill is about.

Speaker 21 (50:38):
And I think many law enforcement officials, legitimate law enforcement
officials would welcome, you know, putting in safeguards to ensure
transparency and accountability. And I think the concern is a
lot that's happening. There are a lot of people who
are engaged in these enforcement actions and we don't know
are they federal, are they contractors, are they.

Speaker 1 (50:57):
Local law enforcement?

Speaker 21 (50:58):
And so requiring the people not have to wear masks
except for some very limited exceptions, and that they'd be
identifying information insures that we know who is involved here.
It's also critical to uphold our state and local laws,
including our Century Law SP. Fifty four, which says that
local law enforcement are not going to be involved in
immigration enforcement. So this is I think furthering the state's

(51:19):
efforts to ensure legitimate law enforcing purposes and to protect Californians.

Speaker 18 (51:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:25):
Okay, so if you're not involved in anything to do
with the federal law enforcement, then they don't have to
tell you that their federal law enforcement and they're going
to do well, who's going to enforce this? Cops are
just going to show up. Well, you would know about
this because you're not involved in this because you want
no part of being involved in this. And remember as

(51:46):
I go back to this over and over again when
they talk about what we don't want to be involved
in anything the FEDS do. That's fine. They've not asked
you to come out and arrest people. In California, they've
asked you, as has many other states. Hey, you got
a bad guy in custody and he's got in order
to be removed. And I say he because mostly it's he,

(52:08):
and we ask you to hold him for us. Don't
sneak him out the back. That's all we're asking you
guys to do. That's too much. That's a bridge too far.
Cha had three two, three, five, three eight, twenty four
to twenty three at Chad Benson Show is your ex
your Insta, YouTube and Facebook right here on the Chad
Benson Show. Should understand that in saying and doing something

(52:32):
like that, what you're really saying is we hate brown people.
It's just I wouldn't say this is why we can't
have nice things? Why can't we have nice things? Stuff
like this? Stuff like this, And then you've got states
actively working against the fens. So ridiculous Minnesota. It's just

(52:55):
the fight over the he's from which party? Again, the
shooter is the Republican because it matters, because it matters
because if he's not from if he's not from my party,
then that's a win. But if it's from your party,

(53:15):
or but if he is from my party, well then
he's an outlier. And if he's from your party, he
makes up the base. Oh man, just insane. What do
you mean there's no manifesto. That's my new one. Yesterday
I heard drive Well they said there was a manifesto.

(53:36):
Now they said there was kind of a hit list,
not a manifesto. A manifesto that I talked about last night.
When I think of a manifesto, you got to think
about the unibomber, right, that's a manifesto. I got wrote
out all of this stuff. Writing down people's names that
you're going after is not a manifesto. That's a list.

(53:58):
He had journals with names on it. Just so frustrated.
Welcome to the frustration of social media. Three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three. That Chet Benson show
is your incident and X that's social media. I know, right,
that's what of crazy about this?

Speaker 11 (54:17):
Jet Benson chap Son, Chad Benson, Joe.

Speaker 7 (54:40):
The Chad Benson Show.

Speaker 1 (54:42):
We'll get back to what's going on with Iran, Israel
and potentially the USA and God willing, nothing is happening
with us. Meanwhile, here in America, we're going through this
here in Tennessee with the Tennessee Valley Authority doing a
little eminent domain right, like we need this, so we

(55:04):
should take this. And here's somebody that we think this
thing is worth and having fun with it. Oh kids,
time for a little fun with Stossel.

Speaker 22 (55:13):
Is your property yours? Not if government takes it, and
it can for what it calls public use. Eminent domain
law is long allowed politicians to grab people's property and
build needed public projects like roads and railroad tracks, but
developers also try to use it unfairly to force people

(55:36):
to give up their homes for private projects. Years ago,
this developer did that. You're bullying these people out because
the excuse me, that's wrong.

Speaker 9 (55:46):
But for you to use the word bully, John is
very unfair. This is a government case.

Speaker 1 (55:50):
This is not Donald Trump.

Speaker 5 (55:52):
Yes it's Donald Trump.

Speaker 22 (55:53):
It's you and your cronies and government working together for you.

Speaker 9 (55:56):
To call these people cronies is very unfair.

Speaker 1 (55:59):
Oh, I know that voice. He's a president of the
United States. God willing it doesn't take us the war
doing everything he can not to. Maybe we'll have to
claim eminent domain over Tehran.

Speaker 22 (56:11):
Continue, Sir Trump wanted this woman's home to add limousine
parking for his casinos. A court eventually ruled against him.

Speaker 9 (56:20):
Do you want to live in a city where you
can't build schools?

Speaker 22 (56:22):
Do you want to live in a city where you
can't build roads or highways?

Speaker 5 (56:25):
I get it that a highway is public use.

Speaker 22 (56:28):
But now officials in the appropriately named town of the Dalton, Illinois,
have moved to take the new Pope's childhood home from
its current owners so the town can turn it into
a historic site. And recently, Georgia's government approved eminent domain.

Speaker 14 (56:44):
To take portions of up to eighteen properties so it
can build a railroad that would be used by a
private company.

Speaker 5 (56:50):
If this happens, where would it stop.

Speaker 22 (56:54):
A rail line carrying lots of passengers might be an
appropriate use of eminent domain and would just serve one
rock quarry.

Speaker 23 (57:02):
I am confused that a railroad can come in and
demand your property for no reason at all other than
they want to use it to make money.

Speaker 1 (57:13):
By the way, ma'am, it's not for no other reason.
All right, They've got the rocks and they want to
go and they want to take the rocks, and then
they want to move to rocks elsewhere. Okay, geez, we
went through this with our church in southern California. I'll
touch on that a little bit. But it is an

(57:33):
interesting thing that takes place with eminent domain. And yes,
back in the day, were there things that this was
needed for. Yes, Now it feels more like, hey, you
know what I need that I want that big business
says give me that, or government says this will be
better for everybody.

Speaker 22 (57:52):
This expansion of eminent domain isn't new. Twenty years ago
the Supreme Court actually approved it, ruling that politicians and
to London, Connecticut could bulldoze this pink house to make
room for an important new business development eminent domain.

Speaker 16 (58:08):
They could take your home, they can take your land.

Speaker 22 (58:10):
I covered that story when this movie about the little
Pink House came out here.

Speaker 5 (58:15):
The owner learns that eminent domain law.

Speaker 22 (58:17):
Let's government take your home to build a highway or
a hospital that nobody's.

Speaker 24 (58:22):
Talking about it building away or a hospital.

Speaker 1 (58:26):
They just want my home.

Speaker 5 (58:28):
How could somebody break into my house.

Speaker 1 (58:32):
And take everything I have and go to jail?

Speaker 4 (58:34):
Oh, you could shoot them with me.

Speaker 5 (58:35):
I could shoot them. I could kill them. But if
they want the whole thing is perfectly legal.

Speaker 1 (58:41):
Well, as long as they're going to put up something
that everybody would benefit from. And look, have there been
people in the past that would like to hold up
progress because they own a ton of land and that's
something they don't want to do. Okay, we can go
over this, but it's like anything else. What starts out is, look,
this progress gets to a point where, you know, waiting
to take the home of the now pope away from

(59:06):
a family because you want to make it a historical site. Well,
it's best for everybody, sizzoo.

Speaker 22 (59:14):
The law requires that government give owners fair value for
the property, but the bureaucrats decide what fair value is.

Speaker 5 (59:22):
Missus Keela, I have great news.

Speaker 12 (59:25):
They've agreed to increase their offer by ten thousand dollars.

Speaker 22 (59:28):
The homeowner didn't want the money. She wanted to keep
her home, but the Supreme Court said the town could
legally bulldoze the neighborhood to make room for that important development.
Well this was going on. I interviewed the real life
Suzette Keilah.

Speaker 1 (59:45):
We were back into corners like animals in a corner.

Speaker 5 (59:48):
I confronted the city's lawyer.

Speaker 9 (59:49):
Any group of politicians can kick you out of your home.

Speaker 18 (59:52):
Well that's true. But that's true if you want to
put up a road, for example. The question is this
serving an important public purpose? And we say it is.
It's given them a lot of power. Yes, that's true.

Speaker 22 (01:00:05):
At the Supreme Court, Justice Sandra de O'Connor pushed back
against the taking.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
That's true, of course. Well you know, I mean the
insanity of well it's for the betterment. And what happens
you get politicians and they get their big cronies and
they get a hair up their ass and the next
thing you know, they're just like, we got to do this.
This is gonna be great. My people say this, and
it is. I mean, that's your place, right, like, that's
your place, that is your home, that is your land.

(01:00:37):
And you hear a lot of these people are like, no,
it's not about the money. It's not you know what
I'm waiting for And they haven't done it yet. Is
that family that owns the land right across from Augusta,
and they keep offering their money. I'm waiting for somebody
to come in and say, well, it's for the betterment
of everybody. We can put up this, this, and this,
and I hope that doesn't happen. I don't think it will,

(01:00:58):
but you never know, because it only takes one I
want that it's about connections.

Speaker 14 (01:01:04):
Say you had a Motel six and the city says, well,
if we had a Ritz Carlton, we would have higher taxes.

Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
Now is that.

Speaker 9 (01:01:11):
Okay, Yes, sir honor, that would be okay.

Speaker 6 (01:01:13):
So you can take from A to give to B
if B pays more taxes if.

Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
It is a significant amount.

Speaker 5 (01:01:19):
Yes, Here's Suzette's lawyer.

Speaker 25 (01:01:21):
The one thing that all poor neighborhoods share is that
they don't produce much tax revenue. If the court affirms
the lower court's decision, then you would put poor neighborhoods
in jeopardy.

Speaker 22 (01:01:33):
The court ruled against him and Suzette Kilo five to four.
US Supreme Court today affirmed the power of local governments
to seize private property. The decision alarmed people and off
that some states passed laws limiting the politician's right to
grab your property, which is.

Speaker 1 (01:01:52):
What you want. It's your property, of all of the things,
the sacred right of owning something, having that property, you
paid for, you worked at, whatever it is, it's yours,
and that the government come in because if they're big enough,
right you know they're talking about it, they're big enough
to let you have it, they're big enough take it away. Well,
now this is one of those things where they're not
letting you have it. You bought it your own and

(01:02:12):
they're coming and taking it away. Oh, but it's for
the betterment because we're gonna put up stuff. It's never
eveny fun stuff either. No, no, no, it's never neither.
So it's a road or a train. I'm kidding, of course,
because those were important back in the day.

Speaker 22 (01:02:28):
Years later I went with is that key Loda, Look
at the place the London said was going to be
that booming development.

Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
This is my stairs and I had a long purch
and this is where the husbands.

Speaker 22 (01:02:40):
The city said they had to tear the houses down
because development would happen, tax revenues, all.

Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
Kinds of cool new things. And yet this is what
they got. No hotel or upscale housing, no conference center.
No nothing.

Speaker 18 (01:02:55):
Keilo's house has been torn down and a lot where
it once stood is.

Speaker 22 (01:02:59):
Vacant today, twenty years after Eminent Domain destroyed Susette Kilo's
whole neighborhood, her lots still empty. And as I taped this,
the only thing that's even started construction nearby is this
recreation center, which costs taxpayers money. If this doesn't make
you wish politicians had less power.

Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
What will amen a men? Power seeks money, money seeks power.
We're going through that here with the TVA Tennessee Valley
Authority and their grab of homes and areas for a
plant they want to build, and we went through it

(01:03:42):
when I was younger, at the turn of the century. Well,
it makes it feel weird when you say that. But
the church that I was going to, Cottonwood Christian Center
in Los Alamados, they bought a parcel of land in
Los Alamados because the church they had they had out grown,
and our pastor was exhausted. He's like, I don't have

(01:04:04):
any more of these things I could do every day,
and so they bought it to expand where they were.
They paid money for it, They paid cash for they
said it for years and the church came in and said,
now we're I mean that the city came in and said,
now we're taking away from you because Costco wants to
come here, and that was a legal battle. Then they

(01:04:26):
offered him at one time fourteen million dollars, of which
they they they'd held it for years, that they this land,
and you know, once you buy it, then you've got
to start to develop and that takes even more money.
And so they had held it for years. Then the
next thing, you know, they're like, well, what'd you pay
for it? Like, we paid fourteen Well we're gonna give
you fourteen five. Yeah, that's not the way that works.

(01:04:47):
It's not the way that works. You don't hold it
for years. And it go up five hundred thousand dollars
in one of the thost prime locations on the planet.
And eventually they ended up having to cause they the
church they had gotten so much bad press. And as
my mom, who went school, she became a pastor, she
worked there the whole nine yards. She'll tell you it
was a win for everybody because the racetrack that it

(01:05:11):
was on, actually they didn't like the city, and they
gave them. They'd worked at a deal to give them
some of the land to make up for it some
My mom's always a win for everybody because we got
the church and Costco. I'm like, there's a win. But
they came in and grabbed it because of Costco. Was
it like there's any Costcos or super Walmarts or Sam's

(01:05:32):
Clubs around there? They wanted it for Costco three two, three, five,
three eight, twenty four, twenty three at Chad Benson Show,
is your ex insta all of the things that are
the things. Meanwhile, with all of the talk about what's
going on with Iran, nightmare overnight in Ukraine.

Speaker 26 (01:05:54):
Russia has a significantly stepped top it's attacks on the
Ukrainian cities in recent days, and they've also become more
indoc scriminate. Why now, well, Ukraine says this has all
been timed to make Western leaders at that G seven
meeting seem impotent. That Ukraine also pulled off a huge
drone attack of its own on Russian airfields two weeks ago,
so it could be a response to that.

Speaker 1 (01:06:14):
A little bit. But overnight they unleashed hell.

Speaker 26 (01:06:17):
This is among the worst Russian area attacks on Kiev
since the war began, and the deadliest in nearly a year.
All night, Russia unleashed wave after wave of drones and
missiles on the Ukrainian capital, around five hundred and all
pummeling thirty areas of the city.

Speaker 1 (01:06:32):
They are not playing, There is no doubt about that.
And also you've taken the eye off the prize. In
some cases, some people are thinking, all on a second,
miss President, you're focusing on Iran and Israel. We may
get dragged into that. And we're gonna talk more about
that because I've got a lot of pushback from you guys,
and I got a lot of you are like, yeah,
I don't want any part of this, but this is

(01:06:55):
still going on. This is a battle that is still happening.
So it's uncomfortable to say the least. What are we
gonna do with this? What's the next role? If anything?
And Trump's no longer there at the g seventy bounced
and not because of Iran versus Israel. That's not why.

(01:07:20):

Show authorities now revealing the man they say was behind
a politically motivated assassination In minnesota had a hit list
of forty five targets that included members Of, congress lawmakers
From minnesota To, michigan planned parenthood, leaders and healthcare. Workers
fifty seven year Old Vance bolter is accused of shooting
and Killing Minnesota State Representative Melissa hortman and her husband

(01:09:26):
at their home Early. Saturday bolter also accused of Wounding
State Senator John hoffman and his wife a few miles.

Speaker 1 (01:09:33):
Away it was, awful as we all. Know he's facing
federal charges, now which is. GOOD i, mean there's no
doubt the death penalty is going to be right there
for as it should. Be this was. Orchestrated this originally
they charged him with secondary murder with a five million dollar,

(01:09:54):
bond And i'm, thinking doesn't he own a house probably
worth enough that he could have mortgaged held all. THAT
i just found that. Odd but they came immediately in
with the federal.

Speaker 13 (01:10:05):
Charges it was actually remarkable how quickly the federal prosecutors
brought these. Charges they could add additional. Charges we heard
From Attorney General Pam bondi and other officials yesterday saying
that they intend to prosecute him to the fullest extent
of the.

Speaker 9 (01:10:20):
Law and it's also a.

Speaker 13 (01:10:21):
Real question whether they, intend if he's, convicted to seek
the death, penalty as he would be eligible under some
of these federal statutes that they charged him.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
With WHICH i think they will go whole hog as
they absolutely. Shoulder and there's a lot of, questions obviously
a lot of false, information misinformation people like so wait a,
minute the cops are waiting for him when they got. There,
no that's not what. Happened, originally he'd gone to two other.

(01:10:50):
HOMES i guess before the two where there was the,
shootings AND i guess there had been and issues with
the first, two and then the second one that was
shooting and then that's when they got to the third. One,
now when they pulled up to the third, one, well
he was.

Speaker 13 (01:11:09):
There he actually was in his vehicle when, police who
learned of the previous, shooting were conducting a wellness check
on that lawmaker's. Residence they allegedly saw him in his
vehicle outside of that residence and. Stopped they assumed that
he was actually law enforcement and asked him what he
was doing. There he apparently did not, respond and then
they went to go check on the residence and he drove.

(01:11:31):
Away that's when he allegedly made his way To State
Representative Melissa hortman's.

Speaker 1 (01:11:36):
Home and this is where all the confusion comes in
because the way that it's being spun in other places
is they sat there watched him going to the home
and shoot these. People he had police license, plate he
had full police, gear but there was something. Suspicious and
this is where the misinformation disinformation in the chaos goes

(01:11:57):
and people are more interested about what side's going to
get blamed for this than what actually. Happened three, two, three, five, three,

war that may be happening in the maga world because of?

(01:12:43):

THIS i think it's too late for. That how much

yet to be. Answered and of Course i'm talking About
Israel iran and what is going on. There why DON'T
i want to be. Involved let me tell you. SOMETHING

(01:13:51):
i don't want to be involved at. All AND i
will tell you this. Wholeheartedly this is all About. Bibi
this is About. Bibe that interview gave you yesterday With
Jonathan carl that's about bb net And yahoo and he
is doing. This and if you, look if You're, trump
you want to make sure that you, Think, hey, EVERYBODY
i know exactly what's going. ON i got. Everything Dial

(01:14:15):
bbe AND i are tight. Right he doesn't make a
move UNLESS i tell him it's okay to make a.
Move and this is just my. THOUGHT i Think bhebe's
doing everything on his. OWN i think his. GOAL i
think his want is for us to be dragged into
this Because iran is pushed so far By israel that
they have to strike out and hit. Us and then

(01:14:36):
he looks and, go oh that. Sucks now you're in.
This so what are you gonna?

Speaker 20 (01:14:40):
Do?

Speaker 1 (01:14:41):
Well what about the? Talks he says THAT i don't want.
Talks he's already said, that he said he doesn't want.
Talks Wall Street journal reported That israel has been getting
calls From. Iran The United states has been in calls
From iran And phoebe's, LIKE i don't want to talk
BECAUSE i think it's all fake. Talk it's all. Baloney
Oh so where are we? Now, well let's start with last.

Speaker 2 (01:15:04):
Night trump on social media with an urgent message last
night to the nine million people In iran's, capital posting
everyone should immediately Evacuate. Tehran French President manuel Mark ron
Claiming trump's early departure FROM g seven maybe a diplomatic,
move Claiming trump made an offer for a ceasefire Between
israel And. Iran trump overnight denying, that saying he returned

(01:15:25):
To washington for something much bigger than.

Speaker 1 (01:15:27):
That what the launch of your gold? Phones what's bigger than?
This we talked about last. HOUR i don't think It's. Ukraine,
okay at this point in, TIME i don't think It's.
Ukraine so then everybody got this on social media as
hour giving a.

Speaker 27 (01:15:45):
Hit it a mass exodus from The uranian capital following
warnings From President trump And, israel huge lines of cars
bumper to bumper on the road out Of, tehran gas stations,
Packed President trump posting everyone's immediately, evacuate And israel warning
thousands Of iranians to leave their homes as it widens

(01:16:05):
its bombing campaign.

Speaker 1 (01:16:07):
And it's getting. Bigger, currently where we stand at this
moment in time is, sweet mother Of. God what the
hell may be? Happening is their radiation. Leaks trump demands
a complete give up By iran As israel takes Out
tehran's most senior military. Commander he wants a complete give.
Up what exactly does that? Mean what does it? Mean

(01:16:33):
AND bb has said he wants us in the. FIGHT
i don't want to be in this. FIGHT i Don't
why do we have to be in your? Fight, well
because you have, TO i mean you have to be
in the. Fight he tried. To he wanted to kill The.

Speaker 3 (01:16:50):
Iyatola the president flatly rejected a, plan an opportunity that
the you that The israelis had to take out the supreme.
Leader do you understand his? Concern My my understanding is
his concern as that this would escalate the conflict beyond
where it is.

Speaker 5 (01:17:09):
Already it's not going to escalate the. Conflict it's going
to end the.

Speaker 6 (01:17:12):
Conflict we've had half a century of conflict spread by
this regime that is terrorized as everyone in The Middle
east has bombed The aramco oil fields In Saudi arabia
is spreading terrorism and subversion and sabotage. Everywhere that's the
forever war is What iran, wants and they're bringing us
to the brink of nuclear. War in, fact What israel

(01:17:33):
is doing is preventing, this bringing an end to this.

Speaker 1 (01:17:37):
Aggression, Okay SO i asked the question and will continue
to ask the. Question you think that we're going to
do some sort of regime, change because when you're saying
you're going to kill the, guy you don't think kill
the guy and then up Pops santa Claus us riding a,

(01:18:02):
unicorn saying it's gonna be. Good, Jews we're glad you did.
It and there is ENOUGH i think inside of there
at this moment in time to stir the hornet's, nest
to get people to stand up and, say you know,
what this guy, here this regime for the last forty
nine years has not served us, well has taken away our,

(01:18:23):
rights and we need to get these damn things. Back
but killing their leader and then replacing them with what
what's the end? GAME i hear that we're going to
take out this guy and that'll be. That how many
times have we heard that once we replace The taliban's
Solid who's running the place? Now? Taliman who's you replace him?

Speaker 28 (01:18:48):
With?

Speaker 1 (01:18:48):
Taliban wait What, yeah we spent twenty years and trillions of,
dollars lost hundreds of thousands of, lives you, know and
so we got the talent man that was kind of
Our we showed them no, new, new and he wants.
This he does comes out yesterday's. System well you know

(01:19:10):
what today is, this but tomorrow could Be New.

Speaker 6 (01:19:12):
YORK i still avive tomorrow It's New. YORK i, LOOK
i Understand america. FIRST i don't Understand america. Dead that's
what these people. Want they chant death To. America so
we're doing something that is in the service of mankind of,
humanity and it's a battle of good against. Evil america
does should and does stand with a Good that's What

(01:19:33):
president Trum trump is.

Speaker 5 (01:19:35):
Doing AND i deeply appreciate his.

Speaker 1 (01:19:37):
Support I'M i think it's All. Bbie you, know it's
all of the chicks on the. Right earlier today and
they were Talking daisy AND i kind of got into
it about. This And trump's not a, Neocon he's. Not
he's a businessman and he wants to see business, done
and he doesn't want to see. Fighting And i'm not

(01:19:58):
Like Dave. Smith he wants him impete and all These, no,
no that's not. Me BUT i don't want to See
trump dragged into, this and, YEAH i will be very
disappointed if he, is because this is About bbie and
we don't have to play this. Game we Defend israel a.

(01:20:19):
Lot you take away the stuff we. Provide they're not
the formidable machine that is in front of them right
now and the rest of the world you take that,
away and, yeah they're still formidable to a certain, extent

(01:20:40):
but not like they Are. Fads all of these, things
The Iron, dome the things that we supply is, massive
and we do so because there are. Allies there are.
Friends they are the only democracy in the. Region we
can go on and, on but AS i said, YESTERDAY
i continue to, say you're also our ally and friends

(01:21:03):
don't drag friends into fights all the. Time and now
you've got an issue here where you're dealing with a
certain amount of the base and we're gonna get to
that in a little bit that you're going to have
to answer to if things go. South But, chad they've
got nuclear. Weapons this Is Tulci gabbard earlier this. Year

(01:21:24):
you guys like, her you heard of. Her THE icy.

Speaker 4 (01:21:26):
Continues to assess That iran is not building a nuclear
weapon And supreme leader come. In he has not authorized
the nuclear weapons program that he suspended in two thousand and.
Three THE icy continues to monitor closely If tehran decides
to reauthorize its nuclear weapons.

Speaker 1 (01:21:42):
Program so, what well it says they don't have they
don't have nuclear nuclear, weapons and based on, this, yeah
go get a nuclear. Weapon, well they say death To,
America they say a lot of. THINGS a lot of
people say death to. Them, well it's different for the other. People,

(01:22:05):
yes if given the, opportunity DO i think the higher
echelon of people in the regime would love to see
The west somewhat? Defeated? YEAH i can also say if
given the, opportunity Because i've heard from several of you

(01:22:26):
with the upper echelons inside of this administration and the
warhawks and the neocons love to see a war over
there where weapons could be, sold billions and trillions of
dollars can be made and eventually wipe them. Out. Yeah,

(01:22:46):
well their culture is not conducive with. OURS i didn't
say it was WHAT i am saying is why do
we have to fight this? Fight why that billionaires and
millionaires and neo cons and war? Monster and by the,
way go look at what some of The democrats are

(01:23:08):
shouting as. Well who is? It schumer somebody Or Hakeem
jeffries talked about are you gonna be? Taco? Right trump
always chickens? Out are you gonna do that with? This
you've Got Lindsey graham out there, GOING i think we
should tell the get in a fact or whatever he,
says we should do.

Speaker 20 (01:23:29):
It, yeah do?

Speaker 1 (01:23:31):
It, well you go fight. Him then forty thousand of
our troops are in harm's, Way we're thirty six trillion
dollars in. Debt we've got some issues that we need to,
handle AND i don't think this is one of them

(01:23:52):
THAT i want to be involved. With. Now If iron
would have attacked out of, nowhere it's a, question but they. Didn't,
yeah but the NUCLEAR i get the. NUCLEAR i think
we can all understand. That but our own people said
that they. Weren't so who do you? Believe? WELL i believe, Them,

(01:24:14):
okay so you believe. THEM i just feel LIKE bb
is holding the cards. HERE i thought last, week How iran,
acts which is a part of it is going to
be how we. React AND i feel like that IF

(01:24:35):
bb continues to push the way he is And iran
acts the way that they eventually may be forced to,
do that we're going to have to react in a
way where we've already ended up not just joining the

way he's. Insane and, again AS i was just, saying
the battle of whose fault is? It what side calls this?
Nightmare is It trump's? Fault is he an extreme? Lefty

(01:29:51):
the the craziness of this, stuff it's. Frustrating is and
the the, well was it a? Manifesto was it a hit?
List did that even? Exist and what DID i? Say
everybody's want to be first is now more important than

(01:30:12):
wanting to be, right BECAUSE i want to be right
And i'm gonna make. Mistakes But i'm starting to realize
more and more most people don't care about being. Right
they just want to make sure that you're playing, attention
getting likes and clicks in the whole nine, yards which is.
Frustrating as, how when you're trying to sort out the,

Chad Benson.

Speaker 11 (01:30:56):
Show Sun Chad Benson, Show.

Speaker 7 (01:31:19):
The Chad Benson, show The battle Of.

Speaker 1 (01:31:22):
Maga that's what they're calling. It is it really that's.
Possible So Dave, smith who he's a, comedian HE i
mean he's a supporter or was a supporter Of. TRUMP
i think he goes a little, overboard but comes out

(01:31:44):
yesterday and goes on To Breaking points With sager And.
CRYSTAL i love Breaking. POINTS i think they're great, soccer
very very very conservative And crystal the uber. Progressive both
of THEM i think do a great. Job So dave

(01:32:07):
goes on there to talk about, this AND i think
he's it's a little. HYPERBOLIC i think he's. DISAPPOINTED i
don't think it's just, this BUT i do think of
all the, straws this would be the final. Straw and remember,
anyway it's, like, well who really cares. Well at a

(01:32:28):
time when influences play a huge, role podcasters played a massive.
Role there are people out there in THE maga world
who feel, like, no, no, no, sir this is not
who you were supposed to. Be and that's a hard
no for. Me now you remember, now first of, All

(01:32:48):
dave Is. Jewish dave IS i think his one of
his family, members maybe a few of them perished in
The holocaust or in The. Holocaust you, know you hear
all kinds of. Information the reality is he has been

(01:33:08):
very turned off By bibi And. Israel feels That israel
has more than overstepped himself in numerous, occasions and especially
when it comes To, palestine Not, hamas But palestine and The.
Palestinians that this is absolutely. Genocide it is a war of.

(01:33:31):
Cruelty and then you throw this into. It now he
starts out talking about in this clip about going back
to the capabilities of us in the region Versus, iran
because a lot of people, think, oh it's just it's
A b fifty two. Flyover everything will be done in five,
minutes and that'll be That ron has about a million

(01:33:55):
total between its actual terry and it's Proxies hesba Lah
woties thinks of that. Nature plus they have some other,
units so this is not just a simple it's no
big deal kind of. Scenario and when asked back in

(01:34:19):
the day about, this you, know because Obviously bush and
them were looking to, say, well who else could we go.

Speaker 19 (01:34:25):
After it was in two thousand and seven that The
pentagon Told GEORGE.

Speaker 20 (01:34:29):
W bush that we cannot go to war With.

Speaker 19 (01:34:32):
Iran because we do not have escalation dominance against, them
essentially meaning that they can hit all of our bases
and embassies in the, region and we are very vulnerable to.
Them and we've already seen demonstrated since The israeli attack
that The iranian the missiles that they sent last year Toward,
israel as many OF us, guests that wasn't really their.

Speaker 20 (01:34:53):
Best they were intentionally.

Speaker 19 (01:34:55):
Making an attack that wouldn't really hurt, anybody that wouldn't
really lead to a, war Which iran is done over
and over. Again but now we've pushed them to the
point where they probably don't feel that they have the
option not to, respond And Donald trump telling them to
come back to the negotiating table now as a, JOKE i,
mean what an impotent leader to be sitting there talking
about coming back to the negotiating.

Speaker 20 (01:35:16):
Table it's like sitting.

Speaker 19 (01:35:17):
After Pearl harbor and TELLING, fdr now's the time to
go negotiate with The. Japanese negotiations are over. Now the
time for negotiations was before.

Speaker 20 (01:35:26):
This.

Speaker 1 (01:35:27):
Now this is WHERE i disagree a. BIT i don't
think the negotiations are out of the realm of. Possibility
Wall Street journal even reporting today that there is more
than a little bit of desperation With iran trying to
get to the negotiation.

Speaker 3 (01:35:43):
Table The Wall Street journal reported that The iranians have
sent urgent messages to both The israelis and to The
United states that they would like to see the hostilities
stop and nuclear talks. Resume SO i Asked natanya how about,
that and he was adamant that he doesn't want any

(01:36:03):
part of so called nuclear talks or peace talks With
iran right.

Speaker 1 (01:36:07):
Now he called them fake.

Speaker 3 (01:36:09):
Talks he says that The iranians want fake talks so
they can just delay and they can continue to develop
their nuclear.

Speaker 1 (01:36:16):
Weapons that is What i'm. Saying WHEN i talk ABOUT,
Bbi BB's, Like, nope don't want to do. It, nope
shouldn't do. IT i won't participate in. It, well it's
not about, you, bro it's. Not and the whole regime change.
THING i keep going back to regime. Change what does
that get? Us please explain to me what that gets.

(01:36:39):
Us because we have this thing in. Mind close your
eyes and picture the person who you think is going
to take over for THE, iola and who is going
to then magically be this opening arms western best friend

(01:37:01):
that's not going to hate what has taking. Place maybe
the Shaw son it's been banteaing, about by the, way
not in the. Country So Dave smith, continues and this
is where he gets on to About. Trump as we

(01:37:21):
get back To, dave so the whole part of him, going,
well that's the time has. Passed, NO i don't think
the time has, passed but you've got to want. It
trump wants peace like that's kind of he's a business.
Dude he wants everybody to have a lot of. Money
he wants everybody have. Fun you, know he's, hey it's a,
party doesn't have a party kind of.

Speaker 20 (01:37:41):
Thing it's who he.

Speaker 1 (01:37:42):
Is he thinks we can all be doing. Well he
talked about it last. Week come, on we want to
trade with you guys want to have some, Fun let's
do some stuff like let's get, together, Right we're gonna
have a. Gym i'll spoke on to those hookahs with
you if you want to whatever it, is, RIGHT i
want some. SWARMA i don't Know trump talking has, Ass
that's WHAT i. Think but you do Where i'm going
with this, yet it's not about you at this point in.

(01:38:10):
Time the reaction Of iran towards potentially our forty thousand
troops in our, basis seventeen of them in and around
the region that they can get to based on the
reaction of bb Net, yah who's already SAID i don't
want to, negotiate and trying to get us to come

(01:38:30):
into this. Conflict that's the issue right. There more From Dave.

Speaker 19 (01:38:35):
SMITH i supported him this last. YEAR i apologized for doing.
So it was a bad. Calculation at the time it
seemed like the right. One but he should be impeached
and removed for this, one and not on some like
not on some Ridiculous Nancy. Pelosi of, course The congress
will never do it because they're all a bunch of you,
know corrupt.

Speaker 20 (01:38:52):
Hacks this is the one thing they.

Speaker 19 (01:38:53):
Support this is, like, Yeah Donald trump should be impeached
and removed for.

Speaker 20 (01:38:58):
This all of his supporters should turn on.

Speaker 19 (01:39:00):
Him it's the absolute betrayal of everything that he ran
and campaigned on and everything that he stood. For AND
i will, say despite the fact that you, Know Donald
trump supporters had been labeled like a cult, following and
that certainly is true for a percentage of his, supporters
he is going to lose his coalition over.

Speaker 20 (01:39:18):
THIS i. KNOW i don't just speak for.

Speaker 19 (01:39:21):
MYSELF i say there are a lot of us who
simply will not go along with.

Speaker 20 (01:39:25):
This so it's just a devastating. Mistake by the.

Speaker 19 (01:39:27):
Way on top of, that he's also going to lose
the deportation fight because of, this because right now he
needed all the political capital he could have to turn.
That you, know you got a majority support for, deportations
but the minority is very mobilized and they're out and
they're protesting all around the. Country he needed all of
his political capital for that. Move so here's what we.
Got the neo cons win more war abroad at you,

(01:39:49):
know bomb the world.

Speaker 20 (01:39:50):
And invite the.

Speaker 19 (01:39:51):
World no matter who you vote, for you always Get john, McCain, oh.

Speaker 1 (01:39:55):
That's a stinger right, there the Old john McCain. SHOT
i think it is going for neo cons. UH i
don't agree WITH i think it's hyper. Bollocks oh we're
going to impeach him. NOW i don't agree with.

Speaker 20 (01:40:07):
THAT i.

Speaker 1 (01:40:09):
DON'T i. DON'T i don't agree with that at. All
but DO i agree with some of the. Sentiment, YEAH
i think there is a lot of. That there is
a battle inside right now of the party. Itself there's
always going to be some sort of fracture because somebody's
there's always going to be somebody who wants to bomb,
everything and then the commer cooler heads for. Vail so

(01:40:34):
that's been you, know that's time and. Momorium in. Politics
you always got one. Person we should blow everything, up
just destroy. Everything we blow ourselves.

Speaker 20 (01:40:43):
Up we don't.

Speaker 1 (01:40:43):
CARE i just want to blow stuff. Up, right you're
gonna get that. Guy it's always a guy. Too every
once in a, while maybe. Girl BUT i want to
remind everybody About Tulci gabbart earlier this, year who is
now becoming part of the.

Speaker 4 (01:40:55):
ISSUE i guess The icy continues to assess That iron
is not building a nuclear weapon And Supreme leader come.
In he has not authorized the nuclear weapons program that
he suspended in two thousand and. Three THE ic continues
to monitor closely If tehran decides to reauthorize its nuclear weapons.

Speaker 1 (01:41:12):
Program M trump has split from, her dismissing congressional testimony
of her earlier this, year saying, Basically, nah that's not.
True it's not it's not. True it's not. True she's.
Lying she's a. Liar are are? Intelligence they're full of.

(01:41:33):
Liars so there's going to be an.

Speaker 30 (01:41:38):
Issue how's the time to Where iran is, weak THE
us should be, involved if not, directly but at least
Support israel's. Efforts and there is a schism.

Speaker 1 (01:41:46):
Here And President trump well aware of this.

Speaker 30 (01:41:48):
Schism he in fact Called Tucker CARLTON kooki last night
and in a social media post After carlson called him
complicit in what we're seeing In iran right. Now AND
i am told by people close to The president's mind
full of trying to satisfy both. Bases and that's why
we're getting a little bit of a. Waffling he's not
quite sure how to navigate this very fast moving situation

(01:42:10):
IN thedd least.

Speaker 1 (01:42:12):
Waffling i'm, sorry there should be no. Waffling we stand.
Strong what are they to? Us shouldn't that be? It
well to our, neighbors to Our, okay we can support
them when it comes to making sure they have enough stuff.

Speaker 18 (01:42:31):
I.

Speaker 1 (01:42:31):
E they've got enough of the stuff to protect them
when it comes to missiles and the iron dome and
all of that. Stuff, okay, yeah that's. Okay but we
don't need to have any of our boots on the.
Ground we don't need our people in the middle of.
This and If phoebe wants to go do, this you,
know everybody, said well there are, friends you know, What

(01:42:52):
friends don't do this to other. Friends and we if
it We're american. First who's all decide What america's? First, Okay,
well what Is iran threat wise to?

Speaker 13 (01:43:03):
Us?

Speaker 1 (01:43:05):
Honestly and what does it look like if there's regime,
change because nobody can ever give? It, well which is
good to get rid of this? Guy they said that
about the last. Guy, well the last guy was nice to,
us because that's what it's. About who can be friendly
to The. West how do you think if you're if
you are a neighboring country and you don't want to get,

(01:43:30):
involved but you look over there and you, go, wow
they're going to do regime. CHANGE i wonder if they
could do that. Here you think that's going to endear
us to any of these countries and people probably. Not
and they're not fans for the most part Of iran,
Either so there's a lot that's going on in. Here

(01:43:54):
DO i think he would lose some political cred? HERE
i think there would be more than a few people
THAT i think would look and, go, well they're still
bombing In. Ukraine you said day One Hamas, israel that's
no closer before they could even fix. That you're you,
know he's on his way to something, else and uh,

(01:44:16):
Yeah so, no, no this isn't what people signed up.
For all of those things take. Time this was something
that's very, interesting AND i continue to, Say bibi is
the player. Here everybody's like they're playing THREE d. Chess
No trump may be playing THREE d, Chess bibi's playing

Betrayal Season 5

Betrayal Season 5

Saskia Inwood woke up one morning, knowing her life would never be the same. The night before, she learned the unimaginable – that the husband she knew in the light of day was a different person after dark. This season unpacks Saskia’s discovery of her husband’s secret life and her fight to bring him to justice. Along the way, we expose a crime that is just coming to light. This is also a story about the myth of the “perfect victim:” who gets believed, who gets doubted, and why. We follow Saskia as she works to reclaim her body, her voice, and her life.
