the day. Wow, time to close out the show. This
day went quickly, didn't it?

With that?
Speaker 1 (00:09):
This morning the morning, Yeah, the morning.
Speaker 4 (00:14):
To be honest with Jay, summer is going. The summer
is moving, man, the summer going.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
Facts.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
I got one thing to say. I know you all
hate this when I say it, But Christmas is tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Yes, no, right, no, right, Christmas it flies, Bud.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
Doesn't it? Yes it does, yes, it does.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
But seriously, all the things that are going on in
the country right now, it's a lot. And the thing
that we do here on the Sea Friday Morning Show,
we make it a point, we make it our responsibility
to remind all of our listeners every single day. You
all have to register to vote. You need to pay
attention what's going on. You need to read up on things.
(00:57):
Project twenty twenty five. Oh, you guys need to really
really be aware and not take this attitude that you're
not going to vote for Biden and you're not going
to vote for Trump.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
Not voting is a vote for Trump. That's right, That's
exactly right. You need to check your voter registration status.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
We're talking about Shirley was joking earlier talking about Christmas
is around here.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
Election day, Yeah, it's a number is coming July.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah, So check your voterly, yes, check your voter registration,
your status, your status regular vote, moved.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
If you've moved, if you like you said Carl, if
you've changed your status in any way, if you've moved,
you've got to reregister. You know, you got to get
in there and make sure you're straight for this election.
That's going to be the deciding factor. You ask polls,
us at the polls.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
I think also what you want to be educated on
is this whole project twenty twenty five. You know what
I mean. You want to definitely here. You want to
know exactly what they have or that they're playing. And
you don't with the agenda. Man, if you don't want
to look at if you've got to look at this
to see exactly where they're trying to take this country too.
So you've got to be up on this twenty twenty five.
(02:11):
Pull it up, Google it, do what you gotta do.
It's out there. You can see exactly all the changes
that they're trying to make it and every change over
there affects us.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
I could that's right, that all along directly, you're right directly, education,
civil rights, abortion rights, it's all in there, and they're
talking day one if a Republican is in office. These
are the changes that are going to happen to this
country day one. They're preparing right now. It's over nine
(02:39):
hundred and twenty something pages. It's a whole lot, you know,
it's but to take your time and and get into it.
Understand what's going on. Seriously, you need.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
To be so swarm. It's very serious. It's very serious.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Dismantled government agencies, programs like social Security.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
These are things or your future.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
Think about how old you are now and you're listening
and you're planning for your future, for retirement. We're in
an age for retirement future planning. So you guys got
to really really focus and really pay attention. Go to
when we all vote dot org right now, when we
all vote dot org. That's the fastest website I thought
of as the top of my head for you to
go and check your voter registration status.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
If you've never voted before and you're about.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
To turn eighteen or you're eighteen right now, take the time.
This is important. We have to go to the polls. Now,
we told you, guys in twenty sixteen, we told you
how important it was to go. We told you how
important the next that particular president was going to have
Supreme Court justice appointees.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
And now look where we are.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
We have a Supreme Court where they've done away with
women reproductive rights, they've done away they've gotten rid of
affirmative action. If y'all don't think that people in office
don't affect you, you are sadly mistaken, because this is
where we are, This is the state of this country,
and everything is a racial divide. Everything is political and
(04:09):
a racial divide. From basketball games WNBA, everything is an
issue in this country right.
Speaker 4 (04:16):
Now, and that voting on the local level is probably
even more important that local level is really.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
Yeah, for sure, don't skip any elections. That don't skip
anything we can't afford to. We can no longer afford to.
And in your spare time, you know when maybe you
would be watching TV or playing video games or something,
take a look at Project twenty twenty five. You won't
tell your eyes, You will not believe your eyes what's
in there? You won't, you will not. It is Wow,
(04:45):
that's what they want to do. That's this is what
they think making America great again is all about. You'll see,
you'll see.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
I like the fact I like the fact that Taraji
p Henson when she was hosting the bt or, she
was definitely trying to get the word out.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
You know, yeah, yes she was. She definitely was. Because
it's our obligation. We have a platform like this, It
is our obligation. And we've never backed down from this,
from this role that we play. You know, in what
we do, we have to encourage people. We have to
get you out foremost to vote.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
We have to.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
We have to, and it's our right, it's our right. Yeah,
these times, yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
It's crucial.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
You're looking at TV this week, You're looking at the
Republican National Convention. You're picking up your phone, you're looking
at social media. You see all of these blacks for
Trump at in Milwaukee for this convention of the DNC's
convention is in August.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
It's in Chicago, if I'm not mistaken. Yes, it's in Chicago. Yeah,
next month.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
So you guys got to be prepared and be informed
of what's going on. And I mean, you know, we're
sounding we're saying it over and over, and we're going
to keep saying it over and over until election day.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
We're not going back down. Can't do it.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Yeah, there's our obligation. So please check your status. Check
it today. Check it only takes a couple of minutes
and you'll find out, you know, what your voter registration
status is, especially if you've just moved. You know, you
think you can go to your old uh place and vote,
but if you're someplace, if you're in a new place,
check that, reregister and go you know where you're supposed
(06:22):
to go to vote. All right, we don't want to
wait at the polls. You don't want any of that stuff.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Really vote and do all of that.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Yeah, vote, vote, vote, vote, we used.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
To say in Chicago, vote vote early, vote off, vote off.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
All right, that's it. In the words of my uncle,
talk to God. He would love to hear from you.
Until then, y'all be.
