this city around in twenty months. And then what happened started with a madman

(01:08):
down in Texas decided he wanted tobust people up to New York City,
hundred and ten thousand migrants. Wehave to feed clothes, house educate the
children, watch their laundry sheets, give them everything they need, healthcare,

(01:30):
and this team here we stated, let's do everything possible before we have to
push it out into neighborhoods and communities. M So that's Mayor Eric Adams who
went on this big rant where heblasted he also he said republic I don't

(01:53):
think he said maga Republicans. Hesaid Republicans. And then when he's talking
about the madman down in Texas,he's talking about Texas Governor Greg Abbott and
the bussing of people who entered thecountry illegally up to New York and he
went off on this huge thing therewas there were more parts of his speech
that were wee bit concerning. Igot to say they were just a tad

(02:15):
bit concerning. I mean, there'ssome people even on the lot, they're
a little bit freaked out by someof the stuff that he was saying.
So we're gonna dive in. That'swhat we're gonna start with today. We
have a lot of stuff to hit. First off, welcome to the program.
Dana Lash here with you top ofthis very first hour today. And

(02:36):
it is Thursday, so it's it'sa weird day. It's it's it feels
like a Wednesday because we you know, we had the Labor Day on Monday.
So you can listen coast to coast. You can watch the simulcast of
the radio program as well at YouTubeFacebook always good discussion at YouTube channel three
forty seven Direct TV. So there, if you get the newsletter, the
email prep which you should if yousubscribe over at substack, you already got

(03:00):
all this stuff. You got allthis stuff. You know what's coming down
the road today because there were somemoves made last night in terms of energy,
there's been moves in terms of studentloans. Democrats are they're scrambling a
little bit, and we're going toget into some of that. Of course,

(03:22):
you know, we got you know, the requisite twenty twenty four stuff
at first up this so as itrelates to immigration, and we're coming off
of this Eric Adams speech which hewent off on this madman in Texas talking
about the Texas governor. I justthought it was ridiculous what he said,
because New York they advertise themselves asa sanctuary state. You know, Eric

(03:42):
Adams said that it's a sanctuary state, and they really the way that they
talked about themselves being a sanctuary state, they did it in a way to
shame other people for not having theirpolicies. But what we're learning is that
it kind of seems like their policiesare for show, for show, so

(04:08):
they get what did they say? They said they had like one hundred and
fifty thousand, I think is whatthey were saying in terms of the number
of illegal entrants, illegal immigrants thatthey'd had that arrived in New York.
Okay, do you know you noty'all know how many Texas has been dealing
with? Several million? You know, del Rio, y'all, y'all want

(04:30):
to know how many they deal with. I mean, it's crazy, and
he's freaking out because he's at forone time, is getting just a little
bit of what Texas sporter towns havebeen dealing with. You're kidding me,
You're kidding me. I just didthat to me. I thought they were

(04:53):
sanctuary city. I mean that's howagain, that's how they were advertised.
So he was going off on thisrant, and then he was going off.
We have audio sound like nineteen. This is where he went further.
He was saying, oh my gosh, it's destroying New York City. Listen
to this. We're here, we'regetting no support on this national crises and

(05:16):
we're receiving no support. And letme tell you something, New York is.
Never in my life have I hada problem that I did not see
an end in two. I don'tsee an end into this. I don't
see an ending to this. Thisissue will destroy New York City, destroy

(05:40):
New York City. We're getting tenthousand migrants a month. You know it
gets me. He's like, ohmy gosh, it's gonna destroy New York
City. This is gonna He's gettingjust a taste, just a taste of
what border towns in Texas have hadto deal with. Hewe back October twenty
twenty one, quote, we shouldprotect our immigrants, period. Yes,

(06:05):
New York City will remain a sanctuarycity under an Adams administration. All right,
we're a sanctuary city. This comeswith what did you think? Did
you think that you weren't going tohave to do anything. Did you think
that you could hold a policy positionand never be called upon to actually try

(06:26):
it out, to actually put itto practice. Of course they did.
That's why that's why you get theterm limousine liberal. You get these progressives
that pretend to have so much compassionand such a heart for people, but
when push comes to shove, theyreally don't. And you're seeing it here.
This is not a border state problem. And this is where we're on

(06:47):
to Santas and Greg Abbott, Texasgovernor. They've done very well with this
because it's not a border and itshouldn't be a border state problem. You
want to talk about grifting and welfareand entitlement. For all of these states
that proclaimed that they're sanctuary states,or these metropolitan areas that proclaimed that they're
sanctuary cities. It is the ultimategriff. These people are able to wrap

(07:14):
themselves in the veneer of compassion dueto the hard work and sacrifice of everybody
else who lived by the border. These blue state self appointed elitists up in
New York and Maryland, in DCwho wrap themselves up in this veneer of

(07:35):
compassion. We care about people whocome to the country where sanctuary we're sanctuary
city, where sanctuary state. Theyare afforded that cosplay by the sacrifice of
people in Dela Ria, by thesacrifice of people in McCallen, by the

(07:58):
sacrifice of people in in hot sectors, in border towns all across the southern
border. Those people have been payingthe cost. They've been footing the bill
for everyone else to pretend. Andnow the bills come due for these people.

(08:18):
It's come due for New York City, it's come due for Eric Adams,
and they're bitching about it. Ohmy gosh, I can't believe we'd
have to do a one eighth ofwhat all these other people have been doing
for decades. Well, now itreally isn't a border state problem anymore,
because we will make it your problem. If we can't enforce our laws.

(08:39):
By guy, we are gonna makeit your problem. If you're gonna make
it to where we have an issuewith millions of people coming across our border,
we'll go make it your problem. We have cartels that we're dealing with
because of an unenforced border. Wewill make cartels your problem. We will
make opioids your problem. Will makepeople who enter illegally your problem. You're

(09:05):
not going to grift off of theback of hard working people. And can
I just add one other thing, because I know the left loves to play
racial politics, but racial politics arealive in immigration. Look at Martha's Vineyard,
comparable to Del Rio. They hadfifty people who entered illegally sent up

(09:30):
to Martha's Vineyard. Now I knowconservatives, bear with me because if there's
one thing that I love to do, it's to take the politics and the
identity cards that the left uses andshow them how ridiculous they are to use
it in the first place. Ihate that I even have to explain it,
but we live in this era.But racial politics are alive and immigration

(09:52):
because the people who complain the loudestabout it are coddled urbanites, people like
Eric Adams. You know that helives in a nice part of Manhattan.
This isn't the Governor's mansion. Allof these white progressive trust fund socialists that
always say that they're all about sanctuary, but oh my gosh, they don't

(10:16):
want to have to be by thesepeople. That's how that's how they think.
That's what you saw in practice,in Martha's vineyard. They are fine
with people at the border dealing withit. And what they don't realize because
they don't ever leave the tupperware offresh environment of their urban dwelling, is
that, you know, people wholive at the border in border patrol are

(10:37):
predominantly Hispanic, and it's Hispanic Americansthat really dislike illegal immigration almost more than
anybody, because why should someone elseget to cut in line when you've done
all the hard work of doing everythingthat you're supposed to do, filling out
every form, crossing every tea dotand every eye, and then you got

(11:00):
these people up in Matha's vineyard, pinkies out Mimosa Land that make it harder
for everybody else at the border. That's the racial politics in it. You
got a bunch of white trust fundsocialists up in Manhattan and coddled urbanites who
think that predominantly Hispanic border town shouldhave to pay the costs for all of

(11:20):
this. There's your racial politics inthis. Now to this point. Yesterday,
after we were off air, thisnews came out. A federal judge
has ordered Texas to remove the floatingbarriers aimed at de turing illegal entrants.
And it bars the state from buildingnew buoys on the Rio. Grant,
now you remember these. We hadthe Texas governor on about this, by

(11:43):
the way, his statement yesterdays, they're going to appeal this. Here's this
judge. These are the ones wherethey put these and they're movable, they're
not permanent structures. They put thesegiant buoys in the water to stop people
because some of the for the peoplewho've never been to the border, there
are parts of the Rio that youcan literally just like walk across. It's

(12:07):
like almost a creek. You canwalk across it, and they're really hot
sectors. And they put these booiesup in some of the places where it's
more shallow and the current is alot calmer. They put these booies up
to deter these crossings as a forcemultiplier. And Abbott said he's not asking
for permission, it's all part ofOperation lone start. Here's my thought.

(12:31):
I think I would I would havea lot of respect, and I like
that the governor's appealing this. Whyshould we and make us bring your happy
asses to Texas and you come andmake us take this out of the Rio.
You know, if the federal governmentcan disregard immigration law, well,

(12:52):
then we're going to disregard your illegaledict. I had somebody tell me,
what what are you gonna do?You're going to join the National Guard and
go down there and face off againstthe federalies. No. I actually believe
in George Mason's philosophy when he wasasked who are the militia and he said
it is the whole of the people, every man and woman. I kind

(13:13):
of like that approach, but I'mdone with this. If I were the
Texas governor, I would say,Okay, yeah, we're gonna appeal it,
but you come and make us,Come and make us, and then
have a booie on the flag AlaAlamo and then challenge them. I still
would like to see that we gota lot more in store. Because here's

(13:35):
what's up. Yesterday I told youabout Saudi Arabia extending the cut on gas.
Well, now Biden has suspended allleases for drilling up in the Arctic.
We're going to discuss that and theimpact that's going to have on energy.
We're also going to get in onanother hurricane. We're all watching Hurricane
Lee. It could become a Catfive. It's still out in the Atlantic,

(13:56):
it's uncertain. Words all gonna go. We're gonna follow that. We
got a lot of stuff to hittoday, also with the student bailout stuff,
and of course how can you forgetHunter Biden House oversight the evidence that
they have on that, Plus apparentlynow an indictment is coming by September twenty
nine related to that gun charge. We're going to unpack that for you as
well, So you don't want tomiss a single bit of the show today.

(15:24):
now all of the news you wouldprobably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick
five, Okay, So first upthis day three, this is crazy.
I was actually watching some of thisa little bit earlier this morning. Danello
Cavalcante. A man hunt expanded forthis escaped killer after multiple confirmed sightings.
So this dude escape, This thirtyfourty year old he escaped prison in Chester

(15:48):
County last week. People have beenseeing him literally on trail cameras, Like
spotted him on trail cameras walking around. They saw him on Monday night walking
around Longwood Gardens. They conducted policeconducted a search of the area. They
weren't able to like find him yet. He was seen entering a couple of
different properties, so he's still inPennsylvania. But my goodness, there were

(16:10):
there like warning people to be onthe lookout. And this is just crazy.
He's actually spotted on trail cameras. They gave a detailed timeline of his
escape, saying that a tower officerdid not see nor report his escape.
The dude climbed to wall in theexercise yard and then pushed through razor wire,
ran across the roof through more razorwire, and then left the prison.
This is just a crazy story. Also, this U I saw this

(16:33):
headline and I thought, big deal. I made a whole human out of
McDonald's cheeseburgers and spaghettios because it's literallyall I could keep down for four and
a half months. Scientists would growa whole model of a human embryo without
sperm or egg, although there's acaveat to that. They said, it's
like supposed to be a real fourteenday old embryo. But they but they
actually did though use you know, human They they used human eggs, et

(16:59):
cetera, and all of so's.They kind of cheated it a little bit,
but it's still I don't think weshould be doing stuff like this.
Honestly, just because you can doesn'tmean that you should. Rotten tomatoes totally
inflated. In fact, what theydiscovered as they were paying people to inflate
ratings. Are you surprised, becausethat's why a lot of the scary movies
that are good have bad ratings.Stay with us. For ten years,

Show. Name me one major issuethat we've set our mind on solving we

(18:52):
haven't been able to do. Dowe have time in the show to do
that? I'm like, I don'tknow, man, do we have actual
time to do that, to sitdown and do all that? I don't
know. I'll come back to theprogram, Daniel ask with you. That's
the president who said yesterday, well, what's the one thing we're names something
that we haven't done that we thatwe set our mind on solving that we

(19:15):
haven't been able to own inflation.Although you know what, though, the
questions weird because it it begs thequestion his statement does because it assumes that
he wants to solve something. Imean, if you're you're going to bring
up if I were to bring upthe border for instance, Okay, Well,
that presupposes that he wants to solvethe border issue, which neither I

(19:37):
nor you believe. So I'm notgoing to play in that game. No,
he it's because it again, itpresupposes that he actually wants a solution,
whether it's to inflation, whether it'stoo energy and dependence, whether it's
you know, there's no reason forthat. I mean, in case in
point I wanted to go to andthis was part of your Again, if

(19:59):
you sign up to sub sac chapterand verse, you get really good stuff
out of that, and you getit before everyone else. Because I'm crazy,
and Lorraine, who writes for thesite, is similarly crazy. We
find stuff and are able to getit out to you before anybody else does.
So the production cut from Saudi Arabiamentioned this yesterday, right, So

(20:21):
they're extending this oil production cut allthe way through the end of the year.
That's going to keep prices higher atthe pump, and they said that.
Now the international benchmark Brent CRUD wasup a point ninety six cents Tuesday
morning following the news, hitting nearlyninety dollars per barrel. It was the

(20:44):
cut of a million barrels per day. Now, remember this was announced back
in July and it was extended intofall, and I told you it was
going to be extended again, andof course it's going to be extended all
the way through December. That's whatread announced yesterday or sorry Tuesday. Total
production around nine million barrels per dayfor the final three months of twenty twenty
three. Now these are separate fromthe broader the the production schedule for OPEC.

(21:14):
OPEC says that they're not going tomake any further cuts for the remainder
of the year. But Saudi Arabiaas the single largest producer within OPEC of
oil. So that's that's and that'sgoing to affect obviously, it's gonna affect
us. It's gonna make it harderto fill up your tank. It's gonna
make it, you know, moreexpensive, and and it's still hot outside

(21:36):
and then we're going to go intowinter. All of this is designed and
the reason why. So take thisfirst off, Set that up. You
got that, set that on thetable. Now let me hit the hit
you with this. So now youhave the Biden administration that's canceling all oil
and gas leases in the Arctic NationalWildlife Refuge. Now, this was something

(21:56):
that the previous administration was trying towas was trying to undo. They were
trying to get it to where wecould be a little bit more energy independent
and be able to use all ofour go after all of our resources.
And I want to add too, again, there's a difference between environmentalism and
conservationists. Environmentalists are it's a cult. It's a religion full of stupid people.

(22:22):
I'm just gonna be incredibly frank aboutit. They are the dumbest people
on God's green Earth. And justlike you have people like Eric Adams in
New York who profess this fake compassionfor people who enter the country illegally and
call where they live sanctuary cities. So too, is it the same with
environmentalists. They profess this love fromMother Earth and nature, but they do

(22:44):
the stupidest things that actually do moreharm. Like it was literally environmentalists who
decided, we don't want any faillike I mean completely fail safe. We
don't want any super safe pipelines transportingcrude all all the way under the earth,
avoiding all the aquaphers going down toHouston. We don't want that.
We wanted to go on rail, using more coal to transport it. Environmentalists

(23:11):
are the people who are like,we don't want clean extraction of gas or
oil. We want to completely dependon land stripping of rare earth elements,
creating the byproduct toxic byproducts that killentire villages in China. We like that.
That's what environmentalists do. Conservationists arelike, how do how are we

(23:36):
able to extract these resources while leavingthe land pristine. I have friends who
work and I went to school with, I'm to high school with who work
in oil and gas, and theywere like the super science e engineer,
Like one of my friends who worksin oil and gas. Now, literally
that's one of the problems that theyhave to that's what they do they're an
engineer, and they have to figureout what is the most efficient, affordable,

(24:00):
and less intrusive way to extract resourcesfrom the ground. That's what they
figure out because they want to makesure that there's stuff left. They want
to preserve to make sure there's stuffleft. This this is the philosophy that
farmers, who are you know, the original conservationist farmers and ranchers have right.

(24:21):
You take care of the land becausethe land takes care of you.
It's a symbiotic relationship. Environmentalists don'tlook at it like that. That's how
conservationists look at it. And sogoing to this the way that this has
always been approached is how can weextract these resources in the least intrusive way
possible and make it to where youknow, again, you take care of

(24:41):
the land, the land takes careof you. That's the philosophy. And
this is what previous land of theadministration we were exploring. So now the
Biden administration announced yesterday they're going toprohibit drilling in thirteen million acres in the
National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska, cancelingall leases, and the Arctic National Wildlife
Refuge. Now this they say there'syour maximum protections, what what's But here's

(25:04):
what's interesting. Biden approved an eightbillion dollar oil drilling project in the same
vicinity this year, and of coursethat's just kind of interesting if you look
in the relationship with that. Ijust you know, I gotta say,
I just think it's I do thinkit's interesting he greenlt that he greenlit that
project, and that's in the NorthSlip, Alaska's North Slip. It's on

(25:26):
three sites, uh Conico Phillips. That was announced. That was something that
they did the spring. That theyannounced the spring, and so but they
are not we don't have any there'sno commitment to any expansion or improvement of
any refineries. And we still Imean, if you really want to talk
about green new Deal, there's stillno effort to at all whatsoever fast track

(25:53):
any of the permitting for minds forrare earth elements. I mean, there's
I think they're just still servying things. It's crazy. And that takes I
think anywhere from we talked to expertsabout that before, anywhere from like eighteen
nine years to get that off theground. So here you have the administration
that's canceling all thirteen million acres cancelingall of this and this that's going to

(26:17):
keep it's going to keep prices high. We're not going to be adding anything
to the world market. We're alsonot going to be adding as a becoming
a net exporter as we were underthe previous administration. All of this is
designed to keep you broke and unableto fill your gas tank up, so
you stop relying on oil and gasand you get rid of your car.
That's what all of this is about. They want you to migrate over to
super expensive electric vehicles. Now,I've told you before I love gadgets.

(26:41):
If people weren't preaching to me aboutevs, i'd probably have one. But
I get so rebellious when people tryto condition behavior through the marketplace to get
you to act in a way thatthey would like that. I want to
act opposite to that. And Iliterally bought the biggest blanking gas guzzler I

(27:03):
could get that gets like point twomiles to the gallon. I'm not kidding
you. Like I it is egregiouslyoffensive, and I love it, Oh
my gosh, love gas and oil. Yeah, But the whole point is
that this is all about conditioning you. It's behavioral conditioning through the market place,
and that's not a free market.Lorraine sends the story and check this

(27:26):
out. So you know, inFlorida after the hurricane came through, and
this happened after Ian two, becausethere was a fire that started in a
parking garage. It was from anEV. The Palm Harbor Fire Department they
were telling everybody who had evs,if it that came into contact with salt
water, to park away from thestructure or other vehicles because they said,

(27:47):
look, there are evs that arecatching on fire and the days and weeks
after the storm, I just wantto highlight that again. Days and weeks
after the storm, they said Carfax, they had their spokesperson. They said,
y'all need to understand the fire riskdoesn't just go away when your vehicle
dries out. They said, thesalt water that's flooding can get into the

(28:07):
battery and dry there, and onceit dries it creates what federal safety officials
call bridges between cells, which leadsto fires. And those fires can come
anytime from days to a week later. And once an EV catches on fire,
it's very difficult to put it out. So I'm just saying, so
they want you to everybody to getinto these evs, and that are super

(28:34):
expensive. The batteries cost as muchas the vehicle to replace. Most people
can't afford them things to bind inflation. So but gas and oil or plentiful
and they replenish and it's affordable energy. In a way, there is class
warfare. I mean not in away it is. I mean it is
class warfare. It's class warfare againstpeople who can't go out and buy evs.

(28:56):
And also, can I just saythey're ugliest, sin They're ugly.
They're so ugly. I'm sorry ifyou have one, I'm not judging you.
I just and I say this asa gadget lover. That's why I'm
like, if people weren't so preachyabout these things. It's like the people
who drive evs are similar to thepeople who are Keto or the people who

(29:18):
are are go to Burning Man.They all tell you about it. Yes
I was at burning and they nevershut up about it. Yes I'm Keto.
Oh no, I was at BurningMan. I drive an EV.
They just non stop or crossfitters.I'm sorry cross fitters, but you know
you do that. All my friendswho cross fit, don't shut up about
it. So that's the truth ofthe matter. So anyway, I just

(29:41):
that's that's what this whole push is. The whole push is this, and
we're going to be more dependent uponeither what opec or China. Great job
I had and great job. Nowcan we talk about We're going to dive
into this here coming up, butjust to wet your appetite. So the
gun charge, I was looking atthe hold up. This is the status
report. I was looking through thestatus report of this because now they're saying,

(30:03):
oh, look interesting, the Sunlikely faces a gun charge for that
could land him in prison for upto ten years. Now, this would
not even be speculation if it wasanybody else. You guys know this.
If this was anybody else that hadlied on a forty four, seventy three,
anybody, then you know that theywould have. They would have,

(30:30):
they'd already be in jail, they'dalready be in jail. But they're not
because it's Hunter Biden and it's Ddifferent. You guys know how that works.
Come on, you guys know howthis works. It's d different.
So we're gonna dive into this andunpack what could happen here because they said
that it could what it's going tobe by September twenty nine, which by

(30:53):
the way, happens to be rightaround my birthday. I cannot think of
a better birthday present for me.I mean, this is so great for
me to have Hunter Biden charged withthe firearms offense on my birthday. Yay,
mean so glad I have my birthday. I is so happy about that.
I know I shouldn't engage in schenfreude, it's against Gospels, but just

(31:15):
you know, just indulge me fora second. Okay, we got a
lot more on the way. Wegot days of these United States, and
then of course, you know,we got our Florida man. But we're
gonna unpack this. We're gonna giveyou some of the latest is what you
can expect with Congress, because nowthe Senate is trying to I don't want
to say pick up the slack. That's not the right way to put it.
The Senate is trying to go wherethe House won't act, you know,

(31:37):
over the budget battle. So theSenate's now trying to figure out ways
that they can act. We're gonnagive you the update on all that black

(32:44):
noon to three pm Eastern on directTV Channel three forty seven. Like Sands
through the Allied Glass, so arethe days of the United States. I
just have co and just have coldit. I'm still testing positive. Apparently
I have to have a clear testbefore I can come back. So you

(33:07):
know, I can't wait to getback and hang out. But until then,
it's me and my mask, andI'm sort of confined to my room.
Okay, why is this chick wearinga mask at home by herself doing
a you know what? That's likethe question that smart people would ask.

(33:30):
But we live in a stupid worldthat, I mean, it would be
smart to not even do that inthe first place. Woman is massed up
in an empty room all by herself, calling in because I guess she thinks
the RNA could like go through theatmosphere and infect people at the studio.
I don't I don't get it.That was what people over calling into the

(33:52):
view. I don't understand this atall. Welcome back to the program.
I don't understand that. I don't. It's just it's weird to me.
It's weird. We're not doing thisagain. We are not doing this again,
not doing it. I mean wesaw how instane. I mean you
saw it. We went through allof these not just studies about how the
masking doesn't work, but how it'sactually bad for you. Right, you

(34:14):
all remember, oh, what wasthat growdy? I sent it out to
you before and in one of theemail preps and someone was like, I
clicked on this link and I thawthe pictures and it was scrossed. They
can't un see it because they weredoing tests of all the stuff that accumulates
even if you change it like twicea day or three times a day.
I can't remember how many times theysaid in the study they changed it,

(34:36):
but they they tested the bacteria andthe wooll that accumulates on the mask roughout
the day, and they're like, this is even, like as if not
more dangerous than what you think you'retrying to prevent. It was goofy.
I mean, it's it's it's nothing, but it's a it's a pacifier.
It is It's all it is.I mean it it is. It's it's
like a again behavioral conditioning, nother again, never again. I oh,

(35:01):
man, Nana, Nana got sobad because you know some of the
older women, you know, andespecially if they're older women and they like
wearing their lipstick, they do not. They did not like to wear the
mask because it messed it up.And Nana was like, I got a
new lipstick and I can't even wearbecause it's stupid. But she was mad
about it. And a great auntwas real mad. Great aunt had a

(35:22):
what is it a chanel red andalways wore red lipstick. She didn't wear
any other makeup. She always worea red lipstick. And she would get
so hoping mad about having to puta mask on. She cussed somebody out
in a laws of taine because theydemanded that she cover and she was like,
I have I have a red lipI'm not putting a mask on this
elderly woman customount of Lassitaine because theywere gonna make her mask up. She's

(35:43):
like, I ain't doing this. She's like, I'm the one you should
be most concerned about because of myage, and I'm telling you I'm not
doing it. Yeah, I don't. I don't think this is I don't
think any kind of mandate is evergonna go over again. I'm just telling
you, just telling you, atleast some of the women on my Family
ain't gonna have it. They'll they'llprobably take for everybody at that point.
All right, So coming up thesecond hours, what we got, we're

(36:04):
gonna dive into the what we canexpect from this. It looks like an
indictment for baby, infant, newbornchild Hunter Biden by September twenty nine,
We're going to talk about that, tons of other stuff. Stick with us
more the Danish show coming up.Does it seem like every time you turn

That's eight six six eight eight seveneleven eighty eight. Or text Dana
to nine nine eight eight ninety nine. Wow. Well see the street,
someone's school there asking to see he'sa person. Day was at first,

(37:37):
So first of all, I didnot allow anything with that. Well listen,
excuse me. I'm not going tolet you accuse me of committing criminal
activity. I am not going totake that. I Am not going to
take that. So you should youwant to have a civil conversation. That's
one day. Try to say thatI'm letting that guy was Baker acted.

(37:58):
He should have been. He shouldit had been ruled ineligible, but they
didn't involuntarily commit him, and sothey weren't. No, No, I
don't, no, No, thereis the truth. There is something about
the truth. It's not everyone doesn'thave their own truth. No, you
don't get to come here and blameme for some madman. That is not

(38:20):
appropriate and I'm not going to acceptit. Good for him, Good for
him. That's Governor Rhonda Santis whois not having it. He was falsely
accused of being a murderer and enablingthe Jacksonville killer by an audience member.
And guess how Politico in the mediaare trying to spend this right now,

(38:42):
the headline de Santis lashes out ataudience member. That's actually the headline,
De Santis lashes out at audience memberover Jacksonville shooting. And the media is
trying to drum this up like deSantis is so mean. He attacked this
individual. Now, why didn't leticosay audience member lashes out at totally innocent

(39:02):
due because he disagrees with him aboutyou don't get to call I know a
little sum about this. Welcome tothe show, top of the second hour,
Dana Lash here with you. Youcan listen Coast to coast. You
can stream the radio program as well. You can watch YouTube and Facebook.
Always good discussion at YouTube and Channelthree forty seven Direct TV for the simulcast.
Yeah, I know a little somethingabout constantly being called a murderer by

(39:23):
people who disagree with me about firearms. No little something about that. So
De Santis is at this giving whathe's giving remarks, and he was at
this, this was in where wasthis? Sad? It was? This
had to do with the Jacksonville shooting, the killer in Jacksonville, and the

(39:45):
audience member accused De Santis of quoteallowing people to hunt people like me,
and he said that he accused himof giving weapons to hateful people, basically
accused him of being a murderer andenabling the jackson vill killer. DeSantis ze
absolutely right there. First off,you don't have the right to call someone

(40:06):
a murderer just because you disagree withthem on things. I was on CNN
and I got into it with what'sher face, Alison Cameroda because they she
had allowed and I watched it onher program person after person to say that
I paid murderers and I was paidby the gun lobby and I enabled murderers.
And I took her to town overthat, and she got and I'm
not moving a bit because you don'tget you don't have the rights to call

(40:28):
anybody. And first off, ifyou want to talk about courtesy, if
you were going to in start theconversation with the offense accusing, accusing someone
of being a murderer, do notexpect a courteous response in return. Because
people who have who begin conversations likethat, or who at any point in
the conversation inject such a false accusationlike that in the middle of the discussion,

(40:49):
they are not interested in goodwill, they are not interested in honest debate,
they're not interested in solutions. They'renothing more than than bomb throwers and
that's it, and political zealots, that's it. So he was absolutely right
to say, no, you don'tget to do this. You're not going

(41:09):
to make false accusations and accuse meof crimes. And the guy apparently who
raised this issue apparently didn't know thestory because Decantis was correct. He's like
the guy was Baker acted. Idon't know why they didn't have him involuntarily
committed, because clearly he had ahistory of mental instability, which is true.

(41:31):
My point has always been, okay, using this as an example,
if someone completely unrelated to this sphereof people who has no idea what this
individual is going through is responsible. Then why in the ever loving hell are

(41:51):
the family and friends of this individualwho know this individual and who all come
out of the woodwork after something horriblehappens and say, oh, yes,
he had a history of this,or he had a history of that,
or is vile he talked about thisor that, but nothing is said about
that. Hm, amazing, there'sno idea why he wasn't involuntarily committed.
But no, if you're going toaccuse innocent people of murder, innocent people

(42:13):
have every right to be like, okay, the people knew about it,
why didn't y'all do nothing? Andevery single one of these situations it was
like this and everyone you know this, and he and deceed. The city's

(42:34):
like he should have been ineligible, but they didn't involuntarily commit him. And
the guy going no, that's nottrue. Actually that's a thousand percent true.
This guy has no idea what he'stalking about. Good for him for
not dealing with this and not beingand not playing along with this. I'm
done with it, you know. It's you don't get to falsely accused people

(42:55):
like this. And like I said, I knew a little something about it.
And I'll never forget sitting there onthe Parkland stage and I'm sitting next
to this pos you want to talkabout bad cops, Boy, nobody hates
bad cops more than good cops. And also Dana lash because I sat next

(43:15):
to one of the worst on stageat that CNN town hall and that fat
SB sitting next to me on thestage tried to blame me for his inaction.
Dude had how many calls in warninghim about this killer. The family
had even called this dude warning himabout the killer, saying the guy had

(43:36):
this murderer, had even knocked theteeth out of his mom's head. They
did nothing. And you know atParkland in the lead up to this,
because you know that there was someonefrom I think it was a retired Secret
Service that had had a child thatwent to that school, and they conducted
a safety experiment. In fact, this came out in one of the books

(43:57):
after all of this, and itwas something that was also discussed by the
commission, the Stumm and Douglas Commissionthat was formed in the wake of this
tragedy. The secret retired Secret Servicemember went through the school with a stack
of post its I was able tojust walk in the school. Doors were
open, nothing was locked, andthen put post its on students. Just
went up and just touch students andput post its on them, and then

(44:21):
afterwards went to the school administration andsaid, if I had been a killer,
every single one of these students wouldhave been a casualty. The media
worked overtime to make sure that didn'tcome out because they were too busy trying
to politicize it. To take awayyour guns, and they're still given.
The superintendent of that school, Robertruns he was the guy. He knew
about this murderer too. You know, the murderer at that school literally had

(44:43):
to have a babysit or go tothe school with him because he was so
violent. I bet you didn't knowthat either, did you. But no,
you got to give up your gunsbecause the school couldn't be prevailed upon
to lock their damn doors and keeptheir students safe. You got to give
up your guns, and you haveto become more vulnerable to the criminal.
That the restorative justice that all ofthese activists support enable and empower. Now,

(45:07):
Robert Runcy, here's the guy whodecided. He came up with the
whole idea that if you don't reportthe crime, it looks like you've reduced
it. No, Joe, Sohe just stopped reporting crime that students at
the school were committing. That wassomething else. The commission also put in
its final report, and he wasstill getting awards from an Obama's Department of
Education about this. No Joe,Oh, Robert Runsey is just the icon

(45:31):
of reducing the number of reports inthe school to prison pipeline. He didn't
reform behavior. He literally stopped reportingit. That's a fact. But no,
you got to give up your guns. Unbelievable. So, long story
short to Santras, was totally right. And I always love it when people

(45:52):
so discourteously make such an accusation andthen they act like the victims when you
respond with equal discourteous I don't playthat either, and neither should you,
and I'm glad he doesn't. Someof the other things were hitting on.
Speaking of firearms, Yeah, I'mreally not interested in hearing anything from the
left on any kind of gun anything. Notice how quiet they all those uh,

(46:15):
all of the kept women there inMom's Demand, the group that was
created by Michael Bloomberg who had theURL before he was able to lure the
former mon Santo pr person who wentout and was defending mont Santo against Roundup,
before he was able to hire thatperson to front this you know,
quote unquote or grassroot organization. They'vebeen completely silent on this whole issue with

(46:40):
hunter Biden. In fact, mostDemocrats have been entirely silent on this whole
issue with hunter Biden. Even afterhunter Biden threatened that he was going to
try to actually claim that he couldn'thave been ineligible because using drugs can't make
you ineligible, he was actually,I mean he's still may you don't know,
he still may try to actually useit as a defense. I'm gonna
pop all the popcorn in the worldfor that. Democrats will, with this

(47:05):
flabby crack addict destroy their entire argumenton gun control. Pop the popcorn because
I'm here for it. And that'sthat's what it looks like. So this
gun charge pull us up. Thisis a wild to me. So it
looks like this indictment could come down. I think it's going to be September.
By September twenty ninth, they said, So you have the very privileged

(47:30):
infant baby fifty something year old sonof Joe Biden. Everything in his life
has been handed to him on asilver platter, including getting away with serious
offenses. So the whole thing isabout the charges for possessing a firearm while
he was using a controlled substance. Now, when you fill out when you

(47:52):
go when you purchase the firearm, and you fill out that form, it's
called forty four seventy three. That'sliterally one of the questions that they ask
on there. If you have ahist of doing drugs, if you're currently
doing drugs, et cetera. Lyingon any part of that form is a
felony. It's eighteen USC. Ninetwenty two. I want to say subsection
like g I think, and it'sa felony to lie on this, right,

(48:17):
I mean, think about this. The ATF has been bothering firearm manufacturers
right now. In fact, Iknow a couple of them that they're actually
trying to intimidate them right now.Actively. They go after FFLs and if
you have a grammatical error, they'regoing to pull your license. But on
this they all look the other way. Amazing, right, So he's going
to face this federal grand jury indictment. That's what's to be expected by the

(48:38):
end of the month. According tothis filing, the Speedy Trial Act requires
that the government obtained the return ofan indictment by a grand jury by Friday,
September twenty nine at the earliest. And they said the government intends to
seek the return of an indictment inthis case, et cetera, et cetera.
The lawyers four Hunter Biden submitted theirown update. He was going to

(49:00):
get remember, he was going toget out that sweeping immunity protection under this
plea agreement that fell apart because theywere being shady. Now, I'm not
going to have there's two separate thingshere. I'm not going to have a
debate right now on the issue ofdrugs and gun possession because that's a whole
other issue, and I'm not goingto get distracted by debating that to have

(49:21):
this hidden. So move that overbecause i ain't having that right now.
I'm looking this is this is democratsdemanding these laws, but then also demanding
a free pass when they don't wantto follow him. That's what this is
about. And so the point ofit is that if this was anybody but
hunter Biden, they would have notgotten to skate like this anybody, they

(49:45):
would not have gotten to skate, not at all. Now I think honestly
that you also shouldn't. You know. While I'm entertained by this, I
also so think that this is theleast they can do. They're doing this

(50:05):
just to make it look like they'redoing something, because this will be the
only thing that happens. We'll talkmore about this here coming up, And
now all of the news you wouldprobably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick
five. So Hurricane Lee is rapidlyintensifying into a cat too. It's on
track to be an extremely dangerous Catfive by Friday. It's way out there

(50:29):
in the Atlantic, and rapid intensificationis how they're describing. They have a
whole Sepia Simpson scale. They saidit has maximum wins about one hundred and
five miles prob. Right now,it's still far out there. They're keeping
an eye on it to see ifit impacts the East coast at all.
Right now, it's bringing gusty windsand rough seas to Puerto Rico, but

(50:50):
so far it's still front of away that it is not a lot of
serious danger. But people are keepingan eye on it. I mean,
you know, sometimes it'll go upto a cat, sometimes it'll ink reason
then sometimes the winds change and thenit kind of dissipates. So well,
like I said, we'll keep aneye on it. Uh this golly,
there's uh I can't imagine by Ican't imagine this. So this story comes

(51:12):
this is brit Is Britain. Itcomes out of the Metro. Caroline Honeycomb,
that's literally her name. She's apparentlyUh, this woman was stung by
a horde of angry bees, aswarm of them. She was stung over
sixty times. They had to puther on a drip after she went to
the er, and they said thather horse was stung eighty times. They

(51:38):
had to have an emergency treatment froma vet and they were they were on
their horses near where a beekeeper wasopening hives to check on honey and then
somehow all hell broke loose. AndI mean, I like, honey bees
don't make a math like this's notthe bees fault. I mean they've been
they've they've had some problems, likethey they've been stressed. A crack appeared

(52:01):
overnight in Yosemite. This is it'skind of been interesting I didn't even know
this something like this could happen.Of course, by the way, I
hate pop up ads, and Iwill literally hate your business forever if you
have a stupid pop up ad.I can't even see the story. A
crack appeared in the rocks suit. It's called It's supernatural, and they said
that Yosemite National Park put a signup that says rock climbers are reported a

(52:22):
new crack in a cliff on thewestern side of the Royal Arches. They
said it's near the climbing route superslide. Subsequent investigation revealed it had a
partially detached it partially detached a largepillar of rock, So I mean it's
a giant crack. They said itwas natively occurring, and I guess that
they've they've closed that part of thepath, and I guess that portion of

(52:47):
the cliff or climbing. I wouldn'twant to climb on that, And that's
what happens. Also, Wendy's haspumpkin spice frosty, can we not?
I mean, it's like ninety degreesoutside still, you know, people are
going to the beach stop to catchup on all the headlines in crazy Wokerie,
download The Dana Show podcast and getDana's perspective on The Dana Show.

(53:09):
Welcome back to the program, yourlovable curmudgeon here with you. Make sure
you sign up for Chapter Versus thenewsletter over at sub Stack, Ladies and
Gents, Dana Lash Behind the Mic. So twenty twenty four, I got
a touch on this. I don'treally I'm very hesitant. I don't like
using leftist media to go at conservatives, but I don't think that the individual

(53:36):
that's in the sound bite's a conservative, so I don't really have any qualms
about it. But I thought thiswas a very interesting extra change because it's
I've noticed the rama swammy guy,a big rama swammy candidate for Guopian nominee.
And you guys know how I feelabout this. There's so much stuff
that is still as people are justlike looking at the public and again public

(54:00):
information. Nobody's like getting this stuffprivately. He's making it so much more
difficult for himself because he can't explainwhy he had this one eighty right.
That's kind of the problem with this. And this is what I've said from
the beginning. It's one thing ifbecause no one's judging someone from changing their
mind. But what people are suspiciousover, and they have every right to

(54:22):
be suspicious over this, especially ifyou're a candidate, right for literally the
most powerful office in the world. You need to kind of be able to
explain without being offended, why youhad a one eighty on things literally since
February of this year. Why onmajor major pillars of policy, like major

(54:42):
beliefs that usually most people it takesthem quite a bit to have that awakening.
And you know, case in pointthere. This was just one issue
that Vivic Ramaswamy has kind of flipflopped on. It has to do with
J six and Trump. Now,if you've listened to the program at all
before, you know, I meanwe were on Arab and all that was
happening, so we covered it liveand I remember, I mean, we

(55:07):
carried part of Trump's speech and thenthe riot was happening, and we even
carried the part where Trump had said, you know, go home, be
peaceful, et cetera. And that'swhy this doesn't make sense because in the
days after that, like he blastedhe the big promist womb. He didn't
just blast Trump on Twitter. Hewrote a whole book and had a whole
chapter where he was dragging him andsaying that it was abhorrent, and he

(55:30):
blamed him for inciting a riot andall this other stuff. And he had
tweeted with his own word. Hetweeted. It was a whole entire tweet,
so you can't say that it wastaken out of context because it's his
tweet. He was saying that, you know, what Trump did was absolutely
abhorrent. You know, on Januarysixth, Well, what was absolutely ibhorrant?
So he went on, I thinkthis was MSNBC, this guy don't

(55:51):
like on MSNBC. And he wasasked about this because you know, apparently
everybody in cable news can't bring thisus to ask him this question, except
this dude for some reason. Sohe asks him, well, what did
Trump do? You tweeted? Thiswas your full tweet, and they posted
it. They showed the entire tweet, so it wasn't taken out of context.

(56:12):
It was his full remark. Andhe was simply saying, well,
okay, can you explain what Trumpdid that was so in your words,
abhorrent? And vivek Ramaswamy could notanswer the question. Listen to this exchange
you say he behaved in downright abhorrentbehavior that makes him a danger to them
people. Let's actually be let's actuallybe really fair to your audience. So

(56:38):
on January tenth, twenty twenty one, thereabouts, days after that incident,
I wrote an open in the WallStreet Journal arguing that censorship was the real
cause of what happened. On Januarysixth, when asked in response, somebody
asked me the question, are youthat that's that's well, that's what I
wrote. I'm giving you the factof what I said. That's a harsh
fact that was published in the WallStreet Journal. When pressed on was that

(57:00):
condoning what Trump did? My answerwas no, there's a difference between a
bad judgment and understood. We wouldto be able to tell the different Trump
do your view that was downright abhorrent. Second time, I think that the
thing that I would have done differently, if I were hitting his shoes,
would have declared reelection on January exactlythe thing I would Trump do that was

(57:23):
egregious, quote, downright abhorrent anda danger to democracy. Can you just
explain to our view is your words? So so you're you're mixing two different
goals but what did I think wasreprehensible about what happened that day? Look,
I think that the way a trueleader should have handled that situation should
have been to actually say, thisis me running for re election, not

(57:45):
actually litigating what is already passed inbehind us. And I would have done
things differently. That is not acrime, though, what you, and
the reason I have been so vehement, would have done because this is we're
here from your mouth? No,No, I would not feel scared of
him. Why wouldn't you say whathe did? I'm not going to horror.
I'm not going to let you stitchstitching together three things. You want

(58:07):
to conversation, Yes, I wantyou to answer my question. It was
downright of horror. It's a simplequestion. It's your words, it's on
screen. I think what did hedo that was downright horrand? I believe
that failing to unite this country fallsshort of what a true leader ought to
do. That is why I'm inthis race, is to do things differently

(58:30):
than any prior president has done them. That's the hard truth. Okay,
that's what the reality is. Mediaand well, the reality is none of
that is a cree And the reasonI have been so vocal. The reason
I have been so vocal is becausewhen somebody actually prosecutes somebody for a bad
jokes line. And we have theoriginal tweet that he posted on January twelfth,

(58:55):
twenty twenty one, and we alsohave the book that he wrote,
Nation of Victims, where he wenton and on and on and on and
on and on dragging Trump for jSX his tweet. And this is what
this MSNBC dude was citing. Quote, what Trump did last week was wrong.
This was in a conversation a threadspecifically about blaming him for j sex.

(59:19):
He said at four fifty four am, January twelve, twenty twenty one,
quote, what Trump did last weekwas wrong, downright abhorrent, plane
and simple. I've said it beforeand did so in my piece. So
he was referring to his Wall StreetJournal piece, and this was his tweet,
and he was trying to scrub histimeline, but he was missing some

(59:42):
stuff. I got this from histimeline and I still I have the link
saved in Casey Delitza, and Isaved the whole page too. So he's
lying because he's saying that he's beingtaken out of context by being accurately quoted.
He literally typed us out and hitsin tweet. He did this.

(01:00:02):
No one is misquoting him, noone is smearing him. No one is
making up his statement and attributing itto him. He tweeted this. He
not only wrote about it in aneditorial, he wrote about it in his
book where he dragged Trump and blamedhim for j sex. And then he
tweeted this, And so he's beingasked about this, and then he says

(01:00:28):
that he's the victim because he's beingaccurately quoted. We have enough medium mal
practice out there without big pharma brosbitching that they've been smeared by the media
when they're literally accurately quoted. Whatabout this tweet? Where is downright abhorrent

(01:00:49):
taken out of context in this tweet? Anyone who's watching the simulcast or listening,
I'll read again the tweet four fiftyfour am, January twelve, twenty
twenty one. Quote. What Trumpdid last week was period, downright abhorrent,
period, plain and simple. Period. I've said it before and did
so on my piece period end quote. So how is he being taken out

(01:01:09):
of context here? No? No, you're getting things from three places.
He said, no, hell,no, it's just your tweet. Here's
lick, it's just your tweet here. And then he literally is he's been
complaining about this, He's on Twittercomplaining about it. He goes, this
shows you the game that the mediaplays. What you tweeted this? You

(01:01:37):
literally tweeted it. How is thislike a game? See, his past
remarks are now inconvenient for him.He started scrubbing his timeline. Remember,
he only stepped down from the businessthrough which he has a number of interests

(01:01:59):
with Immanist Party of China Businesses.I mean he's I mean roy Vant.
He literally only stepped down as likethe chairman in what February of this year,
and he still has a stake inthe company. He's still making fat
bank off CCP business. That's afact. Also, it's publicly out there.
If he would like to dispute it, then he can take it up
with like how his business literally filesbecause it's fact. He in his book

(01:02:27):
he literally said quote it was adark day for democracy. The loser of
the last election refused to concede therace. He called Trump a loser.
He said that he was the StacyAbrams of the Republican Party. He was
practiced victimhood narratives. He was abhorrent. Oh my gosh, like I could
go on and on. I mean, the sore loser more. Oh my

(01:02:49):
gosh, there's still a lot inhere. Now he's like, oh my
gosh, you're smearing me by accuratelyquoting me. I've had him on this
show twice and I was really cool. All the stuff starts to come out
now we won't come back on theI got questions because this is disingenuous.
I would have had a hell ofa lot more respect for this dude if
he would have come out and said, yeah, I wrote it, and
I've maybe moderated, I maybe moderatedmy position since, but yeah, that's

(01:03:14):
what I wrote. And then ifhe could explain why he thinks differently or
why his view is more nuanced, but he can't do it. Instead of
all he does. If you notice, this is his go to every time
I'm smeared, I'm being unfairly quoted, I'm being attacked. That's the same
thing as the media bitching that they'vebeen deceptively edited every single time they're accurately

(01:03:34):
busted on something. It's the samething. Stop, I just this is
no conservative So yeah, that's whathe said. Own it. Just own
it. And then he doesn't needhis little bot army or his stands out
there or his press people picking fightswith people who literally quote his tweet and

(01:03:59):
say, dude, what did youmean by this? I mean, what's
the problem again? I'd have alot more respect for him if you just
said, yeah, you know Isaid this, or this was the position
I had, or this is whatyou no I thought and I ended up
changing my mind or I changed myposition or something. But he doesn't do
that. You're he immediately presents asthe victim, and you're the bad guy
for literally asking him, why didyou tweet this? Here's your tweet.

(01:04:24):
You're smearing me with my own tweet. That's like what libs of TikTok is
accused of doing. How dare youactually show the stuff we posted publicly ourselves.
How dare you? I mean,it's the same thing. I just
get so tired of this, Ohmy gosh, so tired of this.
I mean, is it's not thatthis, you know, it's not enough

(01:04:44):
that the primary started super early, but now we've got this. I mean,
like I said, We've got enoughproblems with media. The last thing
that I want to happen is foryou know, a victim mentality candidate to
falsely say that they are targeted bythe media and therefore dilute actual, real
claims of conservatives who are targeted bythe media. Stop it. You don't

(01:05:05):
get to appropriate what someone else isactually living. It's so frustrating. It's
his laugh mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida man, all
right. So first up, it'sfrom the villages. A villager has been

(01:05:32):
charged with repeatedly chugging booze inside ofa public's grocery store. Now, Emily
Rachel McPherson, thirty five. No, wait a minute, how is she
thirty five living in the villages?Hold up, put the brakes on,
Steve. I thought you had tobe fifty to live in the villages,
right, and that would yeah,do the fact check. Steve's also a

(01:05:55):
resident fact checker. Real quick here, I thought you had to be fifty
to anyway. The thirty five yearold woman, Millie McPherson, she was
paying several visits to the publics andchugging liquor without paying for it. She
was caught on surveillance visiting the store, drinking liquor and then returning the empty
bottle to the store shelf. Accordingto Sumper Kindie Sheriff's office, like she

(01:06:19):
legit, like one says, she'sprobably living with their folks. She was
like going like repeatedly, now whatwould she drink? That's what you're asking.
Okay, let me share with youthe Ranchola gloria pre made margharitos.
Oh girl, no, no,that's a no, no, no pre
made no. Also Bota pino griggio. Really you had, she was captured

(01:06:44):
on surveillance. Then she got asmall bottle of wine, chugged it,
placed it back on the shelf soshe didn't pay for it. She returned
the next day. Then she grabbedanother mini Bota pino Griggio, and then
she also grabbed another two four packsof the Rancho la Gloria, and then
she walked to an aisle without camerasand they she chugged all of those.

(01:07:08):
And by the way, all ofthat together was just twenty two dollars.
Like Kwan's dying, Like why likeshe's on three thousand dollars bond because like
the amount that she drank is noteven one hundred dollars total, right,
But she was going in there chuggingthe stuff like girl like, So,
have somebody make a margarita for you? Go? No, do that pre
made stuff? No? No,no, Oh my gosh. Do you

(01:07:30):
want? Do you want the village'spolicy from their FAQ page? Yes?
Please. While the village is afifty five plus active adult community, we
absolutely do welcome children and get grandchildren. In fact, the villages host year
round intergenerational activities as part of Campvillages. Where about that? What would
includes? So she's somebody's family, that's yeah, camp. Maybe it was

(01:07:50):
a camp villages thing. She justlike go go going in. Now,
David, who is in Orlando andlistens to the show, he goes,
Yes, the villages are fifty fiveplus, he goes, but there are
exceptions if her spouse is fifty fiveplus. Ooo, now it's interesting.
So she could be with her parentsfamily, or she got herself a sugar

(01:08:13):
daddy. You know, I'm justsaying, like fifty, but I don't
know. He doesn't sound like asugar daddy. If she's like going in
and drinking like cheap liquor at thepublic's I just gotta say, okay,
can we talk about the three leggedbear? Lets? So, a three
legged bear, I feel sorry forit in Florida rated a refrigerator and drank
all the white claw. I feellike this is something Steve would have sent

(01:08:41):
me. A Florida three legged bearinvades a screened in patio of a home,
rated the refrigerator and drank all theirwhite claw. The hard Celter a
teenager's reaction to seeing the bear outsideof the home quote, oh my gosh,
look at him. It's a LakeMary, Florida. It's a three
legged black bear known as Tripod, and it found its way. I felt
bad for it. Now I don't. It found its found its way into

(01:09:03):
the patti of a home. Itrated the refrigerator. Did it open the
refrigeration? How does it? Didit hit it open it? It's missing
one of its not arms front pawsright. Yeah. The thirteen year old
son a family dog were inside thehome and the bear stopped by for a
visit. Fox thirty five in Orlandohas video of the encounter. It limped
around on its three legs in thedriveway and then it made it into the

(01:09:27):
screen. In Lanai, near thefamily swimming pool, and it's on video
limping around, going through the refrigeratorand then drink. How does it get
the white claw? He could? They go, there's no food in there.
This is crazy. The bear openedthe mini refrigerator door, and then
the dad goes, if it knowshow to open the fridge, it can

(01:09:48):
open my house door. And thenit helped itself to the white claw and
then walked off. A drunk threelegged bear in Florida. Watch out for
that one third hour on the way. I can't top this. For Ukraine,
not only to survive, but tothrive, we're also supporting its efforts

(01:10:11):
to rebuild from Russia's aggression. Atthe Ukraine Recovery Conference held in London a
few months ago, I pledged thatthe United States would invest more than five
hundred and twenty million dollars in makingUkraine's energy infrastructure, more than half of
which has been destroyed by Russia, cleaner, more resilient, and more integrated
with Europe. Oh boy, thereyou go. I don't know why we're

(01:10:34):
still given why it is that's AnthonyBlincoln who's saying that we're going to invest
more than five hundred and twenty millionand making their energy infrastructure cleaner and more
resilient, when we can't even dothat here at home. We have no
ability. We're not doing that athome. We're not doing that here in
the United States. I mean, you know what, we could use that

(01:10:55):
five hundred and twenty million dollars towardsexpanding our refinery capacity, our ability too,
because that's the thing. It's notthat, it's not that, not
for drilling, it's the refinement process. Welcome back to the program, top
of this third hour with you,Dana lash here coming at you live from
Dallas, Texas, and it's uh, we got alloted to get through this

(01:11:15):
hour. You can listen across thecountry and don't forget to catch a simulcast
as well. Channel three forty seven, Drive TV, YouTube and Facebook.
Always good discussions. And we alsohave the newsletter Substack newsletter that you chapter
and verse all kinds of good stuffthat comes down of that regular lee.
So five hundred and twenty million andmaking their energy infrastructure more resilient, but

(01:11:39):
not anything for hours, Okay, kind of got some problems with that,
as I'm sure you do as well. Biden's on his way to India,
for G twenty that's taking it startstoday and high stakes meeting and apparently jij
and Ping obviously skipping the event. Now he's supposed that said that he's going

(01:12:00):
to use this uh this international summitto show our warm relations with India.
Who's hosting it now Jijimping is skippingit, which they didn't give a reason
why because his the country's premier, the leading or the country's premier of lower

(01:12:21):
position than Jijmping. Apparently he's goingon behalf of Jijimping and they said,
oh, it's an important form forinternational economic cooperation of a Jijian Ping himself
is not going. Biden met theChinese leader last year at the meeting in
Indonesia. So he said he wasdisappointed that Chinese leader, the CCP leader

(01:12:42):
isn't isn't attending, and they saidthat the plan and the agenda is not
going to change because he's absent. They said it's a snub. They said
that it's it's it's because the USand its allies on one side and China
and Russia on the other. There'sno planning to meet one on one with
Saudi leaders or type. Urtawan. The Turkish president. They said that there

(01:13:06):
could be a last minute change, but for the most part, they said
there's not going to be any kindof uh, any kind of private one
on one meetings with them. Iwould think that they would also want to
avoid that. Biden's handlers would wantto avoid that because if you've seen him,
he just looks ridiculous. He Idon't think that he he barely comes
off well when he's surrounded by minders. I can't imagine what that would be

(01:13:28):
like an on a one by onewith with people who are looking to see
what they can get from you everysingle opportunity. So that's I don't know
that that looks I don't know.I mean, it's to the point where
you can't not notice it, sopeople try to make excuses for it.
I'm not a fan of Van Jonesbecause he's a nine to eleven truther,

(01:13:53):
but even like he's will listen tothis saudio some bye fifteen. I mean
progressives are wondering this listen right nowtoday. I think a lot of Democrats
look at these numbers and say,the whispers are finally showing up in this
data. People are talking behind theirhand. They worry about Joe Joe.
Biden's like that grandpa that you love, that you believe in, You owe

(01:14:15):
a lot, but you start towonder, you know, would you give
this grandpa a high stress job forsix more years or would you want something
else for him? It just it'swith these high profile meetings and when he's
sitting across from these other world laters, it just it's all the more apparent.
So they and I'm curious as towhat kind of precautions he's taking with

(01:14:41):
the Rohona because it's what they're pushinghere. Just wondering, just wondering.
Obviously they'll talk about the Indo Pacificand I hope that we have strength and
relations with India as well, becauseI think that's a very good buffer against
the China Russia alliance. But unfortunatelyDemocrats, I think are realizing this a
way too late. A couple ofother things to hit as well. We
were talking about the floating barrier, the buoys, and the rio. A

(01:15:04):
federal judge ordered the removal of thosebarriers. Greg Abbott said that they're going
to appeal that. And then youhave the president that acted all the leases
for oil and gas up in theArctic now. As for as far as
the congressional action the Senate, Imentioned this a little bit earlier, as

(01:15:26):
everybody's coming back from recess. TheSenate is now looking to take control of
the spending fight with the House.House is the power of the purse.
But the Senate is trying to figureout how they can push this to fund
the government. And they want tokick off the consideration of a first set
of spending bills next week. AndI got a lot of people in the

(01:15:46):
House that say they're not going toconsider any of this because you have a
completely open border. We have fentanylcoming across the border, we have armed
cartel members coming across the border, human trafficking coming across the border. I
mean, we're we're hemorrhaging money andresources in dealing with it. And then
when you send a fraction of thatup to the quote unquote sanctuary states or

(01:16:10):
sanctuary cities, they lose their everlivingminds. But they're not gonna they but
they won't lose any money that they'llsend to help pay for it down there.
Notice that so this is this isgonna be a fight. And I
don't think that the Senate is honestlyI don't think the Senate is strong obviously
as the as the conservatives in theHouse. There are more conservatives. And
I'm not talking about obviously you havemore House members, but I'm talking about

(01:16:32):
the number of ideological conservatives and thestrength of that limited government sentiment. It's
stronger in the House than it isin the Senate. I mean, yes,
you've got you know, your RandPaul to get your mic Lees in
that, but you have a lotmore of the Thomas Massey's and chip Roys
in the House. So there's gonnabe a that's gonna there's gonna be a
divide there. Democrats are going tolook to exploit that as much as possible.

(01:16:57):
But whether or not they're going tobe successful, that remains to be
seen. But that's how they're goingto be. They're gonna be handling.
They're gonna be handling that. Let'ssee in China, this is I guess
the Biden's gonna miss asking any kindWell, maybe he'll be able to ask
the premier of this. So theChinese government is apparently considering a law.

(01:17:21):
I feel like we're not far fromthis that would impose fines and potentially jail
time on people. I'm not makingthis up. Whose clothing hurts the feelings
of other people? Yes, thisis I know that they would they would
ban clothing that hurts other people's feelings. It was first released in a draft

(01:17:45):
of revisions from the CCP's Standing Committee. Their legislation. They went to ban
a range of behavior, including dressor speech that they think is quote detrimental
to the spirit of the Chinese peopleand hurts the feelings of Chinese people.

(01:18:06):
Now, they haven't actually enumerated asto what that would be or what it
would look like, what would beconsidered offensive and what wouldn't be considered offensive,
But they said that yeah, there'sgonna be I mean, it looks
like it's gonna be pretty arbitrary andyou're gonna have I mean, there's gonna

(01:18:26):
be probably be a wide range, and I don't see how there's gonna be
any consistency and application. So that'sthey're actually considering that. That's one of
the goofiest things, banning clothes thathurts people's feelings, but not the Marxism
that actually hurts people more than theirfeelings, it actually physically hurts them,
but not the Marxism. Not thatat all that's great, just lovely.

(01:18:51):
Now China sending an North Korean delegationamid tensions over a possible Russian weapons deal.
North Korea's celebrating seventy five years ofits hysteria apparently this weekend, and
the People's Republic of China, theCCP, they're sending a delegation to North
Korea. It's an envoy to celebratetheir founding. And I also think they're

(01:19:15):
going to go down there and snooparound to see what kind of you know,
because short Stack has been talking toPutin so obviously, and this comes
days after they said short Stack wasgoing to go to Moscow Kim Jong Un
to meet with Putin. That wasreported by the New York Times on Labor
Day that he's going to meet withPutin while they're both attending the Eastern Economic
Forum at Far Eastern and of Vladisfoss Stock, Russia. So they're going

(01:19:42):
to all meet. And so nowyou have the CCP sending a delegation down
just snoop to kind of check andsee what's happening. That's what. And
the meantime, Biden's gonna fall asleep. I can't wait to see what kind
of stuff that comes out of theG twenty. I can't wait to see
how if he's to fall asleep, but another briefing or what kind of I
mean, I'm almost terrified. Whatkind of disastrous press conference are we going

(01:20:05):
to have? And in the meantime, it's going to come out after all
of this, after the dust settlesfor that his infant baby, fifty something
year old child, we'll have that, maybe have that indictment for a gun
charge. Laurie made a good point. She said she thinks that they're probably
going to drop something else with theTrump case to distract from the Hunter indictment.

(01:20:29):
Oh. I wouldn't doubt that atall totally. I also think that
this is probably the most just justiceto use air quotes that you will see
with the Hunter Biden case. Thisis just a risk lap to make it
look like, oh, well,we're doing something. Look, we're holding
him accountable. He's not getting specialtreatment. But it's just the least that

(01:20:49):
they can do. And it's oneof the most egregious. And I also
think it's the it's the very it'sthe it's not the in the grand scheme
of things, it's not the mostserious charge when you consider the national security
that's been sacrificed because they wanted toenrich themselves with CCP cash that they didn't
report, and that's what caused youknow, the IRS to get involved.
But this is the thing that actuallyjeopardizes I think Biden and Democrats the most

(01:21:15):
going into an election year, particularlysince they're trying to craft a couple of
different pillars on which to base theirtwenty twenty four messaging. And you know,
they're trying to push the economy, but they're also trying to push once
again, gun control. That's whatthey push every every time when they lack
anything else. That is always thesubstitute, when they have no economic wins,
when they have nothing else, theydefault back to racism and gun control.

(01:21:40):
So they're crafting they're already pushing thisbecause you have more ATF backdoor stuff,
which we're going to talk about andwe're going to give an update on
the Liberty Safe thing. But thiscomplicates they're planned narrative. So if you
have him getting a pass on this, it makes it it makes it harder
for them to push their agenda. So I think that's why they picked this.

(01:22:01):
We have a lot more to come. We're we are going to give
you an update on the Liberty Safething, because, as you know,
yesterday we talked about how apparently onesuspect in the J six stuff was rated
and Liberty Safe had has access codesto people's safes and they gave the Feds.
They asked the Feds show us thewarrant. The Feds showed them the
warrant, they gave them the codes. It was a property warrant, not

(01:22:23):
totally specific to the safe, buta lot of criticism. The company is
being accused of bud lighting itself andnow all of the news you would probably
miss. It's time for Dana's Quickfive. This is an insane story.
A gender revealed party turned tragic asthe hired pilot crashed and was killed in

(01:22:44):
Sinaloa, Mexico. This is overthe weekend. It was a pilot that
was hired to make the reveal.Although I think he honestly, I think
he punched the pedal on his planeand gave it too much power honestly for
a plane that size and at thataltitude, and went into a tail spin
and it emitted pink smoke just beforeit crashed. It is just can you

(01:23:06):
imagine that that that's some of thegender revealed stuff. I love celebrating babies,
and I love celebrating life, butoh my gosh, just chill a
bit. Not everything has to beso extra. It doesn't have to be
so extra, it really doesn't.Seventy five percent of Americans are okay with
a military being used to secure theborder via Daily Caller. The poll was
commissioned by the Senate Opportunity Fund.It surveyed eight hundred likely voters, with

(01:23:30):
a margin of at three three anda half percent. The question they were
specifically asked, quote, would yousupport or oppose the US military being deployed
to root out drug cartels to preventthe continued spread of lethal drugs like fentanol
into our country? Forty eight percentsaid they somewhat support, twenty eight said
they strongly support it, and majoritiesbacked the proposal. Across ideological lines.

(01:23:51):
It was pretty they said that sixtyfour percent liberals, seventy six percent moderate,
eighty six percent conservative in fa ofthe military getting involved now going and
rooting out you would have to beworking with the Mexico government on that.
I don't know how much of apartner that's going to be but there's a
lot of discussions we had there.Germany has to triple its AMMO purchases after

(01:24:13):
giving away so much of its stockpileto Ukraine. Pretty unbelievable, they were
they, I mean their own stockpilewas depleted by donations to Ukraine. They
said they have to triple they're spendingon AMMO purchases in twenty twenty four.
That's the German Defense minister. Hesaid that and remarks to their government this
week. A flight passenger, aplane passenger felt dizzy after I got a

(01:24:38):
story about this after a man puthis bare feet on her arm rest and
she it caused her to feel ill. She was traveling. The passenger from
Vietnam to Thailand and she started tofeel dizzy, and that's when she noted
that the guy behind her I hadhis bare feet. So this happened to
me one time I got on aplane. I was going to New York

(01:24:59):
or no, coming from New Yorktwo Dallas and a guy literally I had
my you know how you could havea space behind your arm rush on the
plane. I felt something cold andclammy touched my elbow. This is probably
about six years ago, and Iturned, I looked and it was some
dude's nasty, hairy, totally nakedfoot touching my arm, and I immediately,

(01:25:19):
without any hesitation, got up turnedaround and I just looked him dead
in the face and I said,if you do not remove your foot from
my arms, I'm going to punchyour per foot off your leg. And
he just looked at me shocked, and then I guess he thought I was
psycho enough to do it. AndI turned, I said thanks, and
I said and he didn't do itagain. But then I totally had my

(01:25:39):
wet wipes and I was totally wipingmy elbow off because that was nasty,
but I did I threatened to punchhis redacted foot off his leg, and
I would have done it too, because that's disgusting. We have a lot
more coming up. I have afunny story to share with you about parenting
in the digital age too, andun updated on Liberty Safe. Stick with
us between Twitter, Facebook or anyof your social media. There's a lot

(01:26:00):
of information out there. That's whyyour lovable crom Mudgeon is here to help
you make sense of it all liveor on demand that Danish show and sign
up for the newsletter chapter and verseover its sub stack, and all kinds
of good stuff goes out there regularly. One of those got this in your
headlines to Liberty Safe. So they'redoing some damage control after they released this

(01:26:23):
statement a couple of days ago wherethey said that just to give you a
backstore, and then I'm gonna giveyou the update. They said on August
thirtieth, they have been contacted bythe FBI that was requesting the access code
to They're safe of an individual forwhom they had a warrant to search the
property. They said, Now theindividual, by the way, was someone
who was like a suspect in Januarysixth I don't know when they for whatever

(01:26:47):
I know, but Liberty Safe saidthat their company protocol is to provide access
codes to law enforcement if a warrantgrants them access to property. They said,
after receiving the request, we receivedproof of the valid warrant and then
and they said, only then didwe provide them with the access code.
They had no details about the investigation, etc. And there were a lot

(01:27:14):
of questions that people had because they, I mean, a warrant for the
property and then you know, whenyou look at the j six stuff.
I was highlighting to you how itseems to be a two tiered system of
justice. I mean, you havethis guy who wasn't even there at the
Capitol on the day January six, they got twenty two years. And then
you had the Department of Justice,Biden's Department of Justice who intervened last year

(01:27:40):
in the sentencing of a BLM writerwho was on video setting fire to a
pawn shop that killed a father offive, and the DJ literally intervened on
his behalf had the sentence reduced toten years. And they quoted Martin Luther
King Junior's comment to this Mike Wallacein this nineteen sixty six interview where he
said, the riot is the languageof the unheard, as you know,

(01:28:01):
to have some leniency on this guy. So yeah, there's a total,
you know, double two tiers ofjustice here. So a lot of people
have concerns about that, justifiably becauseI think one of the things that we
cannot take for granted anymore. Ifyou've seen the way that the DOJ has
politicized law, you see how redflags have reduced evidentiary standard, have removed

(01:28:27):
due process in a number of states. How you have the DOJ that actually
used Patriot Act under my constitutionally undermining tactics that were afforded to them through
the Patriot Act to target parents whowere simply speaking out at school board meetings
and tagging them as literal domestic terrorists. The FBI and working with the DOJ.
So there's a lot of legitimate concernsthat people have about the law being

(01:28:50):
equally or even justly applied. Andso through that perspective, you know,
whenever we get whenever you see storieslike this, you immediately question the integrity
of their request. And a lotof people were justifiably upset with Liberty Safe
about this, and they said that, you know, is Liberty really Safe

(01:29:11):
with you? So they've they've hada really bad week, so they they
have been trying to do damage control, and they people were calling for a
boycott of Liberty Safe, and Imyself was wondering, why do you even
need a backdoor access code, especiallyif the safe has keys, they have

(01:29:34):
keys that come with it. Whydo you you don't even really need that,
I mean, and then there's thewhole question of why you would even
have anything alanel Electric in the firstplace. Et cetera. Liberty Safe has
been trying to do some damage control, so they came out, let me
pull this up. So they there'san update. They've announced changes, they've
announced company changes for all of thisthat they're going to They said that they

(01:30:01):
inform their customers that they can fillout a form to have records of their
access codes expunged, and in thecoming weeks they're going to release a feature
that gives every new customer this optionwhen registering they're safe. So this is
what they said in their statement. They said, quote, we listened to
our customers and update our products andpractices in response to their evolving needs.

(01:30:28):
Today, we're announcing a change thatempowers customers with greater control, effective immediately,
existing customers and by the way,I will send this out through substack,
chapter and verse that you can dothis if you have one, they
said, effective immediately. Existing customerscan visit liberty safe dot com slash pages
slash Combination Removal and fill out theform to have the records of their access
codes expunged. And the coming weeksthey're going to release the feature that gives

(01:30:51):
everybody this option when registering their safes. Because they said that we respect their
choices, and we want to supportthem in the way that's best for them.
I really don't think. I likethat they're doing this, and I
like that they are trying to youknow that they're that they they said that

(01:31:11):
they're going to expunge this, butthen they said, going forward, world
require subpoena that that legally compels themLiberty Safe to supply access codes, but
can only do so if those codesexist in the system. So they admitted
that they just basically did not haveto give over the codes to the FEDS
investigating that guy in the first place. So that's I like that they're trying

(01:31:39):
to rectify it. I do likethat, but I understand the suspicion that
everybody has and how upset people are, and I, you know, I
I do like that that they're tryingto fix. But I'm just like,
why did they They didn't even haveto handle that over the first place.

(01:32:00):
Then that's what they just admitted. So I've got some questions. Here's the
other thing that a friend of minebrings up. What about other safe manufacturers?
What about other safe manufacturers? Dois there do they have like some
kind of backdoor access code for themas well. If it's like if you
have an electronic safe pass code andme, do they what about you know,

(01:32:25):
other safe makers. That's kind ofa question that I don't know if
other people are asking or anything.I noticed that a couple of them,
and we put this out because Lorraine, this was secure it storage, secure
its gun storage, said our onour safe using secure ramlocks, we give
customers both codes we don't keep orwe don't store or keep any access or

(01:32:47):
override codes to our fast access safe. They said, we believe it's not
our position to determine who has accessto your valuables. I agree with that.
I think that's I think that's goodand that's a good policy to have.
Uh yeah, liberty safe is it? They really kind of stepped in
it, and I think that theirstatement the other statement, I mean,
they kind of just they acknowledge thatthey didn't even have to give that over

(01:33:10):
in the first place. And Ithink the criticism that people have is that
should have been your default position. No, you physically have to come and
subpoena us specifically to get this.Now. Some people have been looking at
who the company was sold to wherethey were sold. A couple of years
ago to an investment firm that hasa lot of that donates a lot of

(01:33:33):
money to Democrats, And I don'tknow why you would do that. Their
current CEO, Justin Hillebrand, wasa founding partner of this investment firm.
I think that's I do think that'syeah. I don't know why you,
if you're a gun safe, ifyou're a manufacturer, why you would donate

(01:33:57):
money to politicians that want to reallydestroy your industry. Huh So as of
now, because it was a familyrun company and I knew the people who
owned it, and they've they soldit in twenty twenty one, I don't
know that I can recommend them.I wouldn't recommend them. I say,
as somebody has one, I wouldn'trecommend Liberty Safe. So my goal for

(01:34:20):
you is to give you some suggestions, some suggestions as to who you can
trust. And you know you're notgoing to be funding maxed out donations to
Democrat candidates. So that's something thatwe're gon we're gonna put together for you.
And in offline, all right,a couple of other things. I
gotta tell you this funny story, something that a little different. If you

(01:34:42):
subscribe to the newsletter you get aparenting in the digital age. You guys
know that my youngest son went offto college about a month ago, and
there's you know a number of differentdriving apps out there that are that are
helpful, like especially when your kidsjust start driving. Like when our kids
first started driving, we had thesewe had drivers apps, these apps that

(01:35:03):
you can get and you can signup for, like an app purchases where
it'll notify you if there's an emergencyor if if there's like a wreck,
like if the if the phone likeyou know, uh, if there's a
wreck on the phone falls or somethinglike that, and you can you can
track like how fast they're going,And I think it's like helpful, especially
when kids are first starting to drive. I also think that you have to

(01:35:26):
give kids, you know, youhave to give them the space to be
independent for sure. And then whenkids are going to college, if if
they're if they're going somewhere that theydrive to, especially if it's a long
trip, and especially as they're gettingused to driving such distances and being in
a new area. I think they'rekind of helpful to have and I always
so the first year that my otherson was in college, and then now

(01:35:50):
the first year that my youngest son'sin college, I would always at night
I would just kind of glance atthe app just to make sure they hadn't
been kidnapped or any of that's ifI just look at it at night before
I went to bed, just giveme a little peace of mind. And
it helped me to you know, moms and dad, you guys know this.
It helps you to not hover. And plus we live in a horrible,
horrible world where morality is now consideredjust you know, uh, something

(01:36:12):
to be questioned. So anyway,it was going to bed the other night,
and as I do, I justopened the driver ip just and it
just shows me that he's in hisdorm right nothing, you know, that's
usually what it shows. And itshowed he was in his dorm. He
had left earlier that evening to driveback quite a distance to campus, and
I wanted to make sure he gotthere okay, and that he was,

(01:36:35):
you know, in his dorm andhe's fine. And I saw that he
had taken a little trip, youknow, at night, I saw that
he had taken a little trip afterhe had gotten back to campus, and
I looked at where the destination wasfor his little trip, and it showed
this building out in the middle ofa field somewhere right a little bit aways

(01:36:55):
from his dorm, and I'm like, where in the world is this?
So I looked it up on GoogleMaps and it was it was a crematorium
at night. Like, okay, labor day night, a crematorium at night.
It's not you know, I mean, I know that we're retired goth
kids, but you know, visitnightly visits to crematorium, so it's a
little bit early in the season forus. So I thought, oh,

(01:37:15):
yeah, just our kid randomly drivingto a cretorium in the middle of nowhere
at night, and this was thefirst time that he had driven solo all,
you know, at night back tocampus, and then after that,
it showed him driving like very slowlythrough a subdivision forty five minutes to drive
through a subdivision for like no reason, and then back to the crematorium it

(01:37:38):
where people are burned by the way, just in case you wondered, and
then he finally ended up back athis dorm. So, you know,
as a parent, you have thisweird thing that you're looking at, and
so I'm like, okay, well, it's very clear that he was probably
kidnapped by cartel members and threatened witha crematorium before taken to a subdivision and
forced to sell drug store to door. I mean, that's probably what happened,

(01:38:00):
clearly, and I was not happywith just freaking myself out about this.
So I had to wake up myhusband who was already asleep, and
you know, he was count sheep, he was you know, la la
land, and I had to freakhim out too, so he's like text
him and our son was not happywith the fact that his mom texted him
and he was already asleep and hadI said, I noticed odd behavior on

(01:38:23):
the drive app text me a photoshowing me you're okay in the morning,
love you, and he goes stoptexting. It's in the middle of the
night. And what he ended updoing, because I thought we are saving
him, you know, from ourown imaginations, what he actually had ended
up doing was he went with hiseagle scout roommate to retrieve flags for Labor

(01:38:45):
Day and then bring them back anddeposited them with a sponsoring business, which
was the crematorium. That's not justI mean, you have to he's never
going to let us live this down. But you have to understand how weird
it is a crematorium in the middleof the night, and then taking forty
extras forty nine minutes driving through asubdivision. So and he'd said, yes,

(01:39:11):
he goes helping his roommate pick upflags for Labor Day, and I
go, just please know how freakedout it would make you as apparent,
you know, knowing your kid wasat a crematorium in the middle of the
night. Thanks for the update. And he goes, oh, yeah,
and we cremated someone, I meanjokingly, so so yeah, and again
he's never going to let us livethat down. So those apps can be
helpful, and it just helps me. I just check it, you know,

(01:39:32):
before I go to bed, orif he drives a long distance,
especially because he's young, he's eighteen, all right, make sure you sign
up for a subsec though, becausewe send out from time to time non
political things chapter in verse that youwould enjoy. Catch the Danish show noon
to three pm Eastern on direct TVchannel three forty seven. So we see
all this stuff and we see thatthey are not following the science. They

(01:39:57):
are trying to follow a narrow ifthey are trying to follow an agenda.
I can tell you here in Florida, we did not and we will not
allow the dystopian visions of paranoid hypochondriactscontrol our health policies. Let it loan
our state good. And I hopethat that more governors stand up to this

(01:40:25):
stuff. I know that they're standingthere, they're pushing back with I know
that there's like a I think inthe Senate an introduction of a bill prohibiting
any further national mask mandates. Man. I hope that goes for planes too.
I really do. Actually learned allabout the filtration system on planes during
the whole coronavirus, and I learnedthat it's actually cleaned, especially now with

(01:40:45):
all the stuff they have in there. It's like way cleaner and safer than
your house. It's like the nicest, cleanest air system. It's like one
of the things they got really goodat. Yeah, you don't need that,
nobody can keep that. Gosh,it's miserable, miserable. It's like
you're being forced to wear something onyour face that does nothing, does nothing,

(01:41:05):
and then you could, like notyou could be kicked off and be
barred from flight if you don't goalong with it, and and and pretend
and play, pretend they weren't theweren't the left of people who are like,
follow the science, follow the science, but they don't actually follow the
science, do they not at all? Now Kane is out until next week.

(01:41:30):
And that's why you haven't hurt him, because a couple of people ask
because normally they hear him laughing inthe background. He is out till next
next week. He's taken some uhhe's TCB, he's doing some some hymns
stuff. But in the meantime, make sure you always got sent up over
at sub stack chapter in verse.Make sure you get the email newsletter.
I sent out the prep every morning. There's all kinds of good pieces that
come out. And you can alsofind us on YouTube and Facebook where you

(01:41:54):
can like and subscribe, and youcan see all of our discussions with guests
on YouTube as well. All right, Steve is handling today in stupidity and
what have you selected? Sir?Uh MSNBC needs to be the theme today
apparently. But Nicole Wallace had alittle bit of a rant today and this
she had a little bit of hottake here. Yeah, yeah, no,

(01:42:15):
I mean, look to your pointthis is my Democratic Party's fault that
we're here, but they're the onlyones that can save us. And the
Democratic Party's response to all the voterssuppression laws is well, we'll we'll just
educate our voters. We'll turn themout. It's to adjusts, to adapt,
and that's what the brain does rightwhen it's when it's hit, It
adapts, it makes adjustments. Butit seems like it's a good moment to

(01:42:38):
go to the country with this biggerargument about the Republican Party and in terms
of numbers as the largest anti Democraticforce on the plant after the Love for
the Love. Yeah, I'm notthe smartest take for sure, folks.
That does it for us. Today, tomorrow is Friday. We made it
through the week. An hour infall teleween season officially. Really have a

(01:43:00):
great night back with you tomorrow
