(00:00):
Dana Lashes of Search Truth podcast sponsoredby Keltech. It's his laugh mission to
make bad decisions. It's time forFlorida man. I got a good guy
Florida man story, an elderly Floridaman. So see this goes into cans.
You know, the elderly aren't innocent. Old people aren't innocent, says

(00:24):
the elderly Florida man saves suv passengerswho crashed into a backyard pool. So
a driver, I love how theyact like I know this is like a
long running thing for decades. Butyou know SUVs aren't you know, they're
driven by people. They don't justlike decide I'm going to go into a
pool, says The suv was carryinglike it carted off a mail driver.

(00:45):
It was a man driver a littlegirl. They were both hoisted out of
the car by the elderly homeowner andthe sheriff's detective who was passing by.
This thing went straight through like anintersection, right into this guy's pool.
Seventy six year old William Martz,it was a North Lauderdale, Florida,
said that he heard the suv plungeinto the pool, went outside to look
at the noise. They said thatthey thought lightning struck the house, and

(01:06):
it was He goes, it wasa tidal wave right across my pool and
that's when he noticed the silver FordExplorer sitting right there in the middle of
it. They pulled it out,but he actually got in and help get
them out and see them. That'sactually really cool. So kudas to him.
That's a very nice Florida man. This is not a nice Florida man.
Please are looking for this guy.An incident that happened on September second,

(01:32):
a man who's a pervert. Yo. Yeah, he exposed himself to
a woman on a Lynks bus ata Florida mall in Orange County. He
got on the bus around six fortyfive pm, looked at the victim,
and well, he exposed himself. That's The woman said that she's seen the
man on the bus before and thathe frequents the area. And there's a

(01:53):
reward of a thousand dollars being offeredif information leads to his whereabouts or and
arrest. Why don't I don't understandpeople. And also I would have hit
him. I think I would havehit him. I'd have just hit him
and knocked him out. I kickedhim right in the neck. So you
do, hey, Florida man wonfive million dollars with a lucky scratch off

(02:13):
ticket. He took almost a lotof money as a one time lumps on
payment of almost four million dollars ofLucia County. Ma'am. He said he
was doing what is it the twentydollar monopoly doubler, sixty one year old
and he ended up what did hego? Went out for a sandwich and
came back with five million dollars almostfive million dollars lucky duck. Uh.

(02:37):
And also, I gotta have thisstory for you. So a Florida man
stole an ambulance from an Alabama tacobell. Acting a thirty one year old
Florida man, he wanted to makea run for the border, but he
needed an ambulance to do it.In Greenville, Alabama, police said the

(02:58):
Florida man jumped into an unlocked ambulanceparked at a Taco Bell and then found
the keys because they decided did theyleave the keys in the ambulance? I
mean, I would just think that'slike one of the things you don't do.
Don't leave the people on the backand you don't leave the keys in
it, and he took off Wednesdayafternoon. Joy ride didn't last long.
WSFA had the story, they said. Police found the stolen ambulance a little

(03:21):
time later, and the suspect,as many do, tried to flee,
but was unsuccessful and quickly apprehended.Through surveillance video from the restaurant, police
were able to identify the suspect asBradley Paul Hereford. Hereford was transported to
the Butler County Jail, where heis being held without bond on charges of

(03:42):
first degree theft of property and attemptingto elude. He's also wanted for probation
violation in Florida. He had beenreleased literally just got out of state prison
on September one. He served threeyears for assaulting a cop. And that's
according to Florida Department of Corrections. He literally just gets out of jail and
he's in Alabama and he sees theambulance in the parking lot of a Taco

(04:02):
bell and his first thought isn't I'dlike to have a taco or chelupa?
His first thought is I'm as stillthat ambulance and he's already been twice already,
two different jail terms in Florida. He had grant the child neglect and
all convictions have four counts of aggravatedbattery. So he's got a pretty significant
record. And literally he's out fortwenty actually yeah, twenty days, not

(04:30):
even nineteen days. He's out,and he's out nineteen days and he immediately
reoffends and eyes held with that bond. So I mean, it sounds like
that's what you do if you wantto go back to jail. Right,
it sounds like he wants to goback to jail. So don't be don't
be back that guy. Good grief. Kelta convented the concealed kerry category years
ago with a P eleven. Butdid they stop there? Heck no.

(04:53):
One innovation just led to another andanother, and we'll just look at their
latest, the P fifteen. It'sthe light thinnest double stack nine millimeter handgun
on the market, at only fourteenounces and seven eighth inches wide. The
P fifteen has a four inch barreland double stack magazine that holds fifteen plus
one total capacity. It's gator griptexture on the polymer version increases stability and

(05:15):
makes for ambidextrous grip, safety andeasy accurate handling. If you prefer a
more vintage look, choose the metalversion with classic wood panels and textured grips.
The P fifteen has a Tritium plusfiber optic front site with a fully
adjustable Tridium two dot rere to keepyou on target in any situation. Make
the P fifteen your choice for concealedcarry. Learn more at keltech weapons dot

This is what he said quote.Let me make one thing very clear.

(06:02):
Transphobia, homophobia, biphobia have noplace in this country. We strongly
condemned this hate and its manifestations, and we stand united in support of two
s lgbt Q. I is thata passcode? Did he just accidentally type
his passcode in here? Plus Canadiansacross the country, you are valid and

(06:25):
you are valued. Okay, sowhat the hell is biphobia? I'm gonna
ignore the fact that I'm gonna ignorehis pass code that he put in here.
What is biphobia? Fear of binoculars, bicycles? Fear bicycles? Isn't
biphobia? Binary? Yes? Howcan you be biphobic? If binary is

(06:46):
a societal construct? Because I didn'tthink about there, said the left,
I just what is it? Whatis the are you it's? I mean
that's I had I had one listener, go, it means that sometimes you're
afraid of gays and sometimes you're not. But is that or is that fear

(07:12):
fluid? Like today I'm afraid ofthe gays. Yesterday I wasn't afraid of
the gays though, and tomorrow Imay not be either. Or one of
my friends said, is it?Is it like people who hate bifocals?
Yeah? What are all the stuffthat starts with by bicycle bifocals? By

(07:36):
Carbonet? Yeah, by Carbonet,Like I say, I guess they had
hey baking. What is that? We're just like making up stuff to be
like terrified of? What is that? By Felicia by Felicia, Yeah,
by Felicia. Okay, So helpme understand his pass code two s L

(07:59):
so L is for lesbians, theg's for gays the B is for the
byes, the T is for thetrans, the Q is I guess I
thought queer was a slur, isit? Well, it's a category.
I mean not in the Robert Frost'ssense of the word. You know,
my little horse must think it queer. But and then the eye, I

(08:22):
don't even know what that is pluswhatever that is? What is the two
thing? Though? The two sit? Okay, we're back to that,
back to binary. But that's waita minute, wait, how wait wait
wait wait, that's that's binary then? But if I am so confused?
What now? Sag aftraw If yousaw this in your prep, this was

(08:46):
entertaining. They've been complaining that thestrike is preventing them from making world changing
content about rainbow glitter stuff, aboutalphabet stuff bounding into comics. At the
story where they have the the unionas they're striking, they said that they're

(09:11):
we're trying to push the alphabet agendaand that the strikes are detrimental to the
alphabet representation. I'm in it needsYeah, give me some letter people now
that it's it's detrimental to the alphabetrepresentation. There we go. You gotta
have this. It's the letter peoplecome and meet the letter people. They're

(09:35):
they're being prevented guys from making theirworld changing stories. Uh, what world
changing stories? The letter people?Guys? Remember that show? I just
remember tall Ty Texas t He hadbig teeth, so they they I guess
the alphabet people are worried that theysaid that the companies are complicit and this

(10:01):
regressive push. They're preventing artists fromgetting back to work and making their worldview
changing stories. Everyone deserves to growup seeing their identity authentically representative and nobody
does. People deserve a good story. Half of these stories are garbage.
Half of these characters and storylines areforced into it. I mean it's like
a tiny percentage of the population. But yet you're supposed to have, like

(10:22):
you're supposed to have like a transcharacter now like in everything, and and
what way, Like there's I meanhalf in what way? There's no way
to make that look organic. That'sjust so lame. There's I can't stand
when it's forced, Then it's manufactured, Then it's corporate. Then that's selling
out. Yeah, they want, they want they want the culture because then

(10:43):
what's downstream from culture came Ah,that's right. Then the policy, the
policy. Yeah, we went awakeour well tanged stories on rainbows and glutter.
That's what we want. Gosh,I'm I don't know. I don't
understand what I mean. Some ofthe stuff is just so over the top,

(11:07):
like it's just preachy, you knowhow most so much television is garbage
anymore. I don't watch regular television. I do not watch regular television.
The only thing that I actually watchis sometimes I'll have I'll sometimes I'll watch
Fox, but it's usually c SPANI literally do. Or local news.
I'll watch the local news of whenit's a tournight or season. But that's

(11:28):
it. I don't even watch televisionanymore. Everything that I watch is is
it's Apple TV. That's what that'swhat I watch. I watch Apple TV.
And then it's either documentaries and myfamily makes so much fun of me
because I like Rick Steve series. They make so much fun of me.
But it's it's a good it's agood show. Or I'll watch horror films

(11:50):
because that's how I relax, youknow. I watch horror films, or
I watch historical I'll watch documentaries oralien stuff. I watch the alien stuff
or bigfoot stuff. That's kind ofit. I don't even watch television anymore
because it's so like over the topand stupid and and every I did watch,
uh, what's one of the series? Though, I watch always Sundy

(12:11):
in Philadelphia and then anything with uhwho's the guy from the office. He
was in a quiet place. Ican't remember his name right now, and
he did the Jack Ryan series. It's fantastic. I watched the Reacher series
two. That's really good. Lionesswas actually pretty good, except for the
lesbian story arc. It's like, really like why did it come on?

(12:31):
But it's all I don't know.I can't watch it because it's over the
It's you guys know what I'm talkingabout. It's over the top. It's
so over the top. I noticedthis one I was watching, like the
Hallmark Christmas stuff. It's like nowthey have to have and it's all it's
such tokenism. It's token representation. And that's the other thing. People in
the the alphabet people, they it'slike they'll settle for that, Like why

(12:52):
don't you make your own stuff, have your own alphabet network, you have
your own alphabet network. Why don'tyou do your Christmas stories? Why don't
you do that stuff? Like nowwith Hallmark, it's like you have to
have the gay friend, and it'salways the gay friend. It's like the
only role. As students begin headingback to school, do you think they'll
be learning about the founding principles thatmade America the freest and most prosperous nation

(13:13):
in history? Will they learn thatour unalienable rights are God given and not
granted by government? Will they begiven a full and honest account of our
nation's history. The answer to allof these questions is yes. For students

time for Dana's Quick five. Soa moose versus a Colorado woman that went

(14:16):
about as well as you would haveexpected it to go. It was in
Boulder at Colorado. A woman wasout walking her dog and she was charged,
headbutted, and stomped on by acow moose, and Colorado Parks and
Wildlife said had happened yesterday along theSouth Saint Frand Trail near ward outside of
Boulder. They said that they surprisedthe moose and they were out walking and

(14:39):
the moose charged her, headbutted, stomped on her several times. She was
able to walk to a nearby neighbor'shouse where she called deputies and she was
the dog had the She had minorinjuries. I think the dog was okay,
but oh my gosh. So uhyeah, that's there. You gotta
be careful with that stuff. Imean, just because it's like, you
know, moose will if you'd getin their territory, they you know,
they will charge you there you gottabe gotta be careful of that. Oklahoma

(15:01):
death Row inmate was executed by lethalinjection for the brutal in nineteen ninety six
raven murder of a ballerina co hegot he got his last meal and then
he said he would probably wouldn't beable to eat it. Anthony Sanchez was
pronounced dead at ten nineteen am.So justice was delivered after he was convicted
of the brutal nineteen ninety six murderof a twenty one year old ballerina.

(15:24):
She was abducted, sexually assaulted, bound and then shot in the head.
He maintained his innocence, but heI mean the DNA evidence had him,
the footprint, all kinds of stuffwitnessed that there was a there was a
lot of stuff that had him. There was an overabundance of evidence, and
so justice was delivered there. SoBudweiser's apparently nobody cares really much about them,

(15:45):
but they are going to stop cuttingthe tails off the Clydesdales after pressure
from activists. The concession comes asthey try to move past a consumer backlash
over having that dude who costplayed asa chick sell beer. So they're going
to stop cutting the tails off ofthe horses, they said, because they
said the practice is cruel, theydidn't need to do it. I actually
agree with that, so good.I mean, take care of the take

(16:07):
care of the Clydesdales. It's justsad that they sad about all this.
This is an insane story. SoTim Ballard, who was in Sound of
Freedom, has now been accused ofsexual and misconduct. And I mean he
was rumored also to be just nowgetting into the Senate race in Utah.
And then as that news was coming, seven women came forward and accused him
of his conduct. Of course, his life story and the work that he

(16:30):
did with helping traffic children was thesubject of the film's Sound of Freedom starring
Jim Caviezel. Now he's facing thisfirestorm. He had, he did had,
but he did step down from operationUnderground Railroad because there the allegations are
that he stepped down from that,of course some months prior, because some
women were making accusations. But Idon't know, I mean, it doesn't

(16:53):
doesn't seem like there's any kind ofa criminal investigation though, So that's what's
like confusing. I don't know thatit's just Let's see, this teen girl
found an iPhone in an airplane bathroomand her family says that it was put
there to record her. A fourteenyear old, she discovered it taped to
the back of a toilet going ona flight from Charlotte, North Carolina to

(17:15):
Boston. And they think that thata member of the crew taped it there
to actually record her. It wasThey said it was a male member of
the crew who used the rest thefirst class bathroom first, and they told
her the seat was broken when sheentered, and then she realized that there
was a largely obscured iPhone on theback, and she took a picture with
her own phone and left the leftthe bathroom and told her family. And

(17:37):
now they're investigating. It's just insane. You could just be so hyper aware.
It was evil in this world. How many of you have like the
ring doorbells and stuff. I mean, I think it was everybody has an
Amazon account, But how many peoplehave like the rings and the Alexas and
all this? Right, A lotof people do. So this guy realized

(17:57):
that his name is Jackson. Herealized that he lives in Maryland. One
day he this is back in spring. He got locked out of his Amazon
account. He couldn't access anything withAmazon Web Services, which runs everything from
I mean they run some stuff atthe Pentagon, at this International Space station.
I mean it's you know, JeffBezos makes more money off of,

(18:18):
you know, a lot of stuffthan just making pacts delivering packages. And
his home is like pretty much youknow, super automated. He can't,
I mean, he had to turnon his lights manually. He was locked
out of everything, and he soondiscovered that the reason that he was locked
out is because Amazon suspended his account. And the reason that Amazon suspended his

(18:41):
account is because they said a blackdelivery driver had heard a racist remark from
his video doorbell. Now this blewJackson's mind because no one was home when
this driver, the delivery driver, showed up. Furthermore, Jackson was flabbergasted
because he is black and his familyare black, but that didn't matter because

(19:07):
the delivery driver said, I hearda racist remark, and without even contacting
Jackson, they suspended all of thisstuff. He had to prove that a
they weren't home that be because thering doorbell you can select, like you
know, it to say things foryou and when their family isn't home.

(19:29):
His doorbell has an automated response andit says, quote, excuse me,
can I help you? That's whatit says. That's what the delivery driver
heard and then falsely accused that guy, the homeowner, who is black,
his family or black, of sayingsomething racist. So they had, I
mean, he lost access to allthis stuff that he pays to have access
to. Right, they had toprove all this stuff like they you know,

(19:55):
they weren't home and they weren't doingthat all of this. But what
it I think show two is thatthis has gotten so dystopian that now all
a number one all you have todo is be accused of something. Two,
the court of public opinion also includestech companies that can shut you out

(20:17):
of things. And three, Imean, who really owns your stuff?
Right? So this is something tothink of. I'm gonna put this story
in your prep for you subscribers overat sub stack, chapter and verse.

(20:37):
The link is in all the profileson my bio and up on Facebook as
well, because you gotta look.I want you to be familiar with the
story where we deep dive on ittomorrow. All right, today's stupidity came
all right, it's our National SecurityAdvisor Jake Sullivan talking about the funding for
Ukraine. He wants it to gobeyond this cr talk. He needs more
money. You can't end listen towhat he says here from the Congress on

(21:00):
October first, to be able toensure that there's no disruption in the supply
of funding. Tool would there bea disruption if we've had what day would
there be a disruption given the fearsabout this not passing? Well, I
mean there's a sliding scale of disruption, but the day after the funds laps
or run out at the end ofthe fiscal year, there would be a

(21:21):
break if we do not get theyliterally don't care. They care only about
Ukraine. It's unbelievable. Yeah, well no, thanks thanks for tuning into
