I think in areas where prices wentup, you know, really a
great deal and we're highly elevated, you know there, you want to see
prices come down, not just disinflation, but deflation. So let me hit
you with a few numbers. Soairline tickets down thirteen percent over the past
(01:26):
year, car rentals ten percent, eggs twenty two percent, Thanksgiving dinner to
be a bit topical down four anda half percent, with Turkey down about
six percent. That's deflation, thatis lower prices in those areas. All
right, Spin spin, spin, mister, Jared Bernstein, spinmeister for the
Biden administration. Welcome to the DanaShow and Happy Thanksgiving. I'm Sergio Sanchez
(01:51):
filling in for my friend Dana Lashand on behalf of yours truly and Dana
and family. I hope you havea very safe and delicious Thanksgiving weekend.
Stick around. I got some greatinformation for you today, well on this
Thanksgiving weekend, and Jared Bernstein outthe White House hanging well, you go,
prices for airfare are lower, incar rentals and eggs and so on
(02:14):
and so forth, and there weresome double digit decreases that are impressed.
Some of that is supply chain. But if you look at everything that you
and I suspend done, and itall starts with energy. I've said this
before, there's no reason for usto be paying this much for energy,
even you know, despite the factthe energy is a bit less expensive now
(02:35):
than the same time last year,it's still north of work should be because
America is rich when it comes tothe energy assets that we have. You
know, petroleum, you know, the standard fuel that everybody uses, the
lifebloot of the American economy. Youknow, the one that people gravitate too.
Because the vehicles are easier to fix. You just need an oil change.
They're not going to leave you strandedin the middle of an interstate out
(02:58):
there's somewhere when it's below freezing temperaturesthat are coming to the Midwest, coming
to the South. That's why electricvehicles are less popular right now and for
all the spinning from Jared Bernstley andout the White House, out of the
Biden White House and House some things, some things. Well, that's expensive
right now cumulative over the past putit thirty six months closer to thirty six
(03:22):
months. COVID related. We're lookingat inflation that is still way too high.
We're looking at inflation overall cumulative again, looking at the fifteen eighteen,
twenty six, seven, eight threeplus, we're looking at inflation compared to
three years ago that is north oftwenty five percent. So anything that is
(03:45):
not going down north of twenty fivepercent is still too expensive to where it
should be compared to just a fewyears ago. Turkey is less expensive,
that's the good news. Had areport earlier from a friend up in North
Texas. The report, good news, Turkey is less expensive. But everything
else, all the soft stuff that'smore expensive going into the season for all,
(04:06):
you know, everything that you needfor the stuffing, you know,
the veggies, the salary, thewhat else, green beans, maybe put
some some some bell pepper in there. All the soft stuff, the corn,
carrots, all this stuff's more expensivethis year. Slight decrease in your
Thanksgiving dinner for this year that's what'sin the news. But it's supplying demand,
(04:27):
and the supply is still trying tocatch up with the demand. And
part of the demand problem one islike, like I told you, energy
more expensive to send the market.Number two, demand has been high for
more than twenty four months because thefederal government, the Biden administration, the
Fed, they've been just they havebeen printing anything. They've just been creating
out a whole cloth, just outof thin air. They've been creating money.
(04:51):
All these payments to which is nowpayments to states, payments to contractors,
people who landed those big contracts tospend your grandkids money. But at
the beginning, all these stimuluts checksthat we're handed out, all the extended
unemployment checks were provided for everybody. If you got more cash in your pocket
(05:12):
and nothing on the shelf, you'rewilling to pay a heck of a lot
more for the stuff that's not onthe shelf. That's why we had so
much rampant inflation for all the thingsthat we rent out of. Too much
cash in the market. Too highenergy cost too much cash in the market,
and there go too much inflation. To the tune that we approach cumulative
over the past thirty six money.Maybe you could easily make an argument that
we're close to thirty percent higher.I was really kind saying about twenty five
(05:36):
percent, closer to thirty percent, and the numbers have not gone down.
For the four percent decrease in theThanksgiving meal that we're enjoying this holiday season
compared to this time last year, four percent decrease. Yes, maybe eggs
or or or fifteen to twenty percent, but milk is less other protein is
(05:56):
less expensive as well. Not beef, though beef they're still trying to catch.
Everything's still too expensive. And that, amigo, that is why Joe
Biden, despite all the spinning andhe and his people trying to sell that
the economy is doing great, thenhe created, you know, thirteen million
jobs like no other administration. Ofcourse, those are jobs that came back
(06:18):
that were lost and came back becauseof COVID, all this wonderful economic data
that they're trying to spend. Theycan they can talk to you till they're
blue in the face, and theynever going to convince you because you know,
like I know, I mean,I'm in my family budget, I'm
looking at the cost of dining outthat has increased. Man, after everybody
(06:45):
gets a look the way I've cutback. I don't know about you,
but the way I cut back,I'm drinking more water, which is healthy.
Mama and my wife, she alwaysdrinks water, which is more healthy
my sixteen year old. I mean, I can elbow and nudge Noah,
say hey water. That's like twoninety nine maybe three point fifty per soft
drink, right, three three? That's that's ten bucks. You already try
(07:08):
to shave off the bill. Ofcourse, a little one, the spoiled
one, he wants a sprite withhis kid's meal. But if I can
convince him to drink some water,I'm saving about anywhere between ten and twelve
bucks when we go eat out somewhere. And I know you're looking at that
as well. I know that diningout is a lot more expensive. It
is, I want to say,at least man twenty percent to twenty five
(07:29):
percent more, at least twenty twentyfive percent more than what we were paying
before the pandemic. And I'm tryingto cut back the cost of food going
to the grocery store around here. You may have heard that, you know,
in Texas here in the South,we have you know, I don't
know what the name of you know, Pigley, Wiggley or Albertson's or Kroger
(07:51):
in your part of the country.Around here, we have a grocery store
I lovingly refer to as h E. Butt because I don't know. It's
like an institution. And you guysat North Texas, uh, you guys
barely getting it. Chi Butt. The last name is Butt b U t
T. You know, they gotthe last laugh in life. And like,
(08:13):
man, I'm paying at least thirtypercent more, and I'm trying to
cut back with some of the extras. And that's that's warming its way into
our monthly budget, eating out, trying to avoid that as much as I
can, going to chi Butt, going to the grocery store. Man,
about twenty five thirty percent, mouchthirty percent more. And thank God.
I look to Heaven and I sayLord, thank you for gainful employment.
(08:39):
Thank you. You know that westill do some solid business here at the
news Talker here in South Texas thatI present priud affiliate for the data show.
Okay, you are vware. Businessis strong and it's good my part
of the world. The economy downhere is really really strong. Here in
Texas is strong, even South Texas. Many times people say, look if
the poorest region of the country,it's the Mexican border. Rgv's got shut
(09:01):
up already, man, We gotwe got stuff you guys don't have.
Many of you guys in port cities, you wish you had, like liquified
natural gas distribution os. We gotlike eighteen twenty billion bucks private sector investment
coming to deep South text at thePort of browns Right there, right next
to the port, we got elawn musk. That's right. He's my
neighbor. That's why I say, elon must my neighbor. Dude has a
(09:24):
house there in Brownsville, Texas. That's me, man's that's our market.
We got the spaceport to the Moon, the spaceport to Mar's right here.
Our economies is going by leaps andbounds in the real Grand Valley of Texas.
It's a great place. We gotchip computer chip manufacturing, and the
smart business people are discovering the Texasmarket, the Texas labor market, Texas
(09:46):
manufacturer, low taxition, all thatstuff. That's why they're coming to Texas
as quickly as possible and I'm thankfulfor that because from that all ancillary entities,
including advertising, TV, and youknow, here's truly everybody else,
but all the taxation entities. Theyhave to shave some of the gold off
the goo of the golden goose, the golden egg from that goose they get
(10:09):
the So we all, we allbenefit from the growing economy down here.
And I say that as I lookto the heaven and to look to the
heavens and say thank you Lord forgainful employment, for prosperity get And I
say this because despite the fact thatat least twenty five thirty percent more is
leaving my pocketbook my bank account ona monthly basis, and my family is
(10:31):
still comfortable and still happy and wellin fact, and not having to worry
about paying the exorbitant light bill. That's another thing some of y'all can't pay
these days. It's ridiculous, theselight bills. You know, for a
standard house, it's twenty five hundredsquare feet. That's that's what we enjoy
(10:54):
in Texas. By the way,you guys listening in to California, twenty
five hundred scrapy, that'd be acastle for y'all. That's the standard size.
In Texas, we got light billsthree hundred and fifty four hundred months,
four hundred dollars a month, threefifty four hundred dollars a month.
We had gaslean bills that are moreexpensive now than they wore last go around.
We got water bills that are almosttwice as much. All of that
stuff as worms and just corrodes anderodes everything that we work so hard for.
(11:20):
I'm feeling it. I'm noticing it. I'm thanking Heaven that I can
still make it and still have alittle extra to go eat out every now
and then, even though it's moreexpensive. But I know the pain.
And that's why, despite all theall the selling, all the spinning,
anything that Joe Biden will say aboutjob creation, about prices coming down,
no, I don't know how they'regoing to come down. Too close to
(11:43):
being pre pandemic. I don't knowhow. You everybody else, you gots
tuning in working for a living, trying to pay your light build trying to
pay your water bill, trying topay for your food. This Thanksgiving,
you know, I say a prayerfor my fellow marrior PRIs and you guys
answering all the polls out there. That's why the data is not coming by
(12:05):
good for Joe Biden and the Democrats, because inflation hurts and will continue to
hurt, and we will not seefood prices and fuel prices and energy prices
go down by twenty five to thirtypercent anytime soon. And take this into
the extra and put on top ofthat and the fact that people vote whether
(12:26):
their a pocketbook. Put on topof all that the fact that we have
an old man, a senile oldman, a weak old man who projects
weakness and sinility and incompetence to therest of the world. That is the
figurehead, that is the face, that is the name that represents the United
States. Right now, we areone year away from the presidential election,
(12:48):
and it may as well be aneternity. Let me go back to but
all all the polling data on howpeople are not happy, businesses are not
optimistic about the near future, andoperations, and all the polling data that
I laugh at when I hear youknow, Emerson College or Quinnipiac or who
else is running all these polls,I laugh because people at the moment they're
(13:13):
expressing their pain to the pollsters.I mentioned Emerson College. Here's here's one
popped up in my stack and saidforty seven percent Emerson College, forty seven
percent support Donald Trump for president.Right now, only forty three percent say
Joe Biden. And this mayor ispolling data for the last several months.
(13:33):
Now. There was one I sawyesterday. I want to say it's NBC
that was shocking. Was like fortyseven to forty one Trump over Biden.
People want to change. It can'tcome fast enough. Sadly, friends,
you got to wait a whole anotheryear, a year and a month and
change. It's like thirteen more monthsof this pain, the inflation that is
(13:58):
not going away. You just getused to it. Find another job at
some of those job openings you mighthave to do, like Dave Ramsey would
say, go get a second orthird job to make ends meet and hope
and pray that things get better inthe future. And I do believe that
they would get better under Trump administration. That's just my opinion. Well York
(14:20):
Win saying bristling, going, whatwhat'd you say? Trump? Yeah,
come on, Trump's going to bethe nominee. You know, Trump's going
to be the nominee, Come hellor high water. Donald Trump is the
nominee for the Republicans. He isgoing to win. Forget the nomination,
it's already in the bag. Ibelieve he wins the election just because I
believe this pain, the pain ofthe pump, the pain at the grocery
(14:43):
store, the pain for buying clothing, the pain for energy. I don't
think that's going away in twelve months. And it's t minus less than twelve
months for the next presidential election.Hey, Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you for

Show. Just also member President ofMexico. Together we committed to expanding law
enforcement cooperation and intelligence share could betterdisrupt the flow of fennyl and dismountle of
wild chemical groups at traffic sympathetic drugsin our communities. Be married record seizures
a fenyl off the border this year, intercepting these dangerous drugs before they can
(19:21):
get in the United States. Yeah, the record seizure is a fentanyl at
the border at mine border by theway, here at McCallen part of the
border with May. He go fromSan Diego to south of Tucson, you
know El Paso Eagle Pass, andright here at McCallen Browns all this poisons
(19:41):
crossing the US Mexican border. That'sJoe Biden. Of course, if you
were able to make sense of whathe said, he was saying that that
he his White House working with Maytry to disrupt the flow of all this
poison. We've had what is itlike one hundred and ten thousand plus Americans
die poisoning themselves or accidentally right, they're either taking a recreational drug place with
(20:04):
fentanyl, super deadly fentanyl, ormaybe somebody nearby touched some residue and now
they're gone. So he's Biden claiminghe's, you know, in his conversations
with gimping, you know Pooh Bearfrom China recently in the lemonye right now,
I wonder if he's still lemony fresh. Northern California, San Francisco,
(20:25):
because you know, Gavin good here, Gavin Newsome did admit that his state
government, along with city Hall inSan Francisco, they did clean up all
the streets in San Francisco because PoohBear was coming town and they need to
put unfurl all the Chinese communists flags. That they had an inventory. It's
amazing how many they had an inventory. They had Chinese comings, flies all
(20:45):
over the place, and pool Bearin town and no more homeless people.
Scrub and spraywash all the poop andurine off the streets and pick up all
those those needles, pick up allin San Francisco go all of a sudden,
looked like the San Francisco of allthe one that I remember going with
my wife. It just newly marriedtwenty five years ago. I think it
(21:10):
was like five years into our marriage, went and enjoyed Fisherman's Wharf Alcatraz.
We you know, took in allthe sites, went a little north of
there and saw the beauty of northernCalifornia. We haven't gone back because we
hear all these nasty headlines about youknow, poop, build streets and all
that. At that meeting with Jijenpingin northern California, he's in Mexico going
to work with them. Just abunch of bureaucratics speak in fact Biden As
(21:37):
far as follow up to the clamsthat Chijinping's going to crack down on some
of these factories producing the chemicals forthe deadly fentanel. You think there's going
to be some accountability, some team, you know, kind of like they
do with the Russians, you know, when they dismantled their nukes and we
dismantled our nukes and we send teamsto go inspid. Okay, what happened
to these factors? We know thatthis factor is producing this chemical that chemical
(21:57):
forth, is that going to happen? No? It cut seven. Steve
remind meting with President she we tooka critical step of resuming counting on cottage
cooperation between or two countries. It'sreally important things that we agreed upon.
In twenty nineteen, China essentially stoppeddirect ship as of fentanyl from China to
(22:19):
the United States for the years sincethe drug trade has evolved, it's moved
from Finnish fenoyl to fentanyl components.Yeah. And as far as doing any
you know, verifying it was beingas far as the crackdown by Jijen Ping,
Yeah, Joe Biden saying he's justgoing to take Zi's word on this.
(22:41):
I guarantee you one thing that willcome of this, the US promise
that they will back off against theinstitution in China going after the weaker community.
You know, that Chinese agency thatis arresting and slaving in camps and
using them as slave labored towards andkilling all these weaker the minority. The
(23:03):
US taking its hand off of theiroversight of that Chinese agency. I guarantee
you that will be taking place. As far as the whole Fentsanel thing,
yeah, don't don't put any moneyon the table, don't bet anything on
there. All right, here's theconversation I promised you. Yeah. Is
it possible to be too Catholic inyour faith? These days? It's strange
(23:26):
times that we live in something onthe news radar from just a few days
by a story I believe that shouldhave garnered more coverage, more attention from
the informit information channels. My conversationwith Father Frank Pavlon. Go ahead,
Steven, I'm a priest for life. I want to welcome back to the
program, a servant of God,Father Frank Pavone, precious pastor. Father,
(23:48):
how are you, my friend? Is good to talk to you again.
I am doing great. It isso good to be on with you
again. Thanks for thanks for reachingout. Well. We have a story
out of Texas Bishop Joseph Strickland. He was called for being a guest too
conservative, or as the babylon Beeposted in one of the little jokes,
they said, Tyler, Texas BishopJoseph Joseph Strickland has been fired by Pope
(24:15):
Francis for being Catholic. Okay, what can you please explain to work in
people what happened in this case toJoseph the Strickland Bishop Joseph Strickland. I
mean for all the headlines that wehear every now and of men who who
fall and disobey God and abuse kidsand women or whatever have for financial issues.
(24:40):
Whatever this guy gets, he getsken from what we see for being
too conservaive, too pro life.He criticizes the pope too much. So
what happened in this case, well, you know, this is something that
as you say, everyone is seeingwhat has been going on. You know,
he has stood out among the bishopsfor taking a strong stand in what
(25:02):
we would call the culture wars, you know, and the when the Dodger
Stadium had these this mockery of Catholicnuns, you know, and and and
and in favoring and celebrating transgender andeverything. You know, he was the
only bishop that that got out therewith a whole big group of peaceful,
prayerful Catholics to protest this stuff. And he's one of the only ones being
(25:29):
very very strong, for example,in speaking against the Biden administration and all
the big pro abortion stuff that thatthat he and his people are doing in
the in the Democrat Party, soon and on. I mean, there's
numerous examples where he is standing asmany Catholics stand in these culture wars.
(25:49):
Now I call what happened now.I mean, first of all, exactly
what happened was that he was toldby the Pope that he no longer has
his position as the Bishop of Tyler, Texas. So bishops have, you
know, various different roles and usuallythey are in charge of of of a
you know, a geographical area calledthe diocese. But the Pope has said,
(26:11):
no, you're not, you don'thave the authority anymore as the Bishop
of Tyler. So essentially it's likea forest retirement. He's still a bishop,
you know, he still can celebratethe sacraments and whatnot, but he's
not in that position. Now.I call this the weaponization of church government,
(26:32):
and I think that for all ourlisteners who have been following closely the
reaponization of civil government in America. And you know, we recently had the
release of that film called Police State, which is very very instructive for people
to see. What we have isthis, This is the reversal in a
(26:52):
in the American system of justice, you go after a crime in search of
a person. Crime happens, let'sgo find out who did it. And
in a police state, you goafter a person in search of a crime.
You target somebody you don't like becauseof the positions they take, and
then you say, let's let's let'streat them as a criminal. We'll find
some excuse, you know, dependon them. So this is happening in
(27:15):
American civil government, and sadly itis obviously happening in the church. And
they say in the Standard News writerit says that he was he was requested
to resign because of complaints that theVatican had received over governance. I don't
know what that means. I knowthat he's been a lightning rod front lines
(27:37):
of the culture wars and holding theline to scripture and not deviating from that
and standing up for life. Andas you mentioned on the life issue,
he was the one right that wasmaking headlines for calling Joe Biden and Nancy
Pelosi that they not be given communionbecause they're Catholics in name only. And
(27:59):
then the militant abortionists calling for abortionon demand, even to the point of
birth. They stand for that.He was the one who's called exactly right,
right, right, Well, that'sexactly right. And you know,
and you say, and as youknow, I mean, I've been punished
for the very same thing. Imean, it's like, hey, everybody
who should be doing this, clergyand laity alike, should be calling out
(28:22):
these people, and now we're ina strange situation where we're the ones that
get punished for it. But youknow, what you said is very very
I want to emphasize something very veryenlightening. You know. You said,
well, you know, it's unclearwhat the reason really is, you know,
matters of governance. And again youlook at the parallel how how President
Trump is being treated and whatever peoplethink of him politically. We got to
(28:45):
see the pattern here. When thoseimpeachments were launched against him, what did
they say, Oh, abuse ofpower. I mean that's similarly vague.
It's like, what in the worldare you actually talking about? And the
reality is that they don't want tospecify. They can't specify what they're talking
about because if they reveal their truereasons, they rightfully would be ashamed of
(29:08):
themselves. Oh well, this man, we know. We don't want to
we don't want to raise up toomuch kick up too much dust over abortion
because our friends, you know,in the in the Democrat Party are going
to get mad at us. Youknow, this is the kind of pettiness
that these people are going after. Now, you know, I was,
I should say I was with BishopStrickland for a very big portion of time
(29:30):
recently. We were both speaking atthe same conference, and we went to
a couple of different events together. And you know, anybody who has spent
time with him is always impressed byhis humility. I mean, this is
not a man who's out there rebellingagainst the Church or you know, going
on some kind of arrogant, youknow, self serving campaign. This man
(29:51):
is just the opposite of that.He feels, as so many of us
do, that you know, wehave a duty to God. God has
given us a mission and it's amission of sir, and this is what
this man is all about. Andhe told me this was like last month,
he said, you know, hesaid they might ask me to resign.
He said, but I am notgoing to walk away from the work
(30:12):
God has given me to serve thisflock. So he already had his mind
made up. I'm not going tovoluntarily resign. If they want me out
of here, they're going to haveto force me out. Tyler, Texas.
Bishop Joseph Strickland in essence fired byPope Francis. We've known Strickland to
be quite vocal for the truth andfor scripture and for holding the line sin
(30:36):
a sin, and yes, theBody of Christ is always open to the
LGBTQ community. But like Christ said, stop sinning. Just he's always repeating,
you're forgiven, but stop sinning allthose things because of his so called
hard line, as the leftist andthe media would describe, he's been an
essence fired from being bishop up inTyler, Texas. And no, really
(30:57):
no clarity, and these procedures andcomplaints and the unorthodosed, what's the complaint
against? All we see is trulya godly man bishop holding the line for
truth and scripture. Who is acritic of Pope Francis can by Pope Francis,
(31:18):
of the many people that likely shouldbe can that are not properly representing
the Church and the Body of Christ. Pope Francis goes after this guy,
and I'm again left shaking my hand. Why is why is Prope Francis that
way? A father of Frank Pavonjoining me from priests for life? Why
is he so leftist? Why ishe so accommodating to Marxist ideas? And
(31:40):
leftists and revolutionaries and culture that arejust upending everything. It seems. Oh
yeah, I think a lot moreof that needs to come out. He's
got a lot of bad advisors. You know, who knows what kind of
bigger, destructive plan he is partof. You know, many talk about
he's you know, he's in withthese globalist people. He made recently met
with the son of George Soros.I'm sure you saw that some weeks ago,
(32:04):
and it's like, what are youdoing meeting with these people? You
know, he brings in all theseleft wing political leaders from all over the
world. There's a lot we don'tknow, but really all we need to
know is is what is obvious. The man is on the wrong track in
many, many ways. And forus to say that as Catholics, I
want to you know, those Catholicsthat are listening to realize that when we
have concerns like this, and evenwhen we voice concerns like this, what
(32:29):
doesn't mean we're being disloyal to ourfaith. You know, all human beings,
we're all sinners. The Pope wouldbe the first one to admit that,
and we all publicly admit it whenwe say nass right, we say
I confess to Almighty God that I'vesin. People should not feel that,
Oh, I can't even talk aboutthis because I have to be a faithful
Catholic. Listen, I'm a faithfulCatholic. Bischoud s Trinkle is a faithful
Catholic. This is not about disloyaltyto the Church. This is about being
(32:52):
honest with each other, pointing outproblems when we see them, and trying
to seek for a solution here andabove all, trying to be faithful to
the Church. And you know,if I may Sergios mentioned that we have
there's a special website, Stand withBishop Strickland dot org where people can offer
a spiritual bouquet if they want topledge to him, prayers, you know,
(33:19):
any kind of spiritual solidarity or justa word of encouragement. Stand with
Bishop Strickland dot org. We putthat together for him, and we'll be
honoring the Bishop in January. Idon't know how many of our listeners go
to the March for Life in Washington, but on the morning of that event,
January nineteenth, we've got a prayerservice and the Bishop will be there
(33:39):
and we're going to honor him andthank him and present him with this spiritual
expression of support, sending you abig hug, Pastor, Father Frank Pavon,
Thank you you soldier On, brothersoldier On, and the cause of
Christ. Thank you to doctor I'msorry, Father Frank Pavone, and he's
(34:00):
been on the front lines and thedefense of the undelivered child. And thank
you to all of y'all Catholic familyout there that for years have been on
the front lines trying to save babiesand pushing back against infanticide, the murder
of children. That that's part oftheir reward, I believe in eternity,
is their fight to save the unbornand just that internal struggle within the Catholic
(34:23):
Church, example of internal struggles withinmany branches of Christianity dealing with the social
issues of the day, most ofit fueled by LGBTQ issues. I'm Sergio

Mussolini and Hitler and the use ofthe terminology like vermin and the drive that
(38:28):
those men had towards autocracy and dictatorship. The difference, though, I think
McDonald Trump even more dangerous, andthat is he has no philosophy. He
believes in former Missouri Senator Claire mccaskell. Trump is even more dangerous than Hitler.
(38:49):
There I go. The TDS crowdis still barking and whalen out.
They're Trump derangement syndrome. It's aliveand well today, and it's headed into
next year. It ain't going away. And you know what, Donald Trump,
he ain't leaving either. He's notgoing anywhere. Welcome to hour two
of The Dana Show for a Thanksgivingweekend if you're tuning in later during the
(39:13):
weekend, and this broadcast on aWednesday, November twenty second. And for
me, that's a special date forme and my wife. This is the
first day November twenty second. Isaw her for the first time thirty two
years ago. Today. That's andevery now and then I used to play
lotto numbers. You know. It'slike her birthday, my birthday, and
(39:36):
then we had a firstborn and thenit was eleven twenty two. I haven't
played the all of it long, long time, but it used to be
one of my law But it's aspecial date for me. Welcome to the
Dana Show. I'm Sergio Sanchez infor my friend Dana Lash. Happy Thanksgiving
and save travels to all of y'alltuning in to the show and catch the
podcast version later Producer Steve He'll doa great job and put it on all
(39:58):
platforms. You can take in allthis in information on the Data Show at
the various podcast platforms. So Clairemccasts going and just some of those and
just part of the choir. It'sa pretty big choir. It's stupid choir
with the suffering from Trump's derangement syndrome. But sadly, look, Donald Trump
ain't perfect. And yeah he's agoofball, and yes he loves the taste
(40:22):
of his own shoe. And don'ttell him that. Don't tell him that,
because then he'll get all upset withyou. I'll get all trumpet with
you. The reason that we haveterms today by you know, fake news.
You know that's him. He's theone who took it to the media.
He's the one who took it tothe swamp. The establishment in Washington
(40:44):
DC. Yeah, Democrat and Republicand the politicians have been there too long.
Who's fault is that, Well, the voters various states, various precincts
out there. You guys have givenup police who don't vote and those of
you who do vote and keep sendingthe same clowns up to Washington, DC.
See shaken of the process, shakingit up for the sake of America.
(41:05):
America first. I think America firstis the concept today. And by
the way, that also is somethingthat he championed and as part of the
American political lexicon America first because ofDonald Trump. It is a set of
ideas that I believe not all ofthem are perfect. Just like you know,
(41:25):
for example, our constitution is itnecessarily perfect as well? Oh I
may have said something that or ruffledyour fields. What's not or our constitution
is it's as perfect as possible forthe protection of liberty, as perfect as
possible for the protection of your life, your liberty, your property. But
(41:50):
I got an example coming up laterin the show. There's a specific clause
in a specific section and clause inthere there's an example of how I think
the institution worked against liberty. Butanyway, I'll share that later on.
Back to Donald Trump. Donald Trump, like I told you last hour,
he's like fifty so points, wayahead of everybody. One. Some of
(42:12):
the poles say, you know,it's Nicki Haley. Some of the poles
say, is Ron de Santi's Andsee this is I believe we do need
the voices. We do need theseconversations because when you have the primary process,
you have an opportunity to own theheadlines, to take the microphone and
for just a few seconds, maybe, you know, perhaps create a little
(42:35):
sound bite that will be consumed byworking people dropping off kids in the morning.
Working people they're just leaving the office, trying to catch up with the
newest and little snippets and sound bitesand the social media they're perusing through the
X feeds, the Instagram feeds,Facebook and on the radio driving home,
and it's just a little bit ofinformation they're picking up. And that's I
think that's the service that the primaryprocess provides. But to be a tech
(43:00):
and backstabbing guys, Look, anybodyrunning against Donald Trump from the very very
beginning, aside from being perhaps aninsurance policy for God forbid, former President
Trump says, guys, the doctorjust spoke with me, and I only
(43:22):
have X amount of time, andI won't see you for the next something
like that, God forbid. Idon't I don't take my mind there,
and I surely don't want anything everbad to happen. Like, for example,
you may have heard that this democraticfrom is he from New York?
Yeah, that that New York CongressmanDan Goldman. He was slapped around a
(43:43):
few days back for it, andhe apologized by the way. He called
it poor choice of words when hewas making reference to Donald Trump. He
said that Trump is a danger toAmerican democracy and we're not a democracy.
People who are represented republic. Butit's sad that the overwhelming majority of American
voters that they don't understand that wewere never taught that we have to learn
(44:05):
that on our own. We haveto go seek and read on our own
to understand American liberty and how todefend it. Either way, Dan Goldman,
this Democrat from New York, hesaid that Donald Trump needs to be
his word eliminated, Donald Trump unlessthe Lord calls him home, you know,
through some natural means or some crazyand goes after him. And I
(44:28):
don't want to say more than that, that's the only way he's not going
to be And you knew he wasalways going to be the nominee. I
know that the courts or the Democratsthrough the courts are coming after him to
try to take him out and takehim down. They're not going to say,
well, they may succeed temporarily,I think on appeal and the process
of appeals, everything would be reversed. But either way, if they drag
him away in handcuffs, and Iwould I was going to say, I
(44:52):
dare you on that one. Butthe American people, the Trump base,
in my opinion, I believe,is more solid today than ever before.
What was that in twenty twenty inthe SUSS election of twenty twenty, where
because of loose election regulations all overthe place, we just don't know how
(45:13):
many ballots were stuff. We don'tknow what was taking place behind closed doors
that could not be monitored by electionmonitors Democrat and Republican to go in there
and see, are you guys runningthose to the machines just once or are
doing it twice? What's going on? Let's check all this. So many
questions about the suspects SUSS activity duringthe last election, but that's behind us
(45:35):
now. The COVID election is behindus, and all those loose issues,
loose regulations, all that has beentightened up in many swing states. It's
only going to take about six orseven states to make a final decision on
who's going to be president next. And I do believe that in the end.
First of all is the primaries.Donald Trump is way ahead of everyone
(45:58):
in the primaries. And like Isaid, unless he is no longer with
us for some reason, the Lorddecides to do that or or some crazy
that's the only way, and that'swhat That's why Dan Goldman had to apologize
for this, because saying things likeneeds to be eliminated, that brings up
images of violence. We don't needthis conversation. I mean, for for
(46:22):
all of my disappointment and my anger, the shame as an American that I
feel when I see Joe Biden representingthis nation, this senile old man,
and the political machinery behind him thatpropped him up and put them out there
and serve him out there every nowand then and every now and that he'll
(46:43):
he'll wiggle away from a precedent becausemaybe you know, he had a it
depends moment, needs to change andcome on back. He doesn't know how
the time, what he's doing, what is and it's sad. It's sad
for him. I wish Joe Bidenwould have prevented him from from running.
It's sad for him, but it'sit's sad for our nation because that image,
that face, that behavior, thatis what we project to the world.
(47:06):
That is how weak America is rightnow. It makes me sad for
our nation. Donald Trump will bethe nominee for the Republicans. Ain't no
doubt. All the courts fights, all all the lawsuits, all the prosecutions,
all these leftists that are abusing theirpower to try to bring him down
for political reasons, they will allin the end will be exposed. The
(47:29):
American people see that, his basesees that. I believe that more people
see that. Look. Almost immediatelyafter the election, go look for some
of the polling data on all theseAlmost immediately after the election and polling data
came out, they asked people,Hey, would you have voted for Joe
Biden? Had you known about youknow, Hunter Biden, the laptop from
(47:49):
Hell, the you know, thebig guy getting a partial payment from this
Chinese venture for infrastructure. How aboutthe Ukraine situation where he got the prosecutor
fired for exposing Parisma corruption. Hadyou known all this? Had all these
things that have been claimed by leftby the left, Democrat supporters and Joe
(48:13):
Biden supporters, all these people supposedlyan intelligence that said all this was Russian
disinformation. Oh no, pay noattention to this is Russian disinformation. We
got just a few days left forearly vote. Get out there and vote
for Joe Biden, all these peoplewho lied to you and denied you all
this information, polling data after theelection, after all this was beginning to
(48:36):
be exposed. The Laptop from Helldoing everybody a favor in revealing all this
truth, and more truth still needsto come out, and more power to
house investigators and revealing all these lives, all this manipulation, and even by
social media, all the Twitter files. Well, the American public, the
uninformed American sometimes willfully uninformed American public. They voted stupidly in twenty ten.
(49:00):
They made a mistake, and nowit's time to correct action. And there's
a huge chunk of those people whosaid they would have voted different if I
remember correctly, and this is likefrom two years ago. I think it
was like sixteen to eighteen percent ofthose people who voted for Joe Biden,
they said they would have voted forDonald Trump. They would have voted differently.
(49:22):
It all takes either not voting orvoting for Donald Trump. Either way,
the result would have been the same. Presto. Donald Trump would have
been reelected. But because they werelied to, we were all lied to,
we were all manipulated by the DemocratParty. Joe Biden apologist left his
media and all these so called expertswho lied her. I said and said,
(49:45):
this is all Russian disinformation, andso lie I paid no attention to
the man behind the curtain. There'snothing there. Yeah, people would have
voted him. So I count amongthe base that is rock solid. I
have no doubt that the base isa rock solid. It will come back,
and even greater numbers have kids whocan vote. They have more family
that are showing up and feeling thepain when they go purchase food, go
(50:07):
purchase fuel and pay their livebuil.Everything inflation is ridiculous. It should not
be like this right now. Theforced vaccination on the military and making our
military weaker, forcing all these servicemembers to quit. This mindset, of
this heavy handed, iron fisted mindsetby the Biden administration and the Democrats to
force people to get the vaccine, all those things, those things are pushing
(50:30):
more people to the post. Inmy opinion, that's what I believe he
will win. As long as herehe's breathing, he's with us. I
believe Donald Trump will be re elected, will be elected president. I'm sorry,
We'll be elected president again. Iknow it's an attorney it's a year
away. But for all the peoplethat are complaining about John Trump, including
(50:52):
folks within our party. And look, I'm a big fan of Ronda Santis.
I love Rond de Santis. Iwish a person as an intelligent,
as informed, a good leader likeRonda say. I hope that in the
future, somewhere down the road, that he would have an opportunity to become
president. It's cut sixteen. Idon't think comments like this helped cut sixteen.
(51:14):
Steve, It's cut sixteen, buddywith wrong destances. I think at
the end of the day, Trumpis the best turnout machine for the Democrats
because he will ignite a lot ofvoters to want to come out and vote
against him, and that gives theDemocrats a big advantage. They know Biden's
week, they know that the directionof the country is poor, but that
(51:37):
is their lifeline to be able toget me. If they can make the
election about Trump and all these otherissues, that is their best way to
be able to get back into theWhite House. I love you, Ron,
I don't agree sir at all.And this is the time to be
messaging what is wrong with America andwhy it's Joe Biden's fault, and it's
a Democrat's fault and unite beyond theleader. You know who will carry the
(52:00):
Republican Party. Despite taking all thearrows, taking all the gunfire, all
incoming from the left, some ofit in the form of lawsuits, he's
being taken. The court's time tostand up and defend him. Yeah,
he's imperfect, So are you wrong? I'm We're all imperfect. But the
America first mindset needs to go backto sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue. He needs
(52:22):
those four more years, get everythingin line, and hopefully maybe you can
run in four years after that. That's just my opinion. Look, you
have something else to say on this, because I think the Democrats and their
stupid policy, I think everything that'swrong, inflation, everything else is going
on right now, and all thetruth that's being revealed and all the truth
that's coming next year from the investigationof Joe Biden, that will be the
(52:43):
driver sending people to vote for DonaldTrump next year in my opinion. On
X on Twitter, it's at SergioTalk. You have a different opinion on
this. I'm Sergio Scichiz. You'rein tune with the Dana Show. From

time for Data's Quick five. Gettingsome breaking news from Niagara Falls, New
York, beautiful area. Some sortof explosion on a bridge at Niagara Falls,
New York. And there's some reportsI'm saying they had something to do
(54:51):
with a vehicle speeding into an inspectionbooth on the US Canadian border. So
we'll get more information on that.I'll lob that over to you. And
first, when I started reading thispoll, so why is this a question?
Why is this a poll? Morethan half of American voters say that
they or someone they live with ownsa gun. Yeah, it comes from
(55:13):
NBC News, and I don't thinktheir motivation was to promote more gun ownership.
Fifty two percent say they own agun. This is the data show
from South Texas. Don't let FOMOget the best of you stay in the
loop and ahead of the curve byfollowing Dana on Apple, Spotify or wherever
you get your podcasts. Well, there definitely is attention between creating the time
(55:35):
and space to get hostages out, which is a huge win, first for
the families, but also for Israel, for the United States and for other
countries. And on the other hand, allowing this time where Hamas can regroup,
it can rest, it can reorientitself, and yes, take advantage
of this time. But this wasa cost that Israel was prepared to pay
because the human benefit of reuniting peoplewith their families, especially women and children,
(55:59):
was so profound and compelling. Itsaddens me that the fact that you
know two hundred and fifty plus hostages, civilians, women, children, lots
of kids taken in the country. You know civilians taken by this terror group
Humus. It really saddens me tothis day that it doesn't get the proper
coverage. This should be like drumbeat coverage day after day, much like
(56:22):
the Iragning hostage situation in my opinion. And I was a kid when that
took place, but I was fixatedthanks to my parents, and they barely
had a fourth fifth grade education inMexico. A boy, they were news
house and I followed their steps onthis. And you know, Nightline on
ABC was birth as a result ofthe constant day to day coverage of the
(56:47):
American hostages. A US embassy takenit in Tehran by these Islamic crazy radicals.
Now I wish we had something similartoday, but you know, I
wishful thinking up my part. Thatwas Jake Sullivan, by the way over
at n I say so, ifyou had not heard, it's a four
day cease fire, Yeah, goodluck with it. See. I wonder
(57:08):
who's going to shoot the first grenadeor rival or blow up the first bomb.
Yeah, my money's on Hamas thatthey'll be the first one to do
that. Sometime over the next twentyfo hours. It's supposed to start,
they say tomorrow morning. I don'tknow what time would be. That would
be Thursday, by the way,so I know somebody I'll take in the
Danis Show broadcast later this week. And so Thursday was supposed to be day
(57:29):
one of the four day the pausein fighting. I'm just concerned that some
of these clowns are going to getaway. They're going to somehow escape.
That's my concern. Some of theseanimals that should be blown up by Israeli
defense for US, they're gonna getaway. But again, fifty women,
(57:51):
children hostages supposed to be released byhim US. I'll believe it when I
see it. I had another storyhere related to all. There's a lot
of backlash for people mouthing off ignorantlyand supporting these animals, the terror group
Hamas. Here at his actress SusanSarandon being dropped by her Hollywood talent agency
as her reports say as seventy sevenyear olds Srendon I was dumped by her
(58:15):
talent agency for anti Jewish rants onlineand talking in support of Hamas and Palestinians.
More a little bit more on thatpoll I mentioned towards the end of
the last same Oh and by theway, I'm going to share with your
conversation here in just a little bit. So stick around the property ownership.
(58:37):
You know, it's codified by theConstitution. You'd think that we owner property
the remainder of our life, passit on to our kids and for progeny
to enjoy. That's no, that'sthat's not the case. I had a
conversation with Professor John Rizby because talkingabout Susan Sarandon and you know, the
Hollywood actors and all these people thatare trying to pin down financial future,
(59:00):
financial benefit for their images, fortheir voices, for their name, for
it not to be used and abused, and somebody else making a profit out
of their image. I mean, this is for me quite the salient issue.
I know for some of you whoare performers that anyway could be in
news, could be public speaking, you could have books out there, you
have any type of performance because ofartificial intelligence. You know, the fight
(59:22):
right now is for these actors, voice actors and just regular actors to protect
their image, protect their voice,so they get some residual from who they
are. I make a living byflapping my gums on the radio. I
mean, I don't want anybody takingmy voice and pretending to be Sergio Siches
out there and then having a talkshow and endorsement and stuff. That's just
me. That's what I do fora living. So intellectual property is not
(59:45):
treated the same as just hard assetsland, vehicles and stuff like that.
And that conversation coming up in justa little bit. Oh my goodness,
I'm there goes a time. It'slike my producer, Freddie says, is
getting him to shut up. That'sthe problem. Well, happy Thanksgiving.
I know you'll probably get some downtime. I go see a movie here pretty
(01:00:07):
soon. I'm looking forward to seeingthe Napoleon movie. I know it's like
three hours and change, but Ifigure out all that. What is that
that trip to families, that sleepythings that you get with turkey. Yeah,
that'd be a nice three hour napand hey it's Quaquin Phoenix. I
mean, what could go wrong?Beside, I'm just looking forward to,
like the battle scenes where you knowthey meet in the field. This entertainment
note the new Karate Kid film withthe Eternal karate Kid Ralph Machio. He's
(01:00:31):
teaming up with Jackie Chan. Theygot a movie in the works that's karate
Kid thing. Okay, I gottago. I better share with you this
audio. Your property will not behere the fact, it's in the constitution.
It is in the Constitution that aspecific top of your property. Look
at up Article one, section eightclaws eight co Steve, I understand that
(01:00:54):
Mickey Mouse, the copyright Mickey Mousewill expire next year. Can you imagine
once the market grabs Mickey Mouse andstarts doing I don't know, maybe like
slasher movies like they just like theydid with Pooh Bear. John Risby is
the patent Professor Adjunct Professor of PatentLaw at Nova Southeastern Law School in Florida.
(01:01:15):
I welcome him back, Professor. Why is it that something that obviously
is Walt Disney property? Is itthat Disney can't hang on to Mickey Mouse
forever? After all, this isproduced by Walt Disney himself. It's a
Disney property. You think that theywould have their rights to something like this
for eternity. Yeah. Well, first of all, when you say expiring
(01:01:36):
next year, I just that makesit sound like it's a long ways away.
It's actually January. First, We'vegot about six more weeks of the
original Steamboat Willie version of Mickey Mousebeing owned by Disney, But intellectual property
was never intended to be forever. It's the constitutional basis specifically says for limited
(01:02:00):
times to authors and inventors the rightto intellectal property. And the original copyright
term, in fact, was justfourteen years, and over the years it's
been expanded to twenty eight years, and then fifty years after the author's deaths,
and currently seventy years after the author'sdeath. A lot of criticism has
(01:02:22):
been against Disney for lobbying for extensionsof the copyright term, but I think
there at the end of their rope. At this point, there's very little
hope that there's going to be anysort of congressional change to extend that copyright
passed six weeks January first, twentytwenty four. You mentioned constitutional rights,
(01:02:46):
these copyrights that are limited, andthere used to be a certain amount of
time and now is different. Lookbecause I see this as property that is
owned by the creator and eventually ownedby the family or the estate. That's
how I see it. Why isit that the public has a right to
(01:03:07):
this when it should belong to familyor in a state. I asked you
this at a time when actors voiceactors Hollywood actress, TV actors. They're
fighting for their image, their voice, their style, their property. I
mean, that's their talent. That'show they get paid for that to be
protected from artificial intelligence. But astrange time that we're in because if this
(01:03:30):
intellectual property can become public property atsome point, then the law has already
spoken when it comes to how longindividuals can protect themselves their image, their
face, their voice can protect themselvesfrom artificial intelligence and somebody else in corporation
profiting from their image. Yeah, and that's you bring up good points.
(01:03:50):
I mean, certainly this is differentthan a situation where where you have AI
involved. But the law is balancingthe right of the original author to profit
from their creation. And of coursewe've all heard the expression that, you
know, an author is not reallyfamous until they're dead, and that's you
(01:04:13):
know, unfortunately, there's a bitof truth to that, or at least
used to be a lot more truthto that. Now we see authors like
for example, like the Harry Potterseries, where the authors are able to
profit during their lifetime, so thecopyrights and that was the basis for extending
the rights to seventy years after theirdeath. But you bring up a good
(01:04:34):
point. If it's property, whatmakes it? You know, there's no
limit on land, right if astate gets to hold onto your home or
or apartment buildings or real estate, those don't expire. But in terms of
copyrights, it's kind of a balancebetween allowing the fair exchange of ideas and
(01:04:57):
creative expression not limiting it indefinitely. But uh, that goes to question whether
that's you know, especially in viewof what's happened with Winnie the Pooh,
as you point out, is thatthe yeah, is that the free expression
of ideas that the founders intended. That that the blood and honey version of
(01:05:17):
beloved, you know, characters thatwe all grew up with, and them
going feral and becoming carnivorous like this, it takes on a completely different meaning
now that we see actually what's happeningwith the free expression of ideas when some
of these characters are expiring, andyou know, and Mickey Mouse is just
(01:05:38):
the first of a long line ofNow, now this is the steamboat Willie
version, which is expiring in aboutsix weeks. That's the Mickey Mouse without
the white gloves and without the redshorts. But that's for many people that's
the iconic image of Mickey Mouse thatthey envision, and Disney still plays that
at the beginning of many of theirtheir their films and movies, and and
(01:06:00):
so that's an important character. Buteven the white glove and red short version
doesn't have much more life left.A little over a dozen years, on
January first, twenty thirty six,all versions of Mickey Mouse are going to
expire. And when I say it'sthe tip of the iceberg, we've got
not far behind the Bugs, Bunny, Bambi, Peter Pan, Batman,
(01:06:25):
Superman, all of these are goingto go into the public domain and be
available for anyone. And I don'tknow if what we're going to see is
this trend of slasher type movies withthese characters. Perhaps steam will the public
yeah first for that is full likethe Winnie the Pooh is one of the
(01:06:45):
first. I mean, like, how many versions of slasher characters are still
going, Oh, you know it'scoming. They're gonna you know, Steamboat
Willie. It's going to be ScreamboatWillie. You know it's somebody probably already
did it and they'll be releasing iton January second. Once. That's thing
about Willie copyright is lifted. Butagain it's constitutionality of all this codified in
(01:07:06):
the constitution. Now these copyrights expire. Yeah, well, it's the actual
duration is not codified, but thatthe specific language for limited terms, and
that's what all the discussion about iswhat's limited and different types of intllectual property
is limited Differently. If you havea new idea a patent, the patent
(01:07:28):
is only good for twenty years afterfiling, so it's a lot shorter of
a duration. Copyrights for artistic workslike books and movies and characters and paintings,
those have the longest duration of anyellectual property, and that's some seventy
years after the author's death. Somuch for the rights of property. I
just find that very contradictory from theFounding principles and some of the conversations Founding
(01:07:55):
fathers had on all this. Istill see this property for the estate,
for family, for generations. Buteither way, all that is eventually surrendered.
Thank you, professor, the patentprofessor, doctor John Risby from the
Nova Southeastern Law School in Florida. You're listening to the Dana Show. I'm
Sergio Sanchez and for my friend Dana. Okay, so I'm getting a bit
(01:08:16):
more information from Buffalo, New York. A vehicle exploded on a bridge near
Buffalo. There are some images andof course you got the cables now providing
some of this information twisted metal. My eyewitnesses talking to the media. They
say it had something to do witha car speeding into an inspection booth on
(01:08:36):
the US Canadian border at the RainbowBridge, Niagara Falls. And they say
one person is hurt so far.And of course you got authorities on the
scene, if you know what Imean. They've closed off the area.
Comments from Governor Hokel got the hocalNewyor governor aware of the situation and they're
monitoring. Again. A car explodedon the bridge near Buffalo, New York,
(01:09:00):
you know, the Niagara Falls area. President Biden reflecting on the assassination
of former president JFK. That's right, sixty years ago, Wednesday, November
twenty second, Yeah, sixty yearsago. Have you given some thought of
(01:09:20):
what they might say about JFK ifhe were still around, If JFK with
his political mindset, with his ideasand I don't know, national defense,
strong military, anti communists, man, This dude hated communists. Ape of
course, also auditing the FED andall these things, all these libertarian minded
ideas. You know, the risingtide will lift all boats, decrease the
(01:09:44):
size of government, decreased taxation, grow economic activity, thereby increasing revenue.
All these ideas from JFK. Youknow, way before Ronald Reagan would champion
this in the eighties, back inthe sixties, he was a champion of
that. What would they say ofJFK today? You think maybe the crazy
leftist Marxist radicals, all these peoplewould call him hitler, just like they
(01:10:09):
do Donald Trump these days. Sixtyyears ago on November or twenty second and
JFK assassinated and Dallas, I'm SergioSanchez. You're listening to the Data Show.
You want to say hi. Online, you need to go to x
you Twitter at Sergio Talk Happy Thanksgiving, follow Dana on Apple, Spotify,
(01:10:30):
or wherever you get your podcasts.Because knowledge is your ultimate superpower. But
if your flight does get delayed orcanceled, know that the Department of Transportation
has your back. For example,we have secured enforceable commitments from the ten
largest airlines to cover expenses for thingslike rebooking meals and more. When you
(01:10:51):
face delays or cancelations, that arethe airlines responsibility. We should also know
that you were entitled to a fullcash ref if your flight is canceled for
any reason. Yeah, something tothink about it. I know up northeast
they got some bad weather. Itmight be the issue with some canceled plans.
Yeah, you recognize that that voice, that's Mayor Pete Pete, Transportation
(01:11:14):
Secretary Pete Buddha judge. Yeah. They might be talking about other transportation related
issues here pretty soon up in dC, especially when it comes to international
bridges. Well, by the way, I'm Sergio Sanchez, and you're listening
to the Dana Show broadcasting today fromwhat I referred to her to her southern
command here in South Texas, RealGrand Valley of Texas is still in Texas
(01:11:36):
Blessed Soil at affiliate k u rV here on the US Mexican border.
We're on Blessed. It's all onthe US side in Texas. Yeah,
we got more information coming at USUp in New York. They're dealing with
an explosion at an international bridge withCanada. Here. Let me see if
I can get the latest information.Governor whole Cool, the whole call,
(01:11:58):
saying that she's been briefed on thesituation. Vehicle exploding on the Rainbow Bridge,
Niagara Falls Local saying at her direction, New York State Police actively working
with the FBI and the Joint TerrorismTask Force monitoring all points of entry.
She says that she's traveling to thearea to meet with officials. Also this
just in. All four US Canadianborder crossings in western New York are closed
(01:12:23):
following that vehicle explosion at one ofthe bridges between Canada and the US.
Some pictures on the cables. Haveyou go fish with it? Now?
You're listening to the Dana showed liveright now. I see twisted metal crews
on the scene at the moment therewas a car speeding into the inspection booth.
I'm Sergio Sanchez from South Texas. This is the Dana Show. Well,
(01:12:44):
we know that there are nine Americancitizens and one Green cardholder who are
missing. We don't know for certainthat all ten of those people are alive,
and we have been very honest aboutthat with the American people. What
we know and what we don't know. What we believe is among those ten
there are two women and one child, and we expect that they will be
released in this group of fifty, but again until we actually see them,
(01:13:06):
until they are actually in the armsof their family members, we cannot be
certain. And we want to bestraight with the American people. Yeah,
that is Jake the Snake Sullivan,Jake Sullivan, and to say, I'm
talking about the hostages that the Americangovernment. Our government knows the Americans who
are in custody of the terror groupAMAS. Welcome to hour three of The
(01:13:28):
Dana Show. I'm Sergio Sanchez.Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Safe travels if you're out there somewheretraveling among the across the Fruit Plains,
fifty million plus people they say aregoing to be on the road today this
entire weekend to go see family andfriends. I'm Sergio Sanchez. I'm in
for my friend Dana Lash And ifyou want to say hi online, it's
(01:13:49):
at sergiotok. And for all thatDana Show affiliates saying God bless y'all who
carried Dana live this hour. Iknow you got the same thing I do.
You got it? You know apuzzle, we get a fit programming,
all sorts of ways for your audience, but for those of you all
carrying his life. Third hour onthis November twenty second, we got a
(01:14:09):
it's called by the FBI, afluid situation at the US Canadian border at
one of my favorite spots that Ihad a chance to visit with my family,
Niagara Falls. Multiple sources saying twopeople are dead. Car explosion at
the bridge near Buffalo, New York. And there's plenty of images on the
cables right now, twisted mental fire, smoke, black smoke, they say.
(01:14:32):
My witnesses reportedly saying that it wasa car that was speeding directly into
an inspection booth at the US Canadianborder. It was the Rainbow Bridge in
Niagara Falls. FBI has said thatthis is a very fluid situation. Police
have closed off the entire area. The Governor of New York, Kathy Hulk,
(01:14:56):
was saying that she's aware, she'straveling to the site. They get
it briefing. Now, this isjust me, you and I just left
to speculate on what's going on.But why would the governor be going to
this? I know like it's anexplosion, it's an obviously obviously how do
I say this properly? Apparently itmight be some type of criminal incident.
(01:15:17):
Again unless the unless the throttle onthat vehicle got stuck and they couldn't stop
that vehicle. I mean, itjust sounds to me like somebody took a
vehicle as a weapon and try tohit a booth and inspection booth for some
reason at the International Bridge. Whywhy is the governor going out there?
Why can't the government just stay putin Albany and get the information that you
(01:15:40):
need and was going to unless thereis a strong suspicion that maybe this is
some type of violent incident that needsto be further investigated by the Terrorism Task
Force. There was another report Isaw earlier. Let's see how I can
get more information on this. Therewas one that said that the other bridges
nearby had been closed. Going thesituation, where is that one that I
(01:16:04):
saw the other bridges nearby? Ihad it in my hand just saying they
said that they hadn't been closed aswell as a result of this incidents.
Authorities, FBI and others working thiscar explosion at an international bridge near Agara
Falls, near Buffalo, New York. So we'll get you more information,
love it over to you as weget more. American voters support funding for
(01:16:30):
security along the US southern border, and by the sound of news today,
maybe we might need a bit moreat the northern border. I don't know.
I'm just going to do a littleconnecting of the dots. It's something
that's obvious everybody's mind. I'm notI am not saying that what took place
because this is again, if you'relistening to The Dana Show later in the
(01:16:51):
Thanksgiving weekend, this event is unfoldingbefore us right now. And if you're
carrying data Life, which I encourageyou as a fellow program I've got the
news talker here in South Texas, the champion here in South Texas, Carrie
danea Live. She's on top ofall the news. We've got a great
news department, Steve Kin, everybodyelse behind the scenes. Even up in
Dallas, there's got more people workingbehind the scenes. Is like a standard
(01:17:14):
news department. Get the breaking newsto you, coming from Washington, coming
from wherever. Try to carry DanaLive as much as you can during the
midday number one talk show in thenation, The Dana Last Show for me
an honor to be in for Danatoday. But I know it's crossing your
mind. So I'm just going toconnect some stories here, because this is
incidents like let's say today's incident saidwe're broadcasting this. Let's say it's something
(01:17:40):
that was done on purpose, illintent, somebody attacking the federal authorities or
conducting some type of attack. Itcould be somebody running but I don't see
any reports here. This vehicle haven'tbeen chased by anybody. It's just vehicle
that's slammed into this inspection station onthat international bridge with Canada. FBI saying
(01:18:02):
the situation is very fluid. Youget the governor running out there. Why
would the governor gouss it's something bitmore serious that we need to look into.
More American voters support funding for securityalong the US Mexico boarder. But
considering the fact that border patrol withinthe last fiscal year alone has caught what
(01:18:25):
is it, more than one hundredand sixty one hundred and seventy they caught
one hundred and sixty one hundred andseventy individuals on the terror watch list.
And these terror watch list individuals they'renot Antifa, they're not radical violent communists,
they're they're not of other political persuasionor any ideology. They're pretty much
(01:18:49):
all of them are Islamo fascists,Islamic terrorists, or suspected terrorists, or
somebody with ties or financing of terrorism, people on terrorism watch list. And
at the Southern border, the veryfluid, very open Southern border, thanks
to Joe Biden, that is prettymuch from the very beginning of his administration,
(01:19:11):
sent an invitation call to the millionsof people who are impoverished everywhere around
the world, not only the AmericasSouth, it's not only the Caribbean,
but from Africa, from the MiddleEast. They're coming at us, from
China, They're coming at us bythe millions. And we've had millions of
people across the border illegally be processedby a border patrol and under the rules
of Joe Biden, released into theAmerican population American and the forty eight contiguous
(01:19:34):
states to stand in line, virtuallystand in line for an asylum hearing that
they will likely never show up toeven though they get to court date maybe
three, four or five, sixyears down the road. That's the system
that we have right now. AndJoe Biden, forget the system being broken
or fractured. Joe Biden just obliteratedallot everybody, pretty much everybody coming into
(01:20:00):
town right now to stay and gainthe asylum system. Now, there are
a few flights, a few planes, and in fact, it's happening here
in deep South Texas at the localairports. A few planes that are being
filled up with liberty loving capitalism defendingvoters who regretted putting into power centralized decision
(01:20:21):
makers, and Venezuela who are lookingfor an opportunity to make some money,
feed themselves and feed their family backhome, you know, the Venezuelans.
They're being flown out of town.Oh, we don't want those liberty loving,
capitalism loving freedom defending Venezuelans. Theyneed to go back home. That's
pretty much the extent of the planesthat are leaving town, because I'm not
(01:20:43):
hearing from anyone saying that they're loadingup planes with people coming in from China,
people coming in from the Middle East, people coming in from Central America,
the other a few flights going backto Central America as well. But
it's not enough. We've got millions, about millions of people that are still
coming toward us in caravans coming tothe US Mexican border. One hundred and
four is one hundred and fifty sixtyone hundred and seventy known individuals on the
(01:21:05):
terror watch lists. I've been takeninto custody. Well, let me take
a step back. We're caught byborder patrol. See that's another thing.
I can't tell you if they're stillin custody, that's another thing. One
hundred and sixty ish terrorism watch listindividuals caught by border patrol. Are they
(01:21:27):
still in custody? Are they atCamp x ray you know, Guantanambo,
Cuba thing? Or are these peoplethat are and the terrorism watchless? What
do we do with them? Iwould love to have a free American press
that was that stops to exercise atcelebrity and freedom to be as stupid and
(01:21:47):
inefficient as they possibly can't can actuallystart doing some real journalism out there and
start asking the folks that are incharge of holding these individuals. Where are
the one hundred and sixty ish differentindividual and the terror watch list that Border
trow caught within the past fiscal year, or are they Did you throw them
in the slammer somewhmer? Did youput them on a plane and send them
(01:22:09):
back to the Middle East or Africa? Wherever they came from, advocating for
their or did you release them intothe general population just like everybody else seeking
asylum in this country? Oh lord, I hope not. So it's got
somebody asked that question. Can somebodyplease ask that question up in New York,
Hello New York, Hello, NBC, ABC, all these other cable
(01:22:31):
channels, please ask that question.Who are these people? Because of the
one hundred and sixty ish individuals thatare on the term watch terrorism watch list
that Border Troe caught and we haveno idea where they are right now,
I don't have any idea where theyare. Then it's safe to say that
maybe an equal one hundred and sixtyish terrorism watch list individuals. I would
(01:22:53):
hope that that's the most that gotinto this country undetected, that are out
there somewhere. Knows what intent theyhave. They belong to Islamic terrorists cells,
sleeper cells that are going to getreceived marching orders to attack America soft
targets, schools, shopping centers, churches, temple, so on and so
(01:23:15):
forth. I hope it's not morethan that. I hope it's not twice
as many got in three times. We just don't know. Do we more
American voters support funding security along theUS southern border than providing money for Ukraine
then providing money for Israel. Letme say this very respectfully. We cannot
(01:23:41):
afford to continue spending on the Ukrainianwar the way we are right now,
especially with no strings attached, withno accountability, with no audits. We
can I love Israel and I'm abig proponent support of Israel. Don't get
me wrong. What I'm about tosay is not anti Semitic. It's not
anti Israel. Israel is rich,Ukraine is rich. Our relationship I believe
(01:24:03):
should be more in Look, I'llscratch your back, you scratch my back
in the future. Israel, Ilove you, We want you to survive.
You're the best friend that we have. But can you consider paying these
tea bills off for us in thefuture and at the very least, this
all this negative red in the redspending, all this deficit spending that we're
(01:24:23):
involved in. Can you help uspay off these tea bills? Can you
buy some of these tea bills sowe can send you more armis Why does
nobody ask that on Ukraine? Canyou, hey, yo yo, Zelenskip,
Can you send us like several shipsfull of grain or maybe several ships
full of petrol or farm machine,or let's be done with this, go
(01:24:44):
and defeat Vladimir Putin, be donewith Send me kick his butt, send
them homes, everybody home. Andonce we're done and you rebuild everything,
Hey, pay us back. Wellyou we're there for you. You be
there for us, and send ussomething good from your field, from your
oil fields or agriculture fields whatever. They're rich too. They got minerals that
(01:25:05):
we need in this country. Ithink it should be more. We scratch
your back, you scratch ours.Don't you think right now, we're just
writing checks, right right, right, checks checks all of the things.
It's like a dumb and dumber It'slike we're setting a whole bunch of IOUs.
Yeah we're good for this, butwe're actually telling the taxpayer because we're
good for this, we're just gonnaspend all the money, send all the
(01:25:26):
Lamborghinis over to Ukraine. If theAmerican public, according to the most recent
polling data from and this is fromNBC News that I'm telling you NBC National,
three out of four Americans support fundingmore border security at the US Mexican
border, than providing money for Israel, than providing money for Ukraine, then
(01:25:47):
providing money for any other foreign entanglements, any other foreign wars we need.
That sounds to me a lot likeAmerica first, doesn't it right? It
sounds like think of the American inthe US Mexican border for US and God
forbid, this incident that took placeNovember or twenty second is a terrorism incident
(01:26:08):
at the Canadian border, which isand we only get we really only have
border patrol. And in Texas wegot National Guard and Department of Public Safety
and God bless all the gang fromFlorida Florida Public Safety helping out volunteering integritis.
We've got lots of people, lotsof eyeballs and vehicles and helicopters and
drolls on the US on the TexasMexico border. But in Canada, Man,
(01:26:30):
we got miles and miles and milesof unpatrolled area where individuals flying into
Canada seeking asylum can get off theplane and just march through the woods and
come into all the empty acreage ofthe American Midwest and even near New York.
I hope this thing in New Yorkdoesn't pan out to be some type
(01:26:51):
of terrorism thing or some attack, but we're not secure. We got the
FBI director, remember him, ChrisRay, just a few days back,
complaining and whining to lawmakers that he'svery concerned, he's very scared about the
situation. Security like a situation, like a security situation that we face right
now because of the poorest board.Because we don't know who came into this
country. Terrorism watch list, individual's, criminals, cartels, We have no
(01:27:15):
idea. Christopher Ray, the FBI, they're the ones like right now they're
responding up in Buffalo, New York. Of course, the FBI is one
conducting the investigations and to the sleepercells and the potential terror networks that out
there, find the money, findthe suspect, to chase all these people,
and there's too many people to chase. I'm Sergio Sanchez. You're listening
to the Dana Show. Happy Thanksgiving, Safe travels to you. You want
(01:27:39):
to say hi online, you needto go to Twitter X. You know,
my neighbor Elon Musker and Browns callsit X now at Sergio talk from
her Southern Command in Southern Texas.I'm Sergio scientist, this is the data
show and now all of the newsyou would probably miss. It's time for
Dana's Quick five. Well, somuch from my hopes that this wouldn't be
(01:28:03):
a terrorist action. Bill Malugin otherfolks going online already posting they linked back
to among the sources at Alexis mccaddam'sTV on Twitter on x saying that police
sources are confirming that the incident thatthe US Canadian border at that bridge,
(01:28:23):
that explosion at the Rainbow Bridge bordercrossing at New York was an attempted terror
attack with a vehicle full of explosives. Two men in the vehicle are dead,
and we are awaiting a response fromCustoms Border Protection. More comments from
them. Man, I got ahead full of questions right now, my
(01:28:43):
goodness. I want to know ifthat car was outbound, If this was
Customs, that means it's inbound, right. If it's Customs speeding towards Customs,
that's inbound. So that's probably thefirst answer to a question I had
concern was like, what was thetarget? This car full of explosives and
I could have been very easily couldhave been the bridge. Take out the
(01:29:05):
bridge and send a bunch of peopleinto the abyss below. Well, anyway,
they're confirming multiple sources confirming it wasa terrorist attack, an attempt a
terrorist attack. Two individuals in thevehicle are that all four US Canadian porter
crossings in western New York are closedfollowing this vehicle explosion. And also,
as you can imagine, the reflexat airports across the nation. Security is
(01:29:29):
being tightened up and heightened at aresult as a result of this incident.
More information as we get it.Stick around. I'm Sergio Sanchez from South

especially the media. If the mediatells you you've got something that's going to
fail, it's definitely going to win. The media. Ye are the dumbest,
know nothing, do nothing, neverbuild nothing others on planet Earth.
So when they say it isn't gonnawork, you got a home run,
man, You know what I mean, Jump in and grind the media.
(01:30:13):
These guys think about who these peopleare when you really think about the media,
who are they, Where did theycome from? Why does their opinion
matter? What have they ever done? What have they ever created? What
have they ever built? Who's everdependent on a paycheck from the media?
Nobody. They are a bunch ofzeros that sit around and write stories about
people who are actually doing shit.Oh my goodness, that's a Dana White
(01:30:36):
UFC. And I probably got somekids that it. Mommy, what is
what is what? Some of thesewords gotten interrupted? What was that?
And I'm sorry about that? There'sa family show. Well that's I'll tell
you what. In a breaking newsituation, though, when it's just the
facts, when it's step by step, moment by a moment like facts,
(01:30:57):
that's it. You can't twist them. You can't edit, editorialize in them.
You can politicize them, like nineto eleven for example. For the
most part, it's a stream ofjournalism and reporting consciousness. It's just coming
at you. These are the facts, These are the numbers, these are
the units responding. These are thecasualists. Boom boom boom. Hurricane coverage
(01:31:19):
another example. That's what the mediais good for, giving you facts and
that's what the media is supposed togive you, is just facts. And
I agree with Dana White, Ioverwhelming majority in this almost thirty years of
this news radio talk radio journalism thingfrom a reporter wet behind the ears,
super green when I started almost thirtyyears ago, to reading the news,
(01:31:43):
anchoring the news, writing the news, editing the news and the audio,
being the news manager, news director, programmer all these thirty years here in
deep South Texas at the front lineof news that gets ignored all the time,
has been ignored for three decades nowand even today with a border situation
being the worst ever we you got. And I flipped the channels in the
(01:32:04):
morning NBC News, they hired oneof the bush kids out there doing morning
show, then lollygagging talking about fashionand stupid stuff. ABC, mister snuffle
up. I guess Stephanopolis, tellall my stupid stuff entertainment. Oh,
it's Taylor Stiff doing today, justdistracted and at the same time taking down
(01:32:27):
a huge number of working people inAmerica and just making them dumber. All
but when the poop hits the fan, that's when real journalism many times really
takes place. Right now, Iguess some real journalism. As you're listening
to this, maybe you're listening tothe podcast version of the Dana Show later
on. Again, I'm Sergio Scientistand for my friend Dana Lash and happy
Thanksgiving to you. And I hopeit. I hope this incident up in
(01:32:53):
near Buffalo, New York, NiagaraFalls at this international bridge, what do
they call it, the Rainbow Bridge? It was the Rainbow Bridge? You
was Canadian border a suspected terrorist incidentsor maybe one that went awry. I
don't think obviously they don't hit theirtarget. Two individuals dead. The car
(01:33:13):
exploded at the on the Rainbow Bridge, Niagara Falls. FBI on the scene
with the local folks. FBI sayingis very fluid. Governor Kathy Hulkel is
traveling to the area. As soonas they said that, Kavy Holkel was
gone. Man behind, you know, behind the scenes, say Governor,
you need to get here and weneed to talk to you. I got
a head full of of of questions. And you know what, if they
(01:33:35):
do it like a press conference herebefore the end of the hour, I
doubt it because it's still fresh. But even so, I'm going to share
with you a conversation that I hadwith a financial planning expert, Dvance bars
here pretty soon about financial issues, security issues, the top issues that they're
(01:33:55):
really are never in people's minds whenthey go to polls, and that's how
things need to change. And Ijust shared with the moments back, how
three fourths of the American public, according to NBC News, and they're pulling
to three fourths, they want moresecurity at the US Mexican border, the
southern border. Well, looks likewe're gonna need more security at the US
northern border. And we've had nothingbut lack of security and security under Joe
(01:34:17):
Biden, allowing millions of the illegalsto come into this country, millions undetected
as well, or knows how manyactual terrorists have come in. And we
are vulnerable right now, we're mostvulnerable. We got our guard down.
How many people on your list, how many people that you love are now
on a plane, how many peopleyou love are out there on the road
(01:34:38):
and packed highways interstates all over thecountry. Have no idea what's going on
right now. Their kids are probablywatching a movie inside the little DVD system
inside the van, or maybe everybody'sgot their face down playing video games.
Right now and understandably so we wantto shut down, we want to relax,
we want to spend time with ourloved ones, but we are vulnerable
(01:35:00):
for away. The FBI director,he said a few days back, he
was very concerned on the security situation. What does he know that you don't
know? What type of chatter languageis he hearing from all these different channels
that are out there somewhere doing surveillanceon Islamo fascist terrorist cells wanting to hit
us when we are most vulnerable, when we are doing shopping on Black Friday,
(01:35:21):
when we're out on the highways. What does he know that we don't.
And this one car that exploded atthe International Bridge between the U between
US and Canada. This is arainbow bridge near Niagara Falls. Is that
the only one? Oh? Okay, just be dumbe to clean it up.
Let's get back to eating some turkeyand watching some football. Wake up,
people, wake up. As aresult of this administration, the Bide
(01:35:44):
administration, our country is less securenow than we were three years ago when
he started. And he did iton purpose. He allowed the open flow
of unchecked on people that were uninspectedto just come into our country and we
have what we have, and nowwe're going to do with FBI Director Chris
Ray and his people in the field. They have to deal with it,
figuring out who is where sleeper cellsand follow this chattery. I don't think
(01:36:08):
he has enough people to respond tothis. Just my opinion again, if
you're just tuning in live to theDana Show. Two people dead. Car
exploded on a bridge near Buffalo,New York, US Canadian border images and
all this stuff there, the smoke, the fire, the twist of metal.
It was an inspection booth that thatinspection booth says to me it was
(01:36:29):
inbound. They were trying to getacross the border. I don't know if
somebody pointed out or something suspicious.I don't know if if the inspection booth
was the target or you know, that's inspection booth, that's customs inspecting coming
in. What was their target? What was their end destination? Are they
alone? Yeah? No, wonderI'm reading headlines right now. Airports across
(01:36:50):
the US on high alert after thatcar explosion at the bridge near Buffalo,
New York. All four US Canadianborder crossings in western New York are closed.
Yeah, well, good as aprecaution. Make sure there's no more
other cars out there with explosives rightnow. As the FBI says, this
is a fluid situation. So wegot something somebody getting behind a microphone talking.
(01:37:13):
I'm going to interrupt my following conversationwhere it goes straight to that audio.
Meantime, security is a top issuefor Americans. Got three out of
four Americans thinking we need more securitysouthern border. Yeah, we might need
it all over the place. Wemight need a lot more FBI and a
lot more investigators out there looking forsales. But in the meantime, one
thing that we never think about asa collective in America when it comes election
(01:37:35):
time are financial matters. Is myconversation with financial pro vance bars. If
you're paying close attention to the newslast week, you noticed a report a
Census Bureau saying we are shrinking. We're shrinking the US. We're not pumping
out enough kids. Population might beshrinking in a few decades in our country,
(01:37:55):
we'll be going in reverse. Sowhat does that mean for the future
growth of our economy gross domestic product? And of course all the revenue that's
shaved away from all the goal thatwe make in order to feed the irs
and all those programs, the superexpensive programs and titlements that are costing literally
hundreds of trillions of dollars over manygenerations. Vance Bars is your dedicated fiduciary
(01:38:21):
yd F Advance, it's a pleasure. The immigration problem that we have right
now, Vance the flood of peoplecoming in. Some Democrats saying, hey,
well we'll not have enough kids, but look, we've got hope of
a bunch of people coming in bythe millions and minutements. Yeah, we'll
have enough people working making money tofeed the government in the future. What
do you said, Well, wecertainly hope that that is the case.
(01:38:42):
As a fiduciary financial planner, I'mvery lucky to have spend thousands of hours
with investors all around the country overmany years. And regardless of the side
of the aisle on which they said, the collective field orgio is that everyone
is for immigration. They just wantpeople coming here and getting jobs and paying
(01:39:03):
taxes versus coming into the back door, if you will, and living off
of taxpayer revenue. And you bringup a really good point on the population.
I want to touch on the causalfactors with respect to why we are
expecting the population to decrease, andthey are in no particular order of importance.
People are waiting longer to get married. Women have been entering the workforce
(01:39:28):
at record numbers, the so calledboss Babe movement, if you will,
which is not necessarily a bad thing. We have decreased fertility rates, and
the cost of living and raising afamily is, as we've all experienced with
respect to the inflation over the lastthree years, very prohibitive for many.
And sadly we all realize that theAmerican family unit as we knew it is
(01:39:50):
no longer. And you put allthat together, and you understand why the
average or part of me median agein the US is now thirty eight,
whereas back in nineteen eighty it wasthirty. And then you've got these government
programs and all these promises that theywill provide for medicines and medical care and
(01:40:10):
a monthly paycheck and veterans benefits andso on and so in retirement benefits for
all these federal employees one hundred plustrillion dollars over the next generation. With
a shrinking workforce a shrinking population, that math doesn't work either. Advance,
No, it really does not so. In fact, we have ten thousand
baby boomers retiring daily and they areall expecting to get their Social Security and
(01:40:35):
Medicare benefits. Newsflash, this justthen. The Social Security Trust Fund is
projected to be depleted by twenty thirtyfour. That is, per the Treasury
Department's own annual Trustees report, sixtyseven million Americans are relying on this.
Now, you bring up an interestingpoint with respect to the overall expense.
(01:40:59):
My large just concern, Sergio,is the interest rate expense on our debt.
Yes, sir, that's because thecurrent debt is at eight percent of
GDP and if this remains the same, then I'm gonna get a little technical
here, but indulge me. Ifthis eight percent of GDP remains the same
at six percent interest rates, weare projected to have an interest expense that
(01:41:21):
is forty percent of tax revenue.Worse, if there's a recession and the
debt becomes twelve percent of GDP,for the interesting sense, is projected to
be roughly seventy percent of tax revenue. So think about that, Houston.
We have a problem. More scenario. Wow, it threatens the mandatory spinning
(01:41:45):
on things like oh, you know, defense and third rail in title on
such as Social Security care. Man, you're you're starting to spit out some
Greek numbers like they're like grease.Literally, we're going to be underwater sometimes
then generation generation and a half orgeneration and a half or sooner. As
a result of this from your dedicatedfiduciary vance Bars is my guess, we're
(01:42:10):
looking at the trillions of dollars indeath. The interest payment on that alone,
which is they say at the moment, is more than we're paying for
a defense is ridiculous. And Iunderstand the math, it's pretty simple.
But in your quick one minute explanationof this, which I think everyone should
hear in this country, especially duringelection time, people don't think about this
(01:42:31):
stuff at election time when it countssending people to Washington that are going to
reign and spending and try to getus closer to the black I don't know
if they actually can, but theyneed to get us there if our country
is expected to survive for our kidsand our grandkids. But people don't think
about this during election time. That'sright. Ultimately, Thurgio, demographics our
(01:42:54):
destiny, and when we pair thedemographics with the interest expense there is no
better time for our elected leaders toput their heads together on behalf of we,
the American people, to proactively addressthis instead of waiting until the eleventh
hour, which seems to be themo. I am hopeful that with appropriate
(01:43:15):
reform and spending modification, and alsothe resurgence of the American family unit,
that we can in fact solve thisproblem. I'm not I've seen I've seen
the voters go crazy, the leftist, the socialists that do not touch anything
that is government, that is growingthat crowd, convince all these social Security
(01:43:40):
recipients and just instill fear to thepoint where you know, I'm remembering George
W. Bush and one of thefew good things that he tried to do
back then was trying to protect theSocial Security system so that it would be
around for everybody. You pay intoit, you got your own account,
You're able to bequeath that to yourchildren. It's your you paid in to
it. You keep going at aguaranteed rate. Protection, always guaranteed.
(01:44:03):
All know. The left wing crazysaid, oh, they're going after your
social Security check. They're going todestroy the Social Security system, and nothing
came of it. In order toprotect it because people went crazy at the
pose tame. They just listened toall the lies. They don't want to
touch it at all. But cometwenty thirty four to twenty thirty five,
if indeed it runs out of money, we're supposed to run out of money
(01:44:25):
then and only then are we goingto react, I believe as a nation.
And by then it's going to betoo late. I think you're even
see cuts all over the place,or I don't know, maybe even more
taxes. People will finally vote themselvesinto taxation death. Vote a bunch of
politicians that will tax everybody into taxationdeath. As a result, I can
hear the collective boom in respect tohigher taxes, But you're right, increasing
(01:44:49):
taxation is one of the options onthe table they Get's best that we increase
fertility rates and bring back some corevalues and affordability with respect to housing and
cost of living. I'm hopeful thatthe elevated inflation that we have experienced will
finally normalize somewhere around three percent thatis historically the norm, by the way,
(01:45:14):
and with that we'll be able tofund some of these programs that are
really third rail topics, because ifwe don't, people move at the speed
of pain and will potentially see alot of unrest, but certainly a lot
of discourse and disagreements. So what'sthe plan for Thanksgiving? Vance? You
going away? See family, they'recoming to you? Or what attitude to
(01:45:34):
gratitude? So we have a lotof family getting together, and I'm thankful
that I don't have to worry aboutall of this for one day and I
can take a pause and focus onthat which matters most. All right,
Emil, have a wonderful Thanksgiving andbe safe. A clay against you too.
Thank you. You aren't dedicated fiduciary, Vance Bars. I'm Sergio Sanchez.
(01:45:57):

(01:46:20):
just one incident. Again, ifyou're just joining us, an incident
at New York International Bridge linking CanadaNiagara Falls Buffalo back to Canada. It
looks like two individuals are dead.Car full of explosives and it exploded at
the inspection station. That to mesays inbound coming to the us FBI and
(01:46:45):
the scene Governor Kathy hokel on theway. I'll get to the latest information
as we see coming at US beforethe end of the program. I'm Sergio
Sanchez. I have to say HappyThanksgiving and I hope it is a happy

Local authorities working with the FBI fluidsituation and they say multiple sources saying that
