(00:00):
And then when there are some callsfor him to be fired, is that
something that the President is wanting orconsidering doing. President's Number one focuses on
his health and recovery, and helooks forward to having him back at the
Pentagon as soon as possible. ThePresident respects the fact that Secretary Austin took
ownership for the lack of transparency. He also respects the amazing job he's done

(00:24):
as the Bench secretary and now he'shandled multiple crisis over the last almost three
years now, and very much valueshis advice, candor leadership, and again
looks forward to having him back withyou back on him. Okay, so
I have a major question here. It's a big question, all right.

(00:44):
Is it necessary that we have adefense secretary if we have no idea when
he's not there? I mean,I feel like that's kind of obvious,
But I mean, the dude hasn'tbeen there for how long now, and
where everybody's just finding out about it, you know, during a time when

(01:10):
we've got conflicts kicking off all overthe world, and I'm just thinking,
you know, maybe I don't know, maybe it's just not as an important
a position as we thought it wouldbe or maybe we thought it is right.
I was just you know, Idon't know how much this dude brings
in in salary, but you know, we might be able to save the

(01:30):
taxpayer some money. Welcome to theprogram. That's how we're starting the Monday
show. Dana Last here with you. You could listen to Coast to Coast.
You can stream the show to gethate mail, you can stream the
show. You can also watch thesimulcast. It's the video portion of the
radio program on Channel three forty sevenDirect TV. You can also catch us
on YouTube and Facebook and all ofthat good stuff. So I just because,

(01:55):
I mean, because he wasn't.I was reading back into his history
and Delloyd Austin's, and you knowthat he's not considered like this great talent
like he's He was formally at syennCoon, there was a lot of criticism
as to how he ran his jobwhen he was at how he did his
job at Syncom, all this stuff. So I'm just you know, he's

(02:16):
been out for you know a littlebit. Now. They had no idea.
Biden had no idea. Although they'retrying to I feel like they're trying
to write on that they released astatement where they came out and said,
well, actually we know, wewe knew we were talking about it was
he though he was in Saint Croix. He was on vacation, and we're

(02:39):
told that whenever he goes on vacationthat he's essentially working the whole time,
right, that he's working the wholetime, and so that's we really didn't
it's not a big deal if hetakes so many vacations. But apparently I
guess no one I don't know noone told him, because other people are
saying that nobody knew that he washospitalized for days, like dude was taken
back to ICU for postoperative pain.I mean he's and in fact, here's

(03:06):
the thing that even that blows mymind even more so his deputy And this
is CNN that reported this, youknow, that bastion of super conservatism.
CNN. Yeah, yeah, yeah, no. Because the left is always
like, we don't like your sources, and the right prog we don't like
your sources. The deputy Defense Secretarywasn't even told that he had been hospitalized.

(03:31):
She was at Kathleen Hicks, she'snumber two at Pentagon. She was
pretty much kept in the dark byall of this, and wasn't told that
he was hospitalized, and she he'swhat eighth I can't remember his how far
away is from the Office of theExecutive. But dudes in line, right,

(03:51):
I mean the dudes in line. She didn't even know that he was
hospitalized, that he had had amedical procedure when he was on leave,
and they didn't actually say what itwas. They said it was an elective
medical procedure or something to that effect. But then he had postoperative pain.
He went back. He began experiencingsevere pain on the evening of January first,

(04:13):
and they took him via ambulance,so it was serious enough for him
to be transported via ambulance to WalterReed right, And they said that the
Chairman of the Joint chiefs of Staffwas notified on January second that he'd been
hospitalized the day before, So apparentlyChairman had Joint chiefs of Staff, General
c. Q. Brown wasn't evennotified until the day after all of this

(04:35):
that Austin had been hospitalized. Andthen apparently all the people in the chain
of command, the military service secretaries, etc. They weren't even notified till
four days after he was checked backinto the hospital. That's kind of crazy.
Not even the number two even new, not even she knew that he

(04:57):
had been hospitalized. She was justassuming his duties. She had no idea.
She was kept in the dark untilthree days after he checked back into
the hospital for post operative complications. And the President, according to CNN,

(05:18):
he was unaware that Lloyd Austin waseven hospitalized until three days into his hospitalization.
So I've got a lot of questionsabout this and the I mean,
I think it's interesting that the Leftis reporting on this the way they are

(05:39):
Apparently, I don't think they'd likehim from the beginning. But there's a
reason why this is a top story, for actually several reasons why this is
a top story, Because we haveright now, we've got back and forth
with the Iranian proxies, the Hoothiesand the Red Sea. We've got troops
actually brought, We've got everything happeningwith Israel versus Hamas, the Chinese saber

(06:08):
rattling north of South Korea. Imean, we can go on and on,
the deluge at the border and thenational security threat that that presents,
and our Secretary of Defense legit disappearedfor a week plus he was gone hospitalized.
Nobody had any idea, which bringsme back full circle to my original

(06:30):
question, do we need one?Do we need this guy? If we
didn't even know? I mean, apparently we can still operate while Joe Biden
takes How many days of vacation hashe taken? Almost it's been over half
of his presidency that he's been onvacation. I'm not exaggerating. That's like

(06:55):
legit how often he's been on vacation. So, I mean, I guess
maybe Lloyd Austin got jealous. Idon't know, so it takes some time
off, does nobody. Here's theother thing I was kind of throwing back
and forth in my head. Idon't know how the Biden administration runs things

(07:16):
because when you look at what's happeningin the red scene. We talked a
little bit about this last week. You know, you have the canal over
there, that's a huge, hugemeans of shipping. That's a major major
issue, oil and gas, youknow, et cetera, et cetera.

(07:38):
They have briefings every single day, they have national security briefings every single day.
Did no one think, well, where's Lloyd Austin so we can ask
him a question about this. Didno one stop and go? You know,
we got these drone attacks happening, and we just you know, now
we're responding to the Hoothy attack byattacking HOUTHI, an Iranian proxy group.

(08:01):
That's an escalation. Should we bringon Should we bring in the Secretary of
Defense on this? The actual Secretaryof Defense? Should we bring bring this
guy in? Do you see whereI'm going with this? It's weird?
How is this guy? How doeshe stay in his job after this?
Now? He released a statement.Let me find this statement? Well,

(08:22):
his people did could be because hewas basically, let me just I don't
need to read the whole thing. It was basically my bad. I don't
even I don't need to sit hereand go. NBC was reported I read
this a couple hours ago. Hewas It was basically, ah, my
bad. He says quote. I'mvery glad to be on the Men and

(08:43):
look forward to returning the Pentagon soon. I also understand the media concerns about
transparency, and I recognize I couldhave done a better job ensuring the public
was appropriately informed. I commit todoing better, but this is important to
say this was my medical procedure, and I take full responsibility for my decisions
about disclosure. Sure, so basicallyhe just told you to shut the hell
up. That last sentence, hewas basically saying, this was my procedure,

(09:05):
and it's my up to my discretionwhether or not I tell you or
anybody about it. The dude hasnot been able to perform his duty since
New Year's Now. They said thathe resumed his full duties just this past
uh Friday evening, but he wasin the hospital Saturday, still, wasn't
he. So Oh and by theway, guess guess where his deputy was

(09:30):
when she was told that she hadto assume his duties. But she didn't
know what was going on. Guesswhere she was? No, No,
guess where she was? Uh huh, one last guest. No, she
was on vacation in Puerto Rico. She wasn't even in DC, she wasn't
even there, she wasn't even anywherenear. So she just that's how last

(09:54):
minute it was. They didn't eventell the girl she was in Puerto Rico
on vacation, live her best life. And they're like, hey, by
the way, Kathleen, guess whatyou're now the Itterum temp sect death have
fun. She's in Puerto Rico justsaying she had no even no idea.

(10:15):
Pentagon officials haven't described his condition oranything else. Again, while he was
in the hospital, we went atthis dude. Remember we had the strike.
This is pulled this up. Thisis NBC US air strike kills the
leader of Iranian back militia and Baghdadthat took place while he was in the
hospital. Totally not even assuming hisduties. Okay, we had bases with

(10:37):
Americans on them, attacked six timesby Iranian back militias. We've been considering
how to strike the Houthies because theykeep going at ships in the Red Sea.
We got two carrier strike groups inthe Mediterranean right now because of the
everything going on in Gaza. Andthen speaking of you know the the Houthis,

(11:01):
they're based in Yemen. They've beenattacking all those container ships coming out
of the Red Sea. We hadthe destroyer that shut down two Hoothy missiles.
That was on December thirtieth. Thiswas all while this dude has been
in the hospital, not able todo his job. And you had number
two out in Puerto Rico. Soagain I go back to do we need

(11:24):
a sect deaf, because apparently wedon't. Why is he there if no
one is seeking to get his input? And interestingly enough too, the fact
that his number two had no ideawhat was happening suggested to me no one
sought her input either right or amI overthinking it? Did anyone seek his

(11:46):
deputy's input? This is so bizarre. So that's the world just finding everything
out. Today we're gonna talk moreabout it. We also have apparently you
have a bunch of pro hamas whodecided to shut down the bridges and tunnels
in New York City, so theyshut down Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge,

(12:07):
and Holland Tunnel. If you've neverdriven in New York, considered yourself lucky.
If you've never been in a carin New York considered yourself lucky.
It's crazy. I remember one timewhen I was in Saint Louis at a
protest. I was standing on thesidewalk and I stepped down. I had
like one foot on the sidewalk andone foot like right on the road,
but I was still halfway on thesidewalk. And I was told by police

(12:30):
that if I was in the road, one more time, and they didn't
even give me a warning before.I think they were just done that I
would be arrested. They said theywould absolutely arrest me. But apparently you
can be a pro Hamas terrorist, cousin loving stooge and block roads in Manhattan
and that's totally fine. Arrest everysingle thing in one of these white trust
fund socialists. And I'm looking atyou know, Susan Sarandon's out there.

(12:52):
What happened to her? She usedto be so like attractive and both spirit
and everything else. What happened toher? She's a there, she got
she got dropped by her agency. They don't want to have anything to do
with her. Her career is effectivelyover, so they're out there blocking roads.
Coming up, we got the latestwith Iowa twenty twenty four. It's

(14:46):
probably miss. It's time for Data'squick five. So people in California,
y'all can carry lawfully again, althoughreally, let's be honest, you could
carry lawfully in the first place. The court was trying to do something illegal
in bar even carrying it. Soit was a three judge panel on the
Ninth Circuit they removed this stay thatwas had to do with the lower courts

(15:07):
ruling on SB two, and thatwas pretty much like a full on ban
of carry in the state. Sothe lower court ruling is now reinstated because
they said that it obviously violated SecondAmendment rights. And they said that,
I mean, that's what they said. They said the previous administrative state is
dissolved, and so you know,we'll see, but now it undoes enforcement

(15:30):
of all those and so that's goodnews for people in California. Also,
the first Moon launch in decades isapparently going to include space burials. Great,
yeah, you're gonna have cadaver sicklesout there. So they see Florida
Mann story with that coming up later. Astrobotic Astrobic Astrobotic Lunar Lander say that

(15:54):
past Peregrine, I like that name, even though it's a burd name.
Falcon Right that's set to launch atapproximately two eighteen am on Monday, and
it's going to be a part oftheir commercial lunar payload services and they're working
with companies to bring commercial deliveries tothe Moon and blah blah blah. So
they want to be able to likefly, you know, people's dead bodies,
scientists, did friends, family, public figures. Astrobotic, they said,

(16:15):
the companies like Cellatus and Elysium Spacethey're sending memorials in human remains.
Navajo said that they had concerns aboutthis. I grew with Navao because it's
gross. We don't need to besending out a bunch of dead people out
space. I get it, youthink it's vast out there, but it's
gross unless you're gonna like jettison theway from the planet to where we never

(16:37):
have to see them again. They'renot gonna be in an orbit. We're
not gonna have a bunch of deadsickles out there. I agree with Navajo,
no stop it. I mean,I'm pretty sure I grew with them
for different reasons, but I justthink it's weird. I just don't be
sending of dead people up. Let'ssee. Also moving on, I just
see it's gross, Like I havethings about my thoughts. They said all
Boeing seven thirty seven Max nine planesgrounded by the FAA after a window was
blown out in mid air. Horroron this line in Airlines, airpap Alaska

(17:02):
Airlines Flight. Let's see Wall Streetjournals going after Elon Musk, They're like
he used illegal drugs before. Theyact like it's a secret. Dude,
smoke pot with Joe Rogan on hispodcast. Whether or not you agree with
it or not, I feel likethat's transparent. Stick with us. Using
the Internet without express VPN is likeleaving your laptop exposed. Just wide open
at the coffee shop while you likerun to the register or run to use

(17:23):
the restroom. I mean, mostof the time you're probably going to be
okay, But what if one dayyou come back and you know your laptop
is gone or someone's there browsing throughall your stuff. I mean, every
single time you connect to an unencryptednetwork, if you're at an airport or
a hotel anywhere, anybody on thesame network can gain access to your personal
data, things like your financial details, your passwords, And it doesn't take

(17:44):
a lot of technical know how tojust like hack somebody. I mean,
some cheap hardware is needed and amildly intelligent twelve year old could do it.
Your data is valuable because your infocan get sold on the dark web.
So this is why you need touse express VPN. First off,
you got an encrypted tunnel, createsa secure encrypted tunnel between your device and
the Internet, so people can't stealyour sensitive data and then sell it.

(18:06):
And it would take somebody with asupercomputer over like a billion years to get
past. Express VPNs encryption super easyto use. You just fire up the
app, you click on one button, get protected, and it works on
all your devices. So like whenI'm traveling, I'm sure there's stuff that
you know, even anime if Iwant to watch it, that I can
get using Express vpn, things thatare only available outside of the US.
It just gives you more freedom tochoose while also staying protected online. So

(18:30):
secure your online data today by visitingexpress vpn dot com slash data. That's
e x p R e ss vpndot com slash data, and you can
get an extra three months free Expressvpn dot com slash data. The virtue
signaling has come to roosts as theUS reaches its highest level of illegal border

(18:52):
crossings ever recorded. Our leftist mayoris still calling their city sanctuary cities.
Now that the problem is visible, these cities are on the brink of collapse.

(19:14):
daily from the Dana Shown, alliesadmit there's a crisis at the border,
and I don't know how anybody couldpretend that there isn't oo what this is.
John Futterman saying this stuff. JohnFutterman, Democrat, John Futterman.
Yeah, the Senator, that guy, the guy who didn't want to wear

(19:37):
a suit, the guy who wantedto wear a hoodie, that guy,
the guy whose wife would crop himout of her pictures. That guy.
Welcome back to the show, Daniel, ash with you bottom of this first
hour. I can be real.I kind of like the post stroke Fetterman,

(20:00):
and because see this is like oneof a lot of things lately that
he has said that has made alot of sense, and he just doesn't
care. Remember when he did heflip off the pro Hamas people when he
walked out of the Remember they wereall protesting him, and he was just
like he wore like a cap witha star David on it or something like
that, walked out was all inyour face. I cannot even believe that.

(20:22):
I'm because I disagree with him onso many things, but I find
myself sort of I don't know howto describe this. It's it's I don't
know, maybe memes have taken overmy brain too much, but I I
just sort of feel like my responseto him is sort of a hmm,
like a somewhat of a smile, nod, slightly satisfied, impressed sort of

(20:48):
nod. Right, does that makesense? Like hmmm, I don't know
what to make of this, ma'am, but I do know one thing.
I do know one thing. Demsthe rules, not Dana. Why would
you say that? Let me enlightenyou. When we criticized him when he
was back back when he was runninghis race, right, we were pretty

(21:11):
critical because just didn't think that thedude could be in the Senate and we
were very, very critical and Democratssaid, you're mean. You guys are
mean. He's had a stroke. You guys are such jerks. How can
you talk how can you talk aboutJohn Fetterman like this? Don't you know

(21:33):
that if someone has a stroke, you can never again criticize them. If
they're on the left, you cannow if they're on the right. Like
that one Mark was it Mark Warnerthe senator that they had a stroke and
the Democrats were like, oh,he's dumb. Now he's got to go.
Oh they needed him out immediately. But with Fetterman, it was like
no, no, no, he'sgot to stay in. You are mean

(21:56):
against the medically impaired. If youcriticize him. How dare you they try
to make you feel bad. Oh, you're criticizing John Fretterman. Why do
you hate people that have had strokes? Hmmm, well no one said,
oh yeah you did. No oneliterally said that they hated. Yes,
you did. You clearly hate peoplethat have had strokes. But see,

(22:18):
now we find ourselves in this veryinteresting position because now John Fretterman is saying
stuff like this. You're not supposedto say stuff like this about the border.
You're not not even if you're aDemocrat mayor of a border town.
You're really not supposed to say thisstuff. See, you're supposed to go
along with the narrative that everything isfine. What do you mean, there's

(22:44):
nothing to that they've got what's hisface? New York is going down to
the border today, down to EaglePass. He's going down to Eagle Pass
today, And of course he's pickinga time when crossings are down right now
because it's super cold. They justhad what a woman and some children who
were trying to cross the rio andthey got stuck and they were apparently in

(23:06):
the water for like seven hours. In Border patrol had to go and get
them because they were about to dieof hypothermia. They have a reduced number
right now because I don't know,if you've looked, it's freezing, it's
it's what's the temperature to day inTexas well. Right now it's fifty six
here. That might as well bearctic weather. To me, it's gonna
get colder. It was like inthe thirties this morning. I don't know

(23:26):
how to live when it's that cold. Yes, I guess I'm from Missouri.
It was really cold up there, but I've been acclimated on here for
a decade and I just can't.I don't know how people live. I
immediately freeze when it drops blow sixty. Anyway, long story short, it's
cold. So there's there, andwe're supposed to get with this arctic chill
or some of I don't know whatever, it's global warming. Who knows arctic

(23:47):
chill. So it's going to bereally cold this week, but whenever,
when all the Republican lawmakers went downthere this past week and the administration had
border patrol clean and everything up thosetwo bridges down there, an Eagle Pass
where they had everyone in a snakedline to line up so they could process
them and release them into the interior. They cleaned all that up, they

(24:10):
took all that out. Now,you would never know, that's what you're
supposed to think. I would didn'tknow that there were people. Maybe it
was some between two other bridges elsewhere. So may Orcus is going to go
down there to do what. Idon't know what you have to do.
Do you think that they're like photoshoppingthis stuff? Like I don't get it.
He's going down there to the borderto check out what what do you
need to check out when you godown to the border, or oh,

(24:30):
yeah, I see some people,Yep, they're crossing. What do you
need to look at? You've seenthe video, you've seen the reports.
But see, you're not supposed tosay this stuff, particularly if you're Democrats.
You've got John Fetterman out there sayingthese things, and Democrats they can't
criticize him because what happens if Democratscriticize John Fetterman, Well, they hate

(24:56):
people that have had strokes. Imean, DEM's the rules, right,
So he can go out there andhe can say, oh to hell with
you, pro hamas stooges. Hecan go out there and say, now
we've got a major problem with theborder, big old problem. Quit pretending
that it doesn't exist. He cango out there and say those things and
you can't criticize him. Otherwise youhate people that have had strokes, And
why are you against the medically impaired. What's the matter with you bigots?

(25:19):
See, so they've set up alittle conundrum for themselves. I don't know
that anyone could win in his districtif they tried to primary him. I
don't know if anyone else could win. And it I don't know, like
what because he wasn't always like this, So I don't know what changed,
but I don't dislike it. So, as I said, my Orcus is

(25:44):
going down there to the border, and I don't know what he thinks that
he's gonna look at what he thinksthat he's gonna see. But uh maybe,
well, I don't know. They'renot gonna they want this. This
is on purpose. It's just theater. Nothing's gonna change. Literally, nothing's
going to change because at the timeperiod that he's going to he could have
gone down when you know you lastmonth. I mean, this is his

(26:08):
one job, So don't tell methat he was too busy. So this
is one job he could have wentdown. Last month when you saw more
people uh coming across the border twohundred ninety thousand, it was a record
than eighty month prior. Could Imean, it's it's fascinating to see.
But he's nothing's going to come ofit. They're not You're not going to

(26:29):
get anything done with the with theborder. It's not going to happen.
So the mayor down there in EaglePass is begging for a help. He's
a Democrat. Local businesses are upset. Everybody's upset. Their Main Street in
Eagle Pass is less than one milefrom the border. So when you have

(26:56):
businesses that are on main Street thereand Eagle Passes just one example that right
there on main Street less than amile from the border. We told you
was this Like a couple of weeksago, DHS had to close the border
here and there, and they've beenlike this rolling border, like the bridge.
They've been closing the bridges here andthere where all of the big trucks

(27:17):
the delivery to everything comes across. That is killing these businesses. It's killing
them. They had to close thoseborders because they had to take all the
personnel to go process all these peoplewho were coming over illegally, so that's
why they had to close a lotof these bridges, and that created it
wasn't just a nightmare in traffic, but it was a nightmare for all of
the businesses that have customers, whetherit's in the border state or whether it's

(27:42):
in Mexico, and all the businessesthat are transporting goods across the border.
They had one business owner who spoketo KSAT. This was a local press
down in Texas down an Eagle Pass, and they said that residents are hoping
to hoping that Majorkis is gonna notonly just like cast a glance at the

(28:03):
border, but also talk to someof these businesses. They said that for
instance, Angel Gonzalez is one businessowner. Here's what KSAT reports. They
said that his business is on MainStreet, one of many less than a
mile from the border. Is tofamily own business. For two months,
sales have gone down for two months, and he blames the weeks not week

(28:29):
weeks long bridge closure because they hadto shut all that down so they could
take all those border personnel and theycould shift all of those over to process
the two hundred and ninety thousand peopleplus that came in across the border just
in the month of December, andGonzalez says, they're hurting the businesses here,

(28:52):
the immigrants who came here legally andestablished these businesses added to the tax
added to the the area. Andnow these businesses are paying the cost of
illegal immigration double fold. By theway, not only with the bridge closure
and the effect of shipping and receiving, but taxation. These businesses are taxed.

(29:15):
Those tax dollars now are having tobe rediverted away from the community to
which they're supposed to go. Nowthey have to deal with the resources for
legal immigrants. And he's not theonly person. I was actually surprised that
Ksat was talking to these You're nevergoing to hear Angel Gonzales and CNN.

(29:38):
He's never going to be invited togo on MSNBC. None of these business
owners do. None of those immigrantsmatter, see people coming across the border.
Immigrants only matter to Democrats that theycan be used as pawns. Which
is why I roll my eyes wheneverEric Adams or any of these other Democrat

(29:59):
politicians go go on and on andwax poetic about how, oh it's so
mean for Greg Abbat to use peopleas ponds. The people they're using as
ponds are the legal immigrants. Thepeople they are using as ponds are people
like Angel Gonzales and his family andso many other families of people that I

(30:21):
have met in all of these bordertowns who were trying to live the American
dream and they have enough respect forthe country to do it legally, and
they're penalized for it, and they'reignored for it. It's weird because Democrats
used to talk such a great gameabout acknowledging and celebrating the contributions of people

(30:48):
who immigrate to the United States. You're not allowed to say melting pot anymore,
even though that was actually a strength, and it was a strength because
it downplayed all other identity everything forthis singular identity of seeking freedom. That's
why you can't say melting pot anymore. They try to make it offensive because
they need the division of all theother identities so that you put last the

(31:15):
number one identity that is the onlyidentity that matters in America, seeking freedom.
So Democrats don't celebrate all of thatanymore. Instead, they want to
shame people, including those who camehere legally, for the actions of those
who come illegally? Kay, whatwas the year? How many years?

(31:38):
It was a story that we hadlast week and I could not find it.
I was looking for it this morning. I could not find it.
But it was an example somebody wasgiven in a peer a notice to a
peer day for immigration court. Butit was like six years later in the
future. Yeah, and there they'reactually blonging a little beyond that to seeing
ones that are up in the sevenyear range as well. Unbelievable. We

(32:00):
have more on the way as weroll towards the conclusion of this first hour,
all the latest with twenty twenty four, we're going to get into that.
We're also going to get into speakingof immigration. New York Post says
that illegal immigrants are now driving carsaround New York. How do they get
them? And there's a lot ofquestioning about whether or not you we bought

(32:22):
them. I'll explain coming up theonly Christian conservative cell phone service out there.
They want to save you money onyour cell phone bill. And I
know a lot of people don't likedoing business with entities that they think,
you know, they have values thataren't reflective of what they hold themselves.
So that's I just don't understand whyanybody wouldn't why you would still continue to
do business with the You know, all these other wireless providers, these these

(32:45):
cell phone companies out there, whenthey actually take your money and they use
it to work against you every election, like they're doing right now, Patriot
Mobile doesn't do that. They actuallyput their money where their mouths are,
and for ten years they've been America'sonly christ conservative wireless provider, standing behind
their service and their values as acompany, but also the issues and people

(33:06):
that you vote for and vote toprotect every single time you go to the
ballot box. When you switch toPatriot Mobile, not only are you going
to save money, but you're goingto get a phone plan that's tailored to

(34:09):
three. It also amazes me howmany people are like, well, I
don't see color, or it wouldbe so much better if we just didn't
worry about someone's skin tone. Youas an individual are contributing to the problem
because our broader society sees color andit's not just physically seeing a color.

(34:30):
There is so much more to itthan just that. And if you don't
understand that, you are again partof the problem. And it's just to
keep telling people that over and overis so frustrating. And I was just
on TikTok and there's a trend whereparents are teaching their kids not to see
color quite like, okay, sothe next round of people that are going

(34:52):
to be joining our workforce, thisnext generation, are going to be dealing
with the same issues that we're dealing. This is couple's dei. Griffer,
I'm sorry, Leader Adriel Parker, who's very, very upset that parents are
telling their kids don't judge people ormake any kind of determinations about them regarding
the color of their skin, becauseshe very much wants people to do that,

(35:13):
while simultaneously claiming that her long heldposition isn't It doesn't make any sense.
This is so stupid. It's agrift for in order for people like
Parker to fleece stupid companies who wanta virtue signal behind this veneer of dei,
in order for them to keep makingthe bank, they have to have
everybody believing in this nonsense. Andthat's what it is. It's so stupid.

(35:34):
This is Morgan Freeman was like, well, stop talking about it if
you don't want everybody to focus onit. I mean that's the whole thing.
It's like, no, no,no, we need people to focus
on it, while simultaneously slaming peoplefor focusing on it. Do you realize
none, none, of this makessense. They have to have the conflict.
People make money off of this conflict. People you know more ink,
Yeah, that's a real thing. But this DEI inc Is also a real

(35:57):
Thingdink, It's also that's a realthing. It says they have to have
that. They're the people who alsogot mad at the word melting pot,
because see, they don't like itthat you have a bunch of people that
come together under the one one identifierof liberty. You have to everybody has
to be divided so that they don'tfocus on liberty. They focus on everybody

(36:20):
else's differences instead of focusing on thesimilarities. They hate common ground. The
biggest threat to the left is commonground, biggest threat. They can't have
it all right, So coming upin our second hour, the UH latest
with the crisis at the border, that's what Fetterman calls it. You can't
disagree with them or you hate peoplehave had strokes, you hate medically impaired.

(36:40):
And Majorkis is heading to Eagle Passtoday to do absolutely nothing. We're
also getting to twenty twenty four stuff. Liz Cheney says Ron Decantis is unfit
for office over his January sixth remarks, Okay, I told you the establishment
absolutely hates them. You're never goingto see run to Santa's other campaigning with
Lindsay Graham. Youin never gonna seehim handpicking the RNCA chair. Youin never

(37:06):
going to see him back in somebodylike Kevin McCarthy, who he was against
when he was in the House. You ain't never going to see none of
that stuff. So we're going totalk about all of that as we roll
into Iowa, which is one weekaway. And also, the Chicago mayor
says that if you're sending illegal immigrantsto sanctuary cities, you're specifically attacking cities
with black leaders only. I'm notthat's literally what he said. That's actually

(37:29):
what he said. So we're goingto talk about all of that and more.
I am back on my Black Riflebinge and I think I had black

Slash Dana and a Mother Immanuel. The fact of the matter is that

(39:21):
young man went into that church's basement, joined with those worshippers in Bible study
and murdered them. And he saidat the time that he was attempting to
create a race wall. Now Cliburnis trying to blame this again. He's
trying to somehow make this like andact like it was part of the right

(39:43):
or something like that. I wroteabout this I'm gonna tweet this out shortly.
I wrote about all of this backwhen it happened in twenty fifteen.
I'm not going to mention the guy'sname, but the I mean it was
a terrorist act. The guy wasthe guy, the killer responsible was charged
with felony possession back in February twentyfifteen, and I just want to bring
this up to you just to giveyou kind of some perspective. He according

(40:07):
to the court documents in South Carolina, he was arrested in Lexington County on
felony charges of cocaine possession, methamphetamine, and LSD on February twenty eighth to
twenty fifteen. Now, in thatstate, that alone just qualified him from
legal carry and purchase. In SouthCarolina, you only have to be charged
with a felony to lose any secondAmendment. Right now, whether you agree

(40:28):
with that or not is irrelevant here. That's the state of the law in
that area. That's what South Carolinalaw is. He would have failed a
background check to legally purchase a firearm. Now, it was reported that his
father purchased for him a handgun onhis twenty first birthday. His birthday,
his twenty first birthday was listed onApril fourth, now two months after he's

(40:50):
charged with the felony, his dadbuys him a gun, so that meant
that that had been a straw purchase, which is a felony punishable by ten
years in jail two hundred fifty thousanddollars fine. So they weren't even cure,
weren't even sure whether or not thefirearm was used in the massacre.
And then it came out that theywere going back and forth. They said
that he was they seen in thecorrect of the reporting and said that he
had been given birthday money to buya gun. So he had been able

(41:15):
to legally purchase a firearm. Iswhat ultimately ended up. He had been
able to legally purchase a firearm. Now, now, the reason why he
was ineligible to purchase I told youthat. But the reason why that purchase
went through is because, and I'mpulling this up as well, it was
that story that I was telling youabout he was. It was an FBI

(41:38):
error. It was an actual literalFBI error. They the FBI director James
Comey at the time in PolitiFact evenstill has this up because they had to
correct Bloomberg AstroTurf Group's claims on this. The FBI director said that clerical errors

(41:59):
led to the guy being able tolegally purchase his gun in April of twenty
fifteen, and the FBI did notconfirm that this sales should not have been
allowed until after two months after theshooting. FBI Director James Comey's statement,
which is still available online, cameout and said all of this. He

(42:19):
said quote, I wanted to describethe particulars of the purchase and background check,
et cetera, et cetera. Whathad happened was the clerk in Lexington
County went to the court to seeif the matter had been resolved her review,
and this was according to Comy atthe time, who was FBI director.
Her review of the court website showedthat the killer was a defendant there,
but was not yet a disposition inthe case, which meant he was

(42:44):
not a convicted felon. She didn'tstop there. She faxed a request to
Lexington County Sheriff asking for more details. She faxed a similar to a request
to Lexington County Prosecutor's office. Sheaired back from the Sheriff's office and the
case wasn't there she should check withColumbia Police Department, and this is my
emphasis, not Comy's not knowing thegeography. She did what she was supposed
to do and followed our protocols.Examiners used contact sheets that list criminal justice

(43:07):
organizations organized by stateon county. Becausethe arrest was attributed to the Lexington County
sheriff, she was obviously dealing withLexington County, so she pulled up the
sheet for that county as she examinedit. She did not see a listing
for Columbia, but she did seea listing for West Columbia, and formed
by the fact that the gun hadbeen bought in West Columbia and that it
was the only listing on the sheetfor such a name in Lexington County,

(43:28):
she contacted West Columbia Police. Theywere supplied that they had no record of
such a case. The contact sheetdid not list for Lexington County, did
not list the Columbia Police. Theysaid that the PD was only listed as
a contact for Richland County. Theexaminer my emphasis, never saw the sheet
because she was focused on Lexington County, so court records showed no conviction and

(43:50):
what she thought were the relevant agencieshad no information or hadn't responded, and
while she processed the many other firearmspurchased in her queue that would remain delayed
pending. On April sixteenth, itwas still listed as status pending, so
the dealer exercised their lawful discretion andtransferred the firearm. It was clerical error
because geography. That is what happened. That is the direct quote from James

(44:14):
coming the FBI. It wasn't becauseI mean, and again, the system
is only as good as the peoplethat are operating it. It doesn't matter
though criminals are not going to followlaws. You know, we have laws
against murder too, And instead offocusing on strengthening the areas that are soft,
they go out there and they tryto push division and hate and all

(44:35):
this stuff. I mean, that'scrazy, absolutely crazy, But this is
what they do every single time. They're not going to sit here. Do
you think that Biden's going to bringany of this up. No, He's
going to talk about guns, andthen he's going to talk about how,
oh well it was the right thatblah blah blah did this, et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera. Imean, there's other sound bites that
are really stupid that are coming out. We're going to address all of that.

(44:58):
But I wanted to set that upbecause I you're going to hear the
same stuff all day today and probablythis evening regarding this. So that's it.
So that's why this ended up happening. And it had nothing that it
had to do with an agency error, which shouldn't be surprising really to anybody.

(45:19):
So this is how he's starting hiscampaign by doing this, He's focusing
on hate, hate hate, division, division, division. People are tired
of it. They're so tired ofit. They are so incredibly tired of
it. They want to see solutions. They want to see they want to
see like actual receipts. I don'tknow if you guys saw this last week,

(45:44):
but one of the big I'm pullingthis up, one of the big
things that was done, and thishad to do with teachers' unions in Florida.
New York Post has this fight thatthey've been having. It was a
law that Desanta signed in May.Has the nation's third largest teachers union facing

(46:08):
extinction, United Teachers of Dad.They represent twenty five thousand Miami school workers.
They're scrambling for survival, and itwas because apparently their members felt that
their leaders were pretty out of touchwith them. So the legislation that was
passed ended the practice of automatically deductingdues from paychecks, and so teachers could

(46:31):
send in money on their own ifthey found value in that representation. And
guess what happened. They stopped becausethey didn't find value in that representation.
Wow, when they did not havetheir wages forcibly taken from their checks,

(46:53):
that is what happened. I can'ttell you how many teachers I know that
hate the fact that they don't haveany control over their dues being taken and
they don't like the representation at all, and they're like, you know,
all of the bad policies that havecome out in the past, you know,
fifteen twenty years have been from it'sbeen supported by the representation in these

(47:14):
unions. It's pretty amazing. Whyisn't this getting more play? Is this
not one of those policy solutions thatlimited government people have long demanded? And
this isn't done by an executive order. This was done by I'm an actual
bill that was passed. Right, you can't do everything by executive order either.
You, because that's not actually, that's not leadership. That can that's

(47:36):
lazy to do everything by executive order. Leadership. You got to be able
to convince people in your party topass bills. You can't just do everything
with a pin, because, aswe've seen in the past almost four years
now, it can be undone witha pin. Like that's why tax cuts
aren't permanent. Yeah, I'm alittle sore about that. We have a
lot more on the way. Wegot headlines coming up, plus the latest

(48:00):
with immigration and twenty twenty four Iowaand the establishment fight, all kinds of
stuff, and now all of thenews you would probably miss. It's time
for Dana's Quick five. All right, So a couple of things here.
First up, the snowstorm that's hittingwhat sixty million people in the northwestern US

(48:23):
this weekend. What do they sayit's gonna frigid temperatures. I'm hearing all
kinds of stuff. Well, youwill live in the northeast. Why is
this a big shocking thing? AmI being like? Mean, you all
know how to do with snow.Y'all know how to do with coal.
You hell, home is in likethe the thumb and the mitten of Michigan,
right or the tip of the indexfinger of Michigan. Y'all even have
ac in your houses. I knowthis. Y'all used to the coal.

(48:46):
So they said it's big. Thefirst big snowstorm, A big one.
They said it'll be the biggest intwo years. Is impacting the interior mid
Atlantic and much of New England.Again. It's like saying, there's gonna
be some heat in Texas. Guys, let's get ready. Okay, so
tray New York girls high school basketballgame was canceled after anti symbodic slurs were
hurled at players. Via the NewYork Post, this was in Yonkers.

(49:07):
They said it was canceled this weekwhen players on the home team were screaming
anti simitic slurs that they're Jewish opponentswho needed security guards to escort them off
the court to safety. I'm gonnatell you something, if you're a parent
and you didn't go down there towhoop the ass of your kid on the
court who was doing it, thenyou suck as a parent. I don't
know. I personally think that yourscum of the earth and your stupid brat

(49:28):
kid is too. So screw y'alland blank your kids, right, Okay,
Honestly, if I saw one ofmy kids do that, oh man,
there would not be enough flip flopsin the world. There wouldn't be.
I would be on that court.I wouldn't be just be beating my
kid, I'd be beating all yourkids, and any parent that came down
to stop me, I'd beat youtoo. So, yeah, they were
screaming, blank blank, you jewI support AMAS. That's literally what And

(49:52):
they're on tape saying this. Wecan't play any of it because they're yeah,
literally saying they support a mass That'sa terror group. You stupid,
in bred brat, that's a terrorgroup. Good grief. I just you
know, I have no at all, whatsoever sympathy or courtesy for these people.
Sometimes roughhands are needed, let's see. Jodie Foster says that Generation Z

(50:14):
can be really annoying to work with. Really, I mean, we are
not shocked. She says that shefinds gen Z really annoying, but she
hopes that people can find their ownpath to help them learn how to relax.
And she says that she goes they'reannoying in the workplace. She joked,
They're like, now, I'm notfeeling it today. I'm going to
come in at ten thirty or inemails, she says, I'll tell them
this is all grammatically and correct.Did you not check your spelling? And

(50:36):
they're like, why would we dothat? Isn't that limiting? Like you
can't even proof read your stuff?Like what does the matter with you?
My gosh, I'd never send anythingin and had I not done Oh,
my gosh, She's right though,She's absolutely right. Let's see MSN.
I feel like if you have tobe a real estate broker, then your
first job isn't a rapper. Texasrapper and real estate broker was arrested for

(51:01):
allegedly kidnapping a pregnant woman and lockingher in his garage for years. Fifty
two year old Lee Carter aka Viper, was formally charged Thursday after Houston police
responded to his home in a reportof a kidnapping. They said they found
the woman, who told them shehad been trapped inside. According to court
documents, she had been abducted aboutfour or five years prior, while pregnant
and panhandling on the street. Theman approached her to give her a dollar

(51:23):
and then return to ask her ifshe needed help and then told her to
get in the car. So yeah, they were able to. That's crazy.
I also feel like, don't getin the car with weirdo people.
And carnivorous invasive frogs are breeding andGeorgia say biologist, I don't like that
carnivorous. Don't they eat bugs inthat anyway? That's like meat? Right,

(51:44):
Stick with us, we got morein store. Elevate your commute,
workouts or downtime with the Dana Showpodcast. Unleash the power of knowledge at
your fingertips by following Dana on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you get your
podcasts. Movie for Justice. Inthe summer of twenty twenty, I signed
the most significant police reform executive orderin history. Okay, so that's not

(52:09):
the audio sound bite we were lookingfor. I wanted to get the BLM.
I'm going to see if I canplay this on my computer because this
is when the president he's speaking atthis church, Welcome back to the program,
Dana. Last year, he's speakingat this church and he was talking
about let me pull this up here, hang on just a moment for me.

(52:29):
He was reacting to pull this upbear with me here. He was
talking about the whole issue of BLM, and how it was this like apparently
nice patriotic sort of thing that hedid, this historic movement for justice.

(52:52):
Let me see movement for justice inthe summer of twenty twenty, I signed
the most signific taking place Reform ExecutiveOrder and history. Hmm this twenty twenty
BLN the riots. How is thisa historic movement for justice? Is what

(53:15):
I would like to know. Howwas this a historic move when you look
at where all of these riots andall of the destruction and everything else took
place. Where did it? Wheredid it? Where were they? Where
did this happen? It happened inpredominantly minority neighborhoods, and it affected predominantly

(53:37):
minority businesses. So you had minoritybusinesses and minority neighborhoods that were utterly destroyed
by a movement that claimed to somehowadvocate on their behalf. Doesn't make any
sense, doesn't make any sense atall. It was a violent I mean,

(53:58):
we had rolling, violent riots thatI wish the Office of the Executive
actually would have stopped. I don'tknow why in the hell we had a
you know, Republicans in the WhiteHouse and Republicans in the house, and
yet this was allowed to happen. And then there was a portion when all
of us were told to stay inour homes and everything else, and yet
these riots and everything. I mean, they tried to burn down a church.

(54:21):
But if you want to ask questionsabout it now, you're told that,
you know, just shut up andjust get in line. We live
in a monarchy. And Pledge Fieldy, yeah, I got questions. So
to a lot of other people. How many every night we saw riots on
TV? Every night something was onfire every damn night. Entire neighborhoods.

(54:45):
People were assaulted and attacked. Akid was killed in Portland. I was
just this crazy, and it wasit was all sanctioned. Not only was
it sanctioned by this administration, butKama Harris promoted the bail fund. That
was the insurrection. If you wantto have a discussion about an insurrection,

(55:07):
that was the insurrection was those riots. You don't get justice with injustice.
No justice has ever been achieved bypromoting injustice ever, So you can't claim
that this was a movement about justice. It was a movement about injustice.

(55:30):
Good heavens, yeah, mostly peaceful, good grief. And then he did
this thing where he pandered again.I want to know why in the world
democrats always go and they default tothis. What is it? It's this

(55:51):
Reverend James Cleveland who made this.He had this Originally Hillary Clinton became famous
for ques. Now you have gotbut you got Joe Biden who's speaking to
this church. And I guess herealized I'm in a black church. I
guess I then you decided to panderthem one of the most like bigoted ways.
Listen, so ridiculous, fellow Americans. This is the time of choosing.

(56:14):
So let us choose the truth.Let us choose America. I know,
I know we can do it together. And as the gospel song sings,
we've come too far from where westarted, he goes, Nobody told
me the road to be. Idon't believe he brought me this far.
To maybe, my fellow Americans,I don't think that good Mark brought us

(56:37):
this far, let us be,you know, Heaven forbid Joe Biden quote
like Frederick Douglas or somebody. Butif you asked him who Frederick Douglas was,
he probably wouldn't know. Remember whenHillary Clinton did it? Remember,
listen this one voice I don't feelno ways tired card. Oh my gosh,
you remember that. It's like thestart I started from. No body

(57:00):
told me that the road would beeasy. I don't believe he brought me
this far. Oh my gosh. They always go to that quote every time,
they always go to that quote.I mean, you know, you

(57:21):
could it'd be cool if they like, I don't know, quoted Thomas Soule
even you know, they probably don'tknow who he is either, just thinking
out loud, that's but they alwaysgo back. I mean there's all of
them, all the Democrats, theyalways quote that. They always quote James
Cleveland. They always go back andquote that. What was this point of
like mentioning this, I don't like, what was this whole thing of going

(57:44):
into that. He's he's fear mongeringand race hustling by going to the church
because he otherwise he he's exploiting thetragedy and trying to use a tragedy that
was created by bad leadership. AndI would say, I mean, all

(58:04):
of these agencies that are supposed torun these these systems, they all say
that all, no, you don'tneed guns, these agencies are going to
keep you safe. Then the agenciesallow killers to actually buy firearms because of
the clerical errors. Regardless of whetheror not you like the system, that's
not the question. The question isthese are the people who said, no,
no, no, we got tohave these things in place to keep
you safe, except you know, when we don't actually make them work.

(58:28):
They don't tell you about that part. Good heavens, But then they'll use
their errors as a way to argueto make you more vulnerable. So he's
where's he. Isn't he gonna goto He's like doing a tragedy tour,
isn't he? Where's he going afterthis? No? I mean did he

(58:50):
do the Valley Forge thing already wherehe was trying to? Yeah, So
what's he He's like doing something elseafter this? Yeah, I'll look at
the list. But there there's athere's a whole campaign. It all blends
to get because it's all all thesame message of hate and Republicans are racist
and I know way it's tarred andall that, I don't know, it's
the same. Jeez, it's thesame. Kylee. I can't deal and

(59:16):
we're gonna have Kale how many unlesshe decides to drop out, which is
not gonna happen. I think theonly way he drops out is if if
if it's not Trump as the Republicannominee. If Trump isn't Republican nominee,
then I think Biden will drop outbecause he's the only person that he's competitive
against. Don't get mad at me. I'm just citing that polls. I

(59:37):
mean, we can ignore all ofthe data that's out there, and I
can just you know, blow smokeup everybody's backside if it makes us all
easier to sleep at night. ButI'm just being honest with you. That
is the way it is. AndDemocrats are perfectly fine with allowing that to
happen because you all know he's notmaking these decisions in the White House.
You will know this. It's nothim. Klee. Have you seen where's
the other SoundBite that he has here, the one where he couldn't even I

(01:00:00):
don't even know what he was sayinghere. I think our friend Larry sent
us our Vegas Larry sent this tous. I don't know what what was
even saying, and it was justa bunch of stutter. He wouldn't even
stuttering. He was not even gettinghis words right. He they liked to
try to advertise his inability to makeone coherent sentence as stutter. And it's

(01:00:20):
not. That's not what a stutteris. Listen, that was pushing a
big lie, had a conspiracy theory, AM on conspiracy theories and outweighs them
all that there's what and but here'sthe fact. There's where we don't have
facts. Their whole theory has nofacts, has no proof, has web

(01:00:44):
what I think he lost track whenhe was reading the teleprompter. Does he
have a telew I'm sure he hasa teleprompter up there. Giant giant letters,
good heavens. So a couple ofother things, speaking of FBI and
errors. Did you guys see thisFORBC? You know the Perry School the
uh trans militant murderer, another transactivistmurdering school kids. So uh, the

(01:01:08):
Iowa killer was active on discord andthe FBI was aware. They said that
they had flagged the flat room. The chat room had been flagged to the
FBI in November, and an agenthad reached out and asked for more information,
and a lot of people like toldthe FBI exactly what was happening.

(01:01:30):
They sent screenshots and they never heardback. No one ever followed up.
You know, how they should Theyshould have told them that maybe they were
We heard that they walked past thecapitol on January sixth. If you want
to get them to do something, they walked past the capital in January six

(01:01:50):
I had a friend of mine whowas like, now, you know,
to be fair, I'm sure theyget a lot of tips, and few
were probably legitimate. But you know, it's easy in hindsight to say that
they should have done something. That'snot what the argument is. Though.
The argument isn't well, they geta lot of tips. The argument has
been you deserve fewer rights because theseagencies can keep you safe. That's what
the argument is. You deserve fewerrights because these agencies can keep you safe.

(01:02:14):
Well, if you get too manydamn tips to follow up on,
isn't that like more of a reasonfor people to be armed and able to
protect themselves. That's the way Ilook at it. Heavens on Earth now
coming up very interesting. The Bidenadministration doesn't have the best relationship with the

(01:02:36):
media, I don't believe, andnow it looks like it's getting worse.
Apparently the Biden campaign team has aspreadsheet for meetings with reporters where they discuss
whether or not they think that thatreporter's particular whether or not they're reporting,
has fallen short. And apparently theyhad a really bad time with the New
York Times. We're going to talkabout this coming up. We also have
floor demand later on in the programas well, and then coming up in

(01:03:00):
our third hour, our friend Steveand Yates is going to be his first
time on this new year. Wehave a lot of stuff to touch on
and colluding not just with China, but also the Hoho Thi's in Yemen,
because remember Yemen's a hotspot, andyou know we have the Suez Canal,
major hot spot for shipping, andyet now we're having all of these I

(01:03:21):
mean, we're dealing with these Iraniim backed militias, et cetera, and
of course our own service members beingattacked. So a lot to touch on
as we move our partners over atPatriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative cell
phone service out there. They wantto save you money on your cell phone
bill. And I know a lotof people don't like doing business with entities
that they think, you know, they have values that aren't reflective of what

(01:03:42):
they hold themselves. So that's Ijust don't understand why anybody wouldn't why you
would still continue to do business withthe You know, all these other wireless
providers, these these cell phone companiesout there, when they actually take your
money and they use it to workagainst you every election, like they're doing
right now, Patriot Mobile doesn't dothat. They actually put their money where
their mouths are, and for tenyears they've been America's only Christian conservative wireless

(01:04:06):
provider, standing behind their service andtheir values as a company, but also
the issues in people that you votefor and vote to protect every single time
you go to the ballot box. When you switch to Patriot Mobile, not
only are you going to save money, but you're going to get a phone
plan that's tailored to what you andyour family need. It's going to be
affordable, you're going to have dependablenationwide coverage on all three major networks.

(01:04:27):
You're going to get the best servicein your area, and most importantly,
you're not going to fund the Leftas well. Keep your phone in your
number or upgrade, the choices entirelyyours, and you can talk today to
a member of their one hundred percentUS based customer service team who will make
it super easy to switch. Sovisit Patriot mobile dot com slash data or
called nine seven to two Patriot anduse promo code data to get free activation.

(01:04:49):
Switch today. What are you waitingfor Patriot mobile dot com slash data
nine seven to two Patriot. Don'tforget free activation using code Dana. We
have all the Republican CAS candidates forpresident, like Rond De Santis, who
have said they are open to reviewingthe cases against these defendants and considering pardons
for them. Look, you know, the president has pardon power and pardon

(01:05:11):
authority. I think that it's avery important piece that people ought to consider
when they're thinking about for whom they'regoing to vote. Someone who says that
they would pardon individuals who assaulted thecapital, who attempted to stop a constitutional
process, who assaulted police officers.I mean, it was a bloody battle.
I had police officers. One tellme that it was like medieval hand

(01:05:34):
to hand combat. The notion thatthe Republican Party would continue its efforts to
whitewash that day when the peaceful transitionto power is at the core the survival
of our republic tells you that they'reunfit for office. So that is Liz
Cheney who is taking issue with RonDeSantis because of the stuff that Ron de

(01:05:56):
Santis has said about Jay six, because he's been saying, I mean,
there were people, the stuff thatcame out talking about how people who didn't
even enter the capitol were being citedwith like unlawful into all kinds of ridiculousness.
I mean, there's not a lotof transparency in the way that this
has been pursued. And there's nothingwrong with pointing that out. There's nothing

(01:06:18):
wrong with asking about it, nothingwrong at all. It's really weird how
they are. They're just heaven forbidyou ask any questions about it. I
mean, for the people who werebreaking windows or whatever, I have no
problem with. I mean, that'smy tax dollars that you broke, and
we pay for those windows. Fine, people are violent, We're not the

(01:06:39):
left. We don't excuse it andsay, oh, those are peaceful people.
But to act like everybody there, and I've said this a million times.
We were on air when it happened. You had a peaceful rally,
and then honestly, you had somepeople and then you had FEDS that were
there. That's not a lie. That's all. This is all stuff that's
come out. You had agitators, and you had some fed boys there,
and you had some people who weredumb enough to go along with it.
Yeah, but to act like thatwas representative of the thousands of people who

(01:07:03):
were there is such disingenuous pig fecesthat I don't even have this strength of
will to entertain it. Welcome backto the program, Daniel Lash with you
top of the third hour. Youcan listen Coast to Coach. You can
stream the radio program. You canalso watch the simulcast the video component of
the radio program as well on Channelthree forty seven Direct TV, YouTube,

(01:07:25):
Facebook, where you have all kindsof discussion that happens on YouTube. But
yeah, there's a lot where peoplethey've people have been some of the charges
and some of the stuff that cameout about this. There's a lot of
questions that are being asked, andthat's what Decints is doing, and Liz
Cheney's is going apoplectic over it.I've never seen anyone that shoots herself in

(01:07:45):
the foot more than this woman. When she was first elected, wasn't she
kind of popular in her state? If memory sirs, I was trying to
think back because I just didn't.I mean, I always thought she was
kind of moderate, but I neverfor I mean, if you had asked
me, was you know, togamble on whether or not you would see

(01:08:08):
her basically become a darling of aMSNBC, I don't. I would not
have really had that on my bankocard. I don't know. I don't
think I would have. But she'spart of the establishment. I think the
establishment hates like they they don't theydon't like Desantas. They don't like DeSantis.
Uh So this I'm gonna pull thisup to I got some polling here.

(01:08:34):
This is from some of the latestIt's it's called Future Majority. They've
got Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, blah blah blah blah. They've got
a whole bunch of other stuff. They were looking at twenty five hundred voters.
This is a a poll that looksinto a couple of different states,

(01:08:57):
and it shows Trump and Biden.I mean, it measures a I wanted
to look at Trump and Biden becausethis is what's getting me. It measures
Biden against Descantis and all that Trumpis within the margin of error for Biden
with this polling, with this latestsurvey in a few states. But here's
one of the things that I've noticed, and a lot of these polls that

(01:09:19):
have been out let me go toReal Clear Politics, which just shut down
on me, apologies. So andlooking at a lot of and state by
state, I've noticed one of thethings that I have noticed is that not
I'm not looking at primaries, I'mlooking at just matchups, which I know
we've all been focused on delegates andall that, which is important right now

(01:09:41):
because it's what all of this isabout. But I've noticed on whatever,
it's a Biden versus Trump matchup, but I'm only looking at a handful where
they've looked at uh, not justvoters, but it's either likely or registered
voters. I don't want just likea random a sample of randoms. Trump
doesn't get over forty five really andthe well, they didn't get over forty

(01:10:05):
five in the majority of them, and it's very very close with Biden.
Now you could say, yeah,we're still early on in the primary process.
Yes, But one of the things, there's two things that Republicans have
got to consider that they are notdoing any actually three things they're not doing.
Jack Diddley about mail in ballots, which I've only heard one campaign talk
about mail in ballots and how they'regoing to take advantage of that, and

(01:10:27):
then the left is going apoplectic. We'll talk about that later. The split
ticket voting problem. I've said thisbefore. In Texas, John Cornyn got
more votes than Donald Trump. That'snot me being mean, that's that was
right after we allowed split ticket votingin Texas, meaning you didn't have to

(01:10:49):
vote straight Republican ticket or straight Democratticket. You could vote however you wanted
to with the ballot Republicans and Democrats, and a lot of people want to
brush it off, and I thinkit's I think there is fraud, but
I also think that it's irresponsible toclaim that everything, especially in split ticket
voting, is fraud, because itexcuses the problem and allows it to get

(01:11:09):
bigger. I'm gonna promise you itdoesn't matter who you got on that ticket,
if it's Trump, if it's Dysantus, whoever it is. If you
don't get a handle on split ticketvoting, you're not gonna win. If
you don't get a handle on mailin ballots, it doesn't matter if it's
Trump on the ballot or Dysantis oranybody, you're not gonna win. And

(01:11:30):
Republicans they want to act like everythingis tribal. God forbid we talk about
any of these issues because it's likeyou want to. It's not. It's
not a statement on fraud or electionsor anything else. These are real problems
that the RNC is refusing to dealwith for some reason. I have no
idea. Why do you want tolose? Do they want to lose?

(01:11:53):
Two major issues they are not dealingwith. It enrages me because it divides
division on the right. That's whyit makes me mad. It's a problem
that their lack of leadership in theRNC, which is weird because you've got
a handpicked leader up there. Thelack of leadership in the RNC is contributing
to this. The third problem isthis soft disagreement and soft support. Why

(01:12:19):
do I bring up that there area number of polls where you have and
again you have matchups and a lotof this it's for DeSantis as well.
But I'm looking at the Trump Bidenstuff because there's more of those than there
are of the matchups of Biden DeSantis. The ones that have Trump up even
if it's like most margin of errorslike three point five with a lot of

(01:12:40):
these polling, with a lot ofthe polling, and they're not able to
get him to pass forty five percent. People disagree with Biden, but soft
disagreement does not mean total support. That does not translate into support. Soft
disagreement with the Democrat candidate does notturn into soft support for the Republican king.

(01:13:00):
There's no election in history where thesewere that has ever been proven true.
This is a major problem, andI think this is what also showed
up in twenty twenty, along withsplit ticket voting and mail in balance,
three issues that the RNC is like, we don't know, and everybody on

(01:13:21):
the GOP is too busy either filatingone person's ego, fighting with each other
on who's an influencer or supporter orpaid or bought off, and not a
single damn person is free to actuallylook at these three major issues that are
going to tank the Republican Party's efforts. No matter who's on the ticket,
it doesn't care if you're not addressingthese issues. I don't then everybody can

(01:13:42):
fight amongst themselves as to who theyshould been a need to. I'm done
by America. The country's blanked theway it is, and everybody's being distracted.
I got all the stupidest arguments onTwitter with people who I never seen
bust their ass and meat space. But by Jimminy, they can sit here
and try to raise a fit onFacebook or Twitter, because we all know

(01:14:04):
that those really turn into the actualaction, just as AOC who has no
traction in meat space but gets onlyour attention on social media. My gosh,
people stop thinking that Twitter and Facebookare the be all end all.
They're not. I get so pissedoff about this because the RNC isn't doing
a damn thing about it. Whatis the point of handpicking people to run

(01:14:27):
the Republican Party if the three biggestproblems that are going to tank Republican victory
in twenty twenty four are not beingaddressed and it doesn't matter who's on the
ticket. So we got split ticketvoting, SEFT support and soft disagreement and
mail in balance. Now let metell you this, This appiece about mail

(01:14:49):
in ballots so stupid. Listen tothis headline ready, This is just from
June Republicans to push mail ballots votingmethods they previously blasted. Are you serious?
So they're mad. Now this happenedbecause you had you had somebody.

(01:15:14):
It started because you had Decantis goingout there saying, okay, well in
the states where we're doing mail inballots, we're gonna go out and we're
gonna ballot harvest. Like there's notomorrow where it's legal. We're gonna we're
gonna just use it against you. We're gonna ballot harvest. Suddenly the left
is like, what you can't dothat? That's bad? Why is it
so bad? You guys have beendoing it. You don't like it all
of a sudden because it could beused against you? Oh no, it's

(01:15:39):
so bad. And then after Trumpstarted asking people to chip in for a
ballot harvesting fund and in fundraising emailthe press, Oh that's so bad,
but you guys do it. Sowhy all of a sudden is it bad
to use the same stuff that youguys have been using for forever because you

(01:16:00):
can't use it? Well? Whynot? It's not just a tool for
you. You see where I'm goingwith this. They don't like any of
this. I'm you know, what, why is it that it's just one
candidate or another candidate. Where's thewhole party? Where is the Republican National
Committee getting involved in this? Where'sthe Republican Senatorial Committee, the House Committee,

(01:16:21):
you know those little groups that getinvolved in all of the Senate and
the congressional races, not just thepresidential races and all of this stuff.
Where is the entire party? Youcannot start too early. Where are they
at in this? Not a peep? But oh my gosh, they send
me emails for everything else. Where'sthe box I can check where I only

(01:16:44):
want to hear things about mail inballots, ballot harvestein. Where's that at?
You see why I get so mad? You know what, instead of
all these people, all the peoplewho are like I love Haley or I
love DeSantis, or I love Trumpor I love Ramis Swami, instead of
everybody, you know, what wouldbe awesome is if everybody got together and

(01:17:05):
found out how we could totally screwour opposition with ballot harvesting in the states
where it's legal. Oh no,but heaven forbid the rights turning into the
left on finding common ground on anythingthat's like, it's so aggravated now.
Kine believes hardcore. You're gonna doyou think you really think there's gonna be

(01:17:27):
another push for a shutdown. Iwill, I will legit commit crimes,
I will riot. I've been seen. Now there's trying to develop. There's
this new variant, COVID variant,Oh my gosh, and apparently it's combined
with some other variant that apparently isn'tgood. So I wouldn't be surprised because
they saw that the avenue to mailin voting. Oh yeah, they saw
it was COVID, So they aregoing to do something similar and it'll probably

(01:17:51):
I don't even get if I feellike I have symptoms that they describe it
or COVID, like if I getascribed, I don't even. I'm not
even gonna get tested anymore. Idon't care. I don't care. We
all learn not to listen. Idon't care. I'm not going to get
tested for another damn thing. Idon't care. You know what if it's
because it's a virus, it's acold virus, but it's COVID. The
novel coronavirus, you know, coldercoronavirus is too. You know, I

(01:18:14):
was called novel because it's no stopit and not everything's COVID. Oh my
gosh, all right, I thinkI got I was angsty over these issues.
I needed to get this out ofmy system because we got to talk
about some other stuff that we gotto get into as well, including well,
I don't know, we got theAllejandra Majorcis is going down to the

(01:18:35):
border. Nothing's being done there too. Hey, maybe the RNC can send
another group of Republicans to take picturesthat eagle pass again. And now all
of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's quick five.
All right, so first up,well, I mean, you know,
there's probably less TASTI or waist togo. I don't know how this is

(01:18:58):
sad. This woman was sadly boiledalive in a tank of molten caramel,
carramel or caramel. I know that, but I'm like, what I say,
caramel? Okay, workers, thisis so sad. I don't want
to make light of it, butI mean, hell, this headline workers

(01:19:18):
saw her legs poking out. Shewas boiled to death. She was trying
to God love her. She wastrying to clean a caramel tank in this
accident in Russia. Of course,it was in Russia. And she was
boiled alive in the tank after shefell inside, and the colleague said they
only realized that when her legs pokedout thirty six years old. Wait.

(01:19:38):
Wait, so she was cleaning themixer when the caramel suddenly began to flow
into the bowl. Because I wasgetting ready to ask, well, how
did she How do you clean thebowl when somebody messed up? Clearly?
But I mean, at least itwas caramel. That's so horrible. I'm
just An eighteen year old is accusedof ramming a septic truck in to a

(01:20:00):
police cruiser. And I got tosay, this is the oldest eighteen year
old I've ever seen in my life. And he's got drug mouth, you
know what I mean, where theygot the crusties. He's got that.
An eighteen year old is accused ofbraming a septic truck into a police cruiser.
And I don't know this standout careit's discussing. This is gross Connecticut.
He's totally in trouble. One hundredthousand dollars bond. He's got to
appear in court like in two days. Stick with U. Stephen Yates next,

(01:20:21):
Whether you're a policy walk a newsjunkie or simply someone hungry for insightful
discourse. That Dana Show podcast hasyour back. Follow Dana on Apple,
Spotify, or wherever you get yourpodcasts. Welcome back to the program.
I don't know if you all sawthis story of and I think this to

(01:20:42):
make sure I get the date onthis right, because it just hit like
last week, like into last weekwhere the Biden administration sidestepped Congress again for
an emergency arms sale. Now there'sa process that Congress has to go through
that the administration has to go througheven when selling arms. And I thought
that it was you know, wegive so much military aid and arms to

(01:21:05):
Ukraine, and then we gave andI have no problem with helping Israel's an
ally. I have no problem withhelping Israel. But the problem then becomes,
it becomes a problem when I lookat this story in comparison. So
we have the United States that isdragging its feet on any times of any
kind of arms sales to Taiwan. And we've had, you know, a

(01:21:30):
place in this deal in place fordecades to sell arms to Taiwan. But
for whatever reason, why this issuch an issue for this administration in this
government to do it. I don'tquite understand it, especially when you compare
it to Israel and Ukraine. Maybefor some more insight into this, our
very good friend Steven Yates. It'shis first appearance with us here this new
year. Happy new Year to you, my friend. You can find him

(01:21:54):
at yates ka. I got togive I gotta give him all the particulars
you can find him at. Yatescomes on X not Twitter. Senior Fellow
at America First Policy Institute and Chairof the China Policy Initiative. Okay,
why is this, Stephen? Whyis it like pulling teeth when we talk
about Because Taiwan would love to spendsome nice cash money on some good US
arms, I'm all for I'm acapitalist, I'm all for selling them that.

(01:22:15):
But then we have you know,it's a big org deal to even
get approval or even bring it upin national discourse. But yet you know
Biden administration can side step Congress ona number of issues for anybody else.
Yeah, this is one of thosethings that made me old and bald faster
than I should have been, becauseit really doesn't make good sense, not
just from a common sense point ofview. I think it's bad for American

(01:22:38):
national interests. Number one here isa partner and an ally in many many
ways willing to pay cash money, which, by the way, we have
an unfavorable trade balance with Taiwan. They're friends, but they still get a
good deal in our economic relationship. This gets some of those greenbacks back to
America, which would be a goodthing, keeps chopping flowing in America,

(01:23:00):
and it helps them be more ableto defend themselves, and shouldn't we want
them able to defend themselves so they'renot relying on dialing up nine to one
one and for Uncle Sam to comein. So just it really doesn't make
good sense. And then also froma bureaucratic point of view, I mean,
this has just been so remarkably stupidfor so long, and a lot

(01:23:23):
of this I think the Biden administrationhas made worse. But frankly, a
lot of the predecessors were not goodeither. We only sell the sort of
used systems, the lower rate systems, and we sort of a mess ourselves
for a long time to be ableto even provide that. Meanwhile, China

(01:23:45):
faces no speed bumps and stealing Americantechnology or buying Russian technology and kind of
ramping up the pressure. So it'sjust bad brain work, and it's super
bad policy work. And oh,by the way, the Secretary of Defense
is supposed to sign off on thisstuff and he's not around, Yeah,
which is his position actually all thatimportant? If he's not there, nobody

(01:24:08):
notices kinda well, that should bea really good rule of thumb for say,
a new administration that wants to seta benchmark anyone who considers themselves to
be non essential so that they cantake the day off or they can remote
work for extended period of time, consider that move permanent. There you go,

(01:24:28):
talking with our good friend Steve andYates to this point, I AP
headline China's sanctioning five US defense companiesin response to sanctions and arms sales to
Taiwan the bare minimum that we do. China acts very They're very offended.
They've announced big sanction Sunday on fiveAmerican defense related companies yet. And maybe
I'm wrong on this, but Ialso saw over the weekend that North Korea

(01:24:50):
fired all these artillery rounds at SouthKorea border island. I mean, isn't
pretty much everything that North Korea firesfrom China anyway? So what is China
complaining about? Yeah, well,China has gotten very, very used to
being able to be a hypocrite andplay boss sides of the fence, and
they've gotten away with it. Soif you've been able to act with impunity,
why would you stop? So it'sjust really really easy to kind of

(01:25:13):
tell what's going on here. Someof this is political theater and bluster.
I think we have to take whatChina is doing and saying seriously enough that
we have to be prepared in casethey would do something dangerous and irresponsible.
But of course they're just crying wolfabout this. Basically, I think that
we should find in every agency ofgovernment and every branch of government some way

(01:25:34):
to offend the sensitive feelings of theChinese leadership every day at least want and
you get more marks if you doit three or four times. I yeah,
I do like this. You know, we in fact we should probably
if we if we sell more stuffto Taiwan, we should have Winnie the
Pooh on it or something to thateffect. I mean, I want absolutely,
I'm absolutely name and shame, butemphasis the shame. I wanted to

(01:25:55):
kind of because I have a millionthings to talk to you about it's been
it's been a while since we spokefirst show back that we have you for
a new year. But over Iguess it was like, maybe it's kind
of an older sound bite, butI keep hearing it over and over again,
especially amongst some Republicans that say,oh my gosh, a win for
Russia and Ukraine is a win forChina. Can you explain to me the

(01:26:15):
because we can't figure that out.We can't figure that one out how well.
There are people that I consider tobe intelligent and my friends I have
to unfortunately say that makes me throwup a little in my mouth every time
I hear it, because it justdoes not work. So what happens to
Ukraine is not going to change whatis happening in East Asia when you have

(01:26:38):
basically, you know, basically youhave a land invasion by a country that
I think our August Vice President said, is a big country that went into
another country. When it comes toChina and Taiwan, there's one hundred miles
of water and it's choppy water, and this would be a much much different
situation. But it might kind ofmake China more willing to do something against

(01:27:02):
Taiwan if it believed the US wastied down in Ukraine tractically. But the
bottom line is no one After billionsand billions of dollars have been spent on
the intelligence community, you know, lots of money spent and paper wasted on
our diplomats trying to get at knowledgeinside China, none of them have an

(01:27:23):
accurate read on what decisions cheetin Pingis going to make. And if they
had the perfect memo, are theygoing to hold them to it? So
all of this is a wasted breath. We should deal with Ukraine situation based
on what our national interests are there. We have a problem in the Middle
East, and wastely what we haveis I think two bigger challenges of malign

(01:27:45):
influences, the malign influences of theMollahs in Iran and the malign influence of
the CCP. I think the CCPis the bigger problem civilizationally, but the
moss in Iran are no small problem. Right now, we need to be
minimizing our overstretch and maximizing the abilityof allies. And basically what's happened in
Ukraine is not a happy narrative fromfrom my point of view. Yeah,

(01:28:09):
I agree with. You're talking withour friend Steve and Yage. You can
find him on x at yates Comm'sthis headline from CNN. China feels that
the country isn't patriotic enough, sothey are introducing a new law to change
this. This is wild. Howdo you how? I don't know.

(01:28:29):
Are you even free to be quotepatriotic in a communist country? I mean,
if is it? I just feellike if they're forcing you to do
it, then it's not patriotism. Is it that patriotism is like voluntary Yeah,
well, I mean it's like standup comics where you have to laugh
otherwise you get electrocuted in your seat. And so basically this is a forced
love of country. And of coursewhat they really mean is you have to

(01:28:54):
love your leaders. I mean, this country is just my toy, but
you really better love my leadership anddon't question it right now. And so
it's absolutely absurd. It's one ofthe reasons why we shouldn't assume China is
ten feet tall or will be successfulforever. But it's because of these problems
that they're dangerous in my view. So, yeah, this compulsory patriotism is

(01:29:17):
lunatic. It's like a dating servicethat forces you to think the other person
is beautiful even though they're a dogfaced pony soldier. As our president would
say. I like that. Yeah, the Patriotic Education Law enhancing National unity
or else. Boy, that's yethat. I'm glad we don't have anything
like that here. I want togo back really quickly to the Lloyd Austin

(01:29:39):
thing, because this, to meis so such a it's such a crazy
story. We mentioned it briefly, and I wanted to circle back to it
because one of the things that stuckout with to me is the Deputy Secretary
of Defense was I guess, vacationingin Puerto Rico when she was told that
she was going to need to fillin for Lloyd Austin because he which really

(01:30:00):
she was kind of kept in thedark as to why that is that unusual?
Yeah. So, I mean,I don't like to name drop,
and I don't like other people whodo for the most part, and I
don't really like to overblow where I'vebeen or what I've Doneates. If you're
unfamiliar, Yates has been in everyadministration years. I spent five years in
a White House, and I don'tthink every decision was right whatever, bygones.

(01:30:25):
But I didn't spend a day inthe White House where I didn't actually
know for a fact that the VicePresident and the President had spoken, the
President and the National Security Advisor hadspoken, that their deputies were in meetings
together. Their deputies knew where theirprinciple was. There were decisions that had
to be made where you had toget clearance, and you were talking through
these things. There wasn't a singleand that was before nine to eleven.

(01:30:46):
After nine to eleven, it waslike that in spades because you focused on
continuity of government. But the Constitutiongives very specific, enumerated responsibilities in the
chain of command from the commander inchief to the Secretary of Defense, and
that's incredibly important. It is beyondmy imagination that anything like this could ever

(01:31:09):
have happened. I mean, Ilike sarcasm and humor, and I'd like
to find a joke in this. This terrifies me. This is complete dereliction
of duty. I mean, theNorth Koreans could have popped something off terrible.
The Chinese could have gone on Taiwan. The Iranians could have done more
to back their proxies hitting Israel andothers, and who knows what's coming over

(01:31:29):
our border. And we've got aSecretary of Defense who can just disappear for
the better part of a week. And it's not like it's kept from the
media. Shame on them for noteven noticing or asking, But my goodness,
within the White House and the Nationalsecurity structure, it's beyond conceivable to
me. It's terrifying. Yeah,And with everything that's been happening. We've
had what attacks on US soldiers,we struck one of the big bad Houthi

(01:31:54):
guys in Bagdad. Speaking of Huthi, my gosh, the attacks on merchant
ships and the United States having torespond to that, the Hoothis that are
that are right there in Yemen, which then brings me to the whole point
of shipping. We've talked a littlebit about this last time you were with
us, Suez Canal, et cetera, et cetera. Where are the other
Arab nations that are stepping up andseeing these are literally the these are our

(01:32:14):
waters. We could probably do aheck of a lot more to police this
and not just have it the UnitedStates take the lead on it. Where
are they well, number one, they might be deterred from speaking up because
the BI deministration has basically scared peopleinto if they take their own initiative,
then they'll face criticisms and sanctions oftheir own. One of the most unusual

(01:32:35):
experiences of my public policy life wason basically the very beginning of the BI
deministration, the President went to theState Department, and of all the places
he might have mentioned in the entireworld, he talked about the Hoothis and
that civil war. And I thought, where where in this election campaign was

(01:32:56):
this word ever even mentioned? Butoddly enough, this was a priority for
the Biden administration. And why wouldthat be a surrogate of Iran getting off
of some kind of a watch listand getting more room to breathe in a
civil war and brushing back our Araballies for their intervention to try to stop
the Iranians and the terrorists. Wellas we know, it's because they have

(01:33:19):
leaned in favor of appeasing Tehran astheir version of a path to stability in
the Middle East. I think it'sa fool's errand it's a lie. It's
dangerous. But oddly enough, theHuthis have been at the beginning of this
strategy by the administration from the verybeginning of the administration. Don't take my
word for it, take jump inJoe's word for it. From his first

(01:33:41):
speech to the State Department twenty twentyfour. November can't come soon enough?
But then at the same time, can it though, because I just get
nervous all around. Stephen Yates atYates comes on X, so good to
see you. Happy new Year toyou, my friend. Look forward to
everything this year. Follow Dana onApple, Spotify or wherever you get your
podcasts, because no knowledge is yourultimate superpower. I understand their passion,

(01:34:06):
and I've been quietly working. I'vebeen quietly working with the Israeli government to
get them to reduce and significantly getout from Gassa. I'm using all that
I can to do. Well,it's not your business, dude, it's
not your business to get anybody outof Gaza. Can you imagine? Well,

(01:34:27):
you know the United States, youneed to calm down a little bit
after nine to eleven. I mean, you know, good grief, what
a stupid SoundBite. He will foldto appease anybody the moment there's any bit
of heat. Welcome back to theprogram. There's Joe Biden just a little
bit ago, pretty amazing good heavens, good, heavens, good, heavens.
Uh So, I wanted to tellyou this. So in Spain,

(01:34:47):
apparently they just announced this. Insidersays, Spain's propose a nationwide mandate for
people to wear masks and hospitals andhealth clinics again, getting into what Caine
says they're gonna try to do alwaysyou know it's an election year. I'm
gonna tell you what if you wantshe said, founding Fathers again. If
you want that two point zero, then you try this in the United States.

(01:35:12):
Try in the United States and seewhat happens, because we'll be in
the streets and it won't be pretty. You try no masks, no mandates,
no lockdowns. Not doing it again. Shouldn't have done it the first
team time. We're not doing itagain and not again. And it's so

(01:35:35):
stupid, so stupid. But it'sabout control. I wouldn't doubt that they
would try to and they being thepowers that be, all the people that
are like minded in positions of power, I wouldn't doubt that, you know,
they'd try to test it again andsee because that's really what it was
this last time, and people goright along with it. There are enough

(01:35:59):
people that won rite all along withit, smart people that should have known
better. Good grief. You sawwhat happened, how they redid, how
they changed the number of states, changed the nature of the process of voting,
and what is allowed and isn't allowed. Where's the where's the RNC on
that? Again? All right?Today in stupidity came all right, it

(01:36:20):
is our president of these United States. By the way, you do realize
that the Democrats are the party ofthe ones who are tearing down history statues
and all that. Remember that,Yeah, there were all the statues tearing
down. We're going to talk aboutsome of that. We're still doing it.
Actually, this is what he saidin South Carolina today listening. I'm
keeping my commitment to you. That'sthe America we're building together instead of the

(01:36:43):
racing history. We're making history. What no, you wait, literally have
been a racing history. Yeah,it was literally what you've been doing.
Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. We're going to talk. Yeah,
we're going to talk about the statuestuff because people are still doing this.
It's the dumbest thing I've ever don't, I don't, and something else I
don't get. We're gonna talk moreabout that tomorrow. But man, so
our first full week back in twentytwenty four, make sure you sign up

(01:37:05):
for the newsletter over at Substack,Chapter and Verse, and a lot of
good stuff out, including the prepthat I use for the program. Have
a wonderful night back with you tomorrow.
