(00:01):
One last I want okay, lastnight attack our race. I know the
(00:21):
audio is in a lot of echoin that audio that's Joe Biden and in
essence saying, you know, hesaid, we had a tough day last
night to attack on our US servicemembers and Jordan. Welcome to the Dana
Show for a Monday I'm Sergio Sanchezin from As. I love to describe
this place, the studios at ku r V Talk Radio, proud affiliate
(00:44):
to the Dana Show, but anhour away, hour drive from Star based
Texas. Yeah, elon Musk Countryand Dana and Lord Willing, she'll be
back with us tomorrow. Yeah.We sadly we have to start today's program
with another example of incompetence by theBiden administration. And the price paid is
(01:06):
a high price. It is themost precious treasure that we have as a
nation. It is our young people, our strength, their ideas, their
vagor their potential. Three young servicemembers, their lives lost, and we
have dozens and dozens and does lastcount was like over thirty. That hurts
(01:27):
some more severe than others. Ata base in Jordan where they were housed.
Now, I look, no,I'm just a citizen like you,
like the overwhelming majority of you,and I know at this moment we're going
like should have, would have, could have liked For example, some of
y'all who are seasoned enough to havelived through the whole Iraq war, engage
(01:49):
them from two decades back. Andwe kept hearing of all these reports an
Iraq, the war that George Wtook us into, and yeah, and
confident head Rumsfield over at the Pentagon, And I say this because how could
you did? How is it possiblethat Rumsfeld, like twenty years ago,
(02:10):
he was slow walking the protection. That's what became obvious to everybody, slow
walking the response, the protection ofour most of our most precious treasure on
the ground. We knew that Iranway back then was involved in training some
of these insurgents and terrorists and attackingUS soldiers inside Iraq, an issue that
(02:35):
should have been taken care of backthen. But then you know, just
tip toeing through the tulips and makeus, you know, crack any eggshells
or tip doing on as well. You don't want to attack. There were
so many claims way back then andhow Iran was directly responsible for the deaths
of about what was it, wellover six hundred US service members, which
(02:55):
when, by the way, whenDonald Trump took over and he let loose
the power, let loose the dogsof war at the Pentagon took care of
Isis inside Iraq. Over ten yearslater, fifteen years later, during the
brief Trump administration took care of thatSalami guy, a Salamani guy, that
(03:16):
number two guy in the Iranian government, the great Hero of Iran because they
celebrated him in Iran because he wasresponsible for coordinating the attack on the Great
Satan, the killing of hundreds andhundreds and hundreds of the Great Satan's sons
and daughters on the battlefield in Iraqby coordinating all these terrorists dash That's why
(03:39):
he was so loved and celebrated. That's why they were wailing after Donald Trump
took him out the first chance thathe got here. Look, I'm not
calling for warfare on Iran. Ijust I want things done right. Later
this hour, I hoped to sharewith you a conversation with some who's on
(04:00):
the front lines of and in Congressand in front of senators to faces.
Bring our Troops Home is the nameof his organization. Bring our Troops home.
He is proud of our military,he served our countries as a US
veteran, but so disenchanted with justdamn stupid decision making at the Pentagon.
The last people that they think ofis our troops. Sometimes these administrations,
(04:24):
like the Obama administration, you know, threatening or you know, drawing a
red lion in the sand. Theenemy will always call you on it and
say they always think about the engagements, the rules of engagement to benefit the
enemy and not benefit our sons anddaughters on the front lines of defending our
(04:44):
way of life, defending our nation. We should be in places that benefit
us strategically long term. We shouldbe taking inventory, in my opinion,
of the places that we are basedthat that we we have sons and daughters
at what benefit do we get fromsomething like this? Look, Biden is
simply like I was saying, Bidensimply responding to yet another example of his
(05:08):
brute inconfidence. We have the bloodyexample the exit of Afghanistan at the outset
of his administration, that that bloodis still on his hands, and not
enough, in my opinion, hasbeen said by the President leadership and the
Republican Party, much less the lackof leadership that we have right now with
(05:29):
random McDaniel, and this is messaging. This is history, recent history with
Americans who have a very short attentionspan. That should be reminded. Americans
should be reminded how this incompetent administrationnot listening to the advice, not listening
to accounts with the Pentagon, notlistening to the generals on how to properly
exit Afghanistan. Ken venly saying,oh, under the Trump administration had this
(05:54):
deal, we couldn't do anything aboutit. We had to leave and just
ripped I get the band aid andwhat we're talking about suturing an open wound.
He just ripped all the threads offand opened up that wound, the
bleed and had a lot of button America's hands. Led to that terrorist
attack. We had all these youngmen and women and then hundreds of civilians
(06:15):
killed as a result. There thatthat terror attack in Afghanistan as we were
leaving in the blood that we willnever hear of or see more than likely
of allies, interpreters and other peoplewho worked for US, the US military
in Afghanistan for two decades. It'sa shameful, disgusting, and shameful chapter
(06:36):
in American history, and Joe Bidenis responsible for that. It did not
need to be that way. Andthe reason I pointed to this incident were
three American service members and dozens areinjured. Friends. For several weeks now,
there's been a steady cadence of AmericanUK Allies commercial ships, some carrying
(07:00):
some type of petrol product, otherscarrying big cargo containers, you know,
the Straits of Hormuz. For severalweeks now, we have been hearing the
constant cadence of terrorist attacks the HootiRebels, who, by the way,
let's remember Joe Biden. One ofthe first things that he did, oh,
let's remove the Hooti Rebels from thelist of you know, terrorist organizations.
(07:23):
All had to quickly go back andput them on that list again.
After recently, these boys have beengetting pretty fancy rockets and weaponry and been
shooting and successfully hitting US, UK, Japanese other targets, taking their boats
out there and seizing some of theseassays. Doesn't matter who it is,
they're just going after everything. They'recreating chaos, and that's what that's what
(07:46):
terrorists do. And now Joe Bidenhad to put them after taking them off
the list, I have to putthem back. And may I remind you
friends, six billion dollars and frozenraining ascids were freed up. Oh,
serge, that was for food andmedicine. That's just for the children.
That's just for food. Bull crap. It's a movement of six billion dollars
(08:15):
from the food bill on the ledger. That's freed up. Oh look at
that. We got food money. Now let's take this six billion dollars in
food and medicine, all that stuff, let's use it for weapons. And
all of a sudden, all thesehooti rebels, well, they got some
fancy schmancy, pretty accurate missiles hittingships in the streets of horror moves.
And we got these miscreans near Jordan. Iran back got themselves some pretty fancy
(08:41):
schmancy drone. Look these drones areI mean, you'll hear it later.
I was talking to a friend aboutthis. When you hear the word drone,
you think like the standard like commercialtype you know you buy the kids,
right, they have like multiple propellerson them, and you got a
remote control. All these are morelike missiles. They're more like guided missiles.
(09:01):
These are the drones. They're prettyexpensive weaponry. Maybe they're picking them
up from Russia. Maybe they're developingthem on there, because you know,
the Ranians are super smart individuals. But you know these gun turrets that shoot
like one hundred bullets a second, like six thousand I think a minute,
(09:24):
like those rapid fire gun turrets thatyou see it on some naval US naval
acids. When there's a missile headof their way, this sucker comes out
and aims at like the terminators.Really cool, comes out points and before
it blows everything out of the sky. Why don't we have at least the
(09:45):
housing units like I know we shouldhave, would have, could it right
now? But our most precious acid, our most precious treasure or our young
people are men and women who volunteeredto protect our country and protect our way
of life. If if we can'tshoot those and essays missiles aka you know,
(10:05):
drones, we can't shoot those downwith a Patriot missile system, like
all these missiles that we provide theUkrainians to shoot down those missiles and drones,
all these missiles that we provide thethere's regulars to shoot down all those
missiles coming inbound from Hamas and fromHaspa Lah. If we can't shoot those
(10:26):
down because they're flying too low, whatever EXCU should give this. We have
plenty of acids. I'm sure we'replenty of those guns, turrets, plenty
of those high speed, But toshoot down anything that is inbound towards our
service members, especially at housing units, I just as a civilian, I
just throw out there, I don'tthink we do enough to protect our men
and women. And no wonder they'redisenchanted and looking at the ridiculous, the
(10:52):
comical recruitment campaigns that they have rightnow that are LGB two, lgbt Q
none byner what everyone to call it, at least crazy, no wonder.
Or young people don't want to volunteerunder Joe Biden in this military, No
wonder they're having a hard time recruitingfor a military. We depend on a
(11:18):
volunteer military, which means we dependon young men and women to believe in
our nation, believe in our wayof life. And since we'd have no
leadership, since we have incompetent leadershipwith the White it's under Joe Biden,
freeing up at least six billion dollarsin food ad so they can Iranians use
those six billion dollars on weapons togive the hooties and to give these other
(11:41):
miscreants and Jordan and Hamas everybody else, give them weapons to kill the US,
to kill us, shipping to killis Israelis as many as they can.
Joe Biden's responsible for that. Connectthe dots, my friend let me.
I don't know if it's all itwas. Was cut to the same
thing, Steve, A little bitof audio and yeah, let's let's do
(12:07):
that one. The cut to byhaving to make the announcement on our service
members being killed, there's a realresult of you know, he's he's showing
credentials and then having to make theannouncement ahead Steven, I've been doing to
foreign policies for a long long time. That's why we are in this sea,
(12:31):
and I know state and walking.I can't hear. All I heard
from him is I've been doing foreignpolicy for a long time. Obviously he
didn't learn a damn thing. AllI hear is we blah, much like
when he reads the telepropt for thesedays blah blah blah. You know,
I just realized this past weekend. We are in serious trouble if we take
(12:54):
a defensive stance in this nation, and we were in a position where,
okay, let's bring our kids home, let's bring close down some of these
ancillary unnecessary military operations, try tosave some money, protect our most sacred
treasure or young people, or let'sbring everybody here. Will take a defensive
stet and if anybody stupid enough tofire at us, will fire back the
(13:16):
way this guy, Joe Biden readsa teleprompter. I mean, it just
dawned on me this past week. And will somebody putting in a loop like
I want to say, can youimagine somebody depending on somebody grabbing the nuclear
football, giving him all the lettersand the numbers and the several lines of
letters and numbers to try to readand confirm that he is a president and
(13:39):
he has to fire back to protectour nation, fire back to defendis.
He'll never get through it. We'llbe in ashes, in nuclear clouds all
over the place. He'll still betrying to figure trying to read the nuclear
code. That's who we had,is the so called commander in chief.
Lord help us, Lord, helpus stop voting stupidly. Oh, and
(14:00):
let me connect the dots for youagain. Stop voting for all Democrats.
I know it hurts you for meto say that to you and you to
hear me say that, but it'sthe truth. From the Biden border mess,
to the incompetence with their military,to inflation, to all this social
upheaval, this gender confusion and craziness, and they're going after your kids.
(14:24):

It's time for Dana's Quick five Sea. I inserted this little headline here
just for a chance to tear upsome paper. Can you please stop feeding
tabloid yellow journalism all this tabloid crap. There's all these In fact, the
(16:38):
news network is doing all these updateson Kate, Princess of Wales is back
home from the hospital and the Kingand I don't care. Just stop with
this crap already. Seriously, you'rean American. Thank goodness. Well it
heads up in case you're traveling soon. Congratulations to Chicago again at the number
(17:00):
one on the list of ORCIN youknow, the pest control people ORCAN their
annual list of worst bedbuck cities. In the nation, Chicago number one.
In fact, the top six didn'tlearn anything, have no shame. They
weren't embarrassed by this. So Chicago'snumber one, followed by New York City,
(17:22):
Philadelphia, Cleveland, La Detroit.Just in case you're traveling and staying
at those hotels, just ned's up. Not that you can do anything well
like sleep on the floor, getsome sheets, sleep on the floor.
Shaving up to be a good yearfor the housing market, according to the
National Association of Realtors. They saythat home sales month to month eight point
three percent in the month of December, and if and only if they can
(17:45):
see interest rates go a little lowerthis year, maybe they'll get a bit
more business in the housing market. And one by folks at Twitch, they
reportedly are dropping their revenue cap reductionplan after many streamers complain folks making money
online putting stuff on Twitch. Underthe new rule, streamers will receive a
seventy thirty revenue spit regardless of howmuch money they make on Twitch. I'm
(18:11):
Sergio Sanchez from South Texas. You'rein tune with the Dana Show as we
get rolling, and as we doso our friends over at Patriot I saw
those guys. I saw Patriot Mobilethe other day. We walked behind them,
we were on the floor walking toa different booth visit, and just
started running them down, like,oh, you know what phone service does
communists? Like? I heard itwas that Patriot Mobile. Now they don't
(18:33):
like the word communists. And yousay communists around the guys who found a
Patriot Mobile and they are immediately likewhere can we go? And punch like
they turned around immediately, so wegot their attention. I know, the
folks at Patriot Mobile are super funny, but they provide great, great cell
phone service and they're just some ofthe nicest people out there. And I
know where they live, but no, they're super, super fun people.
(18:55):
And this is if you don't wantyour dollars, your hard earned money,
like going towards I don't know, gun control or DEI or bad candidates or
whatever, you need to be switchingto Patriot Mobile because, first off,

Patriot. Are we seeing the downfallof Marxism? You can believe Blackrock and
put your money into DEI and ESG, but the free market will eventually win
out every time as they gain powerto implement societal change. You're starting to
see it fail. Check out theWatchdog on Wall Street podcast, Apple,

The Dana Show. Check out thebest highlights from every show and Dana's Absurd
Truth podcast hosted daily from The DanaShow and other crazy numbers today. These
border numbers from December record breaking migrantencounters three hundred two thousand. If you
(20:21):
look at other populations, Cincinnati threehundred and nine thousand, Seattle seven forty
nine thousand. That's the year todate, seven hundred and eighty five thousand.
Yeah, Brett bear over from FoxAnd if you count man from the
start of the Biden administration, allthe people that have been allowed to cross
the border illegally and stay and gamethe asylum system in this country and get
(20:45):
in line with millions of others whoalready were there. I mean, we
were north of a man like almostup to two million if I remember correctly,
people that are gaming the asylum courts. I'm trying to make it,
please make They're not going to showup to the court hearing, but you
know they we're allowed to a chanceto come in here and stay and stand
in line, and in the meantime, after six months, go ahead and
get a job and grow some rootsand get married and have kids. And
(21:07):
you know, we're creating a wholenew I say, our nation. The
Biden administration, all this incompetence, all this bureaucracy, creating a whole new
so called dreamer class. All ourparents came here legally, but we were
born in this country. My goodness, what an absolute cluster. This is
three hundred and two thousand illegal immigrantsunder Joe Biden. We've had millions across
(21:30):
the board. It maybe is manywherebetween five seven million cross and that's not
even counting. But God always, but hey, doesn't keep up. By
the way, I'm SURGERYO Sanchez.Where's you're going? Hey boy, where's
Dana? Dana is out to daygetting some rest. Say a prayer for
her and for peace and tranquility inher heart. And Chris, you guys
(21:52):
that keep up with data, youknow online. You know they're a little
painful situation they're going through right now, but they'll be fine and willing.
Dana will be back with us tomorrow. Meantime, I'm Sergio Sentiz from the
DANISHO affiliate in Deep South Texas, reporting to you on how Korean Joul Pierre
KJP all so quick to blame theRepublicans for this Biden border mess, saying
(22:18):
the president took serious action from dayone the cup thirty two Steve, So,
here's the thing, just to justlead this out just a little bit
job So on the first day ofhis administration, the President took this very
seriously, and when it came toimmigration, when it came to a border
security, he put forth a comprehensivepiece of legislation that was almost three years
ago. If Congress host Republicans didn'tget in the way and they actually took
(22:40):
action, we probably would be ina different place today. Now what we're
seeing in Congress is in the Senate, Republicans and Democrats together are working towards
a bipartisan deal. Another sign ofnot only in confidence, but lack of
leadership. And another example why thereis a void, just you know,
(23:00):
a vacuum right now on the executivebranch. There's no leadership. Leaders take
responsibility, Leaders take the blame.Leader's correct course. And this so called
leader Joe Biden, from the verybeginning, well, one of the first
things that he did, boys andgirls, well you guys are paying attention.
He stopped deportations, right for atleast one hundred days. He stopped
deportations. And then pretty much thisparole program they cross illegally. You let
(23:25):
them stay. Oh, check theCOVID vaccine and check for other communicable diseases.
Oh no, don't check. Justlet them let them in, let
them stand in line figuratively speaking forsome of these asylum hearings. Just let
them all in. Buy them millions. It's KJP man. Every time she's
flapping her guns. I'm always thinkingthat there's what was that old saying,
(23:47):
there's liars, there's damn liars, and then there's Democrats, and now KJP
has gone even further down, andthen there's Joe Biden company, KJP and
everybody else, which the last twoare pretty much one and the same.
So get it again. I remindyou stop voting stupidly. I'm going to
connect the dots for you because nobodyelse does. In the media present leadership
of the Republican Party, who shouldbe doing that, they're not doing that
(24:07):
either. Think about think of allthe messes that we are in right now,
from the bloodshed and Jordan, fromthe bloodshed in Afghanistan, from the
inflation from the Biden border miss theupheaval, and social issues and confusion and
androgyny, and they're going after yourkids and all these everything comes from all
(24:27):
this craziness, all this lunacy comesfrom the Democrats. And part of that
is to tie our hands as wellwhen it comes to energy and prosperity and
jobs. You heard late last weekright that the Biden administration is shooting us
in the foot when it comes todistributing clean burning liquefied natural gas. All
(24:52):
these exports to friends in Europe whoneed this fuel to run their turbines and
generators and keep the lights on becauseyou know they can't get any of that
from Russia or Ukraine. Yeah,Joe Biden stopping exports, new exports hurting
all of us. My goodness. That conversation coming up later in the program.
In the meantime, we're addressing thebig story of the day. Three
(25:14):
Dad, dozens, dozens andrew alloverseas. I want to get reaction from
a friend of mine with a uniqueorganization that hopes to discipline our military,
discipline our government, and stop wastingour most precious resource, our young people.
As far as our military is concerned. Let me bring into the program
for commentary on the sad state ofaffairs right now for some of our troops.
(25:37):
Chairman and founder of Bringing our TroopsHome is Dan Makenight. Dan,
let's start with the cred and let'slet's take out some credentials down to tell
folks about your personal experience in themilitary. You're a veteran, so folk,
let's start there about your service toour country. Absolutely, I served
(25:57):
for thirteen years, and I servedin three different branches in the United States
Marine Corps, in the Active DutyArmy, and in the Idaho Army National
Guard, where I deployed Afghanistan asa member of the National Guard from two
thousand and five to two thousand andseven and came home after the war and
became disillusioned with our mission there.I felt like we were sending our troops
(26:19):
abroad without clear definition of success andwhat the war was supposed to look like
and how we could win the war. And I formed an organization called Bring
our Troops Home in twenty nineteen withthe sole purpose of affecting US foreign policy
and creating a more restrained vision ofhow we use the military around the world
by forcing Congress to do their joband to declare war before we ever participate
(26:42):
in war. How successful have youbeen in getting lawmakers to listen to you?
You know, our success in Washington, DC has been very limited because
the uniparty is not interested in actuallyfollowing the Constitution and Congress is not interested
in reclaiming their stitutional authority under Articleon Section eight. So we have now
pivoted and instead of working in Washington, DC, we're working in the states
(27:06):
with the state legislatures, and wehave a bill that we have got introduced
into over thirty states. It's calledDefend the Guard. Essentially, it would
require that the National Guard from eachstate withholds their National Guard from being called
into federal service for the purposes ofcombat unless Congress has first done their job,
so we could we're trying to removefifty percent of the military's force to
(27:32):
go around the world on these wars, these adventures, these wars of choice,
unless we've done it the right way. If Congress wants to put their
name on the line, then theNational Guards should willingly put their boots on
the ground. Interesting that comment comesat a time when okay, that's a
foreign engage. When it comes toa US response, we got a bunch
of Democrats asking for Joe Biden totake over the text National Guard because we
(27:55):
are at loggerheads right now. We'vegot Greg Abbott and Joe Biden, gregabage
to enforced law on the border.Joe Biden in minions obviously not the camp
by some Democrats the nationalize the Guardhere in Texas. Take it away from
Greg Aabbott, who's trying to putit from Razor Wire. What do you
make of this is bizarre twilight zonesituation that we have on the US Mexican
(28:18):
boarder. No, it's absolutely youknow, the National Guard and the the
disdain that the current administration has forthe service members in each state is magnified
by a headline that I saw thismorning when I woke up. Arizona and
National guardsmen among those injured in Jordandrone strike. This happened yesterday. We
have the bill defend the Guard passedthrough the state Senate in Arizona last year,
(28:42):
and the Republican speaker of the Houseput the bill in his drawer and
refused to let it be heard inthe house. We could have prevented the
death of Arizona National guardsmen in Jordanyesterday if we could have gotten this bill
passed through the state legislature. Sonow we pivoted Texas and we see Governor
Abbott using the National Guard, whichis the state militia, for what they're
(29:04):
actually constitutionally required to do, repeland invasion, and Joe Biden wants to
send in federal shock troops to engagein some sort of armed and hostile conflict
with Americans. With citizens of Texasbecause they're trying to defend our homeland,
something that he is willfully neglected. It's a bizarre, strange place we find
(29:27):
ourselves, and I think that they'regoing to find out real fast that Texans
and Americans in general do not supportthe federal government coming into our states and
dictating that we turn over our property, our liberty, and our peace and
prosperity to some invading force. Tohear some Democrats telling Joe Bid, hey,
(29:48):
go in there, pull rank, you take over that guard in order
not to enforce port or law. Now, I think that's as simple and
accurate as you can explain it tothe American people, and I wish more
people would be paying attention. Myguest right now is Dan McKnight. He's
with bringing our troops home. Quick, recap your thoughts on this attack by
(30:10):
these terrorists. These they keep sayingIran back militants attacking a US facility that
had a bunch of US service members, And what in your mind, what
should America do next? Now?I say, bring our troops home,
right, that's what we should obviouslyget our house in order and lead the
world through peace and economic prosperity andthrough international diplomacy, not occupation and empire
(30:33):
building. You know, demonstrate ourleadership, myself restrain, and self governance,
not regime change influence peddling. Youknow, our international good intentions have
created this self induced perpetual war machinecranking out violent insurgents who hate us because
of our occupation of their homeland, not because of our freedom and prosperity and
(30:55):
the democracy that they claim that theyhate. We're in this imperial realm phase
of our own American story arc.And as a reminder for those that aren't
really aware, the imperial phase endedwith the Roman and Byzantine empires falling when
the Turks took control of their owncapital city because their military was absent in
marching around the world and expanding theempire. The imperial phase has never and
(31:18):
will never end with a return tothe republican phase unless we can fully restrain
our own foreign policy and tend toour own backyard. So my heart aches
for the deaths and the injuries thatAmericans sustained in Jordan, but I have
to ask the question, what arewe doing there? When did Congress authorize
this war effort? When did Congressdeclare war that justifies us putting our boots
(31:42):
on the ground in a foreign sovereignnation. Let's look at policing maritime straight
to horror moves and all these ships, some Americans, some UK, some
allies, and you got everything frompetrol and other fuels and cargo and containerships,
all that being attacked by whotis Isthere a role for the US Naval
(32:07):
forces, for the US military tostay there at least patrol and protect US
interests that are shipping through the straitsof hormones. Article two, Section three
of the Constitution actually gives power tothe federal governments to defend the waterways,
to defend the seeds, and todefend American interests on the international waters.
That's actually in our constitution. SoI don't have a problem with us,
(32:31):
you know, engaging in maritime operations. What I do have a problem with,
though, is using those maritime operationsand the presence of the United States
Navy to launch strikes and attacks intoa country, into a nation, into
a political body of people that wehave not declared war against and with whom
(32:52):
we're not at war with. Andfor us to get this thing right,
we do need to reclaim the powerthat we've given Congress. Congress is to
tell the executive no more. Youdo not get to go to war unless
we declare it. It's in theconstitution. You have violated a constitution,
and Congress has a duty to usetheir influence over the executive. No matter
(33:12):
who is there, Biden, Trump, Obama, it doesn't matter if the
president has taken us into war illegally. Congress has a duty to impeach because
that is an impeachable offense. DanMcKnight with bringing our troops home, some
may say, man, look thisthing taking place in the Straits of Hormones.
US naval forces are simply shooting backwhen shot upon from yes, from
(33:37):
land targets. Is your argument onlyto create an iron dome, Let's say,
over US commercial ships and military shipsand not fire back when shot at.
I mean they're shooting missiles from beachesand from cities. I think it's
important to distinguish. Is the UnitedStates Navy in Hormones because they're protecting trading
(34:01):
routes and American commercial interests, orare they there as a show of a
posturing and strength because of what's happeningin Israel with the Palestinians right now,
what is the purpose of the UnitedStates military being there? And I would
suggest that we don't have one carriergroup, we have two or three carrier
groups in the area, as theyshow a force as the United States flexing
(34:24):
their international might. But again,if it's so important for US to send
thousands of Americans into a region ofthe world and occupy multiple nations and to
attack multiple nations with our military might, if it's so important for us to
do that, let's do it theright way. Let's declare war. Let's
put the full faith, credit andsupport of the United States Congress, the
(34:46):
government, and our nation as awhole behind the effort. Define the mission,
define success, get the heck outof the way, and let the
military do their job, and thenlet them come home once they've completed it.
Don't make us data forever understood.Yeah, thanks for your time,
Dan, be safe from bringing ourtroops home? Is Dan McKnight. I'm

Apple, Spotify or wherever you getyour podcasts from South Texas. Here in
tune with the Dana Show, HappyMonday. I'm Sergio Sanchez and for my
friend Dana Lash and Lord willinks she'llbe back with us tomorrow. Tell you
someone who's going to stick around herpromises to stick around after South Carolina after
(36:39):
the Republican primary. Yeah, NikkiHaley's she's in the news today saying that
South Carolina and everybody in their dogwe all know she's going to lose.
She's likely to lose big in SouthCarolina. But oh, former Governor Nicki
Haley saying that in her home state, win or lose, it's not going
(37:05):
to be do or die when itcomes to her campaign. So there you
go at a time when we needeverybody rowing in the same direction because we
have a country that we need tosave. In my opinion, you know,
at this point, you know,if Governor Ronda Santis figured it out
and said, Okay, we needto move, we need to row in
one direction. Let's fight people.Let's and first of all, let's fundraise.
(37:25):
That's what I think they should besaying. Let's fundraise, put some
money in the coffers, concentrate onthe swing states, get the messaging out
there, connect the DUTs via someof these social media you know, YouTube
commercials, some of the Instagram commercials, you know, the pre rolls and
all that stuff. Yeah, youguys on the Republican side should be messaging.
(37:45):
But since you're second messaging, Idon't expect any of that fundraising or
any of those media purchases to tryto connect the dots to inform the ignorant
American electorate because it's all exacerbrated bythe leftist, crazy lunatics communists that control
the media. Yeah, I don'texpect the Republicans to do that. But
she said she's going to be apain in the you know what, Well,
she didn't say that, but I'msaying that she's going to be a
pain in the rear end South SouthCarolina. It's not duo dies. One
(38:08):
of her comments from you know, doing the Sunday shows this past weekend,
Hey, the super Bowl is set? Uh? From the who gives a
flip category of news, unless,of course, you're a forty nine Ers
fan, or you're offen of theof the chefs in Kansas City, or
you're a Swift d right Taylor Swiftfunny meme. I saw this past weekend
(38:35):
a map of our country, thecontiguous forty eight states. It showed in
red the those cheering for Kansas City. Of course, just one little red
dot in the middle was Kansas, right, those cheering for the forty nine
ers, and left coast west coastnorthern California. You had little forty nine
er cap out there. And thethird category was all gray from coast to
(38:59):
coast, all gray in the categorysarea? Can can both of these teams
lose? Like please? Yeah,That's where I'm me. I was with
the Lions. Just my heart waswith the Lions because you know, they'd
never been there before. I kindof wanted them to win and have some
friends and rooting for him. Thanksfor joining us. Monday edition of the
Data Show. I'm Sergio Sanchez, reporting from South Texas. As we get
(39:20):
moving our partners this portion of ourprogram. It's our friends over at kel
Tech, this sub two K thingsreally cool. I don't know. We
were at the kel Tech booth yesterdayand I got to see a lot of
people's reaction to the Gen three thatthey have and it's it's I've called it
gun or agami, and they're like, yeah, that's actually correct. I
mean that's like as close to itas you could get. The cool thing
(39:44):
about it is it's nine millimeter subtwo K Gen three. It's shipping now
and you don't have to detach yourfavorite optics anymore. If you're gonna fold
it in half. The literally thewhole thing folds in half now. Previously
you'd have to take your optics offall that. Now you don't. It's
simple twist and fold motion. It'sa P and pending rotating for in and
so either direction at twists, andyou can fold it in half just as
(40:05):
easy as you deploy it. Youcan quickly you pack it up. It's
optics and everything. You can stay, it stays on. It's it's awesome.
And that's just one of the upgradesthat they've made to this Gen three
version of the sub Tuk that's pushedit over the top. They got an
upgraded illumined trigger, redesigned trigger mechanics. You got a light in five pound
trigger pool. The updated trigger alsomakes for more precise feedback. They have
(40:28):
upgraded action, They got a newchamber indicator and this one ship's in glock
nineteen configuration, so it also takesmagazines from the Glock seventeen just awesome,
made right here in the US ofa family owned Florida based company. To
learn more about the sub two KGen three, visit Keltech Weapons dot com.
That's k E L t e CWeapons dot com. Tell them Dana
sent you convinced Americans and voters thatthose prices might not go back to where
(40:54):
they were before the pandemic. Well, I think most Americans know that prices
are not likely to fall. It'snot the FED subjective to try to push
the level of prices back to wherethey were. Of course. Yeah,
the fed's objective is what is itpoisoners? Slow down? Try to slow
(41:17):
down the US economy. Try toraise the price of money that the capital
that you might need to I don'tknow, borrow for a home, borrow
for a car, the price thatyou pay for borrowing on your credit card,
and the capital that businesses need inorder to build stuff, hire people,
buy raw materials, build stup, including at raw materials for the assembly.
(41:39):
Then yeah that, yeah, theprices ain't going down. And yeah,
you know you're smart enough to knowthat. I'm Sergio Sanchez. You
are in tune with the Dana Show, and I'm reporting to you from you
know, just hours drive away fromElon Musk and star Abase. You say,
yeah, it's Texas Rocket Venure, the real Grand Alia Texas affiliate k
(42:01):
u RV in South Texas. Danatake care of some family stuff and she'll
tell us about that tomorrow when shecomes back. Lord Willie, Yeah,
you ain't dumb. Just don't forgetto connect the dots. And for your
not so well informed family members andyour colleagues, be patient, don't start
(42:21):
yelling now, just be patient andcalmly explain to them. Connect the dots.
How an oversupply of money under theBiden administration. And yes, sadly,
sadly, too many Republican politicians, all Democrats are Republicans because they were
so afraid of being called and calledout for not being sensitive enough, not
(42:43):
caring enough, not providing for theAmerican people some type of lifeline during COVID
and the shutdown that should never havehappened. But yeah, a lot of
mistakes were made and instead of correctingthose mistakes and learning from them, we
just got the same stupid behavior.Just print, print, print, They're
not even printing them any there's not. I don't think there's probably no trees
in this country and this world toprint the trillions upon trillions and trillions of
(43:06):
notes and dollars and flush the market. It's all electronic money, it's all
fake money, and it's all saddledon our kids and grandkids. That maybe,
unless everything implodes and we die asa nation, maybe force our kids
and grandkids to pay for this sometimein the future. Salaries have been adjusted.
The price of fuel. It's muchhigher compared to thirty six twenty four
(43:30):
months ago, especially thirty six monthsago under the final month of the Trump
administration, even first month after theadministration, the price started going north.
Because the mindset of this administration,Biden administration, is to try to destroy,
try to diminish, and if theycould, I'm sure some of his
menus completely end the use of fossilfuels, the lifeblood of the American economy
(43:52):
and all economies. For that moneyand other kill the American economy. First,
as an example to the rest ofthe world. Let people start,
Let people try to find new jobsand something they're not trained for, which
is all this new energy technology thatstill hasn't been proved. Kamala Harris out
there. The isn't she the bordersare who hasn't seen the mess, the
(44:14):
Biden border mess that we have rightnow down here. I'm talking of the
economy again. As I told youlast hour, you got liars, you
got damn liars, and they gotDemocrats, and then you got the Biden
administration cut nines. They will allstart by saying that we still have work
to do to bring down prices. But the work we have done has been
(44:40):
historic in terms of strengthening the economybringing down prices, My Harry Mexican,
But absolutely not. No, whatwe have seen is a slowdown in the
rate of inflation. That's all itis. And you need to explain that.
Connect the dots to you friends andfamily who are so tempted, so
(45:02):
fearful, that they're tempted to votefor this and incompetent boob that we have
at the White House right now,Joe Biden, who can't he can't finish
sentences, can't finish speeches, hecan't even read from the teleprompter. As
I said last hour, I justit just dawned me this past weekend listening
to a string of some of hisincoherent conclusions and babbling when he's trying to
(45:27):
finish something. He's ready on Teleprompterty. This guy probably couldn't even know.
He probably couldn't even read the nuclearcoaches. Once they gave him the card
from the nuclear football to defend ourcountry, to fire back, he probably
wouldn't even be able to reach anythinglike that. Can you imagine too much
money, too much fake money, too much monopoly money, not enough supply.
It's common sense. And you don'tneed an economics degree from Haward or
(45:52):
anywhere else. Obviously, of late, you don't need to be that smart
to be leading how for that matter, if you know what I'm saying,
too much money, two little goods, too few goods supply that's small.
Yeah. Absolutely, people are gonnabe willing to pay through the nose for
whatever is out there and to deliverit to the market. The price of
(46:14):
fuel, that's a big factor aswell. I know Joe Biden's out there
and let's see bragging about prices andgas price it was cut nineteen say,
let's get that one other. Theway inflation is coming down. It's now
lower in America than any other majoreconomy in the world for cost of eggs,
milk, chicken, gas and somany other essential items have come down.
(46:35):
But for all we've done to bringprices down, there are still too
many corporations in America ripping people off. Of course, let's blame it on
capitalism. Let's blame it on thebillionaire. Let's blame it on the rich.
We need to eat the rich.Liars, damn liars and Democrats.
And then there's Joe Biden and companyand price to haven't come down. They
(47:00):
haven't. Let's take a look atthe price of gas. Let's get on
the gas. Let's take a lookat chicken. Let's take a look at
eggs and milk and all that, all the essential proteins, beef and all
that. Let's compare the prices nowto thirty six months ago, when you
took the rains thirty six plus monthsago, we took the rains compared to
(47:21):
that, and see people are stillfeeling that pain. And that's why again
I encourage you, for your friendsor family, the willfully, blissfully ignorant
and misinfform in your ranks. You'regonna have to do that. You're gonna
have to do the heavy lifting onbehalf of our nation. You're gonna have
to tell your uncle, You're gonnahave to tell your cousin, You're gonna
have to tell your cowork you haveto tell your clients. You're gonna need
to have that conversation. To examinethe prices about thirty six months ago.
(47:45):
Examine the policies, the flood ofmoney, the lack of supply, the
energy policies increasing the price of dieseldelivery to market. And another thing that's
pretty easy to explain, the lackof leadership, which lack of leadership and
anything by the Biden administration. Butlike atle when it came to the supply
chain in this country at a time, we had ship stuck on the Pacific
(48:06):
coast where Lord knows how many goodsI needed to come to market to try
to ease inflation, get all thatstuff to market. Those that was that
was a call for a true leaderto put the trucks of the military in
action to off board all those goodsand send it to market, an emergency
response. And we got nothing, absolutely nothing from this dude. So you're
(48:27):
gonna have to connect the dots foryour friends and family. Biden White House
confirming the record number of the socalled encounters at the US Mexican border.
For the month of December, USCustoms Border Protection announcing three hundred and two
over three hundred and two thousand socalled encounters at the border. That's everything
(48:50):
from the international bridges to pretty muchall of them are the encounters by border
patrol between the international bridges. Threehundred and two thousand encounters folks coming across
the bridges talking to CBP two hundredand fifty thousand. Other three hundred and
two thousand encounters were illegal immigrants, people swimming the river, crossing the desert,
(49:14):
maybe tearing into some of that fencingand the southwest border, crossing the
border illegally and then immediately waiting inline, waiting for border patrol to show
up and to give them some payboard, some documents to come into the country
now legally after being processed in parole. This is Joe Biden's border people,
he owns it. This is themess. But meantime, Alex Majorca is
(49:37):
saying that there's no border mess, there's no problem. The border is secure
by the administration. Again, theythemselves admitting the record numbers that we see
at the border, and by theway, do you guys see that some
traffic online on the convoy. Infact, it's already I think today this
(49:59):
convoy of truck they're trying to pointa finger draw attention to the Biden border
mess. They were scheduled. Theycame from up northeast from the south,
whole bunch of truckers. I havenot seen any followed. I actually haven't
been able to see any video onthis, but I expect maybe to see
it tomorrow. Maybe Dana can talkabout this. If they were successful in
getting whole bunch of people to theborder, they were headed toward toward Eagle
(50:21):
Pass, which is ground zero rightnow in the legal fight between Joe Biden,
who does not want to enforce borderlaw, and Greg Abbatt, or
governor in Texas, who wants todo anything everything possible to make up for
the fact that we have been abandoned, that this is a border invasion,
(50:42):
that Joe Biden the federal government havecompletely washed their hands of this responsibility of
providing any border security, any orderlymigration into this country and have left us
with hundreds of thousands of ea llegalcrossers coming into this nation, lord knows
from where, not properly. There'sonly so much you can do to properly
(51:05):
vet and do a background check ontwo hundred and fifty thousand illegal immigrants.
I know the border patrolling count ofthese people. See and I'm not even
mentioning to you the folks who gotaway from the border patrol. There's only
so much you can do to properlyvet and do a background check on all
these people. We have no ideawhat's coming into this country. We do
know based on plenty of video, plenty of reports from the southwest to south
(51:29):
of Tucson from Ego past. It'sa lot of young men, strong,
some of these reports, like tosay, military age young men, A
lot of young men, strong, young men. Now, are they coming
over here to work, some asillegal immigrants on some construction site where they're
coming here for other purposes, nefariouspurposes in our country? I don't know,
(51:49):
You don't know. Compliments of JoeBiden. President Trump is speaking out
about this mess on the border. He was at a rally in Vegas.
Former President Trump trying to convince lawmakersup in DC not to support this so
called bipartisan legislation that might give JoeBiden some emergency authority, you know,
(52:12):
have him waives a little wand didn'tlook like he's trying to do something for
I don't know the Republican mess. That and there's a lot of people and
if Joe Biden today were to saythat, and he has by the way,
he has people Karine Chanpierre, thesepeople have have been trying to blame
the Republicans for this Biden border mess. We have so many SAPs in this
country, so people willfully misinformed, wilfully ignorant, people that would believe him
(52:37):
every single word that he has tosay. President Try President Trump trying to
convince lawmakers in DC, don't doit, don't try to pass any type
of emergency authority. Don't give himsome type of band aid to make him
look like he's trying to do somethingabout the mess that he created. Let
him own it first. Where's Presidenttrum praising Texas Governor Greg Gabbott for as
(53:04):
former President Trump saying, Greg Gabbottin Texas defying the US Supreme Court telling
all these other states to send moreNational Guard troops to Texas and support we
had like what twenty five states latelast week that express support for what Greg
Gabbott and say the Texas are doingtrying to enforce some type of border law.
We are so divided right now, man, I don't recall enough.
(53:25):
If you have to go all theway back to the Civil War, I
think you have to go all theway back then to see a nation so
divided that. Man, it's almostlike it's a powder k God help us.
I hope and praying nothing bad happens, nothing worse, because we have
bats stuff happening already. Nothing worsehappened on the US Mexican border right now.
(53:47):
That leads to, oh, Idon't even want to take my mind.
There twenty five states supporting Texas, willing to help out. And around
here. Look, I'm reporting toyou from what I refer to as the
Danias Show Southern covent here in theRio Grand Valley maccount tax I see plenty
of vehicles that are Department of PublicSafety vehicles from Florida, fish and wildlife
(54:12):
from from Florida, other Florida state, other state, and the folks that
are helping out Texas authorities try tosecure the border. Here in deep South
Texas, the hot spot is EaglePass. That's where you got the we
got razor wire down here. We'vegot lots of razor wire in that state
park, that city park, andEagle Pass, and that's where this caravan
was headed, headed the Eagle Pass. I think that we're going to go
(54:36):
visit I'll Passo and then head overto I think Arizona right south of Tucson
as well, the hot spots they'recutting them cutting the wall out there.
So then we'll hear some more informationon this caravan. These truckers trying to
shign a light on this, anddon't forget if you sign a light on
this, don't forget to stop votingstupid, like, don't you dare vote
for any single Democrats state legislature, national office. That's where the mess is
(54:59):
coming from. That's the team thatsupports this fool right now made a mess
of border. I'm Sergio Sentsius. You're listening to the Dana Show for a
Monday. Thank you so much forjoining us today. You stick around,
got a conversation related to all thisthis Biden versus Abbot fight that's taking place,
and some people, some Democrats, demanding that Joe Biden take the Texas
(55:21):
National Guard, take the National Guardaway from Greg Abbott. That conversation coming
up later this hour on The DanaShow. Craving a daily dose of intellectual
adrenaline, look no further than TheDana Show podcast where Curiosity Meets Courage.
By following on Apple, Spotify orwherever you get your podcasts. From South
Texas, you're listening to The DanaShow. I'm Sergio Sanchius and for my
(55:45):
friend Dana, she should be backtomorrow with us Lord willing and coming up
in just a little bit, oneof the communists Castro Brothers, you know
from Central Text up in San Antonio. He wants Joe Biden to thireralize,
to nationalize the Guard right here intextas take it away from Greg Abbott and
my friend from Heritage, Hans vonSkopowski. That's told Hans a long time.
(56:09):
He come man, won't you justchange your last name to smith Man.
It's a whole lot easier I haveto do, like verbal catastenicsist say
your name. Well, Hans willjoin us, explain why Joe Biden did
have a legal leg to stand onwhen it comes to the Constitution and the
Guard. So that's coming up injests a little bit let's do some headlines,
STEVEO. And now all of thenews you would probably miss. It's
(56:30):
time for Dana's quick five. Well, they say in politics, strange strange
bedfellows. Well, look who's inthe news, Snoop Dogg saying he has
nothing but love and respect for DonaldTrump. It seems that Snoop dog remember
him, He did it when DonaldTrump came to office, did a video
him. Literally on the video youcould see this clownish figure that he was
(56:52):
pointed gun at and was shooting likethe tenants shoot Donald Trump. Well,
Snoop Dogg has had a change ofheart because the Trump pardoned a front of
his death ro Records co founder MichaelHarris, who served thirty years in prison
for conspiracy to commit first degree murder. And now they're all friends, lovey
dove. Snoop Dogg is a bigTrump fan. They'd nothing but love for
him. Will you vote for him? Snoop? Attention all big government lefties,
(57:16):
you guys who believe and everybody payingtheir fair share and believe the government
is a solution. Well, here'syour chance to give more to the government
to solve everything right. Income taxseason has finally arrived. Today's day one
for the twenty twenty three Federal IncomesTax resturant season. You can fire paperwork
and the Russian figure skating team willbe stripped of gold medals from the twenty
(57:37):
twenty two Beijing Olympics because of dopingallegations. The American who came in second
gets the gold. Woo from SouthTexas. You're listening to The Dana Show.
Elevate your commute, workouts or downtimewith the Dana Show podcast. Unleashed
the power of knowledge at your fingertipsby following Dana on Apple, Spotify,
(58:00):
or wherever you get your podcasts.Texas should stand their ground. They should
enforce their state law and go backto the constitutional rights that they've been granted
to protect their state sovereignty. Andthat's what so many of us as governors
are offended by, is that Democratswere threatening to encourage the president to activate
our guards in order to get themto stand down and not protect our states.
(58:23):
So it is a dangerous situation. From the state of Nude Kuda.
That's Christy Nome governor who I'm talkingwith Steve off here. I think probably
her middle initials would be VP orwants to be VP CHRISTI VP. No,
I'm Sergio Centsius and you're listening tothe data show from South Texas.
(58:44):
Yeah, Dana had a write upon this this past weekend. No,
it's less than a handful of electoralvotes. Absolutely, it ain't. It
ain't going to happen now. Stevewas telling me some of the write ups,
and I haven't seen this, butStephanic Vivek lots of people still mentioning
(59:07):
those names. I don't know.Look, this is just my two cents,
since I get the benefit the blessingof failing in for my buddy Dana.
And I know you guys that areworking the party out there. I
know you guys that work for someof these chairmen and chairwomen and for Ronald
McDonald. Actually, I shouldn't saythat Ronald McDaniel because I think Ronald McDaniel
(59:28):
or Ronald McDonald probably do a betterjob of running the Republican Party right now,
doing some fundraising, getting out thereand properly messaging. And all you
need to do is message in theswing states kids, that's all. That's
where you need to buy first, fundraise one hundreds of millions of dollars there's
no excuse for you to be bankrupt. You're Republicans. You're the party of
the rich, right, aren't you? So fundraising? Go advertising the Swing
(59:51):
States before people opened up that littleYouTube and little stupid video and see try
to connect the dots with them, tell me to stop voting Democrat. They
open up those little Instagram video andopen up those Facebook videos. Before they
see that, they see a quickroll ten seconds, fifteen secs. So
let me connect the dots. Bidenbored a mess inflation compare to thirty price
of fuel, all this insecurity andstability, the bloodshed in the Middle East.
(01:00:14):
Yeah, Biden, stop voting stupid, Stop voting Deman. You need
to connect the dots with these people. And yeah, there's no leadership in
the Republican Party. But I digress. I think that the one who will
be doing the messaging, sadly againby himself, will be Donald Trump.
And for you guys are working theNicki Haley camp. I know she's saying
she's not gonna leave the campaign. She's not gonna leave South Carolina's not the
(01:00:37):
end. That is. You getyour butt handed, tell you could you
please take your oars? Could youplease start rowing in the same direction to
defeat not only Joe Biden, butdefeat all of his minions, all of
his apologists in conversations, so manythese people in swing states and some of
the coward Republicans who are jumping shipright now, they have other Republicans,
(01:01:00):
right. You need to connect thedots on all the major issues so that
all those swing districts and all thoseswing states are properly informed and they probably
informed and don't make the mistake ofvoting Joe Biden and company back to Washington,
because we have a nation to say, and that makes sense. This,
(01:01:21):
I think for people that work forDonald Trump, this is my two
cents. Why don't go for it? I say, you know you were
lovey dovey and praising ron decands. Why not that was many months ago?
Freedom loving Americans and liberty loving Americans, America first minded citizens and neighbors.
(01:01:43):
What was it? You know?It was the dream tickets Trump Descantis right,
and let the Santis be the messagingboard. Let him be a fighter.
He knows how to fight the mediavivic and don't get me wrong,
VI is very intelligent and very disciplinedand properly messaging his point of view,
(01:02:06):
does good job and doing his homeworkand putting one, two, three of
those messages and going for the jugger. That's what I love about Vivid Robinson.
He knows how to communicate. Ithink Vivid Ramisommant would be a perfect
campaign spokesperson to constantly take it tothe media and connect the dots, remind
them of all the bogus conspiracies, all the lies that were throwing at Donald
(01:02:30):
Trump to destroy his presidency. Doit over and over again, defend Donald
tru I think Vivic would be anawesome campaign spokesman. But the dream ticket
a long time ago was Trump dissent. I think it still is. Don't
be afraid, mister President. Iknow you guys are lovey dovey, and
you guys are talking nice things abouteach other. Make it happen. Put
that dream ticket together so that nextshot, four years down the road,
(01:02:53):
we continue with an America first mindset. If it's not round de Sanders,
I think the all America story, that all parents and all kids who could
look at of all colors, black, inner city, inner city America,
or maybe the poor white kids inAppalachia, any color, yellow, red,
(01:03:15):
whatever, all the kids could lookat his example of stick. Two
of it is when it came toeducation, a great mama that forced them
to read, do good in school, and become a success in medicine.
It's a great story. Ben Carson, I think would be a great vice
presidential candidate, but I think itshould be Trump just hands not. That's
(01:03:37):
because all I'm going to say aboutthat. I'm Sergio Scientiz. I'm in
for my friend Dana Lashon. Youwant to say hi online reached me here
at the radio station with k ur V is one of the proud affiliates.
Fourth of the Dana Show. It'sSergio s E r G I O
at ku r V dot com.On Twitter, on x It's at Sergio
(01:03:57):
Talk. Well. The fight continueson the order and we got some of
these communists, a Castro communists, one of the twins up there saying,
Joe Biden to take over the Texas, take over the National Guard, take
it away from from Greg Abbott. But it's not as easy as he as
it sounds. There's there are laws, there's a constitution that needs to be
o aged. So let me goto my friend from heritage who explains it.
(01:04:21):
Why Joe Biden can't just simply takethe Guard from Texas. Some Democrats
are saying that, hey, wecan get Joe Biden to take the Guard
away from Texas from Greg Gabbt justnationalize it. That way, Joe Biden
can use the National Garden taxes toin essence not enforce border law. Greg
Gabbott's trying to enforce border law.But does Joe Biden have an illegal standing
(01:04:45):
to do that? From the HeritageFoundation senior legal fellow, Hans von Spakowsky,
Happiest twenty twenty four, my friend, welcome back to the program.
So there you go. Does JoeBiden have a legal leg to stand done
when it comes to taking over theGuard to not enforce law at the border?
No, he doesn't. If youlook at the federal statutes that govern
(01:05:09):
the National Guard in times of warand national emergencies, the President can call
this National Guards into service as partof our military reserve, but he can
only do it with the consent ofthe governor of that state. So if
the governor doesn't give that consent, then they remain under the complete control of
(01:05:32):
the governor, and so the presidentcan't do that. Now thunder, there
are certain circumstances under which that canbe overridden, but none of them fit
in the situation. And what thosefederal statues talk about is they're based on
the Insurrection Act of eighteen oh seven, and you have to show that there
(01:05:56):
is a rebellion going on, andthat obviously is not the case here.
You have to show, for example, that state and federal laws are not
being enforced, that judicial proceedings, the regular course, the judicial proceedings aren't
working, and of course, asyou know, that's not the situation here.
(01:06:18):
No court, no court has saidTexas can't continue to do what it's
been doing, which is putting upbarbed wire fencing to try to secure the
border. So the president has nolegal authority to take over the guard as
(01:06:38):
I read some folks like Vado O'Rourkehave been urging him to do. Yeah,
does the State of taxes? DoesGreg Abbott have a firm constitutional lay
to stand on when it comes todefending the State of taxes from invasion?
Is in my opinion, the governorfinally has properly declared. I know he's
been saying that for several months, but it's obvious to everybody this as an
(01:07:00):
invasion there is no border unless Texasputs up something. So describe for us
again constitution wise, this protection, this defense of the border. Well,
keep in mind that what Texas wasdoing was putting up fencing on state owned
and private property, not federal property. And when the federal government started cutting
(01:07:21):
holes in the fencing, they wentto court. The Fifth Circuit US Court
of Appield issued an injunction telling theBiden administration that it could not take down
this fencing that the state was puttingon state land. The Biden administration appealed
(01:07:41):
that it was an emergency appeal tothe US Supreme Court, and the US
Supreme Court simply issued a very simpletwo sentence order, not on the merits,
not on the merits of the issue, but simply saying no, there
won't be an injunction while this caseis on appeal, and the case i
think is being argued on the fifteenthin the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals,
(01:08:05):
and so Texas will continue to pushon this. But the whole point is
is that the only thing the courtsdid was say, well, though the
Biden administration can't be stopped from removingparts of the fencing. But they didn't
say a word about Texas not beingable to continue to put up fencing,
and as you know, apparently theBiden administration has stood down and said,
(01:08:28):
well, no, it's not goingto try to remove the fencing. Hans
von Spakowski from Heritage. The executivebranch is absent willfully. In my opinion,
Joe Biden is not enforcing border lawn. He's got his minions out there.
Majorca is allowing everybody into the countryto stay when they cross illegally.
Is there, legally speaking, anyany politicians, any attorneys general, any
(01:08:53):
governors to sue the executive branch,so Joe Biden for not doing his job.
Well, as you know, it'svery difficult to force a president to
engage in actions if he doesn't wantto do it. And the Biden administration
has done nothing but fight in courtto avoid actually having to do what they're
(01:09:15):
supposed to do, which is enforceimmigration law. You may have seen that
one of the House committees investigating Mayorkasthe head of DHS, just released an
impeachment resolution, and I've taken alook at it. And those who say
that, oh no, you shouldn'timpeach somebody just because they have a different
policy priority or looking at this thewrong way. They don't want to impeach
(01:09:38):
him for having a different policy priority. They want to impeach him for directly
violating federal law. And one justone example of that is that the neither
the President nor the Secretary of HomelandSecurity have the right to provide mass parole
to illegal aliens in the US.They can't do that. That's a violates
(01:10:01):
federal law. And yet they've beendoing exactly that. So what this House
committee is recommending is Majorcus be impeachedfor actually violating federal law and directing the
people who work for him at DHSto violate federal law. That is an
impeachable offense. But why just Majorca, I mean, he's only an employee
(01:10:24):
of the executive brand. Is JoeBiden who's responsible for this policy or non
enforcement policy? It's he's the boss. Why not go after Joe Biden?
Well, that's a political question,and I guess you'd have to go into
whether Republicans in the House are willingor not willing to do that. And
(01:10:45):
I think their idea is to startwith Mayorcus, who's directly in charge of
what is happening. Whether they wouldthen go over his head. I don't
know, it's just that cowardly,And they don't want to go after Joe
Biden because they don't want to impeachhim because it's going to look like tid
for Ted. Look, I don'tknow, they don't know the answer to
(01:11:10):
that. I mean, what Ican tell you is that I think they
have the grounds for doing it.Not It's not just a difference in policy
priorities, but it's frankly, asecretary of DHS and a president who are
directly violating federal immigration law. Look, they're even giving work permits to illegal
(01:11:32):
aliens coming across the border, andfederal law strictly prohibits that there's only certain
aliens who get into the country whoare entitled to get work permits, and
the illegal aliens coming across aren't entitledthat, and yet they're doing it anyway.
That's again, that's a direct violationof federal immigration Last week, song,
(01:11:54):
at least from New York. Ithink you're referring to New York.
Many of these illegal the overwhelmingmen, majority of them. Yeah, they're not
taking that opportunity to stop up someof those jobs from the heritage Foundation,
Hans von Spakowski, Senior legal Fellow. I just want to get your quick
comment on all these states lining upbehind the state of Texas. I think
(01:12:16):
it was like twenty four to twentyfive states in support what the governor is
doing. I don't think our nationhas been this divided. I mean,
I can't remember when we were thisdivided in such a long time. And
I guess these states likely will besending more resource and National Guard and other
law enforcement resources to the border. They should because these days you don't have
(01:12:40):
to be a border state for thisto be a problem. We're all border
states now because, as you know, the Biden administration is transporting, paying
for taxpayers are paying to transport thesedelivial aliens all over the country. Hans,
thank you. We'll speak again soon. Friend, you'd be safe,
sure. Thanks for having me fromthe Heritage Foundation, Senior legal Fellow,
(01:13:03):
Hans von s Plakowsky. I'm SergioSanchez. You're in tune with a Dana
show broadcasting today from her Southern commandin South Texas, just about an hour's
drive away the studio, but anhour's drive away from my buddy Elon Musk.
Well, he's not my buddy, but you know, I would like
to meet him someday. He's justdown the street over at Star Base here
(01:13:25):
in South Texas. You want tosay hi online at Sergio Talk on Twitter.
You're in tune with the Dana Show. It's his life mission to make
bad decisions. It's time for Florida. Man, Okay, up first in
Florida. Let's see here, it'sthe Nassau County DA that's going after a
(01:13:48):
young man, very young man,a scammer acting to doctors electronic prescribing accounts.
In essence, since this young scammertwenty one year old and company who
had runners to go pick up drugs. It was a scheme that would be,
as mentioned in the write up onFox thirty five, the modern day
(01:14:10):
equivalent of stealing a doctor's prescription padand just writing writing, because there was
electronic so there was some type ofloophole something. They got in there and
were able to prescribe all these painkillers, for example, painkillers. And this
young man, this twenty one yearold Devin Anthony Magerian from Kissing Me Florida,
was a kiss me Ford kiss mefor it. He was able to
(01:14:30):
prescribe all these painkills had runners gopick the prescriptions up, pay for them,
and they're able to sell those online. So this dude's facing multiple charges.
Let's see what else is here speakingof stealing, which you know after
I read this, I'll tell youwhat came to mind after I read the
look. According to Monroe County theSheriff's office in Florida, a boat trailer
(01:14:53):
reported missing from a local sheriff's officein late January. It was returned about
four days later, and the deputy'sat the Sheriff's office saying that there was
an indication that it had been used. In fact, they went back to
security video footage and found somebody thatthat could go after related to this.
(01:15:15):
They have somebody in custody. Letme see. It's a forty man arrested
late last week. Stole a stolea boat trailer? Was it really stealing
though? His name is Jonathan ScottSharky, I like the name of the
chart, Sharky fifty six from KeyWest. So he steals a trailer,
uses it for four days, andsends it back. But he's facing,
(01:15:39):
you know, charge that he stolethis trailer. But it's but they have
it back and may I say,the dude's a taxpayer right this public property.
No, I'm not advocating that youuse public property for yourself. That's
the first thing pumped in anyway. It's a he's a taxpayer, right,
Maybe maybe he's working for a littit. He'll he barred it for four days
(01:16:00):
and sent it back and I wasfacing all these charges anyway. Just my
quick thoughts on that, don't doit. Please, don't think like I
do and actually commit a crime.I'm Sergio Scientchez from South Texas. This
is the data show. I'd haveto understand the context within which you know
the president is speaking based on whateverauthority he may be given. The President,
(01:16:20):
of course, I believe, willalways do what he believes is in
the best interested the American people, consistent you know, with the fact that
America is a safe haven for peoplewho are fleeing oppression and persecution. But
it has to be managed in areasonable way, and clearly the system is
(01:16:42):
being overwhelmed right now. I thinkpeople on all sides on the Democratic within
the Democratic Family and coalition acknowledge that. But figuring out the path forward so
that is consistent with who we areas America. The only reason that it
and you know it probably pains himto say that that's the voice of Hakim
(01:17:05):
the Bad Dream, Jeffries. Youguys have follow the NBA and followed Hakim
olaj One, Hakeem the Dream, olaje one. You know what we're talking
about, Hakim the Bad Dream,Jeffries, the minority Speaker of the House.
The only I'm kinda the only reasonthat they're talking about this. It's
an election year and the mess isso bad. It's the worst now it's
(01:17:28):
ever been on the US Mexican border. It is beyond embarrassing. It is
potentially harmful to our nation because wehave no idea who's coming in here.
And maybe terror cells, criminals, definitely a hell of a lot more the
fentanel crossing the border, poisoning ourfamilies, poisoning our kids, more criminals,
more rapists, more bad omitus,as Donald Trump used to say.
(01:17:53):
And and those are the ones thatare getting away, the ones that don't
take the time to be processed bya border of child to get a free
ticket into the country. Go standin line and gain the assignment program.
Welcome to hour three of The DanaShow. I'm Sergio Sanchez and for my
dear friend Dana Lash and taking afamily day to day. She'll explain tomorrow,
Probley what's going on, and justsaid a little bit of a data
(01:18:15):
reset and to get ready for tomorrow. And I appreciate the call of Dana,
love your friend, you and Chris, and I hope God gives you
some peace here pretty soon. Youguys who followed Dana online, you know
exactly what was going on, soyou got hakeem the bad Dream. Jeffrees.
In essence, what he's talking aboutis Joe Biden making some noise,
(01:18:38):
he and his people, Joe Bidenand US people making some noise on working
with Congress to shut down the border. Well, that could mean all holes,
man, that could mean a wholebunch of things shutting down the border.
Now, people who go apoplectic, they go absolutely nuts when they hear
shut down the border. What areyou talking about? Mexico is her biggest
training. But they're not calling forit. Shutting down the order on trade.
(01:19:00):
Although I would say, and I'lljust put in my two cents on
this, when Governor Greg Gabbott manymonths ago he enforced state law on safety
Inspections had the Department of Public Safetyand set up a low checkpoint near the
international bridges to check every single truckthat comes in from Mexico. If you
guys don't know this, as Isaid, truth number one, Mexico is
(01:19:25):
our number one trading partner. Wehave billions upon billions of dollars of multinational
factories, these assembly lines south ofUS producing all sorts of consumer goods,
electronics, the washing machines, thevehicles. It's the economic ties that the
US has with Mexico are essential. They're part of the economy, they're in
(01:19:47):
part they produce some of the moreaffordable someone say cheap, more affordable goods
that wind up at market in theUnited States. And the ties that we
have economically speaking, with this freetrade agreement that Donald Trump redd in Canada,
the US and Mexico. Oh,there are hundreds upon hundreds of thousands
of assembly line jobs south of theborder. Republicans Joe Biden, who finally
(01:20:12):
sees a political albatross around his neckand the potential political albatross around the necks
of so many different lawmakers and swingingdistricts, swinging states, he wants to
protect them by acknowledging. Oh,look at that, Look at that mess
on the border. We need toshut down the border, using words for
some individuals on the so called right, shut down the border means legal,
(01:20:36):
orderly migration into the United States ofAmerica, and do not permit anyone who
crosses the border illegally to stay.Anyone who crosses the border illegally should be
returned immediately to the most to theclosest state that would allow provide some asylum
(01:20:56):
in the event that truly there isa genuine asylum case. And what were
those bee boys and girls? Thatwould be anyone who's politically persecuted, anyone
who's being persecuted under the threat ofdeath or physical violence because of their religion.
Those are the two under our laws. Those are the only two cases.
Everybody else is coming into this countryeconomic migrants, by the millions of
(01:21:17):
them, and working and gaming theassylum process and being allowed a chance to
be parole to stay once they claimcredible fear. They say, I want
to an asylum hearing they are. That's why we have millions upon millions of
people that are crossing the border illegallyand having a chance to stay. So
of late because it is a politicalyear, because it's an election year,
and you've got a lot of peoplein swings, like forty some odd races
(01:21:39):
in some of these swing states. And may I say again, I'm disappointed
in some of the Republicans. We'recalling it quits because they're leaving those seats
even more vulnerable than before. Someof these swing seats, some of these
swing districts where you're calling in quizyou're not coming back. Oh, I've
had enough, you're washing hands, you're not helping. Your name has provides
(01:22:01):
a certain familiarity. I wish thatall these individuals were calling in quits who
are Republicans and some of these swingseeds that could go d R d R
Right now, we need every singleR who has a recognizable name to champion
the cause of liberty, to championthe cause of America. First, to
tell their constituents and those willfully ignorant, tell them, let me connect the
(01:22:24):
dots for you. Joe Biden createdthis border man, so don't believe him
on his efforts to shut down thisborder. He's not going to do anything.
He created the mess. We haveexponentially millions more crossing the border.
I legally standing in line seeking assignthem all these bogus cases. He created
this, He stopped deportations first onehundred days of his administration. He is
(01:22:46):
responsible for this. He just liesand lies more, and his people lie
for him all the time. He'snot Republicans that are the problem. It's
Joe Biden that's the problem. He'sgot to go, and anyone who makes
apologies for him, they've got togo as well. Cut seventeen stable Joe
Biden out there, unable to finisha coherent sentence when it comes to border
(01:23:09):
issues, Go ahead, stave justSalem asylum officers and over one hundred cutting
edges stay in Jay's Spectr machines tohelp detect and stop fentanyl coming on our
southwest border. Ye heye, mygoodness. Please tell your friends and family
not to vote stupidly in twenty twentyfour. And that means connecting the dots
(01:23:29):
again. I have to do it. Ronald McDaniel was not doing it.
They have to connect the dots.Stop voting Democrat, any representative, any
congress person, especially in those swingstates. You send the Democrat back over
there, or you replace the Republicanwith the Democrat. You're making You're making
the problem worst. You're not helpingbecause they apologize for Joe Biden. And
(01:23:50):
if you want more illegal immigration, you want more gaming of the asylum system.
You think three hundred and nine thousandillegal immigrants, I'm I'm sorry,
three hundred and nine thousand encounters byfederal authorities. When it comes to these
so called migrants, two hundred andfifty thousand alone in one month of December,
(01:24:10):
you think that's that's not enough andwe need more. There you go,
well, go ahead, vote JoeBiden back in vote for every congress
person who defends him, who representsa Democrat. Cause vote them back and
send them back up to Washington. The same goes for all these senators who
have Republican opponents. And thank godfor this, Dana, love you friend,
(01:24:33):
Thank you so much for a chanceto just get on the soapbox.
At the national level, we havethe majority of senators that are up for
reelection are Democrats. There is noreason with this Biden border mess, with
inflation the way it is, well, the bloody mess that we have oversees
(01:24:54):
the potential for World War three inany given day. The lack of accountability
for the billions of on billions ofdollars being sent to Ukraine. Just you
named the mess from Afghanistan, thebloody mess that was, and from the
six billion dollars it was given backto Iran through cutter, through cutter to
you know, the food money, the lunch money that they're able to move
(01:25:18):
from from the you know, fromthe UH, from the financials. Move
six billions off this page and movesix billion to weapons. Yeah, that's
it's common sense. You want moreof than voting back vote for all Democrats.
It's that simple. It's that that'ssimplistic. That's what you need to
do. Speaking of of Iran UHIran back militants and terrorists in the news
(01:25:45):
today, that's those are the onesat the Pentagon say are responsible for killing
three US service members and dozens upondozens and dozens injured. Lord knows how
bad they've been injured. Here's acomment from former Admiral John Kirby with National
Security Cut twenty eight. Steve Well, I think I certainly understand American's concern
over of these repeated attacks by groupsthat are backed by Iran. Joe,
(01:26:10):
I'm not going to get ahead ofthe president or his decision space. I
mean, you heard him say yesterdaywe're going to respond. We'll do that.
Obviously. We have now three families, three American families that got the
worst possible news over the weekend, and now thirty more others that are injured,
some of them seriously. We're goingto take this seriously as well.
We've got to do what we haveto do to protect our troops and our
facilities. The options are available tothe President. We're still working through that.
(01:26:33):
I hate that, man, Ihate it when these politicians. We're
gonna do everything. We're not goingto sleep, We're gonna do everything possible
to protect or service from You know, if you had knowing that, for
example, service members were in onebuilding and Jordan, and this goes for
anywhere in the world that could bereached by any missile, drone, guided
(01:26:57):
missile, any tears bomb, anysuicide bomber inside a van running by the
gates headed toward our people. Imean, you'd have some of these fancy
schmancy guns and the big old gunsthat throw one hundred bullets every second,
six thousand bullets every minute, ormaybe some of the iron dome missiles to
take down any vehicle, anything airborneto protect our people most precious resource.
(01:27:21):
But we don't. We don't weat the moment, we got a bunch
of Democrats prioritizing sending this dome, this missile shield, this iron dome to
Ukraine. I'm trying to get thatover to Israel, get that replaced.
Well, our people should be don'tyou think our people should be Our service
members should be the priority in protectingthem. After we have enough assets on
(01:27:43):
the ground and enough guns, enoughmissiles, enough iron dome type of outfits
to protect our people, and thenmaybe then whatever's left over, allow our
allies to pay cash money for someof those weapons and get those sent over
them to protect them against the crazies, protect them against putin, protect them
against the Islamic radicals. I hatedwhen these policies say, we're not going
to sleep, We're gonna do everythingpossible. Just shut up already. That's
(01:28:08):
why people don't believe you. Idon't believe you. Most Americans don't believe
you. Here's an idea and howto deal with this mess that we had.
I know you've noticed paying attention tothe news. That's what I'm so
thankful to the talk radio of thenews radio audiences all over the country.
You guys pay attention to the news, but you guys wilfully are in the
(01:28:30):
minorities, very small minority people makean effort to be informed. You've been
paying attention these Houti rebels. You'vebeen paying attention to Hamas and Hasplah and
these clowns who attacked our American servicemembers and Jordan, all them Iranian backed.
And how far back was it.It wasn't two many months bag that
(01:28:53):
Iran received a nice six billion dollarpatcheck some of the frozen acids. Joe
Biden wially that. So if Iconnect the dots and I will Joe Biden
releasing six billion dollars in Iranian ascids. Yeah, it was for food,
it was free whatever. They justmove it on the ledger Man six billion
dollars. They don't need for food, medicine. They'll use it for weapons.
(01:29:14):
And all of a sudden, gotAmas, it has Alat, You
got hooties, you got these otherclowns. They got all these weapons,
all these drongs, all these missiles. They got a lot of armament,
and some of it pretty good.Nailing sea assets in the straits of hormones
or nailing killing, hurting or Americanasses from Iraq to Jordan to the Straits
of Horrmons, you name it.Iranian back you know, so called rebels,
(01:29:40):
terrorists, Iranian back there, sothey have a lot more weapons.
I say they came from the billionsand billions of dollars that Iran now has.
How about you take it back thatmoney is supposed to be an under
lock and can Cutter right, JohnKirby rights, it's the folks in Cutter
that have that money in the bankthat are supposed to be dispensing it to
a run for food, right, how about take it back? Just an
(01:30:04):
idea. Twenty minutes after the hour, you're listening to the Dana Show.
I'm Sergio Sanchius and for my friendDan Lash you want to say hi online.
Sergio at kuarv dot com is theaffiliate at Sergio Talk on Twitter.
Thank you so much for tuning infrom her Southern Command. This is the
Dana Show. Don't let fomo getthe best of you. Stay in the
(01:30:26):
loop and ahead of the curve byfollowing Dana on Apple, Spotify or wherever
you get your podcasts. From SouthTexas, You're in tune to the Dana
Show. I'm Sergio Sanchius and formy friend Dana Lash and one of the
big stories late last week thanking folkson energy and everybody because if it affects
energy, friend, it's going toaffect you in your pocketbook. So the
(01:30:48):
big story that I think needs alot more top of the hour news and
analysis, but we're not getting itfrom the legacy and media. The Biden
White House, Joe Biden for whiteWhite Joe Biden paused the approval for several
liquefied natural gas exports, wanting toreview this massive jump in exports of the
(01:31:10):
effect on the environment. So Icalled a friend of mine, Tim Snyder
from Metadoreconomics dot com. That conversationcoming up a little later this hour.
I want to know who gets screwedaside from you eventually probably paid more,
but who gets screwed? Right asfar as jobs, projects that are put
on hold, construction projects put onhold, that's coming up later this hour
(01:31:30):
on the Dana Shown. All right, Steve, well, let's do some
headlines and now all of the newsyou would probably miss. It's time for
Dana's Quick five. The follow upto this bogus case up in New York.
I mean, what else do youexpect new York jury. They're going
to rule everything against Donald Trump. So the only reason I'm reading this is
to be cute. So that NewYork writer Ejene Carrol saying of the eighty
(01:31:55):
three million bucks that she was awardedby the jury for him defamatory statements made
by Donald Trump. The eighty threemillion dollar judgment awarded to her, she
said she will use that money onsomething that Donald Trump hates. And I
was thinking of wil since Donald Trumpreally hates illegal immigration. Donald Trump really
(01:32:17):
hates this human tsunami. I'm kindof hoping that Egen Carroll maybe will help
pitch in to help with a borderwall. I'm just saying from the irrelevant
world, but still interesting of popBritney Spears, I feel so ashamed having
(01:32:38):
to mention this, but look,it's interesting because Britney Spears she wrote a
book. She mentioned she got pregnantfrom Justin Timberlake d d he convinced her
go get an abortion. Britney Spearsposted a video on The Tonight Show seemed
to say that she wanted to apologizefor some of the things that she wrote
about her book. Shut up already. He wasn't a man, he didn't

I just found that follow up justridiculous. I'm Sergio Census. You're
in tune to the Dana Show fromSouth Texas. Whether you're a policy wonk,
a news junkie, or simply someonehungry for insightful discourse, that Dana

global supply demand, what other countrieswill be needing into the future. We
evaluate our national security interests, andcertainly we evaluate the environmental impacts. This
is all done RENO or a scienceagency at the Department of Energy. We
(01:33:46):
have seventeen national labs. I liketo say, you know, in God,
we trust all others bring data.In fact, this is what this
assessment is. The Jennifer grand Homedefending that Joe Biden policy announced late last
week, I'm pausing liquefied natural gasexports. I got a bit more on
(01:34:09):
this coming up with my friend TimSnyder just minutes away. Stick around because
Tim will tell me, tell youwho gets screwed by this LENG. This
is big economic news now in Godwe trust all others. Bring data.
What the data on how clean llG is clean burning compared to all other
(01:34:31):
fossil fuels? What data? Asa Jennifer Granhold talking about what China burning
dirty fuel, fuel, India nicoledirty fuel, Russia, the same thing,
what data is she asking for?We have the absolutely the cleanest form
of fossil fuel burning and it's andshe mentioned the price of this. Look,
(01:34:58):
this is affordable, super afford becauseit's super plentiful in the US.
It is in demand, especially byallies in Europe that can't be getting any
of this fuel from Russia, whoyou know, they're trying to punish Russia
for invading Ukraine. This, Ican say one thing. It hurts.
It screws our allies. This thispause, as they call it, They
(01:35:18):
want to put some numbers to LLNGliquified natural gas, these exports to Europe
and as far as your pocketbook, you know, down the street. Look
here in South Texas, we've beencelebrating now for months the fact that ellen
(01:35:38):
g liquefied natural gas. We finallygot eighteen and a half billion dollars,
one outfit, one company to investthat at the Port of Brownsville. Here
that in Brownswell is you know StarBase or Elon Muswell. Right down the
street is the Port of browns eighteenand a half billion dollar ELLERGI project.
Now where I am because I wantthe prosperity and opportunity for all our kids,
(01:36:03):
all our families. Here in SouthTexas, at one time deemed the
poorest area of the planet, wehave private sector investment to the tune of
eighteen and a half billion dollars. We're clean burning liquefied natural guests to be
exported to our friends and allies inEurope to make some money. Provide some
good paying jobs, long term jobs. First of all, construction jobs by
(01:36:23):
the thousands down here to build that. Note Joe Biden has flushed or is
wanting to flush all that opportunity downthe toilet. For this lunacy. These
leftists, crazy environmentalists who are wantedto declare it an environmental emergency and get
rid of any form of fossil fuel, whether it's clean burning or not,
(01:36:48):
not whatsoever, not taking the timeto look at how deleterious, how damaging
digging for some of these rare earthminerals is for batteries, although not revisit
that the damage done to the environmentand to human beings and to kids who
are slaves having to work to tryto find some of these minerals and to
enslave our nation to China, becauseChina has a bunch of this in right
(01:37:10):
nextory in Afghanistan. They've got abunch of these we're earth minerals in Afghanistan
as well, which probably enrich allthese Islamo fascist terrorists in Afghanistan and the
Chinese nearby. This is not inAmerica's interest, is not in the interest
of those willing to take a chanceand hire thousands of people to build these
(01:37:31):
noes and to export it and makemoney and provide prosperity and opportunity all because
sadly, and this is the wayI see it here. I'll give it
example. Here in South Texas,we have all these city of McCallen,
which I'm at an hour away fromstar Base, from Brownswell and the port,
and this LNG operation that's firing inNorth of us is Corpus Christi if
(01:37:56):
you don't going to map, andthere's easily easily sixty some odd miles in
pristine, beautiful wetland and beach andyou know all these all these trees and
all the brushland, and all theseanimals and cowjiggers and faro hogs and you
name it. And there's sixty milesbetween this city. The city's down here
(01:38:18):
all the way up to Corpus andthen you go west, put another two
hundred and fifty miles and start doingthe square mile calculation. Nothing but nature.
It's the nature that's barren. It'sfull of you know, from coyotes
to you know, these ocel outlittle tigers. This is nature that for
(01:38:38):
the illegal immigrants across the border, they die in that nature because it's so
long, it's it's so barren,it's so far to the next point of
civilization, from Brownsville up to CorpusChristie. And yeah, we got Sierra
Club, but I call them carpetbaggers. They've got their trust fund, they've
made their millions, they got deeppockets. They come down here, they
retire here near brown Allensville, nearthe beach, they retire in South tex
(01:39:02):
oh they don't want any factory, they don't want any elergy, they don't
want any prosperity. They don't wanteat They don't even want to eat on
musk in town because it will somehowdisturb the pristine little neighbor, quiet neighborhood,
desolate of any industry, any prosperity, any job opportunity. These carpetbagers
come down here the Sierra Club andare stealing the opportunity. And they have
(01:39:24):
the power of the White House inthis administration, working on their behalf and
against everyone here in deep South Texaswho voted Democrat on behalf of Joe Biden.
That's why I say, and Iconnect the dots, especially for family
in Texas and in South Texa againscrewed by this. Stop voting Democrats,
Wake up, Stop voting Democrat.I want to get to a couple of
(01:39:44):
other little tidbits of information here Imiss during the headlines. I found this
story fascining from South Lake Tahoe,California. To check this out. A
snowboarder recovering after spending the night trappedon a Gonda Lamnica Lasso was tired.
I want to go down the mountainone last time, long day of snowboarding.
(01:40:06):
Decided to take the gondola back downin just a couple of minutes in
that sucker stopped and she's way aboveground, leaving miss Lasso stuck without her
phone for the entire night, fightingtemperatures hitting below twenty degrees. Reportedly,
she's okay, going to recover,but that's a scary situation. I got
(01:40:27):
about eighteen minutes left in this hour. Thank you for joining us on the
Dana Show. Let me share withyour conversation with my friend Tim Snyder on
who gets screwed by Joe Biden puttinga so called pause to natural liquefied natural
gas exports liquified natural gas billions ofdollars, thousands of jobs on the way.
(01:40:47):
Might all this be flushed down thetoilet by you know who, Joe
Biden, because you know there's aclimate emergency, doesn't want any LNG overseas
He finally bends any again Benzene toall the environments wackos from metadoreconomics dot com.
My friend Tim Snyder, let's geta better definition now that we've had
a two three days behind us fromyour perspective, Tim, This effort by
(01:41:11):
the Biden administration to pause LNG liquefiednatural gas exports from the US to namely
Europe needs it because you know thewhole Ukraine Russia thing, who is going
to be affected by this pause inany new LNG exports. Tim Sergia,
it's good to be on with you, and thanks for having me on there.
(01:41:32):
There's a couple of clarification points thatneed to be made here, but
we're going to first fragment by sayingthis. In my estimation after reading the
announcement from the White House, Ibelieve this is a first shot across the
bow to LNG exporters and developers inthis country. So this is step one
(01:41:55):
of what will probably be more thanthis particular step. To be specific,
the pause on the exporting of LNGis relating to and this is a nuance,
so please understand this is a particularlittle thing in the contract. It's
to non free trade agreement countries currently. That's what this pause is for.
(01:42:21):
If we have a free trade agreementwith somebody, we can still continue to
export to those countries. If andhere's the big kicker, if the export
permit from the plant that was approvedby FERK has been approved for non FTA
(01:42:44):
shipments, non Free Trade Agreement countryshipments. So what they're pausing right now
is any non Free trade agreement shipmentsof LNG while they evaluate the process.
And this is, in my estimation, is a threat to all existing projects.
(01:43:06):
And that's something that that the industryitself is taking notice of Sergio because
what it's doing is it basically canturn our backs on our allies and our
friends number one, but it alsolimits free trade and the ability for US
(01:43:26):
investment to flow into these projects. It's it's a pretty it's a very serious
event. Tim snydermatadoreconomics dot com.So how often do exporters How often do
LNG producers do they need to askUncle Sam for permission to export overseas?
(01:43:47):
Is that yearly? Once they geta permit? Does that stick around for
several years? I don't know theexact period of time, but I do
know there was a facility in Louisianawhile it was waiting for the approval to
you know, be able to exportLNG. You've got to get that approved
(01:44:09):
to have to have the export permitfor your plant. While it was waiting
the plant did not complete construction,so they went back and they included non
FTA countries in the new permit request, and that plant has been put on
(01:44:30):
hold as well while they go throughthis evaluation. So it is a obviously
is a process that does expire andhas to be re upped. It could
very well be that they could changethe Department of Energy, could change the
evaluation process and the timing of this. Everything is on the table, thank
goodness. Free trade agreement countries, please tell me that the majority of the
(01:44:55):
clients that are waiting for LNG frompresent outfits near future outfits, including the
one that reporting to you here fromSouth Texas Browns with an eighteen and a
half billion dollar project. Please tellme that the overwhelming number of clients are
from free trade agreement countries where they'reonly going to perhaps maybe suffer a little
(01:45:15):
bit. I hate to tell youthis, dancers, No, most of
them are non FTA countries. Youknow, free trade agreements are like Captain
AFTA, the Pacific Trade Agreement thatwe had, those kinds of things that
is a substitute in treaties and tariffsand those kinds of things that supersedes any
(01:45:39):
global in action. And so ifyou're have a free trade agreement with the
United States, that means that youhave direct trade in specific commodities in specific
markets, and that would be superseded. Now non FTA agreement company or countries
are like most of your Europe youknow, could very well be in that
(01:46:01):
category. And we're providing you know, we're the nation's largest producer and exporter
of LNG, and this could substantiallydecrease the US influence within that market.
There were some policymakers we're opining thispast week and saying that this is simply
just a retaliation by Joe Biden tohurt Texas. Texas is not playing ball
(01:46:26):
with Joe Biden's effort to not securethe border. Joe Biden doesn't want anybody
securing the border, and you knowGreg Abbott standing up to them and putting
more razor wire out there. Itis just retaliation. Yeah, that's true.
That could be as well. Butyou know, it's also hurting the
Louisiana plants there right now. Ithink there are a significant number of plants
(01:46:48):
that are producing LNG in this inthe country, but a very few numbers
that are exporting. And the primaryexport is coming out of now, it's
coming out of Louisiana. But youknow, we also have the projects that
you have up the up the backup around the coast in Fort Range's or
(01:47:10):
Corpus Christi, and of course youguys project that is just amazing, and
so yeah, it could be ashot there. But this is I think,
unfortunately, this is not directed atGreat Abbas. This is directed at
anybody that makes a living in fossilfuels, even clean burning natural gas.
Maybe just a final year, gasp, just burn it all down, I
(01:47:32):
guess, just destroy as much asyou can before you leave the White House.
Right. Thank you, Tim,I appreciate you checking into this.
Tim Snyder for Matador Economics dot Comlook for his newsletter. I'm Sergio sien

Sergio talk on Twitter, on onX and we're gonna go pay some bills
right now. But when we comeback to some new information on legislation to
protect am radio and electric vehicles,Hey, look at that. We got
a Democrat that's going to champion thecause, well, thank you. Give
me another shot to go back onhere and tell people to stop voting for

Democrats. So that's coming up nexton the Data Show. Follow Dana on

ultimate superpower. The names of thosesoldiers who lost their lives were Sergeant William
Rivers, Specialist Kennedy Sanders, andSpecialist Briona Moffatt, all of whom were

assigned to the seven hundred and eighteenthEngineer Company, a US Army reserve unit
based out of Fort Moore, Georgia. These three fallen heroes were deployed to
Jordan in support of Operation Inherent Resolveand the international coalition working to ensure the
lasting defeat of ISIS. From thePentagon, I'm saying, that's Sabrina Singh

and yes, finally the Pentagon releasedthe names of the fallen and I was,
look, I do believe in prayer. I do believe there's an almighty
that looks down on us with love, and I do believe in that.
It just what can you pray for? Just for peace and overwhelming peace and
(01:49:21):
you know, strength for the familymembers that got the worst news possible and
man. I hope that those whogot hurt can recover, because we have
no idea right now how bad theinjuries are of the rest of service members.
Dozens upon dozens hurt and this attackthat took place on a US base,
a housing unit there in Jordan.I'm Sergio Sanchez. Thank you so
(01:49:45):
much for tuning in to the Datashow. Producer Steve does a great job
of condensing all the audio three hoursdown to about an hour forty five and
that we can take in the podcastGet all the News and Information day to
day. I do that every weekand I try to catch up with as
many shows Data because it's a it'sa buffet of news. That's a lot
of news and information, and Iappreciate the added work that they do to
(01:50:08):
shuck everything down to the cob.Are you a disctologist. You probably are
if you like puzzles. It's apuzzled day to day. It's also National
tortilla chip Day, and you knowthat's probably the standard snack for Super Bowl.
(01:50:28):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it'sa it's the Chiefs, it's the
forty nine ers. My heart waswith the Lions, and yeah I should
have would have, could have. They should have kicked that field go.
It would have been an even Stevensscore at the end. And I don't
know, maybe going to ot,maybe they had a chance to win.
But either way the predictions came true. Chiefs and forty nine Ers. I
don't have a dog in this inthis fight. The only thing I can
(01:50:51):
think of is I don't know aboutyou, but I'm just sick and tired.
I just want to vomit when theygo back to Taylor Swift down the
press box and hearing it for Kelseyand so I guess, yeah, I
guess I want the forty nine ersto to win. And in efforts in
DC, there's a new Jersey Democratcongressman ramping up efforts to make sure to
(01:51:13):
keep AM radio in electric vehicles.More on that on the Data Show tomorrow.
Meantime, Steve, some of thestupid audio the day. What do
you got? All right? Ithink Biden was trying to make a metaphor
about prices or something, and Idon't know where he was going with this,
but here's what he said about shriekflation. You see that article about
the Snickers bars, Well it's goingto stop. Well, now I want
(01:51:35):
to Snickers Thank you Joe. I'mSergio Sianchez. This is a data show.
