House of Representatives must pass the bipartisanNational Security Bill. The bill provides urgent
funding for Ukraine, and it passedoverwhelming in the Senate. And there's no
question, none, none. Ifthe Speaker called for vote in the House
would pass easily today. Instead, they want a vacation. I mean,
it's just look, folks, allKidnacide. History is watching o' clock is

(00:27):
ticket brave. Ukrainian soldiers and civiliansare dying Russia. Russia is taking Ukraine
territory for the first time in manymonths. But here in America, the
Speaker gave the House a two weekvacation. They have to come back.
They have to come back and getthis done because failure to support Ukraine in

(00:47):
this critical moment will never be forgottenin history. It will be measured and
it will have impact for a decadeto come. So they this was the
governor's This is from the governor's.The President's meeting with the governors today and
it's at the White House and theyhave they have Democratic and Republican governors there.
They're all there and they're all havingtheir uh, you know, their

(01:10):
conversation with the President. There's alot of governors they're Democrat governors actually that
are uh dealing with the border stuff, so that has to be kind of
awkward, uh, them all comingtogether and meeting there and then him,
you know, trying to trying toget around the border, the border situation,
particularly with California, because they've seensuch an increase just in the past

(01:34):
couple of weeks alone. So welcometo the program. Dana Lash here with
you at the top of this firsthour on Friday. We made it all
the way. We made it allthe way all the way through Friday,
So there you go, and wegot a lot to hit as we get
going today. This is just there'sthere's a there's a couple of things we've

(01:56):
got. We've got some of thestuff going on with twenty. We have
some domestic policy stuff. I gotsome more medium malpractice as well to get
into. And of course, youknow if you get that newsletter that if
you subscribe over at substack, chapterand verse, I send all this stuff
out to you every single morning andyou get it. And then of course
there's other pieces as well that youcan get. And then Lorraine also has

(02:20):
her regular rite up walking you throughall the law fair so you understand it
so that you're not in the weedswith this stuff and overwhelmed, and which
is kind of you know, honestly, I think what the media and what
the left like to see, ifI'm being very honest about it. All
right, So this again so welcome. You can listen Coast to Coast.
You can stream the radio program aswell, and you can watch the simulcast

(02:44):
of the radio program on channel thirtyforty seven direct TV. Always good discussion
at YouTube, and you can alsofind us Facebook so much other So first
and foremost, this is what wegot the Like I said, they're having
meeting with the Governor's meeting with governors, and I'm really interested in seeing what's
some of the discussions going to belike as it pertains to some of these

(03:06):
Democrat borders or Democrat governors in borderstates, because they are not happy with
him, and all of the Democratshave too many holes in this ship right
now, So let me just tellyou what they're dealing with in addition to
the border because they're they're here. He's trying to keep these border state governors

(03:28):
that are Democrats. Although newsome kindof as an exception because it's for some
reason it's like California just revels init. They just revel in the chaos.
But he's he's trying to keep themhappy while at the same time not
appearing as though he is forfeiting anythingon border, on amnesty, on open
borders with his base. So that'snumber one. Number two, he's dealing

(03:50):
with hemorrhaging of the black vote andalso a revolt from Muslim Americans because of
the DEI in school. So wetalk about Michigan, that's one of those
states. In fact, the headlinesthat I had yesterday about and we're going
to talk more about it later today, about the evs and and the restrictions

(04:12):
that he was putting on different vehiclemanufacturers and rolling those back. That's all
related to making it easier and manufacturersbased in Michigan. I mean, they're
trying to do everything that they canto stem the hemorrhage of different voting demographics.
So he's in trouble there. He'sin trouble with foreign policy as well,
because even I was talking to afriend of mine who just out of

(04:33):
nowhere yesterday and I didn't get backto them right away, but out of
nowhere asked me, so what particularlyis the reason that you oppose, you
know, involvement in Ukraine. AndI'm like, well, define involvement because
this has been the problem. Everybodyuses this vague language and you have no
I'm not going to sit here andagree with you on something that you're unwilling

(04:56):
to define. What is what areyou talking about? What do you mean?
Well, you know, like sendingthis over there, sending that over
there? And I'm like, well, can you tell me what we have
all sent over there? Well no, but I mean, okay, well
then why are you asking me?And don't use the don't use the excuse
that well, you know, it'sjust the government's handling it. You're a
taxpayer. It is your responsibility asa protector of liberty to know what we're

(05:18):
sending over there and know exactly whereour money is going. And if you
don't know, that's a problem.And that's our whole entire argument. They
have not been transparent. They havenot articulated a what they think the objection?
What is the objective that they thinkthey're supporting. Two? Where is
the money going? Because there arereports even from Ukraine that the money is

(05:41):
going for things not even related tothe conflict with Russia. There's a lot
of questions there, and you alsohave to understand people's reluctance to support something,
particularly when it centers around a countrywhere you had officials really stretching themselves
to protect the president, his son, and the corruption that surrounds his insane

(06:06):
appointment on this Barisma board, whichis the top energy company over there by
the way. I mean, it'snot, you know, no small fish
here. There's a lot of questions, and you can't blame the American voter
for demanding answers before we move onthat. That's not our that's not our
problem. And a lot of thepeople in Congress that haven't been getting answers
from the administration and they say they'renot budging people like Chip Roy or people

(06:29):
like Thomas Massey, it's not theirproblem either. That's the administration wanted to
stake out this position. It's theadministration's responsibility to explain that. You know,
and I'm telling this to my friend, I'm like, you know,
you you think that just that youjust followed these missives that they put out.
Oh, we have to help helpwith what we have to help,
you know, with munitions like whatspecifically, are you talking about, well,

(06:51):
you know, if we don't goin there, do you know what
do you think of the argument thatif we don't go in there, that
Russia is just going to come inand take Ukraine over and then they're going
to start targeting all these NATO nations, all these you know, the Baltic
States, et cetera. Okay, well, how do you suppose they're going
to do that when they're losing theirbackside just going in with in with Ukraine.
I mean, you're telling me thatthey're this is Russia a country that

(07:15):
would be able to used to beable to absorb the loss. I mean,
they would have no problem conducting awar of attrition and they could easily
absorb those losses previously. Now theycan't. They can't anymore. And economically
they're at their limit. And youcan tell me all about you know,
their oil and gas, but that'sbarely keeping them afloat. So you're telling

(07:36):
me they're going to be able tojust venture on immediately after beyond and then
just start picking battles with the withwith way better positioned, larger economically nations
particularly, It's just dumb. Itjust doesn't that doesn't make sense. And
I'm not being Chamberlain about it.I'm just saying that's that doesn't make that

(07:56):
argument doesn't hold water. And Ithink that's kind of the big thing.
I want to know where they getthis idea from that, Oh, he's
going to go in and he's he'sgoing to immediately declare war NATO. I
just want to know where they getthis idea from. But that's you know,
I was telling my friend this,I'm like, that's it's not the
responsibility of the voter to make senseof what government does. If government is
not being transparent and open and honestand clearly defining what it is that they're

(08:20):
doing and what the objectives are, that's the problem. And you're not going
to be able to persuade people tocontinue giving them more money when they can't
even tell you what the prass moneywas spent on and what objectives it were
supposed to achieve or help achieve. That's the issue here. So they can
sit here all day long and theycan try to browbe people into supporting Ukraine,
and it becomes doubly harder when yousee what's happening at the border and

(08:41):
it's been made more difficult because Texas, you know, border state, the
governor decided, no, we're goingto stand here and fight. Adding all
these force multipliers, sending the NationalGuard, all these other governors sending assistants
as well. So now all ofthese people are moving from what used to
be an easy crossing point in Texas. Now they're start arding this delusion California

(09:01):
and elsewhere. I don't know ifyou saw that. It was early this
morning. They was in the nineo'clock hour. Bill Malujan had done.
He was doing, he was inhe's in San Diego. He was there
at the border. There was someonethat came in from Mauritania. Not just
so happened. I'm an expert onMauritania, just only now. I don't
know if you guys have seen thelatest Grand Tour stand job, because it's

(09:22):
it's it's pretty funny. Uh.They did the what is it the Paris
Dakar. Uh. They half ofthat half of that race. It was
this historic race back in the backin I guess the heydays of of uh,
that European racing. And anyway, they went down and they had to
go from Mauritania into Senegal and itwas just very interesting. And there was

(09:45):
this guy came over from Mauritania, and I'm like, how in the hell
are you getting? So you're goingto Mexico from Mauritania, from Africa and
you're going into Mexico and then you'recoming up through the southern border right after
this dude from Mauritania. It wasa guy from China, right after.
Every single person he spoke with wasa young dude. There were no chicks

(10:09):
there. I didn't see no kids, you know, seeking asylum and such.
I didn't. I didn't see anyof that. I didn't I got
I I don't know. I justthere's issues here. So he's that makes
it even more difficult when these storiesare coming out, that makes it even
more difficult. And then you're seeingwhat's happening at the northern border with Canada.

(10:33):
Canada's having to really Canada's having toclamp down on who's coming to Canada
and then trying to cross over inthe United States. Canada's trying has to
clamp down now, I'm telling you, so we'll see. I'm sure he
spoke earlier today. The President spokeearlier today, and he also yesterday met
with Alexina Volney's wife, and hewas promising sanctions and what did he say?

(10:54):
What was the quidt He said,we're going to get that, SOB
he didn't say, SOB is thatwhat he what do you mean We're going
to get five hundred sanctions? Hesaid more than five hundreds? Like,
what's the what's the last four hundredsanctions? Going to do that? The
first one hundred? Yeah? Likecan you yeah? Like, I mean,
how many are we just like whatall are we sanctioning? I'm curious.

(11:16):
I'm just you know, I justI'm curious. I'd like to know
what all sanctions that we've seen thusfar. But so he'd said, yeah,
we're going to get that, sob, et cetera. I it's kind
of a weird thing to promise, but okay. But the They also had
Zelensky who did this huge interview withBrett Baerry yesterday all at the same time.

(11:37):
Did you guys see that? Iwas media I had had an excerpt
of it, and he blasted theTucker Carlson interview as, oh, I
can't say that almost did It's Fridayas manure bull manure. There you go.
And then they discussed like all theneo Nazi stuff, and I don't

(12:00):
know, I can I just say, I'm really tired of seeing internet.
I'm just tired of seeing these interviews. I'm tired of seeing interviews with this
guy. How many times are theygoing to interview him and asking the same
things. So we just spoke withyou last month, We're gonna ask you
the exact same questions. So youstill want money or how much money of
ours do you want? Well,we need all the money. Well okay,
we love to give you all themoney for what we can't tell you

(12:22):
that? Well, that's great? Is it for the wards? For the
war? It's like talking to NPCs. I I but they bear was also
like, you know, he calledPutin calls you a neo Nazi, and
he says you have Nazis in youradministration. I do think that was funny
because isn't he Jewish? I doyou think that's kind of funny? I
mean you're taking you're taking Putin's wordfor it, you know, I don't

(12:43):
imagine that they're It's weird. It'slike the pod calling the kettle black in
a way. I mean, it'sRussia, it's a communists strong man say
no, you're the bigger tyrant. What that's like two prostitutes like arguing over
who's the biggest horror? Like, what are you talking about? It's the

(13:03):
same thing, what are you talkingabout? Got ye? So uh.
I think he got close to itbecause he was saying he Brett Baer had
asked him about some of these goals. He's like, Okay, so what's
the whole point of this? Youknow, what is the whole point of
of uh? You know, whatare your goals? The financing, et
cetera. And he was still justweird about it. He was like,

(13:26):
well, he said, uh.He said that some journalists had asked him,
ask him would Ukrainian survive without congressionalsupport? And I it was almost
like that was his answer. Itwas just weird. It was We're gonna
deep dive on all of this. We're also going to talk more about the

Data's Absurd Truth podcast posted daily fromthe Dana Show. Fox News has obtained

(18:07):
some brand new internal CBP data wouldshow something remarkable. More Chinese nationals have
been crossing here in the San Diegosector in recent months than Mexican nationals.
So take a look at this firstgraphic right here. According to that data,
this is the top ten nationalities thatBorder patrol have arrested crossing illegally here
in San Diego sector since October first. Columbia's number one, but take a

(18:30):
look at number two. China.Kiah, China is absolutely they're they're out.
They're outpacing people from Central and SouthAmerica coming in. They're eating our
lunch from yeah, from the southernborder. But hey, good job,
good job Democrats keeping that open border. Right. Welcome back to the program,
Dana last year with you bottom ofthis first hour. Yeah, well

(18:52):
good job on that. But hey, you know, if you don't if
you don't pass this, then you'regonna If you don't pass this supplemental,
then you like putin or something. That's so ridiculous. I wanted to throw
this story out in front of youas well. I said this yesterday from
Brendan Carr. Those of you subscribersto Chapter and Verse over at substach.
You got this in your prep andit is pretty unbelievable because this is like,

(19:17):
I mean, this is so muchlike it. Just what did it
made me think of? Oh gosh, came the nineties with the radio equal
time, the equal time fairness doctrine. Thank you, Yes, the fairness
doctrine. Yes, that fairness doctrine. It reminded me a lot of that.
So Brendan Carr tweeted this. Hesaid that this was last night.

(19:41):
The FCC just ordered every broadcaster tostart posting a race and gender scorecard that
breaks down the demographics of their workforce. Activist lobbied. Activist lobbied for this
because they want to see businesses pressuredinto hiring people based solely really on race
and gender. Courts have already overturnedthe FCC twice for pressuring broadcasters into making

(20:07):
hiring decisions in violation of the Constitution, and he says that he dissents.
He says, and he notes thatthe Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty four
requires that the government they're supposed tokeep this data confidential when the Equal Opportunity
Employment Commission collects it. But thenthe FCC, he adds, goes another

(20:29):
way, one that violates the Constitution. Its courts have already found in two
prior FCC cases. He says, this is no benign disclosure regimen either.
He says, the evidentiary record makesclear that the FCC has chosen to publish
these scorecards for one and only onereason, to ensure that businesses are targeted

(20:52):
and pressured into making decisions based ona person's race or gender. And he
adds, let's start with the FCC'strack record of pressuring broadcasters into discriminating on
the basis of race and gender inviolation of the equal protection guarantees of the
Due Process clause of the Fifth Amendmentto the US Constitution. He noted that
he had said that in Lutheran Church, the court reviewed an earlier FCC effort

(21:15):
to use the same scorecard at atissue here. He said, the court
then determined that the FCC's decision inthat case to mandate that broadcasters compare their
employees to the general population in theirarea across race and gender categories, that
was basically, quote, pressure licenseholders to engage in race conscious hiring.
And he added that the court hadconcluded that the FCC had violated the constitution

(21:40):
because its regulations pressure stations to maintainthis workforce that supposedly mirrors the breakdown,
the racial breakdown of their area.Yeah, and he says that after that
court loss, they went back tothe drawing board. He says, but
then they decided that they drew upthe same plan. They wanted a pressure

(22:00):
broadcasters into hiring on based on racing. That's you can't do that. That
is a constitutional violation. But theyare, they're trying to get around it,
and they're trying to go after it. This we had this story of
Soros by an odyssey. Yeah, bought a bunch of stock in it.
And now we've got this. Sothey said, like, as with the

(22:22):
first set of rules, car addsthat these second ones make clear, now
here's the penalty if a broadcaster's workforcedid not demonstrate that its outreach or recruitment
efforts. We're reaching the entire community. Then the FCC expected the broadcaster to
modify those efforts and in some casesface an FCC investigation focusing on how those

(22:45):
rules would operate in the real world. The court found that the FCC's regulations
did more than encouraged broad outreach. They made clear that the agency with life
and death power over the licensee isinterested in results, not process, and
it's determined to get them. Headds the FCC the approach clearly does create
pressure to focus recruiting efforts upon womenand minorities, a complete as the courts

(23:07):
found a complete violation of the ofthe Fifth Amendment. So he said that
the FCC secured a second and deservedl meaning a loss right. But that's
not a trivial matter. He saysthat there is a history of unconstitutional behavior
with the FCC, and he saysthat the Supreme Court is written at racial
classifications. They do stigmatize people byreason of their membership in a racial group.

(23:30):
So he says that the FCC hasstarted We found no basis to conclude
that the democraphic data on a station'sannual Form three ninety five B filing would
lead to undue public pressure. Hegoes, really, and then he adds
this one flot one filer broadcast filerstates, quote, we the undersigned investors
with collective assets under management or advisementof approximately two hundred and sixty six billion,

(23:53):
right to urge that the FCC requirethe disclosure of equal opportunity employment statistics
amongst the companies it regulates, becausedoing so allows market participants to assess whether
companies stand by their public commitments topursue diversity, equity and inclusion. DEI,
Yeah, that's public pressure. Bydemanding that they publicly disclose all of

(24:15):
this, they want to target andpressure by activist groups, all these different
broadcasters and bring in the government itself. And he says that posting these scorecards
and Brendan Carr the FCC commit he'son the FCC. He says, this
is they call it posting these scorecardsare what we would call pure pretext in

(24:36):
discrimination context. And he says healso notes that the FCC claims that publishing
these scorecards increases the likelihood that erroneousdata will be discovered and corrected. But
that's stupid, that doesn't even makeany sense at all, because they how
are they going to sit here andverify the reported race and all of that,
like especially now because the FCC saysthat you can report non binary.
How again, are they going toshow up the workplace? Oh you're non

(25:00):
binary? Oh you're gay or you'rethis? Okay, go blow that dude,
prove it? You know what Imean? Like where they it is
Friday? This is how stupid thisis. You see what I'm saying here?
How are they going to do that? Well, it's it's absurd on
so many levels because think about this, How do they know that every race
listens or watches broadcasts evenly? Sowhy would then you employ an even amount

(25:26):
of you know what I mean? They would have to be watching in these
broadcasts evenly between races. I thinktheir main goal is just a control speech
here. Well, of course,it's always been that, and the under
in there on the pretext of we'regoing to make sure that there's like fairness
with all demos. That's just sodumb. And everybody listens differently there and

(25:48):
different groups of people, and youcan even just say old and young even
listen differently. Democratic demographics are whatdrive it. It's not the government driving
the demographics. It's the other wayaround, and that's they're trying to slip
that. I'm telling you what thisis like fairness doctrine. Gosh, the
fairness doctrine plus DEEI. I justwhen you thought I couldn't get morennoying,

(26:08):
Ta da it did, it gotmore annoying. It's gonna get bad.
I think it's gonna get bad.And I think, depending on what happens
in November, it's gonna get alot worse. And then think about the
digital currencies they want to issue. So get this kind of government while you
have a currency they can control.Oh no, thanks, think about this.

(26:30):
Do you remember back in I rememberin the nineties when I was a
teenager. I was. I grewup in the nineties, and I knew
some of the I heard some ofthe stuff about the fairness doctrine and I
knew. I remember there was aTime magazine cover, and of course we're
in God rest his soul and hisfamily, dear friends of mine, Russia's

(26:55):
slot now in a bunch of marketsacross the country. Remember a magazine cover.
It was Time magazine and it wasHoward Stern Russia Limbaugh on the cover.
One representing the right, one representingthe left. I was in school,
Like I remember, my parents hada subscription to Time magazine and I
just like to read, so Iwould read anything that's around the house and

(27:15):
I remember reading about that and therewas an inclusion about fairness doctrine. And
even then when I was reading it, I'm like, why does the government
and they were It was weird becausethey were couching it as though they felt
that they needed to. It waslike the early days of talking about fairness
doctrine, right, They felt likethey needed to introduce something like that to
kind of mitigate what they said wasjust you know, they had the shock

(27:38):
jock of lumbar or whatever. Butwhy wasn't that being applied to stern though
that was the thing. As ateenager, I was reading this going,
well, why doesn't this go bothways? This is kind of weird,
and I just never really thought anythingmore about it, you know, I
just mean was a kid. Iwas going out live my life, but
that I remember reading that they've beentrying for so long to con the success

(28:02):
of not really so much even justI don't want to say just republican because
there are a lot of conservatives thatcringe over a Republican and I'm kind of
one of them, and they justright leaning in terms of, you know,
conserving individual liberty constitutionally more constitutional approach, folks. There's been this huge
effort over the past several decades tocurtail their voices online because in the early

(28:26):
days of radio, when radio commentaryreally took off, those are the people
who dominated the left could not getit off the ground. And I do
suspect that one of the reasons whythe left could never get it off the
ground is because they were so overrepresentedelsewhere. You know, if people wanted
to go and hear leftist commentary, they could turn on any network channel,
they could read any newspaper, theycould go to see or read about anybody
in Hollywood. It's so over Theirleftist thought is so oversaturating. It's everywhere.

(28:52):
But it's not like that for peoplewho are more conservative constitutionally minded.
Those expressions of thought, actually youhave to work a little bit more to
get them in full and usually theonly time that they're presented in a mainstream
theater is when people are savaging themor trying to mock them, or disagreeing
with them or trying to destroy them, and that's ultimately it. So that's
why broadcasting was so incredibly important forconstitutionally minded voices, and then it expanded

(29:18):
beyond that. So even after radio, with social media, it just as
I think I spoke about this yesterday, that was the same thing everybody social
media. Constitutionally minded thought exploded onsocial media back in the early aughts of
Twitter and all of that, evenMySpace, I mean everything, but especially

(29:41):
Twitter because that was like the earlyyou know, one of the first really
that cemented itself micro blocking platforms thatkilled blocking, you know, long form
blocking totally. But it it conservativethought and movement and organization exploded, and
the left lost their minds. Theyhad they freaked out, they had like
an existential crisis. They did notknow how to deal with this. And

(30:03):
now this entire time they've been veryquietly like planning this foundation. And it's
not just with social media, it'salso now with AI. They're baking all
of this stuff in AI before conservativescan even blink. And conservatives are way
behind the ball on this. Andyou can't just expect Elon Musk, who's
more of a libertarian, he's chaosneutral to save you. I mean,

(30:26):
you got to save yourself an empowerand partner with other people who can also
help with that. But this isnot going to end with these people.
It is never going to end.The goal is to stamp out dissent.
The goal is for a borg hivemind esque environment. I mean, there's
no other way to put it.So this is really troubling from the FCC.

(30:49):
Can you imagine if it was justall leftists on the FCC. Can
you imagine Jeez grateful for people likeBrendan Carr. Plus he protects my get
out of jail free pass. Theyget one pass, one pass. New

hand. Doctor b He said, the only thing I need to learn how
to write is needs breaks. Hewas, well, you finally got it,
Come on, wake up? Sohe listen. Of course, Yeah,

(33:01):

I'm not gonna laugh. I don'tcare about making somebody feel better.
I'm just I'm not gonna sit herego. I'm gonna encourage you to be
mediocre. Mmm. No, it'scruel. I hate that. I hate
when people do that. Welcome back, It's Friday. Welcome back to the

(34:07):
Volney's widow, he was really onthe struggle bus, guys with just saying
her base, her name her, just saying her name, something very basic.
Listen. One thing I've made herwas made clear to me, is
that is gonna She's going to continueto fight and have him. That's her

(34:28):
name. It's Julia, but okay, it's Julia Naveny, but he called
her Yolanda. He's real. Yeah, you guys got him dialed in on
all the stuff that you give him. Maybe get him, I don't know,
maybe chop up another line of thatsawdust for him, you know what
I'm saying, Get some more thatsawdust. I would trust a coke addict

(34:49):
to be able to say no,no, no, that's not the right.
I can tell by the foot thetexture in that photo that ain't cocaine.
Well you are a cokehead. Soyeah, Jiminy, no that time,
that photo is not cocaine. Howdare you investigators? This one time.
I mean, granted, I've gotliteral tons of photos of chopped up
coke everywhere, and you know, storing them all prostitutes, backsides and everything

(35:10):

this guy do with sawdust? Yeah, exactly, he just started storing
everything. He's dust, who knows? You know? Oh my word?
All right, So coming up inour second hour, a few things to

story. She did the story ona hunter byen laptop. She's like not
even a conservative, really, she'spretty modern. She's done some pretty lefty
reporting before. She's a good journalist. I don't really know what her politics

(35:59):
are, No, no care,But the point is is that CBS apparently
they took her stuff. We're gonnatalk about this and a whole bunch of
other stuff on the way. Secondhour coming up stick with us as we

that Joe Biden is too old isbased on a complete and utter misunderstanding of
the work of the presidency. Thejob is to make decisions, not speeches.

(37:37):
Lawrence o'donald, MSNBC's resident thespian actor, on how the Presidency works.
He's Kine's favorite actor. He's sogood in that role. It really is.
He's like, uh, he's goodat being bad as the thing.
That's why it's so good without eventrying. Can you imagine if you tried

(37:58):
to be bad, how great atit he would be. I mean,
he's so good at being porrible now, golly, Lorenz O'Donnell, So you
know that this guy he probably haslike just velvet ribbon his toilet papers in
his bathroom. He's that kind ofguy. He's why we call her our
transportation secretary. Poot. Yeah, that's the correct that's just the stage with
pronouncing his name. Kane, Welcomeback to the program. Danie lash with

(38:22):
you top of this second hour. It's Friday. We don't know what's going
on. I just like making funof him. He's like one of the
guys. I shouldn't say this,Yeah I should. You know how you
come across every now and then, either a chick or a dude. In
my case, obviously it's a dude. And somebody just doesn't have an accurate

(38:42):
They just don't have accurate self perception, you know what I mean. And
it is so easy to mess withthese people. They have no self awareness,
they have no accurate perception of self. They are so easy to mess
with because their currency is vanity.Everybody's got a current. You find out
somebody's currency, you own them. They're so easy to play. And these

(39:05):
dudes, I cannot tell you,in politics, particularly chicks and dudes,
how many of these people that youmeet? It is crazy, man,
I tell you. Some days I'mlike, why wasn't I recording that?
Like why didn't I record that?Like why, oh my gosh. But
he's one of those guys, right. He takes himself so seriously and he's
taught. What is he how doeshe think the presidency works. It's about

(39:27):
making decisions. It's not about speeches. I mean, it's kind of part
of the job. How does hearticulate his decisions? Well, not with
speeches, came. No, whathe does is he two flaps in his
back open and these finn like tentaclescome out and they just like blast the

(39:58):
message into your head. Really yeah, using it like like uh telepathy.
Well that's what it is. Shedoesn't even need to speak anything. And
then you don't remember seeing them becauseyou're conditioned to not see them. That's
how that works. That makes sense, right, Just to make decisions but
not talk about them. Yeah, you don't. You don't talk about making

(40:19):
these decisions. You just like, you know, decide. That's the presidency.
Huh? Did Kylie generrate his stuff? It's like me and my friends
are just like, you know,it's a year of realizing things, and
me and my friends are just likerealizing stuff. People who are only now
tuning and have no idea what we'retalking. We have gone back to the
well of that joke for how manyyears? When was that even? It

(40:44):
was an interview question she actually gave. We were not doing it to be
malicious, but it's hysterical. Hasit been that long? No, it
hasn't been. We've been doing thisjoke that long. He's looking it up
right now. Okay, sixteen,Like, I feel like every year has
a new energy, and I feellike this year is really about, like

(41:08):
the year of just realizing stuff, and everyone around me were all just like
realizing things. Wow, like youdidn't realize things before. We didn't twenty
sixteen, she said, Holy cow, I'm not retiring it. It's not
gonna happen. It's so good, dude. Right, Wow, it's like

(41:30):
Laurence o'donald. The president is notto make speeches, nay, tis to
make decisions. I bet you couldtell after he said that, in his
head, his good angel was praisinghim. That's a good job, Lawrence,
you tell him, Lawrence. Sohe's giving himself a pet talk.

(41:52):
And the way he ended it sotheatrically and stares down at the camera.
Can you imagine being on his crew, dude, I some of these dudes
take this little so seriously. It'sabout making decisions. He doesn't even do
that in the world. But Ididn't know the presidency was about in silence

(42:15):
making decisions. Yeah, Like thatdecision he made about YOLANDI right, yeah,
yeah, yeah, that one wasout loud unfortunately, but yeah,
yeah, you know, I mean, yeah, it is what it is.
But yeah, it's true. Likefor for instance, he was talking,
he's he's been making some decisions he'sbeen making. I don't know what

(42:35):
they are, but but he's beenmaking them. I I can't, I
can't even so what go ahead,I'll go ahead. You know, Joe's
making decisions, right, this ishim decision making. I know you just
heard, did you hardy speak? My wife? Well, what the hell
am I doing here? Where wonderingthat as well? What are you doing

(43:01):
here? Sir? We're wondering thatas well. So he did make the
thing about the student loan forgiveness.I wrote a piece about that. By
the way, it's over a chapterin verse. A lot of you liked
the first paragraph. Every now andthen I asked my husband, I'm like,
not that. Is he going toallow me to say it? But

(43:22):
is this going to be okay tosay? I feel like, can I
say this? He's like, yeah, But I had the first graph of
this piece and you should. Youshould read it because I get into the
history of why the student loan Whystudent loans are expensive as expensive as they
are, so he made it kindof it's the vote buying scheme. I
said, the new rules that youcan take out a loan for whatever you
want and make everybody else pay forit. And it sounds selfish and you're

(43:44):
responsible and thoughtless, but not ifyou call it magic student loan forgiveness.
It's like putting a halo on aturn. It's just like it. Now.
People don't remember that the take overof the student loan industry happened all
the way back in twenty ten.I've said this before, and some of

(44:07):
you have asked, well, whatdo you mean, Well, it was
the Healthcare and Education Reconciliation Act oftwenty ten, and there was also stuff
that was tucked away in Obamacare, and even before that, in nine,
there was stuff tucked away in Obamacarethat laid some of the groundwork for these
additional manipulations. And I have cited. Forbes had a piece, and I

(44:35):
also got into the New York Timesand I got into the party votes of
it. Because Democrats this was somethingthat they really wanted to do back in
two thousand and ten. They wantedto basically the way that student loans had
been set up until that point,Like you actually had competition between loan providers,

(45:00):
right, there were a lot ofprotections for students for borrowers and in
this and it was called the FederalFamily Education Loan Program. They and Forbes
actually broke down how they were promisedthat passing this it was going to save
a lot of money from the quoteunquote non parties in Congressional Budgetary Office.

(45:22):
But the Budget Office, you haveto remember, it only formulates the exact
numbers you give it, so youcan totally give it bs lies and it'll
formulate based on that. So itbegs the answers. It begs the question
because it assumes that the conclusion istrue, because all of the premises fed
to it are true. So itbegs the question. So they were they
Forbes argued that there weren't these enormoussavings, but there were tons of risks

(45:45):
that were that was baked into this, and as a result, they could
not understand why anyone was promising thatthis is going to be in any way
of savings. But they said thatall the flaws were obvious, and they
said that that you know, itwas a lot better or before the government
took it over. It's a prettydeep dive, so you probably definitely want
to go read it. But thepoint is that up until that point,

(46:08):
up until that period of time, rather there were competition between loan providers.
There were protections that were included inthis you had consumer protections for student applicants.
And then Democrats eliminated that with thislaw. They eliminated the competition between
loan providers, and then they wantedthis super swampy direct loan program. They

(46:29):
wanted to make the government the soleoriginator and collector of all student loans.
That's what they did. And whenDemocrats complained about the high cost of education,
they're literally complaining about the votes apast in twenty ten, because they
overwhelmingly voted to support this. Theywanted to consolidate total control of student loans
at the federal level, and theyobliterated all the consumer protections they I mean,

(46:54):
and now what Biden thinks that hecan throw a few billion dollars as
to buy votes in an election seasonand that makes amends for fifteen years of
price gouging. That's the other thing. He sits here and goes on and
on about price gouging inaccurately, butthis is actual price gouging and it was
made possible by them. They madethis possible, and you had the Supreme

(47:17):
Court that ruled against the forgiveness. That's I mean, that's the thing.
And I still think too, it'sso asinine for people to complain to compare
the Student Loan Debt Sharing Program andPPP, And I was looking back at
a lot of the PPP stuff, and first off, I think that comparing

(47:39):
the two is a medical sign thatyour brain function has ceased. That's true.
But the PPP thing was brought about, as I said before, by
the government and acting imminent domain overalleconomic activity, thus resulting in PPP.
Right, none of it should haveever happened in the first place, but
that's what happened. But with thePPP program also included restrictions for how the

(48:07):
funds were to be received as grantsand provided you could get them as a
grant and not have to pay itback if business is made, if they
met maintained certain levels of employment,so you had to have some x amount
of employees still and if you gotunder that number, then you lost it
and you lost your qualification for it, and you had to pay it back

(48:28):
and they had to continually meet thoserequirements. People who committed fraud and they
did use it as a slush fund. I mean again, I don't think
any of this should have ever happened, But the people who committed fraud are
being prosecuted. I linked up aton of cases for you that they've been
going after recently. Student loan quoteunquote forgiveness is just welfare for people who
voluntarily signed up to assume this loanand they're too were responsible to pay off

(48:50):
something like twelve thousand dollars and tenyears time. What in the world.
But as long as we're I hadmade the mention, as long as we're
going this route. You know mortgages, what we did that with mortgages,
that was what Too Big to Failwas. Remember you had Democrats who decided
that having criteria to meet to gaina loan was discriminatory, so they forced

(49:12):
these financial institutions to reduce across theboard criteria. They began giving high risk
loans to people who had neither themeans or really intentioned to fulfill them,
and then we ended up having thisgiant economic disaster. It all contributed to
it. So we already did thatwith you. We already do that with
mortgages. We've done that with alot of bad financial decisions. But this

(49:37):
is vote buying as a substitute forget out the vote tactics. That's what
this is. We have more onthe way as we rolled towards headlines,
we're going to get into some ofthe medium malpractice as well. CBS is
facing an uproar after seizing a journalist'sfiles over that hunter Byden laptop story.
We'll have that more great Florida basedcompany with family values and they also share

(50:01):
your beliefs, particularly about self defense. They have the Celtech Sub two K
Gen three. If you're unfamiliar withthis, the Gen three. I have
the previous iteration of this, andit is just it's awesome innovation from Caltech.
They've I mean the stuff that they'vecome out with lately. I mean,
I like all their stuff, butthe stuff they've come out with lately

(50:22):
is really cool. The subgen theSub two K Gen three, as you
know, the Sub two K.You can literally fold it, the whole
thing in half. It's like,it's great when space is limited if you
want to tuck it away nice andneat, but it's really super easy to
quick and quick to deploy as well. Now the Gen three. Previously you'd
have to take off your optics andall that to fold it in half.

(50:42):
Gen three you don't. Everything foldsup fold and half optics and all simple
twist and fold motion of that patentpending rotating four and you can twist in
either direction folds it right in half. Now they've upgraded a few other things
as well. The elimited triggers, upgraded, redesigned trigger mechanics. You got
a light and five pound pool morefor that means you know, more precise
feedback isolated pools. That translates intoimproved accuracy. You also have upgraded action,

(51:05):
a new chamber indicator, all kindsof stuff and it's from Keltech,
made in America, family owned valuesat their best. To learn more about
the sub two k or it lookslike sub two thousand in print sub two
kg in three, visit kel techWeapons dot com. That's k E L
T e C Weapons dot com andtell them the data sent you and now
all of the news you would probablymiss. It's time for data's quick five,

(51:30):
all right, So Apparently Instagram ismore and more people are relying on
it as a news site because theyhave to read with pictures. That's all
I care about this story. That'strue. Red Lobsters made a change to
the all you can eat deal becausethe customers ate so much that the restaurants
suffered huge losses. That's a realthing. You got to risk it for
it in biscuits, y'all. Thestory. They've made a very big change.

(51:55):
The brand announced in June that it'sultimate Endless Shrimp offering is going to
become a permanent option right on themenu for customers. And then after it
was solidified, there were people wholiterally ate so much of it that it
directly affected financial losses for Red Lobsterat the end of twenty twenty three.
I'm gonna send this to my husbandright now and go was this you because

(52:15):
he has a story about him andhis cousin eating so many crab legs at
Shoney's on the all you can eatcrab Legs shonies Friday Night that they were
told to leave. You say they'regoing to earning said that they noted an
eleven million operating loss, and theysaid that the Endless shrimp was responsible.
I'm not even making this up.They said the endless shrimp was responsible.

(52:37):
Oh my gosh, this is sogreat. They go, well, we
knew the price was cheap and itwould bring in traffic. We had no
idea would lead to this. Andthe CEO said, he's never going to
be able to eat lobster again. He goes, I ke goes where we
just can't. Oh my gosh,I love it. This is so funny.
Let's see, there was a severateleg on the subway tracks in the
Bronx. Yeah, somebody's some's leg. Yeah, leg day. They said.

(53:04):
Apparently it could belong It could belongto a dude who was hit by
a train days earlier. They foundhis body nine miles away, but they
are trying to confirm whether or notthe leg belongs to him. I have
an easy solution to that, isthe body you found missing a leg.
Sure it's more complicated than that data, probably not. A man is in

(53:30):
trouble for stealing from Walmart, andI'm gonna I gotta tell you, though
some people steal some pretty stupid stuff, this guy didn't. What do he
steal? Shotgun shells and bacon?Ammo and bacon man he got he had
to get some shock aggs, someboxes of ammo and he got how many
pounds of bacond to get. Heconcealed the items and tried to leave without

(53:52):
pain, and it didn't work outso well. He had a warrant already
for him out of Fulton County andthat was for burglary with charges, and
that was from Pennsylvania. He hadstolen one hundred and thirty eight items from
Walmart in total valued at over onethousand dollars. He was charged with that
for receiving stolen property. And alsohe's a prohibitive possessor who was illegally in

(54:13):
possession of a firearm. But baconand ammo, you know, I mean,
you can't really go wrong there.Uvaldi cops who botched the response to
the tragedy at the school, Theywere subpoenaed by Texas Grand Jury in a
move that could result in criminal charges. So this was ongoing with the Uvaldi
case. They say that because therecould be I mean with this, they

(54:37):
said that the report, this wasthe report afterwards that showed how you know,
they stood outside, et cetera. But now this could lead maybe to
more charges they're still looking at allthis stuff. We have more to come.
As we rolled towards the bottom ofthe second hour, stick with us
my black rifle coffee. I haveto tell you this. My husband went
out of town and I cannot work. Are like, I don't know what

(54:58):
it is, our Rube Goldberg suppressomachine, and he was like, don't
touch it because I'll break something off. I don't even know. I'm like,
does this crank? Is this thehand cranker thing? I don't even
know what this says. All Iknow is that he makes the coffee in
the morning and it's there and it'samazing. It's black riffle coffee every morning,
and it's usually like I have mytact to squatch. That has been
my jam lately, although I didhave said silencer smooth this morning. But

(55:20):
anyway, long story short, Ihad to drink Communist swill. It was
horrible. I had like I hadto go and find I mean, I
just it was awful. I wantedto die. I thought it was just
gonna eat the beans. I wasready to eat the beans out of the
bag. It was so bad.In my life was horrible. First world
problems, I guess, But notfor me anyway. So this is I

trying to sort of play off thepresident's age as an asset and play up
his experience. But when he wasboarding Air Force one to head to California
at Joint Bace Andrews, he hada little bit of a stumble on the
stairs heading up heading up the stairsonto Air Force one, and he was
wearing these dress shoes that we haven'tseen him in as much recently. They've

(57:13):
been putting him in sneakers because wehad noticed that every time he's wearing the
dress shoes seems to be when heis having issues on the stairs. But
he wore those shoes and had alittle bit of a stumble going up the
stairs. So we will be watchingto see if he switches out, switches
back to the brand new black Hokahsthat he was spotted wearing in Delaware.

(57:37):
I don't know. That's Jackie Heinrichtalking about. I told you he stumbled
just the other day, and thiswas he was going up up the stairs
this time just then. I needmore strength than my leader. Yeah,
but you know, kin, thegreat thespian of MSNBC, Lawrence O'Donnell,
says that it's about that's right tosee. He doesn't get he doesn't make

(58:00):
speech. It's not about any ofthat. It's he just makes decisions.
It's all he does. Yeah, the decisions. Why would you put those
slick shoes back on? Why youguys? Uh? First off, welcome
back to the program. Bottom ofthis second hour. What does she mean?
Lauren asked a good question. Whatdoes she mean they've been putting him

(58:21):
in sneakers? Who's dressing him? What do you mean they've been putting him
in sneakers? He doesn't put onhis own sneakers. He doesn't say this
is the choice of footwear I'm makingtoday. Someone did someone wrestle him down
as they get those hookahs off.Someone also like feeding him and wheeling him

(58:43):
around. I mean, I don'tknow. I don't know. I got
questions. I got questions because that'sa good point. Yeah, Winston,
Well they've been putting him in thesewho's they and did they diaper him too?
I don't know. Golly, whichreminds me I had to see this,

(59:05):
so you guys all have to sufferit too. Uh huh the uh
he gave this interview? Did youdelete that? No, you didn't.
I Daily Mail has a story whereBiden says he was apparently asked about this,
and he said, the key tohis marriage with Jill is good romantical

(59:25):
times. Now I'm going to starveto death because they're forever nauseous. Well,
no one believe dude, you can'twalk upstairs. Come on, we
don't believe that either. We don'tbelieve it. You know, the solar
flare that we had, well that'swhat they told us, you know,
and it knocked out just a veryspecific solar flare that only impacted the United

(59:47):
States super well. Now and becausethey said AT and T seemed to have
experienced the largest number of issues, reports The New York Post. They said
that maybe they were trying to implementthe application and execution of a new network
expansion and they failed. That wasaccording to a company's statement. The company

(01:00:13):
said it was a system overwhelmed, and they said that they were having a
lot of problems because they were expandingand it was a system overwhelmed. They
said in a statement, not atall hacking or the solar flare that we
said initially, because that's what wasreported initially. Did they say it initially

(01:00:35):
or was it just other people guessingthat that had happened. Yeah, I'm
curious about this. I don't know, but long story short, it was
they messed up. They totally messedup the I guess execution of this network
expansion, and it food barred everybody'sservice. So they didn't take all those
towers off line so that they canbring them back up online with the new

(01:00:57):
frequency that's supposed to affect everybody thatgot the vaccination. Is that what you're
saying? What? What? What? What? What did you say?
I said, So they didn't shutdown all those towers so that they can
bring them back up with the newfrequency that's going to affect the people that
have gotten the vaccine and boosters. What would it do to them? Oh,

(01:01:19):
I don't know, probably turn theminto a zombie or something. Did
it work? I mean, haveyou seen parts of Philadelphia? It looks
like something's working. But is itany different from before? Kind of think.
I think it's worse than before.Absolutely, I mean I think that's
just from Democrats. I don't knowif we've been truly getting five G this
whole time. Is this new?I don't know, what are you like

(01:01:43):
reading my mom's Facebook comments? Listen, I may have been wearing the tinfoil
hat a little longer during the day, uh huh than usual. But you
know, I think there might besomething to your theory. Is that the
people who got the injections that actuallydidn't promote any kind of immunity at all
whatsoever. Right, And it wasn'teven really a therapeutic. No, it's

(01:02:04):
actually a detriment to your house.Yeah that in fact, it was just
misadvertised as that. And it's reallysecret zombie juice that people were injected with
and it's going to turn them intozombified Democrat voters, and that this was
a way to activate the serum.Yes, that you're that's part of it.
But you say, what did yousay? What was it misactivate?

(01:02:25):
What did you say was to activatethe serum? Yeah? So yeah,
I think that that could be it. I've seen enough online, I've been
deep into the rabbit holes and thatthat's a possibility. Okay, why wouldn't
they just aerosol it? Well they'vebeen doing that with the chim trails and

(01:02:45):
everything. Is that what you meanto make Democrat voters or making the frogs
gay? That's what they're doing.Hmm, Well, apparently it's all caused
the trains epidemic. It went waybeyond the frogs. Oh, I just
think it's it's just all I don'tever trust anybody. I don't know.
I mean I at this point,at having seen everything I've seen, I
could probably be persuaded to believe almostanything. I think at this point,

(01:03:08):
because I am just so much ofa cynic diagenist would be proud it's bad.
But yeah, I don't. Theysaid that they it took them thirteen
hours to fix this, and theysaid Verizon also experienced issues. But we
were told reliably that it was asolar flare, and some said, well,

(01:03:31):
it could be a cyber attack, and one tech said that he couldn't
imagine this incompetence or a single nodefailure. It even affected some nine to
one one services. Huh you knowthe solar flare or at and T's food
bar. I don't know what doyou believe? I feel like you remember

(01:03:52):
what's his face? He was numbertwo under William Shatner Star Trek. That
guy now was never number two orno, he was number one. Who
is it Star Trek Generation? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, it was Jean
lup Picard. Okay, So yeah, I messed up because I because I
wanted to call him Shatner and it'snot it was under. It was when

(01:04:14):
uh Jonathan Frakes, Yes, whatwas the what was the show that he
used to host in the nineties.Yea, And it was like true or
not? Do you decide? Andhe was so hysterical because you would he'd
show you, like you'd tell youabout the story and and you're all in
it and you're thinking, wow, this could be true, and he's like,
no, it's not. We totallylied to you. And he was
so straight faced, like he wasmaking fun of you for believing they're amazing

(01:04:39):
over the top production, like theywere the ones who made this whole series,
and they're like, do you believethis totally believable story and are amazing
over the top production and editing. If you do, your dummy, it's
a lie. It's like, yes, I love that show. I love
that show. Gosh, it wasso oh I loved his delivery. Anyway,

(01:05:02):
I feel like that's what this is. Do you believe that it was
a solar flare? Do you believethat well finessed government story? Because if
you do, you're a dumber. It's a lie. They just need to
see. Okay, sidebar, it'sFriday. I can do what I want.

(01:05:24):
So I'll never run for public office. But if I did, and
if I was president, I'd bringhim out. I would legit like I
would who do I got to killto get him out here? And I'd
bring him up on stage and Iwould every time that we needed to combat
bad narratives, I would bring outJonathan Frakes, right factor fiction, Well,

(01:05:44):
this one's fiction because you were liedto you, moron. I would
bring him out and I would justhave him be the final word, and
then I'd move on to a differenttopic, and then he would oh,
dude, it would be so effective. I don't know what I'd call him.
He'd be like some sort of likepress attache whatever. I don't know.
I did I think of a title. Somebody would think of a title.

(01:06:06):
Somebody who does that stuff, Likethe guy who puts on Joe Biden's
shoes. I'd repurpose him. Yeah, and I'd make him think of a
title for that stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah, like the guy who's
the dresser, the valet, theguy who puts on his shoes because apparently
he can't anymore. They dress him. They put his brogues back on.
Yeah, they took his hookahs off, they put his brogues back on.

(01:06:30):
Guys, those slippy, slappy shoes, and they sent him up those steve
stairs to the plane. Don't leavehim in socks. It's dangerous, Lee,
It's like a toddler. I don'tknow I anyway, So that's uh.
Do you think he has a littlerubber thing he's on the bottom of
his socks, you know, likethe grippers. Yeah, the little gripper
thinks. I bet you that's theonly kind of socks they let him wear

(01:06:51):
in the shoes, yeah, orin case the shoes fall off or he
takes them off like a top.I don't think they think that far.
I think they do. Yeah,I don't think they do. They really
don't. CBS faces uproar. Theyseize Catherine Herridge's files. This, it's
this looks really bad for CBS.So they fired Catherine Herriage and she was

(01:07:15):
a part of all the layoffs thathappened earlier this month, and then afterwards,
apparently they took the step of seizingher files, her computers, her
records, and all her information fromher privileged and confidential sources. And there
are people on the left that areactually speaking out about this, and they

(01:07:35):
said that they've never seen Other CBSjournalists were saying, we've never seen a
network sees records from a departing journalist, and a former CBS manager who spoke
to the Hill said that, andI've known this to always be true.

(01:07:56):
When you leave, you take yourstories and your sources and your contacts with
you, and the company takes you, know, every they they take you
know, they keep what's theirs, but you take all of your stuff and
all of your information. And Ihave never in all of your files,
I've never heard of this happening anywhereat any time, and apparently a lot

(01:08:19):
even SAG Aftra came SAG came outon this. I've never seen that.
Yeah, they said that they thatthis is controversial. They're very they're incredibly
concerned. They said that this couldput a chilling effect on the practice of
journalism and source confidentiality. They saythat this is very unusual, and it

(01:08:41):
goes far beyond this case. Theysaid, quote, it is a matter
of principle, it's a matter ofserious concern, and we are considering all
of our options. Wow. Wait, you mean CBS the Merry Mates Dan
rather the fake documents CBS. ThatCBS. So I thought, yeah,
yeah, this is really weird.I've never ever seen a company do this

(01:09:04):
before. I don't even know how. Because if you if you can have
your confidential sources, you know thatidentification sees you're never going to have anybody
because the journalists are actually protected againstrevealing the being forced to or compelled to
reveal the sources of accort a law. They're protected. And I I mean,

(01:09:25):
I'm this is wild. This isto see something like this happen.
And a lot of the story, particularly of note some of the files they
seized and that related to that HunterBiden laptop story. It just seems to
me, I mean, I mean, I don't know. I'm just gonna
go a little bit of Akham's raiserhere and say that this is the administration
trying to go after a reporter thatwas really pushing along with the new or

(01:09:48):
post that story and has been coveringall of the charges and the legal maneuvers
of Hunter Biden since that time.Just saying it seems like that because the
administration has used the FBI to goafter are people that had their drug dealing
flophouse daughter's diary. Remember that it'shis life mission to make bad decisions.

(01:10:13):
It's time for Florida man. I'mjust trying to figure out this photo.
It's from Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. Here's the headline. Florida man cited
after authorities found an illegally poached gatorfoot stuck in his dashboard number one?

(01:10:42):
Where number two? Foot? Isit a foot feats? I don't know.
Three? Is it attached to agator? Uh? The Orange County
commissioners or no? This is differentstory. This story with it's just a
weird story. So Florida Fish andWildlife pulled this dude over. It was

(01:11:04):
on Monday morning and they said theyposted this. This was on Facebook the
Fish the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservationand they wrote an alligator foot in the
dashboard. Officers Luis Mauricio and CaseySchreyer stopped a truck to check for their
day use pass in a wildlife managementarea when they noticed something unusual. They

(01:11:26):
said, Scattered throughout the cap ofthe truck were alligator parts, including an
alligator foot in the dashboard of thetruck. So it's I don't know what
is it? What is it?En Kane? Is it like a vent
I think it's one of those cubbiesor something. I think that looks like
like a GMC vehicle. And Ithink that might be a little storage cubby
they have right there that might havea pullout little train possibly, But well,

(01:11:46):
it gets weirder. The driver toldthe officers that the parts were from
an alligator he hunted a few yearsago, but our officers could smell that
the alligator had been taken recently. After after reading him his rights, the
man confessed to killing the gator afew days to go without a permit and
he was cited for violation. Imean, I just think if you're that
was done that you did hide atnumber one, but number two nasty like

(01:12:12):
they're all about but his truck lookslike it's dirty though, all strown all
about your truck. That's so gross. That's gross. Come on, that's
nasty. Uh. Florida man goeson a naked stroll, thought this was
America and tells officers that he isfrom a different earth. Yeah, he

(01:12:32):
was arrested for a decent exposure.A restaurant worker said she spotted the naked
Florida man, Jason Smith, takinga stroll outside the restaurant in front of
all these customers. Palm Beach policeofficers arrived to the well manicured scene,
and several people pointed out that thesuspect was walking nearby, he had no
clothing on, and his man bitswere fully exposed to the public. According
to the arrest report, they didnot say man bits, He did not

(01:12:55):
know where his clothes were, hecouldn't provide his name or day to birth.
Actually refused, so they handcuffing tookhim to the police station. He
didn't He told officers he had noID card, he didn't have a social
Security number, and he said hewasn't from this earth. That's why he
resided on a different earth, andthat's why he didn't have any of these
documents. So he was charged withindecent exposure, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct.

(01:13:15):
He entered a not guilty plea.I think he's still in jails.
Bond was set at five hundred butit doesn't say it was made just I
mean, did he want to goto jail? I don't know. I
just that's how you get a quicktrip to jail. Let's see, hear
this. A woman stole one pointfive million dollars and splurged on flights,

(01:13:40):
carnival cruises, and more. Saycops, she's a bookkeeper and the owner
of the company noticed some suspicious activityand the County Sheriff's office. They arrested
the thirty six year old woman nearJacksonville. Oh Man, she was buying
all kinds of stuff, expensive haircuts, flight cruises, everything, third Hour

(01:14:02):
on the way. Stick with us, We've got a lot more in store.
Folks. Do you have a reactionto the Alabama Supreme Court ruling on
the fact that embryo's our children.Yeah, I's all four. We need
to have more kids, we needto have an opportunity to do that.
And then I thought this was theright thing to do. But IVF is
used to have more children, andright now IVF services are posit some of
the clinics in Alabama. Aren't youconcerned that this could impact people who are

(01:14:26):
trying to have kids. Well, that's for another conversation. People who need
to have that. We need morekids, We need the people to have
the opportunity to have kids. Sothat's Senator Tommy Tuberville on that Alabama Supreme
Court ruling that the left is nowtrying to maneuver around and go at Republicans
over and try to make the prolife or the pro choice people, pro

(01:14:47):
abortion people mad. We're going totalk about this. Welcome back to the
show, top of this third hour, Dana last year with you this Friday.
You can listen coast, you canstream the radio program, and of
course you can catch the simulcass thevideo component of the show on Channel three
forty seven, Direct TV, YouTubeand Facebook as well. The Alabama Supreme
Court had ruled that human embryos inIVF clinics are legally children. And this

(01:15:11):
comes after some wrongful death lawsuits. They're ruling meant that there's two separate lawsuits
against this IVF clinic. They hada patient break in and destroy these frozen
human embryos, and so that's ultimatelywhat the court had to decide whether or
not these were legally considered children becausewith the destruction of these embryos. So

(01:15:32):
the left is infuriated. And nowthere's a story that comes out from Axios
that they're reporting that the NRSC,and that's the National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee,
the NRSC they're pushing, it's runby Senator Steve Danes. They're pushing

(01:15:55):
Republican senatorial candidates to oppose the rulingas it has as restricted access to IVF.
So they're saying to oppose it,to oppose the ruling that frozen numbers
are kids. It's what they're arguing. Axios says that the National Republican Senatorial
Committees urging candidates to strongly oppose theAlabama Supreme Court ruling restricting access to fertility

(01:16:17):
treatments. They say the Senate RepublicanCampaign arms sent a memo to candidates Friday
morning, urging them to clearly andconcisely reject efforts by the government to restrict
IVF. According to the copy thatAxios obtained, it called the Alabama ruling
fodder for Democrats hoping to manipulate theabortion issue for electoral gain. They said

(01:16:39):
there are zero Republican Senate candidates whosupport efforts to restrict access to fertility treatments.
One senior GOPAID apparently told Axios thatanyone not speaking out on the ruling
would be committing political malpractice. Sothey're telling candidates show support for the fertility
related servings services as blessings for thoseseeking to have kids, and to oppose

(01:16:59):
any forts to restrict IVF as adefensive family values and individual freedom. And
the it's tough for Republicans to opposesuch a ruling because you either believe that
an embryo that it's a child,or it's not a child and it's a
fertilized egg, it's a frozen mbrand. Don't they have like a ninety five

(01:17:20):
percent survival rate, So it's youknow, you can't. I think the
question doesn't come after the embryo thelife is created. I think the question
comes before the life is created. And I don't think that this changes the
formula for anything. This is stillthe same question that exists before conception,

(01:17:43):
choice before conception. At this point, it is an embryo, it is
a fertilized egg, It has allof the ingredients there. It is life.
It's just suspended. Now that's anissue that I and some others have
questions about because it is a suspensionof life. It is life, but

(01:18:03):
they're suspending it. And I thinkthat some folks in the pro life community,
just from what I've been able tosee and understand from their arguments,
maybe this is like maybe they're purists, or however you want to describe it.
But from what I have seen, some of the folks in the pro

(01:18:24):
life community view a suspension or Imean, because that's what it is,
life and suspension, a suspension ofthis life as a somehow a weakening of
pro life if that makes sense. And I understand that argument. I understand
what they're saying there, but Istill think it doesn't change the formula that

(01:18:46):
choice comes before conception. However, the question or the issue at hand here,
I think there's two separate issues thatare getting twisted up in one thing.
I think if Republicans just very simply, very simply stick to just this
one issue, it is an embryo, it as life. That's not where
the debate should be. The debateisn't after life is created. The debate

(01:19:12):
that is about is preconceptions. Thedebate is before conception. It's not you
don't ask after well should I?You ask well should I before? So
I don't think that that formula changesthings now. The objections that a lot
of people have with IVF, andI have friends who have done IVF,
and I have family members who havesuccessfully done IVF, and I know a

(01:19:35):
lot of people who have gone throughit. They've gone through the process to
add to their to expand their family. The concern that a lot of pro
life folks have is what happens tothe embryos when they're not fully matured,
because they're frozen in a facility housedin capsules and nitrogen liquid. And then

(01:20:01):
do they what happens after I meana lot of them they're frozen to are
they destroyed? Are they discarded? Are some aborted in utero? Because you
do have to implant a few SoI have questions about IVF. That's separate

(01:20:23):
from whether or not the singular issueare is it a child or not?
That is the only issue, andRepublicans need to keep it simple. Do
not allow this argument or this issueto be wrapped up with the other issue.
This question is are they considered children? Albama Supreme Court says yes.

(01:20:45):
The question isn't, well, shouldyou create them now? You don't ask
that after they're already there. That'sa question you ask beforehand. And it's
an entirely separate issue from this.So the stupidest thing that Republicans could do
is get baited into complicating this issueon this particular question, which is the
sole scope of this case, toget baited into making it more complicated than

(01:21:11):
it needs to be by the leftbecause that's a boon for them, and
it's difficult especially and this is whatthe left's going to do. They're going
to seize this, they're gonna getall over this because think about it,
the biggest threat to the left isa coalition on the right. I'm not
saying more Republicans. I am notsaying more Republicans. In Florida, they've

(01:21:31):
been able to register a lot ofRepublicans that is not true in every state.
I think a lot of states havepretty weak Republican parties, but there
are a lot of people who arepersuaded to vote Republican or vote for some
Republican candidates, and you don't wantto over complicate the association with your coalition

(01:21:56):
again eighty twenty. There are certainthings that are winning issues that need needs
to be repeated over and over again, and I think Tubberville did his best
to kind of avoid that and strategizearound it a little bit. He was
very smart. He's a lot smarterthan I think a lot of people give
him credit for and handle on thisstuff. Any football guy, it's strategy,
he gets it. I mean,it's the same, it's a strategy

(01:22:17):
based thing. But I think that'spretty simple, and Republicans just need to
keep it stuck on that issue andthat issue alone. There's also this question.
I don't know if we have thisaudio it's the MSNBC check yes,

(01:22:38):
this one audio SoundBite twenty two tellme that you don't know the difference between
natural and civil rights. Without tellingme that you don't know the difference between
natural and civil rights, go theone thing that unites all of them,
because there's many different groups orbiting Trump. But the thing that unites them as
Christian nationalists, not Christians, bythe way, because Christian nationalists is very

(01:23:00):
different, is that they believe thatour rights as Americans, as all human
beings, don't come from any earthlyauthority. They don't come from Congress,
they don't come from the Supreme Court. They come from God. Yeah,
so tell me you don't understand thedifference between natural and civil rights without telling
me that you don't understand the differencebetween natural and civil rights. Oh my
gosh. This is just like basicreading comprehension. If you read the Declaration

(01:23:25):
of Independence, and you also readall of the debate minutes as it came
to the founders determining what amendments andhow they're going to structure the Constitution of
the United States. There's one thingthat they all agreed on, and it
did not matter the doctrine through whichyou approached this. It just mattered that
you recognize the activity and the guidinghand of the Divine into the creation of

(01:23:50):
the Republic, or how they wereinspired to acknowledge the presence of the Divine
in everyday life, which is whyyou have what's considered, you know,
our free speech and the free practiceof religion, and the right to bear
arms, et cetera, et cetera. The difference between natural and civil rights

(01:24:11):
is that natural rights are rights thatyou have by way of being an American,
whether you are born here in theUnited States or in a territory like
on a military base, or ifyou are you become a citizen of the
United States. They are rights thatyou immediately assume that you did not ask
for, that you do not haveto work for, that you do not
vote for, that were not createdin a court room by humans specifically for

(01:24:33):
you. That is what a naturalright is, and that is what the
Founders were alluding to when they saidthat we have been gifted by endowed by
our creator, with unalienable rights. That is exactly what they're talking about.
It is the very definition of anatural right. Civil rights are rights created
by men and women in court roomsto apply to other men and women.

(01:24:58):
Civil rights are rights created by mengiven to other men. They are not
rights at all. Rather, theyare privileges that have been decided by the
state and given to to the citizensof the state. That's it. That's
the difference and I think that thisis a absolute bastardization not only of the
meaning of natural rights and the differencebetween natural and civil rights, but it

(01:25:24):
shows a really embarrassing ignorance just inthe in the understanding of the origin of
our entire republic. And what's more, and I've seen this in the thread
of this Wolking put out. Hasthis I'm gonna actually retweet it here in
a moment, has this thread thatpeople have filled their all of these videos

(01:25:45):
like Joe Biden and John F.Kennedy, and I even think Barack Obama
and uh, there was a evenAl Gore had given a speech where they're
talking about natural rights, like, for instance, let's to Joe Biden.
This was back in nineteen eighty seven. I was in elementary school nineteen eighty
seven, where I guess that thisMSNBC talking head would take the exact same

(01:26:11):
objection to this. Listen, Ibelieve all Americans are born with certain inalienable
rights as a child of God.I believe my rights are not derived from
the Constitution. My rights are notderived from any government. My rights are
not derived from any majority. Myrights are because I exist. See,
I have certain rights. These peoplelike this woman on MSNBC. They're trying

(01:26:36):
to to ugly up the idea thatyou have rights that are untouchable by other
men. And that's the thing todestroy belief in God in this country.
And Communist's biggest enemy is God.Karl Marx's biggest enemy was God. Because

(01:27:00):
if you have these rights that areenshrined in the jurisdiction of the divine,
no man can touch them, noman can pervert them, no man can
counterfeit them, no man can corruptthem. And that's the entire goal to
very slowly whittle away the belief inthe God who endowed these people with these

(01:27:21):
rights, so that the jurisdiction candissipate and those rights can be moved under
the jurisdiction of man, and thenthey can be infringed upon. Actually,
they'll convince you that it's not aninfringement because it never was to begin with.
That's what they'll convince you of.So this whole Christian nationalist term this

(01:27:41):
is an ignorant phrase, ignorant phraseused by even more ignorant people. And
it's either done because they're genuinely andinnocently stupid, which I still believe in
a culpability in this era of information, or they're just malicious, and I
think it's a bit of both. And now all of the news you would
probably miss. It's time for Dana'squickfive oh and out of control satellite plunged

(01:28:09):
back to Earth after thirteen years outof orbit, finally fell to the ground
this week. It spent thirteen yearsvery slowly being pulled out of orbit,
harmlessly plunging into the Pacific Ocean. It's the European Space Agency's five thousand plus
five hundred and fifty pounds ers twosatellite and it's somewhere over the North Pacific

(01:28:30):
Ocean between Alaska and Hawaii. Theypredicted it's a bus size satellite. That's
crazy. They thought it would breakinto pieces and then disintegrate upon arrival before
landing in a body of water. And they said that there's the largest fragment.
They said, would they think it'slike one hundred and fifteen pounds,

(01:28:50):
But that was pretty much it.That's a I'm glad it was just right
over the ocean where nobody is rightover there. Goodness, three quarters of
us workers want to get paid everyday because of mounting debt, and now
the on demand compensation is increasing insupport. Biweekly paycheck is on the cups
cusp of disruption, although expansion planshave kind of hit a snag. First

(01:29:14):
off, you have the wage access, the earned wage access, where employees
can collect their pay at the endof each work is what they're calling it.
And Walmart Amazon they've already started offeringlike similar in house programs like this.
Yeah, And the Consumer Financial ProtectionBureau said that they're issuing guidance on
this soon. They say that itcould help a lot of Americans who run
out of money before they wait runit's because of inflation, I know,

(01:29:39):
But isn't that just gonna make themrun out of money faster? That's what
I'm thinking here. I don't thinkthat that's the panacea either. Japan's Naked
Man Festival ends after more than onethousand years because of the declining population in
the area. That's what it is, not because it's what, Yeah,
not because of naked do it isbecause of that. Stick with us,

(01:30:00):
because coming up, Congressman Andy Oglessogles he's going to be joining us.
He's a House Freedom Caucus craving adaily dose of intellectual adrenaline. Look,
no, further than the Dana Showpodcast where curiosity meets courage by following on
Apple, Spotify or wherever you getyour podcasts. Have you seen footage that's

(01:30:25):
my tax fiard dollars? Are yougoing to say so? I think we
should kill them all? We gotto make you feel better? Are taxes
than her? I don't want tocease fire. I want more fire.
I want all the fire. Ijust I love these activists that go in
and it's like you had a ceasefireon October six. You had all of
this on October six? What changed? Maybe you're asking the wrong elected government.

(01:30:48):
You should be asking the electroc governmentof Amas. Welcome back to the
program Dana last year with you bottomof this third hour. You can listen
coast to coast. You can streamthe radio program. You can catch the
video component uh over at channel throughforty seven, Direct TV, YouTube and
Facebook as well. So that videothat we played for you, and then
pulling up pulling out the article UHbecause I love the media. They go

(01:31:11):
and they saw this and they're like, wow, this this elected this congressman
wants to kill all the people.Congressman Andy Ogles, a member of the
House Freedom Caucus and the House ofFinancial Services Committee. He's out of Tennessee,
beautiful Tennessee. He's in the Nashvillearea. He joins us via Skype.
They're trying to say, Congressmen thatthey're well, they're pretending that nuance
doesn't exist, because that's a hotnew trend today in society. But I

(01:31:32):
mean when you are, I meanHamas chose to engage this way. People
just need to stand back and letIsrael do what Israel does. I thought
that that activist that was questioning you, I noticed she didn't have anything to
say about what happened before October seventh. She didn't have anything to say about
any agreements that were in place beforethen, did she. Well, I

(01:31:53):
mean that's right. I mean inthese snowflakes, I mean that their idea
of peace is one side, andtheir idea of tolerate and is one side.
And let's keep in mind, youknow, prior to October seventh,
there was a Land for Peace dealabout twenty years ago. Israel has been
under attack for the last twenty years. So this idea of peace in the
Middle East or peace in Israel isnon existent. And on October seventh,

(01:32:14):
Hamas crossed the line that they cannever come back from. And every one
of every member of Hamas and allof their accomplices and all of their funders
deserve whatever it is biblical that Israelrains down on their head. And look
when you understand that Hamas was rapingand torturing babies, toddlers, young girls,
young boys. They were cutting offthe breast of women while they were

(01:32:35):
being gang raped. They were rapingmen and cutting off their testicles. These
people are animals. They are evilincarnate on this earth. And anyone,
anyone who has sympathy for Hamas isan idiot. And also Congressman, I
wondered every time I heard the debateson the floor, do a lot of
your Democratic brethren they're in the chamber, do they understand that that's an elected

(01:32:58):
that Hamas was elected. They hadoverwhelming This was back in two thousand and
six. They enjoyed, you know, a landslide victory, and their support,
their popularity has grown. It grewto the point where they suspended elections
because FASA was concerned they were goingto overtake them in West Bank because you
know, for all intents and purposes, I mean, Hamas was also,
you know, kind of the bigplayer in West Bank as well. And

(01:33:19):
I feel like a lot of yourDemocrat brethren on the other side of the
aisle there they don't understand that.Yeah, I mean, you know,
people try to make this clear distinctionbetween the Palestinians and Hamas, and it's
a blurred line. You've got tounderstand that the Palestinians, you know,
their government is funding Hamas, thatthe tunnels are coming up in through people's

(01:33:41):
homes, up through people's businesses.I mean, they're they're literally helping Hamas
engage in terror. So look,if you kill someone and I provide you
the weapon and I load the weapon, I'm an accomplish to that murder,
right, And so this is whatyou have to view this lens through,
is that you have people in theGaza that our accomplices to Hamas. And
look, justice has to be delivered. And look, it's time for the

(01:34:04):
foreign governments, the United States orFrance or Germany to get out of the
way of Israel. It's time tolet Israel take the muzzle off of Israel
and let Israel do whatever it hasto do. Let them dictate their policies
on this issue. And look, because if there was a group in Mexico
that were lobbing IEDs into Houston orDallas or somewhere, we would occupy Mexico's

(01:34:26):
city within forty eight hours, youknow what, We probably wouldn't give it
back. And so to hold Israelto some other standard is ridiculous. And
so I'm fed up with the snowflakes. I'm fed up with the left,
and the left has been trying toblame Israel for the attack on October seventh.
The left media, the woke media, is responsible for the anti Semitism
in this country. So the increasein tax on the Jewish country here on

(01:34:46):
the homeland is because of the leftistmedia because they refuse to condemn Hamas,
they refuse to condemn the Palestinians fortheir complicitness in this, and they refuse
to acknowledge the atrocities that happened Octoberseventh. Then I'm not going to back
down from this, and there's nopoint in me doing so well good.
We're talking with Congressman Andy Ogle's stufffrom beautiful State at Tennessee fifth Congressional District.

(01:35:08):
I have to note for everybody, the woman who's asking him those questions
that you were talking to you, sir. In that video, she's with
Code Pink, that a very farleft Marxist organization. Everybody knows Code Pink.
You say Code Pink and everyone's like, oh my gosh. That group
they're still around. That's what theydo there. They just yell at non
sequiturs at lawmakers and then they tryto do these gotcha things. I wanted

(01:35:29):
to ask you as well because I'mgoing to switch gears here because this was
something that you released the beginning ofthis month, the Send Them Back Act.
Now we broadcast out of Texas,so we're we're in a super fun
border state. We've got affiliates allover the country, but we got a
lot of border area affiliates as well, including our great friends down in KURV
the McCallen area, which was ahot spot of crossing until all these force

(01:35:51):
multipliers from the government. Now everyone'sgoing over to California. This gets me
that everybody's hands are tied and thisadministration doesn't allow these governors and local law
enforcement to properly detain and stop thisdeluge coming in. You've introduced to Send
Them Back Act, and it's shortfor and I like the name of it,
Sending evading nondocumented threats home, especiallymigrants, Biden accepted carelessly and knowingly.

(01:36:16):
Act I felt like there was avery careful purpose in the naming of
this. Tell me about this thatwell, it's quite simple. Look,
we know that our country has beenoverrun by illegals even before Biden. But
you've got to start somewhere. Andso this is our country. We get
to decide who comes here, andquite frankly, we get to decide who
stays. And so we picked adate which was the beginning of Joe Biden's

(01:36:39):
term in office. Over roughly eightto ten million people have come here illegally.
And what this does labels anyone whocame during that time period into this
country illegal illegally. They would thenbe labeled for immediate deportation. And look,
I know that's going to be harsh. I know it's going to be
messy, But we have eight millionpeople here illegally, and just in the
state of Tennessee, and that's includethe Gutaways. That's right. Well,

(01:37:02):
but here's the thing. In theState of Tennessee, on an annual basis,
it cost our state almost a billiondollars a year illegal immigration, does
healthcare, food stamps, education,et cetera, et cetera. So those
are dollars that should be going tothe taxpayers of Tennessee, going through our
textbooks, going to our veterans. The suicide rate among the veterans is still
twenty two a day. Like,we have things that we should be taking

(01:37:24):
care of at home versus the illegalsthat Joe Biden is letting in. And
I'm going to say this, there'sa nefarious purpose for him doing this.
That's twofold one, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico. He's trying to flood
those areas with a constituency that willvote blue, get them hooked on welfare
and food stamps, and hope thatthey vote Democrat. So on the short
term, they're trying to hold NewMexico and Arizona in perpetuity. But when

(01:37:46):
you get to the census in tenyears, illegals are counted in the census,
and so when you look at stateslike California that has population flight,
they're backfilling that state with illegals. When you look at New York that has
population flight, back filling up populationwith illegals. Why because if the population
drops, they lose congressional seats. So this is all about power and control.

(01:38:09):
They don't care about you, Dana, they don't care about me,
They don't care about the state ofTennessee. This is about the Democrats controlling
the country and quite frankly, screwingthis country up even more. Yeah,
we're talking to congressmen and Andy Oglesand this is he's in Tennessee. I
love Tennessee very mary a beautiful steak. I got a lot of friends that
live there, do you. Iwas thinking back. The President spoke this

(01:38:32):
morning to governors. He's meeting withthe Governor's Association, and he mentioned you
all in the House again, sayingthat it's your fault that they're supplemental to
Ukraine's not getting passed. It's yourfault. Nothing's happening with the border.
I think it's perfectly reasonable, asI'm sure the millions of people who are
listening to the program are streaming it. I think we're all on the same

(01:38:54):
page here. I mean, yougot to kind of protect what's you know,
your land at home. You gotto protect your your poor chare at
home before you go out and helpyour neighbors with their houses. And I'm
not even I'm just looking at Israel. I'm not even talking about like Ukraine
and all that yet. I mean, there still has not been a clear
clarifying breakdown of what we're actually payingfor in Ukraine, what's happened to the

(01:39:15):
what's happening to the money previously, and what the objectives are. So it
seems perfectly reasonable Congress span to notwant to pass all of this money during
the time of inflation. We don'teven know where it's going to go,
and we're looking at our border goingBut what about this, Yeah, well,
you know, the Biden administration wantsto send over another sixty billion dollars
to Ukraine. Keep in mind, the budget for the United States Marines last

(01:39:35):
year was about fifty eight point threebillion dollars. So we're going to spend
more money in this tranch, whichis in addition to all the other moneies
we've sent them, more than wespent on our US Marines last year.
That's a travesty. But that beingsaid, you know, we live out
in the country. We've got afarm, we live on top of the
hill. I've got an old tractor, right the breaks work most of the

(01:39:56):
time. I would really like anew truck. You live on a hill
and you got to attract where thebreaks most of the time, A really
good driving the tractor with the Bushhallgot all that to say is, you
know, if I want a newtractor, I've got to find money in
the budget, man. And whatthis administration is doing is using America's credit
card, our great grandchildren's credit card, and we've got to start paying for
these things we're spending money on.So guess what my wife's told me.

(01:40:16):
I'm not getting a tractor because youknow what, it's not in the budget
right now. And I'm telling JillBiden, no Ukraine funding, secure the
dang border, start sending people home. If we're going to take care of
our foreign allies, this should beIsrael and Taiwan, not Ukraine. By
the way, Raid one of themost scrupt countries in the world. There's
that, of course. Yeah,no, that's a very good point as

(01:40:38):
well, A very good point.Yeah. I just saw that. I
was like, oh boy, he'sgoing to kick off another war. The
president going after members of the Houseagain. Before I let you go,
I wanted to also bring up Ihave to bring up you and Congressman Massi,
he's a good friend of the show. You guys are leading opposition to
this permanent reauthorization of the undetectable. This is that ghost gun thing. I
cannot stand the term ghost gun becauseit's just this name that they give to

(01:40:59):
firearm for hobbyists to make unserialized firearms. And they can do that. I
mean, there's a federal statute alreadyif they're going to sell them, but
they actually gang bangers are going outthere, Congressmen with three D printers and
they're just distributing them to the allthe gangs in LA and Chicago and Philly
and elsewhere. Tell me about this, because I feel like they're going to
go after three D printers and everythingelse next well. So there's a bit

(01:41:21):
of it. So sometimes you gotto figure out, like why are they
doing this? So when you whenyou look at the application of the the
ghost gun, the undetectable. Sothere's undetectable firearms and there's ghost guns.
So the undetectable firearms is basically agun that's all plastic. That's not a
real application. People aren't making thosein their garage right, No, And
they can only be fired like onceor twice, and then it knows exactly

(01:41:44):
so one person. So someone mightjust shrug their shoulders and say, well,
that's no big deal. But whenyou combine that with the ATF's new
rule on the receiver rule, whichhas to deal with plastics, Now what
this allows. When you combine thatwith the other rule, then the ATF
could then single out, say glock, for example, who has a gun
that is majority plastic or a largeportion of it is plastic. I've got

(01:42:06):
one, and they could say,you know what, this falls under these
two components of law and or rule, and now you no longer it can
sell those weapons. So there's apathway here for that to be applied to
basically ban guns by a manufacturer. And so this is again the Biden administration.
They can't pass outright gun control, they can't usurp the Second Amendment.

(01:42:29):
So what they're going to do isthey're going to rule you to death.
It's a death by a thousand cuts. So thank you to my good buddy
Thomas Matthew for standing with me onthis. We brought it to the attention
of leadership and they were like, holy crap, we didn't realize that this
was going on and this is howit could be applied, and so our
plan is to stop it and blockand preventing the Biden administration. Look,
I'm a big gun guy. I'mone of those guys that had the Christmas

(01:42:50):
card We're all holding guns. Itwent international, I think it was MSBBC
did a little series on us talkingabout our children weren't safe. They all
know how to use a gun.Right, got a shotgun? That was
an agenda, Right. They don'twant you to have a Gunyah, they
don't want me to have a gun. And you know what, I love
guns. I shoot guns. I'mgoing to continue to do so, I'd

(01:43:11):
mean, and this is probably fora future discussion as this progresses, but
i'd love because now we're getting intothe materials of firearms, and I love
how they're just trying I mean notlove. I am amuse how they're trying
every which way to go after firearms. Ban everything, confiscate everything. It
might be a question for Stephen HalbrookKane, but I'd love to talk again
as this progresses, because I wouldjust think if the common use that was
a I mean, that's come overup, over and over again in numerous

(01:43:34):
Second Amendment cases. You know, whether it's heller, whether it's a bruin
case, commonly owned firearms, scalonodof this in Heller, I mean,
I would just think if it's madeof you know, if you got plastic
involved in it, you got polyrigot met whatever. If it's commonly owned,
that seems like it's a strong defenseagainst it. And I would love
to know how they're going to getaround that, because I don't think they
can. Well, what you dois is they litigate Todath. You look

(01:43:55):
at President Donald Trump. You knowthey can't beat him in the courts per
se. They sue, they timeup cost millions of dollars in legal fees.
You look at Palmer eighty, who'sbeen targeted by the government, who
they sell the incomplete lowers, right, you know, So they're targeting them,
they're going after them, they're tyingthem up in court, and so
they're raking up millions of dollars inlegal fees. Well, if you're a

(01:44:17):
small operator, that puts you outof business. And so this again is
an intentional act by this government toweaponize the government against these companies and ultimately
against you and I that's a verygood point, Congressman Andy Ogles. Love
to have you back, especially asthis progresses, because I'm very interested in
watching watching the fight against that.Thank you so much for what you do.
Appreciate your time. Thank you,God blessed. Follow Dana on Apple,

see that I got a Miles Davisalbum and then a couple of monks card.
She got a George Clinton doll?Did I pay for that? Everybody
knows it? No? People knowthat. That's come on? Did you

(01:45:23):

follows totally opposite ends boy, Georgeand George Clinton. I know, I

(01:45:44):
me and I just looked the otherday he unfollowed, he unfollowed you.
It must have been something. Howdid you get flavor Flave following you?
I don't know. It happened likeyears ago. And then I guess somebody
got on, you know, incontrol of his account, and all of
a sudden, I'm unfollowed one ofI remember when I was in tenth grade,
I asked for George Clinton album forChristmas. It did, yeah,

(01:46:05):
I did. It was I withoutit sounded too close to something I can't

(01:46:28):
my bed. But Koreine Jean Pierrewas talking today about Biden's border uh
considerations and ask why, after threeyears of being president Friday, why has
any implemented any sort of executive actions. Her response was her typical one.
Can you guess what it was?It was, I don't have anything for
you right now. I'm not goingto get in. Sorry, you're okay
