(00:00):
No, we shouldn't. And here'sthe way that we'll do it. There's
two completely different world views on this. You know, the Biden budget came
out. It would make the largesttax increases in US history, about four
point nine trillion dollars in tax increases. It would raise the debt to about
fifty two trillion dollars over the nextten years. We can't go down that
road. We're going to crash theUS economy. We all recognize that.
(00:22):
So what we present is the alternativeview, and that is our house.
The Budget Committee passed their resolution herein the last couple of weeks, and
it would balance the federal budget inten years and cut fifteen trillion in spending
while not affecting Social Security or Medicare. This is possible to do, but
it takes very tough political choices, and you've got to limit the size and
(00:43):
scope of the federal government. Whata concept. We've been talking about that
for a long time. There isa path to do it. So that's
Speaker Mike Johnson. Because the billthat has been pushed through, well that's
going to probably be pushed through.Let's be honest about it. Uh is
just it's absolute trash garbage. It'sa it's it's big spending, and that's
(01:04):
the problem. It's still continuous bigspending. We're gonna break some of that
down here for you today. Firstoff, welcome to the program. Dana
Lash with you top of this firsthour on Thursday or sorry, yeah,
Thursday. It's just a crazy, busy, overwhelming day. All right.
So the yeah, you this thissecond half, it is the second half
(01:30):
of the uh whole omnibus. Youknow, if you wanted a the second
half of the omnibus is ultimately whatis uh, this is the thing that's
coming down. This is the thingthat's down the pike. I mean,
they the budget with this. It'sjust bad policy. It's a it's it's
it's just bad spending. Uh.We're gonna go through some of it.
(01:53):
And there's been a lot of uhno, there's been a lot of consternation
about it online. We're gonna goover you know, the what it actually
includes. They said, it's whatnow, almost a little over almost maybe
twenty billion for the border, butyou have four hundred and ninety five million
they were saying for additional I guesspersonnel. But what does that mean when
you're talking about increasing border security. That's what they were saying the last time
(02:16):
that they were pushing this, Exceptthe problem was is that it was just
for people to help process those whowere coming in illegally. It was just
to help kind of process all ofthat through and not really anything about enforcement,
et cetera. Now, the deportationaspect of it, this is the
(02:37):
big thing that you know, thestates are fighting with the federal government about,
and the act of deportation is stillsomething that the federal government argues is
within its purview. But it's verydifficult to argue for the federal government that
it's within its purview considering the factthat all they just haven't been doing it.
They just won't actually do what needsto be done. Got a part
(03:00):
that messaging a part of their enforcement. So, like I said, we're
going to go through all of this, there's just a lot to hit because
you've got this. This is sixspending bills that have been pushed together in
one giant omnibus, and of courseit's over a thousand pages. They dropped
it last night and they're expected tomake like the initial votes on it today,
(03:22):
which is I mean, how areyou reading over a thousand pages of
legalis and spending. And you knowthat's that's what a lot of this is.
It's legally and spending. How areyou How are you going to read
a thousand pages of that? Imean, it's rhetorical. You're not.
They're not. They're not going todo it. It's just about it's about
getting it through and getting it done. So I tell you, this is
(03:44):
exactly how you mess up in anelection season. It's exactly how you mess
up in an election season. Theother thing, too, that we're waiting
for is some of the latest moveson SB four that has to do with
the immigration will the border bill, the border enforcement in Texas As before.
As we've discussed, that includes thearrest and the detention of illegal entrance,
(04:11):
but it doesn't include the deportation ofillegal entrance, because again that's something still
the federal government. That's what theytried to tie everybody's hands. That was
the big fight that they were havingwith jan Brewer and Arizona. You all
remember this, and so the chaoticI guess that's the best way you could
put it. There's some chaos yesterdayfor a handful of hours before a lower
(04:33):
Court then stayed it. So nowbecause the Supreme Court had said it could
go ahead and go through, andthis was after Alito had extended this injunction,
and then there was a federal appealscourt that blocked it. So now
they said that they can't rule onit unless the Fifth Circuit rules on it.
And so now they had a threejudge panel on the Fifth that issued
(04:55):
in order that blocks it, andthey didn't actually really explain, you know,
much about their decision with it.So where that's that's one of the
other things that we're watching. Sothere's a lot of stuff that's kind of
that's that's that's pushing around in DC. We've got also the US submitting a
resolution they're demanding an immediate ceasefire andGAZA but of course they try to add
very quietly, you know, acaveat about releasing hostages, which mass is
(05:16):
never going to do. They're nevergoing to do because it's been worth it
for them to not as sick inas sickening as it is, it's been
worth it for them to not.So we're gonna we're gonna follow that.
Also the latest with the EV fight, uh, and we've got a bunch
of culture as well to get intoBut this border, let's go back to
this, because of this this billwith a nineteen point six billion for border
protection. So this is uh,it's they say it's investment at the border.
(05:40):
Well, unless it's boots on theground. There's the problem is is
that they they act like that's awin by itself. They act like apportioning,
you know, a certain amount isoh, well that's it. You
get everything that you want on theborder. But they they by doing this,
they are side stepping the main issue, which is enforcement, because there's
what's the point of spending all ofthis money with stuff at the border,
(06:00):
particularly when you're fighting with lawmakers asto whether or not or liketed officials in
Texas, including law enforcement, you'refighting with them as to whether or not
they can arrest or detain people. If you're pushing back on whether or not
they can arrest or detain and you'rebarring them from deporting, what the hell
exactly are you spending money on ifit's not for processing and you know,
getting people through faster and than releasingthem in the interior. And that's the
(06:23):
big question. So they act likeit's a huge win for Republicans, Oh,
we're giving you this. Look,we're going to give you some money
for this, and then Republicans actlike they're all big for asking for it,
but it ignores the giant question, what about deportations? What about arrestment,
arresting and detainment? Because this issue, this is what sbfour is all
about. So what exactly if you'reif you're spending because this is a what
(06:48):
a major one point two trillion dollarpackage, If you're spending this type of
money, then what is it thatyou're And you're spending what nineteen point six
billion for customs and Order protection andthey're bragging it's a three point two billion
increase above physical year twenty three, and we're gonna have four hundred ninety five
million for additional border patrol agents andthe Biden a minute, Hey, look,
(07:11):
the Biden administration called for we're gonnahave twenty two thousand additional border agents.
Okay, but what about any kindof a force multiplayer like a little
literal physical barrier that we call awall. Nope, you don't get that.
You're not getting that funding. You'renot getting that funding. Additionally,
to my point, immigration detention beds, they're boosting from thirty four to forty
two thousand. So they're adding tenthousand dollars ten thousand additional detention beds at
(07:39):
all of these process processing facilities thatmany of these NGOs run. So this
goes right to the point that Ithat my whole original point is that this
is about processing people quicker, releasingthem to the interior. That's all what
this is about. Now, inaddition to this, I know, yeah,
(08:00):
happy Thursday to year, you're soexcited. Biden is quote unquote for
giving another five point eight billion dollarsin student debt for nearly seventy eight thousand
borrowers. So this is out thismorning, six billion in student loan relief
quote unquote. It applies to teachers, nurses, and firefighters, they said,
who due to previous failures with thesystem, didn't receive the earlier quote
(08:22):
unquote forgiveness they were promised for goinginto public service. And it's this public
service loan forgiveness program that they createdin oh seven, and it was about
forgiving student debt for people who enterjobs in public service. But most which
I think is that you're buying thepublic sector's vote, is what you're doing
you're buying the public sector's vote. You make it impossible to get affordable education.
(08:46):
And then because of I don't knowhow you want to put it,
consumerisms, societal practices, customs, culture, whatever it is. You know,
you pay sports athletes more than youpay teachers, because clearly the society
spends money on what it values themost. And then you try to rectify
this by forced spending through government, and that doesn't go out very well,
(09:09):
and you still have education and teacherspeople who you know, they don't consider
they wouldn't voluntarily fund them as muchas they would voluntarily go to a sports
event. So they try to fixthat again with more government and with more
spending, and then they make thesepromises that they never are able to actually
follow through on. You shouldn't youshould just make if you make college affordable
(09:30):
and stop promoting within culture this ideathat in order to have any kind of
valuable socially accepted profession, that youhave to go to a four year university.
I mean that would go a longway in starting to fix this,
and then maybe not have not haveDC run the whole thing. So this
(09:52):
brings this total package under this presidentto one hundred and fifty billion dollars,
and previously I think it was onlysomething like seven thousand received that quote unquote
public service loan forgiveness. It's notforgiveness your share, but it's not just
like public service workers. I mean, they've been forgiving debt from private circus.
(10:13):
They've been forgiving a private sector. They've been forgiving private circus. Actually
applies, they've been forgiving debt forit's a vote buying scheme. It is
an absolute vote buying scheme. Andthen all of these articles, oh my
goodness, higher education debt has justtripled. It's so mean. Student federal
aid figures, it's so mean.Yeah, after the federal government under Barack
Obama and with people like Elizabeth Warrenin the Senate, they voted to consolidate
(10:37):
total control of college loans, butin DC they put it under the purview
of the federal government. And thenyou're shocked that it got run into a
hole in the ground. You're shockedthat education, the cost of it is
tripled. You're shocked by all ofthis. You voted for the some of
these people were complained about this, voted for the very people who actually made
it, made it what it istoday. They said most people would receive
(10:58):
widespread really through that they would receivebetween ten and twenty thousand dollars, So
everybody else pays for the student loans. This is absolutely vote buying and it's
a redistribution of wealth because you're forcingpeople who did not take out such loans,
or people who already paid their loans, You're making them responsible for the
(11:18):
debt that someone else, voluntarily,of their own free will, chose to
a crew that is communist, thatis anti American, and it's lazy,
and it's grifting, and it's academicwelfare. This is academic welfare. You're
creating another entitlement class with this ideathat academics is a form of nobility in
(11:39):
this country. This is exactly whatit is. Now. A few other
things this as we're watching this, they're going to be fighting over this bill
going through the spending bill. I'mseeing some other stuff on it now as
more and more lawmakers are actually beingable to read it since it was dropped
last night. How nice This USresolution, This resolution that's submitted by Anthony
(12:03):
Blincoln demanding a ceasefire linked to thehot the release of hostages in Gaza he
submitted a draft you in resolution. This was to the Security Council calling for
an immediate ceasefire linked to the releaseof hostages. Now remember HAMASA said they
have zero winterest in releasing any typeof hostages right now, so this just
seems like a scream in the wind. We're going to talk more about this

(13:52):
would probably miss, it's time forData's Quick five. So I have no
idea why people think that they cangive it a little and foot gator in
their home in New York. Butthey can apparently this home, it's across
and backlash. New York Man andall his supporters are wanting to know what
happened at the eleven foot seven hundredand fifty pound gator that he had in
his home. Now, if thegater's not bothering anybody, I mean,
(14:16):
you know, if it's not evenanybody's pets anything like that. The Department
of Environmental Conservation officers showed up thisdude's home in Erie County town of Hamburg
on Wednesday. They found that hehad built an addition to his home just
for the gator and built an ingroundswimming pool to keep the gator and keep
it happy. He like allowed peoplelike kids even to get in the water
and pet Albert the alligator, andthe gator wasn't secured. I don't.
(14:39):
You can think that they're tame andthey're domesticated, but you know that doesn't
necessarily mean it's true. He said. I take took care of him better
than most people took care of theirkids. He didn't have any incidents with
him. But apparently they said hehad to have licensing. I don't know,
some other stupid New York stuff. This uh is baffling scientists. At
a German zoo, chimps are rippingout each other's hair and they're walking around
(15:03):
all jacked, like all muscular andlike shredded wheat. They're ripping out each
other's hair in Germany, the zooin Germany, and they said it's alarming
the visitors at Madgeburg Zoo. There'sa sign next to the enclosure saying that
because of overgrooming, they look psychotic. They have bald spots everywhere, and
they said some of the lest entirelyhairless. So is it over grooming?
I mean it is weird. Theysay that where they're being kept us too
(15:26):
small according to some animal rights screws, and it's adding to their stress and
it's stressing them out. And that'smaybe what it is, or it's maybe
they're animals and they do weird stuff. I don't know. The GOP,
remember they were the RNC was talkingabout hiring activist Scott Presler. Now apparently
they're not going to do it.They at first they said that they were,
(15:46):
and I guess now that they're not. They said that they had a
call with him and it went verywell, but apparently they're not going to
be working with him. I thinkhe did a better job than the RNC
and getting out the vote, Sowe'll see what happens there. Daniel Penny
appeared in a Manhattan Court yesterday judgedat the trial date of October eighth for
the chokehold death of Jordan Neely.I have a piece up at substack about
(16:08):
this for you subscribers, and rememberthe way that the media is writing about
this story is absolutely asinine, andwe're going to talk about that here coming
up. A man was charged aftertwenty six snakes were found in a vehicle.
There was no word as to whetheror not it was a car full
of lawmakers in DC this actually happened, or even in Sydney this happened in
Australia. They said that twenty sixsnakes were found in the man's vehicle.
(16:30):
He was charged with animal cruelty. He's psychotic, deadly moral mushrooms. People
need to learn how to properly cookmushrooms, because undercook mushrooms apparently killed two
people and sickened more than fifty dinersat a restaurant in Montana, according to
ACDC investigation. They said that theywere stumped that people were getting sick like
(16:51):
this, and they realized that theseundercook mushrooms were likely to blame. They
called it a deadly fungui funky outbreakin Montana. Fifty one people gastro and
testinal illness too were killed. Soyou got a properly cook facing and the
US is back a fifty billion dollarbond for Ukraine using frozen Russian assets.
Coming up, a woman banned fromthe pool because she spoke out. This
(17:11):
is a YMCA, you know,Christian Young Men's Christian Association. We'll talk
about that. We got a wholebunch of other stuff on the way.
Stick with us gold Co. It'sfor people like me. The gold era

looking good, folks. I'm justbeing real with you. So adding gold

option and one you should consider.I've done it. Like I said,

estropia. Since guy in TikTok,he's a TikTok influencer. I hate these
phrases. It's like a brave newworld we're in. He is telling people
who are coming into the country,I legally, look, you can like
literally take over somebody's house and invokesquatters' rights and make it impossible to be
removed from these properties. His nameis Lionel Moreno and he is he's like
(19:44):
apparently from Venezuela, and he wastelling people that under US law, if
a house is an inhabitant, youcan seize it. He's talking about squatter's
rights or what they call it versepossession law. And we talked about this
yesterday. How this is like abig thing. We're seeing it over and
over again. It's one of thewild of things where someone particularly in these
like you know, very blue sanctuarycity states, where somebody can come in
(20:07):
and take your house, seize yourhouse, and you're kind of sol this.
One woman was arrested in New Yorkbecause she changed the locks on her
door. For instance, in NewYork, you can't even turn off the
utilities like you if someone took overthe house. They don't have to pay
you rent. I'm not exaggerating anyof this. By the way, they
don't have to pay you rent, but you have to pay their electric bill,
(20:27):
their water bill. You're not allowedto change the locks. You're not
allowed none of that. They havemore rights than you do as the property
owner, even though they went inand without your permission or any kind of
agreement and took over the house. And these laws have gotten progressively worse over
the years, and it's to thepoint now where it's you know, it's
(20:47):
one of the wildest things. Andsadly, you know, all of these
people that are dealing with us.There was one guy who basically said that
he squatted them back. I thinkwas the thing that he did. He
squatted them back and went in andchanged the locks and was like, no,
no, no, it's my housenow, so kind of I mean,
how it's just the goofiest thing ever. But there's no there's this rat
(21:10):
this attack on American jurisprudence. Sothis video was viewed four million times.
People were saying that you're this guy'spromoting terrorism and they were calling the FBI
and all this. They have squattersrights in all fifty states, but some
states are worse than others. Idon't even know what the hell of squatter's
right is. It's just it isinsane to me that it's even a thing.
It's insane that it is a phrase. Like if you're in the process
(21:33):
of selling your house, so you'rein one of these states that has,
you know, pretty leftist interpretation ofthis, and you're trying to sell your
house and say you've moved out,but you're still in the market. They
can move in and you are solNot only do you still have to pay
for that mortgage, but you alsohave to pay for all of the utilities
(21:55):
because they can give you an additionalthey can charge you with something extra if
you turn the utilities off. Youhave to pay for these people to live
in your property and you have norights over it at all. You have
to go to court. It's incrediblyexpensive. You incur all of the costs
that go along with that legal challenge. It is. It's wild. It
is wild, and it's happening everywhereWashington, California, New York. I
(22:18):
mean, it's happening everywhere. Imean they in New York they get thirty
days. And so the way thatthey do this, it could be your
house and you didn't agree to rentit, say you're not even renting it
at all. But if they goin and move into your house and they're
there for you know, they cansomehow say that they're there for thirty days,
then you're considered a landlord. Andthen you have to start the eviction
(22:41):
proceedings and it's all the legal stuffthat goes with it, and in all
states you have to follow a legaleviction process to remove squatters. Now,
my legal eviction process is made withlead and it comes out of the barrel
of a rifle. That is myeviction process. So I mean I breaking
and entering, people could get chargedwith breaking and entering, But if you
(23:03):
stay there then that changes it.That's just the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
This is how you're gonna get vigilanteism. You were going to get vigilanteism,
and you're gonna get people who aregoing to take it upon themselves because
they can't afford the legal costs thatcomes with pushing people out who break and
enter and stay in these homes.Illegally. But in these blue states,
(23:26):
these sanctuary cities and sanctuary states,I mean, I'm just saying it seems
like, you know, you getwhat you vote for, right, you
have to live with what you votefor. New York City, though they
have like the most progressive laws onthe book, there was one guy who
moved in somebody else's basement of theirhouse and he wouldn't leave. There was
(23:48):
another lady who was in New Yorkwho was arrested because she moved in or
no, she had tried to kickout the squatters and she ended up getting
And then there's the woman from Queensthat we talked about yesterday, Adele Deloro,
who's who right. Can you imagineafter your right, after your parents
pass and you're having to deal withgetting rid of their property and getting rid
(24:11):
of like the house and you have, and then you have to deal with
a squatter issue because the squatter movesin after your parents passed away. Can
you imagine having to deal with that? So this woman is just being victimized
and revictimized and revictimized. It is, it's insane, and she's she's fighting
they said that, Uh. Witnessesto this particular house in Flushings they were
(24:33):
doing construction on the house. Notonly were the squatters living there, but
they were doing construction on the house. That's not even theirs. This is
it's insane. And so there yougo, and these people have no proof
(24:56):
at all whatsoever that there was anykind of you know, there was no
agreement, and they're and they're notoffered they're not offered to to uh,
they don't even offer to to toto pay for anything. There was a
guy, uh, this was inCalifornia. It was a four and a
half million dollar mansion, crazy fourand a half million dollar mansion, and
(25:18):
squatters moved in and it is it'sjust it's just it's crazy. It's crazy.
They said that in Los Angeles andAtlanta, some squatters have been turning
homes into strip clubs and hosting allnight raves. I'm telling you. And
it's in every state, but likeI said, some states it's you know,
(25:41):
more so than others. And evenin Texas. In Texas, you
have to go through an eviction processin Texas to lawfully remove a squatter.
If someone takes over your home,I consider that to be a home invasion.
And I would love for someone toexamine, you know, cas doctrine
and then going and moving into Imean, that's trespass. The idea that
(26:04):
a law ceases to have effect becauseof how long someone is breaking it is
one of the dumbest things to happenin the American legal system I've ever seen.
They say, oh, well, squatters, you know, they can
they can stay for a while, you know, trespassing a short term,
squatters long term. So the periodof time that they are illegally present in
(26:26):
someone else's property without permission determines thelegality of their situation. That's absolutely crazy.
But it's adverse adverse possession law.And so they say, but adverse
possession law. The way that thatworks is it's supposed to be an honest,
honestly entered property or a property thatis held in the possession, that's
(26:52):
held with the belief that the landis theirs or that the property is theirs.
That's what that's that's what this is. But the fact that this is
even in Texas is bad. Likein Texas, if you feel that you
or your property are under threat, castle doctrine comes into play. But what
(27:15):
if someone's been there, what ifyou're on vacation and you come back,
you know after you know, howevermany days and you have somebody in your
home and you it's you know,my gosh, you feel threatened. Your
property is threatened. So at whatpoint does castle doctrine then go away?
Doesn't have any effect because they're nowdoing this adverse becausess. This is the
goofiest thing I've ever seen, andit's so none of it's consistent in state
(27:37):
after state. There's zero consistency. So, for instance, in Tennessee,
guests are considered tenants after paying rentor with as specified in a lease.
Uh. In Texas, guests areconsidered tenants that they contribute to expenses or
use the mailing address. That's crazy. So it's there's no consistence in any
(28:00):
across the country. There's zero consistency. But yeah, squatter's rights, can't
even imagine squad it's just wild. Now to this point with because this individual
coming in illegally from Venezuela. Didyou hear the story about how this administration
nearly two hundred thousand illegal entry casesdeportation cases were thrown out because the Biden
(28:26):
administration didn't file the paperwork before thecourt hearings. It's a new report from
the trans Transactional Records Access clearing House, and they analyzed the number of deportation
cases that were thrown out, particularlyunder Biden's tenure. They said that the
number of cases and dismissals and lackof transparency is quote troubling dure, but
(28:47):
that they had failed to file therequired notice to appear before court dates in
two hundred thousand cases. So intwo hundred thousand of these cases they were
thrown out. Remember, they keptsaying that they needed to hire more people
so that they could process people. So this is how they're trying to force
your hand into supporting some of thisstuff. They're trying to force your hand
into supporting it by saying that, well, you know, look what happens.
(29:11):
These cases get they just get thrownout. That's what happens. These
cases are thrown out, and youknow this, this is all you're left
with. That's insane, this iscrazy. But this is what we're dealing
with right now. And there wasn'tany Apparently they didn't tell anybody that they
were doing this. They didn't tellanybody that this was happening. So now
the courts don't have the jurisdiction tohandle. They don't have the jurisdiction to
(29:34):
handle these cases and rule on evenany asylum claims. And all these people
are just you know, just inthe interior, the ones that the very
few that actually do return to court. But now this is a Department of
Homeland Security issue as well. Imean, this is wild, just wild.
(29:56):
But the one of the reasons thatthe open Borders people are ups about
this is because they say, well, it makes it more difficult for them
to secure for people who enter illegallyfree shelter and other tax payer funded items
like getting your free cell phone andgetting all this other stuff like when that
noticed to appear isn't filed. Apparently, that makes it to where they can't
get these freebies. So it's kindof a but then they just are released
(30:21):
through the interior. So it's acatch twenty two. You see what I'm
saying, It's a catch twenty two. It's uh, it is lawlessness.
And absolutely we just have just lawlessnessin this country. It's sad we have
more on the way. We've gotFlorida Man coming up. This is what
else we have on deck two.Florida Man's coming up next hour. We
have days of these United States. There's new polling that's been released about it
(30:45):
was done by Gosen residents and theypulled Gozen residents. And guess how popular
Hamas still is in Gaza And thepercentage of people who thought that Gaza's actions
on October seventh were just and defensibleand they still support them. It is.
It's exactly as I told you. It's unbelievable. We're going to talk
(31:06):
about that the Olympics is denying athletesair conditioning because of quote unquote climate change.
And there's an update in the storyof the Missouri teenager who had her
head bashed into pavement the attacker. The family of the attacker is insisting that
she is the real victim and she'san honor role student, which means that
you could just bash people's heads againstthe concrete in an attempted murder, and
(31:26):
that's supposed to be allowable because you'vegot good grades. One semester, we'll
talk about all of that and moreas we roll partners that help bring you
free radio. It's our friends overat American Financing. Stop putting stuff on

it your testimony today that you personallywitnessed President Joe Biden commit a crime?
(33:30):
I believe the fact that he wassitting with me while I was putting together.
Did you witness the president commit acrime? Is it your testimony today?
Yes? And what crime do youhave you witnessed? How much time
do I have to go through? It is simple you name the crime.
Did you watch him steal something?Corruption? Statues, rico and con what
(33:52):
is it? What is what isthe crime? Sir? Specific you keep
up. You asked me to answerthe question. I answered the question.
No Ico, You're obviously not familiarwith crup Excuse me, sir, excuse
me, sir, excuse me,sir. Rico is not a crime.
It is a category. What isthe category of crimes charged? I she's
(34:16):
been fighting with Ted Cruz about this, which is really gonna I think go
well for her because Rico is mostabsolutely, and I said this yesterday,
it's a crime. Rico is acrime. I mean, that's why you
have tons. I mean, whowas it that was just committed a just
convicted of a Rico charge. Imean we actually had this as a headline
(34:37):
of maybe a couple of months ago. The idea that it's not just oh
well, you have to have xamount of crimes and then that makes up
rico. That's not how this lawworks. She should stick to slinging drinks
and leave the legal issues to peoplewho actually have reading comprehension. That's one
of the stupidest things I've ever heardin my life. The idea that it's
(35:00):
not a okay, what it's acrime? I mean, if it if
it's that it's goofy. This isso goofy. I mean, it's it's
part of the yours criminal code, and she just this is all to defend
(35:21):
the Bidens. This is all todefend Hunter Biden. It's all to defend
Joe Biden. Anything. It's alaw if it's applicable to everybody else.
But if it has to do withDemocrats, then no, there, it's
not a law. They're not gonnaNo, it's not a law. Then
if it has to do with Democrats, can't make it a lot. It's
gonna we're going to unlaw it.It's not a lot. At that point,
(35:44):
it's just bizarre, just absolutely bizarre. I mean this this Yeah,
she's been arguing, Like I said, she's been arguing with Ted Cruz today.
I mean, I don't know.Maybe maybe if you explained it to
her like you would the make ofa dream think, then maybe she would
get it. I don't know.I mean, it's and she kept saying,
(36:07):
well, you can't name any unillegalact that he did. Really,
the illegal act is the very thing. The numerous illegal acts that would constitute
a regal violation are all of thestuff that he was doing in violating tax
code. That's just like part ofit. Furthermore, the failure to disclose
ties business ties with China. Imean, yeah, if you think if
(36:29):
you want to get into all theentire lists of all of the stuff that
he's done, I mean, whatthe hell are you sitting in the hearing
for. She's heard this stuff comeout. They've heard them literally. That
is why the banks began investigating. That is why the FBI got involved.
Now they are investigating whether or notthese violations are because they're still getting evidence.
(36:57):
This is again, it's all aboutfinding evidence. It's an inquiry.
Democrats, it's a foreign concept tothem because they didn't do this when they
were investigating Trump. They didn't havean investigation of Trump. They literally just
said I don't like and we're gonnaimpeach. That is the whole of the
impeachment. Never was a criminal chargebrought ever, So that's why this is
such a foreign concept to them.We have a lot more to get into.
(37:19):

black Riflecoffee dot com. They tellme they are not a monolith, and
it's really difficult called to just useone ad campaign to reach out to everybody
because there are so many varying opinionsand priorities within the Latino community. The
one thing they agreed on, though, is that in their culture, they
(39:12):
say they don't like it when peoplebeat around the bush. They want people
to get to the point, andthey're tired of hearing Biden's rhetoric and flowery
language. They want to hear moredetails. They want to hear a specific
platform about what he plans to do. Hmm, yeah, they they don't
like it when you just I meannobody does, but especially I mean certain
(39:37):
I think that certain communities have lesspatience for bes than others, less tolerance
for it than others. Nobody likesfeeling like they're taking and being taken on
a ride, especially when you aredoing outreach to a specific community or a
specific demographic, and the appearance andstrategy of messaging is that, oh well,
(40:00):
I'm just telling you the truth.I'm just being straight out chasing with
you. I'm just playing it downthe middle. I'm just telling you how
it is, and you're not giuseyou look like a liar. Welcome back
to the show. Top of thesecond hour, Dana lash with you.
You can listen coast to coast channelthree to forty seven Direct TV. You
can find us on x as well. We're streaming their YouTube, Facebook substack,
the newsletter, chapter and verse. And this is going to be an
(40:24):
issue for Democrats. They just don'tknow how to get over this barrier that
they have been operating under as itpertains to outreach. And you thought Republicans
had an outreach problem, which theydo. Both groups really do, if
I'm being honest about it. Democrats, though, here's the problem with each
(40:46):
Republicans don't actually do outreach, andcertain they're getting better at it, but
their outreach historically, especially to differentminority communities, has ben heinous because they
just don't do it. They justdon't don't go out there to do it.
When I lived in Missouri, Ilived in Saint Louis and there was
the first congressional district that was historicallyDemocrat. It is a majority I think
(41:13):
it's majority of black voters, althoughI think that that's you have a lot
of Hispanic voters, et cetera thathave come in now in the past like
twenty years, but it's you know, it's a minority district really, and
Republicans just never really spent a lotof time trying to do voter outreach because
they always and this is how theytell it to the people who donate and
the big money backers. You know, they want to be able to show
(41:36):
a return on the investment of donationsand financing, and that return is votes.
That return is control in the area. And it's the way that Republicans
have always measured I think a successfuloutreach campaign because it doesn't necessarily mean that's
going to translate into a vote properlike maybe this election, but maybe in
(41:57):
a future election it will. Imean a lot of times the victory is
just planting the seed, and Republicansdid not put they would just assume this
district's gone. And I understand it. When you're working with a limited budget,
you're trying to maximize your dollars. That's what you do with your household,
that's what you do with anything else. You try to maximize where can
I get the most bang for mybuck. But at the same time you
(42:21):
have to measure it a little bitdifferently where it concerns political outreach. So
that's always been kind of the problemwith Republicans and outreach to minority voters and
then Democrats. Though Democrats, Ithink that now a lot of people are
really waking up and saying, youknow, how long have you promised us
stuff? You said that the economywas going to get better and you made
(42:42):
it worse. You said that therewere going to be more jobs in there
aren't jobs. You've done all ofa sudden, it's it's all been made
demonstrably worse. So you know, where's where's the return on this investment of
our support? And they don't knowhow to explain that they theirs is they
don't have the product. Republicans havethe product. Their messaging sucks. Democrats
don't have the product. They usedto just BSU with messaging. Now they
(43:04):
can't even do that anymore because theproduct is so bad. They can't even
they can't even fluff it up withover the top, you know, language
anymore, to try to sell peopleon something that they don't have. They
they can't even do that anymore. They're bad salespeople now, which is kind
of wild to see, but Ithink that's because things have gotten so bad
and they've been just so irresponsible thatit's, you know, kind of to
(43:28):
be expected. I mean, youreally shocked by those You can't You're not
gonna be able to shine this up. It's not gonna happen. That's why
I think this is gonna be justdisastrous too further, looking at the spending
that they're wanting to do, goodheavens, that's gonna make everything worse.
The idea isn't to say, werealize, you know, the the bad
(43:52):
situation with the economy, but we'regonna try to offset that with more more
bad policy to create an even worseeconomy. Audio two Biden's he's begging them
at this point, he's begging Latinovoters listen to This election is not a
reference on me. It's an electionbetween me and a guy named Trump.
And this is a guy who who'sThe way he talks about the Latino community
(44:17):
is well. In twenty sixteen,he called Latino's criminal, drug dealers and
rapists when he came down to theescalator. Now he says, immigrants are
poisoning the blood of our country. You're the reason why, in large part,
I beat Donald Trump. I needyou, I need you badly.
That's not what Trump said, though. Trump was talking about people coming in
(44:42):
across the border illegal, and itwasn't just Latinos. He was talking about
people coming in from everywhere, includingeven Europe, including Middle Eastern nations,
including everybody China, and talking abouthow the basis of criminality would lead to
more criminality. If you're going toviolate the law and inter illegally and try
to sneak past border patrol, chancesare you're probably going to continue to commit
(45:06):
crime. I mean, that's justa statistical reality. And the way that
Democrats put it. Oh no,he's talking about all Latinos and Hispanics the
city. Think about that though,Think about that that effort for a moment.
They are trying to tell Latino votersthat, well, you know,
this is what this is what Trumpsaid. This is what this Republican Party
(45:30):
leader said about Latino immigrants coming in, you know, across the border people
coming into because it makes it soundlike he was saying that about perfectly legal
entry, and they omit the partwhere there were a lot of other a
lot of other nationalities thrown in,talking about again, the first act of
(45:50):
entering the country is to commit acrime by entering illegally. But the strategy
of them telling Latino voters, well, this is what he said about you,
lying to them about what Trump alignedto them, and saying that here
you're being called all of these things. Do you realize how in and of
itself, how racist that is.Biden is saying something that he wants these
(46:17):
voters to believe that wasn't actually said. He's making a racist statement that wasn't
said, but he's making the raciststatement to get a payoff from it in
the form of either anger at Republicansor support for him, because you know,
he's not the racist. He's justgoing to make a racist statement and
attribute it to somebody else. Doyou see how insane that is. I
(46:42):
don't think that that's working as wellas it used to with Democrats. I
don't think that it's I don't thinkthat it's having the effect that it's having
with them. He also said this. I wanted to play audio suby one
really quickly. He was talking aboutbecause he's in He came into Texas yesterday
and I think he's got another fundraisertoday. He was in Nevada and then
Arizona and then came through Dallas.Listen to what he said about You tell
(47:04):
me, listen to this, andyou tell me if you think this is
accurate. Wages are up more thanprices. Inflation is down dramatically. We
have more to do. I getit, we have more to do,
but no question, our plan ofdelivering for the American people is working now.
Wages are not up there. Iknow that Democrats keep trying to push
this, But the Economic Policy Institutewas showing wigs wage stagnation. The Public
(47:30):
Policy Institute of California was saying thatwage growth has been struggling to keep up
with inflation. They keep trying tosay, well, it's you know,
it's wages are maybe finally outpacing. It's not though they're trying to sell you
something. You know what's happening withyour bank account. You know how far
your dollars can go. It's allabout the economy. But you're not gonna
(47:52):
be able to lie to people aboutit for long. You're just not some
of the other stuff I wanted tomake sure that we hit today. This
was this steam Penny case because Ihave some of this with some law and
order stuff that I wanted to makesure that I get into because this is
again and I'm going to get intothe latest with the Missouri case as well.
(48:13):
But this case with Daniel Penny,as you know, he got a
trial date and pulling up there's apiece that I have up on substack.
If you get the newsletter. Isent that to you because I was aggravated
at what ABC, how ABC presentedthis. So his trial is going to
be this fall right, and itsays it gets in there says Daniel Penny,
the former marine who choked a homelessman to death last May on a
(48:36):
New York subway car, is goingto stand trial beginning October eighth. Now
that's ABC's characterization of Daniel Penny's upcomingtrial. And I've written about this case
frequently. They don't even mention JordanNeely. They make sure to mention Daniel
Penny, though, Oh, hechoked a man to death. He choked
this innocent man to death, andhe was charged for doing so. Right,
(49:00):
I mean, we talked about thisright when this came out. Here's
the issue. So Daniel Penny defendedhimself and other subway passengers against Jordan Neely,
who is a violent offender, andhe was lunging and threatening other passengers.
And there are numerous witness accounts thatare that are evidence of this,
(49:23):
and in fact, they've talked tothe press. The New York Post,
the New York Times both had interviews. Both had sound bites from witnesses who
said they actually thought they were goingto die because Jordan Neely was threatening to
kill them. He had a warrantout for his arrest. Jordan Neely did
(49:44):
related to his previous attack of anelderly woman in which he bashed her in
the face, broke her nose, broke her orbital bone, and a bunch
of other stuff, and he wastrying One report that he was trying to
show people onto the subway tracks. He was so violent and dangerous that there
was a subreddit literally a subreddit meaningwhen you go and redd it, there
(50:06):
was a whole thread that was warningsubway passengers about Jordan Neely and how violent
he was. He hadn't dressed upas Michael Jackson for a decade. The
press was like, Oh, he'sMichael Jackson, a personator. He's just
this innocent guy. He hadn't dressedup as Michael Jackson for a decade.
But apparently the legacy press thinks thatsome violence is okay, right. The
(50:28):
media clearly thinks that Jordan Neely's lifechoices which led to his situation and the
warrant, somehow justify his violence againstother people. Because if you're an innocent
person, you're supposed to allow yourselfto be murdered or attacked or raped or
whatever so that you can make upfor the media's perception of the criminal's disadvantageous
position. That's what this is.The way that they talk about Jordan Neely.
(50:50):
They act like, Oh, hewent through hard stuff in his life.
Oh he's poor, that's like, one of the most sickening aspects of
this story, it's this bigoted classwarfare that the media promotes about people who
go through hard times, right, like, oh, be it, be
it a financial issue, be ita personal issue. It's this whole idea
of well, of course, youknow, people like Jordan Neely commit crimes.
(51:13):
I mean, that's to be expected, so you have to allow for
it. That whole mentality is sobigoted. I had a story where I
talked about how in Saint Louis therewas a broad daylight somebody who was shot
somebody else in broad daylight on cameraand the source back. Prosecutors dropped the
charges. This is a tacit endorsementof violence by people in the media and
(51:34):
many on the left when they theyapparently think that innocent should have no recourse
when it comes to being attacked. When it comes to defense, Heaven forbid,
you might hurt the criminal. Apparentlythe criminal's life is more valuable than
the life of the incident and theinnocent, so just take the attack.
That is the bigot a class ofwarfare that the media is promoting by way
of how they position and present thisstory. That's just one of many examples.
(51:55):
It's our friends over at Patriot Mobile, the only Christian Conservatives cell phone
service that is in existence, andPatriot Mobile wants to save you money,
and they also want to make surethat the money you spend on your cell

that you vote to protect. Theyalso want to make sure that you have

would probably miss, it's time forData's quick five. So apparently there's a
terrifying threat of underpopulation, as it'srevealed how seventy five percent of nations are
(52:59):
facing baby bus by twenty fifty, and the West will be left reliant on
what they say are immigrants triggering staggeringsocial change. I feel like this is
something that the left pushes, whilethey accuse the right of doing this.
I mean, this isn't it's it'sworldwide. The idea of population overload has
always been a myth, and it'sreally, I mean pretty much like that
(53:22):
in every single country, there's maybeseveral that are keeping up with their birth
rates, but there's no country that'slike outpacing its birth rate. But they
say that three and four countries facethis threat of underpopulation by twenty fifty,
and they say that, you know, Britain and the United States, et
cetera. And I just you don'tknow. I just got like questions because
(53:42):
of the way that this is beingpresented, in the way it's push like
they always talk about the left alwaysaccuses people on the right of talking about
whatever the great replacement theory. Butyet when you hear them talk about the
economy, and while we need peopleto comment across the border, whether it's
legally or illegally, like Jerry Naylortalking about the jobs that they need people
to do. Isn't that what they'retalking about? Like, how is that
any different from what they're accusing. It's bizarre. I don't know. This
(54:06):
is I'm finally happy to see thisactually take place. This has to do
with our water supply. The WashingtonExaminer reported that the EPA has created a
task force to finally like bolster USwater systems that could be vulnerable to cyber
attacks, because apparently some cyber attackshave already hit some US water systems countries
(54:30):
like China and Iran. They sayit's crucial that state governments improve their cyber
defenses, and that this new initiativeis expected to identify the most serious weaknesses
in the country's water security. Evenminor adjustments and updates, they say,
can help limit or prevent these attacks. Additionally, this applications are open for
(54:52):
Antarctica's Penguin Office, an office ofpenguins. This is apparently an actual thing.
The Penguin Office in Antarctica is hiringBritish residence, UK residence, and
a charity manager really wants to go. They were talking about how to follow
this woman's bid to try to getthis position. It's the Antarctic Heritage Trust
(55:13):
and every year they have three positionson offer. They're only opening UK residence
and apparently one of them is aPenguin post office. And they said that
you have to be self motivated, empathetic, and you really only get to
shower every couple of weeks and that'spretty much it. So that's that's,
you know, if you're interested inall that, and of course being in
Antarctica. Yeah, that's so.And now Donald Trump may not pay on
(55:35):
they may have just now they're someDemocrats are saying they could seize Trump Towers
to pay off that four hundred andthirty five million that Letitia James had said.
Stay with us, We've got alot more in store. Christians have
a duty to boldly proclaim the gospel. Pastor Alan Jackson explains, we have
this passive notion that I'm here asa missionary, or I'm here as or
whatever. I don't believe that.I think if you sit in the middle
(55:57):
of ungodliness and you add your affirmationto it, whether you do it in
a church or a church board orany other place of authority, you will
pay the consequence for the ungodliness andthe wickedness that you have refused to address.

(56:45):
illegally. My vision for every Senatorin this chamber is that you protect citizens
from this illegal invasion. Please recognizeover a million illegal aliens are in this
state and making families nervous. Pleaserecognize Athens Clark is a sanctuary city and
this policy and the lack of actionled to the murder of my daughter.
(57:09):
There are a few of you inthis chamber that are standing up and working
on a solution to protect us.For that, my family is thankful,
Laking is thankful. Governor Kemp, please declare an invasion to detain and deport
criminal legals so we can prevent futurefamilies from those tragedies. That's Lake and

Riley's father who's asking for the Georgiagovernor to declare this to be an invasion.
His daughter was just brutally murdered byan individual who entered the country illegally
and already was a violent offender andkept being a violent offender. It's shocking
how just magically crossing the Ria doesn'tchange that. Welcome back to the program,
(57:51):
Dana Lash here with you at thebottom of this second hour. It's
heartbreaking, I mean, and he'sthere are so many families that have this,
these stories, and for all ofthe talk from Democrats, you know,
the people who are most affected areyou know, Hispanic Americans. The
people who are most affected are thepeople that Democrats oddly want to pretend don't
(58:14):
exist. You know, people whocome and become Americans and they go through
the whole process, et cetera.I mean, it's it's just a I
think it's one of the reasons whythey are really performing poorly polling wise in
so many states. I was justreading this piece where CNN had even been
measuring, for instance, the approvalreading for Biden from Hispanics and it's apparently
(58:40):
the worst that CNN's ever measured. And that's just one measure of this.
And that's how democrats see everything. They're struggling. They can't. It's not
just it's because people who are youknow, Latino and Hispanic communities, they
are the most affected by the illegalactivity at the border. I mean they
are, they're targeted. Heard somany stories of border families and then people
(59:01):
who come into the United States andthey still and they're still there. They're
the most affected demo and this administrationthey see, this administration is making it
all the worse. It's just horrible. I feel so bad for the Riley
family because this was preventable if werespected who was coming into our country and
(59:22):
we respected our borders enough, werespected our sovereignty, we respected you know,
the law and order that we claimthat we won and we claim to
uphold. And there was she's sheis a sacrifice that the altra of political
correctness as it pertains to the border, and people see this and there's there
are Hispanic families that have these stories. There was a family that was in
(59:43):
Houston that was targeted uh illegal immigrantsended up murdering a member of their family
there, and and what do youthink that that what signal does that send
about the American Dream to people whowant to come to the United States and
then they come to the United Statesand my gosh, they are as unpert
acted here from some of these criminalelements that are targeting them after they come
(01:00:05):
across the border as they are intheir countries of origin. What are you
selling people with the American Dream?Because law and order is part of that.
Speaking of law and order, there'san update on this Missouri teen.
So they said that the girl, her name Kaylee Gaine, who was pictured
in a video, the sixteen yearold who had she was attacked by this
(01:00:25):
girl who was bashing her head intothe pavement even well after Kaylee gain had
passed out, and you could seeshe was not resisting, her arms were
just sort of flapping, and thisgirl continued to attack her even really well
seen that she was out of it, not even responding anymore. Kaylee Gane
is in the hospital. She hasa skull fracture, she had brain bleeding,
(01:00:49):
all of this stuff, and thefamily of the girl charged with violently
assaulting her, I think it's Wetalked to the Attorney General Andrew Bailey about
this last week. I think it'sattempted murder person he thinks that. I
mean, he's of a similar thought. But and she's still in a life
threatening condition. Kaylee Gains a sixteenyear old who was attacked. So the
(01:01:09):
family of the attacker who was charged, they said, no, she was
just defending herself during this fight. And her aunt said no, she's an
honorable student at Hazlewood East and shewas defending herself. That's a really weird
thing to say, especially when thereare numerous reports of kids and families from
(01:01:29):
this school who were made aware ofthis attacker apparently bragging about how she was
going to beat this girl up afterschool. She was telling everybody She's going
to beat this girl up after school. But so the family and you want
to know why the girl is theattacker is the way she is. I
don't know. Maybe it's because thefamily's running defense for her. I don't
care what Kaylee Gain did. Idon't care if she was a I don't
(01:01:52):
care what this girl did. Theseare children, by the way, they're
fifteen and sixteen years old. They'rechildren. I don't care if one girl
was promiscuous and one was if bothwere of ones, an honorable student,
I don't care what it is.At one point, that girl stops fighting
back and the attacker is the attackerwasn't defending herself. The attacker began attacking
the moment she got the girl tothe ground, and then she kept doing
(01:02:16):
it even after it was shown onvideo that Gane could not even fight back.
She was just out of it.She couldn't defend herself. Her arms
were limp, and the girl hadher in a full mount, grabbed her
head with both hands and just slammedit like you're trying to crack a coconut
(01:02:37):
on the concrete. Slammed her headinto the ground repeatedly, over and over
and over and over and over again. I think she would have kept going
until someone pushed her off. One'sshowing some of the video, we're not
showing the whole thing because right afteranother girl knocks the attacker off, Gaine,
Kaylee Gaine, is on the ground. She's twitching and convulsive and it's
(01:02:59):
really hard to watch. We're notgoing to show that part because she's she's
her her arm contorts up into avery odd posture and she starts twitching and
contorting and it's, like I said, very difficult to watch. But at
that point, you know, youknow that this girl's not fighting back and
you're just you're just doing it.At that point, that's that's not defense.
That's like think about it in termsof fire. I MLaw for a
(01:03:21):
moment if someone trespasses someone, say, someone kicks the door down, breaks
into your home, and you defendyourself and your family and you open fire
the moment that person turns and flees. If you pursue, you become the
antagonist in the eyes of the law. I know it's wild, that's but
that's the the moment they turn andflee you. And if you pursue,
(01:03:45):
you are the antagonist in the eyesof the live taken. I don't know
how many defensive courses that include sittingin a classroom and listening to, you
know, Second Amendment attorneys and selfdefense attorneys talk. You become the aggressor
in that situation and will you willessentially do yourself in It won't become a
self defense issue anymore. It willbecome you pursued this person. And because
(01:04:09):
there was the story of a guywho he had a knock on his door,
and I think it was a youngmale, a young man who knocked
on the guy's door. The guyanswered with a shotgun, and the guy
had the young man had the wronghouse. He wasn't there to do anything
malicious. For whatever reason. Theman who opened the door was making the
argument that he was fearing for hisown safety and his life the life of
(01:04:30):
his family, and he chased theyounger guy off, but pursued the younger
guy and ended up shooting him inthe back. That guy went, I
think he got convicted. I can'tremember it was manslaughter. I can't remember
what the charge was, but thatdude ended up being convicted. You can't
the moment you are in the positionof power and the other person is no
(01:04:51):
longer presenting that aggressive threat. That'snot self defense anymore. This chick was
not defending herself when she was infull mount. She was attacking this chick.
And so the family is saying,no, we want the judge to
have compassion. I'm trying to figureout compassion for what. Where was the
compassion for the girl who's never goingto be the same again, never going
(01:05:12):
to be the same again ever. And so the family said, no,
she's an honorable student. She washarassed and bullied. I know, honorall
students who were jerks. What doesthat have to do with anything? And
they said that the family's been defendingher and saying that she basically like she
had the right to do this. They said, no, no, no,
she was defending herself from harassment andbullying. And then there was there
(01:05:34):
was a a claim that was madethat Kayleie Gain, who literally is much
smaller, by the way and theway, that that girl threw her first
punch, and Kayleie Gain in thevideo looks like she threw the first punch,
but that doesn't matter. You don'tbash somebody's head on the pavement when
they're already out, And that's atthat point you shouldn't need to do a
(01:05:55):
step by step z Appruder level explanationof why that's indefensible. That's just stupid.
You're either you either get it oryou're a moron. At that point,
it's not self defense. I don'tcare what happened before then, I
don't care if this I don't care. I don't care. I don't care.
At that point, that girl wasthe attacker and she has to pay
the Piper for it. The secondthing is that all these adults and even
(01:06:17):
the school officials. I don't carethat this wasn't on school grounds. This
was fostered by the school's policies. This school apparently is notorious for fights and
bullying and harassment and all kinds ofstuff, meaning that this school, run
by adults, grown people, cannotproperly keep their students in check. The
(01:06:43):
family of Gain apparently their parents.I read another piece where it was reported
that their parents had even contacted theschool prior to this attack, saying that,
uh, this girl had been talkingabout how she was going to beat
up Gain, et cetera, andthe school didn't do anything. I don't
care who started as the aggressor.Again, at some point, the school
(01:07:05):
has culpability and all these parents haveculpability as well, because that's just inexcusable.
I mean, this girl was ina Thank Heavens, there was another
girl there. I don't know whoside that girl was on. She just
bum rushed the attacker and knocked heroff Gain because I think she really,
I mean, she realized this girlis gonna die. And I guarantee you
(01:07:26):
if she hadn't been stopped that attackerwould have killed that girl. That girl
was just about dead already. Thatattacker would have killed her right there in
the street, right there in thestreet. And I'm watching this, and
it looked to me like the girlwho attacked Gane could fight, She knew
how to fight, looked like shehad been in some dust ups before.
Gain looked like she had never beenin a fight before in our life.
(01:07:51):
I mean, there's just certain thingsthat you know and certain things that you
don't. And that girl who wasthe attacker looked like she had been in
some fights before. The video doesn'tlie to me. I don't think that
this is unless I see evidence thatthis is a racial, racially motivated thing.
I don't think it's a racially motivatedthing. And especially you know in
(01:08:12):
Saint Louis, there are certain schooldistricts Kine went to one. He was
in a school district where he wasactually he was He's you know, I
guess you could call him a whiteHispanic. He was the minority in his
school. And it's it's not asan especial it's not as played up all
in some districts in some parts ofthe country as it is played up in
(01:08:32):
California, New York and elsewhere.I don't unless I see evidence that it
was a racial it was a raciallymotivated thing, I don't think it was.
I think this was kids that arehigh on their own farts, and
I think that they were undisciplined andthat the school, the adults that were
around them all let them down.Nobody had policed this. Apparently they had
a long running beef that was wellknown to both adults and kids, and
(01:08:55):
nobody did anything, and they allowedit to get to this point. That's
inexcusable, absolutely inexcusable. It's hislife mission to make bad decisions. It's
time for Florida man so. Aman from Coral Springs faces charges of threatening
(01:09:15):
a public servant following his demand forCoral Springs Police officers to meet him in
the station's parking lot, where heloudly serenaded them WITHNWA song Blank the police,
Yeah, that, Carl Springs Police. They responded to a call from
dispatch. It said the man,Darryl Medlock of Margate, was telling officers
meet him outside, how about that? And playing blank the police. According
(01:09:40):
to the report, they were there. They arrived and the lot and Medlock
was positioned inside of his vehicle andhe was playing the serenading them with that
very loud track. And they saidhis car was also to add insult to
injury, his car was illegally parkedin a handicapped spot. They said he
was aggressive and he charged at oneofficer, yelling m effor, and the
(01:10:00):
officer drew taser and self defense.Another officer interviewing quickly. They detained him
before he could reach the officer andput him in Broward County Jail. Well,
that is one way to get yourselfarrested. This woman cannot stop starting
fires. It is this is FortMyers Police arrested this naked woman because she
set a fire at a church. And then she was at a church.
(01:10:23):
After they detained her naked setting afire in a church, she somehow managed
to set off another small fire inthe car's door panel. They that's where
it gets interesting, because she hadbeen searched. I know you were thinking
that yes, they had searched orremember she is a nude woman. Okay.
(01:10:44):
In fact, there's an officer thatlooks like they put a bulletproof vest
over her. She was naked.Remember when they got her from the church.
Set in the fires. They haveher in the back of the patrol
vehicle and she had been searched, but police say that she may have hidden
a lighter somewhere that officers would notfind it. So you can go ahead
and use your imagination as to wherethat would be, you know, for
the naked Florida woman. Just youknow, just saying I mentioned this,
(01:11:05):
but we didn't get a lot oftime with it yesterday. This man,
can you imagine like you're doing, you know, it's about that time,
you know, you're doing your gardening, you're you know, you're getting your
garden ready for spring, and thenimagine that well that they're you find toes
sticking out of the ground or whatyou think look like toes sticking out of
the ground. And that's, youknow, apparently what happened with this Florida
(01:11:28):
man. I'm trying to pull thisstory up, and it's not wanting to
pull up because everything sucks. Theguy made the discovery while renovating his home
getting his garden ready. He's aFlorida guy, and he says that he
saw these like black objects all linedup sticking out of the ground. He
told News for Jacks this and hegoes and then I realized they were toes
(01:11:48):
sticking out of the ground. Sohe called nine one one. They the
police arrived. They haven't yet confirmedwhose remains it was, but they that's
at Jacksonville County. That's it.They said that there were two feet sticking
up out of the ground. Theydug up the body. They went to
Duval County Medical Examiner's office. Forensicwas looking at the area trying to get
(01:12:11):
some you know, figure out whathad happened. They still actually haven't figured
out who it is or you know, cause of death or anything, but
could heavens police set are seeking aman who urinated on and then set fire
to a South Florida car wash. And I think that they're using AI to
write their headlines because they spelled thisis how it's spelled. This is police
(01:12:33):
seeking s E E A K In G a man who w h O
E urinated They didn't even spell thatright on set fire to South Florida car
wash. They're totally using AI towrite this headline. This guy this was
in Florida City, Florida. Theythey are looking for him five thousand dollars
(01:12:53):
reward. Miami Dad cried stops crimestoppers. He fled the scene on foot,
so they're still that's why they weren'table to catch him. Stay with
us, we got another hour. Are on the way. I agree with
you. Under current law, someof the wealthiest Americans pay very little tax
because they receive their income is capitalgains, and those capital gains aren't taxed
(01:13:15):
until realized and may escape income taxationentirely at diff So the President's budget would
impose a minimum tax of twenty fivepercent on total income, inclusive of unrealized
capital gain. Is absolute straight upcommunism. Holy cow, unrealized gains.
(01:13:41):
Taxing money that hasn't actually turned intomoney yet, Taxing money you don't have
that you haven't made yet, asininetaxation is theft. Just we're threw two
in the harbor for last folks.Welcome back to the program. Top of
the third hour. Dana lash withyou. Yeah. This this budget,
by the way, what she's calling, what she's explaining here in that sound
(01:14:03):
by Janet Yellen is well to onepoint two trillion dollar budget bill. And
interestingly enough, in this bill it'sbad. I mean, there's it's just
bad policy. It's bad. It'sjust bad it's bad policy. They're spending
money on things like not really foryou know, really there's not really a
(01:14:27):
lot of border enforcement. I mean, you're you're looking at the spending.
The caps on spending is just obliterated. This is the second half of this
omnibus, by the way, thatis it was released and you're funding FBI
headquarters. It gives money to theWorld Health Organization. There's earmarks in this
(01:14:49):
for like playing parenthood and stuff. They just the what is it eight a
thousand pages. It's out last nightand they're supposed to start initial votes for
it today. I mean, inthis bill there is apparently a four hundred
thousand dollars earmark for an organization thatgives thirteen year olds binding and tucking clothing
(01:15:12):
without parental permission. That's a realthing that this that's included in this bill.
This this so called other half ofthe omnibus. I'm looking at some
of this, uh yeah, Departmentof Health and Human Services. Yeah,
the tucking stuff that at that that'soh my gosh. Uh yeah, there's
there's a lot, there's a lotof agree in here. This is not
a good This is not a gooda good bill. And at list one
(01:15:35):
of the called Brier Patch is oneof the groups. And Briar Patch literally
says that their mission is to uh, you know, teams like us program
and you know, if you're lookingfor things of that nature, you're looking
for uh, clothing to help facilitateyou know, transition all this other stuff,
(01:15:56):
then that's what apparently what they do. That's part of what they do.
This is just wild to see wheresome of this money is going.
And with the I mean you're lookingalso it's raising. I mean, it's
just as bad the I mean,it's just blowing apart any kind of austerity
(01:16:17):
related to the budget, which weshould have. I mean, this was
this was bad. And they alsothey also in this bill, and chip
Roy noted this House Republicans prohibited theTreasury from creating a central bank digital currency.
That that provision, he says, was not included in this Hmm,
(01:16:38):
it's bad. I mean we're lookingat this is five one hundred million.
This is for Operation Maintenance Defensive. This for Government of Jordan's support Armed Services
of Jordan to enhance security along Jordan'sborders. We're literally paying to help and
that this is actually this was sectionin eighty one twenty six. We're literally
(01:17:02):
giving money to Jordan for Jordan's borders. We're not spending anything. We're not
spending anything on our borders. We'reincreasing the beds at the processing centers and
we're going to be adding more staffersto probably process people. Because there's nothing
in there for the force multiplier ofa physical wall. There's also nothing in
there as well, uh for anykind of actual enforcement. There's there's no
(01:17:23):
mech's I said this first hour.I don't care how much money they pretend
that they're going to give to theborder, even if it's a pittance.
In this, I don't care howmuch money they want to pretend that they're
going to give. It's meaningless whenyou when you are barred from deportation.
It is meaningless when you're barred fromeven detaining for past X amount of hours.
At that point, all you're doingis spending money on faster facilitation of
(01:17:45):
illegal entrance through these processing centers. That's literally all you're spending money on.
You're not spending money on any kindof deterrence, any kind of force multipliers.
There's no money in this for awall. There's no money in this
at all. What's for at allwhatsoever. Uh with regard to deportation,
none of it, none of it. So this is bad. It's just
(01:18:09):
that it's not a good It isjust it's not a it's not a good
bill. This is bad. Thisis so bad. And like I said,
they're still they're they've been reading itall morning. They've had to go
through this. Lawmakers dead because itwas dropped on them last night. What
a mess. What a mess?Like we gotta have heard a shutdown.
We have to you know, wegotta we gotta end this budget fight,
(01:18:30):
a one point two trillion dollar plan. They're gonna keep kicking this down the
road. I told you this fightwas gonna come up again because they passed
the cur last time. Just amess, an absolute mess. So this
is yeah, this is the Republicansshould not be supporting this at all whatsoever.
It's just a disaster. They alsohave in here, goodness, Uh
(01:18:51):
some of this other spending. Uhyeah, Divesting in policing. What does
that sound like to you? Divestingin policing? What does that sound like?
I mean, I know what itsounds like to me. What does
it sound like to you? Itsounds like defunding the police that's what it
(01:19:12):
sounds like. It sounds like defundingthe police. Huh. And this is
what's in this budget. So there'snothing good in here. And I'm looking
over some notes of it because I'vebeen going through it when I can here.
Yeah, they're no, that's notone of the other they're being accused
of wanting to some to raise theretirement agent cut social Security as well.
(01:19:35):
Social Security is a scam and Ithink it's money forcibly, it's stolen from
people. The government says it's goingto take care of you with it,
but that's not what it is.It's a giant Ponzi scheme. Social Security
is good. They've been saying thatthis is going to be insolvent, that
the insolvency is coming up. They'vebeen warning us about this for twenty years.
It's it's what lawmakers. They protectit because they use it to pay
(01:20:00):
for other stuff, and then theyget money from the younger generations to fill
that and give it to the oldergenerations who paid in. It's your money.
Government acts like it's theirs. Ithink, like all your money is
theirs. It's there, it's yourmoney, but they keep it's it's not
there, so it's a ponziski. They keep having to take from the next
generation to make up for what theytook from the other the previous generation.
(01:20:24):
And Republicans are terrified to talk aboutprivatization of Social Security. I think everybody
should get what they put into it. I think the government should refund everybody's
Social Security dollars, give them allback, isn't it asked? And I
they were able to give out checksfor PPP when they shut down under a
Republican administration. All less, theyshut down the largest economy in the world,
and then they were able to giveout checks to everyone. But so
(01:20:45):
you should be able to really giveout make sure that people are refunded the
money that they paid in with socialSecurity. You had been able to get
so much more had you had youleft it with a bank instead of the
government. But Republicans are afraid tosay this because Democrats then accuse them of
one to cut social Security. Butthey don't actually tell you anything else about
it. They don't say anything elseabout it. It's just it's so,
(01:21:08):
this budget's bad. It's bad.Not no surprise, no surprise there.
And they're probably I don't know, but I mean it seems like Mike Johnson
wants to pass it. He's donefighting. Mike Johnson has done fighting,
and he's saying they know it's notthe best thing, but you know,
we're happy with at least this much. There's not a lot in there to
(01:21:29):
be happy about. I mean, you have to listen to people like Chip
Roy and Thomas Massey have been ragingabout this, and it's not just then.
There are a lot of senators thatare upset with us as well some
of the other things. I wantto make sure that we are hitting on
with this. I want to makesure we touch on this stuff with this
resolution that Anthony Blincoln through the UNsubmitted through the Security Council and pulling this
(01:21:54):
up because they're demanding a cease fireif with a hostage release, which is
never going to happen. So theysaid. He submitted a draft to the
U of a draft UN resolution callingfor immediate ceasefire in Gaza. He Secretary
of State announced they push for peaceearly this morning and it submitted it this
(01:22:17):
resolution to the UN Security Council demandingimmediate ceasefire linked to the release of hostages,
which isn't going to happen. Becauseit's worked well for Hamas. Hamas
is going to keep these hostages. It's worked. They have leverage. And
the ceasefire proposal, it was presentedto mediators. They would see the release
of Israeli hostages in exchange. Thisis what Hamas presented. They presented a
(01:22:41):
Gaza ceasefire proposal. THEIRS would releaseIsraeli hostages in exchange for releasing the terrorists
that they took that were trying tokill Israelis and that are serving life sentences.
So the people that had violated previousceasefires that are jailed. Hamas demanded
you released the terrorists for the innocence, including babies, you know, so
(01:23:04):
that they can go back out anddo it all over again. I don't
think that you can negotiate with Hamas. Amas has to be wiped off the
planet. Here's the thing, thisis what everyone's very this is why you
have the left so nervous and whyeverybody walks on eggshells. There was new
(01:23:24):
polling out This is via Marina Medven. New polling out from this month March.
It was done by Gazans and theywere surveying people living in Gaza and
the West Bank, both groups,So you have those who live in Gaza
and those who live in the WestBank. Both groups overwhelmingly supported the October
(01:23:48):
seventh massacres and kidnappings, even thoughit caused retaliation and defense in Gaza.
Seventy one percent of people living inGaza and seventy one percent of those in
the West Bank that support a massthey support the massacre, and the survey
(01:24:14):
says that the support for Hamas's decisionto launch the October seventh offensive remains unchanged.
The survey notes that a vast majorityof the people seventy one percent compared
to seventy two percent in December oflast year, say it was correct,
and they said that the perception aboutthe decision there's only any drop. There
(01:24:39):
is is in West Bank, butit's only by by a few points,
and in Gaza it's by like onepoint more. And it was conducted by
Gosins. I don't use the wordPalestinian because it's a just like I don't
call a man a woman because hetucks. I'm not gonna also like make
(01:25:00):
and entirely I'm not going to havemy language forced and make believe that this
entity has existed when there's nothing inantiquity that ever supports its existence. This
kind of this really complicates the wholewell gosins are not Hamas argument. Go
back to when all of these someof the few hostages that were freed,
(01:25:25):
Remember when they were saying that theywere being kept in civilian homes. There
was this idea that they were beingkept in these like tunnels, these hamas
tunnels. That was apparently just thepath to where they were being kept.
This is why hamas cannot exist. That's why they can't exist. We have
more on the way. We gotheadlines coming up and now all of the
(01:25:46):
news you would probably miss. It'stime for Dana's Quick five. So this
is a headline I never thought Iwould see. This was in Houston.
They're calling them the low Rascals trio. Three kids ages eleven, twelve,
and sixteen were arrested because they robbedof Wells Fargo. They're looking for them.
They don't know where these kids are. They say they're called the little
(01:26:08):
rascals. They have no idea wherethese kids are, but they've robbed a
Wells Fargo bank and they I mean, I don't really have any words.
That's kind of wild. The FBI'sHouston office that they were they're looking for,
and they posted an image of themon x They were all wearing hoodies
inside the lobby and a message leftwith the FBI said that they were seeking
(01:26:30):
into additional information, but it wasn'timmediately returned. That's privately it. They
said that they're they're not releasing alot of information about them because you know,
they're young, They're they're minors.And I just eleven, twelve,
and sixteen. An eleven year old, a twelve year old, a sixteen
year old robbing a bank. Thisis the problem with youth today. What
(01:26:53):
is happening with our teens? What'shappening with our kids? This is just,
I mean, every day we getthese stories. A Montana man has
used animal tissue and testicles to breedgiant sheep for sale. I'm trying to
pull this up. You have toforgive me because I'm having major technical difficulties
right now with all of my stuff. And they said that they're breeding giant
(01:27:15):
shea blah blah blah. I'm I'mnot gonna I'm not able to pull this
up. I apologize. This isjust we're about to have a major meltdown
of equipment here in the studio. This story, we'll go to this metal
detectorist stumbling on a six hundred andfifty year old artifact. It's kind of
wild that we can even I'm noteven able to actually pull this up either.
(01:27:39):
See if I'm not able to pullthis up, what we're gonna do
is we're gonna go ahead and goa break right now because I'm literally about
to have a melt down with ourwhole system. So we're going to do
that real quick. When we comeback, we're going to reset everything.
Apologies, get that up and workingorder. But we have a lot more
of the Dana Show coming up herenext. Stick with us, elevate your
commute workouts or down time with it. Dana Show Podcast. Unleash the power
(01:28:01):
of knowledge at your fingertips by followingDana on Apple, Spotify, or wherever
you get your podcasts. I'm hereas an athlete giving you my story and
what I've seen in my On Augusttwenty seventh of twenty twenty, you tweeted
this quote. I'm gonna quote.Police are paid with taxpayer dollars. If
(01:28:27):
they are not answerable to us,we can demand new service. And that's
what this is. Abolish the policein favor of that new service. End
quote. You think we all tobolish the police? Do you? Again?
Not the topic I'm here to talkabout today, I know, but
you tweeted it. Do you thinkwe all to abolish the police? That's
not what I'm here to talk about. Should we do that before or after
(01:28:48):
we get rid of fossil fuels?I'm not going to dress that. Yeah,
you don't want to address it,Okay, let me ask you about
one more of your tweets. OnAugust twenty six, twenty twenty, you
tweeted, there's a picture. I'mnot going to describe the picture, but
(01:29:08):
you said quote your words, notmine. It's on your Twitter feed.
Quote. This is what systemic racismlooks like. The Los Angeles Police Department
is literally policing only the Black LivesMatter side end quote. So this mean
(01:29:30):
skier, he's this is a skier. This is a climate change hearing.
In fact, what is it called. It's the nature of climate costs.
It's a hearing about the nature ofclimate costs. And that was Louisiana Senator
John Kennedy who was questioning this crosscountry Olympian skier, this gush Schumacher dude
about what he was posting on socialmedia. Now, that might seem silly
(01:29:54):
to you, but there's a reasonwhy. First, welcome back Dane lash
with you bottom of this. Third, the reason why he was asking about
posts related to defunding the police andeverything else is because this Shoemacher dude was
brought in to testify in this hearingto advise the government essentially on climate and
(01:30:21):
Kennedy was pointing out, are youreally a credible person to listen to?
Because here's what you've said about defundingthe police, Here's what you've said in
the aftermath of the uh George Floyddeath, Here's what you've said, you
know, on all of these otherissues that all ties into this guy's credibility.
(01:30:43):
And he's there because he's supposed tobe a credible witness, right,
He's supposed to be somebody credible totalk about the nature of climate costs.
That's why he's there when they bringthese witnesses on, and as Kennedy noted,
when they bring these witnesses up,and these witnesses are trying to advise
members of Congress based on what theydo and what they know, their credibility.
(01:31:10):
It is important to know, well, what do you exactly believe?
What is it that you believe?Because like he literally he asked me,
he goes, you know, theWar on drugs? He says, he
noted that Schumacher had retweeted that theWar on drugs was intentionally created to incarcerate
black people on Moss. That's whathe had said a couple of years ago
(01:31:34):
on X. And Kennedy goes, well, who intentionally created this? Schumacher's
like, oh, I don't recalltyping. I don't recall this, or
I'm not going to get into this, I mean, And Kennedy goes,
well, even if it's a retweet, I mean kind of indicating your support
here, right, And Schumacher's like, well, yeah, maybe, but
I'm not here for that. Yeah. But that's the thing, though,
You are here because of who youare, and you've had no problem lending
(01:31:59):
your name to all of these otherbelief sets. How is this any less
crazier than the other crazy crap thatyou've put your name to. That's that's
the whole point of him asking thisquestion. Good grief, just because people
have opinions sometimes doesn't mean that theworld is entitled to entertain them. I
wanted to touch on this story aswell, this issue of this eighty two
(01:32:21):
year old woman, so it's notjust Planet Fitness. Daily Wire had this
story of an eighty two year oldwoman who is demanding She was asking for
access to a local YMCA pool. She was banned from the facility after speaking
out against a guy using the women'slocker room. And her name is Julie
(01:32:43):
Jamon. She's not being represented bythe Center for American Liberty. Harmie Dillon
is actually her attorney. And shewas a member of the YMCA, and
there was a man she found, you know, a man in the woman's
locker room, and she was concernedlearned about that, so she you know,
raised concern with the management and shewas promptly banned. She's been in
(01:33:13):
this town of Port Townsend for orwhat forty years, and they said that
she's regularly used the Mountain View swimmingpool for recreational and therapeutic purposes. In
twenty twenty two, the YMCA bannedher because she spoke out of expressing her
concern about a man in the woman'slocker room. She went into change and
(01:33:36):
shower. There were no signs warningpeople that the locker rooms were open to
members of the opposite sex. Infact, she noted, and apparently they
have, like you know, thephotos that I guess are still there.
The signs on the door indicated thatthey were sex segregated. And she said
when she was in the shower, she heard a male voice inside the locker
room, and she peeked out ofthe shower curtain to see who was there,
(01:33:58):
and it was a male and whowas watching two little girls use the
toilet. And she was so startled. She was trying to figure out what
this could because the man apparently didn'tlook like he was with the girls,
and apparently wasn't, and he wasin a female swimsuit, which I'm sure
(01:34:20):
you can see how well that went. And she asked him if he had
a male copulatory organ, and heresponded, none of your business. And
then a YMCA staff member, theysaid, within seconds, entered the shower
area and began berating the elderly woman. Her name is Rowan de Luna.
She was the YMCA staff member whoentered the area and began berating her in
(01:34:44):
front of you know, other peoplein the locker room, and she was
saying, you don't know that thatperson's transgender, and that person's an employee
the IMCA, and he can usewhatever you know with his gender identity that
he wants to. And she calledyou know she she told the elderly woman,
she said that she he was adiscriminatory and then right there she banned
her for life and told her shecould no longer set foot inside the facility.
(01:35:06):
And she said you better leave her. We're going to call the police.
And so Jamon told Deluna, okay, yes, please do because I
want to know why this individual isdealing with a four and six year old
trying to use the toilet that arenot his kids. And the WYMCA called
nine to one one because they're absolutejust drama queens, and they demanded that
(01:35:29):
the police escort the elderly woman fromthe premises because the elderly woman, they
said she was refusing to leave, none of which was true. The elderly
woman actually wanted the police to figureout why this man, a full grown
man who looked like a man andhad a male copulatory organ and everything,
was in a female swimsuit and watchinglittle girls in the bathroom she thought that
(01:35:55):
she was witnessing a crime in progress, and they lied about her and said
that she was belligerent and harassing people, which she wasn't, and so they
uh she went, she left thepool and she went right to the police
station, which actually is right bythe YMCA, and she filed she was
(01:36:15):
going to file a complaint with theman's actions towards the girls in the women's
locker room, right, I mean, that's what anybody would do if they
think they're seeing a crime. Andthen when the police followed up, it
wasn't to look at her complaint,it was to investigate YMCA's complaint. And
that's when Jamie, the elderly womanlearned of the false accusations that YMCA the
(01:36:38):
staff had said about her two policeSo she immediately contacted the CEO of the
YMCA to report the incident. Andshe said, no, that was a
transgender man. He's a member thereand he's a man who wants to be
a woman, and you know that'syou should have She told Jamie, you
should have been aware of the lockerroom policy because there were pride flags hanging
(01:37:00):
up. What does the pride flaghave to do with the trans stuff,
and they said they were standing bythe man and that she was still banned.
So they said later on she wentto the sidewalk outside the facility to
voice her opinion. She protested basically, and they regain. I mean,
they just like rained, like awaged a campaign of false accusations on this
(01:37:26):
woman. And so now she's gotthis case, she's got this lawsuit,
and and I hope she wins becausethis is insane. They had a small
group of considerative citizens that support theelderly woman, They had a protest in
a park near the YMCA, allof this stuff. This is just an
I mean, this is the crazieststory. I would have absolutely done the
(01:37:47):
same thing, absolutely done the samething. And it amazes me that the
police is I mean that you're talkingabout an eighty year old woman who is
watching a younger our own man watchtwo girls four and six years old use
the restroom. Who wouldn't say,Hey, you're in the women's locker room
(01:38:11):
and you're you have a being afranken beans and you're wearing a women's swimsuit.
That's a little weird. Who wouldn'thave said anything? Oh, this
is what I'm talking about how dangerous. This is the piece that I wrote
about the woman who is a bannedfrom Planet Fitness. Women are told to
ignore their instincts. They're told toignore the inner voice that is there as
to raise an alarm over anything thatdoesn't look right, anything that could compromise
(01:38:35):
your safety or the safety of someonenear you. Women have been told,
We've been told for our entire livesto listen to that voice. And now
women are being proactively shamed for it. They're being harassed for it. It
is being weaponized and used against women. You are being socially conditioned to ignore
warning signs, particularly women. Thatis the absolute opposite of female empowerment.
(01:39:02):
You are there is a movement underway, and this is what transactivism does to
socially conditioned women to be more tobe really more unassuming when it comes to
predatory behavior, to be more susceptibleto predation. It is a social conditioning
(01:39:24):
all about making women more susceptible topredation. That's I can't think of.
I mean, usually it's Okham's razor. She's used this pool for forty years
and so now Harmie Dylan, She'sgonna be on with us next week.
Is saying that this band has tobe reversed, the YMCA has to offer
(01:39:44):
apology, the city has to offerapology. And it is amazing the media.
If this was in any other situation, the media would be all about
raw raw for this woman, andthey're not because the media is garbage.
Speaking of the media, have youseen them the weeping and gnashing of te
as It relates to our discussion. My interview with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis just
(01:40:05):
the other day, and he wassaying that, well, you know,
if these Haitian illegal entrants keep comingup, you know, maybe they'll go
to Martha's vineyard. And he wasexplaining the caveat for maritime law. If
you interdict a vessel with all ofthese illegal entrants in the water, that's
one thing you can repel it,you know, et cetera. But when
people are on land, that samelaw that the federal government is going back
(01:40:28):
and forth like s before with Texasover and Arizona, that same law comes
into effect. And so that's whyhe's like, well, well then we'll
just send him to Martha's vineyard.Well, now you have Arianna Presley who
is livid over it. She's youknow, Boston. She's she's livid over
there's a member of the squad. She's saying that, making accusations that it's
bigoted, et cetera. I thoughtthat she liked, you know, people
(01:40:51):
coming in from other countries. Ithought that, you know, she supported
sanctuary policies. Massachusetts is in asanctuary state per se, but they have
a lot of sanctu policies. Ithought that she you know, I thought
that she welcomed all of that stuff. But I guess she's a bigot,
right like all of these other fauxsanctuary people, they're actually bigots. They
want everyone else to handle the workthat goes along with being a sanctuary city
(01:41:14):
or a sanctuary state and incur thecosts, so they're apple plectic over this.
The media has been, oh,can you believe Ron Desunto so that
he would send them to Martha's vineyard? Why don't you talk about what Martha's
vineyard? You know, people whowere celebrating sanctuary, Why don't you talk
about how they called the National Guardday of and within two days had all
of the people that were dropped offthe last time sent out to like an
army barracks or something they immediately wantedto get rid of everyone, because see,
(01:41:39):
it's easier to virtue signal with otherpeople's resources. These people don't really
believe the stuff that they say. They just want you to live that way,
but not them. And he kindof exposed that, not kind of
Desantus exposed it. He's trying tomake them honest with their sanctuary city policies.
Follow Dana on Apple, Spotify,or wherever you get your pie cats,
(01:42:00):
because now it is your ultimate superpower. I spent more time with Shijiping,
the leader of China, than anyother world leader has. And I
was with him chopped seventeen thousand milesin when he was vice president and I
was vice president before he became theleader. And we're in a Tibetan plateau
and he asked me, he said, can you define America for me?
(01:42:21):
I said, I sure can oneword, and he looked at me.
I said, possibilities. Possibilities. So he made up a story about traveling
and being in the Tibetan plateau withJijiping, and he made it up,
and they said that he made itup at the time, even POLITI fact
said he made it up. Andhe still repeats it. He keeps repeating
(01:42:45):
the same weird fake story over andover again. I mean, this is
I don't even think the press reallycalls him to account for that. But
then heaven forbid if you bring upthe fact that he's untrustworthy because he keeps
repeating false stories that have been thatare just egregiously lot. They're just egregious
lies, like how his son Bo, well, no I lost him in
(01:43:06):
Iraq, No I lost him youknow here or there. I mean,
he makes up stories about how hisoldest son passed away, a million different
stories about how how I think hesaid the last time what Bo passed away?
He was almost made it sound like, oh yes it was in combat.
It wasn't in combat, or itwas you know. Another was he
did he have an issue with anillegal immigrant? I mean, the way
(01:43:29):
that Biden talks about this stuff,This is what happens when you use these
things and you try to fit andmodify them and use them as like some
sort of shallow fake outreach. It'sjust so bad. It's just so bad.
We're watching this the second part ofthis omnibus. I'm gonna be off
I have it's a work trip.It's not like a vacation trip. It
(01:43:51):
is a work trip. My friend. I know, we got my friend
Sergio, and I know we haveanother great friend of the show who's going
to be filling in behind the micfour me tomorrow and Mondany and I'm going
to be back behind the mic onTuesday. May have some stories to tell.
We'll see, but I'll keep youupdated. It should be very It'll
be a very productive trip. Inthe meantime, Today's stupidity because it's a
(01:44:13):
long win. Steve all right, represent Algrene and not the fun Alberine,
but the weirder Albrene. He triedto agreewrite history. But we're all going
to have I'm sure Data has alittle bit to share about the history lessons.
Cut five wanted the Jamie. Iwanted to just remind him of something
that I'm sure he's acutely aware of, and that is that fourteenth of May
nineteen forty eight, Israel declared itselfa state, and President Truman, who
(01:44:40):
was a President of the United Statesat that time, was the first major
world power country to recognize Israel assuch, and that has created an imbalance.
I'm hoping that we will understand thatat that time, the Palestinians did
not consent to Israel becoming a state. They were fem they didn't have wasn't
(01:45:01):
required. Al Green, you shamethe name of the better man because they
didn't exist, and Israel is simplya formIn at statehood. I mean history
is important. Maybe you should pickup a book, you know, one
that you know is not like historycore, like the progressive history folks.
