(00:00):
I recognize that many of us arehurting right now. I recognize that many
of us are scared right now,and so I want to be very clear
about where everything stands. We arestill investigating what happened, but we are
quickly gathering details. The preliminary investigationpoints to an accident. We haven't seen
(00:22):
any credible evidence of a terrorist attack. Our administration is working closely with leaders
from all levels of government and societyto respond to this crisis, and not
but just by addressing the immediate aftermath, but also by building a state that
is more resilient and a state that'smore safe. That is our pledge,
(00:46):
and that's our commitment, and we'regoing to keep that commitment. So that's
the latest of the story that allthe media is following that bridge. Apparently
they're going to give an update aboutthat that took place into the river there
Baltimore. There was a vessel thatI guess they were getting ready to go
out to sea, and they ranlike they lost power apparently and ran right
(01:11):
into the like the support at thesupport beam on the bridge, and it
just I mean it was I mean, you can imagine water is super cold.
I read a thing where it's aid. Rescuers said that once you get
into the water at that temperature oflike what three hours or something like that
before hypothermia sits in and it getsand it gets even harder to recover.
(01:34):
Welcome to the program, Dana Lashhere with you to start this Tuesday.
A lot of stuff to cover becauseit's been very busy, little jet lag,
very busy. But a lot ofstuff to go over with you though,
with everything that's happened, the stuffthat I learned about over the weekend,
all that good stuff, and we'regoing to have all of the latest
(01:55):
for you on that, and we'regoing to go over some of the policy
stuff. The National Red Flag Center. Oh my gosh, I got so
many emails from you guys about that. Of course you know, we're gonna
obviously talk about that today. Soa lot of stuff to touch on.
But this bridge, this cargo shiphitting this this key bridge, it was
a container ship. Uh. That'suh, that's the top story today,
(02:20):
So again welcome uh and you canlisten coast to coast. You'll be able
to follow along with the video aswell. All right, so I know
nothing about cargo ships, Kane.I know literally nothing about cargo ships and
bridges. I had one time asmuch as you. Yeah, I had
to. I had to make abridge one time in a science class and
(02:42):
it was like one of those thingsout of popsicle sticks and it had to
support my weight and I didn't.I wasn't supposed to. Yeah, you
had to use like a lot ofthem. Stupid, so stupid. Anyway,
I had my cousin helmet because itwas horrible. But I didn't do
very well. So I know literallynothing about bridges. I just know that
(03:05):
this is bad. I mean, this whole thing. This wasn't just didn't
have to do with the bridge's structure. It had to do with this cargo
vessel. And I think people werebecause it lost power and they had may
day. May day, I mean, Gottlie. That's terrifying by itself,
but just looking at some of thephotos, and of course it was still
dark outside when the bridge fell intothe water. They had construction crews that
were filling potholes on top, andyeah, four lane bridge and it was
(03:30):
just cars. People plunged into theriver. It lost propulsion as it left
the port, and they said thatand this was an Intel report that was
released, but they said that theylost propulsion, so they weren't able to
steer, they weren't able to doanything. One point six mile Francis Scott
(03:52):
Key Bridge, that's the bridge therethat crumpled into the water mass casualty obviously,
event they said, this event's gonnait's the rescue and all of that
recovery is going to extend for days. I can imagine. The Maryland governor
declared a state of emergency. Youjust heard him speaking. This is the
worst bridge collapse since two thousand andseven, the I thirty five West Bridge
in Minneapolis that plunged into the Mississippi. Thirteen were killed. So this was
(04:16):
around one thirty something in the morningstill, I mean kind of in the
middle of the night technically, andthey all the traffic has been suspended at
that port. I mean, that'sjust good heavens, just awful. And
the company Marsik is the company that'sthat chartered this ship, and they said
that they were horrified that you knowobviously about what happened. But they handled
(04:38):
all kinds of stuff, all kindsof auto imports there. So it's a
very very busy thing, very busyport, A lot of traffic there So
we're going to continue following all ofthat and bring you the latest, especially
as they give any news about anykind of recovery. But they were missing
a number of people. I knowthat they were saying that the missing they
had released some numbers and some fatalities. Horrifying. Though I'm not bridges,
(05:01):
can I be real? Bridges arejust completely they freak me out. I'm
not scared of heights, it's bridgesbecause you're This is how much I don't
like my fellow man. I'm sorryabout this. I don't like my fellow
man. I have no trust inmen. None. You're driving across something
that is literally built by someone toget you across an expanse of something,
(05:25):
and you're trusting them with your lifewhen you go over the bridge. Do
you think like that? Or amI just morbid? Do you think that?
Kane? Well, no, no, I will you know. I
mean, you didn't think that beforeI put it in your I'm so sorry
to all of you guys are outthere driving to be saying nothing of our
truck or audience who's out there likethanks, Dana, you're jerk, all
right. So some of the otherstuff we're watching, Uh, the I'm
(05:47):
gonna get into the the the GOPstuff. I'm not going to get into
it now because I'm just I'll behateful the rest of the show. The
situation in the United Nations, youguys know, the United Nations. It's
almost said what I thought it was. And I stop myself because there's a
microphone here. The United Nations, which is just basically a circle of clowns
that's up there in prime real estatein Manhattan. You know, the things
(06:10):
that I think are a waste ofreal estate are cemeteries in the United Nations.
And it is kind of the samething. And they had the UN
Security Council they approved this resolution, and I was listening earlier to John Kirby
insisting that it was a non bindingresolution. Well, here's my non binding
foot up your backside. To approvea resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire between
(06:30):
Gaza and Israel. The US abstained, which is nothing, it's meaningless.
It was fourteen in favor, andthe text wanted an immediate ceasefire, they
wanted a permanent, sustainable one. They wanted all hostages released, and they
wanted lifting up barriers to aid enteringGaza. Interestingly, enough. You know,
there's still there's still weaponry and rocketscoming out of Gaza. It's amazing
how they don't have money for food, but the elected government of Gaza still
(06:54):
has money for all these rockets andeverything else. They still have all that
came you know that they have soyeah, you know, priorities, so
the UH and then of course becauseof that, then now you have this,
I mean, this disruption in relationsbetween the United States and Net Yahoo.
He had an Israeli delegation that wasexpected to visit and they were They're
(07:18):
not anymore. That came out fromReuters yesterday. Net Yahu said he's not
sending a delegation as planned. Theywere free after the United States abstained from
vetoing a UN Security Council proposal callingfor a ceasefire in Gaza. He said
that they failed to block it.It was a clear it is a clear
retreat. I mean, you know, you can say what you want about
NET and Yahoo, which I lovehow the anti Summites out there like to
(07:39):
go, oh, well, youknow, they say all this stuff about
to Jews, and then when youcriticize them for being little, you know,
little mini eate Olphs, then theyget all butt hurt about it and
say, well, you know, you were just criticizing net and Yahoo.
There's a difference between criticizing Net andYahoo and Israeli government and then going off
about to Jews you singled sell productof cousin humping. There's a major difference.
Learn it. We are discerning sentientbeings, so we can understand these
(08:03):
things. So the delegation is notgoing to leave, they demanded, because
it's true, a ceasefire. You'reonly going to get a ceasefire from Israel,
and you had a ceasefire October sixth. Everyone needs to shut up and
they need to turn the strip toglass. I'm tired of it, tired
of it. This is what happenswhen you elect terrorists. This is what
happens when you repeatedly elect terrorists tobe your elected government, and when you
(08:26):
support them overwhelmingly. Including a pollthat was recently just taken at the beginning
of the month by Gozen residents inthe Gsen press and released by Gozen entities
to reflect and show the world thatpeople still support the elected terrorist government of
Gaza, and they also supported theOctober seventh massacre. Not just in Gaza,
(08:46):
but also in the West Bank whereelections were suspended because Hamas was about
to be fought out and take overWest Bank two. So there you have
it, Tired, You're not goingto have a ceasefire. There's no cease
fire until Hamasis ceases to exist. It's a cease existence, cease Hamas from
existing, and then they need torelease their hostages, the prisoners that they
(09:09):
keep demanding being released. You knowwho the prisoners are, right, they're
all terrorists to try to kill people. I get it that there are some
stupid Americans that are convinced that Israelisoldiers are just running along the desert streets
in Gaza picking up innocent Gaza residents. And note that I don't say Palestinian
because it's not an ethnicity, andI swear too high Heaven. I am
(09:31):
not going to be bullied into usingterms that have never existed in all of
antiquity to describe an ethnicity that hasnever existed, a place that has never
existed, a peoples that has neverexisted. Call them Jordanians if you're going
to call them anything. Oh,but there's a reason why the Queen of
Jordan, when she was out runningher mouth about Israel, and Gaza didn't
(09:52):
actually say that herself because she doesn'twant to lose her throne. So there
you go. Now that being said, the administration's really stepped in it because
they're I mean, this is justit's a disaster. This is a disaster.
And it also shows that Hamas isnot Hamas isn't going to negotiate.
They're not negotiating anything. They're notnegotiating a single thing. And here's why
(10:13):
would they at this point, whywould they? They see everyone on the
United Nations Security Council, they seethem all pressuring Israel. They're not gonna
get They're not gonna do. Theywanted eight hundred terrorists to be exchanged for
forty innicent hostages, and yes, eight hundred terrorists because those prisoners are terrorists.
They tried killing innocent people for Hamas. That makes them terrorists. Do
(10:37):
we have to have a lesson, like a Schoolhouse Rock type of lesson on
this stupid stuff? You guys, miss me, didn't you? I know,
I learned some things. I alsolearned that I am super conservative.
I mean I knew I was superconservative, but when you have European media
portray certain elected European conservatives as beingsuper conservative. Then you you kind of
want to tell the press I wouldmake you defecate yourself. Then it's kind
(11:03):
of interesting, very interesting. I'mgonna get in at all that. I
well, yeah, well we hada very interesting weekend, so we'll talk
about all of that. Also, the Diddler did Is he still in the
US? Yeah, it's like theRiddler, but he touches kids. It's
p Diddy, Okay, Right,I heard he was arrested in Miami.
Was he not? I don't know. You know, I don't care.
I just was all about the nickname. I'm gonna be honest, that's all.
(11:26):
I've heard some stuff. All I'mgonna say is this, my husband
knows a lot of people in music, right, he had a recording facility
before Hitler Youth rain him out. That's actually not a joke. Hitler Youth
like, I'm not even joking you. I mean, I could say names
if you want to tell me.But far loved Hitler Youth got mad at
(11:50):
him, and because his wife isa conservative, and it just, you
know, it's crazy. Being inthe entertainment industry is a nightmare if you're
conservative, especially you know, fifteenyears ago. But there are a lot
of stories back then and a lotof jokes made about and it's one of
those things where is it an urbanlegend or is it real. It's like
if you see Bloody Mary and themirror in the bathroom three times, we'll
(12:11):
a decapitated bloody woman up here andlike kill you. You know, that
was the thing that we believe whenwe were kids. You guys never heard
that we're weird. This was likeone of the one of the things about
what's the face the diddler p didtywhatever? Anyway, so he was gonna
go, he was honest with Wasn'the gonna go to Antigua where they don't
have any kind of extradition agreement?Seems sus bro, we're gonna get into
(12:33):

(13:39):
miss. It's time for Dana's Quickfive. All right, so let's get
right into it. First and foremost, here the uh oh what did I
have? How I'll get into thediddler stuff. Now, you guys are
seriously I don't understand the story. There was a guy arrested because he was
suspected of taking the leg of apedestrian who was struck by an Amtrak train
(14:03):
in California and eating it so likehe jumped onto the tracks. This is
KBAK channel whatever two in KUTV inCalifornia. The guy was arrested. They
accused him of removing evidence. Theyidentified him as a twenty seven year old.
There was a pedestrian hit by atrain and then this guy took the
(14:26):
leg and ate it, and thecrew laying concrete outside of the station said
it was horrifying. He literally wavedthe person's leg and started chewing on it.
It sounds like the guy was chewingon it like a damn six flkes
turkey leg walking around. They saidhe was biting it and hitting against the
wall in everything. All the constructionworkers. When you freak out construction workers
in a bad part of town thatwork in early in the morning, that's
(14:50):
scary, you know what I mean, if they're freaked out. They found
an arrestedent without incident, but theythey is there a law about eating people
because they so far. The onlything that they mentioned was that he's removed
evidence. Don't tell me there's nolug against eating people. I mean,
I thought this is America. Idon't know. I mean, I just
I'm gonna save this because I justfeel like this, this shows how far
(15:13):
we've fallen. So the Diddler hisLos Angeles to Miami homes were raided by
the FEDS. Looks like all thoseuh those stories and legends may have been
true. We're gonna come back tothis because it's too much for this headline
segment, but I had to putit out there. A geoman magnetic storm
from a solar flare could disrupt radiocommunications and create a striking aurora. Another
geomagnet, another geomagnetic storm. Maybeyou got Facebook goes down again, or
(15:39):
just one particular cell service. Whoknows. They said every eleven years,
the field flips the north and southpole switch positions. Blah blah blah science,
because that's real science. Let's see, Russian forces tortured that Moscow terrorist
by hooking up his frank and beansto an eighty volt battery, and uh,
you know, I don't dislike that. I mean, I'm not a
(16:00):
fan of the Kremlin. But I'mjust saying yeah, so stick with us.
We got more in store. Hi. I'm Erica, an English major
at Hillsdale College. Here's Hillsdale President, doctor Larry arn with a Constitution minute.
Human soul is made to learn, and the highest things of life are
the best things to learn. Oneof these, it turns out, is
(16:22):
the way we govern ourselves, andone of the best examples of that is
the Constitution of the United States. It explains what our government should look like
and how it should function to bestprotect our rights. It was created to
give us the freedom to make choicesabout the way we wish to live.
Unfortunately, most colleges and universities todayfail to teach our Constitution. When they
do, they often detegrate it.This is dangerous because it is impossible to
(16:45):
preserve our liberty if we don't understandwhere it comes from and how to protect
it. Having a proper civics educationis essential to preserving our freedom. To
learn more and get a free pocketConstitution, visit Constitution minute. The Federal
Reserve is lying to you. Asj Pal continues to tease about lowering interest
(17:08):
rates, he needs to raise themall they're doing is monetizing our debt while
inflation remains hot. Why government's spendingway more than it takes in. Check

the local the mayor, county executive, all the people gathered here as
part of Team Baltimore and Team Maryland, and the federal government is with them
as a partner. The Coast Guard, as we speak, is also part
(17:55):
of this mission. Coast Guard cutters, post Guard, aviation assets. I
spoke twice today with Secretary of TransportationPete buddhaj Edge. Pete Bouthage Edge has
pledged that they will do everything theycan to very quickly release emergency response funds
for this important project. The NationalHighway Transportation Administration Administrator is on his way
(18:22):
to Baldmorph, He's not here already. They will be releasing those early funds
once all the parties are fully engagedout of all the people who who are
the Transportation secretary right now, welcomeback to the program, Dana lash here
with you. That is the Senator, Senator Chris van Holland there on the
Francis scot Key Bridge accident. They'regoing to release emergency response funds. This
(18:48):
is now you might be thinking ifyou're sitting in Kansas, maybe you're in
traffic, maybe you're a truck wellif you're a truck driver at all,
you know, but maybe you're justyou know, you're listening while you're running
around junior errands all that good stuff. Right. One of the things that
you need to realize. And wewere talking about this on break and again,
welcome back, Dana lash with you. Bottom of this first hour.
(19:08):
This is the third largest port outfor a number of things that I mean.
This is basically how DC, Marylandthey all get their Amazon stuff here.
It might be the number two port, number three for coal to Europe,
for three for coal to Europe, number in the world. Because if
Steve was explaining, and Steve isCaptain Krabcakes out there, he's the born
(19:30):
and raised you know, Maryland,Virginia, that's all. They're different type
of people. Many they've got theygot the waterways, they got everything out
there, but the water in andaround he C is too shallow for boats
of that type, is what Stevewas saying. But Steve, you you
were also saying too, this islike a major Amazon thoroughfare. I mean
not just Amazon, but I meanother I mean I mentioned earlier, you
know, the automobile stuff, butit's this is like a big area of
(19:55):
distribution. Yeah, So like that, if you'd go up to the Chesapeake
Bay, the only way to getinto the entire Balltimore, which feeds DC
AND's a lot of Delaware is underthat bridge. And then once you get
under that bridge, there's two moretunnels you're going over even to get into
the Inner Harbor, so's the McHenryTunnel and the Harbor Tunnel. But you
don't even get there unless you gounder that bridge. So nothing can be
fed into this entire mid Atlantic regionright now. Now, Lorraine shares that
(20:19):
this bridge, this port of Baltimore, it's the top handler of imports and
experts of cars and light trucks, but it's ninth for both tonnage and dollar
value of foreign cargo passing through. That's ninth a month a month really amongst
all US harbors, and they handledfifty two point three million tons of international
(20:40):
cargo. That's you know, overa little over eighty billion dollars according to
their archives. A lot of jobs, direct jobs and direct jobs. But
closer to the mid This is closerto the Midwest than in the East coast
port. Yeah, they said it'swithin an overnight's drive distance. I had
We actually had one person, it'sa female ruck or Shelley, who had
reached out and said that this wasthe quickest port. Yeah, which makes
(21:07):
sense because in terms of drive becausethis is according to this Axios piece Lorraine
dropped, it's within an overnight's drivedistance from one third of the country's population.
So yeah, that's that's huge. And it stretches for a little over
one and a half miles. Sothe obviously immediately you're going to see traffic
(21:30):
issues. But you have FedEx,BMW, Amazon, all kinds of distribution
warehouses, an industrial park, alot of the moving of goods between West
coast ports. So this now couldcreate a potential supply chain issue depending on
how quickly all of this stuff isyou know, how how they figure out
(21:53):
a way to get around this. That's what ultimately we could end up seeing.
That's dang, that's that's huge,huge. So yeah, not only
the traffic, but also i meanjust distribution of a lot of a lot
of different things. And especially sinceyeah, I mean, if it's a
(22:14):
day, I mean, that's areally quick drive to get to most of
the country's population. So that wouldbe the quickest thing to get out to
the Midwest. Goodness. We're goingto continue watching that as well over the
weekend too. Actually, this wason Friday and yesterday, the Justice Department
launched a National Extreme Risk Protection OrderResource Center in a press release promoted by
(22:37):
both the President of the United Statesand the Vice President of the United States.
This center was created with Omnibus money. I'm going to try to keep
my hatred of what the Republicans didin passing this latest spending bill that funds
all this stuff. I'm going totry to keep that out. Let's just
focus on the what they call theNational Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center.
(23:03):
They call him IRPO. Now here'sthe argument that they're making to you,
the Democrats and gun control activists. They want you to believe that the only
way to quickly remedy a potential orto solve or to prevent a potential mass
killing is to immediately deprive a potentialmass killer of their weapons of destruction.
(23:26):
Now we're going to start from that, because there's a few things wrong with
us. First and foremost, therewas a story out of California several years
ago, and I covered this ina number of articles where there was a
guy California was the first to passthey call them the red flag laws,
that's what it is. They theywere the first to pass these red flag
laws. And there was an individualthat neighbors had called police repeatedly on and
(23:49):
they had said that he was violent, you know, he was assaulting his
mother, et cetera. They alsofeared that he was, you know,
dangerous to others, not just himself, and so they enacted this red flag
order on him. They showed up, they remove weapons from his house,
but they left him there. Andthis is the problem with I'm not joking
(24:10):
the vast actually all of the redflag laws. There is not a single
red flag process that brings in amental health professional, meaning someone to evaluate.
That's just the first problem with thered flag stuff. I've written about
this extensively in books, articles. We've talked about it on the show,
because they tell you that in orderto act quickly, they have to remove
(24:33):
these due process hurdles. The dueprocess hurdles are there. If you're depriving
someone of a right, then itis then, yes, you should have
to go before a judge to deprivesomeone of a right. If you are
depriving someone of a right, ifit is that serious, that it is
serious enough to go into court andhave the court system adjudicate them ineligible to
(24:56):
purchase or possess. Adjudicate means gothrough the legal process and have a determination
made. There are pathways already todo this. The problem isn't that there
aren't any means of doing this. The problem is that they want to just
they want to use this as thedoorway to deprive everyone of due process.
(25:21):
You see how they're trying. Theythink that they if they tell you that
these things don't exist, when theyexist, then you're going to be baited
into creating something worse. If it'sserious enough to deprive someone of a right,
it's serious enough to go into acourtroom, and these pathways are already
there. The other problem is thatpeople don't take advantage of them. And
every single one of the mass casualtyincidents that were most hyped by all these
(25:42):
gun control activists, the killers withoutexception, and I've written about each of
these cases. The killers in everyinstance were known to be violent and had
a violent record, and if theywould have gone through the process, there
is no doubt in my mind, nor their doubt in the mind of the
experts who valued the case afterwards, and I'm talking about prosecutors and mental health
(26:03):
professionals, that the individuals would havebeen rendered ineligible because they were unstable and
a danger to themselves and others violently. In the case of Parkland, because
you had the Vice President Kamala Harrisdecide to hype that. It made my
friend Ryan Petty, who lost hisdaughter in this tragedy, in rage because
they they constantly exploit her death andthe deaths of others as a way to
(26:25):
push policies that failed. Here's thething, the red flag order. Remember,
first off, the individual in Parkland, as I had noted, had
a very violent record. He hada very very very violent background, and
(26:48):
you didn't need a red flag. You know why, none of that would
have worked because she had said, and I'm reading the Vice President's tweet here.
The Vice President had said in hertweet, Marjorie Stoneman Douglas, you
know we know what works, shesays, universal background checks, red flag
laws, and assault weapons band.None of that would have worked. You
know why, because you had overthirty calls made to the police Scott Israel's
(27:10):
office warning them about the killer's violentbehavior. Right, the killer was so
violent. He had already pulled agun to a classmate's head. He had
already repeatedly online and in person, threatened to kill his classmates. He had
already threatened to shoot his classmates. He was so violent he knocked the teeth
out of his mother's own head. His neighbors and his own family members repeatedly
(27:33):
called police. They even made acall to the FBI. They were all
ignored by Scott is Roel's office. He was so violent. While he was
still at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas, theyhad to hire a babysitter to accompany him
to every class because he was soviolent. These these were all things that
we knew even before the Marjorie StonemanDouglas Commission was put together, and they
(27:55):
went over all of this and releasedit in their ports and the report.
Subsequently, after they made their determinationabout what happened, they removed Scott Israel.
Scott Israel didn't even keep up withhis officers training regularly. That's the
other thing the commission discovered. Sonone of these would have worked because the
sheriff, they are ignored. Overthirty calls made to the police, all
of them were ignored, every oneof them. The school stopped reporting felonious
(28:19):
criminal behavior to the police because ArtieDuncan, who was Secretary of Education under
Barack Obama at the time. That'ssuperintendent Robert Runsi wanted his school under his
watch. He wanted the Accolades tobe the first school that reduced the school
to prison pipeline. And you knowhow they did it. They'd stopped reporting
it. It's not that they reducedfelonious activity, they literally stopped reporting it.
(28:44):
That's why the school didn't report anyof the stuff to the police either.
They ignored a security threat assessment thatwas done by a secret Service member
parent three months prior I told youabout this. The parent walked in,
slipped into the school, had astack of post its and put him on
the all the students, and thenwalked into the superintendent's office, the principal's
office, and said, look,if I was a killer, all these
(29:06):
people would be dead. You haveno security here. I talked to the
teachers at the time in a programthat I did. It was a special
I had to protect their identity. And they all attested to this, all
of them. I mean, thisis and Marjorie Stoman Douglas Comission also discussed
this in their final report. Soyou, how in the world do you
(29:32):
have Do you think that this isgoing to work when it you've never made
it work before. In order thered flag, you have to report this
stuff. The school left its doorsunlocked. All of these things we already
knew. We knew all of thisstuff. I mean, I hear these
(29:52):
people say you need the destruction ofdue process so people can report killers to
the police. They reported in tothe police. The police, the people
that you want to enforce your redflags didn't do anything. But you need
to make it easier. What doyou mean, what's easier than telling Scott
Israel that a kid who threatened toshoot up his classmates in previews previously held
a gun to a kid's head andknocked his mom's teeth out. Might need
(30:14):
to have an eligibility evaluation. Arethese offenses all not criminal? I mean,
look, this is the problem. You know why we can't have national
red flag laws. You know whyyou can't have the destruction of due process
because that's what it requires, becausebad cops exist. And I know because
(30:34):
I sat on stage next to oneof them, named Scott Israel, who
tried to blame me for not doinghis job. I would have done Scott's
damn job. I would have doneScott's damn job better. I would have
had deputies regularly trained. This wouldnot have happened. I would have responded
to the calls. That's the difference. That should be the number one argument.
(30:59):
And to make that the requirement fora red flag center the due process.
You don't even you. Most ofthem are done in an ex partei
process, meaning the penalty is renderedbefore you ever have your day in court.
You have your property confiscated, andyou have this judgment against you.
You are guilty and you have togo to court and prove your innocence.
(31:21):
That is how due process works, and in every single state there is no
exception. It is a complete destructionof due process. And I warn you
right now it's just with guns, but guns are a variable. Soon any
variable will be substituted, not justguns, maybe drugs, maybe this,
(31:45):
maybe that they're already kind of doingit with some of the trans stuff.
You don't let your kid transition. We're going to render you guilty of child
abuse and you're going to come proveyour innocence because of it. It's already
happening. It is the destruction ofAmerican jurisprudence, and Republicans voted to fund
it. Our friends at gold Cogold Coe Precious Metals, the gold IRA

And I will also say, youknow, if you care what I think
about this, I will tell youthe fact that miss McDaniel is on the
payroll at NBC News. To me, that is inexplicable. I mean,
(33:37):
you wouldn't. You wouldn't. Youwouldn't hire like a wise guy, you
wouldn't hire a made man, likea mobster to work at a DA's office,
right, you wouldn't hire a pickpocketto work as a TSA screener.
And so I find the decision toput her on the payroll inexplicable. Oh
(33:59):
gosh, and I hope they wasstupid. You know how many people at
MSNBC worked in the Obama administration,Jensaki being she had seen in her MSNBC
It's all the same thing. Theyall freak out. She was in the
Obama administration. Jim Shudo was inthe Obama administration. Jostephanopolos was in the
Clinton administration. So first off, this is stupid. They're just mad because
(34:21):
it was someone that that was Trumpaligned. But then you have Trump people
that are mad because they look atit as a betrayal that she went to
in BC, which my response is, how in the world are you shocked?
It's Rana Romney McDaniel. She usedRomney as her middle name to get
name recognition until it became inconvenient, and then she dropped it and went to
Rona McDaniel. I mean, thisis who these people are. Come on,
(34:45):
you're shocked by all of this.I'm not shocked. By all of
it, and then apparently now she'slike criticizing and saying, what is she
saying? Now? Yes, Ithink the J six people, et cetera.
Again, I'm not surprised by anyof this. I knew the way
that the RNC was run, thatthis was a person who was going to
go wherever the wind blew. I'vegot you know, I've always gone along
with her. She's been on theprogram. We know, I've asked her
(35:07):
questions. But this is just youknow, this is a completely objective observation
also known as fact, not justbecause I say it, just because it
is. It's true. So youcan't be surprised at this. But these
these reporters melting down over this. How many people on their staff, at
their at their network literally came fromthe Obama administration, the Clinton administration,
(35:28):
all of it, tons of them, tons of them have I mean,
for crying out loud, Donna Brazilwas leaking debate questions to Hillary Clinton.
I was friendly with her, andthen she blocked me after I asked that
about that on Twitter. I mean, we used to be on the Sunday
morning talk show circuit together. Mm. But I was right, and that's
why because the truth hurt. Wehave a second hour on the way and

Top of this second hour, DanaLast here with you. You can
listen Coast to Coast. You canalso watch the simulcast of the radio program
as well. Channel three forty sevendirect TV, YouTube based book and X.
We're also on X. So whatsome of the discussion that I've seen
on this, Apparently people who areinvolved in the biz the dolly, this
(39:07):
is the boat. The ship inquestion apparently came out in twenty fourteen,
so there's a lot of doubts thatit's hackable because that's one of the narratives
that's kind of going around, likeis this was this hacked? Was this
boat? Could this ship? Couldthe system be hacked? And apparently there's
a lot of cold water getting pouredon that just because of the year that
it came out, And apparently thesystem is like not advanced enough, et
(39:31):
cetera. That there's you know,I don't I don't know, but there
are people who do know that aretalking about it and they're saying no way.
They're very familiar with the operating systemon the ship. They are and
they've worked on similar ships, etcetera, and they're saying, no,
that's And now, Caine, you'resaying that the NAV system was separate.
They're saying that that that that's notnecessarily true, that it could be operating
(39:53):
off of an older NAB system too, and that still doesn't mean that it's
there. Somebody could cable absolutely,I'm sure it's possible. The old NAM
system is still on there, Butmy guess is all the updates, especially
with sounds like GPS and it beingtied to steering and everything being automated.
I don't know. I think Ithink it there is a possibility here that
(40:14):
the hack is that is, youknow, a possibility. What other possibilities
are there that seem feasible? Justthe thing shut down a couple different times
and they try to get it backand it just steered right into the damn
bridge, Like this is what we'rejust supposed to accept. I think I
think there might be the way.But why do you immediately think we're just
supposed to accept that that completely obviousopos race happened. Why do you think
(40:37):
that all the other options are offthe table. Are you so sure that
this is the option that's where you'regoing into tinfoil I know that I know
that that's the tinfoil hat association,and I don't you know what. I
wear that tinfoil hat proudly. ButI'm not saying I'm not saying I'm sure.
I'm saying that that's a possibility,I think, and so personally,
(41:01):
I don't know. I'm just likelistening to a lot of these experts.
The Mariners go on and on aboutit, and they're like, not with
this one, not with the system, blah blah blah. They said,
it sounded like, you know, there was like something obviously went wrong,
but you know it wasn't like that. I also understand that we're a nation
that we don't trust anybody right now. I don't trust a single damn soul,
(41:21):
right I don't trust anybody, andI always want to be I'm super
cynical and super suspicious, but thatis applicable to everything. So that's why
whenever I hear conspiracy theories, I'mlike, it's not because I don't think
it's possible. High I've been insome pretty interesting situations more than the average
bear, so believe you me.But at the same time, I also
(41:44):
don't want to blow past fixing somethingthat maybe it's a if it's a system
issue, maybe it's an issue thatare in other ships. Also, let's
maybe fix it instead of blown pastit. And because I feel like a
lot of people that are discussing thisonline at least you know, which is
not the real world are going downgoing down that road. But I mean
(42:07):
we are, like, we area very suspicious people. And I get
it because you have every reason tobe. And I thought about this when
I first heard from this group, and I wrote about this. It's the
EU US Forum. It's a newentity that is existing to really encourage conservatism
(42:28):
in Europe. And also they're veryaligned with the groups that are not fans
of the European Union. But alsowhen you look at what's happening in Europe,
that's a maturation of the policies thatwe're creating here. They're just you
know, a few more years downthe road ahead of us, and you
can see the healthscape that it's turnedinto. And they're trying to figure out
(42:49):
how to extricate themselves, at leastthe conservatives among them, from the situation
that's been created, whereas we're tryingto stave off that inevitability by trying to
change course here at home. Sothere's some learning opportunities both ways. And
I when they first reached out,and it was kind of a last minute
thing, they ended up just puttingthis thing together. I and they said,
would you like to come to Romeand meet some of these conservative leaders
(43:13):
and have discussions, and I thought, you're kidnappers. That was my first
thing. First thought, I'm like, you're kidnappers. And so immediately I
wanted to know who. I needto know everybody who's involved in this.
I need to know who the biggroups are and the people who aren'tnamed.
I want to know who's involved init. I always like to know everything
before I agree to go to anykind of event, even you know,
to observe. And as I wrotein my piece, because I wrote about
(43:36):
this and I sent it out onsocial media or on substack, it went
out on substack last night, thatyou know, I'm always very I like
to ask questions and I like toknow everything about everything, and like with
this one, because it was Iit was hosted the There was an event
(43:58):
Saturday that I attended and watched andit was hosted by the ID Party,
And the ID Party is a rightleaning coalition within the European Union made up
of right leaning coalitions of different individualEuropean countries, because that's how there the
EU is organized. And so theID Party held this event on Saturday,
(44:21):
and the EU US Forum was thegroup that hosted me in Rome and at
the Saturday evening dinner. And Inever get paid for any of the stuff
because I always feel weird about it. I know people do, I'm just
not one of them, and I'venever I was never paid. I was
never I never promised anybody any kindof coverage or anything like that. And
(44:43):
one of the reasons why I'm neverout at a lot of these events is
because I don't promise that, soyou kind of need to watch who is
just saying I'd never promised any anythinglike that. And I've always been strictly
independent, even since I began, from the day I begin broadcasting in two
thousand and eight, it's been likethat, and even before then as an
activist. So I don't even likerunning and getting pictures with politicians like I
(45:06):
asked them. I was asking themwho are some of the people there,
and they wouldn't give me a guestlist, and they said, well,
one person we can't say is vivegRamaswami. He was at this event.
And I thought, well, Iguess they're not going to kidnap him,
so okay, you know, likeI guess that's safe. And I went
and I did talk to him Saturdayevening and he was at the event Saturday.
And I don't Again, I don'tsnap. I don't run and snap
selfies with politicians or ask people totake photos of me with politicians. I'm
(45:29):
always weird about that because I guessI have some Harbor tea in my DNA.
I don't know. I'm just realweird about it, you know what
I mean. I just I Andsometimes I think it seems rude to people.
For instance, like at the Saturdayevening dinner, there were some individuals
that were wanting to get photos ofsome of the leaders, and I just
don't. I'll stay. I stay. I stayed seated at my table,
and I was talking to the peopleI was at my table with, Like,
(45:51):
I just I get how it looksrude. I'm not trying to be
that's just I just don't rush andidolize politicians, right, I feel like
they should idolize us like everyday people, because there they get their authority from
our consent. Anyway, So wethe whole thing over there, and let
me explain a little bit. Youyou actually do need to care about this,
(46:13):
and I'm gonna explain why. Sothat Saturday when we arrived at the
event in Saturday in Rome, itwas real weird because right off the bat,
the European press is a different breed, okay, and they're empowered even
more so than here. So inEurope they have all these like hate speech
laws. You don't have free speechin Europe. You have all these laws
that hate speech. If you saythat, oh no, I know that
(46:35):
guy tucks and he wants to sayhe's a chick, but if you call
him a dude, then you're gonnago to say. They have laws like
that. It's wild, and thatemboldens them, and it encourages the yellow
type of journalism that you know, you've seen that, you know, really
that that that we saw here inyou know, the earliest, the earlier
twentieth century in the United States.I mean, it really encourages it,
(46:57):
and it gives it this false stampof life legitimacy, right because there are
laws that say you can't say thisstuff. So of course those laws exist.
That means we tell the truth. It's very logical, but that's how
they pass themselves off. And wegot to the event on Saturday, and
I only know like certain phrases andcertain words in Italian and I can understand
(47:20):
enough of Italian, French and Spanishwhere I can figure out where to go
and what to do. Didn't Imean we show up and we didn't.
I mean we knew some of thepeople from the EU US Forum were there.
There were some people that I knewthat were in Conservative Meetia. Here
in the United States, there area few people that were there. But
the event was to have these leaders, and they had the Conservative Party leader
in Portugal, Marine La Penn madea video message and it was the first
(47:44):
time I ever heard her speak, and she's from a right leaning party in
France. And then of course theyhad Matteo Slvigni, who is the Deputy
Prime Minister of Italy and he's theirtransportation minister as well, and he's the
head of one of their parties calledLega Lega Nord it's you know, the
Northern League. So in Italy youhave different like with any kind of parliamentarian
(48:07):
sort of system, you have differentparties. A lot of them are very
short lived, like I feel likethe Republicans and Democrats have long life spans
compared to these parties that have croppedup in Europe. So you have different
different parties that lean right, andthen they have to form like a team
of these different parties in order tocontrol their government, their parliament in their
particular country. So you have LegoLega that's the party that Mateo Salvini is
(48:30):
the head of, and then youhave Georgia Maloney who's the Prime Minister of
Italy and she's for telegd Italia. That is the They won twenty five twenty
six percent of the vote compared toeight percent of the other two including Lega,
their parties, and they make upa right leaning coalition in Italy,
and a lot of the price, including the press here, are freaking out
because they're like, oh my gosh, this is how they look at European
(48:52):
leaders that are conservative. They thinkthat conservative equals fascist or Nazi, and
they want to sell dumb Americans onthis idea. So if you're right leaning
in Europe or Italy, then they'relike, oh my gosh, he's Mussolini
adjacent. That's how they look atThat's how they want to portray it.
And then our press over here picksit up from their friendly press on the
(49:13):
left in Europe and they run withit, and then they try to taint
any conservative in the United States withthat same mark, that same smear.
And when you evaluate the positions ofthese people, these people are not like
Mussolini adjacent. They're not fascist, they're not socialists, they're not any of
those things you like. For instance, you like the idea of being able
to determine who crosses your country's borders. Right, you want to be tax
(49:37):
less. I think the income taxneeds to be a go away entirely.
You want to be tax less. You want to protect your nation's borders.
You want to be able to havesustainable food and not have overreaching government regulations.
Right, you want to be selfsustaining on energy. That's literally the
positions that all these people hold, and yet they get labeled fascists because they
hold them. Over there, thebiggest thing is the immigration issue. So
(49:59):
in Italy they're trying to push backagainst decades of you know, kind of
the open borders approach, and thenof course with the European Union and the
Shangan Agreement, when you can travelbetween all of these EU nations, that
really exacerbated the problem. And sofor instance, Matteo Salvini has been charged
with the whole roster of crimes becausehe refused to allow a boat full of
(50:21):
illegal aliens to doc and then makeland and then deboord Bark in Italy,
and so he's up on like allkinds of charges for that. They want
to put him away for fifteen years. It's insane, but that's the kind
of stuff you can't acknowledge the truthbecause you get in trouble over there if
it hurt someone's feelings, you don'thave protected speech. So and again,
(50:43):
and I'll touch on this throughout thebroadcast, but one of the reasons why
this is important is because after Britainhas left after Brexit, Italy is the
largest and most influential right leaning governmentin the European Union. Now, I
think the EU should be abolished, and there are a lot of people who
were there that thought feel the sameway. But until they have that momentum
within their country, dealing with theEU is a reality for them, and
(51:07):
so they're trying to shape that policyhowever they can and try to neutralize some
of the stuff that's also bleeding overinto the United States. And that was
one of the points of this wholeevent that weekend. We're gonna talk more
about this because I thought, Ithought it was very interesting, and I
have to tell you one last point. It was not lost on me during
(51:28):
dinner with these leaders discussing these issueson a rooftop that overlooked the Colisseum and
the Roman Forum and Capitoline Hill, which is where our Capitol Hill derives its
name, that that city in somerespect serves as a very beautiful mausoleum for
(51:49):
Western civilization's creation. And I thoughtit was very ironic, the setting and
the discussion, and also a warningand that all of the news you would
probably miss. It's time for Dana'sQuick five. So a new spending bill
prohibits pride flags at US embassies worldwide. I actually agree with this. I
think that the only flag that shouldbe flownd at embassies is the US flag.
(52:15):
I even like recoil when I SeeUstuff. President Joe Biden signed this
bill into law. Biden signed it, Guys, Biden signed it. It
prohibits the Pride flag at US embassiesall across the world. And I was
in Rome on the embassy. Theydon't have just like the Pride flag.
Kine, what is it with theweird triangle? The pink and brown like
(52:36):
the stupidest colors ever. No,I don't know. I'm like, is
that Illuminati? Gay? I don'tknow? Like what is the symbol here?
Like you know, I don't knowanyway, So that passed. That
passed. France raises their terror alertwarning. After the attack in Moscow and
then in Gaza, over one hundredand seventy terrorists were killed eight hundred suspects

curious. There was a ship thatappeared to be at fall. Is there
is the way that the company behindthe ship should be homesoughtful and that also
(54:29):
happened and pays where to give thebridge? You go, what did you
do? Hmhm? So Biden saysthat they're going to pay for the bridge
in total. Weird, We're goingto pay Uh, who's weird? That's
(54:52):
us taxpayers now I don't want toseem unfeeling because they're search and rescue operations
right now in the river and it'svery cold there, and you know there's
you know, people are I wantto make sure everybody's safe and all of
that, you know, all ofthat stuff. So but I I've got
to I do have to say, wouldn't that be caine the responsibility of the
vessel? Yeah, it appears itis a nine and forty eight foot long
(55:16):
ship called the Dolly, operated bya Singaporean company called Synergy, And it's
being reported that the doomed cargo shipwas being piloted by a local crew who
were trained to avoid obstacles in theBaltimore Port and it lost control and propulsion,
right. I mean, it's onvideo. It one's been showing some
(55:37):
of it on the simulcast and youyou can see the ship hit the dang.
That's just that's terrifying, terrifying. And it was chartered by the Danish
shipping company Marzak who or Marisk MariskAnd the only reason I know the Marisk
company is because of that one TomHanks smooth right where it was the guys
(56:01):
like I'm the captain now, andthey were right off the Horn of Africa,
and that's where all the Somali piratesare and it was that guy that
they Yeah. So anyway, that'sthe only reason why I know the mayorsk
entity. But the ship had goneundergone twenty seven inspections since twenty fifteen.
It had two deficiencies from the andthis was the electronic quality shipping it.
(56:24):
Yeah, the electronic quality shipping informationsystem. We all know this. We
are all very we are mayor Inor Twitter, which, by the way,
can I just sidebarbed real quick fora hot second. Whenever big things
happen in the news, there's alwaysa group of people that have waited their
(56:45):
entire lives to be called up fromthe minor leagues into the big leagues to
offer their expertise on social media. When it was Harambe that gorilla, I
mean, all of a sudden, the experts on wildlfe life that emerged on
social media were insufferable. Anytime anythinghappens, and now you have Marin or
(57:07):
Twitter. Usually it's like legal Twitter, where people pretend to be attorneys and
look, I understand taxpayers, youunderstand what happens with your government and your
expertise should not be degraded simply becauseyou didn't go to an Ivy League university
or go to law school, becauseyou can understand basic concepts just the same
as everybody. The shipping stuff isa little different, I think, right,
because I know nothing about any ofit. I mean I barely even.
(57:30):
I don't even know what type ofbridge that was. There were people
who are like, well, thatwas all whatever type of bridge. I
mean, good for you. Butnow Marin or Twitter has has emerged,
and it is pretty amazing to watchMariorn or Twitter call each other slurs that
I cannot repeat on air because someonedisagrees with the installation of a NAV system
(57:52):
from whatever I don't even understand,or the propulsion or whatever that is.
I don't even know what those thingsare. Something I don't know, and
they're arguing with each other, andyou know that they're probably like, you
know, midlife professionals, you know, sitting in an important office somewhere,
sitting like at a control thing andarguing with each other over this stuff.
(58:12):
I don't know, So uh,now you get you there. It's it
is. It's kind of amazing. They said that the deficiency going back to
this electronic Quality Shipping information system. There was a June twenty twenty three inspection
in San Antonio, Chile, wherethey found a deficiency in their propulsion and
auxiliary machinery. Yeah, the propulsionand auxiliary machinery, Kane, we know
(58:37):
those things. Yeah, and apparentlythis same ship boat. Does it matter
what term I used, because I'mgonna hear it from the mariners, the
floating thing. I don't want tomake light of it because they're searching for
missing construction workers. But I'm justtrying to best bring you in my own
perspective, right I want to breakit down from you for you, and
(58:57):
I know that you don't understand thepropulsion machinery Dolly container ship either unless you're
mayor in or Twitter and you're literallylistening right now, and you're gonna argue
with me in a hot second. So there was apparently an incident back in
twenty sixteen in the ports of Antwerp. They found a deficiency and their structural
in its structural conditions the vessel we'llsay vessel. But then they didn't find
(59:19):
any deficiencies when it was inspected lastfall by the US Coast Guard in New
York. So all of the tradehas halted out of this port, one
of the most important ports in America. Hmm and uh yeah. And so
this is now we're gonna see ultimatelybecause they're still searching, like I said,
(59:45):
for these missing construction workers, andthey're I mean, I I mean
this whole bridge. It's I understandthat they're doing rescue and recovery. I'm
kina go and ask an obvious question, especially when I look at aerial photos
(01:00:06):
of how huge this waterway is.There's no way. I mean, you
can't be like, Okay, theboat can make it over this. You
can't go out there and do that. I wouldn't risk it. Now that
you have I sound like Joe Bidentalking about guns down't it. You have
hundreds of tons of steel now inthat waterway laying across it under the water.
(01:00:27):
Maybe you might have enough water tofloat a canoe or two above some
of that, some of the parts. But I'm not thinking a joket.
See how big is that waterway looks? I mean, it's nine thousand feet
wide. Why this and the biggestpart of the bridge is right in the
middle. Kid, they kind ofgo around it. I know that sounds
dumb. First, someone out therelistening is thinking of it, and I
(01:00:50):
just voiced your concerns. So there'sa search and rescue efforts still going on.
They're not going to be like, hey, container ship, why don't
you just come up here so thatyou have the potential of chopping up human
bodies. Okay, I know arenot to do that yet. Okay,
not yet at least. I'm justasking because someone out there and radiol and
was thinking it. I'm sure theycouldn't have been just me. I just
(01:01:12):
was because it just looks like abig you know, I don't know,
I've driven over this bridge a tonof times, like you can. It
seems huge. It is huge,But there's only one space where they're like,
there's a lot of regulations and laws. You can only let one of
those ships go through that one centerpoint, so they have to take turns,
like getting through the highest elevation ofthat that sort of top part.
Wow, sure it's deepest in thecenter there, well obviously, Yeah,
(01:01:36):
so if they try to go offto the sides, so they're probably not
going to have enough depth to doit. Ang, Yeah, that's true.
Gosh, dang, this is thisis tough. I feel I feel
bad for search and recovery in thisarea because it's cold, you've got the
current and it's not like it's theclearest water, and then you have all
the debris on top of it.That is not a tough or not an
easy job, not at all.Or keep on monitoring that and bring you
(01:01:58):
any of the latest. In additionto all of this, I wanted to
touch on a few other things thiswe were talking about the National Red Flag
Center creation. I was letting youknow what, you know, what was
happening too with when I went toItaly, and we were talking about some
of the stuff with the Conservatives overin Europe and the things that they've been
(01:02:22):
going through and how those are.You know, the policies that they're dealing
with are really just like hours butmatured in a way. So you know,
warning, warning, Let's touch ona couple of other things that are
taking place because this is and lookingat this. You've got the Supreme Court
that's looking at this legal the casethat involves the abortion pill, the mif
(01:02:47):
prestone, and it is one ofI think it's I think it's probably the
most the biggest name abortion pill usuallyit's given. It's the medicinal form.
Is it a medicinal I mean ithas one purpose? And at nearly two
(01:03:10):
thirds of all of the abortions thattook place last year, myth pristone is
apparently the drug that claimed that that'slike the two thirds of the abortions last
year apparently came as a result ofthat drug. The I guess it's what
(01:03:30):
the morning after pill, the abortiondrug. And so the FDA, because
of all of this stuff, withthe pandemic and COVID and the lockdown,
the FDA had some of their regulationschanged as well. See it wasn't just
voting that changed. There were alot of stuff that a lot of things
that changed with regards to the pandemic, and apparently the way that this drug
(01:03:52):
was prescribed as one of them, they began just sending it in the mail
to people with out requiring an inperson doctor's visit. I mean I literally
have to go to the grocery storepharmacy and sign my name in a book
to get sudified, which now they'resaying and it does work. What they
(01:04:13):
were testing was when they reduced theefficacy of the active ingredient and then they
were trying to say it didn't workafter they reduced the efficacy, but you
could end a life by just notjust you know, getting it through the
mail. That's so weird to me. And the usually it would say,
you know, after seven weeks, you couldn't use this pill, and then
they apparently they extended that up toten weeks. So this is the case
(01:04:38):
that's going before the Supreme Court now. They're trying to decide whether or not
this is whether or not this isgoing to be suspended, and the FDA's
you know, control over it,et cetera, et cetera. So we've
got that. That's one of thethings that we're watching as well, in
course with this bridge. And thenadditionally the twenty twenty four race. Joe
(01:04:59):
Biden's not p forming well. Theykeep saying that they have a turnaround plan
for him. I was reading thispiece that was published at time this morning
or last evening. Rather they weresaying that they have a turnaround plan to
help Biden. They sent out Jilland they said, I think I let
me pull this up. I havethis in my show notes. They sent
out Jill Biden and they were tryingto she's just as awkward. She's not
(01:05:24):
an asset. She's like one ofthe first political wives I've ever seen who
is actually not an asset to herhusband's campaign, because she went out to
California over the weekend and Biden's beentrying to fix his death his poll deficit,
and she was talking to a Democrataudience. They paid one hundred thousand
(01:05:45):
dollars a ticket. I guess thatwas to the pack because you can't make
that to a particular candidate, thenyou're you're maxed out to the ins degree.
But she was telling the Democrat audiencethat paid one hundred thousand dollars a
ticket that Florida's Parental Rights and EducationAct was a step towards dictatorship. And
(01:06:09):
she compared Florida to Nazi Germany. And she said that history teaches us that
democracies don't disappear overnight. They disoweyedslowly, subtly, and silently. A
book ban, a court decision,a don't say gay law. She says,
before World War Two, I'm toldBerlin was the center of alphabet culture
(01:06:29):
in Europe. You realize that theykilled gay people, the Nazis, right,
the Nazis that were on the left. That's why they were called socialists,
national socialist, Nazi. They killedgay people and this I don't know
why they keep calling this that.Don't say gay, Bill you can.
It's not about saying gay. It'sabout allowing parents to the power and authority
(01:06:50):
to determine whether or not a teacherin their kid's second grade class can tell
them that they have anal sex everynight. Literally, that's what the law
gets into. It safeguards kids andallows parents to control what the teacher exposes
them to in the classroom. Imean, sorry to be that graphic,
but the stuff that these teachers, you know, were groomers whatever you wanna
(01:07:12):
call them. Uh, the onesthat were pushing this, and there are
good teachers out there that fought it. I shouldn't have to say that,
but we have. You know, honestly, we have some stupid people out
there that listen. But it wasall about empowering parents and protecting kids.
And I just have a problem withan adult that thinks the classroom is the
stage for them to talk about theirsexual recreation. What the hell is wrong
(01:07:36):
with you? What teacher does that? I didn't even know what the hell
my teacher looked like outside of theclassroom. I saw my teacher in a
grocery store once when I was akid, and I froze because it was
like seeing a damn alien out inreal time. It was weird. I'm
like, I thought you lived atthe school. I didn't know. I
didn't even know that they were marriedor had kids. It was weird,
(01:07:58):
wasn't it weird? Like to seeyour teacher outside of that you They kept
it profession you know what I'm saying, Like they didn't sit here and go,
well, let me tell you aboutthe annual sucks that I had with
my boy. They don't talk aboutthat stuff. Kine's dying, but it's
true, Kane, And you know, I'm right, that's the kind they
think that you don't have a rightto that. The students are not your
buddies, they're students. This isso weird. And it was also about
(01:08:25):
the books that were out there. Some of the people that were clueless as
to these books when I showed themand I'm like, look, this is
what a mutual friend that I hadwith someone here in Texas. This is
what her junior, her seventh grader, literally pulled off their library shelves and
I showed them pictures of the bookand it included students that had a strap
on in the book. It wasa graphic novel. And the person I
(01:08:45):
who didn't believe me, was horrified, And I'm like, this is what
this is about, and this bookis actually recommended to that age group.
Do you think that this is somethingseventh grader should be reading in school?
Really? Seriously, what does this? This is a fetish. This is
adults pushing their baggage on the kidsand then acting like it somehow harms the
(01:09:06):
kids that they can't get at them. That's what this is. But when
people see what's what was really atstake with this law, They're like,
yeah, what are they talking about? This had nothing to do with saying
gay or not saying gay. Itwas so dumb, so dumb. And
then to have Jill Biden compare itto Nazi Germany, so she kind of
she stepped in it. So Ijust don't think that you're they should send
(01:09:28):
her out on his behalf anymore, because it's a disaster when they send her
out. If it's not this, then at C. S. Puadway or
something. But Democrats are are They'rehaving a problem and I think they're also
having a crisis of optimism. Nowthat sounds like a weird thing to say,
and I know we got to getmoving, but we'll talk about this
more next hour. Democrats have overperformedand polling recently, and they've overperformed in
(01:09:53):
some elections, and that might beundercut by the reality of having to cast
that final vote in November, orit usually does. And I don't think
that they're they're taking that into account. We're going to talk more about that
coming up. Patriot Mobile is theonly Christian conservative cell phone service in the
country, and they want to provideyou with great customer service at affordable prices
(01:10:13):
that's not going to break your bankand it's also not going to siphon your
money away and use it against youat the ballot box, because that's what
a lot of these big cell phonecompanies do with their little groups, that
they work against you and that's yourown hard earned dollars. But Patriot Mobile
doesn't operate that way. And PatriotMobiles is actually affordable, and Patriot Mobile
has dependable nationwide coverage and all threemajor networks. You're getting the best service
(01:10:34):
in your area, but you're notfunding the left and when you switch,
you can keep your phone, keepyour number, you can upgrade the choices
entirely yours. You're also supporting themaintenance and creation of US based jobs.
They have a one hundred percent USbased customer service team. They're going to
make it easy to switch and giveyou free activation using code data. Visit
Patriotmobile dot com slash data or callnine seven two Patriot and use promo code
(01:10:58):
data to get free activation. Makethe switch today. That's Patriot Mobile dot
com slash Dana ninety seven to twoPatriot. It's his life mission to make
bad decisions. It's time for Floridaman. Alligators terrify me, but I
don't want anything bad to happen tothem. So this Florida man is facing
(01:11:19):
charges as police say he stole agator and try to throw it off a
roof and I want him to havehis a double snake's beat. Police say
that William Hodge was arrested he wasslamming the animal by its tail and trying
to throw it off the top ofa building. He told the police that
he was quote teaching it a lesson. I would like to teach Hodge a
lesson and slam him around on theroof of a building and then try to
throw him off. That's just me. I'm just saying, you know,
(01:11:40):
teach him a lesson about it.They returned the alligator to the place where
the guy stole it. Short ontime, third hour on the way.
We have been clear in multiple conversationsand in every way that any major military
operation in raf would be a hugemistake. Let me tell you something.
(01:12:01):
I have studied the maps. There'snowhere for those folks to go Jordan,
and we're looking at about a millionand a half people in Rafa who are
there because they were told to gothere, most of them. And so
we've been very clear that it wouldbe a mistake to move into Rafa with
any type of military operation. Amistake, but would there be consequences if
(01:12:25):
he does move forward. But we'regoing to take it one set of tea.
But we live very clear in termsof our perspective on whether or not
she doesn't believe in an Israeli offensivethere and guys are coming in from Rava.
She's studied the maps, guys, the maps, they're very ven diagrammy,
Welcome back to the program. Topof this third hour Dana Lash with
you. You can listen to theprogram Coast to Coast. You can also
(01:12:48):
you can also stream the radio program. You can watch it on channel three
forty seven, Direct TV, YouTube, Facebook, all that good stuff,
sign up for the newsletter or atsubstack, all kinds of good stuff that
comes up over there. They justneed Biden. First off, the refusal
(01:13:09):
of the United States to back itsally in face of the UN Security Council.
They abstained from that vote on theceasefire, which is basically a vote
in favor of it at this point. And now you have Israel canceling this
trip to Washington, DC. Idon't know why all of these other countries
(01:13:33):
get to vote on whether or notIsrael can defend itself. And yes,
it's still a discussion of defense, because for the past twenty plus years,
every single time that Israel has withdrawnand has stopped any offensive Hamas regroups and
then they have the same thing overand over and over again. There was
(01:13:55):
already literally a ceasefire agreement on Octobersixth, and they just hammas ignored it,
just like they ignored the numerous ceasefireagreements that they broke that predated the
ceasefire agreement that they broke on Octobersixth. No one so far has been
able to explain what this new ceasefirewould magically do that the litany of other
(01:14:15):
ceasefire agreements did not do. Andit's stupid to even be engaging with these
terrorists in negotiations while they still havehostages and apparently American hostages. But we
all know that the Biden administration caresnot for any type of American hostage or
American anything. I mean, wesee that, saw that with Afghanistan for
(01:14:36):
Krin out loud. But for themto say, well, you know,
they should they there should be noceasefire, no ceasefire at all whatsoever none
that Hamas has to cease and thatHamas it now is not going to do.
They're not going to negotiate at all, and they've said they're not going
to negotiate. They already rejected theoffer that Israel made. They think all
(01:15:00):
the terrorists that were trying to killinnocent Israeli's previously that the IDEAF arrested and
is they're incarcerated, that they shouldbe released. They're not going to give
up a single innocent hostage. Includingthe babies that they stole and kidnapped,
if they're still alive. And sothe problem here the abandonment of an ally
(01:15:30):
in a region where we don't reallyhave any others. This is a horrible
missed up by this administration. Buthe's doing it because it's an election year.
He is if you've noticed, theleft is so far left now that
they're really anti Jewish. It's notabout being anti Israeli government. It's not
(01:15:50):
even anti Israel or anti Netan Yahoo. These are people who have problems with
Jewish people. I mean, that'sthe reality of it, and that's why
you see this. They try tomanifest it into some type of policy and
hide it behind a veneer of whilewe're criticizing the government. But you're actually
(01:16:11):
not criticizing the government. I meanyou call people Zionists and all this other
stuff and use all of these stereotypes. I mean, that's bigotry, it's
anti Semitism. But Israel should nothave to ask anybody for a vote on
whether it's going to defend itself.I think they're already taken too long to
just turn everything to glass. ThatHamas can't cannot continue to exist and as
you remember, the Gauzen media polledGazans and even those in West Bank,
(01:16:35):
and they discovered that the majority ofpeople actually thought that the October seventh attacks
were justified. Still they believe this. So what happens you elect terrorists members
of your government speaking of the likethe all of this, because she's I
(01:16:57):
don't know that this is gonna Imean, this has got to her him.
He's hurting in the polls, whichis why he's making these moves right
now and sacrificing an alliance for it. It's like telling the United States trying
to vote on how the United Statescan respond it for nine to eleven or
you know, if there had beensuch a thing in existence and now all
(01:17:20):
these you know, these countries cametogether and you know, et cetera.
After Pearl Harbor, it I couldtry to vote on how the United States
responded after that. Countries don't getthe right to tell another country that they
to vote on whether they can orcannot defend themselves. It's just just so
dumb. Speaking of dumb stuff, this is I thought we were going to
have flying cars and we got thisinstead. So there were a bunch of
(01:17:41):
people arguing all over social media overthe weekend, I guess over the slogan
crisis King, and it ended upI'm not going to get into all the
slat fights on the right because Iliterally don't care. I just don't care.
There's so much else out there tofocus on, and I'm already multitasking
(01:18:02):
with a number of different issues.I just don't have the bandwidth, the
tolerance, or the patience to dealwith clout chasing competition on the right,
and that's what so much of thestuff is. But I do think that
you have frauds that are on theright as well. I mean people who
literally got started in OPO as hardcoreprogressives and only just became conservatives in twenty
(01:18:26):
sixteen. You're all about people changingtheir ideology and coming around to a more
sensible view, a more realistic viewof the world, but that doesn't mean
you make them the damn generals ofan entire movement, see what I'm saying.
And I think some of this falloutis because people did that. So
(01:18:47):
I think it's pretty simple. AndI talked about this. Actually I only
made like one tweet, and Iwas trying to find the tweet that I
put up. Actually because people werearguing over whether or not you know a
christis king, et cetera, etcetera. What that statement means is an
anti Semitic to stay it. Ithink that's dumb that that's even an argument.
(01:19:09):
I think, like with anything, motive is the heart. Motive is
the heart of everything. You know, whether or not you use the Lord's
name in vain or you're actually cryingout to him in prayer. I mean,
motive and intent is everything. Soanything can be made into a verbal
weapon first and foremost. And Ithink yelling that to people who don't accept
(01:19:34):
Jesus as their Lord and Savior asa way to shut down conversation, yeah,
it's probably taking the Lord's name invain. That's like when oh,
Southern Grandma's go bless your heart andthey don't mean it. They're not blessing
you, and you know that they'renot blessing you. I had tweeted one
thing about it, and I quotedMatthew seven twenty one because I quoted my
(01:19:56):
friend Frank also, who says it'sdisgusting to see anti Semites adopt the slogan
to cloak hate. And someone goes, I'm gonna misinterpret that as you telling
me I can't say that, andthen get angry because that's apparently what the
internet is for. And again itall comes down to intention and how you
want to use a phrase. ButMatthew seven to twenty one. Remember they
said, not everyone who says tome, Lord Lord, will enter the
Kingdom of Heaven, but only theone who does the will of my Father,
(01:20:17):
who is in heaven. And manywill say to me on that day,
Lord Lord, did we not prophesyin your name? Do we not
drive out demons in your name? And perform many miracles in your name?
And then I will tell them plainly, depart from me, you workers of
iniquity. I never knew you.A Cappella which is a fantastic Christian singing
group. They had an album outin the late eighties where they do a
(01:20:38):
whole songs Elijah RockA and they coverthis whole It's awesome, by the way.
All right, So just a touchon that, A few other things
that we got to hit on,speaking of Lake, some of this other
dumb stuff. This the House majorityshrinks further Via Washington Examiner, Mike Gallagher
is out. So now what uhwhat? Plus one majority. He's out
(01:21:01):
of Wisconsin. He's leaving. Ithink the date is April nineteenth. We
have a tiny House majority, Sonow that seat's going to be empty for
the remainder of the term, andit is a one vote majority. There
will be no other meaningful legislation passedbecause all you would have to have are
two Republicans to stop it. That'sit. And I don't know this is
(01:21:30):
they the state has an April seconddeadline for a special election. Apparently,
I guess that's not that he's leavingon apartment on April nineteenth. It was
approved by House leadership. The WashingtonExaminer reported that, and he's gonna serve.
He also serves as the Select Committeeon the Select Committee by the CCP,
the Chinese Communist Party. It's amess. The House is a mess,
(01:21:54):
and you have Mike Johnson got thatbig old spending bill they passed that
that included funding for that. That'swhere they're getting their funding after that pass.
Of course, it's no coincidence thatthe administration announced the creation of the
Red Flag Center. No no coincidenceat all. And it goes back.
It makes me, doesn't it makeyou just feel so good that the cloud
Chasers and the Republican Party decided tohave a fallus measuring contest over who could
(01:22:18):
exercise the most influence where it concernsHouse leadership. And they promised everyone that
all of these problems would go awayif they could just switch out House leadership.
And then you get somebody who's hadthe same record as McCarthy but less
political capital. Oh my gosh,it's a it's a disaster going into an
election year. It's like Republicans don'twant to win. That's what it feels
(01:22:41):
like, doesn't it. That's it'slike they don't want to win. It's
like they're don't they don't want towin, and you and then you have
the RNC where I'm trying to beoptimistic about them not spending money to pay
off entire legal bills and and takethat money that really should be spent on
down ballot races, but I'm notconfident of that. I have no confidence
in that at all. So Idon't know. I mean, I just
(01:23:04):
hope all the want to be operativesand the non needle moving cloud chasers and
all their performative clowns. I hopethat all these people who tried to sell
you on this idea that if wejust switch out this this hood ornament,
if we just rearrange the deck chairson the Titanic of our party, that
(01:23:25):
things are going to change. Imean the time, this was time wasted
that could have been so much morewisely spent. It's it's sad. It's
so incredibly sad. We have moreon the way, We have headlines coming
up and now all of the newsyou would probably miss. It's time for
Dana's Quick five. So the UHantibiotics pledge on chicken was dropped by Chick
(01:23:51):
fil A. They dropped their noantibiotics pledge citing supply. They said that
they have a less stringent standard that'sgoing to allow the use of some antibiotics.
They said that the complete ban whichthe chain put in place in twenty
nineteen, they said was to lessenour antibiotic resistance. But they said that
(01:24:15):
they had to ease their rules becauseapparently there was a major I guess there's
a supply issue of it. That'sreally not as many people were putting an
aibiotics in their chickens. Yea,I feel like there's a lot of chicken
in the United States. Yeah,I mean, like that's one thing that
there's a lot of you know,I don't know. That's just kind of
so how do you say it's thesame standard of chicken when it's not,
(01:24:39):
though, you know what I mean. I mean, I just I don't
know. Also, the honeybee Okay, this is actually terrifying. A honeybee
colony is at a heightened risk ofcollapse in the Pacific Northwest. We've got
to be concerned about this, guys. And I don't think it's climate change.
It's not flipping climate change. Stopit. I think there's a lot
of stuff that goes into it,and I think it's some of its past
(01:25:00):
sides and all that stuff that goesinto the honeybees. But they said Pacific
Northwest colonies are going to endure springcollapses in the near and long term.
We were considering putting there was likea service that said we'll put honeybee hives
in your backyard, but then theywanted to charge you five hundred dollars a
month to come out and then collectthe honey and do all of that,
and like that's so you you getto use my yard and I have to
(01:25:21):
pay you. I tore it upput in the trash. But otherwise I
thought, you know, if likeif it was a free service, then
I got a little honey for myproblem, then I'd be like, that's
you know, my for my effortfor my land. I'd be like,
that's cool, come and do it. But yeah, they wanted to charge
five hundred dollars a month. Likethat seems shady, right, That seems
(01:25:43):
to wayte sauce bruh. Anyway,I am worried about the honeybee issue though
the twenty seven trillion dollar treasury marketis only getting bigger. Pardynomics twenty seven
trillion dollars. I can't even wrapmy head around that number. That's insane.
This is from the Securities Industry andFinancial Markets Association. They said the
(01:26:05):
annual issuances of issue ince sorry ofUS treasures has exploded, doubling since the
pandemic began. Twenty three trillion dollarswere sold in twenty three and they said
that's not going to slow down anytimesoon, and it probably doesn't matter what
will happen in November either. That'sthat's even scarier that that. It's just
(01:26:30):
say you got everything that you wantedin November. And it still wouldn't turn
it around. Retailers are turning toextreme bargains to lure shoppers because consumer spending
is in the toilet biden omic. They said it's underwhelming. They said that,
like, for instance, they're offeringdesigner clothing, it discounts like it's
(01:26:51):
seventy percent or more. And theysaid that I actually, I will say
I do benefit from this because Ihave a kid who grow I was constantly
and it's amazing how boys can literallygo through three sizes of genes in six
months or seven months. It's insane. I'm like, what, how are
(01:27:13):
you processing this food that it's likea tomato planet. At some point i'might
have to pick that top leaf andlike get a control on your height.
Come on. But they said thatit's all over. It's including even designer
stuff, so it's everywhere. It'slike every consumer aspect you can think of,
from furniture to accessories to homewar toall of it. And apparently the
(01:27:35):
whole industry is still reeling from abad Christmas season, which is a super
critical time for shopping and shoppers andall of that. So that's yikes,
we have more in store medium outpractice. Apparently the word is is that they
already fired Ron mcganiel. We'll talkcoming up. Ready to grow your intellectual
(01:27:57):
rolytics, download the Dana Show podcast. Join the ranks of those who refuse
to settle for the same old, boring content on Apple, Spotify or wherever
you get your podcasts. Well,I think that it's very clear that Trump
isn't richer. That's just the wayit is. And integrity, which is
something that we all want to alwaysdeepen in politics and in government, has
(01:28:21):
just flown the coop with him.Okay, first off, that was an
easy let me be professional. Hangon for a second. Welcome Ba Dane
last year a bottom of the thirdhour. That's Nancy Pelosi on with MSNBC
talking to Jensaki. We're going totalk about Ron mcdanel getting maybe fired here
in a second, that's the wordcoming out. Why you know where I'm
(01:28:42):
going to ask you he's reading mymind right now? What in the eyebrow?
Hell? Did I just look atSo? I'm so as it's playing
right, so the soundbites plane. So for those of you who are listening
and you're not watching the simulcast ofthe radio show, one has the you
know, the the video, thesound bite, the video running in the
(01:29:03):
monitor that's in the camera. SoI'm looking at the camera like a gloon
because I'm trying to figure out whatis going on above her eyes. I'm
gonna get to what she said ina moment. Can we just guys,
gals, if you're drawing your eyebrowson, they're not meant to look like
(01:29:24):
commas that have been twisted to layhorizontally. Okay, The bulk should not
be right by the nosebridge the bridgeof the nose. You know what I'm
saying, Like, that's that's turninginto an asterisk right there. It should
not look like that. It's notsupposed to be looking like that. And
if it's looking like that, youain't doing it right. There's there's lots
(01:29:47):
of tutorials on YouTube. I can'thear a thing she's saying, because all
I can hear is oh wow,I can't hear anything else. It's an
asterisk. Stop it. Stop it. To that point, your eyebrush should
not look like a gradient. Itshould not look like a damn paint card
from home depot where you can seelight to dark. It's not supposed to
(01:30:13):
look like that. Ladies, stopit. Stop it. And if you
don't know how to put on bronzer, don't do it because then you just
look dirty. Quit. Okay, are we done? I feel like I
got through that. She says thatTrump is a grifter. Wait, so
(01:30:35):
the person has been in office andgovernment for fifty plus years and has been
insider trading for the last twenty. It was broke before she got Yeah,
I mean clearly she married money, but she had no cut. Multiple millions
and millions of dollars now on thatone hundred and forty thousand dollars salary.
So, uh, Trump's the grifter, though. One guy, the guy
(01:30:58):
that's got into politics for four years, that needs the grifting. He.
I mean, she's made with herinsider knowledge. There's a whole Twitter cut
out there that just follows her stocktrades. Yeah, and it's really fascinating
because something happens two days later. It's wild. I mean, she through
her insider trading money that apparently isn'tgrifting. She bought two sub zero freezers
(01:31:25):
full of that bougie ice cream that'slike eleventy million cerf jillion dollars on pint
or something. You know I theydon't think it's she doesn't think it's grifting.
Democrats don't think it's grifting. Ifyou're a Democrat and you're grifting,
it's like saying that someone who hassomeone who has money but is crazy,
(01:31:45):
it's like calling them eccentric. Butif you're broke, you're just crazy.
But if you got money, you'reeccentric. Right, you don't want to
make the eccentric person mad just incase they give you some of it.
That's what it is. That's that'sthe same thing. What's a fancy word
for grifting? Kine? Like howeccentric is for crazy? Oh? I
don't know, politician. I feellike the internet's going to come and clutch
(01:32:08):
here chat, give me a giveme a suggestion. What's a fancy word
for grifting? Since you know shethinks it's not grifting when she's out there
using insider trading and making fat bank, that's different. That's not grifting.
That's what is it. I don'teven know. Again, it's like,
(01:32:36):
if you got money, it's eccentric. If you're broke, it's crazy.
No, no, no, eccentriccrazy. If you're a grit, you're
just socially misunderstood. No, that'snot No, that's what it is.
It's like, I don't We'll figureit out. We'll figure it out.
Big grifting, spending geez, youknow what I'm saying, Like big grifting
(01:32:57):
with all these moneies of the Diddler, even though that was jay Z's song.
Uh he's is he arrested? Idon't think so. I saw the
reports that he was, and thenI saw the community notes on the fact
that he wasn't, and then Isaw that his Uh I guess electronic equipment
(01:33:20):
and laptops and stuff were taken.M yeah, so he. I'm just
gonna say, By the way,the Diddler twitter, like the Mariner twitter,
is very interesting. So, uhdid he kill Biggie and Tupac and
(01:33:43):
probably JFK. I mean, Idon't know he's killed everybody. I'm just
saying did he. I'm pretty certainon the JFK and he probably wasn't.
There's all these weird stories going onabout him and Bieber too. Well there's
video of that. Why but thatvideo has been a what oh yeah what
video like video like on the levelof the guy who's eating that lady's leg
(01:34:05):
like a turkey leg. Well notexactly. No, But there are some
things in the video that are saidand some you know, you can just
kind of tell the vibes. Whatabout Usher, Yeah, I don't know
about sure. I wouldn't be surprisedto hear something. I'm just saying,
there's a lot of stuff going onthere. But he did not flee to
(01:34:28):
a Caribbean nation that doesn't have anextradition agreement with US. Is that correct?
Okay? Because when I first heardthat he was fleeing to go to
an island, I was like, epstein. I'm just saying, I just
it's not that. By the way, apparently Lorraine is saying Deefrauter's godgers,
scammers, swindlers. Is that betterthan grifter though, like a fancy word
for grifter. I don't know. We'll still thinking on it. I got
(01:34:53):
a couple of the other things tohit you with in the meantime. I
see there's a lot of weird stuff, just all different things to touch on.
So apparently Roni Daniel is out alreadyat Sam just reporting it. She
Puck News, which is some stupidstartup. I don't know, Uh,
they're reporting that. Yeah, she'sapparently not She's apparently gone, they're gonna,
(01:35:18):
they're gonna get rid of her. That's the that's the early. They
haven't made an official statement, butapparently uh yeah, she's uh looks like
she's she's they said. Uh.Puck News says NBC News is planning to
drop x r n C chair RonalMcDaniel is a patron tributor following an on
(01:35:40):
air revolt from all their talent likethe mad Ows and the uh who's oh
Scarboroughs and who else? Yeah, yeah, Nicole Wallace and all these other
Yeah. So I don't know,I'm just you know, so, oh
(01:36:00):
they're babies. And that's ridiculous again. You know how many people worked on
different administrations that went to work atNBC or went to work at CNN,
Jim Pseudo, Jensaki, who else. There's a ton of them there,
there's so many I can't even likesome of their beat reporters. And then
(01:36:21):
ABC you have stuffing up. Imean there's a ton of different This is
so goofy so yeah this and thenyou have Dan Rather. I just saw
this breaking. NBC News plans todrop former RNC Cheron McDaniels, who paid
contributor and he goes This is agood decision, dude. You literally faked
documents to try to torpedo a candidate. You and Mary Mapes and Powerline their
(01:36:44):
website busted you. What is thisguy talking about? Excuse the hell out
of you GRAINGA Paul? What areyou talking about here? It's a good
decision. Who asked Dan rather?Who asked him? This is so dumb?
I don't I feel like being Ikind of want to bullame on the
internet. Should I feel like Ishould feel like I have every right too?
(01:37:08):
You know, it's like part ofmy right. I just Monday today.
Yeah, it's like my Monday.Well, yesterday was like a double
Monday anyway. All right. Acouple of other things, the oh Mans.
The gas car situation. Hold up, You have eight states planning to
ban the sales gas powered cars entirelybecause the administration unveiled the plans to phase
(01:37:28):
them out by twenty thirty two.Not gonna happen. They only made up.
They barely made seventy seven percent ofcar sales in the US in the
last year. And I think theyall look ugly except for some of the
ones that aren't. There's like atiny handful that aren't. Everything else is
the ones I can't afford are uglyor not ugly. The ones I can't
(01:37:50):
afford are ugly. Does that makesense? That makes sense? So they
said, you can't. They won't. You won't have to take your gas
powered cars off the road. You'llbe able to buy used in secondhand.
This is not going to happen, this is not I actually would ryot over
this. I'm not joking like Iwould actually be destructive and I would ryet.
(01:38:11):
I think I love gas powered cars, love them. I love gas
stations. I like putting gas incar. I don't. But I'm a
woman, and I don't put gasin my car. I won't even take
my car to put ad. That'sa man's job. I have things that
are the woman's job. That's oneof the man's jobs. I mean,
I can, I'm a strong woman. I just don't want to see.
(01:38:33):
So they said that the proposals fortwo thirds of all the cars sold by
twenty thirty would have to be EV's. Nobody's buying them. Nobody's buying them.
They said that Dodge announced their twentyfour charger will be available as a
gas powered muscle cars will as anall new ev that's it. But everybody
(01:38:53):
else, like something like Toyota andsome of the others, have been kind
of turning around halting. We talkedabout that last week, but Kelly Blue
Book says they barely made seven percentof all of sales in twenty three.
Now it's up three percent from twentyone. But the only people switching to
evs are the people who I meanit may I guess. Fine, if
you live in a city and youwant to drive like down the road and
(01:39:15):
you want your little lev down youknow, you know, peter around it,
and that's fine, good for you. But some of us like to
drive more, and that's dumb. You can't do a road trip with it.
Also, by the way, thatthree to seven percent increase you're talking
about is only because the government gotin and mandated a bunch of stuff and
actually provided tax dollars as a subsidy. So that's the only reason it increased
(01:39:35):
that little bitty percent. That's notthe free market at work. No,
it's not the free market, notat all. I'm never ever getting rid
of my gas powered car. Infact, I will buy a giant,
bigger guzzler of the gas so stupidpeople know how EV's are. Do you
(01:39:56):
know where the power comes from? This is so this is one of the
things where at the EU US formthat all of these leaders, because they're
the EU has been pushing this sohard and they they can't they can't stand
it. And it's amazing. Iwas talking to a couple of people who
one of them was like experimenting drivingaround a little levu where he lives,
and and he's this is not thePortugal leader, but I was saying that
(01:40:20):
he once ran out of uh literallyjust like the car died in traffic one
time. I and just how difficultit just it's difficult, and not everything
can be equipped with like you know, the charging and in Europe it's even
worse to try to like outfit itfor the the infrastructure for you know,
charging these vehicles and have the correctvoltage, et cetera, et cetera,
(01:40:42):
et cetera. You know, Imean, it's a very similar problem in
the States. And also they're justugly cars. They're ugly, They're ugly,
ugly, ugly, they fell offthe ugly tree, they hit every
ugly branch. I mean, Idon't know, they are hideous. I
find them to be hideous. There'slike three that I think are not.
And I only like them because theygo from like zero to your face was
(01:41:05):
torn off in zero point three seconds. That's it. It's an official measure
of speed. Otherwise I hate them. And if they didn't do that's the
only purpose why I like them.I just am not a fan of them
at all. Oh, so that'sget ready, because this is they're pushing
this, This is one of thethings that they're pushing and making a central
(01:41:26):
focus to a jewel rather you couldsay of the Biden election camp. Reelection
campaign. They're trying to super servethe Greenies. Oh, Lorraine put that
Bieber Diddler video and uh, it'sbut justin Bieber's forteen hours with Diddy,
and it already looks awkward. I'mjust looking at the screen grab and it
looks weird. Cain said that therewas a video that kind of shed some
(01:41:49):
light onto p Diddler. Well youkind of see it now with a different
perspective after all this in news.It was weird then. Yeah, it
was weird then, but there's definitelya different perspective today. Why is everything
weird? Follow Dana on Apple,Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts,
(01:42:10):
because knowledge is your ultimate superpower. In this instance, NBC News, either
wittingly or unwittingly, is teaching electiondeniers that what they can do stretches well
beyond appearing on our air and interviewsto pedal lies about the sanctity and integrity
of our elections, which Ron McDanielsdid yesterday. I mean, the press,
(01:42:31):
can you say, as you somany today, did Joe Biden win
the election? Fair and square? He won, He's the legitimate environ square
and square. He won. It'scertified, it's done. But I do
thinking to say that, why hasit taken you until now to be able
to say? I'm going to pushback a little because I do think it's
fair to say there were problems intwenty twenty. I say that about this.
(01:42:54):
Here's what gets me. First off, you know, you have people
like Johnsaki who go and they workin the Obama administration and then they get
a job and they at MSNBC andthey are able to, you know,
be commentators or be contributors or hosttheir own programs even and their work with
a presidential administration is viewed as,oh, it was a job. They
(01:43:15):
did. That was their job.Now they're here, that's how it's viewed.
They are, they're given that courtesy, but they don't extend that courtesy
to conservatives really, especially like withinthe past ten years, and especially with
anybody who's really been in the Trumpadministration, because their their tribalism is off
the charts. This is she dida job. She was you know,
she was with the r n C. She worked with the Trump administration and
(01:43:39):
coordinated as the head of the rn C. So that's I mean,
for the love, I mean, she did a job, that was her
job. Why does she not getthat? And I say this to someone
who is not like who did notchampion her as head of the r n
C. And I didn't like alot of you know, some of the
stuff that she said, But thatthat's so stupid. Oh all right,
(01:43:59):
Kate, Today's stupidity. Oh mygoodness, there's a lot of stupid actually
today. But I think we're goingto choose our president of these United States.
Biden was talking about this particular shipthat hit the bridge, and they
were talking about, Hey, thiscompany is behind the accident, shouldn't they
be held responsible? And this iswhat you said about that pay for the
(01:44:24):
repairs. I'm just curious. Thiswas a ship that appears to be in
fault. Is there any reason tobelieve that the company behind the ship should
be held responsible? And then alsowe're going to pay for it to get
the bridge prebuilt and opened? Whatdid you mean? Right? So I
guess we're on the hook. Woul'tthat be the the ultimately if it's the
company that owns the ship or thecompany that chartered it, even wouldn't that
be the responsibility. Maybe that'll hashout that way, But make sure you
