(00:00):
On October seventh, President Biden said, my administration's support for israel security is
rock solid and unwavering. That isnot true anymore. Correct, No,
it is true, still true today. How is the support unwavering? But
you're also reconsidering policy choices. Bothcan be true, they cannot be true.
(00:22):
They're completely different things. No,no, no, I'm sorry,
come on, come on now.As I said, and as it says
in that readout, we made clearand he made it clear to the Prime
Minister in his call, that oursupport for israel self defense remains ironclad.
(00:43):
They face a range of threats andthe United States isn't going to walk away
from helping Israel defend itself. Thatsaid, you can say all that,
and you can act on that, and you can believe that. And the
President does and still believe that themanner in which they are defending themselves against
the Hummas thread needs to change. And that is the conversation that we had
(01:06):
today. But both things are true. Our support is ironclad and consistent.
It's not gonna, not gonna stop, it's not gonna not gonna not gonna
waiver. But well, there areperhaps be some policy changes we might have
to make if we don't see policychanges out of Israel. Yes, how
is that unwavering? It sounds likeyou guys are trying to have it both
ways here. No, I don'tknow that I killed, but we are
(01:30):
going to make all these changes becausewe don't support Israel. I didn't say
we're going to make changes. Isaid we need to see, well,
how Israel response to the humanitarian crisesin Gaza and how they respond to the
protection of aid workers. I thinkwe can all agree. I think you
would agree. You don't want tosee any cent civilians killed or targeted,
do you? You don't want tosee Gazan's starve. You don't want to
(01:51):
see famine Gaza, do you?Of course? What why is it that?
And this is my question, whyis it that if you are questioning
the commitment to an ally that you'reyou're wanting innocent people to starve? Because
Israel didn't create that condition. Hamascreated that condition. Our administration has the
soapass aftwards and we're going to diveinto this. So I've prepared kind of
(02:15):
first off, welcome to the show, Dana Lash with you top of our
very first hour. This is whatI have prepared for you today because there
are some more drums beating and weneed to talk about it. So you're
aware of everything. It's a threeparter, okay, So there's three sections
to this that we're going to getinto. If you get the newsletter over
at substick, you know where I'mgoing because you got you've got a prize
(02:37):
of everything. You were tipped offbefore the show, so you know where
I'm going with us the uh inone day, I'm not I'm not including
the Hoothies because technically that was adifferent day. So he got a hat
trick. And one day Joe Bidendid he bent the need to China,
He bent the need to Hamas. And remember how I was telling you there
(02:59):
was going to be this meeting ofUS officials and NATO officials in Brussels this
week. Well yesterday after the meeting, Anthony Blincoln came out and said that
Ukraine's going to join NATO. Threethings in one day. My jaw is
on the floor because I was told, as were you all told. I
(03:21):
mean we were, I mean theyassured us that Trump was going to get
us involved in all of these wars. Guys, remember all the wars?
Can you remember all the wars thatwe had under the Trump administration. Gosh,
f every day, just the wars. Yeah, you know, well
now, huh, I am theout of everyone in commentary, I am
(03:44):
the least likely person to engage inhyperbole, unless it's talking about how much
I hate Green Day, which isn'thyperbole, it's fact. But this is
bad. And this is a threepart deep dive that we're gonna kind of
go in and out of today becausethere's a lot of information that I've prepared
for you. Uh, and Imean we're we're we're gonna, we're really
(04:06):
gonna get in it, and we'regoing to touch on some Cold War stuff
also. So the first thing, let me just give you the thirty thousand
foot view. So, first off, the Biden administration yesterday, in two
separate statements maybe just what a coupleof hours apart, the administration not only
did they side with Hamas. AndI don't say that lightly, that's exactly
(04:30):
what this is. Hamas has noreason to engage in any type of negotiation.
And further, you realize that justa week ago they rejected the offer
of another ceasefire. Correct, everyoneis aware of this. This is what
the fifth or sixth one in thepast two months that they've rejected. Israel
has been at the table uh ferventlytrying to negotiate a release of these hostages,
(04:56):
and Hamas has no incentive because they'rebeing backed by the international community.
I was having this conversation last night. I'm like, I'm actually shocked at
this. I am shocked at theamount of people that are buying in to
Pallywood nonsense. And that's exactly whatit is. It is nonsense. It's
not cruel to say so. Itis not Zionists to say so. It's
(05:17):
simple fact. Guys. The Hamasis literally claiming that they've lost more people
in Gaza than the Allies lost inall of Normandy. I'm not making that
up. That's literally what they're arguing. If you go and look at the
numbers that the Gods in Health Ministry, which is Hamas, is releasing,
they're acting like they have literally lostThe number is greater than the number of
(05:39):
lives we lost during the invasion ofNormandy. Now you reconcile those two things
in your mind and then see ifyou can walk away believing what the gaz
in Health Ministry says. I'm notexaggerating. That's literally what they're putting out
there. And you have people whoshould be smart by way of being adults
and voting, some of them engagein business that are buying this lock stock
(06:04):
and barrel. It is the wildestthing I'd ever seen in my life.
So in these in these statements, the administration, you had a one hour,
well it was an hour an hourand a half phone call that Biden
had with nat Yahoo, and theycame back. Blincoln comes back, well
(06:25):
he's in Brussels. You have JohnKirby comes back and apparently the readout and
what the Associated Press had reported isthat, oh, well, you know,
he's Uh, they got to engagein a ceasefire. Not only do
they have to know, they haveto implement a ceasefire. And in addition
to implementing a ceasefire, you know, they need to start being a little
(06:46):
bit more cautious with regards to civilianlives after war starts. First off,
regard for civilian lives is important.Blah blah blah. I'm just saying that
to get past so we can havethis conversation, because you know, you
have to pay that penance civilian lives. Yeah, I just wish this conversation
was had when Hamas was killing allthese damn civilians. That would be great.
(07:10):
It seems like the conversation's coming alittle too late. People should have
had that conversation because the reason, ladies and gentlemen, that Israel has had
the response that they've had is aftertwo decades of Hamas not giving a rats
backside about civilian lives. And interestinglyenough, all of the statements from the
administration and everywhere else were absent. There weren't any. It's pretty amazing,
(07:30):
is it not a major absence ofinformation and statements on this? You have
the leader of Hamas on cameras sayingthey're gonna do more, They're gonna have
more, more and more and more. October seventh, they had a ceasefire
that they broke. The morning ofOctober seventh, that ceasefire was in place,
(07:51):
they broke it, and they havesince rejected every single, every single
offer. So what is what isJohn Kirby, what is what is Joe
Biden's response to this? Like? What how are you going to demand that
this other entity? How do youdemand that Israel implement a ceasefire when Hamas
is rejecting it. Why are theynot making these overtures to Hermas. Why
(08:13):
did they not say, you knowwhat, we understand, you're trying to
get the hostages back. And Hamashas no inclination to give the hostages back
because the pressure just keeps getting turnedup on Israel, and Hamas has the
support of the international community in ourstupid administration here in the US. So
that's the first part of it.The second part we're going to go through
each of these. I'm just givingyou the thirty thousand foot right now.
The second part of this is thefirst bends the need to Hamas. Then
(08:39):
then can we have this audio SoundBitefrom this was I believe Kirby. This
was when they said that they wereasked about This was the phone call that
Biden had was Hijian Pin the daybefore and he was asked about Taiwan and
he said, well, yeah,we don't recognize Taiwan's independence or sovereignty.
(09:07):
Where we have this audio sound bite, let's go ahead and play this.
Really told President Biden during their summitin San Francisco that Beijing plans cheerly unified
Taiwan with mainland China. Did theChinese leader bring up similar settiments in their
call the other day, and orso was President by its response. I
(09:28):
would certainly Taiwan came up in thecontext of the call. There's not a
single discussion that we don't have withsenior leaders in the PRC where we don't
talk about Taiwan. Of course itcame up. I won't characterize President She's
comments, but I can tell youthat that President Biden was very very clear
that that nothing's changed about our OneChina policy. We don't support independence for
(09:50):
Taiwan, but we also don't wantto see the status quo changed in a
unilateral way. So the status quoteprior to that was what they call strict
ambiguity, wherein they're not going tosay that they don't recognize the sovereignty of
Taiwan, but they're not going tosay that they do recognize the sovereignty of
Taiwan. And it's a position thatnumerous presidents, be they Democrat or Republican,
(10:11):
have had in place. I mean, quite cowardly, I think,
as well. So there now youhave now you have Kirby coming out there
saying, yeah, well, wedon't recognize that, we don't recognize their
sovereignty, bending a knee completely toChina. Do you think that in that
phone call with Jijimping, do youthink that Joe Biden raised the issue of
(10:31):
the Rona, the bat virus thatChina unleashed on the world like a bio
weapon, because that's what happened. That's exactly what happened. It was a
virus that was unleashed on the worldbecause it was bio warfare. This is
after they've hacked everybody's systems, stoleip et cetera, et cetera. That's
exactly I think it was haphazardly releasedprematurely. That's my speculation, but you
can't tell me. Ockham's razor guys. Sometimes the easiest explanation is the correct
(10:56):
one. Didn't bring that up,didn't bring up any issue with TikTok,
didn't even broach the topic of thewigers that they are imprisoning in the Xiangjiang
province up in northern northwestern China.Didn't even bring that up, which I
find incredibly interesting that the next dayBiden comes out and issues this statement after
being pressured by the squad and theterrorists loving hamas lovers within the Democrat Party,
(11:20):
which some of the people in theDemocrat Party, by the way,
just need to change the D aftertheir name to H to signify that they're
registered Hamas's mouthpieces. That being said, no statement from Joe Biden the next
day on China's treatment of Wigers, while he's also simultaneously trying to excoriate the
ally in the Middle East for accidentallyduring a precision strike in a war zone,
(11:41):
killing seven aid workers. The seventhperson was a Gosen driver. And
I also noticed too who did becauseI saw this headline as well. Israel
they had a very contrite apology. They fired two military commanderssent they reprimanded a
third over the drone attack. Doyou know who Joe Biden? Who did
Joe Biden fire when he droned tenpeople to death in Afghanistan? Do you
(12:07):
guys remember who was it that JoeBiden fired when he killed a bunch of
people, innocent people, including babiesin Afghanistan? I want to know the
president who indiscriminately droned a bunch ofrandom, innocent people in Afghanistan. Shall
I share with you the story?Yes. New York Times newly declassified video
(12:31):
shows the United States killing of tencivilians and a drone strike. This was
in January of twenty twenty two.So we take twenty years to reinstall the
Taliban in Afghanistan and we exit spectacularlyby killing a family that includes children,
(12:52):
leaving our allies behind to die atBagram at the hands of the newly installed
Taliban. And then we have theaudacity to lecture an ally in the Middle
East for taking a couple of monthsto root out the infestation that is Hamas
really stunning. And last but notleast, the third part of all of
(13:15):
this that we're going to get intoas well is Ukraine joining NATO. That's
what Anthony Blinken said. There's zerobenefit to Ukraine joining NATO. In fact,
there's zero benefit to NATO as weget moving our partners that he'll bring

would probably miss It's time for Danta'sQuick five. All right, So first,
uh, first up here we haveBynomics bords delaying the all electric suv
to focus on offering hybrid vehicles. Now they join Toyota and a number of
other manufacturers who have been doing this. They're going to have all of these
more hybrid vehicles across their lineup bytwenty thirty because those are selling better than
(15:05):
evs. That's just the simple factof it. People like to have a
little bit more freedom, and theylike to have, you know, just
kind of like a safety net, especially you know, if it's cold or
there's not a charging station in theirrural area. So that's just one of
the latest manufacturers to do this.World's largest digital camera, the size of
a car was built and it couldphotograph a golf ball from fifteen miles away.
Well that's great. I thought wewere gonna have flying cars and a

cure for all kinds of diseases, but no, Instead it's a car sized
digital camera and for the purpose ofphotographing golf balls fifteen miles away. Kane
never thought we needed it. Theworld is saved. Look at that.
Inflation gone, all our problems gone. Biden has closed in on banning menthol
cigarettes, even though civil rights groupsoppose it. They say that it punishes
African American and Hispanic communities and smallbusinesses and I got to tell you,
(15:50):
I am fascinated by this is justa factual observation the demographic lines drawn menthol
menthol cigarettes. Isn't it like smokingscope. I don't get it. I
literally do not get the whole mentholthing. And I don't know why it's
(16:11):
predominantly more so the black community ofmenthols. Then it's just the wildest thing
to me. So civil rights groupsare saying that it's racist, and they've
been attacking Bien. Biden really doesn'twant the black vote. I guess I'd
be out there throwing menthols at Everybody'dbe like, here, it is free
menthols. That's how bad he needsthe vote. Stigle with this. We
got we got a lot today, guys, we got a lot. We're

(17:41):
Show. We also held our secondNATO Ukraine Council. We reaffirmed that Ukraine's
future is in NATO. Our goalnow is to create a bridge to Ukraine's
full membership, offering additional support andgretor cooperation as Ukraine makes reforms necessary to
join the Alliance. It's not necessaryfor Ukraine to join the Alliance, not
(18:03):
at all. I mean, it'sjust kind of shocking, honestly, all
of this. Welcome back to theprogram, Dana Lash here with you.
That was Anthony Blincoln yesterday talking aboutthe issue of Ukraine joining NATO. It's
the craziest thing. US and NATOofficials were meeting in Brussels this week to
discuss support for Ukraine, and afterthe meeting, Blinkin told the press quote,
(18:26):
Ukraine's going to be a member ofNATO or purpose when he heard him
say it over a chapter and verse. There are a few pieces about this,
including how war inc on Veil's planto circumvent the voter commander in chief
to fund forever war in Ukraine, because that's what they were discussing while they
were over there. They were scared. They said that they're nervous because they
want a trump proof any kind ofsystem they got going with funding Ukraine NonStop,
(18:51):
forever war. And so they weretrying to establish They have the Ukraine
Defense Contact Group that they created springof twenty two, and they were bringing
together you know, these defense chiefs, et cetera. And Lloyd Austin apparently's
in charge of it. You know, the guy who just disappears and doesn't
tell people that he's not coming intowork that day, Lloyd Austin, the
(19:11):
guy who was there overseeing Afghanistan andour disastrous exit. That Lloyd Austin makes
you feel great, right about thefuture of our country and all of our
maneuvers and foreign policy. Just suchsuch confidence. And now apparently this whole
operation it's Lloyd Austin. These NATOofficials, they said that they're Trump proofing
it so that they can still haveThey didn't say that verbta, but that's
(19:33):
what they're doing. They want tohave this contract group under a foreign it's
essentially under a foreign power where yougot money and munition still going to Ukraine
no matter who's in the White House. I mean, that's ultimately what it
is. And so they met inBrussels, this was yesterday. Blincoln goes
down and tells the press this thereis zero benefit at all whatsoever. And
this is the third thing of whatI was telling you, with these war
(19:55):
drums beating, there's zero benefit atall whatsoever of you Ukraine joining NATO.
You don't bring your baggage into NATO. You don't have land disputes and try
to bang on NATO's door. Right, and think about this, if if
Ukraine has made a member nation,an attack in Ukraine would force World War
three upon US quicker than you couldblink. Their depletion of funds and munitions
(20:21):
doesn't give them the right and isn'tjust cause for them to demand access to
our taxpayer dollars and our American livesas resupply. We're not a blank check
for Ukraine. We are not thepantry for Ukraine. You got college kids,
got college kids that go to college, they come back and they go
shopping in your pantry. Okay, that's not Ukraine doing that to the US.
(20:42):
We're not doing that. But that'sexactly what they want to set it
up as I mean, this situationwith Ukraine and the idea that well,
yeah they could, you know, they could, they could, they could
join NATO. Why should they joinNATO? That was that was the red
line By the way, there wasnever any official agreement with Russia to not
(21:07):
have other nations join NATO this eastwardexpansion. There was never any official agreement
where people signed. The only thingthat Russia demanded. Russia demanded. You
know, you don't want Ukraine tojoin. And I hate that you can't
even have a conversation and get intothe nuance of these issues without neo kan
ssyop out there and war inc accusingeveryone who doesn't join in with them and
(21:32):
beating the war drums of being aRussian plant or putin adjacent. I'm so
tired of this stuff. We're moreAmerican than war inc is. But yet
you know, this is what wegot. You can't even ask questions.
We literally had a war and overthrowa government because we didn't want to be
dominated by a military. But nowadayswe got war inc and the neocons telling
us that we can't explore what's actuallyhappening here and who's trying to manipulate us
with what information and what's the veracityof this information without having our characters impugned
(21:57):
and our patriotism questioned. I'm reallytired of it. So they didn't want
Russia and want Ukraine to enter NATO. And I really don't know the purpose
of NATO anymore, if I'm beinghonest. NATO, the idea that NATO
first off is a threatening entity isridiculous. NATO and I'm gonna Trump expanded
(22:19):
NATO, but it wasn't like thesewere all former Eastern Bloc countries that were
begging to join NATO. That's theexpansion of NATO, Okay, it's that's
the expansion. So I don't seewhy that's And a lot of these countries,
in fact, the biggest members. If you remember, Trump had a
(22:40):
huge argument with Angela Merkel that onephoto where he's sitting at the table with
his arms crossed and she's glaring athim, because he was demanding that they
spend the bare minimum percentage of GDPon their own defense. That's the thing.
In order to be in NATO,you have to spend a certain percentage
of your GDP just making sure thatyou can handle your own business, okay,
And they were grinding their teeth athaving to do that. NATO is
(23:03):
a welfare purse for Europe, That'swhat it is. I don't feel bad,
insane such because it's true. TheUnited States is supposed to finance everything.
The United States is supposed to providethe muscle, the bulk of the
bulk of everything, and then we'resupposed to hand it off to foreign commanders,
you know, for the sake ofyou know, sharing and cooperation.
(23:26):
So it's not a threat. AndI don't think Russia is a threat either,
because they're broke as all get out. They're running a war of attrition
right now in Ukraine because they havethe people to feed through the machine,
although they're running out of young peopleso they're having to draft the old ones.
The idea that they are some sortof imperial threat like the days of
yr is something that war ink tellsitself to help itself fall asleep at night
(23:48):
so they can have good dreams. The biggest threat is imperial China. If
you want to discuss who has imperialistictendencies and desires, it's China. But
for whatever reason, we keep havingto go back and say it's Russia.
You don't have to like Russia. And you can still think they're comi as
the day is long, because theyare, but that doesn't mean they're that
(24:11):
they have imperialistic tendencies, that they'retrying to force over on the rest of
the world. I don't really,I'm just gonna say it. Why am
I supposed to care about a territorialdispute all the way over there? This
is where geopolitics. This is wherepeople who get it and people who don't.
This is where it's evident. Idon't care about your feelings. I
don't care about your mobile, butI don't care. This is about the
(24:33):
interests of the United States of Americaand literally nothing else matters in the realm
of geopolitics. Nothing else matters. What does it benefit? I had Nikki
Haley on the show back when shewas still running, and she was trying
to tell me that Russia was veryconcerned about eastward expansion and they didn't want
NATO countries on their borders. AndI'm like, are now you were in
the United Nations. You know theBaltic States are NATO members, and they
(24:56):
are Latvia Estonia, and they're onRussia's borders and have been. Are people
counting on all of you not knowingbasic geography. I don't get it.
But they are trying to tell usthat, oh my gosh, Russia just
wants to conquer everybody else. Idon't buy that. I don't believe it.
Again, I think that's a newyokon war inc argument. And the
(25:21):
problem you know, these the countriesthat have been added into NATO, these
militaries are tiny and they're not wellfunded. I mean, good grief,
Their defense overall is small and notwell funded. If anything were to happen,
it would be the US, andit would be France and Germany and
Britain that would be or the UKthat would be the entities that they are
(25:41):
demanding that everybody, everybody helped themout, like Turkey, you know,
good grief, And I just Idon't even know if you could have a
good defensive front with NATO because there'sthere's there's some political realities that make it
(26:03):
difficult. This this whole thing though, with the expansion of NATO and everything
else. Again, all of thatis Eastern Block countries that were begging to
be included in NATO. We didn't. NATO didn't go out and you know,
wage a war and take over land. They didn't do that. Now,
(26:25):
I do think that Russia has beenexpanding. I think that they have
they have puppets and they're trying tothey're they're they're causing chaos in Moldova.
Then you have Belarus where they havea puppet in place there and they did
take they took over the Georgian region. But the idea that I think that
(26:47):
they would extend beyond that, Idon't buy it. Here's the other question
too, what is the interest inthe United States that for the United States
in Ukraine joining NATA. They're broke, They're military is depleted. What do
we get out of it? Ifyou can't ask that question, you should
(27:07):
not be involved in the negotiations ofNATO. You shouldn't be involved in the
negotiations in a geopolitical forum, period, because those are the types of questions
that you have to ask. You'rethere for one reason only to advance the
interests of your country, and whatdo your people get out of it?
This isn't welfare, wrongw It's waror at least making sure that we have
(27:33):
good footing. I don't want togo to war with anybody. I don't
like war. I am anti war. War is a last resort with me.
But if you I'm the person I'manti war. But if we have
to be drug into war's the lastrecourse. I want everything destroyed for generations
in advance. I want everything turnedto glass. I want to take over
the land and turn it into aparking lot and watch Joni Mitchell cry.
I don't care. That's what shouldhappen. If you're going to do it,
(27:55):
then you go all in so thateveryone else is too terrified to ever
risk having another one again. Ijust don't know. I really wish because
I still think that China is thebiggest threat. And this is what you
know, we don't get discussions outof this administration. We're not making any
overtures to India. You know,India displaced China as the most populous country.
(28:17):
Their birth rate is exceeding that ofChina. I was having a conversation
with my son about the birth ratesof different nations and how you know,
there's really only a handful of nations, including Pakistan in India that are actually
and going above their birth rate, and everybody else is falling dangerously abysmally low.
US is barely maintaining it. Italy'sfallen below, China's desperately fallen below,
Russia's fallen below. That's why theyimplemented this national program to get more
(28:37):
people to have kids. Hungary wasthe same way. It's welfare. You
know, we tried that here inthe US, and it works spectacularly,
didn't it. That's why I don'tunderstand why some conservatives are wanting to do
it here but millennials. But thisIndia displacing China. India could be a
great ally. I don't know whythis administration is not making more overtures to
(28:59):
India. If you're going to admita country, you know and to have,
you know, make it countries thatcan bring something to the table.
Otherwise, what's the purpose of NATO. It's a clique of people, half
of whom can barely pull their ownweight, and they all look to three
countries to bail them out every singletime. It sounds mean, but I
don't care. That's the truth ofit. Oh, but you can't talk
(29:22):
about it because if you talk aboutNATO being ineffective, that's Russia adjacent.
It's not Russia adjacent. It's acondemnation of leaders who want to avoid culpability,
and they want to avoid the consequenceof their own poor leadership and bad
actions, and so they're going toblame the people rightfully questioning them and questioning
their patriotism by saying you're aligned withthe enemy because you point out our mistakes.
It's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I'm all for let Ukraine fight
(29:48):
and do whatever they're going to do. We have no business being involved in
it, and we definitely have nobusiness admitting Ukraine to the click, the
click that has never won an inchof land by conquering it the click at
half of the countries in there can'teven pull their own weight militarily or with
defensive spending. And what has itdone? Said, I don't get it.
It's a remnant of the Cold War, and we need to in this
(30:12):
new era refine our thinking a littlebit. And I think we need to
shift our perspectives and look at thebigger enemy here, which is imperial China.
That is a threat. People arenot taking it seriously enough, at
least in the Biden administration, becausethey seem to think it's totally fine.
They've been you can tell look atthis. They talk this game about Russia,
(30:33):
but then the immediate oh no,Taiwan, we don't recognize it as
its own country. I told Canaanbreaks something's got them spooked something has them
spooped. I don't know what, but that was a pretty big Three things
like that all in one day,and then particularly considering what they were,
those are pretty big things. Wehave more on the way, including we're
(30:59):
gonna we'll come back to this topic, but we also have some cultural issues
as well to discuss law and order. Eclipse mania. Oh boy, yeah,
you knew that was coming. It'sapparently getting out of hand with the
airbnbs and genes. Genes they sayare bad for the environment. Now,
Oh, how ironic because genes werethe symbol of freedom during the Cold War.
(31:22):
I'll explain. We got a lotto discuss. Hello, thank you

PhD scientists to tackle rough mornings afterdrinking. Here's how it works. When
you drink, alcohol gets converted intoa toxic by product in your gut.
It's this byproduct, not dehydration, that's to blame for your rough next day.
Z Biotics produces an enzyme to breakthis byproduct down. Just remember to
(32:07):
make z biotics your first drink ofthe night. Drink responsibly and you'll feel
your best tomorrow. Every time Ihave z biotics before drinks, I noticed

are the days of the United States. Six individuals tragically lost their lives when
the Francis Scott Kingbridge collapse last week. I think she's thinking of Correta Scott
King, Martin Luther King Junior's widow, and not the Francis Scott Keybridge.
Seriously, tyranny, the Nordstrum pipeline. That lady, could she just get
(33:37):
one thing right? I'm just youknow, I'm asking for all of us.
Welcome back to the program, Danalast year with you. We're getting
ready to roll into the second hour. It's been NonStop headlines about the earthquake.
I don't know, maybe did youguys hear New York had an earthquake?
They had an earthquake. What wasit like four point something? Everybody's
okay, there's no no, nothingwas damaged. Some things shook. And
(33:59):
the wall to wall coverage because anything, anytime anything happens to a city where
the press is look what happened towas and they lose their minds if it
snows. Wall to wall coverage. You know. Meanwhile, like people into
luth are sitting there, you know, on their porch and shorts, twenty
degree weather, watching the snow comedown, you know, eating a snow
(34:20):
cone. They're like, what,I don't know, just it's kind of
I had this thought, how quicklypeople will go feral and lose their minds
and stop cooperating and forget the basicrules of a polite society if they lose
something like, have you ever beento a four way stop when the lights
are out? This happened to usover the weekend. Happened to me over
(34:42):
the weekend. I feel like Ineeded to get out and be traffic cop
because nobody knows what to do.They don't know what to do. Oh
my gosh, they all get up. It's like me, you go,
Mika, I don't know what.I literally watched this woman drive up in
her SUV and she's sitting there andshe's I could just read her face.
I don't know what to do.They god, and she goes a little
(35:04):
bit, stops, goes a littlebit, stops like are you trying to
scooch you know, into the middleof the intersection. Nobody knows what to
do. Then the honking starts andI literally like rolled down my window,
and I'm like, okay, yougo, you go, you go,
you go, you get to go. It's your turn. You got ready?
I mean, this is not hardtake turns. People lose their minds.
What would happen if it was likea really serious earth quake? Because
(35:25):
they I feel like who we arenow is not who we were twenty years
ago. And I don't trust nobody. I don't trust a single person to
keep us straight, head on theirshoulders. I do not. Everyone's gonna
lose their minds. Oh my word. I was the professor explains the cause
of the earthquake. Really what weknow what caused the earthquake? We know
(35:47):
what did it. I watched avideo of this woman I was telling Caine,
like a minute and fifty seconds. She was recording her bushes swaying,
her shrubs in her yard. That'san earthquake. And our shrubs were shaken
a little bit. Some of thetree branches were swaying like that. Have
you seen California just you know howto grio? I don't know, I
(36:08):
get it. They've never endured anythinglike that, but come on, it's
a little bit like wall to wall. They had Hokal give a presser,
and I guess Eric Adams is goingto be given a presser. I don't
know, but my heavens, wehave a lot more on the way,
including now they're trying to tell youjeans are bad for the environment, which
(36:29):
is so weird because during the CivilWar, jeans were the ultimate symbol of
freedom. Waiting to hear this storystick with us, our partners, that
he'll bring you free radio, ourfriends over at Field of Greens. Not
everyone gets the nutrients that they should, that their body needs every single day,

you can continue to have a rocksolid, on wavering support for Israel because
of the neighborhood they're living in andthe threats they're facing. But take issue
with the way in which they areconducting these particular operations. And that's the
(37:59):
discussion that they had yesterday. ThePresident made it clear there's been too many
civilian casuals, there's too much riskto humanitarian aid workers, there's not enough
aid getting in, and we've gotto get a ceasefire and put on poor
God. I say, little Lake, He's like, he's younger than me.
So I'm like, oh, baby, one grown man one. I'm
so sorry because he's running around doingthis stuff. I'm like, all right,
I'm done with this video already. We got to get into it.
(38:21):
Welcome back to the show, topof the second hour. What are they
supposed to do? John Kirby.John Kirby, who was in position when
we had our disastrous exit from Afghanistan. Maybe you guys recall the people literally
(38:43):
falling from the plane in the sky, chasing the giant planes as they were
taking off from Bagram. Maybe youguys remember that, I don't know,
this pretty viral video. And they'retwenty years twenty years in Afghanistan, and
now John Kirby and the War incCouncil and the DoD and Pentagon are acting
(39:06):
like, well, we are experts. You see, we haven't won a
war in how long. The onlything that we're good at is disastrous exits.
So we are the experts on this. If Israel wanted to wanted council
on a disastrous exit, they couldgo and ask John Kirby and Lloyd Austin
(39:27):
and Millie and all those cats. They could go and ask them. Right,
if they wanted that, which Idon't think they do. It's taken
them a couple of months to rootout terrorists Hamas in Gaza, and we're
we don't like that. This couldhave been over a lot sooner. First
off, I think did I welcomeeveryone back? We just got into it,
Dania Lash. You can listen Coastto Coast. It's Friday. Steve
(39:52):
and I are both insanely caffeated todayand Kne's just chill over there in the
dark. What would you do overthere? He's canes just chilling, pressing
buttons and even listen Coast to Coast. You can watch us on X now
we're on X. You know youcan find us there everywhere else Channel three
forty seven Direct TV. This iswhat I was talking about when I've said
(40:14):
previously that you have people in thein these positions with whether it's in the
DoD or the Pentagon, people whocannot make the tough calls that need to
be made. They want to focusgroup everything. They want to run every
decision by to check its political viability, instead of doing what is best for
the lives of our soldiers, bestfor our strategy, best for our objective,
(40:37):
best for our resources and they drageverything out. This would have been
done a long time ago if netnyahunIsrael did not listen to the United States.
So I'm saying, let them dowhat they need to do. They
are more than capable of handling it. But it's getting drug out because you
have the United States and all theseweenies in the world in the international community.
Oh but maybe you should think ofthe terrorists and a mass and maybe
(41:00):
you should think of Guzza Hamas didn'tthink of it, And you know,
I got a question how many peoplein Gaza thought of it? Also,
considering the polls and the elections andthe fact that many of them were housing
hostages. Kind of gotta ask,you know, when I read stories about
woman after woman getting raped in somekids bedroom or some couple's living room and
all this, it's kind of gota gig gotta wonder. This would have
(41:22):
been done, but you had ithad to get slow walk because net Nyahu
was listening to Joe Biden. NowNet Yahoo is getting a lot of criticism
in Israel, even from people whowere very supportive of him, because they're
saying, you slow walk this. This could have been done earlier and they're
right, they could have. They'vebeen delaying this Rafa offensive because they're apparently
some battalions of Hamas still at Rafa, and of course that's southern Gaza,
(41:44):
that's near the entry to Egypt.Egypt is not allowing anybody to come in.
They got that checkpoint on lock, they got a wall, it's on
lock. They're not letting anybody comein. So they're talking about how are
we going to evacuate you know, these these these people that have led from
northern Gaza, how are we goingto evacuate them? Jordan doesn't want them,
Syria doesn't want them, Lebanon doesn'twant them, Egypt doesn't want them,
(42:06):
UAE doesn't want them, Saudi Arabiadoesn't want them. Cutter doesn't want
oh, Cutter only wants the leadersof Hamas. They don't want like the
poors. Uh, nobody wants them. Because every the last time that Goazin's
went into Lebanon, you can goand look at the history as to the
destabilization that occurred after. It's weirdbecause when you raise people generationally thinking that
terrorism is an acceptable form of governmentand to hate to Jews, it's kind
(42:27):
of weird how they like bring thosepractices with them when they're relocated, and
that's exactly what happened. That's history. So there's you know, Israel's they've
they've they should not, they shouldhave to focus group uh and do the
political means testing of their self defensewith people whose interests aren't Israel's citizens but
their own. Israeli needs to dowhat's best for Israeli's and if that means
blowing in and kicking butt and justletting the Lord figure it out after,
(42:53):
then that's what needs to be done. Because this has gone on for too
long. These people are going tocost some more lives because they're insisting on
the slow walking of this. Andthat's that's that's the reality of it.
And so you got John Kirby saying, well, you know, we've uh,
you know, they they're just uh, you know, got to take
away in which we're conducting these operations. Listen to this audio sound by eight.
(43:15):
Kirby says that if now he didn'teven offer any suggestions, well they've
got to be changed. They haveto have changes or we're not going to
support them anymore. Listen Frank discussion. But the but the President was very
clear that if we don't see meaningfulchanges in the policy approaches by the Israeli
government, there's going to have tobe meaningful changes in our own policy approach
(43:36):
to Gaza. Well, what wouldthat be? What kind of changes do
they expect Israel toa What do youtalk? I don't know. Maybe maybe
you could put like some the implementsof some explosives, you know, like
supplies that they need to make bombsunder a box that's popped up with a
stick and then have a string onthe stick and trap them that way.
(43:58):
I mean, I like, whatare you talking about doing? Talking about
sending them flowers and begging them tosurrender? What is he talking about?
What does he think? How doeshe think this is going to go down?
Hamas deliberately seated the field like this. They seated the battlefield like this
to where there are civilians everywhere andthey don't care. And the civilians apparently
don't care, because that's why theykeep voting for him, voting for him
(44:20):
in two thousand and six, overwhelminglysupport them in two in the latest polls
December twenty three early March this year. So I don't know what they get.
Chris Murphy audio some by twelve SenatorChris Murphy saying that Israel, well,
they do have a right to defendtheirselves. But listen, listening,
(44:44):
I agree with President Biden, Hamasneeds to be dislodged from Gaza. Israel
has a right to defend itself.I believe that from the very beginning.
But this cost is just too high. The cost is to what cost is
too high? Was the cost toohigh when Hamas attacked Israel? Where was
the international condemnation of Hamas and demandingthat, oh, well, you guys
(45:07):
can't do that what you did inIsrael? I mean they've there was none.
It's because and it has nothing todo with dislike of Israeli government.
These people have a problem with Jewishpeople. There's a difference. They do
this mat and Bailey, you know, where they go out and they make
this grandiose claim and then they retreatto a safer a safer claim that's more
easily defensible. They have a problemwith Jewish people, and then when called
(45:30):
out on it, they retreat tothe oh no, it's just the Israeli
government line. Of course, theycan't give you anything specific as to why
they have issue with particularly with thisparticular Israeli government, because they can't.
It's just about their dislike of Jews. I mean, it's still alive and
well here it is all these yearslater, in twenty twenty four, and
we're still dealing with us BS.The cost is too high. What's the
(45:53):
cost war's health? Hamas shouldn't havechosen it, that's the issue, that's
the problem. But what are theysupposed to do? Like? Is they
didn't give any suggestions? Is therean alternative way to make them as stop
killing people? Is there an alternativeway to make them stop gang raping women
(46:16):
to death? Does John Kirby haveany suggestions on that? Why didn't a
member of the press stand up indignantlyand ask that good grief? Just shameful,
it's shameful. I wanted to sharethis piece with you. I found
(46:37):
this interesting, this headline about howapparently now jeans guys are well, they're
problematic now jeans this these climate freaks. Scientists say that wearing jeans is bad
for the environment. A study revealsthat wearing a pair just once is the
(47:00):
equivalent of driving a car for sixpoint four miles. Hmm uh what oh,
yes, it's exactly. It's uh, of course, it's a Chinese
University of Technology, of course, because you know there isn't any interest in
China, and that China hasn't makingyou abandon you know, all of your
(47:21):
your daily habits for a quote unquotegreen lifestyle. But they say that the
jeans has a significant impact on theenvironment. Do you know that their coalbalt
mining probably does too, but theydidn't do a study on that. Weird,
this is ironic. You have acommunist nation that's trying to tell you
that wearing jeans is problematic for theenvironment, which I think is fascinating.
(47:45):
I want to tell you this story. There was this and in Britain there
is this show. It's like agardening show, and this you know,
older dude named Alan titch Marsh hostsit, and it's a Garden Secrets.
It's the BBC and apparently it's oneof the only things that North Korea will
(48:10):
actually air that is a foreign program, and they consider it, I guess,
wholesome enough to air it on NorthKorean state TV, because remember they
got one channel and it's been runningsince twenty twenty two. But what's interesting
is that this guy's pants have beenblurred out, and if the blur wasn't
(48:35):
blue, you would think that maybethey blurred it out because he was naked
from the waist down or something. The reason that they that North Korean television
blurted out is because genes are considereda symbol of US imperialism according to North
Korean government. Now this is notthe first time it's been thought that North
Korea has a major problem with thegens because of what they symbolize, and
(48:58):
they do soimblies not imperialism, butfreedom, freedom and finance, freedom and
personal expression. And this goes allthe way back to the early eighties in
East Germany, where denim were bluejeans was for boten. You weren't allowed.
They had a whole socialist style guideand blue jeans were not part of
(49:21):
it. It was a very Americanthing. And even though that they they
tried to stop it with trade bandsand restrictions on what kind of clothing could
be imported beyond the Iron Curtain. They were the most popular clothing item in
Eastern Germany. And there's a reasonwhy. And I was reading this photographer
(49:45):
he wrote he was taking some ofthe pictures there when the wall fell,
and he himself had made note thatparticularly amongst the East Berliners, everyone was
in blue jeans. And they werein blue jeans for a reason, because
this was considered a very bensive itembeyond the Iron Curtain, because it was
banned, you know, because itwas considered a form of Americanism, westernized,
(50:07):
you know, Western values, freedom, and there was and they all
wore them. They all wore themwhen the wall was falling down. And
so there are these pictures of allthese teenagers and youth and even young adults
and older adults that were sitting onthe wall, and they were all in
jeans. And there's a reason forthat. And they said that the uh,
(50:28):
the the pants that they wanted everyoneto wear was called the Riveted Trouser
and it was produced by the EastGerman youth fashion house. That's what they
wanted everyone to wear. And Levi'sand wranglers, Uh, they were scarce
and expensive. People would trade. They had all kinds of stuff. Whenever
people would go in to visit friendsor family, or if they did some
(50:49):
kind of work in East Germany orEast Berlin, they would they would they
would go and uh, they wouldsmuggle in jeans and they could, you
know, sell them for quite alot of money, and they bartered.
They had a bar or not justfor that before, a lot of music
and all of that stuff as well. But Jenes were it was it was
a symbol of power, it wasa symbol of freedom. It was a
symbol of emancipation on the other sideof the Iron Curtain, and it was
(51:15):
they were a very free thing.And there's there's several I think there's actually
a book on fashion with related tothe Iron Curtain and the Eastern Bloc and
all of that. But it's fascinatingbecause now you can you can sort of
understand because apparently they just noticed thatNorth Korea started blurring out this guy's pants
(51:37):
because they were gens, because theywere gens. So it's one of the
funniest things. It's one of theoddest things ever. But now you can
see it. It it They don'tthey don't want people to to to see
what he's wearing, to see thatsymbol. But yeah, that was the
big prized thing. And I justfind that incredibly interesting, very coincidental that
(51:57):
here you have North Korea shortstack downthere. They they want to ban genes,
they want to they don't allow genes. They don't even allow them represented
in a simple garden show, justlike they wouldn't allow them beyond the Iron
Curtain because they had meaning. Theymeant something. The humble pair of pants.
We have more to get into aswe roll into headlines. The sub
two K Gen three is shipping nowand the Gen three version. There's some
(52:20):
upgrades to this. I have theprevious versions plural uh. It's a nine
millimeter carbine. The Gen three, like I said, shipping now, you
don't have to detach your optics tofold it in half. The previous ones
you did, but you don't haveto. This is one of the upgrades
on Gen three. Simple twist andfold motion. It has a patent pending
rotating for in folds it right inhalf. Also quickly and easily deploys it
too. And they have the upgradedaluminum trigger, redesigned mechanics for a light
(52:44):
and pull so you get more precisefeedback, upgraded action. They have a
redesigned operating handle for added comfort, lightened action so you can easy racking.
Ambidextra's bolt hold open as well, new chamber indicator. It's just an awesome,
awesome, awesome carbine. You gotto check it out. It's the
Sub two C. Hey, Ilove mine. I want the Gen three

And now all of the news youwould probably miss. It's time for Dana's
Quick five. So the powerball isnow at one point two billion. How
much of that goes to the governmentin tax? You don't even want to
think about it. No big winneryet, no big winner for some reason.
(53:27):
I syphilis is on the rise.Isn't it just like syphilis? Yeah?
Like is it specially like specifically Isyphilis. I don't want to know
how this is happening. I don'twant to read this headline anymore. Some
people need Jesus, need Jesus. This is a crazy story. So a
former University of Iowa hospital employee useda fake identity for thirty five years,
(53:51):
Matthew Kieran's. He was convicted, finally punishable by thirty years in prison.
But the crazy thing is is thatthe guy that he who's identity he stole,
he's the one who ended up gettingactually arrested for it and he could
not. He was trying to provehis identity and they were the ones who
were They did law enforcement charged himwith identity theft and false impersonation. Long
(54:14):
story short, he had to getit figured out, and now the other
guy finally is going to prison. That's the craziest. That's to go,
Oh my gosh. And they're sayingthat people aren't getting enough fiber and that's
why colon cancer's colon cancer is risingin younger people. Each your fiber,

have a thing set up where theypack it and roast the beans themselves.
Veteran known veteran run and they're dedicatedto supporting veteran and first responder causes.
Aloonlike a lot of other people outthere that try to bite off this bit,
they actually roast their beans themselves. Here in the US of A.
(54:58):
They don't just white label it afterit's roast. In a foreign country,
they roast it. And these areveterans and active duty that also work at
Black Rifle Coffee. So you're creatingAmerican jobs, but veteran jobs as well,
jobs for people to transition to afterthey come back from combat. Every
bag, like I said, roastedin the US of A. My favorite

I didn't know what how I waswearing. We got bigger targets.
I mean when you look at whatwho just Planet Fitness, like what are
they doing? Like Ben and Jerry's. I don't want to put any targets
on people's back target Like I talkedto the dudes from bud Light or Anheuser
Bush, the CEO and the people, like, man, they messed up.
It's too bad. They just won'tsay it, like hey, we
(56:25):
messed up a little bit, youknow whatever, but that's not how they're
cut. And you know what,I got my answer, and uh,
I don't want to. I don'twant to hurt people's jobs and stuff like
that. Now you hurt people's don'tdog in fight. But there's a whole
lot more companies we should be goingafter, for sure. Yeah, and
Buds one of them. All theygot to do is be like, yo,
(56:46):
we're sorry. We didn't mean toinsult all y'all ladies who also liked
our product. I mean that's youknow, I mean, that's not my
cut to go ahead and just likegrant somebody a pass when they haven't taken
account of what they did. Andthey never they never said, you know,
yeah, we messed up. Theynever said that. So that's what
it costs. That's my cut. That's what it costs. Otherwise I'm not
(57:08):
gonna drink your piss baby beer. Not gonna happen. I can say that
right because I did. Welcome backto the show. It's Friday. If
I didn't Steve got it, it'sall right. I got a pass with
Brent. I could say it.I'm messing with you guys. Welcome back
to the program, Dana last yearwith you a bottom of this second hour.
That's why are we doing this? Why are we given Uh, it's
(57:30):
not about you're not hurting their jobs. It's bud Light that chose to do
that. That's Budweiser that chose todo that. Budweiser chose to hurt people's
jobs because they decided to get thisdude who is thinner than Twiggy to get
up and promote their product. Andthey made a mockery of women by having
this guy cosplay as one. Veryinsultingly so, by the way, all
(57:52):
they had to do was say sorry. That's all they had to do.
Why is it so bad for it'san ego thing? Is why it's an
ego thing? I mean, Iwhy are you going to bat for Bud
because they I mean, how muchdoes it cost for you to go to
bat for Bud? What's the price? You know? That's what it is.
I don't begrudge people for being capitalists, but don't sit here and be
(58:14):
like, oh, it's all okaybecause they gave us money. I didn't
get an apology. I don't evenwant no money. They don't even take
millions. I just want we messedup. We're sorry. That's all I
want. You have to in orderto have reconciliation, you gotta have an
acknowledgment of the wrong. That's biblical, guys. I mean, you know,
that's just the process that is.That's the cut. Just just saying
(58:37):
I don't get to why there,Steve, you made I told you to
ask this question. What were youasking? Go ahead and do it for
those for those who don't know meand Juan and Kane. I'll cut the
audio and video before the show starts. And the first thing I noticed is
that he had a Southern accent anddidn't have a whole song about being from
northern Michigan. I was like, what, yeah, see, He's like,
how are you having a Southern accid? Dude, you're from northern Michigan.
(58:59):
He's on the top of the Mitten, right, Yeah, that's pretty
up there. Oh yeah, whatpart? What part of the Mitten?
Was he from that bougie part wherethey had like the real nice restaurants And
it was like, I don't knowup there. I've been up there one
time. It was very prettyula itall looked pretty. I was like,
oh, here's another pretty town.Yeah, like and it was like north
(59:19):
of Traverse that it was like upby the tip of the finger of the
Mitten. That's not accurate. Idon't know how it's got to be like
Paradise in Michigan or something like that. I don't know it was, but
it was real pretty. Can Itell you guys, Can I tell you
guys a funny story? Okay, sidebar real quick, and we'll get back
to everything. So it's like atelevision episode almost so we go up there.
We went up there for my husbandwas in a wedding. That's why
(59:43):
we were up there. Go up. We land in Traverse City. First
off the airport and Traverse City.I thought that I had stumbled through like
you know, the Lion, thewitch and the wardrobe, except it take
from taking me to like a wholedifferent reality. It took me to like
somebody's lodge. Because when I gotoff the when you get off the airplane,
you expect to walk into an airport, right I legit was like walking
(01:00:06):
past a stone fireplace and some plushleather chairs. And I looked at my
husband, I'm like, we arein somebody's house. It was the weirdest
thing. It's a very small airport, very pretty. So we get there
and we're gota. We rented acar and we're leaving the airport and we
(01:00:27):
drive past this place that I insistedwe had to go in. We were
right there by the lake, andI wanted to go. I wanted to
make this stop because it was avery unique business idea and I wanted to
see in the inside of it.It was an ice cream parlor and taxidermy
shop. Right now, it waslike dusky dark when we went in.
By the time we left, itwas dark outside. We go in there
(01:00:47):
and there was these, you know, adorably taxidermy critters, like I saw
three. It was three badgers anda raccoon paddling in a canoe that was
actually like a hollowed out log,and it was like, really, it
was really cute. It's adorable. All the animals were posing, very cute
little things. Got my ice cream, I'm looking at the taxidermy, you
know, God bless America, wishingI could take some of it bag with
(01:01:12):
me. And then we leave. We go out and there's this huge covered
area picnic tables, and there wasno lights out. It was just you
know, it was a you seethe moonlight and then the light from the
store and this huge area with thepitched peak and all of that. And
we're sitting there and my husband getsthis look on his face as we're eating
(01:01:37):
our ice cream, and it's alook of should I tell her horror?
And ladies, you know what thatexpression looks like on a man's face,
Because at first, when he wasstaring at me, I thought, you
know, I'm a woman. Iwas like, oh, he probably thinks
i'm so pretty. It wasn't thatat all. And then his expression changed
and it just got very scared looking, and he goes, why don't we
(01:01:59):
go step by the car and eatthese? And I go, what do
you mean? I'm like, wewere sitting on a picnic table, a
light breeze was coming in. Itwas so nice, and he was like,
no, I think I think weshould just go buy the car and
eat these, you know, andget ready to go. And I still
had, like my whole cone.I wasn't gonna take a whole ice cream
cone into the car, right,a car that I just rented. No,
And I'm like, just chill out. We're not in a race.
We don't have to be there bya certain time. And he's like,
(01:02:21):
no, I really think that weneed to go, and I'm like,
okay, what's up? And thenhe told me what he should never have
said, don't look up. Sowhen you're told don't look up, what
are you gonna do? Look up? I looked up, and at first,
as my eyes were adjusting to thedarkness, I wasn't quite sure what
I was looking at because all Icould see were the rafters in the darkness
(01:02:45):
of this huge pitched you know, covering eating area, and it was big.
There was a number of picnic tablesout there. And then I could
see it, just the moonlight justbouncing off of what it looked like little
just like darts of lightning, allthrough this dark, pitched area. And
(01:03:07):
then I realized that that wasn't dartsof lightning. Is that a string?
What is I mean? It wasjust tons of it all through this area,
and then I realized what it was. We were sitting underneath a massive,
massive spider nest and something and thosewe're all webs now. The scream
(01:03:34):
that I emitted at first, itdidn't make a sound, Chris said,
because I blacked out pretty much.Because there are two things, three things,
maybe three things that I just Idon't like. I'm not really scared
of anything except for three things.Spiders, crickets, and I'm not a
fan of chimpanzees because I literally gotinto a slap fight with one when I
(01:03:55):
was a child, and that's astory for another time. And I but
I it's just an irrational and reasonablefear of spiders. I lost my mind.
All is that I pretty much blackedout. My ears hurt really bad
after they rung because at some pointthe scream made noise and I don't even
know what happened on my ice creamcone. At that point it was gone.
I think I threw it. Idon't even know what happened. And
(01:04:16):
then we were by the car andChris is like, I told you not
to look up. I'm like, you can't tell me not to look up.
I could have died. We couldhave died to death. That's what
could have happened. I've seen aragnophobia. I saw them movie. Remember
when Julian Sands got Rest of Soul, he kicked the bucket on Mount Baldy.
(01:04:40):
Remember when he was in that barnand he looks up and it was
all boo. It was like that, And so I had like a ragnophobia
going through my head. I'm justfreaking out and ah, and then you
feel like they're all over you.Oh my gosh. Uh. But that's
the thing about the about Michigan. The spiders there they are lake apparently.
(01:05:01):
I'm from Missouri and now we're inTexas. We got scorpions. I can
deal with that. I can evendeal with rattlers. I can't. I
this spider thing and the lake affectsspider stuff and no no and no no
thanks, huh huh no, youcan have that all day long. So
yeah, I don't. I couldn'tdeal with it after that. So that
was it. But anyway, longstory short, kid Rock came from that
(01:05:25):
area, but he talks like he'sfrom Alabama. I don't know. Is
that appropriation? Is it? Idon't know. I just don't know why
we're still white people are defending budLight if they Okay, so they gave
you millions of dollars, just belike, Okay, well they are they're
working with me, or they gavemillions of dollars to my friend's business,
So yeah, I'm gonna defend themnow. Just be honest because otherwise that's
(01:05:46):
well, you know, they didn'tsay sorry and they didn't really do anything.
But I don't want to destroy people'sjobs. They chose that not you.
All they have to do to notdestroy people's jobs is to go,
we're thorry. Why is the onusput on everyone one else who was like,
like, particularly the chicks that you'dlike to get with insulted by this
cosplane you know, tweink and you'regonna go ahead and give him a pass
(01:06:11):
no apology. No, that's nothow that works. No, we got
to talk about eclips Mania coming upas well. Okin Apparently all the airbnbs
are sold out in the strip wherethe I guess where it's gonna pass or
where you can see it the best. All the B and b's apparently are
sold out. We're gonna discuss thatit's his life mission to make bad decisions.
(01:06:41):
It's time for Florida man. So, sometimes bad things happen to good
people, and sometimes sometimes good thingshappen to bad people. And sometimes bad
things that could be good things happento bad people. So a Uh Florida
was arrested. He got into afight with four guests at a Disney World
(01:07:02):
resort a bar there, of course, it's the bar. He made fun
of a guest that had down syndrome, and he had his head beaten upside
one side and down the other.Good. That's you know, I like,
sometimes people say stupid stuff and aremean and cruel and they deserve to
get their butt whipped. And that'splayground rules, right. Brent George was
(01:07:24):
arrested and charged with four kinds ofbattery. This sixty one year old was
drunk at the bar, he downedthree shots of bourbon and a beer.
Are you serious? One? Oneshot? A loone beer? Really,
and he made his way to atable of four guests and made fun of
a woman with down syndrome. Hermother confronted him, asked if she was
making fun of her daughter, andhe shoved her, then slapped another guest
(01:07:46):
at the table when she tried tointervene, and then there was like a
slap off. But then an unnamedbystander grabbed him removed him from the scene.
And then this was after the husbandstepped up and punched him repeatedly in
the head because he deserved it.And then so the guy was taking a
jail. Good good on him, good take good on the husband stepping up
and whooping This guy looks like youhit him pretty hard to So there you
(01:08:09):
go. Play stupid games, winstupid prizes. A. Uh, let's
see. Oh yeah, this isI saw this story. I saw that
I was watching this. This iscrazy. So in Florida, you know
you can put up fences. Idon't think. Don't people put up fences
(01:08:29):
to try to keep gators out, especially if they live by waterways? Okay,
I don't think those work because thisguy was filming a literal gator literally
climbing the fence, climbing it.That's a picture of it that's wants showing
you on the time. Okays,he's climbing the fence. Nobody's safe.
(01:08:51):
What is happening, Florida, Getthis under control, Florida. What is
happening? I know? And he'scrawling up the fence. I can't even
deal with it. Okay, I'mfine with gaiters. Not when they're on
fences, though. When they're crawlingup fences, that's when I'm out.
I'm out. Uh. But yeah, apparently this is what's happening. The
(01:09:15):
alligators scaled the fence and the manfilmed him, and then it flopped its
way over to the other side andescaped into the pond. So I'm like
watching this video. I'm watching thevideo. This thing climbs up, literally
climbs up, and it approaches thefence. This happens literally and under a
(01:09:36):
minute, and it runs over tothe fence where scampers how do they move
quickly? I don't even know whatdo you call it? He goes over
to the fence and then literally underand under a minute, he climbs the
fence and he's over it the gator. I didn't know they could do that.
I'm why are you so scary,Florida? Why why are you so
(01:09:59):
scared? Oh? All right,So I got a couple of others.
I'm not reading this one. Thisguy got in trouble ORLANDA weekly has a
story. He was ticketed after heate pancakes in the middle of an intersection.
He this is Lakeland Police. Therewas a guy who brought you know
those old like your grandma had, right, the old TV trade tables.
He had an old TV t table, although that one should would work also,
(01:10:24):
and he had some pancakes, syrupand a plate of pancakes and he
sat in the middle of an intersectionand was eating pancakes. Twenty one year
old Kieran Thomas. They were ableto find him later because he was tagged
in the video that surfaced on Facebook, and he lives in a house like
the one hundred yards from the innerone hundred yards from the intersection. He
told officers it was a prank, but they charged him with placing an obstruction
(01:10:47):
in the roadway and disrupting the freeflow of traffic. So he used to
go to He went to court andeverything that was wild. Let's see this
now, there's this guy who promisedfood and drug to a panhandler but tortured
her with a screwdriver and bat formonths. Police say, yeah, it's
a worker at a mobile gas station. He told WFLATV that this woman,
(01:11:13):
she staggered into the store on Monday, locked herself in the bathroom crying.
She escaped from a van that hadbeen parked at the Walgreens nearby, and
then the guy at the mobile stationnoticed a guy driving the van away and
then called the Sheriff's office. Shehad been tortured and held against her will
for months. She was a panhandlerand a guy offered to give her drugs
and food in January and then hewould beat her with a baseball bat and
(01:11:34):
he would torture with a screwdriver, and he kept her against her will for
months. So they did arrest him. This dude, he's forty eight year
old, Walter Medina of Tampa.I can't believe he's forty years old.
He looks way older than that. But they got him for kidnapping, aggravated
assault on a law enforcement officer aswell because he wasn't going quietly and robbery,
(01:11:54):
and it kind of makes you wonder, like were there other victims.
I mean, that could not havebeen the first person that he'd did that
with h And a Florida man wasarrested after the airt The airboat he was
in piloting overturned in the Everglades whentaking a sharp turn for a passenger to
see a gator. So this isWTVJ, the NBC affiliate in Tampa.
(01:12:15):
They didn't arrest the driver. Thethey didn't I released the identity of the
driver, but they said that apparentlyhe didn't complete a boat safety course and
he didn't have a license to drivehis boat, and the boat flipped over
in the water so that he wastrying to turn the boat so the passenger
could get a look at the gator. And oh, they got a good
look at that gator. Apparently, thankfully, no one was injured. They
(01:12:38):
just got minor scratches, but thatwas it. But can you imagine the
terror you'd take this sharp turn andyou you know, your your airboat captain,
not really captain, is letting yousee this gator, and you flip
over in the water right by thegator. Good heavens, we have more
in store. You don't want tomiss third hour coming up. Are you
(01:12:58):
happy he made that endorsement twenty twenty? Are you happy with the state of
America? Am I happy with thestate of America right now? Well,
that answer is no. Do Ibelieve we're going to get better? I
believe in that. I'm an optimisticguy, and I believe we can't get
better. The endorsement that I madeyears ago with Biden was one I thought
(01:13:19):
was the best decision for me atthat time. And I thought back then
when we talk about, hey,you know, I'm in this position where
I have some influence and it's myjob. Then I felt like that,
then it's my job now to exercisemy influence and share with this This is
who I'm going to endorse. AmI going to do that again this year?
(01:13:42):
That answers no. So the Rocksays he's not going to endorse Biden
again. I think a lot ofpeople aren't liking Biden again. But you
know, we're still a bit ofa bit of ways off from the election,
so anything could happen. Unfortunately, welcome back to the program. An
Lash here with you at the topof this third hour, and we've talked
(01:14:08):
a number We've been touching on thea number of issues. In fact,
we've been hitting the war drums beating. We talked about Ukraine and NATO and
all of this stuff, because that'swhat apparently was announced yesterday after all these
leaders met and Russell's Anthony blinkoln cameout and said that, you know,
Ukraine's going to be a member ofNATO. He didn't give a timeline for
it, but he's the fact thathe said it is asinine. And then
(01:14:30):
of course we had the ceasefire thatBiden demanded from Israel, which is asenine
to demand that when Hamas won't evennegotiate on releasing hostages. And by the
way, they also literally just rejecteda ceasefire offer, just what thegether.
The other day they rejected yet anotherone. But yet somehow still it's I
(01:14:55):
guess all of that's on Israel tooffer it and to try to negotiate to
I don't know, it's just it'sasinine. And then of course we had
this situation with Taiwan where you hadJohn Kirby say no, we don't recognize
you know, Taiwan's independence or sovereigntyor anything like that, bending a need
of China. So yeah, BannerDay for Democrats. Banner Day. And
(01:15:16):
that's just on foreign policy. That'snot even getting into the economics of everything,
because nobody trusts him on any nothingwith economics, and they don't trust
him on the border as well.Apparently he's being told by people in his
campaign to just shut up about theborder. Don't talk about it. It's
(01:15:36):
bad for you. Just talk aboutthe stuff that's that that you can handle
and that actually goes goes well foryou. So they're trying to tell him
to not even talk about border issues. This comes after did you guys hear
the story of Balthazar Perez Estrada, this guy who is an illegal immigrant.
(01:15:58):
Jeare this illegal immigrant who was arrestedfor murdering his twenty six year old wife.
He stabbed her multiple times in frontof their kids and tried to cut
her head off. Thirty two yearsold, he attacked Marcilla Franco after they
got into an argument, and hestabbed her to death in her head or
(01:16:19):
her body over like dozens of times, and then he tried slicing off her
head. According to prosecutors in frontof her kids in front of their kids.
So he was arrested and charged withmurder. And one of the daughters
walked into the bedroom where they whenthey were fighting, and she saw her
dad hitting her mom with a knife. That's what she told police, that
(01:16:41):
he was hitting her with a knife. The victim's uncle said that she was
planning on leaving him. They hadbeen married for nine years. Hi,
I wonder why, and that shewas playing on leaving him. He illegally
entered from the US at the southernborder last month. He was released and
given a future court date. Andys, you know, like nine percent
of those never actually come to fruition. Previously he was living in Mexico.
(01:17:06):
This is and this comes after youhad another guy stab and kill another woman
and another And these are people whoactually have records and have entered illegally from
the southern border. So Biden istold to not talk about the border because
he can't can't handle it. Don'ttalk about the border. It's bad for
(01:17:30):
your campaign. Don't talk about it. I keep seeing that repeated with some
of their with their people. Don'ttalk about it. Now. The other
thing with this too, where wasthis at because I had I saw the
Chicago aldermen had said that tuberculosis measleshave created a crisis and these shelters that
(01:17:51):
when all these people that are beingsent to Chicago and New York, et
cetera, that enter the country legally, they're sent up north and apparently they're
they're dealing with an outbreak of tuberculosisand measles. Chicago health officials have not
disclosed the number of tuberculosis cases thatthey're dealing with. Raymond Lopez says he's
(01:18:13):
concerned. He's the Democratic Chicago Alderman. Lopez says that he's concerned that city
officials have been inattentive because people areraising alarms about potential outbreaks after a number
of tuberculosis cases were confirmed at theseshelters in Chicago. He says that he's
been warning officials about this since Augustand that's when he was shown ambulance receipts
(01:18:38):
that illustrated people testing positive for tuberculosis. And not only have health officials in
the city not disclosed how many casesthey're dealing with, they haven't even disclosed
who's testing positive at what shelters. And there have been previously a number of
I mean the CDC had sent Thisis a piece pulled this up. This
(01:19:03):
is a piece from actually the beginningof this month, the CDC had sent
a response team to one Chicago shelterbecause of a big measles outbreak. It
was the Chicago Pilson Shelter. Peoplewho are coming in illegally from the southern
border. When they're brought up toChicago, they put them in the shelter.
(01:19:24):
That's better than apparently staying down therein the processing center that everyone called
the cage. Came and they saidthat CDC teams are going to help screen
and vaccinate new arrivals at the PilsonShelter after a number of measle cases were
discovered. They said that they werescreening residents for symptoms, et cetera.
And they were worried about this outbreakand apparently it was like spreading in the
(01:19:46):
shelter too good heavens, good heavens. So they said that, you know
it's Lopez said, this is acrisis we could have avoided and if we
had simply institute you know, theAmerican standard of because to get in the
United States, you gotta be vaccinatedfor you know, measles, all this
stuff. He goes, if wehad just instituted the standard. You know
(01:20:09):
what, if you had just institutedentry law, you could have avoided this,
if you would have just said,no, I'm sorry. You can't
just tiptoe across the shallow part ofthe rio and step on us soil and
make a claim of asylum or whichyou're not. It's not you don't even
qualify as an asy lee or demandentry. That's not how this works.
(01:20:30):
I mean, every single country, every country that I've ever been to,
I mean, you are required tohave you know, you just you gotta
have all they got to be gottahave all that stuff. Gosh, you
can't even take fruit. There's signsthat you come in you just you can't
take your fruit. Past this point, it's wild. So but this is
(01:20:51):
okay. Apparently no, because it'sthe United States southern border. But it's
a Democrat in Chicago. He saysthat that people are fed up in Chicago
are already so far this year,of the ninety seven measles cases nationwide,
Chicago had fifty six of them.Wow, And Lopez is saying, you're
(01:21:13):
putting entire communities at risk. Andhe said one of his big areas of
concern is the kids who are broughtover with these adults, and then when
they go to public schools, theyget to apparently while they're allowed to skirt
the vaccination requirements for measles and thingslike that. Now, I'm not having
a debate about all vaccinations for kids, that's a whole other discussion, but
(01:21:36):
measles and stuff. He's like thatfor your kid to go to public school
and a lot of private schools, they are mandatory unless you're an illegal immigrant,
and then they're waived. So evenif you are like anti vaccine,
totally explain that why is there that, why is there that preference for one
(01:21:57):
over the other. That's wild now, he says Lopez again Alderman, Democrat
from Chicago, he has said thathe has raised these concerns before, but
every time he has met with scorn, he's raised them at the shelters with
the people at the shelters, andhe says that he's just he's he gets
scorn every single time. He wastold by Chicago city officials that he was
(01:22:19):
quote again, what's his last name, Kane Lopez? Lopez? Yeah,
and that's important. His name, his last name is Lopez. He was
told that he was anti immigrant andxenophobic because he raised these issues. Huh,
(01:22:39):
because Lopez doesn't sound I mean, when I think of white supremacy,
I think of Lopez, you know, I mean, I mean, oh
my gosh, he's he's making Imean, he's raising a good point.
And and also you know what aboutI mean, think about the people again,
(01:23:00):
the people who came to the UnitedStates the right way and they brought
their kids with them. They dideverything the right way, and they followed
all the instructions, and they gottheir kids in school or got their kids
with this, or maybe some ofthem have because I know that I don't
even remember what they are and soit's been so long, but I know
that for certain things, you forsome of these old timey diseases, in
(01:23:20):
that the schedule you have to waituntil they're years old, this year's old.
What happens if there's like a gapin that, or you know,
they're coming up on the next immunizationor something like that, and then you're
their children are there with children whohaven't gotten anything at all, and have
me You see the point that I'mmaking This affects you know, so many
people, and it also affects minoritycommunities too. I don't know why they're
(01:23:45):
telling Lopez that he's anti immigrant andxenophobic, because he's like, hey,
they're sick. Can they maybe notbe sick? This is what happens when
you have like an open revolving doorat the Southern border, though, I
just that's crazy. When you lookat the shelters, how are you How
is that more compassionate than being heldin the in the processing areas of the
(01:24:09):
Southern Border. I mean, it'snot that's the whole point. They just
pretend that it is good. HeavensNow, now they're having all these issues.
They're having all these issues, andit could have been avoided some of
the other things to touch on aswell. Yeah, they're doing that contact
tracing in Chicago because they said thata fifth of the arrivals from the Southern
(01:24:30):
border carry tuberculosis. That's a bigdeal, isn't that. That's an old
timey thing. Health officials confirmed it. The Chicago City Department of Health said
that a fifth of the people thathad entered illegally and are coming into Chicago
have tested they carry TB and themajority of those fifty six measles cases like
(01:24:59):
almost all of them he except forfour came from that Pilsen Migrant the Center,
the illegal immigrant center there. Sonow they're having to do contact tracing.
Mind's blown. My mind's blown. And now all of the news you
would probably miss. It's time forDana's quick five. All right here and
(01:25:21):
pulled this up. Forgive me becausenow everything's fresen again. Let's see here
a couple of things. Give meonce. Yeah, I can't. I'm
having a little tech difficulties here.Yeah, that'd be great. So first
and foremost, Oh, Europe's highestpedestrian suspension bridge has opened in Italy.
(01:25:45):
Slightly terrifying. It looks kind ofI'm just saying it's looks that's crazy.
It's called uh, it's in Solano, it's in Umbria. It is the
highest of its kind, say Italianauthorities. It is. Would you walk
across that. I'm not really afraidof heights, but are you? Yeah,
(01:26:06):
it's I just feel you have tobe tethered on this. You have
to be tethered on this cable. And they said it's about the highest of
its kind. It's slung five hundredand seventy four feet above a void above
this huge like expanse, and itconnects a medieval village about an hour southeast
(01:26:27):
of the regional capital and then toanother village on the other side of the
river. And they said the walkis just under a half a mile long.
It takes thirty minutes or so,and you have to wear this harness
and do that. There's nobody elseon the bridge. And I was hooked
up to that, and I couldgo a little fast. I might be
able to do it, would youbecause the bridge floor, the bridge itself
(01:26:54):
looks like just like these blocks thatare connected. What happens if your foot
slips? I know, I'm saying. I'm just saying, I don't know.
This is like a little scary.Ay, let's see this A couple
other ones. A stay at homemother faces jail time after an arrest warrant
was issued for unreturned books at acounty library. Woo this thirty eight thirty
(01:27:17):
year old mother, she thought herwell, her birthday began with a warrant
for her arrest. Apparently, Iguess she was arrested on her birthdays in
Grimes County, Texas. She rentedfive books from the nov Sota public library
and they were for her homeschooled children, and she apparently was dealing with a
rough pregnancy and she had placenta previa, and she apparently was on bed rest
(01:27:38):
and all this other stuff. Shedidn't return the books by the dude eate.
She said, her husband returned allbut one book because it didn't fit
into their dropbox. And then whenshe went to renew her driver's license,
they issued a warrant for a fivehundred and seventy dollars ticket for the book,
and the judge said that he didn'twant to hear her excuses. She
needed to take responsibility and yeah, that is that's kind of ridiculous. It's
(01:28:00):
a damn library book. She said. She offered to pay for the missing
books even though they had been returned, and the judge said it was beyond
that point in the process and shehad to make things right. Who was
this stupid judge. This is sostupid. I mean, good grief.
And she's a nursing mother too,and she apparently did legitimately, she was
like on bad rest for weeks whenall of that happened. This is so
(01:28:23):
stupid. They were trying to say, you taking this book is like going
to Walmart not paying for the merchandise, but she returned it and then she
paid the fun I can't deal withthese people. Thank Heavens that it's Friday
and last but not least not thatthings are kind of been working order again.
You're not supposed to eat running yoaksbecause you could catch bird flu.
(01:28:44):
A former FDA expert says, don'teat eggs over easier Sunday side up.
But that's the only way that Ilike them. I do what I want,
says America. Stick with us,whether you're a policy walk, a
news junkie, or simply someone hungryfor insightful discourse. Dana Show podcast as

podcasts. And I think if thereI forget the exact number of votes,
but I think every Greek, Americanand Delaware voted for me because he no
no, no, no no.By the way, some of the Delaware
would tell you that's why I acquireda nickname I'm very proud of. I
(01:29:26):
am Joe Bidenpolis. Why that's yournickname? I got so yeah, Joe
Bidenopolis. Hmm, Friday, Welcomeback to the show Dana Lasher with you.
A bottom of this third hour, there's the Greek Independence Day reception.
(01:29:46):
He was confused audio somebody four,I don't understand this one. Explain this
to me. Listen to this, which I should start by saying, the
only reason I'm able to stand herehe's because of the Greek community. I
had a pole that I'm leaning againstright behind me. I don't know what
(01:30:09):
his point. I don't get it. Awkward. I wanted to also bring
up let me see here, soBaylor University. This is a nice university.
It's in Waco, beautiful campus.I saw this tweet from this guy
named Greg Garrett. And Greg Garrettis a professor at Baylor University, and
(01:30:35):
he is a professor of literature andculture. And he likes to say,
he loves to talk. He lovestalking about how much of a Christian he
is and now he's probably a betterChristian than you are. And he gets
into he's the theologian and all ofthis stuff. He actually tweeted this.
Now, I want you to keepin mind as I read this tweet to
you, Joe Biden, how manytimes is he for quote unquote forgiven student
(01:30:59):
loans and apparently he's got Actually Ihad another headline about that. Let me
pull this up. I just sawthis. He had an apparently they're going
to do another student loan forgiveness thing. You know, he's got to pay
off for those votes, right,so that's coming. So this guy Greg
Garrett, who teaches a Baylor tweetit quote today, and my Harry Potter
(01:31:21):
class at Baylor, we had ahard and necessary conversation about JK. Rolling
and her hatred of trans people. We decided novelist Rallying, who wrote with
compassion about diversity, equity, andinclusion, is worth our attention. Twitter
Rallying shame on her. And thenbecause he started getting some pushback, he
(01:31:46):
decided to limit the people who couldreply, who could reply to him,
And then he goes, quote,I am not unaccustomed to disagreement on Twitter.
I'm a Christian, and I teachit a great Christian university, and
I'm involved in the Christian work ofacknowledging the marginalized and dispossessed, those whom
(01:32:06):
the prophets in Jesus put front andcenter. Disagree if you must, and
then he goes, I've talked withRiley's former bishop, and he said that
he confirmed that she attended church someyears ago. And he calls what he
says that she hates. He can'tmake the He cannot differentiate between disagreement and
refusal to affirm and hate. Andthat's what this is. If you refuse
(01:32:30):
to affirm, you're classified as hate. But what I want to know,
and maybe everyone listening could ask BaylorUniversity the same thing. Why Greg Garrett
is charging people good money in abroke economic era to teach about a children's
book an entire class? Apparently hesaid it's a fifteen week course. I
(01:32:54):
find Greg Garrett to be a stupidold sexist. If I'm just being honest,
I made the point even the Devilcan quote scripture and impugning the character
of a woman because she very accuratelyrecognizes the existence of women as abusive,
sexist and evil. Get behind me, Satan, I mean, imagine this
(01:33:15):
guy. It's a course at Baylor. We're tuition. I mean you're paying
what Harry Potter is the course atBaylor? Yeah, his Harry Potter class
forgive our student loans. So what'sthe kind of job you get after you
get that Harry Potter education? Yeah, that's a great question. What what
(01:33:36):
sort of work does a Harry Pottercourse prepare one for? I mean,
what what sort of task? Yeah? Like, what what sort of task
is one expected to complete after finishinga Harry Potter course with one Greg Garrett
(01:33:58):
to ours two teas Greg one Garretton Twitter or sorry x? I mean
that's I can't imagine why it's sodifficult for people to earn enough money to
pay off their loans after they spenda year learning about a children's book.
(01:34:19):
H But furthermore, he's promoting theidea that you should shame and hate on
jk Rowling. Nothing that she hasever said has been in any way remotely
indicative of hate. It's been veryunvarnished truth, But it hasn't been malicious.
(01:34:40):
It hasn't been hateful. But whatI do find hateful are people like
false shepherds named Greg Garrett who wrappedthemselves in a veneer of faith while spitting
venom and poison at young, impressionableminds and thinking that they're excused because they
can say Christian five times in atweet. Like I said, even the
(01:35:02):
devil can cite Scripture as Greg Garrettproves why does Baylor, Why do any
Christian university? Why does any Christianuniversity tolerate this kind of nonsense? You
don't need to check any kind ofdiversity box to have this old sexist white
dude teach about a children's book forfifteen weeks at Baylor. Pray, tell
what sort of a diversity check areyou trying to accomplish by having an old
(01:35:27):
sexist white guy named Greg Garrett whois maliciously attacking a female for rightly recognizing
that women exist. If you wantto have a discussion of irony, I
give you one Greg Garrett. Weshould ask him to come on air.
Let's reach out. Yeah, andif not, maybe I could meet him
(01:35:53):
in his classroom. Waco's not far, you know, for a conversation about
why he such a sexist and whyhe hates women. That's the he,
because that's if you. I mean, everything she's ever said on on Twitter
has been there. It's all stillthere, doesn't She's not deleting tweets,
she's not erasing anything. So Iabsolutely reject this notion. Why is this
(01:36:16):
guy acting, by the way,who nominated Greg Garrett to be the gatekeeper
for vagina? These people. Howmuch do you think he gets paid?
Kane? Oh God, oh youare you're looking at it right now.
Kane's trying to figure out how muchhe's going to estimate how much Greg Garrett
(01:36:40):
gets paid. He acts like I'mnot I'm such a Christian. I teach
at a Christian university and I'm involvedin the Christian work of acknowledging the marginalized
and et cetera, et cetera. And he gets in, he goes,
he accuses people of disagreeing with himas gas lighting. He got mad that
there was a community note that wasplaced upon one of his posts. I
(01:37:02):
mean, this guy is the everythingthat, everything that the New Testament warns
you about. It's all wrapped upin a sloppy little package with a bow
called Greg Garrett. That's everything thatyou were warned about to look for,
Charlatan's false prophets, fake shepherds, the whole nine yards. It's all in
(01:37:28):
one package named Greg Garrett Baylor.Yes, kin, let's sack. I
have his email address and phone number. Oh, let's get in touch with
him. I could do that.Yeah, I would love to talk with
one Greg Garrett. Yeah, thatwould be great because I'm very curious.
I'm very curious as too, ifhe's open to a conversation about the sexism
and chastising women who do not affirmthe mental illness of men, if he
(01:37:54):
is open to discussing the patriarchal attackson women who affirmed the existence of women.
Hmm, I just am Harry Potterclass. My mother would beat me
to death if I took a HarryPotter class. Are they doing it in
(01:38:15):
the realm of like writing and maybeeven screenplay creation? No, apparently they're
talking about how JK. Rowling isa turf. Yeah, that's that's not
gonna make it to day, andHarry Potter the author's a turf. I
mean, it can make you moneyif you're putting that stuff online and getting
engagement out of it. But theaudacity of someone like Greg Garrett castigating Rolling
(01:38:38):
and saying that, oh, he'sthe one who stands up for the dispossessed.
You are dispossessing her of her femalenessright now by denying her voice because
she disagrees with your old, white, desiccated ass. That's what you're doing,
you giant sexist pig. You wantto know why women hate the patriarchy,
the progressive patriarchy. They're all progressive, all Democrats, and they fought
(01:39:01):
against women's right to vote, theyfought against recognizing women as equals. And
you can still see that very progressiveideology so pervasive around the world today and
represented at Baylor University. And won'tGreg Garrett. I get mad about this
because this guy's teaching a class andI can't imagine any dude. This is
(01:39:21):
a class of chicks. Come on, this is not a class of dudes.
No dude is gonna be like,oh, a Trick or Harry Potter
class. Nobody's doing that. They'reall chicks unless they think it's an easy
class. My gosh. Yeah,we're gonna reach out to Greg Garrett one
way or another. But this isso a hard and necessary conversation. What
(01:39:45):
about his hatred of women? Icould go on this far. This made
me mad because somebody like this shouldn'tbe teaching at a Christian university. If
you're going to Gatekeep, then Gatekeep. This guy is and this guy,
his behavior and the poison and venomthat he professes is not indicative of the
Christian faith that he likes to wieldand claim and uses the veneer to defend
(01:40:12):
against any and all criticism or accountabilitythis guy. So we'll see Kane's reaching
out and I'll keep you updated.Last, but not least, so we
were talking about on Break the CowboyCarter album, the Beyonce album. I
don't care. I don't know whythere's I think only the left is bringing
up They're the only ones that aretrying to create any kind of drama over
(01:40:38):
people being what. They don't thinkthat black musicians can do country music.
Have you heard of Charlie Pride?I mean, good grief. The left
needs an education. But I willsay now, I listened to the Texas
Hold Him song and that sounded veryoriginal. I like the way the instruments
sound in the album. They're notoverprocessed and they sound very warm. But
I was not a fan of theJoeling. I was not a fan of
(01:41:02):
the Joellan cover. I mean,it's not that Beyonce is not talented.
She's a very talented singer and she'sa very talented performer. I just think
if you're gonna redouce something, youhave to redo it the way Johnny Cash
did hurt when Trent Resnor came out, was it on Downward Spiral, Hurt
(01:41:23):
or pretty Hate Machine. When NineInch Nails came out with Hurt, you
know it was a great song. But when Johnny Cash covered Hurt and an
album that Rick Rubin produced, inthe last album that Johnny Cash came out
with, Johnny Cash took that songand put soul in it and he remade
(01:41:44):
what you thought Trent Resner wrote andthat became Johnny Cash's song. So whenever
I hear oh that song Hurt,I don't think of Nine inch Nails,
I think of Johnny Cash. Thatis a cover, and I just think
I think if you're going to doa cover, especially of a song like
Jolene, I just think it hasto have more. And it's not because
(01:42:08):
there wasn't there was a lack oftalent or musicianship or anything. There was
just there's something missing in it.And I don't know what it is.
It's it's I don't know, butit's a I mean, Steve was talking
he likes some of the tracks onthe album. I thought the Texas Hold
Him song, that's some of theother ones, the Blackbird one. I
thought the harmonies were pretty, butI wasn't really but I was more offended
(01:42:31):
by the Blackbird cover than the Jolinecover. To be honest, the Blackbird
cover. I don't know. Maybeit's because I am predisposed to feel more
from a song when I know thatsomeone who wrote it and is performing it
had an emotional stake in it.Because wasn't that the song that Paul McCartney
(01:42:55):
wrote for Julian Lennon when his parentswere divorcing and he was going through a
really hard time and Paul McCartney feltreally bad for that kid, and he
wrote that song. So that's knowingthe story of that track and then hearing
him perform it, it takes ona whole new meaning. And when you
hear someone perform that song without thatemotional component, it's not for lack of
(01:43:18):
talent or production quality. And thisisn't a case, I think, where
they had to have the production oneleven to make up for talent. I
don't think it was that at all. It just it's just not one of
those things that it didn't run forme. It didn't track. I don't
know, But like I said,I thought the Texas Hold Him song was
very original. It's a good song. It's not my jam. But it's
(01:43:42):
a good song. I can seewhy a lot of people would like that
trap. But yeah, it's youwant my honesty on my musical honesty.
I'm not going to make you sayit if you don't want to say it,
Caine had unless you go ahead.I mean, I just think it's
an accurate take. Like I heard, when you listening to Beyonce, you
can hear the talent, oh yeah, in her voice no matter what she's
(01:44:03):
singing, you can hear the talentand like, for example, like Lord
Trump. When you hear her doinglike Tom Petty song for example, you're
like, wow, I can reallyhear you know, the effort in the
studio that they made to make thissound good. So to me that those
are the differences that I look atand care about when it comes to music.
(01:44:26):
You're very classy. Thank you.I wish you could see his smugness

Oh my gosh, it's supposed tobe cloudy here, isn't it.
Yeah, that's what they're saying. But we'll see how the weather actually plays
out that day. Marjorie Taylor Greensaid that God was sending America's strong signs.
How did she miss? A friendof mine, guest, how did
she miss the cicadas? She mentionedthe earthquakes, and that add that to
(01:45:09):
the whole thing. I actually I'mexcited about the cicadas because that's my favorite
sound. I just don't like lookingat them. That's I'll vomit, like
immediately if I see one. They'reso nasty. They're the nasty I will
It's like it's like I can't controlit. It's the thing. I'm not
even joking. Go ahead, largeflies, all right. So Kamala Harris
today in stupidity, it looks likeshe's given us a history lesson on NCAA
(01:45:30):
basketball, isn't it? Oh?Fun? Do you know? Okay,
a bit of a history lesson.Do you know that women were not The
women's teams were not allowed to havebrackets until twenty twenty two, ohoah,
Well think about that. In NCAA, women's basketball has been around since the
eighties in tournaments, and I thinkthat's how you keep track of whod She
doesn't even watch women's basketball. Shedoesn't even watch women's basketball. Drunk,

she's drunk ends, And why folksdoes it for us today? I hope
