Dana Lashes of surd Truth podcast sponsoredby Keltech. It's his laugh mission to
make bad decisions. It's time forFlorida man So. In Penellas County,
a drunk woman was spotted driving onthree tires forty nine year old Anna Luise

(00:23):
Keller. She told deputies that shedid not realize that she was driving around
on three tires. According to Panella'sCounty Sheriff's Office, they arrested her because
they got multiple nine to one onecalls saying someone was driving a dark gray
Nissan recklessly no passenger's side front tire, and they said they conducted a traffic
stop so they could do a welfarecheck, and then as they spoke to

(00:47):
her, they could smell the alcohol. And then she admitted that she had
been drinking and told deputies that shewas entirely unaware that her tire was just
gone, like gone, no tire, nothing even know how the car moves.
I don't believe. Yeah, theysaid, she failed. Now this
is not shocking. She failed hersobriety test and that her ooh, her

(01:11):
blood alcohol concentration was point one sixty. Whoa, that's twice the legal limit.
Yeah, it's point oh eight isthe legal limit. They found Uh
in the passenger side, they foundfour empty bush light beers. Yeah,
I mean got lee and says shegot a doi. But they said that

(01:34):
because they when they pulled her over, they found a receipt for them,
and it was the same day, just like an hour before. So she
like chugged these things and then wentI think she's having a bad day probably.
Oh my gosh, this is crazy. A let's see here I got.
So this Florida man, he gotarrested because he smacked a Walgreens manager

(01:59):
in the face with a Bible onEaster. I mean, I've heard of
bible thumping, but this is awhole new He got charged with felony battery.
So this guy, this thirty fiveyear old, he apparently stole shoes
in a box of cheese. It'sfrom Walmart, and he got an argument

(02:19):
with an employee about some headphones thathe wanted to buy. The store manager
got involved, said that he shouldleave, and then he had a brown
Bible in his hand and hit herin the face right with it. So
he got posted five thousand dollars bailand was released from Panella's County jail.
On Monday. So a lot happenedin a Panela's county here and that is
kind of interesting. This man,a Florida man, was mauled by two

(02:45):
sharks when he slipped off a boatin the Bahamas. Twenty four year old
Florida man. He fell into sharkinfested waters and they punctured his kneecap a
shark thatd just missed an artery. He's expected to make a recovery. I'm
nervous about this. By the way. The bite on his leg is like
his whole thigh. That's crazy, and it is very much shark infested and

(03:12):
he like he was trying to getto safety and they just like went to
a frenzy. There was like somevideo of it, like bad video,
and they were just like the waterwas just agitating because there were so many
sharks and oh my god, that'slike slightly, ever so slightly terrifying,
right this m let me do thisone clear water. The uh outgoing mayor

(03:35):
made an obscene gesture because he gabbledthe session and then he turned to the
audience and gave them a one fingersalute. You can't be doing that,
of course, our partners that he'llbring you free radio. It's our friends
over brought to you by Celtech. The Sub two k. It's out shipping
if you haven't gotten yet, yougot to check it out. It reads
the Sub two thousand on the website. It's an awesome nine millimeter carbine.

(03:57):
I just think it's fun because thewhole thing folds in half. I have
the previous iteration of this now theGen three. They've done some updates on
the Gen three. So previously withthe other versions you would have to detach
your optics in order to fold inhalf, but you don't have to with
the Gen three. They have thistwist and fold motion. Single twist and
fold motion in either direction and itfolds in half without you having to detach

(04:21):
your optics, which is nice, and it deploys just as easily as well.
It also takes glock mags. Glocknineteen mags fit flush and they have
glock seventeen and stickmags they fit withthe mag extending past the grid. There's
a redesigned trigger, so the mechanicsallow for a lightened, lighter, five
pound poll that translates into greater accuracy. They've updated the action. It means

(04:44):
for easy racking. You also haveto have softer recoil too. This is
based in Florida. It's a madein America family owned company. They're actually
an American story come to life, and they're innovative, they're passionate about it,
and they are determined to make twoway of four and they support your
rights as well. So learn moreabout Celtech's sub two Kgen three visit celtech

(05:09):
Dana sent you. I saw thisstory. I wanted to touch on it
real quick because I'm amazed how thishas just gotten so crazy, so in
Britain, because they they keep goingafter JK. Rowling, the Harry Potter

(05:29):
author, because she has blank youmoney, right, and she's still making
hits hit after hit. She's afactory. And as long as she's making
money for people, you know, she's protected and she's got a you know,
she's got a decent amount of moneyalready, and so she's they accused
her of cruelty. Now, firstoff, let me I'm trying to figure
out what the cruelty is, like, what party is actually guilty of cruelty

(05:51):
here? Because she was remarking onthis story of a dude who is a
referee and he is is a managerin the top five in the top five
divisions of English women's football AKA inthe United States soccer, and he's taken
over at Sutton United. So he'sa manager. He's a dude. He

(06:15):
has a weakness. These are facts, all right. So it's a dude
who is managing a women's football teamin Britain, but they're trying to act
like him doing this is more historicthan a woman doing this, because he's

(06:36):
a dude who costplays as a woman. He's got a wig, and he
wears some makeup, and he's gotyou know, he grew his hair out
and I guess you got a boobjob. I don't know. So he's
doing this. She comes out andsays, because she had a tweet about

(06:56):
it, and they've they've they've beengoing after her over this. She had
tweeted quote, when I was young, all the football managers were straight,
white, middle aged blokes. Soit's fantastic to see how much things have
changed. Because he is a white, straight, well he's straight. He's
just decides to dress as a woman, white middle aged bloke. So she's

(07:21):
making a joke, and everyone saysthat she's cruel to make a joke like
this. What's the cruelty? Thesepeople say that observing basic scientific fact is
cruel, And it's cruel if youdon't go along with someone else's self perception,
even if they're mentally ill. Yousee what I'm saying. If this

(07:42):
guy saw himself as having one armand he decided to solve his arm,
would you still be celebrating because it'san arm, it's a penis, it's
one thing after I mean, youknow, this is what's happening, and
they're calling her cruel, But it'snot cruel for men to disenfranchise women off
women's sports sorts teams, or tokick your daughters off of their varsity team

(08:03):
and relegate them to the bench becausethey're taking over their positions on the court
or on the field or elsewhere. That's not cruel. But this dude's got
a ween because he's a dude.So this idea of well, he's an
openly transgender, he's a dude whodresses as a chick. Okay, that's
not an achievement, it's not afeat. That's not demonstration of some sort

(08:28):
of athletic skill. This idea thatwe have to celebrate somebody who decides that
their self perception has to be affirmedby everyone else in the world in order
for it to be real is beyondannoying. It's frustrating because now they're hijacking
the realities of other women and demandingthat these women alter their realities, their

(08:52):
understanding of science and biology and basicfact and observable truth, and alter their
realities to accommodate a man who isdemanding that women affirm his self perception.
It's not about it's not about tolerance. It was never about tolerance. That
was just a word debate people intolowering their guard. It's about affirmation,
and it's really not even affirmation. It's about acclamation and demanding that you bend

(09:18):
the knee. That's what it is. See, women, they're all about
celebrating the left women's choices except thechoice to observe scientific fact. They're all
about celebrating women's choices, accept thechoice to not say that a dude who's
costplaying is a chick is a she. The moment that a woman decides to
exercise a choice about scientific based pronouns, then she's branded a URF for a

(09:41):
bigot. So you know, everybodycan tick off about you know, women's
choices and pro choice and all thatstuff. There's no choice for women.
There's only one choice, and ifyou don't do it, then you are
abused, just like the patriarchy thatfeministsay abuse women in the first place.
It is such a mind job.You're called a you're abused. It's psychological

(10:03):
and physical. I've seen videos ofwomen hit in the face because they called
a dude with a penis a dudeand they wouldn't affirm his deranged perception that
he's a chick. So spare meall of the nonsense about pro choice,
you rad ass bigots don't even careanything about choice. It's all about making
and force, and that's what it'sabout, forcing women to do something,

(10:26):
and the patriarchy got these dumb broadsin the matriarchy to go along with it.
That's the ultimate burn. You've gotthird and fourth way feminists that are
forcing other women to bend the knee. Hell, men don't even need to
raise their fists anymore because they gotthese dumb ass women doing it for them.
So they've been going to JK.Rowling over this NonStop because she said

(10:50):
something that's true, and they're like, can you believe she compared him to
a man? She said, she'sa man. She's like, they said,
they go, she's accused of cruelty. She's so cruel she's she mocked
him by comparing him to a man. She's like, I didn't compare him
to a man, he is aman. Joe Biden actually gave a speech

(11:13):
over the weekend where he was talkingabout Mother's Day and then he actually said,
protect women's sports. Can you believethat this the guy who decided to
completely destroy Title nine and title linewas not without its fault in the beginning,
But this is the bait and switchthat you saw that was set up
by third wave feminists. A secondwave feminist really towards the end of the

(11:33):
second wave. First wave, asyou know, was Susan B. Anthony
right to vote. Second Wave beganas equal pay in a meritocracy, because
second wave was meritocracy based until towardsthe end when you got you know,
these glorious Steinem's and the Linda Hirschman'sand all of these other dumbrods out there,
and they decided to get involved, and then they ushered in third wave,
which was about punishing men, allmen for everything. And then third

(11:56):
wave led to fourth Wave, soit became I am a woman, I
am equal to man, I ama man. That's what it all became.
So now we're in eleventy thousandth wave. That's where we're at now,
and all of this what gets me. He gets out there and he talks
about, oh, well yeah,he actually said give a speech. He's
like, well, yeah, weshould have gotta protect women's sports, Mother's

(12:18):
Day, mothers. So you can'teven define what a woman is. They
keep using the phrase birthing person inactual medical manuals, but then they're going
to celebrate Mother's Day. This isI will never understand why white suburban women
are voting handover fist for Joe BidenDemocrats when they are the ones who bitch
the absolute loudest about women in women'ssports, men taking over women's sports.

(12:41):
They're the ones who complain the loudestabout equality. They're the ones who complain
the loudest about meritocracy. And youare voting for an administration that is ushering
in policy that is suffocating meritocracy andpromoting people based upon their male chromosomes if
they cost place. Females, don'tact like you're safe the world. You're
helping. You're helping to shove itto health aster. That's that's what you're

(13:03):
doing. This is wild gets outthere, and so oh yes, we
got to protect women's sports. Thetitle nine. You gotted title nine because
remember they define gender as anything thatyou choose to identify as, so it's
pointless anymore. And all of thosefeminists that made a cottage industry after at

(13:28):
selling this stuff to women with titlenine? Where are they at now?
Where are all of the brad Burnersat now? They made such a they
made such fat bank and charged fivefigures to give speeches on this stuff?
Where are they for women's sports?Where are they for female representation? Where
are they for any of us?There? Am? I? A hey,

(13:48):
they did what they needed to do. It wasn't about advancing women.
It was about advancing their bank accounts. They're sellouts. That's a fancy word
for prostitute. The time is now. The revolution is how you approach health

(15:18):
episode and helping everybody achieve their healthgoals. And now all of the news
you would probably miss, it's timefor Dana's Quick five. This story makes
me so mad because I love SteveBushemi. Steve Ashmi was punched in the
face one of those random street attacksin New York City. Bu Shemi is
sixty six years old. He wasseeing with the Black Eyed days after he

(15:39):
got punched in the face and arandom street attack in New York City.
It was at eleven forty eight am. He was just approached by this rando
who hit him right in the faceand the assailant fled and the guy did
it. He's still at large. No arrests have been made, but he
was just on Third Avenue. He'sapparently there doing a movie and yeah,
they'd got punched right in the face. That is crazy, and so he's

(16:03):
you know, he's got visible injuries. But this is how like there are
all these people famous and not famousthat are talking about how these like,
what do they started in Saint Louis? What do they call him? Knockout
game. I don't even think it'sa game for people anymore. I think
they're just like running up and justhitting random people in the face, old
ladies, you get kids. It'scrazy. Uh this this car? Amazon?

(16:25):
When is Amazon not hitting people? And Amazon owned Zuke Zuke's self driving
vehicle. Now they're facing an investigationbecause they've had not one, but two
rear end collisions. So the NationalHighway Traffic Safety Administration said that they've opened
up in an investigation into their selfdriving Zuke's vehicles because these things keep breaking
for like no reason, and theysaid that they're trying to figure out what

(16:48):
the problem is and until then theyprobably shouldn't be on the road because they
keep causing accidents. Doesn't matter ifsomeone's driving them or not, does it?
Just saying that's I we're putting toomuch confidence in these auto driving vehicles.
I'm the same. They're a surprisinglyhigh number of adults in the United
States at risk of heart syndrome, that's what NBC is say now, But

(17:11):
it's not the vacs quote unquote backsguys. Research has found that adults younger
than forty five are not as healthyas previously assumed. They said nearly ninety
percent of adults over age twenty hourrisk of developing heart disease. But it's
not the vacs the American Heart Associationalordered doctors in October, but the cardiovascular
kidney metabolic syndrome. It's a conditionthat affects major organs. And they said

(17:34):
that they've been looking. It's adecades worth of data from ten thousand people.
So I don't know. I dothink that a lot of people because
of inflammation. I do think thatthere are more heart issues that they're not
aware of. But I also thinka hell a lot of people got these
experimental government injections. And by theway, if anyone at YouTube wants to
penalize this for saying that you cantake all the middle fingers that I have
in my audience has and you cango sit and spend Also, let's see

(17:56):
what else we got. Oh oh, I'm not talking about this older one.
Old people and STDs. You people, Kaine says, not that old
people aren't innocent. I'm just saying, you know, you know, what,
what does the public, what doyou owe the public? I guess
especially workers who are concerned that they'renot going to get this money, Well,
make the same posture of expression thatI did in January on this when

(18:18):
I signed the bill and read mysignature related to the building and the commitment
that I just made to you andreinforced today. Then it will get done
before the end of the fiscal year. You had said you had some concerns
about it, Ben, can youexplain a little bit more. I'm gonna
I'm gonna and I'm gonna say withrespect and I appreciate. I appreciate the

(18:41):
work you've done on this and articles, and I think that's really important,
and I thank you for that. We've got a few weeks to land this,
and I want to land it ina way that works for everybody and
fulfills the commitments we made and andthat's just my responsibility. And I just
want to leave it at that atthis moment. If I yeah, I'll

(19:02):
move on. That reporter I don'tthink was forceful enough. I mean,
they go Newsom was called out bya reporter. I'm like, that doesn't
sound like he was called out bya reporter. That just sounds like a
reporter was asking a question that seemedlegitimate, but like she didn't. I
think she could have pushed him alot more. They have a forty five
billion dollar deficit in California. Itis such a huge shortfall that they have

(19:30):
to do. They're having to liketake some austerity measures here. They spent
twenty four billion dollars trying to solvehomelessness over five years. But then it
came out, according to a verydamning report and ought the that they didn't
track any of it. Yes,like they they literally did not track whether

(19:56):
or not any of the twenty fourbillion dollars that they had spent on themes
on homeless people. They didn't trackwhether or not it actually was helping the
homeless people. They had no wayto compare. Were they they getting jobs?
Were they getting like what? Theydidn't do any of it. Auditors
slammed them over it. They saidthere was no transparency, literally no accountability,

(20:22):
and they said that they spent billionsfrom twenty eighteen to twenty twenty three,
twenty four billion dollars on what, well, they can't tell you.
And in fact, during that timehomelessness increased in California. They were spending

(20:45):
twenty four billion dollars to reduce homelessness, and they actually grew it. It
grew by over six percent. Sincetwenty thirteen, the numbers have exploded by
fifty three percent. The past twoyears, it grew six percent. So
they looked at a number of theseI guess schemes that they were spending money

(21:11):
on to Like for instance, theysaid that one of the plans where they
were converting hotel and motel rooms intohousing at the expense of the taxpayer to
save homelessness. They said that theother that was the only thing that they
could actually kind of track, Buteverything else they said they could not even

(21:33):
evaluate it because there was no data. They literally made it worse. I
mean they they can't judge any outcomereally before or after, but they do
know that homelessness has increased in thepast couple of years. This is wild
that they did this, They well, I mean, is it unsurprising though?

(21:55):
Is this really surprising though, becauselike, for instance, in San
Francisco, one of the programs thatthey had, this is wild is they
were giving money for it was homelessvodka shots. I don't even know how
to They were giving beer and vodkato homeless alcoholics, and they said it

(22:19):
was it was beer, wine andvodka shots. And they spent five million
dollars a year on liquor to dothis, and they said that they were
served by nurses. It was theirmanaged alcohol program and they said it was
drinking in a more controlled manner.Knees. Yeah, so they would either

(22:45):
hand out I think that details areone point seven ounces of vodka or a
liqueur of some sort, five ouncesof wine which is one glass, or
twelve ounces of beer. Yeah, yeah, all right over there, can
you know for the homeless? Taxpayerfunded? Is this okay? So they

(23:07):
thought they could control heroin use byjust providing heroin, Well, it would
be the same thing, but it'sand it's I don't even know when the
thing is is they never had anykind of public hearing on this. They
never took this to the taxpayers. They just decided to start spending money on
it. Somebody had the grand ideain San Francisco and this is one of
the things that they were spending moneyon, and they just five million dollars

(23:30):
a year and the details of itwere not widely discovered until it just accidentally
came out because there was a guywho I guess like where he ended up
discovering it after he walked into theformer a former hotel where it was happening,

(23:56):
and he said he was appalled andthat he was like, I'm docs
for doctor or expert, but whatin the world. But they're spending millions
of dollars to do this. Theynever had any kind of public hearing for
it, they never did anything forit, nothing, So I don't know.
I mean, I that's just likeone of the things that they were
doing and they were under fire forit. That's like, I mean,

(24:19):
there's like so much stuff in SanFrancisco, but there's no recovery in it.
Like that's the thing. Like theywere doing this, they were spending
five million dollars a year on this, but where is the recovery? That's
the big question. I Mean,it doesn't lead it didn't lead anybody into
recovery. And shouldn't that have beenlike the goal, right you think if

(24:41):
you're going to do something this extravagant. I mean, I it's what they
spent. This guy and Gavin Newsomwants to be president someday. They can't
control. They had no idea whereit is. So he there's just dodging
questions on audio sound by ten. This is what he This is the kind
of stuff that he blamed their massiveforty five billion dollar deficit on. Listen

(25:06):
to the spin. What we didn'tanticipate is these rain bombs in December,
January, February and March, theseatmospheric rivers that led to a federal declaration
that led to FEMA and the IRSmoving in a direction where we couldn't collect

(25:29):
our taxes until I believe November sixteenthas opposed to April fifteenth, and so
therein lied this blackout period that beguiledall of us, the LAO, finance
economists, experts, and interestingly,I mean has been at the White House
recently had an impact in terms ofthe IRS collections as well. It's the

(25:53):
rain. The rain and climate change. That's that's why they have, you
know, forty five billion dollars shortfall. It's so easy to blame everything on
climate change, right, I mean, it's you know, vague scientific theory
that doesn't even have general consensus ofthe community. It's easy to just use

(26:14):
it as like the catch off forit, right, our policies didn't work.
It's climate change. We spent twentyfour million dollars to help the homeless,
twenty four billion, sorry, twentyfour billion dollars over five years to
help the homeless, and we didn'ttrack any of where the money was going,
and now homeless. Actually, thehomelessness rate increased by six percent in
the state and we have a fortyfive billion dollar shortfall. Climate change made

(26:37):
us do it. The climate changemade them spend half of their budget shortfall
on trying to deal with the homelessand then only to increase it by six
percent. Damn climate change. Tellingyou what shenanigans. Climate shenanigans. I
would not let this guy within onehundred yards of like a bank account,

(26:59):
much less the federal treasury or anythingelse. Just assin. Thanks for tuning
